We were having trouble with our Rinnai tankless gas water heater and their team really was helpful. Though we didn't 100% figure out what was wrong they were very patient in taking time to go through all the possibilities. The best news is it seems our water heater is working fine now after they came by so if they did something it definitely worked!

Prices are high. $165 to scale a tankless  water heater is too much. Installation charge to replace a failing water heater (with plumbing, gas, and electric already in place) was also way too high.

My garbage disposal stopped working and I couldn't figure it out and put out an ad on Yelp.  Some companies wanted $325 to fix it, but Montiny Plumbing messaged me and said you can do this yourself and gave me step by step directions to fix it....FOR FREE!!! I was flabbergasted at their integrity and honesty and I was indeed able to fix it myself.  If I ever have any plumbing issues in the future I will most definitely be going with them.

We used an exceptional plumber before but lost his number.  Henry was up against tough competition.
So my husband found Henry and since we needed plumping help ASAP just gave him a call. Henry showed up the same day, quickly figured out what was causing the problem with our leaking toilet and plugged sink drain (two different bathrooms!) and fixed it! He didn't do a quick fix but instead went ahead and killed the tree roots that were clogging the toilet drain (took off the toilet bowl to do that). He was done in less than two hours! Super polite and nice.

And the price! Oh, very reasonable!
We have found a new awesome plumber and that, my friends, is priceless!

While we didn't end up needing to utilize this company's services for the commercial project emergency we had, this mom & pop shop (CM Jetting Services) is professional, responsive, pleasant, helpful, honest, and ethical - thank you, Carlos!

What's more, this contact with Carlos (owner of CM Jetting Services) was all thanks to a referral from a previous mentee of Carlos (CM Jetting Services) - he was extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with; additionally, his pricing structure was fair (even for an emergency request).

In addition to being extremely responsive,  professional, and of good value, CM Jetting Services (Carlos) was also transparent about the equipment he had available to achieve the efficacy the SOW (scope of work) required; however, the original contract holder finally showed up for their part during our initial call.

I thanked Carlos for his time and understanding - we had a lovely chat about good business.  I mentioned I would be in touch in the future if/when we need these types of services again; however, he then went on to insist that in the future to be sure to reach out to Juan first since he was our first point of contact - talk about a rare breed of ethical business!

Joe installed out 2nd system (first lasted 12+ years). Loved the service, flexible options, and professionalism. The overall experience from sales, scheduling, and install was great. The water quality that their systems provide cannot be beat.

Mike is awesome. Responsive. Fair. Cool. And---he's also a great plumber. He gives a great understanding of the issue and suggested remedies. He's direct and will offer the best option.  A plumber is not a relationship one wishes to foster but if you need one, call Mike! :)

Bob is great. We have used Cobra about three times now. He is always punctual and professional and never overpriced. We called on a Friday and he came on Saturday with no extra charge for a weekend visit. I highly recommend Cobra Rooter!

John from Pure Plumbing Company was amazing. We had a lot of plumbing problems in our 31 year old house from leaky faucets, water flow problems, to needing to relocate the drain line in the kitchen. We were in a hurry to get the plumbing done as we were in a time crunch to get our kitchen remodel done on schedule. He came out to give us a same-day quote and was able to fit us in on short notice on the weekend. John was very friendly, knowledgeable, and able to take care of our problems. His attention to detail as well as his cleanliness and consideration was much appreciated. He was able to get a lot of work done efficiently and for a great competitive price. I definitely will recommend him to all my friends and family and will use him in our future projects. Really can't sing enough of his praises for the amazing price and quality of work.

My home was built in 1968, which means the pipes are old and require almost an annual clog removal ... Sure enough, this years backup started in the main shower and soon became evident throughout both bathrooms. Though I have used another plumber in the past, I found Nick and VIP through Yelp, called at 2:15 and was given the last appointment of that night as well as quoted a better price than my regular plumber.  

From my experience, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nick and VIP:  Nick prompted me via text a half hour before arriving, went straight to work, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, ran a camera through the pipes, SHOWING me the condition of my pipes and the path the water was taking.  I was able to see for myself where there was build up, misalignment and a crack forming. Being given the visual, I could trust what he recommended.  He charged me exactly what he quoted and was gone within 45 minutes.  I will use him in the future and will share my experience with friends and family.

We had an issue with our laundry closet area. A few handyman companies I contacted never responded to me, a few that I was able to talk to about the repair we needed were unwilling or unable to do anything but Farhad responded to me, came out to look at the area and figure out what we needed, gave me a quote, arrived on the day we made an appointment and did the work we needed done in the amount of time he estimated it would take. We are so thankful, we've been trying to get this issue taken care of for a year. Thank you! I would definitely recommend Farhad's services.

Top Notch Plumbing was definitely the way to go. From start to finish Gordon was professional, efficient, very polite and extremely reasonable with his rates. I don't normally write reviews but I absolutely want to give Almco Plumbing and owner, Paul, specifically recognition. I was doing a complete renovation as a first time condo buyer.  This process was very overwhelming to say the least. I did extensive research and met with at least 5 contractors for every specialty/project. Paul was by far the most organized, prepared, and knowledgeable. He came with copies of his business licenses upon meeting. Did an extensive review and took time to explain what needed to be completed. He quoted me a fair price and stayed true to that. Not only did Paul help me with plumbing, but he also guided me when I had trouble with other contractors or something didn't work out. When another contractor fell through, Paul made calls and helped me find honest, reliable replacements who's work I was also completely satisfied with. The plumbing work was completed spectacularly, but the customer service and willingness to go above and beyond the basic scope of plumbing is where this company shines!!!  The search stops here, go with ALMCO!!! I've used Simpex for all sorts of plumbing work around the house. Most recently we did a full home repipe.  I was pretty anxious about it, but the team did an amazing job! 1 day to repipe, 1 day to drywall, job is done exactly as described and I feel the price was competitive.

Very happy with the work, will continue to use Simpex in the future.

Certified Restoration is a 24hr. Water Removal and Remediation Co. in San Diego. We are constantly calling out plumbers to fix pipes so we can dry-out a building or home. Prince Charmin came to my rescue on Jan. 1, 2023. We had a sewage issue in our home just after midnight on New Year's day. Devin was the only person who was available on New Year's day with a very fair price on a holiday weekend. He arrived to my home the same day just a couple of hours after we spoke on the phone. He and his crew arrived earlier than expected which was awesome. He even had the foresight to contact a water damage restoration company on our behalf to be present as well after hearing that  sewage had flowed out of the bathroom into the adoining room. Calling a water restoration company was not even something I had even begun to consider with everything else that was going on at home. Called Montys on a Yelp whim and they were awesome! Busted pipe under the house and they fixed it asap with no up selling.  They did honest and thorough work in a decent amount of time. They were even considerate of my napping toddler!
We will definitely have them book marked for any future plumbing needs! Thanks guys!

Our sink in the garage was backed up until Manuel and Javier saved the day. They were very responsive and came the next day on time. They were able to unclog the pipes quickly and even offered to check the pipes underneath the house which were apparently rotting and gross. So we were able to let out landlord know about it right away. Both were super nice and i definitely recommend if you need someone reliable and affordable. Thank you again!
