Pacific Beach Plumbing did a great job installing a recirculating hot water pump.  We chose and recommend the Hot Water D'MAND System and are happy.

This company was excellent! They gave us a free quote within 24 hours of my request for one. Their prices were better than most of the competition.  They were able to complete the requested job within days of giving the actual quote, and the work was done exceptionally well.  There was no up charge on additional hauling on refuse that didn't fit in our green bin which almost every other quote included.

Overall we couldn't be happier with the service we got and we will continue to use them for our landscaping needs in the future.

Brian was referred to me by several co-workers as I was very weary of plumbers based on past experience.  He was at our house for 20 min+ and fixed a problem we were dealing with for months.  He was professional, friendly and extremely fair.  He was totally trustworthy and showed us exactly what the problem was.  Highly recommend him and will refer to all my friends and neighbors.  We need more service professionals like him!!!

I am returning customer writing my second great review. I own a rental Condo unit in downtown 9th avenue. My tenant called me Sunday around 11 AM regarding two plumbing issues, one in kitchen sink and second in bathtub. Since I had great experience with Rafael, I called him and he responded immediately. Around 1:30 in the afternoon he was in my Condo unit and fixed both issues. Great service, fast response and reasonable price. Don't even hesitate to call Lefty's plumbing anytime. I will call him again for any plumbing issue at my house or my rental property.

We had our water heater malfunction and leak.  After talking to him on the phone he arrived in a timely manner and assessed our issue.  We ended up having some water damage in the wall.  After having some flood mitigation work done, we contacted him again and they were able to do the final installation of the new water heater the very next day.  Overall we were very happy we choose to work with them.  They didn't over charge us they treated us fairly.  During the couple times they were working in our home the weather was on and off raining.  They took the time to make sure not to track in the elements.  They kept a clean work area and made sure their final product was clean and neat!  We can't say enough great things about them, we definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for great service.

Based on the high marks Yelp Reviews I decided to try Owen Plumbing when I needed home plumbing support.  When I called I talked with Brenda, the Scheduler taking care of the phones.  Brenda did a great job of working me into their busy schedule the next day when I was available and everybody did exactly what she said her staff would do.  They showed up during the two hour window of time she had offered, and in my way of seeing things I couldn't ask for anything more (especially after some other home service experiences!).

The price is $95 for the service call which includes the first half hour of work.  I had two drains in my master bath that were clogged, one for the tub and one for the sink.  They spread a tarp on the floor and got right to it.  Both drains were unclgged in about 20 minutes and they were asking me if I had anything else?  If I had been thinking on my feet I would've brought them to another sink in the second master bath that is 'moving' a little slow and probably could use a good 'rodgering.'  I guess in my 'old school' thinking mode I was just so happy that this call for solving the stoppages I knew about was really only going to cost $95 that I didn't think to do the maintenance on the other sink, which right now is not so bad as being fully plugged.....yet.  You mean I could've had 3 unplugged in half an hour, for the beauty price of $95?

I'm here to tell you that, yes! they worked that fast, it could've been thus.....

The next time I need plumbing services or drains unplugged, they'll be my 'go to' and I'll have them drilll 'em all.

Used them to repair our propane line.  They did quality work and their quote was far below other plumbing companies.  Will use them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

Marshall came by on time and was as nice as everyone says.  He fixed the first problem lickety- split so i had high hopes after that for the other two.  The second was a slow drain, so i hoped he would pull apart the pipes underneath and give it a quick snake.  Nope.  A piece of wire through the sink's drain hole and he called it a day it on that one. I could have done that.    Runs better for now, but I am sure the gunk underneath is still building up and the slowness will be back soon.  But ok, whatever.  The third one he tried the same thing.  Wire in the sink hole.  Nothing changed.  Tried again.  Nothing changed.  Then came the excuses:  its meant to be slow like that.  They sell it that way.  I wouldn't buy it.   It's all glued together so I can't do anything anyway.  I wouldn't take that apart.   You'll have to get it cut into pieces and replace everything if you want it to drain faster, but I've never seen a sink like this  go faster than this slow speed anyway.  etc.  Well, no, of course its not meant for the basin to fill with water then drain slowly.  It's a nice powder room sink.  So, energized by the fact that I know he couldn't be right, I did it myself.  Took off the basin (easy) pulled apart the piping below (of course it wasn't glued. also ez) and looked over the simple mechanics and fixed the blockage (ez).  Marshall seems to just want to show up, do the least possible, and move on.  If that is your deal,  then you'll probably be fine.  But anything that takes a little more problem-solving?  Look elsewhere.

I called the Vista CA location and talked to Bob. Asked about getting my AC unit fixed, he tells me he can be out there tomorrow. I said ok great thanks, then I let him know Its a rental property and I am located out of state will that be a problem. He then asked me for my name then tells me they are not servicing rental properties right now due to short staffed. I was shocked cuz he just told me he can come out to my house tomorrow. I am a military spouse and this is truly ridiculous!! Poor customer service! And when we move back to CA I will never consider using these guys if we run into any issues!!!

Joshua and his team did the plumbing for our bathroom renovation, and we were seriously impressed by their work. Easy to work with, accommodating of our schedules, and extremely hard-working to make sure the job got done on time, even if it meant working late into the night. Very satisfied and would highly recommend!

My tenants informed me the power was going in and out in the unit. I called Premo and scheduled an appointment with Matt. He was very helpful and professional. Julian, the electrician called me and my tenants in the morning to confirm the time he was going to arrive. From what I heard, he was quick with his diagnosis and service. He also called me afterwards to explain to me in PLAIN language what was wrong and recommended that I talk to my HOA.

I will definitely use Premo again. They are very professional and charged a fair price!

We needed a 20amp GFCI outlet in the bathroom and some wiring done for a kitchen exhaust fan.

The company was quick to respond from setting up an appointment for an estimate to any communication thereafter.

The technicians arrived on time, were very accommodating, professional and friendly. Our house is quite small and a little difficult to crawl under the house as well as in the attic but the two technicians got the job done and left the place tidy afterwards.

Responsive, great service, and very reasonable prices. Fixed a shower handle after someone else left us in the lurch. Also had Bruce instal a new kitchen faucet and replace the shut off valve. He took a lot of precautions due to Covid, which we appreciated. Will definitely use again in the future.

My sewer backed up in my old house after having a party. Who knows what went down the toilet but water was coming out of the clean out. Nathan showed up within an hour and made quick work of the problem. Thanks for the quick response and friendly customer service!
