I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

Chris is very professional. He was always in contact, arrived right on time, and did the job correctly. I would highly recommend.

I am an apartment manager so I call Pipe Bros often. They are my go-to plumbers. They always send someone promptly. The guys they send out are respectful, knowledgeable, explain things well (important for me cuz I don't understand anything abt plumbing ), and friendly. They're prompt and dependable. The front desk lady, Evelyn, is easy to get ahold of and always does her best to fit me in. Once I had an emergency at 7am and they had someone on the property by 845. I was super impressed! I will be sticking with them for all my plumbing needs!

He communicated his time frame, called and text when we had early.  He is knowledgeable and has 20 years trade experience and it shows.  His pricing is fair and he was a pleasure to work with.  We will be using his services again in the future.

Cal has been our plumber for many years. He's reliable, very very competent, honest and leaves every thing clean.   We had a pressure regulator and three bathroom faucets replaced.   Cal did this while we were back east.  The day before I left, while emptying the bathroom vanity we realized the sink would most likely need to be replaced. I texted Cal and let him know the situation.  Authorized him to pick out a durable easy to clean sink.  He did.  Everything was installed and ready to go.   I trust Cal so much I didn't worry about plumbing problems while we were gone.

I paid for most of the work upfront since we weren't going to be here. Cal left a bill for the sink and installation.  I was pleased with the $225 bill for both.  It's great to have someone so trustworthy to call on.

Magic Mike was incredible,  Responded to our urgent call super quick. Polite!  He provided a very intelligent assessment of a difficult gas line issue. He was like the 'EF Hutton man' -- when Mike spoke, everybody listened. He provided a solid big picture view and solutions to our problem. I would highly recommend Magic Mike!

I was referred by a friend at work. I had a hose break under the sink. At the time I thought it was a pipe or something worse. I called and they came right over and fixed it. I was so happy with the gentleman that helped me. I will refer my friends to diet plumbing.

We had a couple of jobs - replacing some outside faucets that were leaking, installing our new gas cooktop, and a leaking gasket around the above-counter bowl-style style in our downstairs bathroom (by the way, don't ever buy one of those). I put out one of those quote requests to multiple plumbers in our area, and Jared was one of the first to reply and the only one who provided an actual numerical estimate, which is what I requested. All of the other responders required an in-home consultation before they would give a price - who has time for that for a small list of jobs. I also thought the price sounded about right.

He responded on a Sunday and was able to come the next day. He gave us notice via text before arriving, showed up on time, and got to work. There was a problem with the gas cooktop fit in our counter top, which obviously wasn't his fault - he was still able to install it, but we'll have to retrofit the drawer underneath to accommodate the position of the gas regulator hardware. He had some suggestions on how to do so. All of the other work looks good so far - the faucets and sink no longer leak and the cooktop works.

Overall, Jared was responsive, efficient, professional, and priced reasonably. I'll definitely give him a call for our next plumbing issue.

Great experience!Jonathan arrived as scheduled, actually early, found and fixed my drain stoppage problem, checked the main drain, and, since he was here, I requested that he check and clean kitchen and three bathroom drains. Friendly, very knowledgeable, at a very reasonable price. Recommended.

My landlord hired Just Plumbing to come to the house and repair a toilet. Tom came out and discovered that there was a crack in the tank. He stated that a new toilet was needed and my landlord gave him the okay. An appointment was made for replacement and I was told Tom would be at the house at 9:00 am 2 days later. Tom knocked on my door at 9:30. He came without my phone number or name and picked a random neighbor's bell to gain entry to the building. I let him in and he started working. When he took the new toilet out of the box I saw it was not an ADA compliant toilet which the old toilet was. I mentioned that to him and he told me I was wrong, it just looked shorter. When he realized he was wrong he asked me if I wanted him to leave and return with the proper unit. I told him that I did but my landlord was paying the bill so he would need to speak with him. He told me there was just a 1 inch difference between the toilet he was hired to install and the one he brought with him. That is not true; it is 2 inches. Long story short, he installed the unit he brought and left. He may be the best plumber in San Diego but he proved that on Thursday May 3rd he was terribly unorganized and had an issue with the truth.

Total lifesaver,  just moved to Winchester. Nine days after move in water heater is not working,  needless to say home warranty wanted to play the blame game. Pipeline plumbing (Jay) comes through with flying colors on cost and speediness  in getting it replaced!! Needless to say they will be our to go to company for any plumbing related issues.  Thanks so much you guys!!

I had my jammed garbage disposal fixed..the technician, Robert, arrived on time, he was very courteous and professional. Overall it was a great service and I would definitely call them again.

I had been dealing with a clogged toilet for weeks or so I thought it was just a clogging issue. I called Done Right drains and plumbing and I was connected with Juan who was able to come out to my house that same day. Juan and James came and checked out my situation, what I loved was how thorough they were and how they explained what was wrong but also why and what I could do to prevent it from happening again. What was awesome was that they went above and beyond to make sure things around my house were in tip top shape, they fixed issues and didn't charge extra, they truly care about their clients and their experience with them. Their customer service is top notch and they make you feel comfortable with the process. Juan, James, Chad and Sylvia are amazing people to work with! They know their stuff and it shows in their work, TRUST ME you will not be disappointed that you went with them. Thanks Juan and James for the awesome experience!

Joe was able to come out to address an issue I had right away.  The issue was at a rental property and I was unable to be there, but Joe was great at communicating throughout the process and provided several pictures and videos as well. Will keep him in mind for any future plumbing needs.

Joshua showed up early and quickly diagnosed our issues. He was well mannered and a great communicator. Went to work right away and had all of our issues complete within 1 hour. He cleaned up after himself and gave us a written estimate that we needed to forward to our landlord for additional work per our request. We highly recommend Guardian because they they are Prompt, Knowledgable, Clean and Professional.

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

I called Proactive Plumbing after my 2 year old decided to flush some of his toys down the toilet, within 30 minutes of my call Mike was knocking on my door ready to fix the problem. He was very professional in accessing the problem and gave me a reasonable quote for his services. He got the toys out after removing the toilet on the spot and even cleaned up the mess I had made trying to fix it myself.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality, honest plumber who gets out to fix the issue quicker than any service provider I have ever hired.

Two gentlemen arrived on time (they even provided a 30 minute out call) . They worked quickly and efficiently to install new water heater and bring it up to current code. Neat, clean work- you wouldn't have even known they were there . Polite, available quickly and competitive rates . I highly recommend them.
