P trap needed replacement in our cast iron tub. Alex did a great job, was super friendly and wore his mask the whole time he was in our home. They also quoted us less for the work than another company (other company also flaked last minute). Will definitely contact them again for any additional work.

If you want friendly service in addition to good work AND integrity, this is the company to call.  They came on time, put paper booties over their shoes so they wouldn't track in dirt and went above the call of duty. When i asked them about some other things that needed fixing, they gave helpful advice....AND without any sales pitch. I dont know of anyone else in the company, but if they are anything like Nathan Powell, you've got a winner.
BTW, they were reasonably priced and I was able to  use a yelp coupon for added value.

We used Collins Plumbing to install a gas line.  Overall customer service from start to finish was excellent.  The staff are very professional and prompt. I received several quotes from multiple plumbers and Collins pricing was very competitive and unbeatable.  We are very happy with overall service and price and would definitely use them again!

Honestly just one of the best and most respectable companies in town. Debbie is so sweet and gets right back to you. They're awesome at over-communicating and being respectful of your time. Justin knows his stuff and is honest and fair with his pricing. I don't even bother calling another company.

I don't give five stars lightly but Fred earned them all. As and Environmental Systems Engineer I can attest that Fred is as good as they come. He came out on a last minute notice to repair our heating system as an out of network callout. Our insurance company's contractor couldn't respond for four days. Once Fred knew that we had a newborn and no heat, he dropped everything and got the heat running in less than 1 hour. Fantastic job Sir and we appreciate your honesty and excellent customer service. Give him a go, you won't be sorry. Super knowledgeable in matters of plumbing and HVAC. Wife and baby are warm and happy.

The company was responsive, timely and less expensive by hundreds of dollars than another company who quoted us a price for work we actually didn't need!This company is the best company out there! I hope we don't have any future plumbing problems TL premier plumbing got the job done.

Whenever I have a plumbing issue in our house or in my in-laws' house, I immediately give Eric and Tony a call. We've been using them exclusively for five years or so. They live in my neighborhood, they specialize in old houses, and they're great guys. They have done big projects and little projects for us. They've even vouched for my plumbing work when my wife was not impressed with what I had done. When my in-laws' kitchen faucet suddenly stopped working, I texted them to come over, and Eric responded that he was on vacation, but then took time away from his vacation to diagnose the problem over text so that I was able to fix it myself. I recommend them to anyone who asks for a plumber. In fact, they're the guys I ask when I need recommendations for non-plumbing related repairs in our house.

I had a shower problem drain was backed up water was getting pushed from kitchen sink to shower had a really bad clog. Then I went on yelp found discount plumbing and they stood out just because compared to everyone else when getting estimates and advice they were and sounded genuine. I called to set up an appointment the same day unfortunately they called back within 20 minutes and rescheduled for the next day as soon as they opened and for the inconvenience of having to reschedule gave me 20% off whatever work would be done. Day of gave me a courtesy call and 30 min ETA and arrived on time. He didn't tell me a bunch of non sense, told me the issue and what he could do to fix it and at a very fair price even before the 20% off received. Victor was the man who helped and he went above and beyond to make sure he would get the problem fixed. He got it working and fixed at an amazing time was fast and straight to the job. I am thankful and appreciate everyone at discount plumbing.I highly recommend Discount Plumbing to anyone and everyone !

Plumbing tree is great! I needed some work done on a leaking three compartment sink. They managed to still show up to the job even though there was about a foot and a half of water in front of the store from the crazy El Niño rain. Jerry showed up with a smile and got the job done in reasonable time. Not to mention, the quote over the phone was on point. Now I have a non leaking sink!  I would definitely recommend!

Our kitchen sink stopped up on a Saturday night. I sent a message to five plumbers on Yelp. Team Rooter responded right away. They had an available appointment the next morning (Sunday for no extra charge). The tech they sent out was  named James Macias and he was amazing. He snaked it and had it fixed up in less than 20 minutes for a super reasonable price. They will get my future plumbing business.

I have used Sal and his team for servicing my Little Italy condo on two occasions.  They were excellent, on time, and did a great job.  I have given their contact to multiple friends and would use them again and again.

Brison came today to help with a shower faucet issue. He very quickly identified the problem and was able to quickly fix it. It's honestly like a whole new shower with this issue resolved!  Brison was awesome and super friendly and wasn't even bothered by my two pesky little dogs. This is my second great experience with True Plumbing and I highly recommend them.
