We are very happy with the work Aaron's plumbing and Rooter did on our house. We had all the water pipes, the main water line, and our water heater replaced as well as a new water conditioner system installed.  Not only did they have the best estimate among the companies we talked to but they got the work done quickly. They were also the only company we talked to who was able to tunnel under our driveway to replace the main water line instead of having to dig a trench next to our driveway or dig up our driveway. The owner Aaron was super helpful and always quick to respond to questions.  I highly recommend Aaron's plumbing and Rooter.

Because of home depot 's irresponsible team,  i have to find a plumber in a hurry.  Luckily i get Elite rooter.

I had a plumbing emergency this morning. Literally water pouring from my upstairs bathroom to the lower level bathroom.
I called Bullet Plumbing this morning at about 9:15 (I had used them before for a clog and they were great). They were at my house by 9:40, found where the problem was coming from, and stopped any further damage. He rushed here between jobs to take care of it.  
They returned after finishing their scheduled job, finished the work and cleaned up afterwards (the work was all done by 1:30pm same day!).
They were very polite, efficient, professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Bullet Plumbing, and will use them for any future needs

After reading YELP reviews, contacted Midas plumbing to get an estimate for replacing a pedestal sink and faucet.  I got a live person who answered the phone and was easily able to set up an appointment for my preferred date/time and the over the phone estimate was reasonable.  

On the day of the appointment, Eric arrived right on time, was courteous, knowledgeable and checked out  the materials making sure we had everything needed. He made a quick trip to Home Depot to get a missing part and got to work on the job.  He worked quickly, efficiently and got everything done without any problems.  PLUS, he came in under the estimate and left everything neat and cleaned up. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend Midas for plumbing services. I'll definitely use them again when I have a plumbing job!

What can I say? Jaime and his employee who installed our tankless water heater did an excellent job! We decided that we wanted a tankless system and heard that Rinnai was the best. The closest dealers were either in Monterey or Gilroy, I called both and left messages. Only Fantastic Rooter returned my call.

We had been without hot water for about a week and a half at this point and we were getting a little frustrated, and kind of stinky!  I spoke with the receptionist on Monday afternoon to set up a consultation and free estimate. That night, after having worked all day long, and despite a 45 minute drive in each direction, the owner, Jaime came out to the house at 7 PM. We discussed our various options and while we were expecting to do the install indoors, he suggested doing the exterior installation. He could have easily gone along with our expectations and made himself a lot more money. Instead, he took the honest route and would save a ton!

He and his employee showed up on time, and they would have finished the job on time had his supplier not sent the part to the wrong location. I should mention a brief shout out to the Salinas Fergusons as they corrected their mistake by sending someone on a four hour round trip to pick up the part!

The installation is clean, and the water is hot!Thanks Jaime and fantastic rooter, you guys have a customer for life. I hope you don't mind the drive to Salinas!

This review is for the ladies that answer the phone. I spoke with Amanda and she said she's going to email me with things that need to be done. I waited the whole day and I didn't received any email from her. The next day I called again and another female receptionist answered and she said Amanda is still on the other line but assured me she will call back. After a couple of hours later I still haven't received a call so I called back again. This time Amanda is on lunch and assured me again that she will call me after. The sun set and still  haven't received a call or email from them. Very unprofessional front office. Fix it, Able Septic! Please.....

Quick response. Came on a Sunday within 2 hours from call. Problem solved. Good people. I Highly recommend.

Had an issue where the hot water side of the hot water heater piping had a pinhole-sized leak and was running water out on top of the heater.

Called Leo, and he said he would drop by in an hour or so to look at it. He arrived before an hour.

He examined both pipes going into the heater, and recommended replacing the flexible copper pipe piece (the one with a hole in it) with a stainless steel flex piece. He quoted a fair price, and said it would take about an hour to finish.

He stayed and did the job right then and there. Everything was finished in under an hour.

He provided an itemized worksheet and receipt. Very fast and efficient service. I will definitely keep his business card handy for any future plumbing needs I have.

Had plumber scheduled a week ago to replace our kitchen faucet. Appointment was for 2-4 pm. We received a call from them at 2:25 stating they did not have anyone available to come out, We have a wedding at our home scheduled for this weekend(less than 48 hours from now). What awful poor service. I run my own small business. Shame on them for their complete unprofessional response. I would have given them zero stars if that was an option.

Snaked it myself from the main clean-out but my 25ft snake didn't hit it.

