Called after lights went out and had to reset circuit breaker. For some reason the dryer no longer worked so we figured it had been damaged. We called around and requested a few quotes from different electricians. Premo Electric responded in about 5 minutes. Due to the holidays, they had no appointments, so we took a photo of the panel and emailed it. We received a call within minutes and were walked through how to reset the breaker for the dryer. Dryer now works! It was a nice gesture to make by calling us to assist us in fixing the dryer. He could have charged us to come out and repair in person, but he didn't. He didn't have to walk us through how to solve our problem but he did. All very nice things to do. We will definitely be calling to make an appointment after the holidays to have a new circuit breaker installed.

Lee ca e and did a thorough inspection to find the problem and repaired it quickly and quite reasonably.  He and his helper were prompt, courteous and knew what they were doing!  They are now my electricians of choice!!!

Over the Memorial Day weekend we lost power upstairs and we couldn't restore it.  Then it just went on.  We knew there was a problem.  We called SRP and they came out.  They diagnosed the problem and sent in a crew.  They were on time and quick. Built four new circuits, replaced all the outlets and switches, gave us some great advice as did a project on our patio!  They were clean, responsive, professional, and nice!  Outstanding customer service.  We strongly recommend them.

Our neighbor referred us to Service Pro Electric to troubleshoot a lighting issue we were having in our kitchen.  They were able to respond quickly and called ahead when they were on their way.  I truly appreciate people who are respectful of my time.  They found the issue and fixed it promptly for a reasonable price.  Kevin and Mike - thanks for being prompt, courteous, and neat. I knew a circuit was tripped, but couldn't reset it. Google said it must need to be replaced. I asked for a quote through Yelp for the highest rated electrician via Yelp, and LEO was it. I sent a request in, and I did receive a prompt reply-and was asked if I had tried to reset the circuit. Of course I had tried. Then LEO asked for a picture. The picture showed a tripped circuit. The response was reset the two outside circuits at the same time. I followed this advice, and low and behold the circuit reset. No visit, no bill, no being taken advantage of...I will turn to LEO for any future electrician need!

United Electric was a subcontractor on a remodel of my place. Jesus and his team did a fantastic job. All the lighting, outlets, ceiling fan, etc., are perfect. I can't say enough about the lighting, though. The kitchen and living room are very well lit, but dimmable. And, the lighting itself is clean and bright. I love it! In addition, they are very nice people to work with and seem genuinely into making sure all goes well.

So very happy. Have spent the past 1 1/2 yrs transforming my backyard hill into a comforting get away & Mark from H&H Lighting & Electrical help bring it to life. I now have beautiful path lights on my rail road staircase that ascends the yard. Beautiful up lights on my majestic eucalyptus trees. Also a beautiful gazebo chandelier & active pump to my pagoda fountain that is all tied into programed evening lighting in the backyard. It looks magnificent. Mark's years of experience as a certified electrician really shows. He was honest & up front about what was achievable, & I'm completely confident in the safety standards he applied. Rory helped me with a project I had. I needed to upgrade 4 extraction fans. I managed to wire 2 units just fine, but the second unit containing the other 2 fans would not power up. I sent him a video, he said it's not his expertise but the video was helpful and can take look at it. We quickly booked an appointment and upon arrival he got everything operating in an hour. His rates were very reasonable and I now have a local electrician that I will use again in the future.

Frank is an excellent communicator, does great work, shows up when he says he will, and is a really decent fellow.

We're hired him twice: first to run some new circuits and swap out some outlets.  Second to install a brand new panel with 200A service.

Frank did a great job for us both times.  With the panel, he took care of all the communication with the city, and was here for the inspection.  Total turn-key service.

I recommend Frank 100%.

I called ER about an estimate for switching our kitchen island electrical hookups to 220 volt. Roman respond to my inquiry very quickly and arranged to come to our house and do an estimate right away. The job ended up being more expensive than we could afford (not because of ER's quote, just because it was a more complicated job), so we decided to not do the work. However, if we had decided to do the work we would have hired ER for sure. Very easy to work with and responsive. We'll come back to them again in the future for other electrical work.

I have a 1961 mobile that had been remodeled and rewired many times. Switches didn't work and no one could figure it out. Primo showed up on time, sorted it all out and now everything works as it should. Stayed within my budget too!

Went through Home Advisors to find an electrician to cut in a new line and tie it to a box outdoors. Chris McWay from McWay Electric called and made an appointment to take a look and offer an estimate. He showed up on time, looked at the project in question, and quickly told me what would be required to take care of it completely. The price was right, I asked him if he could do it right then and he said he could. Thirty minutes later everything was done, cleaned up, functioning properly, and he was first class all the way through the job. I was very impressed with the job he did and the manner in which he presented himself.

I've been thinking about replacing my water heater for a few months when I realized that I had 18 years on my current water heater (apparently 8 to 12 is the expected lifetime). I'd been putting it off. However, we noticed an unrelated leak from our bathroom into our kitchen, so I figured I'd have them come out and give me a quote for a new water heater and to fix the leak.

Right from the get-go, the experience was great. The called and scheduled a consultation (and waived the $65 service fee - maybe because of COVID?) right away. They sent a text, email, and called me to let me know when the technician was on his way out.

Mark came out  and gave me the rundown on a new water heater. He gave me several options, but we wound up going with a tankless heater. Additionally, he said the leak was because of poor caulking and that we just needed to re-do that. My wife and I a fairly handy so we wound up doing that ourselves. Didn't charge us for the advice.

Then Mark and another co-worker (I can't remember his name) and replaced our 18 year old water heater with a new tankless model. Endless hot water!

All along the way Harley was giving us calls to let us know when they were coming out and on their way.

Awesome job! A++ I absolutely recommend Luke and his team for any electrical job! Luke answered me on Yelp right away and was very communicative throughout the whole process. Came out the very next morning and completed the light installation in a timely manner. I will definitely contact LTE electrical for any future work!

We asked Custom Electric to update our kitchen and bathroom lighting to recessed LED, as well as make a couple smaller switch changes.  James, Kyle and Carlos were quick and  friendly on site, and were precise in their work.  They finished ahead of schedule, cleaned up after themselves and took care of a couple details that I wouldn't have thought of.  Overall, a great impression.

I especially appreciated that James liked working as a collaborator on the design and the approach.  We'd asked for fixtures and switches that were a little outside the norm, and he said he liked learning from this project.

We have a lot of electrical projects in the house that remain to be done, and I'll be glad to call James again in the future.

We were very happy with call back, response time and communication. Problem got fixed and I got great info and education on a future project. If an electrician is needed  they will get my call first.

James and sidekick were early to start, went back to shop for matching parts and all for a happy price. I thank them both.
