Their name says it all. I was very impressed with Chris and Saxon were perfect! Experienced , clean and honest.  They showed up on time,  got to the tankless water heater job, did it quick and clean, and not expensive.  My kind of guys.  I highly recommend them.

I had a main drain line leak directly above my cars in my garage. I called them knowing full well that the drain line cast iron pipes needed to be replaced. I work 7 days a week and a lot of hours, so I needed them to stick to a time and make sure it was done in a timely manner. At the same time, I'm not crazy, so of course I wanted them to beat the price I was quoted by another reputable company.

Pipe Bros beat the price reasonably, but also came in at the expected time, did the job, cleaned up their mess, and left in time for me to get ready for my next meeting.

My ex-wife and I owned a house that had old pipes and we were constantly calling plumbers to come fix the problem.  When I met Cal and called him to help me fix my problem, his estimate was higher than what I had been used to paying. When I questioned him on it, he said that the difference is that with him I pay once and get the job done right so it is much cheaper in the long run. And he was absolutely right. After he was done fixing the problem, we were truly done with it. So the reality is that while his initial outlay was a bit higher, the true cost was MUCH lower. Cal has integrity, knowledge and exceptional service. I have recommended him to many of my friends and clients and they all rave about him.

I chose Diaz Plumbing because of all the good reviews and I have to say they were right. I first called DSI Dry fix services for a plumber and got the run around for 2 whole weeks. Called Mr. Diaz on 9/4/18 and made an appt. for 9/5/18. He showed up on time and he solved the problem that I had. I had no idea what was wrong, I had a toilet seal leak in my upstairs bathroom. He will be the only plumber I will call.

We were so grateful to Jared at Pipe and Plumb for replacing our water heater.  They came immediately and assessed the water heater situation and offered us the absolute BEST price and installation for our new water heater. It was a little complicated because we live in a condo and required a double power vent water heater. We compared the cost to 4 other companies, and they beat the price by hundreds of dollars.

Jared was prompt and responded immediately.  He showed up exactly on time, and completed the service in the time he said he would.

Jon and Pipeline were a big help during a difficult situation. Showed up ASAP, diagnosed what was causing our issue and quickly got to work helping us with the fix.

When a secondary leak was found after the six month reconstruction process had, we thought, been completed, Jon and Eric were again on top of things, coming back out and guaranteeing to find the problem and get everything fixed and rebuilt to our satisfaction. You don't ever want to hire this Plumbing and Drain Service!  Minor repair in the bathtub faucet, which just needed to change the valve stem and handle.  The faucet had been leaking.  They came out the next day and when I showed Eduardo what was wrong, I asked how much and he  called his boss to find out the price.  I nearly feel off my feet when he said it would be $375!!

They never want to give a quote on the phone or ahead of time, they claim they must see it and then they quote you.  But to change a valve stem that only costs about $20 at Home Depot, doesn't mean that you have to pay a fortune to get the labor part of it done.  I told Eduardo that he can tell his boss that I won't need their services at that ridiculous price!

Despite the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, Done Right responded   promptly and professionally from first contact.  Every person that contacted me was very understanding - from the dispatch agent to the general manager (Juan).  I cannot say enough how they made themselves available and followed-up either a Yelp conversation, text or phone call.  They are committed to upholding their company name Done Right!

My problem was the Master double sinks drained slowly and smelled of sewage.  I first went with the $40 drain clean (aka snaking).  After a mix-up on the appointment (my error), James still managed to arrive at my place.  Geez their snake is industrial length!  After putting in some serious time and energy, it first appeared successful.  But it was not, and also, a new leak appeared because of the old pipe was plastic and the seal was no longer good.  James recommended jetting which turned out to be what was needed.

Done Right made no delay in scheduling the jetting.  This time it was Juan who diagnosed the problem more closely prior to jetting.  He showed examples while explaining what the pipes most likely looked like.  And he's right knowing that the pipes have not had a jetting in probably decades!  I'm lucky that the pipes did not need to be replaced.  Needless to say, the pipes completely cleared.  The water will be running smooth for another 8-9 years now!

Other details worth mentioning is they applied the $40 drain clean to my jetting, which I thought was generous since the 1st visit (James) required intensive time and labor.  Also, they wore booties, kept the work area covered to protect your floors, and cleaned up after the job is finished.

All said, Done Right takes every step to ensure that their work is beyond reproach.  While I hope not to need a plumber anytime soon, I know who to call when I do!

Joseph came out and fixed a pipe above our tankless water heater that was leaking into an outlet. He was here within 40 minutes late on a Friday night. He was very pleasant and finished the job within an hour. Definitely recommended!

I found this company in my local news paper listing something i don't usually do. They sent out Mr Ricky Lopez this guy was awesome he took care of our clogged drain and made my wife and i very happy with his work. I have been in the property management business for 20 years and i have yet to encounter a plumber with such a pleasant personalty. I highly recommend this company as i will use them in the future for our plumbing needs.

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

Mike came to my rescue late afternoon when the shower wouldn't shut off and tub wouldn't drain at my rental. He literally arrived within 15 minutes to save the day!
