Had a pinhole leak at my garden hosebib, where the neck was. Luis gave me a quote which was of good value. He came over at the time we discussed and quickly went to work. Hit a bit of a snag since the pipe he wanted to replace was firmly in place, had to do a bit of work, but he was able to do the job and kept apologizing that the job took too long. Don't hesitate; just call them. We called 2 other services (who never called back), but when we called Carlos late on a Friday afternoon he answered right away. He came out on Sunday for no additional charge (!) to hydro-jet our old kitchen and bathroom lines that have given us trouble (slow draining and clogging) for many years. He was very professional and friendly, took the time to explain things, and was patient with our questions and concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable and corrected bad information that we'd previously been given by other drain cleaning companies. His rates were very reasonable and we don't hesitate to highly recommend him.  Great guy and stellar service!

John was great to work with from start to finish. We spoke over the phone regarding my Rheem tankless water heater that went out and was still under warranty. He was the 3rd or 4th person I spoke to about the problem and the ONLY one who knew how to do a warranty replacement with Rheem. He was also able to source a replacement unit and was at my tenant's home the very next day. He sent me photos after he was done replacing the unit and included a photo of the new serial number. He confirmed with the tenant that the hot water was working and provided me with an update upon completion. Really, I could not have asked for a better experience and outcome. I just had hydo-jetting service completed on my Kitchen sink that had severe blockage due to build up grease over time. I had a another company come out the day before to unblock the drain and they failed miserably. I reached out to several other plumbing companies and VIP was one of the first ones to respond. Nick Chavez and Jorge both came out to hydro-jet the blockage. They were both very experienced and explained the process prior to starting.  Upon completion of their work, they utilized a camera system that they inserted into the pipes and showed me how clean it all got. They ran the camera all the way to the sewer line. There was no additional charge to show me the camera footage, which validated their impeccable work. After they completed the job, they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Their price is also hard to beat. I called around other companies that had similar 5 stars and their pricing was almost 50% to 70% cheaper than others. Thanks again for the great service.

I called about four handymen before calling them and none were able to do what they were able to fix. They were very quick with responding and showed up the same day to fix what I needed repaired, doing an outstanding job! I will 100% be calling them again in the future!

Spent quite a lot of money towards these guys.. wish I had gone with someone else.  They did a good job but price seemed steep and we had some big issues with his customer service. Maybe I caught the guy on a bad day or something but he was aggressive and combative, especially with my tenant.  He tried to pin the blame on her and her infant son.  They had used the jacuzzi tub only about 2 times.. while talking to him she said once or twice and then later in the conversation said just a few times, so he got aggressive with her and then told me she can't keep her story straight.  My tenant gets along with everyone but sent me a huge text about how mean he was towards her. I can't have that, switched to a different plumber from vista.

Great service, very fair price, and flexible with my schedule. Will use again for any plumbing needs at our home in Linda Vista.

Daniel has been our plumber for five (5) years now and we consider him to by our primary plumber. very reliable, fair, friendly and especially knowledgeable in his profession as a plumber. He has worked on plumbing in our previous condo and replaced our water heater at a very reasonable price. Daniel is currently helping us with our plumping in our new home as we are currently renovating our kitchen and bathrooms. I highly recommend!!!

Devin was quick to come out when we initially had a problem with a pipe leaking from the kitchen.  I was told that the work was guaranteed for 10 years.  When it started leaking a month later again, he came back out after I contacted him multiple times.  My new concrete floor had to be jackhammered up for the repairs and Devin suggested I go through the home insurance.  He said he would help me with the process.  I have now paid over $8,000 in repairs and testing.  He has yet to submit a plumbing report to insurance or send me a copy so I can work with insurance.  I know he is not the only one working with the company and I'm getting little cooperation since I paid him instead of waiting for insurance to send funds to pay him.  He claims the problem is that our adjuster wouldn't call him back and yet the reports that were asked for weeks ago hadn't been produced until today.  And by reports , what was sent was a few sentences in an invoice.  Lots of excuses.  Definitely a lesson learned on my part.  I would not recommend this company.

Summary: Good price, good service, very professional, will be using them if I ever need a plumber again.

Details:  I called Monty's Plumbing and left a messsage on a Sunday afternoon.  A couple hours later, I get a call from KC, looking to come by and give an estimate.  He was there the next day, and he and his team were very professional, and more than competent.  I was very confident that they would do the job right, and not try to rip me off.

When they came out to fix the problem, my confidence was rewarded.  The job was finished quickly and correctly.  I would highly recommend calling them to at least get a quote, and you can't go wrong hiring them to do the job.

We were having water leaking under our washing machine for awhile now. My husband could not figure it out and assumed it was a clogged drain that needed to be snaked. They came out and determined the drain was not clogged but maneuvered some pipes around that were out of place. They were able to quickly and easily solve the problem and did not charge us. I wish we would have contacted them much sooner and will definitely use them in the future!
