Great Service!! Had to have my heat pump replaced and when your living out of town its nice to know that the work is getting done right!! Reasonably priced, I didn't feel like I was going to the cleaners. Even came out on a Saturday, if I ever have another issue, I will definitely call them!!

Had a great experience. From the initial phone call until the truck pulled away from the curb, it was a job well done. Dave was friendly, competent and collaborative. I'll be calling All American Plumbing again whenever I have any plumbing needs. And, I'll be calling them for my mom soon.

James is a great technician. He was very communicative/informative. We just remodeled our kitchen, and Collins Pacific did all of the plumbing. My house is about 20 years old and I've lived in it for 5 years.  I called American Ace the first time I had a leaking sink and have been calling them back ever since for all of my plumbing and air conditioning needs.  Fred is very responsive via phone or text and is usually able to schedule with me promptly.  His work is always great and I've appreciated his advice regarding how much life a plumbing fixture or AC unit has left in it so I can plan accordingly.  I recently had him replace a 3-ton HVAC system for the upstairs, even with carrying everything up and down his crew completed the job in less than two days and the price was very fair.  If you live in the service area I highly recommend American Ace!

I went with TL plumbing because they really were the only company who wanted to trouble shoot the issue vice a quick fix.  Manny was our tech and he was able to find the issue and fix it.  Good prices, quick work and great attitudes. I'll be using TL Premier again!!

Great plumbers! I tried to DIY a leaky faucet and after a day of trying I called community plumbing. They told me what to buy and they fixed the faucet in under an hour. Very skilled and knowledgeable plumbers with a lighter side too. Highly recommended--I'll be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

Noticed a leak under the sink on Sunday afternoon when the dishwasher was running and was able to get Albert here Tuesday morning. Was given a window of 8-10 for him to show up and got a call at 7:50 to let me know he was on his way. Within an hour he assessed the issue, fixed it, and did a triple check to ensure it was working properly. He also showed me a way to prevent it in the future. All around great service!

5 stars all the way!!!  Matt was at my house sooner than he said and was and was 100% honest about my drain problem.  Armstrong plumbing is fast, responsive, and most importantly honest about their work and will not try to sell you on a service you don't need.  I will not hesitate to contact them in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

I called this company to fix a leak in my bathroom.  They came on time, the plumber was very nice, but when he left, after a bill of over $300.00, there was still a leak in my bathroom.  I told the plumber I believed it needed a new valve but he proceeded to just change out the stems.  I never called them back because I didn't want to throw away any more money.  I hired another plumber and they did the job correctly.

Dec25: Edited to reply to Comment: My apologies on inaccurate statement about the tip. I was wrong. After the comment, I did find my invoice and found that I misread the invoice and for 20 days since having the service done, I have thought that 20% written was for tip. I was wrong. Had I checked the math, I would have figured this out that day. I was not aware there was a 20% markup on materials, so that did not register that 20% was on materials only and not for service. Rush glance on Dec 5, it looked like materials was $18 and since 20% tip was around $50+ on $270... i guesstimated that's what the other prices on the page were. My mistake and invoice is now included to show how I was simply wrong. Turns out I didn't tip at all. I honestly thought it was already included in the $315.16. So sorry, Kelley!

I do want to add in regards to the comment about the hourly rates... that though rates are posted elsewhere (on her website and Facebook) finding her here on yelp, I was not aware of rates of her site as that is not on her Yelp profile nor mentioned in any of our private messages. I found out about the hourly rate just an hour or so before receiving invoice. Still, I am happy with service and I recommend her great work.

Dec 24 original review: She did a great job.. before and after pics posted. I had a slow leak that went in for about a week and was not aware of. I let it dry out for a few weeks but finally needed to get it fixed as the wood was warped and didn't want it to get even more disgusting. I got a quote from her $135 for labor and travel and materials she said would be around $20). Her quote was lower than all the others' quotes. I also mentioned potential faucet install and she said they can be tricky so it's $70-120. With her quote and great reviews, I said yes let's do it.

While she was here, we found that the old faucet that caused the leaks was not fixable. She had to go to Home Depot to get materials for under the sink anyway and so I decided to get the faucet installed too. She offered to
pick one out but I went out to fetch a new faucet I know I would love (went to Costco and Home Depot and bought 1 from each store).

We both met up at home again, she proceeded on work underneath and installed the faucet. Everything looked great. She cleaned up after herself well and went to write up an invoice.

Got the invoice bill and it said $60/hr + materials + travel time 20% tip. Total $315 and some coins.
It was sticker shock but when I analyzed it, it lines up with her quote, when i broke it down.

$135 + materials + travel for Undersink
$70-$120 faucet installed

She's an awesome person, she did a great job. I knew it would cost more because I added the faucet installation.

I did not know before hand and learned upon invoice was that travel was $15 and 20% tip is added to to make the grand total that I was asked to pay.

I paid it. I have had services done before. I do tip 20% but seeing it on invoice and part of grand total was a first.

I love my sink and glad all is well now.

Richie and Rafa did a stellar job upgrading our old 50's showers with a fresh new single-handle valve. We're so happy with the results and how quickly they were able to make it happen. Everything was spotless when they left. On top of all that, the way Troy's does their billing ended up saving us hundreds compared to the other quotes we received. They'll be my first call next time we need a plumber. Thanks guys!

I requested service for a leak in my main pipe which is connected to the irrigation The guys came to detect a leak in my irrigation pipe.Spent some time going back and front with no tools at all.very unprofessionally.They wasted my whole day.
And left saying we don't have the tools.Someone else will be here .But no one contacted.Very irresponsible. Do not waste your time here.

They were able to come within the next hour of being called. Our plumber Alex was polite, honest, and did not try to sell us anything extra. He was quick in his service too. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again!

Called in and was able to get a technician to come out the next day to diagnose my draining problem. He was communicative and on time. He was able to find the problem which wasn't the plumbing and helped guiding me to find a way for solution. I would have their phone number in my contact from now on if I ever run into draining issue. Very honest and thorough company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
