ver a couple of weeks,  I had Response crew complete two dry wall related jobs for our home,  Two things became apparent:  1. Being slow seems to be part of the ethos of the company.  The first job on our home was to fix drywall on the patio ceiling.  It involved multiple trips to Home Depot,  all of which took much longer than someone who is interested in being mindful of being on the clock.  The work was so slow I told him to skip painting and did it myself.   2. A clean job site; not a priority.  Extra sweeping was required on for the first job on our porch.  The garage dry wall job was another level in mess.  We are in the process of moving, thus the drywall fixes.  Much of our belongings are in the garage.  I offered the "handyman" use of my additional tarps, which was declined.  We're now finding paint splats on boxes, stored wall hangings, tools boxes (how did you get paint drops to fly that far across our two car garage?).  The garage trip took two trips to home depot, how is that possible?  Response crew asked for, and I provided, pictures of the job to be done.  To show up without materials to re-texture doesn't make sense, unless one wants to charge for an extra trip to home depot.  As an added insult to injury; I found the paint can in the rocks on the side of our garage,  Trash barrel was all of 15 feet away.

Like many moves into a new home there are some small projects to complete.  One thing of I'm sure of, based on my experiences with Response crew, we'll defiantly use someone else on our new place.

Kyle, fixed an old kitchen cabinet drawer that I had not been able to find parts for.  That repair saved one hundreds of dollars on replacing the whole cabinet. While he was here I was having some doors replaced and one of the doors was not opening right so he made that work to. Thank you for being so detailed in your work. You will be glad you called Kyle. We recommend him highly!

Amazing, amazing, amazing! When most handymen wouldn't even return our call or respond to our messages, he did the same day and was able to accommodate our schedule right away. We had him fix a blind and install curtains/curtain rods in multiple bedrooms. Showed up on time and did a wonderful job. Will use him again for any of our handyman needs.

The wall mounted a/c in our rental had been leaking behind the wall and some mold had started to grow before we realized. Russ came over - ON A SUNDAY - and proceeded to spend the rest of the day doing custom drywall patching, baseboard replacement, repainting the wall, waterproofing the area, and installing the new unit. It looks brand spankin' new. Russ did top notch work all day, on a weekend. Good luck finding that kind of service.

I was impressed, and brought him out for more work on a different property. He SAVED ME THOUSANDS of dollars in floor prep work that other handymen were trying to get me to do. Russ gave me honest, forthright feedback, rather than take the job and the quick money, because he cares for his clients and understands partnership. I'll be calling him again. And again. You probably should, too.

Luis is the best handyman in Phoenix. He will find an answer to your problem and he will fix it. He is skilled , efficient, responsible, dependable and affordable. He is trustworthy and friendly. I was impressed with the way he accomplished the tasks I needed done. He won't cut any corners and you can trust that the work he does will be done right.

I have high praise for Michele's Master Handyman! Michele is extremely professional and helpful. This company is tech savvy and I appreciate that because I am dealing with an Arizona rental property from California. Being long distance I was happy to find a company that would help with all the different items I needed fixed, leaky faucets, new ceiling fan, and new garbage disposal. George called me with updates and took pictures of the completed work. Michele went above and beyond setting me up with her vetted contractors for jobs she doesn't handle. She even picked up a lockbox for my key. The price was very fair and the work was completed in a timely manner. I will be using Michele's company for all future repairs. Thank you Michele, I feel like I have a trusted friend in Arizona to help me with future repair needs.

I highly recommend this service. The communication and follow through could not be better. I hired them to dismantle a Murphy bed from one room and reinstall it in another room. It actually is not a very easy feat, requires special tools because it needs to be anchored in four places to the concrete floor, and takes two because the material is so heavy. They did a great job. And I'm extremely appreciative of their high-quality Covid sensitivity and precautions.

I called Stan to help me with a punch-list of items for my vacation condo. I needed a latch put on, toilet seat installed, grout in bathroom, etc.  He called me back in a timely manner and showed up when he said he would. Not only did he fix all the things on my list but saved me $$ by using some existing hinges that I thought wouldn't work. The next day I called him for advice after 2 failed attempts at getting keys made (that didn't work) for the front door. He came and worked on the keys and recomended a new lock. He bought and installed the lock (after I left town) and mailed me my copy.  Stan is now my go-to guy for anything (large or small) in terms of home repair.  He's as honest as the day is long and I feel very fortunate that he was available to assist me with my condo fixits. I can only offer my heartfelt recommendation and hope that he's not too busy the next time I call upon him!

Chris came to the rescue for a re-caulking job in one of my bathrooms.   He was punctual, personable, and came in significantly lower than other estimates I had received for the job.   Would definitely recommend!

GREAT service!  had a repair needed quickly on my shower that broke (and wouldn't stop running!) and they came out this morning quickly and got it repaired fast!  Very reasonable pricing and professional and knowledgeable service tech!

Super great guy!  Knowledgeable and pleasant.  Clean and timely.  Totally trustworthy.  Saved us so much money.  Other companies tried to charge us double for one light fixture to be installed vs. what the entire job cost.

Very late review, but that's on me.  I'm busy and forgot all about how Mike helped me when I bought my first house and he came over and just fixed all the little things that I never would have ever gotten to.  Now I need a little more things done, and I found his card, and it reminded me of the work he did.

I'll keep this short - the man is a jack of all trades, no surprises, and he just jumps in and starts to get things done, including running down the road a few blocks to get some things at Home Depot.

He even told me that one of the things I needed fixed, didn't need fixed, but just needed to be cleaned a bit.  He could have easily spent an hour fixing/replacing something that didn't need to be fixed - but he didn't.  It's stuff like that where you realize that you are dealing with someone who is just going to do his best and not try to rip anyone off.

Great service all around, answered the phone professionally and with energy! Scheduled the appointment and he was ON TIME a very rare thing with a lot of guys! He quoted me a price and it took him a little longer and didn't charge me extra (The tip was well deserved) He really seems to have attention to detail when it comes to everything and cleans up very well after himself. I have sent his number out to several of my co workers already because I know there will come a time that he will be needed for them! Highly recommend him for anything!

Great work and always kept in communication with me. We had some conflicts in timing but because he kept in constant contact we made it work. I had to have my subfloors in my bathroom repaired and he gave me a fair price and even went above and beyond in waterproofing the section. Highly recommended!

We've had wonderful experiences with Handyman Connection. We talked to Lana recently and she took great care of us - treated us just like family! She lined us up with Tony Erosky and we couldn't be happier! Tony did everything from plumbing to electrical, and some of the projects were pretty challenging. He was amazing - the quality of his work is really top notch. His work ethic is so right on, "do the work as if you're doing it for your own family".
