Laidlaw is a local Borrego Springs Plumber.  They installed two faucet sets for us.  One we bought from another source had an issue.  Don Laidlaw took the faucet for repair and reinstalled it in perfect working order. Excellent follow up and service.

Ok at first and then turned not so good.  Chris addressed a leak issue in the kitchen drain that was tricky to access. After cutting holes in the crawl space ceiling, they needed to access it from the outside of the condo wall.  They patched the leak and I thought we were done with the problem.  Two days later our kitchen sink is backing up with debris, dirty water etc.. to the point that the pipe under the sink burst open and flooded the kitchen floor.  I called Chris twice, texted several times and finally he answered IN A TEXT with a very uncaring, hands off attitude.  Telling me it sounds like there's a backup somewhere... Yeah -- you think?!  He forwarded me some guy's name that could come snake drain and that guy couldn't get out to us.  After telling Chris how unprofessional he was, he offered to come out and connect the pipe.  I don't want anyone back in my house who clearly doesn't care.  Come to find out by a 2nd plumbing company that same day, that there was a pipe, about 10 feet long that was sagging terribly, where all the water was settling and getting stuck, causing the backup.  If Chris had just stuck his head into the hole that he had cut and further investigated, he would've seen this.  He misdiagnosed the root cause of the issue to begin with.  We are scheduled with another plumber to fix the actual cause of the problem now.  San Diego's Finest Plumbing,  NOT SO FINE.

We had a clogged toilet that defied our plunger for TWO DAYS! It wasn't pretty, so we finally gave in and called Pipe Bros for backup. When the appointed time came, I got a courtesy call letting me know our plumber was en route. Christian arrived promptly, discussed pricing, and had us back in business within minutes of arriving!
He was also nice enough to repair a minor issue in a bathroom sink for no additional charge.
I would have no hesitation calling Pipe Bros in the future. Thank you for the help guys!

I have referred Cal's Plumbing to several friends of mine for leaking Water heaters, rusty garbage disposals and even a backed up sewer line. The feed back I get from them is always positive. It's great to have a plumber you can trust.

Our master bath toilet wasn't working.  After calling several outfits recommended on Next Door, none of them even responded.  So calling Plumb365 was a cold call.  But they were immediately responsive and actively trying to get someone out as soon as possible.  The technician was personable, clean and above all quite competent.  Problem solved quickly.  I will be calling Plumb365 for any future plumbing needs.

Nothing to complain about !!!! He's just amazing, fast and focus on his job (he was here 30min after I called him, job was done in 10 min it was an in&out for $50 while I was just estimated by an other company an hour before for $216). No one can beat his price !!!

Called to ask for someone to come help with a clogged drain. Their website says they service East County. Was told they don't usually work in Alpine. Business must be good if they're able to turn down work because 20 miles is too far.

I had found an review of Just Plumbing and that is why I called for service. They were very competent and did such good job with our toilet leak that i asked them to put in a valve to make the shower not effected by other water uses. Again they were quick, clean and competent . And the charges were very reasonable and just what he estimated.

This review is a few months late but definitely deserves to be written.

We had a tankless water heater installed and a
Aquasana Whole House Filtration System.  Our situation was a little unique when it came to the filtration system and where to install it but this team didn't blink an eye, they consulted with an electrician and in no time had a game plan together.

The tankless water heater works like a charm and I am drinking water out of the faucet (which I never thought I'd do!) thanks to the filtration system!

You don't ever want to hire this Plumbing and Drain Service!  Minor repair in the bathtub faucet, which just needed to change the valve stem and handle.  The faucet had been leaking.  They came out the next day and when I showed Eduardo what was wrong, I asked how much and he  called his boss to find out the price.  I nearly feel off my feet when he said it would be $375!!

They never want to give a quote on the phone or ahead of time, they claim they must see it and then they quote you.  But to change a valve stem that only costs about $20 at Home Depot, doesn't mean that you have to pay a fortune to get the labor part of it done.  I told Eduardo that he can tell his boss that I won't need their services at that ridiculous price!

Our water valve broke and we needed someone out asap. I reached to done right and they made it happen quick! Not like other places that take weeks. The work was done correctly, neatly and fast! They explained the problem and also told me how they would fix it. Best service ever! I will continue to use them and you cannot beat the prices! Thanks soo much for getting the job done!

Joe was able to come out to address an issue I had right away.  The issue was at a rental property and I was unable to be there, but Joe was great at communicating throughout the process and provided several pictures and videos as well. Will keep him in mind for any future plumbing needs.

My kitchen sink backed up on the day before Thanksgiving.  I called another agency who I had used before and they said they would come out. At 4:00 in the afternoon I was told they couldn't come out after all and would be at my home on Friday. With a houseful of guests coming for Thanksgiving I had to have my sink fixed. After calling 6 plumbing companies Guardian said they would come out to my home, they were here within the hour, fixed the problem and were very clean and conscientious.  There follow up was fantastic!  They are no my first call for any plumbing need.  I am one very happy client as they saved my Thanksgiving!!!!!!

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem.
