We removed old carpet from our extra bedroom and came across some spots on the concrete that looked wet but not to the touch. It had that effervescence/white stuff on them. We instantly thought that the master shower might be leaking or something from outside/ groundwater was the cause. We were going to call a plumber we have used before but he suggested that we call CPL- a leak detection company. We decided to get another plumber-CSR actually out here in hopes that it is plumbing. We chose CSR based on their great reviews, but they just don't do weekends. Anyhow, the owner-Huyen came to the house. We explained & showed him everything. He did a test on the pressure and told us straight up he did not think it was the master bath that was causing the moisture. He suggested we call the same leak detection company that the other plumber mentioned. Huyen said it's a possibility that it's groundwater and he's seen it before in Miramesa. This was all done in 15 minutes. He did not charge us!!! We are very appreciative of his honesty and integrity NOT to make a fast buck and take advantage our situation.

Simply the best customer service! I called on a Monday morning and spoke to a very lovely lady named Debbie. I explained that we have been having  recurring issues with our downstairs toilet.

Just 2 weeks prior, we had another plumbing service that is here on Yelp and has significant 5 star reviews visit our house to fix the same toilet. The customer service was less than stellar, a hefty price tag and less than 2 weeks later, we are back to the same issue.

I explained the background to Debbie and she was very empathetic. She had her son, Justin, reach out to me within minutes. He made sure to make time in his schedule to fit us in at the end of the day. In addition, he was helping us with additional issues (contractor lost the bolts for the toilet seat and we've been waiting 2 months for the replacement) and Justin even called our toilet manufacturer and waited on the phone with them for 15 minutes to find out the best way to procure the specialized bolts. Talk about customer service!

Justin let us know when he was on his way and fixed our issue in no time. He also let us know if we have any more issues with the toilet to let him know and he'd come out to check it out. He was friendly, efficient and has made a lifetime customer out of us! We have found our go to plumbing service!

Fred responded to our first call on a Saturday short notice.  We couldn't use our sink because the disposal was leaking and broken.  He was there in an hour and finished in an hour!  No extra charge for work on Saturday!

I called about a clog in the pipes and they sent someone the next day; so fast! They weren't able to snake it out, after multiple attempts, so they had to use the high power water machine. Thank you Mark at Armstrong Plumbing for your professionalism and excellent customer service. My drain line for the AC broke causing water leakage. I called another plumbing service and they were unable to find the source of the leak. I  then called Armstrong and not only did Mark found the problem, he explained to me what happened and gave me a brief description of the repair process. Mark quoted me a very fair price and redid the drain line within less than an hour. Voila! No more leaks! Mark was on time and was very professional!

I have been doing contracting services for 30 years and I am very selective when hiring another contractor. What I look for in a contractor is punctuality, knowledge or their trade, honesty and lastly price. With Home Leak and drain I found all of this.
After a thorough review of our situation, Omar determined a section of our main drain-line was in need of replacement. (Did not see that coming). He and his team worked on a Saturday, committed to the time and budget, to get the work done right. True Plumbing resonded to our online request-for-quote the same day and we were able to schedule the repair for the following day.  The dispatcher called promptly during our service window to let us know our plumber Brison was on the way and he arrived within 30 minutes.  He was quick and efficient and replaced our broken water pressure regulator within about 45 minutes.  He left the work area clean and gave us lots of pointers about our warranty and how to adjust the valve later if necessary.  On top of being able to complete the job in a timely manner, he was also a very friendly and professional young man.  The price for the replacement remained the same as the price that was originally quoted -- no surprises or hidden fees.  Would definitely reach out to True Plumbing for other needs in the future.
