Julio came out to my house to check out a water leak coming from my ceiling in the kitchen area. He was able to diagnose and repair the leak in the same day and set up my Sheetrock appointment for the next day. Julio was very polite, professional and worked quickly to take care of my issue. It was a messy job, but he cleaned up very well. Highly recommend Golden State!

Richard was on time. He was able to diagnose the leak problem in the garage ceiling right away. It was shoddy installation of a new washer that was installed a couple of days ago. He also took care of caulking of the bath tub and fixtures. He was professional and his price was very reasonable.

We had had Adam out three separate times now for three separate jobs. He has replaced our hot water heater under and the pipes leading to it when we had a broken pipe situation. He has replaced the valves under both master bathroom sinks, and finally Adam added an additional water shut off valve to make it easier for us to changed the water filleted for the house water filtration system. On all three jobs Adam was exceptional! His work was excellent, he is tidy, as other reviewers have mentioned he will explain as much or little as you want, he is very forthcoming and honest, his prices are very fair and on top of everything he is a super nice guy. We will call him again without hesitation!

Got great competent, courteous, quick service to fix a problem so I could get water running in my house again. The price was high, but so was the level of service.

We've used Frank's on 3 separate occasions, 2 of them emergencies after hours and Jim came himself to troubleshoot and fix the problem in minutes. They customer services and technical ability is unparalleled. Can't go wrong with Frank's!

It started with the washing machine overflowing. David & Joe did a thorough inspection and showed me how the 60yo pipes under the house were a disaster... leaking both water & sewage!! They provided three options and worked with me on pricing. They completed re-plumbing the entire underground piping in 2 days, cleaning up everything.
They are polite, thorough, nice folks. They did exactly what they promised and showed up on time. They even stopped to play fetch with my dog! Definitely a 10! Would highly recommend (and, no, they didn't ask me to do a review).

Matt is very professional. I would definitely call him if I need anything in the future.
The hot water goes away in last Thursday and Matt stop by on Friday. He tried to fix it at first but it does not work out. I could totally understand that because anything could go wrong for a 7 year-old GE water heater which still use old technology.
He proposed to replace with a new one and I am fine with that. The only concern is since the valve is broken, we need to shut down the water of whole building. I am a little bit worried because I could ask HOA once but if we could not fix it in ONE shot, that would be very inconvenient for others to do it second time. Due to the long weekend, HOA agree to shut down water for 3 hours in this Tuesday.
Matt stop by one time and within 2 hours, everything is done efficiently. A new valve and gas pipe are replaced. New pressure pipe is installed. Water heater is installed. Everything is cleaned up. He also provide me with a reasonable quota.
I will highly recommend Matt and eventually, we have hot water again!

Dmitrii responded very quickly to my Yelp request, then came out early the next morning and fixed a bunch of broken closet door tracks and some broken toilet paper holders, also took down some wasp nests and changed outdoor lightbulbs for me. He was fast and has a sweet and courteous disposition. He also charged a very reasonable hourly rate. I would easily hire him again the next time I have issues in need of fixing!

I can't  say enough positive things about Simms Plumbing.  They are professional, efficient, prompt, courteous and meticulous, They installed a dishwasher for me recently, Eduardo, was the technician, and he did a fabulous job and was thorough, neat, and obviously took pride in his work.  I could not be happier with their scheduling and service and highly recommend Simms Plumbing!

Mario showed on-time and brought protective blankets to protect our floors.  He was very pleasant and easy to communicate with and not only did an excellent job but cleaned above and beyond what was necessary.
I only with that they did bath remodels because the entire customer service experience was brilliant.

I recently had an amazing experience with Chris and his support team. The team kept me in the loop as too  Chris' arrival time. When Chris arrived as expected, he was very friendly, down to earth, professional and passionate about his work. He was thorough and patient as he explained in detail what my problems were. He gave me options. He completed the tasks. Definitely my go to plumber going forward.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
