I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

Chris and team were incredible. So knowledgable, kind, and efficient. They knew how to get the job done and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. He even helped me light a wonky pilot light in my heater! We'll definitely be using again and recommending to all friends and family!

Pipe Bros Plumbing Service is amazing. Fast, Friendly, Professional, and Affordable. Their staff knows there stuff and treats you how you should be treated - with respect. My main junction from the water heater to my guest bathroom 3 floors down, to my pipes for my washer / dryer on my second floor. Now my water bill is efficient, hot, ready for use immediately.

Scheduling an appointment was a breeze along with great follow up to make sure my issues were properly handled.

Travis is AWESOME!!  I just signed a lease on a new place and found out the master tub was clogged as I was cleaning...
I had one day to fix the problem before moving in.  I called Travis and described the problem.  He said he was in the area and would come by in about an hour.  He was SUPER friendly, very knowledgeable, and very fairly priced!!  I found another leak while he was here, and he fixed it too!
It's hard to find honest, quick, reliable business contacts...Travis is all 3!

My ex-wife and I owned a house that had old pipes and we were constantly calling plumbers to come fix the problem.  When I met Cal and called him to help me fix my problem, his estimate was higher than what I had been used to paying. When I questioned him on it, he said that the difference is that with him I pay once and get the job done right so it is much cheaper in the long run. And he was absolutely right. After he was done fixing the problem, we were truly done with it. So the reality is that while his initial outlay was a bit higher, the true cost was MUCH lower. Cal has integrity, knowledge and exceptional service. I have recommended him to many of my friends and clients and they all rave about him.

It was like having a friend you trust fix your plumbing issues. Atila came out and saved the day. He installed a new toilet, replaced a regulator for the water pressure, installed a new shut off valve for my sprinkler and a few other small items that needed to be done that I just didn't feel comfortable doing myself. What a great guy! Everything was done professionally with great care taken not to dirty my carpets or floors. I would highly recommend this company, and I have, to my friends. If a problem arises I know who to call. Mike, the owner, even took time out to give me advice on what brand and model of toilet to buy. Because let's face, who is up to date on toilet models. I was referred by a friend at work. I had a hose break under the sink. At the time I thought it was a pipe or something worse. I called and they came right over and fixed it. I was so happy with the gentleman that helped me. I will refer my friends to diet plumbing.

I have worked with Jared on a few projects now. He has been very easy to work with, very responsive when trying to communicate, and he is always on time and gets the job done in the time frame he tells you. He replaced a electric tank water heater at a rental property and replaced our gas tank water heater with a tankless gas. So, he has shown that his versatility and that he can handle any job. I am very impressed by the turn around time.  I sent a Yelp message asking about availability and price at 9:00 am and by 2:15 pm my drain was fixed! Very professional and I really love the 30 day guarantee.  Will be calling Xtreme again if I ever have drainage problems again (knock on wood).

Today Mr. Jay Durham fixed our outdated washer water valves. They didn't close, but he fixed that and made sure there weren't any leaks that could have caused more damage.
Jay worked with professionalism and it shows that he loves what he does and makes sure that his customers are happy with his service. I value his courtesy and expertise, that is why we always call this family business and you should, too.

Fernando and his assistant were very professional.  They delivered a superb work and followed exactly the work plan that we agreed upon for a very reasonable fee.

We are in the process of selling a house and had to correct a couple of plumbing discrepancies identified by the buyer's inspector.  We had to fix the issues before the appraiser comes the following Wednesday. We received the report on a Friday.  Started yelping that evening and received a couple of automatic responses ARS was the first to send a real message followed by a phone call.  

Fermando was very professional in terms of his presentation, cost estimate and his work proposal.  He understood the urgency of the need; he started and finished the job as planned and promised.

Done right was absolutely incredible!! Juan was extremely friendly and very helpful! If you want someone to truly take care of you please use this plumbing company! They were on time, fair pricing and got the job done quicker than we could of imagined. It is also really great to support a small business. Juan also will always be honest with you and not push you do anything you don't want to. So again I give this company a 5 out of 5 and I wish I could post pictures but my bathrooms are currently being remodeled

Most home owners can relate to the anxiety of trying to find quotes for when something goes wrong. Research, comparative shopping, assessing trustworthiness, etc. it's all a big hassle.

I was about to start this circus for my water heater and Original Plumbing was the first to come through. Immediate impression was they were very professional, respectful of the home, offered to wear a mask, put on booties b4 entering the home. Solid at every turn.

With respect to the actual service. The final price was in line with the quote, the situation was explained succinctly and plainly. (I knew what was wrong but I don't have the skills to b messing with plumbing). So it was reassuring that they were not trying to take advantage of any possible ignorance I might have had. I had no need to see anyone else and I pretty much found my plumber - hopefully nothing else breaks for a while.

Made an appointment a day before. They call back an two hours before my appointment trying to reschedule because they got busy and said they couldn't get to my order. Um... i have an appointment which means i have a reserved time and should have been priority. Obviously i wasn't. So i did not reschedule. I canceled my appointment and called someone else who was very reliable.

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

Could not be more impressed with Mike Baker and his team. Customer service, effort and seeing the job through are as on point as their skills set and abilities.

Realized we had a gas leak a week ago, called SDG&E first and they shut us down. A friend referred us to Proactive and they saved the day. Carl capped everything off and Mike (the owner) was out the next day--after hours on a Friday, no less--to begin the process of cutting into our ceiling and replacing the leaking pipe, only to find out there was another leak.

The situation was explained thoroughly, their team was in touch over the weekend and first thing Monday morning, were back on the job to help us get to the bottom of things--fixing the second leak. Carl was back Tuesday to reconnect everything he'd capped off, SDG&E returned to turn the gas back on and all seemed to be back in business ... until it wasn't.

Range top wouldn't light and I sent Mike a text to ask if he had any pro tips. Called me immediately and walked me through the process--realizing there was air in the line, which pushed through after running the outside firepit for 15 minutes (re: Mike's suggestion). From there, both the range and indoor fireplace were back up and running within minutes. (Defeated, I was ready to call SDG&E in the morning and get them back out here. Instead, problem solved and ready to take the first hot shower in my home in a week.)

The expertise and skills set is five stars, all day, every day--but the human element, the bedside manner and helping us through a very frustrated, foreign process--a game changer. Proactive has earned our business moving forward and will tell anyone and everyone about how great these guys are. Thank you again, boys. Lifesavers.

He and his son were just at my house to install a new water heater. The Price he quoted was more than fair. Actually, a great price.
As he got started he said, Sir you don't need a new water heater, you just need a new hot water supply line. It's the line that is leaking.
He replaced the line and charged a small fee for the flex pipe and labor.
I'm a happy customer.
Honesty is hard to find these days.
