I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

Loved these two, they were awesome!  They knew what to do as soon as they arrived. My new kitchen faucet is installed and I love it!

They knew exactly what to do when installing a new gas line for adding my gas fireplace. Even knew I needed a turn off valve on the outside of my firebox so that the logs can be installed properly (I called fireplace store and they verified that's exactly what was needed). They both took the time to be very personable and even with their added parts run they are THE most REASONABLY priced plumbing company we've ever had. Will ALWAYS be calling them in the future 100%. Thank you very much to the both of you!

Last year I purchased a condo in the south part of Pasadena and I redid my kitchen completely. I noticed the kitchen sink cabinet was showing some egregious leaks even though everything was new!!!  It seemed that my leak occurred anytime we were cleaning up the dishes and when the dishwasher had been run.

I called Pipe Bros after reading a ton of comments and reviews on Yelp for Licensed and Bonded Plumbers with 50+ public reviews.

Titus was dispatched today promptly during my quoted arrival and service time.  Wow!  I am so impressed with the service.  I thought my dishwasher was leaking but Titus diagnosed a leak from my exhaust port never having been sealed properly by my kitchen contractor.

Also, a long term problem was diagnosed and prevented. My kitchen contractor had apparently done a really poor job installing my new sink and dish washer, particularly how the pipes were complicated and likely to cause blockage later on.

Titus was able to within the service window completely revamp my kitchen sink piping and even refurbish the joint connected to my pipes inside the drywall.  A seal was missing as well, so Titus identified that and replaced it.

I would recommend Titus and Pipe Bros to anyone in the community.

I had a bit of an emergency... I needed a plumber and I called several places, they all said they couldn't come in because it was short notice! I then found prescription plumbing and they told me that they would be there at 10am. And sure enough they were there at 10am... fixed my issue and advised on recommendations! Highly recommended  based on the quality of work and efficiency!

Cal was on time, honest and got the job done quickly.  I am definitely going to use him again and recommend him highly.

I can't say enough positive things about Plumb365! I hired them for a tricky bathroom remodel that included installing a 350 pound cast iron tub in a second floor bathroom. These guys were professional throughout the process. They showed up promptly, the team was clearly having fun working with each other and had great attitudes all around. Their work was excellent and their pricing was fair. Their professionalism blew away the the other companies I had quote the job. I will definitely be hiring Plumb365 for all my plumbing projects in the future.

I was referred by a friend at work. I had a hose break under the sink. At the time I thought it was a pipe or something worse. I called and they came right over and fixed it. I was so happy with the gentleman that helped me. I will refer my friends to diet plumbing.

The hot water in my shower was intermittent. I was worried that my 14-year-old tankless water heater had died an early death. I had another company come out, do very little checking, and quote me $3200 for a new one. I contacted Jared and he started with questions. Lots of questions. He was more curious about identifying and solving the problem than selling me something. His curiosity paid off - my dear old water heater was fine, it was the shower cartridge that was to blame. He replaced it (for far, far less than the cost of a new water heater).  Jared was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I can not recommend him highly enough. I will 100% call him with any plumbing needs in the future.

When our toilet in our master bathroom backed up into the shower, we knew we needed a professional plumber to help with that.  I quoted 3 different companies and Xtreme Drainworks came in the lowest and despite being a Monday morning were able to send someone out only an hour later.  While the initial price was lower than the others, the girl who answered the phone did not explain their price was only if they needed to clean the mainline using the outside clear-out port and that it would be more if they needed to go up on the roof to go through the vent, which they did for an extra $70 for $194 total.  Total cost was the same as the others were quoting if they had to go up on the roof, so I cannot complain, but I would have preferred they be more transparent on their pricing up front as the others were.  Could have been even more if they had to remove the toilet, which the others said was unlikely but possible.

As I said, they did come out quickly and the technician, Johnathan, they sent out was both friendly and straight-forward.  He not only cleaned out the clog downstream of the toilet, but also snaked the vent downstream of the shower as it had clogged from the very disgusting backflow without asking for more money.  With a slight verbal nudge, I was able to get him to clean up the bulk of the sewage and TP that remained in the shower, bag it up, and  toss in the outside trash.  I had to go in and scrub it out  myself afterward but, while I have seen other reviews for other plumbers to suggest a more thorough cleaning was done by them, I would not really expect that.  What he did was already disgusting enough.  He told me he'd made sure he cleared the TP, which was the culprit, all the way back to the mainline and checked it with the camera.  So, I like that he took the time to ensure he did a thorough job.  If I had gotten a more informative quote over the phone, I would have rated them 5 stars.

