Velazquez Landscaping performed just as discussed in their proposal. We had the yard redone with pavers. They worked very hard. The yard had to be completing removed including old cement, asphalt, broken pavers, a large ivy plant and a large amount of dirt. The challenge with our yard is there are very little areas that are square. So they had a lot of cutting to do on the pavers. They completed on time and made sure everything was cleaned up. I highly recommend them for making your yard look great!

I purchased a Halo 5 stage water Purification and conditioning System from AmericanRoto. I had the service technicians (Joshua and Anthony) come out to my house to give me a quote to install a water softener. They recommendation was I don't install the water softener due to possibly damaging my pipes and appliances from the salt in the system (from their experience and what he frequently sees). They mentioned the Halo 5 stage system which in my opinion sounded like something I wanted. But it was costly ...$4600 costly. We ended going ahead with this system after reading reviews and researching it. I just couldn't commit to installing a salt system to my main water supply because it waters my grass and all interior appliances and plumbing.  

BL: We have hard water and wanted a system to fix it. This sounded like it would fix our hard water problem.

The work/labor performed by Joshua and Anthony was outstanding and is worth a 5 star! The Halo 5 stage system looks great but was a bit expensive. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that after testing the water quality (pH 8.4, TDS 420) from this system, it's still as good as tap water but taste much better. I was somewhat expecting bottled water quality. The chlorine taste from the municipal water is gone and the hardness is still there but not as bad.

Overall great Plumbers @ AmericanRoto... Halo System was overpriced from how it actually performs. Maybe it's something that gets better with time. I would recommend this company and these guys for plumbing work. I would reconsider spending the $$$ on a Halo system. Better off doing more research and maybe investing is under the sink RO system and the Maintenance type of whole house filters i.e. aquasana systems...  I will update this later after I get some experience with the HALO 5 stage system.

Mike and Regional Elite Plumbing has been our go-to guy for over a decade. He's honest, fast and always has our best interests at heart. We can't say enough good things and recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

Brian was not only super professional but he was extremely friendly and honest. He was informative about when he would arrive, how much it would cost, and what the different solutions could be with my leaky bathtub faucet. Unlike other plumbers I was communicating with, he's very communicative and texts you right away. He asks for photos of your issues so he can help diagnose the problem, which is EXCELLENT customer service. He really does go above and beyond to be as efficient as possible.

He is very knowledgeable in his field, he knew exactly what he was doing. The best thing about him was he was very thorough but quick at the same time (cannot emphasize his professionalism enough). He even cleaned the tub and the area he was working!

He is reasonably priced, and gives a 1 year warranty on any parts in the repair that he provided, which I think is excellent customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Brian!!

Sohail and his team did an amazing job! He transformed our master bath and we could not be more happy. They were thorough, communicative and have set a very high bar. We can't wait for them to complete our second bathroom!

Edgar came out to install two standard toilets. He was a true professional and did an outstanding job. The price was very reasonable and He worked very efficiently. I've been calling Lefty's for all my plumbing needs since i bought my house four years ago and i won't go anywhere else. Lefty's has always treated me right with reasonable rates and exemplary work on projects both large and small. They have my strongest recommendation!

We had my main line clog on a Sunday and needed help immediately. We called  Dr Rooter and Jerry was able to come out in less than an hour. He very quickly diagnosed my drain issue with a camera and had it water jetted clean in no time. His service was prompt and friendly. I'd recommend his services to a friend.

These guys are excellent.  I've used them for both our house and for our restaurant.  They are very honest; far more so than some of the other plumbers I've dealt with.   In one instance, they saved me over 80% of the cost that one of the other local plumbers was going to charge me.  It doesn't surprise me at all that their reviews are so universally positive.

Dealt with these guys twice. Personable, experienced, not too pricey. Would recommend.

I called Clairemont Plumbing for a clogged sink issue, they were at my home an hour later.  Marshall came out and recognized my home from the prior owner.  He was prompt and honest and reasonable  I will definitely use Clairemont Plumbing again.

Initially had a satisfactory experience with AJ.  He visited my property to assess the issue with my Navien tankless water heater.  The Error 3 indicated a bad ignition.  I asked him to call Navien as they require a licensed contractor to diagnose the issue to get a part under warranty.  He did not call Navien but instead reset my unit while running water out the bottom valve which made it ignite, took $45 and walked away claiming he was unable to get the part yet from Navien.  He said $45 would go toward installation of the new part as he clearly failed to do much of anything as of yet that I couldn't have done.

