This company was excellent! They gave us a free quote within 24 hours of my request for one. Their prices were better than most of the competition.  They were able to complete the requested job within days of giving the actual quote, and the work was done exceptionally well.  There was no up charge on additional hauling on refuse that didn't fit in our green bin which almost every other quote included.

Overall we couldn't be happier with the service we got and we will continue to use them for our landscaping needs in the future.

We had our irrigation line break and it was gushing water. Aaron came out within 30 minutes and identified the issue and came up with a plan to fix it. He was knowledgeable and kind. He called and followed up when he said he would and fixed everything on time. Highly recommend.

We called Mike Regional Elite Plumbing on Sat morning. He called right back and came over. He did a great job and he was very fast and reasonable .Even  came back the next day to tighten some bolts. We will be using him from now on for all our plumbing needs. Thanks Mike

This review is way overdue my husband and I bought our home a year ago and in six months time of living here we had the kitchen sink overflow/backflow overnight..
I wasn't sure what to do so I called Lefty's plumbers to snake the pipes and let me know what was wrong.
Well they came out the next day spent three to four hours here doing a lot of nothing.
Well they quoted me for all kinds of things that they need to get into the big main pipe in my bathroom hallway and it would be a big job and would be thousands of dollars and I was ready to go with them I trusted them because of the reviews on Yelp.
But my husband insisted we get a second opinion and luckily I spoke to our realtor and he told us to use our home warranty and they would send out a plumber.
Luckily we did the plumber came out snaked and cleaned out the kitchen sink and said yes our plumbing is old but it works just fine no need to do all that work that Lefty's plumbers suggested we are so glad we went  a different route haven't had any problems since.

Truly blown away.  My family is going through an extremely tough time and we needed to make sure that our home toilets were taken care of prior to an event on a Saturday.  I called early Wednesday morning & explained that not only it was a time sensitive issue but also we were financially limited.  Owen plumbing sent out Scott Owen and his associate who's name I wish I remembered THAT SAME DAY & they took care of our issue and kept the cost under $100.  This company has been in business for a long time & this is an example as to why.  They treated us like people not as clients.

I had AJ replace my tankless water heater. He was professional, on time and very reasonably priced. I got other estimates that were much higher than his offer. I'm very happy with his service and already have recommended him to my neighbors.

Fantastic Service.  Jared fixed a wiring problem after double checking his diagnosis.  This company installed the heater and thermostat, and when they said they would do quality work AND follow up, they meant it!  Could not be more satisfied, and happy to pass along this business to my clients.

They were very fair with their pricing for a job moving a gas line in our garage for our stackable dryer.  I got estimates ranging from $250 to $450 (always get estimates!)   These guys showed up on time, did the work and stuck to the price that we agreed on.  

Also, they've moved to Spring Valley from San Carlos.

Bruce and crew came to look at repair a cracked drain line in the bathroom. Bruce said he couldn't repair the crack based on it's location and that damage could be done to the main line as it is 60 years old. He contacted his buddy Rick at Matrix Plumbing to come out and put a camera down the main line to have a look. I looked on as they did this. Interesting thing that I found out a day later was that Rick looked at a plumbing issue at my brother's house. The initial response since his camera was BROKEN was to bust open their walls to find out what was going on. Glad my brother called for a second opinion since his problem was solved by snaking the line.

Back to my problem.. .Bruce and now Matrix Plumbing said they needed to trench inside my house, from one end to the other and replace the main line based on what they saw on the camera that suddenly worked. In an earlier conversation, Bruce said that you'd never want to trench your house and gave me several reasons why. But all of the sudden, trenching needed to be done immediately. Bruce said the line couldn't be sleeved or washed/cleaned out because it was too brittle and could crumble if we went that route.  Bruce and Matrix Plumbing said that this would take approximately two weeks and that my floors would be ripped up and drywall removed. After an insane estimate of approximately $30,000 from Bruce,  we obviously got a second and third opinion. Both of those companies allowed me to watch as they put the camera down the line. First off, what I saw on their cameras (which turned out to be a very good thing) looked nothing like what I saw from Rick's camera.

BOTH COMPANIES SAID I HAD NO ISSUES OR DAMAGE TO MY MAIN LINE! Yes, it is a 60 year old cast iron pipe. Both companies provided us with guidance to be proactive and preventative with the old aged pipe and it was nothing remotely close to $30,000!

Do your research and get several quotes when thinking about getting work done by Robertson plumbing.

We have used many plumbing services in San Diego and by far this is the best in our opinion. We had a major repair at our home with an old pipe breaking underneath our kitchen island and leading into the garage . They had to jackhammer our kitchen and garage floor. This tells you how major this repair was.
We absolutely loved the team of repair men ... Jesus , Anthony & George.
Jesus leading the repair was professional & giving up updates on the work  , the cement they had to also repair was done perfectly , they cleaned up very well, new pipes under the sink were cleaned up and all in a timely manner.
We would highly recommend them and that team of workers . Noe project manager , came out several times making sure things were explained and all was going well. 25 year warranty is also great.
