Our water heater unfortunately stopped working most likely because it's so old we had to get it repaired.  I was out of town and I had to find someone who can help fix it.  I'm glad I found City Of Sewer.  Thank you guys for saving the day!  Finally warm water again

I contacted Eddie because our toilet was clogged - he suggested procedures I might try myself and came as soon as possible when those didn't work - he diagnosed and fixed the problem - was personable, honest, worked quickly and cleaned everything up completely - could not have been better - will absolutely use him again. Deal with confidence!

We had a broken sewer line to the curb.  This was a major undertaking and Manny and his crew were the consummate professionals.   They were knowledgeable and courteous.  Manny took care of all the permits and paperwork and was immediately responsive any time I called him.  The work was completed on time and the cleanup was very well done.  I have not come across a more professional team.  Highly recommended.  Thanks Crown Plumbing!!

Very happy with their Service. I had a leak in the main water pipe going into my house that I couldn't seal.   I called Saturday afternoon about it in hopes of making an appointment for next week.   Surprisingly, Kiet said he could make it  between 9 and 10 the next day,  Sunday, and did so.  He replaced my leaky pipe as well as updated my very old pressure system and pipes. I've found my plumber of choice.   I highly recommend this company,

Never showed up for a scheduled appointment at my condo to check out a leak in our bathtub. So unprofessional.

After the first company is called sent a guy out 2 hours after the appointment time. He didn't want to stay and unclog the drain at 6:30pm.... Complained it was a huge job and he wanted to go home at the end of the day, not do this. Said I should've called earlier. I  did call earlier, at 10am.... Well, wouldn't do the work and said he'd come back the next day. Well, what are we supposed to do with ALL SINKS AND BATH TUB completely full of water?
The next morning I called Ed instead and he came out and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes! No hassle, no problem!  Very friendly and gets the job done!

These guys were able to come out quickly to replace a leaking garbage disposal.  Phil was one time, quick and professional.  Would definitely request him again.  Unfortunately, he moving to Reno.  San Jose's loss but Reno's gain...  Good luck Phil...

Great service! Definitely would come back with any of my plumbing issues. Very nice and were very effective with the job.

The main sewer was clogged and yucky stuff overflowed into the tub & shower. I called Vic early this AM and he was able to accommodate me on the same day. Vic arrived as promised.

I explained to Vic the problem. He told me what he would do. Vic snaked out 1 of 2 clean out in front of the house. After running the sink, shower, laundry sink and flushing the toilets Vic showed me how the water was flowing through the mainline with little to no problem. He believed that any clogs occurred between my pipe to the street side had since cleared, but doesn't doubt there was a stoppage somewhere.

Vic gave me instructions on some preventive measures for the future. He was very professional / courteous and seems to know what he's doing. Vic guaranteed his work and said should there be any issues he would come back and snake our pipe at no charge. What I found assuring was his commitment and his warranty for his work. Honest and reliable.

I would use him again and would recommend him to others.

Tony was great! Replaced the P-Trap and reset the sink drain and did it all for the quoted price. Even went to get a part that he did not have from Home Depot and did not charge extra. I will use Gomez again.

The drain under our kitchen sink started leaking at the P-trap. I called Bueno Plumbing and they were able to scheduled a technician for the next afternoon between 3pm and 5pm. Edgar called at 2:30 and said he was about 30 minutes away. He showed up on time, assessed why the leak started and gave a quote for the repair. He did the repair that afternoon and by 4pm we were leak free.

Great customer service, very pleasant technician who did professional work, checked our water pressure, and I'm happy to say he didn't try to upsell (or scare me) on other services as another highly advertised local plumbing company did.

I highly recommend Bueno plumbing-they are a locally owned company! A big plus for me.

I called Northstar because of my backed-up sewer and I'm glad that I did.  Anthony came on time and worked patiently with husband to find the hidden cleanout, identified the problem and cleared the clog promptly.  Not uncommon in Saratoga, the cause was the tree root in the front yard and Anthony spent a good 2 hours working at it without extra charge.  Would definitely call him again if I need a good plumber!

What can I say amazing service. I have been trying to get my tub and sink unclogged for three days finally I had enough its been hot and I needed to shower. I did not want to take a shower in dirty black water so I called around. From the time I called to the time he came it was only 20 minutes super fast. He was so professional and he was very nice. He fixed the clog and thanks to him I can now shower in a clean tub. If i ever need a plumber this is the plumber im going to call he is fast, reliable, and professional. Very happy with the service.

Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

They responded immediately to my request on Yelp and I hired him.  Glad I did that!  John and his assistant were extremely polite and efficient.  They showed up on time (even a little early) and did the job quickly.  I was very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

Ivan was amazing! I would recommend his services to anyone. We had a sewer drain emergency first thing in the morning. After public works showed up and told us it was our responsibility to deal with the issue, I called Ivan. He was flexible and eager to help. He showed up almost immediately - only 30 min after I called! He gave me an initial quote based on the work that needed to be done and quickly got to work. Once he discovered there was more to the problem, he worked to resolve the clog and did everything he could to help us avoid a larger cost and pipe replacement. He was here for about 2 hours and kept me updated on the progress as he was working. He was very professional and personable. When the work took longer than expected, he was very willing to negotiate a final price that was reasonable for both of us. I will definitely use him for future plumbing and drain issues that may arise.
