I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

They did a great job.  Flexible with time constraints we had to fix the issue.

My main junction from the water heater to my guest bathroom 3 floors down, to my pipes for my washer / dryer on my second floor. Now my water bill is efficient, hot, ready for use immediately.

I get pretty generous with my stars but if I could give five more stars for Travis, I would. I haven't had recent work done by Travis but after having to get a different plumber in for a sudden pinhole leak over the weekend, it made me appreciate Travis at Prescription Plumbing a whole lot more which is the prompting for this review. In the past, he's done everything at my home from leak detection, to replacing a main line to installing new toilets and I was bummed he happened to be out of town when all of this occurred, but that didn't stop him from giving advice as simple as turning off the water or checking in on how things went even though he wasn't available, he still cared for me as a customer. And he still came to assess the situation after the remediation crew took out all their machines because I am interested in re-piping. Travis is the best of the best and I would suggest you keep him on speed-dial as your plumber for life. He's honest, thorough, and a good guy. You can't go wrong here choosing Travis as your plumber.

When you come home and see water running out your garage you want to know who to call. I immediately called Cal and within 45 minutes he was there ready to do whatever it took to help out. The next day a new water heater was installed with a new set up, drain pan and water line to avoid any future problems. I am recommending him to most all of clients because he is responsive and professional.

I'll start by saying we have been through an incredibly difficult week +. We discovered a water leak out front a couple days before Christmas. We called American Leak Detection and for 250.00 they came out and mis diagnosed the problem by telling us the leak was where it wasn't. The tech also told us this would be a simple fix and that our sprinkler guy could fix it easily. The Sprinkler guy comes out and digs up our walk way and tells us that's not where the leak is (400.00). ALD sends another another tech who tells us he knows where the leak is but they can't fix it til the 3rd of January.. another company comes out and says we need to re route the water at a cost of 10K (white glove guys) we call Plum365 and they send one of the owners, Boston Dave (great guy) He agrees, we need to re route the water and because they are busy we can't get em here til Monday...disappointing for sure ..their quote was around half what the white glove guys bid was AND before we even agreed to the job another tech came by IN THE RAIN and helped with a temporary solution until we can get the project completed. Granted, the bar set by the other guys was incredibly low...these guys reset that bar incredibly high. At the end of the day, they are really good people who want to help and when dealing with a crisis you want and need someone who wants to help. While the others left us swinging in the wind over the Holidays. I can not say enough about Elizabeth, Boston Dave and Greg. They  have won us over and we will be forever grateful for their help when we needed it the most. As opposed to taking advantage of our situation they chose to help..

I chose Diaz Plumbing because of all the good reviews and I have to say they were right. I first called DSI Dry fix services for a plumber and got the run around for 2 whole weeks. Called Mr. Diaz on 9/4/18 and made an appt. for 9/5/18. He showed up on time and he solved the problem that I had. I had no idea what was wrong, I had a toilet seal leak in my upstairs bathroom. He will be the only plumber I will call.

We were so grateful to Jared at Pipe and Plumb for replacing our water heater.  They came immediately and assessed the water heater situation and offered us the absolute BEST price and installation for our new water heater. It was a little complicated because we live in a condo and required a double power vent water heater. We compared the cost to 4 other companies, and they beat the price by hundreds of dollars.

Jared was prompt and responded immediately.  He showed up exactly on time, and completed the service in the time he said he would.

Brian and his team are the best!  The response is so fast, I honestly don't know how they do it!  Never get anything but, we are on our way when we have called.Our company is a very happy customer.  Oh, prices are good, service is professional and problems are solved.  Great business to deal with!

JUST PLUMBING--Good Plumbing at a Fair Price

I just had the pressure regulator value go out. I called Bill Howe Plumbing because I had used them twice before with excellent service. They gave me an estimate of between $300 and $400, and normally I would have gone with that, but because of some other expenses money is a little tight. So I got on the computer and looked at other plumbers in the area.

