Their name says it all. I was very impressed with Chris and Saxon were perfect! Experienced , clean and honest.  They showed up on time,  got to the tankless water heater job, did it quick and clean, and not expensive.  My kind of guys.  I highly recommend them.

A very pleasant service man came to fix a leaky problem toilet in my garage. The solution was a piece of wood to prop up the tank. So...Ok.

The service man came in to the house to write up the invoice and while he was inside I asked him about my bathroom faucet. The cold turned in a direction that was surprising to me. He explained that if it were a regular handle and not the one I had it would seem natural. This made sense to me, but we noticed the handle was loose while we were examining it and I asked if he could make it tighter.  He did, and it took all of 45 seconds.

He then sat in my living room and wrote up the invoice. I was very surprised at the price but that's because I am cash poor. Haha! (love rich) He charged me $75 just to tighten the sink! I would have liked it, if he told me how many beans it was going to be at the time because it seemed like something I probably would have done myself eventually. He told me I could write a review for a discount. I don't think I would ever normally come here to mention my experience because it was really very normal and not particularly noteworthy. But since you asked...

UPDATE: I received a call from a supervisor one day after my review was posted and he told me he had noticed my review and wanted to make things right. I wasn't particularly in need of this. I only posted the review because they had insisted on it. He assured me that the service men are supposed to quote a price before working and he offered to refund the $75 charge for tightening the bathroom faucet handle. I thought this was very fair. He encouraged me to delete or edit my review in accordance with this refund. I have added a star because if I was quoted the price at the time, I would have been much happier.

A few years ago, we noticed that the carpet was damp on the ground floor. A neighbor and told me that we had a slab leak and told me to call Travis at Prescription Plumbing. He told me Don't call anyone else

We called Travis and he rerouted the pipes in question and told me that if it was his house, he would also reroute a couple other pipes that may be the next ones to leak.

I can't believe I haven't written a review until today. We have called Travis on at least 2 other occasions and he has lived up to the five-star rating each time.

Last week, my wife noticed that there was water leaking from the ceiling in the garage. We called Travis and he just came out today. I was fearing the worst. Leaking Pipe, holes to repair it, Drywall work, painting, and possibly new carpeting. I could imagine several thousands of dollars. Travis eyed the spot in the ceiling, investigated the upstairs, and told me that it was probably the gasket for the bathtub overflow. That's exactly what it was. The gasket was old, rotten and leaking.

Travis fixed the problem and was extremely reasonable for the house call. I am a very frugal person and I always try to find a coupon or a best deal, but whenever we have a plumbing issue, I don't hesitate to call Travis. He will give you the best service at a very reasonable price and he's a great guy as well.

I'll give anyone reading this the same advice my neighbor Jeff gave me several years ago, Call Travis, Don't call anyone else!

Cal really knows what he is doing. He diagnosed our plumbing issue which another plumber couldn't figure out and wanted to rip up stuff that didn't need to be ripped up and dug out. I think he has 20+ years of experience seeing it all and the guy is good. Came out quickly and repaired, so glad we found him.

Mike installed my hot water heater.  I wanted the drain pipe to go around my file cabinets and to the outside.  Mike was able to construct this in an unobtrusive way.  His work is neat, clean, and efficient.  He's a genius!

Then the day before I left the country, I had a flood.  Mike took pictures of the plumbing inside the walls, explaining what had actually happened.  I left everything in his hands.  He was able to refer me to a team of specialists for the mildew, asbestos, etc.  They were all just like him, honest, communicative, knowledgeable, and respectful.

Mike's work is impeccable.  He knows his trade well and he is willing to share his knowledge with his customer in terms they can understand.

You don't need to look elsewhere for a plumber!  And if you need another type of tradesman, call Mike for a reference.   Plumb365 is in my phone under favorites!  Thank you so much turning a potential nightmare into a pleasant, smooth experience!

Chose him because of the other reviews. Which were spot-on, he knows what he's doing. Fixed one problem and took a look at another w/o extra charge. Will be calling again when I'm ready to deal with that.

