Padilla plumbing will quote you for work but will often find other work that needs to be done even if the plumbing is not broken. They will often offer to replace plumbing that is not broken and say how easily it could break down. Padilla offered to replace caulking on a bathtub for a bargain price of $135 dollars. 2 tubes of caulking and a caulking gun =$15 at home depot. There are better plumbers out there that won't recommend unnecessary repairs.

Our gas water heater was operating for 13-14 years without a problem until recent discovery of water leak was noticed.  Leak was not significant but enough to raise awareness that it's just a matter of time before it leads to an emergency replacement.  With the professional help of Dimitar, he assisted us with an informed decision process and gave us a fair and competitive price to replace with new.  Trusting him to get the job done with ease and confidence was a breeze!  He delivered a quality job as promised.  Got my water heater replaced and operating properly within temp settings.  Down  time was at a minimum.

We used an exceptional plumber before but lost his number.  Henry was up against tough competition.
So my husband found Henry and since we needed plumping help ASAP just gave him a call. Henry showed up the same day, quickly figured out what was causing the problem with our leaking toilet and plugged sink drain (two different bathrooms!) and fixed it! He didn't do a quick fix but instead went ahead and killed the tree roots that were clogging the toilet drain (took off the toilet bowl to do that). He was done in less than two hours! Super polite and nice.

And the price! Oh, very reasonable!
We have found a new awesome plumber and that, my friends, is priceless!

Need drain work?  Look no further.  You have found the vendor you are looking for.  Seriously.

Carlos is gold.  Family owned and operated business.  He's a good person and values relationships.  When you call CM, you are getting the founder of the business servicing you personally.

His prices are easily HALF or less of the going market rate. He doesn't look for ways to screw you when you're in need (like changing his hourly rate when you need service most).  

But, most importantly of all, he does DAMN good work and uses the absolute best equipment available.  He's been in the business a long time and realized that specializing in hydro-jet work and buying the best equipment available and doing the work himself would put him in the position to do great work for people at a great price, and have a good time doing it.

Just call these guys and stop thinking about it.  Your house will thank you.  The only thing you will regret is not calling him sooner.

If your drain is clogged -- let's stop for a moment and look at your typical alternatives--

Call a regular plumber and get your pipe snaked.  This is what most people do.  The guy will show up and run his attachment on the drill and get the drain to unclog.  This won't really clean your pipes, but it will give you a quick fix.  The work will be overpriced, given that the job does not require much effort/skill and doesn't make use of any sophisticated equipment.  The guy will be in and out and make a quick buck.  Your clog will likely come back.

Call one of the typical fancy logo'd van rip-off plumber operations ... pay the big price for the big name, so they can send the B team there (who's getting paid the minimum, and likely doesn't have much experience) to either do what said regular plumber guy above would do, but charge you 2X-3X.... OR they will actually just call a guy like Carlos, and charge you 3-4X what he is charging them.  Trust me.  It's true.  

Yes, that is right.  If you aren't getting a quick snake job, chances are they are calling in a 3rd party like Carlos to do hydro-jet work and marking it up a TON.  Just go direct.  Call CM.

If you don't know what the heck a hydro-jet is - think about it like this - it's like an intense pressure washer cleaning the inside of all your drain pipes... whereas a snake is like drilling a hole through whatever is stuck in your pipe.  Big difference.  The hydro-jet can clean all your house drains and go all the way out to the city sewer, cleaning your underground main drain line along the way.  Carlos can also run a camera through the system while he's doing it so you can take a look at the state of affairs inside your plumbing.   And in a place like San Diego, where you have some serious mineral deposit risks from the city water, this is a good idea.  

And let me say this - I have NO affiliation with this business, and I spoke with 5-10 different plumbers on a Saturday morning, and Carlos had every drain in my house, along with the main underground drain line going out to the city... all clean as a whistle, by Saturday afternoon.  

I've worked with contractors for about 20 years at this point, and I've done whole house rebuilds.. and I can say this much - finding people like Carlos and CM Jetting is just a godsend.  These are the types of vendors that you hang on to for life and recommend to all your friends.  Trust me, I know.  I've been through it all, from dealing with the best to the worst.

The only thing need to be improved is the system cost a little more water which might increase my water bill. I wish the company can develop a technology to generate pure water with save more raw water.

I was very impressed with the professional service I received from Griffin plumbing.  Mike showed up on time, was able to diagnose the leaking issue quickly and had it repaired at a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend Griffin plumbing and will use Mike for future plumbing issues.

Our water heater leaked and caused damage to our hallway, floor and bedroom. Called Pure Plumbing and Jonathan came within an hour.  He installed a Navien tankless heater in a day and connected us to a water restoration company for damages done. Jonathan was efficient, honest and did a great job.  We will definitely use him again.

I found this company on Yelp, & they responded fast even on Saturday evening for a non-urgent request. Alvino and George diagnosed the problem quickly, cleared the bathtub drain, diagnosed the problem in my bathroom sink as well and were outta here in less than 40 minutes. Aside from a 24hr delay in starting the job, Simpex was perfect. We had galvanized pipe replaced with PEX in a small home. The crews were professional, the PEX installation was clean, and the drywall and stucco repair was impeccable. The project manager and office staff were responsive and the price was very reasonable. The repipe was finished the 1st day (about 7 hours), we had working plumbing that same night. The stucco repair was complete on the 2nd day. The repipe included running a new line to a second structure on the property which required removing rows of pavers from a patio. While I'll have to arrange the paver repair separately, they did a fantastic job of removing the pavers without breaking them, and laying out the removed sand on a tarp along the line, making the repair much simpler. They left no mess, inside or out. I was very impressed. We haven't ever had the water pressure we have now, it's great! Nicely done.

Late with my review, but I called Devin last week about changing out the valves to a bathroom sink. Michael came out and was very quick to inspect and then provide me a very reasonable estimate and even looked at an additional valve that he was surprised needing replacing already due to its age. After a brief run to gather the parts, he was back and had the work all completed in a quick and clean fashion - totally minimized the amount of time the water had to be shut off, which was a very appreciated consideration! We even talked in general about the benefits of a household water filtration system, and he gave me some idea of what to look for in one given the area of the county in which we live and the type of water issues here. Superb professionalism, answered all questions and provided other things to think about. We will definitely be calling Devin with our future project plans, and his number is now my go-to for any urgency/emergency type of work. Most strongly recommend this team for any plumbing situation!

Called to scheduled a rooter service twice. No one showed up. No one called. Called again and their dispatch can't schedule someone but they can leave a message with their service team to call back.
