Just moved into a new house and the washing machine draining into the utility sink was backing up out of the kitchen. Stephen was scheduled the same afternoon, was right on time, and got the work done quickly and successfully. He even spent the effort to check underneath the house to make sure my existing drain pipes would not be damaged by snaking and took some videos so I can reference them in the future.

It ended up taking a couple attempts to get the blockage pushed through and Stephen was great with answering all my questions during and after.

Wow! The gentleman who came from Midas Plumbing has it all. He was able to come out quickly, was on time and gave me a competitive price. It's always tough to find a good plumber, particularly one that will actually show up to make the estimate.  We needed to do some plumbing alterations for our older home, in order to complete the installation of a modern toilet.  Fantastic Rooter was the first company to call back, and the only company to come on-site for the inspection.  Eduardo returned a few days later to do the work, and completed it for the original estimate amount, even though it took longer than he had planned to do the work.  He was also kind enough to help me install the new toilet once the alterations were finished, at no extra charge.  He was extremely polite, and took extra care to clean up after the job.  Very happy with his work.

I  am pleased with the work done on this project.  Most impressive are all of the people who  worked on it including you all in the office.  The on-site crews deserve the highest acclaim, as they seemed very knowledgeable, willing to work, and quite pleasant.  My involvement with them along the way was extensive, so I do believe this feedback is accurate.  Please give special mention to the young man who, on the first day, accomplished most of the by-hand digging.  He just never quit!  Further, I could see that, when Jose was taking the lead, this same young man (name difficult for me to recall) was always seeing what he could do to speed things along; impressive.

Shane is actually a great contractor who now specializes as a plumber so he knows the whole end to end process of what makes your pipes work or fail. I highly recommend his work.  I had sewage drain backing up into the house and he come at night on his way home to handle it.

Completed three jobs (washer drain, faucet installation, kitchen drain) with Leo, he is so punctual and honest. He leaves you the feeling that you are not getting robbed and taken advantage of. I had three bids and he was the lowest and the nicest one... he has saved me hundreds compare to the other bids.

I almost don't want to recommend him so he won't be booked up... but yup you won't regret going with Leo!

They over charged me, come to find out the lead tech is on commission, the higher the bill the more they make.
After repairing they had to return, the leak was worse than before, damaged sheet rock flooded the garage.
They even borrowed my tools, since they forgot theirs.

When someone comes out to your house and gets your toilet working again because of intrusive roots working their way into my clean out pipe deserves 5 stars. The technician was very friendly even at 11 at night. He even showed me on his camera what the pipe looked like inside. That was very disgusting!

Once he pulled the camera out he went right to work with this big roto-rooter machine at shredded what roots were in there. He was very thorough and clean in a job that I wouldn't do in one of those outbreak outfits. He tested every drain my house had to offer to make sure that everything was draining properly. He spent about an hour and a half on my drain and everything is perfect once again. And the price was very reasonable for a night time emergency call.

I have schedule an appointment with Nery at our rental place. I drove for an hour and waited for another hour. He didn't arrive. If he couldn't come, it would have been nice if he called and let me know.

John is by far the best plumber I know! He's knowledgeable, professional, detail-oriented and courteous, and his work is always of top quality. 5 years ago he installed my water filtration system and replaced my kitchen faucet; today they still work like new. Recently he did an excellent job replacing a bunch of 16-yr-old cartridges for Hansgrohe faucets and showers for me. Due to the handles' old age (and possibly inexperience of the contractor who installed them) some of the handles were already fused to the old cartridges and were extremely difficult to take apart. John figured out workable solutions, helped me find the parts, fixed them in a timely manner, and showed me how to prevent the same problem from happening again in the future! If you need a proficient and honest plumber/handyman then I strongly recommend Mr. John Wakefield!

We worked with Plumbtree for a water softener installation and preventative horizontal re-pipe. They walked us through the entire process, gave us very transparent quotes and had no pressure while we waited a few months to start the process. We worked with Mario and he was amazing at what he did and I can't say anything negative. Every day they worked they ended the day with running water, a clean house and gave me a clear plan for the next day. 10/10 and I'll definitely use them again if we somehow have any plumbing issues in the next 40 years.

These guys rock. Tony arrived when he said he would, quickly and professionally assessed the issue I was having with my shower's P-trap, then got onto fixing it. At every point he explained to me what problem was, what my options were, and what I could expect from each of them. They were in and out in maybe 20 minutes, my P-trap no longer leaks and I'm extremely confident that the fix will last until I'm ready to remodel the whole bathroom next year.

Our out side water hose pipe was leaking. We gave HR Silicon Valley Plumbing a call and was given an appointment that was available the next day. The technician came assessed the problem and was able to complete the pipe replacement in no time with reasonable pricing.

Our plumbing work we need at our newly remodeled bathroom is very sample and clear, I asked for the phone estimate, they insisted to come to our house  for in home estimate.

We need the estimate to install two sample sink, two faucet, one toilet. , a shower head and a handle, we have all the materials, no leaks, no problems.  The guy comes back with the estimate over $1800, I asked him why? He said because it's about 4 hours of work. How much does the plumbers charge for an hour?

The owner of the company just email me and apologized for his new employee's high bit and his bit is still over the $1000. I am not willing to spend a $1000 for a job that I already has an estimate for less than half.

Marti's second estimate is almost 3 times as much as other companies. I will keep you all posted on how it goes.

If I could give Noah's Plumbing 6 stars, I would.  Bernard is a true professional.  We have used Noah's Plumbing twice in the last couple of years.   Most recently, I left him a voicemail on New Year's day and in less than a minute, he returned my call!  Our job could wait, so he came out the next morning and got everything up and running in a jiffy.   He knows what he's doing, has a great work ethic, and is reasonably priced.  He's also a really nice guy.
