I called at 10:00, and he was at my home within two hours. He repaired my broken water heater at a very reasonable price, and advised me about maintaining it for longevity purposes. He is instantly now my go-to plumber.

Called them; got a busy signal.  Called again 1 minute later and the no-nonsense (but NOT rude) receptionist got the pertinent information and said she'd check with someone to see when they could stop by.

She called me back in 10 minutes (about 1:30pm) and told me someone would be here between 2pm and 4pm.

A very personable and laid back young man showed up at 2:30pm and within a few minutes he was hard at work clearing roots between the clean out in our front yard and the city's sewer.  The whole time, just as other reviews say, he was very friendly and informative.  Before I knew it, our whole house was draining normally again, including a bathroom sink that had been running extremely slow since we moved into this house well over a year ago.

My experience was perfect, and the pricing was far less than even any bargain plumber I'd hired before: $40 to snake a clean out up to 100ft (roots in our main drain had backed up the whole house) and just another $10 to clear the bathroom sink's extremely slow drain (unrelated).

Until the city comes and fixes their mess of roots & pipes from my sidewalk to the street's sewer, I'm always going to call Baird's and save a ton of money!

Words can't express the gratitude I have for Ruben and All Time plumbing. Just when everyone told me I was looking at thousands of dollars in work, Ruben and his professional demeanor came and found not only the source to the original leak and problem but identified another problem we had been curious about with the water heater. His price beat everyone's not by hundreds but as stated before a couple grand. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Ruben. You have lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. Tom does good work but his rates are quite high.  Tom removed a kitchen sink faucet and replaced it with one I bought at Home D, and he also replaced a water shut off valve under sink.  Cost was $255 and the work took less than an hour.  There was a Yelp discount deal that I asked Tom about, and he said he didn't know anything about it and would not honor the deal if I purchased it, so I didn't.  I contacted Yelp about the deal and they said only someone with a business account could create a deal.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

The faucet in the bathroom needed tightening - a very small job.  I came across reviews for Carmel Valley Plumbing on Yelp and Next Door.  Jeff was very responsive and came right over today after finishing another job nearby.   I'm very appreciative that he took care of this small job so quickly.  He's a nice guy who knows his stuff and I'm happy to write this review.

Excellent service! Arrived within 24 hours of our initial call. Most other plumbers were unavailable for at least 48 to 72 hours. Prompt friendly affordable! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for your excellent service!

I called 6 plumbers on a Sunday and only Independent responded promptly.  We ended up fixing the emergency, however they followed up with us on Monday and we got one of their plumbers to stop by and fix an angle stop. They were prompt and professional. We will definitely keep their number handy!  Awesome company and great plumbers!

The best Handyman in the business. Over the past 30 years I have hired Electricians, Plumbers, Painters, and Drywall specialist throughout and outside of San Diego county. Gunner's service was easily the best of all. He is courteous, punctual, HONEST, a perfectionist, and provides exactly the service requested for the agreed upon fee. I would give him 10 stars if they were available. Hire him and you will definitely be satisfied with the quality of work and rates charged.

It is never a happy day when you need to call a plumber, except when you call Greg and have Ramona's Plumber do the job. We have an outdated condo with outdated fixtures, and he was the only one in town able to help us out. The service was quick, his prices are extremely reasonable, and the expertise (and the personality!) is awesome. When we do our remodel and tear out all this old stuff, we will be calling Greg again. Absolutely top notch.

Water Heaters only was a breeze to work with. They were able to answer all of my questions over the phone and arrange for an installation of a new water heater the very same afternoon. The installer, Pat, communicated well and worked quickly and cleanly. After finishing, he went over the set-up with us and answered all of our questions. I went with the company because of the great reviews and also because they provide the warranty servicing should any problems arise.

Never do any service from this company. They lie and never be on time on communication and service. I am not happy with this company service not professional. They ordered the water heater to my shop and I agreed with the price and I deposited $360 and the rest I would pay the installed day and then Megan told me that the order would take 4 weeks to receive and would have to install on 072522 but it did not come on time and I installed for me on August 1 without letting me know when I was out of town. Then I talked Adam on Viber on that day to pay him the rest on the phone $3240 that we both agreed. Adam told me that he sent my old water heater back to Home Depot that I wanted to get credit from the old water heater under 4 year warranty. He lied and did not return my old heater to Home Depot and stole it. I went back to Home Depot and showed them the RMA#, stayed there for 3 hours but the tech did not find the heater returned there. Also, they charged separate charge of $126.36 in my credit card without telling me. I called and texted Megan, Adam and nobody returned my calls. I lost my old water heater that I told the tech to return it to Home Depot after the installment . Bad service, not professional and overcharges that not telling the customers, NOT recommend this company.

This review is long over due! We first hired Paul about 2 yrs ago when we were remodeling our kitchen and needed an estimate to move water & gas lines and to install the new dishwasher, sink, faucet and garbage disposal.  We got 3 estimates which were all about the same price but Paul just made us feel at ease. The work was a multi visit process and both Paul and Tom were so nice and professional even when my schedule would change and all of a sudden I needed someone there ASAP.  He always came through for us and with a good attitude.

About 6 months later we needed a toilet replaced.  They provided the toilet and Tom installed it.  I have to say Tom is the nicest service person I have ever dealt with. He's on time, professional, friendly and cleans up after himself.

Then yesterday we discovered a small pipe leak in the ceiling of our bathroom.  I called this morning and Paul answered immediately.  Tom came out this afternoon, located the leak and repaired it for us. Then he cleaned the bathroom of all the mess.

I would give them 10 stars if possible and highly recommend them. You don't see service like this much anymore. Their prices are also reasonable.

I really like the fact that Jerry came with his crew and worked together and made sure the job was done. Good customer service, when Jerry came to see the problem he recommended a heater he would install in his house and that's what he suggested to me. I really like that he thinks of family.
