After acquiring 5 different quotes from other companies we decided to work with Sauro's  team in the remodeling of our patio, installation of pergola , and new concrete of our porch. They were attentive to our inquiries, design  and suggestions. They worked around our budget and clear communication was done when extra materials or work had to be done due to difficulties in the project. We also liked that they worked non stop until completion , instead of working few hours per day as many other contractors usually do. Some pics before and after . Highly recommend them.

Ray A. was absolutely amazing!! We had a clogged kitchen sink that started leaking water from below a sealed cabinet. He was very quick, helped us with a different problem and very fair. I highly recommend Ray for anyone dealing with pipes or plumbing problems. I will be calling him for any future issues in our home.

We called Regional Elite Plumbing to assist with a plumbing problem in our bathroom.  Mike responded to our home a couple hours later and fixed the problem.  He was professional and his rates were very reasonable.  I would definately use this company in the future and would recommend him to others.

I contacted Definitive Plumbing because I was told my water pressure was too high from another plumber. That plumber was unavailable,
so I decided to try Definitive. Brian responded quickly with a quote and we scheduled a time for him to come that afternoon. He arrived on time as promised. After taking a look, he advised my water pressure was fine and didn't feel I needed to replace anything. I really appreciated his honestly. It is very hard to find someone you can trust. Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Owen plumbing has become my to go plumbers. They are very professional. You can tell they truly want to help you and not just upsale  you or just make money off of you. If they can save you money, they will tell you. I've had Ruben one of the technicians at my house for several jobs and he has been on time, professional, friendly, and very clean every time. Whenever I've had questions about a particular pipe or situation, the owner Scott has got on the phone with me and given me his advice. I'm a big fan of Clairemont Plumbing! Most recently Marshall came out to replace my water heater. He does great work and cleans up after his work. I think this was the 3rd time I've used CP for different plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I had AJ replace my tankless water heater. He was professional, on time and very reasonably priced. I got other estimates that were much higher than his offer. I'm very happy with his service and already have recommended him to my neighbors.

If they did not install your unit. They will NOT service it.

Can't argue with that. Can't tell me it's not a customer experience. I approach them based on their advertisement, give them the facts that a recently installed unit is not working after 1 season.

Their answer to me was, after looking in our records .. we have no record of you .. we do not service what we did not install

If the purpose of reviews here is to only support those who have actually spent money, then that's pretty biased. I'm trying to save someone the hassle of bothering with it since they're not going to service it if they did not install it.

...and let's not play the fine print game. That's a cop out.

My other review stated all that, and had one other commentary bit that was much less than the whole weight of the review and in and of that issue itself, does NOT change the fact that, once again, they won't service what they did not install

They were very fair with their pricing for a job moving a gas line in our garage for our stackable dryer.  I got estimates ranging from $250 to $450 (always get estimates!)   These guys showed up on time, did the work and stuck to the price that we agreed on.  

Also, they've moved to Spring Valley from San Carlos.

We got an amazing job done from Mauricio. He is very responsive and professional. He arrived on time and ready to get the job done. He replaced our shower valves, moved a water pipe and few more stuff. Mauricio took the time to get the job done. We also loved his cleanliness. We'll definitely used Exodus plumbing for our future needs.

I had a problem with my home electrical panel. Early this morning, I used Yelp to find an electrician. Yelp sent my quote request to four electricians and Premo Electric responded first will a phone call.
Richard called and said he can come now. He asked about the problem and to get a photo of the electrical panel sent to him. He called back and agreed to come and told me the charge.
He came in 30 minutes, was courteous and wore shoe booties in my house, checked the outlet and the panel. He found a circuit overload tripped the breaker but no faulty materials to replace. The charge was $154. I am very happy. We will call them again when we need an electrician.

Responsive and cost effective. I will use them every time I need an electrician.

Requested...Repair one sink fixture quoted $100.00 flat rate over the phone....20 minutes later $350.00+ with little or no explanations...

Found another plummer outside of this stupid ANGIE'S LIST and competed the job in and hour for 200.00!!

Be careful out there...especially you seniors...

GREAT SERVICE!!!!  These guys showed up ON TIME!!!!   Clean truck, clean uniform, clean plumber, something I RARELY see!!!   I noticed the guy had a name badge on, which I liked.

The showed me what was wrong, fixed it pretty quickly, cleaned up perfectly and for a weekend, I thought charged a very fair price.  One other company I called wanted a MINIMUM of $395, I think.  Mr. Rooter said same price on weekend as weekdays and NO OVERTIME CHARGES....

Before they left, they took a camera out (for NO CHARGE) and sent it all the way out to the street from my house and showed me what my main sewer line looks like.

Well worth the money, I was pleased to see a CLEAN, UNIFORMED, POLITE professional.....I would recommend them and use them again!!
