My business with this electrical company is impeccably COMMENDABLE, starting with the scheduler who returned my call.  She was great in working out a workable schedule with me and extremely professional.  Alan is an AMAZING electrician who went WAY AND BEYOND to assist me with multiple electrical issues with complete explanation in order that I could understand in layman's terms.  He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and a great advisor on moving forward.  If I could give this company 10 stars from start to finish, I would!  Thank you Alan and Home Power Electrical Services for all your help!

Home Bound Inspections did a great job with inspecting my brand new home build.. Flexibility with schedules.. Even when we arrived to a home with no electricity to be able to do the inspection properly... Super nice works and very through and impressive reports.

Very polite and knowledgeable about the job! Called about a problem with a breaker and they also identified an additional problem that needed attention. Detail oriented, they provided me with options and solutions to the issues and also gave me tips and explanation Incase I had a similar issue occur.

I'd highly recommend Paul and Call 1 Home Services if you're in need of home repairs. Paul is very easy to work with and did a great job with all the repairs listed on the inspection report. All the work was completed within a few hours and all deficiencies/defects were fixed and are now in perfect working condition. And the areas around the repairs were kept clean as if everything was brand new. The next time I need repair work done in my home, I'll know who to contact!

We needed an outlet installed in our ceiling in order to mount a projector. I figured I could handle it myself, but as I kept thinking about all the ways I could get it wrong I figured I'd contact a professional.

Our Tech, Allen was great, he called earlier in the day to let me know he was ahead of schedule. Once he arrived he was able to give me an estimate in about 5 minutes and started on the project about 10 minutes later. About halfway through, he realized it wouldn't take him as long as originally planned and adjusted the price accordingly.

After the project was done he explained everything to me and even vacuumed up after himself.

I used them two years ago when I first moved into the house. Loved the service. He didn't try to sell anything. He was honest, quick and through. I thought I would recommend him to my inlaws who had just relocated from Tennessee to Charlotte. Well....  when he arrived for the service call he proceeded to ask if they were all vaccinated. After a very brief conversation he told them they had to find someone else. They will discriminate against you!! You have no right to ask that question sir. Isn't  that a violation of hippa law to ask questions about peoples medical status?? Shame on you! What have we become? I will never recommend them to anyone.  I will just write some terrific reviews.

don't be fooled like we were! less than one month into the contract with this family owned company a myriad of things went wrong. few examples...our main cable line was cut during pruning (to which they tried to deny it was them), several sprinkler heads were broken (and not fixed because it couldn't have been them), landscape lighting was turned over and left for my husband to find, yard tools were left on the property--i could go on and on. and don't forget, this is all is just 2-3 weeks time! as platnium package customers our acre property was maintained in less than 25 minuters each week--i take that back, because i hurt the feelings of the maintenacne division manager (who happens to be the father of the owner) they did not show up to cut my lawn on the 4th week! the owner ,mike haynes, was to attend a meeting at my home to put the past behind us and start fresh. mike did not show up nor did he follow up after the fact. it is very apparent family rules here and not the customer. if daddy's feelings get hurt, (this is a quote from the account manager) then mike breaks and contract. or rather just allows his crew (his father's crew) to not show up and honor the contract without letting you know! total joke of a company and overpriced at that! DO NOT FALL PREY to these unprofessional, highly sensitive individuals. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
