We bought a Moen faucet for our kitchen sink and needed someone to help us install it.  Searched through local Yellow Pages for a reliable plumber.  Came across Mike's Cross Plumbing Services on yelp.com.  Mike came with his associate and did an outstanding job.  Very professional and courteous and a very reasonable price for  the work.  Highly recommended!

Fallbrook Plumbing came highly recommended by several people. We had a pressure regulator blow late on a Saturday night. I spoke to Mitch on Sunday morning and he came to give me an estimate within an hour. Spent about an hour and installed new regulator and ball valve. He checked and verified water pressure boTh inside and out. Did good work for a fair price, considering it was a Sunday morning.

Once again, Victor did a fantastic job. Our hot water heater went out and needed to be replaced. He responded promptly and arrived on time. We also have a device that delivers hot water to the master bath shower on a dedicated line. He replaced the tank and reconnected our dedicated hot water line for our bathroom. He is efficient, knowledgable and does great work. He showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this honest, hard working man.

Bob lives close to me for many years.I called him to install a faucet and he came right over, and was finished in no time at all, he did such a good job, a real life saver.I highly recommend him.Thanks Bob!

We hired Andy to remove our old, outdated tub and showers from our condo and had him install a new tub and shower pan. Andy was beyond professional and didn't hide anything from us.  His quote for the work was very reasonable. He not only brought the plumbing up to code, he also explained to what was going on and if any adjustments had to be made.   Just a really honest, professional job all around and  someone I am happy to refer to others with plumbing needs.

Chihuahua Plumbing was a great referral. Paul did a great job on my parent's shower. He was very professional and knowledgable, plus he provided excellent customer service.

I would definitely recommend Canyon Hills Plumbing. The young lady that I spoke to on the phone was very polite and said she would have someone at my house that day. Fir me that was great because my water heater was leaking badly.  Within an hour of my call a young man named Jack Williams came to my home on a Sunday, mind you, was very polite, very informative, knowledgeable and very very kind in answering my questions. He gave me a price and also told me that he would have it done in about two and a half hours.  I was truly impressed with him and his work. He took all the old stuff away and the area were he was work in was very clean upon his completion. There is no doubt in my mind, that I got the best company and worker to do the job. I will defy e calling them and him again if I ever have any more plumbing problems and will recommend the company and Jack Williams highly.  Thanks again for the speedy and excellent work Jack. I had Thomas (the owner of Fitzgerald Plumbing) replace an old water heater at our house. There were some complications but none of them were problems for Thomas. He explained my options, gave me the cost and benefits of each option, And then did the install all in one afternoon. I really appreciated his honesty, expertise and professionalism. I will be calling Fitzgerald's for all of my plumbing needs!

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

I will start with the positive.  My landlord and her family have been using him for years and obviously felt confident with him to continue using him.  Also, I called him to come out and replace our property side valve and he was out the next morning at 730!
    That being said I will never use this plumbing service again and have already expressed to my landlord that I dont trust this guy.  He called my handicapped landlord, who no longer lives in ca,  and quoted her 500-600 to replace the valve before even coming out and looking at the issue.  Then when he got here he called and told her it was going to be 700!  I felt that this was steep for a valve that you could go get from home depot. I went out and questioned why exactly he felt it was going to be so much and if he was doing more work than requested of him.  At this point he got angry and literally said do you know who I am?  I was shocked as to me this seemed like a very threatening response to my simple question.  We went back and forth as to why he felt this simple job would be $700.  I walked away when he said who are you?  You're just a tenant?  You mean nothing to me?  I'm sorry but how much more UNPROFESSIONAL can you be!  I will no longer be using Steves plumbing which means this tenant obviously means more to you than you realized!

It is very hard to find an honest plumberWe talked about a couple of projects, and he informed the entire scope.

Andrew did a fantastic job in fixing our toilets and shower. Also, we had him check our kitchen garbage disposal since it wasn't operating like it should. Sure enough, he ended up finding the cause as to why our garbage disposal was sounding the way it did every time we turned it on. We are grateful for Andrew and appreciate his efficiency, honesty, workmanship and reasonable pricing. We truly recommend Generations Plumbing Co. It's a family owned company which we can now depend on. Thank you Andrew for your service!

I had a bad experience with Bob. Here's the short version of the story. I had a leaking toilet and a problem with thek itchen faucet. Wife called and he came by and said we needed to replace both and call him back when we purchase the new ones. OK, no biggie. Seemed like a reasonable guy.  We acquired the merchandise from home depot and called. Here's when the debacle started.  He was hard to get a hold of. Understood. The guy works hard. We wanted the toilet fixed as not having one working downstairs was becoming an issue.  Got a hold of him. He asked me to text him the next day (Tuesday) at 1pm and he would let me know if he can come Wednesday. Texted him but did not hear back till evening Tuesday. He said he could not make it till Friday morning. I asked if 9 was ok (going to disneyland Thursday all day). He said he preferred 8 so we set up for 8. Friday comes and no show. Waited a long while and decided to text. Seemed like he completely forgot about it. So I asked if he could come Saturday. He said 7 am (pretty early for me). Got up at 7 am. Waited an hour and no show, no call, no text. I texted him, my wife texted him and to this day we have not even received a response. Went with another plumber. Toilet and Faucet fixed. You would think it is common courtesy to let your customer know if you can't make it.

Ryan and Steve showed up ready for work on time. They were friendly, courtesy, and professional. Did a great job on my tankless water heater installation.

We love Kerry and he is always friendly and available to help us with out 60 year old pipes.

I feel like $240/hour to do a leak investigation is a LOT and then $88 to cancel because it wasn't mentioned how much the leak investigation costs is not very good business. But maybe that's just me.

Had the pleasure to work with Israel the last two days on a plumbing need in my house, he was great, an all around wonderful experience and I will call them again!
