1st quote to fix my issue sounded reasonable so i made an appointment.  Mike showed up on time and was courteous.  Advice to fix a preemptive future issue was reasonable as well as the price.  Mike did a great job, cleanup up and left no trace.

Great service, I can't really fault them for being super busy and needed their services recently with a horrific sewer clog at our house and the recent rain was a recipe for disaster. What I loved about this company was the fact that the owner ALWAYS answered when we called, something you certainly don't find much any more these days. Their pricing was also very fair and we used a Yelp deal which made it even better. The service that showed up was very professional, respectful, polite and made sure to explain everything in detail. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and joke with. He was very knowledgeable about what had happened and how to fix it. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars was because we had to follow up a few times after they came out to get another appointment scheduled after a follow up call was promised but to be fair, it was a very busy time. I would not only recommend but call again in a second, although I hope we don't have to!!!

Had a new stove installed, it was sticking about 5 inches off the wall because of how the gas line was positioned.
The estimate process was quick, got a response in minutes and they price matched!

Hansel went above and beyond in his free estimate for me. I was truly amazed at his knowledge and customer service. My stove had an incorrect connection (for years) with a small gas leak. Once I saw it, I called SDGE to do an appliance check.  They shut off the connection, leaving me without a working oven on Friday afternoon.  I requested a few quotes from plumbers on yelp and Daniel responded, figured out what i needed and showed up at 10:30 the following day.  My stove is fixed, he was friendly, had reasonable rates and showed me why the connection was wrong and leaking.  I'll definitely use him again when trouble strikes!

EastLake pluming is awesome! Having plumbing problems after hours can be very stressful but every time I've called after hours one of the owners calls me back and always helps me. That is what you call 5 star service! Had a plumbing problem last night and they set up a morning appointment and Marcos fixed the problem! So professional and great service. When I bought my house, there was a long list of things that needed to be done, both small (like fixing window cranks) and large (like rebuilding part of a deck). We talked about it and I gave her the inspection report. She did great work, was upfront when she needed to bring someone else in for part of the job and basically just took care of everything. So many times dealing with contractors is 90% trying to coordinate schedules, taking time off work, etc. Kellye made all of that really easy. The work she did and coordinated would have taken me a year to get done without her instead of just a few days.

We called Team Rooter for what we believed was going to be a simple snaking of the drain from the house to the street.  The technician, Victor, came and assessed the situation.  It turned into a massive project that included having to dig a huge trench and replacing the cast-iron piping that was collapsing.  I must say that the amount of the project in the end is overwhelming; however, it is comparable with what is costs to have it done elsewhere.
Throughout the 3-day project, everyone that was at our house representing Team Rooter was professional, courteous, and extremely hard-working.  A few of the guys even stayed until after dark to try to get certain parts of the project completed.  Dennis, Victor, Victor, Daniel, and Christian were a few of the guys who worked on the project.  Our front yard was completely torn apart, but when they were finished, it looked exactly as it had before.  Every single rock was literally back in the same place!  Overall, I highly recommend this company and everyone that worked on our project.

I had a urgent need for a plumber due to a water leak in my toilet supply line. True Plumbing was very responsive and sent Sean and his partner over within a couple hours as promised.
They found the leak quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote. They fixed the leak and gave me the pipe with the hole and explained what caused the leak.
I would recommend them and use them again if needed.

Needed the main sewer pipe in my home cleaned.  Mark from Burtech Plumbing did a great job.  Called before arriving.  Arrived on time.  Very professional in manner and work.  Did the job properly.  The charge was very reasonable.  Will use Mark and Burtech again.
