The team was very efficient and knowledgeable. Had new ceiling lights and fans installed. They tried to keep me informed at every step and did their best to minimize the patching as best they could. Would definitely call Steve and his crew again for any future jobs.

For the last week I have contacted 5 different electricians on yelp to diagnose an issue with an outlet. All of the electricians had 5 star reviews. Service Pro Electric was the ONLY company that called me back - and they called back within 10 minutes! Mike came out hours after that call and was able to switch out a breaker to solve my problem. Mike was polite and professional! Thank you for taking on my small job so quickly!!
San Diego, CA
Quoted $250 to run 1ft of 240v wire, replace a breaker, and nema 14-50 connector. 30 minute job, $50 in parts. Offered $175, refused. Left garage and breaker panel a mess.

Jesus showed up promptly with another co worker and got right to work. They installed a J box in a bedroom ceiling. They were very clean and quiet too! We have to do the patch work with the drywall cut out but they only made one hole to patch and left the piece so its easier for us to do! I highly recommend Jesus for any electrical needs!

When we needed lighting for our new home Mark responded quickly and completed the job on time. His prices are very reasonable and his work is excellent. I would highly recommend Mark from H&H Lighting & Electrical!

Everyone Deserves a Reliable Electrician
Rory Higgins is that reliable electrician. If I could only hire veterans, then I would! I have the highest respect for the veterans. They are patriots, honest, disciplined & reliable. Rory learned everything he knows in the Air Force where he was working on sensitive projects. Rory has been my electrician for a long time. He has had his business for 4 decades. He knows what the hell he is doing! He is not the type of contractor who puts Shiite on Shingles & does a Tijuana Style of patch job! He is detail oriented, trouble shooter & reasonable in cost.
This time around, I needed him to replace a sensor motion detector outdoor double light in the driveway, install a new double floodlight in the patio, create a new outdoor metal pipeline covered line to the floodlight, create a GFCI outdoor outlet & line to the BBQ island & outdoor refrigerator, create a separate outdoor GFCI outlet, switch & line to the outdoor lights in the patio (separate the lines to distribute the weight), uninstall an old rusted hanging outdoor light in the patio & cap, cup & cover the wires, also replace a couple of old outlets in my office. So, I waited for all of these electrical jobs to pileup & then I called him to schedule me.
Rory is a decent, softspoken good man. Right away he scheduled me as soon as he could which was pretty fast. He showed up in the morning & tackled all of these tasks, one by one until afternoon when he was done.
In the 90 Degree heat, I sat outside & watched him work for hours when I could easily go inside & allow him to be alone. He was already heat exhausted from his past 2 jobs in prior days. It was so hot that he used 2 fans to not overheat!
I observe my contractors for a few reasons:
I. To make sure they do not screw up my house.
II. To learn something from them.
III. To evaluate their work, so I can write accurate, informative reviews.
I hire a lot of contractors & I try to do my research, background check, BBB, licensing, consumer report & read reviews before hiring them, so primarily I do not end up with a lemon or worse, a contractor from hell! In addition, I do my contractor investigations, so you don't have to do it; therefore, when you read my reviews, you can hire the reliable contractors with a peace of mind.
What I notice about Rory is that:
A) He uses top notch material
He uses proper metal pipeline for outdoor & even indoor (read my last review when he done my garage), metal casing & reliable parts.
B) Right away he trouble-shoots the problem
Due to experience, he precisely or approximately pinpoints the problem right away. There was a short in my patio. Sometimes when it rained, the lights & the refrigerator in the island popped out & I had to reset the GFCI outlet in the kitchen where they were connected to, so they would pop back in & work after the rain. Rory took care of that issue by separating the lights & island lines & getting both of them off of the kitchen GFCI; however, as soon as he looked at the situation, he made a logical guess that the old rusted hanging outdoor light is more likely the root cause of the problem, so I told him to eliminate it. He took it off, trashed it & capped the wires & close cupped it.
C) He is detail oriented
Rory works fast but he takes his time to do a thorough job. Every single task which he does is done right. For instance, the way that he bends the pipe covers, connects the joints, silicones the connections, & comes up with ideas to secure the circuits.
D) He is honest
Rory always states that he does the job right, the first time, so he can go home with a clear conscience. He doesn't cut corners, makes sure the job is done right the first time & he primarily gives you an approximate estimate of the cost.
Rory done the job right, done it fast & gave me a special discount.
I usually come up with the best contractors in each field. I know Rory very well. He does super work with ethics & reasonable prices. He is a knowledgeable electrician with work ethics. He surely passed my perfectionist taste & test, many times over. Hiring him will not be regretful. Rory Higgins knows his job well.

