Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter responded very quickly to my request for services through Yelp. After assessing the problem Roy, the Technician, was able to provide a quote with a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done. With a quick call to their office, I was able to schedule the services and have them start the following day. The work (sewer pipes replacement) was completed in 3 days and in accordance to the quoted amount. Aaron, the owner, was directly involved in the work. He and his crew were always very polite and did their best to finish the repairs efficiently and without delay.

Marcus and Marcus showed up on time and was extremely professional in every question I had and also educated me significantly on parts of the plumbing in my home and what to watch out for moving forward.  This duo was amazing in working and diagnosing the plug issue I had and even brought me out to the street side sewer access to ensure I truly understand the path of plumbing for my home.  I couldn't ask for a better technician to come to my door to fix the problem I had at the home.  It was a simple fix it turned out but Marcus never once were unwilling to provide more in knowledge and help.  He even offered a crawlspace inspection to make sure that the work done on the pipes wasn't damaging etc..  Kudos, 5 stars, and thank you to the Elite Rooter team.  Did I mention the turn around time was less than 24 hours from request to Marcus coming?  Yes, big kudos to the entire team!

Called Fantastic Rooter on labor day for shower leak, Eduardo called me back shortly, he figured out the problem and quoted upfront cost, and he got the particular shower valve needed before arriving.  My problem was solved quickly, good job done!

My mom has an older home that's still on a septic tank; after a heavy rain storm the (very) old redwood lid partially collapsed. Able was recommended to us by a plumber neighbor and they came right out. The work crew, Sergio and Jorge arrived right on time and got right to work; they had the old cover dug out in no time and repaired and replaced everything perfectly. Mom's can be very particular and they were able to replace everything exactly as they found it and were done in record time. Great guys and great work.

As you are taking your hot shower after a hellish day at work, you look down and suddenly notice the water pooling around your ankles. You hope it'll just drain slowly and shrug it off. When you use the toilet next, the  toilet fills with water to flush... but then doesn't flush. The image of waste water flooding your floors flashes before you, so you back away slowly. It's okay, you have your home warranty. Everything is fine, you tell yourself, as you file your claim for $75. That's easy, could be worse. I had Mike Counsil Plumbing & plumbing do a total repipe and sewer project on my property. JJ, the team leader, Bobby the contract drafter with assistants, Rafael aka Rafa, Leo, Luis and Rae as well as the field supervisor Gary. All performed to their highest abilities on my project. Would absolutely recommend to anybody else who is in need of plumbing and repipe services.

Zeke helped me deal with an overflowed drain and broken sump pump. He was fast, courteous, and patient with me as I am not knowledgeable about plumbing. Price was fair. I am very satisfied.

It was a fast response for a back up kitchen sink and got it fixed in 20 min after arrival. The price is reasonable.

John stated to me that he prices his work for Seniors needing help.  I hypothesize this is the reason he does not have more yelp reviews on file.  I agree it is a poor reason given that everyone, not only Seniors, needs help living in expensive Silicon Valley.  But my formal education was pre-internet and one of the amazing things I learned on my recent month-long vacation in British Colombia is that some of the friendliest people in North America do not agree with using Yelp  to blackmail.  

John has come to my condo  twice in the past three years.  He is polite, honest, and hardworking in business for himself.   He installed faucets, hooked up a new icemaker inside this time and capped off leaks in my patio during the drought last time.

John also said he has plenty of work.  I pay by personal check.

Anthony and Kyle just came to fix my bathtub clocking. They showed very professIonal and warm attitude.  Recommend.

We are in escrow for a home in Martinez.  Our home inspector recommended we get a leak detection company to verify that the pool was not losing water due to unseen plumbing. Two companies were recommended in Martinez.  Both companies could not schedule an appointment in the tight time frame we needed.  I got on the Internet and started searching for leak detection companies.  Bullseye came up and the reviews were top rate, so I called.  

