Kiet responded quickly even on the weekend. And he was very responsible and hard working. He also has a very caring personality, looking over a few other concerns we had about our house and giving us a free consultation and advice. He did an outstanding job installing a water conditioning system.

Bakhtiyar Khan was great to work with, he came on Sunday to snake the clogged kitchen sink. Pricing was fair and  reasonable. He made sure to cleanup after the work was done. I definitely recommend this business.

I dropped the drain snake into second floor shower drain. Called in Drain Master. I thought this is gonna be a big project. Dave came and tried to help me to fish out the lost snake with his own snake. It wasn't successful as expected. But he did help me locate where the lost snake is and suggest a DIY approach. There is no push for doing any fix with them. Just pure honesty and intention to offer the help. He didn't charge me either for his effort.  Five stars for the integrity and honesty that are rarely seen nowadays.

My 2008 Toto toilet was leaking water and I wanted to hire a reliable, knowledgeable plumber who was knowledgeable about old fixtures.  I was hoping that I would not have to replace this toilet or wait weeks until parts were available.  I called Water Quality Plumbing and asked for Technician Jeff.  Jeff had replaced the original 1950 fixtures in my tub faucets about 10 years ago.
It is so pleasant working with Water Quality Plumbing, San Jose.  There is always someone on the phone to answer my calls and book an appointment.  Jeff showed up on the day of the appointment and within the time-frame scheduled.
Within an hour Jeff fixed the problem!  It was amazing; he actually had the three necessary parts in his truck!  It was such a relief to have this toilet fixed during this time of water conservation.  The cost to fix this Toto toilet was so reasonable.  I would have spent it on my water bill!

What an awesome experience

Vic picked up the phone right away when I called and said he would be here in two hours. He showed on time. When I went to meet him he had a cheery voice with a welcoming, hi I'm Vic.....I knew we the made the right decision to call him.

He was kind and helpful through our process and fixed the issue in about 30 min.

We found ourself a new plumber and he has a loyal customer base.

I hate to give a place one star when I receive a refund but unfortunately this is well deserved.  A guy came to repair our toilet upstairs which had some water leakage around it.  Found out the floor was pretty badly damaged but he still installed a wax seal and some anchors--I thought everything was fine.

Later last night the toilet started absolutely flooding.  There used to be one small crack in the ceiling below the toilet, now there are two large cracks with water dripping down.  (Water wasn't dripping down before).  Plumber said that the hose was on its last leg but for some reason didn't replace it?? It took my husband 5 mins to see that the top of the toilet was leaking onto the already damaged hose causing all of the flooding.  

Husband was able to replace the hose easily and will replace the piece inside top part as a temporary fix.  Plumber said it was too risky to replace the hose--what???? I've included pictures of the damage and flooding water.  There are 3 people living in this house & we needed to keep the water on to go to the bathroom, take showers etc and all night we had dirty toilet water dripping on us...not fun and now we need to repair the further damage to the floor and ceiling....

Gregg was awesome!  Came out to look at a garbage disposal problem and turned out to be very minor.  He didn't make us feel dumb and even educated us on care tips of the disposal.  Great response from the company and great service from Gregg!  Highly recommend Wizard and ask for Gregg!

We had a pipe in our back yard use pressure. Kevin came over and explained what he believed the problem to be and gave us a quote. The thing I like the most is that he said the project would cost X amount, if what he did didn't fix the problem then he would credit that amount for the next step of fixing etc. Since it was a diagnose issue.
He was also very punctual and communicative. I had a window of 12-2. He called around 1:15 saying he was 10 minutes out which I greatly appreciated.
A bonus was that he gave a small discount and left us a whole packet with the companies contact info and everything we need.
We'll definitely use them again.

Excellent job! The guys came to the house expecting to clear blockage in the main drainage line from the house to the street, but the problem proved to be more complex than that. They spent more than half the day analyzing an unusual problem and clearing the line and also making needed repairs to the sewage line. I appreciate their professionalism, and patience. They did a somewhat difficult job for a very reasonable price.

My third time to call Tino for help to fix shower pipe leaking and kitchen sink disposal breakdown; also there comes 2 other plumbing maintenance fixes. Tino did careful examining and offer a fair price for 4 projects. When he started, it shows the shower leaking in my old house was very tougher to fix than he estimated before, as he had to climb up to mid-roof to cut a hole to take whole leaking pipe out without breaking the tiles and wall inside the house. This leaking fix took him extra double or triple hours in a week period; but he still charges me the original estimation prices. I was so moved and honored by his sincere attitudes, hard working spirits by spending his holiday time and night overtime hours, along with his perfect handcraft plumbing fixes. He is not only just a highly skilled professional plumber, but also a trustful good-heart person you can rely on.

They just went to my elderly dad's house today to replace water heater, and handled his situation with great care. Can't recommend enough.

Making a decision to repipe my home is tough. I have been dwelling on the idea for over 6 months, and after getting 5 estimates from various contractors, I was flustered and still cannot make up my mind. But after speaking with George from All Pipes Plumbing, I made my decision right on the spot. His experience, knowledge, honesty and sincerity got me totally convinced that he is the right man for the job (not to mention that his bid is also the lowest). He did not promise to finish the job in one day, which I am always skeptic about the quality of the workmanship. George is a perfectionist, and rather do the job right than to rush through it. He also came up with very innovative ways to replace the old pipes without cutting up any of my walls. Not only did George did what he promised, but also went above and beyond his responsibility (including removing 2 dead rats and a dead cat from the crawlspace, and found the source of my rodents infestation). The quality of his work is so good that the final inspection took only 30 minutes (from other reviews, I found that some repipe jobs require multiple visits from the inspector). George knows the codes very well, and did everything that is expected before the inspection. I am so happy with my experience that I already have a few projects lined up for Georg, such as installing a sewer clean-out and replacing the indoor drain lines (another potential problem). Thanks to the raving reviews from Yelp and NextDoor, I am very happy to have found a plumber for all seasons!

I was recommending Patterson to another friend and thought, it's time to shout it out on Yelp!  Patterson Plumbing completed a job for us a while back.   The work was completed on time, on budget, and with great heart.  Patterson is just a good man with strong ethics; he cares about integrity and customer service.  A rare and beautiful thing in our crazy world!
