I have my own gas log fireplace and one for a rental property but I wanted them inspected because they had not been used for a very long time. Marco at SPG plumbing responded very quickly and was able to come out to both properties for service. Marco definitely goes the extra mile to explain how the fireplace works and what is needed for service. After having him service both fireplaces for a very reasonable price. I also had him check our dryer vents at our rental property. Lucky I did because the vent was very backed up with lint and could've been a serious problem. All of that was avoided because Marco alerted us and did a great job. Would not hesitate to hire him.

I have used Plein Plumbing for the last 7 years and I am very impressed with the service and quality I receive each time.  This is a family run business that prides itself on customer service.  Steve Plein has installed our water heater, installed our dishwasher, replaced our faucets, replaced our home's pressure regulator, and even came out after-hours once when we had a leaky pipe.  His rates are always competitive, and he values repeat business.  Steve and his wife Chris (who answers the phone and coordinates the schedule) are amazing.

I met with Anthony for a ac installation quote and all went well. He arrived on the later side of the appointment window however the office made sure to maintain clear communication by proving updates on eta. I also received a text message before arrival with the technicians info and eta. Anthony was very patient and assessed every concern throughly. He had an estimate ready for me to look over. A day later I had a question about the estimate and he was kind enough to call back and provide clarification. Very professional!

Bill came out right away and checked out our clogged sink/disposal. He even worked with me in dealing with out management company who was trying to charge us and claim that we had misused the disposal. His prices were way lower then the estimate our management property was trying to charge us. He was very professional and not only that he was very kind! Call him if you have any plumbing needs! I am so happy that I found them! I had been looking for a hauling service but nobody was getting back to me. Luckily, Green Earth San Diego replied within 5 minutes after I contacted them! I was able to schedule a next day appointment which was awesome! They also gave me a courtesy call letting me know when their ETA was which was great because I didn't have to wait all day long figuring out when they would get here. They got here right on time and were very friendly and fast service! They also had their masks on and practiced social distancing. I will tell all my friends and family about GREEN EARTH SAN DIEGO!! Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

Troy and Big Adrian were the two installers and technicians that installed my attic fan, replaced my old furnace motor with a new ECN motor and they also placed insulation in my attic as well.  Their service and demeanor was second to none.  They wore face masks and cleaned up very well after the completion of their work.   My wife and I are very satisfied with work they provided and we highly recommend these two young men as well Same Day to anyone that needs any assistance with their heating or AC.

I also loved the email notification reminders and constant communication. He is also able to send the test/certification report for you to the City water district and will cc you the copy with the completed report for your files.

It's wonderful to come across trustworthy, reliable, and professional workers. He was also personable and a pleasure to talk to. He even came with extra tools to help replace a simple part. Cost is also reasonable.

I have these guys clear my main drain every 2 months. Ed the technician is a legend. Is in and out in no time job always done proper.  Caesar keeping the communications in check makes the whole deal a breeze. You got any plumbing or drain issue call these guys and stop messing around!!

My call was answered right away and Steve was very professional and courteous. They were able to come out right away, diagnose the issue and fix it in the same day. He left the sink area where he had worked very clean after he fixed the problem and charged a very fair rate. Would definitely recommend working with Daniel's Plumbing & Son in San Diego.

Had Fernando with Pristine out yesterday to do a straightforward job.  I had a plastic drain pipe leaking under my kitchen sink.  I called them and within 2 hours, they arrived on time.  Fernando was very nice, competent, clean and professional.  He took a look at the sink and suggested that we reuse one part that was ok to reuse but replace the other two.  He also said he didn't have the part we'd be reusing on the truck but had the others.  The job didn't take long - maybe 30 minutes?  And he did a good job.  The only reason that I am taking off 2 stars is the price.  To do the job required about $15 - $20 worth of plastic pipe, no special tools and no difficult access.  He simply replaced the P-trap, the elbow that runs from a side sink to the main drain and tightened by hand the part that we reused.  The total was $270.  Now I know plumbers are expensive and he did give me an accurate estimate after he arrived and before he started the work.  I also know that I needed to get someone out the same day (though there was no rush charge) so I went along with it and I don't feel like I was fooled.  It just seems like a lot of money for such a quick, simple job.  I would use Pristine again but only if I couldn't find someone else in the time that I needed them and knowing that I would pay what seems to be higher than other plumbers would've charged.

When they saw what I was doing, and that I was probably going to do more damage than good, they politely told me to stop, and showed me how to do it all correctly.

When I mentioned I was planning on flushing my water heater this weekend, Bob spent 10 minutes going over the steps to make sure I knew what to do.

They also wore face masks & booties the entire time.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Thompson PHA is a very professional company from the office staff to their field technicians.  Years ago they installed our HVAC system so we knew where to call when it came time to do some additional plumbing runs for water and propane.  Our technician Thomas was a master at what he does, from his onsite expertise, congenial personality , and attention to detail.  There was no lapse in detailed communication and every aspect was explained concisely.  When the work was completed the area that got the up grades was spotless and ready to go.  Thomas is truly an asset to their competent work force.
