R & R Plumbing has amazing reviews, and now I know why. I called R&R because of a leaking shower and toilet. With my initial call I was struck by their sincere customer service. Update: just bought this house. home warranty will not cover the job that HomePro Plumbing did. Our loss. Super frustrating. It was on Saturday and I attempted to call while Homepro was working on our job, but was told to call during regular business hours what a joke.

My kitchen sink was backed  up and I needed someone right away. I called Gabe and he said he would be there in 20 min. He was there early and was great to work with. Reasonable pricing. Would rec to others and use again.

Time to share my experience with Nathan Corona of Plumbing 101.  Last week I was away in Ohio. The  water pressure app on my phone starting going crazy registering a fluctuating water  pressure warning of 80-105 psi.  Called Nathan and he quickly isolated the problem to the regulator. Nathan gathered the part(s) required and graciously coordinated the service and billing activities over the phone and had everything repaired and  ready to go by Thursday afternoon.  I returned home yesterday and everything seems to be in good working order. Nathan informed me to contact him should anything seem to be out of whack and  not be functioning properly but so far so good.  I am very appreciative that Nathan was willing to work with me from 2500 miles away and potentially avoid a plumbing catastrophe caused  by my water pressure being too high.  Next time I have a plumbing issue I now know on whom to call.

Edgar was very professional and responsive. He replaced my leaking water heater in a couple of short hours. I highly recommend him.

I had these guys replace an old AC unit and water heater. I can't recommend them enough. They are both great, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. You would be hard pressed finding a more professional company.

Sergio was great! I had a glass sliding patio door that was sluggish to open/close and appeared to have broken wheels. I called a variety of handymen. No one was willing to help me. I guess because the job was considered small. I am pretty handy around the house, so believe me I would've done it myself if I could. That sliding glass door has double panes and over 60 pounds. Sergio was willing to come out and help me. He was punctual. He was able to get the job done relatively quickly.  I highly recommend him.  I plan on using him again for a variety of jobs big or small around the house.

The handle of our shower broke, so water wont stop flowing. I called bob in the morning and he came in really quick. He's with Sylvia so i felt more comfortable because the problem is in our bedroom bath. He was really fast in repairing the handle. He asked for a very reasonable price. The handle was very smooth when turning it, much better than the old one that broke.
I definitely recommend them.

Today we had a heater installed in our apartment by Tarpy. They worked diligently through the project. They They were very considerate and got the job done successfully. Oscar and Chris did an amazing job!

Anderson followed through on a promise to provide free maintenance our Lennox A/C system.  Kevin and Maria explained the procedures for the maintenance process.  After conducting the maintenance, they advised us on products typically purchased for our system 2-3 years after purchase.  They had a flexible schedule and called 1 day and 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment.  Excellent service!

I want to give Anderson Plumbing 5 stars as they deserve it! The sales rep was knowledgable and thorough. She spent the time to go over our options and answered all our questions- and I had a ton of questions. Even when they ran into an issue replacing our ancient unit, the team stood by their word. The technicians Blake and Christian that installed the HVAC system were amazing- I can't say enough good things about these two guys as they went above and beyond. They were professional, kind, patient and kept us informed all the way. Not to mention, they left the place spotless when they left.  

The reason I'm giving Anderson 4 stars is due to the lack of rebate options comparable to local competitors.  The two other companies we were working with offered the TECH and TECH partner program where you can receive up to a $3k rebate.  I wasn't aware of this program until after the fact and Anderson was up front so shame on me for not doing my research.  I hope Anderson decides to join the rebate program as it's a great benefit for their customers.
