They did a great job.  Flexible with time constraints we had to fix the issue.

A very pleasant service man came to fix a leaky problem toilet in my garage. The solution was a piece of wood to prop up the tank. So...Ok.

The service man came in to the house to write up the invoice and while he was inside I asked him about my bathroom faucet. The cold turned in a direction that was surprising to me. He explained that if it were a regular handle and not the one I had it would seem natural. This made sense to me, but we noticed the handle was loose while we were examining it and I asked if he could make it tighter.  He did, and it took all of 45 seconds.

He then sat in my living room and wrote up the invoice. I was very surprised at the price but that's because I am cash poor. Haha! (love rich) He charged me $75 just to tighten the sink! I would have liked it, if he told me how many beans it was going to be at the time because it seemed like something I probably would have done myself eventually. He told me I could write a review for a discount. I don't think I would ever normally come here to mention my experience because it was really very normal and not particularly noteworthy. But since you asked...

UPDATE: I received a call from a supervisor one day after my review was posted and he told me he had noticed my review and wanted to make things right. I wasn't particularly in need of this. I only posted the review because they had insisted on it. He assured me that the service men are supposed to quote a price before working and he offered to refund the $75 charge for tightening the bathroom faucet handle. I thought this was very fair. He encouraged me to delete or edit my review in accordance with this refund. I have added a star because if I was quoted the price at the time, I would have been much happier.

Travis was great.  He arrived on-time with everything needed to do the job, re-seated a toilet and installed a new kitchen faucet, and gave me a quick tutorial on the ins and outs of my garbage disposer.  His communication was spot-on before and during the visit and worked around another repairman while doing the job.  I have him coming next week for some other work and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

I anticipate him becoming very busy due to the great service he provides and the happy clients here on Yelp.

Update: he came the next week as planned,  on-time and ready to work.  Finished up the other toilet quicker than I thought.  Also found out that he does water and gas plumbing for BBQ islands and firepits.  Dangit...now I have that stuck in my head!

Cal was on time, honest and got the job done quickly.  I am definitely going to use him again and recommend him highly.

Brian and his crew are awesome! We have tree roots that we have to remove from pipes around twice a year and these guys are always quick to respond and fix our drainage issues! We have used them many times and they have excellent customer service and are always fast to come to our rescue! I definitely recommend all my friends and family when they are in need of these services!

This is the place to go for your plumbing needs. I had a wet spot in the front yard. Called them after trying several other places and they answered right away. They worked with my schedule to get one of their plumbers to my house. Within 30 minutes he had found the leak. He had everything to fix the problem on hand and completed the repair in just a couple hours. Outstanding service and great people at this family owned and operated business. They get my highest recommendation.

Great guys! Came out very next morning and Got the job done right. Very knowledgeable , great work and quick. Very reasonably priced . Replaced our old water heater that was not to code, they got everything updated to code. Fixed our old water valves to washing machine. ;) very impressed !

I had an issue with my kitchen sink (quite urgent). I called about 4-5 other companies, they either charged to give me an estimate or I needed to make an appointment for another day. I called Done Right and Juan was at my property in less than an hour. Fixed the issue right away and offered some advice to keep it from happening. Great price too! I always aim to help local businesses. I would give more stars if I could.

Joe was able to come out to address an issue I had right away.  The issue was at a rental property and I was unable to be there, but Joe was great at communicating throughout the process and provided several pictures and videos as well. Will keep him in mind for any future plumbing needs.

What can you say...from calling to set an appointment to the team that came out and did the job, perfect!! The young lady that took our call was so polite, professional,  and helpful. I noticed a leak in our rental's garage near the water main which was also leaking on the other side of the wall outside our home. I made some calls and put out a project request on a Friday afternoon as businesses were closing for the day. The soonest return window I'd received was Wednesday next week.

I left for a few minutes and came back to Danny and his colleague switching off the main to my house to prevent further leaking and to help reduce the inevitable hit on our water bill. He explained how to operate the switch and was ready to diagnose the leak next day.

He was professional, proactive, and friendly. He let me know about a deal running through the weekend too, and we worked together to contact the homeowner and get the work started.

He came back Monday to evaluate the water main and Tuesday to repair. He installed a diversion line since the slab leak would have been a major operation. He was done within a few hours and restored water to our home.

Proative has been to my house a fews times (for different problems),  and I can rely on them fix the problem the first time.  They are honest, efficient, dependable and knowledgable.  Proactive was referred to me by a friend and I will recommend them to family and friends.

On Saturday we find out the water heater is not working. I called Plamen and he is at my house within an hour. He repaired the water heater igniter and replaced the drain valve. All for LESS THAN $100!! He responds quickly. He knows what he is doing. His prices are very reasonable.
