I contacted Premo through Yelp and they got back to me immediately on a Saturday!  Richard called me and asked me a few questions, walked me through some simple steps over the phone and my electricity was immediately restored!  They could have come out and charged me for an hour of work easily, but he said they don't feel right about doing that to customers.  I will be saving Premo's phone number for sure!!  Very grateful for the prompt and honest service.  Thank you!

Worst service ever. Jacked up the to highest price possible to change an outlet. I seriously do not recommend.

Was having a GFCI problem that was driving me nuts, couldn't figure out what the source of the problem was. Spoke to Steve on the phone who was very helpful and tried to help me troubleshoot. Wasn't able to solve it that way so he sent out Anthony a couple hours later and we cooperatively figured out the cause of the problem. He also gave me some great guidance for what to look out for in the future. Very professional, helpful. Will definitely use again!

Service pro. installed a EV charger at my garage. I am so happy with what they did. Alex showed on time and has done a great job with a reasonable price. The owner is very friendly and always responds to the calls and texts massages quickly. I cannot be happier with the whole process. Also, Alex helped me to figure out some other electrical issues that I had. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had inquired about three small jobs (two lighting and one doorbell replacement) and a potential fourth for rewiring a light switch. When he first stopped by, I thought he was only going to look at the scope of the work, give me a quote, and then come back at a later date to complete it.

All four jobs were easy enough for him to complete in a day, and he did just that---actually completed them within hours. With the fourth job, there were options on how to handle the rewiring of the light switch, given the way things were already configured. Leo thought things through, explained everything he was thinking, and explained everything he's going to do. He did warn me about the cost differences, but I also envisioned what the results would look like.

Overall, Leo went above and beyond, and my wife and I are extremely happy! We are definitely reaching out to him for our future projects that require electrical work!

Jesus and his team were communicative, efficient, and affordable. They installed a pendant chandelier, our stove-top microwave, an outlet, and patio electricity. They did reliable, fantastic work. We hired Mark to completely rewire our house and remove the ancient wiring from the 1920s.. He did a great job, worked around our work schedules (we work nights and sleep odd hours) and was an all around great guy to work with! I am a hobby woodworker and Mark set up a separate breaker just so I would have power in the garage while he was working on the rest of the house! He also installed landscape lighting beyond what we had imagined, making our yard look like a hotel property. I'm hoping for no further electrical issues, but if anything comes up, I'm calling Mark! I would recommend him to anyone that needs an electrician!

Rory helped with replacing couple of fixtures at my place. He was prompt and kept me informed of delays and always makes sure he responds back to you even if he is not immediately available.

Frank has been our go-to electrician for the past six years, most recently completing an entire rewire and panel upgrade of our historic home.  We are constantly impressed with his professional approach to everything he does.  He is fair, reasonably priced, and responds promptly to even the smallest of requests.  Further, it seems the house is cleaner AFTER he leaves- not sure how he does it.  In the past few months, Frank has returned to assist in some smaller electrical jobs, and we were pleased to see his caution and safety measures taken during these COVID times.  Beyond his excellent work, Frank is a genuinely nice person- our whole family loves him, including our two young kids and new dog.  He has been recommended to and gone on to work with multiple family members and friends, all of whom have raved about his attention to detail and professionalism.  Thank you, Frank!

I called them on a Saturday when I lost power to several outlets and it wasn't the main breaker.  I expected them to say, I'll send someone out to take a look.  Rather, the person that answered the phone talked me through what he thought it was. Much to my surprise, the problem was remedied in less than 10 minutes!!!  Thank you thank you thank you. These guys are awesome!!!

Jose's knowledge and work ethic is rare to come by. I opened up a new restaurant needing some extensive work done. He did what was needed to get everything in place and working. It took a lot of skill and to recognize the root of the issues. I am extremely pleased and happy to know a trusted electrician. He is the best!

Great work from Chris and Justin who took care of my dual meter and 200amp service upgrade project for my rental property that I added a detached ADU. They did all the scheduling with SDG&E and city inspector. Their work passed the city inspection and now I got my 2 meters and a subpanel inside the garage that they transferred all the circuit from the old panel. They also gave me the lowest bid out of 5 contractors I contacted. Very professional and have all the materials ready when all the other contractors telling me that what I needed for the project are backordered.  Will definitely use them again for any future electrical projects. I have had two ceiling fans put in before by other electricians and each time I had holes to patch and other issues to deal with. THIS time, however I went through the bidding process and after getting quotes in the $400+ range, I decided to go with Kev Co due to the stellar reviews and the lower price (significantly lower) and while other companies were still trying to wrap their head around the project details, and scheduling, Kevin knew exactly what was needed to be done, was able to fit it in the next day and at a fraction of what the others wanted to charge.

Sam showed up the next morning during the scheduled time, was very friendly and courteous, explained the scope of work he was going to perform and within the hour he was finished. I didn't have to do any patch work. Fan looks and works great and I could not be any happier with the work that was done. Even payment was a breeze going through Venmo. I would highly recommend Kev Co!

I've been using Luke now for the past four years. He's very reliable, does good work and I believe is reasonably priced.  I don't think there's a job that I've given him he could not complete. I've referred him to many of my real estate clients and all have been more than satisfied - they've come back with raving reviews.  If you're looking for an electrician who knows his stuff inside and out, you've found your man!

Tonight around 6pm two of our electrical outlets went out in the kitchen, one that powered the refrigerator. I requested quotes through Yelp and James from Custom Electric SD replied within the hour. I could tell he was knowledgeable because he asked specific questions to clarify our problem. He provided advice on what we could check before going through the hassle of someone coming out. He was clear on instructions on what to try and ultimately resolved my outlet issue within 10 mins. I was impressed by his professionalism and he didn't even charge me. I am now considering them for a bigger job down the road. I would highly recommend contacting this company 1st for your home electrical needs. I sure will in the future. We were very happy with call back, response time and communication. Problem got fixed and I got great info and education on a future project. If an electrician is needed  they will get my call first.

We own a house built in 1949 in North Park and it needed a complete rewire. In fact if you have an older house with cloth covered knob and tube wiring you probably need a rewire too. Anyway James and his guys knocked it out in 4 days. This is an expensive and messy undertaking but everything went as expected and the cost was pretty much as promised.  James really seems to love what he does, is honest and trustworthy and so far the quality of the work is solid. He will definitely be our go to guy for any electrical work we need going forward.
