To wake up to water on the floor is a nightmare. I called, set up a time and they came in and handled things right away. They wore all covid protective gear and took care of my situation with no problem. They were detailed about everything and are very transparent in all they were doing. I will never go else where. Gerardo is the plumber which did our work.  I was impressed with his dedication to completing the job, his professionalism and work ethic.
He came out on a Saturday and was unable to find the parts.  He drove about 20 miles to find the parts and then returned on Saturday night (after 6 pm) to complete the work! I really appreciate this!!

As contractors for the city, they cleaned out the sewer lateral.  In the process, they made a mess and broke an irrigation drip line.

I was away from home when I recieved a call from my wife telling me that water was leaking from our air vents. She immediately got online and found Mike Counsil Plumbing and it was a blessing she found them. She called and spoke with Regina and Connie who were absolutely AMAZING!!! Their Customer Service and all around warm personalities were just what my wife needed to keep her calm since I was not at home at the time. They sent over a Plumber by the name of Francisco and our experience with Mike Counsil Plumbing only got better. He was the ultimate professional and an expert who knew exactly what he was doing when it came to his job. The way he took his time and explained things in a way for my wife to understand was truly AMAZING. Mike Counsil is hands down the best Plumbing service in the Bay Area and I cant thank them enough for what the did for us.

We were very happy with $15; I believe that hourly rate is currently $80.  When our kitchen line backed up and was spilling water in the garage, Nick came out.  He was very nice and helpful; I would request him in the future.  When we had the same problem a few weeks later, a supervisor came out.  No charge for the second visit.  I would highly recommend them.

I had water leaky issue under the bathroom faucet.    I was trying to ask quotes from few plumbers and sent the description of the issue, but most of the plumbers asked me to call back to schedule for a estimate except Plumbing Connection.  Israr (owner of Plumbing connection) was the first one who replied my quote in few mins and provided me the reasonable estimation directly.     He provided me the service schedule immediate.   During the service, he was able to answer all my questions and provided me a better parts (comparing to my old parts).    His team was able to fix my issue within one hour.   His team is very professional.

We've had John here on two separate occasions. He'd likely be the first one we call if we need anything. We highly recommend him. He's fixed faucets, doors, toilets. If he can't fix it, he'll let you know.

I had to find a plumber to repair corroded connections before installing a new washer. Since I had active leaking, I needed someone out the same day and Mario at Plumbtree was able to come within an hour and repair and replace the fixtures. Professional, friendly and a reasonable price for the last-minute call. I can definitely recommend Plumbtree Plumbing!

I dont usually give reviews but Jeremy was Great.i called the city about a water leak on there side of course they said no theres no leak  its coming from the sprinklers.  Sure it is so they left .i called Jeremy to come out and double check it for me and yep sure enough he found a leak on the city side. Thank you Jeremy at least now we have a fighting chance to get them to fix there part.

After hours of trying, Quality Plus Plumbing was the only plumbing service I could get to promptly return my call, offer to service my neighborhood, and make an appointment. After explaining the issue on the phone, Quality Plus explained the various options to fix the problem, and what it would cost for each, letting me know ahead of time what to expect. The issue ended up resolving itself, but I really appreciated Quality Plus's quick turn around time and the communication. If any problems arise in the future we will be calling Quality Plus again.

We had a plugged sewer line, causing backup in the garage utility sink.  I called Tony and he and Ricky came out the next morning.  They were right on schedule, and had the problem cleared within 45 minutes, and were on their way, and we got back to our schedule.
The price was reasonable, and they were very courteous and professional.  I will call them again when needed.

After dealing with a lot of nonsense from a couple other plumbers who surprisingly had good reviews on yelp, I contacted these guys.  Their response timing is excellent.  Henry showed up and what was more impressive than his knowledge an attitude was his cleanliness and organizational skills.  I am not a plumber nor do I know much about plumbing, but I'm a pretty good judge of character and as soon as this guy stepped out of his van I could tell he knows what he's doing.  He fixed a couple leaks and on a Sunday messaged me to drop off an extra part for me.  Highly recommended.

Overpriced. Did not fix the issue completely, it came back in 1 month. Also, urged to replace the ironcast pipe with plastic one and gave a quote that is more than 3x of typical cost. Turns out the pipe was already plastic.

Noah had the parts in stock and fixed my Rheem in 30 min. He scheduled the visit for the next day. He answered all my text messages quickly. I would use him again and recommend him to whoever has issues with their water heater.
