Water main broke late on a Sunday night. Called Cross Plumbing early Monday morning and they responded within an hour! They communicated with us throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions! They did great work and finished the job quickly! Definitely recommend Cross Plumbing!

Kyle from Fallbrook Plumbing came today, on time, and fixed my broke shower handle quick and efficiently. He also stayed extra time and replaced my broken garbage disposal.

Victor Lee Plumbing is the BEST!  I was referred to Victor by a friend and asked him to do a proactive plumbing walk through of my recently purchased home.  He is professional, thorough, thoughtful and his experience speaks volumes and so does his quality of work.  He made some excellent recommendations and helped to ensure my home was in good condition plumbing wise.  Months later I did have an incident that was not preventable and I was out of town.  I called Victor late in the evening.  He returned my call promptly and took care of my crisis the next morning.  His service was over the moon excellent and he really helped me beyond what is normally expected.  He is truly the very best at what he does, a super nice gentleman and I trust him completely.

I called Canyon Hills Plumbing out for a Clogged Main Drain Line, They sent out their Technician Jerry, He was very Polite, Knowledgeable. I explained that we had a clogged drain line, but I believed that it had cleared itself. Jerry inspected the drain line for flow, and had me run many taps to see if the line would back up again. It checked out okay, and Jerry said no charge for the Inspection. I tipped him, which I had to force him to take. It's Nice to know that there are still honest Companies, and Technicians out there.

I highly recommended Thomas! He is our go to plumbing expert and is always available when we need him. We use him for our residence as well as maintenance issues for our rental. He has access to a network of other service experts in his industry, should a plumbing problem require additional work to be done.

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

My water heater had gone out and I looked on yelp for a plumber and Steve's popped up.  So we call him around 4 and by the next morning the water heater was fixed. Steve and his helper did a great job!!!  Would recommend him to all my friends and family

Excellent service!  Love that my call was answered immediately and I didn't have to wait around for a return call.  I was given a window for them to come (1-3) and they arrived a few minutes after one.  They were knowledgeable and honest wit their pricing.  I will use them for all of my plumbing needs.  Highly recommend!

He was a NO-SHOW. Said he would be there at 1pm. Texted me at 1:30 to say he was on way. I texted back ok then he never showed. Two hours later I texted him Lost? and he texted back, I did not hear from you for 35 minutes so went to another appointment.

He didn't CALL, just assumed I wasn't there because he didn't see my return text.

Then he texted that he couldn't come later that same day, nor was he available the next day even though I texted, Hey wait, I ripped apart my kitchen because you were coming, and now I have no kitchen sink and a house full of out-of-town guests, I really need this done TODAY.

Sorry...what can I do for you. was his reply.

Uhhh...how about the plumbing work I needed done and scheduled my day around?

Look, I get it, he's busy. Great for him. But not calling to say you aren't coming? As in CALLING not texting, is totally unprofessional. Whatever happened to using the phone AS A PHONE.

Bad communication.

We had an emergency issue with our dryer so I called Personal Plumbing. My call was returned promptly and Tim from Personal Plumbing was able to come out the following day! I was happily surprised since it was 2 days before Christmas! Tim arrived early (:)!) in the 2 hour time window and was able to fix the dryer. He also took care of a few other minor plumbing issues and was very helpful. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Personal Plumbing!

I recently purchased a home in San Carlos and Kerri came out and changed my water pressure regulator and added a gas line for my dryer.  Kerri was on time, detailed, a great communicator and fairly priced.  I plan on using him as needed in the future.  Highly recommend his services.

Ramon from this plumbing company came out to take care of a very big and complicated job of unclogging my kitchen sinks. He had to find the problem with his camera and it was located inside our condo between the bathroom and bedroom. He was very professional and explained to me what he was doing and what had happened. I was impressed with how clean he kept the condo and area he repaired and how quickly he did the job. I would recommend this company and/or Ramon for your repairs.

I called them twice two days apart asking them for a quote to perform some plumbing repairs in Coronado where they are located. When I called the answering machine said please leave your phone number name and a description of the work request and a technician will call you immediately. I left this information and never received a call back. This is not a company I would trust to provide any service that was time sensitive. If they cannot be relied upon to give a quote how can they be relied upon to do the work?
