Raul is very hard working, honest, and got the job done. He is an expert on plumbing and skilled at what he does. I will go nowhere else for my plumbing needs. You pay for what you get and I will happily pay. He fixed a major clog affecting two bathrooms . I know because another guy failed to fix it but he did.

As Realtors, we need to totally trust in the honesty, knowledge and professionalism of the vendors we refer to our clients. We met Gary through neighbors of ours (who happen to be his parents).  I liked him right away and began using him on our listings and also referring him to friends and clients when they asked for a good plumber.  The feedback we have gotten from our clients has always been a two thumbs up.  We completely trust Gary to take excellent care of clients and friends, charging a fair price for great work.  Gary really runs a great plumbing business, and we recommend him without reservation!

Hector was wonderful and installed two new shower valves. I called for help and the company got me an appointment within the hour. The service by Hector was completed with an hour or two.. Great work Efficient Plumbing!

I saw SD Rooter perform two major water line repairs at the Harbor Inn Suites in Oceanside this week while a guest.
They were very friendly and explained what they were doing and how. They finished late each day and made sure the job was done right!
If I lived around here; I'd definitely call SD Rooter to do the job!

I called THA because the furnace would start the immediately turn off. Enrique made the call and showed me where the fan motor was not spinning because the ball bearings were shot. Fan motor must be replaced with the entire assembly for $550 but he recommended the whole furnace be replaced for $2000!

I was rather stunned but after he left I looked at the fan motor and I could see an accumulation of saw dust. Upon vacuuming and lubricating the shaft of the fan it now works fine.

I called the shop wanting to talk with the owner but he will not return my calls.

It was a rip off that failed

Just writing an update to give another 5 stars to Tino.  He has now been my plumber for years, taking care of every type of job imaginable and doing amazing work each time.  The most recent adventure was an emergency replacement of some valves.  I notified him late on Friday, and he was willing to drop by that Saturday morning to get it resolved.

I can't say enough good things about the quality of his work and his willing to go the extra mile to make sure absolutely everything is perfect.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with this company, first they are in time when they tell you 11am they will be there at 11am. They are honest and very reasonable. I will definitely recommend BDP to my friends and family. I guess I do not have to say I will definitely be using them in the future.

Had a clogged toilet. Called a few places and was given all kinds of charges and what if scenarios. Called Robbies and was given a straight forward price. Had them come out and within an hour had everything back to normal. Easy to work with and no hidden charges. Thanks again for getting our office back to normal.

I am definitely IMPRESSED! My initial contact was with Monica, she was very patient with my many phone calls as this was an unexpected interruption to a much bigger, already expensive, project. On the day of my appt, there were some communication issues BUT when I expressed my frustration, Mike acknowledged it, owned, and made it right! When Ricardo got to my house, he too addressed my concern and got right to work with his inspection. He was honest and thorough, describing the necessary work and his recommendations. His quote beat the next lowest by $1,000, his team started the work the NEXT DAY, and finished in three days, JUST LIKE HE SAID THEY WOULD! His team (ranging from 3-4 guys each day) were Salvatore, Ozzie, Delbert, Eddie, Martin, and Angel. Every one of them were polite, respected my home and cleaned up any evidence of work ever having been done.

My neighbors who have yet to discover these issues (60 year old Cast Iron pipes) definitely will at some point and I have already recommended they call Premier Rooter & Plumbing!

The interior pictures don't fairly indicate a before/after because, like I said, they came in the middle of a much bigger project. But the front yard? My neighbors were able to see for themselves the work being done and the end result!!!

Our water heater needed replacement, It was important not only to find the best quote but we needed the work done the same day. I reached out to 10 different companies. Jacob responded within 10 minutes and had the lowest quote and could be at the house within a couple of hours. He showed up on time and explained what caused the issue
and said the work would take about three hours and the price is what we had agreed upon ( no up selling).  Don't be concerned he only has a couple of reviews, he has many years of experience and just started his own business. He did a great job, and is very personable. My wife and I are real estate agents at Compass and he is going to be one of our recommended tradesman for our clients.

I contacted James after getting a notice to complete annual testing. He was responsive, quick to test my house, and provided a report and invoice via email. I will use him next year for the same test.

John is an elite plumber. 30+ years experience in both new construction and maintenance work. He has done a few projects for me but most recently helped me renovate my shower/bath with all brand new plumbing and hardware. Thanks a lot for being a reliable and high quality contractor.. A breath of fresh air!

Chris has taken care of two plumbing issues at our house in PB, and I couldn't recommend him more. He arrives on time, is genuinely friendly, and clearly has a ton of experience plumbing. Both our shower and our toilet were leaking water and needed parts replaced immediately, and he had them both repaired and operational within minutes of the appointment. Whether we have another plumbing emergency or just run of the mill problems, Chris is our guy.

My water heater was burst and caused a constant (and worsening by the hour) dripping from a pipe outside the house. Mark showed up at my front door just one hour after my emergency call on Sunday morning. He drained the overflowing pan as a stopgap measure, gave me an estimate, and politely told me that I was free to comparison shop elsewhere for the necessary service. I was impressed by his straightforwardness. He installed a new heater the next day, redid the ventilation piping, and connected the city inspector for an appointment on Tuesday. No question I will use his service in the future.

I've been a very satisfied customer for years.  I have two properties and Powers staff always provides efficient, professional service.  Today was no exception.  Eric arrived early and took care of my plumbing needs efficiently and thoroughly!  Plumbing issues always come with a bit of anxiety for us non-handy men, but with Powers to rely on and staff such as Eric it is no sweat!  Thank you.
