they got there on time, they got the job done on time and the price was right on the money...hit me with an email to pay the bill on- line since I could not be at the rental property when they showed up.  paid it within minutes of receiving it...all good and I have referred them to a neighbor that had a novice plumber show up, that did know HOWE to fix the problem...I saw the truck that did not know HOWE to fix the problem several times...but Plumb365 did it right

The hot water in my shower was intermittent. I was worried that my 14-year-old tankless water heater had died an early death. I had another company come out, do very little checking, and quote me $3200 for a new one. I contacted Jared and he started with questions. Lots of questions. He was more curious about identifying and solving the problem than selling me something. His curiosity paid off - my dear old water heater was fine, it was the shower cartridge that was to blame. He replaced it (for far, far less than the cost of a new water heater).  Jared was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I can not recommend him highly enough. I will 100% call him with any plumbing needs in the future.

I made an appointment during the day for them to camera inspect my new house. I made arrangements to take a long lunch and for the sellers to be out. Not only did Extreme Drainworks no show on me they did not call to tell me. Terrible customer service...probably good customer service to the emergency call they took.

Tim is our plumber of first choice. He is honest and does great work. We have no trouble referring him out to other people and use Just Plumbing for all of our rental properties.

He is honest and when he is caught up in a big job he is forthright and communicates that his time of arrival is an estimate. As our go to plumber we appreciate this. He is our plumber.

One drawback, Just Plumbing is a small company so 24 hours 7 day a week service is not always available. For that we have another plumber from one of the majors as backup. But we ALWAYS call Tim first. We like dealing with him and so do our tenants!

Great experience working with Chad and James. Professional and friendly gentlemen, who know what they are doing. I needed to disconnect the heaviest ceramic sink in the universe and they got it done in no time. Not to mention they agreed to work on a Saturday morning. there's nothing like turning on your garb disposal only to have it make a racket, but to throw up a tooth.
I called Joe to get a quote. we agreed on the price. I went to Home Depot, picked up a new disposal. I let Joe know I had the new unit. he contacted me and said he'd be by after he completed his current job. sure enough he came to replace it even though it was after 5.
this is the 2nd time in as many days using his services. he prompt, reasonable. I highly recommend him.

On December 15, 2018, I called Guardian Plumbers to fix a water leak in my garage that was an issue for over a year. They sent Derek Bicoy. Derek is a very professional individual who is extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the leak for which two prior plumbers failed to locate and correctly fix. I would strongly recommend using this company for all plumbing issues as they are truly experts in their field.

I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

We discovered we had no hot water and a leaking water heater after 9pm, and was a bit concerned about getting anyone here this close to thanksgiving. With a little research I sent requests for quotes and to my surprise had a response that night. He asked all the right questions and I felt comfortable his quote would be correct. They were able to come out the very next day and quickly replaced our hot water heater. Plamen kept in touch throughout the day to let me know exactly when to expect them, worked quickly and efficiently, and you can't even tell they were here. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. I'm one happy customer.
