I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

I have used San Diego's Finest Plumbing twice now.  Both times I was completely satisfied. I would recommend them to everyone!

I had one of those stressful days where I discovered flooding in my basement the day before I was about to travel out of town for a couple of days.  I called Pipe Bros for an emergency same day appointment and explained the situation; they were very kind about the situation and set up an appointment later that afternoon.  Christian came out within the two-hour appointment window and promptly figured out the issue with the flooding.  He was very professional and nice as well; he was explaining everything as he went along.  Christian also was super honest about the issue and didn't try to offer services that I didn't need, which I really appreciated.  Seriously, this a great company and I highly recommend them if you have a plumbing issue.  I will definitely be using their services in the future!

They came out to give me an estimate within a couple hours. Very courteous and professional. Even tried to make friends with my annoyed chihuahua!
He gave me a quote and one more for worst case.
The later made me nervous, but I understand he has to cover himself in case things ended up worse that what he was able to see.
Well I scheduled the work and we are very pleased with the way it turned out. And it was actually the cheaper repair after all!

My son was house sitting in Encinitas and a sprinkler head by the front door broke and was gushing water. He had no idea where the shut off valve was so he called me. I'm not a plumber!

The good news is I knew Cal Campbell, who is also affectionately known by his clients as The Master Plumber of the Universe. I called him and he must have had his jet-pack on because he was on the scene in no time. Fortunately there was no real damage but that's because Cal was so efficient. For al your plumbing needs (not just those pesky emergencies) I can totally recommend Cal of Cal's Plumbing.

Boston Dave came over to help find a leak 2 other companies could not locate. Within a few minutes he found it and made the repair for a great price. This guy is really good! Highly recommend him for an honest get the job done guy!

Nothing to complain about !!!! He's just amazing, fast and focus on his job (he was here 30min after I called him, job was done in 10 min it was an in&out for $50 while I was just estimated by an other company an hour before for $216). No one can beat his price !!!

Awesome experience! Jared was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a gas leak problem and SDGE turned off our gas due to the leak. He was very quick with completing the project and was a great price compared to others.   Looking forward to working with him again on future projects.

I would use this company again.  

Mo clarified that I didn't understand the pricing given to me over the phone.  He also asked me to sign a $255 invoice that he didn't show me.  It was just showed 1 item:  $255 to clean out the main line.  Over the phone, I was told two prices, one for removing the toilet and one for snaking the shower drain.  I was NOT going to have my toiled removed, so Mo suggested he go through the vent on the roof.  Five minutes later, the drain was clear.  

Mo was very good at listening to what I wanted.  He did snake the shower, then said he would have to go through the toilet line, which would mean removing the toilet.  He finally suggested the vent.  

I think he was taught to listen to the client.  He did that very well.  That said, if he had suggested the vent right off, he would have been out of here in 15 minutes tops.  Maybe he doesn't go to the vent on the roof because of liability.  But he had a good ladder and his equipment didn't harm the roof.

All said and done, Mo did a great job.

Guys are HACK'S.

Don't schedule an appointment with me for an early morning time slot then 1) Blow it off. 2) Never even apologize for wasting my time. 3) Never get back to me with parts quote.

I'd rather slam my hand in a car door than get my shower fixed by these plumbers.

I had these guys in my house and they tried to sell me a very expensive reroute when it turned out all I needed was a couple hundred dollar repair.

The hole in the leaking pipe was in plain sight which they covered with tape, so they are either shady AF or have no clue what they're doing... either way I wouldn't even let these guys in my house let alone hire them.

When I still thought I needed the reroute they were trying to hustle... they gave me a price the day they found it, then jacked up that price significantly the next day when they sent one of their brothers out.

Whenever anyone on Facebook asks for recommendations for a plumber, the owner and his brothers and all their relatives say Pipeline is the best!, what a joke!  STAY AWAY!

We Called 3 times and made appointment 3 times and nobody showed, we were stuck waiting for 3-4 hours each day

I had been dealing with a clogged toilet for weeks or so I thought it was just a clogging issue. I called Done Right drains and plumbing and I was connected with Juan who was able to come out to my house that same day. Juan and James came and checked out my situation, what I loved was how thorough they were and how they explained what was wrong but also why and what I could do to prevent it from happening again. What was awesome was that they went above and beyond to make sure things around my house were in tip top shape, they fixed issues and didn't charge extra, they truly care about their clients and their experience with them. Their customer service is top notch and they make you feel comfortable with the process. Juan, James, Chad and Sylvia are amazing people to work with! We had a pinhole leak in the wall of our restaurant. They arrived quickly and repaired the issue quickly. We are super appreciative for their help and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

We were referred to Guardian Plumbers by a family member and we were very happy with the experience we received! Our technician was named EJ (Edward) and he was so nice. He went over pricing and took the time to explain everything to us. We are in the process of moving in so our house was all over the place and he didn't even mind-in fact he helped us move stuff and checked to make sure our fridge and washer were installed correctly. It was so nice and definitely the best customer service we have ever received. We are so happy to have our plumbing issues resolved so quickly! Also wanted to point of that the entire staff was friendly and very easy to communicate with.

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Highly recommended!!! I requested a quote at 9pm at night for a new water heater and they were able to schedule us the next day. Plamen was running late due to heavy schedule, but gave me a call in hour advance to let me know when he was arriving. The installation only took 1 hr from start to finish. We paid $799 for a 50gal water heater as quoted, which was at least $200 less than the other places. I am impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I'm very happy to have found an honest and skilled plumber!
