We are very happy with the work Aaron's plumbing and Rooter did on our house. We had all the water pipes, the main water line, and our water heater replaced as well as a new water conditioner system installed.  Not only did they have the best estimate among the companies we talked to but they got the work done quickly. They were also the only company we talked to who was able to tunnel under our driveway to replace the main water line instead of having to dig a trench next to our driveway or dig up our driveway. The owner Aaron was super helpful and always quick to respond to questions.  I highly recommend Aaron's plumbing and Rooter.

Eddie and Armando were very professional and helpful. They came to check the water softener and explained what should I do to resolve the problems. Though they couldn't make everything done right away, they do gave me some good suggestions. Really appreciated. Highly recommended!

I had someone who had already agreed to come out but I got a reply to my request from this business saying estimate: $80 and availability: [today's date 12-2pm].  So I canceled the person I had coming out and booked this one through Yelp, receiving a confirmed appointment.  Then I got this message: You need to call me for pricing and availability. Yelp makes me put a price down before I can reply. I just put 80 dollars.

I called and he said he put down a random price and a random availability and said he didn't even know where I lived and whether he could help (despite that I'd put down my address on my service request.)  I replied that those aren't supposed to be random and took them at face value, then gave the phone to my husband so he could explain the plumbing situation.    The plumber said Hey bro, I don't work for $80, at which point my husband said that we'd decline his service.

He told my husband Go fuck yourself, bitch. Lol we couldn't believe it.  After we got off the phone we just laughed.  Still don't have a plumbing appointment, though.

Edit:  The plumber claims I tried to blackmail him.  This is not the case.  I believe my exact words were I would hope you'd honor the price you quoted me because I already cancelled another appointment based on your estimate.  Never mentioned reviews on the phone whatsoever.  This is an honest review of what happened with direct quotes where possible.  Trying to say you said Have a good day when I clearly heard you curse at my husband through the phone is something else.  I almost never post reviews but only did so in this case due to the exceptional experience.

I'll provide a screenshot of the conversation so you all can see that, yes he says to call him for pricing and availability, but also clearly provides a price estimate and availability which allowed me to book and confirm, so I'm not sure why I wouldn't take that at face value.  He later said on the phone those were random numbers.  The reader can decide whether that's an honest way to do business.

...today I needed a good plumber,  and without hesitation I called John first thing in the morning.  He knocked on my door at 1PM on the dot as promised, fixed the problem, did a little preventative maintenance, and was on his way in a timely fashion.  Thanks John!!!  You're the best!!

Our water heater broke down and needed to be replaced. Jaime was the first to address the situation. The installation was done by Francisco and Kevin. They were professional and cleaned up after the installation. We were truly impressed. Shout out to the very diligent, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Yasmin, who took our call and answered all my questions very courteously. Highly recommend this business.

This place is a rip off. The manager Mark threatened to put a lien on my property after I refused to pay $150+ (for something that cost $50 at home depot) for a tiny plastic cartridge for my shower knob valve.

They also charge a credit card surcharge of a couple percent

Their guy messed up w the installation of the cartridge and billed me for their mistake as well.

They told my property mgmt that they'd shut down the water between specific hours. (Full day) We're still without water --passed the stated time.

Shane is super friendly, practical and knowledgeable! We requested a quote and got respond within 30 mins. He even offered us tips to do diagnose first to ensure we don't waste money on easy issue.

Come and look at a leak under the sink.  Besmir and his assistant arrived right on time, identified the problem quickly and offered me several options With pricing to consider.

Once I decided what I wanted they began. They wore shoes covers to protect my floor and put down a mat so their tools never touched my floors. The job was completed to my complete satisfaction. They even cleaned under the sink before they left.  Amazingly professional.

I will use them again and highly recommend them.  Well done.

Two visits with very knowledgeable and honest plumbers.  It's not $15.  That was probably when the business first started.  But compared to other companies, it is more reasonably priced.

