Best Plumbing Services in San Diego, CA

Went with CSR Plumbing after being referred to them by another company we contacted on Yelp that didn't service our zip code area. We were able to get a pretty accurate estimate over the phone to replace our  over 20 year old water heater and made an appointment within the next week. We received a courtesy call the day before and another call before the tech was on his way, which happened to be almost 2 hours earlier than planned which was fine by us. He arrived wearing a mask and was professional. He inspected what we had and informed us of the updated codes that would need to be applied. The cost was still well within the estimate we had received over the phone when we initially called. He worked for about 2 hours or so and was on his way. However, as I was putting our belongings back into place, I noticed the smell of gas and identified a leak that came from the new gas flex line that was installed. I called CSR immediately and they were able to get the same tech out to me within an hour. Turned out to be a faulty line and not anything that wasn't tightened down enough. Otherwise, we are overall happy with the product and services we received and would refer CSR to the next customer.

Nick and Josh were amazing the past couple days after they found out where the backup was. They dug close to 7' deep and 5' wide in the sun, obstacle after obstacle and worked their tails off to find out where the clog resided. My wife and two kids now have running water after shortly moving to the area. These guys made a major headache go away.  Would 10/10 recommend All American Plumbing.

I needed a plumber to fix my shower that was no longer putting out hot water. I also needed another shower pipe lengthened and a repair to a hot water heater.
The technician, Gilbert, was great. I received a text when he was on his way. He was professional and efficient.
The only suggestion I'd have would be to give some estimate of repairs prior to completing them. I felt the prices were very fair and reasonable, however.
I would hire them again and recommend to others.

Today is the second time I've used core plumbing. Once was to install a water line for the refrigerator. This time to deal with a stoppage of some sort in the drain for the washing machine in the garage.

I like how easy it is to book service, the consistent communication via text and phone call if someone is delayed. Guy gave me a quote for all the potential plumbing pieces that needed to get done today -- resulting in only one getting done -- but I appreciate the transparency. I can't speak to their overall cost vs other companies, but they get the job done and do it well.

We needed valves changed in our laundry room and bathroom. We were so glad to find Five Star Plumbing. They were so nice, easy to work with, helpful, and did not try to upsell in any. Justin came right on time and was very communicative and friendly. His rates were also much better than many other competitors. We will definitely use Five Star Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs. Thanks Justin and Debbie!

I am so glad I found Fred.  he has been very reasonable and flexible with supporting my many AC troubles, and a few plumbing issues.  I always appreciate that I can expect honest answers and suggestions that save me money.  He has been exceptionally responsive and supportive of me when I needed him.  Fred is my guy!  I will always call him first!

Our remodel project turned in to a nightmare and had to bring in a plumber to replace some water values and hook back up the sink after our new cabinets were put in.

We are new to the area and I didn't know who to call. Found these guys on Yelp and I had a very similar experience to the other reviews. Manny was great to work with. We live in an HOA so he came out and gave a quote and we choose a day where we could give notice at the complex. He was here early and got the work done quick, right on estimate. I will be using them again in the future if I need other work done.

I had a leaking garbage disposal and two noisy toilets. I called Community Plumbing and got everything fixed pretty quickly.  I called them on a friday and they came on Monday (I wasn't in a rush).  Tony and Eric were very professional and knowledgeable.  They fixed what needed to be fixed quickly and it was expensive.  I had a leak a week or two later and they were able to squeeze me in same-day to get that issue fixed as well.  Thanks, guys!

Thank you Matt, for spending time on the phone diagnosing a leak in my front yard. It ended up being an old sprinkler line that had a disintegrated valve my husband will replace but I have a new go-to plumber should anything unsavory happen at home. Matt was just as kind, courteous and patient as the previous reviews described... Thanks, man!

He spent time trouble shooting with me, made sure I understood how to check my water meter for leaks- not something I have done before, but easily learned over the phone because of his thorough, illustrative communication style!

Before I was off to check my meter, I had the info for the Leak Diagnostic person, and a time slot to follow up just in case. About an hour later Matt called back to tell me he had a cancellation for the next morning. We had just discovered the leaky culprit and were glad that it wasn't going to require a major investment.

I thanked Matt for being just as great as his reviews and it is totally true.
If you want someone down-to-earth who will use plain language, not trade jargon, to explain the issues- plus is courteous,  answers the phone and can schedule you in real time to solve a worrisome problem then Armstrong is your company!

