I went through an exhaustive bid process for my central heating & A/C project which I recognized was a complex and difficult install. a system that in fact was two separate systems, a standard A/C system plus a mini-split system. In fact, 3 contractors would not even bid on the project. Then THA owner Matthew arrived, listened to what I was looking for and then did a thorough inspection. Once done Matthew advised that yes my project would be challenging but, we can do it. Then I was provided with a super quote both on price and the size of the equipment that would be used. I accepted.

My project lead was Victor who along with his team was diligent, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly hard throughout. Depending on the type of project, using THA can take time to get to completion. But once done, I was very happy with the results. THA even went farther than any other contractor quote with the level of follow up detail they would do as part and after the install like removing wall furnaces, drywall repair, and painting. Most others wanted to leave that to me which was in fact, a large volume of work. I am very happy with the results THA was able to achieve all around.

As my A/C project was wrapping up I had THA plumbing start a project for me. Jeff the THA lead plumber came out and did equally phenomenal work over the course of several days at my home. He is polite, quick, efficient, and obviously knows what he's doing. A real professional who does great work! And the price for the plumbing work THA performed was quite competitive as well.

Great job Matthew and team! I will be calling again. I highly recommend THA for anyone needing a plumbing or HVAC job done well at a competitive price!

We have used California Pacific Plumbing's services for several years at various condos/homes in San Diego and La Mesa.  Tino is reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy!  He is extremely thorough and does quality work!  He even takes the time to explain and educate the homeowner so that small problems don't become bigger, costly ones! Wow! If you are a landlord or homeowner looking for a top notch plumber who will not only get the job done but do it right with integrity and honesty, Tino needs to be on your speed dial!  We highly recommend him and his company!

Just had the BEST plumbing experience ever.  BDP only got my message at 7:30am this morning and their plumber was able to schedule a 10:30am appointment and just finished fixing my kitchen sink disposal.   What's more, he offered to fix anything else needing attention and I showed him an issue I've had with my shower handle and within five minutes he fixed that too.  Will definitely use them again.  They are my go to plumber.

Swallowed my pride today and called a Pro to take care of some plumbing that required welding. I had a pretty serious leak (811) that needed some quick attention - these guys were on the spot first responders. In under an hour Aaron troubleshot, replaced and tested and my pressure regulator. He did the job under the national average cost for parts and labor, and was friendly to boot!  These guys deliver in a crunch and exceed expectations.

Life saver, had a leak this weekend. Called out Frankie's plumbing and Frankie was here within the hour.

He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to fix the bathroom asap. Thank god because I have family in town.

* MIKE quoted $49 ( maybe more depends on issue )
* after  inspection he then said  $260 for repair
( I DECLINED  TO ACCEPT THAT CHARGE )
* I had the entire faucet swapped out $32 Home Depot
* I called Mike back to INSPECT the new installation
( Mike stated he would charge $240 to verify it was installed correctly because he has to take it apart to ensure it's done the right way)

* he arrived in less than 35 min  and inspected the faucet checked hoses, hot water, cold water , checked the for faucet leaks and found NOTHING WRONG and he provided an on the spot invoice and charged me $60 FLAT.

I UNDERSTAND certain repairs have expenses. This was a SIMPLE drippy faucet. I had a new faucet already pitches to save time and even with the new item he still wanted $270 even after it was swapped out for an INSPECTION

I have used Genesis for the past two years for jobs big and small, from a complete removal and replacement of a tub shower to gas line rerouting and capping, to simple drain clogs. They are my go-to plumber for my apartment building. Carlos has been very responsive to any issues and I recommend him and Genesis without reservation.

Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He has been in the industry for over 13 years so he definitely knows what he is talking about. He charged me for two tasks on my water heater that the other big brand companies were charging me 5 times as much. He is honest and I appreciate that. Will hang on to his contact info for future water heater jobs. Highly suggest you give him a call as well!

James Kelly from Pass 2 Pay came out and performed the annual test on the backflow system at Chabad of Poway/Chai Preschool & Infant Center, my place of employment. When I contacted James for a quote, he was very responsive. He arrived a bit late, but he called prior to the appointment time to see if it okay to be late--it was. He was professional, courteous, and he and his business, Pass 2 Pay, do a great job at an affordable price, and I highly recommend them.  

