We were noticing a musty smell in the kitchen, but couldn't locate the source. We thought it was the dishwasher. Turns out it was a cracked pipe in the wall. They came out multiple times to diagnose, get the water off and situated, and replaced the pipe, giving us clear options and timetables. Got the pipe sorted and came out again to deal with the drywalling and stucco. Fabulous job, and if we have any further plumbing issues, I know who we will be calling first.

Gave me an estimate that was ridiculous.
I got the job done by a plumber for $250.
They quoted me $3500. The explanation? The part costs $500-1000... BS. Home Depot sells that part for $75.

I had Bullet Plumbing come out and replaced my water heater and toilet flush valve.
It's cheaper overall if you have multiple things you need work for.
Pricing was reasonable and Trevin did an amazing job. I called him on a weekend and he suggested I wait until Monday because the plumbing warehouse has better water heaters than the big box stores.
He was very honest and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Didn't try to upsell any additional or unnecessary work. And he's experienced in residential and commercial work.

About as pleasant of an experience for which one can hope.
Had a stopped drain in a single bathroom sink. Had tried all the home remedies, to no avail. Jumped onto Yelp and looked for a reputable plumbing service, and I was not disappointed.
Called John, who answered promptly on his cell, traded information. He said we would be working another job but gave me an estimated time of 1pm. Showed up at like 11am (that's right, two hours early) to see if he could take a look. After inspecting the situation, John gave me two possible scenarios and their respective prices before continuing. I appreciated the upfront nature of the possible costs.
It took him a whopping 10 minutes with a hand crank snake-e-doo-dad (not the technical term, I'm told), and this 40 your old sink is running smoooooth. Wrote him a check, he provided a professional-looking invoice, and that was that.
Thanks, John, for being prompt, professional, and most of all, effective. And thanks to Yelpers for giving props where they are due and getting business to those most deserving.

We called yesterday to solve a blockage and do a little pipe work. Eduardo was out maybe 90 minutes later. He gave me estimates before starting the work, two based on where the blockage may be. He cleared the blockage and did a complete re-pipe under the kitchen sink. I am pretty handy and fix almost everything myself, but in this case the sink blocks up at least once a year. He made a few excellent changes to how it was piped so that it can be serviced more easily in the future. Price was reasonable but that is never my priority. I wanted it done in the best possible manner, and done same-day. He did both and I am very pleased with the result. I paid cash but be aware they may charge a little more for using credit card.

Ismael came out on relatively short notice to check on an issue I was having with sewer line odor in my house. He quickly determined that our issue was bad seals on our toilets and promptly changed out the o-rings and resealed. I appreciated his quick assessment and ability to get the job done cleanly. He wore a mask the whole time and was in and out in just over 1 hour.

Shane was was prompt, friendly, courteous and quick. He replaced out broken garbage disposal in no time. He even took time out to play with all of dogs so that they would stop barking at him.

This guy is THEE BEST!! First of all let me say, I'm part Filipino and if y'all don't know, now you know;) so it's no shoes in the house and don't think Leo didn't take off his shoes before entering!! He came prepared, clean socks and all!! I've had several companies come in, to give me a quote on the job that needed to be done and they all wore their shoes and only one other one had shoe sleeves:( LEOS WITH THE ISH LOL HE KNOWS WASSUP;) Not only did he properly check for leaks, he didn't nickel and dime me, gave me the truth on things I thought were issues and didn't lie about them to get over on me and he did part of the job that I needed done right then and there were as other companies only got as far as giving me a quote, if that. Ugh ANNNDD he set up a game plan of how we're going to finish the second half of the job. I needed one new toilet installed which he did right then and there AND hauled my other toilet away including the box the new toilet came in..Yaay..and he discussed our next step for the second part of our little project. He's honest, to the point, a hard worker, respectable, and so easy to talk to and he don't beat around the bush on anything!! The other plumbing companies almost made me feel as if my little issues were never going to be resolved. He's made me finally feel at ease after getting the run around from other plumbers. THANK YOU LEO!!!! YOU THE BOMB!!

