Pacific Beach Plumbing did a great job installing a recirculating hot water pump.  We chose and recommend the Hot Water D'MAND System and are happy.

Thank goodness for Velazquez Landscape and Construction! We basically had multiple sprinkler valves causing geysers in our yard due to softball pitching incident.  We broke one valve and a domino effect happened with no way for us to fix it ourselves. And of course this happened at night...

I called and left a message with Velazquez Landscape with 1 minute left to closing and I received a call back within 5 minutes. They are so awesome!! From great customer service to an awesome job, I am so lucky to have called them!! They fixed our system in the dark. What company would come after hours (after 830pm) and work in the dark to fix a valve system? They did!!

We will definitely be using them again for more services!

Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Andy was awesome!  He came right out and fixed the leak.  There was water all over the place and I was in desperation.  Andy saved the day!  The repair was completed quickly.  Andy was respectful and thorough.  He checked and made sure everything was working well before he left and checked my water pressure to make sure it wouldn't happen again.  He practiced full social distancing and wore a mask.  I would definitely use them again.

If I could give Jerry and Edgar 10 stars I would. Wow! Talk about reliable, efficient, kind, and very reasonable. Around 3-4 in the morning my family noticed a puddle of water in the kitchen, immediately called the landlord who told us to contact a different plumbing agency and these people were giving us the run around and said they couldn't come until 8:30 or 9am. Landlord advised if we couldn't wait, to search for someone else. I immediately went on yelp and the first I see is Dr Rooter with 5 star reviews. I scrolled through a few and decided to call. I was very surprised someone picked up. It was Jerry. He said he would hop in the shower and be on his way. I texted him the address. Within 30 min someone showed up and it was Edgar. He said Jerry sent him over because he was closer to take a look and assess the situation first but that Jerry was on his way. Edgar immediately found the source of the leak which was coming from our waterline to our fridge. He was able to shut it off to at least stop the water from flowing out. Shortly, Jerry arrived, they discussed the plan and said they would go to home depot buy parts and come back. Totally irrelevant but we mentioned the water filter and Edgar took it out and said if they had it at Home depot he would grab a new one. Not only did they look at home depot but they also went to walmart but neither place had it. These two went above and beyond to try and find this filter and that in itself speaks volumes. Edgar quickly replaced the waterline with something more sturdy and durable and the problem was solved. Amazing! I couldn't have asked for better people. I highly recommend Dr Rooter & Plumbing (Jerry and Edgar) its very hard to find people who are kind and so willing to help and not try to rip you off or get over on you price wise especially during emergency situations like this one. I am so thankful for them! We will be contacting them for any future plumbing needs and will spread the word to anyone who may need their services. I bought two toilets from Lowe's and paid for their installer, Kepco, to do the work. There is not enough room here to detail the bad stuff that followed, but they tried to upcharge $787 for addition flanges and valves. After asking them to leave I called Owen Plumbing, and Lindsay and Scott both talked me off the ledge.
They gave me a two hour window, called me the day before, and Pete showed up on time. He was pleasant, competent and completed the job at the pre agreed price.
It is unheard of for a plumber to have five stars across the board, but they earn every one of them for their professionalism, honesty and dependability.

I am very pleased with Steve's prompt and accurate assessment of my plumbing issue. He listened to my problem and had me send him a photo via cell phone. He then scheduled me quickly and sent out a tech today. The repair was efficient, effective, and professional and the cost was very reasonable.

Plumber just left and i couldn't be happier. At 2 am, a valve to the toilet exploded and began spraying water everywhere. We had to shut off the water to the house. Stressful situation. I began calling places and leaving messages at 7. At 702, I got a call back. Plumber would be in the area and by the house in a few hours. And he was! 10 minutes later the problem was fixed and we got advice for the future. Price was very reasonable. Next time we need help, I am definitely calling Clairemont.

We have had AJ come out twice for separate issues and have been very happy with his help. He truly took his time to help us  figure out an issue we have had since buying our house less than 6 months ago. I would absolutely call him again for any future plumbing issues. He is honest, fair and knowledgeable.

Excellent service, responded same-day to a clogged drain that I couldn't clear with a 25 ft snake. Mauricio tried snaking and couldn't get it either, came back the next day to hydrojet and got it within an hour. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again for any plumbing needs. Competitive prices and overall great company.

I had an electrical outlet stop working in my living room. I reached out to Premo on recommendation from a friend and was very satisfied! George responded quickly offering times the next day. Christian reached out to me the day of to confirm his arrival time. He showed up at the time he stated and quickly fixed the problem. He was more than happy to answer my weekend warrior questions and overall provided great service. I will definitely be using Premo again if I have any electrical needs!

The ol' kitchen sink clog the day before Thanksgiving. Luckily for us, Javier at Mr. Rooter came out and got us up and flowing before the marathon of holiday dish-cleaning. Javier was friendly, helpful, and informative. Not only did he clear out the clog in our old cast iron pipes, but he walked me through a couple of informative tips about the plumbing in my house, for which I'm grateful. The only reason I'm giving a 4-star is because I technically called Mr. Rooter last night (they said they operated 24/7), but the technician couldn't come until the following afternoon. I'd definitely use these guys again.
