I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

Their name says it all. I was very impressed with Chris and Saxon were perfect! Experienced , clean and honest.  They showed up on time,  got to the tankless water heater job, did it quick and clean, and not expensive.  My kind of guys.  I highly recommend them.

When all other plumbers were booking weeks out, Pipe Bros sent someone out right away. And he was GREAT! Nice, competent, reasonable.

Travis isn't the cheapest plumber you'll find but his pricing is fair & he does great work. He'll quote you a price so there won't be any surprises unless he finds a bigger problem during the repair. He won't try to talk you into extras or take advantage if you don't know plumbing. He's often busy so he may be hard to book but that's cause he does great work. We've hired him a couple times & the work he's done has been reliable.

We called Cal's Plumbing based on his Yelp reviews and we were intrigued by his moniker, Cal, Master Plumber of the Universe.  Turns out, it is spot on!  Cal is a sincere, helpful, honest guy who does great work, reasonably priced.  He calls back and shows up as promised, not always the norm in the service industry.  We had a leaky toilet, which presented as a gasket issue.  Cal suggested we try tightening the bolts and making sure it was seated properly.  We did.  No luck.  Cal came out first thing in the morning to do the work at the quoted price.  He is now our go-to guy!       Thanks Cal!

Take your expectations of a plumber, take your fears of being gouged, take all that makes you fear having to call the plumber and flush them down the drain (see what I did there)... but no seriously, Boston Dave has rescued me several times and I can't recommend him and the crew enough.

Porfiro is attentive, professional and fair. He helped me out at my dog grooming business (lots of hair in the drains!)....He is honest and dependable - can you ask for anything more? I would recommend him highly.

Jared Butler first worked on a bathroom remodel at our La Jolla home 10/18 installing a new toilet and replacing shower fixtures.  He was able to locate an unusual sized fixture that installed easily without having to tear into the tile and wall. In the summer 2019, he worked on a major kitchen/bath remodel on a rental house in Clairemont.  In the process, he discovered the old galvanized pipes were rotten and ended up replacing all the plumbing.  He handled this unexpected event in a professional, efficient and fair manner.  In addition, he installed many fixtures, garbage disposer, water filter, washer/dryer and tankless water heater on the outside wall freeing up needed inside storage space.  Another challenge of this Clairemont project was the fact that we were out of town for most of the project.  Jared kept good communication with us, accommodated our situation smoothly, and our absence was not a problem.  I highly recommend Jared for any of your plumbing needs and look forward to working with him again soon on another upcoming project.

There is no question why this company has five stars. From the scheduling to the appointment, everything went without a hitch. Victoria was thorough in communicating with me regarding scheduling, and Paul is without a doubt a master of his craft. I had a clogged tub for which I called another tech to help a couple months ago, and this last week it was already twice as bad as it was (which after he fixed it, it still didn't drain well). Paul worked his magic and the drain clears 100%, no pooling whatsoever. He even saw that I had a hand injury and cleaned the tub for me. What a sweetheart. He was awesome, professional, and skilled to no end. Thank you Brian and staff for being our now favorite plumbing company.

I had a lot of issues with my new houses plumbing and was referred to Just plumbing by a friend. The prices were fair and the plumber Tim was very nice and did a wonderful job fixing everything quickly and neatly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

If you have any plumbing issues they are the one's to call. It was my first time calling a plumbing company, I had called various others plumbers around the area, and many were just either to expensive or unprofessional. Pipeline plumbing was fair on it's price, and very processional. Eric was beyond amazing when he arrived to change my water heater, he helped me out and gave me advice on my issue the I had. Honest and hard working people in this company. I strongly recommend them.

Plumber responded quickly to Yelps request.  I responded back for his earliest appt he stated...6am-8am.  Well, 8am rolled around and no show and/or message.  Oh well..

Despite the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, Done Right responded   promptly and professionally from first contact.  Every person that contacted me was very understanding - from the dispatch agent to the general manager (Juan).  I cannot say enough how they made themselves available and followed-up either a Yelp conversation, text or phone call.  They are committed to upholding their company name Done Right!

My problem was the Master double sinks drained slowly and smelled of sewage.  I first went with the $40 drain clean (aka snaking).  After a mix-up on the appointment (my error), James still managed to arrive at my place.  Geez their snake is industrial length!  After putting in some serious time and energy, it first appeared successful.  But it was not, and also, a new leak appeared because of the old pipe was plastic and the seal was no longer good.  James recommended jetting which turned out to be what was needed.

Done Right made no delay in scheduling the jetting.  This time it was Juan who diagnosed the problem more closely prior to jetting.  He showed examples while explaining what the pipes most likely looked like.  And he's right knowing that the pipes have not had a jetting in probably decades!  I'm lucky that the pipes did not need to be replaced.  Needless to say, the pipes completely cleared.  The water will be running smooth for another 8-9 years now!

Other details worth mentioning is they applied the $40 drain clean to my jetting, which I thought was generous since the 1st visit (James) required intensive time and labor.  Also, they wore booties, kept the work area covered to protect your floors, and cleaned up after the job is finished.

All said, Done Right takes every step to ensure that their work is beyond reproach.  While I hope not to need a plumber anytime soon, I know who to call when I do!

Joe and Anthony came out to check on a mystery leak in my house. They used a camera and good old fashioned detective skills to find my leak. As it turns out the furnace has a drain that was draining right into the furnace room!  They suggested I call the guy who installed my AC and it should be under warrantee. They offered to do the work if I couldn't get anywhere that way. It's good to know these guys were honest enough to tell me what was actually happening and that another professional would be the better option. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

Guardian Plumbing located and fixed a water leak in our attic.  They were quick to respond to our problem, rapidly identified the leak location, and provided high quality service to fix the leak.  We highly recommend Guardian Plumbing and will be using them again the next time we have a need for a plumber.

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Our shower wouldn't turn off, so I called Proactive and Jennifer was so nice and responsive. She checked with Mike and he was here in about 35 min. Very professional, direct and got the job done. Plumbing costs are always shocking but since my uncle was a Master Plumber I know the price was fair. Knock on wood it was my first time having to call a plumber. When I need one again, I'll call Proactive.

He was at our house within 10-15 minutes of calling, and charged $54 for fixing a plumbing problem on a SATURDAY NIGHT!  Courteous, professional, wears shoe covers in the house, had our address on file from a previous visit to install a water heater.  We will definitely be calling him for future plumbing needs.
