John Padilla Plumbing came in with the lowest quote of 3 bidders for a big plumbing job ($6000) on our house. They also did the inital inspection when we bought the place. The guys were friendly and they got a big job done in 5 days (they said 3 days at the beginning of the job but I expected it to take longer).

I took off 1 star because they cut a big hole in the dry wall behind our fridge and refused to patch it, said it wasn't part of the job.

Anyway, overall they did a decent job and met the estimate. I had to argue on the phone a bit with them when paying. When the inital inspection was done, they said if I gave them the job the cost of the inspection ($350) would go towards the total bill at the end. The guy on the phone told me that was BS but then called me back and said the owner said it was OK (minus 1 star for not believing me).

Today Dimitar saved the day....I had been dealing with other companies to get my water heater replaced but they were all too expensive and/or unreliable. As soon as I got in touch with Dimitar I was able to set up an appointment at my earliest convenience. He was very good at communicating and very punctual. When he came to my house for my free assessment not only was he super helpful but also explained everything and came prepared to get the job done right away, which made my experience with his company that much better. Overall he did an amazing job, and I am extremely satisfied with his work. Lastly, I do not think any other company beats his work ethic and price.

Had a pinhole leak at my garden hosebib, where the neck was. Luis gave me a quote which was of good value. He came over at the time we discussed and quickly went to work. Hit a bit of a snag since the pipe he wanted to replace was firmly in place, had to do a bit of work, but he was able to do the job and kept apologizing that the job took too long. Looking at his work, it is of high quality with no shortcuts done. He cleaned the area after. I would highly recommend Montiny Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I will definitely call them again. Henry has been helping us with our plumbing for several years. He is honest, and always tries to help you as soon as he can. He has even come to the rescue on a Sunday. I would highly recommend him.

If you ever have a drained clogged call Carlos, you can't ask for a more professional, honest, determined person to work with on a plumbing issue. We had a storm drain that a large plumbing contractor said that they had cleared only to test it after they left to find that it in fact had not been done. Carlos showed up as agreed, explained the issue and away he went. He successfully cleared the drain, ran a camera down the entire drain to look for any other spots of issue (even marked a couple of spots where we were having weeds go through the pipe that may be an issue in the future).  

Carlos is now my go to guy for any drain issues.

we have been using Rayne for several years and the service has been very good. we recently called them to ask them to disconnect our equipment for a few days because we are putting in an epoxy floor in our garage and need the equipment out of the way. they were very prompt and came out today and our service tech Drayton was friendly and helpful. they will come back next week and reconnect our equipment.

I have used Mike for plumbing repairs for at least 15 years.  He has installed several faucets, shower heads, a toilet, unclogged sinks, and the list goes on.  He is always prompt and has a wonderful personality.  By the way, he is fair and honest and reasonable.  You can't go wrong with Mike!

Updated review. Sent a message to Nick and he had his guys out quickly. They were very professional, knew exactly what needed to be done, and got it all done pronto. They took care to clean up and there's no doubt everything they touched was in better shape than when they came in.

I have a very large and heavy barn door installed. The installers did an amazing job! When the proper tools weren't included, they even went to Lowes to get what I needed. They definitely went above and beyond.

While working on backyard renovations I discovered a leak coming from my irrigation system. Gordon and one other man (I can't recall his name) were able to come out and diagnose the issue. There was a diagnosis fee (that did not go to the total cost of the job); however, I understand that as it took some time and digging for them to find out what all was going on.

After diagnosing the issue, Gordon walked me through what was going on and gave me different solutions. Gordon was to the point and honest in his assessment and recommendation and I didn't feel pressured at all. I went with the more permanent fix, capping pipes and removing the irrigation/drip system. Gordon and the other guy (so sorry I can't remember his name), were approachable, professional, prompt, polite, and reasonable. They had to lift some turf that I had installed less than a year ago but were meticulous and cautious and it looks as if it wasn't touched at all!

Top-Notch plumbing has been the most efficient and the friendliest plumbers I've ever dealt with. While having plumbing issues is never an enjoyable experience for a homeowner, I walk away from this experience with more knowledge on the plumbing at my property thanks to them. I will definitely recommend Top Notch plumbing to others and will be giving them another call in the event that I need a plumber. Thanks guys!

I am happy with the work of Almco Plumbing. Vlad is a wonderful person to work with. Very honest, reliable, knowledgeable. I am out of town and the water heater at our rental house broke down. He was prompt to come to the house for estimate and schedule and complete the installation. He gave me good prices, even I upgraded to tankless water heater. He was referred to me and I will definitely recommend him.

I assisted my 80 year old parents in coordinating a water softener replacement project.  Ulysses was the plumber who came to bid the job. He was prompt and professional and my parents liked him the best out of all the plumbers that they met with.  Both him and the business owner Wu worked very closely with me in lieu of my parents to minimize stress for my elderly  parents.  Wu obtained the city permit for the job very quicky. His communication with the status of the schedule was fantastic! Ulysses was very good at sending me project status updates the day the work was being done.  Thank you Simpex Repipe for the great job!

Daniel has been our plumber for five (5) years now and we consider him to by our primary plumber. very reliable, fair, friendly and especially knowledgeable in his profession as a plumber. He has worked on plumbing in our previous condo and replaced our water heater at a very reasonable price. Daniel is currently helping us with our plumping in our new home as we are currently renovating our kitchen and bathrooms. I highly recommend!!!

I love Monty's Plumbing! I had a backed up shower drain and he came out that day to fix it. It was really reasonably priced and very quick! He was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong. Also, very friendly and great with my dog! I would recommend Monty's to anyone.
