I have used CSR plumbing for several service calls to my home in San Diego. They have been extremely courteous and prompt. Their work was excellent and both Raymond and Alan were aiming for perfection in the work. They explained clearly the scope of the work, materials needed etc. so that there were no surpises when the final bill was provided. I am very pleased with the service and if I ever need plumbing services, I would go with CSR Plumbing.

We had what appeared to be a leak coming from both our bathrooms since we noticed water stains on the baseboards. Nick from All American Plumbing answered the call. He was friendly, courteous, and wore a mask and shoe coverings in our house (without us having to ask him). He quickly diagnosed the problem by running multiple tests and offered a quick solution. He eased our worries because we really thought we had a bigger plumbing issue. He never tried to upsell us (like our previous plumbing quote who only wanted to Repipe our entire house without running any tests). We found Nick to be very knowledgeable and were impressed by his professionalism. We will definitely use All American Plumbing again and will be sure to refer their services to our friends and clients!

We had a tankless water heater installed. Greg and the team did an awesome job. I want to especially call out Greg, who always tried to make sure it was clear everything he was doing - a great communicator/teacher. He consistently took the time to explain how the system worked, what I needed to do to maintain it, and really listened to all of my concerns. He did a fantastic job retrofitting the unit into my garage to my specifications - it was a big job, but he really took the time to make sure every tiny detail was not only done, but done well. I would highly recommend Core plumbing and especially Greg. Thanks very much!

One of my AC units died and my second unit started to have problems. I called around and most places told me 5-6 days before they could come out. Called Fred based on Yelp reviews and he squeezed me in within a few hours. He didn't have the correct parts, but made a temporary fixed to get us through the rest of the day and came back the next morning with the parts. Would recommend for any problems you might have!

They got back to my written request very promptly. Ruben who came out to replace my garbage disposal was courteous, prompt, took care of installation professionally and answered questions knowledgeably. I would use them again.

Cody was great ,my husband I contacted Cody because of a kitchen sink issue. It was very easy to make an appointment with Cody for next day. Everyone else we tried was a waiting game. Not with Cody ,he got right back with in minutes and let us know he would be out to our place the next am. Now if anybody has had a clogged kitchen sink this matters because sitting water with food can be quit stinky,! He was very professional and respectful when he arrived. He got right to the issue and talk to us about the price we agreed and it was affordable. It was fixed quickly and tg I got my kitchen sink back. Will call in the future and have recommended you to others at our complex. Ty

Armstrong did an excellent job for me on a full house repipe. This is a 3-bath, two story house built in 1985. I decided on a repipe after discovering a slab leak. I talked to and received quotes from 5 contractors in all and decided on Armstrong because after meeting with Matt Farmer (Operation Manager) I sized him up as someone who knew what he was talking about and would be conscientious in execution. His quote for the work, as I discovered, was reasonable and fair. I liked very much that with Armstrong, the person who gives you the quote and explains what the job entails is also the person who does the actual work, at least in the case of a big job like this. Before deciding on what company to use, I want to have met and taken the measure of the actual, principal worker. (With some contractors, an estimator comes out but then they in turn hire whomever on their list happens to be available.)
One thing Armstrong did for me is surely not typical of plumbing contractors. I told Matt that I wanted to do the drywall repair myself instead of using a drywall contractor. (I had been told by then that my cost for the drywall work, not including repainting, would likely run $1,500 - $1,800.) I am handy in a general way and although I had never done drywall or anything related to construction, I figured I could learn to do it. (I was right.) When I told Matt my plan to do the drywall repair myself, he said that they could make the cuts neat and rectangular, and do it so that I would have wood exposed that I could drill into; that they could even put in a piece of wood for screws as needed. They were also careful to keep any cut out square that was still in good shape and were able to put two of them back in the wall. Not only that, but they told me what tools to buy to do the drywall work and I went to Home Depot and got the few hand tools I needed, a dimpler for my drill, the mud they recommended (Westpac premixed lightweight) and a first spray can of wall texture for doing the texture called knockdown. As I was doing my first repair, on the wall behind where the dishwasher goes, they gave me pointers and Matt demonstrated with the drywall knife. When I was looking at having to do my first texturing on an area behind a toilet that was ready to go back, Matt actually did the texturing for me so I could watch and learn to do it. (If you have knockdown at your house versus, say, orange peel you are lucky because knockdown turns out to be easy and fast to do.) The intro to drywall that Armstrong gave me made it possible for me to get started right away and achieve good results. I completed the work needed so they could put two bathroom mirrors back in place and reinstall a toilet. With the other openings, which are in ceilings and walls and will be visible, I will slow down and take my time.
When I have told people (that would be two neighbors, a family member and a staff member in the construction dept. at Home Depot) how Armstrong helped me get started on the drywall, their reaction has been uniformly along the lines of, A contractor did that for you? They did it and they did it with good grace.
A final thing stands out for me. The dishwasher was put back at the very end of the job. (I don't use the dishwasher day to day because I don't generate enough stuff to wash to make it worthwhile.) When we ran a test, in the in the dishwasher's drain cycle the water started spewing out of the release over the sink. It turned out that the guy who initially installed the garbage disposer some time back failed to remove a plug that allows the dishwasher to drain through there. The plug is supposed to be removed by the installer before the unit goes under the sink. Matt was able to get in and remove the plug, after which the dishwasher drained properly. I consider it a courtesy on his part to have done this troubleshooting, seeing as how not only was this not his mistake in the first place, it was, truth to tell, outside the scope of the repipe he had quoted and that I was paying him for. I'm pretty most contractors would have said, this is a separate problem and I will fix it for X amount. So, Matt, thank you for that.
All in all, I feel like I hit the jackpot with this company. They are professional and easy to work with. They communicate well. They will ask you what your preference is if there are different options at some juncture in the work, and explain each option. The team of two, that would be Matt and another plumber, worked very well together. The three people in all who did work here all were very experienced plumbers, not trainees or novices. Matt himself has about 20 years experience and it shows.
A 5 star performance.

