I've been avoiding leaving a review, because I don't want to share him. ;) Travis has been out to my house several times since finding him on Yelp - I think because, once you find a contractor you trust, you start scheduling all the projects you've been avoiding... Travis feels like a friend now - always making time to come out when we need him, has a real talent and skill (by my husband's high standards), and is always priced where we would expect. We're so glad we found him, and I guess it's okay to share. ;)

I was referred by a friend at work. I had a hose break under the sink. At the time I thought it was a pipe or something worse. I called and they came right over and fixed it. I was so happy with the gentleman that helped me. I will refer my friends to diet plumbing.

We had a couple of jobs - replacing some outside faucets that were leaking, installing our new gas cooktop, and a leaking gasket around the above-counter bowl-style style in our downstairs bathroom (by the way, don't ever buy one of those). I put out one of those quote requests to multiple plumbers in our area, and Jared was one of the first to reply and the only one who provided an actual numerical estimate, which is what I requested. All of the other responders required an in-home consultation before they would give a price - who has time for that for a small list of jobs. I also thought the price sounded about right.

He responded on a Sunday and was able to come the next day. He gave us notice via text before arriving, showed up on time, and got to work. There was a problem with the gas cooktop fit in our counter top, which obviously wasn't his fault - he was still able to install it, but we'll have to retrofit the drawer underneath to accommodate the position of the gas regulator hardware. He had some suggestions on how to do so. All of the other work looks good so far - the faucets and sink no longer leak and the cooktop works.

Overall, Jared was responsive, efficient, professional, and priced reasonably. I'll definitely give him a call for our next plumbing issue.

After purchasing a small multi-unit building, I continued using Xtreme Drainworks from the previous owners. At over $300 a quarter, they were to pressure clean the main line. However, less than 4 weeks after the latest pressure clean, the building's plumbing stopped up and another firm, using a camera, found loads of debris in the main line. It appears, tho I'm only surmising, that Xtreme only did a partial main-line pressure treatment, leaving the majority of the building's main drain unattended. When I reached out to management,the manager, Claudia, seemed unconcerned and unwilling to help share the cost of the $600+ it took me to fix what it appears their technician failed to do.
I cancelled the service and advise, if you use Xtreme, be very specific about your job and your expectations. My bad...I just assumed, because they'd been doing the building for 5 years, that they were doing a thorough job. The evidence, tho admittedly inconclusive, would seem to indicate otherwise. And their non-nonchalance about my concerns was equally disappointing.

Great service. I've used Just Plumbing twice now. First time was at my business and then at my personal residence each time they showed up a few minutes early and got right to the needed repairs. Very professional work and they were super clean and fast that meant the world to me at my shop since the customers restroom wasn't working.. Plus they unknowingly did my repairs for way less then I was originally quoted by someone else. Tim and Oscar are definitely our new Plumbers.

This plumbing company saved our Christmas Day. We had a back up in our entire house and called several companies frantically and no one could help us or if they could wanted an absurd deposit. We came across pipeline plumbing and Ryan was so helpful and told us he would be here within 2 hours. We got text alerts of when he was on his way and once he got here her went straight to work. He was very honest, up front, no hidden fees, professional and even wore shoe covers inside the house. He cleared the issues within an hour and gave us excellent pricing with his services. Will always use him and recommend this company to all.

Hired to uncap a sealed gas line for hooking up a new clothes dryer. Arrived quickly after the dryer was delivered and completed the installation despite the dryer missing a neccessary adapter for the gas line.

James and Juan were very profesional very clean and courteous . All worked performed done in a timely fashion, It's nice to see old fashion customer service. Will use them again and recommend them in a hot second.

I found this company in my local news paper listing something i don't usually do. They sent out Mr Ricky Lopez this guy was awesome he took care of our clogged drain and made my wife and i very happy with his work. I have been in the property management business for 20 years and i have yet to encounter a plumber with such a pleasant personalty. I highly recommend this company as i will use them in the future for our plumbing needs.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

Mike is the man - we've been using him for years now. Every time we've called him, he's been able to get to us in a timely manner, his work is always perfect, and he has great rates.

You can always get a sense when someone is trying to gouge your for more money, but Mike has always done a great job without trying to take advantage of us. We'll never use anyone else.

Thanks Plamen! Needed a new water heater and had called a previous plumber who could make it in 3 days. No thanks. Called North County Water Heater and Plamen quoted a price which I agreed to and he said it should be between 1-2pm TODAY. Perfect. But even better Plamen texted me when he was expecting to arrive and did so on time. After installation Plamen went over instructions with clarity. New water heater looks great and CLEAN. Did a great clean up afterwards as well. Great work, punctuality and honest communication. BIG 5 Stars! Obviously I would recommend Plamen's service. So appreciated the same day service.
