Found Efficient through Yelp based on reviews. They didn't disappoint. Our plumber, Titus, was responsive (arrived within 2-hour window), professional and got the job done. Also, the customer service was excellent. They were friendly, answered the phone on first call, and even called to give update on when to expect Titus.

The THA crew was super courteous and professional installing my whole house re-pipe after our second slab leak. It's so hard to  find a professional that not only takes the time to help you take care of a problem quickly but also takes the time to help you understand what the problem is and how to fix them, especially if there's options to pick from. Robbie and his helper came and changed out my water heater, after several plumbers didn't know what to do with it (it has a special type of flu vent). I got several quotes from plumbers but they were all much higher than what Robbie quoted me. The service was very prompt and professional. He arrived when he said he was going to arrive, he didn't try to sell me anything extra (unlike other plumbers), and he did top notch workmanship. I will definitely use him again in the event I have a plumbing or remodeling project for him to do.

He's prompt, gives advance notice, very professional, clean/sharp appearance and very polite in communication (not all professionals in the trade are). I don't really write reviews often - only when they are exceptional!  Raul came down on one day's notice to help me with an emergency sewage crisis!! They were professional, helpful and fixed the issue in no time at all.  Would definitely recommend them to everyone and anyone!!  (I seriously can't give them enough praise!!)

They were hired by a since fired general contractor to start a commercial plumbing job.  All I can say is verify & check the work and compare it to the invoice before paying.    My mistake for not doing so.  They would not correct their work with out additional costs.

My Water heater was leaking and I called Trusted Water systems. Jacob showed up and was very polite and professional and I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. He didn't have that salesman attitude about him which I loved. Come to find out, my water heater was very old so we replaced it with a tankless, I was also interested in water filtration and he said he could install it the same day along with my new tankless, so we went for it.
Really glad we did, don't have to worry about chlorine and contaminants in our water anymore. Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Called for a estimate on a garbage disposal install,  he came next day and gave me a estimate.  Was good price and was scheduled next day to put in.  He came on time with text update of him on way, installed in a hour and a half.  Perfect job, perfect service, perfect cost.  Only downfall is he is a Packer fan.  So all u cheese heads hire him.  And my niner fans too.  He local and good!  Thank u Chris

My water heater was burst and caused a constant (and worsening by the hour) dripping from a pipe outside the house. Mark showed up at my front door just one hour after my emergency call on Sunday morning. He drained the overflowing pan as a stopgap measure, gave me an estimate, and politely told me that I was free to comparison shop elsewhere for the necessary service. I was impressed by his straightforwardness. He installed a new heater the next day, redid the ventilation piping, and connected the city inspector for an appointment on Tuesday. No question I will use his service in the future.
