We called three plumbers yesterday and no-one answered our call.  As soon as I called Lion Rooter, Cesar answered the call and was very courteous; he gave us an exact time he would arrive and as soon as he came he made sure to take his shoes off; he and his associate were wearing their masks and they quickly laid down a protection mat so that they would not dirty anything up.  It was AMAZING how fast they worked as a team and they had the problem fixed in no time!!!  They went over and above what any other plumber would do and they patched up the open wall where they found the leak. That wall now looks as if nothing ever happened.  They also set our outside water valve to the correct psi pressure.  What I truly appreciated the most was that Cesar and his partner did not try to take advantage of us; they were very honest in their pricing and we felt we were 'in good hands'.

In addition, he fixed a toilet that had been leaking upstairs the next day (today), because we asked him to repair the wall today (the next day) because we wanted to make sure that the leak was the only one and he went out of his way to come back out to our house.  He was very prompt and spoke Spanish to my mom (a HUGE PLUS!!!).  I would 110% recommend Cesar and his business partner to anyone who wants someone that is professional, CLEAN, and very reasonably priced...for sure.  And one more thing, it doesn't matter at what time you need a plumber...he will come out practically at anytime.  What a 'true gem' in this day and age.

My Rheem 40 Gallon Shorty water heater finally sprung a leak and was flooding my garage. After googling Daly City Plumbers, boy am I glad Drigo came up at the top of my list. Drigo was here Fast, was Very Quick and Efficient in replacing my 40Gal Shorty without any difficulty at all. Drigo's price was very reasonable and I didn't even bother calling for a second quote.  I will use Drigo for all of my plumbing needs moving forward, and I plan to have all of my cast iron replaced soon. Had a great experience working with Max at AMX Plumbing. they installed a space saving tank less water heater and replaced a sewer line at my family's home. My father knows the business being a contractor over 40+ years  don't bother with other company's these guys are PROS and a great price.

Jazz Heating, Air Conditioning did a good job for us. They performed the install of water heaters and heater thermostats that we needed. They were pretty professional and had good attitudes.

Derek was absolutely the best! I've dealt with a lot of plumbers, most of them were sadly dishonest. When we had an emergency today I was dreading looking for a new plumber on short notice. Derek from Drummer not only came out within an hour, but he fixed our issues quickly, for a very reasonable price and did an amazing job! I picked him blindly from Yelp and I'm so glad I did! He'll be my only plumber from here on out! Top notch!

These guys are great.  Reasonable, trustworthy and easy to work with.  Been using them for 7years and they make it effortless with the paperwork to the city.
Each year they contact me, do the testing and take care of filing the report.

Our fireplace wasn't lighting anymore. I called the fireplace company that installed it many years ago and they referred me to George Salet Plumbing. Since it wasn't an emergency, I got an appointment within the week.  They were very communicative. I received a call that morning saying their employee had finished his previous job early, could he come right away. Ryan was very nice, mask and booties. He diagnosed the problem and got to work, cleaning the unit and replacing something he thought was the problem. He said it might also be something else which is a little pricey, but that probably wasn't the case. He took the whole unit apart to thoroughly service. After three hours, everything was put back together but it seemed to still be cutting out a little. We decided to just go ahead and replace the other part. Poor guy had to take it apart again. It was a package price so I wasn't charged by the hour. Four hours later, our 25 year old fireplace that had never been serviced has been entirely rebuilt. So next time your service person is late, just think, he might have had someone like me as an unexpected lengthy service call before you. I will definitely be calling them in the future and referring my friends.

Great first impression and quality work

I had an emergency situation at my family house. I was no available but my tenants were.

Awais was the ONLY person to respond to my yelp requests with a human message and a over the phone diagnosis. Everyone else wanted to come and do a free consultation.  Not what I want to hear when it's an emergency and water is leaking. The problem was exactly as he thought which  made things go extra quick.

My tenants said he was Fast. Efficient. Clean. He cleaned up after himself and was very nice..

His phone number is now in speed dial just in case I need a professional. Highly recommend.

Mejia's Plumbing Service replaced tubing that carried water to my ice box. Rene, owner also installed a small facet which will allow me to turn off the water supply to my refrigerator, if needed.  As soon as Rene completed the installation, I was able to drink water from the door of my refrigerator.  Additionally, after so many hours had pasted, my ice maker started making ice again.  I was very pleased with the excellent service of Mejia's Plumbing, in that, Rene presented himself professionally when interacting with me; he explained what he had to do to fix the problem; he completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time and he made sure that water flowed from the refrigerator prior to leaving.  If you are looking for a dependable and skilled plumber, I encourage you to contact the Mejia's Plumbing Company.  You won't be disappointed.

