Raul at R & J Plumbing has helped me out several times this year with plumbing issues! He installed a new toilet and fixed another issue at my work and today had his colleague Jerry come to my house to fix a drain/sewer problem. They are super responsive, get the job done the first time, charge a reasonable price, and have come out same day or next day each time I've called. Thank you both Raul and Jerry- will continue to call you as my go to moving forward!

I am so glad we found these guys! Chris has been to our house 3 times now, and is always on time and fast. Since I hate talking on the phone, it's awesome to be able to text Mark. I have recommended them to friends. It is seriously such a relief to have a plumber you can count on.

A) Jesse was extremely polite and easy to talk to on the phone (B) he was clearly knowledgeable and had no problem spending ~5-10 min on the phone with me to explain his perception of what was needed (based on my description of my problem) (C) gave me a very reasonable price for an hour or two worth of work over the phone (D) communicated via text to confirm arrival timeframe later that day (E) showed up on time and continued to be courteous and easy to work with (F) looked at my exterior drain line blockage issue and explain what the most likely fix would be and held to his phone pricing (G) Jesse had all tools needed and got to work within 10 min of being at my house (H) completed the work in the timeframe expected and explained what he did to solve the problem. Happily took payment and cleaned up nicely.  So...yes, I will be calling Jesse for any other drain line or plumbing issues. Great guy and family owned business. Thanks Jesse!

Their staff is rude and incompetent. My credit card payment did not go through, they didn't call me to inform me of that. They sent a staff member who came to my house and threatened me with court. It was the first I had heard that they didn't get paid. I wouldn't use their service if I were you.

Tino was very knowledgeable, efficient, and meticulous.  I am a curious person and like to gain knowledge whenever possible.  He was very professional and explained to me every step as I looked on.   He was also very reasonably priced.  I had an Awesome experience and recommend him highly.

Called Darin to do some water heater work for me and he was reasonably priced, extremely responsive (something very important to me) and did excellent work. I've already asked him back to do some more.

I wish I had known about Akamai earlier for previous plumbing projects my husband and I have had done on our house and town home rental unit. Best price out of 3 estimates from highly rated plumbers for a tankless water heater installment.  Excellent customer service as well. Thank you, Akamai! We will definitely be using this plumbing service again for future projects.

Life saver, had a leak this weekend. Called out Frankie's plumbing and Frankie was here within the hour.

He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to fix the bathroom asap. Thank god because I have family in town.

Just called to get a quote and the person who answered the phone was unprofessional. When I asked why the price is so much compared to other plumbing companies I called who are also certified and have 5 stars, he said well we are not the cheapest and if I want to get a better price get a cheap company company. I would recommend the owner offer their employees customer service training. You only get a one opportunity for a first impression. If you want to work with the most expensive company in town who double the rates from other licensed contractors and have the worst costumer service give them a call.

They were great. Helped fixed several things from a leaky outside faucet,  L valves, to pressurizers/new shutoff valves.  Very easy to work with, good customer service. They are definitely my go to plumbers.

I can't recommend Jacob and Trusted Water Systems ENOUGH!! Absolute lifesaver!! I was not getting hot water in my house for over 3 months and had even installed a brand new shower valve to remedy the issue. Several individuals came and spent 8 hour days here, couldn't figure out the problem, and wanted to cut my walls and inspect piping. I contacted Jacob and he went straight to diagnosing I had a crossover, narrowed it to my new valve, found the defective component, replaced it - and I HAD HOT WATER!! Beyond ecstatic and thankful. Jacob was honest, prompt, extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, very reasonable pricing and the best company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He'll do what no one else can do so save yourself the hassle and go directly to the pro!

Being in an all female household, having plumbing or electrical problems can cause a lot of panic. Our water heater was draining steaming hot water from the safety pipe outside the house. Never having any plumbing issues before, I don't know anyone to call on. Turned on to Yelp and found Hendricks Plumbing. Ron arrived in 10 mins, found the problem right away and even advised me on ways not to spend on unnecessary repair or replacement.
He was very knowledgable, professional and courteous. He charged me a very reasonable fee for a job very well done.

John is an elite plumber. 30+ years experience in both new construction and maintenance work. He has done a few projects for me but most recently helped me renovate my shower/bath with all brand new plumbing and hardware. Thanks a lot for being a reliable and high quality contractor.. Chris from City Plumber installed our new water heater in Encinitas in no time, and was very efficient and cleaned up after himself before leaving our residence. Very courteous and professional. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Robert at Powers Plumbing. I think everyone dreads having to call a plumber but he was able to make the experience at lot less stressful. Down the line this was an excellent plumbing experience. From the person that answered the phone, to their on time service, to their expertise, to their solution to my problem...all first rate.

That said...I hope I never see you again. :) But if I do have a problem in the future, you will be my first call. Thank you.
