I needed help fast with renovating kitchen and bathrooms and R&J Plumbing was responsive and affordable. The service was above and beyond! I sent lists of what needed to get done and everything was addressed and affordable. The plumbing work was excellent! Very neat and tidy. If there was anything I didn't have on hand, he was prepared for it and went above and beyond to get it. He even picked up something I needed at Home Depot. Excellent service and I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you for the beautiful work! :)

Mark are Chris are the ultimate professionals in customer service. I texted Mark at 730pm on a Sunday with a plumbing request. No plumbing emergency just general plumbing issues.  I was promised a noon appointment today and at 12 sharp my doorbell rang. Chris provided services. He was friendly and efficient. Excellent workmanship done for a fair price.

With plumbers, one can be very skeptical, but I took a chance and called Jesse as we needed to get a camera in a sewer line of a commercial building and Jesse answered right away and was able to meet me at the property, do the camera work and suggest to hydro jet flush the sewer lines with water pressure to clean them.

He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and prices were very reasonable.  I would recommend and use Jesse any day.

I spoke to Tino regarding my plumbing issue, sent him a picture. He recommended to replace shut off valve & water pressure regulator for the best long term outcome.
Tino is very meticulous. He's the kind of repair person in general you would want to get. He's friendly and very thorough. He takes pride in the quality of service he provides.  He texted me 3 days later to make sure there's no leak & the valve is dry. Unfortunately, there was a leak but it was the size of a teardrop. The shut off valve was defective. Tino came back at a convenient day for both of us to replaced the shut off valve. I highly recommend California Pacific Plumbing.

We had a leak in the garage and didn't know where it was coming from. They came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and installed a new water heater. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions(and I had a lot). Once they told me the price I immediately hopped online and started making phone calls to compare. The price was very reasonable and the work was done quickly. The technician was very meticulous in his work and cleaned up after himself. I couldn't happier with both the customer service and quality of work performed. We have been planning a bathroom remodel and after looking at their website I will definitely be using them for any future projects.

Life saver, had a leak this weekend. Called out Frankie's plumbing and Frankie was here within the hour.

He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to fix the bathroom asap. Thank god because I have family in town.

This was my first time dealing with plumbing and I can tell this is the best company you can deal with Premier Rooter & Plumbing. The broker that took my phone call is super professional and almost figured out my problem over the phone. They are super responsive and available for any day or any time for the appointments. They confirmed my appointment in 2 hours and called me a soon the plumber is not the way. Really comfortable when you got busy schedule to have communication like this. The plumbers are so per nice and definitely know what they doing, inspection took him 10 min and the whole fix took about half and hour, super professional and satisfying to watch the magic of theirs. This is exactly what you looking for in a plumber someone that knows what they doing and super reliable. I'm for sure not using any other company but Premier Rooter & Plumbing the best one in town highly recommend their services!

My overall experience was disappointing.  I had a leaking water pipe, and they repaired it, but after turning back on the water, my shower valve and my neighbor's shower valve wouldn't allow the hot water to flow. Apparently calcium deposits had broken loose when the water was turned back on. My disappointment came when the owner of Genesis said we both required new shower valves at $490 (parts & labor) for each unit....nearly $1000! I called another plumber who said that it was unlikely that the valve required replacement. The other plumber fixed each shower valve for $150 (parts & labor per valve) by just replacing the cartridge.

My house has really bad plumbing and I have to rely on a good plumber every couple of months. Thus, I have tried many. But, I am now staying with this particular Guy.
