CSR has been my go-to plumber for the last 10+ years.  Most recently I had a tenant inform me of a sewer line leak that really couldn't have come at a worse time.  Thankfully, after speaking to Huyen all I had to do was give him the tenant's number and he coordinated the estimate, scheduled the repair, and all I had to do was authorize the work.  I thought I'd have to take time off of work, but they handled everything and at the end of the job I received a video clip showing the completed work!  I have used electricians, landscapers, and various other contractors over the years and I never have to worry about his staff being professional, on time, or the quality of their work.  I highly recommend CSR!

All American Plumbing came out twice and both times they were fantastic. Even requesting a quote through Yelp was easy and chatted with the owner on scheduling the initial appointment through the Yelp app. Nate came out to do a quote on a bathtub replacement and noticed a pinhole leak taking shape on a pipe in an exposed wall (due to a separate water damage issue) and suggested getting that fixed before redrywalling over it. Ryan came out to fix the pipe right within the scheduled window. Both Ryan and Nate were very knowledgeable and my biggest issue with some other companies, they were punctual as well. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for my future plumbing needs.

My water heater died on us so we put out a feeler through Yelp to get some help.  Aaron was very prompt with his response and he did an excellent job of talking me through my options.

Aaron was very thorough to the point where I did not feel the need to request another quote or to go with another company for this job.  I am definitely not disappointed with my choice.

Oliver was our technician that did out work and he was exceptional!  As you can see from the before and after photos the work that Oliver did is certainly an upgrade.  Oliver is extremely knowledgeable and professional and did a great job of explaining the features of our new water heater and on explaining the things that he did to bring our installation up to code.

With Collins Pacific you get much more bang for your buck.  I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.  I will definitely be going with Collins Pacific for any future plumbing needs that may come up!

Me and my wife recently bought our first house and needed a gas line capped in our kitchen to properly install an electric stove in the area the previous gas stove was.  One of their plumbers came by and quoted us $1200 for capping a gas line!  $1200! We ended up getting the job done from a different local plumbing shop for just over $150. Be very careful with this business, especially to you first time home buyers that are new with these sort of things. Don't get scammed- avoid this business, get multiple quotes.

We were out of town and needed a water heater replaced in our casita. Matt and I talked on the phone to define the job. He fulfilled all our needs in a timely manner and called when the job was done. We are very happy with his work and would recommend highly.

We had a minor issue with our toilet and Daniel responded to our Yelp inquiry super quickly and provided an estimate. I explained the details over the phone and a technician was here within 60 minutes and made the repair. This is even during the COVID situation, the technician had on a mask and gloves and went straight to work.

I had a personal recommendation from a friend for Eastlake plumbing. I had toilets, showers both backing up. Not pleasant! My house is 50+ years old. They returned my initial call promptly. We set up a mutual time - fairly quickly which obviously was good. Bottom line, they did what was needed to fix the problem, and were dedicated to making sure it was done right. It was NOT a matter of we will snake the drains for $X dollars - they keep working until it was working properly. As part of their service, they reset a toilet for me. After all was done, there was some leaking from this toilet (it was a bit difficult to tell where it was coming from). I called them back, and they returned quickly, all parties determined it was the connection between the tank and bowl. Probably when resetting it, it was twisted around a bit. They fixed it right, and zero problems.  They were excellent, and I would definitely use them again!!!

Kelley did a drywall repair in our condo and re painted. Excellent work, as scheduled, and under budget.  Left the work area clean.  She was a dream to work with.

My toilet was clogged on a Saturday night. Eduard responded very quickly.  He said someone would be here on Sunday morning between 9-11.  I received a call just after 8:00.  Victor was here in 20 minutes and the job was completed by 9:15.  Their fee was reasonable for a Sunday morning.  Thank you.

Called to request clean-out of drain line under driveway using hydrojetting.  The RDZ team responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns.  Job scheduled right away and team arrived on time.  Work performed quickly and effectively.  Reasonable price! Will plan to call this team again, as this is a recurring need for our house.

My water heater died so I called True Plumbing and they came out that same day!!!! Installed a new unit, hauled away the old unit,repaired an additional plumbing line that was leaking, and all at a good price. Dave was amazing!! I will definitely be using them again.

Burtech was quick to respond and sent a tech out the same day to give us an estimate to fix our shower. They were reasonably priced and Eli came out to do the repairs. He was very professional, explained each step of the process, and left everything clean. We will definitely use them again.