Navien said he should have called first thing to get the part and the reset is only supposed to be done once in case of a glitch with error display.  He did not try to replicate the error but only do what he called a short term fix and walk away.  I asked him to get the part over the next three weeks as he expected it to break again.  He ignored my texts many times.  Finally the reset trick stopped working as did my hot water permanently.  He claimed he was on vacation and I had to wait 7 days for his visit, then would not clarify if he had the part on hand yet or if he would have had to order it at that point and then wait.  Finally he said no he did not get the part.  Just tell me one way or another so I can address the issue??

Finally as I called Navien on his behalf then asked him to simply say a few words diagnosis and they would ship me the part, he ignores my text again, I call him again, then he abruptly drops me as a client because he can't handle constructive feedback that I simply said he should have called Navien the first time to get the part or maybe I was just TRYING TOO HARD trying to get my hot water working???  I paid for his diagnosis and he won't even call and report it to Navien.  Unprofessional.  Awkward experience.  Bad at communicating in English.  Irresponsible from a service standpoint.  Failed to meet commitments.  Not accountable.

HVAC system at my place works great but it had some cooling issues.  I bought Groupon for tuneup/checkup of the HVAC system at my residence. Aaron from Sherlock Heating and Air Conditioning came for the job and was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. Turns out system needed some coolant, Aaron added that. Thoroughly checked my system for leaks, wear-tear and gave a thumbs up after tuning it to perfection. Highly recommended !!!

Joshua & Joshua came to fix my sink after I had unsuccessfully tried to operate on it with Drano & a plunger. It turned out that the clog was waaaaay deeper than I anticipated. The Joshuas were very kind and answered all of my questions. They had to bring out some serious tools to fix the mess we'd made. After everything was good, the bill was super reasonable considering the time and effort they put into my sink! I would highly recommend these guys. They are awesome, will work late, and have a 30 day warranty for their services. :)

Wow! These guys are fantastic. Came at the appointed time. Did the job with expertise. Checked all my plumbing issues. Gave me ideas for when I remodel. Emilio was fantastic.A job well done, yes I will use them again. I highly recommend.

This crew lives up to the amazing reviews. We have done a fair amount of renovating in the past year, and we've become used to the circus of unproductive preliminary discussions/quotes, poor communication, people trying to not wear masks, poor execution, and the huge mess that most crews leave behind with seemingly no regard to how or if you'll be able to clean it up. Well Premo was basically the opposite - I quickly got a quote, which they were able to provide via phone after asking me to send photos of our electrical box and the rooms where we wanted the work done. The workers that came - Christian and Peter - arrived wearing masks and never took them off while inside our home. My husband talked to them about where they would need to punch holes in the wall and asked that they try to minimize damage so we could minimize our painting, which they absolutely did. Peter and Christian worked quickly and efficiently, and they were super communicative and nice to interact with. We were so impressed with their thoughtful and careful approach, AND the fact that they cleaned up after themselves! (Something we have learned the hard way is not a given after having any type of home work done.) I would definitely call Premo again for any future electrical needs. It was so nice to just get the work done, not have a hassle, and not have an enormous mess and/or collateral damage to deal with. Wonderful experience.

Bruce is amazing! He came out for a free quote and really made me feel at ease as he explained what needed to be done. I could definitely tell he cares about his work. His quote was more then fair, especially for the quality of work he did. I now have new pipes from the main to every fixture, a new water heater, and new pressure regulator. Everything is working great and the work was impeccable. I will be recommending Bruce with Robertson Plumbing to anyone I encounter looking for a great plumber!

Javier came out to the house to access a job. Javier was super friendly, polite, patient and informative. He made me aware of all my possible options  and even issues I had not even considered. Javier didn't rush me, up sell or pressure me into any decisions.
After this experience I am very inclined to use Mr. Rooter services in any plumbing project that I might need. It's not often that you find someone so professional and honest. I would recommend Javier's services to anyone of my acquaintances and if Javier's atitude is representative of Mr. Rooter's way of dealing with customers then Mr. Rooter gets high marks.
