Impressed again! This time we did a service call and were charged by the hour. Thorin arrived promptly after a scheduling mix up. Thorin trouble shot the issues we were having with our recessed lighting and electrical outlets and fixed our issues. Very professional.

We were very impressed again with Electric Lee. This is the only electric company we will rely on in the future.

After waiting about 5 days for an appointment, had 7 smoke alarms which were 25 years old replaced with my provided new alarms. Electrician seemed professional, called before arriving, and was able to complete installation and checkout in about an hour. Only problem was one of my units was faulty and several of the new batteries were low. I would advise to let them purchase the equipment, although you might pay more. Luckily I had bought 8 alarms and had plenty of spare batteries. I guess $375 is reasonable for the work.

We needed a cable run through a wall. After the initial request for a quote, Mike got back to me in a timely manner and I was able to schedule an appointment right away. When the technician,Alex, showed up he was polite and did the work exactly as I asked for. I would use this business again without hesitation.

We needed an electrician with commercial insurance coverage,  but more importantly, we needed someone who could tackle a mess! Our electrical system was installed in the mid 1970's. This was child's play for Leo. He addressed our emergency quickly. He sorted out our outage problems, analyzed our reoccurring issues, and made recommendations that would help us avoid future problems. He showed us how our old system was corroded and breaking and at our request, moved us affordably towards increased safety and efficiency.

Leo was able to get us back up and running in two hours. Then he returned to permanently correct our systemic issues. To our delight,  when it got dark outside, he put his headlamp on and kept working.

I had a problem with several electric outlets. I made contact with he wanted to come by Satruday afternoon but I was busy. We agreed to meet on Sunday. He arrived when he said
He tested all the subject outlets and breakers. He knew what was needed to fixed the problem. He quoted me a price that was really fair. He completed the work. I was really pleased with his work and professionalism. I will be using him again.

Frank has been our go-to electrician for the past six years, most recently completing an entire rewire and panel upgrade of our historic home.  We are constantly impressed with his professional approach to everything he does.  He is fair, reasonably priced, and responds promptly to even the smallest of requests.  Further, it seems the house is cleaner AFTER he leaves- not sure how he does it.  In the past few months, Frank has returned to assist in some smaller electrical jobs, and we were pleased to see his caution and safety measures taken during these COVID times.  Beyond his excellent work, Frank is a genuinely nice person- our whole family loves him, including our two young kids and new dog.  He has been recommended to and gone on to work with multiple family members and friends, all of whom have raved about his attention to detail and professionalism.  Thank you, Frank!

On 1/13/21, I received a phone call from Romo. Romo informed me that his crew, and ultimately him, had been overtaken by the COVID-19 and were unable to sustain their workload or issue proposed estimates in a normal time frame . He apologized for the inconvenience and insured me that he would refund the $120.00. Romo's call was followed up by the Office Manager, who also explained the situation to me with a sincere apology for the unforeseen situation.

Due to the fact that Romo, who was still feeling the effects of the virus, took his time to contact me and correct the problem. I want to thank Romo and his company for their professionalism and high standards towards their customers. Additionally, Romo offered to install the transfer switch at no charge to compensate for the delay. Now, this is what you call true customer service.

Had an electrical issue that needed to be diagnosed and repaired. Contacted several electricians and Primo's was the first to respond. I explained what was going on and he gave me a quote and appointment for the next day. Jose was very polite and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and made sure to answer my questions before he started to work. The diagnosis and repairs were completed in under a hour and for less than what I was quoted! Thanks Jose for your quality work and true professionalism!

Great work from Chris and Justin who took care of my dual meter and 200amp service upgrade project for my rental property that I added a detached ADU. They did all the scheduling with SDG&E and city inspector. Their work passed the city inspection and now I got my 2 meters and a subpanel inside the garage that they transferred all the circuit from the old panel. They also gave me the lowest bid out of 5 contractors I contacted. Very professional and have all the materials ready when all the other contractors telling me that what I needed for the project are backordered.  Will definitely use them again for any future electrical projects. I reached out to this company at night after we lost power in part of our house. Even though it was after hours, I received a message right away. The next morning, they contacted me again and was able to schedule a visit that day. They fixed the problem promptly but I especially appreciated the prompt communication! I'll definitely use them again!

Kev Co Electric was able to schedule me quickly with a new outlet in our bathroom.  Their electrician was awesome and did great work even through the obstacles in the wall.   Left everything clean and tidy.

Luke was very responsive and flexible. Job involved wiring and installing several ceiling fans, sconces, can lights, a chandelier, and garage lighting, plus redoing an outdoor GFCI outlet. They were efficient and completed the job well with the estimated time. It was a pleasure having him do our stuff!

Really friendly guys. We love our recessed lights. Definitely plan on upgrading other lights around the house.

Roddy put in a 240 outlet for me and redid the subpanel. He got the work done quickly and took pride in the quality of work.

James ran a separate electric outlet for a dryer hookup for me. He was super friendly, on time, and prides himself on doing things without taking short cuts. Highly recommend his services!!
