Darrell is an honest man. He told me what to check before he came, so that I could fix the plumbing problem myself if it was easy. It ended up that the problem was what he suggested.

Chris responded promptly. He was able to locate the leak deep under the driveway concrete slab within 1-2 feet of the actual leak. The pipe was under the ground by about 4 feet deep then covered by a thick concrete slab. Excellent friendly service.

I needed a new kitchen faucet Monday, August 22.  I called Ideal and I was given a quote of $300 for the Kohler faucet that would match my existing sink and $115 for labor.  They were able to come out the same day (so, I'll change the one star to two stars).
The repairperson was on time and business-like, and I feel knew what he was doing. However, price was never mentioned until completion. He gave me the invoice and I was shocked to see the bill was $600+.  I am a Vietnam Veteran on Social Security, and money is precious to me. I believe any reputable business would advise the client if the actual price is going to be outrageously more than the  original quote. I understand quotes are quotes, but verifying the client is willing to pay $200 more should be required of a business.
I won't use them again. If you decide to use them, use caution about the quote.

After reading the response from the CEO, he obviously was not informed that I was not informed of an hourly fee, never mentioned at all. I was told the price of the faucet plus labor of $118.  I was never told about a $30 fee at all.  When I was transferred to a person for this quote it was obvious he was occupied with something else.
The response from the CEO convinces me that this company is not a company that cares for anything other than their bottom line. I revise my review to One Star.  I recommend no one trust or use this company!  $600+ for a faucet. Think about it!

Carlos responded right away, was friendly, polite, genuine, and gave me advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again, and gave me a descent price. He's the best!

Ive called this company three times now and its always been a good experience. Theyre honest and when i have a plumbing problem im not nervous about getting ripped off or lied to, which seems to be a trend with some other companies ive dealt with. i always get at least three quotes from different companies before taking on a project and i factor in customer service as well. DrainHelp always comes out on top.

Josh was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. He was able to come out on short notice and even showed up early to get the job done. I had a lot of issues with previous plumbing companies not being helpful, but PIC got things done quickly without any complications.

My first encounter with True Value was when i had an issue with the cast iron drain system going from my house to the street, it was leaking and needed to be replaced. I learned this from the inspection that i did on the house while buying it.

So i called around, got quotes, and guys came out from random companies - i wanted the best deal and the best job done, so i did my due diligence on the market.  

I called True Value Plumbing, they were recommended by someone that has hired them before, then soon after Cody showed at my house to give me a quote and check out the problem.

This gentleman was as personable and kind as can be, and that turned a nervous uncertain and stressful atmosphere that the problem created to a very comfortable one. I felt at ease and that helped me mentally a lot as the job carried on throughout the days.

I hired True Value, they were super competitive on the price and as clear as possible on what the plan of attack was.

Results:
I came out of this with a great drain system, spent within budget and mainly/my fav part i was educated on the whole process the whole time. I learned what was happening and what to expect and how to better understand the plumbing system in my house.

Fast forward a couple years and a few jobs later, and this is the only company i call for anything plumbing related.
It's the company i recommend to all my friends and Cody is the guy that never lets me or my network down.

Hire this place, they really just don't disappoint.

Alejandro was great at helping us with a variety of challenges as we prepare our 50-year-old home (in escrow) for an appraisal. Punctual, intuitive, meticulous -- from start to finish, he made things easy for us. He's bright, punctual, a great communicator, and brilliant at figuring out solutions to unique problems: we'd give him more stars if we could!

I've not used Bill Howe Plumbing in over a year, so maybe things have changed, but the last time I did use them they charged an inordinately high price to install a new showerhead and water knobs in my bathroom.  I e mailed the company and asked why the price was so high.  I got no response to my e mail, so I tried again.  Again, no response.  Any company that doesn't reply to its customers questions will never get any more business from me.

They replaced a kitchen faucet for us.  They did a great job and provided a good warranty on their work.  I will use them again and again.

The service and the quality of the water filteration was amazing. They answered all my questions and more and the very next day they came and installed everything under an hour. Great quality on the water filter and customer service. I would highly recommend.

I almost fainted when I got our $637 water bill! I had seen some suspicious puddling, but didn't do anything until I got the bill. I called Plumbing Plus at 10:30am. Corie Proctor arrived one hour later, capped off the pipe with the leak and installed a new hose bib. Very nice guy. His bill was half the amount of the water bill and we were all fixed up by 1pm.

In an age when service quality is in decline, San Diego Backflow Testing has been absolutely fantastic for me when getting the testing that I need. They make sure to take care of everything, so that you can basically sit back, relax, and just pay your invoice. I've also had situations where I got to the back flow testing late, and they made efforts to make sure and get me in before the city deadline as well. Awesome.

All City Plumbing is a quick-responding, highly organized, incredibly transparent, and exceptionally responsive organization. Over the past week alone, we have had the privilege of working with Jason, AJ, Tyler, Tony as well as multiple people in the front office, and we can't recommend them highly enough.

You hear a dripping or tapping sound, warm concrete slab, wet drywall or flooring.  Don't panic, just call CPL.  Before you go crazy and call plumbers or an insurance company if you feel that you have a leak go and shut your water off. It is most likely located in the garage or side of your home... Turn the handle slowing. If that doesn't work there is a shut off at the street.  You may also have to open your faucets on the second and bottom floor to drain all the water out of the system if you have an active leak. By the way...  I am not a licensed contractor or plumber.  I am a real estate broker who has had plumbing issues before.  Now... Back to the review.  CPL will come to your home and conduct a test to find the leak.  They are like Ghost Busters of leak detection. Very patient and polite...  They will not start cutting drywall open as they have instruments and skills to identify the problem.  At the very least you will know what to do.  My cost has been about $280 per visit and I have used them for clients homes as well.  I highly recommend you give them a call and if you don't know where your water shut off is then you should find it and show everyone in the family where it is and how to turn it off.  Lastly if you feel you have a leak don't wait to call CPL.  They will help you before you call the plumber.

Had a pretty significant leak that needed fixed. I reached out on Yelp to numerous plumbers. This company not only reached out almost immediately with availability to come out the next day. But their quote was less than any of the other companies. James was amazingly responsive and took the time to quickly respond to all my questions. The plumber that he sent out was quick to finish the project. Having had multiple leaks over the last few years this was the most efficient and quickly finished fix that we've had. 100% recommend this company and would definitely use in the future
