Just moved into a new house and the washing machine draining into the utility sink was backing up out of the kitchen. Stephen was scheduled the same afternoon, was right on time, and got the work done quickly and successfully. He even spent the effort to check underneath the house to make sure my existing drain pipes would not be damaged by snaking and took some videos so I can reference them in the future.

It ended up taking a couple attempts to get the blockage pushed through and Stephen was great with answering all my questions during and after.

Absolutely recommended!

So Kaitlyn set me up for $69 after I told her we needed to snake through the toilet since the house has no clean-out (according to my landlord).
Eddie arrived the next morning and told me total would be $325 if he had to do it from the toilet. I then reached out to Kaitlyn asking her why all of the sudden is $325, but she never responded. AND THIS IS WHY IT'S ONLY A 4 STAR REVIEW.

anyway Eddie then went around the house and told me there IS actually a clean-out so he will do it from outside and still only charge me $69. It took him an hour to fix the issue. TBH Eddie didn't have to tell us and still charged us $325. A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO EDDIE, probably one of the few honest you can still find these days!!!

Needed my drain snaked from calcium build up.   Trevin replied immediately and gave my a quote.  He offered to come out the same day but I put it on hold to tried some acid to dissolve the calcium.   I ended up having to go the mechanical route he was out the next morning after I called him back.

John is wonderful!   We've been using him for various plumbing jobs over the years.   He has replaced bathroom and kitchen faucets, repaired leaks, replaced toilets, etc...   He's always prompt, professional, quick and fair.   Today, I called about a leak under our kitchen sink and decided to finally replace the faucet. He came later in the afternoon and was in and out in 30 minutes.  He even offered to pick up the faucet on his way, but I figured I would want to see it before buying it. I ended up getting exactly what he suggested so I could have just let him pick up the part.  Really great  guy!

Gerardo resolved the root blockage efficiently. From the ways he handled the 'snake', you can tell he is a real pro. He was honest and price was reasonable (he did not charge me for a weekend rate like some plumber did).

Shane came to investigate a problem I had with my faucets. He was very nice and knew what he was doing. He didn't charge me for the consultation and said I could wait to fix them. I will definitely call him when they need fixing. I would highly recommend him!

Leo replaced my broken water heater, repaired my leaking sprinkler system, and replaced some leaking spigots. He was very personable, prompt, and worked quickly. The quality of his work was great and he cleaned up everything before leaving.

I was away from home when I recieved a call from my wife telling me that water was leaking from our air vents. She immediately got online and found Mike Counsil Plumbing and it was a blessing she found them. She called and spoke with Regina and Connie who were absolutely AMAZING!!! Their Customer Service and all around warm personalities were just what my wife needed to keep her calm since I was not at home at the time. They sent over a Plumber by the name of Francisco and our experience with Mike Counsil Plumbing only got better. He was the ultimate professional and an expert who knew exactly what he was doing when it came to his job. The way he took his time and explained things in a way for my wife to understand was truly AMAZING. Had a problem with my bathroom faucet  and decided it was time to call someone since i couldn't fix it and it was leaking like crazy.

I called their office and they said someone would be out within the hour, half an hour later Robert showed up on my door step.

It would have been a huge project but Robert helped me out just by providing me a temporary solution which was exactly what i needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me some advice and was on his way.

Since it was more advice than anything i was charged 16.50. They told me over the phone service per hour would be 86 dollars, at least they were clear.  

Overrall very good company upon first impression, can't wait to consult and have them do all my plumbing in my bathroom.

I had a drain clogged, so I tried the Yelp message service to reach out to several plumbers for a quote. Mr. Khan was one of the few that responded with a reasonable price, and I was able to book the appointment right there.
Mr. Khan showed up the next day on time. His crew was actually still busy with another job, but he didn't want to let me wait, so he came over by himself. He drained my main line and I think he did a fairly thorough job. He took out a piece of roots that was clogging the line.

Overall, my experience was excellent. Mr. Khan was professional, responsive, and has a great attitude. I am really glad that I have found them and will definitely use them again.

John was on time, professional and did good work for us.  We had an urgent water leak issue at the water meter.  We called a few plumbers and handy men, they were either too busy or wanted to charge us an arm and leg for some basic plumbing work.   We finally found John via Yelp, he returned our call right away.  

He arrived promptly with appropriate tools, and was able to assess the issue quickly.   He did a good job fixing the pipe, removed some roots, and gave the pipe a good angel to help alleviate some future pressure that may come from a nearby tree.  Since he was already there, we asked if he could help take a look at our broken sprinkler system.  He fixed those for us too.  I would definitely recommend him not only because he is a honest guy with a great attitude, but also he does excellent plumbing work.  And the price is very reasonable.  I would call him again.

Can you imagine winter with no hot water? We had that nightmare yesterday until we found Plumbtree Plumbing and Rooter, Inc. Anthony saved our life! They are super honest, professional and a really serious company. I don't think anyone can take care of an emergency better than them. Jeremy did an amazing job for us. We had a leak in our pool filtration system. Jeremy came and detected the leak. He then had his crew come and open the concrete and fixed all leaks. He had to come days later because we still weren't getting water through to the filter. He then sent another expert to make sure that the filtration was working and got it fixed.
It's a pleasure working w someone that guarantees his work and makes sure things are fixed and functional even after payment. I highly recommend him

Found Quality Plus on Yelp. After I replaced washer and dryer, the water supply valves behind w/d started to leak. At a time when all good plumbers were busy for weeks, Shibli agreed to come next morning. He was on time, quick to diagnose and sincere in working to fix the problem. After he fixed the w/d valves, I showed him a few other minor plumbing issues that I was having and he fixed all of them for a very reasonable price. He is the first one in my list of plumbers (I have a list, as plumbers are busy and never available when you need them :))next time I need one now.

Tony and Rick to detect and repair a slow gas leak in my place, they arrived on time and detected and repaired the leak in the crawlspace. The price isn't cheap, but the job was done professionally.

They have completed the job, but will think twice before calling them again.
They didn't use boot/dirt protectors and left my house very dirty.
Usually plumbers clean their mess before they leave. HR Silicon Valley just left the worksite very dirty behind them.

The guys were here to install a tankless water heater which is quite a bit work. They spent some quality time making sure it was located correctly, all the fittings were professionally done and solid, and all the trash and old water heater was carted away. Great work and i would not hesitate to use them again.

I had a hunch based on the warning signs that I likely had a blockage in the main sewage drain that went out to the street.  After speaking with a few plumbers on the phone who weren't able or willing to tackle this task I got in touch with Bernard at Noah's Plumbing.

He was on another job when I called but came over within an hour and quickly assessed the situation.  Throughout his time at my home he communicated clearly on all the things he was doing, the charges involved and was able to keep my house clean and tidy while dealing with the muck.

In the end he pulled some roots out of my sewer pipe with his fantastical sewer snake machine and now all is well again.

5 stars for prompt service, a genuinely nice guy to deal with and he solved my plumbing problem for what I thought was a very reasonable price given it is the Thanksgiving holiday.
