One of the most important things for me in hiring a plumber for service work (and/or remodeling) is to have a plumber that stands behind their work. Because during service work (and remodels) there is always an unexpected curve ball that comes up. I haven't been happy with the way other plumbers have handled those curve balls. But I was extremely happy with the way Rafael handled our curve ball. He proved to me his #1 goal is to make his customers happy!! It blew me away!!

He sent Andy out who really worked his tail off to get the job done. Andy was very friendly, a nice young man, and a pleasure to interact with. We had to shut the water off in my building and he didn't ask me to speak to the other homeowners, he eagerly volunteered to do it himself. I only hire people I like and that stand behind their work. I really like Rafael and Andy and I can verify they stand behind their work. That's rare in this day and age.

Twice now Marshall has visited our home to help clear some clogs. Each time, he is friendly and listens carefully to concerns. His services have been delivered responsively and efficiently. He took the time to explain what the cause was and how we can prevent further issues. He never tried to up sell or overcharge either. I would call on him again!

We needed our water heater repaired. We were getting hot water most of the time but not consistently. AJ came out and said there really wasn't anything we could do to fix it since it was an older system. He said he would personally ride it out as long as possible until we needed to replace it. So we did and we called AJ when it was time for a new tankless water heater. He came out the next day and replaced it. It was a big job and he and his partner completed it within 6 hours including a quick run to the hardware store. The cost was competitive and AJ is honest, kind and super knowledgeable. We highly recommend him and Pacific Tankless.

We had Sherlock out to give us a quote along with 5 other top rated HVAC companies in the county and this company blew everyone else out of the water....when it comes to PRICE. We were presented with the grand total of $22,967 to install central A/C and heat in a one story 1440 sq. ft. condo. Oh wait, after a $2,278 discount, it would only be $20,689. After picking my jaw up off the floor, all I could think was how ashamed this sales rep should be for working for a company who is out to price gouge potential customers. Sure, they might offer quality service and experience, but you can get quality service and experience for about 10,000 less, and WE DID.

Buyers beware, shop around and do your research, because clearly this company is out to make a very large profit at YOUR expense.

Unfortunately my experience was bad! I had my bathroom redone and the contractor had Joshua do the plumbing. He arrived with his two guys and I asked him about a drain. No greeting or introduction 0 personality. He leaves and the two guys stay. I have a Kohler acrylic tub that specifically says it needs to be set in a bed of mud or no warranty. I ask his guys about it and they say they do that later. I ask them a question about installing the tub and they end up calling Joshua who tells them to pack up and leave. The tile contractor smooths thing over and they continue. I ask them again about setting the tub in a bed of mud. That's later. Next thing I know the tub is installed with no mud. Too late now so tile contractor and I decide we will remove drywall and put mud under tub later. The job is about finished and the tile contractor puts the trim on and tests the tub/shower valve. Surprise! The two boneheads put it in upside down and now the tile is installed.  Contractor calls Joshua. He is too busy to come over today or tomorrow. So two days later he shows up at my door about 5pm. All he says is, I'm here for the plumbing. Not so much as a sorry about the inconvenience. The guy should have been apologizing for delaying the completion of the project by two days. One of the worst contractor experiences I have ever had.

Im a chef at pb restaurant so i had issues with a pipe so i called other famous companies but because was at night they try to charge me tons of money so a chef friend recommend this company, i was afraid to try new plumbing company but ohhh surprise, they arrive super fast and gave me a quote, much much better than others, long short story they fixed the next night and i can say it was a fantastic job, the technicians was Emilio y his guy, highly recommended.

Can't say enough good things about Premo Electric.  Submitted a message and George responded quickly.  Got everything setup.  George even was gracious to change the work order late in the game when I realized I needed more done.  

His team arrived and got right to work.  They installed three new circuits, two new ceiling fans, and two new exhaust fans.  Everything was done perfectly!

Price was very reasonable for all the work done and time frame for all of it being done was great!

I know I need more electric work in the future and I will be reaching out to Premo Electric when the time comes.

I needed a few light switches fixed, a mysterious power loss issue, and 2 GFCI outlets installed.  Devon gave me a fair quote to begin with and accepted my counter, and was able to provide the quote over the phone.  He was on time and the communication was timely and on point.  Devon was very honest and told me that I didn't need the GFCI outlets, he fixed 4 3-way switches, and resolved the tricky issue, all within an hour.  I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable electrician!

I think Bruce is trying to do a good job, but this service was a nightmare. I'm giving two stars (rather than 1) because there seemed to be some health issues happening that *may* have contributed to things going so poorly.

We got a bid to replace the the shower drain for a shower remodel. After three weeks, many delays the job is complete but not to the specs outlined at the start of the project. Several items listed in the contract were not completed

The only reason we didn't cancel with him was that we foolishly gave a large deposit and felt we'd just lose the money if we changed plumbers.

We are not confident our drain will function properly in the long term due to the way things played out, but our budget is all spent. This is a frustrating situation.

Overall, there was a lot of talk with Bruce and very little action. He'd call and update us on his many life challenges that were causing delay after delay... but the total time invested into actually working on the plumbing was very little.

He seems like a nice guy and expresses his intention to keep things on budget, but the execution was not there.

Mr. Jose Lopez was great. He was dedicated to our issue and customer service exceeded our expectation. I would recommend this professional to everyone.
