Very professional, honest, reliable, punctual and very recommendable plumbing company. Beginning with the office person taking the phone calls all the way to the service/services performed by the plumbing technician Jorge, everything had been excellent from customer service to workmanship. The technician Jorge was very punctual meeting the appointment (scheduled appt at 8:30AM & Jorge arrived at exactly 8:30AM!). He worked on my toilet clogged with tree roots coming from the sewer into the pipes and replaced our toilet in the house. Excellent and tidy work!!! Most of all, the costs of the services provided were so very reasonable compared to the other plumbing company. I had a very disappointed experience with another plumbing company (S... E....sh Plumbing Company) not meeting the scheduled appointment and quoting me tripled as what I paid Owen Plumbing. I declined work to be done by the other plumbing company and contacted Owen Plumbing instead. I was fortunate that I have contacted and tried the plumbing services of Owen Plumbing.

Called this morning around 7 am for a clogged tub. Received a call back around 8 am saying he could come out within the hour. And a gentleman showed up around 845. Super nice guy but couldn't snake the tub so he recommended a different company-Baird's. Didn't charge me for anything since he couldn't solve the issue which I thought was nice. Most companies would probably still try to charge a fee. The other company was able to come out and solve my problem but I admired how respectful and fair this company was.

AJ COMPLETELY GHOSTED my family after we paid him for a repair service leaving us without hot or even lukewarm water. We have an infant and elderly family member in our home and trying to find another technician to pick up where he left off has been an immense struggle. Relying on cold water has been devastating for my family and we're looking into alerting California's License Board.

Joshua Plumbing and Drain Service saved the day on Saturday!  I met Joshua and his crew at a plumbing store on Saturday morning and asked if they worked in the Carmel Mountain area.  Most definitely was their answer and after explaining my AC/Plumbing nightmare Joshua said he could come by in between two appointments that morning!!  

They showed up right on time and got to work accessing the problem and had it fixed (and a few other small problems) just as promised!  They were courteous, put down plastic and cleaned up after the job was complete.  Joshua was very patient with me as I asked numerous questions, answering them all without making me feel dumb for asking.

Needed to have the diverter stem on my bath/shower replaced and they were available on short notice. The entire appointment took less than 30 minutes and the two technicians that arrived were friendly and professional.

We needed some miscellaneous lighting fixed so I contacted Premo because of their great Yelp ratings. Now I understand why, they were so helpful with our sense of urgency,  very communicative even when they were running behind and called as promised when they were on their way.  They gave me a fair estimate on the phone and came through as estimated. The two gentlemen that arrived were conscious of putting shoe covers on before walking on the carpet AND they were quick to diagnose and fix the 3 fixtures we had them look at which in the end reduces your cost. Very professional and pleasant...I highly recommend them, as did so many others!

I received two estimates from two electric companies which had been referred to me by my solar installer. A buried corroded electric conduit was discovered going to an electric sub-panel and required replacement.  I decided to get a third bid, using Yelp as the source, and I am very pleased with the result. The price from Electric Lee, the Yelp referral, was 50% less than the other two bids and they completed the job that same day. The Electricians they sent out were are both knowledgeable and personable, besides doing an excellent job. My father was an electrician and I observed the electricians from Electric Lee as having the same high quality standards that my father had, when he was working.

Bruce is amazing! He came out for a free quote and really made me feel at ease as he explained what needed to be done. I could definitely tell he cares about his work. His quote was more then fair, especially for the quality of work he did. I now have new pipes from the main to every fixture, a new water heater, and new pressure regulator. Everything is working great and the work was impeccable. I will be recommending Bruce with Robertson Plumbing to anyone I encounter looking for a great plumber!

I used Mr. Rooter for the first time to clean out my kitchen sink that was backing up for weeks. Technician Jose came out and was very professional and courteous. He wore a mask and put on booties over his work boots before entering my home. He explained what he was going to do to clear the blockage. After clearing the blockage, Jose explained about a 30-day warranty and the option of the hydro-jet. Very positive experience.
