Pacific Beach Plumbing did a great job installing a recirculating hot water pump.  We chose and recommend the Hot Water D'MAND System and are happy.

Velasquez Landscaping responded quickly with a great quote and performed the work immediately and perfectly! I was out of state and had a deadline to fix an hoa complaint in 2 days. Velazquez responded to my request immediately. They were flexible in acquiring material directly (I didn't have time to have it delivered) and adjusting the quote fairly. The owner was very friendly on the phone. It's difficult to find these qualities in a landscaping company. I've interacted with quite a few of them. I will be using Velazquez exclusively.

Grossly overpriced, they won't quote you over the phone but charged me $500 for a shower cartridge & 30 min labor..  Called to talk with the owner about a price adjustment and he laughed, worst customer service in San Diego.  Do yourself a favor and call one or two other plumbers before using this company.

I've been a customer of Mike's for over 10 years at three different properties.  Always responds, does great work and is reasonable.

Our company, Anaheim Hills Tile Supply, uses Owen Plumbing exclusively for all of our plumbing needs.  Scott and his team are the best.  We've never had a single call back or issue with any of the work they've performed.  Always on time, always priced fair.  If I could give them 100 stars, I would.

I am very pleased with Steve's prompt and accurate assessment of my plumbing issue. He listened to my problem and had me send him a photo via cell phone. He then scheduled me quickly and sent out a tech today. The repair was efficient, effective, and professional and the cost was very reasonable.

I don't see any reason to use ANY other plumber.  The other reviews on here are spot-on.  Marshall is quite simply the best.

BEWARE of this company. Very unprofessional and bad service.

Our water heater pilot kept going out. The manufacturer said it could be a gas pressure issue. The gas company came out, found nothing wrong with the gas pressure, and tagged the water heater as DANGER - Do Not Use due to a floating flame. We called American Home Shield, and they sent out Christati Plumbing, who recognized there was something wrong with the water heater but could not identify the cause of the problem or fix it. American Home Shield then sent out Pacific Tankless. The problem was not a non urgent gas leak, as Pacific Tankless believes.

A bald man with a thick accent (maybe eastern European) from Pacific Tankless showed up at our door wearing sneakers, cargo pants, and a yellow polo T-shirt with the collar up. No uniform. No tools. No boot covers. He had a mask on, but it was not covering his nose. He did not introduce himself and his first (impolite) words to me were Inside or outside? I politely asked him if he had boot covers. Sarcastically, he replied Do you?

We informed the man that the gas company had shut down the water heater as a danger. The man ignored the warning, ripped off the DANGER - Do Not Use tag, and turned on the water heater. The pilot lit, so he said there's nothing wrong with the water heater and left. The man would not listen to us when we mentioned the floating flame problem and the pilot won't stay lit.

AJ, owner of Pacific Tankless, claims the man is a very respected gentleman, ex pro athlete, and expert in his field. A man who acts like that is not very respectable; having been an athlete has nothing to do with anything; and the man did not display any expertise. Also, conspicuously absent from AJ's list is licensed plumber.

A good company will send professionals (in terms of knowledge, speech, and dress) and make sure customers are satisfied with the service. Pacific Tankless did neither.

Pacific Tankless is our worst experience with a plumbing company. We called other plumbers for quotes to repair or replace our water heater. Pacific Tankless was the only company that said there is nothing wrong with our water heater and ignored our concerns. The other companies listened to us and stayed around long enough to see the floating flame.

Overall, our impression of Pacific Tankless is they do not care about fixing the problem but only care about defending their Yelp reviews, some of which do not appear genuine.

In addition to the above, we believe Yelp reviewers should keep in mind two things when considering Pacific Tankless:

First, according to the Contractors State License Board website, AJ has never paid workers compensation insurance because he certified he has no employees. (See attached photos). That raises a serious concern about whether AJ has been misclassifying his technicians as independent contractors to avoid paying payroll taxes and workers compensation premiums.

Second, in his initial response dated 2/11/2021 to my Yelp review dated 12/30/2020, AJ referenced our address. Obviously, that is a violation of privacy. The address has since been removed from AJ's post after it was reported to Yelp.

Joshua Plumbing and Drain Service saved the day on Saturday!  I met Joshua and his crew at a plumbing store on Saturday morning and asked if they worked in the Carmel Mountain area.  Most definitely was their answer and after explaining my AC/Plumbing nightmare Joshua said he could come by in between two appointments that morning!!  

They showed up right on time and got to work accessing the problem and had it fixed (and a few other small problems) just as promised!  They were courteous, put down plastic and cleaned up after the job was complete.  Joshua was very patient with me as I asked numerous questions, answering them all without making me feel dumb for asking.  

Thank you Joshua for coming to my rescue!  I highly recommend Joshua and his crew for all your plumbing needs!

I found them on Yelp. Emilio came out while I was at work and met with my mother.  I was originally given a price via phone call from him for $350, I asked for what? The moving toilet?  He said that's what they tell me the price is from the office.  I told him okay, then he called back and said $95.  He claimed to have replaced the flow meter but it was the same one I had put in.  Then I asked for the toilet to be secured to the floor and it was not ever done.  And my mom said he wasn't in the house longer than 10 minutes.  He wanted to come to my house the next day and pick up $95 in cash.  When I told him the toilet still moved and where was the broken flow meter that he replaced he just never came and picked up the money.  I texted him to the number he called me from and told him the money was there and I never heard from him again until I received a texted bill.  Which was what I was told was going to happen to begin with.   So my flow meter is fixed, toilet still moves.  I won't use them again.  I'll just call Bill Howe.

Incredibly impressed!  Christian and Sean were EXCELLENT!  They came within an hour and the results were clean and incredibly professional.  I can't thank these guys enough for the excellent customer service and top quality job they did on installing my 30A RV outlet and GFCI outlet!  I will definitely be calling these guys in the future whenever I need electrical work done.

Devren is awesome!  When the tenant in our rented condo blew the power and we couldn't fix it by just resetting the switches, he responded quickly to my call and made himself available on a day he would typically have been off.  He had the issue fixed within minutes and even explained why it happened and let us know how to avoid such issues in the future.  His pricing is extremely reasonable and I am absolutely calling him the next time I need help with any electrical issues.

Responsive, great service, and very reasonable prices. Fixed a shower handle after someone else left us in the lurch. Also had Bruce instal a new kitchen faucet and replace the shut off valve. He took a lot of precautions due to Covid, which we appreciated. Will definitely use again in the future.

Jio and Luis were very professional and prompt. Came exactly when I was told they would and took care of the drainage issue I was having. I also fixed the drainage issue with another bathroom and even had them redo my kitchen sink pipes all in one visit. Very thankful!
