Laidlaw is a local Borrego Springs Plumber.  They installed two faucet sets for us.  One we bought from another source had an issue.  Don Laidlaw took the faucet for repair and reinstalled it in perfect working order. Excellent follow up and service.

Had the first appointment that was suddenly rescheduled in the time frame the appointment was for.  That was super frustrating but okay things happen.  We rescheduled for a few days later.  Apparently another thing happened.  That appointment got canceled, not rescheduled.  My husband had to follow up the next day to see when to reschedule and we were told he could not fulfill his commitment to the appointment.  What a waste of our time.  We could have called several other companies but it was our fault for relying on this company.

I'm so thankful for Prescription Plumbing! We had low water pressure coming from our shower head in our master bathroom. A different plumber had come to our home and said that our valve needed to be replaced at a cost of around $500. That price seemed high to me, so I wanted to get a second opinion. I reached out to Prescription Plumbing on Yelp to get a quote, and they responded within an hour! They asked me if I had tried replacing the shower head. I had not tried that, so the next day I tried replacing the shower head. It was very easy, and it worked! The water pressure is perfect now! Prescription Plumbing ended up saving me $500 in plumbing expenses. They are friendly, responsive, and most importantly knowledgeable and honest. I will be using them for any plumbing issues in the future!

Cal really knows what he is doing. He diagnosed our plumbing issue which another plumber couldn't figure out and wanted to rip up stuff that didn't need to be ripped up and dug out. I think he has 20+ years of experience seeing it all and the guy is good. Came out quickly and repaired, so glad we found him.

Plumb365 was recommended, unsolicited by two different friends on different occasions so I knew I would have to use them when I needed a plumber.   Unfortunately, that need came more quickly than I had hoped.

My pressure reducing valve failed and I lack the skills and confidence to replace it.  I called on Monday and set an appointment for Wednesday between 11am - 1pm.

I received a call at 10:44am and was told they were on the way and would arrive in about 15 minutes.

Maybe I have had bad luck, they never arrive on time or in the early part of their service window, right?   Not Plumb365!    Arrived at 11 o'clock sharp!!

Very friendly, polite and on-time!  What's not to like?

He got right to work, replaced my valve and had my water back on in under 50 minutes!

My husband and I wanted to remodel our master bathroom, our bathroom prior was a bit old and dated. The most important thing we wanted was to raise our ceiling height inside the bathroom to create more space. Our bathroom remodeled turned out amazing- beyond what we had expected. With the ceiling being raised, along with an entire bathroom remodel (wall tile, floor tile, rerouting plumbing, shower insert, removal of an older claw foot tub, vanity and fixture installation) our bathroom has been completely transformed and is beyond beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
Jared is a true professional, he was able to give us realistic feedback and was in constant communication every step of the way.
Jared also was able to help us when we realized our hot water heater exploded (it expired), Jared was quick to offer to help not only replace the water heater but also pick it up for us since he has a truck and we do not.  We are grateful not only for our beautiful bathroom and new hot water heater but also that we finally found someone who is so talented honest and reliable. Once again Xtreme Drainworks has come to the rescue. First time was in 2017 when I had tree roots clogging the main drain from the house. And yesterday with a slugging drain. Johnathan arrived quickly and very professionally cleared the drain. He was one time, efficient and kept the workspace clean. He thoroughly tested the drain before he left to insure that the problem had been resolved. Thank you Johnathan.

Bottom line, Tim and Oscar are great, and they will be our go to service whenever problems come up. They are honest, reliable and have reasonable prices.

We had problems with our 1956 shower faucets where the seats were stuck and we had to cap off our shower head as water was just pouring out. They were able to come by the same day I called. Tim told me over the phone that he knew exactly what the problem was and explained the options. He told me exactly how much it would cost. The other places I called quoted me over the phone as well but were $300+ higher (2 other plumbing services)
Tim & Oscar came out (on time) drilled through the front of the shower installed new faucet hardware (from double to single), put in the new shower arm/head and were done with the whole project in under an hour. No mess, they cleaned everything up and it was good as new and after almost 3 weeks everything is still working great. They were so fast, we asked them to fix our pipes under our kitchen sink too. They fixed it in less than a half hour and for a very reasonable price.
Then, we had to call them again last week as the pressure in our kitchen sink was very low. It had nothing to do with what they did last time they were here. It turned out to be some broken pieces of plastic from when my husband installed the new sink. They were able to come out within an hour of us calling and they fixed it in less than a half hour and didn't charge us anything!!

