Had a long conversation with the owner and he listened and recognized the reasons for my dissatisfaction.

He took it as an opportunity to improve training for his plumbers and made it right.  They missies clean outs near sidewalk which would have made it clear the blockage was on the city lateral because it was compromised.

Dimitar first helped us a couple of years ago when our water heater spontaneously leaked while we were out of town. The leak extended into our adjoining neighbor's home, completely flooding most of her first floor.  He came quickly to remove the old water heater and set us up with a temporary one until the drywall repairs and restoration were complete.  The price for everything was reasonable and he was on time and very polite.  At that time I advised my neighbor to change her water heater with him as well but she put it off and a month later, after the water damage was all fixed, her water heater broke and caused more damage.  This was a wake up call on how important it is to keep on top of maintaining and changing your water heater because living in torn up drywall and carpeting with super loud fans blowing in your house for several weeks can make you crazy!  We now flush it every year and we just had Dimitar install an anode to help prolong the life of the water heater.  Very, very satisfied and would 100% recommend him!

My garbage disposal stopped working and I couldn't figure it out and put out an ad on Yelp.  Some companies wanted $325 to fix it, but Montiny Plumbing messaged me and said you can do this yourself and gave me step by step directions to fix it....FOR FREE!!! I was flabbergasted at their integrity and honesty and I was indeed able to fix it myself.  If I ever have any plumbing issues in the future I will most definitely be going with them.

My water heater was leaking and I called Henry to check it out.  He came out right away, took out the old one and delivered it back to Home Depot and then brought the new one back to my house. He installed the new one quickly & replaced parts that should've been replaced the last time with another contractor.  We couldn't be happier with the installation & service & he only charged me half of what Home Depot quoted me.  I will always use Henry's Plumbing in the future for my plumbing needs.

I am a very hard grader of service suppliers, and rarely write reviews on Yelp, but I would give Carlos more than five stars if I could. I had some landscape drainage that needed attention after about 20 years, and another hydro-jetting/drain cleaning service (which I won't name) accomplished absolutely nothing in over two days and essentially abandoned the job. In contrast, Carlos was responsive, came with very sophisticated equipment (unlike the other service), explained everything, had the entire problem completely fixed in about three hours, and was, I thought, reasonably priced. He also completely mapped out my drainage system (with several surprises to me, even though I built my house about several dead runs which had never been connected to any drains). THIS is the service to use. I would use him again without hesitation and would recommend him completely.

Spoke with a couple companies and decided on Rayne. Dave did a good job laying out the options for us. We decided to rent for a couple months while we make sure the system is what we wanted and if we end up purchasing the rent will credit towards that. Good piece of mind in a significant purchase. Scheduling the install was quick. Adam and Mark installed the system. They were efficient and did a really clean job on the routing of the water connection, the drain and the electrical. Before you make a choice on a water conditioning systems I would definitely recommend talking to Rayne.

I was very impressed with the professional service I received from Griffin plumbing.  Mike showed up on time, was able to diagnose the leaking issue quickly and had it repaired at a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend Griffin plumbing and will use Mike for future plumbing issues.

HIGHLY recommend this business!!  Bob was on time; he fixed the plumbing problem; and was very reasonably priced! If you need a good plumber this is the one to call!

Johanson from pure plumbing company responded my inquiry on water heater pilot assembly installation with fast and honest quote, and showed up very next day even before the appointed slot of time (of cause confirmed with me in advance), knowing that I expected this to be fixed the sooner the better. The job was done very quick and it works -- the water heater produces hot water once again. All the transactions are electronic which is helpful for me to deal with the Rheem's warranty claim process to cover the cost. Definitely would ping him if other related jobs occur.

I was very impressed with the level of service I received. Nick (owner) took the time to explain exactly what procedures they would be performing. They were prompt, efficient, honest and professional! Having had mixed results and dealings with other plumbers in the past; I was pleasantly surprised with VIP sewer and Drain. Farhad was available on a fairly short notice, provided reasonable estimate and did a great job. Needed to run a wire for a new GFCI bathroom outlet for bidet installation. All others I got a quote from wanted to make several holes in my drywall to run the wire, which would have required drywall patching, texture matching and painting. Farhad managed to run the wire without making any holes, and did high quality installations of power outlet and bidet, exactly as I requested. Very happy with the job, availability and general attitude. Will be calling again for future projects.

