We removed old carpet from our extra bedroom and came across some spots on the concrete that looked wet but not to the touch. It had that effervescence/white stuff on them. We instantly thought that the master shower might be leaking or something from outside/ groundwater was the cause. We were going to call a plumber we have used before but he suggested that we call CPL- a leak detection company. We decided to get another plumber-CSR actually out here in hopes that it is plumbing. We chose CSR based on their great reviews, but they just don't do weekends. Anyhow, the owner-Huyen came to the house. We explained & showed him everything. He did a test on the pressure and told us straight up he did not think it was the master bath that was causing the moisture. He suggested we call the same leak detection company that the other plumber mentioned. Huyen said it's a possibility that it's groundwater and he's seen it before in Miramesa. This was all done in 15 minutes. He did not charge us!!! We are very appreciative of his honesty and integrity NOT to make a fast buck and take advantage our situation.

The crew at Collins Pacific Plumbing are the best around. Every team member that came to the house was professional and so friendly as if they were family. Arron displayed his expertise in every step along the way. The crew paid attention to detail and were mindful of aesthetics. I had two overhead gas heaters installed along with a connection to a gas line. The pipes that ran up the structure were blended in carefully and artistically so they would not be noticed. They even came back to replace the yellow gas flex pipe with a black flex pipe, just so everything would look better and match the existing colors. One unit was defective and stopped working. They came back, talked to the manufacturer, and fixed the unit's small defect.
Everything works perfectly! We love our patio and the new heaters!!!

I had bathtub and toilet leaks suddenly almost at the same time, was very annoyed by it. Called a few companies but only core Plumbing can cone on the sane day. Aaron & Zack showed up on time, they were very professional and patient, answered all my questions during the process, now my bathtub and toilet are like new, I'm really happy about it.

We have been using them since 2004.  First with Greg, the father.  Then, when he retired, with Justin. Debbie in the office keeps things rolling.

I required Fred's services again for another issue since he helped me out a few years ago. Once again he responded quickly and took care of my problems in a very timely manner at a very fair price. We were very pleased with the work performed by Premier Plumbing. The company was very accommodating in scheduling the appointment. The work had to be rescheduled three times because the city was paving our street. Ivan, the plumber, was courteous and friendly. He explained in detail the work to be done and what was done. He left the bathroom spotless after the work was completed. We would not hesitate to call Premier Plumbing in the future.

I messaged Community on a Sunday morning and within an hour he messaged me a possible fix. He also quoted me a price if his fix didn't work. This was so incredibly fast, forthright and honest (i.e. here's a way to spend $0 just in case and here's my price). His fix worked. I am so impressed with the honesty that I'm writing a review as I would absolutely trust him with plumbing issues in the future!!

We hired Armstrong Plumbing for several relatively-small tasks. Here are several things that really stood out about Armstrong Plumbing, and in particular, our technician Matt.

1) Matt was excellent about communication and scheduling - he always kept me updated about what was happening via text and was quick to answer any questions I had.

2) Matt helped me identify what problems I could fix myself and what parts / tools I needed to buy in order to do so.

3) Matt walked me through what he was doing step by step with simple explanations so that I could understand what was being done and how to fix similar problems.

Armstrong Plumbing provided excellent service at very reasonable prices.  I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Express did a great job and did not charge extra to work on Saturday.  They are quick to respond.

Price gouging at it's best. I got multiple quotes for the same job. But Eastlake Plumbing tried to tell me I need 3-4 hours worth of labors about replace everything for the very reasonable price of $600. Sigh... well a real plumber came out and addressed my issue in 20 minutes for 1/5  the price that they quoted for. Talk about trying to rip someone off.

Kelly is great.  I've used her twice now to paint doors and clean my rain gutters.  It's difficult to find someone who will work on small jobs and I will continue to use her in the future.

They came out to hang some whiteboards at our office and were very polite and got the job done well, even patching and painting over a few extra holes that were created.  Thanks for your help Matthew & team!

These guys were able to come out on the weekend and didn't charge me a ridiculous amount like others quoted me. I think it was a difficult job in the end but they sorted it out, cleaned everything up and were lovely as well. Will definitely use again if I need!!

Great service, yet again!  I called Plumbing Tree for a clogged drain and a tap issue. The slow drain has been going on for years and finally clogged completely a few weeks ago.  Because it had issues so long it was it was very dirty. Miguel was my technician and he fixed clog and tap quickly.  He spent a few more minutes in the bathroom and then asked me to inspect his work. I found that Miguel, not only fixed my plumbing issues, but he cleaned my disgusting tub.  I am impressed and would use Plumbing Tree again.

Kenny was our technician and completely professional and honest. What he quoted was what I paid.
I will NEVER go anywhere other than Team Rooter for any other plumbing needs in the future . I was 100% satisfied with everything that was performed. Above and beyond seems to be Kenny's motto.

I can't thank Sal and Pablo enough. They are literally our saviors. My boyfriend and I finished up attempting to install a bathroom sink until we turned the water back on and the handle broke off and the water bursted out. It was 10:30 PM at night and we were seriously holding onto the valve with dear life. Our bathroom was flooding. I called RDZ and they came immediately. Seriously the best customer service, helped us out immediately, and they're an expert in the field. If you are looking for plumbers, look no further. THEY are your guys. I will be using them for all of our plumbing needs!!

Excellent service from the first phone call to the job's finish. They're fairly priced, and very knowledgeable. Nowadays, it's difficult to find honest contractors, but when Kyle came out for the estimate, he was very reassuring and confident. The job was small but not easy. They had to install a 42 wide bathtub in an small alcove, and they did a great job! They stayed positive and kept the humor going even when they ran into issues. Great job, guys!

I had a great experience with Burtech.  Our tankless water heater started leaking.  After multiple failed attempts with another company, Burtech came out the next day, with a like for like replacement.  They were on time, friendly and courteous.  Two hours later, we had hot water again!  The other company (True Plumbing) said it would be an all-day job.  They must not be as efficient as Burtech if it takes them all day to complete the same job.
