Laidlaw is a local Borrego Springs Plumber.  They installed two faucet sets for us.  One we bought from another source had an issue.  Don Laidlaw took the faucet for repair and reinstalled it in perfect working order. Excellent follow up and service.

Chris and his associate arrived on time, very efficient, fixed the plumbing issue, provided me suggestions and recommendations of services that should be taken care of at another time. Both plumbers are professional yet personable. I will be using them for future plumbing issues.

I had a leaking water heater and received a recommendation from a friend to have Pipe Bros come out to take a look. This was after I had another plumber come out and tell me that it would cost $1600 to replace my water heater because they had to bring it to code (mind you I live in a unit that was built in 2007) and it was an upstairs unit. Pipe Bros told me the leak was from the drain valve and the tank didn't need to replaced, though they did give me the option if I decided to replace it. They replaced the valve for a very reasonable price and the leak is gone. This was several months ago and still no leak. I appreciated their honesty and quick service.

If there were 10 stars I'd give them! I moved into a home that needed all new everything plumbing! Travis worked for a time period of about 3 weeks. He had everything scheduled out, showed up when he said and charged me exactly what he quoted. He worked around other contractors and became my eyes and ears when I was at work.  His advice and direction was priceless.  He made suggestions that saved me thousands of dollars and had nothing to do with plumbing. I have been in my home now for two years and first met Travis at my previous home.  I called him on a holiday weekend because my water heater wasn't producing hot water.  No  other plumber was available and the ones that were wanted to charge me a higher rate due to the holiday.  Travis fixed my water heater and he was super nice and professional.  I not only found my plumber for life that day but I also met a new friend and btw I am the CEO of a large real estate company and I don't hesitate to refer him to all of my agents when one of their clients need a great plumber.

When you come home and see water running out your garage you want to know who to call. I immediately called Cal and within 45 minutes he was there ready to do whatever it took to help out. The next day a new water heater was installed with a new set up, drain pan and water line to avoid any future problems. I am recommending him to a client right now because he is responsive and professional.

Mike, Elizabeth and the team are a pleasure to work with. They are professional, patient, very courteous, and thorough. I needed an expert to diagnose a leak. They scheduled someone the next day. The service technician was not only super nice and knowledgeable, he consulted with his boss to confirm his suspicions. It's nice to know this company collaborates with one another. Their follow through is second to none! I can highly recommend working with this plumbing company!!

Porfiro is attentive, professional and fair. He helped me out at my dog grooming business (lots of hair in the drains!)....He is honest and dependable - can you ask for anything more? I would recommend him highly.

We had a couple of jobs - replacing some outside faucets that were leaking, installing our new gas cooktop, and a leaking gasket around the above-counter bowl-style style in our downstairs bathroom (by the way, don't ever buy one of those). I put out one of those quote requests to multiple plumbers in our area, and Jared was one of the first to reply and the only one who provided an actual numerical estimate, which is what I requested. All of the other responders required an in-home consultation before they would give a price - who has time for that for a small list of jobs. I also thought the price sounded about right.

He responded on a Sunday and was able to come the next day. He gave us notice via text before arriving, showed up on time, and got to work. There was a problem with the gas cooktop fit in our counter top, which obviously wasn't his fault - he was still able to install it, but we'll have to retrofit the drawer underneath to accommodate the position of the gas regulator hardware. He had some suggestions on how to do so. All of the other work looks good so far - the faucets and sink no longer leak and the cooktop works.

Overall, Jared was responsive, efficient, professional, and priced reasonably. I'll definitely give him a call for our next plumbing issue.

I checked out several contractors that specialize in hydro jetting, after manual snaking  and garden-hose blasting my rain drains didn't work. Most of my efforts resulted in a muddy mess and further blockage of the drain. Xtreme Drainworks was the best value I found on Yelp. The owner was very responsive and his crew showed up within a few hours of my call. Paul, one of the crew members, did a great job cleaning the rain pipes and providing pragmatic recommendations for future.maintenance. I plan to use Xtreme Drainworks again and likely for an annual maintenance of the drain pipes.

