I owe Henry an apology. I've neglected a proper Yelp review. He's been our 'goto' plumber since we bought our house in 1991. I don't remember how I found him, but happily we have had the absolute pleasure in his ongoing repairs. Inevitable in home ownership, right?! He always zeroes in on exactly what the problem or proposal is, and has his way of guiding you to the right decision. Nope, he won't do just ANYTHING. It has to be done RIGHT or not at all. OH, and that rightness comes at a fair price. I appreciate when he says NO and I've come up with some oddball ideas over the years. Seriously, there probably are other good plumbers out there. Sorry to those other guys and gals, Henry is IT as the plumber for us at my house.

Carlos and I spoke on the telephone, as I described my problem to him he was very confident that he could clear the clogged plumbing line. The previous Contractor wanted me to spend $3800 digging up my Front
Yard. He explained that we had roots in the plumbing and that it was hopeless. When I described my problem to Carlos he gave me a much better price, and the solution did not involve digging up my entire front yard.

Carlos came over, ran a Camera down the drain and told us that there was a huge glut of grease in the line. He fired up the 80,000 BTU Water Heater that is installed on his rig (think commercial jacuzzi style water heater) and spent nearly two solid hours working the clogged line.

I think the Project may have been a bit more than he bargained for but Carlos honored his quote at the higher end of the price range he had given me.

I told Carlos that I had read of certain Plumbing Companies that come out to a residence and tell people that they have much bigger problems than they really actually have. Some of them even showing Home Owners film footage of terrible sewer problems from previous jobs and making the Home Owner believe that they are looking at footage of their own Plumbing Lines.

Carlos was almost apologetic about the way the Drain Repair Industry works explaining that many companies have huge commissioned based packages for their Plumbers, in other words the more they charge the more they make.  

I have no problem paying for an item of value that I receive whether its Service or Goods. Hiring an Owner like Carlos and CM is the way to go whenever you can. I cannot recommend CM Jetting Services strongly enough. Top Notch Equipment, Top Notch Service, Honesty and Integrity. This is what you are getting with Carlos.

I was looking for a counter top, bottleless, water cooler (preferably alkaline), that I can pay month to month. I can't commit to a longer period because the space I am using it in is temporary.  I need 3- 6 months or more.

The rep that I was talking to told me that I'd have to sign up for at least12 months and that I won't find any company to rent to me, month to month, because their sales people wouldn't get paid.  I took what he said in stride, but was pretty sure I could do better.

With a little more research online, I found exactly what I wanted.

These guys did great with replying to me quickly, but docking two stars for just not being helpful and giving incorrect information about the market in general.  I probably won't look at Rayne for a long term solution in the future.

Mike is always on time, wears a mask, and does a great job for a fair price. He explains problems really well and it's a nice guy to deal with.

Bob is the man! I live on the second floor of lets say a vintage apartment building.  The plumbing is not the best.  After several attempts to clear the line, Bob came to my rescue. I had a tough time with this originally. I had to coordinate with my neighbor to get into their apartment to make sure my clog wouldn't effect their unit.  Honestly its a huge inconvenience, I get it. When I told a friend of my problems, they referred me to Bob at Cobra Rooter. Bob was the only person I called that not only gave me the best ever weekend price I have ever heard but also had the equipment needed to clear the line from my apartment only. I had called several plumbers, who can do the job but for drains use the drain specialist.  Plumbers do pipes, drain specialist do drains.  Bob was fast and super friendly and CLEAN! I can't stress enough the word CLEAN. Honestly the pipes are working better then they have the entire time I have lived here.

Been wanting to upgrade my 17 year-old 40 gal. water heater to tankless for years. Just kept putting it off. Problem is, once it died on a Sunday night, I realized I was without hot water until I could get it replaced.

JD was able to come in the next day, do a comprehensive assessment, and give me 4 different options for top of the line Navien tankless water heaters to fit both my situation and budget. He was friendly, professional, and very prompt. His prices were better than other quotes I got for lower rated models. Plus he was able to do a gas line extension project I had been putting off for a while. Many plumbers didn't even offer gas work.

