We had a very good experience with Doug. He came out within 20 minutes of our call to repair a copper pipe that broke in the wall. He was reasonable and experienced. Great local plumber, highly recommend.

Like others said, the lady on the phone is curt and just this side of rude. I was told by her that they would come out yesterday and they didn't. Today I someone named Neil came and he was perfection. He was so neat and clean and left everything just like it was when he arrived. He pulled a lot of stuff out of the drain and the blockage is solved. Too bad you have to go through that phone person. Despite her, I highly recommend these guys. Anderson Plumbing quoted me $469 for what these guys charged me $50!!!!! Unbelievable.

Scheduled service visit for backed up drains on a 3rd floor bathroom. Ruben called 30 mins before to let me know he was on the way, and was on time for the appointment. Very polite and professional; assessed the problem and had the right equipment to take care of the job. Was very respectful of the house/carpet/etc. Ruben had a standard form with his rates that he went over before starting the job, which was again, very professional. All in all, top notch experience. Highly recommend Ruben and All Time Plumbing. Will definitely use for any future plumbing needs.

Tom is a great plumber......he has competitive prices and explains every cost before you start the job. He makes suggestions but does not upsell. His work is the best.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Prompt, honest, and knowledgeable.  Jeff was terrific.  He diagnosed our water heater problem quickly, got the heater working, and told us what  alternatives would be available and what they would cost if the problem recurred.  Outstanding service.

It sucks that things seem to have taken a turn for the worst, but when you only respond to 40% of the requests, there is something wrong.... especially with repeat customers.
I have another emergency where I need to secure water to my entire house to isolate it. Unfortunately it is the Xmas weekend and I was not expecting a physical visit, but was hoping for virtual contact. Nothing happened.
They seemed genuine for our first emergency that I have them bookmarked that I would immediately contact them again (through Yelp) for assistance.
Not a single instance, but Yelp lets ANYONE claim 'Emergency Services' without verifying such statements. You would think a spraying leak in the walls where the main pipe enters the home would be considered an emergency. That is what I get for thinking.

We called for a mysterious wet spot on our floor awfully close to the bathroom. Andrea scheduled us right away for same day service and Dominic was sent out. He was super polite, courteous, and professional. Dominic came out at 6 PM in the freezing cold and still had an upbeat and friendly demeanor. He quickly found the problem in our wall and explained everything to us and exactly what needed to be done. He cleaned up afterwards and did an awesome job. Dominic is the best and I totally love Independent Plumbing! I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. They're quick, efficient, and don't try to up sell you. They get to the point and give fair prices for great work. Awesome awesome company.

The best Handyman in the business. Over the past 30 years I have hired Electricians, Plumbers, Painters, and Drywall specialist throughout and outside of San Diego county. Gunner's service was easily the best of all. He is courteous, punctual, HONEST, a perfectionist, and provides exactly the service requested for the agreed upon fee. I would give him 10 stars if they were available. Hire him and you will definitely be satisfied with the quality of work and rates charged.

Greg may be a good plumber, I dont know.  But I did email him and he was quite rude in his response, maybe he was just having a bad day but I found him to be VERY unprofessional!

He was thorough in completing the job and cleaned up very well afterwards. He even explained everything and how it worked. Great job! I would definitely recommend Danny and water heaters only!

Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional for this service call to diagnose and fix our tankless water heater issue. Thankfully it was a quick fix, and they even provided documentation as to the cause for our HOA's and development's benefit. We would use this service if needed.

Universal Plumbing is a great family owned plumbing  company. Very fair pricing and great service. The owner Paul is very knowledgable and will give you the straight skinny on what needs to be done and more importantly, what doesn't. Will answer any questions you have and explain anything that is confusing and you're not sure about. I have used them many times and was always satisfied with their service.

Great company . They are honest , reliable , respectful , and very knowledgeable . They have serviced my HVAC and today switched out my unit for a more efficient one . My old one was only 36 years old !!! Miles and his crew are great ! I highly recommend this company if you need their services .
