Laidlaw is a local Borrego Springs Plumber.  They installed two faucet sets for us.  One we bought from another source had an issue.  Don Laidlaw took the faucet for repair and reinstalled it in perfect working order. Excellent follow up and service.

Excellent service! Chris and his associate arrived on time, very efficient, fixed the plumbing issue, provided me suggestions and recommendations of services that should be taken care of at another time. Both plumbers are professional yet personable. I will be using them for future plumbing issues.

Yesterday, I had problems connecting with this company and wrote a negative review. The communication problem was like something out of the Twilight Zone. Somehow, my call to Pipe Brothers was received by Rescue Rooter. This caused all kinds of confusion, with multiple calls telling me someone would be out between 2 and 4 p.m. another that someone would be out between 4 and 6 and, finally, a call from Rescue Rooter that they couldn't make that evening.

Today, as promised by Pipe Brothers, one of their technicians, Dave came out and patiently dealt with a seeming minor job that became a major job. In the process of working in cramped conditions with ancient plumbing, he was patient, courteous and thorough.

I can highly recommend Pipe Brothers.

A few years ago, we noticed that the carpet was damp on the ground floor. A neighbor and told me that we had a slab leak and told me to call Travis at Prescription Plumbing. He told me Don't call anyone else

We called Travis and he rerouted the pipes in question and told me that if it was his house, he would also reroute a couple other pipes that may be the next ones to leak.

I can't believe I haven't written a review until today. We have called Travis on at least 2 other occasions and he has lived up to the five-star rating each time.

Last week, my wife noticed that there was water leaking from the ceiling in the garage. We called Travis and he just came out today. I was fearing the worst. Leaking Pipe, holes to repair it, Drywall work, painting, and possibly new carpeting. I could imagine several thousands of dollars. Travis eyed the spot in the ceiling, investigated the upstairs, and told me that it was probably the gasket for the bathtub overflow. That's exactly what it was. The gasket was old, rotten and leaking.

Travis fixed the problem and was extremely reasonable for the house call. I am a very frugal person and I always try to find a coupon or a best deal, but whenever we have a plumbing issue, I don't hesitate to call Travis. He will give you the best service at a very reasonable price and he's a great guy as well.

I'll give anyone reading this the same advice my neighbor Jeff gave me several years ago, Call Travis, Don't call anyone else!

When sewage started coming up into my bathtub last night, I knew I was in trouble. I chose this company based on their great yelp reviews, and everyone is right! Jonathan just left and did a great job clearing my mainline of tree roots. He also gave me a few tips on preventive maintenance. Very satisfied customer here.  I requested a quote on a broken shower head casing, and had it fixed within an hour.  Jay was very personable and professional, and offered tips and suggestions along the way.  Will go through this company again, when needed.

Hired to uncap a sealed gas line for hooking up a new clothes dryer. Arrived quickly after the dryer was delivered and completed the installation despite the dryer missing a neccessary adapter for the gas line.

WOW!!! I AM INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED with the level of knowledge our technician James had!! Not only did he teach me the ins-and-outs of my kitchen sink and clear out drain (which I never knew existed), but he was also able to give recommendations on how to maintain the sink to avoid future clogs. Something I felt was genuinely respectable was that James also educated me on the rights of a renter (me) versus a homeowner/landlord as to who would be responsible for the financial costs of the kitchen sink maintenance, so I sincerely appreciate his honesty and shared knowledge. The whole experience working with Done Right Drain & Plumbing from the quick response on Yelp, the friendly staff over the phone, to James' expertise was AMAZING!! 10/10 would recommend choosing them for all your drain and plumbing needs!

Joseph came out and fixed a pipe above our tankless water heater that was leaking into an outlet. He was here within 40 minutes late on a Friday night. He was very pleasant and finished the job within an hour. Definitely recommended!

Jimmy, Technician was sent to my home around 2am. As a result of a bathroom sink faucet not turning off.
The under sink and laundry room didn't shut if off. I was on edge. Jimmy said in a calm tone, for me to relax. He got the water off!

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

I called the main number and spoke to Mike about my water problem.  He arranged for Kenneth Showers to come out the same day that I called to diagnose and repair a main line water leak near my meter.  I was so relieved since I had to turn off the water at the street and my house had no water for hours already.  I called the city's water department prior and the city employee confirmed that it was on my side and turned off the water.  The source of the leak was undetermined so Kenneth suggested that I call a leak repair company to narrow down the location.  Jeff at Pulse Leak Detection came out and found the leak close to the meter.
Kenneth and Roger (plumber apprentice) came out after Jeff left and repaired the joint that came unglued.  During this phase, Kenneth noticed that the shutoff valve was also leaking (slow leak) so he arranged to come back to repair that as well.  To protect the hole with the new plumbing, Roger came back after hours with a board to cover the hole and placed landscape rocks on top to secure it.  Kenneth was booked the next day (Friday) so he scheduled a return visit the following Monday the  to fix the shutoff valve and replace the cartridge in the master bath that he noticed wasn't working when he turned on the water.
During the second appointment, he replaced the shutoff valve with a new and improved model that is easier to work with.  He also replaced the Moen cartridge in the master bathtub after resurfacing the valve due to corrosion.
I am so relieved that I found a plumber that knows what he is doing and that his truck has all of the tools of the trade with replacement parts.  I have noticed a recent trend with plumbing companies that they save money by having a minimal amount of tooling and not stocking replacement parts.  That is really problematic since the customer has to go and get the part(s) at a  home improvement store which defeats the reasoning for calling a plumber in the first place.
I would definitely recommend Kenneth Showers and Proactive Plumbing to anyone who is looking for a good communicator as well as a quality plumber who is honest and knowledgeable.  I am going to call Proactive Plumbers the next time I need any plumbing services done.

Just had the opportunity to use Plamen again today as our toilet would not stop running.
We called at 2:30 and by 3:30 he was at our house and had the parts with him needed to fix the toilet.
I highly recommend him and intend to call him every time we have a plumbing issue.
