Chris is the kindest, most sincere contractor of any type I've ever worked with. Chase, his right hand man, is so kind and thorough, and I am so grateful I found them. Margaux, Chris's wife, helped with fixtures, and even came to our home to see for herself what we might need. They are an amazing team, and they are the first company I have ever felt compelled to write a review for, and look forward to working with them throughout my whole house renovation. I had a leaking water heater and received a recommendation from a friend to have Pipe Bros come out to take a look. This was after I had another plumber come out and tell me that it would cost $1600 to replace my water heater because they had to bring it to code (mind you I live in a unit that was built in 2007) and it was an upstairs unit. Pipe Bros told me the leak was from the drain valve and the tank didn't need to replaced, though they did give me the option if I decided to replace it. They replaced the valve for a very reasonable price and the leak is gone. This was several months ago and still no leak. I appreciated their honesty and quick service.

Time to replace 4 bathroom faucets.
Wanted to replace all eight 30 year old
angle stops and replace all four P-traps. Had purchased 4 new Delta faucets and began to get bids.

Most companies want to come out and charge you a fee to give you a bid. Although they will deduct that from the  bill IF you use them for the repair that is an expensive way to get bids.

I did have a bid from a firm I trust and had used before and although not outrageous it seemed high.

they had been highly recommended by a friend and had done a small job previously. I called told them on the phone exactly what I needed they gave me a fixed price. They sent an email with the detailed bid and we booked the job two days later.  Jonny South arrived on time, completed the entire job in about 4 hours.  Looks fantastic, no leaks and I saved enough to pay for 3 of the 4 new faucets with the difference from the other bid I had.

They will be my go to plumbers from now on, highly recommend them!

Nothing to complain about !!!! He's just amazing, fast and focus on his job (he was here 30min after I called him, job was done in 10 min it was an in&out for $50 while I was just estimated by an other company an hour before for $216). No one can beat his price !!!

I have worked with Jared on a few projects now. He has been very easy to work with, very responsive when trying to communicate, and he is always on time and gets the job done in the time frame he tells you. He replaced a electric tank water heater at a rental property and replaced our gas tank water heater with a tankless gas. So, he has shown that his versatility and that he can handle any job. His quote for the work also came in quite a bit lower than some of the other companies I looked into. Thanks Jared!!!

I have been a customer of Just plumbing for over 11 years. They installed all my kitchen appliances, including the kitchen sink. At my restaurant they replaced all the plumbing underneath the 1850's building. Installed  a grease trap. I call them for all my drain clearing needs.
Yesterday they came to the restaurant and replaced the faucet and sprayer. I had purchased all the items I thought I needed. Tim was able to save me a $100.00 by replacing some of the worn parts. They will help you to save money whenever possible.  I never worry about sticker shock when I get an invoice. Don't tell them, but it is usually less than I expect.

I had these guys in my house and they tried to sell me a very expensive reroute when it turned out all I needed was a couple hundred dollar repair.

The hole in the leaking pipe was in plain sight which they covered with tape, so they are either shady AF or have no clue what they're doing... either way I wouldn't even let these guys in my house let alone hire them.

When I still thought I needed the reroute they were trying to hustle... they gave me a price the day they found it, then jacked up that price significantly the next day when they sent one of their brothers out.

Whenever anyone on Facebook asks for recommendations for a plumber, the owner and his brothers and all their relatives say Pipeline is the best!, what a joke!  STAY AWAY!

I contacted the business for a quote.  I was informed that it was free for the tech to come out assess the situation (leaking toilet) and turn off the water valve (it seemed to not fully turn off) then a quote would be provided for what needed to be fixed. The tech came out turned the valve off then provided a quote on what was needed to fix a leaking toilet. He went on to try and charge $100 for turning off the valve. I informed him of what I was told before he came out. He called back to the main office to confirm and ended up saying we didn't need to pay anything. I did end up still tipping him $50 for his services. Later that day I received a text message asking for a review.  Then another that I am sure was sent to me on accident saying I was a bad customer with bad habits. That was completely untrue.  We were more than friendly and accommodating. He also was servicing a guest bathroom that is never really used and cleaned frequently.

WOW!!! I AM INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED with the level of knowledge our technician James had!! Not only did he teach me the ins-and-outs of my kitchen sink and clear out drain (which I never knew existed), but he was also able to give recommendations on how to maintain the sink to avoid future clogs. Something I felt was genuinely respectable was that James also educated me on the rights of a renter (me) versus a homeowner/landlord as to who would be responsible for the financial costs of the kitchen sink maintenance, so I sincerely appreciate his honesty and shared knowledge. The whole experience working with Done Right Drain & Plumbing from the quick response on Yelp, the friendly staff over the phone, to James' expertise was AMAZING!! 10/10 would recommend choosing them for all your drain and plumbing needs!

We had a pinhole leak in the wall of our restaurant. They arrived quickly and repaired the issue quickly. We are super appreciative for their help and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with getting our late night emergency handled by Guardian Plumbers and in particular Derek Bicoy was very professional and did a great job.

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Thankfully we haven't needed many plumbing services, but Proactive has been a trusted business that we can call when we do!

We had no hot water and after calling a number of different companies (who couldn't see us for days) I heard back from Plamen.  Plamen very quick to respond to my voicemail, he called within 15 minutes and was able to work around my school pick up schedule and his quote was on point. He had an appointment scheduled a little later that afternoon but was able to fit me about 2 hours after speaking with him (he even waited in my driveway until I got home from school pick up). He was able to diagnose and fix our issue with the water heater within 15 minutes. Plamen was honest, reliable, super easy to work with, reasonable and offered up good advice. We will definitely use him again!
