I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

I have used San Diego's Finest Plumbing twice now.  Both times I was completely satisfied. I would recommend them to everyone!

No multi-unit building insurance and high priced quote for the repair. Found another company who has the insurance and was significantly cheaper.
Response to the owner: Btw, apartment isn't commercial building, but yes I did find another company who had full liability insurance for working on apartments and 3X cheaper. I even mentioned I have hot water shutoff within the apartment. And please see the exact wording of your quote, no mentioning on 'replacing the whole thing' at all. And when I mentioned the price was too high, there was absolutely no response until I posted an review.

Travis responded to my inquiry right away and was accommodating to my work schedule. He fixed my shower quickly and efficiently and even took the time to explain what he had done. He was extremely friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend his services! :)

Cal really knows what he is doing. He diagnosed our plumbing issue which another plumber couldn't figure out and wanted to rip up stuff that didn't need to be ripped up and dug out. I think he has 20+ years of experience seeing it all and the guy is good. Came out quickly and repaired, so glad we found him.

On time, professional work at a reasonable price.  

Greg came out to the house for shower value leak, identified it, and pointed to what was needed to fix.  It was a fair price and he could do the work right away.

Could not be happier with the work and price.

He even recommended a good local company for needed drywall repair from the leak.

I received quotes from other plumbing companies with good results, but Plumb 365 is just a step above.

I'm a repeat customer, this was the 2nd time within a year I have contacted Jared for a misc plumbing job. Always very professional, on-time, clear communicator, and great to work with. Would definitely recommend for all types of work needed!

I was working with a different plumbing company to fix our plumbing issues, but they were unreliable (I had to tell them it was an emergency before they came to my house) and did not show up at the promised time to fix the remainder of the issue. Desperate, I called Primo Plumbing for assistance, but they were fully booked so they recommended Xtreme Drainworks.

From the time I called Xtreme Drainworks to book an appointment, to following up with the assigned timeline of arrival, to being punctual with their arrival at my house (I was away from home so everything was coordinated via phone) to figure out the real issue, to finishing up the work, I would say that the customer service and level of work were beyond amazing. I will definitely use the service again if the needs arise.

Bottom line, Tim and Oscar are great, and they will be our go to service whenever problems come up. They are honest, reliable and have reasonable prices.

We had problems with our 1956 shower faucets where the seats were stuck and we had to cap off our shower head as water was just pouring out. They were able to come by the same day I called. Tim told me over the phone that he knew exactly what the problem was and explained the options. He told me exactly how much it would cost. The other places I called quoted me over the phone as well but were $300+ higher (2 other plumbing services)
Tim & Oscar came out (on time) drilled through the front of the shower installed new faucet hardware (from double to single), put in the new shower arm/head and were done with the whole project in under an hour. No mess, they cleaned everything up and it was good as new and after almost 3 weeks everything is still working great. They were so fast, we asked them to fix our pipes under our kitchen sink too. They fixed it in less than a half hour and for a very reasonable price.
Then, we had to call them again last week as the pressure in our kitchen sink was very low. It had nothing to do with what they did last time they were here. It turned out to be some broken pieces of plastic from when my husband installed the new sink. They were able to come out within an hour of us calling and they fixed it in less than a half hour and didn't charge us anything!!

True 5 star service in every aspect.  I sent a request for a quote and got a response literally 5 min later.  That was followed by a phone call a minute after that and 30min later the technician, Jay arrived.  Jay was friendly, courteous, professional, and had the issue resolved quickly.  Very impressive service from start to finish, thank you Jay!

Had a gas line leak and these guys were the only ones, of the three places I called, to be able to actually show up the same day, give me a reasonable price and start the repairs the same day. Even though it was a two day repair process, I was able to use my gas stove that same evening that I called. So I really appreciated that. The workers were all super friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again.

I requested a quote to get my slower draining shower looked at and was given a $40 special. This was a very affordable price compared to all other quotes I got. Juan and his team responded very quickly and came to my house the same day and the job was done in less than 30 minutes. They were very professional and used shoe booties entering my house. I will be using them again as my go to plumbers. Thank you!

Joe and Anthony came out to check on a mystery leak in my house. They used a camera and good old fashioned detective skills to find my leak. As it turns out the furnace has a drain that was draining right into the furnace room!  They suggested I call the guy who installed my AC and it should be under warrantee. They offered to do the work if I couldn't get anywhere that way. It's good to know these guys were honest enough to tell me what was actually happening and that another professional would be the better option. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

I called them to replace my tub spigot, and they did just that, but were incredibly sloppy in the job. I was given an initial quote over the phone and after he looked at my shower he told me it was going to be an extra $80 because he had to solder. I agreed. Didn't know the extra charge meant he was going to solder my shower wall as well and completely ruin it. That was cool. On top of that, the caulking work around the spigot was SLOPPY! I was literally wiping away excess and it wasn't smooth at all. Also, he left a giant, long glob of caulk in my tub. Luckily I was able to wipe it away before it dried. The soldering left a long streak from the spigot to the tub as well; it does not wash off. Neither does the soldering under the spigot. Because it is burned. If you like attention to detail and a clean shower, these are not the plumbers for you. Glad I can shower again but now my shower is ruined. Oh, and halfway through the project they said they had to run to Home Depot to grab a part. Home Depot is a 4 minute drive from my house. Tell me why these guys were gone for AN HOUR and didn't bother to say hey were grabbing lunch or that they were running late. I didn't think they were coming back. Just garbage service and sloppy work, look elsewhere.

The team at Coast 2 Coast plumbing came out and got my leaking water main replaced same day. I had water coming up everywhere and didn't know how to shut it off. Danny was able to walk me through turning the water off over the phone. I appreciated their cleanliness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing problem. Definitely recommend 10/10.

I'm pretty sure we used these guys to come fix a broken garbage disposal back in my old place off Mission. They were prompt, affordable and did a great job. No mess, didn't break again or give us any grief and they were very friendly, too. Would recommend if you're looking for someone to do the job and do it right the first time.

Had a plumber scheduled to install a water filter today.  He cancelled because something came up so I call north county water heater.  He came over and  installed the system within one hour of the call.  He is  my go to plumber.  Thanks for getting it done for me.
