Pacific Beach Plumbing did a great job installing a recirculating hot water pump.  We chose and recommend the Hot Water D'MAND System and are happy.

Needed new sod for my lawn. Both Sauro and Maria (both very nice) came out and gave me a reasonable estimate to lay the sod and troubleshoot the lawn sprinklers. They were very accomadating in scheduling the service, and were quite efficient in completing the job. Very satisfied!

Anthony and Veronica had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE which really is hard to find these days. My water heater stopped working suddenly and I didn't know what to do. The gas company came out to light the pilot light but that didn't work. We found American Roto Drains and Plumbing and Anthony came out with his guys and cleaned the dust and debris from the water heater vents and tried again to light the pilot light but it still wouldn't work.
Anthony took his time to explain what the problem was, why it needed to be replaced, and how it would be done. Now that's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He even sent an invoice estimate via email the same day with details of the replacement service and price. When I called back to schedule the replacement Veronica answered. She took her time to answer all my questions about payment and scheduling. Thank you both for your attention to detail and your GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! You are amazing people!!!

I've been a customer of Mike's for over 10 years at three different properties.  Always responds, does great work and is reasonable.

Called Brian at Definitive Plumbing for a water softener install, reverse osmosis water filter (RO), as well as general plumbing work the inspector found on our new home.

He was one of the very few plumbers that did not immediately try and upsell me on a fancy whole house filtration system.  Told me to go with just a Fleck water softener and an Apec RO machine.   Any independent research will tell you that with our water hardness in the South Orange County area, a Fleck/Apec system is exactly what you need and anything else is overkill.  Major points for honesty.

I am very big on communication and Brian did not disappoint in this regard.  He regularly answers phone calls and responds to texts in a timely fashion.   I found that the dishwater was not pulling water after the RO install and I sent him a text,  he immediately responded (and called!!) me back walking me exactly through what I had to do to get the dishwasher working again (the water to the unit was turned off under the sink) and this was on a SUNDAY!!!

While working on the house he found some additional problems and instead of upcharging, took a picture of the broken unit, said he'd contact the company to see if the part was under warranty AND followed through on his word.

Overall, Brian is honest, hard working, keeps his word, and does great work - everything you'd want in someone you trust to work on your house.  The cherry on top is that he runs his own local business and I am very big on supporting small, locally owned businesses.

BONUS:  I noticed that his phone notifications are Super Mario themed.  As a HUGE gamer, this was a great added touch and that's when I immediately knew I found my to go plumber for all our plumbing needs.

Sohail and his team did an amazing job! He transformed our master bath and we could not be more happy. They were thorough, communicative and have set a very high bar. We can't wait for them to complete our second bathroom!

Andy came out to repair some broken pvc and a water valve out in the yard.  What impressed me was after the sun had gone and visibility was low. He didn't stop working and he finished the job. I have recommended Rafael and Lefty's Plumbing in the past and will definitely continue to do so.

Needed plumbing services in an emergency and it was already getting late in the day, Jerry sent his guys Johnny and Gustavo. These guys were amazing, even when we thought there was nothing else they could do to get my water turned back on that night, they kept at it and found a temp solution and then returned this morning to finish the job. Jerry stopped by when they finished to make sure all was good! I would most definitely recommend Dr Rooter for any plumbing needs they are very reliable!!

Just purchased a new home and needed numerous plumbing issues taken care of. I highly recommend Marshall and Clairemont Plumbing Service.  He has done several jobs for me, including several repairs dealing with leaking or corroded underground pipes that I couldn't have figured out in 100 years.  Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Initially had a satisfactory experience with AJ.  He visited my property to assess the issue with my Navien tankless water heater.  The Error 3 indicated a bad ignition.  I asked him to call Navien as they require a licensed contractor to diagnose the issue to get a part under warranty.  He did not call Navien but instead reset my unit while running water out the bottom valve which made it ignite, took $45 and walked away claiming he was unable to get the part yet from Navien.  He said $45 would go toward installation of the new part as he clearly failed to do much of anything as of yet that I couldn't have done.

Navien said he should have called first thing to get the part and the reset is only supposed to be done once in case of a glitch with error display.  He did not try to replicate the error but only do what he called a short term fix and walk away.  I asked him to get the part over the next three weeks as he expected it to break again.  He ignored my texts many times.  Finally the reset trick stopped working as did my hot water permanently.  He claimed he was on vacation and I had to wait 7 days for his visit, then would not clarify if he had the part on hand yet or if he would have had to order it at that point and then wait.  Finally he said no he did not get the part.  Just tell me one way or another so I can address the issue??

Finally as I called Navien on his behalf then asked him to simply say a few words diagnosis and they would ship me the part, he ignores my text again, I call him again, then he abruptly drops me as a client because he can't handle constructive feedback that I simply said he should have called Navien the first time to get the part or maybe I was just TRYING TOO HARD trying to get my hot water working???  I paid for his diagnosis and he won't even call and report it to Navien.  Unprofessional.  Awkward experience.  Bad at communicating in English.  Irresponsible from a service standpoint.  Failed to meet commitments.  Not accountable.

We had an A/C unit and new furnace installed in our home in the Shadowridge area of Vista. Justin, our sales rep,  and his team were a joy to work with. He came over and house sat when I had to run an errant during our installation. Everything is working great. Our new units run quiet and efficiently. We're already saving money on our utilities.

This complany had super fast response time, Joshua was very courteous and professional. I was impressed with how quickly and efficicently Joshua worked.  He showed up on time (on a Sunday even!) He was able to do some trouble shooting and diagnose a major plumbing issue, helping me look at options.  I was very comfortable with him in my home, and highly recommend him. I called Mauricio to install a bidet toilet seat and to replace our supply line and valve. He was on time, wore shoe protection, floor protection and was very respectful. I highly recommend him for any plumbing service needs

Premo Electric and Niall were excellent.  Gave me a quote right away, came when they said they would, and did a fantastic job installing 3 ceiling fans and a lighting fixture.

I mistakenly thought the fixture would need a new box but they examined it, saw there was nothing wrong and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.  Couldn't ask for more.

Devren is great, he has helped me with several electrical issues, outlets not working, installing a new ceiling fan and wiring cable/electric above my fireplace. I'll be using him again!

Responsive, great service, and very reasonable prices. Fixed a shower handle after someone else left us in the lurch. Also had Bruce instal a new kitchen faucet and replace the shut off valve. He took a lot of precautions due to Covid, which we appreciated. Will definitely use again in the future.

Uncle Mikey was super honest, super clean, and super nice.
The first company said 450 bucks to unclog a bathroom sink drain because he had to detach it from the wall and Mikey unclogged the drain in 5 minutes for 89 bucks. I will highly recommend this company to all our clients. Thank you for helping people.
