John is awesome!! If you are looking for an honest, friendly professional handyman, he is it!! He beat all the quotes I received & did an amazing job! I would absolutely recommend him!!

Got a quote from another handyman who stood me up twice.  Complete waste of time.  Called Justin at HandmanPros, got an appointment for the following day to which they showed up on time.  Completed the work quickly and effciently.  Quote was 100% the same as the final price.

If you need a reasonably priced  Handyman, that knows what he's  doing  then Phil is your man. I had him install a ceiling fan that I loved and brought  from another home. He was So CAREFUL not to break anything.  I have since had him do other odd jobs with equal and knowledge. As an added plus he has a great personality  and wit. I was very pleased!

We just moved to Tempe and needed some simple electrical work performed on our townhome.  I read the other reviews and this company looked to be a good choice in the area.

I left a detailed message with the work we needed done on our home.  
Then, I got a phone call several hours later asking me what work we needed done...so I repeated myself again.  
Then, the person on the phone asked me to email them what work we needed done so that they could get a quote back to me.  Seriously?!?!?

At this point, I am feeling like we are not communicating very well, and I am thinking that I am better off saving my time and contacting other companies.  

Against my better judgement, I asked them to email me from their address (as I was driving when she called).
I received their email from a completely different company, First Leaf Construction, but it was right after my conversation and she said that they used a different name for their company.

I took the time to write a detailed email with the 4 items that I needed on Tuesday and sent it off hoping for a quick reply back.

It is now Sunday, and I never received any response back from them...

Since then, the work was completed at a good price without all of the back and forth by Parker and Son's Electrical.

EDITED: The owner responded right away to my review and let me know that they sent a response that same night.  I could not find it in my junk email or deleted items but I will just chalk it up to my last name being difficult to spell.    The fact that they responded so quickly to my review lets me know that they are on the ball and that this was probably just a simple error.

Rick was very friendly, listened to my questions and  answered them. He was on time and completed my old ceiling fan removal and install new fan in 1hr as quoted. Everything worked out great. I will recommend Lugo Handyman Services to everyone that asks me about a handyman. I wouldn't hesitate to have other work done by him. Fast, friendly  and didn't try to add to the quote. Thanks again Rick for doing a great job!!

this review is not about work quality. I had Marty out to look at installing two doors. He gave me a price which was much better than a previous bid. Was going to schedule with him, but got interrupted by a family death. When I returned home a neighbor gave me the name of someone she had used. I called Marty & told him I was getting another bid. He assumed (maybe understandably) that the business was his & got angry "oh, now you're going to give it to someone else if he's cheaper?". Said he was no longer interested in my business. VERY unprofessional in my opinion.

I'm so glad I found Phillip. He will be the first one I call for all my future needs he's very talented and detailed oriented. Thank you Phillip

This co is absolutely great!!! Had a large job that they made super simple; in and out in just a small amount of time! Highly recommend and I'm already planning more work for him.

We were in a bit of a time crunch to rebuild part of our fence, and I was so relieved to hear back from Gustavo. He offered to come out the next day and provided a very reasonable, straightforward quote. He came even earlier than expected and finished it within a few hours. The fence looks great and is sturdier than it was before. We will definitely reach out again for help with other projects!

Doug is very responsive and also patient. He picked up my phone, explained how much everything would cost. Also he arrives on time as he promised. The work is done quickly and with high quality. I would hire him again to do some handyman jobs in the future.

I had new tenants move into my rental home in Peoria and they noticed some lifting of the floor planks in the dining room. I sent a request out to Angie's List and they referred me to Chris! He met with my  tenant and was very professional, and did an awesome job. The floor looks like new and the work was done so quickly. Chris did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone looking to have hard wood flooring repaired. There are not that many contractors that do that in this area I discovered. He gave me a quote and stuck to that quote and I could not be more pleased. I would definitely recommend Sun Devil Handyman for services you might require!

Excellent craftsman, super clean, fair & very knowledgeable. I always get multiple options & given best choices to save money & making best choices. I've used this handyman several times. He just replaced both toilets in my home with high efficiency elongated models. 5 Stars!

Dror took care of all my projects from replacing a cement slab in my walkway to hanging a new fan, 2 chandeliers, and 2 can lights. His communication was awesome. By the time we were done I completely trusted him. His work was precise, he kept everything clean, and cleaned up every area as he went along. I highly recommend him and will use him for all my household projects. Oh and he is also very honest and his guidance is spot on!

What a great experience!  Mr. Mac came out just as he said he would and ON TIME!  He actually did more for us than we expected!  Very professional and super friendly.  He knows his stuff!  Great guy with a great attitude.  I would most definitely call him back again for another project.  Very reasonably charge as well.  My husband and I both appreciated his experience and knowledge.

HORRIBLE! Long story short. Before making the apt. They required a picture of the requested work because they won't commit until they submit an estimate that you committed to. I explained that it was a disassembled bookcase that needed to be assembled. But they still wanted the picture. Then they wanted a picture of it assembled. I happened to have one because we're moving it. This back and forth took a whole day to accomplish. And I explained that all it entailed was screwing together 4 sections. About 15 mins work. It then took 2 days to get the estimate ( I had to ask for it 4 times). Promises to send made and never kept. In the end they wanted to charge $125.00 + $8.00 for non existent "materials!
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

We were very happy they were able to squeeze our small project in we needed in a hurry. They showed up on time and got the job done. We have requested additional bids from them for future projects.

I had the pleasure of meeting JT today. My husband I and just moved to AZ and have a million things on our "to-do" list. Problem is too many of those things are to complicated for us "to do"
So I called Alltrade and JT was great! He was personable, honest, prompt,  and did wonderful job. He even explained how things worked in our house. It's been awhile since I had such a great customer service experience.
I had an assortment of little things that needed to be done and he did them all with ease!
Then he followed up with a nice email thanking me for the job! WOW
I've already started our next "we can't do it" list and I'm not at all worried.. I know the best handyman out there...JT.
If you need things done and want it done right.. I highly recommended calling Alltrade and JT.

My front door made a hole in my wall because it was swung open too hard. The response time was super fast and they were able to come out next day! I'm extremely satisfied with my service, it looks as if nothing ever happened. :)
