When our water heater broke, my husband started making phone calls in the evening and Dimitri was the one who responded fast and came the next morning. He brought and changed the water heater for us. Later when we needed his help due to some other issue, despite the fact that he was on his vacation, he arranged someone to come and check it out for us. Later he came and fixed our issue and was extremely helpful and on time with all he promised. I appreciate his professionalism and his work ethic on taking care of his customers. We had a leaking/rusted over valve in our backyard that was welded on. Luis came out the next day and replaced it QUICKLY. He was friendly and knowledgeable.  It's been 3 months and no leaks detected. Highly recommend, we will use Montiny Plumbing for everything going forward.

I have used Henry a couple times for smaller jobs. Based on some quotes I got from other companies, Henry appears to charge about half and does a quality job.
He is a one man show so you have to be a little patient with the communication, but you will be very satisfied in the end.  I highly recommend!

I called yesterday and they came out today and hydro-jetted my very obstructed outside drains. Carlos Martinez was very professional and personable. His associate was hard working as well. I had a real drain problem starting at my kitchen sink. They used great tools to remove a build up of grease . So thankful that they were able to help.They were very respectful and cleaned up when they were done.

Very professional and he worked so quickly! He was able to squeeze us in a very small notice and fix our sliding door and the dry wall next to it and he was able to patch a hole for us. He was very kind and didn't mind answering all of our questions and telling us step by step what he was doing. We are so fortunate that he was able to get us in and help us. I cannot recommend him enough!

Today I had top-notch plumbing come out to fix my shower and toilet.  They refurbished both systems for under 500, which I felt was reasonable!   Highly recommend!

My first experience with Simpex Repipe was for my parents house located in Azusa. They were out of the country when their house needed a repipe so I had to do the coordinating. My parents have had prior plumbing issues but of course they went with other companies and only decided to fix the one broken copper pipe. After multiple breaks, we finally convinced my dad he really needed to do a repipe. Brian with Simpex gave my parents options but recommended the much needed repipe as all their copper pipes were getting pinholes. Brian's team knocked out the repipe and patching in two days. The patching of the walls was phenomenal and can't even tell so many holes were made in the house. My parents were home when the actual repipe occurred but they were super impressed and really happy with the work and the team that came. My dad is a really tough critic and an impatient man but he was all smiles. Not only was the work done professionally and immediately, it was done at a fair and competitive price and I believe it included a warranty which my dad was thrilled about.
Simpex has also serviced our house in Diamond Bar. We found a few leaks and called Simpex right away. Simpex came out immediately to check it out. Luckily we didn't need a repipe but they quickly diagnosed and fixed our plumbing issue. Again...phenomenal patching work! I recommend Simpex to anyone that has plumbing issues.

As a general and electrical contractor I am pretty picky when it comes to how service professionals do their jobs. These guys are great! I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Clean, courteous, professional and great attention to detail. I love the service! Keep it up guys.

***BUYER BEWARE*****  

I spoke to Devin in late December as I had a leak in a pipe that was accessible through the stucco of the exterior of my home.  Devin assured me that they were a 1 stop shop.  They could fix the leak and re-stucco the wall.   His partner even said you wouldn't even know we were here.   If this business had comedians, it would get 5 stars.    This was the biggest lie I was ever told.  

Day 1 Devin's team shows up late.   They cut open the wall and then assess the issue.   They then took at least 5 trips to Home Depot for parts. After hours of trying to correct the problem, they had to admit they did not know what they were doing and call what I am hoping was a real plumber to finish the job.   This took almost 10 hours.

The following day, they again showed up late, and knowing they were there to do stucco work, they still had to make a trip to Home Depot.   When I went to check to see how the work was going, I could tell they had no idea what they were doing.   They had retrieved a Lucky Charms box out of the recycle can and were using it as a trowel to apply the stucco and to get it to stick to the wall.  

I was told by his brother that they would be back the next day to paint.   They had even gone to Home Depot again and got matching paint.    Well, I contacted Devin because they didn't show up the next day.   Devin told me they need the stucco to dry, and they would be by to paint in a few weeks.   We'll that has now turned into 4 months.   The stucco is awful. There are cracks everywhere from where they applied it.    

I did get ahold of Devin once since and he promised me that he would come out himself to look at the issue.    Well, he was a no-show to our appointment.  

I attempted to settle this issue privately and allow Devin to remedy this situation.  Yet Devin continues to ignore my calls and texts.  

Please save your hard earned money and time and if you have a plumbing issue select someone who is more reputable and takes pride in their work.

I live in OB and was looking for a good, honest plumber.  I looked on yelp, and read reviews. Monty's plumbing has near universal strong approval from his customers.  I found KC to be an extremely affable, honest, professional and capable plumber, so it makes sense that his customers love him.  He's super quick and has a remarkable ability to think outside the box (no not everything needs to be ripped out and replaced at huge $$).   Plumbers that actually try to save their customers money are extremely rare and should be coveted.

In short:  I cannot recommend him highly enough.  

ps.  you will read one negative review-- who I think is probably another plumber who can't compete against Monty's or a crazy customer.  Rude and a waste of time?  Couldn't be further from the truth.....

Quick response time. Team called to let me know they were 20 minutes out and arrived well within the time window. Figured out and solved the problem despite our having some old pipes. Offered to look at the floor for any warping or water damage. Recommended long-term solutions to avoid running into this problem again. Professional, courteous team. And reasonably priced, especially for the quick turnaround.
