I attempted to fix a clogged drain in my bathroom sink and ended up pulling the pipe right out of the wall. I called several plumbers to help me. Kristian from Elite Rooter came over and told me it would be a huge job, it would take half the day. He said my bathroom wall would need to be cut open. The pipe would need to be completely replaced for $1,200. Then Mike from Regional Elite Plumbing checked it out and said he could repair the damage using a pipe fitting connector. Took him about 30 minutes and cost $150. My sink is working perfectly now. I am so grateful for his honesty and skills. I would highly recommend Regional Elite Plumbing to anyone in need of a highly qualified honest plumber.

I originally contacted Brian from Definitive Plumbing Solutions to repair a blocked faucet.  He did a great job of fixing that in a timely, polite, respectful manner and at a cost that was competitive and fair.  Through the course of that repair I found out that I needed to replace my rusty water heater.  Brian was patient in explaining what was going on without pressure to up sell.  I had previously noticed discoloration in the hot water so knew there was probably an issue.  Brian ended up quoting me a fair price on that job also and came back to do the job after setting up an appointment which he kept and he did a couple of other smaller jobs while he was at my house.

Brian is timely, offers a fair price for very good work, cleans up nicely at the end of the jobs, is patient in answering concerns I had, and very responsive in terms of answering texts, emails and calls.  I highly recommend him and will use him again.  One of the hardest things in finding good repair and installation services is feeling that you can trust someone to be honest and give you good value for your money, as well as obviously do the job right.  I feel that Brian is such a person.

Absolutely first-rate! I had three jobs: a broken garbage disposal; a stopped-up sink; and a leaky hose bib. Marshall immediately diagnosed each problem; explained it clearly; and fixed each one lickety-split. He was fast, thorough, and a complete professional in all ways. We were very impressed with our service from Sherlock. We had a 20 yr old heater and no A/C. We decided it was time to get A/C and knew getting a heater was probably a good idea as well. Justin took the time to really listen to our needs and discuss all our options. We felt no pressure about our decisions and ended up feeling very confident with them. Billy and Tyler did a phenomenal job installing the units. What was supposed to be a 2 day job they completed in 1. Everything is working great. They have a great warranty and customer service as well. We look forward to working with them for servicing/maintenance in the future and highly recommend them!

It seems whenever I need a plumber it's an emergency and I often call the businesses that advertise a lot on TV. This week was no exception. I need a boxed angle stop replaced to complete the installation of a built-in refrigerator. The big companies did not return my call in a timely manner and they quoted me $600 to $1000 dollars to do the job. After I regained my senses, I did a little research on Yelp and found EXODUS PLUMBING on a Sunday.
Mauricio returned my call in minutes. He quoted me $225 and he came out the next day. He was great:  Effective, efficient and professional. He's just a nice guy doing his best for his customers. He also put together a my leaky kitchen faucet that I had disassemble earlier in the day...no charge!
Mauricio and Exodus Plumbing will be my fist call from now on.

Amazing Service. I contacted Premo via their website link to inquire about home electric vehicle charging installation (they are certified by Tesla). They promptly responded with a detailed questionnaire requesting more specifics including photos to help them prepare for the installation. They contacted me the next day to confirm details and scheduled an appointment.  The electrician texted and called me prior to the scheduled appointment time to confirm my availability and then showed up right on time. Niall was professional, courteous, efficient and clearly an expert electrician. The $450 fee was exactly what I was quoted. Premo provides reliability, excellent communication, high quality workmanship and reasonable pricing. I will definitely use them again for future electrical needs.

They are awesome. They were able to come out quickly and solved two quirky electrical problems that no one else could figure out. They also got things done really quickly. Highly recommend them.

Bruce and crew came to look at repair a cracked drain line in the bathroom. Bruce said he couldn't repair the crack based on it's location and that damage could be done to the main line as it is 60 years old. He contacted his buddy Rick at Matrix Plumbing to come out and put a camera down the main line to have a look. I looked on as they did this. Interesting thing that I found out a day later was that Rick looked at a plumbing issue at my brother's house. The initial response since his camera was BROKEN was to bust open their walls to find out what was going on. Glad my brother called for a second opinion since his problem was solved by snaking the line.

Back to my problem.. .Bruce and now Matrix Plumbing said they needed to trench inside my house, from one end to the other and replace the main line based on what they saw on the camera that suddenly worked. In an earlier conversation, Bruce said that you'd never want to trench your house and gave me several reasons why. But all of the sudden, trenching needed to be done immediately. Bruce said the line couldn't be sleeved or washed/cleaned out because it was too brittle and could crumble if we went that route.  Bruce and Matrix Plumbing said that this would take approximately two weeks and that my floors would be ripped up and drywall removed. After an insane estimate of approximately $30,000 from Bruce,  we obviously got a second and third opinion. Both of those companies allowed me to watch as they put the camera down the line. First off, what I saw on their cameras (which turned out to be a very good thing) looked nothing like what I saw from Rick's camera.

BOTH COMPANIES SAID I HAD NO ISSUES OR DAMAGE TO MY MAIN LINE! Yes, it is a 60 year old cast iron pipe. Both companies provided us with guidance to be proactive and preventative with the old aged pipe and it was nothing remotely close to $30,000!

Do your research and get several quotes when thinking about getting work done by Robertson plumbing.

We had some issues with our kitchen and bathroom plumbing and got a quick response. Jose Lopez came in and gave a us a very thorough walkthrough and explained how everything worked and the best course of action. He was incredibly friendly and professional. We'll definitely ask for him again when the need arises!
