Steven was very quick to respond to a request I had to fix my shower drain that was draining very slowly. He was able to come on short notice the same day as my request and quickly diagnose and fix the shower draining slowly. Great pricing and fast service, definitely would recommend!

#1Honest Plumber is a perfect name!! Eddie is THE GUY I call for all my plumbing needs. Eddie and his crew have always been professional and efficient with great customer service. I love that Eddie always takes time out to explain everything to me so that I know what's going on with my plumbing system, and exactly what he is doing to fix it. Though Eddie's guarantee is for a full 6 months, I've never had cause to call back on any if his exceptional work. Eddie continues to be my go-to plumber. Thank you, Eddie!!

I don't want to give two stars because the guy who showed up, Manny, was very nice and professional. We suspected there might be a leak in the bathroom and Manny took a look and told us there's not which was a great news. What I'm not happy with was the office didn't mention clearly that  there's a $227 fee upfront. I guess I would still go with them but it would be nice to know upfront.

The owner gave me a call and we agreed it was a misunderstanding. I got refunded. Will consider another try in the future for plumbing issues.

Just moved into a house and this was our first plumbing service. Taunted by the price I actually did my homework before requesting service for the toilet tank leakage. Edris, from Right pluming came right away and he had the part with him that needed replacement. He actually gave some tips for some common issues that I can I fix without having a professional Plummer which was really really nice :-) Overall, I am happy with the service and the price was not expansive.

Kiet showed up when he said he would, took the time to understand our needs and examine the property, and gave us a fair price for the job.  He completed the work the same day, staying well after dark and making sure everything was just right.  We would definitely hire him again.

Called around and Khan was tied for the most affordable plumber to replace my hot water heater. Nice guy and very professional. He and his two workers came out as scheduled and got the job done.

I would have given him 5 stars but here is why I did not
1) did not leave the owners manual (minor detail and came back with one another day
2) (the bigger reason) found two screws in my driveway and two screws in my house....likely form the old water heater but did not expect to find any. Luckily I did not step on any or get a flat tire.

Would use again but would request he make sure his crew collects any losse screws

It was after 5pm on a Friday evening, my wife called me to tell me water was coming through one of the ceiling light fixtures downstairs.  Somehow, the bathroom upstairs was leaking water from the toilet.  The water in the toilet was down really low, and the reservoir was full with water and yet the floor was covered in water...  So I went Yelp, and found WQP and called them because the reviews sounded promising.  Since it was a Friday after 5pm, I wasn't sure what to expect.  Someone picked up after the third ring, took down my info and told me Chris would be calling me shortly.  He called, told me he had another customer ahead of  of me but would get to me as soon as he could.  $180 to come this evening, or $125 to wait until Monday. He did tell me over the phone I could print out a coupon to save 10 bucks online which was helpful.

Bottom line: Very professional and courteous.  Turns out my toilet is old, and got clogged, I could have fixed it myself if I'd had an augur at home. Live and learn.  I will buy an augur from Home Depot to have it next time in case my toilet gets backed up again.  I'm only giving them four stars because it really sucked to have to pay 170 bucks to have some come to the house to unclog my toilet.  Seems excessive, but like I said, I didn't call anyone else to be able to compare prices.

We needed a kitchen faucet replaced . Andy came and did the job very professionally and timely . Great job !

I used Vic's services for replacing all the valves in my apartment. He responded pretty quickly on Yelp to all my messages and it was easy to get a quote and book an appointment.
When the day of the first appointment came, an emergency came up and Vic called me early in the day to let me know about it and ask me how do I want to proceed with our job. I chose to postpone the work for later the same day, but the way that day went was not too satisfactory to me (there was a 3 way sync between me, Vic and the guy who was supposed to perform the service which did not go that smooth), so I let Vic know that I was not too happy about it. He owned-up to it and offered to do the work himself at a later time we convened to.
When that day arrived, he was at my home on time and he did a great job. Overall I am really satisfied and I will definitely contact Vic for any future plumbing job I might have.

Have had such great experience with these guys.  Have had them work on back up drain, plumbing for tub, and washing machine.  They are always professional, prompt, and a good value.  Highly recommend.

I've used Wizard Plumbing in the past so when we had a leaky bathroom faucet I knew who to call. Gregg Dolling was the plumber this time, and he was great. He fixed my faucet, and found that it was under warranty. Score! When he came to check out my kitchen sink faucet he noticed the bad shape it was in. He recommended a new faucet. I ordered it, and he installed it. It's so weird having a sink where the hose stays where it's supposed to. Thank you Wizard  Plumbing, and Gregg for continued excellent service.

I called this company with a major leak in my kitchen. Kevin showed up promptly. He shut off the water and then began to diagnose the problem. He offered me multiple solutions and offered his expertise for the fix in the kitchen and showed me  preventative fixes that I should do as well.
I found Kevin professional, skilled in his trait, understanding and personable. I would highly recommend him.

I sent out a number of requests for a quote on a new water heater.  Tino was prompt to reply and provided a phone number for me to call.  When I explained the situation, Tino was very helpful.  Not only that but he was sympathetic and understanding while maintaining professionalism.  I felt that he went out of his way to accommodate us while also offering his best price.  Communication via text (to provide ETA, etc) was excellent.  

I highly recommend Mission City Plumbing and will be sure to call Tino again should I have any other plumbing issues.

We have had Takai reroute my shutoffs on my washer and he also replaced our main shutoff coming into the house,  also replace the pipe coming
into the house from the main, and replaced some fittings, everything he has
done has been excellent, I would highly recommend him to anyone, he is very reliable, honest and he knows what he doing!

I contacted them on a Sunday regarding a non urgent toilet issue.
John and one of his employee came in on Monday replaced the toilet which I provided. They perform a very professional job to our total satisfaction. They kept everything very clean and when they left you would never guess they were there. From now on they are for sure our guys to go for every plumbing work we need. Thanks!

We moved into our home 2.5 years ago and never had a washer and dryer up until just recently. Our new washer and dryer were delivered and set up and five minutes after the delivery guys drove away our storage room floor started flooding... the drain was clogged. We tried calling multiple companies and nobody could come until the next day. Finally I found this company on Yelp and so I gave them a call. I spoke to Ivan on the phone and half an hour later he was at our door! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He snaked our pipes, fixed some other issues with the connections and also provided us with quotes on a new water heater. Very friendly. A week later we received a Christmas card from him, thanking us for using his service! He will definitely be our go-to guy for any plumbing needs.
