I reached out to Response Crew about the persistent leak, and they were able to resolve the issue.  They do stand by their work, or they will make it right.  I am impressed by their professionalism, integrity, and their amazing customer service.  This is a company that truly cares about their customers!

Needed an outdoor ceiling fan taken down and a new one installed - service was prompt, professional, and I can't recommend enough!  Will be using them for other things 100%.

He is prompt, reliable and has very reasonable rates. He installed all my ceiling fans, replaced a sink, painted my rooms, cleaned my pool filter and pool, built me some plant stands,  landscaped my yard, installed an outside vent for my dryer and cooking hood, installed a new thermostat, installed lighting, fixed my garage door, ....and the list goes on!!! His work is Respectable!

Highly recommend! Russ was amazing! I put in a request on a Sunday. To my surprise I received a response immediately. I had a TV mount that had gone wrong and was causing quite a bit of damage. Russ was quick to come out, fix the wall and mount, and hung a chandelier in my kitchen. He also noticed my front door was incorrectly installed and took the initiative to fix it so it no longer sticks. I cannot thank him enough!

Gary was prompt at replying and made an appointment within the week. He installed inside mount blinds for me that I was convinced were unable to be installed due to 1947 block Home concrete walls and metal beams above the window.

He was quick, clean, affordable, and it looks great. Highly recommend.

Luis did a wonderful job with cutting and installing new bypass doors on our closet. He was very careful to ensure they were properly adjusted. I really appreciated his care with cleanup as well! Highly recommend!

I was so impressed with this company. The response I received from them for a quote was so immediate I thought it was too good to be true. They sent me a 24 hour confirmation to guarantee that they would be there. They showed up on time and were quick and efficient. Their quote beat all other quotes that I had received and their workmanship, attitude and just overall value exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend these guys. I called Stan to help me with a punch-list of items for my vacation condo. I needed a latch put on, toilet seat installed, grout in bathroom, etc.  He called me back in a timely manner and showed up when he said he would. Not only did he fix all the things on my list but saved me $$ by using some existing hinges that I thought wouldn't work. The next day I called him for advice after 2 failed attempts at getting keys made (that didn't work) for the front door. He came and worked on the keys and recomended a new lock. He bought and installed the lock (after I left town) and mailed me my copy.  Stan is now my go-to guy for anything (large or small) in terms of home repair.  He's as honest as the day is long and I feel very fortunate that he was available to assist me with my condo fixits. I can only offer my heartfelt recommendation and hope that he's not too busy the next time I call upon him!

Called them for a quote.  They scheduled appointment to come out with a 2 hour window.  After about 30 minutes, they called to say they were running late by 1-2 hours.  I asked if they could show up at the end of 2 hours because I had to leave and come back.  They told me no problem.  Got back as scheduled, and they never showed up or bothered to call me again.  With this customer service, not interested.

I had in-ceiling surround speakers and a kitchen cabinet repair I needed done in a hurry.  Mark gave me a good quote and lucky me had an opening next day.  He was very honest,  professional, and friendly.  Did an amazing job.  He also guarantees his work.  Would recommend if you need anything done.

Mr. Garcia worked very hard on the waterfall faucet for my tub.  It was a difficult job, and the faucet came without any diagrams. Part of the install really did need some explaining.  He did his best but I need to contact the company and ask one question for the job to be completed.
I am going to have him do several more jobs for me.

You can't go wrong with Mike; he's an amazing handyman.  He can do almost anything that you'd expect from a handyman.  He is courteous and professional.  He tells you what he can do and what he can't do and sticks to his estimate.  He's an absolute gem that I and my daughter will use over and over again!!!!!  I'm so glad that I found him!

Steve was more than I ever could have asked for, and I will 100% be calling him back out as soon as I figure out where I want pictures/artwork, and another set of curtains put up.Not only was he able to work around my limited schedule and make time to come help the following day, but he also was able to help me with so many things in such little time. Originally I had asked Best Buy how much it would cost for them to put up two TVs on the wall and it was going to be around $150 per TV. Steve charges by the hour and since he's extremely experienced in things like that, it took under an hour for each, AND he was able to help fix things I had honestly forgotten about- or didn't know if he would be able to help with- such as fixing my entertainment center that was wiggly and has misaligned drawers thanks to ikeas crappy installation. Not only was Steven fast and friendly, you can just tell he genuinely loves his job, even with the plethora of tasks that it may include. I would absolutely recommend him anytime, without hesitation! Great work and always kept in communication with me. We had some conflicts in timing but because he kept in constant contact we made it work. I had to have my subfloors in my bathroom repaired and he gave me a fair price and even went above and beyond in waterproofing the section. Highly recommended!

Steve V.  did a wonderful job on tiling my living room and hallway.  He is precise, very skilled and cares about the finished product.  I'd ask for him again in a flash to do anything around my house.

Erick was a Godsend we had a broken faucet in our kitchen. He was early which was amazing and it took him less then 20 minutes to complete the job. He was friendly very informative and I've already spoke to him about some other things needed around the house. Erick was completely professional and easy to work with. Showed up on time, respectful of the current pandemic and did a great job replacing our kitchen faucet. My family will use this company in the future.
