He was ON TIME.
He was dressed professionally (clean and neat in appearances.)
He was quick in getting to work. He took the time to get the details of what I wanted, and then did it.

He even cleaned up after himself.

He was reasonably priced, too.

I am new to Phoenix and my realtor suggested I reach out to Miguel & Vicky to help with hang some new lights etc...in my condo. I loved working with them so much I hired them to re-do my outdated shower & toilet! I was NOT disappointed. I am obsessed with how my bathroom turned out - Miguel was able to capture my design vision for something clean and modern. Now my shower is my favorite part of my place! Miguel & Vicky are professional, detail oriented and responsive. I would not hesitate to work with them again!!

I have used Sal for several years. He is efficient and pays attention to detail.  He has done a wide variety of tasks for me:  painted bedrooms, bathroom, installed fans and light fixtures, hung mirrors, tiled vanities and tub surround, switched out bathroom fixtures,  painted a block wall, installed a microwave, repaired a roof leak and God knows what else. He is dependable and although he sometimes  has to  work around another job. I know that he will get the work done and do it well. He is a very responsible person.  His pricing is fair, he is versatile and a great problem solver which makes him an excellent Handyman. I recommend Sal without hesitation.

These guys installed our microwave after home depot screwed it up twice! They were able to mount it to our granite backsplash instead of cutting it. It looks amazing. Decent price for the job at $360. We will definitely be using them again.

Kurt responded quickly to my inquiry and has very reasonable prices! Originally, he wasn't able to squeeze me in last minute, but he promised to keep me posted in case his current jobs changed at all. Luckily for me, they did, so he was able to help me out the following week.  In just 6 hours Kurt: hung a decorative mirror, hung two pieces of artwork, trimmed 4 bar stools, hung a bathroom shelf, robe hook, toilet paper holder, a towel rack, a set of curtains in master, fixed my laundry room door, and replaced a light fixture in my master closet. After visiting 3 different hardware stores trying to find a special piece to a fluorescent light in the closet, he suggested replacing the whole fixture, as replacing it was $30 whereas the special piece was $50 online. When I asked him if he could install it that day or would have to come back, he replied, "I can't leave you with a dark closet!" He went back to the store one last time to purchase a new fixture and installed it within the hour! I can actually see now when I'm getting dressed!

It was so convenient to have someone with all the right tools who could make all the Home Depot runs to get what I needed. What would have taken me multiple weekends and several hours, took Kurt less than a full day. I will definitely be using him again. The price is worth well worth it!

I have used them twice so far and both times had an amazing experience! Their rates are fair, and they always show up on time! They did an awesome job of cleaning my gutters, and got 15 pounds of crud out of them! Love their work! Highly recommend them!

Referred to me by a friend. He just redid our patio ceiling. Stripped front exterior wood door and refinished, fixed broken plantation shutter louvers, rewired outdoor lights.

They were quick to respond to my request and provided a reasonable quote. Like many yelpers, I'm always apprehensive when hiring a company with not many reviews, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The technician arrived on time and after a quick discussion of what I needed he got right to work. It was an easy job and he finished quickly (unlike some who try to take their time and milk it). Tech was friendly throughout the process.  I definitely recommend and will be hiring them again for my next project.

Daniel did a fabulous job at repairing my ceiling damage. He was very flexible in working with my schedule and put up with my curious pup 'helping'. The final results turned out great and I'd happily hire him again for my next project!

Stan did a great job on about 7 different repairs I needed including leveling & caulking a tub that had detached, replacing toilet shut off valve, re-caulk my windows, reinstall a floor transition, replace spring loaded hinges, and replace a drain pipe. Then on a second job he was able to complete  an exterior stem wall repair and paint while I was out of town. All tasks showed good workmanship and he's clearly detail oriented.​

Dustin was great. Knew what he was doing and did a great job. We had some new lights hung in the outside entry. He came the next day right on time. They look good and we'll be calling him back when we have another project

Since moving to Fountain Hills it's been a challenge to get service companies to come out to this part of town. I had placed a quote request on Yelp to about 3-4 handyman companies but found that nobody services this part of town.

So on FB I asked for a recommendation and got Chad's names within minutes of posting.

Since the ceilings in my house are 15-20 feet high I had to find a handyman that could change out the smoke alarm batteries and air conditioner filters that had to be replaced. Our ladder that we had didn't reach that high making it very difficult for us to do it ourselves.

I called Chad Saturday morning expecting to have to book an appointment later in the week but totally lucked out because Chad was in the neighborhood and available.

Chad popped on over, took care of 5 filters to be replaced and our smoke alarm and was done in less then 30 minutes.

Chad has a friendly personality, is knowledgeable, very professional and most of all quick.

If you're in the Fountain Hills area, he's a good guy to call to do your "honey do," list.

Very reliable and friendly. I needed help last minute and this company was able to show up immediately.

Terry does great work.  He has installed skylights and a French door for us and we are very happy with his work.  He is very personable and has a good sense of humor which makes having him in your home enjoyable.  Since he is good at what he does he does get booked up so you need to schedule him a couple weeks in advance but he is worth the wait.

Left a message on 1/7/2013.  It's now 1/21/2013 (two weeks later), and I haven't heard back.  I don't suppose I will get the call returned at this point.  When I'm looking for a reliable contractor or handyman one call is all it should take if they want my business.

We needed our carport panels replaced and pillar needed stucco repaiar. He came out on time went right to work did an excellent job. His price was very reasonable, obet is the real deal! Will be contacting him again.

This guy, Ryan Coley Austin is a horrible person and a fake electrician and Plumber.  As far as his handyman services go, maybe he could put up a picture for you or put a bed frame together, but that's about it.  DON'T GIVE HIM ANY MONEY UP FRONT IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE AND HIRE HIM.  

If he needs supplies, buy them yourself, or Go to Home Depot, or wherever and purchase it yourself. He takes your money and does a little work and then disappears. You can never reach him to get your money back.

He charges you a $50 trip charge and doesn't use it towards the job.  He is a felon and is scamming people out of money and leaving people with costly repairs.

Coley just kind of came out of the woodwork on the Nextdoor app.  Very soon after advertising, the  complaints came in from a lot of people.

He has ruined a lot of peoples homes claiming to be an electrician.  He even started someone's electrical box on fire. Go figure.

He puts up fake reviews under other names to make himself sound good.

DO NOT EVEN CALL THIS GUY. YOU WILL BE MAKING A HUGE MISTAKE!!!    I promise you that!!

I wish I had seeing all these negative feedback post before I hired Kent Axwell Axtell whatever period a horrible experience, $1,470 for a partial patio cover roof that he only replaced one roll of tar paper and then coated the 14x 32 foot cover with elastomeric coating. Never replaced the wet wood claiming it would dry out. I only hope it doesn't rot. Don't use this guy or this company. His subcontractors do the work okay but he increases the cost by double what it should be. Bad decision on my part. I will never use this guy again. Never!
