Called CSR plumbing to diagnose a tough bathroom sink clog after another plumbing company couldn't repair the clog and tried to nickel and dime me.

CSR sent two very professional and friendly plumbers who took a good bit of time diagnosing the cause of my clog and explained to me exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done to repair it. The estimate they gave me was much lower than the previously mentioned nickel and dime plumbing company.

When they came back to do the repair they made sure to lay down fabric to cover the hallway all the way to the bathroom and quickly fixed the problem.

After everything was repaired to my satisfaction I was pleasantly surprised that they accepted credit card for payment without any additional credit card fees.

First of all this is the very first Yelp review I'm writing. So this is a big deal!

I called up All American Plumbing at the end of October when my husband and I tried to do as much as we could to unclog our toilet drain with roots. It was so much that the other toilet and even our kitchen was not draining well. I called early morning and was told 11-1pm. Asked if someone can come earlier and was told someone will be here at 9am. I was so relieved when Ryan showed up at 8:45am! He snaked it and more roots came out. That same week he sent us a guy to locate where the root is coming from and it was right below our bathroom wall. After all the discussions, rather than tearing up the house the best decision was to replace the main pipeline outside as it hasn't been replaced in years, if not ever. Byron the owner also came by to talk to us and made sure that would be the best thing to do at this point. The main pipeline was replaced in one day, with only few hours of no running water. I was amazed.
Blake was also here to clean up afterwards. This company has some hard working employees and they should be proud of themselves.

Ryan was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, hardworking... He really was the best. He made me feel very comfortable about the process and everything I didn't know about plumbing. Thank you so much Ryan. You saved us!

Excellent and timely service. I made an appointment over the phone, received reminders for my appointment and notification when they were on their way. The technician showed up and diagnosed my water leak (was an appliance issue).

The technician also looked over my my system and found my water heater to be a bit on the aged side, they were able to replace my water heater the same day, overall it was very convenient and this is a business that I feel I can trust, which is important to me.

This morning we found out that we had a broken water pipe out in the garage. I did not know who to call and ended up calling five Star plumbing. They were absolutely excellent! They came within two hours of the phone call, evaluated  the situation, and quickly rectified the problem. Justin was absolutely terrific and I have no hesitation in both recommending them and saying that I will definitely call them in the future when I need the services of a plumber. I've added their company name and phone number to my contact list on my phone so I have ready access to their information when I am in need of a plumber.

Fred was fantastic.  My Thermostat wouldn't work and I called about 5 HVAC places in the area.  None could come out for days.  A couple just wouldn't answer their phone and one quoted me $250 just to come out.  Totally ridiculous.  I found ACE and Fred said he'd be there in a couple hours.  He actually came early.  Fixed the issue in no time and everything was back up and running.  I will be using him again for any AC/furnace issues I have.

Eric and Tony were a joy to interact with and a wealth of plumbing knowledge.  If I weren't renting and had the choice of which plumbers to use, I would still choose them.  Thanks guys.

We hired Armstrong Plumbing for several relatively-small tasks. Here are several things that really stood out about Armstrong Plumbing, and in particular, our technician Matt.

1) Matt was excellent about communication and scheduling - he always kept me updated about what was happening via text and was quick to answer any questions I had.

2) Matt helped me identify what problems I could fix myself and what parts / tools I needed to buy in order to do so.

3) Matt walked me through what he was doing step by step with simple explanations so that I could understand what was being done and how to fix similar problems.

Armstrong Plumbing provided excellent service at very reasonable prices.  I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Daniel was absolutely phenomenal. I had major plumbing issues after a few visits to my local Taco Bell, and those were taken care of with really short notice and with great expedience.

He also installed new piping and a water heater, as mine were leaking.

The pricing was fair and reasonable.

Armando did a great job trying to save me money before replacing my faucet.  Then took a quick look at my issue with my toilet.  Talk about quick and efficient!  Thank you!

We've used her several times over the years and can recommend her without hesitation: professional but friendly, knowledgeable, super efficient with her time, punctual, and ethical (she tells you when she can/can't do something -- doesn't try to wing it), and her value is great (because she works efficiently). I needed a drain added immediately,  RDZ came to the rescue.  They worked into the night to get the job done in a day. I was super impressed with the dedication and quality of the work.  It was a big job, and I wasn't able to be there while the worked,  so they took pictures of the job while it was being done and shared them with me when I got home.  They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work.  RDZ plumbing and drains are super professional.

Highly recommend these guys for any plumbing job!! Originally needed help with a few issues during our bathroom remodel (new shower valves and moving a vent). Valve install was perfect but the vent was tricky based on the surrounding beams and location. They came back several times and continued to work the problem until they solved it. Hired them again to replace the pressure regulator and they came out within 24 hours. All the guys were extremely friendly and knowledge. True professionals. We will be using True Plumbing for anything else we need in the future.

Called Burtech after having another company come out and they were not able to address the issue (backed up drain off laundry).  Gino was early and was able to address the issue in under one hour.  He is efficient and effective in his work.  I also appreciated that we was diligent to keep the area clean.  Highly recommend this company (and Gino).  I hope to not need them again, but if I do need any plumbing work done, I will call Burtech.
