I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

Absolutely Fantastic.  Very pleased...appt. the same day.  When I called I was told we are pretty full, my heart sunk because I thought I'd have to wait a day or more.  Nope...I called around 10 am and was told they would have someone here between 1 and 3.

Titus got here at 1:10.  We have a Jacuzzi tub/shower/steam...  access to the leak was easy but I thought we had one leak...we actually had three.  He fixed two and found the third..there is a small crack in a filter (has been there for at least 5 years) and he found it.  Nobody else found it, Titus did.  When I hunt down this filter (tub is 17 years old )I will be calling and asking for Titus to come out and replace it.

It took much longer than he probably anticipated and still only charged what he quoted.  

Outstanding service, from my initial phone call till the minute Titus walked out the door.  I will be saving their # and calling them for any plumbing issues I have at home and any we might have at my bosses rental..this property is considered our shop/place of business/bosses home.

Travis is awesome!  Put him on your speed dial for all your plumbing needs.  I requested a quote through yelp and had a response within 5 minutes.  He worked around my schedule and was prompt and on time (and it wasn't a 4 hour window).  Additionally, I didn't even have a big job to do (kitchen faucet replacement).  Despite being a small job, he was quick, responsive, and treated me like a big paying client.  I can't say enough about Travis and Prescription Plumbing.  Honest. Fair. Quality work!  Highly recommend.

Had a tenant call the other day, said his shower was clogged. Called Cal to see when he could get out there and said he happened to be in that neighborhood. Called my tenant that he would be over in a few. Cal swung by and unclogged the shower in a jiffy. Tenant happy, I'm happy, all is good. Can always count on Cal to take care of my tenants. Knows what he is doing and gets the job done. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Boston Dave installed a new Pressure Regulator Valve in my laundry store.  The price he quoted was fair and I know the job took longer than he expected due to complications out of his control.  I fully expected to get a higher bill but that did not happen.  He honored the original quote.  

On a more recent occasion I had an emergency where the water was not coming into the store.  I checked all valves and verified all open. He showed up within an hour to help out.  It turned our that someone had closed a valve in the underground box.  While he was there is snaked a drain for me.  

Dave is a good guy that really cares about my business and stands behind his work.  And he really likes what he does.

Nothing to complain about !!!! He's just amazing, fast and focus on his job (he was here 30min after I called him, job was done in 10 min it was an in&out for $50 while I was just estimated by an other company an hour before for $216). No one can beat his price !!!

Jared has completed several projects on my property in North Park. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the pieces, parts, and labor involved in the projects that my property required. I trust him and his work and continue to use and recommend him to my friends.

Brian was incredibly prompt when I requested a quote on Yelp, and he did the job that day. We received a video of our drain line inspection on the spot.

The reason I'm knocking a star off, is because he spraypainted my sidewalk to mark where my main sewer line is. I wanted to know where it the line is, but a stake in the ground would have worked just as well. Now, I have to scrub spraypaint off my sidewalk.

this is the second time well, maybe the third time i used Just Plumbing. wow! they are so good. timely. efficient, and quality work. this time i had a water heater that was leaking. i called Just Plumbing and they were out the next morning replacing the old one. Price was great.  Mike is just a great guy and does truly excellent work. Prices are totally reasonable and well to be honest i think they are way better than average. Once you use them they treat you as their customer for life. If they are here they will look at anything for free. Give advice. i have more work scheduled for next month. its had to find workman you can trust. i trust Just Plumbing completely. I would highly recommend Just Plumbing to one and all.

This was a perfect service call. Ended up having to replace the water valves to our washer, so I called these guys. They came out, explained what was going on, why it was happening, and what needed to be done in a way that I could understand and answered all of my questions. Two guys came in, finished in about an hour, and that was it. I couldn't have asked for more. Pipepline is now my go-to if we have any plumbing issues.

Despite the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, Done Right responded   promptly and professionally from first contact.  Every person that contacted me was very understanding - from the dispatch agent to the general manager (Juan).  I cannot say enough how they made themselves available and followed-up either a Yelp conversation, text or phone call.  They are committed to upholding their company name Done Right!

