Huyen, the owner, responded quickly and was upfront with the charges.  His technician, Vince, came for the repair.  Vince was professional and courteous.

What I like most about this experience is Vince's honesty and conscientiousness.  He's a young technician and when he ran into something that he wasn't familiar with, he called for his team to get help.  Some people are prideful and will keep trying things that may make an existing problem worse.  Vince was also conscientious about his task.  When a small piece of debris fell from the bath tub valve to the pipe connecting to the diverter spout, he made persistent effort to try to get it out.  He treated a customer's repair as his own.  I hope Vince keeps these qualities.

I had a last minute Plumbing change on a project. Byron and his boys came through last minute to help get the project complete on time and within budget! Thanks again All American Plumbing. You are the best!

I have a very high standard for service and honest business.  I had a major replacement of an old cast iron sewer line in a 1922 Craftsman home in North Park.  In addition...we had some complex replumbing of connections for washer/dryers and tankless water heaters.  Bottom line is Aaron and team greatly exceeded expectations in every respect:  professionalism, competence and fair and reasonable prices.  Highly recommended these guys!!

Five star plumbing was five star service. Justin returned my call and came same day to repair a broken garbage disposal and drain a tub. He came with a mask and excellent service. Excellent service!  We had a major plumbing emergency at our business on a Friday afternoon.  Manny showed up within the hour and took care of the problem.  It is hard to find honest, reliable businesses now at days so we truly appreciate what he did for us.  Price was very reasonable.

Jose Came out in like 30 minutes after contacting the dispatcher about my plumbing issue. He was very professional and on point on the arrival time. Gave me a great estimate. Will use for future issues on my plumbing. The best thing about him was that he was very upfront and HONEST.

Mark and Matt are awesome.  Our water heater started leaking and I called the home warranty company who sent out some shady technician.  I found Armstrong's on yelp and gave them a call.  They came out and gave an estimate that was thousands less than pretty much everyone else to install a tankless water heater.  And when I called to set up an appointment they were willing to come out late in the evening the next day to install it.  They were both friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and HONEST.   I came say enough how amazing these guys are.

Sent a message on the Friday morning  before the Memorial Day weekend to get my new kitchen sink hooked up and Daniel was at my house by 1:30. Was quickly able hook up the sink and even offered to caulk my sink because I hadn't done it yet. He was in and out within an hour. Super quick service and very neat. Highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Both thumbs up to Eastlake plumbing.  We had emergency flood during weekend, and was looked for help.  The good reviews that Eastlake received is why we contact them.  The owner is very responsive for all our concerns/questions since the first moment.  His team is awesome, too.  Thanks for Ken and Louis help,  they solve our flood issue with minimum opening to the wall. Our living room is saved without a touch.  Thanks a lot !!

After very quickly learning I was in over my head with a wall-mounted shelf project, I sought out some pro help. Kelley stood out almost immediately, and I can see why. She responded to my initial cry for help within 12 hours and was able to come by within 36.

We had no water coming out of our kitchen sink so I called and spoke to Freddy. He walked me through asking me to check a few things so he could make a better determination. He was extremely nice and  patient. This was all on a Saturday. He sent someone over and they were able to fix the problem. The plumber was very thorough and nice. This is my second time using Plumbing Tree and I will definitely call on them again but hopefully not too soon. I highly recommend their services!

1st time customer. Had a broken trap under my sink and needed fixed on a sunday.  Lady who answeted the phone saturday afternoon was nice and got me an appojntment for the next day. Enrique showed up on time, diagnosed and repaired the leaky trap. Enrique was very nice and showed genuine concern for my problem. Great 1st time expierence. I would ask for enrique again

Requested a quote but their reply was to try and schedule someone to come out first thing tomorrow.  When I asked again for a quote I was told $650 for hydrojet when it states $350 on their yelp add. No telling what they would have changed if they actually came out. No thanks.

After TWO flaky plumbers it was SO AWESOME to find one that showed up, on time, was nice, and fixed the problem with our shower. Reasonably priced, nice and also office person I spoke to was very very nice too. Once again the reviews on yelp are ON THE MARK. thank you - with an almost 20 yr old house we bought new, its GREAT to have a plumber you can count on.

They were able to show up the same day we called. Steven was early, polite, courteous and did a great job troubleshooting our plumbing issues.  We will definitely use Burtech Plumbing in the future and would highly recommend their technician Steven.
