Chris is the kindest, most sincere contractor of any type I've ever worked with. Chase, his right hand man, is so kind and thorough, and I am so grateful I found them. Margaux, Chris's wife, helped with fixtures, and even came to our home to see for herself what we might need. They are an amazing team, and they are the first company I have ever felt compelled to write a review for, and look forward to working with them throughout my whole house renovation. After posting my initial review of Pipe Brothers, I was called by the owner who apologized and offered to make things right by taking my payment down $66.  Because of this, I am now giving Pipe Brothers five stars for total customer service and guaranteed satisfaction.

Travis is great.  I had a few minor issues with my toilets and sinks.  I'm not handy and I don't have a hubby to fix...so Travis did.  He was thorough and educated me in the meantime.  He has excellent customer service and a great personality.  His prices are appropriate for the level of service you get.

This is the second time I've used Cal's Plumbing, and he'll be my first call next time I need fast, friendly and fair service. Cal knows his stuff and does excellent quality work. (He also used safer Covid-19 practices in our home, which is much appreciated!)

I'm a retired United States Marine suffering from ALS amyotrophic lateral sclerosis disease and I'm completely paralyzed and can't speak coherently. We were using Brinks Services for over 7 years until Mr. Brinks ripped us off for a routine Pentair PSE2000 water filtration/softening system (please see my review of Brinks Services) and failed to properly follow the instructions, for the installation. Brinks left us with 3 separate leaks and we had to turn off our new system then refused to honor his warranty on workmanship!

So we immediately called Pentair and they sent us a short list of reputable plumbers and Plumb365 was our choice to come and reinstall the entire system and troubleshoot all of the mistakes made by Brinks and for only $135 (Brinks charged us $165 (Brinks military discount price per hour)!

David called us 15 minutes prior to arrival and introduced himself. Excellent professional service by David from Plumb365! David, not only troubleshooted the improper installation made by Brinks, but he also confirmed that Brinks overcharged us for the installation!

The following week, David came back and replaced 2 toilets for us. He was professional, clean, courteous and arrived on time. He called us 15 minutes prior to arrival and took all of the rubbish with him. Super excited about Plumb365! Thank you David for a outstanding job! I highly recommend calling Diaz for any plumbing services you need done. We had our sink and bathtub clogged up several times and Diaz was fast and friendly and got the job done.

Man, i cant stop saying good remarks about xtreme drainworks, good honest quality service on the spot, i found him on yelp with 5 star reviews, this guy deserves more stars, this company is very professional, prompt and affordable, called different plumbing services, got different estimates, by far this company was the lowest of them all, i was worried because cheap comes with a price, i was wrong, this guys exceeded every expectation, I believe Brian was the one that helped me, thank you man, A1 quality service.

I was referred to them by a friend who recently used Pipeline. I gave them a call early in the morning for a problem I was having with my water heater. I spoke with Eric and he was professional and understood exactly what I was talking about. He then proceeded to let me know who was coming to assist me and explained everything very detailed. He sent out Ryan, and he changed my water heater out fast and did a extremely clean job. I was amazed with the work he did in a timely matter. My entire experience with these guys were awesome, and I would definitely be referring them to everyone I know. Support local businesses!

Dont do it!  if your repair requires calling a Supervisor.......Don't do it!  My repair required removing what I was told extensive root invasion under my toilet. The supervisor which included two people in addition to the original technician, implied the work would be extensive possibly requiring multiple days to repair. After agreeing to the proposal of $4600, which included a $1000 discount, the technician left for about an hour to get equipment and completed the job after he returned in  three  hours!

In short ARS. charged us $4600 for a total of 6 hours from the technician and 2 hours from a Supervisor. They also cover their rear ends by verifying with someone over the phone that you are in fact authorizing the charge....that you have someone else with your during this approval and reiterate, in writing, the work to be done.

WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THE MAIN OFFICE STATED THE WORK WAS NOT PROPOSED ON THE AMOUNT  OF TIME THE JOB REQUIRED. WHEN I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR TO RETURN MY CALL......I HEARD NOTHING.

ARS is a scam and takes advantage!

Our water valve broke and we needed someone out asap. I reached to done right and they made it happen quick! Not like other places that take weeks. The work was done correctly, neatly and fast! They explained the problem and also told me how they would fix it. Best service ever! I will continue to use them and you cannot beat the prices! Thanks soo much for getting the job done!

Joseph came out and fixed a pipe above our tankless water heater that was leaking into an outlet. He was here within 40 minutes late on a Friday night. He was very pleasant and finished the job within an hour. Definitely recommended!

This is the 2nd time we've used Guardian  Plumbers.  This time it was a leaky faucet in the kitchen.  They came to do an estimate and see about the problem.  Recommended we get a new faucet and they would come back to install.  We ordered a new one, and once gotten, within a few days they came to install.  Very courteous, on time repairman.  Office very  helpful in setting up appt.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

Mike came out right when we called on two separate occasions to fix our backed up plumbing.  He responded on a Saturday night and was at our house within one hour.  He's also very professional and skilled.  Very pleased and thankful for his help in our times of need.  Thank you Mike!

I had a last minute emergency need with my water heater and this company solved the problem in a timely and professional manner.  I called at 5 p.m. and by 9am the next morning they came to the house  and fixed the issue.
