I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

They did a great job.  Flexible with time constraints we had to fix the issue.

I had one of those stressful days where I discovered flooding in my basement the day before I was about to travel out of town for a couple of days.  I called Pipe Bros for an emergency same day appointment and explained the situation; they were very kind about the situation and set up an appointment later that afternoon.  Christian came out within the two-hour appointment window and promptly figured out the issue with the flooding.  He was very professional and nice as well; he was explaining everything as he went along.  Christian also was super honest about the issue and didn't try to offer services that I didn't need, which I really appreciated.  Seriously, this a great company and I highly recommend them if you have a plumbing issue.  I will definitely be using their services in the future!

I had a bad plumber come out and horrifically botch an installation of a tank-less water heater (roto rooter).  Travis came out and replaced the damaged plumbing, and insulated and pipes, restoring pressure and safe hot water to my house.  He replaced damaged valves.  He repaired the gas leaks roto rooter left and installed a safety vent pipe to protect us should the heater need to vent.
He put in a recirculation pump so we get hot water without wasting water (great money saver) and even replaced a toilet for us.
Travis is very professional.  He does a great job at a fair price.  He honors his estimates.  He is on time.  
Really, he is the model of what you want in a professional.

I discovered yesterday that the hot water in my house wasn't working.  It wasn't a big deal during the day because it was pretty warm outside and the water was still coming out warm enough.  When my husband finally checked on the pilot light later that evening, it wasn't staying lit when he relight it.  Again, no big deal since school is out & the kids weren't in a hurry to take a shower anyway.  He thought he would let water heater dry out overnight & try to do again in the morning.

When he couldn't light it this morning, we knew there was a problem.  He had to go to work and was able to shower there.  So, I took the wheel to find a person to service the water heater.  YELP sent out 4 inquiries.  Jared was the second company to call me.  He was honest and straight forward explaining that my water heater needed to be replace based on the picture I sent to him along with the conversation we had over the phone.  He was able to come today and replace my water heater!  

Now I'm looking forward to working with Jared to upgrade/remodel both my bathrooms!

I want to take a moment to thank Jonathan from Xtreme Drainworks today.  First of all, he got here less than an hour after I called to make the appointment even though this wasn't an emergency, just some slow drains.  He was fast, efficient and effective.  After he cleaned out the drains, I showed him a leaking outdoor drain pipe that the last plumber said was hopeless...and he fixed it!  And above all that...he told me how I can prevent the drains from backing up in the future.  Great service, Reasonable pricing.  I will definitely call again with any plumbing needs.  Thanks Jonathan!

I have used Just Plumbing for several projects and I've always been very happy with their work. Tim and Oscar are both friendly and they know what they're doing. The previous homeowners didn't install a trap on the washing machine so my laundry room smelled like a sewer sometimes. Tim and Oscar explained my several repair options, and how much wall damage would result, etc. They only needed to cut out a small square of drywall to install the trap, then reattached the piece of drywall. All I needed to do to finish was tape and paint. The trap took care of the smell and I'm happy.

I wouldn't call anyone else but Just Plumbing for a repair. Tim and Oscar work fast, are polite, and quiet; none of the hollering that some crews do. Plus when you call you get to speak to Kelly, she cracks me up, she's funny and nice.

We have a 58 year old house and over the years have been experiencing slow draining and back-ups in the two bathrooms (toilets, tub, shower and sinks). This time the back-up was really bad. Water would not go down. Contacted my plumber but found out he had moved out of the area. Called a couple of companies my son worked with but they were too busy to come out. I got on Yelp and did my research and contacted AR-Chula Vista Plumbing and Drain Service. Fernando (the owner) answered my call right away and was out to the house that afternoon. He did a thorough evaluation of the situation. He was very meticulous on tracing the sewer lines and utilizing the camera to look inside the pipes. Turned out we needed all the sewer pipes replaced from the bathrooms to the street. A huge job we obviously were not expecting. Fernando was very professional and explained in detail what was going to happen during the repairs. He is very personable and easy to communicate with and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire job. He has the best crew! They prepped both the inside and outside of the house which was a challenge at times because there was a major rain storm that hit for about 3 days. They put up pop-up tents and tarps and ensured things were cleaned up every day. I have found my plumbing company and highly recommend that you contact them for all your plumbing needs.

I wanted to replace my old and noisy 16-year-old Power Vent Water Heater in my second-floor condominium. I once called a company and said that I needed my Power Vent Water Heater replaced.  They sent a plumber who wasn't told that I needed a Power Vent Water Heater. The plumber then complained he did not have one, that there would be an extra charge for having two plumbers, and strangely stated I am not going to charge you for this call. After that I reached out to other companies and their attitudes were truly discouraging. But when I called Original Plumbing, the owner Joseph Martinez was very courteous and helpful. Because I was busy the rest of the day, I met Joseph the next morning and he explained the project and the costs involved. That same day he brought the very hard-to-find Power Vent Water Heater and replaced my old one in just over two hours. The space that houses the water heater is so tight that another plumber may charge more labor hours for removing it from and replacing it in the very tight closet space.  He also gave me his five-year parts and labor complete warranty, whereas the six-year manufacturer's warranty only covers the first year of labor.
I highly recommend Original Plumbing because Joseph Martinez gives prompt service, a complete evaluation of the work involved, and respect for the owner's property.  I believe the cost of the work is reasonable, most likely because it is a family-owned business.

We were getting a termite inspection and were told we had a leak under the house.  I called Guardian plumbing they came the same dad.  They were prompt and very professional.  Had the leak fixed in about and hour.  Did not cost an arm and leg.  Guardian Plumbing is my Go to for plumbing.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.
