After discovering a water leak, we were able to reach Aaron plumbing late in the night to get an emergency appointment for the next day on a short notice. Michael and his team did a very good job of replacing our leaking pipe which was not an easy job given the complexity of our old pipes and tight crawling space. They also promptly followed up the next day to finish the pending tasks. Would definitely recommend Aaron plumbing and Michael.

Tried to sell services I didn't need then didn't respond when I asked them why they were trying to sell me said services. Glad I got a second opinion. Who knows maybe I just caught them on a bad day but do yourself a favor get a second opinion.

I first saw the excellent reviews for Trevin and Bullet Plumbing on NextDoor and called him for   replacement of our pressure regulator valve and some hose bibs that were stuccoed / painted over from the time we bought the house.

Trevin was on-time, within or even below his initial estimate and the work was excellent. Even other plumbers who came for stuff like hot water installation commented on how good the work was.

Most recently, we needed to cap a gas line and I had a shower where temperature was too cool and flow too weak. He made short work of these.

It's always a pleasure to work with some like Trevin--super competent, honest, prompt and respectful. And if he doesn't pick up your call right away, it's probably because he's in the middle of a job--he'll get back to you soon.

I'd recommend him without hesitation.

My toilet was not flushing properly. Something was interfering. A plumber recommended Able so I called them. Able gave me a 4-hour window for the next day. The fellow arrived, examined the problem, removed the toilet, and discovered myriad plant roots as the cause. He removed the roots, resealed the toilet, and now it works just fine.

I thought the price was fair; it was exactly what the office lady quoted.

I texted Shane after our dishwasher was unable to be installed due to a valves that wouldn't stop the water. Needed it fixed asap and he was able to show up, fix it all and provide some great advice along the way - all under about 30 minutes. Highly recommend. We will be calling him for our future plumbing issues for sure.

Very responsive and absolutely a five-star service. Leo helped me with a bit unclogging and he's very patient answering my questions. A 90-day warranty (YMMV) is also pretty cool.

Only a 4 star review today. The original technician who was supposed to come out to my home called me three different  times to reschedule. When I called the office and told them I didn't  have a smile on my face Deanna got right to work and arranged for a different set of technicians to come to my home about 30 minutes later. James and Ben arrived at my home and diagnosed the bathtub drain problem and repaired it in very short order. James and Ben were very courteous, professional, appropriately masked and cleaned up after themselves when they successfully  completed the necessary repairs. I will make sure I ask for James in the future. James was a 5 star technician.

Tim came to our house to fix a drain issue.  He is very knowledgeable, patient, and very nice to work with.  In addition to fixing the drain problem very efficiently, he also went above and beyond to explain a lot of details, and other symptoms to watch out for in the future.  The telephone calls back to the office had good experience as well; everyone was very responsive and courteous.  The best sewer/drain service experience I've had.

Israr is top notch.  I had a discussion with him briefly about a plumbing issue yesterday because the city came by without proper notice and replace their crappy water meters.  While the swap wasn't too long, they did not notify us properly of when they began and when they left.  During this time I tested my faucets and something apparently broke loose and caused my cold water faucet in my Master BTRM to fail.

Israr explained the situation with me, straight forward, and then came over after making an appointment with me and greeted my wife.

She was happy with the interaction and it's hard to get my wife to be happy with repairmen.  So that's always a +.

Israr is straight forward, tells you what is happening and is kind enough to run through the problem end to end.  Forget about what the other guy says in the post on 3/28/2022.  It does not reflect the straight forward attitude that we all want from proper plumbers.  This guy's prices are reasonable and for an adhoc appointment, quick and easy to solve.

Bullseye was called in early June of 2015.  Jeremy was professional and made an appointment for the next day.  He arrived on time, clean and ready to work.  I told him I was uncertain where my water leak was coming from, and could he review the entire lot.  He took 2+ hours to review all water sources and determined my pool's skimmer was damaged by the pool maintenance company and was leaking a huge amount.  I was very happy with the quality of service, the response speed, the politeness, and the extreme care he showed while moving around in and outside my home.  He is thorough, and even when he finds one leakage source continues on just in case there are more than one.  His price was as quoted, and he quoted for the repair as well. His explanation of why this occurred was important as well as we changed our pool maintenance company due to their incompetence (we still may sue for damages).

I called Quality Plus Plumbing inquiring about getting two toilets fixed. They returned my phone call within an hour. When I called back, we were able to schedule an appointment for the following day. The gentleman came on time, took a look at the problem, and gave a good quote. He got to work and fixed everything in just about an hour. Left everything nice and clean. I'd definitely be calling Quality Plus Plumbing again.

Had a shower plumbing problem - I had broken off a shower pipe and the remaining shard of threaded pipe was still inside the female copper fitting.  Tried fixing this myself but after two hours called these guys.

I didn't actually time them with a stopwatch, but I honestly believe they showed up faster than an ambulance would respond to a real emergency.

Half an hour and $134 later, I'm a happy camper.

The very next day, the same drain backed up again and Henry (owner) called me and said there is no warranty but would do this as a favor. They also told me I should replace my secondary line as the slope was great enough for the water to drain. I asked for a quote and a timeline but never heard back. Maybe it's a good thing. DO NOT USE

We called Marti's plumbing on a Monday morning and they scheduled a plumber to visit our home that had clogged kitchen sink. Our kitchen sink gets clogged once in every 6 months. Our kitchen sink is located on the first floor above the garage and it is not easy to snake it. We used atleast services of 3 different plumber-handymen in the past to address this issue. Everyone of them complained so much about our kitchen location and they didn't address the root cause of the issue. The work they did would keep the water flowing for 3 or 4 months and the problem would appear again.

ERICA the best plumber we had snaked the drainage from under the sink and the problem was not fixed. She decided to open the clean out. The past plumbers we used tried to locate the clean out and none were successful to find the clean out in our town home. Erica not only located the clean out but she also opened it and cleaned the gunk and iron rust that has been getting accumulated there for years.

ERICA is great and thorough professional, NO COMPLAIN person, not afraid/worried of getting her hands dirty. She did all the work of lifting heavy equipments and cleaning the clog herself without any help from us single handedly. I was so amazed to see her doing all these. She charged very very reasonable amount for her great work.

I bought a house with leaks under 2 bath tubs and 1 shower stall according to the house inspector.  I didn't have much luck getting people to come fix it (everyone seems to be busy recently).  Bernard was able to squeeze me in on a relatively short notice but he had to reschedule once since he was too busy.  Once he got here he started assessing the situation.  He communicated very well.  He finished the job on time, fixed all the leaks and also reset the loose toilet in the master bedroom for me.  And the price was reasonable, right around his original estimate. I am very satisfied as a customer and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
