I used the project feature for the first time in yelp and was sent Aaron's as a referral. They responded quickly on a Friday night during a holiday weekend. I was given a 10-12 service window for the next morning! Technician arrived promptly at 10am assessed the situation and described the situation in detail for me. I don't know much about pipes and plumbing and the technician answered all my questions. Gave me an estimate before starting project. Cleared my drain clog in about an hour. Price was comparable to other estimates I was given. $250 to snake and clear drain, checked pipes under house for any leaks or external corrosion. Happy job was done quickly and cleanly.

Had a clogged kitchen drain and did a yelp search and came across Elite and was lured in by the $69 clogged drain advertisement so I scheduled my appointment and after the technician came by and looked at my drain he said the $69 is only for drains that have an outside access and in my case he had to go under the sink and take apart a pipe to clear the drain. Wound up paying over $300 but didn't have time to shop around and get a 2nd quote to confirm this was a reasonable price so I just bit the bullet and they got the job done.

Great company all around! Bullet plumbing does exceptional work and are more than easy to work with. I won't call anybody else but them from now on. Keep up the great work, guys!

I called Midas in the morning about a plumbing problem in the kitchen. He was able to schedule me for an early afternoon visit. He cleared the main line that was backed up, and then explained to us why running the disposal was causing blow-back on the other side of the kitchen sink. It turns out we have a smaller pipe. He was honest about the issue and explained that changing the pipe was not worth the cost. I probably could have save him a trip and our cost, but at least we got the main line cleaned out. I see it as regular maintenance--yes, homes need that too! Overall, I recommend Midas wholeheartedly.

I can't say enough about Gerardo at Fantastic Rooter. I had a garbage disposal that failed. I called Gerardo and he installed one the next day. Gerardo is a lifesaver as usual. Thank you for being there one I need you, Gerardo. He came in with garbage disposal for me and installed it in less than an hour. He is quick, efficient, and clean.

They booked me for next day appointment and then cancel the next day without giving me a legit reason!

Get your act together!  So non-professional! Don't use them!

I needed to have all three of my old toilets replaced and our middle bathroom upstairs shower replaced as well. The Mike Counsil Plumbing & Rooter employees did an 'excellent' job in getting the work done in a very timely manner.  They also found a crack in our toilet flange which would have cost us a lot more money if it had split open. They showed us the crack so we wouldn't think they were trying to pull a fast one over us. All the gentlemen who came to our house to do the work, supervise and do the inspection were not only very professional but very friendly as well. My husband and I want to thank the following for all their hard work: Oscar C., Edward, Jacob, James Ragone, Mario, Alex, Antonio, and finally Bobby Xmata.

$425 to fix a bathroom sink which needed a new pop up assembly, supply lines and shut off valves.
After the plumber left I checked his work and everything leaked. I immediately called and the lady said she would contact the plumber and get back to me. After trying the rest of that day and next morning I called another plumber to fix the problem. The new plumber said all parts used were used! And I saved every thing to show the company.
I was told I would be credited for the cost of the new plumber. Now I'm just getting the run around. I asked if they talked to the guy who came out to my house. He left on leave right after my job. I asked to talked to the manager and guess what...he is on extended leave.
$200 to replace a pop up assembly with a used washer. $225 for used supply lines and angle stops. After calling around and having the work done properly, I was told I was WAY over charged, even if parts were new.
Very dishonest, unethical, shady work.
If I receive my credit I will delete this review.

We had an issue with our shower where water would Continue coming out of the spout when the shower head got turned on. I reached out and they responded immediately with a competitive price compared to others I had reached out to and fixed the issue. Did good job overall. Would recommend.

John Wakefield saved the day!  The entire innards of my toilet tank disintegrated, practically overnight.  John replaced everything, including the inlet valve.  (I thought it might take a re-pipe (very costly), but John rebuilt my toilet in an hour. The tank now fills in 30 seconds, instead of 3 minutes! He is pleasant, honest, respectful, and very detail oriented.  I know that no one will see his work on the inside of my toilet tank, but, trust me, it's beautiful!

Quick response from Anthony and Tristan. They did a great job and cleaned up perfectly! We'll call them again if we need a plumber !

My mother's house was suspected of having a leak. I set the appointment up and it was agreed she would pay $250. When the technician got there, he did the work and gave her a bill for $300. When she said the quote was for $250, he told her that was the cash price and it was $50 more to write a check! She said she would pay him cash and he insisted on following her to the bank. Did not appreciate this practice.

