I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

I had a broken faucet that was leaking and the whole thing had to be replaced. Working with Chris was Pleasant and easy because of efficient communication and working with my schedule. He understood what needed to be done and had great suggestions about product choices available for my vintage homes needs. Cal has been our plumber for many years. He's reliable, very very competent, honest and leaves every thing clean.   We had a pressure regulator and three bathroom faucets replaced.   Cal did this while we were back east.  The day before I left, while emptying the bathroom vanity we realized the sink would most likely need to be replaced. I texted Cal and let him know the situation.  Authorized him to pick out a durable easy to clean sink.  He did.  Everything was installed and ready to go.   I trust Cal so much I didn't worry about plumbing problems while we were gone.

I paid for most of the work upfront since we weren't going to be here. Cal left a bill for the sink and installation.  I was pleased with the $225 bill for both.  It's great to have someone so trustworthy to call on.

Had a plumbing issue and had a good experience with plumb365 prior so I gave them a call again.  Elizabeth was very responsive to my message.  She had Gerald come out who figured out the problem quickly.  He was on-time, cordial, and very efficient .  Thanks guys!  I'll be calling them again.

Nothing to complain about !!!! He's just amazing, fast and focus on his job (he was here 30min after I called him, job was done in 10 min it was an in&out for $50 while I was just estimated by an other company an hour before for $216). No one can beat his price !!!

On Christmas Eve I could hear a weird hissing noise in my laundry room. I called Jared and he was able to come out right away was able to determine a leak in one of my hot water pipes under the laundry room floor. He took care of everything for us promptly the day after Christmas, cutting the floor, fixing the pipe, replacing our water heater and making sure to recommend best courses of action. I've worked with him many times on multiple different jobs for me and he is always courteous,  replies promptly, is on time and does a great job.

After another company failed twice, Brian and Marco cleared the drain on the first attempt. Excellent experience! Prompt from quote through arrival.  Bonus: cleared the stoppage from single-story rooftop vents to prevent inside mess and clean-up.

Will be recommending to all friends and family.

We had a leaky faucet and it was flooding under the sink on Christmas Day.  I assumed no one would reply back when I put in a project request through Yelp.  Pipeline Plumbing was one of the first to respond and they fit me in their schedule and I was able to make an appointment two days later.  Jay was able to come earlier than my initial appointment time due to a cancellation.  He was super quick to figure out the problem and fix it.  Even was thorough to check the amount of pressure coming from our water system.  He was able to replace a new pressure regulator because our water pressure was so high.  He probably saved us from other issues occurring due to that.  We were extremely happy and satisfied with Jay's efficiency and professionalism.  Very nice guy too! Hired to uncap a sealed gas line for hooking up a new clothes dryer. Arrived quickly after the dryer was delivered and completed the installation despite the dryer missing a neccessary adapter for the gas line.

Great experience working with Chad and James. Professional and friendly gentlemen, who know what they are doing. I needed to disconnect the heaviest ceramic sink in the universe and they got it done in no time. Not to mention they agreed to work on a Saturday morning. Definitely recommend if you looking for a quality work of a licensed professional plumber. Thank you for being so amazing!

Joseph came out and fixed a pipe above our tankless water heater that was leaking into an outlet. He was here within 40 minutes late on a Friday night. He was very pleasant and finished the job within an hour. Definitely recommended!

Guardian was referred to me by a neighbor when we had a major back up in our main drainage line. Of course this happened on the weekend, but Derek came out immediately on a Sunday and addressed the issue, very affordably. They also recommended a remediation/restoration company who came out immediately. Jesse with Guardian arrived Monday and assessed the cause of the back up, fixed one of the leaks in the house, working with the remediation crew, then gave us 3 options to address our main line. Guardian started work promptly the next day. Jesse and his crew spent the entire day on the project, they were meticulous about excavating and explained progress along the way. They took pictures as well. When they were finished, you couldn't event tell that they had been digging. I would not hesitate to recommend Guardian for plumbing needs.

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

Up front no nonsense pricing and quote.  So, basically, no sales pitch and haggling which is something I look for in something like a straight forward water heater replacement where I've supplied the specs and clearly stated what I'm looking for (in a replacement water heater).  N County gave me a very competitive quote and timely response to my inquiry.  If you're shopping the job, you'll find that many won't give you a quote and need to come out to give you a sales pitch.
