This is the second time I have had Gary come out. He was able to give me an estimate via text message and has always been really helpful on questions I had when buying this house. Honestly, he has not done a ton of work for us for us to be considered a big client or money opportunity. He just comes across as A genuine nice and honest business guy. It's always refreshing to work with someone like this.

Not sure what happened to the other two negative reviews, but it sounds like a misunderstanding on their end to me. Gary does not nickel and dime.

I went through an exhaustive bid process for my central heating & A/C project which I recognized was a complex and difficult install. a system that in fact was two separate systems, a standard A/C system plus a mini-split system. In fact, 3 contractors would not even bid on the project. Then THA owner Matthew arrived, listened to what I was looking for and then did a thorough inspection. Once done Matthew advised that yes my project would be challenging but, we can do it. Then I was provided with a super quote both on price and the size of the equipment that would be used. I accepted.

My project lead was Victor who along with his team was diligent, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly hard throughout. Depending on the type of project, using THA can take time to get to completion. But once done, I was very happy with the results. THA even went farther than any other contractor quote with the level of follow up detail they would do as part and after the install like removing wall furnaces, drywall repair, and painting. Most others wanted to leave that to me which was in fact, a large volume of work. I am very happy with the results THA was able to achieve all around.

As my A/C project was wrapping up I had THA plumbing start a project for me. Jeff the THA lead plumber came out and did equally phenomenal work over the course of several days at my home. He is polite, quick, efficient, and obviously knows what he's doing. A real professional who does great work! And the price for the plumbing work THA performed was quite competitive as well.

Great service!  I needed a faucet installed and two angkestops under kitchen sink replaced.   This work was completed at a 60 unit condo complex where the main water controls for all units had to be shut-off.   The shut-off was more complicated than I thought and the plumber went to through the process of finding the correct valves and patiently waited until 60 units of water drained.   Once he could start work, he was very efficient in getting everything installed.   He followed up to make sure everything was reopened and functioning.   I had not used this company before.   They will definitely be my go-to company in the future.

My adventure started with a leaky shower head on Friday. I called because they had all these good reviews and decided maybe this is a company I could trust to do business with. Too bad I cannot just fix my own plumbing! But anyway, got Mike on the phone. He was courteous and truthful when I spoke to him about the research I had done and told me he would get someone to me. Same day service (that was nice).

Ricardo and Delbert show up at my door. I gave them the run down of my issue and before we even go inside my house Ricardo tells Delbert to check my water pressure.  They told me that it was way high and was probably the issue that was causing my leaks and that I have to replace the valve in my garage. I didn't even want to show them the shower because I was already almost to $1,000 by this point in the conversation. Against my better judgement, I agreed to let them repair a valve I didn't have an issue with in the beginning (shame on me)

My shower head valve was really difficult to remove. But Delbert hooked me up and I was glad because two previous plumbers I had look wanted to cut my shower which would have been more of an expensive headache. So Delbert changes my shower valve and my valve in my garage.

Ricardo was telling me that my water was bad (and thats why it was hard to remove my shower valve) and I needed a system installed to make the water soft so I wouldn't have as much water damage. I won't even say what I was quoted, but I politely refused and he kept asking me and even asked my mom after I told him I wasn't interested.

On the way out, when my services should be completed, Delbert notices my meter is leaking. My water meter was not leaking before the valve was changed. Then later that night, I went to take a shower and my water isn't hot - it's warm at best and I do not have the same pressure. I have two showers and my son complained his shower isn't the same.

Sunday I call Ricardo and tell him my issue with the plumbing. He seemed busy because apparently some staff is off weekends. I told him my concern with the valve in the garage and I got the feeling he was offended because I said it was leaking after they supposedly fixed it. He told me that he would talk with me Monday and resolve my issue. It's Wednesday and I haven't heard anything.

So now I am out almost $1400, my shower isn't functioning properly, my water meter is damaged and leaking and I am upset.
I'd say try another plumber. Ricardo was charming but that isn't going to fix your plumbing issues.

I got a call from my tenant at 7:30 pm that the hot water heater at our condo in IB was gushing water and she had no idea what to do. I checked Yelp for emergency hot water heater repair and selected Genesis based on reviews. Carlos picked up on the first ring and just said I'm on my way. By the time I arrived from Coronado, he had shut off the gas, begun draining the hot water, and ordered the replacement heater, including a code mandated upgrade, and the plumber who was going to complete the job was on the way. My tenant was so relieved, and the repair was completed within 2 hours, including gas back on. This was all done for an amazingly reasonable price. I cannot recommend Carlos enough. he reassured me that even if I was out of town, if my tenant had issues, she could call him and he would come and do a repair and he would settle with me later. This is the kind of service that keeps people coming back for more. Thanks so very much!

My water heater was leaking so I called Trusted Water Systems.. Jacob answered and was able to show up same day! He was very knowledgeable and you can tell he's been doin this a long time.. he was so friendly and helpful and was able to get me hot water again that day.. very grateful for Jacob and Trusted Water Systems for taking such good care of me and turning a negative situation into a positive! I had the pleasure of having James came recently to repair the backflow valve of our condo building.  As it happened it was Friday before labor day weekend when we found the backflow valve suddenly started leaking, shooting a sizable stream of water on to the pavement.  In a panic, being the HOA president, I called several backflow companies trying to find someone who can repair it quickly.  I found James was the only person who was able to pin point the problem, come on the next day, and has all the parts to fix it. This particular repair required a part that usually had to be ordered and would require two visits if it was done by any of the other companies I contacted.

James came on Saturday and was able to stop the leak. However the particular part that James thought he had, not his fault, was the wrong part shipped to him incorrectly from the supplier.  But he was able to find the correct part and completed the repair on the following day.

We will retain James for all our backflow testing from now on. Many backflow testers know how to do the testing, but few have the knowledge to do the repair. You can trust James on doing both.

Ron Hendricks did an amazing job for us.  I found Hendricks Plumbing by searching on Yelp.  I actually had another plumbing company scheduled to do the job and canceled them after reading Ron's positive Yelp reviews.  We spoke on the phone, Ron gave me a quote and we set up a time.  He showed up a half hour early and successfully completed the job.  The quote he gave me was the exact amount he charged me.  Hendricks Plumbing is a company that I'd recommend to everyone.

John is an elite plumber. 30+ years experience in both new construction and maintenance work. He has done a few projects for me but most recently helped me renovate my shower/bath with all brand new plumbing and hardware. Thanks a lot for being a reliable and high quality contractor.. A breath of fresh air!

Mark came out this morning and quickly spotted the issue. We agreed and quickly moved forward. Everything was wrapped up speedily and satisfactory.

Scheduled an appointment easily, they called to see if we were ready early, because they were, we said yes, they said yes, and things were off to a good start already!  In an hour, both  cartridges to hot and cold in a bathroom sink were fixed and a loose pipe tightened up under a sink in another bathroom.  That even included a round trip back to the shop to get some parts.  All that and the price was still right.  Very competent and made what could have been a difficult job, very easy.
