I had my toilet flooding my bathroom and called The Pros!! They were able to come out the same night and clear my clogged mainline. They did a camera inspection in my sewer and found roots! They were able to dig up the problem and install double sweep clean outs. I will be Robert and Carlos with the Pros plumbing for all my plumbing needs!! Thank you guys !!

This was my second time using Point Loma Electric, and I am happy to say the service was outstanding. I felt they took the time to review the problem in detail with me, and showed me the scorching that occurred in my circuit panel breaker, and eventually replaced the panel. Ramon and his associate did a through job testing and reviewing the work. Scheduling the appointment was straightforward, and there was good follow through by the front office. Highly recommend.

This is an honest plumber. Bill and Carlos are rare in being HONEST, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, THOROUGH, and STRAIGHT SHOOTERS.  They showed up on time, they evaluated the problem and gave me options, and then they came through big time when it counted. Super professional and did a great job. Easy to schedule and showed up with proper equipment. They did a through job of cleaning my windows and screens which needed it after a period of being under construction. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

Got referred to Same Day from Home Depot, and liked their professionalism during the quoting process, so proceeded to go with them for an AC install. Install process was pretty smooth and huge shout out to Greg and Bruce for the install job (primarily the reason I am not giving even less stars). It took a day longer for the install, but totally understandable as unforseen things can happen. Everything after the install was a nightmare. I was left with 4-5 large holes in my drywall and a metal cover over on the outside of the house that needed to be patched/painted. They reassured me that they partner with another company to do this. It took weeks to get this said company to set an appointment time. One evening they called me at 5pm to ask when is the latest they could come to do the job which takes 2-3 hours, a bit absurd. After many attempts to try to schedule a time (what a normal business would do), they called me out of the blue to say they will be there in an hour. I was on a plane, and had to get my partner to coordinate going home to meet them so they can FINALLY do the job. Let's say we were less than impressed - from having to ask to take their shoes off, to leaving their equipment at the house, to having to come back to re-do certain spots - it was a nightmare that continued for over 3 weeks. At some point they just came with 30mins notice to do the outside painting portion and entered our yard without us being home... since it is totally not reasonable to think we can be home in 30mins notice. I expected for a company like Same Day to partner with better companies for this part of job and it ruined my whole experience.

Recently (Yesterday afternoon) replaced a backflow preventer for a residential property.
Contacted TS Backflow, and was given an immediate response by Tim. He was super friendly and got me on the schedule for This morning for 10 am.
10:08 am this morning I received a phone call confirmation that the test had been completed and passed.

Overall if I could give more than 5* I would. Tim I thank you again.

Have used Pip a few times in the past several years, but I was really disappointed that he cancelled last second after setting an appointment day on an emergency repair. I lost several days waiting on a repair that could have gone to another plumber. The best he could offer was Its not something I have time to mess with. Sorry. I guess his repeat customers aren't important.

My washing machine backed up into my kitchen sink and overflowed all over my kitchen. Shawn was there within 30 minutes and cleared my drains, saving my Sunday!  He was prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. Your tireless efforts on our home remodel will allow many years of worry-free plumbing.  From brand new copper piping and drains, to optimal rerouting of lines throughout new beams and other structural changes, it was great fun to walk on the site each day, see your trucks, and know changes were actually taking place!

I really appreciated the time you took to explain in layman's terms, what was happening every step of the way.  Doing so made me feel included!

I had a leak which created a small flood and called Daniels's Plumbing. They were out very quickly (the same morning) and fixed the problem immediately. I have used them for multiple other services in the past and have found that this is the ONLY reliable/quick plumber I have ever come across. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Had pipe leak in house wall at 10pm. Called and left message for appt.  got a call back in 15 min. They were at my house at 8am next day and repaired it and several other minor plumbing related issues.  This is the best plumbing company in OC. Highly recommend. Professional, responsive and knowledgable.

Robert and company has always been fast, reliable, fair & always delivered.  Recently after project I asked if he can install an outdoor shower for my girls and surfboards.  It wasn't something he done before but he agreed and delivered again!  He even offered to install my wife's towel rack.  Some day I may splurge and connect to hot water heater but for now I no longer have sand in house & showers after day at South Ponto :)

Woke to leaky pipe to toilet in bathroom.  Worse yet, my husband tried to fix it!.  I was lucky that Roby was between jobs and came within the hour.  Quick, neat, friendly and guaranteed work.  Will definitely call again.

After purchasing our first house we noticed some plumbing issues that needed to be addressed.  A friend referred RJB Plumbing to us.  After an estimate request Robert was able to respond within 20 minutes and was able to provide an appointment time that worked with our schedule.  Robert was able to fix the issues and provided answers to our questions in a professional yet simple way for us to understand.

My furnace was not working and i called 5 days before christmas figuring I would have to wait.  He came out the next day to diagnose the problem and said he would order what I needed and be back the next day after his scheduled work beause he didn't
want be to go any longer without heat.  He came the next day and worked until 9:30 pm installing my new furnace then came back the next day after work and finished the
details and the cleanup.  I cannot say enough about the work ethic and the great job.
I would recommend them to anyone needing their survices.
