Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

We have used Baird's for 4+ years.  The company's prices and results puts Baird's in demand, so call volume can be high and scheduling tricky.  That said, I understand why Carol is to the point. She is trying to coordinate several plumbers, working jobs with unknown time requirements, with numerous clients all over San Diego.
 
Overall, she has done well scheduling my jobs and letting me know when the plumber would arrive.  If I do not hear back from her, then I call and she checks with the plumber and calls  me back with an update. I have called and had pleasant, but short, conversations with her.

Jess, Jamie, and George are the most tenacious, hard working and honest plumbers I have dealt with. After years of back ups, which Baird's always cleared, we finally decided to have Baird's put a camera down the drain.  Jess worked over three hours trying to clear the drain well enough to put the camera in so he could see what the problem was.  He went from the clean out at the back of the house and tried from the sewer access on the driveway.  He had a dental appt he had to go to but said he would talk to George about the drain saying George would probably come out the following day to try clearing it.  The next morning George AND Jess showed up.  Between George's years of experience and Jess's brawn, they finally got the drain cleared enough to get a good look at the problem - a huge, rubber test balloon that the remodel plumber had left in the pipe.  George and Jess used the big snake with different attachments and were able to cut the balloon up enough to snag it and pull it out - it took both of them pulling to remove it.  Two days, two plumbers and the total was only $125 (over 5 hours of work).  SO REASONABLE!  I ALWAYS TIP THEM - they work so hard for the amount they charge.

Super professional! Had multiple plumbing issues, that ruben diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner, all while being extremely friendly and safe during these times. Great company!

Tom is a great plumber......he has competitive prices and explains every cost before you start the job. He makes suggestions but does not upsell. His work is the best.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Disappointed, the other positive reviews don't seem to accurately depict this service based on our experience. We had CV Plumbing fix our upstairs bathroom piping that had been giving us problems and reseal another bathroom's toilet. First, the prices seemed overpriced compared to others we have used at a former house. Second, the work was average at best. The area worked on was left dirty and it did not appear that the sealant and materials/items used were of any decent quality (a few wks later we have had issues with the toilet seal leaking and due to the water damage it stained our stone flooring). Third, the plumber was quite unprofessional and spoke about numerous inappropriate topics (foul language, politics, and other inappropriate topics I don't wish to state here again). It left me feeling very uneasy. I would definitely not use them again and do not recommend them to others.

Plumbing must be in their blood! Damman Plumbing took complete control of my distraught toilet disaster and made the dookies disappear!

Cannot recommend this company. Very friendly but miscommunicated what I needed and charged me for no service done. Specifically said I needed a shower head removed and replacement installed and the guy who showed up thought I had a broken shower. Wanted to charge me the full $145 for nothing but ended up only charging $65; The only reason I didn't give one star

So we came home from work to find our downstairs bedroom flooded and water everywhere... Water shut off, no dishes, no showers... What a nightmare!
I called three of the larger plumbing companies I could find on Google. Since it was about 7pm, after hours, no one had available plumbers to come out. Through a friend on Facebook, we were recommended these guys. Wow! The customer service is flat out the best I've ever had. Phil is just a great friendly guy. His wife Tracy very cool as well. I called up after hours and they said no problem, be there in a few. Next thing you know, they're on my doorstep, ready to go! He got right to work finding the leak, fixing it and barely charged us a thing. He gave us all kinds of tips on cleanup and repair and made sure to know we were in good hands. This team is now our neighborhood plumber because that's what it felt like, your next door neighbor coming over to give you a hand. Thanks Phil and Tracy!

P.s. finally one of the larger companies called me about 9pm that they had a free tech. About an hour after Family Plumbing had fixed the leak and went home!

Lived in an OLD home in Pacific Beach for 4 yrs and we had this company out a number of different times for various things.  Never had to wait very long for an appointment, prices are reasonable, and all the staff are very professional.  Last night my shower flooded (I'm renting a home in La Mesa), and the landlord had me call a local plumber partnered with the home warranty company.  I called, they answered and immediately put me on hold....I have been on hold for over 30min.  I miss Independent Plumbing:(

I would say that Gunner is probably the best handyman I have ever used. Along with his excellent well-rounded skillset, he responds quickly to calls/texts, he shows up on time, has highly competitive rates, but most of all, he is friendly, personable and I also feel that I can trust him which is extremely important! I would highly recommend Gunner.

We recently moved into a new house with an extremely complex circulation, solar and heating system.  As I was trying to identify how everything worked, I noticed that there was a sticker by Ramona's Plumber on the heating unit.  After 2-3 months of trying to figure out how the whole system worked, i finally decided to call the installer, from 2 years prior to us owning the home.

Greg was extremely knowledgeable and willing to walk me through how the system works. Even though his original business was not with me, this is the kind of customer support that stands out. He obviously took pride in the high quality work he put into this house.  I would highly Ramona's Plumber to anyone who is in need of his services.

My name is Jeffrey Clark and I had a water heater installed by Pat on 2/19/18.  They came same day, did and inspection, had the water heater I needed in stock and replaced the unit.  The installer was knowledgeable and pleasant.  Their service was reasonably priced and fast.  Thank you!

Never do any service from this company. They lie and never be on time on communication and service. I am not happy with this company service not professional. They ordered the water heater to my shop and I agreed with the price and I deposited $360 and the rest I would pay the installed day and then Megan told me that the order would take 4 weeks to receive and would have to install on 072522 but it did not come on time and I installed for me on August 1 without letting me know when I was out of town. Then I talked Adam on Viber on that day to pay him the rest on the phone $3240 that we both agreed. Adam told me that he sent my old water heater back to Home Depot that I wanted to get credit from the old water heater under 4 year warranty. He lied and did not return my old heater to Home Depot and stole it. I went back to Home Depot and showed them the RMA#, stayed there for 3 hours but the tech did not find the heater returned there. Also, they charged separate charge of $126.36 in my credit card without telling me. I called and texted Megan, Adam and nobody returned my calls. I lost my old water heater that I told the tech to return it to Home Depot after the installment . Bad service, not professional and overcharges that not telling the customers, NOT recommend this company.

Tom came on time, was knowledgeable and pleasant, and diagnosed several problems quickly. He finished the job quickly, the pricing was reasonable and I will definitely use this company again, and ask for Tom to do the job.

Showed up on time gave me a reasonable estimate was honest I really felt like I could trust them that to me is one of the most important things when it comes to doing business with someone he's definitely someone I would recommend  in the future for anyone.
