During a multi-day rainstorm in SF, our ceiling sprung a leak. All of the roof companies I reached out to had month-long waitlists and wouldn't entertain the idea of coming out at the last minute.

I was referred to Yevgeny by a colleague who had said that he had done a great job, on short notice, with a leak at her house. Yevgeny was able to come to the house within 2 hours and did a quick visual review of the roof to assess the issue. His consultation gave me clear next steps as well as peace of mind. Well I've learned my lesson: don't call handymen to fix a leaking water heater connection.  What happened was pretty much the same as the other handyman I contacted, except Moe at least picked up the phone.  I told him about the leaking pipe and he asked me to take a picture of it and send it to his phone. I did as he requested and then... no response.

I waited a day then called him back.  He told me he didn't get the picture and to try sending it by email.  I did as he requested aaaannnnndddddd... no response.

I waited yet another day and tried to call him, but he didn't pick up his phone.  I didn't bother leaving a voicemail.

Boris is a great find on yelp. I messaged on yelp and he is very responsive. I hired him to install a shower panel system in my house. He even gave tips on what or not works before I purchase the system. I would highly recommend him and use him again for any future plumbing work.

Dave installed a new pre-hung front door for us a couple of months ago. Dave provided a very reasonable quote. He and his partner showed up on time, did the work efficiently, and left everything looking great. I was very pleased and would use Dave again in the future.

Our toilet and shower tub flooded on Sat morning around 9am and I quoted several plumbing companies. Gator rooter and plumbing responded within 10 mins and headed to my property even before 10am. Their price is very reasonable and the service is comprehensive. They even checked my crawl space and told me the root cause of this clog. So satisfied and they deserve a 100 star.

Daniel and his team have done a lot of work for us over the last ~10 years including water heater, installing new toilet and even clearing pipe which caused flooding. He is professional, tells me where to get best supplies and work is 100% high quality. If he installs something, it is done well and I do not have to follow up about that item, maybe never. I can't believe I've never written a review for them. Highly recommend!

I found Leo through Yelp, and I have to agree with all the others: he is amazing.  Great guy, does very high quality work at great prices.  He is very quick to respond and helps out with a huge range of issues, large and small.  xHe has replaced my water heater, replace clogged pipe, fixed a dangerous gas leak, and advised on shower repair.  I won't call anyone else, and I can't recommend him highly enough.

Paul installed 5 faux wood blinds and a combo code fence lock for us. He is very professional and did a great work. We are 100% happy with his work. Highly recommended.

It was not an emergency to replace my hot water heater but it was no longer functioning properly and was at the end of its expected life. Water Heaters Only came out and reviewed the options with me and did a site review. Benny was the technician and was very thorough review with clear explanations to my questions. They gave a very competitive quote and significantly under the 3 other plumbing outfits I called. We set up an appointment for the replacement on Aug 9, 2016 and Benny arrived in the window he provided. He was very efficient and careful in his work, making sure everything was up to code and made some improvements on my hot water circulation piping with no extra charge. He finished in about 2-1/2 - 3 hours and left the area neat and clean. The Hot Water heater works great. This was a no hassle replacement experience. I would gladly use them again when needed - they did a great job at a lower cost than others. Benny is a real plus for WHO.

Rick is fantastic! He did a great job fixing our sink efficiently while being very friendly and respectful. He had all the parts necessary and the repair was done faster than expected.

I absolutely love this company!  I moved into my house in February. I have had only 4-5 mins of hot water. It has been a really difficult transition with the rental agency. When Joey showed up with his cousin today it was like a Christmas miracle. They knew the water heater needed to be replaced and same day had it installed. I have never been so happy to take a shower. I was in tears today to just to have a warm shower and not have to jump out and freeze. I cannot thank you both enough. Not only are these guys efficient but they are friendly and great at communicating the issues at hand. Thanks again I appreciate all the hard work done today.

I've used these guys a couple of times for me and they always did a quick and good job. 24 hour service means really 24 hours, 2 months ago during those heavy rains I had to call them at 3 am in the morning. The water from our toilet came up and covered our whole bathroom and hallways. They came by 6am in the morning and managed to make things much better. Pleased with their responsiveness and helpful attitude, I will call them agin in case of emergency.

This is a money-hungry business.  I requested a bid for a residential sprinkler installation for work since the owner wants it & not mandated by the city.  The owner, Humphrey stated he can't afford me.  I guess he doesn't want any business.

Called in to get prices on particular set of bath fixtures. They had the best prices. Spoke to slimy saleswoman woman who acts like she has something better to do. Whatever. I call back later ready to order. I speak to a nice guy confirm the prices and call back with the credit card and I get slimo again. She takes over the order and says she will email me the invoice. She charges the card then emails me at the end of the day. I told her clearly I want to see the itemized prices beforehand. Sure, sure, she says. I got the email at 530 pm with prices 50% more than originally quoted. I called back right away and she acts all indignant and claims the prices she originally quoted were not in the proper finish (a lie), then she said that it is a good thing I called her right away or there would be a restocking fee. She really tried to pressure me into just buying the items because she already ordered them and tried to convince me I had made a mistake. I know I didn't make a mistake because everyone else selling these fixtures charges less, even in my finish.
Better get it in writing if you do business here!

They have worked on our families plumbing issues for twenty years. He always comes through and fixes any problem for a reasonable cost. The owner is a hard working, friendly and fast worker considering his company consists of himself and one helper. You won't be disappointed with the half price and in the end the job gets done professionally.
