Nick and Baird Drain Cleaning are the best! I've worked with Nick for years, starting when I was renting an old mission beach cottage and now as a homeowner. Every time Nick shows up for a job, he goes above and beyond to get things fixed and his expertise and commitment to excellence is unmatched. This time Anthony came with him and he was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Besides doing outstanding work, there prices are extremely reasonable. Very responsive and professional. Came same day and put in a brand new water heater in. Got it all up to code and put on an anti scale device called flowtech to protect my whole house. These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

After dealing with my home warranty company, which was less than helpful, I found Jeff on Yelp.  He was fast, literally within a half hour was at my garage looking at my stripped valves that lead to the washing machine.  He fixed it without having to rip out drywall, like Resurrection Plumbing said would be required and saved me money and time.  I am happy to have found a local plumber that is professional and FAST!  Thanks Jeff~

Yes you were told that one of those days would work, not that all of them were available to be set aside for you to maybe or maybe not show up. I run my own business so that I can make my own schedule but if I don't work, I don't get paid. I am sure that you understand. And I would never cancel on anyone with 10 hours notice assuming that the other times that they offered on that day would still be available. Instead of apologizing for cancelling the appointment at the last minute without confirmation that the message was even received, you get angry that I leave an accurate account of our interaction saying that anytime I offered should still be available but guess what even if I wanted you to stop by I couldn't because they are actually closing the street down tomorrow.
In addition to being flaky you are entitled to people's time and rude.
Nah dog, I ain't paying you $300 to show up when you feel like it.

Our shower was clogged and I found this company on yelp. Called and Joe was here in 30 min.

Unclogged my shower and was so helpful explaining how to prevent future clogs. Will use this company moving forward for all plumbing needs.

I called Independant Plumbing and Drain to take a look at a clog in my new condo, and to replace some unusual pipes in my bathroom sink. They came in and got everything done quickly and efficiently, without wrecking my home or charging me insane rates. More so though is the fact that they made me feel comfortable leaving them at my home with my girlfriend while I was out... which for me is very important. Lastly, getting a hold of someone is extremely easy, and they pick up the phone very quickly. I am extremely satisfied, and they now have a loyal customer out of me! I will be having them come out again soon for some issues I'm having with my kitchen sink.

We used Anthem to repair a ceiling that collapsed from another vendors repair of our  AC drip pan leak. Gunner responded right away, came out the same day to evaluate and had us back to new within a day.

Very knowledgeable and friendly, we will definitely be using Gunner on future projects.

I found this company's DIY videos online when i suspected my water regulator was broken.  I noticed they were in Ramona so I called them up.  Received a call back even after business hours.  Unfortunately, i live outside their service area but the person talked with me for 30 minutes to guide me and give me advice on products and the best companies in my area to work.  Ramona is lucky to have such a great and honest plumber.

Pete (FN 3409229) did a fantastic job of evaluating our situation, identifying the problem and solving it.  He was very courteous, knowledgeable and informative and he managed to identify and fix our water heater issue all in less than an hour!  Great job!

Never do any service from this company. They lie and never be on time on communication and service. I am not happy with this company service not professional. They ordered the water heater to my shop and I agreed with the price and I deposited $360 and the rest I would pay the installed day and then Megan told me that the order would take 4 weeks to receive and would have to install on 072522 but it did not come on time and I installed for me on August 1 without letting me know when I was out of town. Then I talked Adam on Viber on that day to pay him the rest on the phone $3240 that we both agreed. Adam told me that he sent my old water heater back to Home Depot that I wanted to get credit from the old water heater under 4 year warranty. He lied and did not return my old heater to Home Depot and stole it. I went back to Home Depot and showed them the RMA#, stayed there for 3 hours but the tech did not find the heater returned there. Also, they charged separate charge of $126.36 in my credit card without telling me. I called and texted Megan, Adam and nobody returned my calls. I lost my old water heater that I told the tech to return it to Home Depot after the installment . Bad service, not professional and overcharges that not telling the customers, NOT recommend this company.

I don't write many reviews.  But they were so good, I felt obligated to pass on the word.  I also would completely agree with Sandy B even if I don't know her because I had Tom come as well.

I have never had anyone so professional and helpful.  He did the job I called them out to do.  He explained to me what was happening and he helped to make it the least expensive fix for us.  Then he had time to help with two other jobs one of which was extremely serious for the well being of our family so he called his next job first to make sure he could do everything in a timely fashion for everyone.

I was more than extremely impressed. I am excited I found out about this company and will be using them again if any things comes up!!

Very responsive and reasonably priced. Will definitely continue to use their services.
