We wanted to increase our existing hot water capacity and asked for quotes of various solutions from a few highly rated companies. Alex from Aaron's Plumbing & Rooter came. Of the different companies, he was the only one who actually crawled into the crawl space and attic to check out everything before giving us the recommendation and quote.  Their quote was not the lowest but we felt they had done the most due diligence and had built our trust with their attitude and professionalism.  

Alex and Steve installed a tankless water heater to supplement our existing water heater tank.  The job was professionally and beautifully done and works great!

After installing the tankless water heater, we asked Alex to inspect the crawl space for any leaks.  Alex found 5 leaks, fixed them and installed a 2-way clean out for easy diagnose in case we have problems in the future. They also fixed some other issues and pointed out things we need to take precaution for the future.

All in all, we were extremely impressed with the thoroughness and quality of their work.  They were also timely, and explained things really well.  I would highly recommend Alex and Aaron Plumbing to anyone!

Avoid this business at all cost !!! A solid zero star if available. Scheduled an appointment and I waited the whole time window, while called 1 hour after the schedule end, with a makeup reason for the delay.

I had a water heater pipe leaking accident.  They responded very fast and they did a great job replacing the pipes.  I would recommend them!

Great service, had a toilet flapper leak, John tried to replace the seal first to save cost unfortunately that didn't work but I appreciate the effort to save me some $. Replaced flapper, overflow tube and put new fill mechanism and leak is fixed now. Quick service and also appreciate he called me before coming out so I knew he was on his way. Highly recommend Midas plumbing.

5 Stars for Able plumbing and Valley Concrete!! We recently had a major issue with our 2 sewer pipe in the middle of our house.  What made the issue particularly difficult is that we live in an Eichler home that has radiant floor heating as well as hot and cold lines through the slab floor.  The thought of breaking concrete and finding the broken pipe among the radiant floor pipes was a very stressful situation to say the least.  Luckily, one of my neighbors recommended contacting Able Septic in San Jose and I was fortunate enough to speak to the owner Glen.  After a few minutes of discussion, he described the approach and assured me that it could be fixed.  Adrian, the camera technician was the first one to arrive and very quickly identified the break and concrete was removed.  Sergio and Alejandro were very friendly and knowledgeable.  They put plastic on the floors and tape on the walls to protect the surfaces..  Sergio explained what they planned to do and assured me that they would work very carefully so as not to damage any of the radiant floor heating.  They found solid pipe to ensure a permanent, long-lasting solution.  They very quickly removed the dirt and recommended replacing approximately 5' with new PVC.   Prior to final fix, the camera was used to inspect all the pipes upstream an downstream to ensure there were no other issues. After the repair, they then packed the space with gravel, cleaned the floors, and even rinsed off the front walkway.  The icing on the cake is that they have a sister company, Valley Concrete that came the next morning to put the slab and tile back.  Christian was very courteous and did an outstanding job as well!  If you ever need to have plumbing or concrete work, I highly recommend calling Able Plumbing and Valley Concrete!  5 + Stars and AAA rating!

Shane  was honest, provided outstanding work, communication, price  and attitude. We required 2 master bathroom widespread old faucet sets removed and new ones installed. Shane promptly returned initial phone call, returned all texts and stayed in communication. We had to reschedule initial visit because UPS missed delivery date. It was not a problem for Shane. It was super easy to reschedule. He was on time for our appointment. He gave an immediate fair quote. We shook hands and he went to work. He completed the job in a timely manner. The project was perfect and he even cleaned up. I highly recommend Shane!!

Very fast service! Called Leo for a sink pipe repair. He was able to come within 2 hours! And able to fix in an hour! Happy with result! Leak no more!

Our house sewage is connected to a septic tank. One day we noticed some sewage overflowing from a clean-out near the septic tank. We hired a professional plumber to run a snake through our sewage pipe but he could not unblock it so our sewage pipe remained full of water. He then put a camera through our sewage pipe but could not see the real cause of the problem because his camera could not display a clear image under the water. Still he charged us for snaking and running the camera. Furthermore, he told us that our sewage pipe is cracked and quoted us $4,100 to replace the pipe.

So we decided to seek a second opinion from Mike Counsil Plumbing. Mr. Bobby Mata, their Lead Technician and his assistant came the next morning as scheduled. They expertly identified the real cause of our problem, explained it to us clearly, and resolved it immediately. And they charged us only $166. We are grateful to Mr. Mata for being a true professional.

Luzinski installed a new shower and bathroom faucets for me.  He did an excellent job and it was clear that he was extremely concerned about giving good customer service which is something I highly value.  There was an innocent misunderstanding in communication at one point and I was willing to let it go; however, he and his manager went the extra mile to deliver exactly what I really wanted.  It just took a little more time.  I am thrilled with my beautiful shower.  Five stars on this one!

