Cris did a remodel of our guest bath .. removed, replumbed and installed a tub/shower, toilet and vanity as well as installed a light fixture, braced a heavy mirror and medicine cabinet He also removed the old sheet marble surround and installed new waterproof board and laid subway tile with a niche.

He did a fantastic job. He was always on time, extremely professional and never made a mess though it was a messy job.

He has also hung 3 flat screen televisions as well and laid the wire inside the walls. Again, on time and done neatly and professionally.

Cris' prices are very reasonable and well worth the service he provides.
He truly is an all around handyman and then some as his skill set is a wide range.

We will definitely be seeking his skills for our next bathroom remodel.

Horrible!!  Asked them to do some work for inspection for pool   Got a quote for 1900 for a fence.   We asked them to start but I quest there was miscommunication and he took back the fence.  6 days later we asked when it would be done.  He said that he thought we didn't want it so took back and it would be 200 more for material.  In 6 days it went up 200.   We swallowed it and said ok.  They finished the job and we paid.  Today they called and said they needed 300 more because of the materials   We already paid 200 more because of materials but after sec paid and job finished they wanted 300 more.  So sad that this is how you do business.  I know in 6 days the material didn't go up 600   Trying to take advantage  of people   The day will come and you will need business and people will remember.  I am so sick and disgusted   Job finished and paid but you want more money.  So sick

Very sad that you are saying that.  We have the receipt for the work and we paid 1950 plus 150 as I will upload   Never was there any racial things said as my children are Hispanic along with husband.  So that is the most disgusting thing said   I have text and receipts that I can upload. I see you took your response off of here and put this new one up.  Again that is not how it went but it really doesn't matter.  As for the money you returned it to my neighbors   Again very unprofessional.  They have nothing to do with this.  Nor should you be talking to them about any of it and that isn't true about you not being apart of it because the Receipt is your company.  You asked for Venmo and Venmo charges and that happens everywhere just like if you went to a restaurant and use a credit card they charge the restaurant that doesn't mean we did not pay. To say that we were racist and said threatening things is a lie and to say you hope no Mexicans work for us again is rude and unprofessional and I would never want to do business with anyone like that again

Jesse and his crew are great! They do it all! Have hired them for a couple projects and will have them back for more. Reliable, efficient, well-priced and friendly.

I have used Sal for several years. He is efficient and pays attention to detail.  He has done a wide variety of tasks for me:  painted bedrooms, bathroom, installed fans and light fixtures, hung mirrors, tiled vanities and tub surround, switched out bathroom fixtures,  painted a block wall, installed a microwave, repaired a roof leak and God knows what else. He is dependable and although he sometimes  has to  work around another job. I know that he will get the work done and do it well. He is a very responsible person.  His pricing is fair, he is versatile and a great problem solver which makes him an excellent Handyman. I recommend Sal without hesitation.

I can't say enough wonderful things, Kurt first responded to my quote request within minutes asking for a picture of the leak from my water heater hose. He was very upfront about the cost which was a lower quote then the other 8 company's that responded to my request. Also  let me know what complications that could occur and what would then have to be done. The hose was replaced and all was right within 3 hours of my initial quote request. I will definitely give him repeat buisness in the future as well as recommending him to everyone else!

I have used them twice so far and both times had an amazing experience! Their rates are fair, and they always show up on time! They did an awesome job of cleaning my gutters, and got 15 pounds of crud out of them! Love their work! Highly recommend them!

I called Dan to help a friend in need. He was prompt honest and fair. Dan is exactly what we needed. We are looking to a long relationship with him.

Hired William's Handyman Services twice. Once to build out my bed with missing bed hooks and foundation blocks because my movers lost them. He did a superb job by finding the right planks and wooden foundations. Good quality and satisfied with his work.

Second time was to repair my baseboards and paint touch ups due to my puppy damaging the baseboards. He did a great job in a timely fashion by buying the materials and coming back to finish the job the same day! They are super friendly, flexible, great rate, and superb knowledge/skills!

Daniel did a fabulous job at repairing my ceiling damage. He was very flexible in working with my schedule and put up with my curious pup 'helping'. The final results turned out great and I'd happily hire him again for my next project!

