Our upstairs toilet leaked and damaged the ceiling below. They made an appointment about an hour later and came through. They discussed with us the root causes of our leak and they were ok with working immediately. A portion of the piping had to be replaced, and the damaged ceiling had to be cut out. Started at 3 PM, were done before 6.

Flow Masters was referred to us as part of our driveway pavement project.  It was a good opportunity to replace the ancient sewer lines.  Conor was prompt in giving us an estimate of the job involved.  The project team worked under a very short time frame and cleared our installation with the City on the second day.  Conor was always courteous and informative.  We got detailed pictures of the pipes under the driveway for documentation.

Everyone I worked with was terrific ... helpful, informative, efficient. My main bathroom needed updating, so my team (Carlos and Roberto) had it torn out, replaced and cleaned up in less than a week! They were easy to work with, cooperative and very respectful of my work/live space. Larry and the team at the headquarters office responded quickly to any questions that came up. I can't say enough about how nice it is to have a team that is so easy to work with. They are now on my speed-dial!

We had some various household tasks we needed help with, including some woodworking. Mike was able to schedule us in last minute and he even arrived early. He quickly took care of our tasks and then generously stayed longer to help with other tasks. Mike was fast, cooperative, and very friendly. He was such a huge help and we will certainly be hiring him again!

Team arrived within an hour of my desperate phone call. All work was done quickly, without fuss and without making a mess. I will definitely use  Kenneth again.

Justin is fantastic!  He was able to give me same-day service, which is always appreciated, when dealing with any plumbing problem.  He was professional, skilled, super friendly and his price was very reasonable.  I am so happy that I found a great plumber to call on when we need him!

As all plumbing problems tend to happen on major holidays, mine started the day before New Year's eve when I realized my water heater had an issue after being forced to take a barely warm shower.  I called Jorge at 5 minutes before 5 pm, and he answered the phone.  He sent me pictures and a video with instructions on how to test common issues, and I was able to follow them and that even fixed the issue.  Thank you Jorge!  I am sure my water heater will eventually die completely, and I will go to him to replace it.  For now, I'm good!

We had an issue in our bathroom where the shower didn't have hot water, but the separately standing bathtub plus bathroom sinks did have hot water. We previously hired another plumber to fix it, who after coming out and fixing it, did nothing at all and still charged us $500!

This time we called 3 companies to troubleshoot and provide estimates. The first company came in at more than double what Selvin quoted, and they were just going to open up the shower and charge us for exploratory troubleshooting. They had no idea what was wrong!

Alex from Selvin came at the same time as the 3rd company. Alex is the only one who actually turned on the shower in his assessment to understand what was going on. He told us what was wrong immediately, gave us a quote, and told us he could start the work right away. We didn't even ask plumber from the 3rd company for a quote; we were so impressed with Alex that we went with him and sent the other plumber on his way. Alex fixed everything quickly.

The day after, we had a toilet that was making a noise (after he had fixed it during his previous visit). We called, and he came out right away to take care of the issue.

We are so impressed with Alex at Selvin. He is now our go-to plumber!

Our toilets were backed up and the first plumber we got spent 6 hours but couldn't figure out the problem.  Luis from Northern Plumbing came in and knew right away what to do- had the toilets cleared quickly.  He also took the time to explain everything to me.  Will definitely call Northern next time we have any plumbing issues!

Peter and Uriah are GREAT. Plumbing company I work for has a account here so we get all of our stuff from A1. Customer service is exceptional and they always have the plumbing parts we need, and if they don't they always can get. Thank you Angela, Peter, and Uriah.

Last Friday, we noticed our house getting cold and by the evening, it was really cold. We have radiant heat and I went out and felt the boiler and it was stone cold. Early the next morning (Saturday), I called a few boiler specialists including Innovative Radiant Heating. The owner, Ramnar Montoya, called me back quickly and scheduled time to look at our problem the same day. He confirmed what I suspected, our almost 40 year old boiler was dead (bad heat exchanger). I received a few bids that day but the bid from Ramnar was the only one that included all the details of the job (flushing the system, installing pumps and pressure regulater, etc). I liked that detail because I didn't have to wonder whether all the work we discussed was going to be included. Ramnar answered my many questions throughly and the more time I spent talking to him, the better feeling I got. His bid was very competitive and he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need; actually quite the opposite. At one point, I was interested in a more expensive boiler and he gently suggested it would be a waste of money. I ended up taking his advice. After reviewing a couple of more bids and many more questions to Ramnar, I hired his firm to install the new boiler. I asked him if he could stop in during the installation. He responded saying he would be doing the installation. I liked that. He was able to schedule the work quickly and arrived at our house exactly when he said he would. Ramnar did thorough, excellent, work and did everything he said he would. He was absolutely great to work with and very pleasant to have at our house. My utility closet and new boiler look great and our house is now warm and comfortable again. I am very happy to write this review.  With our next plumbing catastrophe, I will not hesitate to call Ramnar and Innovative Radiant Heating again. Thank you Ramnar!

I had a fantastic experience with Starboy Plumbing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! They came out for an estimate but were able to exchange my sink pipe on the same day (the existing one was non-compliant). Pricing was transparent and reasonable, and they even were able to help me find the water shut-off that I've been trying to find for weeks. Couldn't be happier with the service!

My toilet seal was broken and the toilet itself was wobbly.
Bennyson  was punctual  and quick to repair the seal and also the toilet not being stable. I am very happy with the service he provided and pricing was fair.

Very courteous, and diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. Took the time to show me how clear simple drain clog myself.

My kitchen pipes were leaking. I was about to go to home depot and get a replacement pipe. We'll when I was about to remove the pipe, another was broken. I called lots of plumbers, no one could come until tomorrow. I kept trying and got Works plumbing. They came right away and Travis P. Replaced all the pipes under our sink. We love it!

Had a leaky toilet. Which they did fix for appx $200. Took ten minutes to do.

Where's the problem. Now since that problem was fixed it created a new one. NOW MY TOILET WONT BARELY FLUSH TOILET PAPER. I ask myself what kind of plumber does this work. So was this person that fixed the leak an actual plumber? Or was it someone working under another plumbers license?

So we had the plumber back. Voiced our concerns of the toilet not barely being able to flush toilet paper. And he turns and says it will cost another $200 to fix the flushing power.

So $400 is what the new total to fix the toilet into being a working toilet.

Something ain't right here. This seems like highway robbery!
