Nobody else wanted to do the work on a Sunday evening, which was understandable. Monika answered me very quickly, and had Ahmad here within a half hour.
Ahmad was awesome! He figured out the problem quickly and went right to work. Within an hour, my stress level went from over the roof to nil. He was extremely kind, professional and very knowledgeable. I learned a lot from him.
Thank you E-drains!! Thank you Ahmad!

Darell was available quickly which worked out for my needs. Did a great job fixing a gutter and kept the site clean. Easy to get a hold of, very responsive on keeping me up to date on when he would be able to come by. Was on time and got the job done.

Our water bill doubled during the most recent billing cycle and suspected a water leak. Called a couple of plumbing and leak detection companies with great Yelp reviews and all provided me with competitive estimates. Selected Acculine Leak Detection and Chris came by for the detection and gave me the option to replace the leaking pipe. Chris and his plumbing crew took care of the issue for only one day. So far no issues after a few days. Because of quality workmanship and reasonable cost, I highly recommend Chris for all leak detection and plumbing needs.

We have used Ideal for electrical, plumbing and A/C service calls for the past 9 years. On the hottest day of the year (so far) our A/C stopped blowing cool air. Less than 5 minutes after scheduling an appointment for service Melissa rang us back; said she reviewed our service calls from when the home was being rented out and found the condenser breaker was tripped last year. When everything else is running why would I think breaker? Sure enough, that breaker was tripped again and Melissa saved us the trouble of suffering through a hot holiday weekend. Thank-you Melissa for the reliable, friendly and proactive service!

805 plumbing has the best customer service I have yet to experience when dealing with plumbing issues. Carlos installed my water heater and brought it to Code. He was very quick and reliable in his service. He is so polite and explains everything thoroughly and his work is perfect. He gives the best deal Possible and gets the job done quickly.

Efren came the first time about my leaky kitchen faucet with a loose handle. He advised me to contact Moen for the (free) parts. The parts arrived yesterday and today Efren fixed my faucet. It's perfect, he's a gem, I'm happy.

unfortunately their diagnosis was to spend $875 to replace a small pipe that was clogged and unreachable due to the connector having previously been installed upside down by someone else, -the price included a properly installed connector as well-. having said that, i found their manner very agreeable and professional, + there was no charge as advertised since the issue wasn't solved. if i strike the lottery tomorrow i would not hesitate to call them back, since the issue remains unresolved to this day! very pleasant hardworking people!

Talked to PIC at night, Pablo arrived first thing in the AM to clean a kitchen drain. Got it fixed promptly and at a reasonable price. Fast and very professional. PIC provides top-notch service.

True Value plumbing is a class act! My toilet was flooding, and I didn't want to risk any water damage, so I called, and they sent Cody out immediately. He gave me a quick and cost-efficient quote to fix everything. I ended up having to redo piping under my house, which I thought would take a couple of days and cost an arm and a leg. Cody and his crew knocked it out in one day. Unbelievable customer service and made a stressful situation quick and easy! I will never go anywhere else for my plumbing needs! Thank you, Cody!

I called Alejandro yesterday for a late minute fix to my condo and he was able to come in and make it happen along with some small items that I needed to get done. Very nice guy and super helpful! Highly recommend!

We had a plumbing problem in our home. Steven Winsett was dispatched to our home. We had never worked with him but have been long time, loyal customers of Bill Howe Plumbing for residential and commercial, for years. We thought we had an insoluble problem and were concerned. Steven did an outstanding job; followed up; diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was very responsive; on time; professional and we owe him, and BHP, a great deal of gratitude. He is an outstanding representative of your company.

Had them come out to fix a leak in my bathtub faucet and replace a sink faucet as well. They were here just over an hour and was charged over $1,100. The sink faucet replacement alone was $475 charge just for labor since I supplied the faucet. This took them most of their time and the other was a simple fix which cost even more. Brandon was great! But this place over charges more then any place I have ever seen. Not to mention the sink faucet that I had purchased and had them install leaks now. But since it's not one of theirs they won't do anything about it so I still have to get the issue resolved myself. Will never use this company again and would recommend looking anywhere else!

These guys are the best! Arrived on time, did everything fast and were very professional. They installed reverse osmosis system with water softener and I got 10% off! Definitely recommend!

Sucks to have stuff break in your home but old age does that to plumbing (and to people too right). I found Plumbing Plus through 800-Appliance (as they don't do plumbing work FYI). I called PP and a nice woman, Kelly, picked up the phone.
I explained the pipes in the house would grumble/moan when you flush toilets, turned on tub, etc. I thought maybe it was due to cold temps lately. But we knew it was probably the water pressure regulator. She said to change it out would be $350-370 or so. The estimate is free so that's a plus right there as I feel most plumbing companies charge a fee just to come out.
She sent Isiah a few days later who came within the two hour time frame.
Isiah was great. He was knowledgeable, patient (because this typer right here asks ALOT of questions), and funny. He let me watch him change the regulator and it was fascinating. He did the swap out with ease and care. He tested it afterwards and also tested the water heater (the pressure originally was 110 and it went down to 65 with the new regulator).
I also appreciated Isiah as he gave me a few tips with my bathroom sinks. He even helped me extract some of the gross gunk in the drain.
Don't forget the $25 coupon on their website. That came in handy today.
I would recommend this company, especially Isiah. We have a few other plumbing issues but will wait on fixing them (gotta save money for Xmas gifts this season). But we now know who to call once it's time to upgrade or switch out certain faucets/etc.

They are ok, expensive for test and quite expensive for repairs. They came a day before (knew it later) they were scheduled to be, I guess that may be ok but having clear information is useful.

Had an issue with an install. These guys came out and handled the issue so well that i requires attention. Nick was more than awesome. Gave me some freebies for me troubles and some really good advice. I am more than satisfied. I noticed I had a warm spot on my floor in my kitchen. I called a plumber out, after he looked around he told me that I was going to need a leak detector and recommended CPL. I called them and they were able to send out a technician the same day. When the technician Mark, arrived, he was very kind and polite. He explained to me that first he was going to listen to all my pipes hot and cold to determine which pipe was leaking. It wasn't long before he determined that it was my hot line to my kitchen sink that was leaking. He then explained to me that he was going to locate the line to determine the path the line takes to get to the kitchen. After he located the line he then listened and checked the line for leaks. He marked a square about the size of 2 tiles in my kitchen and told me that's where the leak is. I had my plumber come out the next day to dig up where CPL marked the leak and it was exactly where Mark had marked it. I was very satisfied with CPL's service and professionalism and would definitely recommend them.

Leaking water pipe on a Saturday, Christmas eve! I called around to several plumbers, got their answering machine or service, and nobody phoned back. Then I called Mastercraft Plumbers and Brett actually answered the phone. He was at home (I could hear the kids in the background) and contacted their man in the field to see if he could undertake the job today, but he couldn't. So he phoned me back to apologize (there was no need--it was Christmas eve!) and offered me an appointment for Wednesday, four days out. I didn't make that appointment, hoping I might find someone who could come by sooner. A few minutes later Brett called back to say he could get someone out on Tuesday. I took it.
I can't say enough about this company's rapid, friendly and helpful response to my problem. They will be my go-to for all my future plumbing needs.