We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

Dustin was great. Knew what he was doing and did a great job. We had some new lights hung in the outside entry. He came the next day right on time. They look good and we'll be calling him back when we have another project

Since moving to Fountain Hills it's been a challenge to get service companies to come out to this part of town. I had placed a quote request on Yelp to about 3-4 handyman companies but found that nobody services this part of town.

So on FB I asked for a recommendation and got Chad's names within minutes of posting.

Since the ceilings in my house are 15-20 feet high I had to find a handyman that could change out the smoke alarm batteries and air conditioner filters that had to be replaced. Our ladder that we had didn't reach that high making it very difficult for us to do it ourselves.

I called Chad Saturday morning expecting to have to book an appointment later in the week but totally lucked out because Chad was in the neighborhood and available.

Chad popped on over, took care of 5 filters to be replaced and our smoke alarm and was done in less then 30 minutes.

Chad has a friendly personality, is knowledgeable, very professional and most of all quick.

If you're in the Fountain Hills area, he's a good guy to call to do your "honey do," list.

Zach did a fantastic job on installing this closet system that I got and patching the hole in my bathroom wall. He gave me a good quote that seemed fair for the work to be done. He brought the tools and materials necessary to the project and was nice and professional. I highly recommend him. Thank you.

I really wish that I could give this business a good review.  When Terry came to my house to give me an estimate he was friendly and seemed knowledgeable.  After showing him the many projects I had in my new house he said he was very busy and was scheduling 2 weeks out.  I was told I would have an estimate by the next week.  The cost for an estimate was $75, and I was told that if I chose to proceed that cost would be credited to my bill.  After multiple requests for my estimate over the next couple of weeks and being told various time frames for receiving it, I finally gave up.  It is now 6 weeks later and the only thing that has been done is the cashing of my check-that was done by the next day.

Update to review, I did receive a refund for my $75.

I had one of those jobs where I needed someone to paint some pillars on a building I manage and I didn't want to hire a painter because it was a smaller job. But at the same time I needed someone who understood how to deal with painting over rusty metal and use the right products.  Ryan fit the bill as he not only understood what needed to be done but he took the time to get the right matching paint color and get a specialty primer that would prevent rusting in the future. He was careful to do the job at night and not disturbing the tenants. He communicated with me during the whole process so that he understood what I wanted to have done.  He also offered a big discount on the paint due to his contractor licence which was nice.  He was quick to finish the job and took photos to show all the steps he did.  His prices were reasonable for the time and care he took to do the job correctly. The last time I had these painted they only lasted 2 years.  I believe that this job will be lasting me for much longer period of time and I would not hesitate to use them again for any handyman related services in the future.

He pretended to be an electrician and caused almost 10,000 in damages.  I'm still having my home rewired.  He has threatened my family and my friends and continues to.  Come to find out he is a felon who just got out of prison.  There are more pictures, but I feel these are more than enough.  Please be careful of Ryan Coley Austin.  He has had a shot out with police and, as you can see by his record, stuggles with drug addiction.  This is why he goes by Coley because he is trying to hide who and what he truly is.

We recently had some remodeling and repairs done by My Neighborhood Handyman. As there have been some past reviews of this company...I thought I'd weigh in.
When Kent Axtell (owner/boss) came in to give his ideas and bid, we knew we were talking with someone who knows his business.
We felt confidant that the work and finished product he described would be exactly what we had envisioned!
NOTE.....this is not our first rodeo! Having gutted and remodeled 5 previous homes and for the last 7 years, gutting, remodeling and repairing our current home.....we have hired and fired many companies and individual contractors.
Well....Kent brought in Seasoned, Hardworking, Seen It All, Get R Done, caring and considerate contractors!!

Joel was my crew leader. A true craftsman who is detail minded. He stopped only to ask questions or present ideas and options. He gave updates on progress along the way and before leaving for the day let me know what to expect the following day. This all creates a smoother production!
Joel and another great guy, Dave worked daily from 6am to 2-3pm with only a 45 minute to 1 hour break for lunch. Much of their time working was in blistering high temperatures (July temps 111 to 114 degrees!)
Kent had other great contractors come in to provide their particular skills as needed throughout the 8 days of this project.
Work was started and completed within the time we expected and was one of THE BEST remodeling/repair jobs we've experienced!!
Everything turned out EXACTLY as we had envisioned it!