Price gouging at it's best. I got multiple quotes for the same job. But Eastlake Plumbing tried to tell me I need 3-4 hours worth of labors about replace everything for the very reasonable price of $600. Sigh... well a real plumber came out and addressed my issue in 20 minutes for 1/5  the price that they quoted for. Talk about trying to rip someone off.

Submitted my work request & info via their website form on June 16th.  No response after 48 hours, not even to say they were too busy.

this was a scheduling and communication nightmare. The plumber said he'd come between 12 and 3PM. My wife stayed home and waited and waited. At 3:40 she texted them to see what was happening. The plumber responded that he had an emergency repair. He could reschedule. When I asked why he wouldn't let her know at least around 3PM that he was running late, he wrote me that he did text her to let her know. But he did not. Not only that, he became hostile and wrote me that if were to write a negative review and he'd lose any customers as a result of my review, he would take me to court.

I never had any contractor ignore me way past the scheduled window and they would always at least say sorry if they were to miss the appointment. And I never have been threatened by a law suit should I use yelp what it's for. Scary times...

No we did not. Absolutely not true.
- We told her we were running late due to an emergency.
No, there is 0 evidence of this, no text or phone call whatsoever, other than the response to her text at 3:40PM
- ignored our initial email to confirm scheduling
No, I did not ignore anything, I got back to them as soon as I knew my schedule
- We also made every effort to communicate with you and your wife
I am not sure what effort they think they made but they sure did not do 0 until my wife texted them.

No, I did not. I never said anything about lying, on lies, etc. It's the FACTS, the texts, the calls.

I was not rude in my communication despite all the verbal abuse and threats I received. I was professional and civil and factual throughout the entire communication.

My warranty company sent a plumber who decided not to cover my garbage disposal since a screw was missing. Long story short, I contacted Home Leak and 5 other companies. This was the only one who could offer a quote and same day install. Within 5 hours this is done!  Jonathan was great!  On time, friendly, professional and I  endorse him and this company. Thank you!!

I had a plumbing problem occur at 7:30 pm on a Friday night (always the best time for that) and it required that I shut the water off to the house. Not a great situation when you have a wife, a 2 yo, and a baby at home. I'm pretty handy, but I thought for once I would need to have a plumber come out to fix the problem. I found these guys on Yelp, gave them a call, and Freddy called me back within a few minutes. He walked me through how to replace the shower cartridge myself, and gave me advice on which specific tool to purchase. He even suggested I text him a pic of the tool once I got to Home Depot, to ensure it was the right one. He then offered to walk me through the repair over the phone (by this time it was 8:30 pm). Thankfully I was able to get it fixed, and the water's back on (it's now 9:15 pm). Needless to say, this was excellent customer service that easily deserved a 5 star review. If I ever have any plumbing problems in the future, I'll be sure to call this company. Freddy went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get the problem fixed on my own. A+ customer service, and I would easily recommend them to anyone based solely on the way he handled my situation.

I am a property manager of multiple properties, and I know that I can always count on Team Rooter to help me out in a timely and professional fashion. Kenny and Andrew are my preferred guys, they provide service with integrity,  and honesty. I have worked with Anderson, and  Bill Howe And they simply do not compare.

Great guys.  Very professional and quick to respond.  I had a gas leak and they responded right away, showed up, detected the leak, then fixed the problem.  Very very happy with the service.  Highly recommended!

True Plumbing is very reliable and has knowledgeable employees like Victor. There was a problem with our toilet overflowing and when Victor showed up he listened to what I was saying at first without interrupting me. A very good listener and hard working guy. He's a very knowledgeable plumber and found what the problem was right away. He even told us to get the water pressure gauge so we can periodically check the water pressure ourselves.  He was also right on time!  The person that answers phones is also to be commended. She patiently listened to what the issues were and scheduled us right away. I will definitely use them again - highly recommend!

Bill (owner) responded quickly to my request for a quote, and his plumber (Bert) arrived prompt on the scheduled appointment day and time. Bert, was friendly, professional, and worked hard to clear the clogged kitchen sink.  

The only reason I did not give Burtech Plumbing a 5 star rating is that Bert did not wear a face mask (or ask if he can enter our home without a mask), he did not wear booties in our house, and he wheeled the heavy snake equipment up our light-colored carpeted stairs (even though I offered to help him carry the equipment up the stairs) - see attached picture.

However, overall, I still recommend Burtech for your plumbing needs.
