Ivan is awesome! This is the 2nd time I've hired him with our faucet issues (kitchen and bathroom), both times he replaced with new ones that we bought without any problem. He also fixed our shower faucet in the bathtub as well. He always triple check his work to ensure no leakage. His price is competitive. I highly recommend him and he's definitely my to-go person when it comes to plumbing issues!

Nick and Baird Drain Cleaning are the best! I've worked with Nick for years, starting when I was renting an old mission beach cottage and now as a homeowner. We had an issue with low water pressure. Our water regulator was about 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the pressure issue in the kitchen. We decided to replace the faucet and still had an issue. Well, Ruben investigated some more and found a couple tiny gaskets  lodged in the water lines. How they got there? Who knows? Ruben truly saved the day. He is very professional, knowledgable and courteous. We recommend him 100%

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

CVP & Jeff to the rescue. The reviews here are correct. I went to grab some cleaning supplies and noticed one of our water heater lines was leaking. One of those moments we all dread. Fortunately we found CVP through yelp. I gave the company a call left a voice mail and received a call back within 5 minutes. I explained the problem to Jeff and he said he'd be here in 15min. He rolled up on time and was courteous and professional. He even sent me a text messes so I could put our dog up before he came to the door. Jeff fixed the problem quick and for a reasonable price. I had Damman's Plumbing install an extension on a shower handle in my guest bathroom. The technicians left the shower handle very loose and it was flopping around and shrugged off the issue when I told him it wasn't correct. He also left behind a huge mess. He installed connections using permanent thread locker (red loctite, evidence in pictures and more info below). Since it's a guest shower nobody uses it, and I'm mechanically inclined enough to fix it myself when I have time. The only reason I hired Dammans was because the extension part is a special order item (not available at your regular hardware store).

Fast forward to now when I went to fix the issue and tighten up the handle. The center bolt pictured was not tight against the assembly which is why the handle was loose and floppy. On top of that it was impossible to remove. I tried multiple different methods to get it off and had to resort to cutting off the bolt head and using a large vice grip to get it off. The bolt nearly snapped as you can see the evidence of it twisting. The culprit? RED LOC TITE. If you're not familiar with what that is, it's designed to permanently install bolts and not be removed. It has no place in this application, ask any mechanic or plumber and they will tell you the same.

Incredible service, almost embarrassingly reasonable rates, and most of all, they have real integrity and creativity in their plumbing solutions. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Family Plumbing did not show up to their appointment with me. They left me a text message 25 minutes after the scheduled time to say they were on another job and would not be able to make it. I understand that unforeseen situations arise, but to notify me that late when my husband rescheduled meetings to meet with them is unacceptable. If you are on a complicated job you know well in advance that you will not be able to make your next appointment, especially when you factor in expected travel time. And a text message instead of a phone call is unprofessional and rude. If you schedule with Family Plumbing be prepared for them not to show up.

I've been using Independant for years on my own home and my rentals.
Just this week I had a hot water heater corrode through in my rental condo. One call got the ball rolling and my condo had hot water by the next day!

The best Handyman in the business. Over the past 30 years I have hired Electricians, Plumbers, Painters, and Drywall specialist throughout and outside of San Diego county. Gunner's service was easily the best of all. He is courteous, punctual, HONEST, a perfectionist, and provides exactly the service requested for the agreed upon fee. I would give him 10 stars if they were available. Hire him and you will definitely be satisfied with the quality of work and rates charged.

I called Greg because I had water next the foundation of my house.  He spent about 10 minutes with me on the phone listening to the problem, the steps I had taken so far and then he talked me through the potential causes, and a few tests I could do myself in order to troubleshoot and determine the problem.   Turns out I didn't need a plumber and I was able to fix the issue myself.  He did not charge for his time and he did not tell me he could come over to take a look (which would have cost a service call).  

Anyone who answers the phone, spends a few minutes listening and giving advice, and then tells the home owner how to troubleshoot the problem has displayed a level of character and professionalism in a company rarely seen today.  Should I need a plumber in the future, I'll call Greg at Ramona's Plumber.  I suspect I will update my review to 5 stars when I need him to come do some work.  I recommend you give him an opportunity to see how he can help you.

Water heater leaked, Justin g came the same day within three hours and had the old one replaced same day. Very professional. Competitively priced. Highly recommend!

We had Blue Bear Plumbing come out and jet our waste line from the sink to the restrooms fearing a underslab broken pipe. Worked through 50 years of gunk on the inside of the pipes and after about 40 minutes, line cleared, sent the camera in and we were not able to locate a break !! Will hopefully don't have to call them again, but if we have another issue, we will be calling Blue Bear Plumbing!

Wow talk about fast courteous service!!  Had a line clog and Tom was in and out in less then 20 minutes.  Awesome service overall.  I definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

Do not call this company!  They are extremely overpriced and promise to fix your air conditioner for a price they quote you over the phone and then tell you a completely different story before they even see it.  This is the second time I have  been duped by them.  They came out four months ago for a duct replacement and gave me a quote for $1800.00 when all the other estimates were in the $600.00- $800.00 range.  They also complained about my review and sent me a nasty text about this review.  Very unprofessional.
