Contacted Velasquez when getting bids to remove 5 ficus trees from my front yard.  I communicated with Maria who was professional, courteous and timely. I ended up choosing them because of price and timeliness. Her crew showed up  when we agreed and did the job quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Anthony and his team are amazing. We have an older house and they've fixed countless plumbing problems for us over the years, including an entire house repipe and fixing our exterior drainage so water stopped pooling against the house after it rained. Tonight they came and fixed our leaky toilet and our improperly draining washing machine. They identified both problems and had them fixed in just a few hours. They are extremely honest and always do a great job. I recommend them to everyone I know around town.

We called Mike Regional Elite Plumbing on Sat morning. He called right back and came over. He did a great job and he was very fast and reasonable .Even  came back the next day to tighten some bolts. We will be using him from now on for all our plumbing needs. Thanks Mike

Brian was extremely helpful and kind.  Our problem ended up not being as significant as we first thought, Brian helped us by checking it and watching it for any leaking and since it didn't need replacing after all, he was kind enough to not charge us.  We will definitely use him again, honest and helpful.

Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Do not hire these people! They send a guy to my house for a simple unclog, I even left the pipe taken apart for them with simple instructions just unclog the drain the guy instead tries to scam my wife while I'm at work out of another $200 saying he needed to rebuild my sink. I had to call and ask them to remove him from my home. I didn't want my wife alone with the dude after that. Then on top of that he didn't even unclog the drain which my paid him to do. I had to call Barid Plumbing and they charged half the price to unclog with a 30 day warranty. Don't trust these people in your home if you don't know anything about plumbing

We had a major leak in the ceiling, we needed a plumber fast. As soon I as I called, Edgar answered and made the effort to arrive asap and even called ahead assuring he was on the way. He arrived with John, fixed the leak in minutes and resolved the issue. They were nice, polite and professional, I'll be calling them again for all my leaks. Big thanks to John and Edgar

Amazing Company! From Lindsay on the phone to David and Jorge onsite! I have had Owen plumbing out multiple times to fix issues in my bathrooms. Communication, attention to detail, and a discussion on parts & costs from Lindsay made the onsite visits much more efficient. Both David and Jorge were courteous, personable, and very knowledgeable. Our water heater broke and leaking water so i was looking for someone to replace and found Pacific Tankless on Yelp.

After talking to AJ on phone felt really confident that they will be best for this and they didn't disappoint.  Just awesome work and very reasonable price.

Expensive rates and we had to pay $99.00 to find out what might be wrong with our system.  We were quoted in the neighborhood of $2,700.00 by Jared  to service and fix our non working a/c and replace  the freon that was not in the system.  Turns out from another company Liberty Mechanical  the Leak was upstairs in the Attic and a Valve  had to be replaced.  Sherlock never went into our attic to locate the problem.  I called the  company and wanted to speak to the owner Aaron and never received a phone call back. In addtion the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled because of  their  workload. Still waiting for a call Two months later.

This complany had super fast response time, Joshua was very courteous and professional. I was impressed with how quickly and efficicently Joshua worked.  He showed up on time (on a Sunday even!) He was able to do some trouble shooting and diagnose a major plumbing issue, helping me look at options.  I was very comfortable with him in my home, and highly recommend him. We had a clogged kitchen sink that needed fixing. We called Exodus and they scheduled an appointment for the same day. They sent text updates regarding the appointment. Mauricio came on time, was friendly and fixed the issue in a short amount of time. The prices are fair and the service is excellent. We plan to use them for any future plumbing issues.

We've been slowly replacing old switches and outlets in our home and ran into a few wiring issues we couldn't solve as DIYers. We contacted Premo and they were able to come out within a few hours of our initial call to them! Benny and Peter came out and managed to solve our problems in a quick and timely manner! Benny took the time to make sure we were happy with the work and he even solved a switch issue we didn't even know was happening. They cleaned up all the dust and debris from the outlets and left our home in better condition than they found it. They offered a military discount and we'll definitely be calling them in the future for any electrical needs we may encounter! Two thumbs up!

My neighbor was re-wiring her house and recommended I do the same thing since they were both 1940's homes that needed it. After her extensive research she went with Lee and passed on the number. I called and after he looked at the place gave me what I thought was a very good quote with even a military discount. I have renters in the house and he made my life easy and worked with the tenants to have the job done with little impact to their lives. The job was done as quoted with professionalism. We did have one small socket issue but they were over immediately to rectify the problem. I'm extremely glad I had this done, was always worried about the 70 year old wires that were starting to be an issue. They are certainly my go to electricians now and would recommend them highly to anyone.

I think Bruce is trying to do a good job, but this service was a nightmare. I'm giving two stars (rather than 1) because there seemed to be some health issues happening that *may* have contributed to things going so poorly.

We got a bid to replace the the shower drain for a shower remodel. After three weeks, many delays the job is complete but not to the specs outlined at the start of the project. Several items listed in the contract were not completed

The only reason we didn't cancel with him was that we foolishly gave a large deposit and felt we'd just lose the money if we changed plumbers.

We are not confident our drain will function properly in the long term due to the way things played out, but our budget is all spent. This is a frustrating situation.

Overall, there was a lot of talk with Bruce and very little action. He'd call and update us on his many life challenges that were causing delay after delay... but the total time invested into actually working on the plumbing was very little.

He seems like a nice guy and expresses his intention to keep things on budget, but the execution was not there.

misleading outrageous prices

Quoted one price on phone, then more than tripled it on site. I do the same work and know this is MUCH too high. I would have done it, but out of town
