I would highly recommend Premo for electrical work and will use them again for future projects.  We initially got upgraded from 65 amp service to 200 and then they came back to rewire the electrical in the house.  We can run everything in the kitchen now!  They also installed overhead lighting in our living room.  Our 1962 Clairmont house has officially been upgraded.  Richard, Matt and George were all very professional and listened to what we wanted and made it a reality.  We love our upgraded home.

Decent job but quote was service call fee is $150 for the first hour and $100 per hour after plus material - tech was here for 1.5 hrs and charged $300. Apparently a GFCI outlet costs $50.

Updated - promptly refunded me the entire $50 which is appreciated - great customer service.

Overall very satisfied! Michael was the easiest to communicate with via Yelp messages after requesting quote to multiple places. Received fair pricing upfront and same day availability right away. Other places tried to overcharge from the beginning. I recommend this place and would call back for other service needs in the future.

I needed someone to fix my business bathroom light and circuit and been texting Leo. Not sure about this place but he is so busy I didn't get a call or text back when I needed. So if you have any emergencies, this is probably not a good place to call.

Jesus responded to my inquiry ASAP!!! Very fast and fair price.  I contacted 4 different electricians and he gave the best estimate.  My ballast went out in the kitchen and he changed them to LED lighting, no ballast needed.  I'm very happy with the results because the lights were bright.  He sent Alfredo and he did a fantastic job.  Will come here again for electrical needs and highly recommend them.  Thank you to you both!!!

I requested a quote to install 2 pendant lights over my kitchen island. Within a few hours I received a quote and then 2 days later I had them installed. Rory was able to come out quickly to fix an improperly mounted 220v outlet for our stove. He had great communication, gave us an up-front estimate on the repair cost which he met, couldn't be happier.

We inquired Frank for assistance based on excellent prior reviews to install a 240v outlet and a fan/light combo vent for our bathroom. Frank was professional and courteous during the initial estimate and remained so through the rest of the process after accepting his service. He was prompt with negotiated times and always responsive. The installation of the 240v proved elaborate, necessitating fishing wiring through 4 floors of our townhome, but he did an excellent job. He limited the amount of texture and painting that would be required for us to complete after the work was done, which was sincerely appreciated. The installation of the bathroom vent also went smoothly, and we no longer have to rely on a constant open window to achieve the same effect. We are grateful for Frank's consideration to keep our costs down where possible. Frank is a genuine person and possesses a notable integrity that is seemingly rare these days. Without hesitation, we would consider contacting Frank for any future projects.

I recently contacted this emergency response electric service to replace some outlets in my home that had a short. However, when Romo arrived, they suggested that I replace the entire electrical panel, which would cost $3500. They also charged me $180 just to come out and look at the problem.

Feeling uncertain about the cost and the scope of the work, I decided to get a second opinion from another electrician. To my surprise, the issue was resolved with a simple fix to the outlets that only cost $300. The second electrician did mention Emergency Response Electric does go over charging clients.  When I called the emergency response electric service to request my refund, I was met with a runaround and never received my money back. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit provider.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. The electrician tried to upsell me on a major and expensive repair that I didn't need, and the company has failed to follow through on their promise to refund my initial fee. I would not recommend this service to anyone and would recommend to get a second opinion before rushing into anything.

Had an electrical issue that needed to be diagnosed and repaired. Contacted several electricians and Primo's was the first to respond. I explained what was going on and he gave me a quote and appointment for the next day. Jose was very polite and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and made sure to answer my questions before he started to work. The diagnosis and repairs were completed in under a hour and for less than what I was quoted! Thanks Jose for your quality work and true professionalism!

Excellent! The electrician fixed an outlet and replaced a light switch. Polite, good communication, honest. I would recommend to others. I will definitely be calling them next time I need an electrician.

Lights started flickering in our living room a couple days before we were leaving for vacation.   Contacted Dean and he had an opening the following day.  Frankie and Luis came out to our house and had the problem fixed within 15 minutes.  The cost was not outrageous either.  Will definately use again.

I had Kevco install an electric outlet for the new EV we are purchasing. Worked with Kevin on what needed to be done and he was very thoughtful in suggesting a preferred approach. Sammy came to do the work and was even early for the appointment. We had to make a few modest changes to the design, but Sammy did a great job in timely completing the work. I would definitely use Kevco again for any electrical work I might need done. They are professional and provided a good value for the price charged.

I requested an electrician for some ongoing electrical issues in my condo on a Friday, and Point Loma sent someone the following Monday morning! The company was communicative about timing, calling me with a status update the morning of, and the electrician arrived in a very reasonable time-frame (about an hour). The guy they sent (Mike Murphy) was great; professional, informative, and very upfront about potential costs. He resolved all the wiring issues I had (minor loose wires and broken fixtures) for a reasonable price, ran to home depot to get a replacement fixture which he drilled and installed for me, and also gave useful advice about better lighting options (LED vs. CFL) and about some appliance issues beyond the wiring. I still got in to work by noon-ish! I would go to these folks again.

Luke is great - he fixed multiple electrical problems with my house, finding creative (but still fully code-compliant) solutions. He listens, doesn't try to upsell you, and is very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Roddy and Vito performed impeccable customer service.  Roddy was engaged and upfront with the whole process installing our exterior light fixtures.  What's more impressive about Roddy is his execution with NEC code ensuring the safety of our family.  The work was extremely well thought out, light fixtures were installed professionally to align with the architectural features, and outstanding house keeping.  Additionally, he went above and beyond to check our electrical panel and provided insight for future work.  If you are reading this, stop what you are doing and hire Roddy and Vito.

James came out to give us a new electrical box and build a deck.  He was super professional and did both in a fraction of the time we thought it would take.  The new deck is amazing.  2 weeks later we lost power in the kitchen.  We called him because we weren't sure what the issue was.  He came out and found the kitchen was wired incorrectly 20 years ago and fixed it free of charge.  He knows his stuff and treats you fairly.
