Best Electricians in San Diego, CA
Overpriced. I had 30 amp breaker installed requiring 13-15 feet of wire ran inside garage with plug for dryer. Took 30-45 minutes, one 240 outlet, 12-15 feet wire, and 30 amp breaker maybe $100.00 in parts, I was charged $695.00 dollars. Labor required drilling one hole and a dozen or so staples. Also needed remote to ceiling fan installed (connected 3 wires) 20 minutes later $150.00. Did not sweep up after work completed. Never call again.
The owner called and left a message. I called him and he rectified the situation immediately. The owner took full responsibility and had no problem refunding $400.00. Sounds like a honest man having to rely on workers.

I have a kitchen remodel starting in Dec and I needed a few outlets moved, a hardwired oven hood turned into an outlet for the over the oven microwave, as well as had them wire a box for a ceiling fan.
They did a great job. They kept the pieces of drywall to allow me to patch the walls later. This is phase 1 of the kitchen remodel. If I need more electrical work, I will call Electric Lee.

Alex was great. He was here on time. He was very nice and did a great job. He explained everything he did and was very knowledgable. We installed a 240V for our electric car. The pricing was very reasonable, he beat out the rest. Would definitely use him again for other electrical projects.

I had a light fixture that needed to be installed. It took about a day and a half to reach him (he's super busy), but once he arrived it was fixed very quickly and the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend Jesus from United Electric enough! He recently installed new lighting fixtures in my home, and his work was genuinely fantastic. Jesus and his assistant Antonio took care of everything from the electrical work to the cleanup. Jesus was highly professional, providing multiple ways of payment, and he was always communicative throughout the process. His expertise and attention to detail were evident in the flawless installation of the three flush mount lights, dimmers, and chandelier. Jesus went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and his rates were incredibly affordable. If you need an electrician in San Diego, Jesus and his team at United Electric are the ones to call. Thank you for the outstanding work!

Needed an outlet for charging an EV and called Rory because he was local and had great reviews on Yelp. Explained what I needed and sent a couple photos by text. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone and squeezed us into his schedule, warning me that he might be running a little late. He showed up, did exactly what we needed, flush mounted the outlet when I thought it would have to be surface mounted, and did it the right way instead of taking a shortcut which I fully expected. Job looks great and came in UNDER his estimate. Doesn't waste time, just gets the job done. I would highly recommend him and fully expect to use his services again in the future! Many Thanks Rory for a job well done!!

I hired Frank Electric to fix a bad GFCI outlet in my bathroom. I also wanted him to upgrade two lights to flush-mounted LED lighting in my dining and living room. He added two dimmer switches too. He was able to do the job promptly and got lights to match the ones already in the kitchen. I would hire him again for all my electrical needs in future. He was also mindful of Covid precautions and wore a mask. Sla'inte to Frank!

Wow--I have worked with many vendors over the years however ER electric stands out as one of the most efficient and capable electricians. They answer promptly. They come out immediately. They text and let you know they are coming. Exactly on time. They solve the problem with no trouble and quickly. They are reasonable and so worth it since their expertise is far and beyond most electricians. There is no inflated price and no feeling we didn't get exactly what we needed. Kudos to a really fine company!

Beware!!! These people are crooks. They wasted time going through a whole bunch of things and gave wrong diagnosis even when I pointed straight to the problem. It ended up costing me over $650 because of all this wasted time when they should have found the problem in 20-30 minutes. Don't try to reason with the owner. He is a bully.

I first found LTE Electric/Luke through a NextDoor recommendation. I first hired them to finish some electrical work for our kitchen remodel and most recently re-hired them for running some new circuits for a landscaping project.
Luke and his team are highly knowledgeable, cooperative, and responsive; which are traits you always want in a contractor. As I've hired them twice now, I won't hesitate to call them for my future projects.

I have used James and his team twice now since purchasing my home. They have installed recessed lighting, bathroom light fixtures and an exhaust fan in our bathroom. James is great at communicating which is a breath of fresh air after dealing with other contractors for various home projects that have poor communication and don't stick to deadlines. James responds quickly and I've been lucky enough to have him come to my house the same day I call him. He'll review your needs, give you options and then explain time frame and cost. Excellent service and professionalism. We will continue to use James and his team for the future home projects that may come up. Our home looks great with the new recessed lighting!

Roddy and Vito performed impeccable customer service. Roddy was engaged and upfront with the whole process installing our exterior light fixtures. What's more impressive about Roddy is his execution with NEC code ensuring the safety of our family. The work was extremely well thought out, light fixtures were installed professionally to align with the architectural features, and outstanding house keeping. Additionally, he went above and beyond to check our electrical panel and provided insight for future work. If you are reading this, stop what you are doing and hire Roddy and Vito.

James, the owner of this fine company, is a guy that knows a lot about a lot of things. In fact, I'm fairly certain if I asked he could tune my piano for me or give my car a darn good tuneup. But more importantly, he knows a lot about construction which is essential for a general contractor. His philosophy, which extends to all the guys that work for him, is that they all know something about all aspects of construction....from framing, to electrical, to plumbing and so on. In our case, James and his crew did a complete re-wire of a 1915 Craftsman style cottage and a back unit that entailed removing all the old knob and tube wiring and replacing it with current code electrical. His bid turned out to be about 10% less than an electrician that I had been using for quite a while. He charges based on how many nodes (switches/plugs) that need to be replaced and a discount is applied when the number reaches 50 or more. I highly recommend this company...they showed up on time, finished the work on budget, and the result was to a very high standard. Lastly, you'll enjoy working with James. He was happy to take as much time as necessary to fully explain our project. I had him back a week after the electrical work was done for a small plumbing fix and that turned out perfectly as well.
