Our heater was incorrectly installed. John came to our house, personally supervised everything. HE WAS VERY WARM AND PROFESSIONAL.  I recommend his company for every friend and neighbor.

We needed someone to install water softeners to our house. Not only did  Dimitar have competitive quotes compared to other companies, but he was responsive, knowledgeable, and radiated trustworthiness. This was the first time using Maxx Services, but definitely not our last! Highly recommend.

Our shower stopped working during weekend. I went on Yelp to find a plumber who would come out without a high service call charge.  Luis responded and attempted to help us resolve it over the phone, but it did not work.  He came out next day and offered different options after assessed the issue.  His prices are most fair, he is most responsive, and easier to work with in scheduling among few others I'd called. We will call Luis if we ever need plumbing assistance in the future.

Henry has been helping us with our plumbing for several years. He is honest, and always tries to help you as soon as he can. He has even come to the rescue on a Sunday. I would highly recommend him.

I am very impressed by Carlos. We had an emergency sewer pipe issue and he came out quickly. He was able to diagnose the issue before even imaging the pipe. He cleared the pipe quickly by jetting it, and then imaged the pipe and found the issues. He then found a more serious issue in a different pipe that was causing flooding under the house. He captured a video of that so we can send to the home insurance company. We hadn't even thought to check that part of the plumbing until we talked with him. we have been using Rayne for several years and the service has been very good. we recently called them to ask them to disconnect our equipment for a few days because we are putting in an epoxy floor in our garage and need the equipment out of the way. they were very prompt and came out today and our service tech Drayton was friendly and helpful. they will come back next week and reconnect our equipment.

Bob was very helpful and professional and did a very good job with helping us out. He did not rush the job and he educated us on how to make clean-outs last longer by switching brand names of TP.  We thought all TP was the same, but now we know better.  Thanks Bob. We'll be calling you next time we need assistance.

Our water heater had one foot in the grave and needed to be replaced. My mom called John and he was over within the hour to check out our water heater and tell us about our options. The kitchen faucet also had a leak and in just a few minutes John had pictures and details for the faucets he recommended. John was able to come back a day later to do the tankless water heater install and the sink. Even though just a tankless install can take all day John was able to complete that and install the new faucet in one day. Everything is looking great now. The tankless water heater freed up a lot of space in our garage.

I had a real drain problem starting at my kitchen sink. They used great tools to remove a build up of grease . So thankful that they were able to help.They were very respectful and cleaned up when they were done.

Farhad did an excellent job of hanging a VERY heavy mirror over my sectional sofa, and then scaling a high ladder way to my cathedral ceiling to remove a very big and expensive chandelier and replace it with a smaller and more delicate fixture. He did excellent work on both jobs!

Discovered had lost hot water at 9 on a Friday night.  Texted Top Notch at 9:30 PM.  Five minutes later Gordon responded and he arrived at 9 the next morning to fix/replace water heater.  I have used Top Notch (Gordon) multiple times over 15 years and have found it the very best: timely, honest, quick and fair.  Gordon even cleans as he works.  I recommend to everyone in north county area.

I had a blockage in my yard drainage on both side, more than one contractor came out without being able to clear the blockage, then I called Simpex, Ulysses came on time promptly, was able to diagnose the issue correctly and then proceeded to clear one side then cleared then other side, absolutely professional and efficient, Ulysses also took care of a couple plumbing issues.

I would recommend highly and will be using going forward.

Daniel has been our plumber for five (5) years now and we consider him to by our primary plumber. very reliable, fair, friendly and especially knowledgeable in his profession as a plumber. He has worked on plumbing in our previous condo and replaced our water heater at a very reasonable price. Daniel is currently helping us with our plumping in our new home as we are currently renovating our kitchen and bathrooms. I highly recommend!!!

Late with my review, but I called Devin last week about changing out the valves to a bathroom sink. Michael came out and was very quick to inspect and then provide me a very reasonable estimate and even looked at an additional valve that he was surprised needing replacing already due to its age. After a brief run to gather the parts, he was back and had the work all completed in a quick and clean fashion - totally minimized the amount of time the water had to be shut off, which was a very appreciated consideration! We even talked in general about the benefits of a household water filtration system, and he gave me some idea of what to look for in one given the area of the county in which we live and the type of water issues here. Superb professionalism, answered all questions and provided other things to think about. We will definitely be calling Devin with our future project plans, and his number is now my go-to for any urgency/emergency type of work. Most strongly recommend this team for any plumbing situation!

Thanksgiving night, a pipe ruptured in our finished basement and I had 2 of water in a one room where it started and water puddling in the adjacent rooms.

I got the water shut off and after pushing a lot of the water out the door I tried to contact a couple of well known plumbing companies but no one was on duty and the answering services didn't know whether their clients would even be in to work the on day after thanksgiving. After seeing good reviews, I called Monty's Plumbing to hopefully get someone scheduled for Friday morning since we had to shut off water/toilets/etc.  Not a good evening.

KC Montgomery, THE OWNER, ANSWERED HIS PHONE ON THANKSGIVING DAY and agreed to come out Friday morning, even though his wife had their first child a couple hours prior to my call.  He came, he saw, he fixed and at a very reasonable price.  Great skilled and well trained plumber who is also a nice guy.  

He's my man for any plumbing needs going forward.

We had a clog in our kitchen sink. I sent out some Yelp quote requests. They came back quick and fair with the cost. We spoke in the morning, they came out in the afternoon. They called before arrival, answered my questions, solved the problem and were off.

Can't ask for better service to a inconvenient problem around the holidays. We will use them again in the future for other plumbing needs.
