Sohail Hossini and his partner knocked out a kitchen demo in a day and a half.  He moved the gas connector for my new stove coming in.  He'll be back in two weeks to do the tiling of the backsplash.  This is a no nonsense contractor who gives you a quote in writing, comes on time, does the work quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you

Andy was awesome!  He came right out and fixed the leak.  There was water all over the place and I was in desperation.  Andy saved the day!  The repair was completed quickly.  Andy was respectful and thorough.  He checked and made sure everything was working well before he left and checked my water pressure to make sure it wouldn't happen again.  He practiced full social distancing and wore a mask.  I would definitely use them again.

My drain was clogged on Christmas Eve. Much cooking and cleaning needed to be done. I called and Jerry said he could be to my place after finishing up with the scheduled ppl he had in 2 hours. Called at 2pm on a Saturday, they were at my house by 4pm (as they said they would be).  Their guy was friendly.  He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and what the problem was.  He even knocked a few bucks off their quote since the job wasn't too difficult.

Awesome job!!! Fantastic attention to detail! Installed a zone system with the new HVAC system. They spent extra time to ensure every duct connection and every register was sealed and to ensure the duct lines provided the best air flow possible. They explained what was being done throughout the process.

Joshua & Joshua came to fix my sink after I had unsuccessfully tried to operate on it with Drano & a plunger. It turned out that the clog was waaaaay deeper than I anticipated. The Joshuas were very kind and answered all of my questions. They had to bring out some serious tools to fix the mess we'd made. After everything was good, the bill was super reasonable considering the time and effort they put into my sink! I would highly recommend these guys. They are awesome, will work late, and have a 30 day warranty for their services. :)

The services from Electric Lee was nothing short of AMAZING. Devron and his team were always punctual, and very conscious of my budget. I just bought an older home and had to have the  entire home rewired. I was horrified! But they were honest and not only reasonable, but much less than the other bids. And while that is great, what it also showed me is that many others were trying to bilk me as if matters were much worse than they really were. There have been many opportunities that they could have up-sold me because I didn't know what was really needed. But instead, they looked, for example, at the ugly wiring in my garage, and said that while it is not attractive, it is not dangerous, and not worth spending money to change. What a refreshing change compared to the other contractors that were trying to charge me (up to twice the price!) in their bids for things I would not have needed. This is only the 2nd review I've ever given, and I just had to say how amazing they are! I just wish all contractors were as honest and helpful as they have been.

Bruce and crew came to look at repair a cracked drain line in the bathroom. Bruce said he couldn't repair the crack based on it's location and that damage could be done to the main line as it is 60 years old. He contacted his buddy Rick at Matrix Plumbing to come out and put a camera down the main line to have a look. I looked on as they did this. Interesting thing that I found out a day later was that Rick looked at a plumbing issue at my brother's house. The initial response since his camera was BROKEN was to bust open their walls to find out what was going on. Glad my brother called for a second opinion since his problem was solved by snaking the line.

Back to my problem.. .Bruce and now Matrix Plumbing said they needed to trench inside my house, from one end to the other and replace the main line based on what they saw on the camera that suddenly worked. In an earlier conversation, Bruce said that you'd never want to trench your house and gave me several reasons why. But all of the sudden, trenching needed to be done immediately. Bruce said the line couldn't be sleeved or washed/cleaned out because it was too brittle and could crumble if we went that route.  Bruce and Matrix Plumbing said that this would take approximately two weeks and that my floors would be ripped up and drywall removed. After an insane estimate of approximately $30,000 from Bruce,  we obviously got a second and third opinion. Both of those companies allowed me to watch as they put the camera down the line. First off, what I saw on their cameras (which turned out to be a very good thing) looked nothing like what I saw from Rick's camera.

BOTH COMPANIES SAID I HAD NO ISSUES OR DAMAGE TO MY MAIN LINE! Yes, it is a 60 year old cast iron pipe. Both companies provided us with guidance to be proactive and preventative with the old aged pipe and it was nothing remotely close to $30,000!

Do your research and get several quotes when thinking about getting work done by Robertson plumbing.

I called on a Saturday with a clogged drain.  The call center that I was routed to took my information, and then stated that a dispatcher would call me back.  About an hour later, I answered my phone to a laugh.  Someone named Faith asked for me and said I understand you have a plumbing issue, in a joking tone.  At the same time, someone whispered shut the F up.  I asked if this was for real, and why my plumbing problem was funny.  I also wanted to know why they would call me and cuss.  Faith said that she was at the doctor's office because she was on call, and that it was background noise.  I did not make that appointment after all.  I would not trust anyone that would call a potential client in such an unprofessional manner to do any work for me.
