Another excellent experience with Ivan. We needed our washing machine valves replaced due to heavy corrosion and he was quick, punctual, and his prices were reasonable.
I called him to get an estimate for the job and he also happened to be available the same day. I had gotten several quotes from other plumbers and decided to go with Ivan because of his availability and pricing. He came when he said he would, gave me a heads up before heading over, and finished the job quickly. I'm happy with the work and would recommend him!

Doug was able to schedule us quickly to replace a rusted ice maker spigot.  He was here on time, quickly made the repair and charged a fair price for the work.  Highly recommend!

We have a several plumbing issues attended to over the years.  Tom Dinardo has always been one who has given top notch service. We recently had a clogged sink, and after several attempts to deal with it on our own, we called Tom.  He came right over, even though it was after dinner.  He took time, effort and great care to complete  the job.  We greatly appreciate his quality of work, his service with integrity and good character, and his fair and reasonable pricing.  We highly recommend Tom Dinardo Plumbing!

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

CVP & Jeff to the rescue. The reviews here are correct. I went to grab some cleaning supplies and noticed one of our water heater lines was leaking. One of those moments we all dread. Fortunately we found CVP through yelp. I gave the company a call left a voice mail and received a call back within 5 minutes. I explained the problem to Jeff and he said he'd be here in 15min. He rolled up on time and was courteous and professional. He even sent me a text messes so I could put our dog up before he came to the door. Jeff fixed the problem quick and for a reasonable price. These guys came out on very short notice on a heavy trafic, rainy day and uncloged my main drain line for $125! The next closest quote was $160! They were very nice and professional, I would absolutely use them again!

It sucks that things seem to have taken a turn for the worst, but when you only respond to 40% of the requests, there is something wrong.... especially with repeat customers.
I have another emergency where I need to secure water to my entire house to isolate it. Unfortunately it is the Xmas weekend and I was not expecting a physical visit, but was hoping for virtual contact. Nothing happened.
They seemed genuine for our first emergency that I have them bookmarked that I would immediately contact them again (through Yelp) for assistance.
Not a single instance, but Yelp lets ANYONE claim 'Emergency Services' without verifying such statements. You would think a spraying leak in the walls where the main pipe enters the home would be considered an emergency. That is what I get for thinking.

We were thrilled with our experience with Family Plumbing. They came out on a Sunday when they are normally closed and repaired a sink in our bathroom that has been a growing problem for us. Arrived on time, fair pricing and very friendly service.

I called 6 plumbers on a Sunday and only Independent responded promptly.  We ended up fixing the emergency, however they followed up with us on Monday and we got one of their plumbers to stop by and fix an angle stop. They were prompt and professional. We will definitely keep their number handy!  Awesome company and great plumbers!

I called Greg because I had water next the foundation of my house.  He spent about 10 minutes with me on the phone listening to the problem, the steps I had taken so far and then he talked me through the potential causes, and a few tests I could do myself in order to troubleshoot and determine the problem.   Turns out I didn't need a plumber and I was able to fix the issue myself.  He did not charge for his time and he did not tell me he could come over to take a look (which would have cost a service call).  

Anyone who answers the phone, spends a few minutes listening and giving advice, and then tells the home owner how to troubleshoot the problem has displayed a level of character and professionalism in a company rarely seen today.  Should I need a plumber in the future, I'll call Greg at Ramona's Plumber.  I suspect I will update my review to 5 stars when I need him to come do some work.  I recommend you give him an opportunity to see how he can help you.

Had a great experience! Got a new water heater after discovering a leak in our very old one. Patrick came out and knew exactly what to do. Very pleasant, kept me informed of every step, and gave me good pointers for the new one. Very happy with our new water heater! Def recommend :)

We had Blue Bear Plumbing come out and jet our waste line from the sink to the restrooms fearing a underslab broken pipe. Worked through 50 years of gunk on the inside of the pipes and after about 40 minutes, line cleared, sent the camera in and we were not able to locate a break !! Will hopefully don't have to call them again, but if we have another issue, we will be calling Blue Bear Plumbing!

We had a dripping shower/tub faucet. Took a picture of it and sent it to Paul. Set up appointment to replace the cartridge. Done quickly and no more leaks.

Thank Heaven for this company. Came out the day after Thanksgiving and fixed my kitchen sink. Was friendly, up front on the price and fun to talk to. Thank you so much again Jerry!