My main bath sink started leaking and found the pipes to be corroded a few weeks ago.  Looked around on Yelp and much to my dismay there wasn't a lot of extensively reviewed plumbers in Escondido.  All the well reviewed plumbers were in San Diego and unwilling to come up to Escondido.  

Fortunately found Top Notch Plumbing and based on the reviews decided to give them a call.  Gorden showed up and was friendly and professional.  The pipes took some doing to remove them and he also upgraded my cheap old plastic stopper mechanism to a nice copper unit.  

I felt his work was thorough and he took to the time to keep things clean and cleaned up any mess after.  His price was reasonable as well.  I will certainly call him again for his great customer service and reasonable prices.

I had a plumbing emergency early in the morning and Vlad was able to come right away. He was friendly, professional, and wore his mask the entire time. He was able to identify the issue quickly and had the problem solved before I knew it. I have already recommended him to neighbors.

I recently had my water heater give out and reached out on yelp for a few quotes. Simpex reached out and offered for their plumber to come out and give me a quote for the replacement at no cost for the visit. They were able to install a new one the next day within a couple of hours! I was so happy they could help me out so quickly and at a great price. Thank you so much Simpex, I will definitely be calling back if I ever need plumbing work again!

We were having a bad problem with roots in our pipes.  Lucio came out, gave us a fair quote, and got to work the next day.  

He and his hard working concrete guy had to drill through our concrete to get to  the root of the problem :)  They pulled out a root the size of a baseball bat that was causing our backup, and which other plumbers missed.

They arrived at our house at 8:30 am, and didn't leave till 8:30 pm.  Lucio did not leave till every part of the job was done (including refilling the concrete steps).  He snaked with a camera several times.  He was always saying, he wanted to make sure he covered everything.

Lucio is professional, courteous,  and friendly.  If you look in his van, it is organized and clean. I told him he's an anal plumber :). He's a perfectionist that will get the job done right.  

We will definitely use him for future jobs.

Prince Charmin came to my rescue on Jan. 1, 2023. We had a sewage issue in our home just after midnight on New Year's day. Devin was the only person who was available on New Year's day with a very fair price on a holiday weekend. He arrived to my home the same day just a couple of hours after we spoke on the phone. He and his crew arrived earlier than expected which was awesome. He even had the foresight to contact a water damage restoration company on our behalf to be present as well after hearing that  sewage had flowed out of the bathroom into the adoining room. Calling a water restoration company was not even something I had even begun to consider with everything else that was going on at home. I greatly appreciate everything Devin and his crew did to get our home up and running again. Thank you!!

KC was quick to respond to the message that I left on his machine and even quicker to get here to fix our problem.  We had sewage coming out of our bath tub when we would flush our toilet.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour.  He even honored a coupon for OB locals that I didn't know existed.  All in all he runs a great business and if we ever need another plumber he will be the first we call.  I couldn't give him a higher recommendation.

We needed an emergency repair due to a break in an irrigation system that was quickly turning our street into a small lake.

Unfortunately, this situation happened around 5 pm on Saturday, which meant that repair options were limited. Within 2 hours, we called about 10-12 different businesses that advertised emergency plumbing services. Out of them, about half called back and admitted that they have no staff on call in Encinitas ; the rest did not bother answering at all.

Out of pure desperation, I created a project on Yelp and Get Rooter& Plumbing got in touch with me right away (the other 5 businesses on the project list did not have anyone on call until Monday). Within 45 minutes, a service truck pulled in our driveway and the technician, Mani (Manuel) immediately got to work.

The repair was not easy, since the pipe got squeezed by a giant tree root that wrapped around it it. Plus, it was dark, slippery and mosquitos were merciless.

I was very impressed at Mani's level of dedication and professionalism during those several hours. He was great in communicating what the issue was, what he is planning to do, what is happening now and what's next and he did a great job on fixing the repair.
