Poor customer service, turned our water off without notice. I called and they told me they would figure out why and didn't call back. When I called back whoever I talked to said he dropped the notices personally. I live in a townhouse complex of 13 units asked the three neighbors I saw and none of them had received notice.  So he either didn't do it or delivered to 9 of 13 units?  As a contractor when you make a mistake own it and fix it instead they tried  to cover it up by lying. Not a good way to run the business.

Water heater rusted out and we discovered it at about 9am.  I called Dimitar based on the excellent Yelp reviews and he asked for pictures of the water heater and said he could be there in 3 hours and have it replaced that day.  All went perfectly as planned.  Great service and fair price.  He's very professional and friendly, and efficient.  Would highly recommend.

Alberto was very friendly and easy to work with. He replaced my water heater hose and value within an hour. He suggested other repairs which caused the leak. This was helpful since I didn't know much about the problem. I would highly recommend Montiny Plumbing.

I called Henry's Plumbing on discovering a major water leak this morning, after my two regular plumbers could not fit our emergency into their schedules today.
The source of the leak was methodically located and the pipe promptly repaired efficiently and at a very reasonable cost - we will definitely be using Henry's services for all our plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommend.

Carlos was a true professional with exceptional customer service.  He is easy going and gets down to work immediately.  Even though we had a very difficult job here at Liberty Station, he stayed numerous hours on two different days until he finally resolved the clog.  He cleans up meticulously and leaves everything as near perfect as you can get.  Considering the time spent, his prices were reasonable and we are 100% satisfied with his work.  Knows his trade... highly recommended!!!

Thank goodness for genuine human beings such as ADAM! Upon coming to install our water softening unit, he advised me that what the sales team sold me on was NOT NECESSARY and in fact, it would have damaged our septic system!

Adam had an extremely quick solution that would work best for our situation and our family. Major props to this guy who's looking out for the well being of his customer rather than his bank account.

Plumber Mike is great.  He came out and fixed what two previous plumbers were unable to do.  Reasonable prices, no BS, and Mike is extremely knowledgeable. I sent him a text of my broken Kohler faucet, and he got everything together to fix on his first visit.  Highly recommend

We have been using Bob from Cobra Rooter for about 10 or more years. Has always provided us with the very best honest service, Can't ask for more.

Called them for a quote on a simple replacement of a cartridge for a shower fixture and made it clear there's was access to the plumbing through the wall behind the shower and I have the replacement fixture so just looking for quote on labor for the install.  I figure the job will take at most 1-1.5 hrs and the guy quotes $525. Found a reputable professional to do the job for $200.

VIP did a super job with a problem concerning my main sewer line to the street. Excellent price. Good communications. I appreciate his technical and customer service skills.

Customer beware. Gordon began fixing a plumbing issue without giving me a written estimate - against what is stated in the website. I mistakenly thought he was still diagnosing the issue, then he surprised me with an expensive bill. I felt pressured to pay it, so I did. I will never use this plumbing service again.

Thankfully my need to hire a plumber wasn't due to some catastrophic event here this time around.  Just needed a filtration system installed under my sink.  I called Almco and Paul called me back within 15 minutes.  Came out to my home to scope out my little project about an hour after that and then sent his Team over here to install the filtration system as soon as the hardware arrived.  A very very good experience.  Extremely helpful and professional from start to finish.  I will definitely call Paul again when I replace my clogged-up bathroom faucets.  Thank you Paul.  Very much appreciate a job well done.

Called a couple of places who wanted to charge me nearly $100 just for the visit!  Called Simplex and Fernando was at my home in under an hour to give me a free estimate on the leak under my kitchen sink. Fernando was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly!  His quote was very reasonable and he did not try to up sell me on anything. Plus, he was patient and answered all of my questions. Definitely found my go-to plumber!

We were having a bad problem with roots in our pipes.  Lucio came out, gave us a fair quote, and got to work the next day.  

He and his hard working concrete guy had to drill through our concrete to get to  the root of the problem :)  They pulled out a root the size of a baseball bat that was causing our backup, and which other plumbers missed.

They arrived at our house at 8:30 am, and didn't leave till 8:30 pm.  Lucio did not leave till every part of the job was done (including refilling the concrete steps).  He snaked with a camera several times.  He was always saying, he wanted to make sure he covered everything.

Lucio is professional, courteous,  and friendly.  If you look in his van, it is organized and clean. I told him he's an anal plumber :). He's a perfectionist that will get the job done right.  

We will definitely use him for future jobs.

My husband & I just purchased a single family home & we wanted to reroute the washer/dryer hookup from the kitchen to the garage. We got SEVEN different quotes & Prince Charmin Plumbing beat out all 7 with a 10 year warranty. Devin & his team came out the next day & finished the job in two days. While working on the project, we came across a few issues (not related to their work, just an old house that needed plumbing repairs) & he took care of everything again for a very reasonable price. We heard about KC/Monty's Plumbing from referrals from multiple friends who just had some work done by KC and they were both extremely happy with his work and professionalism.  We had just found out we had a slab leak  in the hot water pipe leading to the kitchen in a downstairs closet, and since it was a weekend  we really wanted to find and at least get a temporary fix as quickly as possible. Unfortunately KC was out of town but he still answered his phone and gave recommendations to us for leak detection and cleanup companies of which were fantastic

When it came to getting the actually leak fixed and re-routed we initially were going to go with the company that we had do the leak detection for more that they were familiar with it and we wanted to get this fixed as soon as possible (still in freak out mode!) We decided to slow down and get another couple of bids. What really impressed us with KC was he gave his frank assessment of where we should do the re-route and why (which differed a bit from previous companies) but because we had some strange nook and crannies with our walls etc. he wanted to bring in another pair of eyes to assess what he was seeing and if it would be the most direct and best course course of action. He brought in Dave, and they conferred and came up with a plan that would end up being easy, direct and would save us a ton of repair work in the future.  

Besides being very pleasant to talk to and professional his pricing was very competitive so we decided to go with Monty's Plumbing.  Because of the fact it was still a re-route, he wanted to get his whole crew involved so they could get the job done as quickly as possible for us because it was during one of the scorcher of days we had here in San Diego County.  Their attack plan worked without a hitch and were able to get it done within a half a day vs the whole day which was planned. The quoted price stayed the same, they cleaned up after themselves and we are very pleased to be able to run the dishwasher again. Thanks guys!

We needed an emergency repair due to a break in an irrigation system that was quickly turning our street into a small lake.

Unfortunately, this situation happened around 5 pm on Saturday, which meant that repair options were limited. Within 2 hours, we called about 10-12 different businesses that advertised emergency plumbing services. Out of them, about half called back and admitted that they have no staff on call in Encinitas ; the rest did not bother answering at all.

Out of pure desperation, I created a project on Yelp and Get Rooter& Plumbing got in touch with me right away (the other 5 businesses on the project list did not have anyone on call until Monday). Within 45 minutes, a service truck pulled in our driveway and the technician, Mani (Manuel) immediately got to work.

The repair was not easy, since the pipe got squeezed by a giant tree root that wrapped around it it. Plus, it was dark, slippery and mosquitos were merciless.

I was very impressed at Mani's level of dedication and professionalism during those several hours. He was great in communicating what the issue was, what he is planning to do, what is happening now and what's next and he did a great job on fixing the repair.
