We contacted Raul through Yelp and he provided an approximate quote. We had asked him to come out to check out our pipe crack/leak and to see if he can really repair it. He came out checked it out removed some extra concrete around the pipe as we had already had the dry wall removed and pipe exposed. We hadn't used the pipe or had water flow through it for quite some time.  So he did come across an issues-had to clear the drain. Anywhoo he cut the cracked pipe and installed a new one,  checked to make sure it wasn't leaking. We noticed a small line/crack on the side of the pipe lower from where he had replaced the pipe. We had asked if it is a concern or should be changed out- he said it was not a problem right now... after he had left and we paid him $50 more than his quote- we went on with our day working around the house. When we were ready to shower and clean up we noticed the shower start to back up and the pipe he had just fixed have a leak from where we had concerns about the crack area. We had texted Raul as he had asked if anything came up and he has yet to respond or even acknowledge the message sent. Very rude to leave paying customers with a leak still even after paying him.
* also just to note*  his personal convo with my other half wasn't really appropriate either.

When Gary was not able to do our under-the-building repair job he referred us to another service who came a did it quickly and efficiently.

I really appreciate when people know what they can do and what they need to refer.

What a fantastic experience with Mark today. This guy really is efficient. He returned my text promptly with a phone call and gave me a price over the phone which seemed reasonable for the job. He showed up on time (same day) and was really very friendly and helpful when I asked him to look at a few more things. Service was above and beyond. And price was what he quoted on the phone (even after he fixed those few other things). Really great to find a reasonable, honest, and knowledgeable plumber. Jesse was prompt, highlighted what needed to be done and pointed out a couple of things I hadn't been aware of.  Also, he didn't just try to get me to replace everything with something new, but rather he listened to what I wanted to accomplish and helped me to do accomplish it if it was possible which it was.   He charged exactly what he quoted and he took care of my problem on the spot even though he had to go to 2 suppliers to find an unusual part my unit needed.  Highly recommend.

Had a new water heater installed by THA yesterday.  The technicians, William & Ismael, were very capable and efficient, and definitely went the extra mile.  The same goes for the owner, Matthew; super helpful!

He came out for  a clogged sink and leaking faucet. He fixed it and I never had to call him out  for the same problem again.  He  is   saved on my phone  for any issues I may have in the future.

I had concerns that we had a leaky pipe behind a wall of our master bedroom shower.  Thankfully, this wasn't the case but Frankie still made it out in a timely fashion, walked me through everything he was doing, and re-caulked and cleaned up better than before.  While there is an initial visit/diagnosis fee, it is deducted from any final repair quote provided if I choose to move forward with the recommended repairs.

He provided options,  showed up on time, and was very polite. I would use him again in the future.

The gentleman were not just on time, but a few minutes earlier. My drain was unclogged in a matter of minutes. They even cleaned up the little if any mess they made. I highly recommend this company.

Its the beginning of the long holiday weekend, and of course we have a backup in a high rise HOA we manage. Bill Howe came and left without fixing the problem, and I had used Genesis once before, so recommended them to fellow manager. We're moving into Spring Valley and had Ron come out a couple times to fix some things in the new (ha) house. He was thorough, patient, took time to learn what we needed done, offer options, and educate us. Then he did the work well and at a good price. He came on time, communicated promptly by phone/email, and didn't leave a mess.

He installed our water filter system which was reverse osmosis, and since I live at the beach it was rusted and really difficult to install. He did it quickly and effectively and with a smile on his face. Clearly he knows what he's doing as well as a professional plumber.

He mentioned he used to install big plumbing systems for big labs up in La Jolla. It's clear that he knows what he's doing and I would definitely use his services again.

Mark came by and cleared a drain that was partially clogged. No-nonsense guy who did the job efficiently and provided estimates for other work I inquired about. Due to an emergency call he wasn't able to come at the originally agreed time, but he communicated this change of plans well.

Great personal service.  They are awesome. This is the second(old home issues)time we've had them. I want to consider them an old home experts. I love the fact they are 5 mins from us...but the Plumbers are awesome!!!!
