I've worked with Javier from John Padilla Plumbing before and was happy he was available to come out again when I was questioning a potential gas leak. He texted and gave me a phone call when he was on his way which was very helpful. He discovered I did indeed have a gas leak UNDER the house.
He gave me a quote and was able to start the work the same day! His office quickly filed a permit with the city, finished the job the next day and had the inspector out the following day. All in all - a very prompt response to the issue. The gas was only out for a couple days so it wasn't a big deal. I would HIGHLY recomment John Padilla Plumbing especially if you are lucky enough to have a professional like Javier coming to your house!

I can't say enough good things about Dimitar and Maxx Water Heater Service. After having a different plumber cancel on me 3 times - I called Maxx at 4:30 pm and Dimitar showed up within 45 minutes. He shut the water off to the water heater and returned the next morning to replace the water heater. He also replaced our regulator. He was friendly, efficient and professional.

Had a kitchen sink that was leaking through the faucet piping. I had called several companies prior to Montiny and they all quoted me various prices and made the problem seem more complicated than it was. Super happy that I found Montiny and Alberto (the owner) was able to reach out to me and send someone out the same afternoon. I was helped by William and he was super sweet and professional. VERY reasonable and fair prices and my sink faucet is working brand new again! Would definitely use their services again in the future and recommend to anyone with plumbing issues :)

Need drain work?  Look no further.  You have found the vendor you are looking for.  Seriously.

Carlos is gold.  Family owned and operated business.  He's a good person and values relationships.  When you call CM, you are getting the founder of the business servicing you personally.

His prices are easily HALF or less of the going market rate. He doesn't look for ways to screw you when you're in need (like changing his hourly rate when you need service most).  

But, most importantly of all, he does DAMN good work and uses the absolute best equipment available.  He's been in the business a long time and realized that specializing in hydro-jet work and buying the best equipment available and doing the work himself would put him in the position to do great work for people at a great price, and have a good time doing it.

Just call these guys and stop thinking about it.  Your house will thank you.  The only thing you will regret is not calling him sooner.

If your drain is clogged -- let's stop for a moment and look at your typical alternatives--

Call a regular plumber and get your pipe snaked.  This is what most people do.  The guy will show up and run his attachment on the drill and get the drain to unclog.  This won't really clean your pipes, but it will give you a quick fix.  The work will be overpriced, given that the job does not require much effort/skill and doesn't make use of any sophisticated equipment.  The guy will be in and out and make a quick buck.  Your clog will likely come back.

Call one of the typical fancy logo'd van rip-off plumber operations ... pay the big price for the big name, so they can send the B team there (who's getting paid the minimum, and likely doesn't have much experience) to either do what said regular plumber guy above would do, but charge you 2X-3X.... OR they will actually just call a guy like Carlos, and charge you 3-4X what he is charging them.  Trust me.  It's true.  

Yes, that is right.  If you aren't getting a quick snake job, chances are they are calling in a 3rd party like Carlos to do hydro-jet work and marking it up a TON.  Just go direct.  Call CM.

If you don't know what the heck a hydro-jet is - think about it like this - it's like an intense pressure washer cleaning the inside of all your drain pipes... whereas a snake is like drilling a hole through whatever is stuck in your pipe.  Big difference.  The hydro-jet can clean all your house drains and go all the way out to the city sewer, cleaning your underground main drain line along the way.  Carlos can also run a camera through the system while he's doing it so you can take a look at the state of affairs inside your plumbing.   And in a place like San Diego, where you have some serious mineral deposit risks from the city water, this is a good idea.  

And let me say this - I have NO affiliation with this business, and I spoke with 5-10 different plumbers on a Saturday morning, and Carlos had every drain in my house, along with the main underground drain line going out to the city... all clean as a whistle, by Saturday afternoon.  

I've worked with contractors for about 20 years at this point, and I've done whole house rebuilds.. and I can say this much - finding people like Carlos and CM Jetting is just a godsend.  These are the types of vendors that you hang on to for life and recommend to all your friends.  Trust me, I know.  I've been through it all, from dealing with the best to the worst.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing professional! Nick showed up on time, sent a text before he arrived telling me he was on his way, and he fixed what had to be fixed quicker than I thought possible. He also spent time making sure his repairs were flawless. When he left, the area he worked on was spotless and I didn't have to clean up after him at all. I would highly recommend Nick! In fact, I have already given his name to my Mother.

Installed hanging racks and shelves in my garage plus installed a Ring Floodlight. Great communication, great work, cleaned after they were done. Would recommended and plan to use them again.

Spent quite a lot of money towards these guys.. wish I had gone with someone else.  They did a good job but price seemed steep and we had some big issues with his customer service. Maybe I caught the guy on a bad day or something but he was aggressive and combative, especially with my tenant.  He tried to pin the blame on her and her infant son.  They had used the jacuzzi tub only about 2 times.. while talking to him she said once or twice and then later in the conversation said just a few times, so he got aggressive with her and then told me she can't keep her story straight.  My tenant gets along with everyone but sent me a huge text about how mean he was towards her. I can't have that, switched to a different plumber from vista.

Got repiping of my whole house done as well as a leak in the main pipeline outside of the house repaired by Vlad and his team. Can count on him to be very efficient, honest and reasonable. Vlad will be the first person I'd contact for any plumbing needs in the future.

Look no further if you need to get your whole house repiped. I had the time to get 7 quotes from solely repiping companies to large plumbing companies. The attitudes and quotes varied widely with the large plumbing companies asking for more than double the price of the repiping companies. And it was obvious they really could care less if they did the job. Simpex owner, Brian Udo, was very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and very much wanted the business. The repiping team did an awesome job with prep work, covering, and taping. They made the best of what would be considered a dusty construction project. The work was completed in 4 days and the dry wall patches and texturing was outstanding. Could not even tell there were previously 75 large holes punched in my walls and ceilings. I highly recommend Simpex!

As a general and electrical contractor I am pretty picky when it comes to how service professionals do their jobs. These guys are great! I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Clean, courteous, professional and great attention to detail. I love the service! Keep it up guys.

Called these guys on the basis of their good Yelp reviews. They answered the phone immediately (even though it was after 5 PM), and scheduled a technician to come out the next morning between 8 and 9. The technician arrived on time (they even gave me a call when he was en route), solved our plumbing problems quickly, and charged a very reasonable amount for the service.  We will definitely be using them again!

Kevin came out to my house and fixed my garbage disposal within 20 minutes. He was awesome to work with and gave me good pointers on what to do if my blades get jammed again. I was told I needed to replace the whole garbage disposal from other businesses and was quoted at $500+, those other businesses didn't even take the time to look into the issue further. Kevin actually did and he knew the exact issue and knew the disposal didn't need to be replaced but rather had something jammed and needed the blades to be turned. Super grateful I waited for him to come fix the issue!! Saved a ton of time and money super honest and will continue to call for further issues I may have! Highly recommend!
