Just moved into a new house and the washing machine draining into the utility sink was backing up out of the kitchen. Stephen was scheduled the same afternoon, was right on time, and got the work done quickly and successfully. He even spent the effort to check underneath the house to make sure my existing drain pipes would not be damaged by snaking and took some videos so I can reference them in the future.

It ended up taking a couple attempts to get the blockage pushed through and Stephen was great with answering all my questions during and after.

I found Bullet on Nextdoor with over 180 recommended reviews, I reached out to a number of businesses and I liked the fact that Bullet validated my theory. Essentially agreeing that the root cause of my shower woes may be a faulty mixer cartridge. Trevin ordered a new cartridge (it wasn't available at the hardware store as the part of was end of life. He also called out that the pipes connecting my water heater to the water supply were dangerous and should be replaced -which he did.

When Trevin returned later that week he replaced the cartridge and still no dice. He then checked the valve screws and it turned out they just needed resetting, the shower is better than it's ever been and we've been here for 7 years!

Trevin also stated that the problem may return or may continue to work, I had the option to replace the valve. We agreed for now we'd monitor and if needed he could come back and replace it. I'm a pretty handy person but I draw the line at plumbing so it's great to find a reliable and friendly plumber. Trevin asked after both visits if he could have done anything else to improve his visit - nice touch!

Our garbage disposal locked up and I was thinking the motor was dead. I was quoted a fair price for a new disposal and the labor involved in replacing it, and they had someone over to my house the same day. Turns out the disposal didn't need to be replaced - Eduardo knew exactly what was going on and how to fix it, and gave me a break on the cost because it was such an easy fix. He was polite, kind, and professional. If I ever need more plumbing work done, I will definitely be calling these guys again. Thank you!

When I started, I had a sink that leaked in two places and wouldn't drain. In no time at all, Evan had my sink doing everything it should do: drain and not leak. That clogged drain had me in fits and couldn't possibly be sanitary. And I never would have gotten that clog, it was 25 feet down the line!
Evan had all the parts, was in and out in a jiffy, and also was a good conversationalist, even as he worked, and had a great attitude. Wouldn't call anyone else, Able has my business for life!

Mike Council re-piped our whole house (inc 40 years warranty) over 2 weeks and they did a great job (unfortunate we had leak in our slab). Thank you to Joseph who managed the project and Oscar Carrasco & Rene Melendez for the quality workmanship. We decided to also upgrade our water tank (from 2006) to a newer/more efficient model. Happy customer.

Santos came out to take care of my kitchen drain.  He was fast, efficient, unclogged the drain in one easy step and offered advice on how to prevent the drain from clogging again.  No complaints about the quality and service.  He was very nice to my son who had a ton of questions to ask about the drain, the tools, and everything that he was doing.  

From making the appointment to actually getting the drain done took a day, but it was Valentines day Monday and they were short staffed.  I totally understand that and not that big of a deal, everyone is entitled to a holiday.

All in all the service, the job done, and the price was right.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Called them and explained that we needed a connection from water source to our refrigerator that involved going up throuhg the attic. Was told no problem. The service unprofessional showed up 4 hours late, spent all of 5 minutes and then said he couldn't help and walked out.  
Enough said.
I contacted them because of supposedly good rating from Yelp. Yikes!  BEWARE!

John is legit. Honest, prompt and knowledgeable. He is my go-to for any plumbing needs. He doesn't do clogged piping (call a rooter company for that), but is exceptional at everything else.

Very professional service from  Axel. I needed to have a tankless water heater de-scaled at one of my rental properties. He came out on time and got things started. He  explained the whole process so well that I will most likely attempt to de-scale the water heater next year. However, if I don't have the time to do it myself, I will absolutely have Axel come out and take care of it again. Many thanks Axel, you did a great job and you're a great guy to chat with.

Jeremy and his team responded  quickly to my request for leak detection in my back yard irrigation system. Jeremy and his team found a leak that we had been looking for for 5 days. We had dug up multiple sprinkler lines , replaced valves and the problem persisted.

I'm so glad I found bullseye leak detection. Will definitely use them again if we have any leak problems in the future.

This company is top-notch. We have been repeat customers over the past several years and now rely on Quality Plus Plumbing for their outstanding work, clear communication and reliability. Their prices are excellent, too. We have had a variety of plumbing situations that ranged from the straightforward to the complex. Highly recommend this place because of their professional skills, forthright approach to the job and honesty.  Hopefully, we do not have any more plumbing issues lurking in our future, but if we do, I know who I will call. Their company name says it all!

Excellent service and they show up on time.I had a major kitchen clog for over 4- 5 days.Another plumber who came could not fix it and the sink was still clogged with water backed up.Called Tony's plumbing and they came right on time, got onto the roof and fixed it in 10 - 15 minutes.Very professional and reasonable rates.I would highly recommend Tony for all kinds of plumbing issues.

Having used HR Silicon Valley Plumbing before (I had given them a 5 Plus Rating) I received an Email from them in regard to them offering an annual water heater inspection.

I had additional work that needed to be done so this was a perfect time to have them come out.

Macielle responded quickly to my Email and was very helpful in getting my project started.  

Henry Rivera (the owner) came out with an employee (Agustin) to start the water heater inspection and the additional work that I needed on the water heater and adjacent laundry sink.

It was also a perfect time for them to respond as I just had an issue with my wash machine's standpipe backing up and leaking on the floor. (It pays to have water leak detectors anywhere you might have a leak).

Henry had Agustin crawl under the house to make sure that the standpipe drain pipe was intact and that a snake could be used to help clear the line.

Agustin found an obstruction, but couldn't get it cleared.  It was decided to install a clean out for the standpipe to facilitate any obstructions in the future.  While the drain line was open the obstruction was cleared.

Agustin and Troy arrived the next day to complete the work.

Henry and his crew made sure they were wearing shoe covers when they were in the house and cleaned up the areas they were working in prior to leaving for the day.

The Company is licensed by the Contractors State License Board so they have the required insurance.

As a retired Building Inspector I can highly recommend them as they follow the required codes and do excellent work.

Let's talk about safety first, thanks to Taylor the plumbing guy who we feel so grateful that he take care of our, big issues, since the first day he show up, he took all the cautions that this difficult times required, than in comparison with other companies we tried for an estimate, didn't care about safety, Taylor was exceptional, he went above and beyond, he work ethic was very good, he even follow up with us about the issue, he treated us with a respectful manner, something that this days a lot of companies forget, in overall I sincerely recommend Marti's Plumbing, and request work with Taylor, he won't disappoint you. Btw, I don't usually write reviews but this guy inspire me, to do so. Thanks guys.

I'm so glad that the folks at the GE Water Heater support line referred me to Bernard at Noah's Plumbing when my water heater failed and needed to be replaced. Bernard made the whole experience as painless as it could possibly be. After providing a very reasonable quote that I accepted, we scheduled a date for the work. He and his helper arrived right on time and pulled out the failed water heater, then trucked it back to Home Depot for me so I could get reimbursement for it (since it was within the warranty period). Then they trucked the new water heater that I selected back to my house and installed it. When everything was done, they cleaned up the area nicely. Seriously, I can't imagine a water heater replacement being less stressful. I will definitely call Noah's Plumbing next time I need help with my water heater.
