Raul is a professional and an expert in anything to do with plumbing. We received very efficient service yesterday with our double sink clog in the kitchen. Raul knew exactly what was happening to the pipes, unclogged both sides of traps, and provided a clear explanation on what was going on. We will call Raul anytime we need help with our plumbing needs.

Gary is a great plumber and a fantastic guy. Over the years he has helped us with garbage disposals, faucets and drain problems.  He also helped many times when moving into a new house by fixing issues with the pipes, drains, water heater & septic system. He's trustworthy and reliable.

I'm leaving a review on behalf of my mom, Regina in Rancho Bernardo, who had a fantastic experience with THA for her heating and air units. Matthew, Maria, and several technicians that helped install my mom's new furnace and A/C were quick, reliable, and conscientious. I've had Tino at my house for 3 repairs.  The first was my toilet.

The second was a small filter leak which turned into a larger project when Tino was educating me about water pressure in my house.  As it turned out, my pressure was dangerously high and it needed to be repaired or risk a pipe bursting in my house.  I trust Tino 100%.  If he says something has to be done to protect my house, I do it ASAP.

My most recent repair was a new hot water heater. Tino brought the entire system up to code and worked tirelessly all day, literally ALL DAY.  He encountered some problems which was from the manufacturer/product and Tino promised me he would resolve it by calling them the next day.  He did...and his resolution (if the issue didn't resolve itself) was to put the customer first and not ruin future business.  Impressive!

Thankfully, everything resolved itself.  Clear hot water for days!

I love having a plumber I can trust with his recommendations and my bank account appreciates not being drained (pun intended!).

We had a leak in the garage and didn't know where it was coming from. They came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and installed a new water heater. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions(and I had a lot). Once they told me the price I immediately hopped online and started making phone calls to compare. The price was very reasonable and the work was done quickly. The technician was very meticulous in his work and cleaned up after himself. I couldn't happier with both the customer service and quality of work performed. We have been planning a bathroom remodel and after looking at their website I will definitely be using them for any future projects.

I had concerns that we had a leaky pipe behind a wall of our master bedroom shower.  Thankfully, this wasn't the case but Frankie still made it out in a timely fashion, walked me through everything he was doing, and re-caulked and cleaned up better than before.  While there is an initial visit/diagnosis fee, it is deducted from any final repair quote provided if I choose to move forward with the recommended repairs.

He provided options,  showed up on time, and was very polite. I would use him again in the future.

Hands down, the best plumbing experience I have ever had.

First of all, Premier was responsive and available for an appointment next day. They gave me a window of 2-4pm and sent me a text and call at 2:30 to confirm the tech was in route (with tracking info included). It seems like they really care about their customer experience.

As for the service, we had the pleasure of having Larry out onsite at our house to perform an inspection of some shower drains that were draining slowly. He was friendly, personable, and it was an overall great experience for us as a customer. He walked me through what he was doing when testing the system and was thorough in explaining what might be going on in my system and what could be causing the issues. He unclogged the drains and ensured everything was functioning properly. He also provided suggestions on what we could do to help prevent the issues in the future and did not try to upsell us on services that we did not need.

That is exactly what we were looking for in a plumber, someone reliable and trustworthy. Because of Larry's integrity and helpfulness, we will 100% be calling Premier back for our next plumbing issue!

A handyman broke a pipe at noon and someone from Genesis was out to fix it by 3pm. Heroes! Was much more expensive than anticipated because of the unusual width of the pipe but I was on an incredibly tight timeline and grateful they could get everything patched up.

Jacob came out replaced a leaking filter housing and improved the piping what was a bit shoddy when the house was build. Replaced pressure reducing valve and the cutoff valve as I requested. Looks nice and improved the filter housing with the appropriate size housing too

Gotta love an honest company that gets things done and done correctly.    James responded immediately after I received a nasty notice from San Diego.  I had no idea what backflow testing was. James handled everything.  I would highly recommend Pass2Pay for all your backflow needs.

He installed our water filter system which was reverse osmosis, and since I live at the beach it was rusted and really difficult to install. He did it quickly and effectively and with a smile on his face. Clearly he knows what he's doing as well as a professional plumber.

He mentioned he used to install big plumbing systems for big labs up in La Jolla. It's clear that he knows what he's doing and I would definitely use his services again.

I have owned rental properties for over 22 years. Our company was looking for a new plumber. Mark came by and cleared a drain that was partially clogged. No-nonsense guy who did the job efficiently and provided estimates for other work I inquired about. Due to an emergency call he wasn't able to come at the originally agreed time, but he communicated this change of plans well.

Terrific service by very pleasant and competent professionals.  All of us cringe when we get plumbing issues, but Janet and her team can put a smile back on your face.  We've been using  Powers for years for our historic home.  Most recently, toilet went out the night before company was to arrive.  By noon the next day, Bill had visited and fixed it (plus a second toilet that was iffy).
