Super good plumber and very professional.  Adhered to covid protocols!  Was able to come at last minute to fix sink on a Sunday morning at 8 AM!  Would highly recommend to anyone in the San Diego area.   Bilingual and affordable.  I like his flat per job fees.  Not this nickel and dime game from other plumbers.

So glad i went with them..Shaun at BDP is professional and efficient at his job. Communication isn't a problem and showed up when he said he would. Replaced an old kitchen line that had seen better days. Also replaced toilet and sink faucets. Had an emergency job on Christmas eve where my water heater hose leaked and Shaun was over my house with replacement hose within the hour! Will do all my plumbing needs thru them. Thanks guys!

I called Akamai Plumbing and Remodel and 3 other companies after SDGE shut off the gas to my condo due to an unidentified gas leak.  Robbie was the only plumber to properly identify the issue.  I simply needed a valve to be replaced, but there was no obvious way to open the glass cover to my gas fireplace.  Some plumbers said they would need to break through my drywall or break the glass doors to get into the fireplace.  Others said they could not help or referred me to other businesses who also could not help.  I talked to 5 different professionals before Robbie from Akamai.  Robbie didn't even give me a quote until he determined the exact source of my gas leak.  He saved me thousands of dollars by taking the time to figure out how to open my fireplace, which was not a hard task for him, and correctly identify the issue.  After that, I asked him about every other issue in my home, and he gave me intelligent, detailed answers to all of my questions without trying to sell me on any additional services.  He also went above and beyond to help me deal with SDGE and try to save me the requirement for a city inspection (SDGE would not budge on this, and the inspector who eventually came out also agreed it was totally unnecessary for such a small issue).  I would recommend Robbie to anyone, and I will never go to another plumber or handyman as long as Robbie is available.

I had concerns that we had a leaky pipe behind a wall of our master bedroom shower.  Thankfully, this wasn't the case but Frankie still made it out in a timely fashion, walked me through everything he was doing, and re-caulked and cleaned up better than before.  While there is an initial visit/diagnosis fee, it is deducted from any final repair quote provided if I choose to move forward with the recommended repairs.

He provided options,  showed up on time, and was very polite. I would use him again in the future.

I am utterly thankful for this company and their dedicated employees. Ricardo was very professional and humorous person who made my whole day. He was honest and did not try to take advantage of me like these other companies. He made sure to address the exact issue that was wrong with the clog. He never tried to up sale me on anything. Carlos and Genesis Plumbing were extremely kind and professional.  It was wonderful working with them as they turned a large pipe replacement project into a one day affair, allowing us to get back into our home ASAP.  Clean up was great, pricing was fair, and above all, they were very open about what was going on, how long it would take, and updated us frequently as their timeline and outlook improved.  10/10 will call again.

Jacob was excellent! I needed my tankless water heater flushed out and he returned my call within minutes, was able to give me an appointment at my preferred time and was very friendly and professional. Called for a estimate on a garbage disposal install,  he came next day and gave me a estimate.  Was good price and was scheduled next day to put in.  He came on time with text update of him on way, installed in a hour and a half.  Perfect job, perfect service, perfect cost.  Only downfall is he is a Packer fan.  So all u cheese heads hire him.  And my niner fans too.  He local and good!  Thank u Chris

Needed a garbage disposal yesterday (Easter Sunday).  Made several calls but after the job was finished, I realized I only needed to make one call.  This guy (Mark) responded nearly immediately and the job was completed within 90 minutes of my call.  Mark had a new unit on his truck when he arrived and was prepared, neat and organized.  The one plumber that came thru for me today.  Thanks again Mark

Eric from Powers Plumbing is awesome!  He came out and fixed our complicated plumbing problem. After dealing with our Home Warranty company, which sent out two different plumbing companies, both who would not complete the job, all of our toilets as well as bathtub and shower were backed up.  I requested Powers Plumbing because I heard that they were the best plumbing company in San Diego, and they did not prove me wrong!

Eric was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the call of duty to get our problem resolved. He spent hours to get our bathrooms back up and running. If you want the job done right, I would suggest calling Powers Plumbing first.
