We used John Padilla Plumbing twice: once when buying a condo for in-laws (they gave us a free estimate (which we used to bring the home price down) and when we purchased it they came to fix the issues) and another time to fix leaks in our two bathrooms. Second time around the plumber's truck broke and he used another one to come to our place, it did not have a correct tool to cut the rusted part out - the owner called me personally while the plumber was still here to apologize and to reschedule. They came back another day and fixed the problem. Things like that happen and I appreciated owner calling me to apologize, especially when the second leak was not the part of the scheduled call, we only asked for it to be fixed after the plumber was already here.  The scheduling with them is super easy, plumbers are professional and polite and their prices are very reasonable.

Excellent fast, honest and thorough service. I will use them again! Very nice to deal with and answered all my questions.

Our shower stopped working during weekend. I went on Yelp to find a plumber who would come out without a high service call charge.  Luis responded and attempted to help us resolve it over the phone, but it did not work.  He came out next day and offered different options after assessed the issue.  His prices are most fair, he is most responsive, and easier to work with in scheduling among few others I'd called. We will call Luis if we ever need plumbing assistance in the future.

I have used Henry a couple times for smaller jobs. Based on some quotes I got from other companies, Henry appears to charge about half and does a quality job.
He is a one man show so you have to be a little patient with the communication, but you will be very satisfied in the end.  I highly recommend!

Need drain work?  Look no further.  You have found the vendor you are looking for.  Seriously.

Carlos is gold.  Family owned and operated business.  He's a good person and values relationships.  When you call CM, you are getting the founder of the business servicing you personally.

His prices are easily HALF or less of the going market rate. He doesn't look for ways to screw you when you're in need (like changing his hourly rate when you need service most).  

But, most importantly of all, he does DAMN good work and uses the absolute best equipment available.  He's been in the business a long time and realized that specializing in hydro-jet work and buying the best equipment available and doing the work himself would put him in the position to do great work for people at a great price, and have a good time doing it.

Just call these guys and stop thinking about it.  Your house will thank you.  The only thing you will regret is not calling him sooner.

If your drain is clogged -- let's stop for a moment and look at your typical alternatives--

Call a regular plumber and get your pipe snaked.  This is what most people do.  The guy will show up and run his attachment on the drill and get the drain to unclog.  This won't really clean your pipes, but it will give you a quick fix.  The work will be overpriced, given that the job does not require much effort/skill and doesn't make use of any sophisticated equipment.  The guy will be in and out and make a quick buck.  Your clog will likely come back.

Call one of the typical fancy logo'd van rip-off plumber operations ... pay the big price for the big name, so they can send the B team there (who's getting paid the minimum, and likely doesn't have much experience) to either do what said regular plumber guy above would do, but charge you 2X-3X.... OR they will actually just call a guy like Carlos, and charge you 3-4X what he is charging them.  Trust me.  It's true.  

Yes, that is right.  If you aren't getting a quick snake job, chances are they are calling in a 3rd party like Carlos to do hydro-jet work and marking it up a TON.  Just go direct.  Call CM.

If you don't know what the heck a hydro-jet is - think about it like this - it's like an intense pressure washer cleaning the inside of all your drain pipes... whereas a snake is like drilling a hole through whatever is stuck in your pipe.  Big difference.  The hydro-jet can clean all your house drains and go all the way out to the city sewer, cleaning your underground main drain line along the way.  Carlos can also run a camera through the system while he's doing it so you can take a look at the state of affairs inside your plumbing.   And in a place like San Diego, where you have some serious mineral deposit risks from the city water, this is a good idea.  

And let me say this - I have NO affiliation with this business, and I spoke with 5-10 different plumbers on a Saturday morning, and Carlos had every drain in my house, along with the main underground drain line going out to the city... all clean as a whistle, by Saturday afternoon.  

I've worked with contractors for about 20 years at this point, and I've done whole house rebuilds.. and I can say this much - finding people like Carlos and CM Jetting is just a godsend.  These are the types of vendors that you hang on to for life and recommend to all your friends.  Trust me, I know.  I've been through it all, from dealing with the best to the worst.

Our 12 year old tankless hot water heater stopped putting out hot water. Unfortunately it was a bad control board, the manufacturer no longer made the board, so repair was not possible. It's not the main hot water heater for our home, so I had time to shop around a bit and research.

I called 5 separate providers, and got bids for a new tankless hot water heater from 4 of them before hiring Jonathan and Pure Plumbing.

I hired Jonathan bc he struck me as a sincere and genuine person. When he came over to make his bid, he was on time, clean, and masked. He asked more questions than anyone else - making it clear he wanted to help me find the right product for our usage, rather than just sell me something.

I am glad I hired Jonathan and Pure Plumbing. No idea how the other vendor(s) would have performed, but Jonathan and his helper did a great job.

Jonathan sent a reminder the day before installation, then texted me the morning of, giving me a heads up that he was 30 minutes away. He and his helper arrived on-time, were clean and masked, got right to work, and finished earlier than expected. Jonathan showed me everything, answered my questions, gave me all the paperwork in a neat, organized manner, and left the installation area cleaner than he found it. I am very happy with Jonathan and Pure Plumbing.

Hopefully I won't need a plumber for awhile, but if I do, I know who to call.

I can't say enough about Nick and his team. They're professional, fair and honest - 3 words that are seldom used for any company. Since moving down to Orange County from Los Angeles, they have been reliable for any job big or small, and are personable as well. Discovered had lost hot water at 9 on a Friday night.  Texted Top Notch at 9:30 PM.  Five minutes later Gordon responded and he arrived at 9 the next morning to fix/replace water heater.  I have used Top Notch (Gordon) multiple times over 15 years and have found it the very best: timely, honest, quick and fair.  Gordon even cleans as he works.  I recommend to everyone in north county area.

Today, SDG&E came to reconnect our gas after termite tenting, but instead locked the meter, saying there was a leak someplace. Paul and Vlad from Almco responded within a few hours. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and determined, and were able to isolate the leak to a branch pipe leading to the back yard, separate from the line entering the house. At their direction, I called SDG&E back, and by 7pm had the gas to the house reconnected - what a relief! The location of the leak and replacement of bad pipe still need to be done, but it is no longer an emergency. Couldn't have gone better today! Thank you, Almco!

Did a complete wasteline and repipe of old 1950 house. First off company is very professional and worth ever penny. They were able to get all the work done in one day and all the patching would have been done sooner if not for delays with the city inspector. Overall would highly recommend.

My entire upstairs bathroom flooded on me last minute a couple days ago, being new to Ocean Beach I was skeptical with all the other companies and all their mixed reviews. I came across Prince Charmin Plumbing with only a few reviews so I took a chance. The owner Devin was so informative, helpful and patient, the customer service of his employees honestly were beyond what I expected, they were so professional with quick service and walking me through every step of the way. I'm so happy I took a chance on them and they'll always be my go to for any future problems I have.

I've been using Monty's Plumbing for years.  He is great at what he does and so honest. I asked him to give me a second opinion on another plumber's recommendation to replace a shower faucet (which would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and he fixed the faucet in five minutes with a screwdriver. He's the best!!!

Javier came out and assessed my water heater swap from propane to electric. He gave me a good honest quote and was able to come back the next day to complete the job quickly and efficiently. Great customer service,                                                          attentive and efficient. He gave me a reasonable and fair price compared to other plumbers I had inquired the same service about.
