I have used Cris a few times recently and he has always been professional and reasonably priced which is a rarity in this business.

I was shopping around for ev install and Miguel came over and gave me clear idea of the install , the costs.
The install was quick and clean , highly recommended

I have used Sal for several years. He is efficient and pays attention to detail.  He has done a wide variety of tasks for me:  painted bedrooms, bathroom, installed fans and light fixtures, hung mirrors, tiled vanities and tub surround, switched out bathroom fixtures,  painted a block wall, installed a microwave, repaired a roof leak and God knows what else. He is dependable and although he sometimes  has to  work around another job. I know that he will get the work done and do it well. He is a very responsible person.  His pricing is fair, he is versatile and a great problem solver which makes him an excellent Handyman. I recommend Sal without hesitation.

I can't say enough good things about Hobie and Thors Handyman Services - I was in the process of getting my house ready to sell and had a few things on my list that I just had no idea how to do. Hobie answered right away, took my info, and had a quote to me right away which was actually just below what other services had quoted (when they even bothered to call back). Hobie worked with my schedule to come out and took the time to fix my doorbell instead of just suggesting to replace it, he replaced some light switches with parts I already had instead of charging me for new ones, and he also took down and replaced a fan in my loft. As he was finishing up I found out that my plumber cancelled on me who was supposed to come and install a new undermount sink and Hobie offered to stay and take care of that as well. His price was better and he was so thorough. I should say as well that this was a Friday night and I was his last appointment for the day, he could totally have just done the job I booked and went home. He took the time to use a drain from my last sink to again save me some money, and then also was extremely patient and walked me through the process of finding the last part I needed over the phone while I was at Home Depot. I am super grateful for Hobie and will 100% work with him again for my next project.

I've had Kurt work on several projects around my home from plumbing, replacing sprinkler box, repairing bathroom sink, re-keying doors - he does it all!  He is dependable, honest and takes great pride in his work. Five stars for sure!

I have used them twice so far and both times had an amazing experience! Their rates are fair, and they always show up on time! They did an awesome job of cleaning my gutters, and got 15 pounds of crud out of them! Love their work! Highly recommend them!

Did a project search and got a quick response from Daniel had a low estimate price but was only the first.

As other project responses came thru , his quote was lower than one and half price of another, it's a go then !

We texted back and forth and he arrived ahead of scheduled time, another plus. I showed him what I needed done and he resolved issue quickly.

This job was small but well handled. Have some upcoming jobs that I would not hesitate to give him the business.

We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

Dustin was very prompt and professional and I was pleased that he provided a free quote and completed the work which included some minor plumbing and electrical work in the same day. He had some good suggestions and I found him very honest and straightforward. I plan on using him again for other home repairs.

Since moving to Fountain Hills it's been a challenge to get service companies to come out to this part of town. I had placed a quote request on Yelp to about 3-4 handyman companies but found that nobody services this part of town.

So on FB I asked for a recommendation and got Chad's names within minutes of posting.

Since the ceilings in my house are 15-20 feet high I had to find a handyman that could change out the smoke alarm batteries and air conditioner filters that had to be replaced. Our ladder that we had didn't reach that high making it very difficult for us to do it ourselves.

I called Chad Saturday morning expecting to have to book an appointment later in the week but totally lucked out because Chad was in the neighborhood and available.

Chad popped on over, took care of 5 filters to be replaced and our smoke alarm and was done in less then 30 minutes.

Chad has a friendly personality, is knowledgeable, very professional and most of all quick.

If you're in the Fountain Hills area, he's a good guy to call to do your "honey do," list.

Zach did a fantastic job on installing this closet system that I got and patching the hole in my bathroom wall. He gave me a good quote that seemed fair for the work to be done. He brought the tools and materials necessary to the project and was nice and professional. I highly recommend him. Thank you.

I really wish that I could give this business a good review.  When Terry came to my house to give me an estimate he was friendly and seemed knowledgeable.  After showing him the many projects I had in my new house he said he was very busy and was scheduling 2 weeks out.  I was told I would have an estimate by the next week.  The cost for an estimate was $75, and I was told that if I chose to proceed that cost would be credited to my bill.  After multiple requests for my estimate over the next couple of weeks and being told various time frames for receiving it, I finally gave up.  It is now 6 weeks later and the only thing that has been done is the cashing of my check-that was done by the next day.

Update to review, I did receive a refund for my $75.

These guys are very personable. The first time I called them it was with a simple electrical job. They fit me into their schedule the same day. Ultimately, they were not able to fix the problem, but rather than make matters worse, they simply stated that they couldn't figure it out and that I should call and electrician, which I did. The electrician fixed the problem in 5 minutes.  That said, I've got an appointment scheduled for another job. This time I couldn't get on their schedule for two weeks. The price they quoted me for this job was a fraction of what other contractors were charging.

Had an external wood trim damaged and another one lose, called Obet, and he fixed it the next day. Reliable, responsive and fairly priced. Would definitely use this company again for similar repairs.

This guy, Ryan Coley Austin is a horrible person and a fake electrician and Plumber.  As far as his handyman services go, maybe he could put up a picture for you or put a bed frame together, but that's about it.  DON'T GIVE HIM ANY MONEY UP FRONT IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE AND HIRE HIM.  

If he needs supplies, buy them yourself, or Go to Home Depot, or wherever and purchase it yourself. He takes your money and does a little work and then disappears. You can never reach him to get your money back.

He charges you a $50 trip charge and doesn't use it towards the job.  He is a felon and is scamming people out of money and leaving people with costly repairs.

Coley just kind of came out of the woodwork on the Nextdoor app.  Very soon after advertising, the  complaints came in from a lot of people.

He has ruined a lot of peoples homes claiming to be an electrician.  He even started someone's electrical box on fire. Go figure.

He puts up fake reviews under other names to make himself sound good.

DO NOT EVEN CALL THIS GUY. YOU WILL BE MAKING A HUGE MISTAKE!!!    I promise you that!!

Not a great experience at all, they did not measure correctly and therefor ran out of tile. ( both Kent and his tile guy were way off) I am glad I pulled the plug half way through my bathroom remodel and found a good referral to finish it. Should have done my research first. Never again lesson learned!
