I've never called a plumber before because I rent, but we were in a bad spot with a stopped up shower drain that couldn't wait on a slow response from the landlord.
I was a bit nervous about the whole thing, expecting a very expensive trip for a very simple procedure, but I was very wrong.

CSR set me up with a reasonable time, called ahead to let me know that they were available to come *earlier* than expected if I wanted to, and arrived promptly at the rearranged time. They were extremely courteous and personable. They covered shoes over white carpet without me asking--the first time any work crew has done that coming in.
They ended up pulling an enormous mass of roots from the line, and made sure to bring me in and suggested photographs to bring to the landlord (which I would have forgotten), as well as walking me through the likely process to fix it so I'd be prepared when it that time came.

I asked offhandedly about another job (replacing a very old shower arm and head) just to see if they could tell me the cost, and they recommended that it would be very easy to do myself if I didn't want to pay, but the price they quoted for it was so inexpensive I could hardly say no.

Ray and Hector were a pleasure to work with, and absolutely top-notch professionals. I highly recommend bringing your needs to CSR plumbing.

My water heater went out last night and we had no way of taking a shower. I requested a quote from all American plumbing and Justin was out here about an hour after that replacing my hot water heater. They saved me about $800 on an upgraded water heater! Now my bills will be more affordable and I now have a reliable water heater. Thank you so much Justin for being so professional and kind! So knowledgeable and fast at your job!

I dread having to find a good plumber.  What I thought was a simple swap of an old fridge turned out a bigger issue upon finding out the water valve need to be replaced with a different size.  Thankfully there are great plumbers in the area with Yelp showing me the way to 5 Star.  I lean more toward helping local family-operated business so chose this one even though there were only a few reviews.  This business is extremely responsive via the Yelp messaging.  They work with you in scheduling even asking the right questions in preparation of their visit so you don't waste time.  This included knowing where the water shutoff is and if you have an HOA, knowing to secure approval within an appropriate timeframe.  

Justin was right on time (unlike my fridge delivery) within the earlier time window they given.  Other places give you such a big window you end up stuck in the house.  He was courteous to wipe his shoes and kept a clean workspace.  The work took all but 20min at most, and he made sure all the water was back in and working before leaving.  

The Yelp discount is excellent though the price is already most reasonable.  Their office was great about payment and sent the invoice via email.

While I hope not to call a plumber again anytime soon, I know I will look to them in the future.  Service and convenience is wonderful!

Fred was the only person who responded quickly when I had a water leak. Was able to Diagnose and fix the issue at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Our community hired TL to redo the cast iron pipes in our garages. We looked at multiple plumbers and decided on TL because of their thorough bid, prompt replies to our messages, and a reasonable price. Some plumbers gave us outrageous bids without any details, however TL was extremely professional and prompt.

The specific plumber we worked with was Manny. Great guy, he responds to all our texts, he let us know promptly about any issues that came up during the re-piping, including problems and we were able to solve each one as they came up.

Manny and his team was also prompt about the post install testing and tightening any pipes as needed.

TL will be the first choice plumber for our future needs.

My water heater broke in the night and began leaking profusely from a series of cracks. Eric helped me figure out how to triage the situation before he and Tony were able to even come out and provide service. They were able to work with some existing funky infrastructure to provide excellent service and a long-term, viable solution. I cannot recommend Community Plumbing more highly! Eric and Tony are the best!

Had used Discount Plumbing for our water heater and they were great so we called them again for leaky kitchen faucet. We weren't sure why it was leaking so we had already purchased a new faucet in case. Sure enough, Joseph informed us that the leak was coming from corroded faucet and would be best to replace than fix it. He installed the new one with his expertise and patience. Less than an hour he was done with the install. Thank you Joseph. I highly recommend him. Very trustworthy and gets the job done.

I had a leak somewhere on my property that was costing me an arm and a leg for my water bill. I had a recommendation from friends for another plumbing company who not only didn't show up at all twice in a row, but once they finally showed up after a cursory look around the property said they couldn't find anything and that I needed to call the water company.

Not ready to do that, I called Matt Farmer at Armstrong and he came out....ON TIME...spent a couple of hours on the property and finally found the leak! He then got the parts and fixed the leak in record time!  He explained exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. A few hours later he was back to make sure that everything was fixed properly and that the leak was fixed!

If you are looking for a company that does a GREAT job, is on time and is reliable I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Armstrong!!!

Found them on Yelp after another company did not show up to clear my drain and made me waste a full day just sitting at home waiting for them.
My experience with Troy Plumbing was the complete opposite. They scheduled my service quickly, they gave me a realistic estimate and they actually showed up when they said they would.
Once there, they looked at the issue, but also at the possible cause of it.
The fixed the problem quickly and gave me some recommendations on what to do to prevent it from happening again.
They will be my first call next time I am in need of a plumber.

I do not write reviews because most companies do not meet my expectations. Omar was great, he was professional and prompt replies. When I requested a quote, response was right away. He came the next day to take a look to give proper options and estimate. Even sent a plumber on a holiday to install 3 toilets with hose and valves redone and he did a very clean, fast, and professional job. Price was reasonable and compared to other 5 companies I spoke to, it was the cheapest and they could not compete the prices with them. Other companies guaranteed quality but home leaks and drain solution quality was on point and cheap so I definitely recommend to utilize them. Dont just take my word for it and have them give you their opinion and estimate and see if you like them for yourselves.

