Cris responded to my request in a timely manner.  He was reasonably priced & professional. He did a great job installing light wall sconces in my home.

I have used Sal for several years. He is efficient and pays attention to detail.  He has done a wide variety of tasks for me:  painted bedrooms, bathroom, installed fans and light fixtures, hung mirrors, tiled vanities and tub surround, switched out bathroom fixtures,  painted a block wall, installed a microwave, repaired a roof leak and God knows what else. He is dependable and although he sometimes  has to  work around another job. I know that he will get the work done and do it well. He is a very responsible person.  His pricing is fair, he is versatile and a great problem solver which makes him an excellent Handyman. I recommend Sal without hesitation.

Recommended, very knowledgable and did the job quick. Will definitely use again. Loved that they accept Zelle as payment since I didn't have the exact change in cash and avoided giving out my CC info.

I am extremely happy that I hired this company. I found them here on Yelp as I needed to get a variety of jobs done on my rental property right before the tenants moved in now in mid-September. The owner Kurt was always straightforward, puntual, with good communication and offered me fair prices for each job. Each job was done right including plumbing work, electrical, drywall, installation of light fixtures and ceiling fans. This built my trust in this company so I am looking forward to do more work with them. Kurt was able to finalize everything before the tenants moved in as planned. He has been a real estate investor himself so he understood my concerns and always provided great recommendations. This company can do a great variety of jobs so it feels great to have a company like this available as soon as I need them. Highly recommended.

I have used them twice so far and both times had an amazing experience! Their rates are fair, and they always show up on time! They did an awesome job of cleaning my gutters, and got 15 pounds of crud out of them! Love their work! Highly recommend them!

Referred to me by a friend. He just redid our patio ceiling. Stripped front exterior wood door and refinished, fixed broken plantation shutter louvers, rewired outdoor lights.

We had to have some lights replaced at our business. They were reasonable and quick to get our estimate. Also did a good job communicating when they were able to get the replacements and scheduling the install. We had a couple of hiccups along the way, but they were great to work with.

Daniel did a fabulous job at repairing my ceiling damage. He was very flexible in working with my schedule and put up with my curious pup 'helping'. The final results turned out great and I'd happily hire him again for my next project!

Stan did a great job with putting up our Courtyard lights. Had a great sense of what we wanted he was knowledgeable and professional. I'll hire for anything I need done home improvement wise.

Dustin was great. Knew what he was doing and did a great job. We had some new lights hung in the outside entry. He came the next day right on time. They look good and we'll be calling him back when we have another project

Since moving to Fountain Hills it's been a challenge to get service companies to come out to this part of town. I had placed a quote request on Yelp to about 3-4 handyman companies but found that nobody services this part of town.

So on FB I asked for a recommendation and got Chad's names within minutes of posting.

Since the ceilings in my house are 15-20 feet high I had to find a handyman that could change out the smoke alarm batteries and air conditioner filters that had to be replaced. Our ladder that we had didn't reach that high making it very difficult for us to do it ourselves.

I called Chad Saturday morning expecting to have to book an appointment later in the week but totally lucked out because Chad was in the neighborhood and available.

Chad popped on over, took care of 5 filters to be replaced and our smoke alarm and was done in less then 30 minutes.

Chad has a friendly personality, is knowledgeable, very professional and most of all quick.

If you're in the Fountain Hills area, he's a good guy to call to do your "honey do," list.

Zach did a fantastic job on installing this closet system that I got and patching the hole in my bathroom wall. He gave me a good quote that seemed fair for the work to be done. He brought the tools and materials necessary to the project and was nice and professional. I highly recommend him. Thank you.

Terry does great work.  He has installed skylights and a French door for us and we are very happy with his work.  He is very personable and has a good sense of humor which makes having him in your home enjoyable.  Since he is good at what he does he does get booked up so you need to schedule him a couple weeks in advance but he is worth the wait.

I had a few things going wrong at my place - a leaking faucet in the bathroom upstairs which led to a bunch of water damage on the ceiling below! After a while the damage just got to be too much and I knew I needed to get in contact with a plumber. I found Ryan's company on Yelp and gave them a call and am so glad I did.

The handyman was quick at his job. Asked all the pertinent questions on arrival and was very courteous not to wake up a sleeping guest on my couch! He looked over the faucet and came back with some equipment and got it fixed that day. Same with the water damage, a super clean and quick fix for this company.

I would recommend calling them today if you've got something you need fixed around your house. I've never worked with a better handyman.

Obet did such a great job!  His price was very reasonable, he worked efficiently, and the finished product was excellent!  He even did a few extra things outside of what we got under the quote.  I'll be calling Obet again!

This guy, Ryan Coley Austin is a horrible person and a fake electrician and Plumber.  As far as his handyman services go, maybe he could put up a picture for you or put a bed frame together, but that's about it.  DON'T GIVE HIM ANY MONEY UP FRONT IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE AND HIRE HIM.  

If he needs supplies, buy them yourself, or Go to Home Depot, or wherever and purchase it yourself. He takes your money and does a little work and then disappears. You can never reach him to get your money back.

He charges you a $50 trip charge and doesn't use it towards the job.  He is a felon and is scamming people out of money and leaving people with costly repairs.

Coley just kind of came out of the woodwork on the Nextdoor app.  Very soon after advertising, the  complaints came in from a lot of people.

He has ruined a lot of peoples homes claiming to be an electrician.  He even started someone's electrical box on fire. Go figure.

He puts up fake reviews under other names to make himself sound good.

DO NOT EVEN CALL THIS GUY. YOU WILL BE MAKING A HUGE MISTAKE!!!    I promise you that!!

Based on my recent experience (March 2019) this company (MNH) has earned the unflattering reviews posted here. The frustrations and unmet expectations I read from others are consistent w/my experience. MNH has a ways to go to distance themselves from dissatisfied customers. But they are trying...

My small job was completed but it was not a smooth process. I will say that the workers themselves were pleasant and professional but the project management & communication was very inefficient.

Without reliving or repeating the details of my project, below is what I recommend anyone do before hiring a contractor - and what I will do in the future:
* Review the contractor's license record at:  azroc.gov/forms/contract…
* Make certain the contractor's license class allows for the work listed in the contract & contact the ROC License Department with questions.
*  Request a list of references and check them!!!
*  Verify the person you are negotiating your project with is an authorized representative of the licensed contractor by calling the contractor's number listed on the ROC license record (very important detail).
*  create a detailed project schedule w/completion dates and milestones; include penalties for missed deadlines
*  create a detailed scope of work, include as many photos or diagrams as needed to clearly spell out the expected outcome/quality of work /materials to be used
*  do NOT pay more than 1/3 up front
*  understand the process for ensuring a properly executed change order:
*  have the GC provide a list of workers who will be working on the project & include a short profile of each worker's area of specialty
*  consult the registrar of contractor's site for guidelines on hiring contractor's (roc.az.gov/sites/default…)

Hopefully that helps a few of you who bother to read this post.
