Laidlaw is a local Borrego Springs Plumber.  They installed two faucet sets for us.  One we bought from another source had an issue.  Don Laidlaw took the faucet for repair and reinstalled it in perfect working order. Excellent follow up and service.

Their name says it all. I was very impressed with Chris and Saxon were perfect! Experienced , clean and honest.  They showed up on time,  got to the tankless water heater job, did it quick and clean, and not expensive.  My kind of guys.  I highly recommend them.

After posting my initial review of Pipe Brothers, I was called by the owner who apologized and offered to make things right by taking my payment down $66.  Because of this, I am now giving Pipe Brothers five stars for total customer service and guaranteed satisfaction.

I called prescription plumbing and described my water heater issue over the phone, Travis gave me a lot of professional courtesy and advise, I ended up having it replaced, the service was extremely professional and timely. I fully trust this company and will use them in the future.

Quality of the work was good and he appeared to be quite knowledgeable. We called ahead and he was pretty straightforward about the labor charge and how long he thought it would take to fix the issue. However, I was really disappointed in the amount he charged for parts and materials. Basically charging a 500% markup. Perhaps I should have asked beforehand but I wasn't expecting such a  significant charge for parts that I know the retail cost. I think he would have been honest if asked beforehand so just make sure you do so as the work was done well, but just felt that he took advantage of us not asking. Oh well!

We had 40+ people to our house for our daughters 1st birthday party and we desperately needed the guest shower repaired.  Being new to the area we asked neighbors who to call.  Without thought they said we must call Boston Dave from Plumb 365.  Within hours he showed up and completed the job. His work was impeccable to say the least. Boston Dave is honest, efficient and professional.  I highly  recommend his work.

Porfirio wa súper profesional, he was on time and when we call him Friday around 7:30 pm he answered the phone right away.  He is super reasonable and friendly. I highly recommend!!!!! And really reasonable prices! Thank you Diaz pluming!

Awesome experience! Jared was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a gas leak problem and SDGE turned off our gas due to the leak. He was very quick with completing the project and was a great price compared to others.   Looking forward to working with him again on future projects.

Brian and Marco came out to help with a root intrusion clogging my drain pipes. They were extremely professional, friendly and experienced. I thoroughly enjoyed Brian walking me through everything that was going on as we made progress clearing out the clog, which by the way took some craft and effort. I definitely learned things about plumbing from the guys (a lot of plumbers and contractors do not take the time sharing what they are doing and why).

The proceeded systematically and we were able to go out all the way to the city drain lines, which gave me peace of mind knowing 100ft of drain pipes are in great shape. Also most importantly showing the original roots blocking my property pipes now all the way out of the way in city pipes. We went through other details such as minor roots that were intruding and were also cleared out, and a belly spot. I will need to do some repairs in the future, thanks to Brian and Marco who also provided a recommendation of a future repair that doesn't need immediate attention.

Bottom line, price was right, excellent service, timely arrival, very knowledgeable. If I ever have a drain issue or any of my neighbors do, I will be referring them to Xtreme Drainworks.

My landlord hired Just Plumbing to come to the house and repair a toilet. Tom came out and discovered that there was a crack in the tank. He stated that a new toilet was needed and my landlord gave him the okay. An appointment was made for replacement and I was told Tom would be at the house at 9:00 am 2 days later. Tom knocked on my door at 9:30. He came without my phone number or name and picked a random neighbor's bell to gain entry to the building. I let him in and he started working. When he took the new toilet out of the box I saw it was not an ADA compliant toilet which the old toilet was. I mentioned that to him and he told me I was wrong, it just looked shorter. When he realized he was wrong he asked me if I wanted him to leave and return with the proper unit. I told him that I did but my landlord was paying the bill so he would need to speak with him. He told me there was just a 1 inch difference between the toilet he was hired to install and the one he brought with him. That is not true; it is 2 inches. Long story short, he installed the unit he brought and left. He may be the best plumber in San Diego but he proved that on Thursday May 3rd he was terribly unorganized and had an issue with the truth.

Having a leaky garbage disposal is never fun but it's even worse when it's the day before a major holiday. Thankfully I found this company. They answered my call on the first ring and 90 minutes later the technician was leaving my house having fixed the problem. On top of that, he checked the water pressure, made sure the primary water cutoff valve was functioning correctly, and made recommendations about my water heater. I'm a very satisfied new customer.

Had a clogged toilet on a Sunday morning and was afraid it would get worse and spill over. Fernando to the rescue! He came out with minimal notice did A quick inspection and tested a few things. My water heater was leaking. Juan the GM messaged me within minutes and immediately came out to give me a quote. His prices are the best in the market. Better than his prices was the quality of his work. He did all he could to protect the floor, stairs and driveway during the install. I highly recommend Juan and his business!

Joe was able to come out to address an issue I had right away.  The issue was at a rental property and I was unable to be there, but Joe was great at communicating throughout the process and provided several pictures and videos as well. Will keep him in mind for any future plumbing needs.

My wife had a run in with Dan while I was working, honestly I was bit nervous about leaving her alone with the plumber (unsure of how he'll treat her, had my doubts about whether she'll know how to inspect the quality of his work). But after dan finished I came home to a stellar job and also her gushing about how polite he was! Showed up on time, worked in a timely manner, and remained professional the ENTIRE time. 5 stars, this ones for you Dan - cheers.

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

After doing a through review of Yelp/Google/Next door reviews I gave Plamen a call to inspect my 10+ year old Water heater that was leaking and likely needed replacing. He answered my call straight away. After reviewing the issue over the phone via texts/pictures, he gave me a quote to replace the heater (thankfully better than I expected) and promised he'd be there first thing the next morning...maybe later that day.  Well I was pleasantly surprised when he squeezed me in later that same day.  He and his son came over - fully masked up, and replaced my unit with no issues at all and left the area cleaner than it was when he started.  Hopefully I don't have to use him again for another 10 years !!... but I highly recommend him to others.
