Called for a quote. The turnaround was fast. Aaron and his team showed up to address a leak coming front he water heater. I was afraid I might need to replace it but Aaron saw no need, he investigated the leak and alas, water heater is working like new, leak free. Very friendly, timely and overall, honest. Highly recommended.

Gio was very helpful and professional in helping us with fixing our clogged kitchen sink! He was honest and quickly fixed our clogged pipes, and even offered to do it for free since it was a relatively minor fix. Would definitely recommend!

Bullet Plumbing was great. I called in the morning and Trevin said they had two jobs booked, but they could do our job as well. Xavier arrived at 4:30 and looked at both of our problems. The bathroom needed a new toilet shutoff valve and water line. The kitchen also needed to have the leaking sink faucet replaced. Xavier went to the store to buy the parts and returned to install everything. So both the bathroom and kitchen look great and work like a charm.

Amazing! John called me back in about an hour. I got quotes up top 600. To replace a garbage disposal! He came within 2 hrs. Quoted 270.00,  I had a small leak from sink, he replaced washer on that too. Total 290.00! I will definitely call him again if I ever need plumber for anything! He was in and out in 30 min.

Very professional and knowledgable. I have a tankless water heater which stopped working. They serviced water heater and also fixed loose faucet in kitchen sink at no extra cost.

I needed septic inspection in Woodside and Able delivered above and beyond expectations. To reiterate another Yelp review, most impressive are all of the people who  worked on it including in the office.  

Not only did they come out on short notice, spent at least 30 mins searching for the septic tank in pouring rain, ultimately complete the inspection, but was able to provide very clear feedback on the condition of all parts of the septic.  Thus enabling me to be confident in understanding any potential impact to maintenance and costs down the road.

I was provided clear directions on what was needed before they arrived, a clear statement of work and costs (final bill ended up coming in slightly lower!), and over communication about who'd be where when.

Overall, no surprises in the condition of the septic and no surprises in the service!!

Maybe only a quarter star. Remembering the pushy Up Selling of work that did not need to be done. A plumber friend dropped by and then Mikes guys backed down to less than one third his attempted big deal they tried to push..

We have to call a plumber at least once a year.  We have frequent drainage problems due to large trees planted near the sewer line. I have used a few different plumbers over the years and have paid anywhere from $100 to $320.

I called $15 Sewer and Drain after reading other reviews on yelp. I specifically asked for Santos Gomez. He was fast, efficient and most importantly honest! He told me what I could do to prevent these problems in the future and it cost me less than $90! It's so refreshing to have excellent service when the norm seems to be the opposite.

Great service on time and reasonable price compared to most plumbing services. Very helpful explaining possible cause and solutions to prevent future issues. He came with intentions to clear main drain for the price he has posted but wasn't the issue he cleared main drain first but not the only issue went a little more in to kitchen pipes so those needed clearing also pulling p-trap and clearing out that and continue to main line but he didn't try to over charge just a little more money but expected but unlike most ppl they would probably try to get u for a lot more but not him very honest. Would recommend to anyone who wants a great deal and wants someone who's understand we all get in situations but not all of us are rich and wouldn't try to take advantage of u and the situation. 5 stars all day. What he charged me I got only half the service last year from a different plumber( main pipe clearing only)

I had a drain leak under the kitchen sink that another plumber wanted $650 to repair for an estimated 3 hr job.  Thats over $200/hr so i hired John through yelp based on yelp reviews. John was very professional did exactly what the licensed plumber recommended but he came in at a much more reasonable rate.  Definitely give John a call if you have plumbing issues.  He does excellent work and I would definitely use him again for future plumbing needs.  Thanks John for your service.

I had a plumbing emergency and Plumbtree came to the rescue. I spoke to the owner who was super professional and knowledgeable. He is a recent SMB owner and one who is worth supporting.

Francisco who performed the actual service came on the same day, was very professional and communicative. It took him 2 days to resolve the issue but it was all good.

Jeremy is polite but be aware of that he would try to make extra money off you in various ways.
He tried to extend the conversation to show that he 'worked' longer hours and charged more.

We had Ramez came to our home to connect sink oulet pipe to the waste pipe with P trap.
He did a very good job. He also came with reasonable estimation.

We also asked him to fix the drain clog in our bathroom sinks. Because there are two sinks connected, it's very hard to push the snake into the middle connection pipe. He tried many times and still couldn't get it through. He suggested we used some chemicals from Home Depot. If it still can't solve the issue, he has another way to cut open the wall and get to the clogged pipe behind the mirror. We decided to try the chemicals first. But we complete understand our issue is not easy to solve and he tried his best effort.

I'll definitely be calling Quality Plus Plumbing again for future pluming works.

I had to replace my kitchen faucet at a short notice. He was able to come within the hour and finished the job in a short time. He knows his stuff. His rates are also very reasonable.

I had them snake my secondary drain and when he left, I was told I have a 30 day warranty on the work. The very next day, the same drain backed up again and Henry (owner) called me and said there is no warranty but would do this as a favor. They also told me I should replace my secondary line as the slope was great enough for the water to drain. I asked for a quote and a timeline but never heard back. Maybe it's a good thing. DO NOT USE

Excellent experience.   Had pinhole water leak in copper elbow inside wall.  Called at 8am and was given a commitment that someone would arrive same day between 1 and 3 in the afternoon.
First pleasant surprise:  John from Marti's rang my door bell at the beginning of the time window, a few minutes past 1, not the end, as is often the case with these kinds of commitments; so we started on a positive!
Second positive:  While he agreed the leak was likely in the wall, he took the time to go under the house in the crawl space to be sure it was not there before ripping into the sheetrock unnecessarily.  Unfortunately, it was in the wall, but again I was impressed he was looking for ways to minimize unnecessary damage to the wall if he could.
Third positive:  Replaced elbow, fixed leak in a timely manner, and explained what he was doing as he did the work.  Thoroughly cleaned up after as well.
I would call Marti's again.  They arrived when they said and promptly identified and fixed the problem.

Very professional. He came and replace the water lines and valves for our toilets. The job was well done. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him in the future.
