A&A Plumbing were 'no-shows' to provide the service they quoted for the two hour time frame they specified. They didn't advise me of this until I contacted them near the end of the time frame and indicated they wanted to reschedule for another day. I terminated the service agreement and sought another, more reliable service contractor.

Broken water heater..Chris Q showed up within the hour, took it all out and replaced with everything brand new! Fast, thorough, friendly. I'm happy with Happy!!!

Disappointed. We used Joyce for several
years in our la mesa home and were always pleased. Recently we even recommended Joyce to the new owners of that home. We moved to mission hills and had him out to look at a couple of concerns. There was a repair that needed to be done in near future. The quote was never received but we kept getting emails for Sheldon's cafe (receipts and quotes). We never got our  estimate-when I messaged to tell him, he asked to call him. I didn't have time that day and I let it go figuring we would eventually get to it when we were ready to do the work (non urgent). I messaged him today for an urgent matter with a bit of background on the problem and to see if he was available. Response was simply I am not.

We have other bathrooms, had he responded I'm not available today but...... we may have waited for him or at least planned to keep as our main plumber.  

5 star work, poor communication.

I started Friday morning to flooding in my garage...from the sewer. I frantically searched Yelp and found The Willis Brothers and thank god Nathan was there in a few hours and the problem was solved!

Highly, highly recommend this plumbing company.  We ended up getting same day service (lucky) and Mr. Gunning was fast, incredibly friendly, and made sure we knew what the causal problem was (so we wouldn't repeat it.) I'm VERY cautious, but would recommend him highly!!!

The contractor gave us fast and professional service. James and his team figured out the cause of the leak fast and worked to have my plumbing back online in a timely manner.  He is as honest as they come.  I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know.

I had a busted garbage disposal and I called Gabe. He came out same day (within a few hours!) and replaced it. I also decided to have him install a new faucet for me as well. He was very professional, funny, nice guy that did an excellent job. He was very clean and took care to keep things neat and was careful of scratching countertops etc. Would call him again for any plumbing needs, and would definitely recommend him to a friend. All around great job!

Called Nathan to do some routine plumbing repairs.  He showed up on time, he did very good work at a reasonable cost. He's a very professional individual who I am comfortable recommending.

Professional & down to earth at the same time. I can tell that the owner, Edgar takes pride in his work & reputation. First of all, he was open on a Saturday & quick to call back. He arrived within the time frame that he prescribed. He fixed my water heater in short order & the charge was exactly in line to that quoted over the phone. He explained everything he had done & the parts used, upon completion. I would not hesitate to use his services again & I highly recommend Go Plumbing as a professional, straightforward company.

Glad to report that Jeff contacted me and Carl came back to fix the problem. It took 3 tries, but they did get it done. I'm glad they made it right.

Can I give more than 5 stars?! Sergio is fantastic! We had gotten a handyman referral from my husbands co-worker but he called the day before to let us know he couldn't make it after all. After sifting through pages of handyman reviews I called Sergio. After telling him all the work I needed He gave me a rough estimate over phone. I called him on a Tuesday and he was able to start work Monday. Not only did he communicate via text to let me know we were still on but he text me first thing Monday morning to say he was on his way and if he could start earlier than we planned. He arrived early, I showed him all we needed, he stuck with original price he quoted over phone (which was a great price btw) and got to work. He spoke with us each step of the way letting us know what he was doing and even when he wasn't sure if what he planned would work he was up front about that. Our condo was built in 1972 and some items were original to house so he had his work cut out for him, but I loved the way he approached from different angles and made it all work. He was efficient, took pride in what he was doing, and on top of it all was so nice! It sincerely was a pleasure having him in our home and I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did (wish I would've taken before and afters) In fact he's coming back in 3 days to paint our ceilings. In talking with him I found out he's got a strong background in construction so I feel like he'd be up to almost anything you throw his way. Call him now you won't regret it!

After talking with several Heating & AC companies, I chose Tarpy to install a new mini-split system.  I'm very pleased with their work.    Ernie, Jacob, Oscar, Gilbretto and Freddie came the first day and hung all the wall units.  Ernie, Jacob and Oscar returned over two more days to put all the connections neatly in place.  I appreciated that they sought my input on how to lay out the linesets on the outside wall.  Some electrical glitches came up, which didn't surprise me in my 50+year old townhouse, but Ernie diagnosed these like a champ and made sure they didn't affect the installation timeline.   Ernie, Oscar and Jacob went beyond my expectations with finishing touches like removing the old radiant heat coil control boxes, constructing the drain pit to include a special stash of beach stones, painting one of the linesets and fixing an outlet that had lost power.   I appreciated how the Tarpy crew  educated me about how my mini-split system is layed out in the attic, how it works and how to maintain it.  Thank you to all who were involved.  I am definitely a fan and will recommend Tarpy to others!

Eli is amazing! After a very stressful 30 hours without a.c. during the hottest days of the year. I have 2 small children and I was freaking out sleeping in 80-90° heat inside. I had been going back and forth with a bunch of no shows over the course of the day. I contacted him at 6pm, he came over IMMEDIATELY and it was fixed within the hour. I wish I had found him Sunday afternoon. ELI deserves more than 5 stars thank you!!!!!

Josue was professional and friendly and fixed everything immediately also gave instructions on how to take care of my sink. I was impressed to get someone to take care of my clogged kitchen sink only hours after I called thank you !

I selected this company because of the good reviews on Google and I'm glad I picked it. Kristina Anthony came within 30 min and unplugged our restroom within 10 min. She was a kind, respectful, and clean professional. She gave us tips to avoid future problems.
