Had a long conversation with the owner and he listened and recognized the reasons for my dissatisfaction.

He took it as an opportunity to improve training for his plumbers and made it right.  They missies clean outs near sidewalk which would have made it clear the blockage was on the city lateral because it was compromised.

I called Dimitar on Friday afternoon because my water heater was leaking. He asked for a picture and then he gave me a quote and said he could come out the next day at 10:00 am. He arrived at 10:00 am and started to work right away , he completed the entire job in less than 3 hours and I had a new water heater and paid him the same amount he quoted me on the phone. He was very professional and cleaned up very well, he also showed me how the water heater worked .  I would highly recommend him .

Had a pinhole leak at my garden hosebib, where the neck was. Luis gave me a quote which was of good value. He came over at the time we discussed and quickly went to work. Hit a bit of a snag since the pipe he wanted to replace was firmly in place, had to do a bit of work, but he was able to do the job and kept apologizing that the job took too long. Looking at his work, it is of high quality with no shortcuts done. He cleaned the area after. I would highly recommend Montiny Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I will definitely call them again. What's more, this contact with Carlos (owner of CM Jetting Services) was all thanks to a referral from a previous mentee of Carlos (CM Jetting Services) - he was extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with; additionally, his pricing structure was fair (even for an emergency request).

In addition to being extremely responsive,  professional, and of good value, CM Jetting Services (Carlos) was also transparent about the equipment he had available to achieve the efficacy the SOW (scope of work) required; however, the original contract holder finally showed up for their part during our initial call.

I thanked Carlos for his time and understanding - we had a lovely chat about good business.  I mentioned I would be in touch in the future if/when we need these types of services again; however, he then went on to insist that in the future to be sure to reach out to Juan first since he was our first point of contact - talk about a rare breed of ethical business!

I will be back in touch with JE Hydro Jetting Services for my next project's needs, as per CM Jetting Services' request, BUT...if they are unavailable I will MOST DEFINITELY be calling CM Jetting Services thereafter, which by the looks of the [now] unforeseen [extra] workload for the commercial project we (Laidlaw Building & Development, Inc.). are [still] currently on will be soon.

Had the pleasure of having Adam fix our drinking water system. He was kind, thorough, and quick. A great experience.

I have used Mike for plumbing repairs for at least 15 years.  He has installed several faucets, shower heads, a toilet, unclogged sinks, and the list goes on.  He is always prompt and has a wonderful personality.  By the way, he is fair and honest and reasonable.  You can't go wrong with Mike!

Bob had been servicing our place for years and is the best. He's reliable and always gets the job done in a timely manner.

John from Pure Plumbing Company was amazing. We had a lot of plumbing problems in our 31 year old house from leaky faucets, water flow problems, to needing to relocate the drain line in the kitchen. We were in a hurry to get the plumbing done as we were in a time crunch to get our kitchen remodel done on schedule. He came out to give us a same-day quote and was able to fit us in on short notice on the weekend. John was very friendly, knowledgeable, and able to take care of our problems. His attention to detail as well as his cleanliness and consideration was much appreciated. He was able to get a lot of work done efficiently and for a great competitive price. I definitely will recommend him to all my friends and family and will use him in our future projects. Really can't sing enough of his praises for the amazing price and quality of work.

We had constant issues with our Master Bedroom toilet. Initially I was looking for a plumber to camera the line.  I called about 5 different plumbing companies and either the timing didn't work or the pricing.  Luckily I made one last call to VIP and they had the best time lines and comparable rates.  When they came out and identified the issue it ended up being a bigger problem than I anticipated... our line to be replaced all the way through the cement. Nick, Jesus and George were absolutely amazing! They helped work through our problem, find the best solution and executed FANTASTICALLY.  Honestly it was so nice to have a plumbing company that was honest, reliable, can communicate effectively and provide great quality work. We will be using them again in the future and hands down HIGHLY recommend for any plumbing needs.

We needed two heavy mirrors hung in our bathroom and hallway, and Farhad was able to install both quickly and we are extremely happy with the results. Very professional and responsive, we will definitely give him a call if we need more repairs around the house.

We bought a new refrigerator with an ice maker and needed to install a water line. When Gordon came and pulled the old refrigerator away from the wall he pointed out that we already had a line and that nothing further needed to be done. He didn't check to confirm that the shut off could be opened and closed, he didn't notice that the line coming out of the wall didn't have a fitting. We were charged for his time to come out.

When the refrigerator came the next day we had to have him come back out to put the fitting on the line,  requiring the refrigerator installers to need to make another trip because he refused to connect the line from the wall to the new refrigerator.

When the refrigerator installers returned the fitting was put on so far down the line that it wouldn't fit the line from the fridge. I had to again call Gordon and this time he walked me through how I could adjust the fitting.

Ridiculous!

Danny to the rescue! Had a leak from bathtub. Danny showed up on time, found leak, also found other issues with washer valves, and set up another appointment bc it was late during the day and didn't want to charge overtime hours (thank you!). Showed up on time again, and fixed all of my pipe/valve issues. He didn't mind me asking a million questions while following him like a shallow, and was very patient. Highly recommend!!!

Certified Restoration is a 24hr. Water Removal and Remediation Co. in San Diego. We are constantly calling out plumbers to fix pipes so we can dry-out a building or home. My husband & I just purchased a single family home & we wanted to reroute the washer/dryer hookup from the kitchen to the garage. We got SEVEN different quotes & Prince Charmin Plumbing beat out all 7 with a 10 year warranty. Devin & his team came out the next day & finished the job in two days. While working on the project, we came across a few issues (not related to their work, just an old house that needed plumbing repairs) & he took care of everything again for a very reasonable price. I usually can fix basic plumbing problems but had a very stubborn tub spout that refused to be removed and replaced. I checked Yelp and called Monty's, expecting to get scheduled for next week. KC was here the next day, replaced the tub spout and even regrouted around the shower water handle fixture when he noted that it could cause serious problems in the future. BOOM! Work done, he cleaned up after himself, we chatted, I paid a fair price. He is definitely our San Diego plumber for life!!

I appreciate the responsiveness and availability that Get Rooter & Plumbing offered me . I had 2 restrooms with issues at the same time and they were here within 20 minutes and fixed both toilets within 20 minutes. Very respectful, honest, and cannot beat the price. I will use them again and again when i need the services they offer. Thanks Jay you did a great job !!