This is my  2nd year using Pass 2 Pay - overall, it was good responsive service by the owner, James Kelly.  My additional feedback for the 2nd year is that when I called the office, I did not receive 5-Star, professional and courteous service. Perhaps, this is just a need for additional training. I believe with additional training, that this portion of the Pass 2 Pay business will be again be 5-Stars! I look forward to working with Pass 2 Pay again next year.

Our bathroom pipe busted during the middle of the night & he was able to come fix everything the next day for a great price. He's a very honest plumber & gets the job done quick. He even offers military discount. We made the right choice by calling Hendricks Plumbing. We recommend using them for your plumbing services. John is an elite plumber. 30+ years experience in both new construction and maintenance work. He has done a few projects for me but most recently helped me renovate my shower/bath with all brand new plumbing and hardware. Thanks a lot for being a reliable and high quality contractor.. A breath of fresh air!

Hired Chris to replace old cast iron pipes in our 12-unit condo building in La Jolla. He did a great job, finished on time and was the best price. Highly recommend him.

My bathroom sink wouldn't drain, thankfully Carmel Valley Plumbers was able to come out same day! Very efficient and cleaned up after the mess that my sink created!

Shame on them! The only reason I am giving this company 1 stars and not 0 is because the system forces you to at least give 1. My 92 year old grandfather had been a loyal customer of this company until Janet O'Dea literally tried to rip him off. He called for service on a Thursday evening, which was emergency service - totally understood. The guy that they sent out could not fix the problem completely, his exact words were I am unable to complete the job someone will be by tomorrow to finish the work. They still presented a bill that night for 1.5 hrs of service when he had only been there 20 minutes - we assumed we were paying for the Friday work that would complete the job - so we paid them on the spot in full. Friday comes around they never call and don't show up, so we call to inquire they inform us they are running late should be there in an hr or so. Guess what, still no call no show! We call again, this time being told they won't be able to make it today (keep in mind it is now almost 5 pm and we have been home all day waiting for them to finish the job they have already been paid for) so Janet's exact words with two witnesses one of whom is a preacher says we will come tomorrow (Saturday) at no charge! Saturday they finally show up finish the job and leave not presenting any type of bill or requesting any payment as expected we already paid and Janet reaffirmed this by saying no payment. Three weeks later they try and send my grandfather a bill for over $300, when we already paid them in full $297. When I wrote my first Yelp review Janet had the nerve to message me personally on Yelp asking me to take my review down. I have a right as a customer to advise the public of your unfair business practices and attempts to take advantage of a 92 year old man. My grandfather disputed the bill, yet they did not assist him. My grandfather complained against this company to the bbb who closed the dispute as business replied, but not resolved - because the Bbb cannot force a business to comply or impress upon them any type of resolution they simply attempt to mediate between the business and the consumer. At no point did the Bbb say they agreed with the business they closed the complaint as business replied but complaint remains unresolved! My grandfather has now passed away, we advised Janet of this - yet she still continues to harass our family, including my aunt now since she learned of his passing. How she sleeps at night, I don't know! My aunt is now getting a mediator to fight the charge and if that does not work will be taking this company to court! As I mentioned before my grandfather had used this company on 3 other occasions and every time was presented a bill at the time of service when payment was due. Never once had the company come to do work showed no type of bill and then attempted to bill 3 weeks later, especially after not calling and not bothering to show up! I advise you to stay far away from this company as they are not trustworthy or reliable and don't ever bother to properly communicate with their clients. On top of that my family does not appreciated being harassed both on Yelp and personally by Janet! She is truly a troubled person and I honestly pray that God helps her because what type of person goes after a 92 year old deceased man's family????? I am absolutely disgusted and horrified by this business and their unethical business practices. I do not recommend them to anyone!

Apparently harassing customers is a business practice of theirs because in reading the other negative reviews about this company Janet has also replied to their reviews also asking them to take down and or change their reviews! Don't believe me, take a look for yourself at the other negative reviews and sure enough you will see Janet attacking another former customer for writing an honest review about her negative experience with the company! Someone should inform her that is what Yelp is for, to share positive and negative experiences with other potential clients! Perhaps if they provided pleasant experiences, they wouldn't be begging the Yelp community to change their reviews of their unethical business practices and terrible customer service or lack there of!

And did I mention they caused property damage???