Maybe only a quarter star. Remembering the pushy Up Selling of work that did not need to be done. A plumber friend dropped by and then Mikes guys backed down to less than one third his attempted big deal they tried to push..

Stay away from this company. We had a clogged toilet. When I called to schedule today, the lady said first hour is $150 and $100/hr after and a plumber will arrive between 3pm to 5pm. The technician, James Smith (who claimed to be supervisor) came to our home at 5:20pm but could not find the cleanout. Our home is under remodel and our contractor was there. They left me a voicemail at 5:20pm to call them back. I called them back to 5:40pm. The technician said it would take him at most an hour to fix the problem and it's $195 an hour. He called me at 6:30pm saying the job is done and he will charge us 1.5 hrs. He asked me to text him the email so he could send us the invoice. When we got the invoice, he charged us $225 for first hour, and $75 for half an hour. This company is totally dishonest in charging what they quoted. I do agreed with other reviews that this company ripped people off.

We had water leaking into the floor near our laundry and half bath area. Israr and his team immediately identified the leak as coming from the laundry machine. They helped us fix the machine as well. They gave us great advise on how to go about fixing our flooring. Very quick and efficient.

John came out to repair a broken drainage pipe under our sink, and although the job was more involved than originally thought, he did a thorough, meticulous job for a very reasonable price. He was polite, honest, prompt, communicative and I would call him again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend him!

Mario responded to the house call and he's absolutely great - efficient, polite and super nice.
He got my issue resolved in less than an hour upon arrival, and the arrival was within an hour of me putting in the service request on their website. Super easy to schedule and so quick to respond - I will definitely use this service again!

Summary: EXPENSIVE & DEFECTIVE SERVICE - Jeremy came out to detect a leak. We already knew there was a leak in the line from the street to the home (because the leak would continue even if we shutoff water to the home and only way the leak would stop is by shutting off water at the mains). We also knew there was another leak somewhere by shutting off and opening different valves. We called Jeremy because we wanted to know where to dig exactly and repair. After spending about 2 hours, Jeremy pointed out a location of the leak as being under a bush (see picture for report) and charged us $515 for it. We spent $6,500 to have the entire line dug up and guess what .. there wasn't any water line in the location Jeremy pointed out (picture attached). The pipe evidently runs at least 5 feet away. And of course we still had another leak somewhere that Jeremy had not detected. I tried patiently to try and get him out to find that leak - he assured me that if there was another leak, he would come out and detect it free of charge. First he said, he needs the plumbers who repaired the pipe to confirm there was still a leak (which they did), then he said we should get the irrigation shutoff checked (which we did, there was no leak there). Then he was unresponsive for a day, he said he had the flu. A couple of days later he said it was Covid and not the flu, so it'll take longer. Finally, I ran out of patience and asked him for a refund of the fee I paid him. He continued his delay tactics of not being able to chat because he was busy for a few days. He kept insisting he wants to talk about it and come up with more reasons why it wasn't his fault. When I insisted on a firm response on if he will refund for a faulty leak detection which cost me $6500 to repair and another $515 for him and $200 for the landscaper to check the irrigation connections, he said he wouldn't. So potential customers, please be aware of what service you are signing up for. The plumbing repair company said he'd done a bad job, not marked the lines and potentially caused damage by pressurizing the plumbing too much (while trying to detect a leak). They recommended going with American Leak Detection.
I will give Jeremy credit for trying to do a diligent job initially, and for correctly identifying a leak at another property (and when I negotiated with him, he charged me $400 for that since it was easier and quicker to find that leak). That leak detection saved me from tearing up concrete. But I can't imagine if that leak detection was also wrong like the first one, I would have spent another $5000+ only to find out there was no pipe there OR the leak was elsewhere.
Adding a response to Jeremy's reply (10/28):
1) Nowhere in his response does he admit he completely misdiagnosed the leak in the main line. I repeat there was NO PIPE within 5 feet of his identified spot. He has conveniently chosen to overlook that. His response when I showed him a picture of the house to point out the pipe doesn't run where he pointed it out, his response wow, beautiful picture of your house. Nice diversion tactic to avoid accepting that you badly messed up this leak. As you can see from his response he tries to talk about everything except that he completely misdiagnosed this leak.
2) Yes, I did go with a different plumber not because they were cheaper, but because that company was within my home warranty's network, and my portion of the costs were reduced.
3) Yes, I chose to have the pipe replaced because HIS recommended plumber and the one I chose offered a repair cost that was about $2,500 vs. $7K for replacement, but recommended replacing it to avoid further issues. Per Jeremy's suggestion, if I had chosen to repair the pipe, no plumber would have found any pipe where he pointed out the supposed leak. I would have had to replace the pipe anyway or spend more money digging up the concrete where the pipe actually was.
4) And re: submitting the review, I had no choice. I have text evidence of how he kept trying to delay fixing his mistake. And as mentioned in my original review, I was tired of his delays and asked for a refund. He tried to delay that conversation too and when I insisted on a response, he said he wouldn't refund. So I told him that I'm filing a complaint with BBB and Venmo (to dispute the payment) AND submitting reviews on Yelp. There was no threat or implication to do so before he refused to provide a refund. I have text evidence. And if Jeremy has evidence that I threatened a bad review (which is wholly deserved) before he refused a refund, I'd like to see that.
5) And yes, as Jeremy notes, my original outreach said leak in lines FROM meter. I'm not a plumber or contractor who knew that the line from the meter first goes to the house and then to the irrigation system. But by closing different valves, we knew the leak was in the line from the meter. Thanks Jeremy for confirming what we already knew as stated in my review.

