Aaron worked as lead contractor for a major bathroom remodel and plumbing repairs throughout our home. We became acutely aware of the fact that our problem with several leaks was a major one when an ugly stain appeared on the downstairs ceiling of our dining room. We chose Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter, after receiving several estimates on the repairs, because he was well-connected with other construction workers affiliated with his business who were able to accomplish the entire scope of the necessary work beyond plumbing (like replacing walls and floors, damaged by several long-term hidden leaks). His own workers were amazing! Reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and completely cooperative. A few small problems arose with the sub-contractor (not unusual with a big job). What was unusual was the level of responsibility Aaron accepted when addressing the problems. His response was immediate. Anything we were not entirely happy with was resolved, immediately. In the end, we were highly satisfied with the work, and especially with Aaron as an individual and Aaron's Plumbing & Rooter as a company. We ended up hiring them to work on several other areas of the house, because we trust him, as a person, an expert in his field and a business owner. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this business.

We had a bad blockage due to an angry tenant pouring used cat litter down the drains. Backed up all the way from the main line in to 4 units. Our plumber could not fix. Pablo Diaz at Elite plumbing fixed it in under 2 hours and gave good advice for the future. Thank you Mr. Diaz

I had Bullet Plumbing come out and replaced my water heater and toilet flush valve.

It's cheaper overall if you have multiple things you need work for.

Pricing was reasonable and Trevin did an amazing job. I called him on a weekend and he suggested I wait until Monday because the plumbing warehouse has better water heaters than the big box stores.

He was very honest and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Didn't try to upsell any additional or unnecessary work. And he's experienced in residential and commercial work.

We just moved into a house when we had a problem with the downstairs bathroom. It seemed to be a drain issue. Unfortunately, we relied on the Internet, which led us to Elite Rooter. They sent someone right away, but this technician was apparently trained to scare customers into paying for unnecessary work. The technician did not address the drain out in the back, only one in the front. Then he said that his snake was blocked and that some kind of flap was broken or missing. We were told that there was probably a collapsed pipe. He even called his manager, who gave us an estimate of over $1200 to send a camera in. We are only renting, so we contacted the landlord. Thankfully, we were referred to John. John came in less than an hour and addressed two of our issues for less than half the price we were quoted (for just having a camera sent in). John was professional, quick, and personable. He also gave us lots of advice to prevent future issues. Thanks so much, John! We will refer you to all of our friends.

Our house sewage is connected to a septic tank. One day we noticed some sewage overflowing from a clean-out near the septic tank. We hired a professional plumber to run a snake through our sewage pipe but he could not unblock it so our sewage pipe remained full of water. He then put a camera through our sewage pipe but could not see the real cause of the problem because his camera could not display a clear image under the water. Still he charged us for snaking and running the camera. Furthermore, he told us that our sewage pipe is cracked and quoted us $4,100 to replace the pipe.

So we decided to seek a second opinion from Mike Counsil Plumbing. Mr. Bobby Mata, their Lead Technician and his assistant came the next morning as scheduled. They expertly identified the real cause of our problem, explained it to us clearly, and resolved it immediately. And they charged us only $166. We are grateful to Mr. Mata for being a true professional.

We have to call a plumber at least once a year.  We have frequent drainage problems due to large trees planted near the sewer line. I have used a few different plumbers over the years and have paid anywhere from $100 to $320.

I called $15 Sewer and Drain after reading other reviews on yelp. I specifically asked for Santos Gomez. He was fast, efficient and most importantly honest! He told me what I could do to prevent these problems in the future and it cost me less than $90! It's so refreshing to have excellent service when the norm seems to be the opposite.

Israr helped us fix blocked bathtub. Other plumber came took a look and said he needs to snake it and its gonna cost 150$ but when Israr took a look he just took out some iron part which was blocking the hole. And He just charged me the service fees. Very happy with the service. Definitely recommend!!

John took the time to talk me through a basic repair over the phone. That didn't work so he fit me into his schedule that day. He was prompt on arrival, fixed my bathroom leak and his charge was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Glad to have picked Jeremy for help.  He was professional, punctual and knowledgeable, professional and punctual.  He arrived promptly on promised time and gave me notice in advance of arrival, figured out where the leak was promptly once there.  At the end, he also helped me get a plumber contact to fix the leak on same day.   Thumbs up!!

I have hired Shibli numerous times for home and business.  The most recent time I had a backed up pipe.  He cleared the blockage but it clogged up again two weeks later.  He came back and said that the pipe was definitely blocked by tree roots and that the pipe from the street to the house had to be replaced.  I had worked with him for years so for $3,000, I agreed to have it done.  He came with a type of divining rod to locate the pipe, of which both his worker and I were a little skeptical.  It was not accurate as the bulldozer proceeded to dig up my yard and some of the driveway looking for it.  Eventually, the pipe was found and the replacement began.  However, by the end of the day only half the pipe was replaced and Shibli said that was all he would do.  I said the yard and driveway are ruined and I didn't want to have to go through this again as the root damage might be in the second section of the pipe.  He said it took longer for him to find the pipe so it would cost me another $2,500 for him to come back the following day to finish the job.  What choice did I have?  All said and done, he finished the job, but after examining the replaced pipe, there was no root damage.  Shame on me for trusting him without getting other quotes or drawing up a contract.

I was able to get an appointment within a couple days of my initial call to check out my sluggish drain problem. They were on time for the appointment and completed the work promptly. They were professional yet friendly and engaging. Also, my dog didn't bark at them.

Team arrived on time and provided great support. They were very professional and communicated the expectations and timing for the job.

My 1st experience with Noah's plumbing was last year when we needed a repair to our Rheem water heater. We'd had several plumbers come out to fix it but no one had figured out what was wrong.