Great plumbers but their prices are outrageous.  We used to call them for our apartment buildings.  Never again.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Jon and I'm sorry, but I can't remember his partners name from PIpeline Plumbing and speaking to Ed on the phone. I have found my go to plumbing company. These guys are awesome, and I love the fact they communicate with you me over text when I had a question. They also keep the time window for arrival very accurate. If you need a plumber, give these guys a call, you won't regret it.

We Called 3 times and made appointment 3 times and nobody showed, we were stuck waiting for 3-4 hours each day

No hidden fees to clear my 2 drains. The big name company had hidden fees for the same two drains.

90 day guarantee on the drain clearing. That is outstanding! I won't take advantage of this perk because it'll be my fault if they clog again, but what great service.

there's nothing like turning on your garb disposal only to have it make a racket, but to throw up a tooth.
I called Joe to get a quote. we agreed on the price. I went to Home Depot, picked up a new disposal. I let Joe know I had the new unit. he contacted me and said he'd be by after he completed his current job. sure enough he came to replace it even though it was after 5.
this is the 2nd time in as many days using his services. he prompt, reasonable. I highly recommend him.

If you want the BEST plumbing service you can get, these are the people to call. We have been calling Jesse for  a long time now and now he is a partner in Guardian Plumbers. He is honest, on time and very competitive in his prices. Oh and I forgot to mention one of the biggest things very careful with all of your belongings. As a homeowner that is huge, as some of the workers we have had here do not respect any part of your home!

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

This review is way overdue, but I wanted to thank Mike, Miles and Steve for the great service that they provide at Proactive Plumbing!

We woke up on New Year's Day to a clogged sewer pipe. Toilets wouldn't flush, bathtubs filling with water and water from the washing machine coming up on the bathroom floor. It was a real mess to say the least. It was also the first day of the year and that means it was a day that most business were not open, even for emergency service.

Luckily I called Proactive Plumbing and got in touch with Mike who began to troubleshoot the issue. I told him all of the information that I had available and he said he could be over within the hour to try and get our plumbing functional again. We were so happy that he would take time out of his holiday to help us!

Mike arrived and quickly assessed the situation, got his equipment ready and started working. He was able to get our water to drain after battling a nasty root intrusion in our main sewer line. We were overjoyed to be able to use the water again without fearing a flood!

Mike also explained that this was most likely temporary solution to a larger problem. He was right. A quick camera inspection brought to light a failure in the sewer line where the cast iron pipe aligns with the septic tank. There was root intrusion and the pipe was not aligned correctly with the septic tank. He suggested replacing the last few feet of pipe that leads to the septic, so that the roots could be cleared and the pipe re-aligned with the tank. He also suggested we add an easily accessible sewer clean out, because our older home did not have one. His estimate was VERY REASONABLE. Best of all, he said that Miles could start the work the next day! I was really surprised, because January 2nd, 2017 was a Federal Holiday. Proactive Plumbing was helping my family on back to back holidays!

Miles arrived early the next day, discussed the repair with me and then started jackhammering the concrete sidewalk and digging. He kept me informed of his progress, showed me the roots that were removed, informed me of some new parts that were required and explained the repair in detail. I was initially concerned that the required parts may increase the estimate, but that was not the case. It was a much needed boot that connects the pipe with the septic tank and I was very happy to have new one installed. Towards the end of the repair, Mike and Steve showed up to assist Miles. I felt like we had the whole Proactive Plumbing company working on our house! I couldn't have been more confident in the repair and service the company provided.

I will definitely be calling Proactive Plumbing for any future plumbing issues and strongly recommend them anyone that is in need of plumbing repairs.

Definitely saved our day.  Water heater went out on President's day.  Our previous repair guy couldn't come for four days!
Plamen said he could come in less than two hours.  He came earlier than quoted.  He identified the problem and had the part.  He also let me know the part was under warranty.  I just paid for the labor and the call.
NCWHS will definitely be our fist call from now on.
