We have been very happy with Yevgeny's work. He has helped us with electrical issues and repaired a major gas leak in our home. He gave us realistic estimates on the cost of the project. He also was very patient with the many questions I had. Yevgeny is a very trustworthy man, and we feel lucky to have found him on yelp. (Many Contractors in the city won't call you back if the job is too small, but Yevgeny is really there to help out on the many issues that pop up in home ownership).

Moe is AMAZING! I can not praise this guy enough. He arrived on time, was very polite and easy to talk to as well. He did the wiring the way I wanted and was very knowledgeable. He is a superstar handy man! He also showed me how to take the TV down if needed. My roommate and I have officially decided to only use Moe for all our home repair needs.

Extremely satisfied with the level of service provided. Called on a Friday night with a badly clogged main sewer line (could not drain water anywhere in the house). Boris responded right away and offered to come later that night. He came at the agreed upon time, quickly sized up the situation and proceeded to expertly resolve the problem. Cost of repair was very reasonable as well. Can't recommend enough.

Dave did an outstanding job! He arrived on time and wearing mask. He fixed a problematic pocket door. He explained all of our options , purchased parts at Home Depot and fixed our door. It works perfectly. We are so happy with his work he is coming next week to help with a door and chest of drawers.I highly recommend Dave for any job.

We were fortunate to have Daniel, the owner himself, help us with a backed up sewer line. Not only he cleared the backup right away by snaking close to the trap, he took care to run extra water from the offending drain. He then inspected with camera the main connection far under the street and went right and left there. When I asked him to do jet cleaning of all the lower sewer drains he was super thorough: He patiently guided the snake/camera/jet upstream into the building 30-35ft with hot water cleaning and rechecking carefully. Great to see someone have this level of skill and put in the effort. The charge was reasonable and Daniel gave us a 6 month warranty. Highly recommend!

Had a sewer line replaced and a couple of other things done. Leo and his team did a fantastic job! They were responsive, quick, and the work looks good. They handled all of the permitting and took care of everything.

You could tell that they took pride in their work. They were straight forward and upfront about everything. Amber (on the business side) was super easy to deal with, too. Thank goodness for her! She was quick to respond to emails and answer any questions.

Would definitely work with them again. The process was very smooth and they were very easy to deal with. Sadly, I've learned that many of these traits are not very common among contractors. These guys are the real deal!

Paul has been 100% consummate professional - always on time, ready to work and has basically helped me get every typical moving in job done with an extremely high quality of work and diligence.  Being a very fussy customer - he is patient, checks and advises on how to best go about a job and even plans ahead to get exactly the right or best looking fixture or fitting to do some very fiddly jobs.  He fixed a variety of things to the wall, restored some garden furniture absolutely beautifully and also helped with repairs and fixes around the place.  I cannot recommend him highly enough - been a blessing to have him in my new home

We did a bathroom remodel and interior painting, one of the most things that got my attention during the job is how clean is the job site everyday after work , amazed by that , job was excellent, my wife is very happy from the final results. Definitely recommend Bay Area Renovation.

These guys were amazing! Our building water heater went out and the next morning Steve B was there first thing, gave us the lowest bid, and was able to start work immediately! We had a slightly complicated situation because our gas piping was blocking the old water heater, but Steve was able to remove and relocate the gas connections no problem. Within 5 hours our 4-unit condo building had hot water again. These guys were super responsive and Steve B was communicative and super easy to work with. Great experience all around.

Tavor's Plumbing was sent to us by our home warranty service. Rick was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He took one look at our garbage disposal and knew what the problem was and fixed it within 20 mins. I highly recommend him and will call him back for any other plumbing issues. Honrath and Stacey is a great company.  Their pricing is fair and they don't gouge. They have been our family's plumber for 5 years or more and they never disappoint.  They have installed our wall heaters, water heater, and new toilets, besides fixing major clogs and other plumbing issues.  They are prompt, polite, knowledgeable about their craft, personable and have a  lighthearted,comfortable manner.  They have never failed to lessen my anxiety when a plumbing problem arises and I think that the world is going to end.  They simple say, Oh, we've seen this before.  We'll have you up and running in no time!  They were even honest when it came to advising me about switching from wall heaters to central heating. Jim told me that for a house my size that it wouldn't be economical, nor would it add any efficiency, since it would heat room that I wasn't in.  I was ready to hire him to do the job, but he cared more about being honest and saving me money.  With that said, I would be extremely confident to recommend this company to consumers and businesses. They are the best!

I had my second clog in 9 months since I moved into my current place.  The pipes are old and even though I do what I can to prevent anything but water going down the drain, I got another clog.

Decided to try Performance Plumbing this time and called around 11am.  I was able to schedule a plumber to come between 2 & 4pm the same day.  Received a call around 12 that he was running early and was just around the corner, could he come now?  

Not only did he arrive early, but I was charged much less than what the last company charged me!  The visit took at MOST 15 minutes to snake my drain and I can once again shower without standing in a puddle.  Thank you!

Five stars for Almighty Plumbing. It was a stellar experience working with them.

Last night, as we ran the washing machine, water poured out of the pipe behind it and flooded our laundry area. We had no idea what the problem was, but I thought it couldn't be simple. Looking at Yelp, I found Almighty Plumbing and contacted them. Almighty is run by brothers Michael and Javier. Michael replied soon after to my contact form inquiry.

Today, his brother Javier came out and fixed the problem. The issue turned out to be root intrusion into one of our sewer pipes. Javier ripped out as many roots as possible, snaked the pipes, and left everything in excellent working condition. He also told us what options we had for maintaining and improving the situation in the future. I'm grateful that we found Almighty Plumbing and will reachnout to them for any plumbing needs in the future.

This is a money-hungry business.  I requested a bid for a residential sprinkler installation for work since the owner wants it & not mandated by the city.  The owner, Humphrey stated he can't afford me.  I guess he doesn't want any business.

I needed to buy a faucet set and get my faucet replaced.  I called to find out what time they closed:

Me:  Hi - what time do you close?

Lady:  For the showroom?

Me:  Oh!  What are the options?

Lady:  Do you want to buy something?

Me:  Well, yes... I need a faucet.  But what else is closing?

Lady:  Well, there's the showroom and plumbing services.

Me:  Oh,  I need to get a faucet replaced so I need both.  What time do they close?

Lady:  Plumbing services are at all hours, you have to schedule.

Me:  Ok.. so I wanted to get a faucet today, then to get it replaced.  What time do you close?

Lady:  Well, there are no more appointments today.

Me:  Uhh, ok... well I'll just go somewhere else then.

I never did get a time.

I called these guys in a pinch and they came through. We have a restaurant and time is of the essence. They arent called half priced for nothing. The price was insanely good for the raping' that could have occurred. I would recommend these guys big time.