Kelley is quite busy, but she is well worth waiting for! She installed two wall lamps for us, as well as fixing a problematic bifold door. Kelley also fixed several other small irritants while she was here. I couldn't believe that she had both lamps securely mounted less than 45 minutes after she arrived (on time)! She is very pleasant and knowledgeable; we will definitely be calling on her again.

This is the best plumbing contractor I've ever worked with!! That being said, I was a professional construction estimator for over 30 years and have spent a lot of time working with many plumbers as well as all the other trades. Heck these guys are the best damn contractor I've worked with.
Plumbing Tree installed a Halo 5 whole house filtration system and repaired several minor plumbing issues. The cost never increased, the work was done cleanly and quickly and the folks that I dealt with: Freddy, Gilbert and Miguel were knowledgeable (never any bs), competent, honest and a pleasure to work with.
I hope I never need more plumbing work, but they are my go to guys!!

I usually don't leave reviews but I was personally compelled to leave one because these people are awesome! So: Our main line suddenly got backed up out of nowhere at 6pm - so I frantically searched and called for plumbing services. Most of the places I called charges an after hour fee (as if accidents happen only in business hours. Lol) on top of the regular fee for repair. When I called RDZ, they assured me that they will give us fair pricing and they will never charge extra just because it's afterhours and worked their schedule with helping us out the last minute. For this family owned business- they definitely have excellent customer service, very competitive and fair pricing, and professional service. Definitely a recommend! Please give them a call and you will not regret it

I had the unfortunate experience of suffering a slab leak of the hot water piping in our condo - a MAJOR issue. I was distressed not only because insurance said they would not cover the cost of the repairs because there was not visible water damage, but I also had not found a plumbing company I trusted ever since my prior plumber retired a few years ago. Based on good reviews, I contacted True Plumbing. I was favorably impressed from the very first meeting. Dave assessed the leak situation, along with two other plumbing issues that three prior plumbers had left unresolved, and provided a firm fixed price proposal implementing the latest advances in piping. When Mike and Wayne arrived to do the work, they took every step possible to minimize the impact on the walls and ceilings to accommodate the new piping. They did work-arounds that required extra effort on their part to avoid having to destroy new shiplap paneling installed just last year. On top of that, they did a thorough analysis of my other problems (e.g., an air lock in my kitchen sink that caused the disposal to readily back-up) and found the root cause and FIXED IT while the prior plumbers had said, among other things after a cursory examination, that it could be a tree root issue down-pipe---which actually was not the issue. Mike and Wayne were pleasant to deal with, prompt every day with a status call to confirm their timing, kept me informed with great explanations, and thoroughly cleaned up the daily messes. Finally, I have found a plumbing company I can rely upon and recommend without hesitation.
