My tenants broke the shower valve and fortunately I found Raul. He responded to my yelp request immediately and came out to check the issue. Told me what needs to be done and gave me what I felt like an honest estimate. On the day of the work, he showed up on time. I thought it would take several hours to complete the work but he finished replacing the valve within 2 hours, which was impressive. We had to shut off the water to the entire building so his ability to work fast was a plus since everyone is working from home during the pandemic. I would definitely recommend him and will save his numbers for the future.

Just used Ray's Plumbing today. Got great service, was on time and did a great job.

I was a new homeowner when all drains clogged up in my house. Old Republic Insurance sent someone out to look at the problem. It was a joke! He wanted to refer me to others (for a kickback is what others speculated on YELP) and said he couldn't help me although I still had to pay the service fee. I called Jessie with SD Rooter immediately because he did work on the house for the previous owner. Jessie came to my home the very same day. Not only was he able to snake a drain to open a toilet to use, he didn't even charge me! It was obvious this guy knew his stuff. He started on my repairs right away. It was clear to him that there was a problem with the main line from the house to the street. Initially, he estimated it would take about two days to do the repairs by installing a double cleanout, hydro jet the lines, and resleeve the main pipe. He quoted me a price and proceeded with the work. But after he and his crew dug a trench down to the main pipe and evaluated the situation, they realized the situation was much more serious and involved. The job started on a Thursday and Jessie said they would work through the weekend if they needed to complete the job. He was true to his word and worked through the weekend; however, it took about 9 days for the job to be complete! They tried to shoot material into the line to resleeve it but the old cast Iron pipe was in such bad shape, they needed to replace it, so more excavating needed to be done. Jessie worked with me. Even though he gave me a price assuming the pipe would be resleeved, he stuck by his word and did not charge me more money even though it cost him a lot more money to replace the entire pipe. He also provided several free services for me: snaking my drains twice, running a cable and camera through lines, and he also looked at a different problem inside the house free. I had to work part of the time during the repair so Jessie was great about updating me. His crew were hard workers and professional. Because it was so hot, I provided water, drinks, and some food because they were so nice and were working so hard in the heat!! They were VERY appreciative. When they completed the job, their concrete work over the area of my driveway that was removed looked really good! They were also meticulous in cleaning up trash and debris and hauling it away. Jessie took care of me, and although he could have made more money doing this job, he stuck by his word and charged me less than what he would have normally charged. Jessie is honest. He'll tell you directly that he's not the cheapest and he's not the most expensive. He is very good and experienced and he knows what he's doing. I highly recommend this company.

Working with Shaun was a great experience. He was friendly, honest, and trustworthy. He showed up in a mask and explained everything that he was going to do. He quickly got to work to fix some ghetto plumbing issues that were outside the drywall. Cleaned and re-routed everything so that I can drywall without any issues. I will definitely be calling again when I need help running a gas line to the BBQ.

Swallowed my pride today and called a Pro to take care of some plumbing that required welding. I had a pretty serious leak (811) that needed some quick attention - these guys were on the spot first responders. In under an hour Aaron troubleshot, replaced and tested and my pressure regulator. He did the job under the national average cost for parts and labor, and was friendly to boot!  These guys deliver in a crunch and exceed expectations.

The gentleman were not just on time, but a few minutes earlier. My drain was unclogged in a matter of minutes. They even cleaned up the little if any mess they made. I highly recommend this company.

Carlos and his crew are absolutely amazing.  We had a plumbing problem under our kitchen sink and hardwood floor and I called Genesis in the evening.  Carlos had a crew member out to our home by midday the next day and the problem was resolved with very little expense.  Genesis could have charged me more and made more repairs, but told me they weren't required.   Genesis is a company with integrity that is fair to customers, charges reasonable rates and is very responsive.  This is the best plumbing company I have ever used.

Powers Plumbing came through in a big way to fix the mishap due to our hot water heater install, all is well now.  The owners and lead representatives worked after hours to sincerely remedy the problems caused by their employee's poor decisions.  We believe their efforts are quite good and their intentions as well.  

We encourage customers to be present during any and all work on their home/property, regardless of trade or specific contractors.  This would have made everyone's experience far more enjoyable.

Bad Experience...recovery pending
Hot water heater replacement was scheduled, 3 days later the first of (3) plumbers arrived at our building to execute the work.  Good start...not so much.  Old water heater was disconnected and drained, yet existing water pipes were left to leak onto the floor.  Thankfully, after returning from work at 6pm, we checked the progress and found running water flooding the laundry room.  We spent much of our evening cleaning the mess, and frantically calling the emergency contact person.  After another hour, their senior plumber showed up to handle damage control.  

Emergency repairs were coordinated promptly by their supervisor, and repairs were made to reinstall the new water heater.  As of this posting, water damage mitigation has begun, and we have hot water now on the third day.  

I'll update this as progress develops.
