Needed to have service done on all fireplaces in our home to prepare for the cold season and Marco was very responsive to my initial inquiry. Highly professional right on time diagnosed the problems at all locations in the house and went way above the call of duty to contact the vendor to replace a remote control that had gone bad. Followed up very soon after and finished the job.

I unfortunately had to call an electrician yesterday because some lights were malfunctioning in a few rooms in my house. I went with Point Loma because of some positive reviews on Yelp and Angie's List. They were able to come out the very next day, fix the issue in a very professional manner, give me some advice on what needed to be done eventually (entire breaker box!) without being pushy at all, and speak to me and my family in a very positive manner. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them. I think they gave me a good price for the job that was done, especially since it was last minute, they worked quick, and explained to me what they were doing at every step of the way which was very helpful!

My kitchen sink was leaking and needed to be replaced.  Called Bill for a price estimate which was reasonable. As soon as I got a replacement faucet, he was able to come over the next day.
Bill was on time for his appointment, even a few minutes early.   He was nice, professional and I didn't get the feeling he was trying to up charge me.
The faucet was replaced in under 30 minutes.p
I would definitely use again for any plumbing needs.

Oh and if you have a Moen faucet, Bill told me that they come with a lifetime guaranty. You can call their warranty dept to get a replacement one for free! Had I known this prior I would have saved some extra cash.

Hired Same Day Heating and A/C to do their promotion tune up. I was happy and received exceptional service as a first time customer. My technician was Rich. He was educational, explained what he was doing in the process, wore a mask, wore booties, and overall polite and knowledgeable. He was able to reroute my Thermostat wire for me with G wire for my Nest thermostat I had installed already. Such a relief to finally have fan mode again!

The Works was the 4th plumbing company we had come to our home for a kitchen sink back up.  Sean, our technician, was awesome.  He was very professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, and completed the job quickly and successfully.  We won't hesitate to call The Works next time, and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Had a real problem with landscape drains backing up in last storm. Knowing El Nino is coming, decided to get drains checked out now. Daniel came out and found every problem. He pulled roots and shot water through pipes and explained everything to us. He also told us how to get our gardeners  to fix the pipes permanently.

Had heard about this company before but now, will recommend them to lots of others. They have a Class A licence so they can do everything related to plumbing. Great professional business...

I had a washing machine drainage issue that caused water to spray out of one of the ports. Steve was excellent at communicating with me and insured that he would have someone come out ASAP. We had a very good gentleman came today to fix an issue with our toilet His name was Rey. He was extremely Polite he was very professional gave quality information on our options. He wear a mask the whole time. Would definitely recommend to other and or call him back again. Very happy with my results

We had a backed up kitchen sink and a leak underneath it.  We called Vanguard Plumbing to take care of it because we have had them out before to replace our water heater.  Our technician showed up on time, fixed out backup and was able to find a very subtle leak that had eluded our previous plumber.  Great Work!!  We have already recommended Vanguard Plumbing to a few friends.

Call this plumber! We aren't particularly handy around the house. George came out to our house because we had a leak under our kitchen sink.  It turns out it was a loose fitting.  He tightened it, applied teflon glue, and was finished and cleaned up in under 5 minutes...and he didn't charge us for the visit! Super nice, super responsive, and super fair.

Awesome customer service! We had a leak from the upstairs bathroom dripping into the downstairs living room. Bob came out quickly, was able to assess the issue and fix the toilet. He then went above and beyond to put us in contact with a reliable leak restoration company to fix the drywall in the ceiling. We will definitely be calling him in the future.

We had no hot water in one bathtub. We were told by a family friend who is out of town and is a plumber we needed a cartridge. It wasn't a hot water heater issue. Plumber comes from Thompson and wants to charge us $280 for less than an hours work. We turned him away. It ended up costing us $195 and it was a cartridge.
