I highly recommend CSR!!! We have worked with them twice - once to fix a bathroom leak and another to install a drip pan for our washer. On both occasions, they were extremely professional, honest about their work, and detail orientated. They care about their customers as well as the service they provide...five stars!

They responded promptly to my request for a visit and when they came out they wore masks and coverings over their shoes. Very professional - they immediately diagnosed my problem - I didn't have a sewer line back up but instead needed a new toilet (much cheaper!). I would highly recommend their service.

I am a bit sad to give them this rating, but ultimately they caused a lot of damage that could have been prevented. They came to unclog my sink and punctured the copper pipe, which caused a flood in the basement and in my unit. They had to cut the drywall to fix it and ultimately a $300 job became a $700 job when taking into account fixing the drywall and extra time they spent at my place. I am not a plumber and they knew that copper pipes could be damaged when using a snake. They never asked what type of pipes my condo has and never told me that puncturing a hole in the pipe is a common issue. I was informed about that after the job. The guys were fast and fixed everything, there are no more leaks, but I would prefer to be informed of possible issues before they started the job.

WONDERFUL. AMAZING. FANTASTIC. I can not say enough good things about this company. Family owned and you can really see it. I have used them 3 separate times now and each time I am more impressed. They are always on time and have an awesome electronic system that alerts you through text and email when they are on their way. I have encountered 5 different employees, including the owner which was accompanying his apprentice. Every single employee was knowledgable, quick, and most importantly HONEST. I will be a customer for life.

I noticed a leak in my interior walls (between the bath and the living room). Called my favorite plumber (5 Star Plumbing) to look at the issue. After he opened the drywall he narrowed the problem down to the drain vent. He checked the attic then the roof and found the problem: the vent on the roof had dried out the caulking around the vent and opened a crack for the water to enter the house. Justin said it would be an easy fix for me to handle but he couldn't fix it (due to insurance rules), I looked on yelp for someone to fix it and called Adail Bastos Roofing, who fixed the problem in very little time. My air conditioner stopped working yesterday.  Thinking I had to replace the entire unit, as it's 11 years old, I called two of the major plumbing companies who advertise in San Diego.  One couldn't get out for two weeks, the other I was hesitant based on past Yelp reviews.  I found American Ace based on over 200 five star reviews and called the number and spoke to Fred directly.  He made the appointment and within an 1 1/2 showed up right on time with his son.   He diagnosed the problem to be a capacitor and did the replacement.  His charge was very fair and he fixed the problem.  Can't say enough about his professionalism and his ability to diagnose the problem immediately.  Highly recommend American Ace.

A team of two showed up. They seemed knowledgeable and straightened out several small problems.

Our tenant informed us that water was coming up in the front yard on a Saturday afternoon. Concerned it was a main water line issue, I called around and Discount Plumbing was the only one that confirmed they could be out to the house by the next day. On Sunday they contacted me and said they were running late from another job, but kept me updated on their arrival time. When Marcos arrived, he confirmed it was a main line issue and told me he would need to be back out on Monday with another plumber to assist with digging up and fixing the line. They arrived that next day, dug up the area, and fixed the line. Since I don't live in the area and not at the house, Marcos sent me pictures of the line before and after the repair and sent me a final invoice before payment.

All other plumbers I contacted on Saturday were booked out 3-7 days. Discount Plumbing made themselves available, and were extremely professional. They are in my Rolodex for any work we may need done on the property in the future.

Used Armstrong Plumbing for the 2nd time and do not plan on using them again. The first time they fixed a leak under our sink, came quick and charged a fair price. Forgot to turn our drinking water purifier back on, but came back without charging for an extra trip and turned it on the same day and were very nice about it.

The second time, our toilet had been flushing all by itself day and night, and Mark came out and assessed the job; it was a replacement flapper, and he just needed to go get it from Home Depot, a 10 minute drive. He was gone for about an hour. When he came back with the $15 part, it was about twenty minutes to install and then explain what he did. Then the bill, $160. Whoa, sticker shock. This wasn't an emergency call, at night or on a weekend. It was scheduled a day ahead. He knocked off ten bucks as a Christmas discount. I appreciate the thought but will be looking for someone with more affordable prices for the work hereafter.

We were in need of a water shut off replacement and faucet replacement services. I spoke with Daniel on a Monday and the technician arrived on Tuesday (we did not need same day service). The plumber arrived 15 minutes earlier than promised (a bonus). He was extremely courteous, professional and meticulous. He kept me informed during the work. The service fees were fair and I would highly recommend them. Thank you for hiring quality plumbers and providing excellent work.

Based on the stellar Yelp reviews, I decided to call Eastlake plumbing for my falling showerhead. I sent out a message at 930 pm and received a response within 30 minutes, stating that they can come fix the issue in two days. The plumber came earlier than the scheduled, which worked out better for me since I had stuff to do and he immediately went to work. He fixed the issue within an hour and discussed the troubleshooting methods that he used to fix the issue. I was thankful that he did a thorough job by even going up to the attic to look at the pipe from above! Once he was done, he did advise me to call back if the showerhead falls again. I appreciated that he put on protective booties on his shoes before entering my home since some contractors just walk in tracking dirt inside. The plumber was very polite and efficient. Pricing is reasonable. I will definitely call them again for future plumbing issues as they arise.

I was very impressed with Kelley. She arrived promptly and prepared. She listened to what I wanted and set to work, completing the carpentry project I needed done in a very short time. I plan on hiring her again and highly recommend her.

I use Yelp a lot, but rarely write reviews. I need to write a review for Omar and Jose. I had a gas leak in the house over the weekend. They came out immediately, located the leak, and immediately fixed it. They are amazing. Not only is their work top of the line, their customer service is unbeatable. It's rare to get great customer nowadays, but their customer service is second to none. Thank you both for taking care of us.

Plumbing Tree helped me with updating many plumbing fixtures in my apartment and provided fantastic and professional service. We ran into many hiccups along the way because it was an old building with ancient plumbing, but the team was patient and able to come up with solutions to get everything properly fixed. They came out to my apartment a total of three times in order to get the job done, and all the extra work required was beyond what we anticipated when starting the project. Plumbing Tree was able to tackle all the unforeseen challenges, was flexible with scheduling, and also worked greatly with me on costs in order to keep them from spiraling unreasonably high. Ultimately, I'm very happy with their service, and their ability to work with me on the final cost was incredibly appreciated. 5 stars; fully recommended!

I knew the house would eventually need the main line done prior to the bathtub backing up. Arturo and Dennis completed the work and then used their camera to check the main line confirming what I had already known for months. I figured to have them give me peace of mind and decided to pay now to have the entire main line replaced. They did a great job and left the front yard looking back to the way it was before. Professionalism and genuine are two words that best describes this company.

I am soooooooo happy I called sal is so professional and polite and he fixed my toilet and tub that was clogged up I will definitely be calling In the future for all my plumbing needs !!!!!!
