Henry's techs, Korbin and DeQuan were great to work with. They helped diagnose the issue with my shower and completed the repair efficiently. They also tuned up our A/C and helped me locate where to change filters on my systems, as this house is new to us. All in all a great experience!

Henry's Service All/AC/Plumbing is an excellent all around company to have any work done with. They have done the repair work on one of our HVAC units as well as replacing another, ridding us of our leaks from both the previous unit and the other that simply needed repair. Their representative Tran has also been by three times since the repair for the free check-ups following installation and work completed to make sure all as well. Henry's Service All/AC/Plumbing is an excellent and reliable company.

Overcharged for changing two hose faucets and unplugged one small Osmosis tank under kitchen sink ( not move system). With this job they came twice (1015/2021 and 10/21/2021). They charged us $415.28 and $153.00, total is 568.28. First trip they charged $2.75 hours and second is 0.75hour. It is unbelievable. I contacted with this company and waited over a week. They refused to recognize overcharged. If you need plumber, please walk away from this company.

BEWARE OF OVERCHARGE.

I own rental properties and my usual plumber was not able to make the service that day so I called HSA thinking that they would address the issue immediately. They sent a technician the next day and he didn't have the parts to complete the job and rescheduled for a later fix. The tech still had issue with finding the correct shower cartridge and charged for the hours of his/her time figuring out the correct one. A total of 7 hours was charged for that simple fix and correcting lines under a sink. I've had these services before with other plumbers and it took half the time and cost. Gave them 2 stars because they did fix it, but it took them longer than it should and they charged for their own lack of knowledge/inventory.

Called last minute to get further inspection on a home that I was under contract with and Bethany was so helpful. I made several calls to other businesses, but she was the only one who took the time to explain and reassure me. She was able to get a technician out within two business days, Aramis, was also very thorough. I'm very pleased with their services and will definitely use them again!

Had them out after some remodel to have them hook up a stove top. Aramis did a great job and explained what he was doing at a reasonable cost. I will be having them back out to hook up the new oven. Our house was built in 1959 so it was important to have this done to be up to code now.

After two days of delays to get someone to clean out my clogged sewer line-- Henry calls and tells me they/he can't make it because of all the emergencies, and I'll have to wait two-three more days. Is this not an emergency?!! Two days. I've been using him for over a decade and the quality of the workers and work has steadily declined. This is the last straw, Henry. I'm done.

I have used Henry's for a while and most recently for electrical service as well as HVAC. I would say that they do a fantastic, honest job for a fair and honest price. Henry stands by his work and that gives me the utmost confidence in utilizing his services. Most definitely reccommend his services.

Worst company ever. He hires ex-cons and brings them into your home. He will come and start the job then leave this non-licensed person to complete the job. If you don't want a felon working in your home don't call Henry
