Pacific Beach Plumbing did a great job installing a recirculating hot water pump.  We chose and recommend the Hot Water D'MAND System and are happy.

Velazquez Landscape came out immediately and gave a very reasonable quote. They started work the very next day and arrived at the exact time they said. They did a great job demolishing my huge BBQ quickly and carefully and left everything perfectly clean.

I highly recommend this reputable company and I'm happy to keep their phone number for future jobs.

These guys are a class act.  I've had so many problems with bad plumbers who overcharge. These guys were so great so I just had to recommend.  Josh and his partner came immediately and on such short notice.
They spent some time evaluating the situation. Even crawled under the house at night.  They quickly saw that the problem was caused by the previous plumber's mistake. They fixed it in 1 second and then insisted that there was no charge!

Leaky Water Heater problem solved! Called Owen Plumbing, Jorge and David from Owen Plumbing arrived at my home when they said they would. They were very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Fixed my water heater, never tried to up sell anything. I have used other plumbing companies in the past, although the jobs were done, my overall experience with other companies has not been good.  I Highly recommend Owen Plumbing.

My hot water heater stopped working after only two years, and I had a horrible time trying to find a company who could help me, and honor the manufacturer's warranty. I think I made 8 phone calls before I found AAA Goforth. Steve, the owner, was fabulous. He went above and beyond to help me. He spent time on the phone troubleshooting with me in the event I could fix it myself and avoid having to pay him. He was completely booked for the week, but he found the time to fit me in between his other jobs. What really blew me away was when he called me first thing the next day to make sure things were still running smoothly. Wow. I can't remember the last time I experienced such incredible customer service. Way to go-forth!

We had a leak in our kitchen sink.  Marshall came and fixed it and also unclogged our bathroom sink. Price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Clairemont Plumbing Service. I am happy to have a reliable plumber!

BEWARE of this company. Very unprofessional and bad service.

Our water heater pilot kept going out. The manufacturer said it could be a gas pressure issue. The gas company came out, found nothing wrong with the gas pressure, and tagged the water heater as DANGER - Do Not Use due to a floating flame. We called American Home Shield, and they sent out Christati Plumbing, who recognized there was something wrong with the water heater but could not identify the cause of the problem or fix it. American Home Shield then sent out Pacific Tankless. The problem was not a non urgent gas leak, as Pacific Tankless believes.

A bald man with a thick accent (maybe eastern European) from Pacific Tankless showed up at our door wearing sneakers, cargo pants, and a yellow polo T-shirt with the collar up. No uniform. No tools. No boot covers. He had a mask on, but it was not covering his nose. He did not introduce himself and his first (impolite) words to me were Inside or outside? I politely asked him if he had boot covers. Sarcastically, he replied Do you?

We informed the man that the gas company had shut down the water heater as a danger. The man ignored the warning, ripped off the DANGER - Do Not Use tag, and turned on the water heater. The pilot lit, so he said there's nothing wrong with the water heater and left. The man would not listen to us when we mentioned the floating flame problem and the pilot won't stay lit.

AJ, owner of Pacific Tankless, claims the man is a very respected gentleman, ex pro athlete, and expert in his field. A man who acts like that is not very respectable; having been an athlete has nothing to do with anything; and the man did not display any expertise. Also, conspicuously absent from AJ's list is licensed plumber.

A good company will send professionals (in terms of knowledge, speech, and dress) and make sure customers are satisfied with the service. Pacific Tankless did neither.

Pacific Tankless is our worst experience with a plumbing company. We called other plumbers for quotes to repair or replace our water heater. Pacific Tankless was the only company that said there is nothing wrong with our water heater and ignored our concerns. The other companies listened to us and stayed around long enough to see the floating flame.

Overall, our impression of Pacific Tankless is they do not care about fixing the problem but only care about defending their Yelp reviews, some of which do not appear genuine.

In addition to the above, we believe Yelp reviewers should keep in mind two things when considering Pacific Tankless:

First, according to the Contractors State License Board website, AJ has never paid workers compensation insurance because he certified he has no employees. (See attached photos). That raises a serious concern about whether AJ has been misclassifying his technicians as independent contractors to avoid paying payroll taxes and workers compensation premiums.

Second, in his initial response dated 2/11/2021 to my Yelp review dated 12/30/2020, AJ referenced our address. Obviously, that is a violation of privacy. The address has since been removed from AJ's post after it was reported to Yelp.

We had Brendon Tracy give our furnace a great servicing. He took his time to answer our questions and carefully investigated a weird dry dripping stain that was leaking onto our furnace. We have had other Sherlock technicians come to our home and each time they have been extremely kind and courteous. This past visit Brendon also installed two surge protectors (inside furnace and outside a.c.) and we really appreciated his knowledge on what exactly they would do. Sherlock Heating and Air Conditioning has amazing service technicians and we are so happy to do business with this awesome company. Highly recommend them!

This complany had super fast response time, Joshua was very courteous and professional. I was impressed with how quickly and efficicently Joshua worked.  He showed up on time (on a Sunday even!) He was able to do some trouble shooting and diagnose a major plumbing issue, helping me look at options.  I was very comfortable with him in my home, and highly recommend him. I will definitely use him for future plumbing needs.  Thanks Joshua!

My son flushed a wash cloth down the toilet. Had a plumber come out and snake it but a couple days later it backed up again. Got the run around from the previous plumber so I turned to Yelp. Mauricio came out on the same day I requested a quote. He pulled the toilet, snaked the drain and sent a camera down to verify there wasn't anything else. He was very humble and professional. Couldn't be happier.

Very quick to respond to a Yelp quote request to install two ceiling fans, and their quoted price was competitive. They were able to come out within 2 days of the request, which was the quickest availability of anyone who quoted.

Niles and his helper were on time, professional and respectful. They wore booties over their shoes in the house, and they put down plastic everywhere they worked.

Requested...Repair one sink fixture quoted $100.00 flat rate over the phone....20 minutes later $350.00+ with little or no explanations...

Found another plummer outside of this stupid ANGIE'S LIST and competed the job in and hour for 200.00!!

Be careful out there...especially you seniors...

Super friendly, fast and affordable!!  10/10 will use EVERY TIME!!! Requested a quote over the phone and got one very quickly. No funny business just honest good business.
