Made an appointment for an estimate for the next day.  Unfortunately, they never arrived and when I texted to inquire when they would get here I was just told the I am running late.  He never arrived , nor did he respond to texts asking when he would.  There are plenty of companies that can do this work so save yourself the trouble and go with someone else.

One of our 2 water heaters started leaking and we didn't know who to call.  We went to Nextdoor Santa Luz and other sites-one name stood out-Pacific Tankless. We shopped for quality, service and price, and again one name stood out-Pacific Tankless.
AJ was professional, punctual and courteous. We are very happy that we chose Pacific Tankless.

Saw them at Costco.  Estimates only provided upon home visit.  Earliest appointment was 6 weeks away after Costco promotion expires (3 other estimates provided in that timeframe, giving me a chance to learn).  Estimates provided on plastic-sealed paper (which they could have provided at Costco; they didn't perform any measurements or calculations to determine demand).  Provided my email address for written quote and additional information  3-4 weeks ago and haven't heard back.  The pre-printed estimate for the Lennox system they offer is 2.5 times that for the estimates I received for similar Carrier, Bryant, and Rheem systems installed by other Yelp companies with ~4 or more stars.  I have no experience or comment on their installation, however.

Joshua Plumbing and Drain Service saved the day on Saturday!  I met Joshua and his crew at a plumbing store on Saturday morning and asked if they worked in the Carmel Mountain area.  Most definitely was their answer and after explaining my AC/Plumbing nightmare Joshua said he could come by in between two appointments that morning!!  

They showed up right on time and got to work accessing the problem and had it fixed (and a few other small problems) just as promised!  They were courteous, put down plastic and cleaned up after the job was complete.  Joshua was very patient with me as I asked numerous questions, answering them all without making me feel dumb for asking.  

Thank you Joshua for coming to my rescue!  I highly recommend Joshua and his crew for all your plumbing needs!

I've hired Premo Electric on multiple occasions first I have to say the customer service is above the 5 stars if they had 10 stars this would be for them. George personally is a very good person and very reliable. First I want to say thank you Premo Electric for installing and designing all my LED recessed lighting.

George an team personally installed over 125 led recessed lights in my home it may seem like a lot but I have a very big Estate and they were able to design and install all my lighting throughout my home and I got to say I'm very pleased with the way that it turned out. My wife and I we're a little concerned about our kids bedroom in the light that would be installed inside the rooms. Premo Electric and team were able to install dimmers on the lights so that it wasn't too bright but also wasn't too Dim as well. The dimmers also came with the night light so you put it all the way down one of the lights stay on a little bit without turning the light switch all the way off so it wasn't too bright this was extremely awesome and they did it in the perfect design.

The lighting project took approximately three and a half to 4 days and throughout the whole time they were very very clean it's amazing I don't even think our live in maid has cleaned as much and as good as Premo Electric and team has done. Overall, I see we're all very good reviews come from and I am very impressed. Not only was the quality amazing but the finish is absolutely phenomenal. I'm not the usual person to praise about someone's work but these guys are the real deal and I would highly recommend them if you're going to be doing any type of lighting throughout your home thank you George and also Premo Electric for your help you have been absolutely amazing more than you would ever know.

What was really important to me was the fact they were able to give a fairy accurate over the phone estimate so it did not require a fall in home consultation. They had written a estimate with a few questions that they had asked me so I was able to get a very accurate price for the actual work this save me time which is money and overall was a perfect experience.

Devren installed a new front porch light fixture that had shorted out and also re-installed a hall light fixture that I had pulled out of the ceiling trying to change the bulbs...when will i learn???  He was prompt, efficient and left no mess!  I would recommend his work to family and friends.

Bruce and crew came to look at repair a cracked drain line in the bathroom. Bruce said he couldn't repair the crack based on it's location and that damage could be done to the main line as it is 60 years old. He contacted his buddy Rick at Matrix Plumbing to come out and put a camera down the main line to have a look. I looked on as they did this. Interesting thing that I found out a day later was that Rick looked at a plumbing issue at my brother's house. The initial response since his camera was BROKEN was to bust open their walls to find out what was going on. Glad my brother called for a second opinion since his problem was solved by snaking the line.

Back to my problem.. .Bruce and now Matrix Plumbing said they needed to trench inside my house, from one end to the other and replace the main line based on what they saw on the camera that suddenly worked. In an earlier conversation, Bruce said that you'd never want to trench your house and gave me several reasons why. But all of the sudden, trenching needed to be done immediately. Bruce said the line couldn't be sleeved or washed/cleaned out because it was too brittle and could crumble if we went that route.  Bruce and Matrix Plumbing said that this would take approximately two weeks and that my floors would be ripped up and drywall removed. After an insane estimate of approximately $30,000 from Bruce,  we obviously got a second and third opinion. Both of those companies allowed me to watch as they put the camera down the line. First off, what I saw on their cameras (which turned out to be a very good thing) looked nothing like what I saw from Rick's camera.

BOTH COMPANIES SAID I HAD NO ISSUES OR DAMAGE TO MY MAIN LINE! Yes, it is a 60 year old cast iron pipe. Both companies provided us with guidance to be proactive and preventative with the old aged pipe and it was nothing remotely close to $30,000!

Do your research and get several quotes when thinking about getting work done by Robertson plumbing.

Before calling Mr. Rooter I had 2 other big name plumbing companies come out to attempt to unclog and somewhat troubleshoot my backed up (gray water) laundry drain to no avail. By now I was desperate, so I reluctantly called Mr Rooter, they scheduled a technician for the next  morning. Billie was the Technician dispatched and I can't tell  you enough positive things about his professionalism and determination to get the problem resolved.He was very thorough, very experienced and great at troubleshooting, very determined to correct my nightmare drain. While every step of the way he ensured I understood the work recommended to be done, it was a no pressure visit. I didn't feel like I was being nickle and dime like the other plumbing companies. Billie installed a clean out which made  it possible to detect where the obstruction was located, which was outside of the building. My nightmare is over thanks to Billie and because of him, I now have a plumbing company I can trust to get the job done!
