Laidlaw is a local Borrego Springs Plumber.  They installed two faucet sets for us.  One we bought from another source had an issue.  Don Laidlaw took the faucet for repair and reinstalled it in perfect working order. Excellent follow up and service.

Titus was my plumber and he was amazing. Showed up on time, was knowledgeable about what needed to happen (I had an ABS pipe that became detached), was fast, and super nice. He also helped me identify the cause of a clogged pipe and drained it.

Cost was totally reasonable (as a reference, some other quotes I got were almost 3xs what I ended up paying). Communication was excellent. Got a response to a quote request immediately. Receptionist who helped get my appt scheduled was friendly & helpful.

Plumb365 they saved my world! I have to let everyone know about the super star Boston Dave. Boston Dave is real, I thought he was only a legend. The problem I was having was that my bathroom sink drain always continued to have problems even after previous plumbers came and could not overcome the problem. Boston said there is two ways to tackle this issue, he could cable it or he could jet & wash the drain line. I chose to have it cabled. His cable had to go approximately 50 ft in and he was able to snag the obstruction & pull it out with the cable. He was lifesaving. Now my faucet runs at full blast & my sink drain never backs up. Thanks Boston Dave, I'll save the jetting for next time.

Chose him because of the other reviews. Which were spot-on, he knows what he's doing. Fixed one problem and took a look at another w/o extra charge. Will be calling again when I'm ready to deal with that.

My husband and I wanted to remodel our master bathroom, our bathroom prior was a bit old and dated. The most important thing we wanted was to raise our ceiling height inside the bathroom to create more space. Our bathroom remodeled turned out amazing- beyond what we had expected. With the ceiling being raised, along with an entire bathroom remodel (wall tile, floor tile, rerouting plumbing, shower insert, removal of an older claw foot tub, vanity and fixture installation) our bathroom has been completely transformed and is beyond beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
Jared is a true professional, he was able to give us realistic feedback and was in constant communication every step of the way.
Jared also was able to help us when we realized our hot water heater exploded (it expired), Jared was quick to offer to help not only replace the water heater but also pick it up for us since he has a truck and we do not.  We are grateful not only for our beautiful bathroom and new hot water heater but also that we finally found someone who is so talented honest and reliable. The staff at Xtreme Drainworks were very responsive and helpful.  They were able to come out in a few hours and fix our problem.  Their prices are  reasonable and I would definitely call them again.

I have been a customer of Just plumbing for over 11 years. They installed all my kitchen appliances, including the kitchen sink. At my restaurant they replaced all the plumbing underneath the 1850's building. Installed  a grease trap. I call them for all my drain clearing needs.
Yesterday they came to the restaurant and replaced the faucet and sprayer. I had purchased all the items I thought I needed. Tim was able to save me a $100.00 by replacing some of the worn parts. They will help you to save money whenever possible.  I never worry about sticker shock when I get an invoice. Don't tell them, but it is usually less than I expect.

The best plumber I've ever used.
I had a major drain leak that involved wet walls, tearing out walls, floor, including foundation, testing for lead, and restoration. Pipeline came out the same day I called, found out the mess I was in and lined up the other three companies I needed. I never had to make another phone call. Saved me I don't know how much time on the phone. The other companies they sent were also very prompt, and professional.
Can't say enough good things about Jon who did the plumbing work. He was very professional, and did the work in one day. He is a very nice person as well.

Had a gas line leak and these guys were the only ones, of the three places I called, to be able to actually show up the same day, give me a reasonable price and start the repairs the same day. Even though it was a two day repair process, I was able to use my gas stove that same evening that I called. So I really appreciated that. The workers were all super friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again.

Despite the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, Done Right responded   promptly and professionally from first contact.  Every person that contacted me was very understanding - from the dispatch agent to the general manager (Juan).  I cannot say enough how they made themselves available and followed-up either a Yelp conversation, text or phone call.  They are committed to upholding their company name Done Right!

My problem was the Master double sinks drained slowly and smelled of sewage.  I first went with the $40 drain clean (aka snaking).  After a mix-up on the appointment (my error), James still managed to arrive at my place.  Geez their snake is industrial length!  After putting in some serious time and energy, it first appeared successful.  But it was not, and also, a new leak appeared because of the old pipe was plastic and the seal was no longer good.  James recommended jetting which turned out to be what was needed.

Done Right made no delay in scheduling the jetting.  This time it was Juan who diagnosed the problem more closely prior to jetting.  He showed examples while explaining what the pipes most likely looked like.  And he's right knowing that the pipes have not had a jetting in probably decades!  I'm lucky that the pipes did not need to be replaced.  Needless to say, the pipes completely cleared.  The water will be running smooth for another 8-9 years now!

Other details worth mentioning is they applied the $40 drain clean to my jetting, which I thought was generous since the 1st visit (James) required intensive time and labor.  Also, they wore booties, kept the work area covered to protect your floors, and cleaned up after the job is finished.

All said, Done Right takes every step to ensure that their work is beyond reproach.  While I hope not to need a plumber anytime soon, I know who to call when I do!

We had a pinhole leak in the wall of our restaurant. They arrived quickly and repaired the issue quickly. We are super appreciative for their help and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

I called Guardian to fix a seized up shower handle and valve. E.J. Was our technician who worked tirelessly for over 4 hours to get the job done. My shower is fixed and working perfectly. He had to replace the old valve by cutting it out and welding a new valve in place. Awesome work. Thank you E.J.!!!!

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

On a Friday afternoon, I realized that I had a old flex pipe leaking from my new hot water heater. I live in a mobile home so the dripping sound was very audible. I called 6 plumbers and was told that I'd have to wait until Monday, or sometime next week.

I was so pleased that Miles from Proactive Plumbing could come over within the hour. Fortunately, it was a easy repair and the charge was reasonable. Miles was very efficient, pleasant and professional. I'll definitely  call them in the future, should I have more plumbing issues.
