E-drains is my favorite plumber to call! They are easy and quick to schedule and their pricing is really competitive. Ahmad was the best! He was so professional, responsive and communicative and clearly explained my options and answered my questions. Very grateful for him and this company!

I have no idea what I'm doing with plumbing issues so called Ideal.  Dustin and Randy came out and fixed everything pretty quick and we're very professional. Had a drop in water pressure at my house and I was worried I had a leak somewhere. I submitted an inquiry on their website late at night and they called me at 8 o'clock the next morning and the tech was here at 9 o'clock in the morning and all he needed to do was adjust the pressure valve. They only charged me a diagnostic fee to just the valve and make sure there was no other leaks.

Called 2 weeks ago for a clogged 3 storm drain from the side yard to the street. Asked what the show up cost was- no show up cost, we will give you an estimate once we see the situation.
Pulled up towing what looked like a New Hydro Jetting trailer that could barley make it up our steep drive way. Looked like a lot of new overhead. Ali informed me they were going to Hydro Jet the 50' foot line, even though I knew that the problems were roots up top 3' from the basin,at the side yard and stated so.
Prognosis- roots had invaded and blocked the 3 corrugated line and the cutter blade would more that likely tear up the line. Understood. Solution would be to saw cut across 30' of driveway and replace basin box, ABS pipe. Estimate $5k. Advised I would have to think it over and talk to my chief financial officer (my wife).Q. How much to I owe you for today?-A.$500.00.Uh? Usually $640.00 for Hydro treatment, but since it did not clear, $500.00.Asked why I wasn't given an estimate BEFORE Hydro Jetting. Refundable if I go with the Full Monty of $5k.  Paid under direst. I called back to complain, informed after rains would contact and try using the cutter blade as temp solution. no call. Ended up having the Full Monty done by someone else for $2500.00.

My tech arrived early, found the source of the leak in my bathroom sink, and fixed it in no time. He was professional and courteous.

Cody, who is very friendly and personable, removed an old water filtration system I had that had outlived its usefulness. He did an outstanding and very professional job and was very fair in what he charged.  Last year, when I had a tankless water heater installed, I wish I had used True Value Plumbing instead of one of the big name local plumbing outfits I went with that charges A LOT.  Guess that's how they pay for their advertising. I highly recommend True Value Plumbing, a veteran owned and operated company.

My entire 200 foot long water pipe from the water meter to my house needed replacing and Bill Howe took care of the project efficiently with wonderful customer service!  It was an expensive project, but I felt well taken care of along the way.  Alex in the office made sure that I had access to water through a 200' long hose while the new copper pipe was being laid which took several days. Armando and Jason in the field always called ahead to let me know they were on the way.  They communicated on the job whenever I had questions. They did their best to repair the landscaping that had to be dug up for the trench and I am very pleased with the result.  If you want professionals who know what they're doing, make you feel like a valued customer, and communicate well, give your business to Bill Howe.

Delbert came out today (within a couple of hours of calling) to help us with a clogged toilet. He was so professional and friendly!  I will absolutely use them again and refer them to friends and family!  Thank you Perry Plumbing!!

Everybody knows that one of the best things you can do for your body is keep it hydrated. I noticed that I wasn't drinking as much water as I should and I know if my water tastes better, I'm likely to drink more of it. Moreover, the drink of choice in our home is WATER.  It's been on my radar to buy a drinking water filtration system for some time. I finally bit the bullet and am so glad I found this company! I cannot say enough good things. They are the REAL DEAL. Eugene arrived on time, did a clean job, was respectful of my home, had all the supplies he needed, and was honest and caring. I will shout their name from the rooftop of my house for anyone to use them that has water filtration needs. P.S. They even drilled a hole in my granite for the water dispenser! Knowledgeable and courteous. I also felt that the price was fair. Eugene said they offer a maintenance service to test water, replace filters, and clean the tank- I plan to use it. My family and I are worth it.

Rip off! I was verbally informed by Veronica their costs were to keep them afloat. Took two days for someone, Veronica, to return a phone call regarding our charges.

San Diego Backflow was great!  We had a leak with our backflow on Saturday which meant turning off the water to the pool. I sent them a request and within 10 minutes Jen had emailed me back and within an hour of us exchanging emails/texts, Adam was out fixing the problem.  It probably took less than an hour and they called to let me know when it was done since I was offsite.  Extremely professional and I was so grateful they came out so quickly.

This company was so very helpful. I had another company come out to find a leak and they couldn't find it. The ladies in the office had me scheduled immediately and CPL came right out and within 15 the leak was found and marked with the depth as well.
I would definitely recommend them . Professional, quick, and have the beast equipment for finding the problem.

I highly recommend MasterCraft Plumbers! They re-did my master bathroom. The work they did was extremely clean and professional. The staff was very friendly and on-time. If/when I need plumbing work in the future, they will definitely be my first call!
