I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

I had a broken faucet that was leaking and the whole thing had to be replaced. Working with Chris was Pleasant and easy because of efficient communication and working with my schedule. He understood what needed to be done and had great suggestions about product choices available for my vintage homes needs. Plumber came out to fix a job another company did not finish properly. It was a simple adjustment. Plumber was friendly and competent. Office staff was friendly and efficient in communicating and making the appointment. I would try this company again if I have a future plumbing issue.

Travis is awesome!  Put him on your speed dial for all your plumbing needs.  I requested a quote through yelp and had a response within 5 minutes.  He worked around my schedule and was prompt and on time (and it wasn't a 4 hour window).  Additionally, I didn't even have a big job to do (kitchen faucet replacement).  Despite being a small job, he was quick, responsive, and treated me like a big paying client.  I can't say enough about Travis and Prescription Plumbing.  Honest. Fair. Quality work!  Highly recommend.

I used Cal's plumbing to replace my toilet, he did an awesome job. Cal was very responsive in returning my calls and keeping me informed throughout the process. He was very respectful of our house and kept everything clean. He's also a really nice person. Highly recommend him.

PLUMBER SAVES DOG!! Not only did Danny show up on time and do an awesome job fixing my toilets, he rescued my naughty little pup that decided to jump the back wall that backs up to the canyon. Danny jumped over the wall and into the canyon to find him and Buddy thankfully came right to him. What fantastic service! I can't thank you enough!!  Would definitely use again.

I was referred by a friend at work. I had a hose break under the sink. At the time I thought it was a pipe or something worse. I called and they came right over and fixed it. I was so happy with the gentleman that helped me. I will refer my friends to diet plumbing.

Called to ask for someone to come help with a clogged drain. Their website says they service East County. Was told they don't usually work in Alpine. Business must be good if they're able to turn down work because 20 miles is too far.

In San Diego. Excellent work. Recommended. 3 visits: first was to assess the problem,, 2nd to remove all plumbing fixtures under the kitchen sink including the disposal, and 3rd to reinstall the plumbing including a new disposal unit after the kitchen sink had been refinished. Plumbing cost was reasonable and was charged for just the 2 visits. Appointments were on time within the window provided.  Tim did an excellent job of plumbing and provided a lot of good information about plumbing and repair work in general.  Also recommended a good sink refinishing company who also did a good job. I was pleased with the work and would recommend Tim and his company to others. I expect  to be in touch with him again if new future problems occur.

Fantastic service all around.  Fast response at office from Selina (sp?) and from the technician, Jon.   Called in the afternoon on behalf of my tenant, who reported two slow flowing toilets and a dishwasher that didn't drain fully.   Was quoted a price range for the job and given an appointment the next morning 8 to 10 am.   Excellent service with plenty of communication by text and email.  Quick problem resolution with a very fair price at the low end of the range.  Would highly recommend and will use again if necessary.  Thank you Jon!

You don't ever want to hire this Plumbing and Drain Service!  Minor repair in the bathtub faucet, which just needed to change the valve stem and handle.  The faucet had been leaking.  They came out the next day and when I showed Eduardo what was wrong, I asked how much and he  called his boss to find out the price.  I nearly feel off my feet when he said it would be $375!!

They never want to give a quote on the phone or ahead of time, they claim they must see it and then they quote you.  But to change a valve stem that only costs about $20 at Home Depot, doesn't mean that you have to pay a fortune to get the labor part of it done.  I told Eduardo that he can tell his boss that I won't need their services at that ridiculous price!

Great experience working with Chad and James. Professional and friendly gentlemen, who know what they are doing. I needed to disconnect the heaviest ceramic sink in the universe and they got it done in no time. Not to mention they agreed to work on a Saturday morning. Definitely recommend if you looking for a quality work of a licensed professional plumber. Thank you for being so amazing!

The best to be expected. They were prompt, smart and knew exactly what my project needed with their knowledge. Plus they were very fair with the pricing.

We had a great experience with getting our late night emergency handled by Guardian Plumbers and in particular Derek Bicoy was very professional and did a great job.

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Went with these guys over a competitor due to the great reviews they have online. I'm glad I did! Carl showed up to the job 5 minutes early, he ran multiple tests to find the leak. Carls left to get the parts needs to do the repair, and sat there and made sure their was no signs of leakage after the repair was complete. These guys are punctual, thorough, and great to deal with. High recommended!

I could not be more please with a company. They responded quickly and professionally. I had a new water heater within hours of my call. Exceptional customer service.
