Pacific Beach Plumbing did a great job installing a recirculating hot water pump.  We chose and recommend the Hot Water D'MAND System and are happy.

Made an appointment for an estimate for the next day.  Unfortunately, they never arrived and when I texted to inquire when they would get here I was just told the I am running late.  He never arrived , nor did he respond to texts asking when he would.  There are plenty of companies that can do this work so save yourself the trouble and go with someone else.

We had a clog that kept happening at our condo complex, another plumber had failed to explain the problem and suggested a costly repair.  I called Ray with American Roto for a second opinion he was very knowledgeable and willing to show us where the problem was.  He suggested a similar repair but was more affordable and willing to explain all the work involved and what to do next.

We called Mike Regional Elite Plumbing on Sat morning. He called right back and came over. He did a great job and he was very fast and reasonable .Even  came back the next day to tighten some bolts. We will be using him from now on for all our plumbing needs. Thanks Mike

This review is way overdue my husband and I bought our home a year ago and in six months time of living here we had the kitchen sink overflow/backflow overnight..
I wasn't sure what to do so I called Lefty's plumbers to snake the pipes and let me know what was wrong.
Well they came out the next day spent three to four hours here doing a lot of nothing.
Well they quoted me for all kinds of things that they need to get into the big main pipe in my bathroom hallway and it would be a big job and would be thousands of dollars and I was ready to go with them I trusted them because of the reviews on Yelp.
But my husband insisted we get a second opinion and luckily I spoke to our realtor and he told us to use our home warranty and they would send out a plumber.
Luckily we did the plumber came out snaked and cleaned out the kitchen sink and said yes our plumbing is old but it works just fine no need to do all that work that Lefty's plumbers suggested we are so glad we went  a different route haven't had any problems since.

Professional plumbers!  Knowledgeable, fast response, and competitively priced.  Friendly and went the extra mile.  Didn't leave a mess when they left.  Thank you to Jerry and Ricardo for a great experience.  I will recommend to friends and family and use them again.

FOR WORK DONE 11/25/15:
Owen Plumbing saved me from having to take freezing cold showers over the long Thanksgiving weekend!  My hot water heater went out the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and I was having a heck of a time finding someone, anyone, who would come out that day.  I had heard about Owen Plumbing through a Facebook group I am a part of and they were the ONLY ones who even considered coming out that day.  They weren't sure on the timing, but they would keep me informed.  They were able to come out (earlier than they had estimated) and replaced the water heater with no problem.  The technicians were very clean, polite and respectful.  I have nothing but good things to say about Owen Plumbing!

UPDATE as of 4/15/16:
When I needed additional plumbing work (replacing the washing machine shut off valves), I first foolishly called a different company who gave me a ridiculous estimate.  I then called Owen Plumbing who gave me a more reasonable estimate.  They came within the window of time they gave me and completed the job quickly.  My technician, David even helped me replace a water filter that was a two-person job (I live alone).  The final cost was actually below the estimate they gave me over the phone!  I could not be happier with Owen Plumbing!

Called at 2pm on a Saturday, they were at my house by 4pm (as they said they would be).  Their guy was friendly.  He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and what the problem was.  He even knocked a few bucks off their quote since the job wasn't too difficult.
I would use them again.

Arrived within time frame given, owner does work himself. Very reasonable service fee, he was polite, very knowledgeable fixed my problem quickly, hes been doing this kind of work for years .

We needed our water heater repaired. We were getting hot water most of the time but not consistently. AJ came out and said there really wasn't anything we could do to fix it since it was an older system. He said he would personally ride it out as long as possible until we needed to replace it. So we did and we called AJ when it was time for a new tankless water heater. He came out the next day and replaced it. It was a big job and he and his partner completed it within 6 hours including a quick run to the hardware store. The cost was competitive and AJ is honest, kind and super knowledgeable. We highly recommend him and Pacific Tankless.

I was very impressed with Sherlock Heating and Air Conditioning. My tech, Brendan, arrived early and was incredibly professional. He took the time to properly assess the job to provide the most accurate quote possible. My laundromat was needing a ductwork overall. Needless to say, it took a couple of techs working the challenging problem to show me these guys knew what they're doing and they cared about doing a quality job! I would highly recommend Brendan and I will tell everyone to do business with these guys. Thank you!!

Joshua and his team did the plumbing for our bathroom renovation, and we were seriously impressed by their work. Easy to work with, accommodating of our schedules, and extremely hard-working to make sure the job got done on time, even if it meant working late into the night. Very satisfied and would highly recommend!

After reading many very good reviews here on Yelp, I decided to choose Exodus Plumbing for my bathroom repairs. I first called them and spoke with someone in their office. Then I texted photos of my bathroom showing what I needed done, and Mauricio, the owner, responded with a quote, which I thought was a reasonable amount. I contacted Exodus again to set up an appointment.

I also requested that the plumbers wear face masks, and they did the entire time they were inside my home.

The two plumbers, Emilio and Gerardo, did an excellent job. I am very happy with their work. And I also like that they used quality parts as I requested.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars, is I felt there needed to be better communication between the office and the plumbers assigned to the job. The plumbers who arrived did not know I had received a quote from the owner. But after I showed the plumbers my cell phone texts, they agreed to do the job for the quoted amount.

Otherwise, I am very happy with the service I received from Exodus Plumbing.

Amazing and quick! Got a few quotes to replace my old box lighting in my kitchen to 4 recessed can lights. They came in at the best price and quickest response! Even better they were able to squeeze me in the next day! Mario and his partner came out and knocked it all out and finished in about an hour! They did their best to keep dust at a minimum and even took out all the trash and broke it down into my trash bins. Much appreciated! No complaints! They said my new kitchen lights should last 24 years sweet!!! Highly recommend them! Great work guys thank you!!!

Bruce is amazing! He came out for a free quote and really made me feel at ease as he explained what needed to be done. I could definitely tell he cares about his work. His quote was more then fair, especially for the quality of work he did. I now have new pipes from the main to every fixture, a new water heater, and new pressure regulator. Everything is working great and the work was impeccable. I will be recommending Bruce with Robertson Plumbing to anyone I encounter looking for a great plumber!

I will keep short and simple - Patrick came to my condo, analyze my issue and fixed it. But what impressed me the most was the time cleanliness after a messy fix in my kitchen sink. Hats off to you, Patrick and the people at Mr. Rooter for a speedy unclogging of my kitchen sink.