Just Plumbing caught my eye because it has a couple favorable recommendations, is local, and is operated by self-employed plumber. So about 2 p.m. I gave them a call. I told the receptionist that I needed to have my pressure regulator value replaced, and she said she would call Ernie, the owner, and he'd get back to me. Fifteen minutes later I received a call from Ernie and explained my problem. He said he could replace the value for $250 and that he could replace it today if I liked. I thought the price was reasonable and said that would be great.

He arrived an hour later, examined the valve and said that if I liked he could probably replace a part in the valve which would cost less. I appreciated that he made that offer but since the valve was old (the part that started leaking had begun to crack from age). I told him I would feel better if a new valve was installed.

He and his assistant then installed the new valve, one that he said had fittings so that if it needed to be replaced in ten years I could do the job myself because no cutting of pipe or soldering would be required. He also installed a new faucet at no extra charge. The work was completed in less than an hour and is guaranteed for a year.

Ernie and his assistant were friendly, the work was completed in an impressive, economical and timely fashion, and no mess was left behind. Good, courteous work at a fair price--I don't know what more you could ask for.

My water heater went out and I was referred to Pipeline plumbing by someone within French Valley Chat on Facebook. I left a message and was called back within 5 minutes. They did not give a sales pitch and gave me all the options of repairing the water heater or swapping it out with a new one. My water heater was 10 yrs old and the best decision was to buy a new one but it was what I wanted to do rather than a sales pitch. I am active duty military and they gave me a military discount as well, which was really appreciated. They came out the next day with my water heater and came during a time period that I was available. They asked me what time was best for me rather than giving me a huge time period when they may arrive. I found this to be very professional and respectful of my schedule. When the installer finished the job he made sure he cleaned up all the trash and debris to leave the area just as he found it. I can appreciate someone that takes pride in their job and takes care of the customer. Great local business that is here for the community!!

Dont do it!  if your repair requires calling a Supervisor.......Don't do it!  My repair required removing what I was told extensive root invasion under my toilet. The supervisor which included two people in addition to the original technician, implied the work would be extensive possibly requiring multiple days to repair. After agreeing to the proposal of $4600, which included a $1000 discount, the technician left for about an hour to get equipment and completed the job after he returned in  three  hours!

In short ARS. charged us $4600 for a total of 6 hours from the technician and 2 hours from a Supervisor. They also cover their rear ends by verifying with someone over the phone that you are in fact authorizing the charge....that you have someone else with your during this approval and reiterate, in writing, the work to be done.

WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THE MAIN OFFICE STATED THE WORK WAS NOT PROPOSED ON THE AMOUNT  OF TIME THE JOB REQUIRED. WHEN I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR TO RETURN MY CALL......I HEARD NOTHING.

ARS is a scam and takes advantage!

Such a great team! We had a small flood that led to us looking at the pipes. They replaced all our old copper pipes and even fixed the main line pipes that used to stick out in the front yard. From the moment we started the GM Juan was there. He explained everything thoroughly and was always at our disposal. James and Chad were always on time and professional. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Great job, came out on a Sunday at no extra charge and fixed my slow draining tub and toilet in a guest bath.  This is a new home and they fixed several things that the builder screwed up - reset the water fill on all the toilets and glued the pipe on the main that the builder left unfinished.  Also pulled building materials out of a slow moving shower drain.  Ask for Ricky Lopez, he was on time and really nice and knowledgeable.  Great company, even the gal on the phones was extra nice.  I called other plumbers first and then tried Guardian when the others would not return my calls.  Great Customer Service.

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

I have to come back and reiterate how great these guys are. Excellent work, reliable service, fantastic pricing.

It is so refreshing to find a company that actually responds AND does quality work. I initially contacted a few other companies, but soooo glad that I followed my instincts and went with North County Water Heater! I communicated with them to get the appt set up, but my tenant was the one who interacted with them on the day of the job. She only had great things to say about them and said they did a great job with clean up too! I would definitely use them again!
