I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

Chris and team were incredible. So knowledgable, kind, and efficient. They knew how to get the job done and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. He even helped me light a wonky pilot light in my heater! We'll definitely be using again and recommending to all friends and family!

Christian showed up on time to replace a giant 75-gallon hot water heater in our basement. He did a great job and I had him come back the next day to flush out our instant hot water heater in the guest house. I'll definitely call Pipe Bros. for future needs.

Travis is flat out awesome. He found a massive problem I would never of known about without his thorough work. He then spent the rest of the day fixing that massive issue.  He's professional, courteous, and just a fantastic plumber. Two thumbs way up!

Had a tenant call the other day, said his shower was clogged. Called Cal to see when he could get out there and said he happened to be in that neighborhood. Called my tenant that he would be over in a few. Cal swung by and unclogged the shower in a jiffy. Tenant happy, I'm happy, all is good. Can always count on Cal to take care of my tenants. Knows what he is doing and gets the job done. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Nick from Plumb365 has come out to our house twice to fix different plumbing problems that we were having. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He helped us understand what our options were, and kept us informed throughout each job. We really appreciated his willingness to explain things to us and answer our many questions. We will definitely recommend Plumb365 to others, and use them for future plumbing jobs.

I was referred by a friend at work. I had a hose break under the sink. At the time I thought it was a pipe or something worse. I called and they came right over and fixed it. I was so happy with the gentleman that helped me. I will refer my friends to diet plumbing.

Quick to respond but lack of
Quick problem solving ,Where its going to cost you more damage . At no point was there a proper communication to solve the problem (leak) right away  it was left as is, They just wrote down some bs bid report as to what he thought he should do, didn't intent to even quick fix  & didn't even have to do any of the things listed at the end the job was done because it was necessary emergency, my lesson learned is always get a 2nd quote don't call this company call Drain Mob

I had been dealing with a clogged toilet for weeks or so I thought it was just a clogging issue. I called Done Right drains and plumbing and I was connected with Juan who was able to come out to my house that same day. Juan and James came and checked out my situation, what I loved was how thorough they were and how they explained what was wrong but also why and what I could do to prevent it from happening again. What was awesome was that they went above and beyond to make sure things around my house were in tip top shape, they fixed issues and didn't charge extra, they truly care about their clients and their experience with them. Their customer service is top notch and they make you feel comfortable with the process. Juan, James, Chad and Sylvia are amazing people to work with! once again Joe came to my rescue.
there's nothing like turning on your garb disposal only to have it make a racket, but to throw up a tooth.
I called Joe to get a quote. we agreed on the price. I went to Home Depot, picked up a new disposal. I let Joe know I had the new unit. he contacted me and said he'd be by after he completed his current job. sure enough he came to replace it even though it was after 5.
this is the 2nd time in as many days using his services. he prompt, reasonable. I highly recommend him.

We had a leaking, and also otherwise dead water heater. Called another co who wanted $2300 to 'replace the switch', which they couldn't get for 2 weeks. They didn't identify the moisture under the unit either.  Guardian sent their tech George, who showed up on time immediately identified the issues and was back, as promised at 8 am the next day to replace the beast! With a pan! *Homebuilders get it together* Nonetheless, George, his associate, and the office crew are the best and we are very grateful for their time + efforts. Oh! They also very kindly helped us take apart some items that were in their way... kindly, not annoyed.
Highly recommend their services.

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Bottom Line for those that do not want to read this boring, lengthy review:  I highly recommended Mike and Proactive Plumbing.  On my soapbox, I do ask, however, as responsible consumers, let's make sure to not take advantage of honest and hardworking small business (and even larger businesses) by using reviews as leverage and asking them to provide services beyond what we are paying them to do.  It is apparent from his immaculate yelp records that he has gone above and beyond to ensure his client's satisfaction.

I say that because he has really gone above and beyond for us today and is providing services that, at the end of the day, really do not fall under Proactive Plumbing's umbrella of responsibility. Rather some of the responsibilities belongs to two other businesses (one of those is do to a timing issue and the other is due to, what I consider, poor service).  Ultimately, we will pay him for the addition service; however, it is unfortunate that he is not requesting payment from us due to a unjust fear that we may give a bad review based off of others business services failures or delays.

CHAIN OF EVENTS:
We ordered a new dishwasher from a big box store and purchased the installation service as well.  The third party service delivered the dishwasher and prepared for install.  Within 10 minutes, they deemed the valve was bad and could not continue with the install until we called a plumber to come out and replace the valve.  Once completed, called the big box to reschedule the installation.

I checked yelp for plumbing services, and received four quotes, including ProActive Plumbing, which had the most reviews with highest ratings.  All responses were quick.  ProActive price was very fair, and, again, the reviews were excellent.  We had him come out when we were completing the replacement of our flooring.  

Mike from ProActive explained that the valve really was not bad, but when turning on the water it could drip.  He was honest and said if we did not want to spend the money now, it was not necessary; however, we would probably need to in the future.  We went forth with the repair.  

He completed the repair; however, acknowledged that he did not have one of the pieces.  He replaced it with a comparable part and gave the disclaimer that, should the Installers give further flack about the piece, ask them to install the dishwasher, yet leave the hose disconnected.  Pro-Active would then come back to replace the piece and connect the dishwasher.

The Installation Service came back out and would not install due to, what they squawked was, the incorrect fitting.  So out comes Pro-Active Plumbing again, which brings us to where we are today.  This is what he has done for us:
We discovered the new flooring juts too far into the dishwasher cubby.  He figured out a way to cut it and fit it.  This was not his responsibility, but he did it anyways.
He replaced the valve with the necessary valve.  
He installed the dishwasher.  This was not his responsibility, but he did it anyways.

He was hired to replace a valve and ended up completing all of these extra tasks in the name of customer service, and is personable, at that.

I had just noticed my water heater was leaking and I'm not sure how long it's been doing that. So, I wanted to get it replaced before it became an even bigger problem. Plamen responded to my quote request right away and provided a good rate and was available the soonest. He was able to come and check if I needed replacement or repair. He recommended replacement and was able to replace my heater on the same day I contacted him!  He was very pleasant and did not leave a mess. He took care of draining my water heater, providing parts so I didn't have to get them myself and disposed of the old water heater. Plamen is punctual and it only took him about 1.5 hrs to finish the job. I will probably continue contacting Plamen for future plumbing needs :)
