These two were professional and informative.
I had a few questions for them and they were more than happy to oblige.

Had a reliable plumber but he moved out of the country.  spent time reading reviews on yelp and decided to go with Henry.  I had a small issue with shower not getting hot(i tried to fix but couldn't).  I called henry in the morning and he came over early afternoon.  diagnosed the issue immediately and was done in 1.5 hours.  explained the issue, answered all my questions and his charge was reasonable.  I found a new, reliable and trustworthy plumber.

If you ever have a drained clogged call Carlos, you can't ask for a more professional, honest, determined person to work with on a plumbing issue. We had a storm drain that a large plumbing contractor said that they had cleared only to test it after they left to find that it in fact had not been done. Carlos showed up as agreed, explained the issue and away he went. He successfully cleared the drain, ran a camera down the entire drain to look for any other spots of issue (even marked a couple of spots where we were having weeds go through the pipe that may be an issue in the future).  

Carlos is now my go to guy for any drain issues.

I needed to replace my water softener and wanted to go with a saltless conditioning system to save money and water.  Donnie spent more than an hour talking with me about systems I might like for my home, and even though he spent so much time with me, he didn't try to hard sell me. He also made it clear that the new system was not a water softener, and I appreciated his honestly about that. I did some research on different systems and got other estimates, and I liked the Rayne system and the price was great.  

Adam came out today and installed my system and he did excellent work.  He showed up on time, did a great job on the installation and cleaned up thoroughly after he was done.  He was also friendly, personable and professional.  I could tell that he cares about getting things right and doing a great job for the customer. I truly appreciate the terrific job Adam did.  Give him a raise!!

Mike is awesome. Responsive. Fair. Cool. And---he's also a great plumber. He gives a great understanding of the issue and suggested remedies. He's direct and will offer the best option.  A plumber is not a relationship one wishes to foster but if you need one, call Mike! :)

I wish all businesses were as ethical, reliable and honest as Cobra Rooter...

We had been having an intermittent problem with our sewer lateral line clogging over the past couple of days. We had laundry that we were reluctant to finish because the washer had caused the drains to back up into the showers (yuck!). A friend who is a plumber recommended Cobra Rooter.  I called Cobra and told them I needed someone that day or the next, because the drains for the moment were clear, but we didn't know for how long. Bob called within a half hour, gave me a time frame of arrival and arrived within the time frame he said (quite a feat these days!). We did everything to try to get the drains to clog again, but they wouldn't.  He gave me a lot of useful information and didn't push anything that would cost more money until I actually asked, and while he suggested that what I wanted was a good idea, there was absolutely no pressure.

I didn't even ask what the call-out fee was on the phone (which was silly, I know). On his arrival, found out that they take cash or checks (no cards), and I still was only charged the minimum service charge. It was more than fair. He couldn't make anything to fix, but still gave me a lot of good information so it was very well worth it. I am following all of his suggestions, so we may not have another issue.

CONS - NONE!
 
I am so happy that I now have an HONEST company to call FINALLY if I ever have a drain issue again!! I have NO COMPLAINTS and my experience with them was completely POSITIVE!  (Hopefully I'm not shooting myself in the foot with a  good review, because if I need them again, I don't want them to be too busy! lol)

David is MOST professional and very detailed as well as considerate in his service when in my home.  I recommend fully to anyone who is looking for detailed and professional service!

Hired Nick and team to hydro flush a sewage line blockage at my parents home. When I called to schedule they were able to come out that day. Alvino and coworker were very professional. They did a camera snake of the line to show me how bad the blockage and damage was. In the end it was recommended to replace the damaged section. Nick worked out a fair price and he and his team came out next day and repaired the line. Very happy with the team, professionalism and work done. Will definitely recommend and use again when the need arises.

Mr. Farhad was so kind in all communications. He arrived a bit late but gave good notice and apologized. He was quick and efficient and everyone was happy.

Gordy just left the house. Awesome man. Showed up on time, clean, friendly. Did the job quickly. What else can I ask for?

I called Vlad at Armco in the morning to arrange for non-emergency service.  He fit me in the same afternoon and explained fees and company protocol.  ALMCO sent a terrific guy and very smart plumber named Jorge over.  I am in my 60's an have owned homes in a lot of different cities.  Jorge was the best plumber I've ever met.  Explained what was going on with my water lines and how to check if repairs were needed   Honest, professional, patient (for a guy like me who knows nothing about plumbing) and just a damn decent guy.  Outstanding experience.

We are in the middle of a huge remodel in our new home and decided to repipe our whole home with PEX.  I got 4 bids.  Simpex was professional, didn't try to upsell, and gave a very competitive bid.  I got his bid Thursday.  We scheduled for repipe on Monday.  It was a very quick and efficient process.  They were in my house for 1 day.  I also like that I was working directly with Brian, the owner.  I trust them to make things right and will recommend them to friends and family in the future.  Thank you Brian and team.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and had both the gas and plumbing lines rerouted by a different plumbing company. A short while later we noticed a gas smell in our home and called the original company to come back out. They were unable to detect the issue and said the issue was caused by sewer smells and not having run the water in our home. Devin was recommended to me by a colleague. I called him for a second opinion-- He was easy to get a hold of, arrived quickly at our home, and was able to determine the cause of a gas leak shortly after his arrival. His pricing was reasonable and he didn't take advantage of us in an emergency situation.

I used Monty's Plumbing today based on great reviews on Yelp. They were really helpful. KC came to my house within a half hour of me calling and had the problem fixed within 15 minutes. He was accommodating to my schedule and was really friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber based on my experience today and will use Monty's Plumbing again.

The kitchen sink was clogged, and Xavier came and fixed it within less than 10 minutes. Arrival and response time was quick and easy. Great service and I will now be recommending them to everyone, super friendly! Thank you guys!
