We've been using CSR plumbing for many years for a variety of basic home plumbing services.  They've always done great work, shown up on time, promptly returned calls, etc...  We will continue to use them as our first choice when something needs work in our home.

I called and took Appointment for the same day for water leakage. Tylor was on time. He explained me the whole scenario and went step by step to find the cause of leakage. He bought replacement and did the fix.He was nice, respectful, detail oriented. In his approach to fix the issue he even tried to save me some money by using the same old ones. Thanks to All American plumbing and especially to Tylor.

I messaged Core Plumbing through Yelp and they responded immediately. They were able to send someone out same day! Joe was incredibly professional and patient as he walked me though the problem and what all my options were. As a new home owner, he even went above and beyond to show me some of the plumbing hacks around my house. He quickly fixed the issue and left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. Last Wednesday my A/C stopped working right when it was about to get very hot. I called a couple of shops and Fred was able to come the next morning. When he first arrived, it appeared the capacitor that starts the fan was broken. After that was replaced, the unit started working. However, that evening when it got really hot we noticed the A/C was not cooling adequately. At that point, I suspected the refrigerant was low. So I called him again. To my surprise, he was able to come back that night at 8 pm to fix my system. It obviously was a long day for him and I appreciate him putting the customer first.

They got back to my written request very promptly. Ruben who came out to replace my garbage disposal was courteous, prompt, took care of installation professionally and answered questions knowledgeably. I would use them again.

These guys gave me great advice about a complicated repair situation. Really stand-up people who provided honest advice even though it might not have been in their economic interest to do so. Strongly recommend.

From start to finish he walked me through each step in the repair process starting with the free quote through the repair. Had a hot water leak in our slab in the garage. The team at Armstrong provided extensive knowledge and different options to repair/replace. We ended up deciding to rerun the water line and the guys were fast, trustworthy, and stood by their work. Would recommend without hesitation

Also, super honest company. I accidentally gave them too much cash and they called me to let me know and return the extra money. Can't think of any other company that would do that.

Kelley did a lovely job fixing a few things around the house. the star attraction was a very stubborn patio slider which she tamed into compliance. She also assessed a couple of other probable jobs for the fate, and when I get the money together, I will be calling her back.

this was a scheduling and communication nightmare. The plumber said he'd come between 12 and 3PM. My wife stayed home and waited and waited. At 3:40 she texted them to see what was happening. The plumber responded that he had an emergency repair. He could reschedule. When I asked why he wouldn't let her know at least around 3PM that he was running late, he wrote me that he did text her to let her know. But he did not. Not only that, he became hostile and wrote me that if were to write a negative review and he'd lose any customers as a result of my review, he would take me to court.

I never had any contractor ignore me way past the scheduled window and they would always at least say sorry if they were to miss the appointment. And I never have been threatened by a law suit should I use yelp what it's for. Scary times...

regarding the plumber's response, the facts:
- The next day you finally responded and wanted immediate service
No we did not. Absolutely not true.
- We told her we were running late due to an emergency.
No, there is 0 evidence of this, no text or phone call whatsoever, other than the response to her text at 3:40PM
- ignored our initial email to confirm scheduling
No, I did not ignore anything, I got back to them as soon as I knew my schedule
- We also made every effort to communicate with you and your wife
I am not sure what effort they think they made but they sure did not do 0 until my wife texted them.
- You threatened to write a Yelp review on lies
No, I did not. I never said anything about lying, on lies, etc. It's the FACTS, the texts, the calls.

Everything I wrote adheres to the facts 100%, as they happened. Facts are stubborn, and 98% of the communication between us in writing.
- You are very rude.
I was not rude in my communication despite all the verbal abuse and threats I received. I was professional and civil and factual throughout the entire communication.

These guys were able to come out on the weekend and didn't charge me a ridiculous amount like others quoted me. I think it was a difficult job in the end but they sorted it out, cleaned everything up and were lovely as well. Will definitely use again if I need!!

Great service, and treats customers with the utmost respect.  

LONG STORY (short story below) -

First we had Plumbing Tree out to unclog some pipes, and they tried a few different quick options before we realized that tree roots had broken through our old cast iron pipes.  The owner Freddy and his assistant Chris worked hard to get it all out, and they stood behind their work.  And the final bill was less than what I've had other plumbers charge for similar work.

When the landlord gave us the OK to have the old cast iron pipes replaced, we had Plumbing Tree come back out.  Freddy used a camera to check the whole pipe to make sure there were no other issues, and gave us a quote based on that.  Little did we know at the time that the builders had poured concrete around one section of the pipe and that the dirt in the crawl space was almost as hard as cement as well.  Between the need for a jackhammer and the digging of a deep trench in the crawl space, the job took much longer than we could ever imagine.

But Freddy and Chris never once let on to what a pain this job had become.  There's no way the job was easy, but they never complained, and they smiled and kept us informed all along the way.  The finished job should have cost double what Freddy quoted, based solely on the extra time it took alone, but Freddy managed to keep things within the budget.  Again, there were no surprises because as he went along, Freddy explained everything in plain English, and he didn't talk down to us because we didn't know the ins and outs of plumbing (you know the kind of service people I'm talking about).

SHORT STORY -

Above all, extremely professional with very competitive prices.  Also punctual, very clean (they even wore those booty things over their shoes), polite, honest, great communication.  Freddy and Chris are hard workers that earn their pay.  I honestly have never had this much luck with a plumber before.  If you're in need, Plumbing Tree definitely deserves a try.

We used Team Rooter today for our area drain issues in our backyard, my husband and I were very impressed with the attention to detail and knowledge that Enrique and Dennis put into our job. They didn't give up, they kept troubleshooting to help us find our draining issues. They did a great job Hydro jetting several of our drains. I would recommend Team Rooter to all. Quality work, great technicians and fair pricing. We will be calling them back very soon for phase 2 of our drain project,,  thank you!
