Called for a quote. The turnaround was fast. Aaron and his team showed up to address a leak coming front he water heater. I was afraid I might need to replace it but Aaron saw no need, he investigated the leak and alas, water heater is working like new, leak free. Very friendly, timely and overall, honest. Highly recommended.

The experience was superb and Pablo is a problem solver! He made everything seem less and perfect for my mother. My mom's problem with the plumbing piping was resolved in 10-15 mins. Pablo is knowledgeable and you can tell he is well experience. Ask for him if you need help!

Trevin saved the day for me  today . ive been without my shower for months needing a valve replacement. I had purchased all necessary materials , set an appointment with another highly rated & personal referral. He was a no show. when I I called they really had  no idea what was what.
to my advantage  Bullet Plumbing had an opening ! Trevin with Mathew; assessed the job, did the job, finished in record time cleaned up,& the price was as he quoted .  I could not be more pleased !I now have a personal plumbing ,service  in my contacts . i will be calling Bullet Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

I had a water back up in the kitchen sink and I was glad to call Midas Plumbing. John is the man.....he came and did the work in 45mins.
I am satisfied with his work. The price was not cheap but reasonable.

Fantastic Router Plumbing did a great job for us. Someone called us back promptly to set up an appointment . It was Memorial Day Monday,  but no extra charge was added for it being a holiday. Eduardo came out at the appointed time and did a good job clearing out our clogged drain. Very professional company.

Made an appointment to have septic tank (of unknown location) pumped a couple days ago. Was quoted $425 to pump septic tank plus additional $75  for each half hour of pumping....The guys poked around my backyard for 20-30 minutes but were unable to locate the tank.  According to the invoice, they pumped out 2 cleanouts something that we could have done with a shop vac.  After about 30 minutes of work these guys sat in the van for awhile and then gave me a 500 dollar invoice for 40 mins of supposed work --NOT PUMPING THE TANK.  They did do something though, they damaged something because now there a large pond of stinky water in our backyard, which wasn't there before they came. If anyone owes anyone $500 Able owes me for damage to my yard.

I only give 5 stars to those that deserve 10 stars.  Shane is hands down the best at his craft.  He responded immediately.  He was extremely professional but also down to earth and very personable.  Don't waste your time on others.  Give your local money to a local small business that care about your family.  That's Shane!

Two of the sinks in separate bathrooms clogged at the same time. I was scrambling to find someone to fix them ASAP. Leo and his crew came quickly, wearing masks and shoe covers. Leo looked at the sinks and got to work right away. They had to come back the next day but they were able to fix the clog. These guys are awesome and I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

These guys are an absolute joke. Not only did try they rip me off, but they literally tried charged me 5x more than the the other 3 quotes I got. The average quote was about $3,000 to get a leaking pipe replaced, Mike Counsil quoted me over $14,000!!!! Turns out it was an easy fix that ended up costing me about $400 when all was done. Thank god I got different quotes, Mike Counsil is taking advantage of people who don't know better. Do not go to these guys unless you want to throw away your hard earned money.

This was a while ago but I forgot to leave them a review, and the only reason I remembered was because of a Facebook post in my local group stating the same exact thing! The average quote was $2,700, and Mike Council charged them $11,000! To add icing to the cake, it turned out this person's pipe wasn't even leaking, it was their sprinklers. So they replaced a pipe knowing full well that it wasn't an issue. How can they live with themselves?!

Absolute scam, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Used this service for a clogged stand shower drain. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and get a quote. The technician showed up right on time. He unclogged the drain in about 15 mins and spent the remainder of the hour on cleaning the drain thoroughly, which had lots of calcium build-up. Very professional and efficient service. Will use them again.

The company founders named the company $15 based on the prevailing rate in 1992. Now they are stuck with it. Be aware that they charge market rate now which is around $80-100 per hour.

