Short answer: YES, DEFINITLY RECOMMEND!

Long answer: We tried installing new pendant lights ourselves and made the mistake of trying to finish the job in the dark. We ended up simply not connecting 2 wires which sent us down a very costly road.

The first electrician, Checo Electric, came and messed things up even worse, causing 2 of the recessed lights to go out. He told us he really doesn't know at this point how to fix the issue and needed to come back to troubleshoot or just rewire the entire thing which included putting new holes in the wall. So we passed on having him come back.

The second electrician, ER Electric (you can read my reviews for this company also), almost fixed the issue, but then ended up ghosting us and never came back or replied to any of our texts/phone calls. Very strange!

Our third company, Premo Electric was our last hope. Benny came out and he fixed the issue in 30 minutes. He also repaired the 2 recessed lights that the first electrician caused to go out and that the second electrician said it couldn't be repaired unless all 6 were done (at $150 a piece!).

If you want an honest electrician that won't waste your time and knows what they are doing, call Premo Electric!!!

Fast and professional service on time and within quoted estimate.  Thorin was knowledgeable, experienced and efficient.  I will definitely use them again for any electrical service needs.

They answered the phone when I called and made an appointment on the spot. Others I called either didn't answer the phone or sent me to VM. The person they sent was friendly, very capable and completed the work I needed done promptly and without issue. He also made some suggestions for other work but didn't push me in any way. Had a good experience all around.

Call this guy. Leo is awesome! From the time I first contacted him early in the morning on a Sunday to the time he had my power back up, LESS THAN 90 MINUTES HAD ELAPSED!!!
He replied within 10 minutes of my sending him a request. He first went over some tips via text to see if my house power outage could be easily resolved. Once we determined that a more experienced hand would be needed for my older electrical panel, he was at my location (Rancho Penasquitos) within 30 minutes. Once he confirmed that the main circuit breaker had failed, it didn't take long for him to get everything fixed and double-checked.
I really appreciate that he took the time to troubleshoot over the phone to see if the issue was something that I could resolve myself. Excellent customer service. Super nice guy, too.

I needed to have a 240V line installed with a Nema 6-20 plug so I could charge my Chevy Volt. My house is one of the old ones in the Clairemont area that just had 120V. Jesus had no problems making a new run from the electrical panel at the rear of the house all the way to the garage where I needed the plug installed. Jesus did a great job and the price was great as well.

Mark was very efficient and nice! He was a real pleasure to work with! Granted my landlady found him and did all the research to get him here, but he was super knowledgeable and helpful with my electric needs! He was very personable too!! That to me seals the deal!! This guy should be your electrician!

Frank is one of those old souls from days gone by when contractors saw the quality of their work as their calling card. He genuinely takes pride in his craft as an electrician and it shows. We were fortunate to have Frank on our side after we unexpectedly learned our home (built originally in the 1920s and added to in the 1950s) needed to be rewired. From start to finish Frank was communicative, easy to work with and he kept us in the loop as things progressed.  He also managed our expectations and made what could've been a stressful process anything but stressful. While I wish we could keep him a secret, we cannot recommending him highly enough. And, his pricing is competitive. Frank is not the least expensive electrician in town, however, do you really want the cheapest person doing your electrical work?.... Give Frank an opportunity as we did, you won't be disappointed. Included are a few before pictures of the electrical nightmare Frank remedied for us.

Romo was amazing and rescued my daughter and i from the El Cajon heat.  Came late at night when our electricity went out.  Arrived sooner then expected and quickly got our electricity back on.  Extremely honest!!!  He could have easily taken advantage of us, but instead even charged us less then quoted.  Our hero tonight and we've got him saved in our contacts.  I'm definitely referring him to all my friends.  Thank you so much!  God bless.

Had an electrical issue that needed to be diagnosed and repaired. Contacted several electricians and Primo's was the first to respond. I explained what was going on and he gave me a quote and appointment for the next day. Jose was very polite and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and made sure to answer my questions before he started to work. The team at McWay Electric did a great job hanging my lightfixtures on our sloped ceiling. They were affordable, responsive and had a great attitude even when they had to come back due to me ordering the wrong kind of fixture the first time. The electrician who came out could not have been more polite and mindful of us and our needs. Really nice guys! I highly recommend them!

Unbeatable service. I got an electrician around to my place the same day. He arrived on time and completed the job perfectly in under an hour. The rate was extremely reasonable. The electrician (Elvis) was friendly and efficient.

Kevin is the man. I just called because my breaker went bad. He was so cool he told me exactly what to do to fix it, meanwhile all the other places were charging me 120-200 to come one just to see the problem. I will definitely do business with him in the future

Recently purchased condo in Pacific Beach and the inspection report identified several electrical issues we were afraid we're going to be major repairs. Point Loma was able to schedule for the exact day and time I needed.  Taylor arrived right on time.  He reviewed the inspection report, checked everything out, explained what needed to be done and had an estimate for me within 30 minutes. He did not have one part on his truck so when he called in to have part delivered the owner of the company walked him through a different process and the price dropped a $100.  I am very satisfied with the work that was done, I do not feel any corners were cut yet I was charged a VERY reasonable price based on other estimates I had received. I would highly recommend this company and if I every have a need again Point Loma electric will definitely be who I call.

Luke was very responsive and flexible. Job involved wiring and installing several ceiling fans, sconces, can lights, a chandelier, and garage lighting, plus redoing an outdoor GFCI outlet. They were efficient and completed the job well with the estimated time. It was a pleasure having him do our stuff!

After consulting with Roddy I decided not to have the electrical work done, because he was honest enough to let me know I was worried about something that probably wasn't a problem.  But he seemed very honest and reasonably-priced when I asked about other miscellaneous projects I was considering.

Fantastic! A rare find. I went through several electricians before we found Moriset. James, the owner, came over on a Saturday, unbegrudgingly I'll add, to our business and quickly isolated a problem that stumped other electricians.  He was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgable. I'll definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
