I found that my water heater was leaking and called Maxx Water Heater Service.  Dimitar responded to my needs immediately, talked me thru the issues over the phone and arrived within a couple hours of my call with a new water heater since my old one was broken and not the right size to begin with.  He was prompt, on time and did a professional job within a couple of hours as promised!

Montiny Plumbing was great with helping me on my issue! I definitely recommend reaching out to them for any relevant problems.

Henry's Plumbing is great.  I called on a Sunday morning (early) because a sink had backed up.  He responded within 10 minutes and quickly fixed the problem.  He explained everything he did and charged a very fair price.  I'll never go to any other plumber.  I highly recommend him.

Having your newly installed washing machine overflow is never fun. Carlos came out within an hour of me calling him. I explained that we recently had plumbing work done, new clean outs installed, sewer line replaced. He took the time to listen to us and explain what needed to be done. Carlos meticulously cleared the sludge from the lines and even stayed with us while we ran a test wash cycle to ensure the lines were clear. Carlos took pictures of the problem areas for our contractor as well.  I highly recommend Carlos!  He got the job done and fixed the sloppy work of another company.  Great work and super nice guy who cares about his customer service.

Got a water purification system at our kitchen sink a year ago.  The Sales guy that came out was excellent and very informative but not high pressure.  Fast forward to now, we saw what seemed to be floaters in the water coming out of the Rayne system and called them to send someone out to check it out. They scheduled a very nice gentleman (sorry, didn't get name) that was extremely helpful.  We thought the system, which is $50.00 every two months (very affordable), needed the filter changed once yearly.  The tech said it was every two years but said that after testing, the water could have been more pure--he thought our salt water softener line was leaking into the system, so he changed out the entire system for us!  This was totally at no cost to us! We were amazed and very, very happy!  I highly recommend this specific Rayne Water Company. Budd B.

I was looking for a great plumber to replace my water heater and my pressure reducing valve that would do quality work and also pay attention to detail (and looks) because my water heater is in a very visible area of my garage.
I picked Pure Plumbing because I found them on the Rheem listing and when I googled then I found a review by someone that had said their water heater install looked great and I saw a picture confirming this. I had the same great experience and the quality of the work was outstanding.

I had a blockage in my yard drainage on both side, more than one contractor came out without being able to clear the blockage, then I called Simpex, Ulysses came on time promptly, was able to diagnose the issue correctly and then proceeded to clear one side then cleared then other side, absolutely professional and efficient, Ulysses also took care of a couple plumbing issues.

I would recommend highly and will be using going forward.

We were having a bad problem with roots in our pipes.  Lucio came out, gave us a fair quote, and got to work the next day.  

He and his hard working concrete guy had to drill through our concrete to get to  the root of the problem :)  They pulled out a root the size of a baseball bat that was causing our backup, and which other plumbers missed.

They arrived at our house at 8:30 am, and didn't leave till 8:30 pm.  Lucio did not leave till every part of the job was done (including refilling the concrete steps).  He snaked with a camera several times.  He was always saying, he wanted to make sure he covered everything.

Lucio is professional, courteous,  and friendly.  If you look in his van, it is organized and clean. I told him he's an anal plumber :). He's a perfectionist that will get the job done right.  

We will definitely use him for future jobs.

My entire upstairs bathroom flooded on me last minute a couple days ago, being new to Ocean Beach I was skeptical with all the other companies and all their mixed reviews. I came across Prince Charmin Plumbing with only a few reviews so I took a chance. The owner Devin was so informative, helpful and patient, the customer service of his employees honestly were beyond what I expected, they were so professional with quick service and walking me through every step of the way. I'm so happy I took a chance on them and they'll always be my go to for any future problems I have.

KC is awesome! He has come to our rescue with clogged sinks, and majorly backed up Bathtubs a few times. He was friendly, nice and always makes sure I am in the know of what he was doing. We have a back unit where he has helped us out from time to and is always easy to get in contact with. We have a dog, and he always remembers her name and always takes time to give her some attention.
Well, if you want good, honest service, look no further!

Very professional and quality service was straight up and told us what the problem was, and the best course of action on how to deal with the plumbing issue, living in Clairemont the drains are cast iron and very old.

Very knowledgeable team and highly recommend to friends and family.
