I called Regional Elite Plumbing to have some gas line work done.  My call went to their voice mail and I left a message describing what I was calling about along with my call back information.  They have never called me back.  I am rating this business one star because it's poor customer service, rude and caused a delay in my work.  You may not agree but I think it tells a lot about a company

Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Best service by far!  I'll definitely come back to Dr. Rooter. Had our water heater replaced and water pressure on our older craftsman home. They were professional and quick. Checked three other plumbing services and they were affordable. They also offer other services too if you inquire. Really relieved to find this company and will definitely return for our bathroom remodel.

We had a pipe in the kitchen that had been severed and repaired with tape by a previous owner (unbeknownst to us).  The broken pipe was discovered after we replaced the sink.  We called AAA Plumbing yesterday morning and Steve said he'd arrive yesterday afternoon which he did.  

Steve was very honest, knowledgeable and helpful.  He fixed the severed pipe very quickly and efficiently.  We are very happy with his work!  We'd hire him again!!

I cannot say enough good things about Clairemont Plumbing and Marshall.  I have had two emergencies at my condo in Tierrasanta within the last 2 months.  A water heater went out and was leaking and then while trying to replace a faucet the valve broke causing an emergency replacement.  In both cases I called Clairemont Plumbing and Marshall came the same day and took care of the issue.  Price was very reasonable and they are so professional and nice.  I plan to have him do more work for me as preventative maintenance for a change!

called the owner Al  to make him aware that when they replaced my water heater that the valve should of been replaced as well. Had to call SDGE  cause i smelled gas. they came and there was a severe gas leak. called the office never got a return call back after several calls. to get my money that i had to pay sdge to replace the valve that should of been replaced. I then was fed up and left a voice message that i was going to report this to my Home warranty that sent them. well after i left that message who calls back the owner Al telling lies that  the valve it was not damaged when they came , but i didn't have a gas leak or smell gas until his horrible company came and did work at my home. then he even fixed his lips to say i will send you a gift card for him not calling back and  paying me back the money i had to pay sdge. Well i did call and explained to my home insurance company and they will not be using them. this could of been tragic to my home and family with the cars in the garage.

They book for appointments 2-3 weeks out which I think is a little ridiculous.  We chose another company!

Unfortunately my experience was bad! I had my bathroom redone and the contractor had Joshua do the plumbing. He arrived with his two guys and I asked him about a drain. No greeting or introduction 0 personality. He leaves and the two guys stay. I have a Kohler acrylic tub that specifically says it needs to be set in a bed of mud or no warranty. I ask his guys about it and they say they do that later. I ask them a question about installing the tub and they end up calling Joshua who tells them to pack up and leave. The tile contractor smooths thing over and they continue. I ask them again about setting the tub in a bed of mud. That's later. Next thing I know the tub is installed with no mud. Too late now so tile contractor and I decide we will remove drywall and put mud under tub later. The job is about finished and the tile contractor puts the trim on and tests the tub/shower valve. Surprise! The two boneheads put it in upside down and now the tile is installed.  Contractor calls Joshua. He is too busy to come over today or tomorrow. So two days later he shows up at my door about 5pm. All he says is, I'm here for the plumbing. Not so much as a sorry about the inconvenience. The guy should have been apologizing for delaying the completion of the project by two days. One of the worst contractor experiences I have ever had.

I found my toilet clogging this morning and called Mauricio for service. He arrived within an hour after I called and immediately got to work. The problem was eventually solved after a few trials and the toilet had to be removed for a bit.

I'm very satisfied with Mauricio's timeliness, professionalism and service quality. He will be the first one I'll call if I have a problem with my toilet again!

I really struggled with finding a local company to do electrical work at my house. Lots wouldn't respond after talking to me on the phone.
Premo was the opposite. I was able to call and send emails and quickly get scheduled for everything I needed done.

Niall and Peter came to my house for installing an EV charger, installing recessed lighting, installing an outdoor plug, and troubleshooting a weird bathroom fixture. They always wore booties inside and cleaned up well after they were done.

They have set pricing for every job, which I think makes it slightly more expensive, but I was willing to pay more to get the work done in a timely manner.

Top notch electricians! Did every single project I asked very professionally and fast. Great customer communications, they truly measure twice and cut once type of guys.
My first choice from now on for any electrical work in the future!

Responsive, great service, and very reasonable prices. Fixed a shower handle after someone else left us in the lurch. Also had Bruce instal a new kitchen faucet and replace the shut off valve. He took a lot of precautions due to Covid, which we appreciated. Will definitely use again in the future.

Had called this service for a leaky bathtub faucet and two clogged basins. They came in and were very honest and suggested ways I could do it myself. They also have a free quote on what it'd take for them to do it. It was straightforward enough that I thought I'd give it a try myself. Although I did not avail of their service, the honesty and straightforwardness was much appreciated and deserving of my favorable rating. Id definitely reach out to Mr. Rooter for my future plumbing needs.
