But wait, the fun was not over yet .... 1 month after supposedly cancelling an order which they forgot to place (and never shipped), they billed my credit card for it.  More work in getting the charge disputed.

I just had, hands-down, the best plumbing experience I've ever had. I called Dan's Plumbing to help clear a badly clogged kitchen sink (that was backing up into the bathtub), and also to replace an old kitchen faucet. Marvin called in advance to let me know when he would arrive, which he did right on time. He was extremely friendly, super knowledgeable, clean and thorough. He walked me through everything he did and gave me tips for avoiding situations like this in the future. When he handed me the invoice, I was literally expecting it to be twice as much (the total was less than a competitor's estimate for the sink install alone!). I was truly blown away, and will be calling these guys again if I ever need to (which of course, I hope I don't ;-)... Dan's gets a 10 out of 10.

Initially I was hesitant to contact Zec & Ros plumbing becasue they only had one review!!  I contacted 5 plumbers via yelp, and only 2 got back to me.  Jose from Zec &  Ros  was one of the two.  So happy and glad I did!  He is totally professional, knows his work, and best of all his pricing was reasonable.  I asked how long the job would take and he said approx 2.5- 3 hours.   he was able to fix my main water supply in about 2.5 hours.   so happy we found a plumber and i plan to recommend him to our friends too.

Our contractor uses KH but likes for the customers to place their own orders.  After being a little intimidated because this is a contractors place (no fancy show room) discovered the staff was super helpful, provided multiple quotes, and knowledgeable.  Julian particularly helpful. Their prices are good, comparable to online outlets when you account for shipping.

Excellent customer service. Ron returned my calls right away, and arrived on time for a late Friday appointment, at my convenience.

I was stuck with no heat during record-breaking cold weather. Ron fixed my heater quickly and saved my weekend. Reasonable service call fee, and great service.  

I would not hesitate to call again, for heating or plumbing work.

Vincent from Urgent Rooter arrived within an hour of my call on a Saturday afternoon to fix a clogged sink.  He quickly diagnosed the situation (a clog about 20 feet down the pipe), quoted me a price, and snaked out the drain.  He went to great lengths to make sure I was happy with his service and even offered a warranty for his work.  Very friendly and prompt service.

Omg, read these reviews and since he is near, gave a call.  WONDERFUL!!!!!!  My kitchen faucet has been broken for awhile and was hard to turn off.  In an effort to save $, I went to Costco and bought a new faucet and needed a plumber to switch them out.  Mr. Lee left his cell phone on his message and when I called, said he would be over in 20 minutes (which he was).  1 hour later (for a VERY reasonable fee), I had a perfect sink!  He understood English well, was super personable and very professional.  Only challenge is that he prefers cash, which was not a problem for me.  I would not hesitate to recommend him and will call him for any future plumbing issues.

We hired Norman for a bunch of various jobs (replace door knobs, refit door stops, toilet replacement, sprinkler system repairs, etc) and will certainly hire him again for any future work.  

He professional, courteous, patient and most importantly knows what hes doing!

Chris from everlasting plumbing helped me out Friday by fixing a leak under my sink. The original installation was done incorrectly and Chris fixed it without any problem. He also helped clean up the mess under the sink. Before leaving he was also able to unclog a drain in my bathroom sink. He did a great job. He was also not only on time but a little early which was refreshing! He was friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend Everlast.

Called and made appointment yesterday 5/12and gave us 3:30 to 4:30 pm today 5/13 waited but no show no call!!! And we had to call back and they told us NO AVAILABLE TECHNICIAN!!! So what is the point of appointment?! Without even contacting the client!!! And they have  promo in GROUPON and no one can even tell us how it works from their company...according to the lady she told us yesterday that don't buy the Groupon and she will just give us discount...!!! Huh?! And what?! Be more responsible on giving schedules/appointments to your clients PLEASE!!!

Arrived quickly, resolved my issues, nice people.

I live around the corner from this plumber so thought it would be logical to phone this guy when I needed my shower drain unclogged.  The woman who answered told me she was a book keeper and would not take a message for Tom.  She told me That he does not respond to messages (???) and if I want to hire him, I should call back some other time.  I responded by saying wow, it seems like this is really difficult.  Perhaps I should call another plumber?  She said yes!

Ok, on to the next plumber...

Jorge and Efrain came over on time, asked the right questions, did a thorough exploration under my house (not easy... in fact another five star rated company in the area had to decline even bidding) and came in with the best bid.

The work they did was great. When there was a tiny pinhole leak they returned and fixed it in minutes.

I've since brought them back for other work because they're creative with solutions. Highly recommended!!!

I called Discount Plumbing Rooter early in the morning. They answered my call very pleasantly. I had a clog in my sink and didn't know what to do with it. They said they had some time to come in the afternoon, but I was going to be busy. They said they can squeeze me in the morning (super accommodating and nice as it was a last minute request!). Sam showed up earlier than expected. They called to confirm that this was ok and I also gave them some instructions on what to do upon arrival (my daughter was sleeping still!). Sam was very professional and friendly. He had shoe covers ready and a mask (I was pleasantly surprised by the shoe coverings). He came into my place and assessed the damage- he told me what he would do and what could be the possible outcomes. He also quoted me. He said it would take about 15 minutes but maybe more. I felt like it took 5. I guess I didn't have such a huge problem. He told me what I could do for next time (very helpful). They accept cash so I paid him accordingly- they also have a coupon that you can purchase on yelp. This experience was amazing. They were professional, quick and clean! Thank you so much!

He worked on my moms water heater, Marco did an amazing job replacing and installing the water heater, he was very nice, knowledgeable and honest. We will contact you again in any future plumbing project.

Showed up the same day I called him, stuck with the problem until it was solved, even when there were setbacks, and charged a very reasonable price. What more can you ask of a plumber?

Like doctors, plumbers often begin their appointments as though they run the show: they arrive late, recommend excessively costly procedures, and then require a return appointment. I've found Lev's Plumbing to be a refreshing -- and less expensive -- counterpoint to this syndrome. Operating for more than 30 years with a small family business, Lev shows up on time with no nonsense. And he's creative, once helping me devise a simpler solution to a problem (another worthless Instant-hot kitchen faucet) that saved me space, money, and earned him less money too.

I can't recommend Lev highly enough.  He's done jobs both small and large, including household remodels, even new gas and plumbing lines to schools.
