Contacted Velasquez when getting bids to remove 5 ficus trees from my front yard.  I communicated with Maria who was professional, courteous and timely. I ended up choosing them because of price and timeliness. Her crew showed up  when we agreed and did the job quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Had a plumbing emergency late at night...water heater flooding!  Called this company and Jaden talked us through how to shut it off free of charge.  Then he came out and took care of the bad heater and assessed the damage.  Very helpful and professional!

Mike has replaced my water heater, cleared drains, and worked on my 20 year old Kohler toilets.   He has always done excellent work and leaves the work area spotless.  He is timely and works efficiently.  Most reliable plumber around!

Had a late Sunday emergency with a stuck bathroom faucet that would not turn off. Called Definitive Plumbing solutions and although they weren't available for that evening, they had availability first thing the next morning, and were super friendly advising that if we couldn't find anyone late that night, to give them a call. We found someone and they came out, but they couldn't help and even suggested that it would cost $1k+ to fix. We called Definitive Plumbing back and they came out first thing and fixed it for such a reasonable price and were quick and in and out. Would definitely recommend!

Sohail and his team did an amazing job! He transformed our master bath and we could not be more happy. They were thorough, communicative and have set a very high bar. We can't wait for them to complete our second bathroom!

When I called I spoke directly with Raphael the plumber who assured me that everyone else was trying to scare me telling me they think its the main pipe that must be backed up. He said if it was I would see sludge in the shower and toilets. He gave me a fair price, and a time he would be here and he was prompt,  polite, honest, and professional. The clogged took over 45 minutes to clear and he kept working till it was clear. When he was done he didn't try to charge me more saying it was a hard job. I am very happy with his service. I would recommend him to friends and family.

I had to call them at 7:00 AM on 4th of July due to clogged pipes and they were out with an hour.  They fixed the issue and charged a reasonable price for the work especially on a holiday - definitely will be using them again!

WOW!  What can I say about these guys!? Fantastic! Knowledgeable! Fair!  I wish I found these guys years ago. Unfortunately, I have had three plumbing issues this year. Yes, three. Fortunately, I found Owen Plumbing after the first issue. These guys are excellent. On today's issue, the owner even came out and sent an extra person out before needing to resort to cutting into drywall. And, he fixed it!  To top things off....very reasonable pricing!  Based on my experience, these guys can be trusted not to rip you off. Finally, a quick shout out to Pete who was amazing.

I've used Steve for a number of projects over many years.  In each case his skill and experience have resulted in successful projects.  His fees are well explained and fair.  My recent project, a toilet installation, had complexities due to the original construction.  Steve was able to deal with the unexpected situation effectively.  Highly recommended.

I called Clairemont Plumbing Service because I had a toilet leaking from the base. Carolynn answered the phone and was super helpful. She sent Marshall out the same day and he replaced the wax ring in just 30 minutes or so. The price was very reasonable too. I'll definitely use them again any time I need any kind of plumbing work done.

Pacific Tankless was chosen by our home warranty service for the second attempt at addressing our leaky shower. I was initially nervous due to the low quantity of reviews, but at least they were all good!

Todd came out to our condo earlier this afternoon and fixed one of the problems (leaking around the handles), but the other problem (leaking from the faucet) was unaddressed. Given that there were two different problems, I'm not going to dock points because that could really come down to something as a communication issue. More important to me is how it was handled; I called Todd back and mentioned the tub was still leaky and he was back at our place after 45 minutes or so to replace the cartridges, which unfortunately was a far more complex and time-consuming problem than the simple caulking he had to do earlier. Sorry Todd! :( But he was a good sport about the whole thing and very friendly with one of our equally friendly cats, who may now be less friendly with us since there's no more leaky shower water for them to drink.

Thank you again to Todd and Pacific Tankless for quickly addressing our problems in a friendly manner; leaving a positive review is the least I can do.

We just turned on our AC system after not having used it all winter and were facing a foul 'stinky sock' smell which was pretty mortifying.  We have guests arriving in a few days.  Called Sherlock and they had someone out here the next day to clean the evaporator coil.  Jonathan diagnosed the problem and they were able to save the day for us.  Signed up for their annual service/maintenance program to hopefully avoid this happening again in the future.

They were very fair with their pricing for a job moving a gas line in our garage for our stackable dryer.  I got estimates ranging from $250 to $450 (always get estimates!)   These guys showed up on time, did the work and stuck to the price that we agreed on.  

Also, they've moved to Spring Valley from San Carlos.

Mauricio preformed an absolute miracle for us today. We had a major plumbing issue with our bathtub and got a quote from another company, they quoted us thousands of dollars and the repair would be very extreme. I called this morning to get a second opinion from Exodus Plumbing and they were able to send someone today to look at it. We are so incredibly grateful to Mauricio for trying something new and fixing our issue completely. It also saved us so much money and we are so happy we hired this company.

I called Premo when we had an electrical issue. They were able to come out same day. Actually it was within a couple hours of contacting them via Yelp and email.

Cost for service call was explained up front. Simple and straight forward.

Niall called before arriving, was on time, and courteous. As it turned out our issue was a simple one and was fixed in a few minutes. Since he was there I had him check a 3-way switch. He figured out the problem and replaced it with a new one.

I would definitely call them for any future electrical work we need done. Now that we know of a reliable honest company we may look for some other projects.

Electric Lee (Devren, Thorin, & crew) helped me with both my kitchen & bath remodels. They were knowledgeable, reliable & responsive which is rare in todays Covid environment. I can recommend them unconditionally.

I think Bruce is trying to do a good job, but this service was a nightmare. I'm giving two stars (rather than 1) because there seemed to be some health issues happening that *may* have contributed to things going so poorly.

We got a bid to replace the the shower drain for a shower remodel. After three weeks, many delays the job is complete but not to the specs outlined at the start of the project. Several items listed in the contract were not completed

The only reason we didn't cancel with him was that we foolishly gave a large deposit and felt we'd just lose the money if we changed plumbers.

We are not confident our drain will function properly in the long term due to the way things played out, but our budget is all spent. This is a frustrating situation.

Overall, there was a lot of talk with Bruce and very little action. He'd call and update us on his many life challenges that were causing delay after delay... but the total time invested into actually working on the plumbing was very little.

He seems like a nice guy and expresses his intention to keep things on budget, but the execution was not there.

A plumber named Nathan from Mr. Rooter is incompetent and unethical.  He tried to get me to replace a part that didn't need replacement and further tried to overcharge me to do the work.
