Best Electricians in San Diego, CA

My husband and I just purchased our first home and the house needed some lights in the living room, an updated ceiling fan in the dining room, and updated lights in the kitchen. Saw amazing reviews on Yelp on Premo Electric and decided to give them shot. Let me say that they were all fantastic. George emailed me within 10 mins from my inquiry, then Richard called several minutes after my reply. The team they sent out to do the work, Niall and Peter were friendly, through, and professional. Everyone listened to our needs and they delivered with the most beautiful and marvelous work I could ever imagine! Thank you Premo Electric! We'll definitely be using your services in the future!

Amazing and quick! Got a few quotes to replace my old box lighting in my kitchen to 4 recessed can lights. They came in at the best price and quickest response! Even better they were able to squeeze me in the next day! Mario and his partner came out and knocked it all out and finished in about an hour! They did their best to keep dust at a minimum and even took out all the trash and broke it down into my trash bins. Much appreciated! No complaints! They said my new kitchen lights should last 24 years sweet!!! Highly recommend them! Great work guys thank you!!!

Anthony and his brother came to my house within 20 min of me calling. They assessed the problem and informed me everything they needed to do. They helped me out with my budget on getting it fixed, and BAM! Took them 3 minutes to fix the problem. Overall very satisfied! Michael was the easiest to communicate with via Yelp messages after requesting quote to multiple places. Received fair pricing upfront and same day availability right away. Other places tried to overcharge from the beginning. I recommend this place and would call back for other service needs in the future.

We needed an electrician with commercial insurance coverage,  but more importantly, we needed someone who could tackle a mess! Our electrical system was installed in the mid 1970's. This was child's play for Leo. He addressed our emergency quickly. He sorted out our outage problems, analyzed our reoccurring issues, and made recommendations that would help us avoid future problems. He showed us how our old system was corroded and breaking and at our request, moved us affordably towards increased safety and efficiency.

Leo was able to get us back up and running in two hours. Then he returned to permanently correct our systemic issues. To our delight,  when it got dark outside, he put his headlamp on and kept working.

Maybe as an electrician, job quality is most important so that they are very patient in doing their job. I have to be very patient to wait for their schedule. You cannot count on the time they give you as that's always an estimate. Once the time is scheduled, they are very on time and finish the job as it should. I recommend them just let you aware you need patience to get scheduled.

One of the challenges of relocation is finding vendors as good as the ones we left behind in our old home town. (See Maine Electric of Livermore.) We absolutely lucked out when we contacted H&H. Mark came to our 30-year-old house weeks after we'd bought it and went over the entire electrical system, fixing things that were either in disrepair or had been badly done in the past. Some of these problems were actually dangerous. He also installed smoke/CO alarms, which the house did not have.

Now that Mark has fixed what was either in disrepair or downright shoddy, we're looking forward to having him come back and install new ceiling fans, ceiling lights, larger outlets, and whatever custom lighting we decide on.

Frank is awesome. He installed 6 new recessed lights and replaced 4 old ones for me. Fair pricing. Great communication. Quick to get the job done and didn't leave a spec of dust behind. Not to mention he's a very friendly guy - you'd probably want to buy him a beer once the job is done!

I am fortunate enough to be able to afford my own home in San Diego. I do a lot of improvement on my own, but I leave the electrical to the pros. ER electric are THE pros when it comes to rewiring your home. The electricians are on-time, polite and hard working. They take the time to protect and cover your home before they start working. The do not make assumptions. They ask questions, and reach out to you directly if they require input on particular components of your install. They make recommendations, give you detail explanations and provide excellent customer service. They will go the extra mile to dig trenches, work in tight crawl spaces/attics and help mount fixtures for any room. I really appreciate all the work they have done electrically rehabilitating my 1942 home. You will, too.

I have a 1961 mobile that had been remodeled and rewired many times. Switches didn't work and no one could figure it out. Primo showed up on time, sorted it all out and now everything works as it should. Stayed within my budget too!

THE BEST.I usually dont go overboard complementing a business, but this time I'm going all out and say they are the best service company I've dealt with. Jose came at 8;30  in the morning and stayed there the whole day fixing and redoing things I wanted done and he took care of everything. He was friendly, respectful, and professional. He  also knew what he was doing and improvised on things that were hard to fix. I spoke previously to the owner on the phone and he is equally polite. Their prices are reasonable too. They have my business as long they are in business.

This is a company that we have used multiple times in the past and trusted. We have always been happy with their service until this scheduled visit. Despite scheduling a morning appointment they booked us for an afternoon and then just called us to tell us that they were unable to service us today. This is incredibly poor customer service especially when we took days of vacation in order to be home and at the house at the time of the service. We notified the customer service agent about this specifically and were offered no appointment time and no additional compensation. Given our previous experiences with this company I expected much more. Based on this experience, Beware scheduling an appointment with them as they are unreliable and their ability to make their scheduled time..

Called LTE because I smelled something burning in my home. Went out to garage and found that the lights would not turn off. After a bit of investigating I finally called the first company closest to where I was staying. He responded to me within 30 min and walked me through different suggestions. Honestly, I had him going down a rabbit hole with my description and thoughts. He quickly figured out that I had a short in one of my switched and had me shut the breaker off. To some this is a no brainer. To me I would have had a three alarm fire in my home due to ignorance. LTE came out first thing in the morning, small charge and had me fixed and good to go within about 10 minutes. He was super professional and helpful. Prices are reasonable and solid work  I highly recommend

First time I ever call an electrician, so i did my research for estimates because some of my light switches weren't functioning even after turning the main power switch for the bedroom off and back on. Price was great right of the bat so i decided to go with Custom Electric AD. I requested a quote and was answered same day with estimate so immediately i said let's go for it. Great costumer service all the way, they came immediately went in and got to work, in total took about 15 minutes in and out. Now my lights and ceiling fan are working properly and in time for the summer heat thats coming. Very satisfied, highly recommend, and will definitely call again if needed .

Roddy responded to my Yelp request for quotes.  His price was reasonable.  He was very responsive, kept in touch while I was getting my fan, very punctual on the day of the install.  Very honest no drama solid professional.  Will definitely use his service again when there's a need.
