Had another Plumber come out a few days ago.  Miss diagnosed.  His claims didn't sound right so I decided to get a second opinion.  From the start was impressed with the professional scheduling process.  Mike came out and listened to my situation.  Did a thorough exam and concluded it was my dishwasher and not actually plumbing.  Gave good advice and was on his way.  I really appreciate the knowledgeability, honesty, and professionalism, and would definitely recommend this company.

Byron was initially great in Yelp messaging. He responded promptly. I appreciated that.

I had originally set a time and day for them to come out via Yelp Messaging. I never heard back, so I sent a follow-up message. Their reply was Hi lance . We are very sorry for not getting back to you in a timely manor . We have had a family emergency and have been at the hospital . We have openings this weekend (by the way, nice spelling...it's manner - not manor)

I thought okay, give them the benefit of the doubt - things happen.

It was then rescheduled to a Saturday between 3-5PM.

Saturday rolls around, and about less than 10 minutes to 6PM, i get a message saying The technician is running slightly behind . Still ok to come out ?

Sorry, but I think that's awful of them to tell me over 50 minutes later that they're running slightly behind. I believe that they should have notified their customers in ADVANCE.

Definitely made me wonder if there truly was a family emergency when they dropped the ball the first time.

We were looking for quotes in Yelp for a 75 gallons water heater replacement. Daniel responded promptly with a very reasonable estimate based on pictures sent, whereas others insisted an onsite estimate or included price with up to code package when not needed as Daniel confirmed that our existing setup is already up to code and only replaced the necessities. He also replaced the recirculation pump and we now get hot water within seconds in the upstairs bathrooms.  We appreciated his honesty, reliability, and professionalism and has earned our trust for future works. Great experience and would highly recommend this company!

I texted these guys on Monday after I received a ridiculous quote from another plumber to replace the shower cartridge in my master shower. The water stayed lukewarm in the winter and too hot in the summer. Unlike the other guy This gentleman asked me to take a photo of what I had and was able to identify the brand right away. We made an appt for Thursday. I wasn't home, but my wife was. She said he was in quick went out to get the part and back to finish the job. Total time was less than an hour and was less than 1/3 what the other guy quoted me.

When we had a bit of a plumbing emergency this evening, RDZ was able to help us promptly and effectively, despite the early-evening timing. Sal and his partner made it out to our house within an hour, hydroblasted the roots, grease, and detritus from our pipes, and inspected them while showing me the issues. Unfortunately, we will have to replace them at some point, but for now, my sewage drains again, instead of backing up into our bathtubs.

Thanks for the quick help, even after a long day guys. While I don't enjoy doing dishes or laundry, I am ecstatic to have the ability to do so back. Not to mention showering and flushing toilets without a huge mess.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home, and were aware that the plumbing was old, tired, and leaky. We knew before buying it that the very first and most important thing we could do was to replace all of the plumbing coming into and leaving the house. Even had the main sewage line scoped to see if we needed to take it from our home to the City, but fortunately that wasn't needed. What we didn't know was just how bad our plumbing needs were. And they were off the charts bad, let me tell you: toilets and vanities with no venting whatsoever; nearly non-negotiable or workable crawlspace; sewage lines that ran uphill; rotten subfloor due to a multi-year leaking toilet; and, more, but the details aren't the point here.
