I was dealing with what was an emergency situation for a client whose Gas Stove/range was not working.

Firstly, Aaron was reachable on the phone  vs others that we called and got voicemails. While Aaron, on account of our last minute call and his schedule couldn't come until couple of days later, he asked a series of diagnostic questions on the phone and determined the probable cause. We shared that with another contractor that was working on the site who had not been able to diagnose the issue and it turned out that the probable Aaron had diagnosed was spot on.

While we didn't get a chance to directly work with Aaron, the way he handled the call, the confidence and knowledge he demonstrated and the confidence he gave us encouraged me to post this review. I will definitely have Aaron in mind next time I/my clients need the services he offers.

Very happy with Luis from Elite Rooter! Our kitchen sink was draining extremely slowly...we had a different plumbing service come out and they told us it was going to be $275+ to unclog it. Luis was able to offer the same service for only $69! He was friendly and thorough in his work. Our house is fairly old so it ended up being quite a challenge to unclog, but Luis was persistent and succeeded in fixing the draining issue. Highly recommended!

I had a water heater pipe leaking accident.  They responded very fast and they did a great job replacing the pipes.  I would recommend them!

We live in a Eichler and a couple times each year the plumbing backs up. John always comes out and is on time and does a great job!

This last time I called because our kitchen sink was backed up and my hubby was convinced the pipe had collapsed as it was not draining where it typically does in the overflow. Well... come to find out we had a clog on the line for our kitchen sink and washer and they had been draining to a overflow drain. It had been clogged the entire time we lived here! John cleared the clog in no time and even waited a few extra mins until my hubby arrived to explain everything to him!

John is a pro and we don't use anyone else when we have a plumbing problem!!

I have now worked with Glen on several larger commercial projects. The great thing working with his company is that they are large company with the ability to execute in a timely fashion. Several of our jobs were extremely time sensitive with serious consequences if we don't meet the timeline, Glen organized his team and made it all happen not only on time but ahead of schedule. It was a pleasure working with him and look forward in working with him in the near future.

When you have a husband and 3 sons, plumbing issues are bound to happen. Thanks to one particularly talented child, we were unable to resolve a toilet clog ourselves. We contacted Israr to fix our linky sink faucet and got a quick response! He did a great job with very reasonable pricing. If we have other issues in the future we will contact him again!

I had a drain leak under the kitchen sink that another plumber wanted $650 to repair for an estimated 3 hr job.  Thats over $200/hr so i hired John through yelp based on yelp reviews. John was very professional did exactly what the licensed plumber recommended but he came in at a much more reasonable rate.  Definitely give John a call if you have plumbing issues.  He does excellent work and I would definitely use him again for future plumbing needs.  Thanks John for your service.

I had a plumbing emergency and Plumbtree came to the rescue. I spoke to the owner who was super professional and knowledgeable. He is a recent SMB owner and one who is worth supporting.

Francisco who performed the actual service came on the same day, was very professional and communicative. It took him 2 days to resolve the issue but it was all good.

Jeremy did an excellent job repairing the leak in my skimmer/suction line. He worked with me on my availability due to work schedule. Job done and well!

These guys are smart, thorough and great! They came by on a short notice and were able to take what could of been a $1,000.00 job into a $300.00 job. They turned my 100 year old claw foot tub into a working shower/tub. And if things couldn't get any better on their way out they reversed my 2nd bathrooms hot cold shower faucet to it's correct temperature direction for no charge. Blown away by the service.

Installed s water pressure regulator by Tony. Gave me a simpler solution which saved me more than $100. There is a whistling sound from the regulator, they came back promptly and adjusted the pressure to tune out the noise. Great work and service!

I bought a house with leaks under 2 bath tubs and 1 shower stall according to the house inspector.  I didn't have much luck getting people to come fix it (everyone seems to be busy recently).  Bernard was able to squeeze me in on a relatively short notice but he had to reschedule once since he was too busy.  Once he got here he started assessing the situation.  He communicated very well.  He finished the job on time, fixed all the leaks and also reset the loose toilet in the master bedroom for me.  And the price was reasonable, right around his original estimate. I am very satisfied as a customer and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
