CSR came to my rescue again, this time for a broken kitchen faucet.  I was provided a timely appointment and Hector came right on time.  He was courteous, friendly, and informative.  Very professional.  He is clearly an excellent plumber with an attention to perfection.  He did an awesome job.  The installation was not terribly complicated but he ensured the guide point of the moveable under sink water line did not trip on existing pipes and/or disposal electrical plugs.  When he was done he tested the faucet repeatedly and made sure everything was meticulously clean.  They provide a one year guarantee on labor.  A job well done AGAIN.  I will continue to use CSR for all of my plumbing needs.

Although I moved to Solana Beach noticed this company did a lot for the community where I grew up in Poway so decided to give them a call. The drain was plugged in the bathroom sink & also the garbage disposal was not working. The Plumber showed up on time & was extremely courteous taking precautions to not get anything dirty. After fixing the drain he took a look at the garbage disposal. I had tried a few things on YouTube & figured it was toast. Whatever he did got it unstuck & it was working great again. Appreciate the fact that he didn't try to sell me a new one like I thought I needed. All in all with the drain that would have taken me hours to try to clear & a garbage disposal I would have bought that I didnt need their price for the work was more than fair. Highly recommend this company.

The whole team was friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. They helped me fix some washer dryer valves that were leaking. There plumber came prepared with all the necessary parts so no wasted time going back and forth to his truck or warehouse.

These guys are the most courteous and professional plumbers I've ever had. They helped me with my kitchen and bathroom, and even gave me lots of suggestions that saved me money on the job, instead of just trying to charge me for as much as possible.

Wow, what an exceptional company.  I had some issues with a water heater.  Sent Five Star Plumbing a request for a quote.  Justin went over and above and wrote me some detailed instructions on how to deal with the manufacturer.  When the parts arrived, he came over and installed them for a reasonable price.  Let me tell you, other requests for quotes ranged from 3x to 7x the cost and none took the time to really figure out what the problem may be before quoting a price.  Justin is awesome, and above all, he's honest.  That's a rare trait in companies nowadays that just want to take your money as fast as you're able to give it to them. I will definitely be hiring Five Star Plumbing for future needs.

An amazing experience with Fred. He came over as soon as he could and diagnosed the problem with my AC in less then 5 minutes. He got the part installed it and made sure that units where functioning properly. Thanks again Fred. Highly recommend if you have any AC problems.

I needed the cast iron sewer main replaced, and learned about Community Plumbing from friends I trust, and learned later that they also did work for other people around my neighborhood. Eric, Tony, and Ant were no-nonsense. They were honest about the average work that goes into the job (digging, cutting, materials, labor) and what could possibly go wrong to make the job more difficult.

Luckily, nothing went wrong, and they even found that some of the work had been done by a previous owner at some point, so the cost was lower than I'd expected. These guys are fantastic, and they're my new plumbers!

Still haven't heard back from them but I was wrong about the job they did. They deserve more than one star.

I had a leak somewhere on my property that was costing me an arm and a leg for my water bill. I had a recommendation from friends for another plumbing company who not only didn't show up at all twice in a row, but once they finally showed up after a cursory look around the property said they couldn't find anything and that I needed to call the water company.

Not ready to do that, I called Matt Farmer at Armstrong and he came out....ON TIME...spent a couple of hours on the property and finally found the leak! He then got the parts and fixed the leak in record time!  He explained exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. A few hours later he was back to make sure that everything was fixed properly and that the leak was fixed!

If you are looking for a company that does a GREAT job, is on time and is reliable I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Armstrong!!!

Daniel replaced our water heater last year and did a great job at a reasonable charge.  When we had an emergency leak, we called him and he was able to fix a very complicated issue and charged less than we expected.  He is who I recommend to friends.

Armando and Eastlake Plumbing were very fast and efficient. He went above and beyond to help us with our plumbing needs. He worked around our time schedule and provided us with excellent service. If you want customer service you will find it here!

She did an amazing job on an accent wall and a few odd jobs on my honey-do list that my honey kept putting off (a light fixture, bathroom fan, faucet, and a shower head installed). THANK YOU!!!

I tried a new plumber because my regular place was closed for a week. I had a kitchen sink that was clogged and my tenants were anxious to get it fixed. They were able to give me a next day appointment and were right on time. It was quoted for a decent price and handled professionally without any incidents. The clog extended to the clean out valve in the garage which looked like that creature from Aliens took a dump in the middle of the night and chased it with a tar covered opossum. Friggin gross. Paying them took a few phone calls but we got that figured out eventually. I'd use them again.

Miguel and his team did such a thorough job for my old pipes. I had initially called for just a drain cleaning, but he identified a serious problem with my plumbing. Not only did he find the resources to deal with the emergency problem on my behalf, he also dealt with insurance and my landlord, on top of working on the pipe problem itself. Communication was excellent, and they were so diligent, coming first thing in the morning; such a huge problem was fixed in just a few days. I am so grateful that he was able to detect, and fix, something that could have been a disaster for me in the near future.

I had to get my shower valve replaced inside the wall, these guys were able to fit me in on a Saturday morning after I called them at Friday 6 PM. Didn't even charge me after hours rates on a Saturday which was awesome. Freddy was able to give me a quote and the amount of time it would take right there on the phone. Called 5 other places that were 4.5+ stars on Yelp and these guys were the only ones who picked up right away. I left messages with other companies and only 1 called me back, and they weren't even able to give me a quote, just an hourly rate (and that's it!).

Miguel R. and Chris showed up right on time. I was afraid they were going to have to install a remodeling plate (big and ugly) since they had to go inside my wall, but they were able to install just a regular one. They protected my bathroom floor and tub with a thick blanket they brought, and had shoe coverings for the carpet. They even took the shoe coverings off when they went outside (I've had people just wear them outside which defeats the purpose). Originally Freddy estimated it would take 3 hours, but they got in done in 2.5 hours! They give a 1 year warranty on everything (parts and labor) which was nice to hear also.

Just call these guys, make your life easier.

Great service. Trustworthy.

Mainline was clogged. Came out in timely manner and gave me a few recommendations to clean out. Sal listened and understood that I have old clay pipes and he'd need to be sensitive to it. Also, showed all the issues with the camera. I feel confident about the work and will definitely use again.

Hired True Plumbing for a simple Washer and Gas Dryer hookup. Turned out to be way more complicated. Michael did a great job and charged a fair price. True is now my go to plumber.

We are having kitchen sink issues. After trying to get someone out on a Saturday everyone was booked or wanted almost 200 dollars to come out and run a snake down the line.

Then I discovered Burtech through Yelp. Dominic responded right away and told me he would have someone out between 2 and 4 at 10 in the morning. Not only did he get someone out there, but Mike was also actually there earlier than that.

Mike tried his hardest to get the problem fixed but couldn't get it done. That is not his fault though, the fault lays with having 43-year-old pipes and 43 years worth of build-up in them. Mike immediately told me what was going on and what needed to happen to fix the issue. He got me scheduled for Monday (today) to get someone out to water jet the lines which need to be done and didn't even charge me for the Saturday visit since he couldn't get it fixed.

Burtech is awesome. I only wish I had found them earlier. I couldn't recommend them anymore. Thanks for all the help.
