Sent a request through yelp on Sunday afternoon looking for help with our refrigerator valve that needed to be changed. Got a response from Mike right away. I let him know what was going on, he gave me a very good estimate compared to others I spoke to, and someone came out the next morning at the correct time given. Mike even called right after his worker left to follow up and verify if everything was completed. Great service! Definitely recommend!

Kyle from Fallbrook Plumbing came today, on time, and fixed my broke shower handle quick and efficiently. He also stayed extra time and replaced my broken garbage disposal.
Kyle is friendly, respectful and and a home town guy. I highly recommend Fallbrook Plumbing. Great Service!

I don't usually write reviews unless a business is extraordinarily good or bad. But, in this case, I am happy to recommend Victor Lee Plumbing. He replaced a faucet today at our rental property and was friendly, reasonable and efficient. If we need service in the future, he is, without question, my go to guy. Highly recommended to all!

I cannot say enough great things about Bob. He was referred by a friend after we had a leak under the kitchen sink. We knew it was due to a new water system recently installed, and he came and made a good thing even better- and on a Saturday of a holiday weekend! He removed the old system with ease and fine tuned the new. So grateful for his expertise and responsiveness. Will definitely call Bob again.

The owner of the company is Blaine, and he has got to be the nicest, most reliable, reasonable get it done right no matter if it takes longer and no extra charges, professional Plumber in the history of San Diego!!!!!
Blaine removed our old dishwasher and replaced it with our new one.  Oh, and BTW he hauled away our old one (extra$) but well worth it!
He's a busy guy, but give him a call when you need plumbing work, you won't regret it!!!

I had Thomas (the owner of Fitzgerald Plumbing) replace an old water heater at our house. There were some complications but none of them were problems for Thomas. He explained my options, gave me the cost and benefits of each option, And then did the install all in one afternoon. I really appreciated his honesty, expertise and professionalism. I will be calling Fitzgerald's for all of my plumbing needs!

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.

Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

Steve is great! He has worked on several of my properties and takes the time to explain my plumbing issue to me in a way I can understand. He is personable and professional. I call him for all of my rentals and even my personal home. His pricing is fair and I'm always happy to support small local business.

My 10 yr old water heater began leaking, of course, when my handy husband went out of town. I was already beside myself with the kids, dogs, house, work and was now dealing with this leak and a mess of water in the garage! Ugh! I called a guy off Craigslist to come out to take a look and he told me I needed a new water heater right away and left to get me a good price for a new one. But I never heard back from him til the next day after texting/calling him several times. He didn't even advise me to turn off the water to stop the leaking.. Never, ever go to CL for plumbing needs!
Anyways, I searched the Internet in my area and saw that Generations Plumbing got great reviews on Yelp. I called at 630 am the next morning and left a message. Alex called me right away when office hours opened and was at my house within the hour! It was a hectic day with the kids, dogs, and work but he was calm, professional, and thorough. My barking dogs and chatty kids didn't frazzle him at all. He didnt rush and wasn't constantly on his cellphone, like i see with some contractors. He took his time and was thorough. He checked for water damage in all surrounding areas including inside the house, and explained the problem and solutions. Luckily the leak was caught early so no water damage! He gave me a good quote and changed out the water heater that day. He even added a large tray underneath the water heater and connected a drain to it to catch any water in case there were any future leaking issues. It has been a few weeks now and there are no issues at all!  My husband came back and was very impressed with the work. I've recommended Alex/Generations Plumbing to my neighbors, family, and friends and will post his info on our community website! He is wonderful to work with, trustworthy, and reliable!  A+++++ service!  Highly recommend!!!

Kerry is reliable, moderately priced and does excellent work in the Clairemont area. He is straight forward, and does not try to sell you a service or something you do not need. He will even fix items or situations made worse by an DIY enthusiast without judgment. Installs parts you purchase if you prefer, or will provide. We recommend him highly.

I have used these guys multiple times in the past, even once in Christmas Eve and had always had a good experience. That changed today. I had called them out to replace a broken hot water heater. They told me because it was Sunday the labor would be time and a half. Ok. I get that.  I had already purchased a new hot water heater so all I needed was installation. When he arrived, he reminded me the labor rate was time and a half.  
  When the guy came out, he said I also needed to do a gas upgrade for $90 and replace a sweat ball valve for $150. The installation would be an additional $825 for a grand total of $1065. I asked how much labor was per hour and how many hours he anticipated this taking because that seemed ridiculously high. He then said that they don't charge by the hour for water heaters, it is just a bulk cost. WTF is it? Is it hourly at time and a half or a bulk cost? You people are talking out of two sides of your mouths.
  I immediately went inside, called two other companies, both of which quoted less than $500 for everything mentioned above including haul away of my old hot water heater. I immediately stopped work with ASAP plumbing as I felt they were trying to scam me. When I told the guy he was charging twice as much as other people, he snidely said Maybe you should have gotten quotes before you had me out. Yeah, maybe I should have, but I've used your company before and never had an issue, even on Christmas Eve. I didn't think this company would try to take advantage of long standing customers, but I was wrong. I still had to pay$148 for that rude douche to insult me.  Never again!

Bay and Shore is a wonderful plumbing company. Yvonne is always helpful and will honestly tell you if they can't make it out the same day. Oggi does great work and leaves the place just like he found it not a spec of dirt more. They will always be the first company to call on my list!