Migure came to our place on time & corrected a water heater installation that was done wrong for us by a home warranty plumber years ago.  He explained all the details to us before he start the work, and provided honest opinions to all the options that we have.  The price was good, and we also got $10 off by checking in with yelp.  Migure was very friendly & professional, and was willing to answer all of our questions thoroughly.  All in all, he completed all the works in time with great customer services.  I am glad that we have a great plumber like Migure to take care of our home.

I started a DIY bathroom remodel and after the demo found a few items that were over my skill set. I was referred to Sal Jr and Sr who were prompt to review the job, provide a quote and work me into their schedule; I was schedule critical with the floor already removed.  

They replaced a large / final section of cast iron which the previous owners left me and moved a gas line to give us extra cabinet space.  I also had them install the new copper lines which saved me a day.

Sal Jr. is recently licensed but has been doing plumbing with his family for years.  I look forward to them growing their business.

Mike Terry was our plumber for several projects and he did a great job! Very knowledgeable and nice. Highly recommended!

BEWARE. CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE! Update to prematurely posted reviews (3 different, amiable service reps, each rated highly as a courtesy; posted BEFORE knowing each had failed the straightforward task of unclogging a sewer pipe). This review has been held back to ensure posted as unemotionally as possible. The 1st tech came out, cleared the clogged drain (sent drain-snake through the P-Trap under the vanity sink, after trying unsuccessfully to snake the tub drain, mentioning something about pipe circumference being too small for the tool he had with him). He did NOT attempt snaking the toilet pipe (source of the clog)- stating he preferred to avoid removing the toilet, whenever possible. Before leaving, he advised our bathtub was draining very slowly, suggested we check the drain for hair clogs and remove, if found. ??! In hindsight, we should have pointed out to tech #1 that the clog was likely at or BEFORE pipes under the toilet, versus in pipes AFTER the toilet (ie: under sink)-- though his comment re: our slow-draining tub and lack of evidence for the source of clog (no answer, when asked) should have been his clue that the job was incomplete, as he is the plumbing professional. A couple of days later BOTH bathroom toilets  backed up / overflowed, both showers/tubs slow draining (initially only one toilet was clogged; other bathroom was usable). A 2nd tech came out and re-ran the snake- this time through the cleanout BEFORE bathroom drains. Once completed, he showed us the source of the clog-- a ball of tangled, matted hair (about the size of a small mouse).  He mentioned having a heck of a time winding in the snake  and stated that it seemed to be caught on something.  He was correct... the tool WAS caught on something: our main sewer pipe's backflow valve flapper- which was snapped off and dragged back through the pipe before wedging / stuck in place. Unbeknownst to us at the time, this was the cause of a NEW, far more serious pipe clog. Within a day or so, all toilets, showers and tubs backed up--  AGAIN.  A 3rd tech came out, repeated the drain-snake process, removed the toilet in 1st bathroom /replaced the wax ring and stated everything was repaired. Not trusting this to be true, I asked him why I could see standing water just a few inches below the grate of the 2nd bathroom shower's drain. He stated this was normal / ok.  (FYI- standing pipe-wayer is not normal, not ok...). After a 4th backup of both toilets just a few days after tech #3 declared the problem was resolved (in error), we reluctantly requested a 4th tech to resolve the issue. We received a callback from Burtech's owner, Bill, who mentioned something about our cost to his company, adding he would be bringing a camera to see why clogged (maybe should have done after 1st fail?). I refrained from pointing out the inconvenience his team had caused our family (now almost 2 weeks without working plumbing)  least of which-   hassle of cleaning up repeated toilet overflows.  Owner Bill showed up with his camera (again-- 4th service call) seeming irritable / exasperated /  put-out to be here. He sent his camera down the drain; soon after, showed crystal clear images of our broken flapper part-  tightly wedged in the main sewer pipe, stating he'd never seen anything like it before.  (I couldn't make this stuff up... !)
Going back to the comment made by tech #2... (...had a heck of time reeling in the drain-snake; seemed stuck), Bill's insistence that he's never seen this before rings hollow, imo. I've since asked MANY local plumbers to share their opinions re: Bill's comment about broken the flapper. Responses have been unanimous: smells like bullsh@t. Owner Bill then quoted us a whopping $2700.00 to repair (their error) which would entail cutting / removing slabs of co create from our walkway in order for them to locate and remove the stuck flapper part, replace with new parts and installation of cleanout pipes for future use, as needed. When asked why he didnt use the existing cleanouts, he stated we didn't have any (incorrect).
Owner Bill took no accountability for his technicians' errors. Tried negotiating... Bill offered to knock off a few hundred dollars from his quoted $2700.00 estimate-- provided I dig workspace (4 feet+ down to the the backflow valve) AND purchase the replacement parts. ?! When digging, I located 2 cleanouts (owner Bill stated these did not exist).   After 3 weeks w/out plumbing;  no return calls from Bill @ Burtech (expected he might at very least check in, to ensure issues caused by his team were resolved- considering the multiple calls made to him in which I was CLEARLY upset...). In end, went w/ someone else, who corrected the plumbing error(s) in an afternoon-- charged a small fraction of the amount proposed in Bill's (greedy) estimate. Hoping this review may prevent others from having a similar experience.