Have an appointment with plumbing connection between 9am-11am. They came right on time at 9am. Super nice and friendly. Get right to work. Very professional. After 15 mins. The clogged sink is taking care of. They are working on my garbage disposal. Nice guys, good price and professional work. Highly recommended!!! Thank you plumbing connection!!

John did replace my kitchen faucet today. He is very responsible, easy to contact with. He is organized and got the job done neatly. He also helped me with small fence fix.  I will definitely call him later for any plumbing or handyman job.

FRAUD ALERT! The only reason this plumber has so many positive reviews is because he cheats his customers. I was majorly duped by Glenn, and was charged $1064 to clear a blocked toilet! He first said that it will cost me $664. Then Glenn said that he could not find the blockage so it's most likely outside the house and he will need to come back in the morning to dig and cut pipes in order to clear the blockage and it will cost me over $2,000.00 and that I will not have any use of toilets until the following day. When I asked him to reinstall the toilet, since it was functioning prior to his arrival and got backed up only while I was using dishwasher and washer at the same time. He said it was not possible, but he could get his partner to come out and bring a better tool that might work for additional $400. I agreed, since being stuck without the use of toilets for the night and next day was not an option. I felt completely ripped off!!! Glenn couldn't find the blockage, and then oh miracle! as soon as I paid $1064 he was able to find and clear the blockage within 15 minutes!
I went ahead and wrote an honest review, warning all the single moms and women out there about Glenn's practices. The following day Glen reached out, offering a full refund in exchange of me removing my negative review. After confirming the refund on my credit card statement, I gave him a 4 star review. Imagine my surprise when refund disappeared from my credit card statement. I made sure to check from computer, thinking there is a glitch with my cell phone. . . . no refund! He must have cancelled it as soon as I changed my review, in hopes I will not notice. DOUBLE DUPED! I bet I am not the first one and there are unsuspecting customers out there who changed their reviews from negative to positive without noticing reversed refunds.
Glenn took advantage of a single mom by MAJORLY OVERCHARGING and CHEATING!!!

No Glen, you took a screenshot of while transaction was pending, and promptly cancelled it. My credit card company confirmed  that no refund has been issued. I have filed a case with fraud department.

Jeremy did a wonderful job on our home. He was professional and quick. He found our leak. He took his time and took many readings until he was sure he had found the location. He suggested we use our home insurance to take care of the water damage which ultimately saved us a couple thousand dollars. I'm a contractor myself, so I'm typically tougher to please than the average customer. I'd recommend Bullseye anytime.

Shibli and Robert fixed a number of issues:
a) leaking faucet to my washer in the garage
b) replaced water shut-off valve and hose outlet outside the house
c) put a pressure reducing valve
The whole process from scheduling to completion was smooth,
efficient and professional.

Tony visited my home to give me an estimate on water softener, water heater installation and hose bib repair. Although he was late for the appointment, thankfully, he did give me a call in advance to let me know he was being late. When he left, he said he would send me an quote by email. After weekend, I didn't receive the quote from him. I text him and he gave me a call to explain why he didn't send me the email yet. Basically, he says that his email system (server) had technical issue. As of now, more than 2 weeks passed since he visited. But I didn't receive the quote from him. I don't know whether he didn't like the work or just forgot it. However, I'm not going to waste my time keep anymore begging the quote.

Thanks Ryan and David for making the repair to our bath tub faucet! It was great to have the repair done within just a few hours of calling to set up an appointment.

Please don't ever call Marti's plumbing service. I called for replacing the faucet in my bathroom. My need was to simply remove the broken faucet and replace it.  And I will be providing all the hardware. A service man by the name Bernardo came in and said he will charge $150 for just REMOVING the broken faucet. At this point I declined his service.

Noah had the parts in stock and fixed my Rheem in 30 min. He scheduled the visit for the next day. He answered all my text messages quickly. I would use him again and recommend him to whoever has issues with their water heater.
