Contacted Velasquez when getting bids to remove 5 ficus trees from my front yard.  I communicated with Maria who was professional, courteous and timely. I ended up choosing them because of price and timeliness. Her crew showed up  when we agreed and did the job quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I just wanted to comment on the great service we always receive from American Ally Plumbing out of Escondido. They are in great demand, but owner Anthony Hernandez somehow finds a way to fit us in.

We have had a challenging year in our New Luxury Condo in Downtown San Diego. There have been several plumbing issues to deal with. Our saving grace has been Super Hero Tech Ray Aguilar! He is prompt, polite and knows his craft! He flies in, fixes the problem quickly, and flies out. No extra ridiculous line item charges that we have experienced with another plumbing company used in our building (I will make a not so flattering review on them next).

With that all said, we highly recommend American Ally plumbing. If you don't use them, BEWARE and check your invoice line by line.

I've been a customer of Mike's for over 10 years at three different properties.  Always responds, does great work and is reasonable.

We contacted Brian and he responded immediately for a same day repair.  He provided excellent service, quickly replaced our shower spout for a very reasonable price.  Also, just a very friendly, good person that you would want in your home.  To top it all off, he is a veteran. We will always support veteran business's first as a veteran household.

Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

He sent an a apprentice guy that couldn't clear the drain, and upsells  me to have a clean out installed for $3,500. What a joke, he then asked me what I can afford, I said $1,500. He sent me an estimate $1,500 , then later canceled.
I paid his plumber apprentice $50 and he left the bathroom dirty.

Amazing same day service on a Sunday in Jamul! Our drains backed up due to a major hair ball and a kid who flushed massive wads of toilet paper. He hydro-jetted our lines and cleared the clogs with ease. Highly recommend!

This is an review for work performed in October of 2014.  Owen Plumbing installed a Noritz tankless water heater in place of where the typical hot water tank was located.  The plumber(s) removed the existing water heater tank and began roughing-in the new gas pipe and other needed connection points for each inlet and outlet hot/cold water.  

While there, the plumbers also roughed in an icemaker valve box for a future refrigerator as well as the connections & drain for a future sink in the garage.

This was a 2 day job....all of which I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the job (their performance/installation, punctual, quality, cleanliness, price, etc.).

I'd recommend Owen Plumbing for anyone who asks for a plumber...  

By the way, my wife's family owns Faucets N Fixtures in Orange and they recommended Owen Plumbing to me.

Straight forward and easy to work with. No surprises and they will try and save you a buck even when its not in their best interest.

Not sure what just happened. This guy showed up when he said he would, fixed 5 items in less than an hour, explained a couple things about how to avoid needing him by using the shower more sensibly, cleaned up, charged less than what other plumbers charge for just coming to the door, and left. Must have been a prank. But I know plumbers don't do this kind of stuff and it's not even April 1st. Very confused to say the least.

AJ Anguelov was super helpful and I can tell he's very hardworking and good at his job! I will recommend him to anybody that needs their water heater fixed!

Sherlock Heating & Air installed a new heating and air conditioning unit two years ago.  During my remodel this spring, we found a minor issue due to the install of the heating unit.  Aaron, the owner of Sherlock, personally came over to my house to inspect his employee's installation work.  Aaron developed a solution that was acceptable not only to myself but to my contractor.  The fact that Aaron, the owner and president, personally came out is what makes Sherlock stand above all others.  Aaron stands by his employees work.  He values his reputation and wants to ensure each and every customer is beyond happy with the products and services that Sherlock provides.  I can't recommend Sherlock enough to those needing either a new heating and/or air conditioning unit or repair work in the North County area.

This complany had super fast response time, Joshua was very courteous and professional. I was impressed with how quickly and efficicently Joshua worked.  He showed up on time (on a Sunday even!) He was able to do some trouble shooting and diagnose a major plumbing issue, helping me look at options.  I was very comfortable with him in my home, and highly recommend him. I will definitely use him for future plumbing needs.  Thanks Joshua!

Came out fast next day and repaired leaking hose outlet very quickly and at reasonable price.

Had a tricky wiring issue and called Premo.  Premo worked with me to find a time that Benny and Peter could show up.  Fit their visit within my ridiculously tight schedule (after 330pm but before 5pm) same day.   I had intermittent issues with lights going out.  The guys showed up and thought it was all fixed.  The next day another light went out and the guys came back and quickly resolved it.  I'm not sure what else you could ask for.  it doesn't get more fair than that.  I'll use Premo again and would recommend them.

I received two estimates from two electric companies which had been referred to me by my solar installer. A buried corroded electric conduit was discovered going to an electric sub-panel and required replacement.  I decided to get a third bid, using Yelp as the source, and I am very pleased with the result. The price from Electric Lee, the Yelp referral, was 50% less than the other two bids and they completed the job that same day. The Electricians they sent out were are both knowledgeable and personable, besides doing an excellent job. My father was an electrician and I observed the electricians from Electric Lee as having the same high quality standards that my father had, when he was working.

Bruce and crew came to look at repair a cracked drain line in the bathroom. Bruce said he couldn't repair the crack based on it's location and that damage could be done to the main line as it is 60 years old. He contacted his buddy Rick at Matrix Plumbing to come out and put a camera down the main line to have a look. I looked on as they did this. Interesting thing that I found out a day later was that Rick looked at a plumbing issue at my brother's house. The initial response since his camera was BROKEN was to bust open their walls to find out what was going on. Glad my brother called for a second opinion since his problem was solved by snaking the line.

Back to my problem.. .Bruce and now Matrix Plumbing said they needed to trench inside my house, from one end to the other and replace the main line based on what they saw on the camera that suddenly worked. In an earlier conversation, Bruce said that you'd never want to trench your house and gave me several reasons why. But all of the sudden, trenching needed to be done immediately. Bruce said the line couldn't be sleeved or washed/cleaned out because it was too brittle and could crumble if we went that route.  Bruce and Matrix Plumbing said that this would take approximately two weeks and that my floors would be ripped up and drywall removed. After an insane estimate of approximately $30,000 from Bruce,  we obviously got a second and third opinion. Both of those companies allowed me to watch as they put the camera down the line. First off, what I saw on their cameras (which turned out to be a very good thing) looked nothing like what I saw from Rick's camera.

BOTH COMPANIES SAID I HAD NO ISSUES OR DAMAGE TO MY MAIN LINE! Yes, it is a 60 year old cast iron pipe. Both companies provided us with guidance to be proactive and preventative with the old aged pipe and it was nothing remotely close to $30,000!

Do your research and get several quotes when thinking about getting work done by Robertson plumbing.

Jesus from Mr Rooter came to us on a Sat after 30 minutes of our call.  Our garbage disposal was badly leaking.  He replaced it, did a very professional job and was very friendly.  We liked him a lot.
