Be Aware of this Company! They have the worst Customer Service- Front desk lady by the name of Linda is extremely rude. I have Homeowners Warranty of America and they are the ones that sent this company for my plumbing issues, after 3 trips, and 3 No shows- (unprofessional and inconsiderate of others' time) they only fixed half the issue and expect to be paid in Full. I still had to get another plumber to fix my issue. Dealing with this Company has been a nightmare. The technicians made a complete mess in my bathroom due to not knowing how to turn Off water from the main water system. Would not recommend. I have also reported them to the BBB. As this is not the way to do business.

Good service,after we realize out hot water pipe was busted, I called couple of companies, Darell was quick to respond, he came out about 1AM fixed it, and I was able to sleep peacefully, and not have to worry about leaking pipe.

Chris responded very quickly to my request to find the mystery water leak on our private drive.  He went above and beyond to locate the leak and when we discovered we had a second leak, he responded quickly to locate that one.  Having a water leak is a stressful situation and Chris understands the urgency, unlike other companies I contacted.. He is very professional, and has pleasant personality...I highly recommended Acculine if you need leak detection.

As our friends say Ideal is a real plumber . Expensive but great service and quality.

This is quite possibly the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced it took them 3 weeks to finish a job they estimated at 3 days. They work whenever they want not caring about the customer or their time. We would attempt to call the office and would have to wait a day later for a response. Oh and I forgot to mention I still have the same problem! Better off going with a more professional company that can actually back their work up. I get contacted by the company within minutes of my review and they made sure to personally text me their response. I stand with my review and the unprofessionalism of this company! Also got to talk to talk to the owner who wanted to teach me a lesson about how difficult it is to run a business and work that business. I'm sorry I paid you to provide your services!

My hot water heater broke, so I was in need of a plumber...and fast. I found PIC Plumbing online and they had decent reviews so I called for an estimate. The guy came the very next day to give me an estimate, and they did not charge a trip fee, which I liked. The guy seemed knowledgeable, and they outbid the other 2 estimates....hired!
The following day they showed up timely as promised, and hauled out my old, broken water heater. The plumber spent a couple hours installing the new one, and presto, I was taking warm showers again!
These folks were professional, fast, and knowledgeable plumbers. They cleaned up after the job too, which is a must for me. I've already recommended PIC Plumbing to my neighbors, and will use them again.

Chris found the blockage that seemed immovable. A camera was put in the pipe and a black blockage seemed immovable.
He suggested that Hydro Jet (high powered water jet) be used to eliminate the blockage. It worked and a camera was used that visually showed the sewer pipe was Clear of obstruction out to the street. The process wasn't cheap but 20 plus years of blockage in that pipe being cleared was definitely the solution!!
All of the work was explained by Chris and the results were all correct in my opinion. Looking forward to years of free running drain lines!!

Alejandro is the best! He is communicative and tried to find the simplest cost effective solution. He has worked around my schedule and even been sensitive to my baby's naps. He does great work and I can't wait to have him do many more projects!

BILL HOWE RESTORATION SERVICES.  A very long story short, after a flood in a rental that I own, I called Bill Howe Restoration services to help come and remediate the damage.   They were completely incompetent.  
They placed drying blowers to dry the area, on TOP of a wet rug and rug pad for a period of 48 hrs- leaving the wet flooring underneath to be further damaged and require complete removal.  The logical thing to do, would have been to remove the wet rug and dry the floors underneath.    Further, my insurance company, as an unbiased 3rd party assessment, determined that the service they provided not only fell short of industry standards & practices - but actually likely caused more damage to the flooring - prolonging the experience and they stated that is was more expensive than usual.  

Up until this point, I had used Bill Howe for all my plumbing needs - but that absolutely will NOT be the case moving forward.  I strongly urge you to explore other plumbers--  a perfect example of how BIGGER is NOT better.

Yesterday- Will (techinician) came out and what we originally thought was a $200 one hour job, turned into a full day affair. Although the cost went up, he kept calling me to check in and inform me of the issues discovered, letting me know the increase in pricing per issue and even helped me find a great dryout company to come that day.

I am so thankful to have a good plumbing company that is ready and able to handle the job- no matter how complex.

And Perry execs if you read this- the poor guys iPhone got drenched and broke when he was fixing my pipe- I hope you will replace it for him! He deserves it!

Constantin is very easy to work with, he explained  how to maintain and how the water system operates, we scheduled  it and the whole operation was enjoyable easy and stress free project, its family owned, and its very important  for me to always look for good family owned company

Thank you for refunding our entire bill and the nice handwritten note.      We were not aware of the emergency situation that kept your plumbers late.  I was only told that it was a crazy day by your  office scheduler when I called.

I do understand that emergencies, but we were not specifically told why the plumbers were going to be late or given the opportunity to reschedule the appointment - and to me that indicating lack of customer care.

You went out of your way to make this right, and we appreciate it.   Looking forward to working with you in our next project.

Such a professional and friendly company! I was very frustrated after being flaked on a couple times by other companies, so when I found San Diego Backflow Testing I was very satisfied. They were super professional and very fast to respond and get the job done! Jen got back to me right away when I called and when Adam showed up he was a nice guy, really knew what he was doing, and took care of my needs from start to finish. I was so relieved to finally get this level of service and not have to wait to get a call back!

My husband and I had an issue with our bathtub and kitchen sink backing up whenever we used the washing machine. It had gotten so bad it pretty much went from a slow drain to a no drainage with black sediment coming up. We called All City Plumbing and the receptionist was super sweet and helpful (wish I remembered her name to give her props too). Anyhoo,  Justin Kincaid was sent out to assist and he was just phanomanol. Very professional, knew what he was taking about,  kind, and all around a great guy that got the job done. Very happy to report because of the excellent work that Justin did, (it seemed like it was no cake walk) our tub and sink no longer back up when we use the washer.

I had a bathroom leak somewhere behind shower tile wall and had another leak detection company come out and they were unable to locate it. CPL leak detector Mark spent three hours here exploring all possibilities including flooding the outside yard, watering the roof and checking in attic, putting a video camera through a cut out of wall above shower.  He was able to locate leak behind shower wall related to hot water valve. My insurance company was satisfied with his work and proceeded with my claim. He came out immediately on a Friday afternoon and worked until he found it. He was professional, explained everything and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this company, call them first!

I REALLY appreciated Jim & Mike's willingness to squeeze me in for a look before their next appointment.  Didn't try to $ell me anything.  

So, Mike felt confident that he could knock it out without being (late) for next appt.  His price was Very Competitive (of the plumber's that actually provided an estimate).

Turns out the clogged line has a lot more build-up than just the expected ground orange peels.  He forged ahead, and still knocked it out in under an hour.  It was nasty stuff !

Gave him all the cash that I had, which covered the Svc Call and maybe a burger or burrito.  I'll definitely call upon them in the future for a more thorough Hydro clean.
