One Sunday morning a neighbor noticed a leak from our house and I was so worried we had an underground pipe that might have burst. I immediately searched for a plumber in the area and Ivan showed up promptly. He was very kind and knowledgeable and was able to determine that the leak was actually coming from the neighbor's yard's irrigation system. I highly recommend using his services as we have also called him a few times after that to change some faucets and he did a great job - fast, good quality work and very reasonable pricing.

Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

Called two other plumbing companies both with 30-50- 4+ stars reviews.i even used one of them at my house had success.
This problem came from my girlfriends kids staying at her house for a week/ while moms away. So yep, they flushed wipes down the toilet!!! We've told them hundreds of times / old pipes don't do that!
Well the company I used at my house last year , they did good, but expensive.
They wanted yesterday to hydrojet our system and charge a lot! I told them no thanks.
I was referred to Bairds by two friends so I called them this morning, came out 2-3 hours later / cleaned out on roof! W camera! 75$!!!!Ten minutes
And super friendly service .
As a small business owner, it was refreshing to final for business with a integrity based firm.

We called All Time last May 2018, Ruben came out was very professional, completed all of the valve replacements requested and installed a new pressure regulator. Work was completed in a timely fashion, well done and fairly priced.
This week we needed a valve changed out, under the kitchen sink, that was leaking, We called Ruben and we got what we expected, a job well done, fairly priced and in a timely fashion.

Tom showed up on time , and looked over two problems in my older home. He was careful in examining the problem , and suggested another plumber who works in older homes. He gave a quote on another problem in the home. He charged no service call and was extremely honest about costs and his skill set with the problems in my home. What a great honest guy! He is someone who I would have do the work for me in a minute with his honest and ethical approach.

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

My wife and I are really pleased with Carmel Valley Plumbing! Jeff returned our initial call promptly, worked with us on convenient scheduling, arrived on time, completed the job quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after himself, all for a reasonable price. What more could we ask for? We consulted with Jeff on another project, and he suggested ideas to save us time and money. He has our unqualified recommendation!

I had an excellent experience with Damman's Plumbing.  I had a main water line leak outside my house, requiring me to turn off the water at the meter until such time as it could be repaired.  Jesse Damman responded to my request in just a few minutes after normal business hours, asked me several questions and then agreed to come and view the issue the following day.  He was able to give me a quote for replacing my plastic pipe service line with copper.  It was dug up, replaced, tested and reburied within 24 hours.  They showed up with masks on, which I appreciated, but since they were working outside in a safe manner, I didn't require them to keep the masks on.  I am very pleased with the speed, professionalism and respect they showed me and my property.  I recommend them wholeheartedly.

5 stars for Allen wrench.  Chris came out and installed a new disposal on the same day I called.  Excellent job well done.

I booked another plumber because of a faucet and disposal leak. I'd used the other plumber before on two occasions and was really happy with them. When I called this time though I got a price that sounded way too high--and was told it should be higher but I was such a good customer that they discounted it just for me.  So I posted on Escondido Facebook Friends asking what others thought of the price and was given a rave review for Family Plumbing with Phil and Tracy. I checked Yelp and found more stunning reviews. I called and got a price almost half of what I'd been quoted--and they were at my house within a couple of hours fixing my plumbing. It was really hot in Escondido, but they came with great attitudes and went right to work...............very friendly, amazing price, and great work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so thankful that Escondido Friends on Facebook steered me their way.

First time that we needed a plumber for the installation of our new fridge. One of the water valves was bad and the appliance installer told us that upon arrival with the new appliance that he wouldn't touch it. We needed a plumber fast and Independent picked up the phone right away and sent someone out in a couple of hours on the same day. Very nice technician and great service. He also helped with an unrelated question to assist in getting our gas range flush to the wall. Awesome all around. Will use this service again and recommend to my friends.

I used Anthem Handyman service to install a ceiling fan. Gunner came to do the install and was so professional and polite. He installed the fan so fast and efficiently that he was in and out in an hour! I'll definitely use him again.

These plumbing problems always cost more than you expected, but we had our water heater replaced and all the corrections made to make it safe and to bring the installation up to code. They did a fantastic job and were polite and easy to deal with. I would definitely use there services again if needed.

Quick and friendly service. The price with installation was about the same as Home Depot. The Plumber had all the parts he needed on his van. I didn't need to wait for hours while he ran around town picking up parts.

Never do any service from this company. They lie and never be on time on communication and service. I am not happy with this company service not professional. They ordered the water heater to my shop and I agreed with the price and I deposited $360 and the rest I would pay the installed day and then Megan told me that the order would take 4 weeks to receive and would have to install on 072522 but it did not come on time and I installed for me on August 1 without letting me know when I was out of town. Then I talked Adam on Viber on that day to pay him the rest on the phone $3240 that we both agreed. Adam told me that he sent my old water heater back to Home Depot that I wanted to get credit from the old water heater under 4 year warranty. He lied and did not return my old heater to Home Depot and stole it. I went back to Home Depot and showed them the RMA#, stayed there for 3 hours but the tech did not find the heater returned there. Also, they charged separate charge of $126.36 in my credit card without telling me. I called and texted Megan, Adam and nobody returned my calls. I lost my old water heater that I told the tech to return it to Home Depot after the installment . Bad service, not professional and overcharges that not telling the customers, NOT recommend this company.

I don't write many reviews.  But they were so good, I felt obligated to pass on the word.  I also would completely agree with Sandy B even if I don't know her because I had Tom come as well.

I have never had anyone so professional and helpful.  He did the job I called them out to do.  He explained to me what was happening and he helped to make it the least expensive fix for us.  Then he had time to help with two other jobs one of which was extremely serious for the well being of our family so he called his next job first to make sure he could do everything in a timely fashion for everyone.

I was more than extremely impressed. I am excited I found out about this company and will be using them again if any things comes up!!

Request a quote and they reply immediately. They keep their appointments on a timely manner. Prices are very reasonable and they even try to help me fix my problem over the phone, free of charge. I'll definitely definitely keep their number. Highly recommended!
