Cris is second to none. I moved from another state and needed a lot of work done on my new home in Arizona. I wanted to update my entire kitchen,  pull the carpet out and replace with wood floor, paint the entire house, knock down a wall, install extra cabinets, update three bathrooms, replace the tiles in the kitchen,  just to name a few. I was very concerned with the amount of work and also the cost. And then I found Cris! Thank God I did! Not only that the quality of the work is stellar,  he was VERY reasonable!  He was very dependable and flexible with scheduling, even willing to work long hours when needed. I am so grateful for the wonderful job he did and also for his professionalism and dedication! THANK YOU SO MUCH,  Cris! My family is ready to create new memories in a house that we love because of you!

I had somewhat of an emergency job that needed to be done same day to get my security camera outlet working. so I put in a request through Yelp for quotes. This company responded fast and gave me pricing which was extremely reasonable all within one hour of my request. Since I was coming from work I needed him to text me when he was on his way, which he did. He met me at the time he said and did the job efficiently fast and way above my expectations!!!! I will certainly be using them for all my needs since my landlord is horrible lol  they also do other work!!  check them out do not miss out on a great company willing to be fair and not take advantage of renters like me!!!

Extremely happy with the work ND construction did for me. I had plumbers tear into a few walls with uneven cuts that needed to be patched and textured, plus a new toilet installed. I contacted them via Yelp for a quote with pictures and they easily beat every other quote I received. They were fast and hardworking, and took precautions to contain the mess (and clean up after). The work itself was done well, much better than previous patch work I have had other companies do. For the quality of work and fair cost, there really isn't any one else, ND Construction is a no brainer.

I have used Sal for several years. He is efficient and pays attention to detail.  He has done a wide variety of tasks for me:  painted bedrooms, bathroom, installed fans and light fixtures, hung mirrors, tiled vanities and tub surround, switched out bathroom fixtures,  painted a block wall, installed a microwave, repaired a roof leak and God knows what else. He is dependable and although he sometimes  has to  work around another job. I know that he will get the work done and do it well. He is a very responsible person.  His pricing is fair, he is versatile and a great problem solver which makes him an excellent Handyman. I recommend Sal without hesitation.

Communication was phenomenal and they were very quick to come out and paint the fascia on my house. The end result is great and I'm thankful they could help me avoid more HOA fees. I'll continue to use Thors Handyman and would recommend them to others! Thanks again for your help!!!

Kurt was awesome!  We had been wanting to replace our kitchen sink and faucet but multiple plumbing companies declined to do the tough job as they were concerned about the difficulty in removing the cast iron unit which was built in to the cabinetry under a Corian countertop. Kurt wanted a day or two think it over and conceptualize how to do the job.  Sure enough, a few days later he gave us a quote that was within our budget and we schedule the job for the next week.  He was super professional and did an exceptional job with the removal and installation of the new unit.  Thanks for all your help, Kurt, and we look forward to working with you in the future on some other projects around the house.

I have used them twice so far and both times had an amazing experience! Their rates are fair, and they always show up on time! They did an awesome job of cleaning my gutters, and got 15 pounds of crud out of them! Love their work! Highly recommend them!

Referred to me by a friend. He just redid our patio ceiling. Stripped front exterior wood door and refinished, fixed broken plantation shutter louvers, rewired outdoor lights.

We had to have some lights replaced at our business. They were reasonable and quick to get our estimate. Also did a good job communicating when they were able to get the replacements and scheduling the install. We had a couple of hiccups along the way, but they were great to work with.

Daniel did a fabulous job at repairing my ceiling damage. He was very flexible in working with my schedule and put up with my curious pup 'helping'. The final results turned out great and I'd happily hire him again for my next project!

Stan did a great job on about 7 different repairs I needed including leveling & caulking a tub that had detached, replacing toilet shut off valve, re-caulk my windows, reinstall a floor transition, replace spring loaded hinges, and replace a drain pipe. Then on a second job he was able to complete  an exterior stem wall repair and paint while I was out of town. All tasks showed good workmanship and he's clearly detail oriented.​

Dustin was great. Knew what he was doing and did a great job. We had some new lights hung in the outside entry. He came the next day right on time. They look good and we'll be calling him back when we have another project

Since moving to Fountain Hills it's been a challenge to get service companies to come out to this part of town. I had placed a quote request on Yelp to about 3-4 handyman companies but found that nobody services this part of town.

So on FB I asked for a recommendation and got Chad's names within minutes of posting.

Since the ceilings in my house are 15-20 feet high I had to find a handyman that could change out the smoke alarm batteries and air conditioner filters that had to be replaced. Our ladder that we had didn't reach that high making it very difficult for us to do it ourselves.

I called Chad Saturday morning expecting to have to book an appointment later in the week but totally lucked out because Chad was in the neighborhood and available.

Chad popped on over, took care of 5 filters to be replaced and our smoke alarm and was done in less then 30 minutes.

Chad has a friendly personality, is knowledgeable, very professional and most of all quick.

If you're in the Fountain Hills area, he's a good guy to call to do your "honey do," list.

Terry and his team are the best! We needed some help with a cabin we bought and Terry was definitely the right person to call. They put up drywall, fixed the drywall, mudded, sanded, painted, and installed a window for us. Terry was great communicating with us during the projects, taking pictures of the progress and the results. He also gave us some great tips for other things to make sure we do to the cabin. Terry is professional, honest and a pleasure to work with. We could not have done all this without you guys. So THANK YOU!!! We are customers for life.

Well these guys continue to give stellar service. I am renting out my condo, & they do all the maintenance through my property manager. They have quickly fixed the issues that have come up & for excellent prices.

They are good at their job & respectful. I feel so much more comfortable knowing that Ryan & Shane will take good care of my home, even when I am not around.

Obet did such a great job!  His price was very reasonable, he worked efficiently, and the finished product was excellent!  He even did a few extra things outside of what we got under the quote.  I'll be calling Obet again!

This guy, Ryan Coley Austin is a horrible person and a fake electrician and Plumber.  As far as his handyman services go, maybe he could put up a picture for you or put a bed frame together, but that's about it.  DON'T GIVE HIM ANY MONEY UP FRONT IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE AND HIRE HIM.  

If he needs supplies, buy them yourself, or Go to Home Depot, or wherever and purchase it yourself. He takes your money and does a little work and then disappears. You can never reach him to get your money back.

He charges you a $50 trip charge and doesn't use it towards the job.  He is a felon and is scamming people out of money and leaving people with costly repairs.

Coley just kind of came out of the woodwork on the Nextdoor app.  Very soon after advertising, the  complaints came in from a lot of people.

He has ruined a lot of peoples homes claiming to be an electrician.  He even started someone's electrical box on fire. Go figure.

He puts up fake reviews under other names to make himself sound good.

DO NOT EVEN CALL THIS GUY. YOU WILL BE MAKING A HUGE MISTAKE!!!    I promise you that!!

There is a con artist disguised as a "Neighborhood Handyman" leaving flyers for his services. He presents himself as a very nice retired contractor and we hired him last year to do several jobs. He asked for 50% deposit upfront and he seemed like a honest person so we obliged. He never came back to do the repairs, and ignored our calls & emails. We have a judgement against him and can't collect since he can't be located. Do not hire this man!!!
