Doug came over yesterday and helped me troubleshoot shoot a plumbing problem I was having.  The water to the fridge/ice machine wasn't working. He crawled in my crawl space, searched around the attic, and did his best to help solve the problem.  In the end we had to run a new line.  However, instead of going from the sink which the average plumber would do, he came up with a creative idea where the water line would be hidden by taking the water from the outside and bringing it through the attic and down in the kitchen behind the refrigerator.  I'm super thankful for his quality work and would hire him again.  Also, I liked how it was him and his son that do all the work.  Great plumbers are hard to find, you don't want to regret hiring the wrong one as one leak can cost you.

Would haven given them zero if it were an option.

We've been using Baird for almost twenty years without any complaints aside from the rude receptionist and chronic tardy ness, but they always showed up and did a good job until last week.

After getting my elderly aunt home after a few weeks in the hospital we found her drains were clogged in her home. We called Baird on Friday, explained the situation, but they couldn't get out until Saturday and they would call to set a time. No call by mid morning so I called and gave all the info again to the rude woman and was told they would be out between 4 and 6pm. Nobody showed up or called. I called but only got the machine and left a few messages. Per their message they are closed on Sunday. I received a frantic call from my aunt on Sunday at 2:30pm that they had just arrived To fix the drains. I dropped everything and raced down there to find out his (Travis) truck broke down the day before and that they called me to cancel. I showed him the call log on my phone and asked him to show me the call - nobody called... they ran a camera and said they found the problem but would need to come back Monday between 4-5 pm with the right equipment (water jet). I'm typing this at 7:23pm on Monday. nobody showed up again and of course it's just the machine when we called their number earlier. This is unacceptable under any circumstance. I'll never use them again and advise everyone I speak to to avoid them at all costs.

Do yourself a favor if you value your time and don't call this company. On the other hand if you enjoy sitting around for days after days with nobody arriving - knock yourself out!

I had a failed water pressure regulator that was causing problems throughout my house. I called several plumbers on Saturday AM looking for an emergency repair. All Time returned my call almost immediately and Rueben showed up that morning and completed the repair in an efficient and professional manner. I was impressed with the quality of the work and his attention to detail. These guys are my go-to plumbers going forward!

We have a several plumbing issues attended to over the years.  Tom Dinardo has always been one who has given top notch service. We recently had a clogged sink, and after several attempts to deal with it on our own, we called Tom.  He came right over, even though it was after dinner.  He took time, effort and great care to complete  the job.  We greatly appreciate his quality of work, his service with integrity and good character, and his fair and reasonable pricing.  We highly recommend Tom Dinardo Plumbing!

These guys are fantastic, reasonable and down right honest! We got quotes from them, Black Mountain (they kept changing their price) and Bill Howe (sent an apprentice). So glad we decided to go with All Flow Plumbing in Santee, 619-409-9891. Eric and his assistant, Daniel, replaced our main water line plus built a new irrigation line, no leaks and everything works perfectly!

Called Jeff after our water heater starting leaking and he came out same day and brought the other people we needed to get things fixed, including the people to dry out the water and repair the walls.  He set up a new water heater in a temporary spot so we would have hot water while everything was dried and fixed, which was great since this was all happening a few days before Christmas.

The main sewer line was rotted out from being about 80 year old cast iron pipe and crapped out on us.  All of sudden one day we had sewage leaking out in the basement. After the normal panic I called a few place that gave me an appointment days away and finally I called Bill Howe plumbing (major rip off and not joking) The guy came in I showed him what the issue was and he said we will have to repair 10 feet of pipe, it would take 2-3 days ($1700/day plus $700 in materiel). After I got over the sticker shock I thought to myself how can 10 feet of pvc pipe and a few clamps cost so much.. So I told the guy that before I commit I am calling a couple of people just to check around. Someone told me to call Jesse and his dad Ayoub, Made the call, they came out in 45 mins and I had a written quote for $500 for labor and $82 for material. They changed out the same exact 10 feet of pipe in about 5 hours and and a total of $582 were gone. The other company is honestly fraud. Ayoub & Jesse are the best in town.

Mike and Joe installed my water heater on Jan 7.  Showed up on time, no surprises or upsells, competent, friendly, masks.  While their quote amount was average, their service was top notch and I have already recommended them to multiple neighbors.

After a few days of wondering if the power vented heater was noisier in the floor above than its predecessor I contacted Joe and they came back the next day and addressed the issue with some vent pipe adjustments, without any apparent reservation/blaming or excuses.  Excellent customer service again!

Family Plumbing came when expected, wearing a mask for COVID safety.  They found the problem quickly, fixed it and no more worries for me.  What a relief.  I definitely recommend them!

I got a phone call within minutes of requesting a quote and Dominic was at our home within a couple hours to give us a quote on replacing a leaking waterheater.  He was very thorough and explained everything that they would do as part of the replacement.  Great Service!!!!

I found this company's DIY videos online when i suspected my water regulator was broken.  I noticed they were in Ramona so I called them up.  Received a call back even after business hours.  Unfortunately, i live outside their service area but the person talked with me for 30 minutes to guide me and give me advice on products and the best companies in my area to work.  Ramona is lucky to have such a great and honest plumber.

Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional for this service call to diagnose and fix our tankless water heater issue. Thankfully it was a quick fix, and they even provided documentation as to the cause for our HOA's and development's benefit. We would use this service if needed.

Universal Plumbing is a great family owned plumbing  company. Very fair pricing and great service. The owner Paul is very knowledgable and will give you the straight skinny on what needs to be done and more importantly, what doesn't. Will answer any questions you have and explain anything that is confusing and you're not sure about. I have used them many times and was always satisfied with their service.

We has a copper pipe leak and Myles form Jerry's plumbing came over the same day. Fixed at a reasonable rate. A plumber who knows his stuff.