I've been a customer of Just Plumbing for about 10 years now. They have done bathroom & kitchen remodels as well as drain clogs for various properties me & my family have.   Definately an honest company with fair prices.  They are my go to plumbing guys for sure!! I highly recommend them!!!

Jay from Pipeline came out today to check out the leak I had from the faucet in my tub.  He arrived promptly.  It took him very little time to assess the situation and give me an estimate which I thought was very fair.  I told him to please go ahead and do what needed to be done.  He did the job and was done in a very short amount of time.  Everything looked great and all is working perfectly now.  Jay even checked out a few other things for me, checked the water pressure coming into my condo and tightened some fittings on there that had been leaking.  I couldn't be more pleased with his work and would definitely recommend Pipeline!

We have a 58 year old house and over the years have been experiencing slow draining and back-ups in the two bathrooms (toilets, tub, shower and sinks). This time the back-up was really bad. Water would not go down. Contacted my plumber but found out he had moved out of the area. Called a couple of companies my son worked with but they were too busy to come out. I got on Yelp and did my research and contacted AR-Chula Vista Plumbing and Drain Service. Fernando (the owner) answered my call right away and was out to the house that afternoon. He did a thorough evaluation of the situation. He was very meticulous on tracing the sewer lines and utilizing the camera to look inside the pipes. Turned out we needed all the sewer pipes replaced from the bathrooms to the street. A huge job we obviously were not expecting. Fernando was very professional and explained in detail what was going to happen during the repairs. He is very personable and easy to communicate with and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire job. He has the best crew! They prepped both the inside and outside of the house which was a challenge at times because there was a major rain storm that hit for about 3 days. They put up pop-up tents and tarps and ensured things were cleaned up every day. I have found my plumbing company and highly recommend that you contact them for all your plumbing needs.

I requested a quote to get my slower draining shower looked at and was given a $40 special. This was a very affordable price compared to all other quotes I got. Juan and his team responded very quickly and came to my house the same day and the job was done in less than 30 minutes. They were very professional and used shoe booties entering my house. I will be using them again as my go to plumbers. Thank you!

I wanted to replace my old and noisy 16-year-old Power Vent Water Heater in my second-floor condominium. I once called a company and said that I needed my Power Vent Water Heater replaced.  They sent a plumber who wasn't told that I needed a Power Vent Water Heater. The plumber then complained he did not have one, that there would be an extra charge for having two plumbers, and strangely stated I am not going to charge you for this call. After that I reached out to other companies and their attitudes were truly discouraging. But when I called Original Plumbing, the owner Joseph Martinez was very courteous and helpful. Because I was busy the rest of the day, I met Joseph the next morning and he explained the project and the costs involved. That same day he brought the very hard-to-find Power Vent Water Heater and replaced my old one in just over two hours. The space that houses the water heater is so tight that another plumber may charge more labor hours for removing it from and replacing it in the very tight closet space.  He also gave me his five-year parts and labor complete warranty, whereas the six-year manufacturer's warranty only covers the first year of labor.
I highly recommend Original Plumbing because Joseph Martinez gives prompt service, a complete evaluation of the work involved, and respect for the owner's property.  I believe the cost of the work is reasonable, most likely because it is a family-owned business.

Had and emergency nightmare happen the other night. Clogged main line with every toilet and shower over flowing. came out in less than 30 mins and had the issue fixed right away.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

Plamen and Chrystal installed/replaced our old (very old and leaking) water heater. They are AWESOME: cheapest (among 5 quotes) and fastest and the best/most services: North County Water Heater Services, they responded fast and sent straightforward a price after knowing what we need (no visit/check etc requests), picked up our new water heater from HD, delivered, installed with all NEW materials and pipes, done in 3 hours.... arrived on time and hauled all the junks and the old water tank, cleaned up after!! Wow... The owner and his coworker are Plamen and Chrystal. Very cool people.
