Always call these guys first when you have a plumbing issue.  Over the holiday weekend when all of the building maintenance was shut down, Happy Plumbing and Drain was there to the rescue.  I had a major leak that was filling up the kitchen and if it wasn't for them, I would have probably drowned in my apartment and died.  These guys responded within an hour and scheduled a time to inspect and come fix the problem - on the very same day - so grateful!  Super fast and friendly service; and when the repairs were complete, it was like nothing ever happened!  I can't rave enough about how professional, awesome and patient these guys were in my frazzled frenzy of a phone call.  They helped calm me down, and reassured me that the issue could and would be repaired.  I took a chance by calling this company when I saw their business card, and they turned out to be quality plumbers!  They gained my business, for sure, and I would recommend them to everyone. I had a mysterious leak on an exterior wall. Caleb showed up timely, diagnosed my issue and provided me updates. He went out of his way to explain the issues, lead me through the various options of next steps and was very transparent during the entire process. He was professional and efficient with his time. As a first time homeowner and as a woman, I didn't know what to do when my toilet was overflowing. I asked my handyman for a trusted plumber and he recommended me to Nathan. My handyman said Nathan got excellent reviews.

I have known the Owner of Waterside Landscape,  Jorge Sanchez,  for 20 years now.  I have watched his business grow over the years, yet as a residential homeowner, he is incredibly responsive to any concerns that may come up.  The current team at my location, led by Noe, is fantastic.  The team is very eager to do the best job possible.  Jorge has several family members involved with the business, and the pride taken to make sure a consistent professional job is always evident.

I posted on here before over a year ago but I just wanted to reaffirm that Sergio Pelayo is the best handyman we've found! There is virtually little that he cannot do and if there is something that is outside of his area of expertise, he knows someone qualified who can do it! He has done a variety of projects at my house, our rental house and now my son's house. He responds very quickly, he does a great job, thoroughly cleans up any mess, is reasonably-priced and is extremely nice. He has installed ceiling fans, a security door, fixed a toilet, done electrical work, etc. He also installs garbage disposals, toilets, does drywall, etc. I am just so thrilled that I found him. Call or text him and you won't be disappointed!

I called in the morning and they were available the same day.  He fixed 3 toilets and 3 Faucets all in an hour. Fast courteous and fair priced.

They auto reply saying they can do the job and meet my time frame but when i called the number they gave they say they can do neither. Waste of time.

Had issues with our 13 year old water heater. The pilot light was no longer staying on. While other companies would have quickly quoted an entire replacement of 1300.00+, Ely immediately recognized the issue as a simple burner replacement, which is 1/5 of what it would have cost to replace a tank that still has some use in it.

Ely was quick to respond. He was available on a Sunday. He arrived when he said he would. He came prepared with all tools and materials. He was quick and informative about everything he was doing and very professional.

Thank God for honest and sincerely helpful servicemen like Josue. The lady on the phone wanted to send 2 separate workers at different times to address the 3 leaks and drain problem and broken disposal. Josue showed up and fixed everything in 20 minutes w no need for another plumber coming over and saved me $. I was recommended Andersen by a friend and am very glad for that.
