Chris the owner of Acculine Leak Detection saved the day for me.  I had a bad water leak under my house that was costing me $100s a day from the gas and water department.  He came out the day I called him and gave me a competitive bid.  He explained everything to me in easy to understand terms and I trusted him immediately.  I am disabled in a wheelchair on a low income and a severe emergency for me as I had to turn the water off.  He came the next day with the equipment to find the leaks and checked the entire house.   He started work that day with an assistant and they worked two full days to reroute the pipes through the attic which also saved me much money.  It was in El Cajon, CA which is extremely hot so it was a very difficult job.  He is friendly, kind, caring, very respectful, He is  professional and really knows his trade. Ideal has just replaced my hot water heater, the pressure regulator to my condo unit, the shut off valve to my unit and the innards of a fussy toilet. They did a great job, and though they are not the cheapest choice around, they stand by their work and it is always first quality. i appreciate the fact that my garage floor was cleaner after they replaced the water heater then it was before they started work. Anytime I have had a large job that I wanted done, I have called Ideal for almost 30 years.

Carlos is great! Needed to get rid of old plastic piping and replaced with copper piping. Carlos took a week to do the job just as he had mentioned and we are happy with the result. Very nice guy and workmanship was top notch. Would recommend again. This guy knows his stuff, great plumber, called him for this job because was so impressed when he came to fix a leak I had about 3 weeks earlier.

Blake and Travis are the best !! Good peeps. Happy plumbing was recommended through my property management. My washer and dryer hookup was a disaster to begin with and they worked through everything efficiently and got it all done. I will use them again in the near future to replace some more of my water valves in the kitchen and bathroom. Fair prices , nice people. For my first plumbing experience on my own , they walked me right thru it. THANKS GUYS!!!

I called PIC Plumbing about an emergency issue with a leaking water heater in a rental unit.  Marco was quick to respond and arranged for a plumber to check out our situation in a timely manner.  This was particularly appreciated because I had already checked with several other companies who were unable to send anyone out until two to three days later. Great job!  PIC will be the first company I call the next time I need a plumber.

Chris found the blockage that seemed immovable. A camera was put in the pipe and a black blockage seemed immovable.
He suggested that Hydro Jet (high powered water jet) be used to eliminate the blockage. It worked and a camera was used that visually showed the sewer pipe was Clear of obstruction out to the street. The process wasn't cheap but 20 plus years of blockage in that pipe being cleared was definitely the solution!!
All of the work was explained by Chris and the results were all correct in my opinion. Looking forward to years of free running drain lines!!

Alejandro is professional, polite, and conscientious.  I will use his services again and again.  Specifically, he called me back within 10 minutes after I left a message and was able to provide a quote within a day.  He actually started the work the next day and finished it in a reasonable amount of time.  He is neat and clean; most handyman services leave a lot for me to clean up, but he didn't.
He is a great communicator and very pleasant.  I can't say enough positive things about him!

Bill Howe, you have a great team. We had Mike Reif over at the house today, to look at our system in a new home we just purchased. I have had other quotes on updating this system, and Mike was the most genuine and honest person of them all. He was helpful in educating me on what the issues are and could be. I wanted to install a RO system under my sink because the water in PQ is terrible.  I wanted the same system that I had in my other house and WPS ordered it for me without issue.  Eugene came out for installation as soon as the equipment came in.  I was a little concerned about drilling a hole into the granite counter top but Eugene had no problem.  Thanks for a great job WPS.

They installed a water heater for us 7 years ago and when it became necessary to add a gas line to the laundry room, they were who we turned to.

Within hours of our call David Berber was at our door to estimate the job.

The next day he returned and got to work. Another technician, Nate Lopez, was finished with another job and came to help.

The job was completed in a very workmanlike fashion. We are most pleased.

Extra credit was earned by the company's customer communications. They send a text and email to let you know the tech is on the way. You can even follow his progress to your home by tapping the imbedded link.

Phone communication with the office was always courteous and satisfactory.

The company has imbued in their employees a commitment to customer service. That's what sets them apart.

San Diego Backflow was great!  We had a leak with our backflow on Saturday which meant turning off the water to the pool. I sent them a request and within 10 minutes Jen had emailed me back and within an hour of us exchanging emails/texts, Adam was out fixing the problem.  It probably took less than an hour and they called to let me know when it was done since I was offsite.  Extremely professional and I was so grateful they came out so quickly.

We've used All City Plumbing for a few years now and their service techs provide good communication and always follow up. We've had several of them: Miguel, Andrew, Paul just to name a few. Unfortunately we have so many plumbing issues bc our pipes are so old but glad to be using them!

I had Jason and David come out to one of the jobs I'm running to find a leak and they were very professional and intelligent on what they were doing and working on very pleased with the service will use and recommend CPL For all of my leaks and services

All I can say is...everything! Mastercraft Plumbers were outstanding! They were on time, pleasant, articulate, knowledgeable, friendly...and all the things you'd want from a company. Furthermore, the job was a tough one: main line from the street burst in my front yard (5 feet down)!! Tough repair, but these guys got it done. I couldn't be happier and I strongly recommend Mastercraft Plumbing!!
