We've been using CSR for a few years now very happy with the work they've done. Fast response time if you call and don't get someone directly they will return your call within a few hours. Very reliable and professional all of there plumbers are great at what they do. I would recommend CSR to anyone that needs plumbing work and wants the job done right. Great company highly recommended.

We had a leak in our kitchen drain. Messaged AAP from Yelp at about 9:30PM. By 9:50PM, they had got back to me, and we had set up an appointment for noon the next day. The tech, Niko, showed up on time. He was very pleasant, and obviously knew what he was talking about. Bottom line: he cut out some stucco from the exterior wall, identified the leak, and gave me a quote to fix it. I accepted. He went to a big box store for some parts, came back, and fixed it. It involved his sitting in the sun for 2-3 hours, which he did without complaint. We tested it; everything good. Before he left, he recommended a water damage repair company, and also someone to fix the hole in the stucco. All in all, excellent service. I hope not to have more plumbing problems but, if I do, I won't hesitate to contact AAP.

Needed to replace some PEX shark bites with copper stubs, previous owner didn't do a good job with the piping. Jose came out, punctual, friendly, explained what he will do and showed his work.

Aaron is pretty good with scheduling and communicating but there can be a little delay in response (1 day or so)

Core plumbing recently determined that we had a slab leak, and rather than going thru a very expensive and time consuming process of trying to find the leak that due to the age of our home (built in 1967) it would be in our best interest to repipe the house and run all the lines thru the attic. This was not an inexpensive option either but in the long run we also believe it to be the best option.
Their work was as professional as I've ever seen, and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. They were always on time  and very well organized, and the people they used were very respectful and courteous. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks!

Family run business. Debbie (Justin's mom) answers yelp questions rapidly and accurately, very kind and considerate. Amount quoted was what I paid.
Justin was honest and on time, very knowledgeable and performed quick reliable repair (replaced faucet and angle stops).
I had a minor drip after angle stops were replaced (1 drop over the course of the day) which I thought was just due to water that may have been in the supply lines when they were reconnected. I called Debbie to make her aware of the issue, and told her it was so minor, I wanted to monitor for a few days. Debbie said leaks do not get better and she'll send Justin back out to see what needs to be done. Again, he showed up on time, simply tighten the connection a little and so far, no leaks.
Would highly recommend this plumber (and Debbie) and I wish I could find more reliable home repair people like Five-star plumbing (be aware Five-star plumbing differs from 5-star plumbing also located in San Diego).

Fred to the rescue again!! After we moved into our house a few months ago, Fred came to do some plumbing work (hooked up our sink, installed disposal, connected dishwasher and air gap at a great price)-we found him based on his awesome reviews on YELP, and he did not disappoint.

Fast forward 4 months and one of our A/C units konked in, with another heat spell arriving tomorrow, we didn't hesitate to call Fred yesterday and he arrived as promised today. He fixed our unit, gave us some helpful tips, and his fee was very reasonable. American Ace is the go-to place in SD for A/C and plumbing work-hands down!!! Thank you again, Fred.

Manny and his team were very professional and efficient.  We had some timing problems and Premier worked with us to expedite the repair time on very short notice - that was very much appreciated.  We would be happy to call Premier back again for future plumbing repairs.

These guys are great! They are extremely fair, prices are reasonable and they really do care about their customers. I had another plumber basically just disappear when we needed his help with our tankless water heater and these guys stepped in and did a great job. I also had them install a commercial toilet and one of my offices and they did a great job as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Saw the reviews and I wanted to see what can be done for me. I want to replace a single shower handle for my 2 bathrooms due to previous owner never got it fixed and they were installed backwards with hot being cold and vice verse. I called Discount  Plumber and was given a appointment the next day  time window of 8-10am for estimate. Plumber never showed up and I had to call to see where he was, company called him and he was back up on another job and apologize and he said if he can come Monday between 12-2pm. Monday came and still the plumber didn't show.  Again I called the company and the plumber called me back and he was backed up again, he ask me to give a description of what I wanted done and was quoted $2000 without seeing the issue. I was expecting an average of a few hundred being in the pandemic and know things are more expensive but not that much..... I will continue to look for another company.

Disposal wasn't working, roommate/tenant called around.  Everyone quoted possibly more than $200.  Daniel from Express Plumbing just walked her through pushing a few buttons and releasing, and voila!  Working again.  No charge.  This is as good and honest as it gets.

I gotta fix the volume control valve in the pipes in my condo sometime (probably in June).  Will definitely call Express Plumbing!

Last year, one person came to descale our tankless water heater and charged $165. This year, two people came out to descale the water heater and charged us $360!! Understand inflation and all, but over 100% mark up for the same descaling service is insane. Will be hiring another company next time.

Kelley was really great to work with. She was responsive and accommodating to my schedule-super professional! I had a few jobs that required some problem solving and she was up for the task. I highly recommend her!

Had a water leak from above my ceiling. Turned out that an existing metal banding had eroded away my hot water line. They responded and came the same day. It was late in the day so they had to return with materials the following day to finish the job but they got the job done. Thanks!

Omar was prompt and professional and his team took great care of us. We unfortunately had a major toilet stoppage and they had to drill through the concrete to make the repairs, but they did great work.

1st time customer. Had a broken trap under my sink and needed fixed on a sunday.  Lady who answeted the phone saturday afternoon was nice and got me an appojntment for the next day. Enrique showed up on time, diagnosed and repaired the leaky trap. Enrique was very nice and showed genuine concern for my problem. Great 1st time expierence. I would ask for enrique again

Like everyone in construction, they're super busy, but yet responsive. Saw that they were a family local business and turned out happy with their customer service. My problem turned out to be a bigger one after addressing the main drain clog up. I made sure to pay attention to them while they explained how it could happen and saw their honesty. Love supporting local businesses, keep up the good work!
