Our water heater broke and I needed to replace it with a new water heater. I contacted 4-5 plumbing companies and Raul from R&J was the first one to come in person and gave me a very reasonable quote right away. I got 2 additional quotes in parallel the same day and I decided to go with Raul based on his responsiveness, knowledge and cost. No wonder R&J has only 5 star reviews. Raul contacted plumbing supply companies for me and gave me 2 options for new water heater and subsequently he ordered everything that was necessary and completed the job in time. I bought a house in UC built in 68, and it needed a lot of work, I hired Gary to come in and help with the many plumbing problems I was having. Gary came in fixed the toilets,water heater. and even ran a gas line to my fireplace way cool then when we found that it took forever to get hot water to the upstairs bath rooms he put in a watts  unit on the water heater to send hot water all the time, works great. he is knowledgeable, the nicest guy and honest. you couldn't go wrong using him for any repairs. We're redoing our kitchen and Mark was recommended to us by our contractor to do the plumbing work. He arrived on time and was friendly, courteous, and professional. I was especially impressed that he was available to come out on a Saturday to do the work. He installed all our faucets, sink plumbing, garbage disposal, dishwasher air gap, needed water lines, our remote osmosis system, gas cooktop, just everything. Plus he did a quick supply and install of a faulty hose bib we had outdoors after he finished the kitchen. On top of that, his price was reasonable for the amount of work he did.

He was great and we'll definitely call him again whenever we need plumbing help.

With plumbers, one can be very skeptical, but I took a chance and called Jesse as we needed to get a camera in a sewer line of a commercial building and Jesse answered right away and was able to meet me at the property, do the camera work and suggest to hydro jet flush the sewer lines with water pressure to clean them.

He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and prices were very reasonable.  I would recommend and use Jesse any day.

I went through an exhaustive bid process for my central heating & A/C project which I recognized was a complex and difficult install. a system that in fact was two separate systems, a standard A/C system plus a mini-split system. In fact, 3 contractors would not even bid on the project. Then THA owner Matthew arrived, listened to what I was looking for and then did a thorough inspection. Once done Matthew advised that yes my project would be challenging but, we can do it. Then I was provided with a super quote both on price and the size of the equipment that would be used. I accepted.

My project lead was Victor who along with his team was diligent, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly hard throughout. Depending on the type of project, using THA can take time to get to completion. But once done, I was very happy with the results. THA even went farther than any other contractor quote with the level of follow up detail they would do as part and after the install like removing wall furnaces, drywall repair, and painting. Most others wanted to leave that to me which was in fact, a large volume of work. I am very happy with the results THA was able to achieve all around.

As my A/C project was wrapping up I had THA plumbing start a project for me. Jeff the THA lead plumber came out and did equally phenomenal work over the course of several days at my home. He is polite, quick, efficient, and obviously knows what he's doing. A real professional who does great work! And the price for the plumbing work THA performed was quite competitive as well.

Just writing an update to give another 5 stars to Tino.  He has now been my plumber for years, taking care of every type of job imaginable and doing amazing work each time.  The most recent adventure was an emergency replacement of some valves.  I notified him late on Friday, and he was willing to drop by that Saturday morning to get it resolved.

I can't say enough good things about the quality of his work and his willing to go the extra mile to make sure absolutely everything is perfect.

Very knowledgeable and prompt plumbers. The office staff was very friendly and the job was taken care of surprisingly fast. And I felt like I got more than my money's worth. These guys are some of the cheapest around but offer great service

Yesterday l called for service for them to check up lease if property.  Tenant reported leak under the sink.  This unit has plastic pipes so l did not take a risk of handyman. I could not go on site but first, appo should be 9:00 but arrival time was around 9:40 pm.  Then l thought he explained me need to change faucet and some leaks on the pipe. Cost estimate was $679.  First l thought reasonable because of condition of pipe.  When l ask for break down it was charged faucet pick up fee of $115 also  initial check up charge of $49 was charged separately which other plumming company usually absorb with labor charge.  

I was shocked to know only replacing faucet cost $679.  Job he did looked great !  But it was very expensive.

He charged me for two tasks on my water heater that the other big brand companies were charging me 5 times as much. He is honest and I appreciate that. If you would enjoy the pleasure of seeing a artisan at work with your plumbing issue, Ron is your plumber! He has that type of incredible intuition that practically works miracles. He repaired a sudden strange problem with my tankless hot water heater, which wound up solving other issues--he truly knows how these contraptions operate. The tankless system operates better now than it ever has, but it was even more wonderful to watch him at work.

Chris did some work for me on my condo. He did a great job. He was timely and did the work for a fair price.

Mark came by and cleared a drain that was partially clogged. No-nonsense guy who did the job efficiently and provided estimates for other work I inquired about. Due to an emergency call he wasn't able to come at the originally agreed time, but he communicated this change of plans well.

I do repairs for commercial and retail locations and when my guys were stuck on a job and couldn't get out for an emergency call I was left calling plumbers for at least an hour with no responses before I found these folks.  They were available to answer my call and happy to work with my requirements.  They were on the job site within 15 minutes of me sending them the information... 15 minutes, no lie!!!  I can't even get a pizza that fast. When they showed up it turned out to be a simple issue and they were finished and had left the site within half an hour.  Janet's email response is lightning quick and the technicians are fantastically friendly. I've sent them on 3 calls since my first experience and all have been handled with the same exceptional customer service as the first.  I will definitely be calling them again.  Highly Recommended!!
