Raul is awesome and helped with toilet shut-off / supply pipe replacement  in very quick time. I contacted him on Yelp with a quote and he immediately responded. Then within minutes he was on call with me getting the exact details of the issue and was at my place within 20 minutes. He had his gloves and mask and inspected the damage because the pipe had originally burst and flooded the place.  He was thoroughly professional and gave his honest opinion as well as repair options for the issue and went ahead with the replacement without wasting a minute.
After getting it done he went out of his way and provided helpful advice on getting a water damage assessment. He even arranged for the same and helped me save the assessment fee.
The price was also reasonable considering how quickly he was able to get it fixed.
He even called me  the next day checking on  the water damage assessment.
On the whole. Raul helped me manage a difficult  situation with great ease and peace of mind.
I highly recommend him for any plumbing issue big or small that need immediate attention.

We had a leak in the garage and didn't know where it was coming from. They came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and installed a new water heater. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions(and I had a lot). Once they told me the price I immediately hopped online and started making phone calls to compare. The price was very reasonable and the work was done quickly. The technician was very meticulous in his work and cleaned up after himself. I couldn't happier with both the customer service and quality of work performed. We have been planning a bathroom remodel and after looking at their website I will definitely be using them for any future projects.

I called and spoke to Mike earlier today regarding a leaking bathtub faucet upstairs.  He said he could have a service technician out to our place within the hour, and shortly afterwards Abraham arrived at our front. After doing a quick check Abraham noted the cause and took the necessary step to fix. I also had him look at our loose kitchen sink faucet to which he tightened as much as possible and applied a bead of silicone caulking around the base. The entire experience was stress free from phone call through completion. Both Mike and Abraham were extremely professional and friendly making me feel at ease and valued as a customer.  I am thankful to have found a company of their quality if and when any plumbing issues should arise in the future. One evening at about 10:00pm I started my laundry. As my washer was draining, smelly sewage water started filling up my bathtub. My husband is deployed so i started to panic because I have never experienced a plumbing emergency before. I called my landlord and he told me this issue is the tenants problem.

After a quick FB post asking for plumbers in my area, Genesis Plumbing was recommended.

So I called and Carlos was so nice. He assured me everything was going to be okay and he decided to come take a look at the problem within 15 mins of that phone call. He knew exactly what the issue was after coming here. Also being a female in her 20s, alone, with a stranger at 10:00pm, i felt extremely safe around Carlos. He was very respectful and professional.

He scheduled one of his guys (Mario) to come out the next morning at 8:00am to snake the main drain. Within 12 hours of making that initial phone call to Genesis at 10:00pm, my drains were fixed and for an affordable price.

My experience was very pleasant with Genesis Plumbing. I would 10/10 use this company again in the future.

My water heater was leaking so I called Trusted Water Systems.. Jacob answered and was able to show up same day! He was very knowledgeable and you can tell he's been doin this a long time.. he was so friendly and helpful and was able to get me hot water again that day.. very grateful for Jacob and Trusted Water Systems for taking such good care of me and turning a negative situation into a positive! I highly recommend this company. The owner Chris is professional,  energetic and friendly. He repaired an outdoor storm drain and an indoor sink drain with great care and skill. He might consider offering a range of estimates for work contingent on the problems that might arise.

Mark came out this morning and quickly spotted the issue. We agreed and quickly moved forward. Everything was wrapped up speedily and satisfactory.  

I have his number saved for future issues and projects.

I've been using Powers Plumbing for only a year but have a residence and several condos that need their services.  You won't find a better plumbing company in town.  They are responsive, reasonably priced, friendly, and do a great job - and they are woman-owned and run like a family business.  Plus they are good neighbors that support the community when they can.

Why would anyone go anywhere else.
