Disappointed that we paid a lot of money for an inspection before purchasing our house and none of these issues were found. The lines are all corroded and the upper parts of a pipe were completely open and exposed. Still smelling sewer everyday when I brush my teeth or was my face. Had I known I had thousands and thousands of dollars in repairs needed, I could have negotiated with the sellers, or moved on to another house.

My water heater sprung a leak last Saturday.  Spent wknd researching big box stores and other popular plumbing companies.  Wasted a lot of time doing that.  Those estimates were double, even triple the price.  
Based on a recommendation, I went with Dimitar at Maxx Water Heater Service.  Very upstanding, professional Technician.  He quoted me a fair price to remove, replace and haul away my old unit.  In addition, I asked if he could replace my water pressure regulator.  He did that and charged a reduced labor rate.  Can't say enough good things about Dimitar and his company!  Highly recommend!

Alberto was amazing. Communicated quickly and promptly and showed up on time! Fixed the problem quickly and has fair rates.

I would recommend his services and will use him again in the future!!

Had a reliable plumber but he moved out of the country.  spent time reading reviews on yelp and decided to go with Henry.  I had a small issue with shower not getting hot(i tried to fix but couldn't).  I called henry in the morning and he came over early afternoon.  diagnosed the issue immediately and was done in 1.5 hours.  explained the issue, answered all my questions and his charge was reasonable.  I found a new, reliable and trustworthy plumber.

Carlos is awesome!! Quick, efficient, reasonable rate. I had a flooding problem due to a clogged storm drain and I needed help before the next storm hit!

Carols came out, he was personable and open to my many questions. He was friendly, and I was so impressed with him and his device. Dude was totally straight forward, no bs, got the job done and was affordable! I'm often ripped off due to my zip code and this dude was straight up honest and cool.

ABOVE WAS AS PER HUSBAND: I don't know how roots get into my drains, but I have total trust that he not only knew what to do but he was quick and efficient. I am often totally ripped off once service providers learn of my zip code. But this dude was honest and charged a fair fee. I'm so thankful he was able to come out and alleviate any potential for my room to flood again. I highly recommend him, and hubby says he is just a down to earth, honest dude!

My experience with Rayne Water was wonderful, I had an installer named Adam this man was great very knowledgeable down to earth ,passionate, caring and takes pride  in his work I am  very satisfied with my installation , and I'm off to a good start with my new water filtration system thanks Adam for an amazing job .

I got service the same day.  I wanted 2 faucets replaced and I called to ask for a quote.  He got me the faucets I wanted and installed them that day. I'll be sure to use him again and I highly recommend him.

John from Pure Plumbing Company, was prompt, courteous, and thorough.  He came on time, left the area clean when his work was finished, and made sure we were satisfied with his work.  We are very happy with his service.

We had constant issues with our Master Bedroom toilet. Initially I was looking for a plumber to camera the line.  I called about 5 different plumbing companies and either the timing didn't work or the pricing.  Luckily I made one last call to VIP and they had the best time lines and comparable rates.  When they came out and identified the issue it ended up being a bigger problem than I anticipated... our line to be replaced all the way through the cement. Nick, Jesus and George were absolutely amazing! They helped work through our problem, find the best solution and executed FANTASTICALLY.  Honestly it was so nice to have a plumbing company that was honest, reliable, can communicate effectively and provide great quality work. We will be using them again in the future and hands down HIGHLY recommend for any plumbing needs.

I'm only giving one start because Yelp won't let me give none!  This was an absolute disaster. We hired him for a simple job that should have taken less than an hour. We said IF he had time, he could also do another small job. He didn't finish the original job, left to go to the store to buy parts for the second job even though we had showed him the box of parts sitting right there that we had already purchased, then proceeded to do work on something else that we not only had NOT asked him to do, but had repeatedly told him to STOP doing!!
FIVE hours later we finally threw him out. He had made a mess of both rooms, cut baseboards in more places than we had asked for; leaving a gap along the wall that cannot be repaired (they no longer make those baseboards), left a goopy mess on the bathroom floors and walls by working on something we told him NOT to do, cleaned up his hands using our roll of toilet paper... I could go on.
I would NEVER EVER recommend hiring this man. Never!  The repairs from his mess will cost more than we were ever going to pay him and the jobs still need to be done. Some of this mess can't be fixed.
I am furious! I have contacted a lawyer.

