I am drafting this letter to use the reader. Today, I met a young man named Mike who represents CSR plumbing. You see, I am that father/husband who tries to fix things that are out of my scope of practice and later regret it. Mike is the epitome of customer service. It is very where you come across a company that is professional, courteous, and honest. Mike and CSR plumbing is that company. I have found CSR to be an extraordinary company to provide a level of customer service that one rarely sees in 2020. I truly wish this company a long line of success in generations to follow. My review may be read or it may not, but if there is one message that I would impose on you the reader is that CSR has formed a lifelong customer. If you do read this review...

I have only two words to say about CSR plumbing.

Hire them!

Byron, the owner of All American Plumbing, consistently manages to exceed expectations.  Whether we have a small or large problem, they resolve it beyond our expectation and with a reasonable price tag!

Such an amazing company. The service was awesome. Josh always returned our calls right away with any questions we had, they were right on time (gave us an exact time) and even came early to accommodate our schedule. The work was perfect. We needed several pipes fixed etc. I highly recommend and will use again.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!  They completely mislead my wife and tried talking her into a $2,900.00 charge for a $200 bathroom shower faucet repair.  My wife had called them to fix a standard single handle Moen fawcet that was old and getting hard to move in and out.  These are very common single handle ones that you can find in most US homes.  They are beautifully designed with a cartridge that is the valve.  All you have to do is basically pull out the old one and replace it with a new one.  It has rubber seals that keep it from touching the inside of the pipe (valve housing).  Just amazing engineering!

I spoke with them and asked if they tried to look at the cartridge and they told me that it was $2,900 regardless.  They would not touch it due to too many problems with corrosion, etc.  I respectively declined the work and I called another plumber who came out and fixed it in 10 minutes and it works beautifully like new.  Saved $2,700.00!

Other negative reviews also seem to trend that these guys try to up sale everything.  A waste of time for a quote and completely unethical.

Their reply is funny.  They get caught making up a problem and then try to say that the reasonable honest plumber was a bad plumber!  The guy I used was a very good plumber and has no negative ratings like these guys.  Just read the other negative reviews.

Justin was responsive, he came the next day, price was very competitive, his work was quality and it was quick. I highly recommend..and I've worked with many plumbers.

I now personally understand all these great Yelp reviews!  Max and Fred were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable about Heating and Air Conditioning.  They checked everything out, increased the cold air flow with some duct patching in the attic, made some suggestions for the future, and rechecked the air flow before they left.  All for a very reasonable cost.  I highly recommend this company...and these two young men.

TL Premier Plumbing came to the rescue when a leak threatened to destroy our entire complex.  After a thorough investigation, they found the leak and saved the day.  Manny went out of his way to make sure we had warm water while we made the needed repairs.  It was very appreciated, especially during a holiday weekend.

I very rarely leave bad reviews. I'm a property manager who double checks what contractors say. I needed to pressure check my gas line. These guys went under my house and said that the gas line was really old metal pipe that was covered in black tape and couldn't see where it was leaking so the ENTIRE house piping needed to be replaced.
They originally said $3-5K to repipe the house and dig a trench. Then it went up to $8-10K after looking at the house.
I ended up going under and verified that the pipe has NOTHING covering it. You could definitely find a leak if you tried.
So they completely lied and tried to be manipulative over email. I just feel bad for others who need plumbing because if you don't know how to check for yourself you could easily fall for what they're saying and pay an outrageous price.
I'm getting everything done for less than $2K. I'm sorry but I'm not happy being lied to.

We had a leak in our bathtub. They came out the same day and fixed the problem. They explained clearly what the problem was and their pricing was fair. Johann was great. He worked quickly and  efficiently. I would recommend this business to anyone who has a plumbing issue.

Very quick response, affordable rate, well mannered and quick service. We had a simple drain clog at ~40ft down the pipe. In and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

100% completely satisfied with Express Plumbing. I had a kitchen faucet that barely had any water flow. I had called around and various plumbers basically agreed that I had a potentially serious and probably expensive water pressure issue. Express was the only one who bothered to troubleshoot the problem over the phone and came to the conclusion I simply needed a new faucet. Bought one at Lowe's, and Express installed the next day for a reasonable price. Kitchen faucet worked immediately and the water pressure was fine.

