Called for a quote. The turnaround was fast. Aaron and his team showed up to address a leak coming front he water heater. I was afraid I might need to replace it but Aaron saw no need, he investigated the leak and alas, water heater is working like new, leak free. Very friendly, timely and overall, honest. Highly recommended.

I called them this morning for a clog in my kitchen sink and they sent the technician in few hours. Matt is awesome, cleared the clog very quickly and took his time to let me know the do's and do not's. Very friendly. I highly recommend Elite Rooter and Matt.

Bullet plumbing did a great job replacing my water softener. I got a bit over my head with the project and they came out quickly to save the day. I got a fair estimate and a couple options to consider. They even evaluated another potential job while on site and didn't pressure me to tackle it right away. Good local small biz team that I'll hire again.

John is as professional and honest as they come.  I've used his plumbing services a couple times now.  He is always prompt, courteous, and gets the job done quickly and quietly.

His rate is fair - not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive.  And there is no negotiating or haggling, because there's no need to.  He doesn't play games.  For example, he gave me a quote on a shower cartridge replacement to fix a leaky shower.  After some investigation, it turned out he only needed to replace the seat and washer.  And so the final bill was cheaper than his estimate.  Most unscrupulous contractors out there (with lots of reviews on yelp) would just have charged me the estimate I agreed to.  But not someone with integrity like John.

And rarely do you find someone that's this good and is readily available.  Every time I've called him (weekday or weekend), he offered to be over within half an hour.

Verbally agreed to $243 via Brian Alvarez over the phone for a water heater flushing, finishes job and charges me $523. Would not recommend

These guys are fantastic.  Needed emergency repair and the plumber showed up an hour early and finished the job efficiently and with excellent workmanship.  I was in a bind with a cracked galvanized main water pipe downhill from the house, and the leak meant homeowner did not have water pressure and sufficient water at the house for horses.

Had a faulty PRV that needed replacing and called Shane. Him and Abel came out for the replacement and spent a little more time replacing it with a beefier unit. I noticed some loud vibrations later that night and Shane came immediately the next day to diagnose. The pressure was increased and the sound went away until later that night. Called Shane back and he sent Abel back out to help correct the the noise issue. He went back to exchange the PRV and replace it with another unit. Turns out the initial replacement was faulty and the noise went away once it was replaced with a new unit. Shane and Abel went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and they stand behind their work. Don't hesitate to call them if you have any plumbing needs.

Leo was great! I scheduled a complete plumbing inspection for my single family house with him. He was on time and very professional.

He was very helpful on explaining all the different piping in my house and which ones that needed to be replaced. I felt like he was very honest and up front about everything.

I would refer him to my friends and family.

Project started with a quote for a gas line extension and then realized we had a gas leak and corroded sewage line. This could have turned into a horrific bad experience, but the MCP team did a great job explaining what needed to happen and always gave us several options for how to resolve the issue at hand.

Ernest was one of the leads on our project and was a fantastic communicator. He always knocked on the door and told us good morning before they got to work.

Each of the technicians on the MCP team paid an unbelievable amount of attention to detail for every part of the project. I only have good things to say about everything they did.

My shower was clogged and I tried everything to fix it myself and nothing worked. I called 15 Dollar Sewer and Drain and they came out and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Fantastic and the price was great too! Thank you Benny  for being so awesome!

I was cleaning the bathroom vanity, moved it, and made a boo boo to the plumbing line. We called around, and Plumbing Connection was the only one that had availability to come to our immediate rescue. Khan and his associate came early which was a relief, put on their booties ( I loved that) , and took a look at the damage I did. They fixed that and a few other issues my husband brought to their attention. They were fast, yet thorough, and their prices extremely reasonable. Khan is friendly and professional. I am thankful Plumbing Connection was available to help us today

John Wakefield saved the day!  The entire innards of my toilet tank disintegrated, practically overnight.  John replaced everything, including the inlet valve.  (I thought it might take a re-pipe (very costly), but John rebuilt my toilet in an hour. The tank now fills in 30 seconds, instead of 3 minutes! He is pleasant, honest, respectful, and very detail oriented.  I know that no one will see his work on the inside of my toilet tank, but, trust me, it's beautiful!

Our electrician had a mishap with our rewire project and drilled into a water line.

Anthony from plumbtree plumbing came and resolved the issue. He was extremely kind, professional, thorough, took before/after photos and left us with a much better setup!

Out kitchen sink was completely blocked.  I tried a couple liquids from Home depot, and the problem still existed.

I found Quality Plus Plumbing and decided to give it a try after reading the reviews.  Ramez came to my place within 2 hrs, gave me a reasonable quote, and fixed the problem in 45 min.

It was a professional and friendly experience overall.  I was very pleased with their service, and would strongly recommend Quality Plus Plumbing to whomever needs a good plumbing service.

They were very prompt and responsive. Got us out of trouble on the long weekend. Good skilled team. Solved my problem, but I think the prices were very high like 100% higher than my other regular plumbing companies. The bigger job was not on long weekend. e.g. the regular rate for snaking a drain is 2X the price of other rooters charging on a regular business day.

I'd recommend him for the job if you're willing to pay the extra $$ for (hopefully) peace of mind.

Our Advice : STAY AWAY !! Could have given 0 stars if possible.

We had noticed that there was a wet patch in the ceiling in our 1st floor living room. The patch was below the toilet seat of our 2nd floor toilet. We wanted to get professional help, so after checking reviews on Yelp, my wife  called up Marti's Plumbing. Marti's was prompt to send a plumber to do initial evaluation.  After initial evaluation, the plumber told that it would cost $700 because the waste drain has a leak and need to be replaced. We wanted a permanent fix, so agreed to spend huge $$s to avoid long term pain.

On 09/07/2017, we were given window of 2 hours 9:00 am to 11:00 am to expect the plumber to arrive to start work. No sign till 11:00 am. Eventually the plumber (can't recall name) showed up at 12:15 pm. and started work.

He spent a few hours working in the restroom and then demanded $700 payment. Throughout work, we were in living room and didn't see any pipe being changed. We asked if the pipe was indeed replaced, and demanded to see the pipe that was removed from our toilet. The plumber went to his truck and brought  a piece of pipe and told it is the pipe that he removed.  That pipe had a dust layer in the inside walls of the pipe !!!  It seemed that the pipe hasn't been used for months which is unlikely if it was removed from our toilet.

So, the plumber spent a few hours and just changed the gasket and demanded money for pipe change work that he didn't do. Rather than admitting that pipe change wasn't done, he tried to cheat his way by giving us a some old pipe claiming it was removed from our toilet.

Anyway, just to check if the leaking problem was solved, we flushed the toilet  and found that it still leaks.  So, a few hours were spent, lies were told and the problem isn't still solved.

My wife refused to pay the plumber. Later on Marti's called up for payment and we refused to pay until the problem is fixed. Why should we pay if nothing's been fixed ???

We had heard good reviews about Marti's and thinking that we encountered a rogue plumber, decided to give them second chance. Marti's have scheduled another plumber to be at our place on 9/11/2017. I will provide an updated review after this appointment.

My water heater broke down, it still had warranty so i worked with the company to send me broken part, they scheduled fast water company to come in install it. They said someone will contact me in 24 hours, if not call them, when no one contacted me, i tried calling fast , no one answered. So i called the manufacturer again and they sent me to Noahs Plumbing and Bernard.  This time it was great, Bernard came by and installed the part next day. He even had spare parts so he fixed my hot water before the part even got to my house, then he just stopped by to pick up the part later. I got hot water few days earlier. Highly recommend.