My problem was the Master double sinks drained slowly and smelled of sewage.  I first went with the $40 drain clean (aka snaking).  After a mix-up on the appointment (my error), James still managed to arrive at my place.  Geez their snake is industrial length!  After putting in some serious time and energy, it first appeared successful.  But it was not, and also, a new leak appeared because of the old pipe was plastic and the seal was no longer good.  James recommended jetting which turned out to be what was needed.

Done Right made no delay in scheduling the jetting.  This time it was Juan who diagnosed the problem more closely prior to jetting.  He showed examples while explaining what the pipes most likely looked like.  And he's right knowing that the pipes have not had a jetting in probably decades!  I'm lucky that the pipes did not need to be replaced.  Needless to say, the pipes completely cleared.  The water will be running smooth for another 8-9 years now!

Other details worth mentioning is they applied the $40 drain clean to my jetting, which I thought was generous since the 1st visit (James) required intensive time and labor.  Also, they wore booties, kept the work area covered to protect your floors, and cleaned up after the job is finished.

All said, Done Right takes every step to ensure that their work is beyond reproach.  While I hope not to need a plumber anytime soon, I know who to call when I do!

I wanted to replace my old and noisy 16-year-old Power Vent Water Heater in my second-floor condominium. I once called a company and said that I needed my Power Vent Water Heater replaced.  They sent a plumber who wasn't told that I needed a Power Vent Water Heater. The plumber then complained he did not have one, that there would be an extra charge for having two plumbers, and strangely stated I am not going to charge you for this call. After that I reached out to other companies and their attitudes were truly discouraging. But when I called Original Plumbing, the owner Joseph Martinez was very courteous and helpful. Because I was busy the rest of the day, I met Joseph the next morning and he explained the project and the costs involved. That same day he brought the very hard-to-find Power Vent Water Heater and replaced my old one in just over two hours. The space that houses the water heater is so tight that another plumber may charge more labor hours for removing it from and replacing it in the very tight closet space.  He also gave me his five-year parts and labor complete warranty, whereas the six-year manufacturer's warranty only covers the first year of labor.
I highly recommend Original Plumbing because Joseph Martinez gives prompt service, a complete evaluation of the work involved, and respect for the owner's property.  I believe the cost of the work is reasonable, most likely because it is a family-owned business.

We were having problems with our water heater. We called guardian plumbers, because they had a good review in Yelp. The tech came out to give us an estimate for a new water heater. It was replaced that afternoon. We have a pump that pumps the hot water through the house, so we have hot water around 30 to 40 seconds. We took a shower that evening and it took about three minutes to get hot water. I call them up to tell them what was a going on. They sent out a tech to check out the problem, he said your pump could of been run dry when the water heater was installed. They had someone from the company come out in the evening to replace a part to the pump, now we're get hot water in about 30 to 40 seconds. I happy to find a company that stands by there work. I would give them six to seven stars, but you can only give them five. I would differently recommend guardian plumbing to anyone that needs a honest plumber.

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

Excellent. Professional. Great communication. I called Proactive Plumbing and Mike answered, he was courteous, patient, and a straight shooter. Within an hour he was on the property and thoroughly explaining my options. I work in an industry which allows me to meet with many different types of skilled workers and it is refreshing to have business go as smoothly as this did. Job well done. Thanks Mike and crew.

Our hot water heater broke over the weekend. Plamen was there at 8 am sharp - Monday after Father's Day. He called in advance to remind he was coming- always a good sign. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He replaced the hot water heater with a quality efficient American made product. In the process he diagnosed and fixed two problems - a venting issue and a rotting copper pipe. He also included a tray under the hot water heater and pvc pipe so if the heater leaks the water will go on the garage floor instead of under the heater stand that is dry walled ; he also used bleached on the area under the hot water heater before installing the new heater; these are the little things that can make a big  difference . Great experience ; highly recommended!
