Had a long conversation with the owner and he listened and recognized the reasons for my dissatisfaction.

He took it as an opportunity to improve training for his plumbers and made it right.  They missies clean outs near sidewalk which would have made it clear the blockage was on the city lateral because it was compromised.

Prices are high. $165 to scale a tankless  water heater is too much. Installation charge to replace a failing water heater (with plumbing, gas, and electric already in place) was also way too high.

I was really impressed with the work, responsiveness, and price that Alberto provided. Definitely recommended and can't beat the value that you'll get.

I owe Henry an apology. I've neglected a proper Yelp review. He's been our 'goto' plumber since we bought our house in 1991. I don't remember how I found him, but happily we have had the absolute pleasure in his ongoing repairs. Inevitable in home ownership, right?! He always zeroes in on exactly what the problem or proposal is, and has his way of guiding you to the right decision. Nope, he won't do just ANYTHING. It has to be done RIGHT or not at all. OH, and that rightness comes at a fair price. I appreciate when he says NO and I've come up with some oddball ideas over the years. Seriously, there probably are other good plumbers out there. Sorry to those other guys and gals, Henry is IT as the plumber for us at my house.

Carlos was extremely professional and worked very hard. He was unfortunately unable to unclog our patio drain but NOT from lack of effort or professional equipment (thick Palm roots from years of neglect by previous home owner). Carlos is a man of integrity and high personal values. He did not charge us the full estimated cost because he felt on principle he could not after hours of hard labor did not resolve the clog issue. We will have to dig up the pipe and lay a new one likely. I WILL be calling Carlos for future drain and pipe cleaning work. I highly recommend his services. All other drains and downspouts were cleaned to perfection.

Have very hard water in my home and contacted Rayne Water to get some quotes. The area supervisor Dave came over the following day after making an appointment.

Dave wasn't into pressure sells and gave me many options to choose from. After agreeing on the price and installation date we scheduled the water softening service and Latif came out on Wednesday (today) and installed it in less than an hour. Did very clean work and explained how to use it.

Everything went as smooth as butter and I wished I had gone to them sooner after dealing with so many other local companies and getting quotes that were all over the spectrum. Most were out to make big commission and not caring about individual needs.

Very responsive, scheduled us right away.  Had a leak by the meter in front yard, David and Zach were awesome!  Explained everything that needed to fixed in detail, took before and after pictures, and had everything completely fixed within a few hours, which was awesome because they had to dig to get to the pipe.  Thank you for your great service today!

I had a real drain problem starting at my kitchen sink. They used great tools to remove a build up of grease . So thankful that they were able to help.They were very respectful and cleaned up when they were done.

Our kitchen faucet broke on a Friday night and we need this fixed quickly. I put out a request for a plumber and Farhad replied immediately. We ordered a new faucet and it arrived on Sunday morning and Farhad was very accommodating and came by to install on Sun afternoon.  He provided an great initial quote and upon arriving informed us of other updates that we needed. We were happy to pay him for these additional services because we wanted the job done right. He was very professional and kept his mask on for COVID the entire time. Everything was installed perfectly and he walked us through all of the new features. He was very clean and completed the job in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend his services and we will definitely use him again for any additional handyman needs.

After changing cable services my technician let me know there was standing water under the house and that I probably had a leak.   Called another plumber to come out and take a look and after describing the situation, he refused the job outright.  Called Top Notch - Gordon came out the next day and found the shower drain leaking into the crawlspace under the house; after authorizing the repair with my landlord he quickly fixed the problem within his quote.   Outstanding service and would not hesitate to hire again.  Thanks Gordon!

Vlad and his company is truly the best!!! I've been a home owner for 25 years and have seen it all.
Vlad has been the saving grace to me in the past few months beginning from my move to San Diego, helping me while I still was in Sacramento and then later when the water broke. From emergency to remodel, he has been AWESOME!! He even gives me an advice when I need on how to do it myself to save $$. I highly recommend Almco Plumbing.

After getting pinhole leaks in copper pipes every few years, we decided to do a whole house repipe with PEX in Dec 2022 and were very pleased with our experience at Simpex. Everyone that we worked with, including Phu, Dante, and Edgar, were easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and professional.  For our size house (~1320 sq ft), they finished repiping in half a day.  This includes changing out all the copper with PEX, replacing the angle stops at every outlet, redo-ing the main + pressure regulator, installing a new hose bib, ice maker line, and adding a whole water filtration unit.  And the second day was to patch the minimal drywall and stucco cuts.  The team covered up everything with plastic at the beginning of each day, walked us through everything that they were going to do, and cleaned up at the end.  The workmanship of both the repiping and patching were great.  My other contractors complimented on how well the main inlet pipe was made (photo attached).  Overall, we're very pleased with the work and service from Simpex.  Highly recommended.

Lucio just installed our new water heater. He did a great job. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We will use him for our future needs.

Devin was quick to come out when we initially had a problem with a pipe leaking from the kitchen.  I was told that the work was guaranteed for 10 years.  When it started leaking a month later again, he came back out after I contacted him multiple times.  My new concrete floor had to be jackhammered up for the repairs and Devin suggested I go through the home insurance.  He said he would help me with the process.  I have now paid over $8,000 in repairs and testing.  He has yet to submit a plumbing report to insurance or send me a copy so I can work with insurance.  I know he is not the only one working with the company and I'm getting little cooperation since I paid him instead of waiting for insurance to send funds to pay him.  He claims the problem is that our adjuster wouldn't call him back and yet the reports that were asked for weeks ago hadn't been produced until today.  And by reports , what was sent was a few sentences in an invoice.  Lots of excuses.  Definitely a lesson learned on my part.  I would not recommend this company.

This local company is the most responsive reliable plumber around. He knows his stuff, and always tells me what's necessary vs what I might want to consider doing over time (my house is 65 years old.). I've had at least 10 different needs over the years, and I'm always helped quickly at a very fair price. When I've had to call a different plumber due to Monty's being out of town, other plumbers are always very slow and much more expensive. Can't say enough good things about Monty's!

We had to change sewer pipes from our house that haven't been changed i guess since '55.
Got a couple of quotes from different plumbing companies. Rooter Rooter wasn't cheap, but was definitely better price. The guys were professional, did everything in 1.5 days, stayed until late since we were on stop process of pouring concrete driveway. Amazing job. Couldn't be more happy with their work. Thank you.