Owner Shibli deserves every star that he has received. He is a mild mannered guy, very professional and meticulous, made light work of what seemed to be a pretty complicated kitchen faucet installation. I made the appointment over the weekend, he showed up on time and within an hour, I have a working kitchen faucet that looks worthy of a magazine. All this at a very reasonable price. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

Tony and Rick were great - answered my phone and I texted them with my address.  The team showed up within 30 minutes.  I needed to install emergency gas shut-off.  They gave me a quote and I gave them the authorization and they promptly completed the job.  I paid via credit card with receipt emailed to me for my records.  These guys are straight shooters and take pride in their work.  Very happy with overall experience.

SCAMMERS!!! SCAMMERS!!! SCAMMERS!!! OMG! Do not use these guys!  They came out to hook my up dishwasher & install a sink.  TheY FLOODED MY KITCHEN THREE TIMES!  They would supposedly finish the job and the next day something would be leaking.  I paid them over $1500 for INCOMPETENCE. In fact, I had someone come out to access my flooring and it was soaked full of water underneath the floor.  They also partially flooded my garage and told me it was the washer hook up and it would cost me over $1000 to redo the plumbing.  It WAS NOT the washer plumbing, it was their incompetence that was not even related to my washer and they were trying to SCAM me. The damage was that my wall, floor and cupboards were soaked and need to be removed. These guys are totally incompetent and never apologized for anything.  AND HAD THE NERVE TO BILL ME! I was so stupid I PAID them.  I will never get my money back.

AND ....saga continues, they were suppose to hook up my gas line to my new stove.  They said they had to check for gas leaks in the pipeline due to federal regulations.  Upon assessment, they told me I had a gas leak and that it was not that bad.  REALLY? A gas leak that was not that bad??? THEN they wanted me to sign a contract for repairing the gas line and hooking up my stove for approximately $1200!! really?!!  I called PG&E they told me that for FREE they would immediately come out because there was a gas leak.  PG&E was at my house in 15 minutes, and tested for leaks,  thank you PG&E.   AND THERE WERE NONE!  Im so glad I didn't sign the contract with the HR Silicon Valley Plumbers for $1200.  The PGE guy was furious with the plumbers that were at my house when he came out. and because it was the day before Xmas, he was so nice (Erin) he hooked up my stove for free!!!! yes FREE!!!   Thank you Erin and PG&E!    First of all, there are NO FED REGULATIONS stating plumbers need to inspect my gas lines and second of all THERE WERE NO GAS LEAKS!  These bozos flooded my kitchen and screwed up plumbing under my sink.  I was even so stupid as to give them Xmas cookies when they were here...Do not mix these guys up with Silicon Valley Plumbing in San Jose. They have 5 star review and when I went to check reviews for HR Silicon Valley , I thought they were Silicon Valley & mixed them up and got a bunch of SCAMMERS.  BEWARE OUT THERE!

On Saturday, my upstairs toilet had overflowed or leaked and water had somehow flowed from there into a fluorescent light fixture in the kitchen downstairs. I didn't really understand what had happened and was happy that someone could come out so quickly on a Saturday. It was only 90 minutes from the time I called Rich till Dean came out. He was very professional and explained what he thought was the cause - the wax seal, primarily, but also poor condition of the fittings in the tank, fill valve/ball cock and flapper as well as the short pipe/valve coming out of the wall.  He explained it well and I did not feel upsold when I decided to get the toilet replaced at marginally more than the cost of repair. We even discussed the chemicals to get for removing the grout/caulking from the footprint of the existing toilets.

He called, as promised, on Monday with an update on the toilets that he'd ordered and called on Tuesday to offer an earlier appointment. He knew I was anxious to just get things done. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it an earlier appointment and we held off till Thursday.

On Thursday, he called ahead of arrival well within the promised window, and then showed up with Jean. The two of them worked quickly and cleanly. As they found problems like the flange being significantly lower than the floor surface, they alerted me and, again, informed me of options so I could decide what to do. When they were done, Dean walked me through the repair and was wiping things down for spots I didn't even notice.

I cannot say enough about how professional and conscientious Dean and Jean were, Barring any unforeseen problems, I'll be recommending Marti's Plumbing in the future.

Bernard went above and beyond today.  He arrived on time to replace the pilot assembly in our water heater and did the repair at a reasonable price.  After he left, we still had hot water issues, but it turned out to have nothing to do with the heater or his work. But, he kept talking and texting with me and diagnosed the true plumbing problem over the phone at no additional charge.  Super helpful and honest.
