They are great! I've used them twice now. Each time, they responded quickly and got the job done in a timely manner. I'd definitely call on them again.

Reportedly could not find problem and made us pay for a camera to check the issue. They took a minute and said they could not see a problem. Charged us $500 for nothing. We ended up renting a machine to do it ourselves and unplumbed on our first try.

I had a plumbing emergency this morning. Literally water pouring from my upstairs bathroom to the lower level bathroom.
I called Bullet Plumbing this morning at about 9:15 (I had used them before for a clog and they were great). They were at my house by 9:40, found where the problem was coming from, and stopped any further damage. He rushed here between jobs to take care of it.  
They returned after finishing their scheduled job, finished the work and cleaned up afterwards (the work was all done by 1:30pm same day!).
They were very polite, efficient, professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Bullet Plumbing, and will use them for any future needs

About as pleasant of an experience for which one can hope.  

Had a stopped drain in a single bathroom sink.  Had tried all the home remedies, to no avail.  Jumped onto Yelp and looked for a reputable plumbing service, and I was not disappointed.  

Called John, who answered promptly on his cell, traded information.  He said we would be working another job but gave me an estimated time of 1pm.  Showed up at like 11am (that's right, two hours early) to see if he could take a look.  After inspecting the situation, John gave me two possible scenarios and their respective prices before continuing.  I appreciated the upfront nature of the possible costs.  

It took him a whopping 10 minutes with a hand crank snake-e-doo-dad (not the technical term, I'm told), and this 40 your old sink is running smoooooth.  Wrote him a check, he provided a professional-looking invoice, and that was that.

Thanks, John, for being prompt, professional, and most of all, effective.  And thanks to Yelpers for giving props where they are due and getting business to those most deserving.

Great Company. I was impressed with the customer service. I had a Reverse osmosis system installation and it went smoothly. I liked how they recommend the best system and gave me options to decide what was best for me. I will definitely use again

We had them put to replace a portion of our drain line from the kitchen when it corroded over the years and were initially pleased.

We called them back to replace a different portion recently that they replaced.

They said the whole line needed to be replaced. 60 feet in a crawl space.

They gave us a quote that didn't quite make sense. We knew the lengths they'd replaced before and what they cost and their quote was way over what we were anticipating for a full line replacement.

But we called them anyway, and asked them to come back.

They promised a return call, but we didn't hear from them for days and still haven't two weeks later, even after me calling back a few times.

We went with a different plumber who took pictures and video of our crawl space. What became perfectly clear was the following:

To get to the clogged part of our drain, Able would have either needed to disconnect our air ducts or would have smashed them. They were near perfect, untouched, and had no evidence of detachment and reattachment. I don't know what part of the pipe they replaced when they came out the second time, but it wasn't the part causing our issues. Our issues were nearer the sink, and they never touched that area.

The portion they did replace was not angled in a way to prevent future clogs. They were angled in a way that actually created more. They basically stuffed new pipe into old pipe in an upwards angle. Our clogs were caused by this.

The plumbing company we finally trusted for this job was impeccable, taking video under our house, showing where the issues came from (Able!), and fixing them.

They replaced the whole line for $900 less than what Able originally quoted us the last time they were at our house, and guaranteed their work for two years.

We are out nearly $1000 with Able for a situation that only created more problems. Seriously thinking about taking them to small claims court while I finally am doing laundry without fear.

Great experience! Had a leak and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Shane was able to get here within 30 minutes. He did all the tests to see where it was coming from. It turned out to the water heater.  He told me what I had to do and didn't charge me 1 cent. Definitely saving him as the #1 plumber!!!

Called Leo to replace a garbage disposal. Next day service,up front price and was professional, quick and careful to clean up after they were done. Thank you Leo!

