Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

We contacted Jerry and he came the same day to give us a FREE estimate. Him and his partner were friendly, knowledgeable and gave us great AFFORDABLE prices, but most importantly GREAT service. They came back the next day and fixed our leaking pipe, they also did additional work and went above and beyond helping us fix other small things. They even flushed our heater.

What i love about their company is that they gave us a 1 year warranty, that makes me feel more at peace. We are going to hire them again soon to do other small house piping work, and in the future to do our bathroom addition. They are trustworthy and again, offered us affordable prices.

Absolutely first-rate! I had three jobs: a broken garbage disposal; a stopped-up sink; and a leaky hose bib. Marshall immediately diagnosed each problem; explained it clearly; and fixed each one lickety-split. He was fast, thorough, and a complete professional in all ways. Even the lady who makes appointments was wonderful. Their prices are quite reasonable. I used them once before and was just as impressed at that time. You won't do better than with Clairemont Plumbing.

WOW. Dominic was AWESOME! We just purchased our home and have a practically brand new furnace (3 years). However, the people who installed it, did a horrible job and left a gap behind the furnace probably 2in x 12in, along with other things that were just improperly installed. The main reason for their visit was an issue while installing our Nest thermostat (no power to Rh wire), but I requested a quote on fixing that gap and recommendations for additional services that might as well be done while they pull the whole furnace out. I had an issue installing our Nest, turns out we blew a fuse trying to install it.
They gave me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival and when they got here, immediately put on booties to walk in my home! After I explained what happened and what needed to be done, Dominic got right to work. He let me know the issue was that we blew a fuse when installing our Nest. He replaced it with a fuse on hand to check that was all that was wrong. He let me know that if I wanted the fuse to be replaced today it would be an additional $75ish, when I was originally quoted $99 for the job. This made sense though because prior to coming to my house, they didn't know what caused my issue. I am glad I was informed ahead of time rather than just being hit with a fee though! I of course still wanted it done so he gave me the option of either him replacing it today and paying today, or he could come back another day to replace the fuse. I had it replaced today rather than waiting.
He gave me my recommendations and quote for the rest of the furnace issues. He only gave me things that are more urgent, not trying to up sell me on stuff. (Thank you!) He also walked me through the different payment plans, one being, 12 months, no interest, no payments. For a smaller job, this plan is so great! They also informed me on the VIP plan, which I think we will actually join. I had no idea they had military discount and I always forget to ask but that was another 10% off!! Through this whole process, Dominic informed me VERY well. I nearly questioned him to death, but he had an answer to satisfy every question and was more than happy to answer them! He was kind, considerate and informative, which is so so SO important for big jobs like this around the house. Thank you Dominic! We will definitely be scheduling our next job on our furnace with them!

Joshua Plumbing and Drain Service saved the day on Saturday!  I met Joshua and his crew at a plumbing store on Saturday morning and asked if they worked in the Carmel Mountain area.  Most definitely was their answer and after explaining my AC/Plumbing nightmare Joshua said he could come by in between two appointments that morning!!  

They showed up right on time and got to work accessing the problem and had it fixed (and a few other small problems) just as promised!  They were courteous, put down plastic and cleaned up after the job was complete.  Joshua was very patient with me as I asked numerous questions, answering them all without making me feel dumb for asking.  

Thank you Joshua for coming to my rescue!  I highly recommend Joshua and his crew for all your plumbing needs!

Once again Exodus comes through!  I usually deal with Mauricio, but today Emilio came out to snake our main line which has root intrusion from a neighbor's tree. As always, they were on time, got the job done, and cleaned up within a couple of hours of contacting them....on a holiday!  I don't even bother contacting anyone else anymore. They are my go to plumbers.

Richard and a coworker were here to troubleshoot a lighting problem. They were able to identify the issue and fix it quickly- and at a price I was happy with. They also helped my daughter to carry some stuff into the house when she came home, so she was impressed too! We will definitely call them the next time we need electrical work done.

It was a small job, but nothing I could fix (and I tried).  They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem in less than 30 minutes, fixed it in 5 more and I was extremely happy.  I would absolutely recommend Electric Lee and their electricians.

Bruce is amazing! He came out for a free quote and really made me feel at ease as he explained what needed to be done. I could definitely tell he cares about his work. His quote was more then fair, especially for the quality of work he did. I now have new pipes from the main to every fixture, a new water heater, and new pressure regulator. Everything is working great and the work was impeccable. I will be recommending Bruce with Robertson Plumbing to anyone I encounter looking for a great plumber!

I cannot think of any company who has provided me with better all-around service than what Mr. Rooter and its representatives recently provided me.
We were having a significant sewage back-up at our home.  Based on an acquaintance recommendation, I had a company respond to assess the situation.  That company identified the issue, provided two options and a quote for each.  With my limited knowledge of the problem, and the amount of money to complete the repairs, I chose to get a second opinion.
By chance, I saw San Diego 10 News does a short segment called Approved Home Pros, where they profiled Mr. Rooter for plumbing needs.  I called Mr.Rooter to ask about their services.  The phone representative was extremely friendly and informative, and offered to have one of their professionals respond to my home as soon as that same afternoon.  
I actually met with the technician, Luis Contreras, the following morning.  He arrived and after his quick assessment, requested a supervisor with a camera.  Javier (unknown last name) arrived within minutes and after a short evaluation, he confirmed the same problem that the previous company had reported.  The solution he suggested was actually a more thorough fix to the problem, and what surprised me most, was the cost of the repairs was significantly less than what I had been previously quoted by the first company.  When I accepted Javier's service offer, I expected that he would tell me a crew would be out within the next day or two to begin the work.  To my surprise, Luis immediately grabbed a shovel and began working on the repair.  
Over the next couple days, Luis and his work partner, Angel Rojas, worked diligently on the repairs.  My experience with prior work crews was that there seemed to be alot of down time, and little interaction.  Luis and Angel not only worked tirelessly each day, but took time to explain what they were doing and they were both incredibly friendly.
The repair required significant digging across the front of yard of our house.  I was amazed when I came home after they finished, to find that there was virtually no sign that they had even been there.  The lawn was replaced with no signs of digging, and the entire work site had been cleaned, swept and void of any marks or debris.
I could not be happier with the response and the work that the team from Mr. Rooter provided us.  But, for me personally, the positive attitude and the friendly, personable approach that I received from every member of the Mr. Rooter team is what I will remember most.  My experience could not have been better.
