I live in an old house with ongoing plumbing issues and had given up on finding a reliable plumber that wasn't extremely expensive...until I found Ed. He is prompt, reliable, knows his stuff and I honestly think he's fantastic. Fixed my bathroom problem, my kitchen (including a garbage disposal) and snaked all of my decrepit pipes without causing damage to my very old pipes. Truly a godsend. I recommend him highly! You simply cannot find another plumber as good as him.

Called this morning, on Labor Day and got a quick response and visit.  Luis was thorough and gave some options going forward.

We are remodeling our restroom and ran into a few issues installing a new toilet etc. We were able to secure an appointment right away. Communication was quick and easy. The two gents that came to install our toilet and fix a leaky pipe, were super sufficient, timely and polite. Definitely recommend them for all your plumbing services.

Kiet arrived about 30 minutes after I called for a toilet ring replacement that ran into some problems with a tweaked flange, he offered to install it but said I could easily do it for much cheaper, he got me the exact parts I needed and also proceeded to give me a step by step tutorial on the spot. I feel so lucky when I find business likes this that are so honest and have great people running them. Thank you Kiet!

CONS: There honestly wasn't one.

My double sink with a garbage disposal had a clog. I tried to Man up and fix it myself with boiling water, sink plunger, and a 50 ft. snake with no success. I was hesitant to call a plumber because I've heard of stories where plumbers can take advantage of you like car repair shops, but I was left no choice. After a lot of research I finally went with my gut instinct and chose AAA Affordable Plumbing based on rave reviews working with Khan.

I got a call back immediately and Khan was so sincere and even offered a discount for finding his business on yelp and was able to work on my sink that same day. Customer service and a personable personality were the last things I would have expected from a plumbing service. Yes, it does exist in the same sentence?! His easy going approach already made me feel comfortable with choosing his services. You can tell he enjoys his job and the people he works with and that's important for any business to be successful.  

After he arrived, he was the real deal and he went straight to work. It was extremely messy due to the spaghetti oil that built up and clogged the sinks, but he was able to fix it with a 65 foot snake and cleaned up after his self. Unless you have all the time in the world, I recommend leaving it to the professionals, like Khan.  

Thanks to Khan, I now have my go-to plumber that I will have in my contacts for life and will refer to anyone in need of a trustworthy plumber who gets the job done with a genuine smile.

I am so happy that I made the right choice to call Ed.   We had a rental property and one week after the leasing date the main sewer clogged.  I called city, but water is still backed up even after city took the roots out of the clean out (close to side walk).  With renters in the house unable to use the bathroom, it's a lot of stress on me.   I'm desperately reaching out on yelp.   Ed replied me 6AM in the morning,  picked up my call at 6:30AM,  showed up on time.  We discussed options and eventually I decided to dig the lawns and install a new 2 way clean out so that we can fix this problem for good and save effort for future issues.   Ed run a camera to locate the pipes and had the crew start digging.   4 hours later we have a new clean out and no clog.   Ed then run cameras again on both sides to make sure there is nothing missing.    And very importantly the price is very reasonable.   I could not be more happy that I had picked Ed.   Highly recommended.

The second time they came back to fix the new toilet gear they installed, they replaced the flap with the rest of the gear and now the toilet is working well and not making noise anymore.

Called Vic based on the stellar Yelp reviews. Was not disappointed! He answered quickly and was able to work with my schedule (next day). Had a main line clog which backed up both tubs in a 66 year old Eichler with no clean out. One tub had been slow draining for over 20 years...just lived with it. However, when the other tub started to slow drain and also affect the toilet flushing, could not live with it anymore. Vic worked on both tubs at the source of the clogs and also snaked from a vent at the roof of the house to 75 feet to clear the drains. Everything drains great now and the toilet flushes normally. Service charge was more than fair. Vic wore a mask at all times and used shoe coverings when entering the house...very reassuring during this pandemic. It is easy to say to support local independent businesses, but Vic gives good reason to with honest work from an honorable man.

Updating my review... since 2019 I've had repeated clogged drains due to old galvanized plumbing so I had Fidel Gomez and his team change out our entire drain and supply lines back in 2020. They were very professional and respectful of our COVID precautions at the time as well. They've also been by the help seal a toilet wax ring on the weekend and a shower valve. Most recently, Fidel stopped by to help pinpoint a leak in our tankless water heater (installed by someone else) that was causing a high water bill. He fit us at the end of a very busy day (same day) and didn't even charge me a trip fee. I think I'm now in his cell phone speed dial but that's the kind of customer service you get with this company!

Wizard Plumbing is my go to plumber. They are very responsive and do great work.  I have had them do everything from major work like sewer line replacements to most recently installing a new bathroom faucet.  Greg did a great job on the install.  He consulted with me before hand on the best faucet to buy and advised me on the full scope so that I so that I don't have any problems in the future and completed the job very quickly, all at a reasonable price.

Toilet issue. Kevin explained the issue in detail and was very professional. Very responsive and prompt.

Our pipes backed up this week.  After a quick Yelp search, we called Northstar Plumbing.  Anthony answered and let us know that he could arrive in an hour.  He was super friendly and immediately provided a flat bid for the work based on my description of the problem.  He arrived on time with his partner and cleared our line within 30 minutes.  Could not have asked for a better experience... especially when earlier in the day we were dealing with black water entering the house through our showers!

I had an issue with a leak under my sink that I couldn't stop, and Ivan was able to come by to take a look in less than half an hour.  He showed up wearing a mask and gloves, and made sure to follow all social distancing protocols the entire time he was in my home.  I appreciated that he not only fixed the issue quickly, but also explained how he diagnosed the problem which helped me understand what happened and what to look for in case it happened again.  He also took a look at the other sinks in my home to make sure everything looked okay there as well.  Ivan is very professional, knowledgeable, and honest, and I'll definitely be calling him for any plumbing issues I might have in the future.
