Can't give enough praise to Jonathan who just left minutes ago after clearing the kitchen drain pipe... Before he gave the pipe a good rooting my sink was backing up when the upstairs neighbor used their disposal or did laundry...

Not fun to see someone's chicken soup floating up into your sink... and the smell... not only that black water was coming up when i ran the disposal... Even saw little creepy worm like critters that had been washed up from the mass of junk... The smell was enough to gag a maggot... YUCK! But now after Jonathan left the kitchen smells clean and fresh from the cleaner he used... Wish i could find an aftershave that had that fresh scent... but i digress...

Bottom line is from my 1 time experience with Xtreme, they are great.  5 yrs ago a couple of Bozo's from another company came to fix a similar problem and it took at least 2 hours or more... they even got the floor all wet and messy as they went upstairs to flush the drain and water shot out from MY pipe as they had opened it up earlier... Don't call those companies that hire guys named Bubba... lol

I had a major issue with the old cast iron sewage pipes at my house.  My bathtub drain was completely plugged up, and a snake could not clear it.  First I had a couple of the big guys (Mr. Rooter, etc.) come out and they did a camera inspection.  I had leaks and roots inside the sewage pipes.  They suggested replacing the pipes with ABS pipes using pipe-bursting.  The pipes will be replaced, but they will still be located under the house and under the concrete slab. They wanted a lot of money to do that.  The other big company suggested relining the pipes, but then I found out they can only reline 3 inch pipes, not 2 inch pipes which is half of my pipes.  Also with lined pipes, you can not use a snake to clear clogs anymore. The snake will actually damage the liner.  I then called Just Plumbing and they rerouted the sewage pipes underground on the outside of the house using ABS pipes.  They did a great job at a fraction of the price of the big guys.  The best thing about rerouting the plumbing outside is that now I have easy access to the pipes in case there is another issue with my sewage pipes in the future.
I will always use JUST PLUMBING from now on.  Great service at a fair price.
Oh yes,  one of the Big Guys called me back and asked if I have decided to do the job.  I told her I decided to use a smaller company that will do it at 1/3 of your cost.  She said: Oh yes, we run into that a lot. That's because we are a large company and we have a lot of over head.  At lease she was honest.

I noticed our kitchen sink's garbage disposal leaking early Tuesday morning after doing the dishes. I contacted PPDS that day and they were able to schedule me the next morning.  They arrived at the scheduled time and were very professional and quick!  Would definitely hire them again.

Dont do it!  if your repair requires calling a Supervisor.......Don't do it!  My repair required removing what I was told extensive root invasion under my toilet. The supervisor which included two people in addition to the original technician, implied the work would be extensive possibly requiring multiple days to repair. After agreeing to the proposal of $4600, which included a $1000 discount, the technician left for about an hour to get equipment and completed the job after he returned in  three  hours!

In short ARS. charged us $4600 for a total of 6 hours from the technician and 2 hours from a Supervisor. They also cover their rear ends by verifying with someone over the phone that you are in fact authorizing the charge....that you have someone else with your during this approval and reiterate, in writing, the work to be done.

WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THE MAIN OFFICE STATED THE WORK WAS NOT PROPOSED ON THE AMOUNT  OF TIME THE JOB REQUIRED. WHEN I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR TO RETURN MY CALL......I HEARD NOTHING.

ARS is a scam and takes advantage!

I had been dealing with a clogged toilet for weeks or so I thought it was just a clogging issue. I called Done Right drains and plumbing and I was connected with Juan who was able to come out to my house that same day. Juan and James came and checked out my situation, what I loved was how thorough they were and how they explained what was wrong but also why and what I could do to prevent it from happening again. What was awesome was that they went above and beyond to make sure things around my house were in tip top shape, they fixed issues and didn't charge extra, they truly care about their clients and their experience with them. Their customer service is top notch and they make you feel comfortable with the process. Juan, James, Chad and Sylvia are amazing people to work with! They know their stuff and it shows in their work, TRUST ME you will not be disappointed that you went with them. Thanks Juan and James for the awesome experience!

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Great experience with this company! Our water heater busted on Saturday and there was a river running through our garage down our driveway! We called 3 companies to come out as soon as possible and these guys were the only ones who answered the phone.  They came out within a couple of hours for a temporary fix until they could replace the entire unit on Monday morning. We initially made our appointment for 8:00am but had to change it to 8:45 the night before and Plamen was very accommodating. Showed up exactly on time! He was very efficient and we are very happy to have our hot showers back!
