Amazing service. This man knows his stuff. Not only does he know it, he talks to you and let's you know what he can do. He backs his work. He also follows up to be sure everything is going well. He came over within a couple of hours on a Saturday! The only other person that answered my text that day said they were booked through Monday and they most likely wouldn't be able to get the part. Sohail and his team did an amazing job! He transformed our master bath and we could not be more happy. They were thorough, communicative and have set a very high bar. We can't wait for them to complete our second bathroom!

Edgar came out to install two standard toilets. He was a true professional and did an outstanding job. The price was very reasonable and He worked very efficiently. I've been calling Lefty's for all my plumbing needs since i bought my house four years ago and i won't go anywhere else. Lefty's has always treated me right with reasonable rates and exemplary work on projects both large and small. They have my strongest recommendation!

Jerry and Johnny were fantastic.  I called on a Friday asking if they could fit me in on their schedule for a toilet install and putting in a water line that day. They were able to come out that day to give me an estimate and started the water line install that day. They finished the water line install on Friday so it was ready for our new refrigerator that was coming on Saturday.  They then came back on Saturday and installed our new toilet once it was delivered.  They did too notch work on both and gave us a great deal.  I would highly recommend using them. They will have repeat business with us for sure!

I had an appointment from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. I received a call from Natalie that the plumber was on the way at 10:50 am. I had an outside leaky faucet to fix. Jorge was my Plumber and he was very polite. He did a very good job and replaced the faucet in 30 minutes. I was very satisfied with the job!

On the plus side, replaced our backflow valve with a better brand.  On the minus, left us with an active leak!

Not sure what just happened. This guy showed up when he said he would, fixed 5 items in less than an hour, explained a couple things about how to avoid needing him by using the shower more sensibly, cleaned up, charged less than what other plumbers charge for just coming to the door, and left. Must have been a prank. But I know plumbers don't do this kind of stuff and it's not even April 1st. Very confused to say the least.

There was a water heater leak in my neighbours water heater and since it was the unit directly above mine, water had seeped into my ceiling and drywall. The entire ceiling in my closet and water heater closet was damaged and had to be removed. Since the water heater was in the way, that had to be taken out and replaced with a temporary electric water heater for us to use. AJ was very kind and prompt to come and finish the job in a timely and efficient manner. He was meticulous and careful enough while disconnecting the water heater such that there was not a single drop of water spilled on my carpet. The temporary water heater that he installed was also up and running in no time and he was in-n-out in less than an hour.

I would definitely recommend him for any water heater installation and repair.

Expensive rates and we had to pay $99.00 to find out what might be wrong with our system.  We were quoted in the neighborhood of $2,700.00 by Jared  to service and fix our non working a/c and replace  the freon that was not in the system.  Turns out from another company Liberty Mechanical  the Leak was upstairs in the Attic and a Valve  had to be replaced.  Sherlock never went into our attic to locate the problem.  I called the  company and wanted to speak to the owner Aaron and never received a phone call back. In addtion the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled because of  their  workload. Still waiting for a call Two months later.

Joshua does great work for a great price. He took care of my pipes and did a great job, no leaks!

They did a good job! Mauricio is very responsive! Gerardo and Emilio came on time and fixed our drip leak issue! We initially thought it's just a tub spout issue but turns out it was the cartridge! Gave us a reasonable quote, we scheduled it and they completed work within an hour (quicker than their estimated work time)! Will definitely recommend them to our friends!

One of our cicuit breakers tripped. I called Premo Electric and talked to Richard. He mentioned that he's fully booked until next week, but kindly and patiently walked me through to reset the breaker over the phone. No charges. Thanks a lot, Richard. I'll definitely reach out to you next time.

Devren was easy to schedule an appointment with and he came out and did a thorough inspection.  He presented a quote with some innovative solutions and competitive pricing.

In the end we elected to go with somebody else for this job due to a timing necessity on our end but we will keep him and his team in mind for future work.

Bruce is amazing! He came out for a free quote and really made me feel at ease as he explained what needed to be done. I could definitely tell he cares about his work. His quote was more then fair, especially for the quality of work he did. I now have new pipes from the main to every fixture, a new water heater, and new pressure regulator. Everything is working great and the work was impeccable. I will be recommending Bruce with Robertson Plumbing to anyone I encounter looking for a great plumber!

Had called this service for a leaky bathtub faucet and two clogged basins. They came in and were very honest and suggested ways I could do it myself. They also have a free quote on what it'd take for them to do it. It was straightforward enough that I thought I'd give it a try myself. Although I did not avail of their service, the honesty and straightforwardness was much appreciated and deserving of my favorable rating. Id definitely reach out to Mr. Rooter for my future plumbing needs.
