Velazquez Landscaping performed just as discussed in their proposal. We had the yard redone with pavers. They worked very hard. The yard had to be completing removed including old cement, asphalt, broken pavers, a large ivy plant and a large amount of dirt. The challenge with our yard is there are very little areas that are square. So they had a lot of cutting to do on the pavers. They completed on time and made sure everything was cleaned up. I highly recommend them for making your yard look great!

Ray A. was absolutely amazing!! We had a clogged kitchen sink that started leaking water from below a sealed cabinet. He was very quick, helped us with a different problem and very fair. I highly recommend Ray for anyone dealing with pipes or plumbing problems. I will be calling him for any future issues in our home.

Mike has been my go to plumber for over 10 years.  Just this week, I got same day service for a water leak at my rental.  Prompt, courteous, top of the line work at a very competitive price.  What's not to love!

This review is long overdo. Brian has been doing work for me for the last 2 years. The service he provides is unmatched. He has done many things over that time. New main sewer line, water heater, gas leaks and slab leaks! Just to name a few. He is very professional and has always gone above and beyond to make sure it is done correctly. Every time he has done work, he has been respectful and considerate of my house and personal things. I am proud to call him my plumber for anything that may come up. I actually had to use him to fix other plumbers horrible mickey mouse work. Another big thing to me is,  he always returns calls or text. Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Edgar came out to install two standard toilets. He was a true professional and did an outstanding job. The price was very reasonable and He worked very efficiently. I've been calling Lefty's for all my plumbing needs since i bought my house four years ago and i won't go anywhere else. Lefty's has always treated me right with reasonable rates and exemplary work on projects both large and small. They have my strongest recommendation!

We had a clogged tub that needed immediate attention. Every other plumber I contacted either didn't get back to me or weren't available for a week at least. Jerry came out the same day and after the repair was more involved than previously thought, came out the next day as well to take care of the issues which included replacing old cast iron pipes. I plan to contact Jerry with any future plumbing issues.

I found out I had a mainline leak hours before a flight out of town. I called Owen Plumbing from the road based on a friend's recommendation and explained the situation. They adjusted their schedule so they could come out immediately.

Rodney called me several times through their diagnosis and quoted me on what I thought was a very fair price for the job. I agreed and they began with their fix right away. Not 10 minutes later, he called me back saying that he overestimated the effort and the actual bill would be HALF of what I agreed to.

What kind of plumber does that anymore - especially when I'm 3,000 miles away and would have been non-the-wiser?

The kind that I will call back for every plumbing problem from now on - that's who.

Steve and Travis were respectful and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and worked quickly. Steve even tried to fix my faucet instead of replacing it!

We recently moved back to La Jolla after selling our house in Singing Hills. One of the toilets has been draining very slowly.  -- plus the flapper valve was closing too soon -- so I knew we needed professional help.

I first reached out to Courtesy Plumbing -- I've had great service from them in the past. It was Thursday (yesterday) and they told me they weren't available until the following Tuesday. That was a no-go for me.

So I checked good old Yelp and found that Clairemont Plumbing Service was local and had great reviews. I called and they told me the plumber could be here the very next day -- Friday. I booked it immediately.

I got a call this morning that Marshall the plumber was on the way, and he arrived about 20 minutes later. So far so good.

Marshall first tried to snake the toilet and discovered that we had roots blocking the toilet drain. He decided to pull the toilet to get a better look and found a HUGE wad of roots curled up under the toilet and going down the drain. Check out those photos!

After wrangling that wad of roots, Marshall put in a new wax seal, reset the toilet, and adjusted the flapper. The toilet now works like a champ.

Long story short, Marshall went way above and beyond what I expected. Great guy. The price was remarkably reasonable too.

I've got a new plumber!

We have had AJ come out twice for separate issues and have been very happy with his help. He truly took his time to help us  figure out an issue we have had since buying our house less than 6 months ago. I would absolutely call him again for any future plumbing issues. He is honest, fair and knowledgeable.

They were very fair with their pricing for a job moving a gas line in our garage for our stackable dryer.  I got estimates ranging from $250 to $450 (always get estimates!)   These guys showed up on time, did the work and stuck to the price that we agreed on.  

Also, they've moved to Spring Valley from San Carlos.

Excellent service, Owner was very quick to response to my questions and also was able to accommodate to my schedule. Thank you i will definitely use them again.Price was reasonable.

Just got a visit from Julian. He was not only a master of his craft but more importantly, a great person to invite into our home. He started off by calling promptly 20 minutes before the appointment just like advertised. When he arrived, he consulted on a couple projects my wife and I  were working on out of sheer kindness and did our lighting fixture like a true perfectionist would. Even ran down to CVS to pick up a couple bulbs to complete the project. If you're like me and don't mind paying a good premium for the knowledgeable and expert service, then stop browsing and hire these guys right away.  I haven't worked with everyone there and I'm sure they're great. But do yourself a favor and request Julian if he's available. You won't regret it.

I needed a few light switches fixed, a mysterious power loss issue, and 2 GFCI outlets installed.  Devon gave me a fair quote to begin with and accepted my counter, and was able to provide the quote over the phone.  He was on time and the communication was timely and on point.  Devon was very honest and told me that I didn't need the GFCI outlets, he fixed 4 3-way switches, and resolved the tricky issue, all within an hour.  I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable electrician!

Bruce and crew came to look at repair a cracked drain line in the bathroom. Bruce said he couldn't repair the crack based on it's location and that damage could be done to the main line as it is 60 years old. He contacted his buddy Rick at Matrix Plumbing to come out and put a camera down the main line to have a look. I looked on as they did this. Interesting thing that I found out a day later was that Rick looked at a plumbing issue at my brother's house. The initial response since his camera was BROKEN was to bust open their walls to find out what was going on. Glad my brother called for a second opinion since his problem was solved by snaking the line.

Back to my problem.. .Bruce and now Matrix Plumbing said they needed to trench inside my house, from one end to the other and replace the main line based on what they saw on the camera that suddenly worked. In an earlier conversation, Bruce said that you'd never want to trench your house and gave me several reasons why. But all of the sudden, trenching needed to be done immediately. Bruce said the line couldn't be sleeved or washed/cleaned out because it was too brittle and could crumble if we went that route.  Bruce and Matrix Plumbing said that this would take approximately two weeks and that my floors would be ripped up and drywall removed. After an insane estimate of approximately $30,000 from Bruce,  we obviously got a second and third opinion. Both of those companies allowed me to watch as they put the camera down the line. First off, what I saw on their cameras (which turned out to be a very good thing) looked nothing like what I saw from Rick's camera.

BOTH COMPANIES SAID I HAD NO ISSUES OR DAMAGE TO MY MAIN LINE! Yes, it is a 60 year old cast iron pipe. Both companies provided us with guidance to be proactive and preventative with the old aged pipe and it was nothing remotely close to $30,000!

Do your research and get several quotes when thinking about getting work done by Robertson plumbing.

I live in an older, turn of the century home that comes with some common issues and those include plumbing. Every time I call Mr. Rooter the same tech comes out which offers peace of mind a an opportunity to build on relationship. Javier is an amazing technician. He comes in does his job and clearly explains the issue and the solution. Its nice to be able to talk to the same person every time, especially when they are as knowledgeable and friendly as Javier.
