WOW!! Talk about customer service! these guys are amazing.  For a couple of months now I have been trying to find an electrician.  The problem is noone wanted to give me an estimate over the phone, and since I work all the time, it was really hard to find an appointment time that would work.  Premo covered me on both ends!! their scheduling was very flexible and they came first thing in the morning.  The guy was professional, friendly, and got straight to work.  Any time billing is by the hour, I hate to sit around and chat.  This guy got right to it.  Not only did he diagnose and fix the problem, but he stopped time when he went to pick up the necessary pieces.  To top it all off, one of the installed pieces was faulty, so when I called to see if they'd come back, they did NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! I would encourage ANYONE looking for electrical work done to call Premo Electric

Professional, communicative, detail-oriented, on-time, efficient, accommodating!!  Devren, David, and Mario exceeded my expectations when they came to my house to install recessed lights.  They were flexible and courteous in dealing with an after the fact preference change on my part.  Ultimately, I am so happy not only with the final result, but also their customer service, and will use them again for any future projects I may have.

For ELECTRICIAN... my superstar was Leo! I had a whole wall that had no power to. My of the outlets an no switch in the breaker box.  Leo was the first to reply to my request. Reasonable prices. Showed up on time. Solved all my problems. ZERO hassle. Even got my AC working!  Just another day in the life of a Yelp hero!  I will definitely be using him again!  Thank you Leo!

We needed to convert some outdated light fixtures to LEDs for our kitchen. I contacted a few local electricians.  Jesus was one of the first to respond. He came out to look at my project the same day and gave me a fair estimate. He was accommodating and was able to start the work right away.

He seems very honest and did not charge me anything extra or had hidden fees. He was very professional and would refer him to my friends and family.

Really great workmanship.  I had a few dimmer switches and other electrical switches swapped out.  Good price for the work done.  Mark was personable and very experienced.  He actually repaired work done by another electrician - so it was nice that everything looks good and is correctly installed.

After pouring through several Yelp reviews and selecting those that are close to where I live given gas prices, I selected Rory to do the work.  It is so hard to find a reliable electrician and I am so glad I chose him.  Rory came in to fix an outdoor light that was going on and off as well as help me label my electrical panel correctly.  He is low key and is very knowledgeable.  He fixed my light without much fuss and we both worked on the panel.  It is such a relief to have it finally labeled right.  Previous contractors who I hired before I moved in labeled things in a haphazard fashion that was no good to anyone.  I would definitely recommend Rory if you need any electrical work done!  I will definitely work with him again when I redo my lights and fans.

Frank is awesome. He installed 6 new recessed lights and replaced 4 old ones for me. Fair pricing. Great communication. Quick to get the job done and didn't leave a spec of dust behind. Not to mention he's a very friendly guy - you'd probably want to buy him a beer once the job is done!

I hired E.R to do my bathroom lights.  The service was great; the team was on time, prepared, clean and finished the job almost to the minute of the estimated time.  The crew was professional, polite and courteous (they treated my home like their own, being careful not to make a mess and cleaned up after themselves).  Estimating and payment process was quick and easy.  Highly recommend!

Had an electrical issue that needed to be diagnosed and repaired. Contacted several electricians and Primo's was the first to respond. I explained what was going on and he gave me a quote and appointment for the next day. Jose was very polite and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and made sure to answer my questions before he started to work. Chris is here as I write, hard wiring two lights in each of my daughter's rooms and already installed the canned light I wanted in my shower. This is not the first time we have used him. He is so reliable and does great work! We have a baby and he goes out of his way to work as quietly as possible while she naps. He's just a good guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of electrical work. The price is always right too!! I can't say enough good things about him! Lucky to have found him on home advisor a few years back.

Dean is a true professional and I highly recommend his company, Interwest Electric. Our electrical system took a hit during the recent power outage and were in need of an expert to get us back on line. Dean tried to diagnose the issue over the phone but, when hit my troubleshooting limit he came over and remedied the issue quick!

Excellent experience.  I needed a NEMA 14-50 240V outlet installed in my garage.  I dealt directly with Kevin to schedule the estimate.  The quote was very reasonable.  Sam showed up right on time and completed the job very cleanly.  He even swept up where we had the outlet installed.  Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Point Loma Electric and Plumbing has definitely earned 5 stars from me! They upgraded the main electrical panel, ran new wiring for a hot tub, and ran new electrical lines and receptacles for a major outdoor renovation at my home. Each time they came, they communicated clearly about expected arrival times, scope of work, cost estimate, and any updates during the work itself. The workmanship is neat and elegant with no unsightly wires or excess conduit, and they even relocated some wiring in anticipation of an upcoming garage upgrade project that they quoted, as well. They also sent the right number of employees to complete each job efficiently and within a reasonable timeframe.

Special shout-out to Aaron Cortez for his outstanding and professional work, both in his workmanship and in his demeanor.  He is so easy to work with, and he was flexible enough to communicate with me and with my contractor throughout the process. I can't wait to have him return for my next project. Also, Harley is always available in the office to answer my questions and to coordinate the work (including pulling city permits and scheduling with SDG&E!).

I did not choose the lowest-price bid for this project, and I don't regret it at all.

Luke was very responsive and flexible. Job involved wiring and installing several ceiling fans, sconces, can lights, a chandelier, and garage lighting, plus redoing an outdoor GFCI outlet. They were efficient and completed the job well with the estimated time. It was a pleasure having him do our stuff!

He was awesome! Gave me a way better deal than all the other electricians I talked to and was available right away.  I would definitely hire again.

James is great!  I've hired James for multiple projects around my condo and he's very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything and if he feels something isn't necessary he'll let you know. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing an electrician
