Pacific Beach Plumbing did a great job installing a recirculating hot water pump.  We chose and recommend the Hot Water D'MAND System and are happy.

Sauro did a great job on our front yard.  We needed our entire yard demoed and wanted a whole new design.  He drew up what we asked for.  He did large concrete steps with low voltage lighting and accents within the concrete with flagstone.  He also installed our plants and turf and we love it all!

Jaden from American Ally Plumbing is absolutely Fantastic.  Friendly, knowledgeable, very professional, neat, and did a superior job!   I highly recommend this company and especially Jaden!

Mike has replaced my water heater, cleared drains, and worked on my 20 year old Kohler toilets.   He has always done excellent work and leaves the work area spotless.  He is timely and works efficiently.  Most reliable plumber around!

Brian is prompt and efficient. He figured out the leak in my house fairly quickly without taking down much of the dry wall. He truly enjoy doing his job and take pride in his business. After fixing the leak, he also recommend me a dry wall repair right away. I will continue to use him in the future.

I called Owen plumming this morning after I found out from delivering my new gas dryer that I have to replace the valve because it was old. After panicking for few minutes who can fix it, who can I trust?  I called my dear friend who always give me her best repair people recommendation. When it comes to your home, you want someone you can trust and will do a great job. Promised 2 hrs someone will be here and with in 1/2 hr.  David arrived with the smile on his face, very nice guy. Explain to me about different size of valves and put the best that in the future I can use different size of valve and it won't matter. It's a peace of mind to know that someone fixed stuff for you is highly recommend by friend who had a excellent experience on their services. Thank you Owen plumming and David. Thumbs up :-)

I have been using Steve for all my plumbing needs. He's super honest and does quality work. I highly recommend him.

Called this morning around 7 am for a clogged tub. Received a call back around 8 am saying he could come out within the hour. And a gentleman showed up around 845. Super nice guy but couldn't snake the tub so he recommended a different company-Baird's. Didn't charge me for anything since he couldn't solve the issue which I thought was nice. Most companies would probably still try to charge a fee. The other company was able to come out and solve my problem but I admired how respectful and fair this company was.

Do not use this company. $75 service call where they took off a faucet from the only shower in house and didn't fix the home's lack of cold water... 5 weeks later, still have not fixed either project but happily they have kept the service call fee.

We have bee using Sherlock for about four years.  We needed a new heater and all new duct work in the attic and they did an amazing job. Last year in the middle of our September heat wave our air quit working.  When they came out it took them about two minutes to find the problem and fix it.  He suggested we get there service contract, and we did.  I am so happy we did, because last week, in this Septembers heat wave, our air quit working again.  Because we have the service contract with them they were out the same day. Dwayne found the problem right away and stayed for almost two hours to make sure it was going to work properly.  He showed us what the problem was and how to spot it if it were to happen again.  I am recommending them and the service contract to my friends.  Thank you again Dwayne.

Unfortunately my experience was bad! I had my bathroom redone and the contractor had Joshua do the plumbing. He arrived with his two guys and I asked him about a drain. No greeting or introduction 0 personality. He leaves and the two guys stay. I have a Kohler acrylic tub that specifically says it needs to be set in a bed of mud or no warranty. I ask his guys about it and they say they do that later. I ask them a question about installing the tub and they end up calling Joshua who tells them to pack up and leave. The tile contractor smooths thing over and they continue. I ask them again about setting the tub in a bed of mud. That's later. Next thing I know the tub is installed with no mud. Too late now so tile contractor and I decide we will remove drywall and put mud under tub later. The job is about finished and the tile contractor puts the trim on and tests the tub/shower valve. Surprise! The two boneheads put it in upside down and now the tile is installed.  Contractor calls Joshua. He is too busy to come over today or tomorrow. So two days later he shows up at my door about 5pm. All he says is, I'm here for the plumbing. Not so much as a sorry about the inconvenience. The guy should have been apologizing for delaying the completion of the project by two days. One of the worst contractor experiences I have ever had.

Mauricio was prompt to respond over Yelp and have a quote right away and what he thought the problem could be which turned out to be the case . He was on time and did an excellent job . I would highly recommend him !

Had problems with what we thought were kitchen circuit short-outs but turnout to be issue with disposal. Premo was on time, called to say running late, fast diagnostic and efficient.
Didn't charge for visit since problem was not electric. Would definitely use again.

Called these guys out to check out a bathroom in my condo where the lights weren't working. They discovered that the lights were wired to the other bathroom, and they rewired both bathrooms and now everything is working great.

Both guys were friendly, and they showed up early and fixed my problem quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys.

I think Bruce is trying to do a good job, but this service was a nightmare. I'm giving two stars (rather than 1) because there seemed to be some health issues happening that *may* have contributed to things going so poorly.

We got a bid to replace the the shower drain for a shower remodel. After three weeks, many delays the job is complete but not to the specs outlined at the start of the project. Several items listed in the contract were not completed

The only reason we didn't cancel with him was that we foolishly gave a large deposit and felt we'd just lose the money if we changed plumbers.

We are not confident our drain will function properly in the long term due to the way things played out, but our budget is all spent. This is a frustrating situation.

Overall, there was a lot of talk with Bruce and very little action. He'd call and update us on his many life challenges that were causing delay after delay... but the total time invested into actually working on the plumbing was very little.

He seems like a nice guy and expresses his intention to keep things on budget, but the execution was not there.

I called Mr. Rooter when my bathroom sink was clogged based on the great reviews I had seen on Yelp. I called at 8am on a Tuesday after the long holiday weekend, and they sent someone out at 10am the same day! Isaak Eram was my technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and fast. He was in and out of my apartment in less than an hour and he took the time to show me what he was doing and explain to me why my sink was clogged. He made sure everything was cleaned up and working properly before leaving. I was so happy to have a plumber who was so helpful and polite. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter.
