Strauch Electric

Throughout home ownership over the years I have dealt with multiple electrictions, this time it was the first going through my home warranty company.  Roger was phenomal and one of the nicest people I have dealt with. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician and will definitely be calling him for all additional needs.

Strauch electric was assigned to my work order by my home warranty company.  I can say that I will never use them again.  Roger Strauch's communication skills, professionalism, and customer service were beyond terrible.  He was argumentative when confronting him about his work and when told that he didn't complete the job he said he wouldn't come back for one smoke detector.  He questioned my integrity and did not understand the communication done prior to his arrival time.  Very disappointed and as a Veteran with 26 years of service to our country, I will never recommend this company.
