Disappointed that we paid a lot of money for an inspection before purchasing our house and none of these issues were found. The lines are all corroded and the upper parts of a pipe were completely open and exposed. Still smelling sewer everyday when I brush my teeth or was my face. Had I known I had thousands and thousands of dollars in repairs needed, I could have negotiated with the sellers, or moved on to another house.

Wow! Amazing service I received from Dimitar, I called because my water heater stopped working and Dimitar was able to come out with in a few hours. After arriving on time, he was able to troubleshoot and figure out the problem in no time. After making sure everything was working properly he checked to see when the water heater was manufactured as we had no idea since we recently moved into the home. Very professional would definitely recommend to anyone with water heater needs. Thank you.

Great Service! After moving to San Diego, my wife and I noticed our daughter eczema was getting worse and my wife's hair was breaking. After doing some research, we discovered that San Diego has some of the hardest water in the country. We learned about Rayne Water from my sister and immediately ordered their services. After using their services, we've noticed great improvements in my daughter's eczema and my wife's hair. We also have the added bonus of having a cooler that filters our drinking water which saves us money because we don't have to buy bottled water.

I have used Mike for plumbing repairs for at least 15 years.  He has installed several faucets, shower heads, a toilet, unclogged sinks, and the list goes on.  He is always prompt and has a wonderful personality.  By the way, he is fair and honest and reasonable.  You can't go wrong with Mike!

Bob is great. We have used Cobra about three times now. He is always punctual and professional and never overpriced. We called on a Friday and he came on Saturday with no extra charge for a weekend visit. I highly recommend Cobra Rooter!

My expansion tank was leaking. Pure Plumbing came right out and replaced it. Very trustworthy and did the repair work at an amazing price. Since my repair Pure Plumbing has done work for my friends and family and they too have had an amazing experience.

Prompt reply and honest plumber. Did not use them due to their honest opinion and not upsell. We need more businesses like this!

I'm only giving one start because Yelp won't let me give none!  This was an absolute disaster. We hired him for a simple job that should have taken less than an hour. We said IF he had time, he could also do another small job. He didn't finish the original job, left to go to the store to buy parts for the second job even though we had showed him the box of parts sitting right there that we had already purchased, then proceeded to do work on something else that we not only had NOT asked him to do, but had repeatedly told him to STOP doing!!
FIVE hours later we finally threw him out. He had made a mess of both rooms, cut baseboards in more places than we had asked for; leaving a gap along the wall that cannot be repaired (they no longer make those baseboards), left a goopy mess on the bathroom floors and walls by working on something we told him NOT to do, cleaned up his hands using our roll of toilet paper... I could go on.
I would NEVER EVER recommend hiring this man. Never!  The repairs from his mess will cost more than we were ever going to pay him and the jobs still need to be done. Some of this mess can't be fixed.
I am furious! I have contacted a lawyer.

Gordon from Top Notch came out to install a toilet. It wasn't a big job, we all knew that - I just didn't want to do it myself since we had just replaced a floor due to a leaky toilet I installed. Top-Notch was quick to respond, gave a fair price, set up the appointment, showed up on time, did the job and the toilet works great.

I guess I was especially happy he handled it so seamlessly because I had just wasted time on multiple phone calls and texts with another local plumber who had me measuring and fretting. So, it was a relief to get a quick fair quote and have the job done no muss no fuss.

I will most definitely be calling Top Notch again.

Called them to fix a leaking pipe and they fixed it in one day. They made it pretty easy for me. Texted me the link to pay them online and emailed me my bill. As a property manager, I would recommend their services. Fair, quick, updated with the digital tech today and responsive.

Called a couple of places who wanted to charge me nearly $100 just for the visit!  Called Simplex and Fernando was at my home in under an hour to give me a free estimate on the leak under my kitchen sink. Fernando was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly!  His quote was very reasonable and he did not try to up sell me on anything. Plus, he was patient and answered all of my questions. Definitely found my go-to plumber!

Lucio just installed our new water heater. He did a great job. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We will use him for our future needs.

***BUYER BEWARE*****  

I spoke to Devin in late December as I had a leak in a pipe that was accessible through the stucco of the exterior of my home.  Devin assured me that they were a 1 stop shop.  They could fix the leak and re-stucco the wall.   His partner even said you wouldn't even know we were here.   If this business had comedians, it would get 5 stars.    This was the biggest lie I was ever told.  

Day 1 Devin's team shows up late.   They cut open the wall and then assess the issue.   They then took at least 5 trips to Home Depot for parts. After hours of trying to correct the problem, they had to admit they did not know what they were doing and call what I am hoping was a real plumber to finish the job.   This took almost 10 hours.

The following day, they again showed up late, and knowing they were there to do stucco work, they still had to make a trip to Home Depot.   When I went to check to see how the work was going, I could tell they had no idea what they were doing.   They had retrieved a Lucky Charms box out of the recycle can and were using it as a trowel to apply the stucco and to get it to stick to the wall.  

I was told by his brother that they would be back the next day to paint.   They had even gone to Home Depot again and got matching paint.    Well, I contacted Devin because they didn't show up the next day.   Devin told me they need the stucco to dry, and they would be by to paint in a few weeks.   We'll that has now turned into 4 months.   The stucco is awful. There are cracks everywhere from where they applied it.    

I did get ahold of Devin once since and he promised me that he would come out himself to look at the issue.    Well, he was a no-show to our appointment.  

I attempted to settle this issue privately and allow Devin to remedy this situation.  Yet Devin continues to ignore my calls and texts.  

Please save your hard earned money and time and if you have a plumbing issue select someone who is more reputable and takes pride in their work.

I really dont like this guy he is rude and its a waste of time

I recently used Get Rooter & Plumbing to replace a failing water shutoff and I couldn't be more pleased with their service!

I got 4 quotes for the job - Get Rooter is the only one that stated they met or exceeded all local codes and have a no-quibble guarantee. Being the best price was also huge. I couldn't understand how they could do that but then I see they have invested in great equipment to get things done much more quickly than the competition, and where time is money, they saved me a lot.

Get Rooter & Plumbing is now my number 1 plumber for anything that comes up.
