These guys are great!  On the few days it gets cold here in SD, my heater broke, and they were able to send a crew over within hours to fix it.  Justin and his team-Daniel and Javier-were very friendly and respectful.  I felt like Justin wanted me to have what was best for the house, and explained all of the options so we could make an educated decision about which direction to go in (we needed to fix both the heater and the ac).  All repair work was done well and explained thoroughly...Justin even took a trip up to the attic to troubleshoot a vent!   Victor in the office was patient and helpful with all of our questions and I am very thankful for this painless experience!  Thank you guys again for all of your help!

I owe Henry an apology. I've neglected a proper Yelp review. He's been our 'goto' plumber since we bought our house in 1991. I don't remember how I found him, but happily we have had the absolute pleasure in his ongoing repairs. Inevitable in home ownership, right?! He always zeroes in on exactly what the problem or proposal is, and has his way of guiding you to the right decision. Nope, he won't do just ANYTHING. It has to be done RIGHT or not at all. OH, and that rightness comes at a fair price. I appreciate when he says NO and I've come up with some oddball ideas over the years. Seriously, there probably are other good plumbers out there. Sorry to those other guys and gals, Henry is IT as the plumber for us at my house.

This company mailed us a notice from their mail delivery center.  It said We have been unable to reach you by pyhone to set up package delivery.  Please call to arrange FREE delivery.

In big letters it had:  PACKAGE DELIVERY NOTICE  

We had recently ordered some items for delivery, so called to coordinate the delivery.  

1)  The company said they would need to call us back.
2)  After an hour, we called them back, and that was when we found out that yes, they have a package for new home owners that they will deliver to you,  but it is REALLY a scam for them to sell their services.

I wouldn't go with these people if they were paying me to use their product.  This kind of deceptive marketing should not be rewarded with ANYONE's business.

I got service the same day.  I wanted 2 faucets replaced and I called to ask for a quote.  He got me the faucets I wanted and installed them that day. I'll be sure to use him again and I highly recommend him.

Since my original review in November 2021, I've unfortunately needed Pure Plumbing services twice more. I've seen plumbers more in the last several months than I needed for 20 years. I have to say, if it weren't for Pure Plumbing I would have been stressed out.
On Christmas eve, I found out the main water supply line  to my home had a pin hole leak. Fortunately, the city placed a compression fitting on the pipe to get us through Christmas weekend. I texted PP on Christmas eve and the response was quick and welcomed. They would be out on Monday to repair the pipe and YES they were on time and did a great job.
The second time I needed them is a bit unusual. PP installed a new water heater in Nov. About a month later, I noticed we had no hot water. Hmmmm, very strange. The pilot light had gone out so I relit. Then a week later it went out again. I contacted PP and Jonathan came out to replace the master control valve and pilot light assembly (warranty work). Great all fixed. Nope! It went out again several more times in the next couple of weeks. PP came out again, did trouble shooting on the pilot light thermopile and found it was malfunctioning.  They replaced the thermopile and the heater is working as expected.
PP contacted the water heater company to manage the warranty issues, obtain replacement parts and made the repairs quickly and professionally.

I just had hydo-jetting service completed on my Kitchen sink that had severe blockage due to build up grease over time. I had a another company come out the day before to unblock the drain and they failed miserably. I reached out to several other plumbing companies and VIP was one of the first ones to respond. Nick Chavez and Jorge both came out to hydro-jet the blockage. They were both very experienced and explained the process prior to starting.  Upon completion of their work, they utilized a camera system that they inserted into the pipes and showed me how clean it all got. They ran the camera all the way to the sewer line. There was no additional charge to show me the camera footage, which validated their impeccable work. After they completed the job, they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Their price is also hard to beat. I called around other companies that had similar 5 stars and their pricing was almost 50% to 70% cheaper than others. Thanks again for the great service.

While repairing a simple indoor leak over the Thanksgiving weekend (with company, of course), the main valve to the house broke ... in the closed position. Not knowing who to call, we came straight to the reviewers here and were not disappointed.

Gordon, the owner, was on another job at the time, but told us he could be to our house within an hour and a half. He arrived earlier than his estimate, quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested a low-cost alternative.

His rates were reasonable - especially considering it was a holiday weekend - and he even threw in a replacement for a broken toilet tank flapper when I told him we were heading to the store to buy one.

We will definitely use his services in the future.

Vlad responded promptly to our quote request and said he would have someone out by 8 the next morning.  Sergio arrived on time and with a friendly disposition.  He took care of our angle stop repair, replaced the toilet and hauled the old toilet away.  The service was professional, reasonable and far exceeded our expectations.  We would be happy to recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them in the future.  Thank you!

KC and his entire crew are awesome!  They are so professional, courteous, quick to respond, and trustworthy.  I have been working with KC now for a few years and the experience is consistent every time. I had an emergency very early this morning and a few months ago and I received an immediate call back and someone out to my house to fix the problems asap.  They do very good work at really good prices, very fair!  I highly recommend them! Today I worked with Greg and Dave as well as KC and all three were wonderful!

Our sink in the garage was backed up until Manuel and Javier saved the day. They were very responsive and came the next day on time. They were able to unclog the pipes quickly and even offered to check the pipes underneath the house which were apparently rotting and gross. So we were able to let out landlord know about it right away. Both were super nice and i definitely recommend if you need someone reliable and affordable. Thank you again!
