Excuse my delay Richard.
Last week Richard answered my call late evening booked me the next day for a power outage we were experiencing.
Richard scheduled me and called 30 min ahead upon his arrival and he showed up on time. This company went above and beyond restoring my power within 20 minutes. I've used this company in the past, I'm so grateful to have this quick service go to company when i need it the most.
I love that they put their booties on and were well presented. I hope i do not need there services in the future since they did such excellent work, but If I do I know who to call.
I don't regret my decision when choosing Premo Electric as my to go to electric company. I recommend this company for any issues because they are accommodating, understanding, and they can always fix it without any problems!

I needed help with 2 outlets that were not working. Steve was amazing and even tried to walk me through how to troubleshoot over the phone to see if I even needed an electrician. I did, so he sent Rudy over within a day! Rudy was very knowledgeable, and he explained what was wrong. He fixed it quickly and made sure both outlets were functional before leaving. I will be using them again for sure.

Mike installed a new overhead fan in our kitchen a couple of years ago and did a great job! So we hired them again to replace an old fan in our enclosed patio. This time another technician (Alex) came to install the fan. He arrived on time, replaced the fan with no issues and fixed another fan in our room. That's what I call excellent service. We're now ready for this upcoming hot summer! If you need a fan installed or any electrical work, I highly recommend this company.

We had some electrical issues that needed to be addressed in our home as well as some additional work we wished to be done. Jesus and his partner Jose worked efficiently and professionally at a very reasonable price. They corrected faulty wiring, replaced defective GFCI's, added junction boxes for a ceiling fan and chandelier, and added a sub panel in our garage to reorganize our electrical loads. Jesus responded quickly to all of our texts, was prompt, courteous and completed the job on time. I highly recommend United Electric.

Mark got back to me on Saturday after I left a voicemail late Friday. I was impressed with the timeliness of his response and appreciated his willingness to accommodate my short timeframe for installing some light fixtures in my kitchen. He showed up right on time, was friendly and got right to work. Within about 30 minutes I had 3 lights installed and working perfectly.  On top of that great service, he ended up charging just over 2/3 of his original quote because the work was easier than anticipated. After pouring through several Yelp reviews and selecting those that are close to where I live given gas prices, I selected Rory to do the work.  It is so hard to find a reliable electrician and I am so glad I chose him.  Rory came in to fix an outdoor light that was going on and off as well as help me label my electrical panel correctly.  He is low key and is very knowledgeable.  He fixed my light without much fuss and we both worked on the panel.  It is such a relief to have it finally labeled right.  Previous contractors who I hired before I moved in labeled things in a haphazard fashion that was no good to anyone.  I would definitely recommend Rory if you need any electrical work done!  I will definitely work with him again when I redo my lights and fans.

Showed up on time, did great work and cleaned up after himself. The work was neat and looked professional. He was very helpful and took the time to explain things or offer suggestions.  After having 3 sub par electricians I am super happy to have found Frank. He definitely has a new repeat customer.

Left a message with their answering service on 5/26/20 Thursday...did not hear back. Left a second message on 5/28 Saturday...did not hear back.
Both times I was assured I would receive a call back.  As of 5/31 Tuesday...no call back.  Professionalism should start with the first contact a customer makes with a company.

Great job installing a 240V and 50amp outlet in our kitchen to allow us to upgrade our professional gas range to an induction one. He also installed another 240V line to a new heat pump water heater (allowing us to replace our gas water heater), all without needing to upgrade our 100amp panel. Jose was responsive, professional, reliable and the price was unbeatable: highly recommended.

DID NOT RIP ME OFF!! Three electricians quoted for 3x the price I paid. I actually knew the problem I had and just because I was to scared to fix it myself paid McWay Electric. They answered all my questions and showed me how to fix it. Next they get my it won't be because I am scared it will be because the customer service is bar-none the best!

I'm a new, first-time homeowner, so dealing with minor repair work has been a crash course in hiring contractors. And working with Interwest Electric has been a highlight in my first few weeks in homeownership.

Dean got back to me so quickly and was true to his quote. Frankie was friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and fast -- it seems like it's hard to find all four in a contractor. He even suggested some other work that he could get done pretty quickly.

Do not hesitate to call these guys. They're definitely at the top of my Recommend list!

We contacted Kevin hoping he would make it right as he promised.  We wanted new electrical work done to fix a new issue we've been having and figured we would hit Kev up.  He did not reply to my texts nor my yelp messages.

I figure my last review turned him off or maybe he's just awful at customer service.

Regardless I hired a NEW licensed electrician to do the new work for us.  He took a look at our house and immediately noticed a problem. He told us whoever recently worked on our place broke a CODE VIOLATION by placing wires that were supposed to be on the ground, on the neutral.  (For those who understand see the attached pictures).

I'd be surprised if these guys are even licensed. We will be contacting the BBB on this one to hopefully save someone the dangerous and incompetent work.

I can't tell you how impressed I am with this company. This is not the first time I have used them and each time it gets better.  I had the electricity  go out in several rooms, including tvs. and other appliances.  It was after hours and the visit would be prohibitive, but Kristin calmed me down and assured me they would be there first thing in the morning and they were.  His name was Greg and he was great.  He found the problem immediately. He explained the situation in total, but most was lost on me. I am completely and thoroughly sold on Point Loma Electric. They are honest and caring. That's unique!!  Kristin and Greg get extra kudos!

Luke is great - he fixed multiple electrical problems with my house, finding creative (but still fully code-compliant) solutions. He listens, doesn't try to upsell you, and is very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

James was more than awesome. He repaired a convoluted electric outlet under a sink, it was quite a job. He also installed a ceiling fan and even reviewed the remote with me. On time, great communication and professional.  Can't ask for anything more. Im a few months late in posting this, but I felt that strongly to make sure I reviewed him.

Roddy from Advanced Electrical Innovation did a great job installing our two ceiling fans. He was very responsive , on time and professional. Highly recommend their services !

Called James to come out to fix a ceiling fan, install another in a different room, install photocell for porch light, and install garage coach lights. James not only meet our expectations but exceeded. He took his time on his tasks without taking out shortcuts like our previous contractor. Trust worthy and honest. He didn't try to up sell us by saying we need this to do this. He fixed last minute issues for us. Definitely, having him come back soon.
