I needed help fast with renovating kitchen and bathrooms and R&J Plumbing was responsive and affordable. The service was above and beyond! I sent lists of what needed to get done and everything was addressed and affordable. The plumbing work was excellent! Very neat and tidy. If there was anything I didn't have on hand, he was prepared for it and went above and beyond to get it. He even picked up something I needed at Home Depot. Excellent service and I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you for the beautiful work! :)

We've used Gary on several occasions, and will continue to use him. He is always prompt, courteous and friendly. Does not over charge. During COVID-19, he wore a mask and we social distanced. Highly recommend!

I got Mark's name on referral from a friend who had used him a couple of years ago. Made an appointment within a week of my initial email contact. Arrived on time, completed three jobs within my house in less than two hours and charged me a very fair price. I can honestly say I was totally impressed and would recommend him to anybody for any plumbing task. Of the three plumbers I've used in my house over the last 12+years, he is easily the best hands down.

Needed to clean out a clogged pipe. Jesse was super responsive and readily available. He came out and walked me through his whole process step by step. I watched the work being done. He was super professional and just downright smart within his profession. I'd highly recommend him and his crew.

Had a new water heater installed by THA yesterday.  The technicians, William & Ismael, were very capable and efficient, and definitely went the extra mile.  The same goes for the owner, Matthew; super helpful!

I must say......you CANT go wrong with BDP services! This company is everything and more. I have a gas water heater and was give a price quote for both gas and tankless and I just had to go with a tankless water heater thanks to the knowledge and expertise of this company.

Robbie and his helper came and changed out my water heater, after several plumbers didn't know what to do with it (it has a special type of flu vent). I got several quotes from plumbers but they were all much higher than what Robbie quoted me. The service was very prompt and professional. He arrived when he said he was going to arrive, he didn't try to sell me anything extra (unlike other plumbers), and he did top notch workmanship. I will definitely use him again in the event I have a plumbing or remodeling project for him to do.

Genesis Plumbing saved the day for us! We had one company  misdiagnose a problem at our home and we were preparing to have to rip up the floor to access the problem. Carlos and guys came and took a look and was able to fix the problem without tearing into our home. They were punctual and did the job right the first time. Cant recommend these guys enough. My water heater wasn't staying lit.  Jacob came out the same day, and somehow got it to work. I will definitely go with him when I eventually need a new water heater.

Long story short I am a contractor, new to the potable water side of it.... So the business name sounded like a safe bet for my first time need.
So I called and set an appointment, James showed up on time, he knew exactly what the water department needed (otay) had the forms with him, he had already scheduled with them.... this guy is on the ball..!
I already had the back flow together per plan, however I'm a little cloudy on how the insides work, exactly. So I asked for a simple explanation, I got a breakdown NASA would be proud of... And the maintenance procedures as well, This is something I don't care to remember because I have a guy now that does.
It was fast, painless and very affordable... I highly recommend Pay2Pass.

Needed a garbage disposal yesterday (Easter Sunday).  Made several calls but after the job was finished, I realized I only needed to make one call.  This guy (Mark) responded nearly immediately and the job was completed within 90 minutes of my call.  Mark had a new unit on his truck when he arrived and was prepared, neat and organized.  The one plumber that came thru for me today.  Thanks again Mark

This place is awesome when you need plumbing or heating items and for repairs when needed. They have a store front also were you can buy parts and anytime I needed valves or random plumbing  things for my house I came here super knowledgeable too.

I remember the first time I came here it was to look for a water shut off valve went to Home Depot(Lame) could not find it there or at least the one I was looking for and came here because I remembered about it because I used to drive by this place every week. I came in with the original valve and he just glanced at it grabbed one form the back compared it with mine gave a smirk and told me it looks like one you can get from home depot that will fail on you in a couple years then he handed me the same valve but from a company he said has trusted for a long time no plastic or cheap construction. I was a bit afraid of the cost but it was the same cost basically as the ones I saw a Home Depot I think it was $2 more then the ones there but worth it its been now 6 years and not one leak or anything from the two valves that I replaced. This experience made me a customer for life at this place when ever I need plumbing items.
