We had 2 toilets backed up on a weekend, were stressed out cuz Monday was a holiday & of course you pay extra for emergency... but we sucked it up and paid the extra fees... and we got an extra amazing plumber, Brandon, to come to the rescue from John Padilla Plumbing, Inc. Brandon was calm and smart and knew exactly what he was doing to provide the best service and the most cost-effective fix to our problem. I felt he was trustworthy and didn't feel like he would try to sell us services (like the rooter company that came the day before) that weren't necessary. He took time to answer my many questions without rushing me. He went the extra mile, and I have already given his name to a few neighbors and friends. At some point we all need an excellent plumber, and I will not hesitate to call again when needed.

Dimitar was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to quickly assess our old broken water heater via phone call and photos, then provide quotes for tank/tankless replacement options. He came the next day and did the replacement - professional, on time, cleaned up after. I had higher quotes from several other plumbers, none who could do the service as quickly. Highly recommend!

Had a reliable plumber but he moved out of the country.  spent time reading reviews on yelp and decided to go with Henry.  I had a small issue with shower not getting hot(i tried to fix but couldn't).  I called henry in the morning and he came over early afternoon.  diagnosed the issue immediately and was done in 1.5 hours.  explained the issue, answered all my questions and his charge was reasonable.  I found a new, reliable and trustworthy plumber.

Called asking for a quote for hydrojetting (for kitchen sink/sewer line) and the technician who picked up my call was very knowledgeable!
They asked me some questions regarding the issues I've been having and after telling them all I know they were able to diagnose the issue.

Because I'm on a second level unit (condo) the technique to avoid flooding will be more troublesome and cost more. If i cannot find a better quote elsewhere I'll definitely contact CM Jetting!

Update (relevant for monthly payment customers only): I received my first invoice from Rayne and found out there is no online payment option for monthly customers. This may not be as big of a deal to some, but to have to write and send a check every single month seems quite archaic to me.

When I tried calling to ask whether there was an online option, I called three days in a row at varying times during business hours, and my call was never answered. I left a voicemail on the third day, and my call was finally returned.

Rayne does have a monthly auto-pay option, but a physical form needs to filled out/signed and either mailed or scanned back to them. In emailing back this form, I also experienced a delay in response time.

Service has continued to be reliable, but having to go through this hassle to make a simple $44/month bill payment is wild to me.

Please implement an online billing system, Rayne!

I called on a Saturday afternoon for a bathroom sink back up.  He made an appointment for Sunday morning with no extra charge like all the other places charge.  In addition, his prices were reasonable.  We made a follow up appointment in 6 months.

Our water heater leaked and caused damage to our hallway, floor and bedroom. Called Pure Plumbing and Jonathan came within an hour.  He installed a Navien tankless heater in a day and connected us to a water restoration company for damages done. Jonathan was efficient, honest and did a great job.  We will definitely use him again.

Jesus came by today, Nice guy, did a great job. Clean, booties, mask and all! I will definitely use them as my new go to plumber!!

Amazing! We needed a super last minute electrician and they were able to work us into their day; we called late afternoon on a Saturday!We need our retractable awning to be connected before the rains, as weight from the water can rip it from the wall! We were so grateful they could come and save us! Got the job done super quick, gave us continual updates  for ETA, and arrived when they said. Will definitely use their amazing services again. Almco was excellent. Vlad and his team did great work on my sewer plumbing line in the crawl space under our San Diego home.  He was quick to put together a quote, work was completed as planned, and the work was done well for the quoted price. I will be using Almco again for any future projects.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and had both the gas and plumbing lines rerouted by a different plumbing company. A short while later we noticed a gas smell in our home and called the original company to come back out. They were unable to detect the issue and said the issue was caused by sewer smells and not having run the water in our home. Devin was recommended to me by a colleague. I called him for a second opinion-- He was easy to get a hold of, arrived quickly at our home, and was able to determine the cause of a gas leak shortly after his arrival. His pricing was reasonable and he didn't take advantage of us in an emergency situation.

This is the 2nd time that we've had Monty's Plumbing come and fix various things, and KC is THE BEST!  He is very personable, professional, thorough and will not fix things that don't need fixing!  As the plumbing experts we are (NOT!), he went and bought parts based upon what we told him.  Turned out we were wrong, and he went ahead and fixed the things that DID need to be fixed, altho' he could have easily performed the unnecessary repairs and we wouldn't have known better.  And he didn't charge us for the parts purchased!  He is honest and we felt comfortable leaving the house and going out for lunch while he & his associate worked.  His prices are reasonable and the work gets done quickly and efficiently.  Even our grumpy dog liked him!  For any future plumbing needs we will continue to call him for sure!  Check him out, you won't be disappointed!

Kevin came out to my house and fixed my garbage disposal within 20 minutes. He was awesome to work with and gave me good pointers on what to do if my blades get jammed again. I was told I needed to replace the whole garbage disposal from other businesses and was quoted at $500+, those other businesses didn't even take the time to look into the issue further. Kevin actually did and he knew the exact issue and knew the disposal didn't need to be replaced but rather had something jammed and needed the blades to be turned. Super grateful I waited for him to come fix the issue!! Saved a ton of time and money super honest and will continue to call for further issues I may have! Highly recommend!
