I contacted CSR Plumbing to replace my water heater's anode rod.  They responded quickly, were competitively priced, and owner Huyen was very friendly and professional over the phone.  

Today the technician called a half hour out as requested, replaced the anode rod quickly, and cleaned up the area.

Very happy with CSR, will definitely be calling them in the future.

Excellent communication, fair and honest pricing and incredible attention to detail!!  I'm a DIYer but did not have the time to replace a Moen shower catridge at my apartment.   Requested a few quotes on yelp and promptly received an estimate from Justin which was extremely fair and reasonable.   Surprisingly other companies on Yelp recommended and quoted me for the replacement of the entire valve unit at a cost of 3 - 4x the price of a catridge replacement.

We exchanged several messages on the details of the building water shutoff and scheduled an appointment.  Justin was on time and quickly replaced the catridge despite me providing the wrong cartridge.   He went out and got the correct catridge and promptly replaced it.  Justin noticed that the existing brass handle was too heavy resulting in the handle moving and not staying in the desired position so he replaced the handle with a lighter one.  Great attention to detail!!

Debbie who manages the appointments and invoicing was also fantastic and a pleasure to work with.

Better than expected is always a nice experience to have! Our AC stopped working so we looked on Yelp and decided to give American Ace a try based on comments from previous customers. We called late in the day on Friday and made an appointment with Fred for Sunday. A short time later, he called back and said he had a cancellation so was able to come by the same day. He diagnosed our AC problem as being low on refrigerant and added some to our system. He advised that there could be a leak in the system but this was the least expensive way to start out. Our HVAC is sixteen years old so it is very likely time to replace things, but I appreciate that he gave us a conservative option to begin with instead of trying to pitch us a new system from the get go. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again!

Excellent service!  We had a major plumbing emergency at our business on a Friday afternoon.  Manny showed up within the hour and took care of the problem.  It is hard to find honest, reliable businesses now at days so we truly appreciate what he did for us.  Price was very reasonable.

I've been seeing these guys too much lately! First a leaky toilet, then my kitchen drain clogged up. Too much staying home cooking I guess. . As before they showed up within a few hours.  Wearing gloves and cleaned all their equipment before bringing it in my house. Had it unclogged within a few minutes. Can't say enough good things about Tony and Eric. And my cat likes them! That's always a plus! I would highly recommend Community Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

I had just moved into my new house and I knew that there was a slight leak under the house.  Jose came out and he inspected the leak right on the stop and did even charge me with the $200 fee to do this.  He took a lot of time to explain to me what the issue was and his suggestion to fix it.  The communication was just excellent.  His team completed the work very quickly - working over the weekend to get it done.  Jose and his team were fantastic and I will definitely be using them again when I have any plumbing needs.

Wow!  What great service!  We needed someone and asap as we had a leak in our yard right at the water main.  They sent their technician, Daniel, out within 30 minutes and he started to work on it.  He fixed the main leak but found another, smaller leak, so he came back the next day (today) and fixed that one as well.  He even found special glue that didn't need 24 hours to cure so we wouldn't have be without water for that long.  These guys were a true blessing to have come out so quick and repair the leak in a timely, professional manner.  We will always use them for our plumbing needs and will be sure to recommend them to others as well.  Thank you to Daniel, our repairman too.

Yay! I found my go to plumbing company! I live in an older home and had some draining issues. I reached out for a quote and had a response within minutes! We came home to our kitchen sink being clogged. I didn't know who I can call or trust to come in my home during theses times. Not knowing any plumbers,  I had to looked on line and was very nervous. I saw the deal of $69 but  I'm always worry of it being a scam to up charge you when they get here. Hector Ponce Martinez came to my door with a mask and feet covers. Hector was really professional and but me at ease. He had so much knowledge and told me what he was doing. There was no surprises on cost. Unfortunately the problem could not be fix that day. We have to wait for the home owner and get HOA approval. Team Rooter thank you for hiring good people we can trust in our home.

I needed an emergency plumber for my bathtub not draining and these people were amazing!! I will only use them from now on. They were right on time and took 15 minutes and cleaned up after themselves which wasn't necessary. They even wiped down my bathtub before they left. The gentleman was so sweet and they were so affordable. Would HIGHLY recommend.

We had a brand new water heater that went out after only 30 days and Dave, from True Plumbing was awesome! He got our hot water back up and running. He was fair, reliable and trustworthy. We will definitely use True Plumbing again.

Mike, our Burtech technician, was professional and courteous.  He was able to repair three malfunctioning Toto toilets quickly and efficiently unlike other plumbers in the area.  He had all the parts necessary right in his truck.
