Just had John Padilla Plumbing install our HVAC and we couldn't be happier and more satisfied. Justin, Javier, and Thomas, the gentlemen who were onsite and installed our systems, are true professionals who know their stuff. Very friendly and very conscientious, all three were incredible to with. As for the equipment and level of workmanship, all top notch and high marks across the board. Padilla Plumbing was also kind enough to upgrade, at no additional cost to us, our furnace fan to increase airflow throughout the house after Justin's recommendation to do so after the initial home appointment/estimate in combination with our home needs. John Padilla Plumbing came highly recommended from other contractors (a huge plus in our eyes) we are currently working with on other repairs/upgrades currently going on at our home and we can now confirm they have earned the recommendations. Alberto was very friendly and easy to work with. He replaced my water heater hose and value within an hour. He suggested other repairs which caused the leak. This was helpful since I didn't know much about the problem. I would highly recommend Montiny Plumbing.

Henry did a great job installing faucets, connecting drains on 3 bathroom sinks and 1 kitchen sink.   I wsited a while to review to make sure ni issues cropped and, after 2 weeks, no leaks, etc.  This time the kitchen sink operates smoothly,  compared to the last time we had a kitchen sink installed by a handyman.   Great work at a decent price.

We have had many plumbing contractors during the 18 years we have owned our house and CM Jetting is by far the best plumbing service we have ever had.

They were on time, the price was much lower then we expected. They fixed a long term problem that none of the other plumbing services seemed to understand.

They wore masks all the time.

I have used Mike for plumbing repairs for at least 15 years.  He has installed several faucets, shower heads, a toilet, unclogged sinks, and the list goes on.  He is always prompt and has a wonderful personality.  By the way, he is fair and honest and reasonable.  You can't go wrong with Mike!

Thank you for everything you did John!  Very quick with his email/yelp response.  Came to my house on Memorial Day to help me with my exploded water heater.  Was very professional with his services, knowledgeable, and conveyed to me clearly what my options were.  I didn't feel like he tried to up sell me anything which is always a good feeling as the consumer, and he gave me options as to what I could or could not elect for services.  He also followed up a few days later to give me a referral for another service to check for mold and moisture in my house caused by the blown up water heater.  

Thorough, efficient, and a pleasure to have done business with.  I would recommend this business to anyone looking for plumbing assistance.  Plus, from what John conveyed to me they are a mom and pop shop and I am always happy to patronize those businesses.

Needed a shower drain unclogged and they responded promptly and were available very quick with my schedule, they came and were polite and professional, in and out, I highly recommend them!

I have a very large and heavy barn door installed. The installers did an amazing job! When the proper tools weren't included, they even went to Lowes to get what I needed. They definitely went above and beyond.

Called for something pretty simple. Pricing was fair. Good communication. I'd call again for a future need. Thanks.

Pin hole pipe leak in a water supply line that is my responsibility according to the HOA.  He arrived on time, very professional. He was very happy to explain what he was doing.  Made some other preventative recommendations as well which made a lot of sense to help prevent issues in the future.

He has doe other work for me in another home and have never had any issues with any of his work.  

I plan to use him for any of my future plumbing work.

Rarely write reviews but Brian did such a good job I think Simpex deserves to be recommended.  Summary below:

- Very professional in details, prompt responses and follow-up throughout the process.
- Very competitive pricing.  I went thru a screening process where I had 5 companies off Yelp quote me on repiping our house.  Simpex was one of the most competitive quotes and most thorough in the estimate and walk thru.
- Overall it took 3 days from start to finish.  As described, first day was repiping the house, the second was for scheduling the inspector (which during COVID was just sending photos for approval) and third day was patching the holes and clean-up.
- They did a great job in all phases, left the house clean and the texture/patching work was very well done.

The main reason I give Simpex 5 stars is due to the customer service.  In this process they replaced my old water heater.  I had asked them for  specifically for a 40,000 BTU water heater and noticed after they installed it that it was not the spec that we agreed on.  When I asked them what was up, I half expected them to tell me the one they installed works just as good, etc. etc.  Instead, they apologized for the error and Brian and his colleague came out the very next day and replaced the new water heater with the spec I had requested.  No questions asked, owned up to the error and promptly got it replaced.

Bottom line is there are ton of companies out there on Yelp that do repiping, I went with Simpex after getting 5 companies come out and quote me.   From my own personal experience, I highly recommend them based on their pricing, interactions and the job they did on the project.

As a general and electrical contractor I am pretty picky when it comes to how service professionals do their jobs. These guys are great! I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Clean, courteous, professional and great attention to detail. I love the service! Keep it up guys.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and had both the gas and plumbing lines rerouted by a different plumbing company. A short while later we noticed a gas smell in our home and called the original company to come back out. They were unable to detect the issue and said the issue was caused by sewer smells and not having run the water in our home. Devin was recommended to me by a colleague. I called him for a second opinion-- He was easy to get a hold of, arrived quickly at our home, and was able to determine the cause of a gas leak shortly after his arrival. His pricing was reasonable and he didn't take advantage of us in an emergency situation.

Loved KC!!!  He was extremely knowedgeable, friendly and at the right price.  Like the other reviews, I never got that uncomfortable feeling like I needed to guard my stuff.  If anything, I left a few times.  Monty's Plumbing is a company I know I can trust and feel comfortable recommending to any of my friends or family.

Team was friendly, courteous and professional. Explained their process and recommendations and provided regular check ins during the project itself. They finished the project early and met our expectations for what was a fairly significant undertaking (closure of one line, jackhammer and adding new replacement line, replacing portion of sewer line, adding cleanouts). Kudos to Manny and the team. Would consider using them again.
