Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

Do yourself a favor and use a different service. Anyone they have ever sent to our property has been rude and acts like we are interrupting their day. The guy snaked the drain and didn't even check if it was still doing the same problem which was when we turned on the garbage disposal it would back up into our bathroom. He litterally snaked it then said okay $30. My husband asked if he checked to make sure the problem was resolved from the kitchen and the guy said you don't believe me?, so my husband went to the kitchen and turned on the water and garbage disposal to check while the guy sat on our couch with his hands up behind his head sitting there shaking his head because my husband wanted to check if everything was good to go. They obviously need to learn customer service.

Words can't express the gratitude I have for Ruben and All Time plumbing. Just when everyone told me I was looking at thousands of dollars in work, Ruben and his professional demeanor came and found not only the source to the original leak and problem but identified another problem we had been curious about with the water heater. His price beat everyone's not by hundreds but as stated before a couple grand. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Ruben. You have lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. We have used Tom for so many years ......at least 12. He is always professional....tells it like it is and yet you feel at ease since he knows what the issues are and if he can remedy them. So yesterday we had a leak in a wall coming from the bathroom to the garage....small but mighty...and so after thinking well it may be this...or that...I said time to call Tom....we had already called Traveler's Insurance...the BEST....they said you  have many options....l. call you favorite plumber.. 2. we can send out our agent, 3. Hey we can take out excess water...oh 10 grand.....4. rent you a place to say...all these options FREE...so I said why not let our trusted plumber take charge....they said turn off the water and wait for our further instructions.....Tom called back...that night and morning...by 1pm he was able to take care of the situation and leaks and more are gone since I thought why not have him check this and that...which he had already had done on his own...since he said......just wanted to make sure all is fine...you love this...this was FREE.....why just doing the right thing....and so thanks Tom....you made our day by simply being a Old School guy....loving your work...taking time to listen and most of all knowing that customer service is the one thing that seperates you from from the rest....why...?....Retired corporate Nordstrom employee for thirty years....thanks TOM.......you the MAN.....

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Top notch service, from communication to installation.  Beside me why anyone living in CV / Del Mar area would use someone else for a residential job.  This guy knows the houses and the community really well.

I have dealt with 2 other plumbers this year alone for a similar problem. The first snaked the main for a few minutes and tried upselling me on a $900+ hydrojet job.

I called my insurance and they sent out a contractor who was here for no more than 15 minutes and claimed he completed the hydrojet job.

Well its no surprise that 4 months later I am having a similar problem again. This time I was lucky to find a recommendation for Dammans Plumbing. I called and they were able to get me in the next day. (Could have same day if I had needed. ) Their pricing was very reasonable. I got Jesse. He was very kind and professional. He is good at communicating and explaining what is going on. He worked for about two hours using two different snakes. We had a huge blockage which wasn't toilet paper or napkins. The theory is the previous owners kid might have dropped something she wasn't supposed to in the toilet. I highly recommend them and will use him again if we ever need a plumber.

Called Monkey Wrench Plumbing to quote a job I previously quoted with a couple larger plumbing companies.  Without letting Joe know what the other companies were quoting and the scope of work they suggested, Joe was able to easily to take a few extra troubleshooting steps which minimized the scope of the work necessary and saved me a ton of money and time.  Joe was able to replace an old faulty pressure regulator for the water main going into my home, and replace a run of pipe that was leaking near my water meter. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Monkey Wrench Plumbing should another situation arise that is outside of my ability. Based on my experience they've shown integrity, are very professional, and work effectively and efficiently to resolve my problem.

Family Plumbing came when expected, wearing a mask for COVID safety.  They found the problem quickly, fixed it and no more worries for me.  What a relief.  I definitely recommend them!

Our bathtub faucet handle broke and needed to be replaced.  Tyler and Jason were always on time, professional, efficient and kept everything clean!!  I really loved that they kept in communication with me from when I scheduled the appointment to the very end.  Andrea was great in scheduling everything!  I appreciate all the efforts in trying to do the least invasive work and time spent trying to find the correct parts.  The manufacturer stopped making the model we needed so we had to go trough the tile to replace everything.  Bath Faucet looks great, I'm happy with their service and my kids can have baths again!  

Definitely would use them in the future!

I called Anthem Handyman Services to fix a leaking water pipe in my wall. Gunner showed up in a timely fashion to repair the leak. He even came back the next day to repair the drywall that was damaged during the leak and repair process. It was such a relief to deal with one company during this ordeal. I would totally use this company again.

Greg is a first class fella.  He solved my problem over the phone without charging me a dime.  He spent at least 15 minutes with me over the phone.  I followed his steps and with that said we were able to solve the issue.  He cares about people and saving his customers money for sure.  In all the years I have used contractors I've never had a guy work so hard for nothing.  Thanks Greg!  We appreciate your kindness and concern.

Smooth experience especially on a Sunday where the price was the same as during the week. They worked with us on the pricing and warranty and our mechanic Pat was a straight shooter from the start. Great experience and you know they know what they're doing since this is all they do.

We had Blue Bear Plumbing come out and jet our waste line from the sink to the restrooms fearing a underslab broken pipe. Worked through 50 years of gunk on the inside of the pipes and after about 40 minutes, line cleared, sent the camera in and we were not able to locate a break !! Will hopefully don't have to call them again, but if we have another issue, we will be calling Blue Bear Plumbing!

Paul was awesome in trying to get someone out to help me with my problem. When Dan came out, he was unbelievably informative, and helpful. I had to fix an old shower problem and am planning on getting more work done on my parents house.... I am definitely going to use these guys again...A+++++

I had trouble with my double kitchen sink not draining and leaking at the same time. Found Jerry on Yelp and thought I'd give him a call based on his good reviews, and now I'm writing one myself!
Jerry fixed the problem very thoroughly and promptly. I could tell he's a very honest person and that he wanted to make sure that everything had been taken care of correctly. He doesn't take shortcuts on the job, which I appreciate as someone who has experienced not so great service from other rooting/plumbing businesses before.
I definitely recommend Jerry's Plumbing & HVAC, especially if you like to support local businesses and trustworthy business owners like him!