Meir is honest, dependable and a very good plumber.  He IS expensive, but you get what you pay for.  If you want absolute clarity about your problem and its fix, and honesty... this is your guy.  If you want to risk hiring the cheapest, he is not.

Commando Plumbing just completed a small job for me. They were very fast, price-competitive, the work was done well, and most important, they diagnosed the problem correctly! Before Commando, two very highly-rated plumbers had mis-diagnosed the problem to be much more serious (and expensive) than it turned out to be.

I'm very happy and relieved that I called Commando. I will call them first next time.

Sook is great! He was communicative, reliable and got everything in my house fixed that I needed. I'll be referring him out to my real estate clients. It's always nice  to have a great handyman.

I wanted to install a tankless water heater outside because my current water heater was inside the house in my kitchen and it was just a matter of time before it would go out and flood my kitchen. I got 3 quotes and Angel gave me the best price and I appreciated his kind personality. He was well informed and answered all of my questions. I felt he was very honest.

He installed a recirculation pump so I could get immediate hot water. It didn't work initially and I called and told him it still took a long time to get hot. He called the manufacturer and did find out that the installation was different than a previous model and he came out and did it correctly. I can't say enough about the quality of his work and his professionalism. I am very satisfied and happy with the tankless water heater and so glad that I hired Angel/In and Out Plumbing. They will be my go to plumbing company moving forward. Couldn't refer them more highly. You'll be glad you did. Ask for Angel. The picture of the water heater on their website is what he installed.

Wow! Super professional experience w PCE this AM. The technician, Andrew was very thorough and well versed in the PCE services offerings and explained their pricing and service benefits in detail. I'm struggling a little w the pricing but w look for more opportunities to incorporate their services at my home, as my current projects may be to elementary for their level of service.

Please stay away from this company. This outfit is unprofessional and downright rude. Awful customer service or lack of it. Our water heater was recently replaced by this god awful company. The water heater need to be strapped down due to the placement of the water heater. After agreeing that holes will be drilled for the support straps the installer drilled holes into the wall without using a stud finder tool. Of course he hit a water pipe causing a leak. The pipe was repaired however there is now a hole in our drywall that was not patched and repaired. A call was made and a very disgruntled employee answered the phone. None of my suggestions or complaints were accepted by this god awful employee. Fowl language is all he knows. Our drywall should be replaced. Please stay away from this outfit. Again awful customer service and down right rude personnel.

Don't give your credit card to this company!!!! They are not honest!

In my case, I got so scared that they might abuse my card that have to cancel my credit card that have been used on daily basis since 2019

Before they come out they quoted $250 per service call, no matter big job or small job.

After the job is done, the plumber left and asked a girl from the office to call for payment of $350.

Honestly, $350 for a Saturday call is not unreasonable. And Ron the plumber did get the job done. However, I just don't like to be told one price, and then another at the end of the job. I was there in the first hour, Ron never gave new quote.  It is not about money, just don't feel good.

The girl who is responsible for calling for payment appologized for the miscommunication and agreed to accept $300, and asked me for the credit card info.  With her promise, I told her my my credit card info over the phone.  Within minutes, I got email invoice with a charge of $350.

I called the girl asking why she betrayed my trust. She said the money has been charged and she will talk to boss on Monday.

I deal with contractors in regular basis for years, and this is the first time in my life that a merchandise dare to abuse client's credit card.

Now that they have my credit card in file, I am really concerned what they are going to do with the numbers.

I got so scared that I called my credit card company to stop this card and reissue a new one. I have used this card on daily basis for years and never worried to give it over the phone to a merchandise.

I scheduled with Bill to come by my place and give me an estimate for a relatively big job.   Because of this I was getting additional estimates.

Bill never showed up, and did not bother calling.  When I called him after the missed appt, he made a comment like I saw a bunch of X (ie used a term describing ethnicity, like Chinese/Mexican) guys standing around (the other plumbing company finishing an estimate) and it looked like you had enough help.  It is one thing if he does not want to take the time for a competitive bid, but really did not have to make a comment about the ethnicity of the other company.  Maybe he is a great guy, I really don't know but adding  that comment was not necessary, especially in a city as diverse as SF.  I think the bottom line is he did not want to compete for the job...

He might do great work, but the fact that he never showed up was a bit disappointing.
