I had Craig come by to fix some problem with the lights. He arrived at the fixed date and time, and it appears that it did not require fixing. He did'nt charge me anything. More than that, I liked his prompt responsiveness, very friendly and I would recommend him for any electrical work that you may have.

Terrific service, quick response and super helpful upon arrival.  Came on the weekend and arrived within An hour and fifteen minutes of first contact. High quality to the work and went above and beyond in terms of service.

Good selection of gardening tools, outdoor lights, and sprinkler system parts, among other things. It's great to have a place like this nearby, instead of going to Home Depot. What I appreciate most is that they only stock products that they believe in. By that I mean that they won't sell you cheap crap that they know will break in six months and you will then want to return.

At work, we had an outage where half our power wasn't working. I was frantic as it's a design showroom and it needs to be bright for clients. Dan came out, did a quick inspection, and took charge. The part that we needed wasn't available, so he ordered it and was back the next day to install. In total, it was two days from when he came out to when he fixed it. And he ordered extra parts (just to be safe) and it was needed after all. So I appreciate his forward-thinking nature. Aside from that, he was polite. courteous, professional, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend!

I just had a great experience with Juan on a small electrical repair. He was courteous, professional and very efficient in identifying and fixing the problem.

Bryan came out for a non-rush project on short notice, and was able to quickly identify and fix the problem with our outlets, and took a quick look around to help with some other questions. I highly recommend them.

Lizandro did an excellent job doing an overhead 400amp electric upgrade for our apartment building in San Francisco. He works very quickly and he knows how to work with PG&E and their processes. He is very experienced with these electrical upgrades and we are already using him on another job we have in San Francisco.

Michael is great. We've had him by for a few small electrical installs, and each time he delivers exceptional results. Couldn't be happier!

Recently had a renovation of our house so I gave Ray a call to do a quote on our kitchen and dining room lights. Ray came the next day and did an estimate. The price was fair and reasonable. I needed a total of 10 ceiling lights and a ceiling lamp. Ray got the project done quickly and nicely and was out of my expectations. Thanks Ray for the great work!

I called Dan this morning to fix a shower handle that came of and I was unable to turn off my water.  He immediately called me back when I booked through Amazon and was able to come right away. Not only was he courteous, he did a great job, at a great price. I will definitely use him again!

Val is just great. I am going through remodeling of the condo and had many issues with the contractor...so when I unearthed another issue with my power; i decided to look for help on yelp. Val was quick to respond and able to squeeze in a time slot to look at my issue. He was on time, fast, professional according to my husband (since I have to be at work)...and with my husband's permission, we are giving him a 5 star! - And you should hear what my husband has to say abt the other contractor, so for him to say Val is worth 5 star..you gotta know it's true - Thanks Val !

This review is a bit late as I had Brendan work on a job for me in July of 2011.  I was in the middle of a condominium conversion which can be stressful.

Part of the process in Condominium conversion is having 3 or 4 city inspectors look over your house and prepare a report of all the items you need to address.  Brendan took care of the electrical items in our report.  

Brendan explained how each of the items in the report would be addressed and was very specific as to the cost and amount  of time it would take.  He worked with us to arrange a time that would be convenient for all of the TIC partners.  He arrived on time and worked very methodically and had our issues completed within a day.

I would hire him again in a minute.

Galaxy's service was prompt and efficient. The technician came on 8/19 and solved the issue quickly. Very nice and efficient and polite. He had to order the part and that took a few days. I had my dryer up and running in 8/24. This tech came after hours so I could have my dryer. I wish I could remember his name. It's not on the invoice. He had an accent. He is great.

When trying to replace a light bulb, I accidentally tore the light fixture out of my bedroom ceiling. I called first thing in the morning and Abel was able to come out and help me the same afternoon. He arrived exactly on time, was friendly, professional and communicated every step of the way. He repaired the damage I caused, re-enforced the cage thing and helped me replace the bulbs. He was super tidy and I was so happy with the job! Abel even spent a few extra minutes with me, talking about future plans I have ( Maybe a ceiling fan in the future)

Our electrician, Daric, impressed us by doing exactly what we asked for and did not attempt to sell us on anything more. The work was done that day.  We would go back to them for future work.
