P trap needed replacement in our cast iron tub. Alex did a great job, was super friendly and wore his mask the whole time he was in our home. They also quoted us less for the work than another company (other company also flaked last minute). Will definitely contact them again for any additional work.

Nate and Shawn came out to fix a water leak on main pipe.  They are professional and very friendly.  The price was also good.  They did an excellent job.  I would highly recommend them!

I needed a new water heater and pressure regulating valve.  They did it all and fixed a spigot while they were at it.  The work they did is beautiful!  To top it off, they took care of the city permit as well.  I'm very satisfied and would use them again.  I highly recommend Collins Pacific Plumbing.

What a waste of time. The guys showed up, looked at the faucet and told me they would not work on it. It needed a total replacement. They give me a quote of $850 to replace it. I told them I would like to get a couple of other quotes before I made a decision. I did get other quotes at 50% less.Their quote was ripoff with no description ow they came up with the $850. Be care if you work with them.

Our A/C went out at 3PM on a hot Saturday afternoon.  Called Fred based upon Yelp reviews.   Fred saved the day by coming out and fixing our unit within 2 hours.  Very courteous, profession and took the time to walk us through what was causing the problem.  I would definitely recommend Fred for AC repair.

I needed a new garbage disposal and a new toilet for my condo. This work was all covered by my home warranty and Express Plumbing showed up to perform the repairs. The plumber was professional, courteous, and did a great job with no hassles. I would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. One other perk that I appreciated is that he didn't leave me with a mess to clean up afterwards.

We have had a problem with a leak from the upstairs bathtub for a while now.  Finally saved enough to pay for fixing it.  Took to Yelp to check for recommended plumbers for getting an estimate.  Eastlake was one of the most highly recommended companies on there.  Had an estimate from one other company,  but decided to go with Eastlake plumbing.
Chris showed up on time, assessed the problem, gave me the info.
I let him go ahead and open up the ceiling to determine where the problem actually was.
I was correct in that it was the bathtub drain.  He told me what needed to be done and what it would cost.  
It was reasonable and I told him to go ahead and do the repairs.  
He went and got the parts needed and went right to work.
He was done in about 1 1/2 hours.  Great job.  great person.

I contacted Kelley to adjust my front door after my failed attempts to get the door to close properly and $300+ in police false alarm fines.  I live near a canyon and need to have my doors adjusted every few years.  The last handyperson took a shortcut and sanded the thresholds without fixing the issue.  Kelley took the time to shim the door hinges and adjust the latch.

Richard replaced my water heater. He was fast and efficient. I received a quote for the install, then a second quote to install a pump if the hot water didn't reach my bathroom fast enough. It turned out it took too long, so Richard came out the next day to install a pump. I felt they were fair and I appreciated the dual quote to save me money, in the event I didn't need the pump. Many plumbers would have just racked it on to charge more money, but these guys waited to see if I really needed it. Thanks!

I called out 3 other plumbers for a complex main drain replacement/repair problem and got BS and even wrong diagnosis. I wish I had called Omar first. His solution and diagnosis was spot on and he was hired on the spot for a $9000 job. I live 90 miles away and felt comfortable with these guys, my tenant who works in city sewer said they did a great job.

When I was buying my house, I wanted the water main checked because there was a big tree with massive roots in the front yard. I called Plumbing Tree and Freddie came out and scoped the drain! As it turned out, the main lead to the other side of the driveway and wasn't even close to the tree, thank God! He also gave us a quote for work that needed to be done in the house. After we bought the house and got settled in, I had Plumbing Tree come out to replace all the angle stops, water supply lines, the pressure regulator and the water heater. Miguel and David came out and spent the entire day working on the projects! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job!! And what I really loved is that they took pride in their work, making sure everything looked aesthetically nice and they cleaned up after they were done.  About 2 weeks later, I noticed one of the angle stops had a very small leak. So, I called Plumbing Tree and Freddie came right out to tighten it down. Freddie also took the time to check all the other angle stops, the water heater and the pressure regulator. This is a great company and I would highly recommend them! They are quick to respond, very friendly and actually care about the customer.  It's nice to see a company that actually provides great customer service and takes such care and pride in their work!

Run ! This company s a complete ripoff. DO NOT USE THEM.  They advertise single drain for $77 but the tech tried to charge me $250 for the same exact drain he cleaned 6 mos ago for the advertised $77. I called the company and the receptionist was thick as a brick and didn't know anything. Worthless. In my opinion, they are running a fraudulent business scam--quoting you one price and then when they arrive they know they have you in a desperate situation and they try to pick your pocket. I asked the tech to politely leave and go steal from someone else. RUN RUN RUN---use anyone but these rip-offs. I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars.

Gino is awesome! I ask for him anytime we need help with a plumbing issue. Most recently, it was non-urgent issues w/clogged drains and a leaking utility sink. He got everything squared away in a couple of hours.
