I used the project feature for the first time in yelp and was sent Aaron's as a referral. They responded quickly on a Friday night during a holiday weekend. I was given a 10-12 service window for the next morning! Technician arrived promptly at 10am assessed the situation and described the situation in detail for me. I don't know much about pipes and plumbing and the technician answered all my questions. Gave me an estimate before starting project. Cleared my drain clog in about an hour. Price was comparable to other estimates I was given. $250 to snake and clear drain, checked pipes under house for any leaks or external corrosion. Happy job was done quickly and cleanly.

I had a very good experience with Elite Rooter.  Responded to my inquiry right away and set up a free estimate.  Matt came on time and discovered the water heater had a leak when I thought it was a pilot light problem.  Will definitely use Elite rooter again for future plumbing problem.

I had someone who had already agreed to come out but I got a reply to my request from this business saying estimate: $80 and availability: [today's date 12-2pm].  So I canceled the person I had coming out and booked this one through Yelp, receiving a confirmed appointment.  Then I got this message: You need to call me for pricing and availability. Yelp makes me put a price down before I can reply. I just put 80 dollars.

I called and he said he put down a random price and a random availability and said he didn't even know where I lived and whether he could help (despite that I'd put down my address on my service request.)  I replied that those aren't supposed to be random and took them at face value, then gave the phone to my husband so he could explain the plumbing situation.    The plumber said Hey bro, I don't work for $80, at which point my husband said that we'd decline his service.

He told my husband Go fuck yourself, bitch. Lol we couldn't believe it.  After we got off the phone we just laughed.  Still don't have a plumbing appointment, though.

Edit:  The plumber claims I tried to blackmail him.  This is not the case.  I believe my exact words were I would hope you'd honor the price you quoted me because I already cancelled another appointment based on your estimate.  Never mentioned reviews on the phone whatsoever.  This is an honest review of what happened with direct quotes where possible.  Trying to say you said Have a good day when I clearly heard you curse at my husband through the phone is something else.  I almost never post reviews but only did so in this case due to the exceptional experience.

I'll provide a screenshot of the conversation so you all can see that, yes he says to call him for pricing and availability, but also clearly provides a price estimate and availability which allowed me to book and confirm, so I'm not sure why I wouldn't take that at face value.  He later said on the phone those were random numbers.  The reader can decide whether that's an honest way to do business.

Once again, John saved the day for me.  Late last night as I was washing dishes, I had a major water leak coming from the bottom of my old garbage disposal. I left a voice message for John and he called me back first thing in the morning.  Since he's closed on Sunday's, John made an exception to come to my condo to replace my garbage disposal.  Such great service.  I highly recommend John.  He's professional, friendly, service is excellent, and his service prices are fair.  John has also came to replace my bathroom sink and tub fixtures in the past which he did an excellent job.  The above picture is the new garbage disposal he replaced. I'm one happy customer.  He's my go to Plumber.  ‍

Every time I have requested a service from them they have been exceptional. For all my emergencies I have had, they are there and willing to help me out in any way I need. Always going above and beyond in their work and explaining everything they are doing and why as well.  

They are very timely, quick and everyone I have had the pleasure of interacting with has been kind and warm. I love their work, I will continue to praise them to everyone I know.

I texted Shane after our dishwasher was unable to be installed due to a valves that wouldn't stop the water. Needed it fixed asap and he was able to show up, fix it all and provide some great advice along the way - all under about 30 minutes. Highly recommend. We will be calling him for our future plumbing issues for sure.

John has performed several jobs for us, including plumbing repairs, installing a closet system and fixing our broken pocket doors. Plumbing is his specialty but he was willing to tackle the other jobs as well and did great work. He is punctual, polite and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him.

Great service, but on the pricier side.

Our kid flushed his mom's diamond ring down the toilet over the weekend. I called the dispatch and was nicely greeted and was assigned a plumber for the first slot in the morning.

Anthony showed up right on time, and crawled under the house to see the connections. He then ran the camera from the roof and to our surprise, found the ring in the main pipe. Since we didn't have a main clean out, he recommended one since he would have to dig to get to the ring (where the clean out would be anyway).

He and Austin dug down to the pipe and opened it and were able to retrieve the ring and closed up everything cleanly by 3PM.

Overall great service. We paid a little over 4k for the inspection, parts and installation of the clean out.

I was pretty sure I had a slab leak in my house, so I called Bullseye to find it. Got a sameday appointment and they were on time and ready to go with their specialized equipment. They quickly found a subtle leak in the master bathroom. Luckily it was not under the slab and was an inexpensive repair. Communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommend if you need to find a leak.

Highly Recommended. Called them on a Wednesday to help me with a water softener. They came out the same day, gave me a quote and scheduled to finish the installation that Friday. They helped me get it up and running and it's working great!

These guys are awesome! I have been calling Tonys for years and the come when they say they will, they are efficient and neat and know what they are doing! From rotorooting to replacing a toilet they are the best!

Hired them to replace an ancient mess of iron pipes in a section of my house.  Their quote was a bit higher but they had a more thorough check that I trusted more.

Work progressed as expected and they were a pleasure to work with.  It's brutal work in a tiny crawlspace yet they keep level heads.  Plumbing was usable at the end of each day.  They filed permits and passed inspection.

Maybe I'm being mean, but -1 star for some rushed cleanup at the end of the day.  My bathroom almost flooded and I spent more time than expected cleaning up dust, toilet seal wax, and shattered iron.

I'd hire them again.  The end result is that they were always dedicated to finishing the job correctly and making my plumbing nightmare go away.

Water Heaters now require sensors and valves that are computer controlled all in the name of safety and energy savings. I purchased a new Rheem Water Heater from Home Depot that simply wouldn't light the burner. The gas line was fine, the exhaust vent was open but no burner action. Benard arrived from Noah's Plumbing and isolated the problem. He made the necessary adjustments and the water heater burner now lights correctly. How could something like this ever leave the Rheem factory? Does Rheem test each water heater? I assume NO after this issue.

Clearly, Benard saved Rheem a sale, period. End of Story.
