Be Aware of this Company! They have the worst Customer Service- Front desk lady by the name of Linda is extremely rude. I have Homeowners Warranty of America and they are the ones that sent this company for my plumbing issues, after 3 trips, and 3 No shows- (unprofessional and inconsiderate of others' time) they only fixed half the issue and expect to be paid in Full. I still had to get another plumber to fix my issue. Dealing with this Company has been a nightmare. The technicians made a complete mess in my bathroom due to not knowing how to turn Off water from the main water system. Would not recommend. I have also reported them to the BBB. As this is not the way to do business.

Darrell helped me install a new receiver in my fan. His quote was the best of many that I received and he was very accommodating to my schedule changes. On day of installation he followed up on when he would arrive at my house and was very respectful of my house. He even took off his shoes before entering our house. In general great experience and would recommend.

Chris the owner of Acculine Leak Detection saved the day for me.  I had a bad water leak under my house that was costing me $100s a day from the gas and water department.  He came out the day I called him and gave me a competitive bid.  He explained everything to me in easy to understand terms and I trusted him immediately.  I am disabled in a wheelchair on a low income and a severe emergency for me as I had to turn the water off.  He came the next day with the equipment to find the leaks and checked the entire house.   He started work that day with an assistant and they worked two full days to reroute the pipes through the attic which also saved me much money.  It was in El Cajon, CA which is extremely hot so it was a very difficult job.  He is friendly, kind, caring, very respectful, He is  professional and really knows his trade. His written bill spells out his warranty so I feel secure about the transaction.  He is the epitome of a professional and I highly recommend him!  J. H. El Cajon

Last Easter Sunday the valve in back of the toilet broke. I was getting ready to leave on vacation but had a flood to deal with! Ideal was the only company that was willing to come on a Sunday holiday to fix it. The repair man came right away and had it fixed very quickly. I was so grateful!

Carlos is quick to respond, knowledgeable, and he does an excellent job maintaining quality while saving cost. We are very satisfied with the plumbing he did for us in our bathroom. He went the extra mile to help us make an old fixture work so we still had a shower while our main bathroom was down. It was a life-saver. Thanks Carlos!!!

When I had problems with my sewer line, I called Ali and Franco.  Whenever I called Ali, he responded right away.  I had to replace a section of my sewer pipe from under my neighbor's house to the city connection!!  Franco and his guys were there every day for a week, digging in my neighbor's yard and underneath their home in the tiny crawl space!!!  They completed the job as scheduled, with minimum interruption to my neighbor, who was kind enough to allow us to do the work right away.  Everything has worked perfect since the work.  This was a very difficult job to do, and Franco pulled it off!!  Ali was great to work with, and very understanding of my problem.  I received 5 quotes from different companies, and the other's wanted to charge me from $19,000 to $27,000!!!!  When Ali came in with a better price, I was totally confused, but he explained to me why the difference in pricing, and I believed him.  I am glad I did.  He answered all my questions, and explained everything he would do.  Ali gave me the best price, and came through for me under a difficult situation.  Thank you Ali and Franco!!!!!

PIC came out on a Saturday with short notice to fix a hose bib that wouldn't shut off. PIC was courteous, efficient and good value for money.

I rarely come on these platforms to leave reviews, but coming on here to leave one for True Value Plumbing is certainly worth it to me. My mom lives in a very old house in San Diego and recently had a pipe burst in her bathroom and was panicking as you would imagine. She called me over and I did my research and heard great things about this company so I reached out and spoke with Cody. He was very professional and friendly and eased my mind on what work needed to happen. Naturally I was concerned a company would try and hustle my mom and say she needed all this additional work done. But Cody was straight forward and gave us a great price and the work was phenomenal and have had no problems. If your looking for an honest, reliable plumbing company True Value Plumbing is the only way to go!

Alejandro was awesome to work with. He relocated some cabinets in my garage to make room for a home gym. Also helped with a few other pop ups that came up throughout the job. Great to work with, good communication, showed up on time, professional quality work.

I have had this company service my HVAC and help me determine what size piping was needed to accommodate additional natural gas demand for a new pool heater. Scheduling the appointments was very easy and I was pleasantly surprised how responsive they were. The technicians displayed good workmanship and I plan continuing to use them for any future HVAC or plumbing needs.

We had a slow drain backing up into the shower and needed a plumber.  Called Perry Plumbing yesterday and received timely, excellent service from their tech, Will.  He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.  

We've used Perry Plumbing on a larger project for a complete sewer line replacement six months ago.   Their employees, Mike and Delbert, were so helpful, professional, and knew exactly what to do in order to replace our collapsed cast iron pipe system.  

This is a great company and we highly recommend them.

We recently moved to a new house and inherited an old water softener that didn't work anymore. I contacted WPS to get a quote. They got back to me immediately, responded very patiently to all my questions, and were very quick in setting up an in-home consultation. David laid out all our options and provided useful information on the differences between them. They came to install the whole house filtration system + drinking water system a couple of weeks after the initial consultation. It's been almost two weeks and we are very happy so far. The water quality has significantly improved and we notice a huge difference now when we run the dishwasher or the washing machine. I highly recommend WPS for their responsiveness, professionalism, and reasonable pricing.

Very unprofessional and unprepared worker showed up to our house just to do a routine cleaning of our hot water tanks. During the appointment time frame, he was simply sitting outside in his service truck for half an hour clearly trying to put off the appointment for as long as possible. Upon coming into our home and informing him that our two tankless water heaters were located in the attic, the worker seemed very unhappy with this and claimed he only had a six foot ladder and was not able to go into the attic, but when I offered him my ten foot ladder he refused to use it, and then also stated that this would be a two person job and would need to reschedule. However, we've had this kind of service done before and only one man performed it! The worker simply just did not want to take on the job and had a very lazy disposition. I would not use this company or recommend their services to anyone.

In an age when service quality is in decline, San Diego Backflow Testing has been absolutely fantastic for me when getting the testing that I need. They make sure to take care of everything, so that you can basically sit back, relax, and just pay your invoice. I've also had situations where I got to the back flow testing late, and they made efforts to make sure and get me in before the city deadline as well. Awesome.

My underground pipe decided to went bananas a day before Christmas eve. After an extensive Google research, I did call All City Plumbing for estimate and repair. Customer service was very informative on how the whole process going to be (confirmation email/text, and they also text me the picture of the tech for inspection day. Lucky that they are able to send Taylor on the next morning after I call. Taylor was super professional, he made sure that my HOA was on board and called 811 dig-alert before he start digging my pipe. Taylor came back the a couple days after the first visit to do the job along with Mike. Taylor and Mike were able to get everything lay down and get my water running on the same day. They even throw a new regulators for my unit and adjust my water pressure as well. Both are very detail oriented and able to answer all my questions regarding the job. Thanks again Taylor, Mike , and AllCity Plumbing.

Amazingly good work by Donny the technician who came and located the exact leak and the pipe layout. He gave me tips on what to look for in the plumbing fixes that I would need to do.

Master Craft Plumbers are amazing and we will never use anyone else.    My husband called yesterday and talked to James and he set up an appointment  for Thursday.  James called back this morning and said they could come out today and we said great!   JEREMY  showed up in 20 minutes and introduced  himself and  went to work fixing our toilet.  He had it fixed within an hour and we couldn't  be happier  having it done so quickly.  Jeremy was so nice and explained everything  to us.  It was a nice experience  dealing with Master Craft and we were so pleased with Jeremy.
