Contacted Oakland Rooter based on Yelp reviews a few days before Christmas 2018 for a leak under kitchen sink.  They gave me an afternoon appointment same day, and Marco showed up five minutes early.   I too had a five star experience - problem quickly assessed and a fairly lengthy repair commenced, clean work and zero collateral damage.  Marco also gave me valuable advice about my water heater and another plumbing issue.  SUPER experience overall.  I'll be contacting Oakland Rooter in the near future to replace remaining galvanized plumbing in the house which was the culprit in the leak.

Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

Fantastic service and extremely responsive. After spending half a day trying to get other local plumbers out. I Called just plumbing Handyman and was able to get service in less than hour. I had a small leak and it was fixed in 30 mins. Extremely neat and efficient work and very detailed to make sure it was done properly. He even took the time to clean up after. I would recommend Just Plumbing Handyman to anyone. Seriously don't waste your time or effort with anyone else.

This is by far the greatest service I've received.   A+ in service and repair...It's snowing outside and Eddie still came out to fix my hot water heater.   I applaud Eddie for his hard work and dedication.

They are very good. Adam is pretty busy so you may not get a hold of him right away but, if you can hold on, he is worth the wait. We had a broken water heater and he was able to come to fix it on the weekend (he was fully booked all week long). He is a good craftsman, works diligently and gave us a reasonable price. Often these qualities are hard to find in a plumber.

Move ahead to April 2021, and we have a toilet whose pedestal is leaking at the base. We worried that this could rot the subfloor.
A&A came promptly and fixed the problem, not as severe as we had feared.
The technician was effective and polite.
Strange side effect, though: tried to call to thank them, for two days, and the phone was not answered (did not want to leave a message). I called both the Palo Alto (650) and Sunnyvale (408) numbers, with the same non-result.

They came out within a day of me reaching out to them. They were reasonably priced and super professional. I will call them first if I need a plumber again

Elite pulled through on a couple of urgent jobs for my family in the last couple months... sewer main clog, installation of a clean-out. He also cleared another clog in the plumbing between our bathroom toilet and shower. For both jobs, Awais arranged to do the work as quickly as possible due to our urgent family needs. We had a plumbing emergency - toilets not working, sinks and showers smelling like sewage - it was awful. We talked to a number of plumbers about it and Matt Plumbing had the most thorough and comprehensive diagnostic of what was going on. They systematically checked each and every fixture to figure out which were good and which were having wastewater issues.  It turns out we have a really complicated problem, not a single point of failure, but rather multiple failures throughout the wastewater system of our house - a leaking sink, a leaking shower, a few corroded and collapsing pipes - a horrible mess. Matt Plumbing provided pictures of the problem areas and an explanation of why these areas were issues and what needed to be fixed with them.

In addition, Matt Plumbing found a mistake that one of the other companies had made when the other company was looking at the problem, and they fixed the other company's  issue and cleaned up the mess that the other company had made. (They didn't charge me for this either.)

Matt Plumbing went above and beyond my expectations.

Their quote was the best one I got for the comprehensive wastewater fixes, and I was so impressed with their methodical approach to plumbing and all their great five-star reviews here. I am so bummed that because of scheduling issues, I have to work with a different plumbing company for this  repair, but the next time I have an issue with plumbing, I'm going to call Matt Plumbing first.

Zachery replaced our outdated garbage disposal and repaired the drain leak with new piping.  He was quick, effective and didn't dirty our kitchen.  No complaints.  Five star service.

Stanislov and Dmitri came to check the washing machine inlet valves after Best Buy reported that they were leaking and they wouldn't install the washing machine. It turns out there was nothing wrong with the valves. It was just water pressure pushing water out after tap is closed. They helped install the washing machine as well. Now I need to get my refund from Best Buy.

Always great service, on time, and complete no matter how big or how small.  I've used them several times with no issues.  Last week, my appointment was from 9-11.  When the doorbell rang at 8:55 I thought, who the hell is that?  It was Simms.  A contractor that shows up on time.  I didn't think they still existed!

The company is a scam.  After doing research company is out of a house in Milpitas.   I asked for a quote to change a was seal and install a bidet in my house.  The quote was 200 dollars.  When the plumber had the toilet off he called me in and said the flange needed to be changed.  He went out and talked to the owner and came back and said it will be between 300 - 400 because this could take time to get off.  He had the flange off in 20 minutes and said the boss was coming to help.  He was going to get a flange.  Next thing I know 4 guys out house 3 guys in bathroom to install a flange.  A total of 3 hours including 40 ;minutes for parts and the owner gave me a bill for 800 dollars.  Never said why he just said not by the hour but by the job.  I would never deal with this company again.  I also reported them to the BBB.

These folks were great.  I called with an issue and Alex was here a few hour later to assess the problem and give us options.  We felt no pressure and learned the pros and cons of each option.  After deciding on plan, Diego came two days later with the new equipment.  He was on time, professional, and very pleasant to work with.  The work was completed perfectly and quickly.  Recommended.

Needed help with a sump pump under the house that had stopped working. Called at 1030 & was able to get someone out the same day by noon.  Elijah was extremely polite & professional. After getting a brief explanation of the problem he geared up & went under the house.

After a short time Elijah was able determine the pump was still functioning, but the circuit had tripped (I had been looking in the wrong spot.  I know I know....major doofus move).

Elijah was straight forward & prompt with his service.  I'll be using Bailey Plumbing in the future for other plumbing services.

Kenny Rogers Plumbing is an extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy company.  After I had a horrible sewer flood in my home, Kenny and his team fixed the problem promptly and with compassion. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! I recommend them highly and I will be a customer for life

Drain and water have been a life saver for me. I got an appointment the next day , Axel and crew came over , ran the video line , explained everything to me , did a temporary fix and gave a competitive quote compared to others. After I signed with them , they  exactly stuck to the timeline, took care of permits and inspection and did their work extremely professionally. While I hope I don't run into too many drainage issues  , they will be my go-to guys and highly recommend them.for everyone!

Joseph & Team from Royal Plumbing has finished the plumbing work, for new Washer & Dryer hookup in garage, perfectly.   He made several visits to plan the work and provided the estimate (free !!!).  Cost is reasonable.   Quality of work is excellent.  They are very friendly and suggested best & cost effective way to meet the requirements.  In-spite of personnel issue, he arranged alternative resource to complete the work very quickly !!! I will use them again.

Great service, reasonable pricing and showed up when they committed .   Chris was our service rep and he's a great guy to work with.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