Sadly we have had multiple plumbing emergencies in two different homes in the last 8 weeks. We had two toilets that needed the insides replaced, a sink valve thingy that was rusted shut, and two separate shower cartridges that burst (weeks apart) and caused thousands dollars of damage to our home. My parents had a sewer clog today that caused a back-up into all their bathtubs. Pipeline responded quickly each time and got the problem fixed immediately. I will definitely use them for all plumbing needs in the future.

I will absolutely call Fernando from ARS Neighborhood Rooter & Plumbing again and will recommend him to others.  He is communicative, kind, honest, and skilled.  I sent a message requesting a quote at about midnight and he responded by 8 AM the next morning.  He came to my home and repaired my toilet before lunchtime that day, charging exactly what he quoted and getting the work done quickly.  When I called later that day about a subsequent problem he was back within 20 minutes to fix it, and everything's working as it should now. Juan from Done Right is incredible and these guys are lucky to have him on their team. If they ever let him go, I hope he keeps my number because he would be my go-to plumber from here on out. The guy reminds me of my uncle, who is just such an honest, reliable, knowledgeable guy that everyone trusts do do a job right (did I mention HONEST)?
Juan was on time, friendly, and spent at least an hour and a half underneath my dirty, muddy ass crawlspace checking for leaks and piping issues that had led to major flooding and moisture issues under my house for god only knows how many months/ years. I had the plumbing issues fixed already a few months ago, so he was checking to be sure the moisture wasn't from some other plumbing issue. He found no leaks, took tons of pics for me, and walked me through it all. He even referred me and made the call to Floodbusters for me to have the moisture issue remedied, and hopefully covered by insurance. He has great connections and relationships, which is also helpful. Unfortunately for Done Right, I had no business to give them this round, but you better bet your booty that I'm giving them my future business and sending you fine people to them while they have Juan on board.
The receptionist/scheduler/dispatcher (a female) was also great, she was polite, personable, and communicative thoughout the process.

Joe and Anthony came out to check on a mystery leak in my house. They used a camera and good old fashioned detective skills to find my leak. As it turns out the furnace has a drain that was draining right into the furnace room!  They suggested I call the guy who installed my AC and it should be under warrantee. They offered to do the work if I couldn't get anywhere that way. It's good to know these guys were honest enough to tell me what was actually happening and that another professional would be the better option. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

If you want the BEST plumbing service you can get, these are the people to call. We have been calling Jesse for  a long time now and now he is a partner in Guardian Plumbers. He is honest, on time and very competitive in his prices. Oh and I forgot to mention one of the biggest things very careful with all of your belongings. As a homeowner that is huge, as some of the workers we have had here do not respect any part of your home!

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

Just moved into my aunt's place in San Marcos with my husband. We weren't getting any hot water in our shower in the master bedroom. I shower in the downstairs bathroom before work.

Get to work at 7 am and I Yelp find plumber near San Marcos, CA and Proactive Plumbing shows up with raving and legit-looking reviews (check legit-ness by seeing how many other reviews the reviewers write because sometimes there are obvious fakes).

The husband texts me it will be $190 to fix. I'm surprised that they are there, it's 8:59 am. He says a cartridge replacement is needed.

9:23 am - I get a text saying they're done.

Wow. Less than 3 hours from yelping them and the job is done. We are now having warm showers and don't have to walk downstairs to get ready for work. Thank you!

My water heater decided to fail and leak at 2pm on a Sunday, and I had a business trip the following week so I called up North County Water Heater Services and they arrived within 1 hr to replace my water heater. Plamen and his assistant were professional and their work quality. No corners were cut and they answered all my questions about the process. Definitely recommend their services!