Jeremy answered the phone immediately and was very professional.  He was willing and able to drive the distance to Martinez at no extra charge.  His price quote was more than fair and as an added bonus, was below what the two Martinez companies quoted.  Most importantly, he accommodated our very tight schedule and agreed to do his inspection the next day!!  We agreed to a 1:00pm inspection time and Jeremy was there exactly on time.

Jeremy was a every bit the professional.  His inspection was thorough and there were no added charges for the spa or waterfall inspection (both Martinez companies quoted extra for the additional items). When Jeremy was finished, my realtor showed Jeremy an area outside the house with standing water that was not there the day before.  Jeremy said he could test the sprinkler and indoor plumbing while he was there.  We I asked how much extra he would charge, he said he would do it free of charge if I would give him a review on Yelp.  Who does that these days??!!  Most companies would charge for the extra work.  We had a verbal agreement to yelp in exchange for the work and off Jeremy went.  Within another 15-20 minutes we had all unseen plumbing checked out.  The good news?  No leaks in the pool, but the sprinklers definitely have a leak which we can fix no problem!!  The even better news?  Jeremy was a very honest, professional, and courteous inspector.  I would recommend him to anyone.

I did pay Jeremy a bit extra as I felt I was taking advantage if I didn't.  He did not expect the extra amount and I could tell he was very appreciative.  It was really refreshing conducting business with a trustworthy company.

Shibli and Ramez were fantastic.  I had several plumbing projects that were due for repair and had them come fix them all at once.  They came out, gave me a very reasonable estimate, scheduled a time to come back around my work schedule and did a high quality job.  Both were very polite, courteous, easy to work with and took the time to point out issues that had been problems for a long time.  They will always be the first i call for any future needs.

Tony and his partner in crime came to do a Moen cartridge replacement and mounted a Hans Grohe Retrofit shower bar to my stand shower.  They are such a comical team, very funny folks and got the job done.  I was their last job of the day, I felt like they did rush the job a bit.  They forgot to recaulk my faucet afterwards and I didn't notice until after they left.  I even reminded Tony to caulk it and he said yes, he wasn't done with just yet at the time.  

Tony gives a $15 discount for finding him thru yelp, so make sure you let him know.  He also gives a 90 day guarantee on the work they do.

My siblings and I could not be happier. We all live out of town from our mother who hadn't used her walk in shower since moving in 16 years ago because of some problem with the mixing valve.
 For starters, Henry rose above the rest with a free on-sight quote. He was optimistic about resolving our issue and did so the same day as he quoted the repair. It was a small fraction compared to the other flat rate or sight unseen estimates from everyone else - and I DID my shopping.  He was so communicative and sent  photos as he went along.  Henry was able to repair the valve, instead of replacing!    He was so respectful and helpful to our mother, explaining how to use the temperature valve equipped with memory.
I cannot say enough about HR Silicon Valley Plumbers. Their number will always be found,  (alone),  in my contacts under plumbing.

I needed to replace my bathtub drain because the stopper broke off. The hard part was that the drain was connected to a higher quality brass p trap, rather than a standard plastic one. Most plumbers wanted to replace the whole p trap, rather than preserve the brass one. Victor said they would keep the brass p trap, and he quickly gave me a quote that was comparable to all the others. Matt showed up the next day and said he could actually do a partial repair for half the cost. In the end the drain was too broken so we had to do the full repair but at least he tried. Quick, efficient, and respectful. Thank you for a job well done.

Water Heaters now require sensors and valves that are computer controlled all in the name of safety and energy savings. I purchased a new Rheem Water Heater from Home Depot that simply wouldn't light the burner. The gas line was fine, the exhaust vent was open but no burner action. Benard arrived from Noah's Plumbing and isolated the problem. He made the necessary adjustments and the water heater burner now lights correctly. How could something like this ever leave the Rheem factory? Does Rheem test each water heater? I assume NO after this issue.

Clearly, Benard saved Rheem a sale, period. End of Story.
