Mike has pride of ownership with his business Cross Plumbing.  I've used their services several times over the years and always been satisfied.  If Mike is unable to perform your work himself he sends one of his workers.   They are always polite and efficient.  When the job is done, Mike calls to ensure everything was completed satisfactorily.  Thanks Mike and Cross Plumbing.

Saturday morning. Backed up kitchen sink and high water bill. Mitch answered the phone, I didn't have to leave a message. He had one job ahead of me and was out in a couple of hours. He verified the issue with the sink and snaked it. He pressure tested the whole house, and the house separately from the irrigation. Identified minor leak with one toilet and replaced flapper seal and adjusted float level. Also identified minor leak with irrigation system. I was pleased with the promptness, professionalism, quality of the work. I believe I received a good value for what he charged me. I would use again.

Note: There is another company with a similar name called Fallbrook Rooter and Drain. Don't confuse the two. Fallbrook Rooter and drain is terrible.

Victor was recommended by family, came through on short notice and was amazingly quick and efficient.

Overall 5/5 Real funny and down to earth guy that will get the job done right, and is honest and reasonably priced. If you're in need of any plumbing services, I highly recommend him!

I cannot say enough great things about Bob. He was referred by a friend after we had a leak under the kitchen sink. We knew it was due to a new water system recently installed, and he came and made a good thing even better- and on a Saturday of a holiday weekend! He removed the old system with ease and fine tuned the new. So grateful for his expertise and responsiveness. Will definitely call Bob again.

Andy is friendly and professional. We've had him do multiple services in our home from clearing a shower drain and backed up kitchen line to putting in a new faucet in our bathroom and water heater in our laundry room. Every time he's been very efficient and affordable.

I bought a new-to-me condo with an old water heater, and part of the deal was a credit to replace it and modify the original, obviously-cost-cutting installation to bring it up to code.  There were about four other trivial things I wanted done on the same trip as well.

Chihuahua was on the advice of a realtor, and while not the cheapest, they're a family-staffed, small business, and I discussed some water heater options (replace tank or do more expensive tankless water heater).  

Anthony was knowledgeable about the code requirements and what would and wouldn't work, and was honest that they'd never installed the newest version of the tankless water heater that would work without additional venting requirements.  I chose the old-fashioned tank.

After the water heater was installed, I inspected it and asked Where's the (quoted) drip pan? and saw the realization of the error on his face, but he politely and apologetically asked if we could schedule a follow-up visit at no charge.  We did; it was done perfectly.

And on the subsequent visit, there was some more work to be done that I requested, but the final bill was cheap enough that I don't think he charged me for the visit at all.

Anthony was also honest about the threads on a shower valve being (previously) stripped and suggested it might not be worth the time/effort to fix the issue (rather than working for extra hours just to add revenue, as some would).  

I don't know who the previous Yelper talked to that impatiently sent them away, but I'm happy to say that this wasn't my experience at all!

Extremely Professional, Very Skilled Plumber.  Was fast to respond.  Jason Carroll was amazing and gave Great Customer Experience.  I will always use them and refer them for all plumbing needs!

Thomas was prompt and very thorough about checking out our situation. Calmed my worries about the water heater and then offered suggestions about keeping our home free of possible future problems.  We're calling him when we're ready to take his suggestions.

Ziggy has been the neighborhood plumber for over 30 years. He has reasonable rates and great service. He's done our plumbing for 15 years and he's never once had to come back to fix a problem; he gets things right the first time.

Ziggy runs his business from his home, but if you search for the business you might see an address on Deerpark. Apparently that's an error from Google maps photographing his truck on another street. 2752 Burgener is the actual address.

Called to see about help with a small issue. Was told there's no coming to take a look! Ok so I hung up and called someone who was helpful and not rude!

Would definitely recommend 10/10! I've experienced a lot of plumbing issues with terrible customer service in the past so it was very relieving
for Chris to be Super responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly! He helped with a copper pipe leak in my backyard and he assessed/fixed it in literally minutes. It was awesome. Thank you

I had a leak under the sink and our usual plumber was unavailable. He referred me to Alex (already a good sign). Alex fit me into his schedule on short notice,  was right on time,  did a thorough job and was very professional.  I highly recommend!

He's as good as it gets!  Called me on Wed, set it for Friday. Showed up on time, changed my bathroom sink plumbing, including the angle stops and hoses, attached the sink, X 2 - for the kitchen sink.  Then topped it off and fixed the plumbing in my 71 Vintage Trailer.   Done right, done well, and cleaned up after himself. I'm a happy camper! Thank you Plumber Bob!!

Recently had a leaky faucet and did not have time to call around for estimates.  Figured this is a local company and needed to find a good plumber.  We did not find a good company and will never use them again.   For minutes of work and a part under $20 we were over charged.  When I called the owner the next day to question this charge and give him the opportunity to make it right his only defensive response was you do not know my expenses, you do not run my company, you agreed to the cost, you can call any plumber and it will be the same cost.  When it was clear he would not make it right, I stated that I would be sharing my story on Yelp.  He said I do not care, I have hundreds of 5 star reviews and you can call around that is a fair price.  Well,  I did call around and you grossly over charged.  I can see now from reading other poor reviews the owner will respond to this poor review with the same cavalier response he gave me on the phone.  So, move on to the next company, lots of plumbers in town!

We love Kerry and he is always friendly and available to help us with out 60 year old pipes.

Update(6/2018): Unfortunately nine months after this work was completed we had another leak. We paid for leak detection, repair, and installation of a $300+ water pressure regulator to help prevent new issues. The new tech came out and we discovered faulty work/incomplete work done by ASAP. They never checked the water pressure after installation nor did they reduce our water pressure so our pipes have been under tremendous pressure for an additional nine months. They did nothing to account for the previous faulty work except to do what we paid them to do last year. I contacted the office last week to resolve prior to editing this review and they have not returned my call.

(9/2017) Saturday morning, after calling many local plumbers and getting voice messages, I called ASAP and spoke to Anthony right away. He estimated the service call would take place within two hours. 30-40 minutes later, Edgar was at my door ready to help stop the leak in my kitchen ceiling. Edgar was knowledgeable, friendly, minimally invasive with removing drywall, and very clean. He thoroughly searched for the leak, troubleshot the cause of the leak, solved the problem, and made sure everything that could contribute to future leaks was addressed. I wasn't happy that I woke up to a leak in my kitchen, but I know that if I ever have an issue again ASAP will be my first call.

came to inspect my home for plumbing issues and they said I had broken pipes and quoted me $5,000 to fix. I had another plumber come and they said there was no leak only that the line had to be snaked. I am an older person and I think they thought they could take advantage of my lack of mobility and understanding about plumbing. Please avoid them at all costs no honest at all and rude when I confronted them with their lies.