Because Mr. Israr Khan and his team continue to be awesome, I feel obliged to leave another 5-start review for three recent plumbing services they provided for my family within a span of 2 short weeks. All three times we were able to schedule an appointment the next day. All three times there were no initial diagnostic/service fee; Mr. Khan only charges you if he needs to make an actual repair. He's extremely professional, always shows up on-time (or early), and communicates and explains issues and repair needs clearly. His prices are very fair and his workmanship is top notch (efficient and clean). Mr. Khan is our go-to plumber for my family's rental properties and own primary residences. Thank you so much!

I called The Plumber's Handyman to help me fix a cracked terrazzo shower pan, and they turned down the job because the work it would require (tile, etc) was out of their area of expertise. Instead, they recommended we hire a general contractor.

I wanted to write a good review for them because I think a lot of handymen would have said they could do the job because they wanted the work, and those other guys would have left me with a botched or half-finished job when it turned out to be beyond them.

I will definitely call The Plumber's Handyman with other jobs in the future.

This review is overdue. He's done multiple detections, on my mom's house (try four different leaks). Yikes! One that cost her $3000 in water bills. He was accurate and did a full report for the water company.
One of the leaks was under the driveway & he was right on the bullseye.

I have a rental property and the faucet was leaking. After consulting my trusty Yelp, I called these guys. They came out right away and called me to tell me the faucet needed to be replaced (it was pretty old) and discuss options. They offered to have their guy pick up a faucet and do the install. Since I'm lazy af, and didn't want to deal with any of this myself, I went with that.

Work was completed the next day, tenants were happy, and the expense didn't hit my pocketbook too hard, if ya know what I mean.

Invoice was sent via email and I paid by check. Super convenient - just what I needed!

If you've got plumbing issues, these are your guys. Straightforward, fast, great customer service, and not too expensive. It's a win in my book!

Tony and Rick to detect and repair a slow gas leak in my place, they arrived on time and detected and repaired the leak in the crawlspace. The price isn't cheap, but the job was done professionally.

With in 20 minutes of arriving  at my house Henry recommended a simple fix for our showers. Am hour later everything was running normally. Henry was friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using him again!

Our Advice : STAY AWAY !! Could have given 0 stars if possible.

We had noticed that there was a wet patch in the ceiling in our 1st floor living room. The patch was below the toilet seat of our 2nd floor toilet. We wanted to get professional help, so after checking reviews on Yelp, my wife  called up Marti's Plumbing. Marti's was prompt to send a plumber to do initial evaluation.  After initial evaluation, the plumber told that it would cost $700 because the waste drain has a leak and need to be replaced. We wanted a permanent fix, so agreed to spend huge $$s to avoid long term pain.

On 09/07/2017, we were given window of 2 hours 9:00 am to 11:00 am to expect the plumber to arrive to start work. No sign till 11:00 am. Eventually the plumber (can't recall name) showed up at 12:15 pm. and started work.

He spent a few hours working in the restroom and then demanded $700 payment. Throughout work, we were in living room and didn't see any pipe being changed. We asked if the pipe was indeed replaced, and demanded to see the pipe that was removed from our toilet. The plumber went to his truck and brought  a piece of pipe and told it is the pipe that he removed.  That pipe had a dust layer in the inside walls of the pipe !!!  It seemed that the pipe hasn't been used for months which is unlikely if it was removed from our toilet.

So, the plumber spent a few hours and just changed the gasket and demanded money for pipe change work that he didn't do. Rather than admitting that pipe change wasn't done, he tried to cheat his way by giving us a some old pipe claiming it was removed from our toilet.

Anyway, just to check if the leaking problem was solved, we flushed the toilet  and found that it still leaks.  So, a few hours were spent, lies were told and the problem isn't still solved.

My wife refused to pay the plumber. Later on Marti's called up for payment and we refused to pay until the problem is fixed. Why should we pay if nothing's been fixed ???

We had heard good reviews about Marti's and thinking that we encountered a rogue plumber, decided to give them second chance. Marti's have scheduled another plumber to be at our place on 9/11/2017. I will provide an updated review after this appointment.

I have a business in Gilroy. Rheem recommended a local plumber to figure out the issue with my commercial water heater. Bernardo was very responsive and quick which was great. Seems like an honest person who knows what he's doing. Will definitely be doing business with these guys again.
