We had our water heater tank blow out and it caused some water damage.  Ivan came out and did a temporary installation of the new water heater while the water damage was repaired.  He returned later to complete the installation to the permanent location after repairs were finished.  He was great throughout the entire process.  He is very thorough, calm and professional at his craft.  You can't go wrong with Ivan and Aqua Tech.

Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

I called Baird's Drain Service today, and within 20 min they dispatched Michael, who took quickly care of a clogged sink pipe, at a great price. He was polite and professional. I highly recommend Baird's Drain Service.

I had this plumber come to install a faucet I'd purchased.  He did it and left, after telling me that it would not be under warranty because he did not supply the faucet.  Read it again- his work in my home had no warranty because the faucet was already there and he didn't middle man it.  Okay.  

It immediately was wobbly.  I called and he said he would try to get over there to take a look at it.  We are talking a day or two later.  He never showed up.  Then he stopped answering my calls.  I gave up at this point and just lived with a wobbling faucet that leaked counter top water into the cabinet below for a while.  

Eventually we got another faucet and attempted to replace it ourselves.  But... it turned out that the hole under the sink where the faucet is clamped down was either too big or too small to get a tight seal.  We ended up having to router out some of the wood underneath to get a good grip and finally get a non wobbly faucet.  

Guess who installed a faucet with the under parts diagonal and knew it wouldn't work?  Tom Dinardo.  Guess who told me it would not be under warranty of any kind before he left my home?  Tom Dinardo.  Guess who is a plumber who should have known that the hole needed to be either bigger or smaller for the parts to be flush under the sink and I'm thinking knew my faucet was not going to work?  Pretty sure it was Tom Dinardo.  

So I guess if you have him get all your parts for you so his work will be under warranty, you could hire this guy.  But if you already got your faucet and are looking for someone to install it, I'd recommend looking some more, his work is not guaranteed and when you want him to fix it, even less than a week later, he won't, even if he didn't do it correctly in the first place

Also, I had read the directions prior to having Tom Dinardo install the faucet- he failed to use a silicon ring upon install.  It was in the directions to do so and I watched him do it and he never put anything down, just faucet on granite with a half ass, diagonal assembly shoved in the hole underneath it.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Top notch service, from communication to installation.  Beside me why anyone living in CV / Del Mar area would use someone else for a residential job.  This guy knows the houses and the community really well.

Showed up promptly and fixed my kitchen drain quickly. Charged the agreed amount. Will use them again.

Had a great experience with Allen Wrench Plumbing today. Quick, friendly service at a great price, and they made sure the job was done right. Will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If I could give zero stars I would! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS! There are so many better plumbers that won't leave you waiting on them! These guys requested my address, said they'd be there within the hour and NEVER showed up or even were professional enough to respond when I asked hours later if they were still coming! Who does that??? I wasted my entire day waiting on them to show up and they can't even answer the phone when I call or respond to text messages asking if they were still coming! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! We own several rental properties throughout the city and they will NEVER get any of our business after wasting our time and not even at the very least letting us know what happened and that they clearly were not coming. We always like to support other small businesses but will not support businesses who operate this way and disrespect their customers by behaving this way. There are too many good plumbers out there that are more than happy to provide actual service to custiner

Follow up to Family Plumbings response... so you respond to my yelp review 25 DAYS later and then call me a liar??? First of all I never removed the time stamp! Anyone with an iPhone knows it only adds a time stamp in when there is a period of hours between messages... I responded to the message with my address immediately and that's why there's no break in that conversation... but that's adorable that you try and blame others for your badly run business... So maybe you can respond to this and not wait 25 days to answer but why did all my calls and text go unanswered? Isn't it funny how you seemed to forget how to answer that phone... The only thing on this message I blocked out was the address...and any idiot knows that you could've modified the times by having your phone set to a different time, for example if I set the clock on my phone ahead by 10 minutes it will show my received text messages at a different time then my sent messages even if they are sent/received within the same minute... you can try and call me a lot of things but I'm not a liar and I support small businesses just not ones that are disrespectful and rude to customers... and it's funny how there's a bunch of other reviews stating you never showed up or responded to them either after getting an address, almost like it's a pattern... Helpful hint, treat others the way you want to be treated and don't waste customer's time! You'll be far more successful that way...

Independent Plumbing is awesome. Our work started with the owner Dominick coming out the same day to assist with a refrigerator install and copper piping for the water/ice maker cause Home Depot didn't know how to do it. Scott came out to convert the gas lines to support a new gas range and give our newly purchased home a plumbing check up. And Trevor came out several weeks later because we thought we smelled gas and found no problems. The office manager Amy is also awesome in getting the right plumber out right away to solve our plumbing problems. They're fast, courteous and get the job done right.  I'd recommend them to anyone including my close friends and family.  They are what all contractors should be!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I were in the middle of a remodel and had bee using another handyman service. The job turned out to be too much for one crew and I called Gunner to help finish up the project. I started to give him  more work when I saw the quality of his work  and professionalism . Very good all around knowledge. We contracted Gunner for some electrical work and ended up having hime finish our garage with drywall, texture and paint. Will be using Anthem again soon on another project. Have already recommended him to my neighbors.

Just purchased Home, learning everyday. Called Ramona Plumber that night, kinda late, received call early next AM, problem fixed that day! Very courteous,  honest and friendly. I now have my go to for anything plumbing, locally family owned here in Ramona, can't get any better!! Thumbs all the way!!

Everyone has the fear of coming home to a garage with water all over the ground coming from their water heater. That was me today. So I go online and one of the first results was Water Heaters Only. Checked out their website, called, and they had someone at my house within 30 minutes. The person on the phone was very nice and helpful. He found out that my water heater was 12+ years old so it was time to replace it. As soon as I knew someone was coming I immediately drained my water heater to make the process faster. Patrick was person who came to do the job. As soon as he came he looked to what need to be done and started right away. He was very professional and got everything done quite quickly! Water heater removal, installation, gas piping update, soldering, pan and straps only took about an hour and fifteen minutes! Lastly he taught me how to start and operate my new and updated water heater. I'm so happy and very satisfied with the speed, quality, and professionalism with Water Heaters Only and Patrick. Thank you so very much! I now have a dry garage and hot water once again.

Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional for this service call to diagnose and fix our tankless water heater issue. Thankfully it was a quick fix, and they even provided documentation as to the cause for our HOA's and development's benefit. We would use this service if needed.

We ended up having a couple plumbing issues in a few day window.  Tom helped us, and came exactly on time (or called when he was running a little late).  He discussed what he was going to do before doing anything. He was very friendly, and answered our numerous plumbing questions- those related to the project and those unrelated to the work they did.  

We certainly know who to call for any plumbing work we may need in the future.

Jerry responded quickly to my inquiries and I was able to schedule an appointment on such short notice. Initially, I was just gonna have our kitchen sink checked (due to clogging/leaking) but his son Miles ended up checking our AC unit as well. They were honest, knowledgeable and professional. Their prices are also fair and decent. They actually didn't end up charging me for the AC inspection, because they said I could use that money towards buying a new one. I didn't feel pressured into using them for future services, but I will definitely call them when I'm ready to replace my AC unit.
