Came home at 6 to find the toilets were backed up. Called and Aaron's sent Stephen out. Long story short Stephen got the job done fast and my house is draining properly now. Even with the after hour fee it was still reasonable. Will work with again in the future when issues arise.

Pablo from Elite Rooter came in and did a great job. He arrived on time and got the job done in less than an hour. In my humble opinion, he went out of his way to make sure that the job got done right. He also offered me some advice on making sure my problem didn't happen again. If you want the job done right, I suggest Elite Rooter.

We had pinhole leak in copper pipe embedded in ceiling. We opened up ceiling and found leak location.  Called Midas and Eric arrived in less than an hour.  He examined problem, made copper pipe repair, and reduced initial estimate because it was very straightforward job.  Eric is a young man, very professional, takes pride in his work, and knows what he is doing.  Wonderful for work he did for us.  We have an old house so I am sure we will need him in future.

Brian came out on a weekend morning on very short notice because we thought something was wrong with the plumbing. It turned out there was a dead rat in the crawl space (which I had never smelled before). Even though it did not turn out to be a plumbing issue, Brian was very helpful by checking the plumbing, diagnosing the problem and giving us some referrals. Very professional and will definitely call in future for non-rat issues.

I bought a house with a septic tank of unknown location that services a small backyard cottage.  My mom came to help with my newborn and stayed there, and the plumbing backed up almost immediately.  I called and told able it was on septic and plumbing backed up. First they sent a guy to snake the toilet - he refused to and said tank needed to be located and pumped.  He wasnt aware it was on septic until he showed up. Wasted four hours waiting for him, Able charged me for service call.

A second appointment waiting another day for camera guy to show up and locate tank.  Charged again for that.  I had to wait for camera inspection to finish before able would schedule further work like digging and pumping.

Third appointment waiting another 4 hours for digging crew to dig where camera beacon had stopped.  One guy dug, another fixed a pipe and then stood around.  I was charged for all their time.  They dug up one tank which was full and called it a day, although later able people (including owner) speculated there could be another tank that they now want me to have them dig for.  (When I later complained about charge for lazy guy, I was told I'd be refunded for the lazy guys time - when no refund came through in called again and was told it would have to be a credit against future services, gee thanks since this was after pumping and I was done) The one digger piled all the dirt against an old wood fence whose only support was the tree it leaned on - please think, people.

Fourth appointment waiting way more than 4 hours for the pump truck to pump the now dug-up tank. Was told it would be $375.  Then I was later told $375 for first half hour and more per hour after that.  They never told me they were running incredibly late and would arrive in late evening - until i finally called them at 5 pm.  I told them to reschedule, they were grateful.  Another 4 hour window of waiting a second time.  Luckily it took 1/2 hour when they finally pumped it, so the additional charges were not an issue.

There were no shows/ rescheduling /unannounced running late among these appointments so I actually spent at least six days sitting home waiting for this company that is not presently set up to perform a locate, dig, pump job without sending umpteen different crews that are not well coordinated.  All this with an infant at home and mom flooded out of where she was supposed to stay.

Fifth appointment for estimator to discuss hooking up to sewer. He ( incorrectly) told me my town would charge sewer hookup fee in the thousands, possibly 15000 and he knew of one at 40000 for a regular sized house.  Between his jerk personality and frustration with this company and now this (incorrect which I didn't know at the time) fee, I started to cry.  He made much fanfare of not charging me to come do an estimate.  His ballpark for doing the work was very high. Instead I got the permit myself and used people recommended by a contractor friend to hook me up to sewer and the town gave me a permit with no connection fee, which he should have known is the case with a second living unit.

Abating the old abandoned septic  tank proved tricky for site specific reasons. It also needed to be pumped out again because a leaking toilet had filled it with water despite our not using the plumbing.  I decided to call able one last time, where I was transferred to owner Glenn.  I asked about pumping (375+ again) and abatement which he priced what I thought was high at about 800 to punch holes in the bottom and fill with concrete.  He asked why I didn't hire them to hook up to sewer and I truthfully told him their estimate was three times others.  He said then my file said i was a complainer and to have my plumber do the abatement and hung up on me!

I called back to tell him I had paid his company thousands of dollars and was livid to be treated like this. He explained the abatement fee in greater detail as requiring an OSHA permit and seemed genuinely interested in hearing about my experience with able as detailed above. He offered me a discount on pumping and abatement (more than the credit I was already promised above for the lazy guy who it turns out got fired).   Glenn said he'd come by personally on Saturday morning to look at the situation and make sure abatement is done right. It is now 2:50 pm, I have been waiting all day at home and Glenn was a no show. I have no contact number for him.  

Fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me several times, shame on me.

Shane has helped us by responding quickly to two recent plumbing issues with our kitchen sink and toilet. We appreciate that he responds quickly and fixes the issues quickly while educating us on what to look for and how to prevent issues in the future. We won't hesitate to work with Shane again.

