At my house, he was  nice, helpful and fixed my problem. He has been my go to plumber for things around the house since then. However, since he was here this past February, for the first time in about a year, I had him fix a few things such as the leaking faucet he installed In my kitchen, due to it completely becoming unattached  from the counter, an issue with a rubber pipe from my hot water heater, and a toilet handle not working properly. ( I was a little surprised  he charged me for fixing the faucet he installed but paid it and said nothing ) I called him 2 weeks later about a drip in my bathtub and he told me I should wait a month to see if it stops. When I called him back a month later ( since it hasn't stopped and water was literally going down the drain) he told me he was out of town the next 2 weeks. After several attempts to call him without a return call, 5 more weeks passed by with my tub slowly dripping water... But he's still unavailable. We go back and forth some more and now it's June and finally able to come by. Not only does he charge me 150$ to fix a toilet handle, put in new sink handles (25 minuets total) he tells me he will not turn off my main water shut off because of the fear of what's in there. I then take off my heals after working all day, grab  a shovel and try and clear the area myself.. He says no still! He tells me he has another appointment and can't install a shower head and leaves. Takes my check, leaves 2 problems behind and goes to his next job. He gives me no revisit and to this day I
Have tried to reschedule and have to be the one to call him. He was going to come this Tuesday between 2-4, calls me at 1:45 saying he is on his way, but I am at an appointment and can't be home for 30 minutes. I give him my gate code and access to my home when I'm not there because I just want him to fix what he started. He goes to another job, says he will come after that at 5:00. No show, no returned call, and attitude when I ask him when he will call me back or return! His response.. I'm unable to sorry Do not do business with these people! I'm just simply baffled. They Take your money and treat you so poorly.

Easy scheduling. Christopher came out and fixed two plumbing issues. I noticed another problem with my toilet and he was able to come out the next day and fix the issue(non related).

Would definitely use them again for future plumbing repair or work.

Needed to clean out a clogged pipe. Jesse was super responsive and readily available. He came out and walked me through his whole process step by step. I watched the work being done. He was super professional and just downright smart within his profession. I'd highly recommend him and his crew.

I replaced a 70 year old bathroom countertop which had only one sink on the left side of a 92 inch vanity. I put two new sinks in and tried myself to connect the sinks to the one cast iron pipe in the wall. After three failures and unable to not have drips I called California Pacific Plumbing.
Tino came at the time he said he would, keeping me posted to his expected time of arrival. When Tino arrived he covered my new floor with large foam interlocking pads to protect the floor and his knees.
After replacing the old supply valves and connecting all drain pipes Tino checked for leaks over and over again. I have had many plumbing companies at this 73 year old house and California Pacific Plumbing stands above them all. A 5 star rating is not high enough.

We had a leaking copper pipe on my attic. Called BDP in the morning and they sent the tech to my home in 1 hour. It was on July 3rd, most companies were not working, but BDP had really fast reaction with my request.

Changed the 90 turn in 1 hour with good quality. I would like to give them 5 stars for this service.

In Aug 2016 I  was looking for a bid for adding an addition to my home with two new bathrooms from scratch, 2 new laundry hookups, and a kitchen remodel.  I didn't want anything tied into the existing lines and I told the rep. However, they wanted me to pay for a video inspection of existing lines to see if there were any issues prior to submitting a bid. I agreed and went with the company they recommended.  In the meanwhile I also sent them copies of the plans via email.

An Akamai rep was present during the inspection.  The inspection company then gave me a copy of the video.  Guess what?  Akamai never returned my email, or follow up calls, and never submitted a bid.  

So, I went with a different company. Turns out, that I didn't even need the inspection since the new plumbing was kept separate from the existing and only tied in at the street.  Makes we wonder if they were in cahoots with the pipe inspection company.  The inspection cost me $250.  

During this construction process I kept extensive records of all the  companies I contacted, with dates, emails, and no shows. This one stands out the most. They might do good work, but I would never know.

I had concerns that we had a leaky pipe behind a wall of our master bedroom shower.  Thankfully, this wasn't the case but Frankie still made it out in a timely fashion, walked me through everything he was doing, and re-caulked and cleaned up better than before.  While there is an initial visit/diagnosis fee, it is deducted from any final repair quote provided if I choose to move forward with the recommended repairs.

He provided options,  showed up on time, and was very polite. I would use him again in the future.

If you care enough to have the very best, Premier Rooter and Plumbing is it.  Can't say enough of the excellent service performed by John Calderon, Service Tech.  Explained my problem having my drains plugged up, he knew right away and went to work taking care of the problem.  Excellent service and good rates.  Highly recommend this company.

The water heater broke and water was flooding throughout the cottage with original red oak floors! After the tenant shut it off, towel dried the floor & put a few fans on, she notified me. At 10:00 PM, I went to Yelp for plumbing reviews. Several plumbers listed 24 hour service. Only one plumbing company, Genesis Plumbing's owner, Carlos Rojas, answered the 10:00 PM phone call. After some fact finding during our conversation, he came at 8:00 AM the next morning and removed & hauled away the old water heater, then installed the new water heater. Easy peasy! I will use Genesis Plumbing again. They deliver!!!

Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He has been in the industry for over 13 years so he definitely knows what he is talking about. He charged me for two tasks on my water heater that the other big brand companies were charging me 5 times as much. He is honest and I appreciate that. Will hang on to his contact info for future water heater jobs. Highly suggest you give him a call as well!

I haven't written any Yelp reviews that are not food related..but the service Hendricks Plumbing provided needs to be shared! The last plumber we hired was crass, loud, rude, and tried to up-sell us with a bathroom remodel he and his homies could put it (his words, not mine).

My wife found Hendricks through the internets and was immediately impressed. Ron was polite, helpful, and professional. When he arrived the next day he talked me through everything he was doing and explained the costs involved with my problem. Hendricks was quick, efficient, and seemed to really care about the customer's experience.

My family will now use Hendricks Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. Ron made himself a loyal customer.

John is an elite plumber. 30+ years experience in both new construction and maintenance work. He has done a few projects for me but most recently helped me renovate my shower/bath with all brand new plumbing and hardware. Thanks a lot for being a reliable and high quality contractor.. A breath of fresh air!

New house...New faucets! Do yourself a favor and call City Plumber. We just moved and had new countertops installed. We decided to do all new sinks and faucets. Chris was on time, professional and courteous as always. We had a Moen motion sense faucet and blanco sink installed in the kitchen. Chris configured the new piping so we have even more cabinet space now. He is coming back to do the three bathrooms and our laundry room next. We have used City Plumber a few times and the service is worth every penny for the peace of mind.

Mark came by and cleared a drain that was partially clogged. No-nonsense guy who did the job efficiently and provided estimates for other work I inquired about. Due to an emergency call he wasn't able to come at the originally agreed time, but he communicated this change of plans well.

LB Powers is great. They really know their stuff and they are nice people too. I am sure that you can find a cheaper plumber, but in my experience, you get what you pay for. A little leak can do a lot of damage.

I have had these guys come out a couple of times and they are consistently good. Today, Martin came out. He was cool, he talked to me about what he was doing while he did it so I could learn. I would reccommend them to anyone that asks.

With an old house built around the turn of the century, it is nice to have a plumber in town that works on the old stuff.

I can't say enough about these guys.
