After discovering a water leak, we were able to reach Aaron plumbing late in the night to get an emergency appointment for the next day on a short notice. Michael and his team did a very good job of replacing our leaking pipe which was not an easy job given the complexity of our old pipes and tight crawling space. They also promptly followed up the next day to finish the pending tasks. Would definitely recommend Aaron plumbing and Michael.

Had a couple issues with a shower and a toilet. Trevin made time to come out within a day and took care of both issues quickly. Great to have another reliable plumbing service in town.

while doing some home repairs, I accidentally hit a copper pipe in my wall with a nail. As soon as I heard the hiss (of water) coming from the wall, I shut off the the main water line and went to Yelp to find a plumber. I saw Midas Plumbing was 24 hour. I called at 6:00pm and was told he could be there in about an hour. He came around 7pm and was out before 8pm. he work was excellent with very reasonable rates. I hope to not need a plumber for quite sometime, but when I do I know who I will be calling.

When you have a backed-up sink flowing out into your showers, you definitely don't want to wait a minute longer than you have to in order to get it fixed. I didn't have to wait AT ALL!
I went on Yelp, read the amazing reviews about Fantastic Rooter, sent them an email at 10pm and by 6am, Jaime had responded and showed up at my house at 8:15am. Problem found and fixed by 8:45am. He was friendly, professional and fast. I LOVE THEM - and while I hope I don't need a rooter service ever again - I know exactly who I would call.

These guys are fantastic. Needed emergency repair and the plumber showed up an hour early and finished the job efficiently and with excellent workmanship. I was in a bind with a cracked galvanized main water pipe downhill from the house, and the leak meant homeowner did not have water pressure and sufficient water at the house for horses.

I highly recommend Shane for your plumbing needs. The quality of work, responsiveness, and professionalism that I experienced was top notch. Price was very reasonable for my kitchen faucet replacement and several plumbing repairs. I would definitely use Good 1 Plumbing again in the future.

Leo's Plumbing Repair is a great choice!
~ came on time with the appointment, and quickly did the works.
~ Know what the problem is with the sink and laundry right away.
~ He and his coworker were courteous and friendly.
~ Service and parts were fairly priced.
~ Overall, they are highly recommend. and should there be any plumbing issues in the future (which we hope none), Leo's Plumbing Repair will be our first to call.

Hear their ads on the radio all the time. I like the idea of using a local, family owned company, so when I needed some work done I thought I'd give them a try.
Used their website Book Now option to schedule an appointment for work on a shower that had lost hot water pressure and had heavy calcium build up on the spout.
The website said the next available would be the next day, Wednesday. I got a text immediately after booking that someone would be out for the service. No specific time.
About 4 on Wednesday I hadn't heard from anyone, so I used the chat now feature on the website and they were worthless. Couldn't help or answer any questions, said they would add a note to my service request.
Called the office number and spoke with someone. They said that a service agent had called and I didn't answer, and that they had left a message, but I never called back. Of course since I work from home on Wednesday my cellphone is with me all day and I had not received any calls or voicemails.
No problem they rescheduled me for Friday, the next day I was working from home.
The tech showed up promptly at 8 am. He was friendly and I showed him to the bathroom and talked about the problem. I left him there for a minute and he called me back.
He told me they could rebuild the shower valve for around $1,200, but wouldn't guarantee it would work more than a year, or they could install a new shower kit for $3,600.
Having some idea what shower valves cost, this didn't make much sense to me, so I thanked him for the information and sent him on his way.
I called a friend who is a contractor for advise. He told me to buy a Kolher shower valve kit on Amazon for about $60 and a replacement spout for around $25. The only tool i would need is a Phillips screwdriver.
Took me less than hour to fix both problems, and I only needed to use the new spout, as the shower valve had a small clog in the mixing cap that I was able to flush out.
Not sure how the tech determined the minimum cost for repair was going to be $1,200, as he hadn't done anything but turn the water on and off a couple times. Of course he never gave me anything in writing.
Definitely won't be calling them again.

