I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

Christian showed up on time to replace a giant 75-gallon hot water heater in our basement. He did a great job and I had him come back the next day to flush out our instant hot water heater in the guest house. I'll definitely call Pipe Bros. for future needs.

All the other positive reviews are true, and I'm not sure I can say it any better. Prescription Plumbing truly is the best.

We had a large remodel job, stretched out over many months. Travis really came through for us, picking up the ball when an inferior plumber did an inferior job and stopped showing up.

Had a tenant call the other day, said his shower was clogged. Called Cal to see when he could get out there and said he happened to be in that neighborhood. Called my tenant that he would be over in a few. Cal swung by and unclogged the shower in a jiffy. Tenant happy, I'm happy, all is good. Can always count on Cal to take care of my tenants. Knows what he is doing and gets the job done. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber.

I was so pleased with the service I received.  It made me feel that there still are honest and kind folks out there helping others.  I hope I remembered his name correctly Tony, saw the problem in just a few minutes and said it couldn't possible charge me, since it just involved turning a pressure faucet.  Would only use this  company from now on!

I chose Diaz Plumbing because of all the good reviews and I have to say they were right. I first called DSI Dry fix services for a plumber and got the run around for 2 whole weeks. Called Mr. Diaz on 9/4/18 and made an appt. for 9/5/18. He showed up on time and he solved the problem that I had. I had no idea what was wrong, I had a toilet seal leak in my upstairs bathroom. He will be the only plumber I will call.

I have worked with Jared on a few projects now. He has been very easy to work with, very responsive when trying to communicate, and he is always on time and gets the job done in the time frame he tells you. He replaced a electric tank water heater at a rental property and replaced our gas tank water heater with a tankless gas. So, he has shown that his versatility and that he can handle any job. His quote for the work also came in quite a bit lower than some of the other companies I looked into. Thanks Jared!!!

Brain Salinas gets an A+ from us. Pool deck drain 100+ feet to street full of tree roots,mud and right angles.Wasted $145 on another companies failed effort to clear with a power snake.Brain quoted a bit less than half what the other guys wanted to hydro Jet.Included pumping everything back into our sewer-not a drop into the storm drain and shop vaced the deck as they worked so nothing got into the pool.
Deck cleaner after they left than before. Obvious pride of ownership in the business and Xtreme is exactly right-as in extremely competent. He didn't want to criticise the other company but said in a drain like ours, with a high probability of lots of roots, he declines to offer trying to fix it with a snake, because 95%+ of the time it takes a hydro jet to clear.I so wish I had called him first.

Tim is my plumber.  No questions asked.  I had a renovation done on my bathroom.  Tim came to the rescue and lead my contractors to the right part so that I could have hot water while the construction was going on.  He also installed a hot water regulator (I think that's what it is called) so that I can have instant hot water instead of waiting for the water to get through the pipes in my upstairs shower.  He is always on time - he texts me if he is going to be late and he's an all around great person.  He does the job and his prices are totally fair.  His son traveled with him one summer and he told me...my dad can fix anything!   It's true!  He's just a good plumber who comes in, fixes what needs to be done, and charges you a fair price.

Had a sink explosion on Easter morning. Tried to clear it ourselves all day that day and finally resigned to the fact we would have to call someone out. We called numerous places, all quoting well over $100 and a few stating they couldn't come out until Wed/Thurs. I stumbled across Pipeline here on yelp. And thank goodness, I did. Eric was absolutely amazing in squeezing us in first thing the next morning. Ryan was early, very professional, quick, and the job was completed efficiently. I have found our FOREVER plumber and will recommend to all of my family and friends. You guys got a customer for life. Thanks, again! Y'all saved my week and my sanity.

there's nothing like turning on your garb disposal only to have it make a racket, but to throw up a tooth.
I called Joe to get a quote. we agreed on the price. I went to Home Depot, picked up a new disposal. I let Joe know I had the new unit. he contacted me and said he'd be by after he completed his current job. sure enough he came to replace it even though it was after 5.
this is the 2nd time in as many days using his services. he prompt, reasonable. I highly recommend him.

My husband and i purchased a home in Menifee. We knew when we bought it it needed some work done. We had a garden tub and wanted walk in shower. When the work was done we loved it...price was right and the shower was perfect. We had an issue with the shower door....it didnt fit right and was cheap looking. I called the company and said i was not happy with the door, spoke to Matt he came out took a look and the next week a much better glass door was installed instead of plastic. I am very happy it all turned out well.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

Very happy with the service that Proactive provided me today.
My wife dropped a fairly large cap in the toilet which got stuck.
They came out and Removed the clog at a price I expected. I googled the average cost to unclog a toilet and they came in at that price! If we have any further issues we will be using them again!

The response to inquiries is very fast and the cost is appropriate for the quality service that you will receive. Plus, there are no surprise fees/costs on top of the quoted price. And they will always find a time that works for you. I now have a new water tank to replace my 13 year old one and not only was the tank replaced but all of the inlets/outlets. Highly recommended.
