I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

I needed a few nuisance issues fixed (dripping faucet, running toilet) before placing our house on the market and Chris at San Diego's Finest Plumbing took care of everything for a very fair price.  He was able to come out quickly (which was super important) and didn't give up until he fixed the issues.  He was professional and communication was superb.  I had to work and felt very comfortable with him in my house while I was gone.  He sent texts when he arrived and updated me along the way.  Sent a message when he was done as well.  Knowing we were preparing to sell our home he did a thorough inspection of the plumbing and provided a report listing all of the items checked and their status.  I will definitely be using San Diego's Finest Plumbing again should the need arise.

I had a main drain line leak directly above my cars in my garage. I called them knowing full well that the drain line cast iron pipes needed to be replaced. I work 7 days a week and a lot of hours, so I needed them to stick to a time and make sure it was done in a timely manner. At the same time, I'm not crazy, so of course I wanted them to beat the price I was quoted by another reputable company.

Pipe Bros beat the price reasonably, but also came in at the expected time, did the job, cleaned up their mess, and left in time for me to get ready for my next meeting.

They've earned my business!

Water around the hot water heater last night.  I  had nightmares of $1000 replacement heaters.  Checked with Yelp this morning and called Travis at Prescription Plumbing.  He told me he'd be done with another job between 3 and 4.  He was at my house at 4:30, only because I didn't hear my voicemail!  

The only tools we're good with in our house are the pen and the checkbook, so he could have told me he needed to replace the water heater.  Instead, he looked at the source of the leak, tightened something, and told me it was done.

Since he was there, I had him look at two run-on toilets. He had the parts to fix them, got the work done, and I felt like I'd just saved $900!

Highly recommend Travis for his quality of work and honesty.  And he's much younger than us, so I know we have a plumber for life, unless he changes careers!

Had a tenant call the other day, said his shower was clogged. Called Cal to see when he could get out there and said he happened to be in that neighborhood. Called my tenant that he would be over in a few. Cal swung by and unclogged the shower in a jiffy. Tenant happy, I'm happy, all is good. Can always count on Cal to take care of my tenants. Knows what he is doing and gets the job done. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber.

From Elizabeth in the office, technicians Richie and Brody, all the way up to Mike the owner... They've set the bar VERY high! I texted Richie with a concern on a Saturday evening... Valentine's Day in fact. He called me back at 9:30 that night and we spoke for almost a half an hour! He definitely went above and beyond that night as they ALL do every day. I was referred by a friend at work. I had a hose break under the sink. At the time I thought it was a pipe or something worse. I called and they came right over and fixed it. I was so happy with the gentleman that helped me. I will refer my friends to diet plumbing.

Jared was incredible - came over, saw what he needed to do, made some great suggestions - He got all the right parts for a large job, the first time (this never happens). Have recommended to contractor friends and family members. Amazing guy!

I worked with Brian the owner. I had a clogged drain line. He is a very honest and personable. You can tell that he's in it for the long haul and cares about honest, quality work. The great thing about these guys is they aren't trying to sell you on repiping your house or telling you have garbage that's about to blow like the last guys did. They just want to inspect and clean your drains. They will send you a before and after video footage of your pipes. Of course if you have an issue that they see, they have connections to get you set up with a 3rd party pipe installer. This by far is the way to go. My drains are hydro jetted and good to go. I manage many properties and use Tim Just as my number 1 go to plumber.  He's provided me with friendly service, and reasonable pricing.  He's done tiny jobs all the way up to 20 unit apartment repairs for me at a moment's notice.  I recommend him, and will keep him as my primary source of plumbing contractor.

This review is way over due I was just thinking about this company who came out to my house and installed two toilets right after a holiday weekend. The gentleman who came out was Jay he was very easy to talk to and explained everything that he would be doing and the cost of the overall job I would recommend this company if you have any leaks or jobs that might need to be done. Jay kept it light and professional was very easy to talk too we even had time for a selfie. So I would personally like to say thank you for a job well done Pipeline Pluming keep up the great work you guys do always.

Joe and Anthony came out to check on a mystery leak in my house. They used a camera and good old fashioned detective skills to find my leak. As it turns out the furnace has a drain that was draining right into the furnace room!  They suggested I call the guy who installed my AC and it should be under warrantee. They offered to do the work if I couldn't get anywhere that way. It's good to know these guys were honest enough to tell me what was actually happening and that another professional would be the better option. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

This has got to be the most responsive plumbing companies ever. During my kitchen renovation I needed to move a valve down a few inches to clear a new sink, dispatch said they would have a plumber out within an hour to quote, that was exactly what happened which was amazing within an hour I had Josh at my door and he was extremely professional, he answered all my questions and had a quote for me very quickly. I was happy to hear the quote was accurate to include time and parts. I've called another plumber for a shower leak in the past and after the repair they also charged parts and I wasn't told that with the quote. Thank you Guardian Plumbing for amazing fast dispatch, response to my questions and above average customer service.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

Found Proactive on Yelp. Called late in the day on Friday and they were able to move some less than urgent appointments around to get Carl out to my house to address an active leak. Carl was FAR MORE professional than any plumber I've worked with in the past. Thank you, Carl, and thank you, Proactive Plumbing!

Amazinf service! Our water heater was only a year old and Plamen was able to come out monday morning first thing! He knew exactly what was needed and overnighted the parts for us. Then came as soon as the parts were here and fixed it all! Such nice people and again amazing service and great price! Lucky to have found him =)
