THEY SAVED MY SANITY, i work crazy hours and had been let down by 2 other plumbing companys, i laid my cards on the table, they made a appointment, showed up for a estimate, didn't rip me off and did the job without a hitch!! Im satisfied and will be calling them for more work here on out. THANK AGAIN TO THE WHOLE TEAM.

I really don't have much to compare them to ( in away that is good means I don't have many plumbing problems).
I felt that  Pablo & Nereida were very professional and did a great job on my sewer problems. I would recommend this company for all plumbing work and they are very clean.

Had a couple issues with a shower and a toilet.  Trevin made time to come out within a day and took care of both issues quickly.  Great to have another reliable plumbing service in town.

I scheduled an appointment with John to look at a bathtub drain leak with water seeping through the kitchen ceiling (lighting fixture) below. He provided some estimates on the phone based on what the problem could be, showed up on time, and did some troubleshooting one by one to isolate the problem. Without cutting through the ceiling, he was able to figure out the problem with the drain hole seal and overflow valve - and re-sealed everything with a high-grade seal. In fact he found that there was no seal put in place on the drain before, which seems to be the root cause. Everything seems to be fine now, but he said that if anything leaks again to call him and at that point we might have to cut a hole in the ceiling to see what's happening with the drain pipes. I am happy he found the obvious problem without going through any unnecessary destructive or complicated route, saving me money. FYI - the ceiling does not have any damage or mold in case you're wondering. His rates are very reasonable, as others have mentioned. I will be calling him for future needs as well.

Jaime replaced 50 gallon water heater on 22-SEP-2015. His previous job ran longer than expected and he arrived late to my home. Able Sewage has worked with our building to repair its 100 year old sewage system. They're amazing! We located the faults (damaged catch basin and a pipe that had root infiltration) and quickly repaired them. All for a price much less than what a national chain had suggested; i am so glad my BS detector went off and I reached out to Able Sewerage. Every time I see their red truck in the neighborhood, I go up and thank them. Excellent work!

Shane is our new plumber moving forward. We have a household with 4 girls and my husband could not unplug our drain. Shane was put to the challenge and tried every access point until he decided to go on the roof. He was here longer than expected and our blockage was basically a wall of grossness that took extra time. We will refer him and appreciate his patience and professionalism.

Next to my water meter, I had a slow leak from the copper water supply pipe.  When I dug a hole, I found the tiny leak.  The quote from MC Pluming was $1,100.  I ended up fixing it for $87. for parts and tools from Home Depot.

I was referred to Fifteen Dollar sewer and Drain by my regular plumber who was not able to unplug our residential line last Sunday.  Tony did a excellent job was clean, professional, courteous, fast and provided a great price and the quote ahead of starting work.  Lucky for me he was able to get here in about an hour and then we got on with our day.  The whole house as plugged up and backing up in the shower and tub.  Thank you for the great service.

Toilet replacement- got a quote from them and confirmed they are license and bonded. (Got cheaper quote with other Yelp responses but they were not licensed.)

They were helping in recommending me what type of toilet to buy and show up on time. In and out within a hour. Good service and would use them again.

John came over within an hour to fix a leaking kitchen faucet, and replaced the whole thing very quickly, with very reasonable rates.  He is honest, professional, and courteous.  Highly recommended, and will definitely be my first contact for any plumbing or general handyman work in the future.

My daugher used their service to fix a kitchen faucet that was loose. So loose you could pull it in the air. Antony identified and fixed the problem. The fixture was broken but he replaced it by one of a similar design (did not have to come back). My daughter pointed out some dampness in the floor of a bathroom and he identified a leak and was able to fix it. All done in a very friendly manner. We will be using them again.

My review is long overdue. I called Jeremy to come to come due to a pool leak. I have a big 33,000 gallons in ground gunite pool. My leak was really difficult to locate so Jeremy spent hours to search for the leaks. He dived under the pool and pretty much searched all angles to find that there were leaks in my skimmers. After I fixed the leak by a different contractor, Jeremy came back to inspect the work to see if the leak has been properly fixed; he didn't charge extra for this service. For the reasonable price, Jeremy spent a lot of time to ensure that he resolve my leak issue. I was so satisfied with Jeremy that he referred him to my neighbor who had a leak in his irrigation system. My neighbor also became a satisfied customer. If you have a leak, call Jeremy, because integrity and quality from someone you hire is really hard to find.

Shibli is truly exceptional.  He's talented, hard-working and honest.  He took an ordinary plumbing job and made it extraordinary by fixing our bathroom sink perfectly and then going above and beyond the scope of the initial repair work, uncovering and fixing unsafe problems with my bathroom plumbing that I hadn't even known about.  His prices are very reasonable, too.  He definitely lives up to his company's name.  I recommend him highly!

Came same day, fixed tough garbage disposal problem at a minimum of cost (didn't need a new one), friendly & courteous. Highly recommend.

They didn't use boot/dirt protectors and left my house very dirty.
Usually plumbers clean their mess before they leave. HR Silicon Valley just left the worksite very dirty behind them.

They showed up ahead of the scheduled window.  My problem was fixed promptly without needing any parts. The service man was professional and polite.  Unfortunately I did not get a quote before they sent the people and did not ask for the price before they started the service. I was shocked when I was told how much the charge was.  I am not a haggler and did not feel I have any other option, so I paid.  But I have to vent it out in Yelp.  I was surprised when Kristena reached out to me to discuss and address my concern  In the future, I hope they can make pricing more clear upfront to avoid any misunderstanding.  But with the management who really cares about customer feedback and rights the wrongs, I will be more than happy to use their service again if the need arises.

We had an issue with the water heater, and he fit us into his schedule on the same day as our call. He came over at the exact time that he said he would. He was thorough in his evaluation of the problem, and I was impressed in his approach to customer service. I would definitely call again.