I work in property management and we have worked with $15 Sewer in the past, but was recently charged $95 to snake two drains in the same unit on the same visit and then they charged $295 to install pop-up drain in a bathroom sink. These charges are extremely high and the treatment I received when asking about these charges was terrible. I called and told them I thought I was overcharged and they said they'd look into it. I got a call back later that day saying the actual charges should have been$257 in total instead of the exorbitant $485 I was originally charged, but would just need to finalize everything the next day. When I called the following day to followed up they told me that actually the pop-up drain should have been $175, so different from the number they quoted me the previous day, but that she was just finalizing the charges with her boss. Since no one returned my call that day, I called again the following day. The woman I spoke to was not in and the man who I spoke to tried to justify the original charges and told me he's speak to his boss and call me back in 15 minutes. I never heard from him again, so I called two days later and asked to speak to a manager. This manager claimed never to have heard anything about my issue, took a very rude tone and told me simply that her employee was wrong to have ever discussed the price with me and that the original charges were correct. She told me that she would, however, check with her plumber who did the work and call me back. That was yesterday morning. She, too, as disappeared. So after 5 calls, speaking with three people and then never hearing from them again is the run around, I don't know what is. AVOID this place and find yourself a reasonable, honest and respectful company. There are plenty around.

I have a wet spot on the wall. I requested quote from many plumbers. Israr got back to me very quickly and his response make the most sense to me.
When he came, he didn't think that was any leaking issue and he didn't charge me for coming to my house. He also estimated a few other plumbing issues I have in the house, all prices were very reasonable.
For his excellent service, he deserve 5 stars from me. I will call him in the future if I have any plumbing issues.

John came over within an hour to fix a leaking kitchen faucet, and replaced the whole thing very quickly, with very reasonable rates. He is honest, professional, and courteous. Highly recommended, and will definitely be my first contact for any plumbing or general handyman work in the future.

I needed to service my 50 year old leaking valves in my laundry room. Plumbtree sent someone out the same day and they determined the type of valve insert needed. Mario came back the next day and replaced the inserts. They were on time and put shoe protectors on when they entered my house.

So glad I found Jeremy on Yelp. He is friendly, professional, responsive and most importantly very competent. He quickly found the source of my high water bills and put me in touch with a plumber able to make repairs the next day. Thank you!

I was referred to Ramez and Quality Plus Plumbing by a General Contractor who uses them a lot. The crew fixed up some old plumbing lines in my house to give it a modern look and feel. They were all respectful, nice, and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. The guys even played with my dogs. Will definitely use these plumbers again.

Back in November just before Thanksgiving we found that there was some sort of link under our sink. The bottom and the back of the sink were wet. I tried calling several plumbers based on Yelp reviews and Tony's was the first I was able to get in touch with and make an appointment for later that day.
They arrived quite late, though they did let me know they were running behind. As soon as they got to my house I could tell they were in a rush and they even mentioned they had more appointments they had that evening. I showed them where the wet spots were under the sink (it had also gotten to the hardwood in the kitchen). The first thing they said (not particularly helpful) was that if it was related to the dishwasher or pipes from the dishwasher they couldn't do anything about it. To me this seemed like they were setting themselves up to not have to do any work, but still collect their fee for coming out.
They quickly set about looking under the sink. The first guy couldn't see anything leaking and was about to tell me so when the other person there went under and claimed to see where the leak was coming from. A couple minutes later they claimed they were done and charged us for the work.
It's now about a month later (past the 30 days they provide warranty on the work) and there is now water under the sink again. We have tried contacting them and all we get is a message that says the voicemail box is full.
1 star is deserved for bad attitudes, being in a rush, and for the job not being actually completed (given that the same leak is happening only a month later.

I had a water leak in my kitchen. The wood floor was collecting water. I checked with a few plumbing companies and got quotes for thousands of dollars and all kinds of possible problems. Dominick Dahbour from HR silicon valley also stopped by to give me a quick quote. After initial inspection he ran a quick paper towel test underneath the dishwasher and within 10 minutes he figured out that nothing is wrong with plumbing or foundation it's a leaky dishwasher which is dripping water and that is flowing through the wood floor. Very satisfied with the service. Very knowledgeable and quick to respond. For any plumbing issues please reach out to HR silicon valley plumbers.

Very happy with the Marti's team. We had a gas leak in our house and needed someone trusted to get us out of the situation. These folks figured out a way to fit us into their tight schedule. Bernardo came out next morning after PGE shut us off and did the necessary work, got our main house functional.
However, we had to cut off the back cottage. They had to come back and repipe a gas line to the cottage, it was hard, our yard has trees and asphalt, was difficult to do the trenchless. On the second day Bernando came back with the owner, Victor and 2 more guys to work till very late into the evening, got the gas line completely hooked up, tested by 8pm. In the process we ran into a water leak, the owner just went fixed it!! This is an amazing team of considerate people who get the job done. Today the inspector came by and of course, they passed with flying colors!
Thank you all, don't know what we would have done without your help!

He really know how to fix problem instead of just replacing the whole water heater. Have the parts in hands and well knowledge about the system. Fixed my issue in 30 minutes.