ALERT!  DO NOT use Top Notch Plumbing (Gordon R. Is owner) as the only thing too notch about them is the OVERPRICED shotty work.  We hired Top Notch Plumbing as we received a referral from this group for them.  First of all, when my husband asked them to come and troubleshoot he NEVER mentioned the $140 fee to do so until after arriving at my door.  I asked him if the fee would apply to whatever work I had him do and he said NO!!!!!!  Most professionals disclose this fee before coming and most apply the fee towards repairs if you decide to go with them!!!!!
    NEXT he called my husband and exaggerated the issue at hand so that my husband thought we had an acute emergency.  He proceeds to tell my husband that it will cost us $850 for the repair.  He asked me to go buy a $125 professional grade fan to dry out the area when he could have and should have just pumped it out himself as a plumber.  So, he presents me with a bill for $990 (not including the fan I purchased on my own) & he told me now my kitchen sink, dishwasher and disposal cannot be used and there was about 3 inches of standing water in my sink so we would have to replace the leaking pipe he removed!  He said he would call my husband with the estimate for that portion of the work.
  Gordon called my husband to tell him that replacing the pipe he removed and grading where the pipe was would run $5700.  My husband asked him why he didn't simply replace the portion of pipe he had removed so as to actually not only stop the leak but fix the issue at hand.  He had no valid answer for this.
  Needless to say my hubby told him he had overcharged us and he was going to get other quotes for this work he was suggesting we still needed done.  Bottom line is what Top Notch Plumbing was going to charge us $5700 to do we got a very honest plumber to do for $200 cash.  
  The new honest plumber said he agreed that Top Notch Plumbing did not fully do their job and overcharged us.  He didn't even know that we had already paid over $1000 for the work + fan that he did half assed leaving us with more work to be done.
 PLEASE DO NOT USE TOP NOTCH PLUMBING as they will take advantage and Rob you blind while creating issues that aren't even there so as to get more money from you!!!!!!!!!

Toilets won't flush and the shower won't drain! Stinky sewage water seeping through the foundation of my house...  awww man this already smells expensive!!
My wife is fuming... my kid wants to take a shower.. it's a pandemic and 20 minutes after I call VLAD AT Almco plumbing this guy shows up with a special truck fitted with some top secret military grade high pressure pipe cleaning technology and a smile. Now my wife is saying this looks expensive!!! But it wasn't. And Vlad was a gentleman. He worked some kind of plumbing magic. My wife was nervous about having someone in the house because of COVID, so Vlad did all the work accessing the pipes in the house through the sewer. And in under two hours my kid is showering, my wife is happy and I'm back on my porcelain throne like a king. Thanks Vlad...

We had a slab leak so decided to do a whole house Pex repipe.  Solicited 4 quotes from reputable companies and choose Simpex.  

James the salesman was awesome and upfront.  He was willing to work with us with installation of shower/sink valves.  He is very personable and a good person.

When Martin and the repipe crew showed up they were done by 3PM and water was back on.  Martin walked me through the work completed and how things were done. The next day Brian and the patch crew showed up early and worked till 5PM.  Brian is also very nice and personable.

The repipe process sucks but I'm glad Simpex was there to get it done quick, efficiently, and at a super competitive price.  

I called Simpex a few days after the repipe with a minor question and it was addressed promptly. I also emailed the company late on a Saturday and Brian the owner responded immediately.  I was kinda surprised the owner responded so quickly late on a Saturday but I believe this is a commitment to their customer service.

Hiring plumbers is always scary and expensive but I will not hesitate to contact Simpex for my future plumbing needs.

As a general and electrical contractor I am pretty picky when it comes to how service professionals do their jobs. These guys are great! I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Clean, courteous, professional and great attention to detail. I love the service! Keep it up guys.

My entire upstairs bathroom flooded on me last minute a couple days ago, being new to Ocean Beach I was skeptical with all the other companies and all their mixed reviews. I came across Prince Charmin Plumbing with only a few reviews so I took a chance. The owner Devin was so informative, helpful and patient, the customer service of his employees honestly were beyond what I expected, they were so professional with quick service and walking me through every step of the way. I'm so happy I took a chance on them and they'll always be my go to for any future problems I have.

We had a small plumbing problem - not an emergency but we needed a plumber to fix a pipe.  Called Monty's and was able to schedule an appointment quickly.  Plumber (Guy) arrived promptly, surveyed the issue and was able to fix it in 20 minutes.  He knew what he was doing.  Price was more than fair and we will gladly use them again.

Get Rooter Plumbing is great.  They came quickly when I called about my sewer line being block.  The problem was tree roots.  Javier is a great problem solving.  Manuel was the main worker on the job.  He was on time, easy to work with, and listened to my questions. They did an outstanding job. I recommend this company.
