I was really impressed with their knowledge and expertise. I gained a lot of trust after everything they told me was correct. They showed up on time, explained everything, and the price was consistent with the quote. Everything looks great and professionally done.

We had one of those crisis situations happen with sewage backing up into the tub and they were able to come out within hours and fix the problem efficiently and effectively.  While I won't tell you it was cheap - services were reasonably priced and he offered me choices in how I wanted to proceed.

They were professional, courteous and got the job done when they said they would.  They even were able to show up a little early for me!

Advanced plumbing is who you need to call for all your plumbing needs. Nick came to my house and was not only professional but he was honest. Good prices, great work and most of all knowledgeable. He explained what happened why it happened and advised me of the differences in parts and prices of parts. I couldn't have asked for more in such a stressful time. Joven responded quickly to a quote request that I sent via Yelp on a Saturday evening, and he came to do the work the following day. He was friendly and efficient, and the final price was less than the quoted estimate. We'll definitely call him again for any future work we may need.

Two weeks ago, our old water heater stopped working. It was pretty old (15+ years) and was in dire need of replacement. Our landlord called up Garcia Plumbing, they're known for doing great work. Garcia Plumbing Co. showed up quickly with an associate and was able to fix the problem really quickly; they did a full water heater replacement within a few hours. Greg did a great job explaining the problem clearly to us. In addition, he notified us of a latent problem with the old exhaust pipe: it was broken and fumes were entering our garage. This problem was fixed as well. In addition, they were very mindful of the shelter in place order and kept two meters distance. Greg also clearly explained to me how to restart the heater in the event the flame goes out. Nice people.

We've had warm water for two weeks now and we're happy with the job they did! Would recommend to anyone.

Willie is awesome!  If you have a tankless (AKA endless) water heater - Willie is the one to ask for.   I spent too much time searching for a qualified tankless water heater (I have 2 Rinnai water heaters) repair company.  I had a few companies who will remain nameless out to estimate my problem.  Everyone said they are experienced with tankless/endless water heaters, but they all lied - EXCEPT JE BROWN.  Willie came out and immediately I was confident he knew exactly what he was doing like it was second nature.  Willie was very polite and answered every question I had; he even removed his shoes at my front door.   What the other repair guys told me was going to be thousands of $$ turned out to be a one hour fix for about $100.  I highly recommend JE Brown, and Willie if you have any water heater issues.

This guy is nice enough and prices are fair, but he severely scratched my toilet when he snaked it (see pics). I mentioned it to him and he just kind of mumbled something, not really taking any responsibility or apologizing.

Then he snaked my upstairs bathroom and broke a pipe, which resulted in water running all over the bathroom floor and water pouring out the light fixture in my kitchen downstairs.

Basically just a half ass attempt at service. You get what you pay for...

This company is top notch. Really professional from start to finish, from the nice lady who took my call to set an appointment, to the two gentleman who showed up to do the work. They even took the time to point out a few things that could be done as preventive maintenance for the issues I was having. They even showed up the next day to do caulking when they ran out of time the first day.

I will be using this company again for the other city properties I manage.

This review is long overdue. The only thing I can say is, thank goodness Edgar was faster at providing excellent service than I was at writing this review.

The night before Thanksgiving, with tons of food being prepared and lots of garbage to dispose of, I realized that our existing garbage disposal (the Ace Hardware brand - don't buy one) was leaking badly into the cabinet under the sink. Edgar returned my call almost immediately and was standing in my kitchen within an hour. He diagnosed a ruptured chamber in the disposal, and provided a perfectly reasonable free estimate for replacement and installation. He headed out to the hardware store on the one of the worst traffic nights of the year, came back with an In-Sink-Erator unit and efficiently completed the installation. The bill was actually LESS than his estimate, despite the amount of time he had spent in traffic.

These guys have restored my faith in contractors.  I had a nightmare project that lasted years with a ton of complicated issues and delays.  We went through a bunch of contractors over the years who eventually got fed up and abandoned us.

Pete and Lauren are the ONLY people that stuck it out and saw the job through to completion.  They helped sort through a bunch of the DBI and SFFD's confusion and the mess that other contractors left, and they got it done.  I would be in a world of trouble had Pete and Lauren not been patient and professional as they are.   Their work is top notch.

My heartfelt gratitude goes to Ronan from R. Hassett Plumbing for tackling a large emergency plumbing job with through expertise, skill and graciousness. Contractors laying the sidewalk in front of my house had broken my water pipe, and given me a day or so to replace it (it was too old to be fixed). Since I was overseas, I used Yelp reviews to locate a good plumber, and good fortune led me to Ronald. He came over that same evening, sussed out the job, and gave me an estimate which came out to very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Moreover, he seemed to really understand how to tackle the problem. He was able to negotiate between the contractors, my impatient and demanding tenants who were threatening to move into a hotel if water was not turned on within a day, and myself--taking my calls from overseas, and keeping me updated on what needed to be done. The water was turned on the very next day!! I cannot recommend him enough and I am grateful to have found such a great plumber in our neighborhood.

The hassle-free handyman did a phenomenal job mounting a TV in a challenging spot alongside indoor wire concealment. All that for a more than reasonable price point. Something hard to find in the Bay. Already have additional projects in mind and I will hire him again. Super responsive, knowledgeable, and an outright nice person. A++

I have known Bill for over 6 years.  He has done extensive plumbing for the remodeling of our home, including three bathrooms and a gas fireplace.  We have also had him come back for some routine maintenance during this time.  He is honest, efficient, competent and a joy to work with.  His fees are reasonable and he guarantees all the work that he does.  I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.   Bill gets top praise from me.

I am a professional, licensed plumber, and I really like this place. Staff are friendly, and knowledgeable. Those guys get good deals on tank less water heaters, and carry necessary materials that other suppliers would not, due to a high price.

The technician came right on time. He wore a mask and did a standard inspection of the heating and cooling system in a very reasonable period of time. Also took the time to take pictures and show me how he cleaned certain parts of the system with before and after be shots. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend
