Poor customer service, turned our water off without notice. I called and they told me they would figure out why and didn't call back. When I called back whoever I talked to said he dropped the notices personally. I live in a townhouse complex of 13 units asked the three neighbors I saw and none of them had received notice.  So he either didn't do it or delivered to 9 of 13 units?  As a contractor when you make a mistake own it and fix it instead they tried  to cover it up by lying. Not a good way to run the business.

Prices are high. $165 to scale a tankless  water heater is too much. Installation charge to replace a failing water heater (with plumbing, gas, and electric already in place) was also way too high.

My garbage disposal stopped working and I couldn't figure it out and put out an ad on Yelp.  Some companies wanted $325 to fix it, but Montiny Plumbing messaged me and said you can do this yourself and gave me step by step directions to fix it....FOR FREE!!! I was flabbergasted at their integrity and honesty and I was indeed able to fix it myself.  If I ever have any plumbing issues in the future I will most definitely be going with them.

We have used Henry's Plumbing twice now for our business and he is so great! He is fast, prompt, very friendly and very cost effective. We will continue to use him and will now use him at our personal homes.

I have used Carlos to do a sewer inspection 4x in the last six months and he is always professional, prompt and courteous.  He tells me like it is without drama and with suggestions on how to fix it (third party vendors as needed).  He is my go to guy for sewer inspections. He sends me a you tube link of the inspection video and an invoice summarizing his findings.  Great guy!

We have had a water softener system in our whole house and a reverse osmosis under our sink. We did a major remodel and Adam was amazing today when he came to put back the reverse osmosis system. He could not have been more helpful, funny and just a delight to have in our home. And now we have amazing filtered water again after 7 months.

Mike saved my a** on New Years Day. He called me that night on his way back into town and told me he'd be there in the morning. He was prompt and worked quickly. When he didn't have the problem solved, he could've told me that it was an HOA issue but he stuck with it and unclogged the drain. I vouch for him and would trust him again with another plumbing job.

Bob has been defeating our monster clogs since we bought our house in 2002, and my mom started using Cobra in the 90's.  Perfection and honesty every single time.  Having someone you trust is priceless.  

For the young people, I will try to say it in language you can understand:  If you are having a boss fight with your plumbing, Bob is your OG secret weapon and he will pwn that clog.  Word.

John has worked with me twice. One with a hot water heater valve and the other a water softener install.

That doesn't even mention the free faucet repair he performed.

Both times his work was prefaced with an ETA which was prompt. His work was excellent and professional. He wore shoe covers in the house and cleaned up the work site. If I have any issues I now know who to call!

Farhad tackled a project that many refused to try. I needed a light fixture installed but there was a decorative shroud around the 4 canopy of the previous fixture and the new fixture and a 7 canopy. So drywall work, new j-box install, paint, and dimmer switch install. I expected road blocks along the way but he went to work and got it done. Turned out great!

My main bath sink started leaking and found the pipes to be corroded a few weeks ago.  Looked around on Yelp and much to my dismay there wasn't a lot of extensively reviewed plumbers in Escondido.  All the well reviewed plumbers were in San Diego and unwilling to come up to Escondido.  

Fortunately found Top Notch Plumbing and based on the reviews decided to give them a call.  Gorden showed up and was friendly and professional.  The pipes took some doing to remove them and he also upgraded my cheap old plastic stopper mechanism to a nice copper unit.  

I felt his work was thorough and he took to the time to keep things clean and cleaned up any mess after.  His price was reasonable as well.  I will certainly call him again for his great customer service and reasonable prices.

I really appreciate the work that Paul and Vlad did. It was 5:30pm on a Friday evening when they arrived for our free quote. They were very reasonable and ready despite the late hour. They were professional and friendly and had all supplies on hand. They did excellent work and we will use them again for future plumbing needs! Thank you both so much!! I had a slab leak and Joel came out.  He showed up on time, was professional, polite and was able to communicate the issue to me in a way that was understandable.  He found the source of the leak and walked me through all of my options.  He then cleaned up after himself and left my home at clean as it was prior to his visit.  I would definitely recommend Simpex Repipe & Plumbing.  They were reasonably priced, professional and really worked with me after having a terrible experience with another plumbing company.  And Chris in the office is a great listener and even better at follow-up!  Thank you!

Certified Restoration is a 24hr. Water Removal and Remediation Co. in San Diego. We are constantly calling out plumbers to fix pipes so we can dry-out a building or home. We recently remodeled our kitchen and had both the gas and plumbing lines rerouted by a different plumbing company. A short while later we noticed a gas smell in our home and called the original company to come back out. They were unable to detect the issue and said the issue was caused by sewer smells and not having run the water in our home. Devin was recommended to me by a colleague. I called him for a second opinion-- He was easy to get a hold of, arrived quickly at our home, and was able to determine the cause of a gas leak shortly after his arrival. His pricing was reasonable and he didn't take advantage of us in an emergency situation.

Super great.  I called yesterday morning.  Someone was here yesterday afternoon to see what I needed.  The work was completed today.  In 24 hours I was all set, the pricing was fair, they were kind and answered all of my questions.  Love these guys.

We had to change sewer pipes from our house that haven't been changed i guess since '55.
Got a couple of quotes from different plumbing companies. Rooter Rooter wasn't cheap, but was definitely better price. The guys were professional, did everything in 1.5 days, stayed until late since we were on stop process of pouring concrete driveway. Amazing job. Couldn't be more happy with their work. Thank you.
