Thank goodness for Velazquez Landscape and Construction! We basically had multiple sprinkler valves causing geysers in our yard due to softball pitching incident.  We broke one valve and a domino effect happened with no way for us to fix it ourselves. And of course this happened at night...

I called and left a message with Velazquez Landscape with 1 minute left to closing and I received a call back within 5 minutes. They are so awesome!! From great customer service to an awesome job, I am so lucky to have called them!! They fixed our system in the dark. What company would come after hours (after 830pm) and work in the dark to fix a valve system? They did!!

We will definitely be using them again for more services!

We had a plumbing emergency and they came out within the hour to fix it. We're didn't have time to price shop, so I don't know how good their prices are, but the 2 guys who came out were polite and efficient and fixed what was wrong. Our only complaint is that they didn't clean up very well and in fact, they used one of our towels to clean up caulk, so it was totally destroyed and had to be thrown away

The garbage disposal at my house needed to be replaced. I contacted Definitive Plumbing Solutions to ask about installation of a new garbage disposal, and Brian, the technician, was very helpful with offering suggestions. He mentioned where I could purchase a good, inexpensive replacement, at a price lower than the other installation companies had quoted me at. When I told him I would be unable to pick up the item, he offered to pick it up for me.

On the day he arrived, rather than just showing up late, he asked me if it was okay if we moved the time back a little, because a previous appointment had gone over. I had no problem with it. When he arrived, he was very professional, and did a great installation job. He allowed me to pay via Venmo, and was also great about following up with an invoice for the transaction. He also checked the piping in two sinks in the house, at no additional charge.

Sohail and his team did an amazing job! He transformed our master bath and we could not be more happy. They were thorough, communicative and have set a very high bar. We can't wait for them to complete our second bathroom!

Jerry and his assistant were so easy to work with. They came emergently as our toilet was running and the valve had broke. He was fast, reliable, respectful, and honest. He came assessed the problem and placed the correct upgraded valve and fixed the toilet. Would definitely use again! So grateful!

Called at 2pm on a Saturday, they were at my house by 4pm (as they said they would be).  Their guy was friendly.  He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and what the problem was.  He even knocked a few bucks off their quote since the job wasn't too difficult.
I would use them again.

Called this morning around 7 am for a clogged tub. Received a call back around 8 am saying he could come out within the hour. And a gentleman showed up around 845. Super nice guy but couldn't snake the tub so he recommended a different company-Baird's. Didn't charge me for anything since he couldn't solve the issue which I thought was nice. Most companies would probably still try to charge a fee. The other company was able to come out and solve my problem but I admired how respectful and fair this company was.

My old water heater has used more than 10 years and I have bought a new one from Pacific Tankless about 6 months ago. It works perfect by far. And the staff is very nice and helpful.

Sherlock installed a new Fujitsu heating and air system 6 years ago for me, I had some recent issues with the service I received, however I would like to thank them for resolving any issues in a very timely and professional manner.

It is almost 1 am on a dark and unstormy night as I write this, and Joshua is hard at work fixing the huge leak under the kitchen sink.  I discovered a flood in the kitchen 2 hours ago, rushed to Yelp and found Joshua.  He arrived at our home exactly when he said he would, and after some trouble shooting got right down to it.  Phew!!  A thousand blessings and thanks to the Yelp community and the reviewers for the information about this business.  And thank you Joshua Plumbing.  You deserve 5 gold stars.

Again amazing experience! Niall came out and replaced our broken GFCI and then removed a ceiling fan and hung a new one for us. He was quick, took him only an hour to complete both. He was very nice and professional, and didn't mind my 4 year old next to him the whole time.

I have had Electric Lee for electrical work on several projects.  Devren has been responsive and very helpful.  The work was completed in a proficient and timely manner.  Definitely will hire them again for our next project.

Bruce and crew came to look at repair a cracked drain line in the bathroom. Bruce said he couldn't repair the crack based on it's location and that damage could be done to the main line as it is 60 years old. He contacted his buddy Rick at Matrix Plumbing to come out and put a camera down the main line to have a look. I looked on as they did this. Interesting thing that I found out a day later was that Rick looked at a plumbing issue at my brother's house. The initial response since his camera was BROKEN was to bust open their walls to find out what was going on. Glad my brother called for a second opinion since his problem was solved by snaking the line.

Back to my problem.. .Bruce and now Matrix Plumbing said they needed to trench inside my house, from one end to the other and replace the main line based on what they saw on the camera that suddenly worked. In an earlier conversation, Bruce said that you'd never want to trench your house and gave me several reasons why. But all of the sudden, trenching needed to be done immediately. Bruce said the line couldn't be sleeved or washed/cleaned out because it was too brittle and could crumble if we went that route.  Bruce and Matrix Plumbing said that this would take approximately two weeks and that my floors would be ripped up and drywall removed. After an insane estimate of approximately $30,000 from Bruce,  we obviously got a second and third opinion. Both of those companies allowed me to watch as they put the camera down the line. First off, what I saw on their cameras (which turned out to be a very good thing) looked nothing like what I saw from Rick's camera.

BOTH COMPANIES SAID I HAD NO ISSUES OR DAMAGE TO MY MAIN LINE! Yes, it is a 60 year old cast iron pipe. Both companies provided us with guidance to be proactive and preventative with the old aged pipe and it was nothing remotely close to $30,000!

Do your research and get several quotes when thinking about getting work done by Robertson plumbing.

i called on a Sunday and they informed me that the next available appointment was on Monday between 1-3pm.  the next day i eaited and called them to confirm they will be calling me before there arrival and they also told me they will be closer to 2pm so i was ok cool,   come 3:15 i called to check on status.  well they said he is running a little late so i waited.  here comes 4:30 and he shows up.  spends about 30mins trying to snake it but due to lack of experience he can't.  he then says my boss says all we can do is offer a repair service.  how about sending somebody with some experience.  1st he is late then he doesn't know what he is doing then trying to get a larger ticket .  i think not! stay away. And i forgot he left an oil on my driveway.
