Laidlaw is a local Borrego Springs Plumber.  They installed two faucet sets for us.  One we bought from another source had an issue.  Don Laidlaw took the faucet for repair and reinstalled it in perfect working order. Excellent follow up and service.

Had the first appointment that was suddenly rescheduled in the time frame the appointment was for.  That was super frustrating but okay things happen.  We rescheduled for a few days later.  Apparently another thing happened.  That appointment got canceled, not rescheduled.  My husband had to follow up the next day to see when to reschedule and we were told he could not fulfill his commitment to the appointment.  What a waste of our time.  We could have called several other companies but it was our fault for relying on this company.

I owe thanks to my neighbor, who told me that Plumb365 worked on his water heater for a very reasonable price. My pleasant surprise was how easy Plumb365 was to work with, how quickly they came out (for a non-emergency replacement), how clean their work was, and how well they answered all of my questions. Gerald was the plumber ... he arrived on time and with everything needed (a 50 gallon, 12 year water heater). He was about as friendly and easy to work with as I could imagine, and finished the replacement in just under 2 hours. Honestly, I couldn't be happier, and I'll recommend this company to you, too.

Nothing to complain about !!!! He's just amazing, fast and focus on his job (he was here 30min after I called him, job was done in 10 min it was an in&out for $50 while I was just estimated by an other company an hour before for $216). No one can beat his price !!!

Jared is a cut above the rest. I needed a quote for a new water heater and other places just wanted to do rough quotes over the phone. Jared took the time to come out and inspect our old equipment and provide an actual written quote. Not only that, but he came in the lowest. His work was excellent! He is professional and courteous and got the job done right. Highly recommend Pipe & Plumb!

We had all of our lines backed up. Plus an event the next day in our home so the stress was through the roof. In comes Xtreme Drainworks to save the day. They showed up in less than 2 hours. Then had the whole problem fixed in less than 2 hours with a very reasonable bill. I will use them every time.

Tim is our plumber of first choice. He is honest and does great work. We have no trouble referring him out to other people and use Just Plumbing for all of our rental properties.

He is honest and when he is caught up in a big job he is forthright and communicates that his time of arrival is an estimate. As our go to plumber we appreciate this. He is our plumber.

One drawback, Just Plumbing is a small company so 24 hours 7 day a week service is not always available. For that we have another plumber from one of the majors as backup. But we ALWAYS call Tim first. We like dealing with him and so do our tenants!

90 day guarantee on the drain clearing. That is outstanding! I won't take advantage of this perk because it'll be my fault if they clog again, but what great service.

Silvia, the receptionist, was very friendly.

Joe was able to get this done.  There was a little issue but he was able to solve it.  He explained at each step.

Our company removed a palm tree for a homeowner in Menifee/Sun City and we paid Guardian $750 to repair a mainline. The homeowner called us to say the repair failed. I sent my crew to expose the main line and the repair was substandard and failed at the joint. I contacted Guardian and they told me because it has been six months they will not stand behind their work and said it was only covered for 30 days. I understand 30 day warranties, however this should have never failed. And it certainly should not fail in a 6-month period. The work was substandard. Any company with any sense of pride, especially a licensed contractor would understand that regardless of any written warranty this should NOT have failed. What a shame that these people are unwilling to stand behind their repair work and moreover are willing to leave a homeowner hanging.  Any reputable plumber would have fixed the issue simply out of pride in their work.

Response to Guardian Reply...
When I contacted Guardian they told me there was only a 30-day warranty. They told me they ARE NOT responsible for any repairs and were unwilling to do anything. It was not until I had my crew expose the main water line and clearly saw Guardian's failed substandard repair that they were willing to send a technician to take a look but could not guarantee a time and refused to provide me the phone number to the technician. Furthermore, Guardian stated all they would be doing is inspecting the work and provided no assurance they would repair it.  Basically they told me wait several hours and then maybe, just maybe we might fix it.  When they finally called around 5:18pm (several hours later) we already repaired the line ourselves.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

I've used Proactive Plumbing on several occasions. Mike and his team are awesome. They have handled difficult drain problems in my 1976 era house with complete success. On the most recent visit by Mike and Colin they made quick work of a clogged bathroom sink drain. When I asked about replacing an old, old, old toilet (it was old!), they agreed to do the job right then. You can't ask for better service than that. I now have a free flowing sink drain and a brand new toilet. Mike and Colin were professional, fast, precise, and simply a pleasure to work with. Proactive Plumbing will always have my business. Plamen is on time,  gives excellent, accurate time and cost estimates and is very pleasant to deal with. He installed my under sink reverse osmosis system and hooked it up to my fridge for cold, filtered water and clean ice, too. He is very reasonable and came out again when the dishwasher wasn't draining right. I would recommend him and will hire him again when needed. Top notch.
