I highly recommend this company. Ivan the owner is very knowledgeable, friendly and gets the job done right the first time around. It's very hard to find reliable contractors with the right skills and also fair with their estimates. Ivan provides reasonable pricing, finds solution to all issues and gets all your plumbing fixed up!

We had a very good experience with Doug. He came out within 20 minutes of our call to repair a copper pipe that broke in the wall. He was reasonable and experienced. Great local plumber, highly recommend.

I have used the REAL Baird Drain Service for years.  There is a FAKE Baird s ervice who are unreliable and nasty overcharging folks.  Be sure you get the right Baird service as they only do drain services and are usually about $30.  This company has been around for years and years, while the new company is in fact new and unreliable and unresponsive. We called All Time last May 2018, Ruben came out was very professional, completed all of the valve replacements requested and installed a new pressure regulator. Work was completed in a timely fashion, well done and fairly priced.
This week we needed a valve changed out, under the kitchen sink, that was leaking, We called Ruben and we got what we expected, a job well done, fairly priced and in a timely fashion.

I had this plumber come to install a faucet I'd purchased.  He did it and left, after telling me that it would not be under warranty because he did not supply the faucet.  Read it again- his work in my home had no warranty because the faucet was already there and he didn't middle man it.  Okay.  

It immediately was wobbly.  I called and he said he would try to get over there to take a look at it.  We are talking a day or two later.  He never showed up.  Then he stopped answering my calls.  I gave up at this point and just lived with a wobbling faucet that leaked counter top water into the cabinet below for a while.  

Eventually we got another faucet and attempted to replace it ourselves.  But... it turned out that the hole under the sink where the faucet is clamped down was either too big or too small to get a tight seal.  We ended up having to router out some of the wood underneath to get a good grip and finally get a non wobbly faucet.  

Guess who installed a faucet with the under parts diagonal and knew it wouldn't work?  Tom Dinardo.  Guess who told me it would not be under warranty of any kind before he left my home?  Tom Dinardo.  Guess who is a plumber who should have known that the hole needed to be either bigger or smaller for the parts to be flush under the sink and I'm thinking knew my faucet was not going to work?  Pretty sure it was Tom Dinardo.  

So I guess if you have him get all your parts for you so his work will be under warranty, you could hire this guy.  But if you already got your faucet and are looking for someone to install it, I'd recommend looking some more, his work is not guaranteed and when you want him to fix it, even less than a week later, he won't, even if he didn't do it correctly in the first place

Also, I had read the directions prior to having Tom Dinardo install the faucet- he failed to use a silicon ring upon install.  It was in the directions to do so and I watched him do it and he never put anything down, just faucet on granite with a half ass, diagonal assembly shoved in the hole underneath it.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

I highly recommend Carmel Valley Plumbing, Jeff Isber. We had flooding in our garage and house, called him and he came out right away. He determined that we had a leak in our slab, a total nightmare!!! He set us up so that we at least had water, then returned and re-routed the plumbing, a long, very complicated process.  By the end of the next day the job was completed, amazing! He also lined up the necessary companies to do the dry out and restoration. This was extremely helpful as when you are in the middle of all this mess it is over whelming. Give him a call if you need an honest & fair priced plumber!

The main sewer line was rotted out from being about 80 year old cast iron pipe and crapped out on us.  All of sudden one day we had sewage leaking out in the basement. After the normal panic I called a few place that gave me an appointment days away and finally I called Bill Howe plumbing (major rip off and not joking) The guy came in I showed him what the issue was and he said we will have to repair 10 feet of pipe, it would take 2-3 days ($1700/day plus $700 in materiel). After I got over the sticker shock I thought to myself how can 10 feet of pvc pipe and a few clamps cost so much.. So I told the guy that before I commit I am calling a couple of people just to check around. Someone told me to call Jesse and his dad Ayoub, Made the call, they came out in 45 mins and I had a written quote for $500 for labor and $82 for material. They changed out the same exact 10 feet of pipe in about 5 hours and and a total of $582 were gone. The other company is honestly fraud. Ayoub & Jesse are the best in town.

I had a leak in my water main into the house plus needed 2 laundry valves replaced. I called Allen Wrench on Thursday afternoon around 3 pm and Joe said he could come out the next morning between 9am-11am. I texted Joe several pictures of the issues and he and partner Mike pulled up at 10:15 next day as promised, replaced the damaged pipe, replaced the laundry valves, cleaned up and were complete by noon for a fair and reasonable cost. They were professional, polite, and personable. I will call Allen Wrench Plumbing again if I have plumbing issues.

I don't even know where to begin!  What an incredible blessing to have found Phil and Tracy on Yelp!  I am often skeptical about glowing reviews, but these two are the real deal!  Like many, I have had my share of bad experiences with either unskilled plumbers or those that overcharge for their services (or both!).  You never have to worry about those issues with Phil and Tracy!  To say that they have integrity would be an understatement!  They are the most conscientious, honest, caring, and genuine contractors, and, for that matter, people, that I have ever met!  Not only do they know plumbing, and approach it with tremendous skill and a get-it-done, positive attitude, but they are a fun and joyful couple to be around!  What a rarity to find such a lovely couple and team that seems to truly take pride in and love what they do.  Thank you, Phil and Tracy, for bringing such an amazing plumbing company to Escondido and the surrounding area!!  I am so thankful to have found my forever plumbers!  I actually look forward to seeing them, again, and that is saying something when it comes to plumbing issues.  Do not hesitate to contact them.  You will not regret it!

I called Anthem Handyman Services to fix a leaking water pipe in my wall. Gunner showed up in a timely fashion to repair the leak. He even came back the next day to repair the drywall that was damaged during the leak and repair process. It was such a relief to deal with one company during this ordeal. I would totally use this company again.

Very responsive and helpful. Even though I didn't have enough money to hire him he helped give me tips on how I might be able to complete some of the simpler aspects of the job on my own!

We had a major problem - and now we don't. Danny #157011 was awesome - professional and worked very quickly to solve our problems, discuss options and spent hours in our hot garage replacing our 16 year old water heater. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why - I would recommend WH only to anyone who needs, quick and affordable service - awesome work Danny.

Never do any service from this company. They lie and never be on time on communication and service. I am not happy with this company service not professional. They ordered the water heater to my shop and I agreed with the price and I deposited $360 and the rest I would pay the installed day and then Megan told me that the order would take 4 weeks to receive and would have to install on 072522 but it did not come on time and I installed for me on August 1 without letting me know when I was out of town. Then I talked Adam on Viber on that day to pay him the rest on the phone $3240 that we both agreed. Adam told me that he sent my old water heater back to Home Depot that I wanted to get credit from the old water heater under 4 year warranty. He lied and did not return my old heater to Home Depot and stole it. I went back to Home Depot and showed them the RMA#, stayed there for 3 hours but the tech did not find the heater returned there. Also, they charged separate charge of $126.36 in my credit card without telling me. I called and texted Megan, Adam and nobody returned my calls. I lost my old water heater that I told the tech to return it to Home Depot after the installment . Bad service, not professional and overcharges that not telling the customers, NOT recommend this company.

We called Universal plumbing to help with a slow kitchen drain. The problem was pretty far down the line since it took a few minutes of dishwashing before the water started coming up in the sink.
 The guys came over, run the snake, told me that all was fixed, charged ~$100 and left.  After a few days, doing a big load of dishes, we found that nothing changed and the water was still coming up.  The receipt said 30-day warranty so we called the guys again.
They refused to come!
Said they there were not under any obligation or warranty, and that was entirely our problem.

Very responsive and reasonably priced. Will definitely continue to use their services.
