My second time using CSR and I was not disappointed.  They are a family business with lots of repeat customers.  They do good, quality work at a reasonable price.  Upfront and honest competitive pricing, quick service, professional and friendly service.  They know what they are doing and they do it right the first time.  HIGHLY recommend this company for any plumbing needs.  Glad to support the small, independent businesses, especially when they are as good as CSR!

The company I hired has 20+ years of experience so they clearly are doing Something right, but half the price. Think that says a lot of the pricing your company has. It's outrageous. Look at your response, it's very clear that your company doesn't work with integrity.
May the lord slap you across the face for your crook business you run.

Ordered shower door from home depot.  They recommended5 star plumbing for installation. When 5 star arrived they did not know how to instal it. Drilled the holes bigger than what the hardwear that came with.  Than they shattered the door.  I had to order a new one.  Once arrived they showes up made more wholes in the brand new renovated bathroom wich i have marble all over top to bottom.  So they made more holes in the marble and said oh we cannt do it the owner said it is a liability.  And left.  So i have holes in the marble and no shower door.  Tryed to call the owner to see if they are going to fix the holes they maid.  Left a message no answer.  Called few more times no answer. I would not call them and use them ever.  On there truck it said work guarantee.

Fred and his team are great guys! They arrived on time, installed a new AC system, and left the place clean and tidy. Quality service. Oh, and by the way, their prices are unbeatable. We recommend to all our friends

Contacted Nathan yesterday and we had Manny Ruiz out today. Both were very professional and straight up about what was going on with my 3 outdoor drains.

Community plumbing will be on my 1st to call  list from here on out. I was in desperiate need to clear my stopped tub and toilet. I called them early in the morning and they were out to see me that afternoon. I also had them install a water line in to my fridge so I can finally have automatic ice. They were quick, efficient, respectful and clean. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Jose came back twice to make sure he had enough time to finish the job! Our shower was clogged and he was very flexible, professional, and friendly! Great and reliable experience

Matt at Armstrong Plumbing is GREAT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!! He and his staff are very professional and on time and prompt. Matt fixed several things for me - 2 shower cartridges and spouts and 2 bathroom sink faucets. He did a great job, always called and showed up on time. I know nothing and understand nothing about plumbing, but Matt did a super job explaining everything to me so I could understand.

Daniel does a great job. I neglected my water heater by not draining the sediment and had to get a new one. He showed me what happened so I learned something new and he gives a reasonable rate. No complaints.

Outstanding customer service. Chris was an outstanding representative for the company. Very honest and fair in pricing. Received three quotes from three different companies. Eastlake plumbing did the job for a third of the price of their competitors.

Kelly installed shelves in a small pantry, repaired a wall that my dog had scratched and several other repairs. She is fast and skilled.  I'll definitely use her again. Happy to support a business owned by a kick ass capable woman.

I was incredibly impressed by Troy Plumbing. My original request was for them to assess the bathtub drain due to sluggishness, but I decided I also wanted them to check out my other drains for slight sluggishness (not completely clogged). Their quoted timeframe was that they would show up between 2pm-5pm. They texted me that they were on their way around 1pm, so I went to my leasing office around 1:15pm to grab them a parking permit. I found out they had already gotten there, requested a parking permit themselves, and were planning on just waiting until 2pm; they just wanted time to make sure they were in the right place, since I live in a very large apartment complex. They didn't expect me to be available until 2pm, but I waved them in. They assessed my garbage disposal, bathroom sink, and bathtub drain. Offered to fix the breaker on the garbage disposal for free since it would take only a few min, and quoted me $125 for clearing the bathroom sink and bathtub drain. Extremely transparent pricing.
They even taught me how to clear the bathroom sink in the future if I wanted to do it myself, since usually stuff just gets stuck at the top and doesn't require a snake.

In the end, they saw that the garbage disposal actually was getting very corroded and will require eventual replacement. They gave me the pricing if my landlord ends up deciding to replace it, but also offered some tactics to avoid clogging it more if my landlord opts not to replace (avoid grease, run hot water once a week, use the other sink that doesn't have the garbage disposal).

Super professional, in and out in by a little over an hour. They were super nice and polite, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

Great service. I had a pretty clogged up shower drain, water wouldn't drain and stayed for an hour or so. The serviceman that came to my apartment was extremely friendly and personable. Service was done in like 30 minutes.

Had a common sewage line back up flooding both my bathrooms with sewer water at 11:30PM, HOA emergency line didn't work so I called Plumbing Tree. Everyone was very professional and up front about the cost, which is pretty reasonable given the late hour. Miguel came right away and managed to fix the problem, saving my bathrooms from further damage. He stayed until 5AM and had to work the next day as well!! He was very helpful, explained everything, and had a  great attitude the whole time. Will definitely be using their services again.

Available on a Sunday, professional and knowledgeable. The bill was a lot but it was a Sunday and an emergency service and they did a great job

We had a tough job that they quoted 4-5 hours to fix. The plumber decided to bring in an extra hand and fixed everything in less then 3 hours saving me 2 hours of labor.

Quickly responded via Yelp on a weekend, scheduled appointment for the coming week, as there was no urgency.  Jose arrived about 45 min earlier than expected (a pleasant surprise), and was very professional and efficient.  He explained everything along the way, gave me appropriate quotes and information.  Would definitely use again!
