Worst Customer Service I have ever seen in 20 years
I called Brilin to do some electrical work in two remote offices we had installed in our warehouse and all it needed was to get them Powered up.
3 Techs showed up 1 hr. later than the appointment , I proceeded to walked them around to show them the offices, immediately got feed back from who I assume was the Foreman Tim Jenkins ,since the other two did not talk.
He criticize the electrical system in the warehouse and for 1/2 hr. all he talked about was how hard it would be to do, and that it would be very very expensive , I had the sense that he was trying to discourage me from hiring them.
They went trough never took notes , and left saying we will email you a quote tomorrow, a week later and after sending a few e-mails , I called their office asking for the quote , a lady told me after holding on the phone that Tim would call me , when he came in.
Around 11am I received a Call from Tim ,he informed me he could not give me a quote since the materials had not been identified?
He said, call me next week.
I did call a week later , Lady told me that Tim was not in when I asked about the quote, she said I will give him the message , I asked for the owners name and asked her to tell him to at least give me a call .
He never did , and still waiting !
Brilin Electrical Commitment to excellence, has fallen way short .
