As an owner of more than 30 rental units, I expect the utmost professionalism and reliability when hiring a contractor to conduct work on my premises, especially when such properties are inhabited by tenants. Not only has Premo Electric's services met my standards, they have far exceeded them. I will trust no other electric company to handle my electrical needs for my rental properties.

I hired Premo Electric to inspect the interior electric panels of all my inhabited units and I could not be more satisfied with the services rendered. The two electricians (Benny and Richard) showed up on time, treated my tenants with respect when conducting the inspections, and provided me with a detailed report as to the status of each of the electric panels along with recommendations to ensure the panels will maximize their utility and effectiveness.

As a result of these inspections, three of the units required panel replacements as their integrity were severely compromised as a result of wear and tear throughout the life of the units (built in the mid-1970s). Richard expertly replaced one of the panels last Friday and had another one scheduled this morning. Like in the initial inspection of the panels, Richard showed up on time and treated my tenants with the utmost professionalism by allowing them to fully wake up (he arrived by 8 AM on a holiday) and get the unit ready for his service.

Upon concluding the scheduled panel replacement, Richard inspected another electrical panel in another unit, one that was not available in the initial inspection stage, and discovered this electrical panel required immediate replacement - so much so he deemed this an emergency and proceeded to acquire the necessary parts to conduct the job. He eventually completed this second replacement by 8:15 PM; however, even after engaging in more than a full days' work, he inspected the final remaining unit that was unavailable during the initial round of inspections.

In all, Richard manage to complete everything by 8:30 PM and, despite the exhausting full days' work, still engaged in a professional and upbeat attitude as we settled the final account. I cannot begin to extol the virtues of Richard's performance today as he dutifully put in yeoman's work; I cannot emphasize my sincere appreciation of the services rendered today.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Premo Electric and I will exclusively use their services for any and all of my electrical needs in the future.

Received several quotes for electrical work and Electric Lee was the best overall for LED lighting retrofits, ceiling fan installation, installing bathroom exhaust fans and adding additional outlets.  His team showed up on time and were very professional.  I agree with other comments posted on yelp - if you need electrical done quickly, correctly and at a great price, Electric Lee should be your go to electrician!  Thank you Electric Lee for making the process so easy.

Called at 8:30 AM on a Sunday and they were able to arrive within 2 hours. Hard wired Fire Alarm unit was failing and setting off false noise. I really wasn't sure what type of service to call --alarm company, electrician, handyman or other. Initial call to SRP was great as walked me through what could be wrong and assured me they had dealt with these types of issues often. Once at my home based on some great detective work by SRP, found out it was the carbon monoxide alarm that was problematic. Replaced hardwired device with a new device. These guys are smart, genuine, professional, and affordable. Would highly recommend. Sure to use them again.  Great experience!

When it comes to electrical work I try to let the pros handle it. Mike M. made the project quick and easy, the crew was professional, clean, spirited and provided us with a few good chuckles while installing our new recessed ceiling lights!

We needed to update our guest room with new/modern outlets and light switch and also put in a new ceiling fan. My daughter highly recommended Leo Electrical. I called and left a message and he texted me back with prices and said he could do it later in the week. He sent Neil to our house to do the job. First of all, Neil was on time and extremely polite and respectful.  He did a great job and cleaned up afterward. Leo Electrical's prices can't be beat!! The room looks great and we highly recommend Leo Electrical.

They were among the first to respond. Arranged a time and came on time.  Quickly assessed the need.  Offered a very reasonable price.  Did the work quickly.  It was the installation of two LED ballast bypass bulbs in a previous florescent light fixture that require a bit of rewriting.

Mark was very responsive to my request for appointment and was on time the next day to give me an estimate. I had recess lighting installed throughout my condo. Mark did a great job even in the harder to reach places since we have vault ceilings in two of the rooms. I definitely will be calling him for our next lighting job.

I live in Ramona and finding local reliable help is tough, Rory Higgins is down the hill but was willing to come help my blown circuit. I began with a message on his website, said I'd have a reply within 48 hours (it was quicker than that) and he was able to come on my day off. He texted on the way so I was aware log his arrival. It was raining and he took care to keep areas clean and he explained what he was doing all along the way. The work took an hour, and the price was less than I expected, so I gave a thank you tip for the drive up here. Totally happy, and I will use him again and refer to friends up here.

We are repeat customers of Frank's and could not pile in the praise enough.  He made time for a rather small job for us (hallway light install), but we had a time crunch because of getting that part of the house painted.  It was a last minute let's-do-this idea, so we immediately emailed Frank on a weekend and asked to schedule within the next two weeks.  He responded well within 12 hours, said he was booked, but still listened to the details of what we needed done and why we had the time crunch.  I hate making last minute or time-restrained requests, and offered to accept any recommendations for other electricians if he schedule didn't allow, but that he was our first choice.  The next day he came back and said he could do it on Monday.  And it is perfect.  The response, the customer service, the follow up and his skills and knowledge that he gives his customers is amazing.  Of course that means he will always be very busy, so, unlike me, please be sure to schedule well in advance.  You will not be disappointed!!

Thank you to Romo at E.R Electric.  I called E.R Electric at 11:30am on a busy Friday morning two days before Christmas.  Amazingly, Romo was able to make it out to our property within an hour and then quickly and affordably fix our mini-emergency.
I'm very happy I found E.R Electric and recommend them highly.

Worked with Jose to repair some poorly done wiring in the garage in our newly purchased home. He's very responsive and laid out a plan to get everything in working order. He was also willing to tackle a few other add-on electrical projects for us. He's very knowledgeable, has attention to detail, and just gets things done right the first time. He does great work for a great price. Next time I need an electrician, I'm calling Jose again.

Great work from Chris and Justin who took care of my dual meter and 200amp service upgrade project for my rental property that I added a detached ADU. They did all the scheduling with SDG&E and city inspector. Their work passed the city inspection and now I got my 2 meters and a subpanel inside the garage that they transferred all the circuit from the old panel. They also gave me the lowest bid out of 5 contractors I contacted. Very professional and have all the materials ready when all the other contractors telling me that what I needed for the project are backordered.  Will definitely use them again for any future electrical projects. I contacted and Interwest Electric, via yelp, to schedule an inspection of items that were noted as concerns during a home inspection.  Dean Mastrovic returned my message within the hour.  I sent him the home inspection report and he was able to get to the property within 24 hours, saving me a bunch of time and keeping we within my narrow escrow time line.  Thank you very much for the service and I recommend Dean of Interwest Electric to anyone in need of their service.

Awesome business to work with. Javier came out to my home to provide a free quote for two 220 volt outlets I was looking to get installed. Javier explained the process from beginning to end on how the job would be complete and showed me where and what would be done in the home, gave a competitive price, and ensured the job was started quickly. Eric and Angel did the installation and the work turned out great and they clean up afterwards. Glad I picked Point Loma Electric for the job and will definitely look to them for future wiring installations.

I've been using Luke now for the past four years. He's very reliable, does good work and I believe is reasonably priced.  I don't think there's a job that I've given him he could not complete. I've referred him to many of my real estate clients and all have been more than satisfied - they've come back with raving reviews.  If you're looking for an electrician who knows his stuff inside and out, you've found your man!

We had James come over to our House.  He ended up fixing the light switch and installing several new light fixtures for us.  Very nice Guy.  We actually ended up getting more done than We originally asked for and James was kind enough to accommodate us.  I think we were charged a fair price for all the stuff we had done.  I will definitely call these Guys again if I need electrical work done.
