contacted drain master  based on yelp review and it does not appear that this company wants my business.  This company treated their time more important than mines. I had to follow up 3 times.  an appointment was scheduled, no show and no call. Finally contacted me a day later and said is ready to do the work.  I finally got the job done without Drain Master. It's a waste of my time.

Vic was fast, professional, and did a clean job. On short notice, he was able to fit me in his schedule to replace my toilet and replace the shut-off valve. Couldn't be happier with his work and timing.

Superb service.  Conscientious workers.  My job was large, ambitious, complex, including challenging setbacks, but they were up to the task.  And they pushed to have it completed and permitted in a timely fashion.  The price was also slightly lower than others quoted. They left the worksite clean.

In particular, Ivan Avila went the extra mile.  But all were easy to work with and communicated well.

Gregg Dolling came out and fixed it.  We were extremely pleased because he was prompt and courteous, and he kept his work area neat.  This happened a couple months ago, and we haven't had any issues since.

Owner, Kevin, is a very competent, friendly, patient, honest, and responsible plumber. He knows plumbing. He goes out of the way to explain the problems and the solutions. Kevin fixed my bathroom tap for me (by replacing the cartridge). After the job, they give coupons for next job.

His staff, Jimmy, is also very friendly, competent, responsible. In the second job, Jimmy flushed the hot water tank for me. Well done!

Anthony and his crew did great work! Called him on a late afternoon (almost closing time) for a leaking water heater and he agreed to come by first thing the following morning. Our water heater needed replaced and Mission City, working with Tino, came quickly to replace it with competitive rates and warranty. A few other issues were discovered and repaired. We had a small issue after the service and Tino came out without charge to fix it. Reliable and good work. Recommend!

We have had Takai reroute my shutoffs on my washer and he also replaced our main shutoff coming into the house,  also replace the pipe coming
into the house from the main, and replaced some fittings, everything he has

called Agilis Plumbing for a replacement of the dishwasher air gap. They sent John over the next day. This guy gets the job done. We have an unusual plumbing setup of the dishwasher/kitchen faucet/water filter system. John was able to quickly navigate through this and replace the air gap while ensuring it is compatible with the rest of the systems. I highly recommend him for future jobs.

Ivan was the only one of 5 companies we called today that was able to come out in a short notice Saturday afternoon/evening. His price was in the same ballpark as the others, and he showed up promptly on time and fixed our backed-up kitchen drain line!  What a lifesaver, as we had guests this weekend.
He fixed our problem quickly and even explained the steps he was taking and the logic behind them. Very professional & friendly.