Another super satisfied customer! Communication, honesty and reliability are just a few traits you can count on with QPP. We have hired them 3 times now for plumbing items related to remodels and repairs and they are excellent to work with.
Thank You!

Thanks for the awesome professional service we can again use our bath and toilet today!
Our toilets and bathtubs were clogged since last Sunday. One plumber came and said because we don't have a clean-out they needed to dig the front yard and build a new one, which would cost $1800. I don't wanna spend the money so I went on Yelp and found here because of the 5 star reviews.
I called Tonys this morning, they said the earliest schedule I could book was Thursday afternoon. You know best plumbers are always busy. Very nice of them, they gave me a fair flat rate quote, told me to fish around with that price. They also told me even there's no clean-out, it's totally doable from the roof. But many people don't wanna do that or they don't have the license to do it. I had another plumber came over, said the same thing about building a clean-out, with $1600. I asked them to leave and called Tonys again. Thankfully they finished their previous work and had 30mins from the next one. They knew our bad situation so they decided to squeeze us in. Within 30 mins after the call they showed up, finished the work super fast and we have good flush now! They said if I had a clean-out the price would be half of the rate but if I don't need to do it that often it's not worthy. I really admire these two honest professionals.
They offered me $15 Yelp discount, with 30 days warranty. I'll for sure call them the next time!

We replaced an insta-hot faucet in the kitchen, as well as a number of calcified angle stops and a whistling float and valve assembly in a toilet. Henry and his team were very helpful and responsive, and provided good value for the work that we needed done.

This is the third time we've called Marti's, and we couldn't be more pleased. For the job today, we had the recirculating pump on the water heater replaced, one toilet fixed, and a new garbage disposal installed. All the plumbers from Marti's have been excellent. Today, we lucked out and the owner, Victor Martinez, did the work for us. He was very knowledgeable, and explained each job, and the costs, ahead. He got the needed parts quickly, and completed the work efficiently and cheerfully. Also, he cleaned up carefully.

Can't thank Noah's Plumbing and my technician, Bernard, enough for the exceptional service and work he's done to diagnose, fix, and provide information about my water heater.
Everytime I've set up an appointment with Fast Water Heater company, it's exactly 15 days until a person comes in. It's absurd and an unrealistic time frame for someone to come in. And when the guy did come in, he didn't even have the part ready. For an hour, he was ordering the correct part and I was left with signing papers proving that he was there. No work was done and I had to wait another 15 days.
Decided to call up Noah's Plumbing the same day and he was able to arrive in 20 minutes and he even had extra parts ready.
He competently worked on fixing the heater and provided details on what was causing it. Before leaving, he made sure that I can call/text him if another problem arises. I'm finally stress-free and can have hot water running again!
