I highly recommend Ivan at Aqua Tech for all plumbing needs. He gave me a great price on installing a new water heater, with all applicable equipment, and was fast and courteous. He was also very honest in letting me know that the flooding in my garage was not caused by my old water heater, but by a leak in the wall pipes. (My old water heater was 9 years old, so I decided to get a new one anyway.)

Ivan made a few calls, and within an hour, Superdry and Mission Restoration were on the scene to give me estimates on opening up the wall and then restoring it.

I was very pleased with Ivan's efficiency, and I would definitely use him again.

I called Nov. 10, 2013 Tuesday am and was told someone would come out the next day Wednesday between 12:00 & 2:00.  Took the day off from work and waited, and waited, and waited...2:30 I called and got the same woman (not customer friendly), she again asked for my address and said she would call the tech and call me back.  Obviously no one ever called back.  I then called again at 4:00 and got a voicemail, left a message, no return call. This morning, Thursday, you would think they would at least call me back this morning, but No.  Either they don't check their messages, or just plain don't care about customer service. I called at 9:00am, and the same drone woman answered, asking again for my info, which I gave, and she acted like she never knew anything about it.  Then after refreshing her memory, she came up with the answer I called you back but no one answered, which is a total fabrication, I was home all day, waiting for them to show up.  I told her this, and then she said that my answering machine was full and she couldn't leave a message...odd since I don't have an answering machine nor a voicemail on my landline.  Then she said that the tech already left my area today, and possibly they could come out tomorrow, Friday.  I said I wouldn't be home, then she said maybe next Monday.  I said I didn't know if I'd be able to miss work again and be available to wait all day, especially with no guarantee of anyone showing up.  I asked her what happened yesterday with the no show, and she just said I don't know, I haven't talked to him.  
All I can say is what a horrible way to conduct a business.  Perhaps they have enough clientele and clogged drains to keep them in business, but from other reviews I've read, if they keep up their inconsiderate business practices, I hope customers take note.  Word of mouth goes a long way.  For the people that gave them more than 1 star, I suppose you were the homes where they actually showed up.  If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.
Barring Baird's Drain Cleaning  - BAD !

We called All Time last May 2018, Ruben came out was very professional, completed all of the valve replacements requested and installed a new pressure regulator. Work was completed in a timely fashion, well done and fairly priced.
This week we needed a valve changed out, under the kitchen sink, that was leaking, We called Ruben and we got what we expected, a job well done, fairly priced and in a timely fashion.

Tom is a great plumber......he has competitive prices and explains every cost before you start the job. He makes suggestions but does not upsell. His work is the best.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Called Jeff after our water heater starting leaking and he came out same day and brought the other people we needed to get things fixed, including the people to dry out the water and repair the walls.  He set up a new water heater in a temporary spot so we would have hot water while everything was dried and fixed, which was great since this was all happening a few days before Christmas.

The main sewer line was rotted out from being about 80 year old cast iron pipe and crapped out on us.  All of sudden one day we had sewage leaking out in the basement. After the normal panic I called a few place that gave me an appointment days away and finally I called Bill Howe plumbing (major rip off and not joking) The guy came in I showed him what the issue was and he said we will have to repair 10 feet of pipe, it would take 2-3 days ($1700/day plus $700 in materiel). After I got over the sticker shock I thought to myself how can 10 feet of pvc pipe and a few clamps cost so much.. So I told the guy that before I commit I am calling a couple of people just to check around. Someone told me to call Jesse and his dad Ayoub, Made the call, they came out in 45 mins and I had a written quote for $500 for labor and $82 for material. They changed out the same exact 10 feet of pipe in about 5 hours and and a total of $582 were gone. The other company is honestly fraud. Ayoub & Jesse are the best in town.

He was very helpful, responded right away to my message on here and told me the estimate and what he needed to do and the next day in the morning my leak was fixed!!!! Definitely recommend. The team is super nice, helpful and reliable, I hope I never have any leaks again but if I do I will call them Right away.

I called the company a week ago and I was instructed to text them information about my issue. I didn't get an acknowledgement that they received the message nor a call back. I followed up after three business days (did not count the weekend), which was two days ago, and left a voicemail. I wanted to support their business but I guess they didn't want mine.

Dominic is the best. I have been using independent plumbing for 3 1/2 years. He always gets right back with and does the job right. I definitely recommend this company. Thank you Dominic for all you have done.

I hired Gunner at Anthem to do some custom upgrades to our back porch. He was very quick to pick up on my plans and helped to fine-tune them and he performed the work as promised on time and on budget. It went so well that I was confident to hire him for my next job, which required some customization of cabinets in the kitchen. Again he did a fantastic job under unique circumstances. I highly recommend anthem Handyman Services.

Greg has been taking care of our plumbing needs for nearly two decades.  He's a perfectionist who is on the leading edge of plumbing technology and who is actively involved in reviewing and writing local and national plumbing code.  He's done extensive rework and repair to all the shoddy work existing in our older home, and nothing he's done has ever failed.  Greg has produced a number of very popular videos showing the general public how to solve the most common plumbing problems *themselves* without needing a plumber, and this says more about him as a person and a professional than I can.  I have the highest respect for him.

I can back from a trip out of town and saw some water leaking under my water heater.  Called the local plumber and he recommended Water Heaters Only.  They sent a service person (Pat) and he replaced my water heater within a couple hours.  Very professional and quick.

Great response used twice I really recommend!  Friendly technicians and they look for the cause of the problem and diagnose.  The last visit, we were not even charged.  No company does that anymore.

This review is long over due! We first hired Paul about 2 yrs ago when we were remodeling our kitchen and needed an estimate to move water & gas lines and to install the new dishwasher, sink, faucet and garbage disposal.  We got 3 estimates which were all about the same price but Paul just made us feel at ease. The work was a multi visit process and both Paul and Tom were so nice and professional even when my schedule would change and all of a sudden I needed someone there ASAP.  He always came through for us and with a good attitude.

About 6 months later we needed a toilet replaced.  They provided the toilet and Tom installed it.  I have to say Tom is the nicest service person I have ever dealt with. He's on time, professional, friendly and cleans up after himself.

Then yesterday we discovered a small pipe leak in the ceiling of our bathroom.  I called this morning and Paul answered immediately.  Tom came out this afternoon, located the leak and repaired it for us. Then he cleaned the bathroom of all the mess.

I would give them 10 stars if possible and highly recommend them. You don't see service like this much anymore. Their prices are also reasonable.

These guys are great! Jerry, Miles and Juan have been handling the plumbing for both my house and my mother's for years. Now they are doing the heating and air, too! Always prompt, reliable, reasonable and professional. I'm really pleased!
