Bob Hauer Plumbing came highly recommended on NextDoor, so I called for a quote.  He came out and, most importantly, made friends with my dogs.  :)  He provided a quote, and got me on the schedule as soon as I accepted.  He accommodated my request for early morning, which is a huge help.
I had him installing a whole home water purification system that I had purchased independently.  He told me it would take just about all day, which surprised me.  However, once you see the finished product, it is a beautiful sight to behold.  
He used copped piping as we discussed.  He placed the system where we discussed, and it is oddly nice looking.  
He took additional steps I noticed along the way - like tying back my plants to both hold them out of his way, and to protect them.  It looked like pigtails and ponytails!  

Once he got going, he worked steadily and was chipper, kind of singing along to some 90s jams as he worked, and he sounded like he was in a great mood!  I work from home, so it was a nice touch nice having a cheerful person to hear in the background, just going about his business happily.

Now - my 1968 house ALWAYS brings complications and surprises.  This time was no exception, unfortunately.  Twice it foiled him - temporarily.  

When this happened, he would work until he could not - always leavi g me with working, running water, and cleaned up pristinely.  

Now, I know we all EXPECT co tractors to clean up.  Its part of the gig.  I dont think I have ever ever seen a cleaner site.  Each time he left, it may have been cleaner than when he got there.  No exaggeration, we all have trees and yard debris.  It has been a rainy, windy winter in San Diego - I think he swept up some of my leaves in addition.  

Bob was always pleasant, calm, personable, and sweet.  Even when he ran in to surprises that necessitated extra time or supplies, he informed me with a smile.  When he told me about one of the complications, and I replied Can that be done??  He replied I can do anything  with a smile.  

I would wholeheartedly recommend his plumbing services.

I have my own gas log fireplace and one for a rental property but I wanted them inspected because they had not been used for a very long time. Marco at SPG plumbing responded very quickly and was able to come out to both properties for service. Marco definitely goes the extra mile to explain how the fireplace works and what is needed for service. After having him service both fireplaces for a very reasonable price. I also had him check our dryer vents at our rental property. Lucky I did because the vent was very backed up with lint and could've been a serious problem. All of that was avoided because Marco alerted us and did a great job. Would not hesitate to hire him.

Point Loma Electric and Plumbing are amazing! We hired them for our historic home because of their specialized experience with such homes. They did a fantastic job. They added recessed lights, ceiling fans, bathroom exhaust fans, and additional outlets. Mike Brito, one of their electricians, was especially amazing. They are very easy to schedule and communicate with. They show up on time and produce very high-quality work. They have been some of the best contractors we have ever worked with. We give them our highest recommendation!

My kitchen sink was leaking and needed to be replaced.  Called Bill for a price estimate which was reasonable. As soon as I got a replacement faucet, he was able to come over the next day.
Bill was on time for his appointment, even a few minutes early.   He was nice, professional and I didn't get the feeling he was trying to up charge me.
The faucet was replaced in under 30 minutes.p
I would definitely use again for any plumbing needs.

Oh and if you have a Moen faucet, Bill told me that they come with a lifetime guaranty. You can call their warranty dept to get a replacement one for free! Had I known this prior I would have saved some extra cash.

These guys are my go to plumbers!! Elliott and Chris have always been super helpful and professional. I've now had ten do a mini re-pipe( pec piping), fix some water faucet fixtures, water heater problems and diagnosis. You name it.. They have done it. Thanks again for helping with the pressure regulator valve in the garage. I hope this fixes the issue with the water heater. Always very responsive, professional, timely and reasonable. While visiting some family in Las Vegas, we purchased some new mattresses for them.(house warming gift) we realized quickly that we needed to figure out a eco friendly way to dispose of the mattress. I told them about my past experience with green earth San Diego. We looked them up and lucky they have an office out Las Vegas too. We called them and scheduled to pick up the mattresses the next days.

Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

For the last 9 years since I had my A/C installed (by a different company), I have been living with the fact that I had little to no airflow upstairs. Daniel and Andre came to do a tune-up on my system, and they were able to diagnose my issue, which was that there was one 8-inch duct that fed my entire upstairs, among other things. Samson and JP came to do the duct work, insulate my attic, and add a hard-start kit to my unit and discovered (once cutting through the drywall) that the issue was even worse than we had thought. There was a 6-inch duct feeding the 8-inch duct for my entire upstairs, which was only connected with tape. It became a much larger hassle for them than they originally anticipated, but they were friendly, communicative, and determined to solve the issue despite the hiccups. By the end of the day, my A/C was blowing plenty of air to my upstairs bedrooms and running as it should.

Every person who has shown up here from Same Day has been friendly, attentive, and thorough. They all seem to genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. They go above and beyond to make sure that happens, even vacuuming up debris from the carpet when they were done. I have never had anyone do that before. Thank you for all the care and for giving me the gift of comfort this summer in my previously sweltering upstairs rooms!

I highly recommend Reasonable Drain & Plumbing Repair for plumbing/drain issues. I developed a very clogged kitchen sink on Easter Sunday and tried a number of home remedies that evening and throughout the next day with no luck. I was referred to Reasonable Drain & Plumbing Repair for help Monday evening. Pip responded quickly and was able to come the next day. They arrived promptly and cleared the clog in no time. The were very friendly, knowledgable, tidy and mindful of   current extra sanitary practices and their price was very reasonable. I would never use them again. Had some basic plumbing performed for my house. They completely overcharged for what they did. I should just have had the work performed by Amazon services.

I recently was faced with major plumbing emergencies at my residential rental property. Our property manager recommended I get multiple quotes, including one from Daniel's Plumbing & Son, who they recommended. Their estimate was very competitive. I've had repairs done by larger San Diego plumbing companies in the past but opted to go with Daniel's and I'm INCREDIBLY GLAD I did.

Steve, Daniel's son services the San Diego area and was present and hands-on onsite at my project site. It was evident that he has years of experience as he walked me through the multiple repairs. His communication is stellar as well...he's highly responsive and professional.

Steve and his team were such an amazing asset during a stressful time. Once Steve and his team were onsite and in motion I had complete faith that the repairs were being done correctly and in a timely manner I was able to exhale.

I had a broken water heater that needed to be replaced. They were able to work with my schedule, came out and did a fantastic job. They walked me through everything that they did and made sure that I understood the process. Dwain, Rudy and Rich were professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

They even pulled work permits with the City so everything was inspected per code.  No shortcuts or cutting any corners. If you want things done right the first time, call these guys. And they accept credit cards.

Robert is the best..simply put. He's kind, professional and very efficient. We are so thankful we found him. He installed a water filtration system for our home and did a superb job. If you are looking for a great plumber, Robert is your guy.

Roby came out because we had issues with our drains for our patio area backing up after rains, did an amazing job, he even used our hose to test everything.  We will use them in the future for sure.

My shower faucet broke and after a couple hours of trying to fix it myself I decided to call RJB Plumbing.  It was 9pm on a Saturday, but regardless he was at my house within 15 minutes.  He thoroughly explained what broke, how he was going to fix it and the flat (very reasonable) charge.  I will definitely use RJB plumbing going forward.
