Laidlaw is a local Borrego Springs Plumber. They installed two faucet sets for us. One we bought from another source had an issue. Don Laidlaw took the faucet for repair and reinstalled it in perfect working order. Excellent follow up and service.

Christopher Walker was exceptional; on time, professional; he did a beautiful job with complicated plumbing. I will definitely be calling them again. A+++/5 Star.

Last year I purchased a condo in the south part of Pasadena and I redid my kitchen completely. I noticed the kitchen sink cabinet was showing some egregious leaks even though everything was new!!! It seemed that my leak occurred anytime we were cleaning up the dishes and when the dishwasher had been run.
I called Pipe Bros after reading a ton of comments and reviews on Yelp for Licensed and Bonded Plumbers with 50+ public reviews.
Titus was dispatched today promptly during my quoted arrival and service time. Wow! I am so impressed with the service. I thought my dishwasher was leaking but Titus diagnosed a leak from my exhaust port never having been sealed properly by my kitchen contractor.
Also, a long term problem was diagnosed and prevented. My kitchen contractor had apparently done a really poor job installing my new sink and dish washer, particularly how the pipes were complicated and likely to cause blockage later on.
Titus was able to within the service window completely revamp my kitchen sink piping and even refurbish the joint connected to my pipes inside the drywall. A seal was missing as well, so Titus identified that and replaced it.
I would recommend Titus and Pipe Bros to anyone in the community.

This is a hard review to write because it really didn't have to be this way. I'm a repeat customer with Prescription. I've texted with Travis, and I had Chris come out for a service call in March and he was quick and knowledgeable. I requested to have Chris come out again this week for a few things on a home inspection report. When Chris got here at 1pm, he basically couldn't do any of it due to liability reasons. The one thing he did was tighten a screw on a kitchen faucet which literally took two minutes...and he said there'd be no charge. I text Travis at 1:27pm thanking him and asked about an invoice estimate for replacing a water pressure gauge (one of inspection items) as well as stating they couldn't fix other items, and he starts to question me about what Chris did. Five minutes later, I get a knock on the door from Chris asking to take pics of pressure gauge. He comes and goes. I get another knock at the door about 15 min later, and it's Chris for a third time telling me that Travis said he wants to charge you half of a service call. I was shocked. I mean I understand this a business. I understand there are bills and employees to pay. But, how do you justify in good business telling a customer NO charge, and then come back not two times but three times and the CHARGE them? Not good customer service or business ethics... They were great up until this point, which is why they received two stars... I won't be returning and will definitely relay to others my experience.
***UPDATE from company's response: When you clearly state it was NOT my fault further proves that I should not have been charged. How do you charge a customer for an employee's error and not following company policy?
My review stands.

I was referred to Cal's Plumbing for a burst line to the dishwasher one evening, Cal was out immediately and had the line fixed in no time. I found Cal to be very knowledgeable, capable and prompt with the highest integrity. I have referred Cal's Plumbing to several friends of mine for leaking Water heaters, rusty garbage disposals and even a backed up sewer line. The feed back I get from them is always positive. It's great to have a plumber you can trust.

I needed to replace my broken water heater. From the first call, Mike answered my questions with professionalism and patience! Richie did an amazing job getting my new heater in, and getting all of my outdated setup up to specs! Above and beyond service is what I got! :-)

Nothing to complain about !!!! He's just amazing, fast and focus on his job (he was here 30min after I called him, job was done in 10 min it was an in&out for $50 while I was just estimated by an other company an hour before for $216). No one can beat his price !!!
I'm so glad I finally found my plumber, gracias amigo ;) he does Spanglish.

Awesome experience! Jared was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a gas leak problem and SDGE turned off our gas due to the leak. He was very quick with completing the project and was a great price compared to others. Looking forward to working with him again on future projects.