I was away from home when I recieved a call from my wife telling me that water was leaking from our air vents. She immediately got online and found Mike Counsil Plumbing and it was a blessing she found them. She called and spoke with Regina and Connie who were absolutely AMAZING!!! Their Customer Service and all around warm personalities were just what my wife needed to keep her calm since I was not at home at the time. They sent over a Plumber by the name of Francisco and our experience with Mike Counsil Plumbing only got better. He was the ultimate professional and an expert who knew exactly what he was doing when it came to his job. The way he took his time and explained things in a way for my wife to understand was truly AMAZING. Mike Counsil is hands down the best Plumbing service in the Bay Area and I cant thank them enough for what the did for us.

Kitchen sink was clogging up for a couple days and by Saturday we could not get the thing to drain anymore. So we called $15 to see if they could come out same day and if they would charge an arm and a leg to come out on a weekend.
Were told we could get someone out on the same day between 11am and 1pm and that they would call when they knew exactly when they could be there....got a phone call around 11 that the plumber was on his way.  Good stuff!
He got there shortly thereafter and after removing some pipes, quickly snaked them out and problem was solved. Took maybe 20 minutes and price was VERY reasonable considering what we have paid in the past to other plumbers for our toilet and shower plumbing issues.

This is the second time I've needed a plumber for our place and like the first, they came out the same day I called and fixed our issue right away. Definitely recommended. Fast and friendly!

Axel is incredible! He took care of a stubborn main line clog which my father and I tried to snake for hours in just a matter of minutes. Francisco then came out and used his camera + locator to find some tree roots which were growing inside my main line. They fixed the immediate problem, and set me up with the right information to handle the longer term issue. Professional, prompt, and expert service executed swiftly. Could not ask for anything more. Bullseye did an excellent job locating the leak in my swimming pool.  Jeremy returned my message, showed up when scheduled, and located the leak.   He even referred me to a person that fixed the leak.   They were great too!   Overall, a great experience with Bullseye.   Jeremy even followed up with me a few weeks after to make sure we located the leak during the repair!

Tyler and Jose came in and took care of our requests on time and on budget they had quoted earlier.  they made sure to clean up after their work and were pleasant to deal with.  Tyler even was nice enough to let us know about why our toilet was leaking and took care of it in a few seconds.  Great company to work with.

We bought a new house and had a few plumbing issues after a couple months.  The washing machine wouldn't drain and we had issues with the toilet and shower draining.  I called up Tony over the weekend and he was there on Monday ready to set things right.  The drains needed snaking throughout the house and some adjustments were needed on the shower.  He got it all working while showing me what exactly what he was doing.  He taught me about how the system worked, where the clean-outs/vents were and basically how to avoid needing to give him a call next time.  It's tough to find a plumber who is willing to show you a few tricks that will keep you from calling him, but that is the kind of service Tony provides. Plus all costs were discussed up front, there were no hidden fees, and he was right on time.

Tony did a great job and I would recommend him to anytime.  I would tell my grandmother to call him because the job will get done well!

We had our water heater go out and I got a few folks who called to give us quotes. Henry the owner called and walked me through what the work entailed. Not only did he explain the work but also explained the value of getting it inspected. He was able to get me up to speed with what I should expect from any plumbers who would come out and things required to meet code. This helped gauge if the other companies where doing the right thing or where just doing a quick job. Swapping a water heater can be cheap, but doing it right and getting it up to code is important because I don't want reoccurring issues.

While HR Silicon Valley wasn't the cheapest, they were also not the most expensive. The difference in the level of work was clear though. Henry has a high standard and the fact that getting things up to code + inspection is the start made me feel like they were the right company.

Abel came out and was extremely professional. He was able to show up to the job early which was great. He explained what the course of action was and after agreeing, he got to work. Our setup was particularly difficult but Abel got everything setup and up to code. A few days later he was present to get his work signed off by an inspector. I look forward to calling HR Silicon Valley Plumbers in the future.

We needed our main line snaked. I called first thing in the morning and, not only did they actually answer, but they sent someone right away. Dragon was courteous, professional, and speedy. Next time I need any plumbing services, Marti's will be first on my call list!
