Pacific Beach Plumbing did a great job installing a recirculating hot water pump.  We chose and recommend the Hot Water D'MAND System and are happy.

The company in the midst of building a paving stone patio and fire pit and they are wonderful to work with. They are hard working, skilled craftsmen and experienced. I've rarely found a company so free of any issues, hassles or complications. They are using excellent products and materials and have made many good recommendations. This all began with the need to solve a drainage issue from an old patio. They not only solved this issue but are building a  I whole new modern patio structure that's beautiful. They've taken on other work such as moving and building new garden beds, adding walkways and much more. Their pricing is very very fair. Maria manages the work being done by her husband, Saura ,and large capable crew. It's easy to communicate by messaging and they are super responsive.  I found them on Yelp and checked several references that were equally effusive.   I will update when all completed.

It's now a few weeks later as the work is nearing completion. Couldn't be more pleased with everything. They've built a patio, a fire pit, garden beds, walkway, stained a large wooden deck added a sprinkler system, and planted ground cover. This is a great family run company with a group of skilled workers that we were fortunate to find.

We've contracted work with many companies, but none were as good as them for price, speed and quality.

Anthony and Veronica had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE which really is hard to find these days. My water heater stopped working suddenly and I didn't know what to do. The gas company came out to light the pilot light but that didn't work. We found American Roto Drains and Plumbing and Anthony came out with his guys and cleaned the dust and debris from the water heater vents and tried again to light the pilot light but it still wouldn't work.
Anthony took his time to explain what the problem was, why it needed to be replaced, and how it would be done. Now that's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He even sent an invoice estimate via email the same day with details of the replacement service and price. When I called back to schedule the replacement Veronica answered. She took her time to answer all my questions about payment and scheduling. Thank you both for your attention to detail and your GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! You are amazing people!!!

I have been using Mike for the past eight years with my rentals. He has been exceptionally responsive and has always completed the job in a timely manner. His customer service is outstanding and the cost is extremely reasonable. I would not use anyone else!!

I had a slab leak and he diagnosed the problem quickly and capped off the line to stop the leak that same day, had to comeback next day to do Reroute but it went according to plan and less holes than I anticipated. He was clean, courteous and professional

Dr Rooter & Plumbing was our savior!  I needed my water heater replaced and it only took a phone call and within the next hour the guys are in work getting my old broken water heater removed and new one installed.  After multiple calls to different companies trying to get a reasonable price, Dr Rooter & Plumbing came to the rescue.  Very professional people.  Thank You so much Avan, Johnny and Gerry for your unmatchable service!

The friendly people at Owen have helped me twice now with plumbing issues at a rental property.  Even though I am not present when they arrive, they call me to notify me of the issue and costs, as well as provide me with additional options(repair vs. replace, etc.).  Friendly, quick, and reasonable.  I'll call them any time I have a plumbing issue.

On the plus side, replaced our backflow valve with a better brand.  On the minus, left us with an active leak!

One of our 2 water heaters started leaking and we didn't know who to call.  We went to Nextdoor Santa Luz and other sites-one name stood out-Pacific Tankless. We shopped for quality, service and price, and again one name stood out-Pacific Tankless.
AJ was professional, punctual and courteous. We are very happy that we chose Pacific Tankless.
I plan to replace our water purification system next. He provided me advice on models to explore and where to shop.  I have total faith in AJ and his company Pacific Tankless.  Great company to work with!

Sherlock installed our replacement furnace December 2012. You'll be in very good hands with these guys, especially as regards customer care and a long-term relationship.  

We ended up with the wrong furnace for our situation at first. Sherlock's owner Aaron, and his assistant Alex switched out the furnace for the correct one at probably expense and inconvenience to themselves.  It was handled in a courteous no problem way. I've contacted Sherlock 2 or 3 times since by email with operational questions, and the response has always been prompt and helpful.

We also had a whole house air purification system added since, which is powered by having the furnace fan on low all the time. I love it, much better than the single room air purifiers I had been using.

This complany had super fast response time, Joshua was very courteous and professional. I was impressed with how quickly and efficicently Joshua worked.  He showed up on time (on a Sunday even!) He was able to do some trouble shooting and diagnose a major plumbing issue, helping me look at options.  I was very comfortable with him in my home, and highly recommend him. I will definitely use him for future plumbing needs.  Thanks Joshua!

I had a small shower issue recently, I was only in La Jolla for a few days and needed immediate service. I texted Mauricio in the evening and they were able to come the next morning.  Showed up on time and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them.

We needed to get a wall charger installed.  The first company stated we needed to add a sub-panel as our panel was sort of full.  The price for that was crazy, and didn't even cover the cost of the charger installation. Called a few people, left messages, sent emails, etc. I got a response from about 25%, with one company saying (via a person who called me) it would be about 1-2 days before a rep would reach out to discuss it further (I mean, it's a wall charger!).
Premo (George) called me back right away, sent an email questionnaire (just a few questions), which I completed that evening. He called back the following morning and we got the job scheduled the next day for 1/3 or what I had been quoted before.  No sub-panel required - just a few breakers to rearrange.
Niall came out and did the installation of the charger - showed up on time (texted beforehand he was on the way), in and out in 1.5 hours at the agreed upon price. Super clean and professional. Went through the changes he made on the panel - all good! Highly recommend these folks.

Before moving into our house, we had to install recessed lights in all of our rooms. Whenever I had questions about lights and installation, Devren explained in detail and promptly. His crews came to install the lights, and their work was superb! They installed lights and cleaned up after their work. Thank you for making our rooms brighter! I was very thankful for all of their hard work and kind explanation. If I have any problem with lights, I would definitely let them work for our house. I highly recommend Electric Lee for your house!

Bruce is amazing! He came out for a free quote and really made me feel at ease as he explained what needed to be done. I could definitely tell he cares about his work. His quote was more then fair, especially for the quality of work he did. I now have new pipes from the main to every fixture, a new water heater, and new pressure regulator. Everything is working great and the work was impeccable. I will be recommending Bruce with Robertson Plumbing to anyone I encounter looking for a great plumber!

Nobody really wants a plumbing issue.  While doing a remodel I hired Mr Rooter to make sure all the lines were clear.  they sent Noe, who was the best.  He did not try and sell me more then I needed, was polite, through and informative.  We had a problem with the shower after move in. Again, Noe to the rescue, he was as helpful as ever.  He did not charge me for the visit.

The pipes are old in a sixty year old house, so once the tenant moved in there was a small flood from the first use of the dishwasher. I requested Noe but they said I would have to wait til WEd.  So, I said, send someone as good as him.  In a half hour, you guessed it. In walked our favorite rescuer, Noe.  He had had a hard digging complex job but came at 5 PM anyway when he heard it was us.  He stayed a long time and did trouble shooting in excellent ways.  He fixed the problem as much as can be with old city pipes.  On the basis of our contact, he was more than fair, very knowledgeable and about as polite and sympathetic as possible.  I have run my own business for almost 40 years.  Mr Rooter is lucky to have a guy like him and we are glad to have him service us.
