I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

Several days ago I began to experience a homeowners; nightmare  [water coming through downstairs light fixtures for an upstairs leak]  which unfolded over several days.  The technician Steve sent out was Christian who, over the course of several days, made things easier for me.  

I appreciated that Christian told me up front about costs and, because I had to take time off work, he made sure to call me ahead and assure me he was on his way.  The work was done in the shortest time possible, no delays with no hidden costs.

When I need a plumber again, I will be calling Pipe Bros.  Thanks for being there!

Prescription Plumbing not only responded to my request for a quote in a timely fashion, Travis had one of his trucks at my door before 10am. I had my new kitchen sink  and garbage disposal completely plumbed and operational before noon. Service was outstanding. Thanks Chris and Travis!

We called Cal's Plumbing based on his Yelp reviews and we were intrigued by his moniker, Cal, Master Plumber of the Universe.  Turns out, it is spot on!  Cal is a sincere, helpful, honest guy who does great work, reasonably priced.  He calls back and shows up as promised, not always the norm in the service industry.  We had a leaky toilet, which presented as a gasket issue.  Cal suggested we try tightening the bolts and making sure it was seated properly.  We did.  No luck.  Cal came out first thing in the morning to do the work at the quoted price.  He is now our go-to guy!       Thanks Cal!

Came to my Mom's house in OCEANSIDE,CA on a Holiday weekend when she had a broken pipe burst within the laundry wall. Nice, helpful with suggestions on what to do to detect leak first, then returned later in the week to repair and fix. Would not hesitate to call anytime. Fair pricing and all their workers were kind and considerate around 90+mother.

Jared has helped us fix our plumbing in our home. We had leaks and he came in and gave us our options. He did not tell us just one way to fix things. He let us know the routes we could take and how each choice would end up. He was so patient with us and knowledgeable! I just had these guys over to fix a clogged drain at 9:30 pm and couldn't go to sleep without commenting on their professionalism.

Jerry and his associate (sorry bud, forgot your name) went above and beyond the call of duty!  First, they got here faster than anticipated. And when they got here, I told them about my sleeping children who I didn't want to wake up. Even though we both knew that they'd have to end up running the snake down the toilet drain (an extremely loud process), instead of getting the attitude you called me, if I'm loud then oh well, they instead tried their best to be as quiet as possible. They whispered; they ran the shop vac with the quickness to drain the toilet; and when it came time to run the snake, Jerry fed it by hand until it reached a sticking point to prevent using the loud motor as much as possible...even to the point of pulsing it like a blender to be as quiet as possible. Throughout the entire process, there wasn't even a move or a peep from either my three year old or three month old.

Thanks guys!! You're definitely going to be the first we call if ever in a jam (or clog) again.

These guys were awesome!  Needed my water pressure regulator replaced.  They were recommended by a friend, so I called them, they came by and looked at it the same day, then booked an appointment the very next day.  Professional and quick.  Within 24 hours the job was done and looked and worked perfect.  I paid half the price of my previous bid and it would have taking him a week!  I have now officially found my plumber!

My sister recommended Pipeline Plumbing and I have been very satisfied.  I've used them a few times so far.  To begin with, my first encounter is always with Eric when I call.  He's amazingly warm and welcoming whenever we talk on the phone.  Eric can usually schedule me within in a day or two, if not that day.  Ryan is a fantastic plumber.  Not only does he know his stuff, but he is personable and always on time, if not early!  I am happy with all the work they've done, such as resetting a leaky toilet, fixing my cousin's unhandy garbage disposal installation, replacing a toilet, and adding a water pressure regulator.

When I saw my drain emptying toilet-related yuckiness into my front yard in a busy Saturday morning, I needed a plumber to come out asap! I contacted them via a Yelp message & got a prompt reply. I called and they came right over, and took care of my clogged drain at a GREAT price!! They were courteous, prompt, professional and I would highly recommend them for anyone's plumbing needs. The work also comes with a 6 month guarantee, that's impressive. I will for sure reach out to them again in the future - thank you!

The best to be expected. They were prompt, smart and knew exactly what my project needed with their knowledge. Plus they were very fair with the pricing.

The lady on the phone was great, but their tech showed up initially charging us $740-$1000 to replace a garbage disposal and a running toilet. He then dropped the price to $550 for just the garbage disposal repair - we looked up the unit it was $100 at lowes - We decided to go elsewhere and found several bids for around $285 for the same job. We decided to upgrade to a more powerful disposal and paid $330 - They just left did a great job.

I would steer clear of these folks -  they even charged us $60 for the estimate/diagnosis when other plumbers offer free estimates.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

We recently had a leak in our kitchen that we needed fixed ASAP. I called Proactive Plumbing at the end of the day and asked if they could send someone out for a free quote, and they scheduled it for the next afternoon. I got a call the next morning saying they were available to come even earlier, which we greatly appreciated! When Mike showed up, he took a look at the problem & gave me a quote. He then said he had all the parts in his truck and could just go ahead and do it right then. We were impressed by how quickly he finished the job and how professional and knowledgeable he was. Would definitely use Proactive Plumbing again!

We are big fans of NCWH after Plamen replaced our aging power vent heater today.  I called him after getting a positive recommendation from our friends, who also had their heater replaced by him.  Because the power vent was a pricey replacement and to satisfy the homeowner, we got a few quotes and NCWH was the most fair.  But the selling point for me was Plamen--just a cool guy who is prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The replacement time only took a little over 2 hours AND he left our garage very clean, which I truly appreciated.  You can just tell a professional's work.  I absolutely recommend him!!
