We had a small plumbing job on our utility sink and knew it wouldn't take a lot.
CSR came recommended from my father in law (whom ray remembered) and we're so glad we went with them. Great experience all around. We got quotes from a few other places-we knew this wasn't a big plumbing job we just didn't have what we needed in order to do it ourselves. We were prepared to be overcharged though for not doing it ourselves. CSR charged about half the price as other companies quoted us- it was a very fair price because it wasn't a huge job, I think they were done in under an hour. During the work, Ray was super helpful and informative of what we could do in the future to avoid more plumbing issues and answered all our strange plumbing questions. The team was timely, helpful and quick. Ray even checked out one of our sinks at a last minute request, free of charge. Though we hope we can avoid plumbing issues in the future, whenever it's needed we will definitely get the work done with CSR.

This was overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend AAP.
Justin was able to schedule time to come out and inspect our water heater the next day. He gave us an extremely competitive quote with options on different brands, etc. He was personable and professional, and he finished the job quicker than we had anticipated.
In a word, Justin was awesome!

I have a very high standard for service and honest business.  I had a major replacement of an old cast iron sewer line in a 1922 Craftsman home in North Park.  In addition...we had some complex replumbing of connections for washer/dryers and tankless water heaters.  Bottom line is Aaron and team greatly exceeded expectations in every respect:  professionalism, competence and fair and reasonable prices.  Highly recommended these guys!!

I believe my husband found Core Plumbing on Yelp pre-covid and we are so happy with them ever since. Our water heater went out in the summer of 2019. After reading the great reviews on Yelp, we got Core out here to help us.

We decided to upgrade from a traditional water heater and go tankless (a dream of my husband's). Core recommended the Rinnai system and boy is it nice! As a millennial anything with an app makes me happy. You had me at It has an app!'

The job took a few days, but the team put in a cute little temporary water heater so we wouldn't have to go without hot water. A week of cold showers was not ideal. But they took care of us.

Three years later, our system threw us an error. Instead of having Core come out and take a look at it, I made the mistake and found a different vendor. Unfortunately, they ruined the system with some foreign flushing agent. Lesson learned to always go with the folks who installed it first.

Core got out to use in record time. I think they even sent the same team we had back in 2019. The only reason I remember is because they were like 6'5. Me being 5 feet you take notice when someone can touch your ceiling like it was a completely normal thing to do. LOL

Tony was awesome. They got us on our way in record time. I was surprised they found a new system the same week. Thank goodness no more cold showers. The workmanship is top-notch. From start to finish they were helpful, not condescending, and even allowed my husband to record Tony explaining all the dodads of the Rinnai system so we can refer back if we had any questions. But, we know not to trust anyone but Core with our fancy-dancy Rinnai system.

What I love about Core is that they are accommodating, they do quality work and they have integrity. Their online booking system is pretty snazzy and we were in constant contact with the team throughout the project.

Very responsive.  Reasonable prices. They replaced the connectors to the gas for our dryer. Pretty good job. Was nice they showed the meter/measure before and after. Very good and reassuring. Funny to hear the one guy yelling at the other,  probably their way of communicating... seemed like good guys. Give them a try!

I found a leak under my kitchen sink this afternoon & called a couple plumbing companies for estimates. Another company came by first & told me I needed to get a new faucet.  Then Manny came by for my free estimate, (and surprise!) the problem was actually just a loose connection of the tubing.  Thank you Manny for a crisis averted!

I had an impossible faucet to mount in my 100 year old house with 1970's pipes and after trying my hand at plumbing, not recommended btw, I called my Community Plumber.  I am delighted! It could not have come out better!

Had used Discount Plumbing for our water heater and they were great so we called them again for leaky kitchen faucet. We weren't sure why it was leaking so we had already purchased a new faucet in case. Sure enough, Joseph informed us that the leak was coming from corroded faucet and would be best to replace than fix it. He installed the new one with his expertise and patience. Less than an hour he was done with the install. Thank you Joseph. I highly recommend him. Very trustworthy and gets the job done.

Kel was absolutely amazing. She was timely, professional, and thorough on her work. The work she did was great. I will be using her for more work around my condo and would recommend her to anyone.

I saw the reviews and went ahead to call these guys to fix my clogged sink drain. They cleaned out the P trap and subsequently tried to clean out the kitchen in line. However, the clogging issue was beyond just snaking and required a hydro jet, which they didn't offer but were quick to suggest a reputable company. These guys ended up not charging me for their services because there was the persistent clog. I have to say, these guys are honest and really easy to work with. They were quick to respond to my job request and knew their limitations of their services. Most of all, they didn't charge me the slightest bit for them coming all the way to try and fix my plumbing issue. I can hardly believe that there are many services like this still in existence. I really recommend these guys and their exceptional service. If there is ever a need for me to ever reach out, I will call without hesitation.

I had a toilet problem, it would take 2 flushes for everything to go down. Called a couple of other plumbing companies, but just to diagnose the problem, they were charging at least $145 for the 1st hr. Home leak and Drain stated in here that they give free estimates....sold! They came out the next day, Omar diagnose the problem. Simple solution, replace the toilet fill valve. He gave me a quote, then I asked him if I can do it myself, without no hesitation he said of course, I would! I appreciated the timeliness and honesty. Would not hesitate to use again! 5 stars!!!!!

Freddy is the man! He came to our Non-Profit and fixed many plumbing issues in our older building.  He was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, fair and affordable and had a great personality.  We found him based on yelp reviews and have decided he's now our Go-To plumber! I've used True Plumbing twice, once to fix a shower knob problem and the second time to install all new faucets in 5 bathroom sinks. Dave came and did an exceptional job, he was hard working, friendly and professional. True plumbing has now become our go to plumbers!

I am really pleased with the results from Burtech. Both Jaime and Danny from Burtech have worked on my place, configuring the plumbing for a shower, and  swapping out the bathtub itself. They were on time, courteous, called ahead to let you know they are eon the way , seem well equipped to handle difficult situations, explained to me what was going on, answered my questions well, and more importantly their work appear spot on from my post inspection of joints, welds, accuracy with routing, components used, etc.
With that said, I believe the work is top quality and I would strongly recommend them. Thanks all at Burtch. I feel lucky to run into a good bunch.
