My water heater broke today and i thought i will have the worst day of my life - since it was super hot outside. I called Max Water Heater services and even though he is not working on Sundays he came to my house in less than 2 hour and replaced it for me. SUPER happy with the service - and very reasonable. For sure I will recommend his services  to my friends. Thanks again for your help!

Luis was assigned to fix our slow flushing toilet. It turned out to be roots down the sewer line. Luis had the problem resolved in about one hour. Luis definitely knows his business, he was prompt and professional. He left the place super clean after putting away his tools and equipment. Luis has a trustworthy attitude and came across as a very friendly and polite individual. I would definitely use his services again.

Henry has been helping us with our plumbing for several years. He is honest, and always tries to help you as soon as he can. He has even come to the rescue on a Sunday. I would highly recommend him.

Carlos is one of a kind. He came to my business once and not only fixed my clogged drain issue, he taught me what was going on and how to fix it. The next time I called him he gave me more advice and was available to help me as soon as I needed it to get my bathroom up and running again.

Our company have been using Rayne Water years. There invoicing system sucks big time, AR team are very rude; first they don't provide invoice number, second they ONLY mail invoices-they don't give you an option of email etc. Now they are complaining of missed payment-I told them that they have to provide me a copy of the invoices that was missed and I will gladly process payment but the lady on the other end said that needs some researching etc etc. and we have to make sure we check our mails. I told her we check our mails regularly and I only process whatever I get from the mail!-I won't be going to USPS asking for mails from Rayne. I even asked the Rayne Rep that there must be a better way of sending us our invoices but she became rude and threatened to pull our their machines-which I said, I have no issues with and they can pull your machines anytime they want since half of the time they are not even working properly! Very Bad Customer Service!

Mike saved my a** on New Years Day. He called me that night on his way back into town and told me he'd be there in the morning. He was prompt and worked quickly. When he didn't have the problem solved, he could've told me that it was an HOA issue but he stuck with it and unclogged the drain. I vouch for him and would trust him again with another plumbing job.

I am sad to write this review seeing as how everyone else has rated Bob and his service as 5 stars, but our experience was extremely weird and terrible. As for his actual service- I cannot comment because we received none. After dealing with a terrible landlord here in SD over a non-draining disgusting tub for over a week- Bob finally was called to our apartment to help with the issue.

He arrived on time and was quiet- but took a look at the tub and checked the water in the sink. He then asked to go out back to look at the plumbing to which I responded that I didn't have a key to the locked gate. I tried to reach out to my landlord (who had quit responding to me the day prior after going back and forth over an issue that was not being addressed) who didn't answer my texts. Bob says he will try to contact her from his end and leaves to go to his truck and never returns! . I reach out to  my landlord to ask if there's an update and her emailed response to me is that he left due to the unpleasantness of the tenants. At this point- I'm honestly speechless because our contact was all but less than 5 minutes and not one unpleasant interaction happened.

I called him myself to find out what was happening. He was shocked by my call and questioning but I felt I needed an explanation- as I have never been called unpleasant and no part of our interaction warranted that accusation. He claimed that he told the landlord something in confidence and she blabbed it back to me. When I asked him how we were unpleasant or made him uncomfortable- he changed his story and said that the issue was the landlord, the lack of parking here, and the unresponsiveness on her end.

He definitely was playing both sides and lying. I'm not sure why-- maybe to get out of a job that he felt was inconveniencing him- but what he ended up doing was causing an even more strained landlord and tenant relationship by giving my landlord what she would consider the upper hand during an already stressful and difficult experience that has lawyers involved.

I cannot recommend this service because there was none given, and due to the nature of the entire encounter- I would advise anyone to steer clear of this business in hopes of avoiding any potential conflict.

Jonathan got back to me right away even after hours. He explained to me the advantages of a tankless water heater and went over the pricing difference from the standard tank variety. We set up an appointment for several days later to meet and make a final decision on which model to go with. After making the decision Jonathan and his brother started the project right away. They did a great job on the install and were in and out in just 3 hours. I'm very thankful!

Nick and the rest of the VIP team are awesome. They show up on time, clean (masks, gloves, etc.), and deliver quickly. They are knowledgable, experienced and easy to communicate with.  We've worked with them multiple times on multiple properties and will continue to work with them in the future!

Good work on small furniture adjustment and fixing drywall. I'll need to touch up the paint due to the textured ceiling but the repair seems well done.

Gordon came out and changed out the toilet water talk parts to fix a leak and the old water intake valve in a jiff. He wore a mask and everything. He was able to quote prior to coming out when I sent him pictures. He was on time. Overall happy with it.

Pin hole pipe leak in a water supply line that is my responsibility according to the HOA.  He arrived on time, very professional. He was very happy to explain what he was doing.  Made some other preventative recommendations as well which made a lot of sense to help prevent issues in the future.

He has doe other work for me in another home and have never had any issues with any of his work.  

I plan to use him for any of my future plumbing work.

Service was great. The technician was on time, very cordial and wore a mask. They got my part on warranty and the service fee was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and had both the gas and plumbing lines rerouted by a different plumbing company. A short while later we noticed a gas smell in our home and called the original company to come back out. They were unable to detect the issue and said the issue was caused by sewer smells and not having run the water in our home. Devin was recommended to me by a colleague. I called him for a second opinion-- He was easy to get a hold of, arrived quickly at our home, and was able to determine the cause of a gas leak shortly after his arrival. His pricing was reasonable and he didn't take advantage of us in an emergency situation.

As a first time home buyer imagine my horror when I woke up to a shower that wasn't draining and a toilet that was flooding from the base three months after we moved in. Called our home warranty company and they send out a guy who claims that what we need to do cannot be done within our coverage (and if you yelp this company you will see terrible reviews for this fact).  I turn to Yelp, call a few plumbers and immediately got the feeling that KC knew what he was talking about and could be trusted. I also really appreciated that when you call Monty's you talk to KC who can talk about your problem over the phone, with a lot of these larger companies you are left to talk to a receptionist and not an actual plumber which means you can't really get a good estimate for a larger issue.

KC was able to show up the next morning and he was able to unclog our main drain from the clean out the other plumber said wasn't going to be a good option and he was really good at meeting his approximate estimate.  My husband really liked him too. Unfortunately for us, this is probably the first of many plumbing issues we will have while we own this home and I am so glad that we found a plumber that I wouldn't hesitate to call at the first sign of another issue.

My water heater crapped the bed last week and cold showers were getting old... Before GET Rooter came out, I'd had multiple phone quotes and 2 in person quotes. The phone quotes were egregious and the in person quotes were within about $100-150 of each other but were scheduled out a few days. These guys came out on time, were competitively priced (in range with the other in person bids) and were the only company available to do the job the same day.

The owner and an employee performed the work. They were both super friendly and down to earth. They were respectful of our space and made sure to check multiple times that we were comfortable with the price and job.

3 hours later and my new water heater was up and running.

Kudos to a pleasant and painless process.
