I have used Don Laidlaw for a number of plumbing issues.  He stands by his work and always does a fine job.  

The last time I used him I had a whole house water filter installed outside the house.  After he left we noticed a small leak that night and called Don back.

It turns out that when Don manipulated the pipe outside a small hairline crack formed inside the wall.

Don came back immediately the next day (which turned out to be Father's Day) and discovered, cut through the wall and fixed everything.

The thing that impressed me most was the quality of his cuts through the wall, the replacement of everything, and the initial work he did.

I know that he was excited about spending Father's Day with his kids and I respected that he took a part of that day and followed through to make sure the job was complete and of good quality.

When it comes to hiring a professional to work for you, you can't ask for more than that.

I have used San Diego's Finest Plumbing twice now.  Both times I was completely satisfied. I would recommend them to everyone!

I contacted pipe Bros after I noticed our water heater was leaking in the garage. Titus came out and diagnosed the problem. Our water heater was under warranty so they ordered the parts needed and had them sent to my house. They came back once the parts arrived and installed them.

Titus was very friendly and I would definitely use this company again if I had a plumbing problem.

Our Carpet was saturated with water into our bedroom from the bathroom, we were thinking we had a major leak and worst yet a major slab leak!  Travis came over and discovered we didn't have any leak at all, was just water escaping the shower for years building up in the walls. He didn't charge us anything!  I couldn't believe it, and he gave me good advice on what to do about the moisture in the walls and how to prevent it. I still cant believe he didn't charge us anything for his time and diagnosis!  Thank You Travis, we will always use you for now on and refer you to our friends. Its hard to find an honest plumber and one you can trust  Thank You thank you Travis!!

Being in the trades myself I look for someone who is fair and honest and knows what they are talking about
Cal is that person , he always answers my calls right away ( which is rare in the Plumming buiss), and has the time to talk to u like a normal person . Doesn't do the oversell and my clients always thank me when I recommend him

I called for Boston Dave to come out but he was booked.  They sent me Ryan who came out and couldn't diagnose where my upstairs shower was leaking from.  He said he would come back on Friday with a supervisor.  He was supposed to be here around 2:30. He sent me a text on Friday around 12:47p and said he could come right now but would be on another call at 2:30.  I was at work and told him I couldn't.  He said he could come the next Tuesday and I texted back and said I had a 3:40 appt.  I have never heard from him again.  Horrible customer service!

I highly recommend calling Diaz for any plumbing services you need done. We had our sink and bathtub clogged up several times and Diaz was fast and friendly and got the job done.

I'm a repeat customer, this was the 2nd time within a year I have contacted Jared for a misc plumbing job. Always very professional, on-time, clear communicator, and great to work with. Would definitely recommend for all types of work needed!

called Xtreme based on other reviews on Yelp and was not disappointed.  They responded quickly and to my great surprise did not charge me for the time they spent diagnosing the issue.  Since the scope of what needed to be done was outside their expertise they quickly recommended someone else that turned out to be equally as honest and fair.  Would recommend them to anybody looking for drain service!

JUST PLUMBING--Good Plumbing at a Fair Price

I just had the pressure regulator value go out. I called Bill Howe Plumbing because I had used them twice before with excellent service. They gave me an estimate of between $300 and $400, and normally I would have gone with that, but because of some other expenses money is a little tight. So I got on the computer and looked at other plumbers in the area.

Just Plumbing caught my eye because it has a couple favorable recommendations, is local, and is operated by self-employed plumber. So about 2 p.m. I gave them a call. I told the receptionist that I needed to have my pressure regulator value replaced, and she said she would call Ernie, the owner, and he'd get back to me. Fifteen minutes later I received a call from Ernie and explained my problem. He said he could replace the value for $250 and that he could replace it today if I liked. I thought the price was reasonable and said that would be great.

He arrived an hour later, examined the valve and said that if I liked he could probably replace a part in the valve which would cost less. I appreciated that he made that offer but since the valve was old (the part that started leaking had begun to crack from age). I told him I would feel better if a new valve was installed.

He and his assistant then installed the new valve, one that he said had fittings so that if it needed to be replaced in ten years I could do the job myself because no cutting of pipe or soldering would be required. He also installed a new faucet at no extra charge. The work was completed in less than an hour and is guaranteed for a year.

Ernie and his assistant were friendly, the work was completed in an impressive, economical and timely fashion, and no mess was left behind. Good, courteous work at a fair price--I don't know what more you could ask for.

Pipeline was recommended to me by another plumbing company--that says a lot right there. The Pipeline crew were friendly, professional, and timely. They showed up on-time as promised. Cleaned up after the job was completed. And pricing was reasonable. I will definitely use Pipeline  in the future

We have a 58 year old house and over the years have been experiencing slow draining and back-ups in the two bathrooms (toilets, tub, shower and sinks). This time the back-up was really bad. Water would not go down. Contacted my plumber but found out he had moved out of the area. Called a couple of companies my son worked with but they were too busy to come out. I got on Yelp and did my research and contacted AR-Chula Vista Plumbing and Drain Service. Fernando (the owner) answered my call right away and was out to the house that afternoon. He did a thorough evaluation of the situation. He was very meticulous on tracing the sewer lines and utilizing the camera to look inside the pipes. Turned out we needed all the sewer pipes replaced from the bathrooms to the street. A huge job we obviously were not expecting. Fernando was very professional and explained in detail what was going to happen during the repairs. He is very personable and easy to communicate with and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire job. He has the best crew! They prepped both the inside and outside of the house which was a challenge at times because there was a major rain storm that hit for about 3 days. They put up pop-up tents and tarps and ensured things were cleaned up every day. I have found my plumbing company and highly recommend that you contact them for all your plumbing needs.

I had been dealing with a clogged toilet for weeks or so I thought it was just a clogging issue. I called Done Right drains and plumbing and I was connected with Juan who was able to come out to my house that same day. Juan and James came and checked out my situation, what I loved was how thorough they were and how they explained what was wrong but also why and what I could do to prevent it from happening again. What was awesome was that they went above and beyond to make sure things around my house were in tip top shape, they fixed issues and didn't charge extra, they truly care about their clients and their experience with them. Their customer service is top notch and they make you feel comfortable with the process. Juan, James, Chad and Sylvia are amazing people to work with! They know their stuff and it shows in their work, TRUST ME you will not be disappointed that you went with them. Thanks Juan and James for the awesome experience!

Identified a problem that R&R plumbing did not. They were thorough and friendly. I felt very safe and well taken care of. I was not peddled unnecessary services, disoriented by jargon, or dismissed. They are worth their fair prices.

Danny and Coast to Coast Plumbing is the best plumber in San Diego, hands down. I cannot highly recommend Danny and his team. He did exactly what he said he was going to, and came out right away. I actually have him in my phone as the best plumber. Highly highly recommend.

I called this place (during Covid) after seeing the large number of good reviews, they came quick and fixed my broken shower and it's as good as new. I would recommend them in the Escondido area. Fast and affordable. Thanks guys

I called North County Water Heater on Wednesday night (after hours) for a leak in my water heater and they were there first thing Thursday to install a new one! They worked very efficiently and cleanly and I am very happy. Will keep their number at the top of my list for the other rental properties I have. Thank you guys!
