Got lighting in the living room and kitchen. From start to finish it was so easy for me. I wish I had reached out sooner. Will definitely be using the company again in the future.

Nonexistent customer service.
Inquired via Yelp on 9/7 and received a response next day on 9/8.. thank you. But Within the response they provided a phone number and email for better communication. I emailed my inquiry- 2,3 days later no response. I text the number provided and no response.
If your business is thriving then good for you but if you're not seeing new customers then say that.

Anthony and his brother came to my house within 20 min of me calling. They assessed the problem and informed me everything they needed to do. They helped me out with my budget on getting it fixed, and BAM! Took them 3 minutes to fix the problem. I recommend these guys 150% and will continue to use their services! 100% respectful and 100% professional! They get 10 stars but I can only give 5! Great work Anthony!!!

Mike helped me with the electric work needed to install my Mr Cool Mini split AC. He was responsive, on time, and even went out of his way to help me with some troubleshooting issues I encountered had with the AC unit. United Electric Inc. did great work! They had first come by to give me a quote to install a 14-50 Nema Plug in the garage to charge my Tesla. He had replied to my request for a quote very quickly on Yelp Messages. He was able to come to my home the next day to inspect the request and gave me a quote right away. After contacting other electricians who had visited and had given me quotes, I've decided to stick with United Electric. We were able to schedule that same week, to where he came right on time and had the job done in a timely matter. He was sure to be there as we tested out the new plug to make sure everything was working properly. Very happy with their work and would reccommend!

The electrician was excellent. I tried to fix this first and made it worst and the electrician did a excellent job fixing my work and the original problem.

Mr. Higgins was great! I had a short in an old outdoor outlet that cause an outage along one circuit. He fit me into his schedule and fixed everything quickly and for a resonable price. I would definitely use him again.

Worked with Jose to repair some poorly done wiring in the garage in our newly purchased home. He's very responsive and laid out a plan to get everything in working order. He was also willing to tackle a few other add-on electrical projects for us. He's very knowledgeable, has attention to detail, and just gets things done right the first time. He does great work for a great price. Next time I need an electrician, I'm calling Jose again.

Of all the myriad of places I reached out to, Point Loma Electric was the quickest to get back to me. That means a lot to someone like me who is always on the go. It seems they really wanted my business and it stuck in my head even when I called them back two months later! Speaking with the customer service representatives was great. Brandy and Mary were really great to work with. They were very responsive and informed me with reminders and updates as they were made available.
 Greg came out to fix a ceiling flush mount light that wasn't working. After assessing the problem it took him about an hour to fix. He was a little late due to a previous job and acknowledged and apologized. Love that. It means a lot to recognize that other people's time is valued. Nevertheless Greg was the consummate professional. He even gave me a credit for the full cost of the job, about 300 dollars so that if I decided to go a different way with the light in the future I wouldn't be double charged for the work. Incredible. He was also very engaging with conversation and we talked about the NBA playoffs while he worked.
 All this coupled with the fact that Point Loma Electric retains a BBB rating of A+ and has numerous other reviews on other platforms really makes me feel good that I went with them. What a great experience. Can't wait to have them back for other projects in the future!

I've been using Luke now for the past four years. He's very reliable, does good work and I believe is reasonably priced.  I don't think there's a job that I've given him he could not complete. I've referred him to many of my real estate clients and all have been more than satisfied - they've come back with raving reviews.  If you're looking for an electrician who knows his stuff inside and out, you've found your man!

I had James come out and give me an estimate on canned lights in four rooms and a hallway. I also needed a outlet added in the garage. The estimate was sent via email quickly and within a week I got back with James and hired him. He was able to come out quickly and also did all the drywall repair for the areas where electrical lines need to be fished and or run. Would use him again in a heartbeat!!

Roddy responded to my Yelp request for quotes.  His price was reasonable.  He was very responsive, kept in touch while I was getting my fan, very punctual on the day of the install.  Very honest no drama solid professional.  Will definitely use his service again when there's a need.
