Thought I could replace my wall mount kitchen faucet. Found out pretty quickly I need a professional. Requested bids on Yelp on a Sunday afternoon and had responses that evening. Raul included his phone number and I texted right away. He was willing to work around my work schedule and come later in the afternoon and had availability within a few days. He quoted me a very fair price. He arrived today, right on time, and got right to work. He was pleasant, efficient, tidy, and precise. He tested everything on the faucet before he left and even checked the water pressure at both of the pressure regulators. I've added his information into my contacts and will definitely use him again when needed. Highly recommend!

My father's bathroom faucet broke.  He lives an hour away from me.  What to do?  Check Yelp, of course.  I had tried a plumber with good Yelp ratings, and he came and checked the faucet, but gave me a price quote that was too expensive for Dad's limited resources.  Efficient Plumbing had great ratings, so I called and spoke to Mark.  He suggested that I buy the faucet and he would install it.  He had me send him a picture of the faucet so he could tell me exactly what I needed to buy in terms of type (8 inch widespread vs. 4 inch centerset).  I checked out the different styles and prices online and at Home Depot and bought a faucet.  Mark was very responsive to my questions via text message.  We arranged a time.  His assistant came out and installed the faucet, and that was that.  I appreciated the alternative option and the good communication.  If another plumbing issue comes up, I'll call Mark again.

Jesse was prompt, highlighted what needed to be done and pointed out a couple of things I hadn't been aware of.  Also, he didn't just try to get me to replace everything with something new, but rather he listened to what I wanted to accomplish and helped me to do accomplish it if it was possible which it was.   He charged exactly what he quoted and he took care of my problem on the spot even though he had to go to 2 suppliers to find an unusual part my unit needed.  Highly recommend.

Jim did a hell of a job fixing up my friend Bill super clogged up kitchen sink in La Jolla. I was visiting from LA and got to witness what a pro plumber does on the job. This house is super old and I can imagine the plumbing was ancient as well.  On the first attempt, Jim tried the giant plumber  snake inside the kitchen and then outside the kitchen. That did not work. Finally Jim got up to the rooftop and attack the problem on the plumbing vent. That did the trick and wow, the standing water on the kitchen sink just disappeared into the Bermuda triangle. The sink is now
draining properly and now we can wash dishes again...Thanks for the awesome and professional work Jim. And the service was reasonable and did not cost several hundred dollars unlike what the competition would charge. I highly recommend THA heating, air, and plumbing for any home fixes and maintenance.

Tino was responsive, kind, fast, and went above and beyond on checking things out. He will be our plumbing call for now on

Working with Shaun was a great experience. He was friendly, honest, and trustworthy. He showed up in a mask and explained everything that he was going to do. He quickly got to work to fix some ghetto plumbing issues that were outside the drywall. Cleaned and re-routed everything so that I can drywall without any issues. I will definitely be calling again when I need help running a gas line to the BBQ.

Robbie from Akamai was incredibly helpful and fast! I live in north park and called on a Sunday for a broken toilet! He arrived super fast and fixed everything! He is friendly, efficient and knows his stuff! Highly recommend!!!

I had concerns that we had a leaky pipe behind a wall of our master bedroom shower.  Thankfully, this wasn't the case but Frankie still made it out in a timely fashion, walked me through everything he was doing, and re-caulked and cleaned up better than before.  While there is an initial visit/diagnosis fee, it is deducted from any final repair quote provided if I choose to move forward with the recommended repairs.

He provided options,  showed up on time, and was very polite. I would use him again in the future.

I had a few issues. I thought the master shut-off valve outside of my condo was faulty, the shut-off valve in one of my bathrooms was indeed faulty, the toilet needed a minor repair, and the shower drain needed to be snaked. I called Carlos at Genesis on Tuesday and he had someone at my place by 1pm on Wednesday. That guy, Rick, came in, listened to my explanation, understood what needed to be done right away, determined that the master valve was actually fine, and then got right to work on the other tasks. He was friendly, quiet and efficient. In a world where customer service appears to be dead and no one seems to know what they're doing, this was a refreshing change. Thanks, Genesis.

My water heater wasn't staying lit.  Jacob came out the same day, and somehow got it to work. I will definitely go with him when I eventually need a new water heater.

James was terrific! He returned my call within the hour and explained the whole process and why it is required by San Diego. His communication was great and within a few days he was at our property and conducted the test. We received results that we passed and he sent the certificate onto the city! I highly recommend these guys. They are professional, efficient and took care of business.

I found a broken pipe from a hose line in my front yard. I had to go to work and couldn't locate the leak so I called Hendricks plumbing. Ron came out within 2 hrs of my call and fixed the leak. His price was reasonable and he was very honest and did great work. I will use them again should the occasion arise!

He installed our water filter system which was reverse osmosis, and since I live at the beach it was rusted and really difficult to install. He did it quickly and effectively and with a smile on his face. Clearly he knows what he's doing as well as a professional plumber.

He mentioned he used to install big plumbing systems for big labs up in La Jolla. It's clear that he knows what he's doing and I would definitely use his services again.

I've used in the past a couple of times. Each time Chris has been on time, done a great job and cleaned up after himself.

Mark came by and cleared a drain that was partially clogged. No-nonsense guy who did the job efficiently and provided estimates for other work I inquired about. Due to an emergency call he wasn't able to come at the originally agreed time, but he communicated this change of plans well.

This place is awesome when you need plumbing or heating items and for repairs when needed. They have a store front also were you can buy parts and anytime I needed valves or random plumbing  things for my house I came here super knowledgeable too.

I remember the first time I came here it was to look for a water shut off valve went to Home Depot(Lame) could not find it there or at least the one I was looking for and came here because I remembered about it because I used to drive by this place every week. I came in with the original valve and he just glanced at it grabbed one form the back compared it with mine gave a smirk and told me it looks like one you can get from home depot that will fail on you in a couple years then he handed me the same valve but from a company he said has trusted for a long time no plastic or cheap construction. I was a bit afraid of the cost but it was the same cost basically as the ones I saw a Home Depot I think it was $2 more then the ones there but worth it its been now 6 years and not one leak or anything from the two valves that I replaced. This experience made me a customer for life at this place when ever I need plumbing items.