He is so incredibly professional. He was very gracious to come personally to give a quote. I would definitely recommend his business for anyone who needs a really good electrician.

Having ignored fixing 2/4 ceiling can style lights in our 1st floor guest room, we decided since we would like to have them all up and running for our guests coming this Sunday.
I called ER and spoke to Romo who asked me to send him a text with my name and address. He said he would get back to me later today. Sure enough, he called and offered 3-330 window to come by and check out our situation. Romo was on time and presented himself well.
In less than 15 minutes, he had the light switch off and was testing the wires connected to it. He was able to determine that the problem was in the wiring between the 4 lights above and not a problem with the switch or the wires right behind the switch.
He went on to explain that since the home was relatively new, the can lights were installed in such a way that would require tearing out dry wall on the ceiling until they would be able to find the snafu. In our case, he would have been able to do the work of finding and repairing the wiring in the ceiling, but the problem was the dry wall would need to be repaired and the ceiling painted after his electrician work was to be completed.
Since we had procrastinated on fixing the lights until just a day or so before we are expecting guests to use the room, we decided having 2/4 working and no holes or paint smell was better than rushing around on a weekend to find a drywall/painter professional.
Romo said he understood and asked if we had anymore questions. After our questions were answered, Romo started heading for the door. I asked him how much we owed him for his same day trip service and his diagnoses skills. He said no charge!
So being generous with his time and skill, combined with getting here on time the same day I called equals a yelp shout out in my book.
We will be using Romo and ER electric when we decide to finish this ceiling light project...well after our guests have left and can be done more leisurely. Impressed with ER and Romo! Only reason not a 5/5 stars is we did not actually see his work because we chose to wait. Will update review after we have had Romo back to finish the job. Good vibes from Romo, I am sure the next review will be 5/5.

Jose is awesome. Very knowledgeable, works hard, punctual, responsive, communicative, great pricing and gets the job done. He's going to be my electrician going forward.

Went through Home Advisors to find an electrician to cut in a new line and tie it to a box outdoors. Chris McWay from McWay Electric called and made an appointment to take a look and offer an estimate. He showed up on time, looked at the project in question, and quickly told me what would be required to take care of it completely. The price was right, I asked him if he could do it right then and he said he could. Thirty minutes later everything was done, cleaned up, functioning properly, and he was first class all the way through the job. I was very impressed with the job he did and the manner in which he presented himself.

Dean and his crew are as honest as the day is long. They will do a good job for you at a fair price. We have used Interwest about 4 or 5 times now. We always make a list of the projects -- install ceiling light, new porch light, fix doorbell, etc. -- and they move through the list efficiently. And, you can tell they take pride in their work. They have great attitudes. Never had a problem with them -- which is way more than I can say about the various other contractors that we've had do work on our house!

After putting a bid out through Yelp to multiple electricians for a new plug install for an EV charger, Kevin was the first to respond, offered the most competitive price, and didn't attempt to upsell me--unlike another person who was attempting to convince me that I needed serious electrical work and an entirely new circuit. Kevin was also able to get someone out to me within 48 hours, which was great. I did not catch the electrician's name who came to do the plug install, but he was friendly, quick, and professional. I will definitely call Kevin again for any other electrical work I may need to be done.

I had to replace 2 sets of faucets for a home that I was selling and these guys were able to fit me in right away. Other plumbers were not accommodating at all. They showed up on time and did a great job. The faucets were installed a long time ago and need some extra elbow grease to remove. Everything looks great now and I would definitely use their services again should the need arise.

Luke was very responsive and flexible. Job involved wiring and installing several ceiling fans, sconces, can lights, a chandelier, and garage lighting, plus redoing an outdoor GFCI outlet. They were efficient and completed the job well with the estimated time. It was a pleasure having him do our stuff!

He was awesome! Gave me a way better deal than all the other electricians I talked to and was available right away. I would definitely hire again.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. We needed a new outlet for an electric stove because our old stove was propane. The tech was knowledgeable and everything was done quickly, no mess left behind and I can finally use an oven again! They were prompt in responding to my call and came on time and I'm very pleased with the work and they were great with some trouble shooting that happened. Absolutely call them!

I contacted James on a Saturday about a month ago explaining the scope of electrical work we were needing. James took the time to speak to me, give me the most relevant numbers off of his pricing sheet and was very fairly priced. I would have given James the job but needed a larger crew to complete the work in our timeline.
