We have used Tom for so many years ......at least 12. He is always professional....tells it like it is and yet you feel at ease since he knows what the issues are and if he can remedy them. So yesterday we had a leak in a wall coming from the bathroom to the garage....small but mighty...and so after thinking well it may be this...or that...I said time to call Tom....we had already called Traveler's Insurance...the BEST....they said you  have many options....l. call you favorite plumber.. 2. we can send out our agent, 3. Hey we can take out excess water...oh 10 grand.....4. rent you a place to say...all these options FREE...so I said why not let our trusted plumber take charge....they said turn off the water and wait for our further instructions.....Tom called back...that night and morning...by 1pm he was able to take care of the situation and leaks and more are gone since I thought why not have him check this and that...which he had already had done on his own...since he said......just wanted to make sure all is fine...you love this...this was FREE.....why just doing the right thing....and so thanks Tom....you made our day by simply being a Old School guy....loving your work...taking time to listen and most of all knowing that customer service is the one thing that seperates you from from the rest....why...?....Retired corporate Nordstrom employee for thirty years....thanks TOM.......you the MAN.....

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Quick reply and service, even on a weekend. The plumber was honest and affordable, telling me when he didn't think a certain repair was worth the cost. Flexible enough to fit my schedule. His work was quick and accurate. Would definitely use them again!

Excellent service! I had leaky spickett in my front yard and I had called a plumber I used in the past to fix it but never heard back, so attempted to tackle the project myself. All went well until it started leaking again. I called Family Plumbing, they came right out, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. And all for an extremely reasonable fee. Will definitely be using them again for future repairs. Thank you Family Plumbing!

Lived in an OLD home in Pacific Beach for 4 yrs and we had this company out a number of different times for various things.  Never had to wait very long for an appointment, prices are reasonable, and all the staff are very professional.  Last night my shower flooded (I'm renting a home in La Mesa), and the landlord had me call a local plumber partnered with the home warranty company.  I called, they answered and immediately put me on hold....I have been on hold for over 30min.  I miss Independent Plumbing:(

We used Anthem to repair a ceiling that collapsed from another vendors repair of our  AC drip pan leak. Gunner responded right away, came out the same day to evaluate and had us back to new within a day.

Very knowledgeable and friendly, we will definitely be using Gunner on future projects.

I called Greg because I had water next the foundation of my house.  He spent about 10 minutes with me on the phone listening to the problem, the steps I had taken so far and then he talked me through the potential causes, and a few tests I could do myself in order to troubleshoot and determine the problem.   Turns out I didn't need a plumber and I was able to fix the issue myself.  He did not charge for his time and he did not tell me he could come over to take a look (which would have cost a service call).  

Anyone who answers the phone, spends a few minutes listening and giving advice, and then tells the home owner how to troubleshoot the problem has displayed a level of character and professionalism in a company rarely seen today.  Should I need a plumber in the future, I'll call Greg at Ramona's Plumber.  I suspect I will update my review to 5 stars when I need him to come do some work.  I recommend you give him an opportunity to see how he can help you.

This company was sent out by Fidelity Home Warranty to fix my parents busted water heater. They refused to replace or even fix it under the warranty even though it was clearly broken and not working. We realize home warranties are a scam, so we told them to fix it anyway and we'd pay full price. The crew said they were going to lunch and just never came back. We had to call a different plumber to do the work the next day. Terrible service.

Never do any service from this company. They lie and never be on time on communication and service. I am not happy with this company service not professional. They ordered the water heater to my shop and I agreed with the price and I deposited $360 and the rest I would pay the installed day and then Megan told me that the order would take 4 weeks to receive and would have to install on 072522 but it did not come on time and I installed for me on August 1 without letting me know when I was out of town. Then I talked Adam on Viber on that day to pay him the rest on the phone $3240 that we both agreed. Adam told me that he sent my old water heater back to Home Depot that I wanted to get credit from the old water heater under 4 year warranty. He lied and did not return my old heater to Home Depot and stole it. I went back to Home Depot and showed them the RMA#, stayed there for 3 hours but the tech did not find the heater returned there. Also, they charged separate charge of $126.36 in my credit card without telling me. I called and texted Megan, Adam and nobody returned my calls. I lost my old water heater that I told the tech to return it to Home Depot after the installment . Bad service, not professional and overcharges that not telling the customers, NOT recommend this company.

Tom came out on time, he is a knowledgeable and pleasant person, he diagnosed all problems (water leak, defect water tank) very quickly and did the repairs not only fast, but also well. The charge was reasonable, which is nowadays a problem with a lot of contractors. I will definitively call Universal Plumbing when I have a problem again, and will ask for Tom to do the job, if possible.

Highly recommended.  Garbage disposal dropped plus there was minor leaking.  Miles and Cody came out early from the appointment time, finished in less than an hour.  No leaks and a new disposal, clean work and they hauled away the old one.  Pleasant crew, doesn't hurt that Miles went to Rowland High School with my daughters.  Miles grew up in Rowland Heights.  Cody is a Fisherman, so of course we talked fishing.  Great young men.

Side note, actually met Miles' dad.  Very personable fellow, discussed growing up in Boyle Heights.

Anyways, will be asking them back to deal with other plumbing issues and a possible remodel of the downstairs 3/4 bathroom.
