I can't say enough good things about this company. They are the most honest, reliable and professional plumbing and HVAC company we (Advent Real Estate and Property Management) use. I love the office staff. Victor and Sam are so good on the phone! They reply promptly on email and invoicing is the best! John and Johnnie are the best owners/directors of the company and will gladly talk to me or to my clients. It is so much easier to protect our clients and their investments when our vendors are trustworthy like they are.

Have really loved working with Dimitar! He did an estimate for us during the process of buying our new home, then we quickly called him to come do the work as his rates were reasonable and he came highly recommended from our realtor. He installed a water heater, fixed two leaking pipes and a rusted out valve. There was one little miscommunication with which valve we needed replaced for a dishwasher install and even though he had since left for vacation, he sent a colleague to do the repair the same day.

He has been efficient, responsive, thorough and extremely ethical. Will definitely use him in the future for any plumbing or water problems!

Henry did a great job installing faucets, connecting drains on 3 bathroom sinks and 1 kitchen sink.   I wsited a while to review to make sure ni issues cropped and, after 2 weeks, no leaks, etc.  This time the kitchen sink operates smoothly,  compared to the last time we had a kitchen sink installed by a handyman.   Great work at a decent price.

Responsive and Quality work.

We had jetting services at our house.  Carlos was very fair and provided quality service.  He completed a project that we initially started with another contractor.

Carlos had some valuable advice on garbage disposals and fixing  cast iron pipes without doing a major renovation. He answered all questions and was very honest and fair about advice.

I will absolutely use CM Jetting again.

Company had our water cooler serviced  today.
Drayton came in and was professional, efficient, and nice!
He changed out our filter and otherwise made sure it was functioning well and clean.
Considering  I use this cooler daily, I greatly appreciate knowing it is working properly!

I normally do not leave reviews on Yelp, but I'm making an exception in this case. Had a main line drain issue and called Nick (VIP) in the morning and he responded later the same day. He cleared the main line blockage issue, as well as assisted us with several other issues we were having with our water heater and water pressure issues. He also was able to provide a quote on a tankless water heater we are interested in. He wasn't in a hurry, did not rush us and was more than happy to help us with these other plumbing questions / issues.

I couldn't be more happy with his service. Not only is he a great plumber, but he's a nice and honest guy. BTW...this was the second plumber we contacted for this issue. The first plumber, did not fix the issue and seemingly, was attempting to set himself up for the next call back, which he no doubt knew I would need.

Nick on the other hand, stands by his work for 90 days and did not require additional money to secure that warranty if he should need to come back again for the same problem. I only wish I would have called Nick the first time, as I would have saved a $100 bucks!  I've already referred Nick to family members, as well as our contractor we use for all of our home improvement projects.

Nick is the real deal and you will not be disappointed with his service!

I am finishing a kitchen remodel. I needed the electric outlets swapped out, 2 regular, one GFI and one rocker switch. They came out the next day, they did the work requested, and charged what they quoted. They were very respectful of me and my property and they cleaned everything nicely. I will hire them again.

Great experience with Top Notch. Gordon and Cameron arrived when they said they would, wore masks the entire time and were professional and organized.

They installed my garbage disposal and re-plumbed my kitchen (last minute) for a fair price. The left my kitchen clean and disposed on the old unit and all packaging.

My main water pipe bursts Friday night (we are located in North Pacific Beach). Spent Saturday finding a plumber (my 2 go-to plumbers were unavailable, and another company gave me an estimate that was outrageous). At 3pm I called Almco. Vlad was at the house at 4pm and gave me a very reasonable estimate. His crew arrived at 8am Monday morning and had the water restored to the house by 3pm.  The other company said it would take 3 days. The Almco crew kept me very informed along the way and cleaned up nicely. What could have been an expensive, time consuming experience, turned out to be a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Vlad and his company.

I found this company through my General Contractor. Amazing that they we're able to pass by my place the same day of my call to check some pipes and make a recommendation about the need for a leak detection test.
Jose was thorough and patiently explained what my options are which I really appreciated since my homeowners insurance, State Farm, has not been helpful. They're the worst homeowners insurance.
Make sure you call them since the appraisal is free so you can get an estimate.

As a general and electrical contractor I am pretty picky when it comes to how service professionals do their jobs. These guys are great! I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Clean, courteous, professional and great attention to detail. I love the service! Keep it up guys.

Devin was quick to come out when we initially had a problem with a pipe leaking from the kitchen.  I was told that the work was guaranteed for 10 years.  When it started leaking a month later again, he came back out after I contacted him multiple times.  My new concrete floor had to be jackhammered up for the repairs and Devin suggested I go through the home insurance.  He said he would help me with the process.  I have now paid over $8,000 in repairs and testing.  He has yet to submit a plumbing report to insurance or send me a copy so I can work with insurance.  I know he is not the only one working with the company and I'm getting little cooperation since I paid him instead of waiting for insurance to send funds to pay him.  He claims the problem is that our adjuster wouldn't call him back and yet the reports that were asked for weeks ago hadn't been produced until today.  And by reports , what was sent was a few sentences in an invoice.  Lots of excuses.  Definitely a lesson learned on my part.  I would not recommend this company.

You won't find a better plumber than KC Montgomery. He has been our go to plumber for years now after many failed plumbers. He is a godsend. Honest, smart, knows what he's doing and does it the right way for the long term so it is done right the first time.
He is a gem and you will be so satisfied that you will kick yourself for not finding him sooner. He has done everything I've ever needed for two of my homes and one of my homes has VERY OLD plumbing. He always goes beyond my expectations and charges a fair price and gets things done efficiently.
My whole family appreciates KC. He is like family now!

My kitchen sink was clogged up and the owner (Javier) came out the following day to look at the problem himself as his team was backed up for the rest of the week. Javier was very professional and friendly. Our clogged drain was unfortunately a more complex issue because of the type of plumbing we have with sharp 90 degree turns where everything was getting stuck so it wasn't a fast easy fix. Javier even crawled under our house to see what was going on as we have ABS piping that should normally not back up. Now that's service! I highly recommend Javier and Get Rooter & Pluming. Price was extremely fair for everything he did and the time he took to resolve our issue. Thanks Javier!
