These guys were on time, thorough, offered the best price, and were extremely friendly.

In no time flat, they installed a new plug for our electric car. They ran wires from our electric panel, through the wall, and into a new outlet they installed. No screwing around, no confusion about the project, no dirty mess as they wrapped up. Just a nice, clean plug that honestly looks like it's always been there.

I was grateful for their work and energy, and I will absolutely be calling them again.

Called, person who picked up didn't give a name or identify a company they were with, even when I asked is this an electrical company? All I got was Yes.  

Asked about getting an estimate on a repair on an older house in Benbrook Sorry. We only do new construction. Told them I was new to the area, could they recommend anyone? No.

I know times are hard during COVID, but there should still be a baseline professionalism...

I'd have loved to have worked with Pro-Tec on a home project but they didn't return my call. This made for a stressful home project that I would have rather paid a knowledgeable, licensed professional do. Maybe you'll have better luck getting ahold of them?

You can't go wrong with hiring Justin and his crew!! I own a business that they completely rewired and will always call them for my electrical needs.

Pro-Tec is prompt, professional and reasonably priced..they added recess cans and dimmers throughout my house. Hung 3 ceiling fans. Added motion lights in my boys bathroom and closets to keep their dirty hands off the walls. Motion lights outside the house and led mood lighting hidden in the pergola in the back yard... Highly recommend ,will use again.
