Eddie is honest!  He tried to talk me thru fixing my kitchen disposal over the phone for free.  He then told me the tool I needed to buy at Home Depot to fix it for $6.  Then, since he was not far away,  he agreed to stop by and had in working again in 2 minutes.  He was out the door without asking for a dime before I knew it.  I had to chase after him to give him $20 for his trouble and I still feel like I cheated him.

We've used Crown Plumbing for several plumbing projects around the house over the past few years, from replacing our water heater to fixing a leaking dishwasher. They are always timely, courteous, and responsive. I appreciate that every repair person who we've worked with has taken the time to explain what they're doing and why, and what things I might be able to do on my own in the future. My guy Eddie showed up at my house at 11 pm , My father was stressing cause he usually the one who fix stuff around the house , but he called quits on this one . Called Eddie and he latterly showed up in 20 min . I highly appreciate his service .

Edward came to rescue yesterday to unclog the main sewer line. The water was getting backed up from outside sewer line outlet and whole area was contaminated. There was smell in the toilet also because of that. Ed showed up within few min of calling and finished the job within 10 min. I found him to be very reliable and great to talk to. We returned from a 3-week vacation to find all of our plumbing stopped up: 2 showers and 2 toilets. We had just had the pipe cleaned out 2 months earlier but it was stopped up again. I called Vic on Saturday morning and left a message. He responded within 1/2 hour and was at our house an hour later. He did a thorough job, running his snake all the way to the street, and offered me a 1-year guarantee on his work. I was completely satisfied and will use Vic again.

All we needed done  was to get a busted hot water pipe fixed underneath the house. Found Benjamin franklin plumbing in Yelp, had good review so i called for an am appointment. plumber shows up, looks at the trouble then he says it can't be done right away  cause it's  to muddy and it needed to be dried out first before he could do the work to fix it.  He then asked  if i knew that we had galvanized pipes, i said NO even though i knew we had copper piping. then he says that since we have galvanized pipes, the fix might be just a temporary and  possibly in the near future other section of pipes might burst. So before he left he suggested that we may look into doing a repipe. so i asked what the cost would be to do the work. He quoted us 14k WTF? think he was trying to sell a repipe job instead of fixing the busted pipe. Later on that very same day,wife had called Gomez Plumbing and SANTO shows up at the door. Looks at the issue and fixed it. like that. He sure saved  us a ton of money, unlike the other guy wanting us to do a repipe for 14k. So if your looking for a good honest plumber that does good work. CALL GOMEZ PLUMBING you can't go wrong. ask for Santo.

Anthony was a pleasure to work with.  He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work.  I had him come out to evaluate adding a water softener at our house, and he ended up leaving 4 hours later with the work done (thanks to my optimism, having already purchased a unit when he came to my home).

About the slightest hesitation I had in giving him 5 stars is because I feel that I paid too much for the work.  No proof, since I was so impressed with him that I did not bother getting quotes from his competitors :-).

Tino did a great job replacing two sinks for me. One of them was a snap. The other one had to be cut out and he had all the specialty tools to do it without complaint. He was clean and efficient and I will definitely work with him again. We got bids from three different places and they were all basically the same. I would recommend Mission city plumbing as a locally owned independent business.

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

These guys are great! They are incredibly responsive online and very punctual. We have used them a few times and they show up right on time, clean, and even wearing masks and gloves during this crazy pandemic! (Thank you so much!) They are friendly, polite and fast! They were in and out in under an hour both times. They do a great job and I think the prices are very reasonable. We appreciate these guys and all their hard work during this weird time! I called a few different places before choosing Patterson Plumbing. Over the phone Ivan sounded friendly, knowledgeable and fair. He came to our condo within the hour and assessed the situation with our sink quickly. He was able to drain the hard to get to clogged area. He gave us some helpful tips and ran our dishwasher and sink to make sure everything was working properly. He's been in the business for a while and knows what he's doing and treats his customers fairly. He's also an overall genuinely nice person. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Patterson for future plumbing and draining needs and would recommend them to everyone I know.
