Can't say enough good things about this company, from first contact to installation of new disposal (at a very reasonable price) ... they are courteous, prompt, and they know what they're doing. Highly recommend!

Communication was excellent. They were able to come out the next morning and they happened to be able to come early too. Gave their honest straightforward assessment of the situation resulting in free estimate of $0. They said I didn't need to have any work done. Later on, I cut open my wall to just make sure and give myself peace of mind and indeed, there was nothing to see.

Our townhouse had a bit of negligible leaking in our garage for some years that eventually turned into a flooding of our garage when some of pipes started leaking badly. For about a week, it was a touch and go situation here, with my housemates and I actively checking for flooding just to be able to take (cold) showers.

After the leak specialists and asbestos people came through, and it was finally show-time, Tony, Mark, and Jake were extremely courteous during the course of the all-day repair. They were kind enough to answer some questions I had about their fix and the water configuration, as well as some random questions I had about plumbing (I'm just a tenant trying to push forward) in case things go south.

While our water configuration allowed for all the manifolds to be addressed in the basement / garage, allowing for a contained repair, custom houses and other touch and go situations may be more involved. In all cases big and small, I recommend getting a consultation (possibly from these guys).

Justin went through a variety of issues with me and recommended a course of action for each that was much appreciated. He was great to work with. He was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend

Fred and his crew  are trustworthy and educated in their field. No guesswork or broken promises. Fred diagnoses the issue and tells you what is needed and what isn't needed.

If you want the job done right the first time with no problems call Fred. He also stands behind what he sells and installs.

Called and they got us in immediately, and when Tony arrived was friendly and polite.   He didn't charge me for the little adjustments to the two toilets and advised me how to keep the pipes from clogging again.

Jose came by quickly and got the job done. Super professional and friendly, and had great answers for some of my other plumbing questions.

Very very happy with the job Daniel and his team completed. They came out the very same day I requested a quote and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be using him again when my water heater needs replacing and for whatever pops up in our rental property. I like to do business with the small business owners and you can tell he has pride and experience. Oh and his rate was Great too, will recommend him to my friends and family!

Troy Plumbing was great!  When I had a really bad clogged drain in my mom's 1960's home, they responded right away and was very prompt in setting up an appointment for me.  The plumber that they sent (Abraham) provided a great explanation on what was wrong and provided a solution very quickly.

They were on time and finished the job within an hour!  They were also very fair on price.  I felt that these guys were a reliable resource for anyone with any plumbing issues, and I would use them again in the future.

What a great and professional company. Josue arrived on time and then the owner Omar also was super helpful and did work over and above to make sure we were set. Josue was very fast, efficient, knowledgeable, fine with our dogs, and really great to work with. I highly recommend these guys and they are now my go to plumbers.

This is the 2nd time in almost two years I've needed a plumber and fortunately I knew the only place to call was Plumbing Tree. Clogged drain and kitchen sink water backing up into my clothes washer in the garage. Freddy's crew ( Miguel and David) showed up the same day and took care of business in about 40 minutes. I cannot stress enough how Team Rooter went above and beyond to make sure our problem was correctly diagnosed before doing any work. Our technician was Aaron, who took the time to explain what was going on and was very honest from the very beginning. We had a leak on the side of our house , which we feared was a drainage leak. Aaron performed a camera test and told us it was not the case, free of charge which was unexpected. He also ran some other pressure tests and took it upon himself to look through a couple concrete patches, and in doing so figured that it might not even be our leak, but a leak coming from the neighbors. Communication was easy and Aaron made sure we weren't doing any work that was unnecessary, which is very refreshing this day in age.

I called Steve E. out to replace a gas line for my outdoor fireplace.  Not only did he work very efficiently, but he performed a masterful job at a very competitive price. I couldn't have been any happier with the results. I asked him to inspect and provide quotes for a few other problematic plumbing areas around my house, and not only was Steve very professional about it, he went above and beyond by offering me great advice and tips.  He and Burtech will definitely be my go-to here on out!
