Great service call; Nialle called ahead for his scheduled appointment, he arrived on time and efficiently replaced kitchen florescent light ballasts at the quoted price.  He also wore booties on his work shoes and cleaned up his entire work area when the job was completed.  Thanks for a highly satisfied customer.

Big Bark Out and our highest recommendation for Devren & his crew.   The stress of remodeling can be high and our stress was elevated as My doghouse is over 100 years old.  

Devren and his crew relieved much of the stress with their prompt & professional services.  We also found them to be among the most reasonable of the quotes we received.  

The work they performed was very diverse, everything from upgrades to our main panel, to installing new & moving circuits & outlets, to installing new fixtures.

None of the work seemed to small or too large for them and they adapted well to the issues that come up with working on such an old house. Always staying within the advance quotes and  the time frames. Very important as we had other contractors scheduled around completion of the electrical.

We are truly pleased with the work they did and will go straight to them for additional electrical work

Leo was an expert and had a fun personality. He arrived on time during our 1st meet, came prepared with his tools, and worked immediately.

I was missing a camera during this install (which he was fully aware of prior to coming by) so we agreed that he will just come back to complete the remaining 1/3 of the job. After the first install, he asked me to pay him approximately 85% of the agreed amount. I didn't mind because I was satisfied with the output and trusted our plan of meeting again. I paid via Venmo.

The major mishap I experienced was that it got extremely difficult to reach him for the 2nd appointment. I tried to schedule something with him between July 5th and the job was completed only today (July 23rd). I found it unpleasant to have to chase him around and text him so much just so he can get back to me after so many days. A client should not feel like that she has to beg for a job to be fully completed, especially when it's already been about 85% paid. That part was very unprofessional.

Leo ended up sending his apprentice/brother who pretty much made up for the wait! Leonardo was great, had perseverance, and a great demeanor. He problem solved and made sure that the job was fully completed prior to leaving. I gave him the remaining balance of 15ish% and was thankful that the entire job is fully done now!

Mark was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend this master electrician! He responded to our call for assistance in a timely manner and was efficient in figuring out the problem- only one room in my house was without power and the issue was not the breaker box- he was able to troubleshoot and find the issue in no time, all while wearing a smile despite the problem not being a simple matter.

Wow. I am so shocked and grateful. I feel like Romo and ER electric really helped us dodge a financial bullet. We have been without power to half of our apartment for 5 days. We called another company. A technician came out, puttered around a little bit, and said that to diagnose the problem would be $500. That was at 1:00. Our landlord called Romo at 1:45, and he said he'd be here in an hour. He wasn't. He was here in HALF AN HOUR!!! He diagnosed the problem in about 45 seconds, and when asked how much he would charge he said, just give us a good review. (Granted, the work was minimal, so I hope others don't come to expect to not get charged for their work.) That said, he diagnosed an underlying problem that I will most definitely call on them to fix. Romo has earned repeat business. He was extremely professional and courteous! I can't say enough good things. PS: when I told him about the company that tried to charge $500, he guessed who it was and was right! I hate to bash another company, but steer clear of United Electric. Go with ER electric every time!!!

Let me start by saying I don't write reviews..but I couldn't help but want to recommend Primo's electrical service. Jose was extremely professional and did a fantastic job! He was persistent when the issue was very hard to diagnose. He is highly skilled and provided a great solution that not only fixed my outlet but also added additional safety measures. Jose worked hard AND efficiently for every hour I paid him. He's a total champ!!! I would definitely recommend Primo's electrical service!!!!

We had Interwest Electric install three ceiling fans in our home. They had to do all of the electrical to the existing switches, which were not connected to anything. They put in dimmer switches and the ceiling fans, which have worked wonderfully. They were clean and didn't leave any mess behind. Our only complaint is the patchwork from where they had to put holes in the walls and ceilings (the size of a cantaloupe) weren't textured the same as the surrounding areas. So my husband had to sand them down and make them look nice before painting them. They also accidentally drilled a hole through our medicine cabinet, but immediately replaced it!

We recently changed out some bulbs in our kitchen to recessed lighting LED's and a new LED lamp in our closet. What we had in our kitchen was more of an old school, florescent bulb. Kevin made it clear LED was the way to go and was very clear and up front about what charges would be. Jose jammed through the work in light speed and took care of everything in a few hours. Not only that, the work performed gave a very clean, updated look to the kitchen. Glad we came in contact with Kev Co and will certainly be reaching out to Kevin on any future projects! I have an older house with the original breaker box and old circuit breakers. I awoke from an afternoon nap on Sunday and discovered the electricity was off. Went out to the breaker box and tried toggling the circuit breakers before being told the whole neighborhood has an outage. Three of the circuit breakers wouldn't toggle back on and when power was restored, only had electricity in half the house.

Called Point Loma Electric & Plumbing and spoke with Ichollie who said I can be on standby and set up an appointment later if necessary.

James Fogg called a short time later and said he could be here soon.
James arrived and examined the breaker box. He checked the circuit breakers and did safety checks on circuits in the house. We discussed the issues of older homes that use obsolete parts. James clearly explained that we can still get the old circuit breakers which are getting rare and expensive and the option of doing an expensive breaker box upgrade.

I chose to replace the existing circuit breakers. James got the parts, did the installations, and did final checks to make sure everything was good.

James is a very courteous and professional technician. I highly recommend James and Point Loma Electric & Plumbing.

Came out the very next morning and completed the light installation in a timely manner. I will definitely contact LTE electrical for any future work!

James and Carlos are great. We bought a house and needed some electrical upgrades, televisions and outlets wall mounted, cable lines run for wireless, ceiling fans installed, new recessed lighting, upgraded switches and outlets, and new outlets installed outside. James easily fit the work in to his schedule and ours! He accommodated all of my last minute changes and requests without any issues. He is very easy to work with and his prices are reasonable and fair. He used his contacts to get us great prices on products. He is very tech savvy and provided us with information via text, which worked great for us. His Helper Carlos has excellent drywall skills and was able to repair any drywall holes that were made as part of the installation. I've already referred him to friends.

We were very happy with call back, response time and communication. Problem got fixed and I got great info and education on a future project. If an electrician is needed  they will get my call first.

Can I just say what an amazing phone call I just had with this man?  I've got an electrical issue in my house.  James asked a few questions, said his schedule was booked for a few days, but that this should be fixed asap.  He was great about telling me someone else who could do this sooner. Really honest and helpful, and he was looking out for me even when I'm not a customer yet.  Amazing customer service!
