I can't say enough good things about this company. When my water heater broke, he came out and replaced it that very same day. And then when the heater had an issue three years later, he came out and took care of business immediately and helped us secure the part for free under warranty and fixed the water heater. Fast, friendly, affordable and efficient. What more could you ask for? Thank you Dmitri for having our backs and getting the job done! I highly recommend this guy for your water heater needs. He is truly a gem!

We had a leaking/rusted over valve in our backyard that was welded on. Luis came out the next day and replaced it QUICKLY. He was friendly and knowledgeable.  It's been 3 months and no leaks detected. Highly recommend, we will use Montiny Plumbing for everything going forward.

I got Henry's name and phone from my coworker around 2002. We have been using his help since then, and very happy with results.  I usually do small stuff myself, but, if we need something serious, Henry is the guy.

He usually comes quite fast even on weekend if something is urgent and schedules appointment for less urgent work for soon enough.  Prices are reasonable as well.

I recommended him to a few other people and everybody seems to be happy.

Carlos is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. He was able to blast out all the dirt and rocks in my line that a snake just could not (can not) take care of. After he was done, his camera showed an extremely clean pipe. Great guy to work with, very customer service oriented, fair prices. If Carlos can't do it, no one can. Save money and get it jetted, not snaked.

After shopping around for a salt water conditioning system I decided to go through Rayne water as they were the most competitive in pricing. Dave the salesman came out the same day I called and inquired and was not pushy at all and answered all my questions. My tank took a little while to come in due to Covid shipping etc but they always kept me in the loop. The day of install, Adam my technician arrived promptly and walked me through everything. He was kind and courteous and very thorough with his work. He answered all our questions and we are very satisfied with our setup. Would definitely recommend Rayne to our family and friends.

I got service the same day.  I wanted 2 faucets replaced and I called to ask for a quote.  He got me the faucets I wanted and installed them that day. I'll be sure to use him again and I highly recommend him.

Bob is great. We have used Cobra about three times now. He is always punctual and professional and never overpriced. We called on a Friday and he came on Saturday with no extra charge for a weekend visit. I highly recommend Cobra Rooter!

Great Experience. Called Saturday morning for an emergency and John came to our house within an hour or so. His work was quality, and the price was fair. He was very professional and fast.  I will use pure plumbing again and definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service.

This guy strung me around must be busy cause he will book appointments then not confirm.
He reads messages and doesn't respond. Then he will sub out your job and overcharge so he can get paid too.. Be warned this guy is a tool..

I was looking for someone that could help me with a couple projects in our home. I requested some quotes through Yelp and Farhad responded fairly quick. He gave me a quote that I thought was fair for the job. I requested to have our upstairs toilet fixed, some baseboards placed in our bathroom and for our stair railings to be reinstalled because they were crooked and too high. After buying the materials, he came into our home and got on the job right away. He seems like a really hard worker and overall I am happy with the results. Farhad came and fixed everything we requested. We still have some projects to do around our house so I wouldn't hesitate to hire Farhad again.

Gordon is amazing. We requested an estimate for work that needed to be done via email over the weekend from several local plumbers. Gordon responded promptly, provided an estimate and set the appointment. He was on time for the appointment, explained all repairs thoroughly and exhibited a high level of professionalism.  Gordon advised us on some other issues we had and even made a few small repairs to some items that were installed incorrectly before we purchased the house. If we have any other problems we will be sure to give him a call. Truly Top Notch!

Simplex did a great job with the repipe of my house.  After having two slab leaks I had to make the decision to repipe my entire house.  Simplex was not the cheapest or most expensive quote.  Their Yelp review helped me make my decision to go with them.  Their demo and installation crew (8) showed up early Friday morning and quickly began covering the garage and interior of the house with plastic and tape.  I came home later in the day and was shocked they had fully repiped my entire house and left everything clean.  The next morning the drywall crew (8) showed up on time and completed the job that day.    The drywall crew did a great job matching up the texture so you are not able to see where the walls were cut.  I was shocked Simples was able to finish the job in just two days.  I am 100% satisfied with Simplex Repipe.

Devin was quick to come out when we initially had a problem with a pipe leaking from the kitchen.  I was told that the work was guaranteed for 10 years.  When it started leaking a month later again, he came back out after I contacted him multiple times.  My new concrete floor had to be jackhammered up for the repairs and Devin suggested I go through the home insurance.  He said he would help me with the process.  I have now paid over $8,000 in repairs and testing.  He has yet to submit a plumbing report to insurance or send me a copy so I can work with insurance.  I know he is not the only one working with the company and I'm getting little cooperation since I paid him instead of waiting for insurance to send funds to pay him.  He claims the problem is that our adjuster wouldn't call him back and yet the reports that were asked for weeks ago hadn't been produced until today.  And by reports , what was sent was a few sentences in an invoice.  Lots of excuses.  Definitely a lesson learned on my part.  I would not recommend this company.

Wow! A small owner run business that puts the big ones to shame. I had some gas line issues. KC the owner came, fixed it, then the old gas line that they didn't mess with started leaking (due to other forces) . AND it was hard to get to. I saw big dollar signs. KC came and fixed it using a creative, less expensive method. Best of all he closed the loop on the gas problem making sure that the system was good to go so no future problems. I've used many plumbers in the past but this is the first guy I felt really just wanted to do quality work at reasonable costs. I will definately use this guy again - he cares about the quality and his reputation, and not just making a buck.
