We were having trouble with our Rinnai tankless gas water heater and their team really was helpful. Though we didn't 100% figure out what was wrong they were very patient in taking time to go through all the possibilities. The best news is it seems our water heater is working fine now after they came by so if they did something it definitely worked!

I called to have a part installed on my water heater and Demitar was at my house in 20 minutes and and finished the work within 40 minutes. All for a fair price. I would absolutely recommend and will use again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Montiny plumbing.

The good:
They were very responsive
They were willing to fit my repairs in even though they were fully booked
They were respectful
I gave them bad information that the leak was clean water (it didn't stink like sewage) so we didn't have the chance to discuss prices ahead of time.

The bad:
They diagnosed a leak for me and estimated the fix at $1800 and specifically said this was not a failed wax ring. They charged $175 for the leak detection which is free with many other plumbers.
I got 3 additional quotes virtual and in person, all said it was a failed wax ring.
I went with one of those plumbers and paid less to fix the problem than I paid Montiny to diagnose it.
I requested a full or 50% refund because either their diagnosis was dishonest or incorrect. They refused and maintained the wax ring wouldn't fix it.
I said I would wait a week to see if there were any issues before repairing the access hole they cut. I waited 3 weeks - the new wax ring fixed the issue.

We have used Henry's Plumbing twice now for our business and he is so great! He is fast, prompt, very friendly and very cost effective. We will continue to use him and will now use him at our personal homes.

Straight shooter! This man gets straight to the point, from cost to solutions. Priced it very fair and out beat competitors by price and class. Came first thing in the morning, on time, verified all concerns, and walked me through the entire process. He eased my concerns over the phone, solved my problems, saved me money, and schooled me all at the same time. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Rented a unit from these guys and was very pleased with the level of service. Donnie the salesman came out to meet with me and discussed my options and things only got better from there. Ive had a total of 3 different servicemen out since installing the unit (one for install, one for uninstall and one for salt deliver) and all 3 of these gentlemen were the epitome of what a customer service visit should look like. Now my wife is saying this looks expensive!!! But it wasn't. And Vlad was a gentleman. He worked some kind of plumbing magic. My wife was nervous about having someone in the house because of COVID, so Vlad did all the work accessing the pipes in the house through the sewer. And in under two hours my kid is showering, my wife is happy and I'm back on my porcelain throne like a king. Thanks Vlad...

I have had great experience with Simpex Repipe. I had a leaked drain issue in the garage. Quoted around with multiple plumbers and Simpex Repipe came up with the most reasonable price. Manager Joseph was very responsive and coordinated a fee onsite estimate with me in a timely fashion. The plumber Moses was on time and the work was professionally done. I would recommend using them again.

Late with my review, but I called Devin last week about changing out the valves to a bathroom sink. Michael came out and was very quick to inspect and then provide me a very reasonable estimate and even looked at an additional valve that he was surprised needing replacing already due to its age. After a brief run to gather the parts, he was back and had the work all completed in a quick and clean fashion - totally minimized the amount of time the water had to be shut off, which was a very appreciated consideration! We even talked in general about the benefits of a household water filtration system, and he gave me some idea of what to look for in one given the area of the county in which we live and the type of water issues here. Superb professionalism, answered all questions and provided other things to think about. We will definitely be calling Devin with our future project plans, and his number is now my go-to for any urgency/emergency type of work. Most strongly recommend this team for any plumbing situation!

Quick response time. Team called to let me know they were 20 minutes out and arrived well within the time window. Figured out and solved the problem despite our having some old pipes. Offered to look at the floor for any warping or water damage. Recommended long-term solutions to avoid running into this problem again. Professional, courteous team. And reasonably priced, especially for the quick turnaround.