I called 1 hour before closing with an EMERGENCY plumbing problem.Leo told me to give him the address and he'd be there,a man of his word. He came found the issue,told us the price( affordable) went to home depot to pick up the part and fixed it. He is a honest man,didnt try to cheat us.His quality of work is worth every dollar. I suggest to anyone if you need plumbing work to call,do not be skeptical with Leo he is a trustworthy, honest guy. Forever our plumber

We had a faucet installation that revealed some leaky pipes. We were referred to Mike Counsil and Gert showed up early the next morning to assess the issues. He was very helpful in explaining what was going on and what his recommendations were. He said he would send over a team to finish the job.

Then James and Ben showed up pretty promptly afterwards and I can't say enough great things about these guys.. they kept it professional, friendly and had great knowledge to offer about everything they were doing.

We had to call FDSD twice within three weeks and had a great experience on both occasions.

First call was for a backed up main line.  They charged only $88, came within the same day we called, and did the work within the hour.

Second call was for a broken main shutoff valve.  The guy came within a few hours and basically fixed the valve so the water can flow again.  This was on Christmas Eve!!!  The guy who came was named Roman.  Great attitude!  The valve couldn't be 100% fixed because of the holidays and he couldn't get the parts, but he gave me a tool so that I can shutoff the water at the street side if I needed to.

They're hands down lowest price in town for quality service.  =)

We didn't end up using plumbing connection, but i wanted to leave a 5 star review. I called because I thought I had a leak in my sink. When I spoke with Khan, he was extremely patient and helpful. He asked questions that helped us understand the issue and how we could easily fix it ourselves! Thanks, Khan!!

John did replace my kitchen faucet today. He is very responsible, easy to contact with. He is organized and got the job done neatly. He also helped me with small fence fix.  I will definitely call him later for any plumbing or handyman job.

First time calling the company and they were very responsive, reliable and detailed. Thomas was very good and efficient with fixing our problem. I highly recommend them!

This is to all who is  in need of someone in the leak detection business.  Please use this review as a cautionary for those who don't know about the contractors and or leak detection industry.

My folks are in their late 70's now, and  need my help in the upkeep and maintenance  of there beautiful home.  They have a rather large pool in the backyard, that had a severe leak.  I had to fill the pool with water about every 2 to 3 days, because of water level loss.  I shopped around,, and called several Leak Detection places.  

1.) First of all,  I couldn't believe how expensive, and the fact that very few would come out the same morning/day I needed service, until I came across Bullseye Leak Detection, Owner  Jeremy Garcia.

I noticed immediately his demeanor was one of a good vibe, he took time to talk to me, and showed a genuine interest in my problem.  
2.)  I expressed to Jeremy how urgent the problem was.....& He agreed to come out that very day, even though he was booked for the day.  
3.) His price was awesome, One flat rate, of $350-$400 , & said He would work for how ever long it took to find the problem. None of the other contractors would not do this. In the end,  He even came back to check on things for me the next day.  Other companies were $600  to start, & after that $150 per hour after 2 hours.
Jeremy  found the problem in 30 minutes,  fixed it and left in 45 minutes.!!  Jeremy was respectful and very mindful of my mothers flower bed, grass area, and her home, and was careful where he put his tools.  He cleaned up after himself and was overall just a great worker, simple and honest.  A truly great experience!

Ramez is the most efficient, knowledgeable, honest, well mannered, generally awesome plumber ever. Quality plus is the only place I will go. He even helped me capture my dog that got out of the yard! Ha!

I called Tony's Plumbing last Friday for a faucet and toilet repair/replacement. Tony scheduled the job for 12pm. He came along with his associate exactly at 12pm.
Both of my faucets and the fluid valve had to be replaced.
What I liked about this company's service was that before Tony started any work he told me how much it would cost me to have those items replaced and approximate time. He was very meticulous and made sure there was no leak after the installation of all the parts. All the trash and old parts were taken away. After all the work was done, Tony once again, went over all the work and parts along with the pricing that were needed to complete the job.
I highly recommend Tony's Plumbing to anybody who needs the plumbing services in the house. Both men were courteous and had shoe covers so as not to dirty the floors in my house which I really appreciated.

Romeo and Isaac came to help me, we're very professional, respectful, and efficient in their work. We would recommend them for future preferences and to friends how are in need of a respectful, yet very professional plumbing company.

Friend recommended them and I went on  yelp to see what other reviewers had to say.  Lots of 5 star ratings so I went ahead with them and was very happy.  I told the rest of my family about them because honest plumbing companies are hard to find.  

In the past 2 years, either my parents or siblings or  I have used Marti's plumbing about 5 times total for various repairs and one big repair.  Each time, we were satisfied.  *** The technicians are also courteous, respectful and clean up after their jobs (unlike others that leave the mess for you to clean up).

***1/31/18 - had to downgrade my review by one star.  Service really depends on which technician you get and most of them are good.  There is one plumber that we do not like and were not satisfied with ( this person did a really poor job)..... we just request not to have this person when we need service and Marti's Plumbing complies.

Quick easy great customer service. Highly recommended helped install my Rheem water heater. Was on time and made sure everything was done right.