It took about 48 hrs to go from first contact to endless hot running water. Bottom line: if you need any kind of plumbing work done, especially in North County, you should give Pure Plumbing a call.

Responsive; efficient; competent. Nick came and serviced our bath drain. He was in/out within fifteen minutes. I recommend using VIP if you're in the OC area!

Great job fixing my closet tracks and doors for my rental property! Had a hard time finding someone willing to do the job last minute.

Had an emergency hot water heater issue.  I went on Yelp not expecting great things. I simply wrote Help I need a hot water heater installed.  Within 3 minutes the owner of the company called me with a very reasonable almost too good to be true quote and quite frankly a little scary good    Since I was shopping around for the best price I did not immediately commit.  After 11 other calls from people on yelp to my surprise he wasn't the cheapest however he was reasonable   The owner followed up told me he had an opening this morning and could be at my house by 10 am it was already past 9.  By 10:40 he was done and I had hot water with the next 30 minutes.  Let me be honest my job was nothing shy of a hot mess and I was afraid he would renegotiate. He didn't.  He was a man of his word and we all know how important integrity is.  My Hats off to top notch.  Thanks for a job well done

I'm so happy with this company .David the tech that came helped me with my leaky pipes and sink. He saw it was so minor to fix so he just put some glue around the sink and told me Nothing major is wrong. This is a very honest company and they do great work. I am customer for life. Thanks guys

I had a slab leak and Joel came out.  He showed up on time, was professional, polite and was able to communicate the issue to me in a way that was understandable.  He found the source of the leak and walked me through all of my options.  He then cleaned up after himself and left my home at clean as it was prior to his visit.  I would definitely recommend Simpex Repipe & Plumbing.  They were reasonably priced, professional and really worked with me after having a terrible experience with another plumbing company.  And Chris in the office is a great listener and even better at follow-up!  Thank you!

***BUYER BEWARE*****  

I spoke to Devin in late December as I had a leak in a pipe that was accessible through the stucco of the exterior of my home.  Devin assured me that they were a 1 stop shop.  They could fix the leak and re-stucco the wall.   His partner even said you wouldn't even know we were here.   If this business had comedians, it would get 5 stars.    This was the biggest lie I was ever told.  

Day 1 Devin's team shows up late.   They cut open the wall and then assess the issue.   They then took at least 5 trips to Home Depot for parts. After hours of trying to correct the problem, they had to admit they did not know what they were doing and call what I am hoping was a real plumber to finish the job.   This took almost 10 hours.

The following day, they again showed up late, and knowing they were there to do stucco work, they still had to make a trip to Home Depot.   When I went to check to see how the work was going, I could tell they had no idea what they were doing.   They had retrieved a Lucky Charms box out of the recycle can and were using it as a trowel to apply the stucco and to get it to stick to the wall.  

I was told by his brother that they would be back the next day to paint.   They had even gone to Home Depot again and got matching paint.    Well, I contacted Devin because they didn't show up the next day.   Devin told me they need the stucco to dry, and they would be by to paint in a few weeks.   We'll that has now turned into 4 months.   The stucco is awful. There are cracks everywhere from where they applied it.    

I did get ahold of Devin once since and he promised me that he would come out himself to look at the issue.    Well, he was a no-show to our appointment.  

I attempted to settle this issue privately and allow Devin to remedy this situation.  Yet Devin continues to ignore my calls and texts.  

Please save your hard earned money and time and if you have a plumbing issue select someone who is more reputable and takes pride in their work.

Great to have a local, responsive, affordable, helpful and experienced plumber in the 'hood.  Give KC and his crew a shot - I think you'll be pleased.

I appreciate the responsiveness and availability that Get Rooter & Plumbing offered me . I had 2 restrooms with issues at the same time and they were here within 20 minutes and fixed both toilets within 20 minutes. Very respectful, honest, and cannot beat the price. I will use them again and again when i need the services they offer. Thanks Jay you did a great job !!