I have worked with Jared on a few projects now. He has been very easy to work with, very responsive when trying to communicate, and he is always on time and gets the job done in the time frame he tells you. He replaced a electric tank water heater at a rental property and replaced our gas tank water heater with a tankless gas. So, he has shown that his versatility and that he can handle any job. His quote for the work also came in quite a bit lower than some of the other companies I looked into. Thanks Jared!!!

Can't give enough praise to Jonathan who just left minutes ago after clearing the kitchen drain pipe... Before he gave the pipe a good rooting my sink was backing up when the upstairs neighbor used their disposal or did laundry...

Not fun to see someone's chicken soup floating up into your sink... and the smell... not only that black water was coming up when i ran the disposal... Even saw little creepy worm like critters that had been washed up from the mass of junk... The smell was enough to gag a maggot... YUCK! But now after Jonathan left the kitchen smells clean and fresh from the cleaner he used... Wish i could find an aftershave that had that fresh scent... but i digress...

Bottom line is from my 1 time experience with Xtreme, they are great.  5 yrs ago a couple of Bozo's from another company came to fix a similar problem and it took at least 2 hours or more... they even got the floor all wet and messy as they went upstairs to flush the drain and water shot out from MY pipe as they had opened it up earlier... Don't call those companies that hire guys named Bubba... lol

I have used Just Plumbing for over 8 years. Tim Just and his crew service my company which has several restrooms, gyms showers etc, and I use him personally at my home. They are an honest family run company. I always refer Tim to my employees and I will continue to use him always. Great prices and trustworthy!

What a stress reliever I must add, I leave on my business trip and we noticed water coming out of garage... water heater shot. I get a call from Pipeline Plumbing (Eric) with music to my ears to handle my situation immediately.  My stress level and BP just dropped to normal, now they'll arrive within the hour with everything to install. I'm pleased with the prompt call back, professionalism and being updated. I'm confident this will also show in there workmanship and continued customer service.

Plumber responded quickly to Yelps request.  I responded back for his earliest appt he stated...6am-8am.  Well, 8am rolled around and no show and/or message.  Oh well..

My water heater was leaking. Juan the GM messaged me within minutes and immediately came out to give me a quote. His prices are the best in the market. Better than his prices was the quality of his work. He did all he could to protect the floor, stairs and driveway during the install. I highly recommend Juan and his business!

there's nothing like turning on your garb disposal only to have it make a racket, but to throw up a tooth.
I called Joe to get a quote. we agreed on the price. I went to Home Depot, picked up a new disposal. I let Joe know I had the new unit. he contacted me and said he'd be by after he completed his current job. sure enough he came to replace it even though it was after 5.
this is the 2nd time in as many days using his services. he prompt, reasonable. I highly recommend him.

George replaced all our toilets the other day and was great! Was very informative and gave us the option of supplying our own equipment for install to help us save some money. He did a fantastic job, very professional and educated us every step of the way. Guardian called us, sent us a picture of him and sent us all the pictures taken during estimate and installation. They were very professional and we will be using them again.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

I am disappointed to write this review because I had such high hopes. After having them come to my house and quote a bathroom remodel (they seemed great), they just disappeared. I am not sure if they are still in business or if something has happened to them.

When I did not receive the formal quote they promised within 24 hours, I waited another week before calling to confirm that they had the correct contact information. The person I spoke with confirmed they did and that I should receive an email by the end of the day. I did not and that was the last time I was able to reach a person via any contact method (4+ weeks ago).

Over the next 3 weeks, I called, emailed, and used their online form to try to reach them. All to no avail. At this point their phone goes directly to a voicemail that is full and I have not received a response from any of the 3 emails I have sent.

At this point, I have given up hope that I will hear from them,, and am just wondering if something happened to the owner.

Great experience with this company! Our water heater busted on Saturday and there was a river running through our garage down our driveway! We called 3 companies to come out as soon as possible and these guys were the only ones who answered the phone.  They came out within a couple of hours for a temporary fix until they could replace the entire unit on Monday morning. We initially made our appointment for 8:00am but had to change it to 8:45 the night before and Plamen was very accommodating. Showed up exactly on time! He was very efficient and we are very happy to have our hot showers back!
