This is a great company! Mike came out and changed the cartridge in our shower and installed a new water pressure regulator. Mike was on time, knew what he was doing and was quick. I had received a quote from a big name plumber for more than double what this cost me with CSR. When I called back to have the water pressure adjusted a week or so later, Mike came out and did that in about 15 minutes for no charge. Do yourself a favor and call these guys if you have plumbing issues. They are reasonable, to the point and know what they are doing!

Ryan Nash came by for our initial inspection and he really went above and beyond. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He offered a lot of advice about how to fix our plumbing issues and avoid problems in the future. Highly recommend.

I needed a new toilet.  Contacted a few plumbing companies but decided on TL Plumbing.  I had used a different company before to install a garbage disposal and that company did a poor installation job and were expensive.  This firm was very helpful in that they picked up the toilet at Lowes (about 100 lbs) and kept it until it needed to be installed.  Their price seemed fair and they did a good looking installation.

These guys are awesome. They were able to fit me in on a same day appt on a Friday and fixed not only the original shower that had an issue but our upstairs shower as well! All for a very fair price. Oh and as a bonus, or frenchie who normally doesn't like strangers totally took to them both :) the work is Choncho approved.

One of our bathtubs was backed up and every time we flushed the toilet stuff would come up the bathtub, it was disgusting. I called Discount Plumbing and spoke with Cody, and he was amazing. They had someone out within an hour. They were very professional and wore booties the whole time and even swept up afterward, it was beyond exceptional service. They did some tests and informed me that a section of our pipe was broken. They had to break open the concrete in front of our house and fix the broken section of pipe. While they were in there they even installed a cleanout access for future backups. They then repoured the concrete and it looks like nothing had happened. They were able to come in and out and finish within a day. They had all the tools necessary in their van which I really appreciated so that I did not have to take more time off work. I would 100 percent use them again. What really blew me away though was the follow-up call I got a week later asking how my service was and if everything was still working great.

Matt has done a ton of work for us over the last year with a new-to-us but old home. He does great work at reasonable prices and on two emergency occasions was there for us. Highly recommend them!

Had a leak under the sink when water was draining from the sink .

He diagnosed that the outlet PVC was glued improperly to the drain outlet and because of how the drain was installed he had to cut a little of the wall and then he applied a flexible coupling instead of gluing it back.

Took less than 30 minutes and I'm very satisfied.

Note: I used Daniel in 2020 to reseat a toilet and that job was good too.

Kelley is absolutely fantastic. We have had her come out to our home multiple times now with three full days worth of work and repairs. She is timely, has great attention to details, an excellent quick communicator, and just overall does such a stellar job. She also thoroughly follows Covid guidelines which was very important to us. In terms of work she hung numerous pieces of art & curtain rods for us, installed floating shelves, did trim repair work, installed pendant & can lights, handled caulk and grout work, fixed tiles, fixed jammed cabinets, etc. She really does it all! These guys made it happen. Excellent service from the management to the technicians( Richy , Rafa and Tim). These guys installed two water heaters for us to perfection ( work ethic beyond standards and everything up to codes). We had a hiccup later morning .... after they had removed the two existing water heaters they had realized I had bought two oversized water heaters (that would possibly had fit in the existing wall spaces but NOT up to codes) for them to install....my fault. Noooo problem for these pros.....They picked up the proper heaters installed them and worked into the night to ensure us hot water that same day. Very pleased all the way around and I highly recommend these professionals to everyone . Excellent management making me feel at ease and what else can I say about the technicians.... outstanding job

Oh my goodness! This company is amazing! Miguel was pleasant and so helpful on the phone and scheduled me quickly. Jamie arrived on time, knew exactly the problem was with these 25+ year old fixtures explained everything clearly and set to work, putting on shoe covers before entering the house, which I really appreciate too!
He was done in less than an hour and cleaned up everything looking better than when he arrived. Super nice young man. I am pleased to say the HUGE leak in the bathroom tub is fixed and shiny new fixtures all for a reasonable cost! These guys are great! Use them as you will not be disappointed!

I needed a drain added immediately,  RDZ came to the rescue.  They worked into the night to get the job done in a day. I was super impressed with the dedication and quality of the work.  It was a big job, and I wasn't able to be there while the worked,  so they took pictures of the job while it was being done and shared them with me when I got home.  They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work.  RDZ plumbing and drains are super professional.

This is my go to company for all of my plumbing needs! They are very responsive and the technicians work hard to make sure the work is done right the first time and high quality. They are reasonably priced and explain everything. They make sure to respect covid protocols and clean up after they are done (unlike some other plumbing providers).
