We recently hired Premo Electric to install a Tesla Wall Connector.  Similar to other posts, the crew was on top of communication, on-time, transparent with pricing, and delivered a clean & exceptional installation.

While very happy with Premo's work, I want to take a moment to share about our experience regarding Premo's customer service, which is incredible!  We got to know Richard - he is genuine, high character and full of integrity.  Attention to delivering great customer service sometimes feels lost today; however, Richard's professionalism, follow-up, and desire to make certain we were taken care of is beyond extraordinary.  Class act, and we obviously recommend Premo!

These guys were great.  Quick response and quote time.  Easy scheduling and showed up right on time.  The project was smooth, efficient and friendly.  Cant ask for more!  Would definitely recommend and use again!

I had an emergency on a Friday evening around 4:00 PM.  I called and spoke with Steve regarding the service required (replace a Bushing in the electrical box); he asked for photos of the damaged Bushing Mount; which were provided (via email).  I forwarded the photos for review and I called to follow up, he mentioned the after hour pricing and he'll try to find an Electrician for the job.  After about 30 minutes I reached out to follow up, he stated, I'm still trying to find an Electrician.  He stated if an Electrician is located the part required may not be available and if it's available the supply warehouse may not have it in stock.  Then he asked, did the job have to be done tonight due to Electrician's availability. I told him tomorrow would be feasible if no Electrician could be located.  He said okay.  The following day around 10:30 AM I called to check on the status of the Electrician, he stated no Electrician was available.  I mentioned that was NOT what we had discussed.  He stated, I told you I would not have an Electrician available; which was totally NOT the case.

How can you advertise 24/7 service and feel honest about your business.

Mike is very professional and responds to your questions and concerns quickly. He is honest and knows what he is doing. He helped install a manual transfer switch so I can run a backup generator for emergencies.  He always recommended what was best for me, not what was easy for him. Really appreciate that! Will be using his services again. Thank you Mike!

I knew a circuit was tripped, but couldn't reset it. Google said it must need to be replaced. I asked for a quote through Yelp for the highest rated electrician via Yelp, and LEO was it. I sent a request in, and I did receive a prompt reply-and was asked if I had tried to reset the circuit. Of course I had tried. Then LEO asked for a picture. The picture showed a tripped circuit. The response was reset the two outside circuits at the same time. I followed this advice, and low and behold the circuit reset. No visit, no bill, no being taken advantage of...I will turn to LEO for any future electrician need!

These guys are great!  We needed a few small electrical jobs and we called and got same day service. The guys were very nice and took care of the jobs we requested quickly.  They were very professional and cleaned up their mess when they were done.  I highly recommend United Electric for your next electrical job!!!

When hiring a contractor I look for the following things: customer service skills. Are they courteous, friendly, communicate well, and do they show up when they say will.  Do they have deep experience in their area. Do they give value and a reasonable bid and timeline for work completed. And importantly, do they stand by their work, and are you able to solve a problem with them. Problems and unexpected things are bound to happen, but can you work together for a reasonable outcome? What is their guarantee when all work is completed and payment has been made. Mark has all of these qualities and more. Having been a home owner of an older home, I can recognize the contractors that can work on complex things, especially electrical things. Mark installed beautiful exterior lighting in my home and also fully replaced the electrical panel that was about 30 years too old. The house looks spectacular at night and also adds security. Mark knew exactly what to do. He re-stuccoed the outside of the house where the new electrical box went and labeled all the circuit breakers with me. Consider Mark when looking for an electrician and you will be glad you did.

Frank is Great... Through the whole process from talking it out, design, understanding, seeing the big picture... and great execution.  So glad we found him.... We will use again.

Romo was very prompt and professional in all communications-- text and email.

His team, Julian and Brian, were pleasant to work with-- and they did an excellent job installing a Tesla Wall charger and a new 50 amp breaker. Cleanup was flawless too, with all the holes in the wall patched up perfectly and conduit placed discreetly along the ceiling.

Had an electrical issue that needed to be diagnosed and repaired. Contacted several electricians and Primo's was the first to respond. I explained what was going on and he gave me a quote and appointment for the next day. Jose was very polite and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and made sure to answer my questions before he started to work. The diagnosis and repairs were completed in under a hour and for less than what I was quoted! Thanks Jose for your quality work and true professionalism!

Dean and his team are always quick to help me with any electrical issues I have with  my properties.  They provide excellent personal and quality service. They arrive when they say they will arrive. A rarity in the construction industry.

I needed to have a 240 v outlet installed in my garage.  I spoke with Kevin on the phone and sent him pertinent pictures.  He was able to give me a fair estimate over the phone.  On the day of the work, Jose arrived on time and did the work with no hiccups.  He said that he had 25 years of experience and it showed.  I am happy with Kev.Co and will use them again for future electrical work.

Updated Review: After telling me the electrician could not make and I cancelled, the electrician came anyway. Only 10 minutes after the appointment time slot. Taylor figured out the issue quickly and solved the problem in under an hour. I would have given 5 stars except for horrible scheduling issue. I hope they work it out.
Previous review:I would prefer to write a review with content to it but I cannot. They could not make it to my house. The front office is scattered. I had an appointment between 8 and noon. When the electrician did not arrive I called and found out they really didn't know his schedule and I would I like to reschedule. Well, no. I am now looking for someone else. The electricians may be good. I'll never know.

I've been using Luke now for the past four years. He's very reliable, does good work and I believe is reasonably priced.  I don't think there's a job that I've given him he could not complete. I've referred him to many of my real estate clients and all have been more than satisfied - they've come back with raving reviews.  If you're looking for an electrician who knows his stuff inside and out, you've found your man!

I first contacted James to get a quote over the phone to add recessed lights and junction box for ceiling fans. Despite my small budget, James was more than happy to come out to my home and give me a free in person estimate.

After assessing the job, James not only worked with my budget, he gave me some tips on how I can easily update my existing recessed lights and replace my old outlets. He even told me where I can pick up supplies at a lesser cost. I knew right of way, James is a honest and professional businessman. He is exactly the type of person I like giving my business to. And of course, I was right!

James really takes pride in his craft and do business with integrity. He uses high quality material and pays attention to details. He takes the time to prep work areas so he can minimize dust and debris. Having a small child at home, I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. From what I understand, James is on every job, big or small. James works for himself so he makes all the decisions. No need to deal with workers who have to check with their manager/boss.

The thing I appreciate the most about James is how he values the business you give him, regardless of size. Such a refreshing change! He really goes out of his way to make sure his customers are satisfied.

We were having electrical issues in our garage and got ahold of Advanced Electrical Innovations and they were out here the following day and troubleshooted our issue very quickly. Roddy was our electrician and he was very knowledgeable and has been doing this for 25 years. He was able to fix the issue within an hour. They are a brand new company and we were one of their first customers. Very quick and responsive team. They were the most affordable company I found and were great to work with. I will be calling them for any electrical issues we have in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone.
