We had our water heater tank blow out and it caused some water damage.  Ivan came out and did a temporary installation of the new water heater while the water damage was repaired.  He returned later to complete the installation to the permanent location after repairs were finished.  He was great throughout the entire process.  He is very thorough, calm and professional at his craft.  You can't go wrong with Ivan and Aqua Tech.

Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

They are great! Always professional and do a good job. I have never felt like they overcharged me or gave me the run around.
My only complaint is that they are sooooo busy you can't always get your plumbing problem fixed /seen that day.

We needed someone urgently, when we called Ruben he answered and came out right away. He fixed our leaking faucet immediately and even looked at the bathroom shower and took care of the dripping faucet in there. He was a lifesaver! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends! Thank you guys!

I was worried that my recently replaced angle stop valves were not properly installed (they were not installed by a plumber). Tom was punctual and gave an honest assessment that I did not need any additional work done. While he was here, he also helped out with a clogged sink (simply had debris caught near the drain stopper) and a toilet that didn't flush right at no additional charge.

Tom comes across as a genuinely nice guy that wants to help his customers. I'd definitely hire him again.

So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Contacted Jeff Isber After reading great reviews on Nextdoor. We had a kitchen faucet that was leaking, not functioning properly. We had a handyman check it out who was not able to fix the problem. Jeff contacted me soon after I left him a message, helped to troubleshoot by phone, and came out promptly .Unfortunately, the replacement  parts that the manufacturer had sent were defective. He made a great recommendation of what replacement faucet I should order and came back out to install it today. Very happy to find an excellent and dependable local plumber!

It sucks that things seem to have taken a turn for the worst, but when you only respond to 40% of the requests, there is something wrong.... especially with repeat customers.
I have another emergency where I need to secure water to my entire house to isolate it. Unfortunately it is the Xmas weekend and I was not expecting a physical visit, but was hoping for virtual contact. Nothing happened.
They seemed genuine for our first emergency that I have them bookmarked that I would immediately contact them again (through Yelp) for assistance.
Not a single instance, but Yelp lets ANYONE claim 'Emergency Services' without verifying such statements. You would think a spraying leak in the walls where the main pipe enters the home would be considered an emergency. That is what I get for thinking.

I've been using Independant for years on my own home and my rentals.
Just this week I had a hot water heater corrode through in my rental condo. One call got the ball rolling and my condo had hot water by the next day!
He's fought through the pandemic, as have so many small businesses! He's kept the water flowing w minimal staff but still kept all his appointments on time!
They are a top notch, no frills, affordable, reliable plumbing service!

I've been scammed, ripped off, and the quality of work was shockingly bad. It pains me to have hired Anthem and Gunner to do work for me. He took all of the money with the promise to return to correct and complete the work the following week for what he was hired to do, but never returned, didn't return the money, and left me with 20% of the work done. My walls were left damaged and he left a huge mess behind that took me an hour to scrub clean. He agreed to a list of things to do for me for $500. He tried to save time by hanging heavy metal frames with a single ancho/ bolt by the frame and didn't utilized the d-rings designed to secure the frame well, leaving them dangerously insecure on a stairwell. He placed tape under the frame to claim this made it secure. It didn't. They fell and created more than 3 large and deep holes in my walls and chipped my baseboards. The frames are now broken, too. that's another $150. Thankfully, it didn't harm me or my son. He created significant damage to my walls in 10 places with large anchor holes that will need to be dug out and professionally repaired and marks all over them from the initial hanging, not including the damage created when they fell. (My walls were just professionally painted 1 week before his arrival). I am a single Mom with a 1 year old son. He left me with a repair job that will cost me well over 1K to repair and 80% of the work incomplete that he was paid for. I gave him money in good faith that he was going to return to fix the damage and hang them properly and did so partly because he /and his company were recommended by a close friend. We even had a day scheduled the following week, but he refused to come back after the fact to fix his unsafe and improper hangings, repair the damaged wall, and complete the work list, but he took the money and ran. He tried to do the job quickly for a payday with no conscience in delivering quality work. Unethical and unprofessional! Do not hire this company!!

We first saw his online DIY videos, which are excellent. Greg has done several repairs of shoddy work as well as replacement of worn out parts on our 30yo home. He's not cheap but he does it right using quality parts. It's nice to have a dishwasher and disposal that don't back up into the sink!

After making several calls, Water Heaters Only had a competitive price, had the heater we needed in stock, and was able to come out sooner than any other company.  They were knowledgeable and helpful on the phone as well.  Pat installed the new water heater without any problems and was very professional.

Great response used twice I really recommend!  Friendly technicians and they look for the cause of the problem and diagnose.  The last visit, we were not even charged.  No company does that anymore.

I've used Universal Plumbing for three different plumbing issues in my apartment and each time Paul has made an effort to get out to my place as soon as possible, making me feel like my issue is his priority to fix.  He is friendly, efficient and thorough.  The last time I needed something fixed, he was unfortunately already slammed, but was able to send out a different person to help me out.  He promised this 'sub-contractor' (for lack of a better term) would also do a great job and he was right.  Great service again.  The prices seem reasonable for the top-notch services Universal always provides.  Although I hope I don't have any more plumbing issues for a long while, I'll definitely call them again if I do.

Very responsive and reasonably priced. Will definitely continue to use their services.
