I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

I have used San Diego's Finest Plumbing twice now.  Both times I was completely satisfied. I would recommend them to everyone!

Titus did an exceptional job finding a hard to track leak in my home. The work was fast, reasonably priced, and most importantly, the leak is gone. He was also right on time, which is always appreciated when booking services. Will definitely call Pipe Bros first for plumbing needs.

Travis recently did all of our plumbing for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. This included faucet, garbage disposal, and water filtration install and he also rerouted our natural gas line to accommodate the new location of our oven. Travis did an exceptional job with all our plumbing and he is a very nice, professional person to have around working on your house. His price was fair and he showed up on time and worked very efficiently. Thanks Travis!

Dave came within minutes of calling on a Tuesday night and was AMAZING! great work and even more amazing personality. would recommend EVERY time!! our sink was leaking and it turned out it was an even crazier job than we thought. he fixed it quickly and the rates were so reasonable! Porfirio wa súper profesional, he was on time and when we call him Friday around 7:30 pm he answered the phone right away.  He is super reasonable and friendly. I highly recommend!!!!! And really reasonable prices! Thank you Diaz pluming!

On Christmas Eve I could hear a weird hissing noise in my laundry room. I called Jared and he was able to come out right away was able to determine a leak in one of my hot water pipes under the laundry room floor. He took care of everything for us promptly the day after Christmas, cutting the floor, fixing the pipe, replacing our water heater and making sure to recommend best courses of action. I've worked with him many times on multiple different jobs for me and he is always courteous,  replies promptly, is on time and does a great job.

These guys are awesome. They only do clogged drains. They were responsive, on time and quick. Fixed my kitchen sink in no time and at a low cost. Highly recommend.

We had a hot water pipe break in the concrete slab of our kitchen; leaking into my garage. Tim and crew at Just Plumbing did a fantastic job. They were honest. Treated us kindly and fairly. Went over all of the issues with us, discussed the pros and cons of each solution. We felt very involved in the process. Very happy with their service. Will absolutely use them again.

p.s. The other company (1.4 stars on yelp) was rude, didn't give us any options and wanted to charge triple the price as well as take twice as long to complete the job. Doesn't surprise me that Just Plumbing has 4.5 stars and the other company (that shall not be named) only has 1.4 stars. Hmm...wonder why?

We were pressed for time to scope a drain pipe and were lucky enough to find PPDS.  

PPDS personelle were friendly and knowledgeable.  PPDS talked us through the process as they scoped our pipe and were sure to explain everything so that we understood it.  

PPDS pointed out a few things which could be improved (no pressure) and even provided a quote if we wanted to use them in the future.

Juan from Done Right is incredible and these guys are lucky to have him on their team. If they ever let him go, I hope he keeps my number because he would be my go-to plumber from here on out. The guy reminds me of my uncle, who is just such an honest, reliable, knowledgeable guy that everyone trusts do do a job right (did I mention HONEST)?
Juan was on time, friendly, and spent at least an hour and a half underneath my dirty, muddy ass crawlspace checking for leaks and piping issues that had led to major flooding and moisture issues under my house for god only knows how many months/ years. I had the plumbing issues fixed already a few months ago, so he was checking to be sure the moisture wasn't from some other plumbing issue. He found no leaks, took tons of pics for me, and walked me through it all. He even referred me and made the call to Floodbusters for me to have the moisture issue remedied, and hopefully covered by insurance. He has great connections and relationships, which is also helpful. Unfortunately for Done Right, I had no business to give them this round, but you better bet your booty that I'm giving them my future business and sending you fine people to them while they have Juan on board.
The receptionist/scheduler/dispatcher (a female) was also great, she was polite, personable, and communicative thoughout the process.

We had a pinhole leak in the wall of our restaurant. They arrived quickly and repaired the issue quickly. We are super appreciative for their help and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

On July 18 I called Guardian bc the old cast iron kitchen pipe system was leaking. I was told by the receptionist that the plumbers would be there between 8-12 Jul 19. I got a call abt 7:45A saying they would be there abt 8:15. And guess what? They were on my porch at 8:15! George (and his trusty sidekick. Angelo) came in, eval'd my situation and gave me a short time quote and a long time cost. I chose the latter and they went to work. They were professional and ķnowledgeable. I was and am still impressed with the finished product. They worked like Batman and Robin. The only thing missing was the 'bat' emblem on their chests! If I spring a leak (well, my house) I will definitely call Guardian back.

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Friday night walked in to a soaked garage and leaking water heater.  Talked to Mike at 7 AM Saturday.  He was at the house by 7:45 AM and new water heater in by 11:30 AM.  Mike even handled the warranty issue with the old heater saving us $500.  Great job Mike and thanks for all the help!

I am so glad I chose Plamen at North County Water Services to install my new water heater. He was on time, efficient, and completed the job in 1.5 hours.
He showed up in a mask due to covid 19 and was very reasonable.
If you ever need water heater installation or repair choose North County Water Services because he came out immediately and mine wasn't even an emergency and is very knowledgeable.
