I had an old rapidly leaking shower/bathtub faucet and Ivan came over the same day to give me an estimate.   When he evaluated the situation he told me what was needed (a new faucet and valve).  Unfortunately he was too booked up that day to do the job, but he recommended another excellent plumber who was able to help me.

Am giving 5 stars because of his honest help and advice.   I know I'll call him again when in need of plumbing services.

After getting a recommendation from Duane Moore, I called at 1:15 and spoke with Carol. At 2:00, George showed-up to snake the drain from the house to the street.  At 2:30, drain back to working order with no problems.  Easy, quick and good quality of workmanship.  Another positive note, inexpensive too for a Saturday job! $40

We called All Time last May 2018, Ruben came out was very professional, completed all of the valve replacements requested and installed a new pressure regulator. Work was completed in a timely fashion, well done and fairly priced.
This week we needed a valve changed out, under the kitchen sink, that was leaking, We called Ruben and we got what we expected, a job well done, fairly priced and in a timely fashion.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

I've used Carmel Valley Plumbing several times and the service is great. Jeff is honest and reliable. He spent an hour trying to fix a problem but ultimately needed to refer me to another company that has specialized equipment. He refused to charge me for his time because he wasn't able to fix it. It's a pleasure working with a local, honest business. Highly recommend.

We think the kids threw a giant paper wad down the toilet and we needed it working again ASAP at 9:00 PM on a weekend. No problem, they came right out and took care of it.

We were thrilled with our experience with Family Plumbing. They came out on a Sunday when they are normally closed and repaired a sink in our bathroom that has been a growing problem for us. Arrived on time, fair pricing and very friendly service.

Anthony and Andrea (Office Manager) were outstanding. I was referred to Anthony from a client of mine and I am so grateful for the referral. Anthony was all about follow through...he did exactly what he said he would do, when he would do it (which is key for most clients I assume). Additionally, the contractor that we worked with in coordination made an accounting mistake and Independent Plumbing and Drain rectified that mistake when they did not need to do so. I don't know the owner of this business, but I do know that he hires very good people. Thank you Anthony and Andrea, you will be getting many phone calls from my clients in the future. Sven

I've been scammed, ripped off, and the quality of work was shockingly bad. It pains me to have hired Anthem and Gunner to do work for me. He took all of the money with the promise to return to correct and complete the work the following week for what he was hired to do, but never returned, didn't return the money, and left me with 20% of the work done. My walls were left damaged and he left a huge mess behind that took me an hour to scrub clean. He agreed to a list of things to do for me for $500. He tried to save time by hanging heavy metal frames with a single ancho/ bolt by the frame and didn't utilized the d-rings designed to secure the frame well, leaving them dangerously insecure on a stairwell. He placed tape under the frame to claim this made it secure. It didn't. They fell and created more than 3 large and deep holes in my walls and chipped my baseboards. The frames are now broken, too. that's another $150. Thankfully, it didn't harm me or my son. He created significant damage to my walls in 10 places with large anchor holes that will need to be dug out and professionally repaired and marks all over them from the initial hanging, not including the damage created when they fell. (My walls were just professionally painted 1 week before his arrival). I am a single Mom with a 1 year old son. He left me with a repair job that will cost me well over 1K to repair and 80% of the work incomplete that he was paid for. I gave him money in good faith that he was going to return to fix the damage and hang them properly and did so partly because he /and his company were recommended by a close friend. We even had a day scheduled the following week, but he refused to come back after the fact to fix his unsafe and improper hangings, repair the damaged wall, and complete the work list, but he took the money and ran. He tried to do the job quickly for a payday with no conscience in delivering quality work. Unethical and unprofessional! Do not hire this company!!

I called Greg because I had water next the foundation of my house.  He spent about 10 minutes with me on the phone listening to the problem, the steps I had taken so far and then he talked me through the potential causes, and a few tests I could do myself in order to troubleshoot and determine the problem.   Turns out I didn't need a plumber and I was able to fix the issue myself.  He did not charge for his time and he did not tell me he could come over to take a look (which would have cost a service call).  

Anyone who answers the phone, spends a few minutes listening and giving advice, and then tells the home owner how to troubleshoot the problem has displayed a level of character and professionalism in a company rarely seen today.  Should I need a plumber in the future, I'll call Greg at Ramona's Plumber.  I suspect I will update my review to 5 stars when I need him to come do some work.  I recommend you give him an opportunity to see how he can help you.

Water heart burst, made a call in a panic they told me what to do until they could get there the next morning. The next morning a tech showed up with a smile and didn't leave until he finished the job and made sure I knew how to work the new one.

Never do any service from this company. They lie and never be on time on communication and service. I am not happy with this company service not professional. They ordered the water heater to my shop and I agreed with the price and I deposited $360 and the rest I would pay the installed day and then Megan told me that the order would take 4 weeks to receive and would have to install on 072522 but it did not come on time and I installed for me on August 1 without letting me know when I was out of town. Then I talked Adam on Viber on that day to pay him the rest on the phone $3240 that we both agreed. Adam told me that he sent my old water heater back to Home Depot that I wanted to get credit from the old water heater under 4 year warranty. He lied and did not return my old heater to Home Depot and stole it. I went back to Home Depot and showed them the RMA#, stayed there for 3 hours but the tech did not find the heater returned there. Also, they charged separate charge of $126.36 in my credit card without telling me. I called and texted Megan, Adam and nobody returned my calls. I lost my old water heater that I told the tech to return it to Home Depot after the installment . Bad service, not professional and overcharges that not telling the customers, NOT recommend this company.

I needed a new water heater, and I talked to Paul since I liked his website.  Thankfully, he was as nice as could be and gave me a great quote without trying to oversell me.  Even when he and his tech got to my house and found that it was going to be more difficult than expected, he stuck to the original quote.  He even gave me a tip for fixing my leaking toilet!  Later, after I'd forgotten the name of the part, I called and he remembered me and my toilet and pointed me in the right direction.  
Great friendly service!

Had the most professional service ever.. my issue was fixed rapidly with great smiles and service.. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.. I rate that company highly..
