Steven and his team were great! They change our home pipes to copper piping all the way to the main water line at a very reasonable/affordable price and finished earlier than scheduled (all within a day). They did exactly everything we asked them to do.  They also raised our water heater up from the floor so that it's up to code; installed a water softener; added a waterline for the refrigerator; and added an outside waterline in the backyard.  Given the quote he gave us, we didn't mind buying a few, small items like the cover for waterline for the refrigerator and the pedestal for the water heater.

Steven was so easy to work with.  He came on time and finished earlier than expected.  He also updated us with pictures as they work.  He communicated and clarified with us when needed (which we really like to avoid any miscommunication which is not uncommon in contractors we've worked with in the past).

They really care about their work. They even put the grass back in its original place after replacing the outside line in front of the house! :)

I called the number here because of a problem with our basement sump pump. Even the call was so valuable I would have paid. I didn't need to call them out to the house after all. He definitely could have talked me into forking over a few bucks short-term, but chose not to be super helpful via phone instead. I'll definitely be using these guys in the future when I do need work.

Such a nice people and their customer service is excellent we called them today for our toilet repair they were in my house in less than an hour.. he quickly noticed the problem..compared to all other places there prices are completely low and reasonable...we are facing the water leaking problem from long time and we tried so many plumber and none of them have cleared the issue but these people are awesome at their work..very friendly and best work they have done.

These guys are awesome! I found them to be responsive and courteous. They helped in the removal and exchange of a defective water heater for a new one, and transported it to and from Home Depot. Their estimate seemed reasonable, although in full disclosure, I did not obtain quotes from anyone else. I didn't feel I needed to because of their professionalism. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

This is the 2nd time we've used AAA for our plumbing needs and they always do a wonderful job!  I called them at 8am to fix a toilet and they were able to come within a few hours.  They are always friendly and professional and get the job done fast! Great price too! I would highly recommend them.

very pleased with their performance and proffesionalism.  Jeff arrived when they said he would and got right to work.  i had a kitchen faucet and hot water dispenser controler replaced.  both were done and work great.  while working on it jeff saw that the drain hose from the garbage disposal was cracked and replaced it for me.  everything works great  would highly recomend them

Vic is the man! We had an emergency, water everywhere, we had to turn off the main. I called a couple plumbers and Vic was the first to answer. He came when he said, had everything needed to get the job done and did it for a fair price. I had to leave to work before he came and he communicated to me the whole way through. Santos had done previous work at our home for an outside leaking water pipe. I'm so glad I called him back again! He was available when we needed him, contacted me before arriving, and replaced my bathroom faucets very efficiently. Since the work was less substantial than initially estimated, he didn't charge me the full estimate price, and his fees are quite fair. One of the faucets I ordered was slightly defective, and he offered to swap it out for free once the replacement arrives. I highly recommend him to anyone, and expect I'll use him again in the future.

We had our shower/bathtub cartridge replaced by another plumbing company, which did not solve the leaking from our bathtub faucet.  That other plumber told us we'd have to replace the copper piping and break through the drywall, etc.  So we have been waiting, shutting off our water at night and not using that bathtub much, until we felt comfortable having all that work done (waiting for pandemic to simmer down).  Today, Gregg from Wizard Plumbing came to replace a showerhead and I showed him the bathtub faucet and he offered to fix it or no charge.  Well, he fixed it and promised to return if the leaking returns (he found the cartridge replacement from the previous plumber was NOT new).  

We like Gregg from Wizard Plumbing because he tells you the truth bluntly, gets the job done well and efficiently, and has a great sense of humor (coupled with a Brooklyn accent).

I had Bueno Plumbing come out to my house. Kevin was the name of the technician and seemed really knowledgeable with everything. Prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Will definitely be using them again if needed in the future!

He fixed the kitchen drain problem. He even went further almost 40 feet to make sure there are no other issure along the line. After he was done, he gave the house back as it was when he came in.

My third time to call Tino for help to fix shower pipe leaking and kitchen sink disposal breakdown; also there comes 2 other plumbing maintenance fixes. Tino did careful examining and offer a fair price for 4 projects. When he started, it shows the shower leaking in my old house was very tougher to fix than he estimated before, as he had to climb up to mid-roof to cut a hole to take whole leaking pipe out without breaking the tiles and wall inside the house. This leaking fix took him extra double or triple hours in a week period; but he still charges me the original estimation prices. I was so moved and honored by his sincere attitudes, hard working spirits by spending his holiday time and night overtime hours, along with his perfect handcraft plumbing fixes. He is not only just a highly skilled professional plumber, but also a trustful good-heart person you can rely on.

Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.
