Excellent on every level.  I had such a smooth experience it seems almost effortless, except for the part where it takes great attention to detail, lots of communication, good record-keeping, and of course, quality work.  

Response Crew has the business end covered well, and the tech who came to my house; Angel, is the tech everyone wishes they could hire.  He immediately saw what I wanted done, completed the work quickly and efficiently, and when he was done, it looked like it had always been that way.  The new work blended seamlessly with the existing structure.  He was great with communication, has humor and professionalism, and left the jobsite tidy.   I will absolutely book any future work here.

Responded right away to my email inquiry and I was able to schedule quickly. Kyle was pleasant, professional, informative and efficient. Would absolutely use them again!

We hired Gary to enlarge a bathroom by moving a wall and then adding sliding barn doors, shelves, a closet and storage. He gave the lowest bid of the 4 companies we considered. He was fine with adding small jobs here and there, adding handles and locks, hanging a few items, putting together shelves and prepping a door that came with no holes so it was not ready to install which added some work he wasn't expecting. He charged less when we decided against certain doors. Everything looked professional and neatly installed. When the sliders wouldn't go smoothly, he was able to fix them. He took away not only large pieces (doors, wrap, wood...) that were part of his job but other large items that weren't part of his remodel. With other companies we have worked with, collecting money was the most important thing. Gary didn't make it the highest priority, in fact we were ready to write out the check before he had to ask. We are very pleased with our roomy bathroom now and will give good references for Gary and use him again whether we need a big or small job.

Luis was great. Showed up and got the job done for us. We'll definitely use him again.

A full day of various projects ranging from umbrella set up and installation,  two ceiling fans. Fixed skylight leak. Installed pet screen protector, fixed cabinet door hinges in the living room, kitchen, and all bathrooms. Rehung hardware for drapes in the bedroom. Adjusted drape cords to work. George was fast and worked nonstop. He is a great handyman with many skills.
I will use them again. They have a full schedule. I advise you to get on their calendar. They are worth the wait.

We hired HandyPro Services for our guest bathroom renovation and the project was perfect from beginning to end. Michelle was not only extremely kind but she did an impeccable job with the renovation (new faucets, fresh paint, floor installation). AMS recommended by our plumber, as we needed some drywall repair and grout repair. Very happy with the work performed and price was fair. Person that did the work (John Surakus) also provided very helpful suggestions on professionals for other tasks that weren't typical handyman jobs.

Mr. Garcia worked very hard on the waterfall faucet for my tub.  It was a difficult job, and the faucet came without any diagrams. Part of the install really did need some explaining.  He did his best but I need to contact the company and ask one question for the job to be completed.
I am going to have him do several more jobs for me.

I can't believe how incredibly inappropriate the owner of this business is. All I wanted was his services...I have a lot of things that need to be done around the house. He was very rude over the phone and I can't figure out for the life of me why. Anyways, I can't speak on behalf of his work, but I will tell you his customer service skills are subpar (and that's being kind). I'm updating this status because he contacted me in reference to my first review and was very inappropriate.

Great service all around, answered the phone professionally and with energy! Scheduled the appointment and he was ON TIME a very rare thing with a lot of guys! He quoted me a price and it took him a little longer and didn't charge me extra (The tip was well deserved) He really seems to have attention to detail when it comes to everything and cleans up very well after himself. I have sent his number out to several of my co workers already because I know there will come a time that he will be needed for them! Highly recommend him for anything!

The plus side is that they are efficient most of the time with their appt taking and even send an email confirmation and keep good notes on the service calls. Bad side is, when there is an error, dealing with them is very difficult. I should say one person in particular...Patty. We have called them twice to repair two separate homes. The first one was a break in and asked them to secure the front door. They agreed to send someone that day even after hours. The guy called to say he was on the way and never showed up. We called the office next day and proceeded to have to fight to get a word in with Patty who was defensive and argumentative. I had to ask her to calm down. Fast forward to today. Dispatched another property with two jobs. Tenant madea  fuss about needing one job sooner so HC split the workorder into two and sent two separate vendors resulting in two service charges without getting permission. then we didn't get the confirmation for the change of appt day/time and therefore were not available to approve the work while vendor was on site. My client, the owner, called and conferenced me in with Patty because once again when questioned, she was defensive, argumentative and talking over us instead of listening. she automatically said It wasn't me I don't know what's going on. Well, then instead of arguing, try connecting us with the person who does! Very poor way to treat customers and she needs some training or to be GONE. This is the second unpleasant experience I've had with her. She put Shelly on the phone, who was able to listen, figure out what happened and we moved on. It was a simple 5 minute conversation instead of a 20 min unneccessary argument with Patty. I did convey that they should have gotten approval before splitting the work orders resulting in additional charges and not just let the tenatn dictate course of action. Shelly was very pleasant and knowledgable however because the first vendor no showed in a critical safety issue and the two unpleasant experiences with Patty, I would not use them again.

Erick was a Godsend we had a broken faucet in our kitchen. He was early which was amazing and it took him less then 20 minutes to complete the job. He was friendly very informative and I've already spoke to him about some other things needed around the house. Erick was completely professional and easy to work with. We appreciate you and will keep your number close and also refer you to others!!
