We had two drains that ran slow, and I mean really slow. A girlfriend said, Call Baird's. I did, and I am so glad that I acted on her referral.

Scheduling was easy, George was on-time the following morning and walked me through the process. Our bathtub drain was clogged with hair, easy fix, and our laundry drain wasn't clogged at all -- he took the time to look at the connector under the laundry sink, cut a piece off and voila, that's all it took.

This review is months overdue, but better late than never! We have used All Time twice now. The first was for a faucet installation,the second was to have a gas line for stove moved. Both times our calls were returned promptly. The prices are fair (a price list of common services printed right on estimate sheet!)and the work quality! I would not hesitate to refer this company!

Tom showed up on time , and looked over two problems in my older home. He was careful in examining the problem , and suggested another plumber who works in older homes. He gave a quote on another problem in the home. He charged no service call and was extremely honest about costs and his skill set with the problems in my home. What a great honest guy! He is someone who I would have do the work for me in a minute with his honest and ethical approach.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Yes you were told that one of those days would work, not that all of them were available to be set aside for you to maybe or maybe not show up. I run my own business so that I can make my own schedule but if I don't work, I don't get paid. I am sure that you understand. And I would never cancel on anyone with 10 hours notice assuming that the other times that they offered on that day would still be available. Instead of apologizing for cancelling the appointment at the last minute without confirmation that the message was even received, you get angry that I leave an accurate account of our interaction saying that anytime I offered should still be available but guess what even if I wanted you to stop by I couldn't because they are actually closing the street down tomorrow.
In addition to being flaky you are entitled to people's time and rude.
Nah dog, I ain't paying you $300 to show up when you feel like it.

So thankful for monkey wrench plumbing! We just bought a 50yr old home with 50yr old plumbing and Joe couldn't have been a bigger blessing to us...the house it literally falling apart with random leaks all over the place. Joe was honest and fair, fixing all the problems and giving suggestions on future possible problems. I appreciated this as I'd rather fix a problem before it's actually a problem. Never tried to up-sell and was honest. We're in the middle of a bathroom remodel and many problems have cropped up, joe was very helpful in his suggestions. I actually contacted two plumbers before finding joe and his rates beat them all as well! I had been trying to do a lot of the work on my own and when I felt overwhelmed had asked for referrals from a plumbing supply warehouse and joe with Monkey Wrench came highly recommended. I have to agree! A great find for us! Definitely will be calling them up again as my old house will undoubtedly need more of his help!

Family-owned, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. I'm so thankful when they came to help me when I got too ambitious and tried to fix some plumbing on my own. They came in the following day and did a full repair. I even called them back when I needed a new kitchen sink and bathroom sink replaced. They are so friendly and great people to chat with. I will definitely call them up for future needs!

We recently moved into a new house with an extremely complex circulation, solar and heating system.  As I was trying to identify how everything worked, I noticed that there was a sticker by Ramona's Plumber on the heating unit.  After 2-3 months of trying to figure out how the whole system worked, i finally decided to call the installer, from 2 years prior to us owning the home.

Greg was extremely knowledgeable and willing to walk me through how the system works. Even though his original business was not with me, this is the kind of customer support that stands out. He obviously took pride in the high quality work he put into this house.  I would highly Ramona's Plumber to anyone who is in need of his services.

Our 18 year old water heater decided to spring a leak and after doing some research we decided to have Water Heaters Only install our new one. We received same day punctual service and Danny, our installer, could not have done a better job. Since the last install there have been new codes put in place and Danny brought everything up to code for us, and explained all the new regulations. Would highly recommend Dave and his team, and of course this includes Danny, for all your water heater needs

Never do any service from this company. They lie and never be on time on communication and service. I am not happy with this company service not professional. They ordered the water heater to my shop and I agreed with the price and I deposited $360 and the rest I would pay the installed day and then Megan told me that the order would take 4 weeks to receive and would have to install on 072522 but it did not come on time and I installed for me on August 1 without letting me know when I was out of town. Then I talked Adam on Viber on that day to pay him the rest on the phone $3240 that we both agreed. Adam told me that he sent my old water heater back to Home Depot that I wanted to get credit from the old water heater under 4 year warranty. He lied and did not return my old heater to Home Depot and stole it. I went back to Home Depot and showed them the RMA#, stayed there for 3 hours but the tech did not find the heater returned there. Also, they charged separate charge of $126.36 in my credit card without telling me. I called and texted Megan, Adam and nobody returned my calls. I lost my old water heater that I told the tech to return it to Home Depot after the installment . Bad service, not professional and overcharges that not telling the customers, NOT recommend this company.

Awesome company. I asked Paul to come out and fix some old copper piping that I wanted re-worked with a manual shutoff for my irrigation system. He was very nice on the phone and email and communicated very well about when he would show up. He not only fixed my problem but was kind enough to replace some other old parts. He did a lot more than I asked for and still charged me the quoted price.  He gave me some advice on how to hookup the new sprinkler valves and answered all my questions, even those unrelated to the specific job at hand. Some people are just good people and Paul is one of them.   I highly recommend them.
