Shower handle broke and the water could not be turned off. The two possible solutions were a new cartridge or a whole new valve.  The latter would have cost a whole lot more. Three other plumbers we called just said we needed to replace the valve before they even saw it. Ryan from Ally took the time to check it out before jumping to the more expensive option. I recommend.

I have used Regional Elite Plumbing on more than 50 projects over the past few years and have always received speedy service, excellent workmanship, and lots of great feedback from homeowners. Mike works with me on all of my kitchen and bathroom remodels. I wouldn't want to use any other plumber.

This review is long overdo. Brian has been doing work for me for the last 2 years. The service he provides is unmatched. He has done many things over that time. New main sewer line, water heater, gas leaks and slab leaks! Just to name a few. He is very professional and has always gone above and beyond to make sure it is done correctly. Every time he has done work, he has been respectful and considerate of my house and personal things. I am proud to call him my plumber for anything that may come up. I actually had to use him to fix other plumbers horrible mickey mouse work. Another big thing to me is,  he always returns calls or text. Sohail and his team did an amazing job! He transformed our master bath and we could not be more happy. They were thorough, communicative and have set a very high bar. We can't wait for them to complete our second bathroom!

So thankful for Edgar & Jerry. We had an emergency with our shower knob (my mom broke the knob so the shower was running and had to get turned off from the main line.)

Called several plumbers but was told they'll be available on Monday or a few hours BUT Not Dr. Rooter & Plumbing. Edgar came in 15 mins and worked on out shower.

Very professional, friendly and most of all given us a priority since our case was an emergency.

Leaky Water Heater problem solved! Called Owen Plumbing, Jorge and David from Owen Plumbing arrived at my home when they said they would. They were very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Fixed my water heater, never tried to up sell anything. I have used other plumbing companies in the past, although the jobs were done, my overall experience with other companies has not been good.  I Highly recommend Owen Plumbing.

Our property line clean out is within inches of our driveway. Unfortunately, it's gotten run over more than once and we noticed over the weekend that the pipe had gotten clogged. Drainage was backing up towards the house and was not getting to the main sewer line. We stopped using water in the house in fear of the drainage backing all the way up and started calling plumbers.

We called AAA Goforth Plumbing over the weekend and requested a call back on Monday. They called first thing Monday morning when they opened and made it out the same day to look at our clean out. Both of the gentlemen that showed up were very nice and got right to business clearing the clean out. They were able to clear whatever obstruction was stuck and our drainage was running smoothly again. They didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary and gave me advice on how to prevent the clean out from getting broken again if a car were to run over it.

I would highly recommend AAA Goforth plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber and we'll be using them again in the future if ever we need plumbing services.

AJ did the installation of our water heater this last Monday, October 28, 2019. From the moment he responded to my inquiry to the time of installation, his company delivered. We are sooo happy we now have hot water and enough pressure on all three bathrooms, even if the three are in use simultaneously  I highly recommend AJ, he went on Saturday for free consultation, gave me a quote, and when I called him later, he returned my call, on a Saturday evening wow . On time to do the installation and clean.  Great customer service

So grateful! First, there was Richard who was so kind as to get me both Niall and Peter to come in under 24 hours to replace all of the outlets in our house. They came on time, they both wore masks and they completed every outlet in the house in under 2 1/2 hours. This included the garage. When I asked Niall if he could give us any insight as to what breaker went with what appliance. He went and marked every single one of my breakers. If you need anything fixed with your electrical, do yourself a favor and hire Premo Electric. You will not regret it! Thank you Niall and Peter!!!!

Responsive, great service, and very reasonable prices. Fixed a shower handle after someone else left us in the lurch. Also had Bruce instal a new kitchen faucet and replace the shut off valve. He took a lot of precautions due to Covid, which we appreciated. Will definitely use again in the future.

These guys are the worst. Incompetent, Slow and way over priced. The guys that came had no idea how a septic system even worked.   Beyond awful experience. Don't ever call them.... you will be sorry!!!!
