I hired Darrell to work on three bathroom faucets. He was professional, nice, approachable and polite. He arrived 15 minutes early.
He did a very good job in removing the old faucets and installing the new ones. The installation of the three faucets was nice and clean
He checked everything to make sure no leaks. He cleaned (wiped and vacuumed)the work area.
Overall quality of work was very good.
I strongly recommend him.

Chris came even on a holiday weekend. He was able to detect the water leak efficiently and explained very clearly to us the issues. i have been using their service over a decade and all my experience with them were the most efficient and honest. they are not the cheapest company in San Diego, but you will save your time on service comparing to others and you know they know what they are doing.

Fantastic job!! Twice now we've used Carlos at 805 Plumbing and both times he has gone above and beyond to help us. Most recent was this week - we woke up to find a burst outdoor pipe leading to a hose bib spraying water all over our side yard. Called Carlos and within 2 hours he was at our house and working on the repair. The repair was tricky and he needed to head out to the hardware two different times because the plumber who originally installed it had done a poor job, but Carlos fixed it!!

The first time we used Carlos was 3 years ago and I should have reviewed him then - my bad!  We had a water leak in our kitchen and it ruined our hardwood floors. The pipe had a slow leak and had been leaking for 3 days before we saw it and by that time the floors were were ruined and we just needed the water to stop so we could begin ripping up the floors. Carlos arrived and repaired the leak and by that time it was 6PM. He was getting ready to leave, our house was a mess, and my young daughter came out of our garage and said she thought she heard water running in the garage. Carlos walks in the garage with me and our water heater had also developed a leak! Carlos calmly went out to his truck to get his tools again, went to Home Depot to buy us a new water heater, and installed it that night so we would be able to have hot water again! Superb customer service and we will definitely be using Carlos for all of our future plumbing needs!

Happy Plumbing was able to get me an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Issue was fixed quickly and price was about standard. Efren was the technician and he was very communicative.

Ali's crew just finished a major job at our house and they did a fantastic job!  Ali initially came to evaluate the problem, scope the pipe with a camera and give an estimate.  He charged much less than 2 previous estimates from other companies.  He assured us the work would be completed in 2 days and he kept his word.  The cast iron pipe had collapsed from roots and sewage had backed up in our tub.  It was a big, messy job.

Freddy and other crew members worked throughout the day to dig up all the pipe in our back yard and under the house.  They replaced the old pipe, filled in the hole and cleaned up so everything was actually in nicer shape than when they started.  Anytime we asked them questions they graciously took whatever time needed to answer us and made sure we were completely satisfied before continuing.  It was 2 days of heat, yet I never once heard them complain or take long breaks.  They worked hard and the end result was really great!  Everything fixed perfectly!

I would highly recommend this company for any drain or plumbing needs.  I'm so relieved we chose them.  Their work was professional and competent, their customer service was excellent and they did everything they promised on time.  I'm telling my family & friends about them and we'll use them from now on for any plumbing issues.  I really want to thank Ali, Freddy and all the crew for a job well done!!!

I had heard that Bill Howe was a reputable plumbing company but in the end they proved they aren't just reliable but that they stand fully by their high quality work standards.
Bill Howe P has a number of seasoned long time plumbing professionals who really do know their business.Not that any company is perfect.There are no bargains here at 135 dollars an hour.Some projects will be assigned a flat rate which I prefer.
However they are a premium plumbing service company that is 100% reliable.They did make some mistakes on my last job and came back twice After their assessment they fixed their errors did a fantastic job and get this refunded in full 100% of my money for the mistakes both parts and labor!!!OMG
It takes Americas most reliable companies to let consumers buy with that kind of confidence.They will be doing 100% of my future work going forward and all my upcoming bathrooom renovations.
My friend hired somebody off Craigs List to do some plumbing and while certainly less money the guy is a nightmare.He messed up the job and there is little recourse.
You pay a premium with Bill Howe but you know everything was done first class by folks that care.They are worth every dime you pay

Plus, he's got one heck of a sense of humor!

Sergio wasted no time in getting to work. He tackled our clogged drain and removed the stubborn auger with remarkable efficiency and thoroughness. But wait, there's more! We asked Sergio if he could replace our corroded garbage disposal, and he gladly obliged. Not only did he install the new one, but he also reworked the kitchen piping under the sink to ensure a perfect fit. Talk about going the extra mile!

Overpriced for the service. We were quoted material $145, Helper labor $709, and Plumber labor  $1295 Total job $2149  for one cold water access valve about 10 ft distance. We expected the job to take all day and be quite extensive however time is not of the essence after biding the job at 8am and calling to get estimates then off to get lunch. These guys started at 12pm and finished about 4pm. Their fees are excessive you'll pay $500/hour for 4 hours of work. We called to inquire if the invoice could be broken down with hourly costs and supply costs so the Service Manager Randy Porter could review the invoice. They said that they could not. Crazy for such a long established business to not be able to provide a customer with the reasoning for why their fees are exorbitant.

Such a professional and friendly company! I was very frustrated after being flaked on a couple times by other companies, so when I found San Diego Backflow Testing I was very satisfied. They were super professional and very fast to respond and get the job done! Jen got back to me right away when I called and when Adam showed up he was a nice guy, really knew what he was doing, and took care of my needs from start to finish. I was so relieved to finally get this level of service and not have to wait to get a call back!

Paul, from All City Plumbing, came and did a fantastic job fixing a persitant leaky faucet that no one else could fix. It seemed like a simple job however the pedestal sink needed to be removed, the trap replaced, new faucet installed and the sink reassembled. The sink is sturdier than before and  caulked to perfection. I am more than satisfied with the work done. Paul was on time, professional, highly competent and honored the estimate. He was friendly and patient as we had a full house and Halloween festivities underway.

My first yelp review and I'm doing it because I think they deserve it.  Having a slab leak is not exactly a fun experience.  Someone recommended CPL and I have to say I was incredibly happy with their service, talking me through everything, the education and effort.  The tech (JC) found the leak, mapped the loops, told me everything I needed to know for the plumbers and honestly couldn't have done more.   As customer service seems to be a dying art, it was nice to have someone who genuinely wanted to help.   Making a crappy situation good, can't ask for more, no pun intended.

Mastercraft is awesome!  Easy scheduling via Yelp. Jeremy and Silouan came, replaced faucets, gave me great advice, and executed all services with professionalism and speed.  Best plumbing service I've ever witnessed.  Def will utilize Mastercraft again in future, if I need plumbing service.
