We were hearing some water dripping behind the wall below the kid's bathroom. We also noticed some water bubbles in the tile. My husband contacted Pro's Plumbing and Drains. They came out at the time agreed upon. From the time Robert and Carlos enter my home, they were very professional, and informative on what they will be doing to assist with finding the leakage. Honest and more affordable than other companies. They helped us out in an emergency situation and arrived quite promptly. Our hot water heater burst and our garage quickly became flooded. They arrived about 30 minutes later and were very professional and efficient. They installed a new hot water heater within the hour and were on their way. Even let us borrow a special light to help dry out our garage. Would highly recommend!

I called Pure Window Cleaning because they had good reviews. They were friendly on the phone, and we're able to set up an appointment within a couple days. They showed up on time, gave me the price upfront, then did the work faster than any previous window cleaners I've had. The windows were cleaner than ever when they left, so I set up with then to come out 3 times a year to keep the windows looking good. Very satisfied

These guys are absolutely amazing, professional, trustworthy, hard and quick working and extremely knowledgeable. Jeff, Jaime, and Chapo worked efficiently to get my units installed and did such a wonderful job. Sales guy Jeff is amazing too. Everyone here knows what they're doing and they do it well. If I could give Tim more stars I would!! He was so responsive and helpful. I coordinated the Backflow inspection for my dad and Tim responded to all of my questions. He also was very helpful, professional and thorough. He took care of the report and will even remind us yearly! We are definitely using TS every year!

These folks are amazing! I had a major plumbing issue. Pip showed up and told me yes I had a problem but they were two solutions. One involved jackhammering and major pipe replacement. The other involved a $30 fix all but would take a little more time. He recommended the $30 fix. After a month everything was fine! For $30! We all know what we are doing at our individual jobs. Finding someone who will be honest with us in areas we know nothing about, priceless!

Without question the best experience we've had with a plumbing company.   Pristine came out the same day we noticed water leaking from our ceiling.   Rey Torres was extremely professional and knowledgable.  He completed a full assessment and quickly located the source of the leak.  He kept us updated every step of the way and rectified the issue quickly and efficiently.  Within an hour of Rey leaving, I had called to recommend him to my sister-in-law who needs a plumber as well.  If you require a plumber who is competent, knowledgable and cares about their customers, look no further.

Robert came out promptly on a Saturday morning to diagnose our issue ... a water leak that soaked the kitchen walls and cabinets. He shut off the supply line, pulled out the dishwasher so we could see the source of the leak as well as the pond of water under the dishwasher, and he carefully documented all of the above via his notes and photographs. He also gave a great recommendation for a water damage remediation company to address the damage.

Robert was able to determine that the problem was caused by an over-tightened connector on the dishwasher that had been installed six months earlier by the appliance retailer (the rubber washer inside the brass supply line connector was cut by the over-tightening, thereby creating a pathway for the water to slowly drip out).

I can highly recommend Robert and we plan to use him for all of our future plumbing needs!

I was referred to Roby by a friend when I needed a plumber for a broken/leaking water heater.  He replied to my call right away and was able to fit me in that day (since it seemed urgent).   It's been 5 years and all is wonderful with the water heater!  Since then I have had him repair two of my toilettes and received the same quick response and polite service.   I would highly recommend him to anyone for any plumbing need.

If you're looking for a great plumber I highly recommend Bob! He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had some issues with a leak and he was extremely punctual, and did a great job in helping get answers. It's hard to find someone reliable by just looking online. I'm very happy we found this company and would definitely recommend him to others. Will be using Bob for all our other plumbing issues in the future!

We got our new Furnace and AC installed the day after accepting the estimate.  Arturo and Mark did a great job with the install and got it all done in one day.  Permit process was setup by them and easy to complete.
