Ray Aguilar was recommended by a friend to fix a leaky pipe near the water meter. He came on a Saturday immediately to check on it , and came back today, Monday, to do the job. What made the job difficult is the location of the leak which is under the slab on the walkway.  He was able to pull the old pipe out after digging  and replaced it with a copper pipe covered with a plastic sleeve to prevent dirt from sticking. He is very personable, answered all my questions, and showed the materials he used.  I highly recommend him for a plumbing job.

I attempted to fix a clogged drain in my bathroom sink and ended up pulling the pipe right out of the wall. I called several plumbers to help me. Kristian from Elite Rooter came over and told me it would be a huge job, it would take half the day. He said my bathroom wall would need to be cut open. The pipe would need to be completely replaced for $1,200. Then Mike from Regional Elite Plumbing checked it out and said he could repair the damage using a pipe fitting connector. Took him about 30 minutes and cost $150. My sink is working perfectly now. I am so grateful for his honesty and skills. I would highly recommend Regional Elite Plumbing to anyone in need of a highly qualified honest plumber.

Earlier this month before the social distancing, we needed a new hot water heater & shut-off valve, 3 bathroom faucets, pop-up drains, and 3 angle stops replaced, garbage disposal flange and splashguard replaced.  Brian came out and assessed our needs, explained code requirements thoroughly, and proposed a very reasonable cost. Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

For peace of mind we wanted to get our new home's sewer line scoped. We wanted to be assured the pipe was in good condition and no roots were penetrating the line. Time was of the essence. We are in escrow and needed to know ASAP if there were any issues that needed to be addressed. We called Jerry and he went out the very next day to take a look. He was extremely thorough and checked out the line with a camera scope all the way to the city line. We know for certain that the sewer is in good condition. We highly recommend him!

June 2011 - Both sinks in my master bedroom are clogged and will barely drain. My step-mom tells me Call my cousin, he's a plumber in LA, he'll give you a good deal since you're family. Her cousin shows up late. He takes well over an hour to unclog two sinks. He leaves a nasty mess all over my bathroom. He charges me over $100.

June 2012 - Both sinks in my master bedroom are clogged and will barely drain. I don't tell my step-mom this time, I just call Owen Plumbing since Bob T highly recommends them. They say somebody can come out on Monday between 10-12. Fine. Monday morning they call at 8 AM and ask if the plumber can come at 9 AM? Even better.

He showed up a few minutes before 9:00, he fixed my sinks in 15 minutes, he didn't leave any mess at all, and he only charged me $95.

Glad I found a good plumber, since I have a feeling I will be needing their assistance in June 2013.

On the plus side, replaced our backflow valve with a better brand.  On the minus, left us with an active leak!

Plumber just left and i couldn't be happier. At 2 am, a valve to the toilet exploded and began spraying water everywhere. We had to shut off the water to the house. Stressful situation. I began calling places and leaving messages at 7. At 702, I got a call back. Plumber would be in the area and by the house in a few hours. And he was! 10 minutes later the problem was fixed and we got advice for the future. Price was very reasonable. Next time we need help, I am definitely calling Clairemont.

AJ installed my tankless system and so far, I'm extremely happy. He quoted me a fair price, was communicative, professional, and honest. The system is working great, takes up just a tiny little portion of my garage, and delivers nice hot water. AJ did a great job with the piping and venting. He also helped me to get a temporary tank set up while I dealt with an insurance claim. I would highly recommend his services.

Another great interaction with Sherlock staff. Tina in the office made sure I knew when a representative would be here. JR followed up on outstanding items as scheduled. He is a delightful, knowledgable young man who made sure my questions were answered. Best service company I have ever worked with!

It is almost 1 am on a dark and unstormy night as I write this, and Joshua is hard at work fixing the huge leak under the kitchen sink.  I discovered a flood in the kitchen 2 hours ago, rushed to Yelp and found Joshua.  He arrived at our home exactly when he said he would, and after some trouble shooting got right down to it.  Phew!!  A thousand blessings and thanks to the Yelp community and the reviewers for the information about this business.  And thank you Joshua Plumbing.  You deserve 5 gold stars.

Emilio came out to replace our bathroom sink and water shut-off valves beneath the sink. It's a little chaotic with everyone working remotely, so he was conscious of noise. He was done after about two hours. He hauled away the old sink and pedestal. Everything was taken care of before lunch. I was relieved to get this done before Christmas. Super professional company...I will certainly use them again in the future!

I gave Richard a tough job to install 2 vanity lights and they turned out beautifully.

These guys are great!!!! I had a fuse blown that I couldn't reset. OTHER electricians wanted to charge me $50 just to look at it. Lee told me how to fix it over the phone! We're planning to do some rewiring in the future and I will make sure to use Electric Lee

I think Bruce is trying to do a good job, but this service was a nightmare. I'm giving two stars (rather than 1) because there seemed to be some health issues happening that *may* have contributed to things going so poorly.

We got a bid to replace the the shower drain for a shower remodel. After three weeks, many delays the job is complete but not to the specs outlined at the start of the project. Several items listed in the contract were not completed

The only reason we didn't cancel with him was that we foolishly gave a large deposit and felt we'd just lose the money if we changed plumbers.

We are not confident our drain will function properly in the long term due to the way things played out, but our budget is all spent. This is a frustrating situation.

Overall, there was a lot of talk with Bruce and very little action. He'd call and update us on his many life challenges that were causing delay after delay... but the total time invested into actually working on the plumbing was very little.

He seems like a nice guy and expresses his intention to keep things on budget, but the execution was not there.

Our bathroom sink was stopped up. We thought it was from the roots entering the pipes like it had done before. I had called Cass Plumbing the day before and was told the person would be there the next day to provide an estimate. Next day no one showed up. I called Cass Plumbing and was told the plumber was given the message. They could not tell me when he would arrive.

I had received a coupon in the mail the day before from Mr. Rooter. Tired of waiting for Cass Plumbing to show-up, I picked up the phone and called Mr. Rooter.

Alexis from Mr. Rooter answered and was so nice. She said someone would be out between 2 - 4 PM. Thirty minutes later she called and said someone would be out within the hour if that worked for us.

Noe, from Mr. Rooter, called and said he was on his way. He arrived and I explained our issue. He immediately started checking and determined the issue was not from the root system. We had a stopped up pipe. He had checked under the house and all our pipes had been replaced except for this particular one which was still metal. He provided and estimate to just snake the plumbing or to replace the existing pipe. We decided to snake the plumbing. He cleared the drain and all was perfect. Before he left he said if we decided to replace the pipe he would not charge us for the snaking that he had just done. He said he would put in the new pipe and then dry wall the area when he was done all we had to do was paint. The total would be $1,180 including the coupon and no charge for the work he had done that day. We decided to have Noe proceed with replacing the pipe.

Noe showed up right on schedule the next morning and proceeded to roll back our oriental rugs and to lie down paper from our front door through the house to the work area. He draped the entire room with plastic so he would not get plaster dust all over everything. I was working from home. He made certain the door to the room he was working in was closed so he would not disturb me. He finished within the amount of time he had estimated.

I then asked him if he had time to install a garbage disposal that I had bought, but had not been able to install because I had hurt my back. He said since he was already at the house he could do it for an additional $150, I said perfect.

Again he was so neat and tidy. He cleaned up all of his mess and the house was as clean as it was when he arrived.

Noe has won us over as a customer for life. He was so very professional, up front with pricing, honest, courteous, neat and tidy. We are so very pleased and can honestly recommend him and Mr. Rooter. Give them a call (858) 278-7600
