Bonafide Pluming saved me! 2am I get a call from the property owner my water heater is leaking to the apartment below. Never dealing with a water heater before, I googled how to turn off the water.. 8am I start calling Plumbers, it being Saturday morning on a 3-day weekend I assume I will never speak to a live human being. But NO! Stephanie from Bonafide Pluming answered and listened to my emotional plea for help. She calmed me down while assuring me my problem was going to get fixed.. Stephanie was kind, informative and thoughtful. Not only did Edward (the owner) show up within the hour, but he saved the day. Pricing was reasonable and the whole process only took a couple hours. Edward is good and honest people! He listed to me and answered all my questions. He explained ongoing maitanance and really took his time in making sure everything was installed properly and safely!  Not only will I use Edward and Bonafide Pluming again, I asked for additional business cards to give to friends who may need a honest, reliable plumber! Edward is AWESOME!

I had a few small projects around the house and am really glad that I called Right Handyman.  They did an excellent job, offering thoughtful advice on the best way to achieve what I want.  Mikhail is incredibly responsive and thorough.  I'm happy with the way the projects turned out and will call again for the next job.

We were having issues with our sewer line clogging and I figured after 20 years in our house, we probably needed a new sewer lateral. One plumber came out, saw we didn't had a proper size cleanout so couldn't put his camera in easily and then just gave us a quote for the full lateral ($$$).

Sal from Thumbs Up came out, saw the same thing, then came back the next day with an assistant and a ladder to get his camera in the top vent from the roof. Discovered a clog. Didn't charge us for that visit since the camera couldn't get far. His crew came out the next day to snake the drain through the toilet, and in the process discovered we had lots of calcium buildup in the toilet, but our old clay pipes are in fine shape. So instead of thousands of dollars for a new lateral, we're looking at a few hundred for a new toilet.

Super impressed with Sal and I could tell he conveys to everyone who works for him that they want happy, repeat customers, even if that means discovering that a house is a $500 job and not a $5,000 job.

Thank you Joe from Ace Plumbing and Rooter.  I awoke this morning to a flooded garage sewer backup.  As luck would have it, my family and I are leaving for vacation this morning, so this was especially unwelcome and likely to delay our trip.  I called Ace Plumbing and Rooter and they sent Joe out within an hour of my call.  He fixed our problem in 30 seconds (apparently city pipes were blocked), so my trip isn't even delayed and my garage is sewer water free.  Thank you Joe for making my day!

This company is great... totally professional and reliable. My furnace went out on a Sat night. I called and reached someone on Sun. A new replacement unit had to be ordered, and even with supply chain problems, they received the unit and installed it on Mon, one week later.

Estimates and billing were done immediately via email, and making payment was quick and easy.

Definitely call these folks!  You won't be disappointed.

I contact Mario's plumbing services on 02-06-20 around 6pm.  Within 15 to 20 minutes     I was talking to Mario regarding my plumbing issues Mario asked me if this was a emergency I said no that I can wait for the morning. He promptly gave me an appointment window from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.  Which I thought was great since I had called them the night before.  Mario showed up around 9 a.m and was very professional and polite.  After his inspection of my water heater he work in detail with me on the numbers in the cost of the job even offer some ways I could save money Which I thought was great. At that point I felt comfortable with what I was being told and asked him to go ahead and start the job.  With in a few hours the job was complete and looked amazing.  With out a question for any plumbing needs I will contact Mario's plumbing service.

It all began with an issue of elevated moisture concentration in our drywall around the house. We didn't know what to do and got it inspected for mold.

Eventually, we figured out that our roof is failing and needed to act fast. We purchased the property a couple years ago and the roof looked ok. As we were later educated, our home had a bitumen asphalt shingle roof, which was of poor quality from when our home was initially built. I did some research on Google and Yelp and ultimately contacted several roofing experts.

The team at Eco Smart Roofer were far and far and above the most responsive, knowledgable, and pleasant to speak with. Within a couple more days I was able to narrow down a date for the installation. The Eco Smart Roofer Project Manager was constantly updating me on weather conditions and we had to reschedule the start date - but I'm happy we did because I sure didn't want to leave my roof exposed during heavy rain -- wish I can give an extra star for this!

The job was completed carefully and efficiently and all backed by an extended warranty. Thank you Armand for turning what could have been a disaster into a very manageable situation.

Mark is a great contractor. As an architect, he is just the type of builder I like to work with. He has a clear way of pricing jobs, and provides honest feedback as the process moves along. I used these guys, they did a bad job, I had to bring in another contractor to fix the job.   No cooperation from these guys, ended up in litigation.

It's always a weird thing trying to pick the right person  to help resolve your issues especially as a home owner .
I called Johnny at city wide plumbing, besides showing up on time  he was very knowledgeable , professional , and I felt a secure feeling that if I give him the job it would be done right. I have tried other plumbers out in the past and it has been horrible experiences.
Johnny was efficient , well priced, dependable , and very clean which I appreciate greatly. He helped me resolve a few plumbing issues that were time sensitive since I live in LA and rent out my SF property. City wide plumbing will have a life long customer, thank you Johnny for everything you are the best .

Our hot water was not working consistently so reached out to Handy plumbing. They sent Marvin Gonzalez the same day. He explained us the problem and advised to do a maintenance service for our tankless heater. He gave a reasonable estimate and came the next day to do the work. They showed us before and after pictures and did a great job at cleaning the heater. Highly recommend this company.

Awesome service from Ed! They arrived early in the appointment window, easily diagnosed the issue after checking for other sources of a leak for my kitchen sink and showed me where and how to check it myself. I would definitely recommend them.

I called, sent a photo of an outdoor pipe I've wanted replaced (it was an eyesore), got a quote within minutes and an appointment in a couple days. They were polite and professional, on time, completed the work beautifully at a reasonable price! I also had them service/flush my on-demand water heaters, and they noticed a cracked pipe that they fixed on the house! Nice to know that I have a responsible, reliable plumber on speed dial!!

If you're looking for opportunistic plumbers to take your money, then these are the guys.

My tankless water heater stopped working yesterday.  The water in our neighborhood went out, and the computerized unit shut down.  I googled tankless water heater repair and Bragg Plumbing came up, so I called.

The technician I talked with, clearly didn't want to come look at the heater. He went on and on about what a piece of junk the model was and that it should just be replaced.  I convinced him to come and look at it anyway which he did today.  He claimed to be an expert on the model from years of experience working with them.  After fiddling with it for a few minutes, he told me that it was the computer board.

He gave me an estimate of $1,500 to repair the unit, and said it would be two to three weeks to get parts.  He recommended I just replace the unit and gave me an estimate of $5,000.  I did research and a unit our size can be purchased for less than $1,000.  I asked him why so much, and he said that installation parts and labor would add to the cost.

After he left, I called another plumber.

The second plumber came out, opened the front panel, and pressed a hidden reset button.  The water heater was fixed in less than one minute!  It cost me $65.

I called Bragg again to ask why their expert didn't think to press the reset button. They gave me lame excuses and no apology.

Don't bother with these people.  They don't know what they're doing, except trying to get people to pay for unnecessary repairs.
