Several days ago I began to experience a homeowners; nightmare  [water coming through downstairs light fixtures for an upstairs leak]  which unfolded over several days.  The technician Steve sent out was Christian who, over the course of several days, made things easier for me.  

I appreciated that Christian told me up front about costs and, because I had to take time off work, he made sure to call me ahead and assure me he was on his way.  The work was done in the shortest time possible, no delays with no hidden costs.

I met Travis when I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon. He came right out, stopped the flood and fixed the problem. And the price was totally reasonable! Since then, I've had Travis out to my house several times. He does a great job for a reasonable price, and is polite and professional as well. I just can't recommend him highly enough!

Extremely happy with the emergency service i got from plumb 365 today. They promised to be here by 10, and they were. They also gave me the number of a sewage remediation guy who is also coming today. I discovered yesterday that the hot water in my house wasn't working.  It wasn't a big deal during the day because it was pretty warm outside and the water was still coming out warm enough.  When my husband finally checked on the pilot light later that evening, it wasn't staying lit when he relight it.  Again, no big deal since school is out & the kids weren't in a hurry to take a shower anyway.  He thought he would let water heater dry out overnight & try to do again in the morning.

When he couldn't light it this morning, we knew there was a problem.  He had to go to work and was able to shower there.  So, I took the wheel to find a person to service the water heater.  YELP sent out 4 inquiries.  Jared was the second company to call me.  He was honest and straight forward explaining that my water heater needed to be replace based on the picture I sent to him along with the conversation we had over the phone.  He was able to come today and replace my water heater!  

Now I'm looking forward to working with Jared to upgrade/remodel both my bathrooms!

There is no question why this company has five stars. From the scheduling to the appointment, everything went without a hitch. Victoria was thorough in communicating with me regarding scheduling, and Paul is without a doubt a master of his craft. I had a clogged tub for which I called another tech to help a couple months ago, and this last week it was already twice as bad as it was (which after he fixed it, it still didn't drain well). Paul worked his magic and the drain clears 100%, no pooling whatsoever. He even saw that I had a hand injury and cleaned the tub for me. What a sweetheart. He was awesome, professional, and skilled to no end. Thank you Brian and staff for being our now favorite plumbing company.

I will absolutely call Fernando from ARS Neighborhood Rooter & Plumbing again and will recommend him to others.  He is communicative, kind, honest, and skilled.  I sent a message requesting a quote at about midnight and he responded by 8 AM the next morning.  He came to my home and repaired my toilet before lunchtime that day, charging exactly what he quoted and getting the work done quickly.  When I called later that day about a subsequent problem he was back within 20 minutes to fix it, and everything's working as it should now. When I saw my drain emptying toilet-related yuckiness into my front yard in a busy Saturday morning, I needed a plumber to come out asap! I contacted them via a Yelp message & got a prompt reply. I called and they came right over, and took care of my clogged drain at a GREAT price!! They were courteous, prompt, professional and I would highly recommend them for anyone's plumbing needs. The work also comes with a 6 month guarantee, that's impressive. I will for sure reach out to them again in the future - thank you!

there's nothing like turning on your garb disposal only to have it make a racket, but to throw up a tooth.
I called Joe to get a quote. we agreed on the price. I went to Home Depot, picked up a new disposal. I let Joe know I had the new unit. he contacted me and said he'd be by after he completed his current job. sure enough he came to replace it even though it was after 5.
this is the 2nd time in as many days using his services. he prompt, reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Our tech was great, but showed up way after the appointment. My big complaint is the price, about $600 for less than an hour's work and super expensive parts.

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

I called them today and within an hour Steve was here ( fitting me in between jobs) , and an hour later he was done. Mission accomplished! He was professional, courteous and the cost was reasonable. I would not hesitate to call them again if need raises.

Woke up this morning to a leaking water heater. Called north county water heater from reviews here on Yelp . Plamen was here within 30 minutes. He did an amazing job replacing my water heater. Knowledgeable and courteous , he did a great job. The price was as reasonable as it could be, being Christmas Day .The only reason I can't give the fifth star.....I was told on the phone that there would be a $30.00 charge to use a credit card . It would have been much more convenient for me to pay with a card, especially this time of year! Also he handed me a business card that says 10% off first time service, which he wouldn't honor even though this is the first time I've used them.
