We had a very good experience with Doug. He came out within 20 minutes of our call to repair a copper pipe that broke in the wall. He was reasonable and experienced. Great local plumber, highly recommend.

The 4-5 stars may be for a simple job.. and i get that managers / owners like them cuz they are so cheap.  

but... you may have to re-define cheap... because we've had to call them back time and time again... i'm waiting now for their... 5th... visit.

and like so many others have noted... super rude recept... ZERO customer service...even by my landlords standards...so it's not just me.

this will likely (hopefully) be the last visit... and this is only to finish a job they started nearly 2 weeks ago... TWO WEEKS!!

First they didn't do it enough / or right or whatever ... 2 weeks ago... went to do laundry...and back to square one... called... they came out, the guy complained that his equipment broke... an engine broke or something... and he would have to return on friday or saturday... (4+ days later)... so... ok... i just go with this...cuz...what choice do i have... well...friday came and went, NO SHOW... saturday came...NO SHOW ...

called my landlord... she apologized ... and called sunday night... they never called her back... she called them monday monring... the recpt acted like we were interupting her day ... and was 'oh...ok... well... some time this morning i guess... you're sure it's not working?... yeah...

so... here it is... after 1...still no word... i called them, and then she said oh... when he's free, i'll call him, and i will call you back ... i begged for an estimate... I'M SITTING HERE ALL DAY!!!!  and she said well...maybe between 2 and 4... nice  

we'll see what happens by 4... I'M NOT HOPEFUL.

After having bad experiences with Tarpy Plumbing, called All Time based on the strong Yelp and other reviews. Ruben was professional and did strong work, but the pricing was somewhat high. Ended up being about $1,100 for four hours of work (including time to go get parts) for some relatively simple plumbing fixes. Not dissatisfied with the quality, but we were looking to find someone who would be our go-to plumber for all future projects, and we'll be continuing the search.

Tom is great! He's been servicing our homes for two decades. Timely, reliable, with great prices (by the job instead of hourly).

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

I've used Carmel Valley Plumbing several times and the service is great. Jeff is honest and reliable. He spent an hour trying to fix a problem but ultimately needed to refer me to another company that has specialized equipment. He refused to charge me for his time because he wasn't able to fix it. It's a pleasure working with a local, honest business. Highly recommend.

Their service is absolutely phenomenal, called about an issue and they fixed it with no hesitation, highly recommend this company , the prices are extremely affordable.

Highly recommend. Not only was he super personable but he went above and beyond. He installed an existing tub after a remodel and he took the time to clean all the scuff marks off of it so it looked like a brand new bathtub when he was done. He definitely didn't have to do that. He also helped me fix a few minor details that another plumber did incorrectly for free. I would 100% hire him again and he is very responsive.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If I could give zero stars I would! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS! There are so many better plumbers that won't leave you waiting on them! These guys requested my address, said they'd be there within the hour and NEVER showed up or even were professional enough to respond when I asked hours later if they were still coming! Who does that??? I wasted my entire day waiting on them to show up and they can't even answer the phone when I call or respond to text messages asking if they were still coming! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! We own several rental properties throughout the city and they will NEVER get any of our business after wasting our time and not even at the very least letting us know what happened and that they clearly were not coming. We always like to support other small businesses but will not support businesses who operate this way and disrespect their customers by behaving this way. There are too many good plumbers out there that are more than happy to provide actual service to custiner

Follow up to Family Plumbings response... so you respond to my yelp review 25 DAYS later and then call me a liar??? First of all I never removed the time stamp! Anyone with an iPhone knows it only adds a time stamp in when there is a period of hours between messages... I responded to the message with my address immediately and that's why there's no break in that conversation... but that's adorable that you try and blame others for your badly run business... So maybe you can respond to this and not wait 25 days to answer but why did all my calls and text go unanswered? Isn't it funny how you seemed to forget how to answer that phone... The only thing on this message I blocked out was the address...and any idiot knows that you could've modified the times by having your phone set to a different time, for example if I set the clock on my phone ahead by 10 minutes it will show my received text messages at a different time then my sent messages even if they are sent/received within the same minute... you can try and call me a lot of things but I'm not a liar and I support small businesses just not ones that are disrespectful and rude to customers... and it's funny how there's a bunch of other reviews stating you never showed up or responded to them either after getting an address, almost like it's a pattern... Helpful hint, treat others the way you want to be treated and don't waste customer's time! You'll be far more successful that way...

I called Greg because I had water next the foundation of my house.  He spent about 10 minutes with me on the phone listening to the problem, the steps I had taken so far and then he talked me through the potential causes, and a few tests I could do myself in order to troubleshoot and determine the problem.   Turns out I didn't need a plumber and I was able to fix the issue myself.  He did not charge for his time and he did not tell me he could come over to take a look (which would have cost a service call).  

Anyone who answers the phone, spends a few minutes listening and giving advice, and then tells the home owner how to troubleshoot the problem has displayed a level of character and professionalism in a company rarely seen today.  Should I need a plumber in the future, I'll call Greg at Ramona's Plumber.  I suspect I will update my review to 5 stars when I need him to come do some work.  I recommend you give him an opportunity to see how he can help you.

Our water heater broke on a Saturday afternoon and within an hour Pat arrived at our house to replace it. He was very knowledgeable. The pricing was very fair. The job required replacement of pipes, valves and repositioning. Everything went smooth and quickly. Pat was thorough in explaining how the new water heater worked and emergency shut off procedures. We are very happy with the service we received and I would recommend this company. This unpleasant situation of a broken water heater quickly turned into a hassle free experience. Great response used twice I really recommend!  Friendly technicians and they look for the cause of the problem and diagnose.  The last visit, we were not even charged.  No company does that anymore.

These guys ROCK!!  We are so happy to find them, called on a Thursday afternoon came out first in the morning on Friday.  They fixed the problem quickly and their rate is very reasonable.

Yes I would use them again (well hopefully no more leaks at home) and recommend to all my friends & family.

These guys are all local and they care about the job they do.  Very responsive, and average price.  Let's face it, we usually only call the plumber when it's an emergency.  They don't take advantage of the situation, and are very polite.  I highly recommend Jerry's team.
