Laidlaw is a local Borrego Springs Plumber.  They installed two faucet sets for us.  One we bought from another source had an issue.  Don Laidlaw took the faucet for repair and reinstalled it in perfect working order. Excellent follow up and service.

No multi-unit building insurance and high priced quote for the repair. Found another company who has the insurance and was significantly cheaper.
Response to the owner: Btw, apartment isn't commercial building, but yes I did find another company who had full liability insurance for working on apartments and 3X cheaper. I even mentioned I have hot water shutoff within the apartment. And please see the exact wording of your quote, no mentioning on 'replacing the whole thing' at all. And when I mentioned the price was too high, there was absolutely no response until I posted an review.

Having been stood up by the plumber that was supposed to come three days ago, I searched Yelp for one.  I found Prescription Plumbing.  Travis from Prescription Plumbing is wonderful. He promptly returned both my call and text message.  He was on time, personable, professional, respected my home.  He assessed our repair and gave an upfront price out the door before he started the job.  No add on's, no gimmicks, or sales pitches.  He did a A1 professional repair.  I will definitely be calling him again for plumbing issues in the future.  You want an honest guy who does great work? i was referred to plumb365 from another plumber who doesn't work in north park and tony came by and inspected a gas leak which ended up not being a gas leak at all. he also explained in detail what he has done and felt confident about his evaluation. i just recommended them to another realtor and would consider working with them in the future.

I chose Diaz Plumbing because of all the good reviews and I have to say they were right. I first called DSI Dry fix services for a plumber and got the run around for 2 whole weeks. Called Mr. Diaz on 9/4/18 and made an appt. for 9/5/18. He showed up on time and he solved the problem that I had. I had no idea what was wrong, I had a toilet seal leak in my upstairs bathroom. He will be the only plumber I will call.

Awesome experience! Jared was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a gas leak problem and SDGE turned off our gas due to the leak. He was very quick with completing the project and was a great price compared to others.   Looking forward to working with him again on future projects.

Man, i cant stop saying good remarks about xtreme drainworks, good honest quality service on the spot, i found him on yelp with 5 star reviews, this guy deserves more stars, this company is very professional, prompt and affordable, called different plumbing services, got different estimates, by far this company was the lowest of them all, i was worried because cheap comes with a price, i was wrong, this guys exceeded every expectation, I believe Brian was the one that helped me, thank you man, A1 quality service.

I manage many properties and use Tim Just as my number 1 go to plumber.  He's provided me with friendly service, and reasonable pricing.  He's done tiny jobs all the way up to 20 unit apartment repairs for me at a moment's notice.  I recommend him, and will keep him as my primary source of plumbing contractor.

We had just bought a new fridge and had it delivered to our house to find out that the water lines behind our fridge were corroded beyond use. We were worried that we were going to be stuck without water but we were fortunate that ARS was able to come out that same day and take care of our problem in no time at all. there's nothing like turning on your garb disposal only to have it make a racket, but to throw up a tooth.
I called Joe to get a quote. we agreed on the price. I went to Home Depot, picked up a new disposal. I let Joe know I had the new unit. he contacted me and said he'd be by after he completed his current job. sure enough he came to replace it even though it was after 5.
this is the 2nd time in as many days using his services. he prompt, reasonable. I highly recommend him.

I had a drain clog in a bathtub that is over 100 years old. Anthony carefully accessed the pipe from the other side of the wall and managed to get the pipe cleared with out damaging the old rusty plumbing.
It was a challenge. Great job. Exceptional customer service from Anthony and the Guardian office.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

Very happy with the service that Proactive provided me today.
My wife dropped a fairly large cap in the toilet which got stuck.
They came out and Removed the clog at a price I expected. I googled the average cost to unclog a toilet and they came in at that price! If we have any further issues we will be using them again!
