I contacted pipe Bros after I noticed our water heater was leaking in the garage. Titus came out and diagnosed the problem. Our water heater was under warranty so they ordered the parts needed and had them sent to my house. They came back once the parts arrived and installed them.

Titus was very friendly and I would definitely use this company again if I had a plumbing problem.

My landlord uses Travis for any plumbing repairs in our building. He is easy to schedule with, always on time, very friendly, and works efficiently. Highly recommend him!

Cal is that person , he always answers my calls right away ( which is rare in the Plumming buiss), and has the time to talk to u like a normal person . Doesn't do the oversell and my clients always thank me when I recommend him

Mike does excellent work.  He is prompt, thoughtful, and knowledgeable.  We thought we had a water main leak entering our house, he determined that it was actually leakage from an SDG&E conduit that ran in the same area.  What a nightmare situation for a plumber - electricity and water!  Thanks to Mike's investigation we were able to get SDG&E to fix the situation the same day.  He even called us the next morning to get an update.  He has worked on our home multiple times and we highly recommend him!

Chose him because of the other reviews. Which were spot-on, he knows what he's doing. Fixed one problem and took a look at another w/o extra charge. Will be calling again when I'm ready to deal with that.

On Christmas Eve I could hear a weird hissing noise in my laundry room. I called Jared and he was able to come out right away was able to determine a leak in one of my hot water pipes under the laundry room floor. He took care of everything for us promptly the day after Christmas, cutting the floor, fixing the pipe, replacing our water heater and making sure to recommend best courses of action. I've worked with him many times on multiple different jobs for me and he is always courteous,  replies promptly, is on time and does a great job.

What a great company!  I'm a landlady.  I got a call late on a Saturday evening, that the toilet and tub were backing up with sewage, which means there was a clog in the main line.  Turns out we had roots in the pipes.   They came out, fixed the drain and noticed the toilet seal was leaking.  They took care of that, as well and charged a VERY fair price!   Thanks, Xtreme!  You rock!

I called Just Plumbing last Tuesday and asked if they could come to my condo to provide an estimate to fix my leaking shower. The receptionist was nice and said that Tim (I think that was the name) could come out and provide an estimate and scheduled a window of 9am-11am last Thursday. I stayed home from work that morning to meet with the plumber and discuss the issue and estimate.

At 10:30 I had not heard from them, so I called and left a message because I wanted to make sure the plumber was not having any issues getting into my building. I received a call back immediately. The gentleman sounded confused and said he was just returning my call. I told him I called because I wanted to make sure that he knew how to get into my building for my appt this morning. He asked (again sounding very confused) what the issue I was having entailed. I told him my shower is leaking and I need an estimate to fix it. He tells me he cannot come out to my condo just to provide an estimate - that is a waste of his time. I tell him that's very interesting because I called and made this appointment window, which has now lapsed, for that very reason and have now been home from work for 2 hours awaiting his arrival. Apparently it's okay to waste my time? I told him I specifically asked the receptionist for an estimate appointment. He told me she's not a plumber and can't really give me that info. Your receptionist can't schedule appointments? Then why did she? She surely didn't give me any other info outside of a time slot which apparently vanished into thin air after we got off of the phone.

Anyways, I understand miscommunications happen, but any point during this call some sort of apology for the confusion would have been nice.

So, we chat on and he says that he charges $85 an hour and it will probably only take an hour to fix it so he can just come and fix it. I tell him that's fine, but I still need to identify what parts are needed so that we can estimate those for my landlord and that we may be able to order them under the manufacturer's warranty. He says I probably just need a new shower valve so if I send me photos of the shower he can try to see what parts I need and how much they will cost. I immediately text him images, per his request, but do not get any confirmation back that he's received. I follow up with another text to confirm receipt and he says that he is trying to get a price on parts right now. I tell him I have some additional bath specs from my building manager that might be helpful and that I can email those to him. He sends me his email address and asks is it kohler. I tell him, no, but that I have emailed him the specs, including the manufacturer.  

I have not heard anything back since. So, thanks Just Plumbing, for wasting my time and scarring my faith in customer service.

PPDS is awesome! They actually do answer their phones! They came out at a convenient time and showed up when they said they would. Fixed our clogged kitchen sink in no time. They are professional and courteous. Easy online payment at a great rate. Thank you Eric and team, we'll be calling you for all our plumbing needs!

Had a gas line leak and these guys were the only ones, of the three places I called, to be able to actually show up the same day, give me a reasonable price and start the repairs the same day. Even though it was a two day repair process, I was able to use my gas stove that same evening that I called. So I really appreciated that. The workers were all super friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again.

I called and they answered!  James Isales was are service tech, he took less the a minute to find the problem and gave us a cost effective options.  Highly recommend, and we found our new plumbing services for future needs.

Joe was able to get this done.  There was a little issue but he was able to solve it.  He explained at each step.

UPDATE: The Halo5 tank installed is dented and scratched. And, unfortunately, the contractor has become unresponsive to warranty requests because one of their workers burned a hole in a tub surround and chipped a tub in our home. We are attempting to find a replacement but they have stated they will hold off on addressing any issues (i.e., hot and cold water valves loose in the wall, shower valve replacements that are not anchored to the inside of the wall so they float between the two showers, vent on roof is loose and we have to keep straightening it out and trying to secure it from falling off the roof, broken roof tiles and the painting of the roof tiles in the front of our house a pinkish/tan color when our roof tiles are brown) until we locate and settle the replacement tub surround issue. In addition, the drywall and texture repair that they supply is of poor quality. We have flat areas, areas that are not 'knocked down, noticeable box areas on our walls now and the texture, generally, does not match our existing texture.  We attempted to meet with the owner to address our issues but were told that he was too busy to meet with us.

It certainly doesn't appear that they are going to honor Our promise to you: ...- All work Guaranteed - Quality Customer Service - ... as stated on their website.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:  The scope of work performed was a whole house repipe, replace a tankless water heater and installation of a Halo5 system. The workers were always on time, professional, friendly, and courteous.

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

I've used Proactive Plumbing on several occasions. Mike and his team are awesome. They have handled difficult drain problems in my 1976 era house with complete success. On the most recent visit by Mike and Colin they made quick work of a clogged bathroom sink drain. When I asked about replacing an old, old, old toilet (it was old!), they agreed to do the job right then. You can't ask for better service than that. I now have a free flowing sink drain and a brand new toilet. Mike and Colin were professional, fast, precise, and simply a pleasure to work with. Proactive Plumbing will always have my business. Excellent service. I found out my water heater was leaking on Sunday evening. I called at 7:00 am on Monday morning and Plamen arrived at 8:15 am to give me a quote and returned at 10:00 am to install the new water heater. He and his partner were done by 10:50 am which was great because I left for vacation at 11:00 am for the week. It was exactly what I needed. He was professional and did great work. I would highly recommend him and his company.
