We called JPP because we had a water shutoff valve that was so old it looked like it was going to break off if we turned it. When we called the office, scheduling an appointment was quick, and the person seemed very well versed in what we were talking about. The tech arrived the next day with the needed parts and did the repair quickly, and it all looks great. I wish that all tradespeople were this good! They also sent a follow-up email to be sure that all was well. Super professional, and will definitely call them again when the need arises.

Dimitar came out same day and fixed my hot water heater. Very professional and great price. I'm keeping him on my contact list for future work for sure!

I had a very disappointing experience with Montiny plumbing.

The good:
They were very responsive
They were willing to fit my repairs in even though they were fully booked
They were respectful
I gave them bad information that the leak was clean water (it didn't stink like sewage) so we didn't have the chance to discuss prices ahead of time.

The bad:
They diagnosed a leak for me and estimated the fix at $1800 and specifically said this was not a failed wax ring. They charged $175 for the leak detection which is free with many other plumbers.
I got 3 additional quotes virtual and in person, all said it was a failed wax ring.
I went with one of those plumbers and paid less to fix the problem than I paid Montiny to diagnose it.
I requested a full or 50% refund because either their diagnosis was dishonest or incorrect. They refused and maintained the wax ring wouldn't fix it.
I said I would wait a week to see if there were any issues before repairing the access hole they cut. I waited 3 weeks - the new wax ring fixed the issue.

My water heater was leaking and I called Henry to check it out.  He came out right away, took out the old one and delivered it back to Home Depot and then brought the new one back to my house. He installed the new one quickly & replaced parts that should've been replaced the last time with another contractor.  We couldn't be happier with the installation & service & he only charged me half of what Home Depot quoted me.  I will always use Henry's Plumbing in the future for my plumbing needs.

Carlos and his company aims to provide going above and beyond customer satisfaction. I stumbled upon their website in a desperate need of a plumber as my sink clogged and noticed some foul smell and dirty water coming out of the sink when i tried to use a plunger. As to my luck , Carlos came in like a few minutes after i called and fix it. I am so lucky that their business is very near my place. He is very professional and very attentive to very small details. He is not just about the money you pay for the service, but he is all about the quality of service he provides the customer. He makes sure that i am satisfied with the outcome and went above and beyond thus exceeded my satisfaction. I was very impressed with the professional service I received from Griffin plumbing.  Mike showed up on time, was able to diagnose the leaking issue quickly and had it repaired at a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend Griffin plumbing and will use Mike for future plumbing issues.

Our 12 year old tankless hot water heater stopped putting out hot water. Unfortunately it was a bad control board, the manufacturer no longer made the board, so repair was not possible. It's not the main hot water heater for our home, so I had time to shop around a bit and research.

I called 5 separate providers, and got bids for a new tankless hot water heater from 4 of them before hiring Jonathan and Pure Plumbing.

I hired Jonathan bc he struck me as a sincere and genuine person. When he came over to make his bid, he was on time, clean, and masked. He asked more questions than anyone else - making it clear he wanted to help me find the right product for our usage, rather than just sell me something.

I am glad I hired Jonathan and Pure Plumbing. No idea how the other vendor(s) would have performed, but Jonathan and his helper did a great job.

Jonathan sent a reminder the day before installation, then texted me the morning of, giving me a heads up that he was 30 minutes away. He and his helper arrived on-time, were clean and masked, got right to work, and finished earlier than expected. Jonathan showed me everything, answered my questions, gave me all the paperwork in a neat, organized manner, and left the installation area cleaner than he found it. I am very happy with Jonathan and Pure Plumbing.

We had constant issues with our Master Bedroom toilet. Initially I was looking for a plumber to camera the line.  I called about 5 different plumbing companies and either the timing didn't work or the pricing.  Luckily I made one last call to VIP and they had the best time lines and comparable rates.  When they came out and identified the issue it ended up being a bigger problem than I anticipated... our line to be replaced all the way through the cement. Nick, Jesus and George were absolutely amazing! They helped work through our problem, find the best solution and executed FANTASTICALLY.  Honestly it was so nice to have a plumbing company that was honest, reliable, can communicate effectively and provide great quality work. We will be using them again in the future and hands down HIGHLY recommend for any plumbing needs.

I had a door that pulled off the hinge and other doors that were getting stuck. Farhad did a great job fixing all the doors. He was extremely responsive and helpful.

I had a leak in my upstairs master bathroom that was running down the wall and into my downstairs living room. I was certain that there was a major problem and had already contacted my insurance company to take the proper steps. Before handing over a large deductible I thought I would look on yelp for a plumber that could come out and do a leak detection service. I am certainly glad that I did. I did not see reviews on this particular company but looked up their website, looked up their contractors license, and made a phone call. Gordon the owner answered the phone and gave me some good advise for what to look for, what could be wrong, and even some do-it-yourself tips to prevent spending too much money with a plumber. I was impressed with his honesty and I ended up booking a $85.00 service call for him to come out and take a look the next morning. He was on-time, professional, and was able to identify a low-cost fix that was complete within about 20 minutes. Because of the location and type of leak, along with my lack of plumbing knowledge, he certainly could have charged me more for things to fix that did not need done. Instead he was thorough, fair, and professional. I will absolutely use him with any other issues that come up and highly recommend you do the same.

Late with my review, but I called Devin last week about changing out the valves to a bathroom sink. Michael came out and was very quick to inspect and then provide me a very reasonable estimate and even looked at an additional valve that he was surprised needing replacing already due to its age. After a brief run to gather the parts, he was back and had the work all completed in a quick and clean fashion - totally minimized the amount of time the water had to be shut off, which was a very appreciated consideration! We even talked in general about the benefits of a household water filtration system, and he gave me some idea of what to look for in one given the area of the county in which we live and the type of water issues here. Superb professionalism, answered all questions and provided other things to think about. We will definitely be calling Devin with our future project plans, and his number is now my go-to for any urgency/emergency type of work. Most strongly recommend this team for any plumbing situation!

Called KC about a broken water heater He said he could get to the next day He arrived earlier than I expected removed the old one which I installed 6 yrs ago said it might be under warrenty so we checked sure enough Dixie line gave me a new one and KC installed it  4 hrs latter all was done and cleaned up 5 stars for Monty's plumbing and KC great job, great guy. I recently used Get Rooter & Plumbing to replace a failing water shutoff and I couldn't be more pleased with their service!
