This company earns it's 5 star reviews for good reason. I sent out a quote and received a response within minutes. This was absolutely a non-emergency yet they were able to arrive to resolve within 3 or 4 hours. I was fortunate to have Niall stop by, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue quickly, and not only communicated very well about the resolution but explained the why's and how's to help me better understand what is happening. During these times, they were cognizant and compliant to COVID safety measures - mask, shoe covers and all. All around pleasant experience. I hope not to have electrical issues in the future, but know who I am calling when I do. -Thanks Niall and Premo! White glove service that's surprisingly hard to come by these days.

Very nice over phone, promptly scheduled service for the next week. Installed 3 overhead recessed lights in the bedroom, very good price. Took less than an hour, even installed a dimmer for us. Let us use our own lights that we purchased at Amazon. Working well so far.  Left the room clean. Would definitely use again.

Thank you to SRP Electric for coming out on short notice to fix my issue with a faulty breaker.  On the surface, the problem did not seem much but boy was I wrong.  Joseph and Steven were able to assess the situation in a matter of minutes and determined the problem was due to the electrical wiring of some switches from the time of construction.  They were the ultimate pros and did an amazing job to get my electricity flowing again.  Fast, friendly, and extremely efficient.  Gave me 20% off the work as well.  What more can you ask for?  Couldn't recommend them enough, thank you guys! FIVE STARS!!

Got a 220-volt outlet installed to charge my Tesla. They were very reasonably priced and did an excellent job. Mike answered all questions. Would highly recommend!!

I needed someone to fix my business bathroom light and circuit and been texting Leo. Not sure about this place but he is so busy I didn't get a call or text back when I needed. So if you have any emergencies, this is probably not a good place to call.

I hired Frank Electric to fix a bad GFCI outlet in my bathroom.  I also wanted him to upgrade two lights to flush-mounted LED lighting in my dining and living room.  He added two dimmer switches too.  He was able to do the job promptly and got lights to match the ones already in the kitchen.  I would hire him again for all my electrical needs in future.  He was also mindful of Covid precautions and wore a mask.  Sla'inte to Frank!

wow. if I could give him more stars I would. I have used a few Electricians over the last few years BUT these guys are the BEST. a circuit went out last night. I loved that I could book an appointment online, so I didn't have to worry. The process was excellent and simple. The communication was great. Romo freed up early and asked if he could come early!! He was professional and fixed it easily and in minutes. EXCELLENT.

Jose's knowledge and work ethic is rare to come by. I opened up a new restaurant needing some extensive work done. He did what was needed to get everything in place and working. It took a lot of skill and to recognize the root of the issues. I am extremely pleased and happy to know a trusted electrician. He is the best!

We just finished a big remodeling project and Chris McWay did all the electrical work, which wasn't easy in our 1913-built home.  Chris was knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with.  I also hired him to install a motion-sensor light at a rental property and he was right on it and gave me a good price.  So no job too big or too small.

First, I want to say THANK YOU to the owner, Dean Mastrovic and his crew Miguel Hernandez,  Elvis and Jose for doing the electrical work at my property.  You do get what you pay for and more from INTERWEST.  Miguel, Elvis and Jose are very well versed in their professional.  Interwest Electric is doing a project at my residence as I write this review.  Dean's crew takes pride in the work they do.  You could almost say that the crew is very passionate in what they do.They cleanup after there job is completed, and check every item done that needed to be repaired.  Always on time at the jobsite and the crew gets started on the task assigned to them.  If Miguel, Jose or Elvis finds a problem, they let Dean know of the electrical problem and the crew works on the electrical problem until it is corrected.  I have decided to keep Interwest Electric on my speed dial in case of an electrical discrepancy at my place of residence.  There is NO other company I trust to do my residential work except INTERWEST ELECTRIC.  My thanks to Dean and a special thanks to Miguel, Jose and Elvis.  I tip my glass, raise my hat and applaud the CREW OF INTERWEST ELECTRIC.

Great response time (less than 30 minutes between first message and arriving), good price, and a friendly, accommodating demeanor. Did good work for an usual job. Couldn't be happier.

I've been thinking about replacing my water heater for a few months when I realized that I had 18 years on my current water heater (apparently 8 to 12 is the expected lifetime). I'd been putting it off. However, we noticed an unrelated leak from our bathroom into our kitchen, so I figured I'd have them come out and give me a quote for a new water heater and to fix the leak.

Right from the get-go, the experience was great. The called and scheduled a consultation (and waived the $65 service fee - maybe because of COVID?) right away. They sent a text, email, and called me to let me know when the technician was on his way out.

Mark came out  and gave me the rundown on a new water heater. He gave me several options, but we wound up going with a tankless heater. Additionally, he said the leak was because of poor caulking and that we just needed to re-do that. My wife and I a fairly handy so we wound up doing that ourselves. Didn't charge us for the advice.

Then Mark and another co-worker (I can't remember his name) and replaced our 18 year old water heater with a new tankless model. Endless hot water!

All along the way Harley was giving us calls to let us know when they were coming out and on their way.

I first found LTE Electric/Luke through a NextDoor recommendation. I first hired them to finish some electrical work for our kitchen remodel and most recently re-hired them for running some new circuits for a landscaping project.

Luke and his team are highly knowledgeable, cooperative, and responsive; which are traits you always want in a contractor. As I've hired them twice now, I won't hesitate to call them for my future projects.

James and his crew did an amazing job on remodeling our kitchen lighting! He converted an inverted florescent light ceiling to a flat ceiling, added LEDs throughout the house, installed a new range hood, changed out outlets and light fixtures and installed dimmers.  He really listened to our ideas and added his expertise to enhance what we wanted to do. The project came out far better than what we had originally envisioned. He is very neat and detail oriented. One day, he and his crew had to saw something inside the house. While one person did the sawing, James held a vacuum cleaner next to him to such up the dust as it came off the saw. It does not get any cleaner than that! James was also very patient as I asked for changes to what we had planned even after the original plan was in progress. We kept adding more and more and James patiently took on each additional change. We highly recommend James and already have plans to ask James to do our next electrical project.

Roddy responded to my Yelp request for quotes.  His price was reasonable.  He was very responsive, kept in touch while I was getting my fan, very punctual on the day of the install.  Very honest no drama solid professional.  Will definitely use his service again when there's a need.

Wonderful experience! James came by on two occasions and installed ceiling lights for us. He also troubleshooted some outlets that were tripping. Honest guy-- he was in our home for a few hours and we felt comfortable with him and happy with his work. His rates were reasonable and will call him again in the future!