I was left stranded by One Time Plumbing Co. being a no show and had to scramble to find another company. I called Eastlake Plumbing Inc, spoke to Armando explaining I needed the work done today and just over an hour later the plumbers were at my door. They were knowledgeable and professional and got the work done quickly for a very reasonable rate.  I am extremely satisfied and will use this company again.

Absolutely loved having a handy-WOMAN! As a young, single female, it was an added bonus having a gal work in my space. Took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for and brought my vision to life. Kelley did quality work - she went above and beyond the instructions to ensure the structure was extra secure - and all in a time efficient manner!

10/10 would and will hire again

I had David change two water valves under bathroom sink that was leaking. He was very attentive, professional and clean. Great service!

Carlos was prompt, professional and took care of a problem we had for a long time.  Several other plumbers had just barely cleared our main drain, but we needed them to take it further.  Carlos did everything to finally give us the clean drain we needed.  While he was at it, he discovered a break in the city's pipe and we were able to alert the city to that problem as well.  Carlos at Home Leak and Drain Solutions is just superb!  I recommend his company to everyone!

The short version: We've been using Plumbing Tree since the team was just Freddy. We have two properties with a combined age of 150 years between them and have probably met everyone on the team now, most recently Jerry who helped us yesterday (twice for separate issues), and picked up where Chris left off so that we could host a kid's birthday party where he was working and Miguel who has helped us in the past. Plumbing Tree has always been prompt, professional and genuinely have their clients' best interest at heart. They also work quick, and clean. Whenever we have issues, I pick up my phone because I have them saved as Plumbers and I know I don't have to worry about anything after I give them a call. As an added bonus, everyone on the team is a genuinely nice person.

The long version: Chris started clearing our yard drains that had flooded over with the rains (and after I had tried and failed to snake them myself) on Saturday but we were also hosting a party for our daughter in the yard. When the bounce house guys showed up, he cleaned up quickly and held off on billing us for the work until they could come finish the job properly. Jerry was lucky enough to come finish the work for us on Wednesday morning and got it tackled and kept the charges down on the initial service call since it was a continuation. Later in the day once we had a break from the rain my wife was hearing a hissing sound and noticed some tile discoloration, called back and Jerry was out again to fix a slab leak. I thought that was going to break the bank but Jerry got it all handled in under 3.5 hours when the initial diagnosis was 4 to 6 hours (remember when I said they work fast?!) all while getting frequent visits from our 3 year old and keeping her safe and going over the work he was doing.

Miguel has helped us with a pinhole leak at our other place that he wrapped up in under an hour and Freddy has worked on our showers and sink fixtures in the past as well and I always count Plumbing Tree to save the day, go over the issues clearly, and in a tie for most importantly, fix it right and do honest and clear billing. Any issue they've fixed in the past hasn't cropped up again and the one time something was slightly off with a fix they were out IMMEDIATELY to correct it.

Team Rooter charged my elderly father an excessive fee and sent an inexperienced plumber to my father's house to connect a new hot water heater, but the plumber failed to reconnect the drainage hose to the washing machine, which flooded the garage several days later. Team Rooter kept sending the same inexperienced plumber several addtional times, attempting to convince my elderly father to spend additional money on other unnecessary projects. They refused to provide a refund, and we had to hire yet another plumbling company to get a second opinion and correct their errors.

Highly recommend Sal and Juan and definitely would send them referrals!!!! These two brothers are such incredible and honest business owners!

I had an emergency, back up clogged drain and found them on Google. Sal quoted $350 for everything, which required snaking the pipes; hydro-jetting and using the camera. Now, at this point I have called everyone in San Diego for their estimates..could not believe the insane amount that they would charge just to come out with the same equipments ($700-$1000 job).

Honestly, these guys did such an amazing job!!!  They were determined to get the drains clear and properly fixed even if it's working throughout the night. Reliable service, very knowledgeable and great price! Save their number on your phone because they are your GO TO, PLUMBER

I was looking to install a water purification system and a tankless hot water system and in order to provide me a quotation, they wanted to charge me $25 as a service call....to give me a quote for over $10,000 worth of work?  No way.

Dave from Burtech was awesome. I reached out on yelp when Home Depot was unable to install our new dishwasher. He was here first thing the next morning (he could have been out here the same day if our schedule allowed). He took care of the valve issues and gave our kitchen sink some extra TLC with tightening and cleaning lines, etc. We will always call Burtech in the future as Dave went above and beyond to make sure everything was top notch and ready for the upcoming install. Thank you!!
