Matthew came over to our house last week to give us a quote on installing a ductless cooling/heating system and while we are stilling waiting on some other details to get ironed out on our side, we were very impressed with the service! Matt spent almost two hours at our home looking at options for installation and prepared a detailed quote before leaving... that's two hours with no guarantee of any future service. Once we figure out things with our HOA, we'll definitely be contacting John Padilla Plumbing to get everything going! I'm looking forward to working with this company in the *hopefully* near future!

These guys were quick to respond on a Sunday no less about my water heater failure. Dimitar arrived first thing the next morning, have me a reasonable quote and offered to start that day. He did a great job on the install spending a lot of time getting the details right on my tankless install.

Henry's Plumbing is great.  I called on a Sunday morning (early) because a sink had backed up.  He responded within 10 minutes and quickly fixed the problem.  He explained everything he did and charged a very fair price.  I'll never go to any other plumber.  I highly recommend him.

I called Carlos this morning to inquire about hydro jetting services for our main sewer line, as well as our backyard drainage system. An hour later he showed up and got the job done in a few hours. He took his time and did a very thorough job. All his equipment is top of the line. I highly recommend him if you need hydro jetting service or just your lines scoped. He has a camera too and gives you the video on thumb drive after the work is completed.

We moved to Chula Vista just as the COVID quarantine started. Our previous home had a soft water conditioner and we wanted one in our new home. We called our old company and they never responded back. We called Rayne and Donnie was sent out to talk to us.He  offered us a great deal and we signed up on the spot. Donnie was great and kept us updated on start dates etc.  We will gladly recommend Donnie from Rayne Water to anyone for their water conditioning needs.

I got service the same day.  I wanted 2 faucets replaced and I called to ask for a quote.  He got me the faucets I wanted and installed them that day. I'll be sure to use him again and I highly recommend him.

So...when your husband gets excited about using his juicer and accidentally puts too much pulp down the kitchen sink and gets it clogged and after attempts at fixing it yourself to no avail..what to do?!! Luckily, we were referred to Cobra Rooter and we are so glad we were! Bob, the owner, made an appointment for a visit quickly and remedied the issue at a very reasonable price. Not only did Bob take his time to make sure the issue was fixed and all was working properly before he left, he also took the time to give us pointers on how not for this issue to happen again. You can tell Bob takes pride in his company and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy and back up and running quickly! Thank you Bob!! Highly recommend Bob and his company for your plumbing needs!!!

John came out to check a couple issues on our home inspector's report. He addressed the issues without doing unnecessary work that would have cost us more money. He was on time (early, actually), professional, and courteous. I highly recommend Pure Plumbing.

This review is for Alvino and his partner. So there has been this smell coming from my master sink since we bought our house about 1 year ago. So my husband finally contacted a plumber that would help.

Upon opening the door alvino and his partner introduced themselves and waited for me to allow them to come in. Immediately before entering they put on booty on their shoes... which being Asian and we dont wear shoes in the house I was so happy.

He examined the problem and very patiently explained it to me.... BUT me who knows nothing had to call my husband to help me. Alvino was so nice and patient on the phone and they decided to do some cleaning to the sink. For the most part it got rid of the smell 80% but he said if he still smell it to give him a call and they will come back out.

Fast forward 3 weeks later there is still a slight sour smell and they came out once again and took a look. They still need to come back at a later time to see if they can fix the problem... but I blame my husband for not answering his phone lol.

All in all I very happy with this company mostly Alvino and his friend (so upset I cant remember his name). But being a small, young, 8 pregnant lady alone at home having these 2 big men with tattoos can be super intimidating... BUT they were the most soft spoken and patient guys I have ever felt with. I really appreciated that! Alvino even cracked a joke about... what no baby yet?

I would highly recommend these guy not only for their work but how comfortable they made me feel. Great job guys!

I replaced my water line and fire sprinkler line from the meter to the side of my house, where the original lines enter my house.  The only work I had Gordon do was the connections at the meter and at the house.

I found Gordon here on Yelp and liked that he had so many positive reviews.  I gave Gordon a very detailed description of the work I needed done over the telephone and he gave me a verbal estimate of about $400.  It was the best price I could find, so I hired him.  Gordon came out ahead of time to see the intended work first hand.  

