Don't say that you will give a quote if you will not.  I contacted CSR with a simple plumbing replacement issue and asked for a quote.  Instead I got the you must set up an appointment baloney.  I found an honest plumber elsewhere on yelp that gave me a quote and did the work for that price.

We remodeled our fireplace and converted to gas.  I highly recommend All American Plumbing.  They were fast, knowledgeable, and did a great job.  I highly recommend Justen as your technician, he knows his stuff, and he's great about walking you through the options.

Very down to earth, reasonably priced, and very informative.  They've definitely impressed me and will be my first call whenever I have any plumbing issues from now on.

When it comes to the home maintenance industry, it can easily feel like everyone is out to get you. But Five Star Plumbing is a refreshing breath of honesty and hard work in a sea of scammers.

Our shower was leaking and we asked Bill Howe for a quote. They sent a tech who took one look at it unscrewed and told us it'd be $1700. On top of that, his dirty shoes stained our bath mats, but maybe that's just me being resentful. We knew that $1700 was absurd to fix the leak, so we took to Yelp for a better option.

Clearly, Justin has a ton of great reviews and they are well deserved. When we messaged for a quote, we got honest answers! If we did need to replace the valve, it could cost around $650-850 but if it was just the cartridge, which was most likely the culprit, it'd be closer to $200.

Justin arrived and it wasn't easy to get in there. But unlike the lazy tech who took one look at our shower and immediately said, replace the whole thing, Justin used some elbow grease (and a blow torch) to get in and replace the cartridge. Leaky shower be gone.

We are so glad to now know a reliable and trustworthy plumber to help us with the joys of homeownership.

I've never done a tankless water heater flush before. Ours is due, and glad that I came across their service. The job is straightforward. Fred showed up on time, set up his kit, and all was done in about 45 min. Spent time chatting with him during the cleaning process. Seem like a very nice and respectable professional.

I recommend Fred if you need the same service. Very reasonable pricing as well! Other quotes I received were surprisingly high.

Had issues with my toilets running almost non-stop and got these guys to come out and deal with them. The whole thing took less than 20 minutes and they were both very solid dudes. I used the Yelp option to post a plumbing issue and several plumbing companies responded right away with quotes. Eastlake plumbing gave me the best quote and went with them. Plus they have a 5 star rating with Yelp, so gotta try them. My issue was a pin hole leak in my pipe which was in the ceiling. I had already exposed the pipe for the plumber.  We set a date and time and Junior, the plumber, was on time. He was actually early and I was the one running late, but he waited for me.  Junior was friendly and easy to talk to. Junior was very clean and was Following Covid protocol. We are glad we made the right choice in calling this company after phone calls and reading reviews. Omar and company were very professional,efficient and always kept us informed. When we first noticed the puddle of water in the garage we called the company and they arrived as promised. Jason did the detection followed by Omar who was very knowledgeable and informative. He guided us in the next steps and called the right people to deal with the problem. Jose was outstanding in repairing the plumbing leak. He was courteous and mindful of keeping dust particles to a minimum while working at the main source of plumbing leak which apparently started in the kitchen. Thank you, Omar and company. Carlos did a fantastic job unclogging the garbage disposal. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me some tips on keeping the garbage disposal in good shape. He even cleaned up under the sink was done in just about a half hour!

Sal knowingly took my buckets that did not belong to him. He said he would call me back a couple times and never did. He is not professional.

Tony from True Plumbing called to let us know he was on his way, showed up with all the right stuff, explained to me the adjustments on the water heater he installed, and cleaned up at the end. Can't ask for a better experience from a service team!

Mike, our Burtech technician, was professional and courteous.  He was able to repair three malfunctioning Toto toilets quickly and efficiently unlike other plumbers in the area.  He had all the parts necessary right in his truck.
