I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

Ok at first and then turned not so good.  Chris addressed a leak issue in the kitchen drain that was tricky to access. After cutting holes in the crawl space ceiling, they needed to access it from the outside of the condo wall.  They patched the leak and I thought we were done with the problem.  Two days later our kitchen sink is backing up with debris, dirty water etc.. to the point that the pipe under the sink burst open and flooded the kitchen floor.  I called Chris twice, texted several times and finally he answered IN A TEXT with a very uncaring, hands off attitude.  Telling me it sounds like there's a backup somewhere... Yeah -- you think?!  He forwarded me some guy's name that could come snake drain and that guy couldn't get out to us.  After telling Chris how unprofessional he was, he offered to come out and connect the pipe.  I don't want anyone back in my house who clearly doesn't care.  Come to find out by a 2nd plumbing company that same day, that there was a pipe, about 10 feet long that was sagging terribly, where all the water was settling and getting stuck, causing the backup.  If Chris had just stuck his head into the hole that he had cut and further investigated, he would've seen this.  He misdiagnosed the root cause of the issue to begin with.  We are scheduled with another plumber to fix the actual cause of the problem now.  San Diego's Finest Plumbing,  NOT SO FINE.

After posting my initial review of Pipe Brothers, I was called by the owner who apologized and offered to make things right by taking my payment down $66.  Because of this, I am now giving Pipe Brothers five stars for total customer service and guaranteed satisfaction.

Having been stood up by the plumber that was supposed to come three days ago, I searched Yelp for one.  I found Prescription Plumbing.  Travis from Prescription Plumbing is wonderful. He promptly returned both my call and text message.  He was on time, personable, professional, respected my home.  He assessed our repair and gave an upfront price out the door before he started the job.  No add on's, no gimmicks, or sales pitches.  He did a A1 professional repair.  I will definitely be calling him again for plumbing issues in the future.  You want an honest guy who does great work? When you come home and see water running out your garage you want to know who to call. I immediately called Cal and within 45 minutes he was there ready to do whatever it took to help out. The next day a new water heater was installed with a new set up, drain pan and water line to avoid any future problems. I am recommending him to most all of clients because he is responsive and professional.

Just look at the ratings...this company is top shelf. Highly recommended. Water heater started leaking on Friday night at...what else...6pm. I called Mike at Plumb365 and he called back in a few minutes. Sent Allan out the next day to make a repair. He was on time, communicated well, was knowledgable and professional. Had the parts they needed on the truck. Cleaned up after the repair. Nothing sends fear into a homeowner more than leaking water. Call these folks - great company, great work.

I highly recommend calling Diaz for any plumbing services you need done. We had our sink and bathtub clogged up several times and Diaz was fast and friendly and got the job done.

Brian gave me his card a year ago in a parking lot.  I called the next day and someone came out to clear a drain that same day....I couldn't believe how fast they responded and the reasonable price.  Fast forward to two days ago.....the day before the holiday (and a house full of people), we had a toilet clog.  I remembered Brian's card, called and they sent Jonathan G over a couple of hours later and he fixed everything...again immediate response, amazing customer service and more than reasonable prices.   Thank you guys very much!

I have used Just Plumbing for over 8 years. Tim Just and his crew service my company which has several restrooms, gyms showers etc, and I use him personally at my home. They are an honest family run company. I always refer Tim to my employees and I will continue to use him always. Great prices and trustworthy!

I had been dealing with a clogged drain from my upstairs sinks and for a while I have been using liquid drain products with no success, I called my home warranty company first American home warranty and they scheduled a plumber to arrive a week after from the day I called. One week later the plumber from direct connection plumbing Inc. Showed up and attempted to clear the drain but after 5 minutes he said it was impossible to clear the drain and that we would have to open up the foundation I said no then he offered to use the camera for an additional fee again I said no and at that point I said that I would get a second opinion. I found Ppds via yelp and made the call immediately I was thankful that I made the call Ryan the plumber offered to show up that same night in a Saturday but it was late so I asked when his next available time was and he offered to come on Sunday at 8 am I took the time. The next morning Ryan text me in the morning letting me know he was on his way and arrived on time, first he asked about the situation and then got to work, it took him about 10 min or so working on clearing the drain and he told me he was not giving up. Finally it was cleared and the drain was flowing and for some reason I had miss placed the clean out cap so Ryan offered to go to the hardware store and pick one up. Amazing service, above and beyond customer satisfaction and quick response for a reasonable price the best plumber ever!!! Thank you Ryan and the ppds crew.

Very Helpful in analyzing my leak problem. Did not do the unnecessary repair and was very honest during the visit. Would recommend for future problems.

No hidden fees to clear my 2 drains. The big name company had hidden fees for the same two drains.

90 day guarantee on the drain clearing. That is outstanding! I won't take advantage of this perk because it'll be my fault if they clog again, but what great service.

Silvia, the receptionist, was very friendly.

Joseph came out and fixed a pipe above our tankless water heater that was leaking into an outlet. He was here within 40 minutes late on a Friday night. He was very pleasant and finished the job within an hour. Definitely recommended!

I needed to change the water regulator for my house, and I found Guardian Plumbing in the Press Enterprise. I am happy I chose them since they were professional from the beginning and to the end of their work. Their price was affordable too. Ricky not only came to my house prompt but was even early. He explained to me what he will do, and how long it will take for the repair. He left his work area clean. I will continue to use Guardian Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

Kenny Showers is a fantastic plumber that works for Proactive. He's very experienced and treats my home like his own. Proactive only has a few very well qualified folks that work for them which is why they only have five star reviews.

Yet they are fast and are able to get my house quickly when I have an emergency.

I recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. You won't be disappointed.

Plamer is very nice and professional.  He came out same day I called to replace my water pressure regulator.  Two of my toilet made some noise due to water pressure.  He came back the next day to replace some parts inside the toilet tanks to get rid of the noise.....free of charge.  He's a honest contractor that's hard to find.  I would use his service again and recommend him to anyone.