Gordon and his assistant arrived on 10/31/16 to start the work.  Within a few minutes of arriving, Gordon doubled his original verbal estimate to $800.  When I questioned the increase, Gordon said it was going to be harder than he thought.  He told me he could probably get the price down to around $700 if I agree to pay by the hour or a fixed price of $1100.  Of course I chose the first option.  Gordon and his assistant spent the first 2 hours out shopping for supplies, which were very basic items that every plumber should already have in his truck like 1 copper fittings and gas for his torch.  Both stores are 5 minutes from my house.   There was a second trip made to buy a part that Gordon said he forgot the first time.  I didn't know it at the time, but Gordon was charging me his full hourly rate for his shopping trips too.  Gordon and his assistant were actually on site for a total of 6 hours over 2 days.  The quality of the work was good.  

I was surprised when Gordon presented me with a bill for $1240.  He billed me for a total of 10 hours labor plus parts.  That was triple the original estimate.  I will never use Top Notch plumbing again nor would I recommend anyone to them.  Don't get taken advantage of like I did.

These guys are lifesavers -- no joke! Had called two other companies and had received rough estimates ranging from $2,000 to $7,000, justified through ridiculous implied repairs like toilet removal...and all for a shower drain leak.

Instead, Almco sent Alex R. to my home. From initial inspection to work complete in less than 2.5 hours and a price tag that's well in the three-digit range, not 4-digits or pushing 5-digits.

Seriously, don't waste your time with any other plumbing company. These folks know exactly what they're doing.

We had a great experience doing a repipe of our home with Simpex.  Every person involved with the whole process was friendly, professional, very responsive and made what I thought would be a painful process as easy as possible.  From the first time I called them to the end of the project with the whole house repiped and patched up was less than a week, which is pretty incredible.  Very glad we used Simpex and would happily recommend them to anyone else.

Daniel has been our plumber for five (5) years now and we consider him to by our primary plumber. very reliable, fair, friendly and especially knowledgeable in his profession as a plumber. He has worked on plumbing in our previous condo and replaced our water heater at a very reasonable price. Daniel is currently helping us with our plumping in our new home as we are currently renovating our kitchen and bathrooms. I highly recommend!!!

***BUYER BEWARE*****  

I spoke to Devin in late December as I had a leak in a pipe that was accessible through the stucco of the exterior of my home.  Devin assured me that they were a 1 stop shop.  They could fix the leak and re-stucco the wall.   His partner even said you wouldn't even know we were here.   If this business had comedians, it would get 5 stars.    This was the biggest lie I was ever told.  

Day 1 Devin's team shows up late.   They cut open the wall and then assess the issue.   They then took at least 5 trips to Home Depot for parts. After hours of trying to correct the problem, they had to admit they did not know what they were doing and call what I am hoping was a real plumber to finish the job.   This took almost 10 hours.

The following day, they again showed up late, and knowing they were there to do stucco work, they still had to make a trip to Home Depot.   When I went to check to see how the work was going, I could tell they had no idea what they were doing.   They had retrieved a Lucky Charms box out of the recycle can and were using it as a trowel to apply the stucco and to get it to stick to the wall.  

I was told by his brother that they would be back the next day to paint.   They had even gone to Home Depot again and got matching paint.    Well, I contacted Devin because they didn't show up the next day.   Devin told me they need the stucco to dry, and they would be by to paint in a few weeks.   We'll that has now turned into 4 months.   The stucco is awful. There are cracks everywhere from where they applied it.    

I did get ahold of Devin once since and he promised me that he would come out himself to look at the issue.    Well, he was a no-show to our appointment.  

I attempted to settle this issue privately and allow Devin to remedy this situation.  Yet Devin continues to ignore my calls and texts.  

Please save your hard earned money and time and if you have a plumbing issue select someone who is more reputable and takes pride in their work.

This local company is the most responsive reliable plumber around. He knows his stuff, and always tells me what's necessary vs what I might want to consider doing over time (my house is 65 years old.). I've had at least 10 different needs over the years, and I'm always helped quickly at a very fair price. When I've had to call a different plumber due to Monty's being out of town, other plumbers are always very slow and much more expensive. Can't say enough good things about Monty's!

I had an old main sewer line to replace. Manni and his team did a really great job not only replacing the main line, but also doing the connectio, changing the wayer line pipe. All that work has been without trenching the house. And the price was good compared to others.

They habe a good customer service and work to satisfy the customer. Highly recommend them.