Called at 9:00 am, gave me a 2 hour window 10-12.  They were there by 11:00 and were able to clear the main drain clog within 30 minutes.

Flat fee at ~$85 for this job isn't bad.  I've done this before and it costs ~$45 to rent a capable auger for 50ft+ runs.  Money well spent not to haul one of those beast around in the SUV after a job like this.

I called The Plumber's Handyman to help me fix a cracked terrazzo shower pan, and they turned down the job because the work it would require (tile, etc) was out of their area of expertise. Instead, they recommended we hire a general contractor.

I wanted to write a good review for them because I think a lot of handymen would have said they could do the job because they wanted the work, and those other guys would have left me with a botched or half-finished job when it turned out to be beyond them.

I will definitely call The Plumber's Handyman with other jobs in the future.

Mario and Kyle were great.  I needed a gas line capped and they were able to do that quickly, at a reasonable price.  They were also able to answer all my questions regarding some other projects.  

The company is tech savvy, communication was clear; I would use this company again.

We also had a skimmer leak.  Jeremy came up from San Jose to Fremont to detect the leak.  We had him and his workers repair the leak within just a day or two.  The job involved going thru our flagstone deck, removing the old and broken skimmer/pipe, put in a modern skimmer and re-install the flagstone.  Everything looks great, and we no longer have a leak in our pool and the pump is no longer just sucking in air bubbles.

I had to fix my bathroom tank so badly and my relative in San Jose recommended their plumber. I called and made appointment next day and Tyler came and he did awesome job! Their quote was very reasonable and it was much less than I expected.

I called Tony to do my kitchen sink installation and he was able to give me an appointment at short notice. I appreciate the fact he was unwilling to give a quote over the phone and took the time to come over and see the kitchen and sink area before giving a quote.

He was a bit late for the installation appointment, but he called and let me know. The quality of work was excellent. No leaks so far and it looks great.

My only issue is that I personally felt the charge was a bit too high - sink installation is something most people can do (although it would take two or three times longer than a professional plumber like Tony). Anyway, he honored the yelp discount and one other plumbing company gave a quote that was close (slightly lower) so I'm sticking with my five-star rating.

NEVER USE HR Silicon Valley Plumbers--they did a SMALL plumbing repair for me. I then had problems with my sewer line and asked them if they could repair it.  They returned and literally traumatized me.  The sewer line was in need of immediate repair, and I trusted them from the last small job they did earlier.  They shot water down the line, then used a camera to show me there was water in the line...I questioned them---Of course there's water, you just shot gallons of water into the sewer line.  They insisted the water was already there but wasn't able to show me proof when I asked for it (my insurance carrier told me, if your sewer line is under water and they used a camera, they should be able to show you proof).  I guess they figured they had a 'stupid, vulnerable customer'.  The camera and water they shot down the line was NEVER pre-approved or QUOTED.  What they did quote was an astronomical amount of money to repair the sewer line.  $50,000 to $60,000 and said, But it'll be just like having a new home We'll have to jack-hammer your patio and tear up the cement, dig up your backyard and dig up your floors in your house to get to the sewer line and replace it....I was traumatized!! and scared and literally trembling--my blood pressure was through the roof.  Then they shoved a piece of paper in my face saying I could get the charges financed.  Luckily, I had the wherewithal to call my son.  They feed him the same cock-and-bull story; he asked them a lot of details about the quote they gave me, said 'thank you we'll call you back if we decide to use you.'  We used another plumbing service with an impeccable reputation, that has done work in San Jose for more than 20 years.  The repair was less than $5,000, they located the damage to the sewer line in the front yard, and only excavated a six-foot hole in the front yard.  And guess what, there was NEVER any Standing Water in the line!!  
HR Silicon Valley Plumbers are SCHIESTERS who prey on vulnerable people in order to pump up their prices!!  Read their reviews CAREFULLY and Use them at your own risk!

Erica is great - we needed a kitchen faucet and two bathroom vanity faucet sets replaced, as well as three water shut-off valves installed. She was right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, came prepared with all the equipment and piping needed, was clean and careful start to finish.  There was a small glitch we discovered the next day; she came right out, spent a long time making sure it was resolved, gave advice on another, unrelated problem we had - and didn't charge anything for all the time she put in!
She was very professional, very pleasant, and we will call her again when we have any issues. AND, competitive pricing. Great all around.

Noah had the parts in stock and fixed my Rheem in 30 min. He scheduled the visit for the next day. He answered all my text messages quickly. I would use him again and recommend him to whoever has issues with their water heater.