Derrick fixed two toilets and installed new parts on one of them.  The part was defective but he came back and installed another part at no extra cost to me.  Five stars here as well.

Both service men were clean cut and courteous.

I recently called this plumbing operation because I had a leak in one of my pipes between the irrigation system and the main to my house.   I tried several plumbers/landscaping operations with no success until I called Plumbing Connection.  The plumber, Nevy, surveyed the leak and gave me a quote that was reasonable.  He had the job done in an hour an a half and did a good clean up job around the work site.

I am pleased to have this problem solved thanks to Nevy.

John is a great man. I have a problem with a shower head and it only outputs hot water (no cold). Reviewed his online comments and decided to give him a call. Unfortunately, his schedule is so tight and he can't fit me in in two weeks so I decided to give other company a try. They came and give me three options. The cheapest is to change cartridge at around $500 and they can't guarantee it will fix the problem. The next choice to poke holes into my wall and fix the valve problem they believe so much it's the root cause. The cost of the second option is $2700. They didn't stop here and gave me a third option at a cost of $3500. I simply chickened out and let these guy go. I called John a second time and asked him how much he would charge for changing the cartridge (I take gamble that it is the problem). John said it's going to be $70 labor plus parts and travel to shop for the right part. The only problem is that I have to wait for two weeks as he's completely booked. Luckily I have a backup shower so time is on my side.On the day before the service day John called me and informed that he is due to come tomorrow at 11. Right on time he showed up on the door next day. He fixed not only my immediate issue but also at request of mine changed my shower head for two bath rooms with very little add-ons. In the end, I'm paying half what I would have paid others to fix my problem yet exempt from the phycological fear something even bigger happening to the house.
I immediately made a second appointment with John to come to my house and fix a few other small issues. You can't get a better man for your service if you are lucky to book him in time.

Our house had a gas leak that our initial contractor couldn't locate the leaking spot. Anthony stepped in, found the spot, and had it fixed within the same day. He also came in early the next day to set up for the city's gas inspection. We passed the inspection super smoothly. We really appreciated Anthony's quality of work, he's also very easy to communicate with. Five star well deserved!

I dont usually give reviews but Jeremy was Great.i called the city about a water leak on there side of course they said no theres no leak  its coming from the sprinklers.  Sure it is so they left .i called Jeremy to come out and double check it for me and yep sure enough he found a leak on the city side. Thank you Jeremy at least now we have a fighting chance to get them to fix there part.

This is actually one review for two fantastic jobs that HR Silicon Valley Plumbers have done for us in April and May, respectively.

First job was installing a new Smart Toilet and moving one existing toilet to another bathroom. Henry and his crew showed up on time with all the preparations - coverage for our hardwood floors all the way from the bathrooms to the entrance, shoe covers, etc - and got the job done within two hours.  They were professional, friendly and effective.

I didn't write the review as it was our first time.   And I want to wait until we have another job to see if they are consistent.  And boy, they did.

My second job was fixing the kitchen sink for an rental property.  I was traveling when the tenant called in a panicky way - Kitchen sink was clogged!  Help!.  

I contacted HR Silicon Valley in the morning.  In two hours,  Henry and his crew were there - yes on the same day - and voila.  They fixed the problem in no time.

Now, that's when I know that these guys - especially Henry - are totally accountable.  And I will never have to find any other plumbers in the Bay Area!

PS - Did I mention how comfortable that HR Silicon Valley Plumbers use real-time messaging scheduling platform to keep me informed at every step when they dispatch someone?   And the entire order-to-invoice process is so smooth?  Wow.  It's really THE Silicon Valley experience!

Cleary, as you can see from the owners response to not only me, but to other customers, their service is horrible.

1. I apologize that my expectation to fix leaks was unreasonable.

2. I was rude and made him feel uncomfortable. But yet he was willing to come back and fix the sink, just wanted to charge more and more money.

3. And I guess in the spirit of rudeness, it's ok to not respond to calls / emails / texts from customers? I see that as a pattern on this page.

4. Lastly, I didn't realize that local plumbing companies (like the one I used after you) weren't considered small businesses...

Victor, in such a public forum, you should really consider how your comments come through.

Water Heaters now require sensors and valves that are computer controlled all in the name of safety and energy savings. I purchased a new Rheem Water Heater from Home Depot that simply wouldn't light the burner. The gas line was fine, the exhaust vent was open but no burner action. Benard arrived from Noah's Plumbing and isolated the problem. He made the necessary adjustments and the water heater burner now lights correctly. How could something like this ever leave the Rheem factory? Does Rheem test each water heater? I assume NO after this issue.

Clearly, Benard saved Rheem a sale, period. End of Story.
