Best Electricians in San Diego, CA

I used this company for the second time. I first used them in 2020 to install ceiling fans. This year I moved and had three ceiling fans to be installed and wiring done. Also some outlets needed to be replaced and a switch cover and outlet in the bathroom needed to be done.

These guys are fantastic. These are my go to guys when I want something done with quality. I never have to be worried about the electrical being done sloppy. These guys look out for the best for their customers. They will be honest about what the recommend. For instance they could have told me more things needed to be done or some things needed to be replaced but they would say it's not necessary to save me some money.

I got more jobs to do in my current house and will definitely hire them to do it.

Called & spoke to a live message lady rep on Saturday, but no return call as she promised, but got text next day from owner Devren & sent pics of broken short electric cord needing replacement as he requested.  No response.  The next day, Monday, he responds saying min $175. + part to do, yes, for a $10. part replacement in a tiny portable bbq rotisserie motor worth $65.  He refuses me meeting him at his shop or home to avoid service call drive & $200. charge.  Very inflexible & not into small jobs.  Sad.  Beware.

Excellent service with a dedication to transparency. I lost power to a large portion of my house due to a circuit breaker malfunction. I called SRP based on other reviews I had read. They did not disappoint! They were very thorough during the initial phone call regarding the possible problems and how the problems might be addressed. I knew what to expect even before they arrived. And they arrived quickly. Within a couple of hours my problem was dealt with and repaired properly. Great service!

What can I say, but absolutely amazing work. Mike and Alex are fantastic and they are the best at what they do. Mike came out for an estimate and gave us tons of options for our home garage upgrade. We needed a new 240v line put in for my welder and compressor. Mike was able to give me many choices on how to proceed with the job, whereas the competition usually only gave me one option. I like Mike's way of thinking and problem solving. He gives you what you need and the right ways to do it. No BS. Mike and Alex came out on time and ready to work the day of the job, and man do they work fast!  Not only that, but their attention to detail is fantastic. The panel upgrade went in smoothly and was extremely well organized in its layout. I can't thank the two of them enough for the fantastic job. Will not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know. I will absolutely be having them back for future work.

Leo is a great electrician that I will happily call for all of my future electrical needs. He came out on a Sunday (amazing) to look at my setup and give me an estimate. The very next day he installed a Nema 14-50 outlet so I can charge up my Model 3 quickly.

I enjoyed all my interactions with Leo. He is very friendly and did an amazing job connecting the new Nema box with the existing system. I am impressed with the excellent install job every time I utilize the outlet. I have posted some pictures of his handwork and the speed you can expect to charge an electric car from a Nema 14-50.

Absolute fantastic service by United Electric! Jesus is super responsive and these guys are my go to electricians for any work inside and outside.  I've had ceiling fans installed, gfci throughout home, Conduit for new island outlet, exterior outlets...you name it they can do it. Great communication, Extremely professional and good pricing. I am very thankful for Jesus and his team. I will be calling these guys for everything electric in my home. Thank you again.

The two best words to describe the service given by Mark of H&H Lighting & Electrical would be fast and efficient.  That's not to say he isn't cordial and friendly. He definitely is. He arrived promptly, greeted warmly and proceeded to work with speed and proficiency.  He asked what the problem is and went to town. He gave alternative solutions to issues with prices and ways to save on future work.  I'm glad he took the time to deal with the small job I had for him when he could probably make a lot more money on a bigger one.

Rory did a great job installing my chandelier, i'm extremely happy with it. I used a different company last year and Rory did a better job for a better price. I highly recommend him and will use him again for any electrical needs!

Frank is Great... Through the whole process from talking it out, design, understanding, seeing the big picture... and great execution.  So glad we found him.... We will use again.

Romo and his team are top notch.  I had recessed LED lighting installed in a few places in my home and they did an EXCELLENT job.  One aspect if their trade that sets them apart from others is that they are extremely clean and cleanup after themselves.  They take the time to cover carpet, furniture, etc. before doing any work.  You won't be disappointed if you hire them for your home electrical needs.

Worked with Jose to repair some poorly done wiring in the garage in our newly purchased home. He's very responsive and laid out a plan to get everything in working order. He was also willing to tackle a few other add-on electrical projects for us. He's very knowledgeable, has attention to detail, and just gets things done right the first time. He does great work for a great price. Next time I need an electrician, I'm calling Jose again.

Chris is very professional and an excellent electrician.  I am glad I found him.  I won't use any other electrician for electrical needs.  He was very good.

Dean came within a couple of hours of when I called, and did a great job. His estimate was clearly the best and least complicated--after I called 4 places from Yelp,  and he stuck to the estimate (which does not happen with many companies). And he fixed the problem-- and did an additional job for me, and left the place clean. Thank you, Dean. I will call you again.

Electric Electric Works provided a fair quote and even sent me a message with an ETA before arriving.  The outlet was replaced in a professional and timely manner.  You will not be disappointed with this business for your electrical needs!

Jim of Point Loma Electric did a terrific job on my residential project.  Even though the old wiring presented a challenge, Jim found a great way to get the job done and the results were better than I expected.  Jim was courteous, professional and clearly very skilled.  I'd recommend him anytime!

Luke is great - he fixed multiple electrical problems with my house, finding creative (but still fully code-compliant) solutions. He listens, doesn't try to upsell you, and is very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

James installed recessed lighting for us before Christmas.  He was prompt in returning our phone calls, prompt in arriving the day the work was done (in fact, he was early), the walls and floors of the rooms he worked in were covered thoroughly in heavy canvas tarps and plastic, the work was completed much faster than I thought it would be, and the price was reasonable.    He was also very helpful in suggesting a lighting layout and the number of lights for our space.  I didn't think we'd need as many as he suggested, but I'm so glad I went with his suggestion because any less and it would have left a dark spot in one area.  As soon as he left, I started thinking of other lighting improvements for our home!  We will definitely call him for all of our future electrical needs.

Roddy from Advanced Electrical Innovations was very responsive, arrived as planned, did the job and left the space clean.  He was in and out and did a great job. This was a small job, outlet installation, however I will be reaching out again for all our electrical needs.

I had power go out in a portion of my North Park house. I found James on Yelp and called him based on his great reviews. When he came over he was immediately able to find the source of the problem in my breaker panel and fix it. What I enjoyed most though was the way James was able to talk to me like a long time friend and explain exactly what was happening and how to fix it. If the problem happens again I am confident I can take care of the issue myself. Any future electrical problems I am unable to deal with, I'm calling James.
