I was quoted 1/3 the cost from another electrician company who I won't mention, and Electric Lee was able to send their crew to my house and install the 2nd outlet in my bathroom in about one hour. They kept me informed about what approach they were going to use to minimize any holes cut in drywall, and ultimately were able to work through the attic to join power from one outlet to another.

I am very impressed and satisfied with Electric Lee and they are without a doubt my go-to electricians for any issue I may came across in the future.

Last night I lost power to my kitchen and other areas of the house. This morning I called 3 electricians and Steven from SRP is the only one who answered.

I explained my problem and Steven went through several troubleshooting ideas over the phone. After those didn't work, Steven said he was booked but would get me in between 3-6 the same day.

At about 4:00 I received a call from Rudy who said he would be here between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, at 4:40 Rudy was at my door.

Rudy was very polite and courteous, after I showed him what was going on he got right to work playing detective and tracking down my problem.

After about 20 minutes Rudy had the problem figured out (the problem being a bad outlet behind my fridge, not the outlet I originally thought).

Rudy said the original outlet was fine and did not need to be changed although I would have been none the wiser if he did.

Rudy did not try to upsell or add in just to make a few extra bucks even though I did have him change the original outlet anyways.

I can not say enough about SRP, Steven, and Rudy. GREAT job guys, you are my go-to electricians from here on out.

Had an emergency this morning - my fridge wasn't working and my electrical panel was fried. Mark came over within an hour. Best all round electrician in San Diego. Frank Electric recently rewired our entire 1920 Craftsman ( original wires!) upgraded our panel to be solar ready and installed new outlets throughout. Had an electrical issue that needed to be diagnosed and repaired. Contacted several electricians and Primo's was the first to respond. I explained what was going on and he gave me a quote and appointment for the next day. Jose was very polite and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and made sure to answer my questions before he started to work. DID NOT RIP ME OFF!! Three electricians quoted for 3x the price I paid. I actually knew the problem I had and just because I was to scared to fix it myself paid McWay Electric. They answered all my questions and showed me how to fix it. Next they get my it won't be because I am scared it will be because the customer service is bar-none the best!

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Interwest Electric is an absolute go to for all electrical projects. From inspection/estimate to job completion there is no one better! We have used them several times and we are always 110% satisfied with our experience. Most recently, we had some work done by Frankie and Luis. They were prompt, polite and so patient with all of my questions (even when they probably seemed very repetitive). They addressed all of my concerns and couldn't have been more thorough!

I used the yelp app to get estimates for a small electrical job in my bathroom. Kev was not the lowest bid but seemed to ask the right questions over the phone. Dave came out a few days later and did everything quickly and professionally. I think I found my new electrician.

This company was hired by the property management company that manages our rental apartment to repair electrical issues we've had for months. Sometimes we were home during repairs, and other times the management company supervised the work. Overall, we're not happy with the work that has been done, the general lack of professionalism, and would not recommend this company to others. Since our property management company hired and paid this company, we don't know what the charges were, only that the drawn out repair process has been extremely inconvenient for us.

Cons:

(1) The first electrician and apprentice initially seemed to fix our problems of power outages and outlet failures, but they re-emerged weeks later. This team also somehow left our radiant heating system on. We didn't notice this until our next month's electricity bill, which was 2-3 times higher than usual. When asked about this by both me and my wife, one of the employees adamantly stated that this was physically impossible. However, after they performed more work, our radiant heater remained off and our bill normalized. No apology was made for the error, and no offer was made to reimburse us for the unwanted heating costs we incurred.

(2) All in all we had electricians from this company came to the house at least four times to fix problems they either didn't fix the first attempt or created themselves. After the first visit we found shards of copper wire, fragments of plastic and drywall, and sometimes even loose screws or bolts around the outlets they repaired. We asked them to be more careful when they had to redo their work since we have a crawling infant at home, but we continued to find debris near our outlets. An entire pile of debris was below the breaker box after the most recent repairs.

(3) We have also found broken fragments of valued belongings in our home near outlets that the electricians have worked on and cannot find the original items, evidence that the electricians broke things and threw away what they didn't clean up, without even informing us.

Luke is great - he fixed multiple electrical problems with my house, finding creative (but still fully code-compliant) solutions. He listens, doesn't try to upsell you, and is very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

I just bought my condo ten months ago after being a long time renter.  During this time I've completed a bunch of improvements including new windows, custom shutters, new counter tops, new sink, new faucets, new paint etc.  BUT the single most dramatic improvement was the replacement of the enclosed fluorescent lights with recessed can lights in the kitchen and bathroom. The crew of Custom Electric exceeded my expectations with my installation. James, A.J. and Dean are friendly craftsmen who care about doing a good job and making sure the customer is happy-- even fixing my cabinet finish.  The drywall work by Dean looks like new and frames the skylight perfectly!  A lot of electricians can hook up wires to fixtures but this crew does the whole package at a reasonable rate.  Be sure to get an estimate from Custom Electric before you go with someone else on your project.  Thanks again James for the extra assistance on the balcony!  Cheers...

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. We needed a new outlet for an electric stove because our old stove was propane. The tech was knowledgeable and everything was done quickly, no mess left behind and I can finally use an oven again! They were prompt in responding to my call and came on time and I'm very pleased with the work and they were great with some trouble shooting that happened. Absolutely call them!

James came to fix one of our GFCI outlets and quote us for some circuit splitting we've been looking in to. He was on time and very friendly. After fixing the outlet he made sure everything was working and gave us some recommendations on our issues with our AC units affecting the circuits. He explained our options for making our condos electrical more efficient for our needs. We highly recommend him and would 100% use his services again if needed in the future.
