I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

Pipe Bros Plumbing Service is amazing. Fast, Friendly, Professional, and Affordable. Their staff knows there stuff and treats you how you should be treated - with respect. My main junction from the water heater to my guest bathroom 3 floors down, to my pipes for my washer / dryer on my second floor. Now my water bill is efficient, hot, ready for use immediately.

Scheduling an appointment was a breeze along with great follow up to make sure my issues were properly handled.

I've been avoiding leaving a review, because I don't want to share him. ;) Travis has been out to my house several times since finding him on Yelp - I think because, once you find a contractor you trust, you start scheduling all the projects you've been avoiding... Travis feels like a friend now - always making time to come out when we need him, has a real talent and skill (by my husband's high standards), and is always priced where we would expect. We're so glad we found him, and I guess it's okay to share. ;)

Great service. Returns calls and immediate service. Would highly recommend. Had to find a waterline hidden under the landscaping from previous ownership.

Called Plumb365 on a Friday morning to be able to see if I was able to get a water line set up for the new refrigerator that we had delivered by BestBuy. Was able to get through and make an appointment that day. Sent over the photos that was needed for where the existing water line was and got a call back shortly afterwards. They were able to fit us in that afternoon.
The technician showed up, along with the owner. Was quoted a great price. Everything's as done very professionally and they had things done within a few hours. Very impressed with the speed, the pricing and promptness of their services. Would definitely use them again in the future.

I discovered yesterday that the hot water in my house wasn't working.  It wasn't a big deal during the day because it was pretty warm outside and the water was still coming out warm enough.  When my husband finally checked on the pilot light later that evening, it wasn't staying lit when he relight it.  Again, no big deal since school is out & the kids weren't in a hurry to take a shower anyway.  He thought he would let water heater dry out overnight & try to do again in the morning.

When he couldn't light it this morning, we knew there was a problem.  He had to go to work and was able to shower there.  So, I took the wheel to find a person to service the water heater.  YELP sent out 4 inquiries.  Jared was the second company to call me.  He was honest and straight forward explaining that my water heater needed to be replace based on the picture I sent to him along with the conversation we had over the phone.  He was able to come today and replace my water heater!  

Now I'm looking forward to working with Jared to upgrade/remodel both my bathrooms!

Our plumbing backed up Thursday evening. We called Pipeline Plumbing to see if they could come out the next day. I spoke with Eric and he set up a time between 2:00 and 4:00 on Friday but said they'd try to squeeze us in earlier. Friday morning we got a call from Ryan at 8:00 letting us know he'd be right over.

He showed up and got right to work trying to fix the problem. Of course, it was pouring rain so he was a bit limited on the equipment he could use. After working on it, running back to the office to get even more equipment, and not able to fix the problem, he said they would have to come back on Monday (even though it was a holiday) to dig up the yard and fix the problem. It was assumed to be tree roots or a broken pipe. It would cost about $9000.00

Monday came and Ryan, Jon, and Ronnie showed up bright and early. After using the camera and other equipment, they still couldn't find the problem. But they weren't willing to just start digging up the yard. They searched until they found another drain clean out up under the front bushes. More investigation and they discovered a broken backwash something or other. They fixed it and we're back in business with indoor plumbing. Best part, it was only $600.00......not the $9,000.00 we were fearing. Oh, they didn't charge for the Friday call at all.

These guys are amazing. They are personable, professional, knowledgeable, and our go to plumbers from here on out. You won't go wrong by hiring them for your plumbing needs. A very satisfied customer.

Fernando at AR plumbing is absolutely WONDERFUL. We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom down to our family room and kitchen. I called 5 different businesses and Fernando was the first person to say I can be over whenever you're home.   From the moment he came to our door he was polite, professional, competent with his profession and communicated the problems I had with the leak so I could understand how it happened, how he could fix it and what it would end up costing.  He encouraged me to contact my insurance company right away to make sure we were taken care of and if there was a different company the insurance company wanted us to use, to just let him know. Now let's talk about his workers. They showed up on time, every day and were very professional, polite and very hard working. When I saw my drain emptying toilet-related yuckiness into my front yard in a busy Saturday morning, I needed a plumber to come out asap! I contacted them via a Yelp message & got a prompt reply. I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

We had a stopped drain and need to have it cleared. There was flooding as well. Of course, this all happened around 11 pm. Called and they came within 35 minutes. Pretty impressed with that response. This was the 2nd time I've used them and have been very pleased. Thanks!

Great service.  Quick response time!  I called today at 12pm and they were onsite by 5pm to repair my water heater.
