Ed never fails to impress me.  I've recommended him to a number of friends/coworkers and have yet to hear anything other than praise for his professionalism.  It's great to have a go to person.  Like others have said, fair, reasonable, and very prompt.

I really liked the plumber that they sent, Dave! He showed right on time, and had his mask, gloves, and shoe covers. He helped us with the issue in the bathroom quickly, was patient, polite, and explained what he did thoroughly. The price for the job was fair. Excellent service!

The team has been fantastic. They were very responsive, clear, and easy to coordinate with before the job. Working with Mikhail directly has been a pleasure. He's very courteous, taking care of our home as if it were his own. He covered his shoes to make sure he kept our place clean. He organized everything clearly before starting and when wrapping up. He did a meticulous job for us, and what I really appreciate is that he stands by his work and is very deliberate about making sure all his work will stand the test of time.

I would work with Mikhail again in a heartbeat - in fact, I already have! He worked on a second job with me after the first went so well. He's mounted a tv with wiring behind the wall, installed shades and curtain rods, and built furniture with us. Everything has turned out excellent.

Got a quote from Sal last week. He was very helpful and did not price gouge. We set up the  replacement for today. Sal was able to get us in earlier and confirmed that it was acceptable.
Eddie arrived on time and was very helpful.
He explained everything and got the job done per the quote.
Our hardware was very old and Eddie managed to take it off without going into the wall. He really wanted to do the job without incurring extra charges.
You never know what to expect with home projects but we would recommend this company.
Integrity is everything.

I accidentally cracked my main water line when digging in my yard. Water was spraying 20ft in the air on a Sunday night. Mario sent someone out within 30min and fixed the problem right away. The experience and quality of work was very good.

Like a charm! This contracting crew is truly pain free. While I contacted few firms prior to signing - these guys shocked me with their professionalism and tactical approach. I loved everything about them, professionalism, knowledge, speed and the fact that they are licensed. Approach is what's different, fast, efficient and cool. We were in need of new roof and I searched for weeks to find someone creditable. Called Eco Smart and in few days I got on their schedule for the initial inspection, two inspectors came and inspected every little detail in our home, there was a long process of throwing questions at them after the inspection, all passed. Few days later we got the inspection report with pictures and legal explanations, got into contract the same day and the Project was scheduled. Crew showed up on time and we had our entire roof replaced in four days, it was magical and very easy. Entire job site was cleaned up every day including our neighbors backyards, they were very sensitive to our neighbors request and one of our neighbors even got a free car wash from them. Great contractor!!!!

Johnny is a great guy to work with.  He had a flexible schedule, shows up on time and did a great job installing a new gas line for an outdoor BBQ area.  He took the time to walk me through my options for running the line, gave and estimate and stuck to it.  I even had an additional request for him day of the install and he was able to complete the extra work for a little above the original estimate.  I am coming back to Citywide for all my plumbing needs.

We had an issue with our shower drain and the Handy Plumbing Man team was able to visit the same day. Miguel was on time, super professional, and explained everything in easy-to-understand terms. Five star experience!

Me and the wife had our first baby didn't realize you couldn't flush baby wipes well kinda good thing we met Miguel fixed the problem snaked the pipes continued to snake the line the full 500 feet cuz that's what you do when a customer pays thank you !!!!! Ran it by him that I have a bad smell in my bathroom he popped the toilet off fixed the ring showed me the horrible job that was done last time to the correct job Miguel did presto smell gone if I would've known flushing baby wipes would get Miguel over to fix my entire house from sewer smell that I've literally almost hopped off the bridge for I would've done it years ago thank you Miguel thank you Echo plumbing and rooter for training and hiring value I'll never go anywhere else !!

I called them on Thursday and Joe came out on Friday and got the work done. Joe was friendly and to the point. I am so glad after much search I found the perfect company.

Had a leaking toilet on a SUNDAY morning.  Called Fast Response and spoke to Tim.  He was able to add me to his busy schedule and had my toilet fixed within 2 hours from the time I called!  Totally impressed and will call on this company for all of my future plumbing needs.

Sam was professional ,punctual and I was glad I found him. Way cheaper than other plumbers in the area. He installed new valves behind my washing machine which were frozen. Thanks Sam for the great work.

If you are in need of an excellent, professional, reliable, and trustworthy plumber, I would highly recommend T. A. Roberts.  I used Todd on 2 separate occasions for leaky faucets with great satisfaction with the work performed. I decided to replace my old linoleum flooring in the bathroom, which required that the toilet and pedestal sink be removed before the tile could be laid.  I called Todd, and he gave me a very reasonable quote.  Because I have only the one bathroom, I needed the work to be expedited.  Todd arrived on the appointed time and removed the bathroom fixtures in plenty of time for the demo of my bathroom floor and the installation of tile.  At Todd's recommendation I had hired Mark Perri, Perri Marble & Tile, Inc. to install the tile. An excellent choice.  Todd and Mark Perri coordinated their work schedules to accomplish the project in a timely manner.   After the tile was laid, Todd returned and professionally and neatly replaced the toilet and sink. I had left town because of not having the use of a bathroom.   Todd was very considerate of my need to return home as soon as possible after bathroom was functional. He went far beyond and contacted me with an update and to let me know that the bathroom was ready for use, well before the proposed time and that I could return home earlier than I anticipated. I arrived home and was delighted to see the perfectly implemented finished project. Not only is Todd's work impeccable but he is a thoughtful, conscientious, caring person and a true professional, absolutely wonderful to work with.

We had a defective gas stove in living room. Despite three visits and charges it was not working. The area was freezing. Conor and Local Plumbing diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and the stove works like new. He even showed us how the remote control worked- no vendor ever bothered to do this.   In an area where there are so many options, you'd be well-advised to use Local Plumbing.

Tracy from Bragg came today to replace our garbage disposal. Showed up early, was quick, even cleaned our sink after he was done :). He also gave us some great pointers on how to best maintain our disposal. Thanks Tracy!
