I'm so thankful for Prescription Plumbing! We had low water pressure coming from our shower head in our master bathroom. A different plumber had come to our home and said that our valve needed to be replaced at a cost of around $500. That price seemed high to me, so I wanted to get a second opinion. I reached out to Prescription Plumbing on Yelp to get a quote, and they responded within an hour! They asked me if I had tried replacing the shower head. I had not tried that, so the next day I tried replacing the shower head. It was very easy, and it worked! The water pressure is perfect now! Prescription Plumbing ended up saving me $500 in plumbing expenses. They are friendly, responsive, and most importantly knowledgeable and honest. I will be using them for any plumbing issues in the future!

If I could give Boston Dave and Plumb365 10 stars, I would.  Not only is he a great plumber, I also feel like we can trust him without reservation.  Before we met Dave, several years ago, I had a not-so-good experience with another plumber.  Since then, we connected with Dave through our realtor's network.  We are SO GLAD we did!!!  Our most recent awesome experience with him was this past Friday.  All of our drains were backed up.  We called Dave and he was at our house within an hour.  He determined that a pipe that went from our house to the street was blocked.  He accessed the pipe and unblocked it in less than an hour.  What a relief!!  We spoke with him at length and he shared his team's commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.  I have full confidence that's what they deliver.  He sure delivered for us.  Dave is passionate about his work and is an absolute delight to work with.  So refreshing. We will use Plumb365 again and again.  We highly recommend Dave and his team!!!

Jared is a cut above the rest. I needed a quote for a new water heater and other places just wanted to do rough quotes over the phone. Jared took the time to come out and inspect our old equipment and provide an actual written quote. Not only that, but he came in the lowest. His work was excellent! Called this company today and Brian was at my house within 30 minutes. It was a hard to detect/give an estimate price issue over the phone (my son flushed a toy car down the toilet) but he gave me very affordable pricing over the phone for the various scenarios. I was VERY impressed with his professionalism, quick call back, and speed of solving the problem.

Once you use Just Plumbing you will never worry about plumbing problems again. They do great work at a reasonable price and are very responsive to emergencies. Over the years they have fixed or replaced my toilets, garbage disposal, water regulator, leaky faucet and pipes, water heater, clogged drains, etc. They get the job done fast and right the first time. Dont do it!  if your repair requires calling a Supervisor.......Don't do it!  My repair required removing what I was told extensive root invasion under my toilet. The supervisor which included two people in addition to the original technician, implied the work would be extensive possibly requiring multiple days to repair. After agreeing to the proposal of $4600, which included a $1000 discount, the technician left for about an hour to get equipment and completed the job after he returned in  three  hours!

In short ARS. charged us $4600 for a total of 6 hours from the technician and 2 hours from a Supervisor. They also cover their rear ends by verifying with someone over the phone that you are in fact authorizing the charge....that you have someone else with your during this approval and reiterate, in writing, the work to be done.

WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THE MAIN OFFICE STATED THE WORK WAS NOT PROPOSED ON THE AMOUNT  OF TIME THE JOB REQUIRED. WHEN I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR TO RETURN MY CALL......I HEARD NOTHING.

ARS is a scam and takes advantage!

I had been dealing with a clogged toilet for weeks or so I thought it was just a clogging issue. I called Done Right drains and plumbing and I was connected with Juan who was able to come out to my house that same day. Juan and James came and checked out my situation, what I loved was how thorough they were and how they explained what was wrong but also why and what I could do to prevent it from happening again. What was awesome was that they went above and beyond to make sure things around my house were in tip top shape, they fixed issues and didn't charge extra, they truly care about their clients and their experience with them. Their customer service is top notch and they make you feel comfortable with the process. Juan, James, Chad and Sylvia are amazing people to work with! They know their stuff and it shows in their work, TRUST ME you will not be disappointed that you went with them. Thanks Juan and James for the awesome experience!

I wanted to replace my old and noisy 16-year-old Power Vent Water Heater in my second-floor condominium. I once called a company and said that I needed my Power Vent Water Heater replaced.  They sent a plumber who wasn't told that I needed a Power Vent Water Heater. The plumber then complained he did not have one, that there would be an extra charge for having two plumbers, and strangely stated I am not going to charge you for this call. After that I reached out to other companies and their attitudes were truly discouraging. But when I called Original Plumbing, the owner Joseph Martinez was very courteous and helpful. Because I was busy the rest of the day, I met Joseph the next morning and he explained the project and the costs involved. That same day he brought the very hard-to-find Power Vent Water Heater and replaced my old one in just over two hours. The space that houses the water heater is so tight that another plumber may charge more labor hours for removing it from and replacing it in the very tight closet space.  He also gave me his five-year parts and labor complete warranty, whereas the six-year manufacturer's warranty only covers the first year of labor.
I highly recommend Original Plumbing because Joseph Martinez gives prompt service, a complete evaluation of the work involved, and respect for the owner's property.  I believe the cost of the work is reasonable, most likely because it is a family-owned business.

Guardian Plumbing was an excellent choice for my plumbing needs. From my first telephone call seeking service to the end result and follow-up, it was a pleasurable experience. The polite and helpful response to my initial phone call, the expediency of my appointment, and the work completion all allow me to rate Guardian a strong 5 stars.   Very positive experience. Will definitely call Guardian Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.