After purchasing a small multi-unit building, I continued using Xtreme Drainworks from the previous owners. At over $300 a quarter, they were to pressure clean the main line. However, less than 4 weeks after the latest pressure clean, the building's plumbing stopped up and another firm, using a camera, found loads of debris in the main line. It appears, tho I'm only surmising, that Xtreme only did a partial main-line pressure treatment, leaving the majority of the building's main drain unattended. When I reached out to management, the manager, Claudia, seemed unconcerned and unwilling to help share the cost of the $600+ it took me to fix what it appears their technician failed to do.
I cancelled the service and advise, if you use Xtreme, be very specific about your job and your expectations. My bad...I just assumed, because they'd been doing the building for 5 years, that they were doing a thorough job. The evidence, tho admittedly inconclusive, would seem to indicate otherwise. And their non-nonchalance about my concerns was equally disappointing.

I manage many properties and use Tim Just as my number 1 go to plumber. He's provided me with friendly service, and reasonable pricing. He's done tiny jobs all the way up to 20 unit apartment repairs for me at a moment's notice. I recommend him, and will keep him as my primary source of plumbing contractor.

Excellent, courteous service. Very honest and thorough work. Jay was our plumber and he told us about what would need to be replaced in the future, but did not try to upsell or push for anything unnecessary. He also took the time to show me the water shut-off valve, and to check the house water pressure. I will definitely be using Pipeline Plumbing again.

Fernando and his assistant were very professional. They delivered a superb work and followed exactly the work plan that we agreed upon for a very reasonable fee.
We are in the process of selling a house and had to correct a couple of plumbing discrepancies identified by the buyer's inspector. We had to fix the issues before the appraiser comes the following Wednesday. We received the report on a Friday. Started yelping that evening and received a couple of automatic responses ARS was the first to send a real message followed by a phone call.
Fermando was very professional in terms of his presentation, cost estimate and his work proposal. He understood the urgency of the need; he started and finished the job as planned and promised.

Juan from Done Right is incredible and these guys are lucky to have him on their team. If they ever let him go, I hope he keeps my number because he would be my go-to plumber from here on out. The guy reminds me of my uncle, who is just such an honest, reliable, knowledgeable guy that everyone trusts do do a job right (did I mention HONEST)?
Juan was on time, friendly, and spent at least an hour and a half underneath my dirty, muddy ass crawlspace checking for leaks and piping issues that had led to major flooding and moisture issues under my house for god only knows how many months/ years. I had the plumbing issues fixed already a few months ago, so he was checking to be sure the moisture wasn't from some other plumbing issue. He found no leaks, took tons of pics for me, and walked me through it all. He even referred me and made the call to Floodbusters for me to have the moisture issue remedied, and hopefully covered by insurance. He has great connections and relationships, which is also helpful. Unfortunately for Done Right, I had no business to give them this round, but you better bet your booty that I'm giving them my future business and sending you fine people to them while they have Juan on board.
The receptionist/scheduler/dispatcher (a female) was also great, she was polite, personable, and communicative thoughout the process.

We got a new water heater from them. I loved that they showed up on time, their water heater (Bradford 40,000 BTU), the service they gave to me, and the warranty. I would recommend Guardian Plumbers; they are the nicest people.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.
I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.
He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.
He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.
Thank you for your prompt, professional response to our emergency leak!

We just finished a 5 month repair because of a leaking hot water pipe when my husband drilled into a stud to hang
a fire extinguisher in the garage. Right behing the stud was the line to our water heater. It started spirting water and while he ran to turn the water to the house off, I started to search for someone to help us on a Saturday evening. I called one company first and then began to read their reviews. Paniced by the reviews that said that they never call you back, I called Proactive. He (I'm so bad with names) answered right away and said he was in Harmony Grove but would be at our house in Vista in a few minutes. True to his word, he was here quickly and had it fixed in no time. He was prompt, polite and did a great job. I did have to pay the $75 weekend fee but I'm really happy about the responce time and the work as well as the nice guy who fixed the pipe.

Water heater was leaking water all over the garage floor. Called on a Saturday morning at 10, and had a new water heater installed by 12:15. Prompt, no nonsense service. Not a man of many words, but you can tell he is honest and not the type of guy to try to sell unnecessary services/products. I highly recommend this company the next time your water heater needs to be repaired/replaced. Thanks!
