We just discovered over the weekend that our sewer pipe in the back had been separated. (We never noticed before since we back up into a canyon and never really go down there.) We thought it would be a big job (and had big quotes based on photos that we shared).

Oakland Rooter arrived on time for the estimate, and said that he could do the job today for a reasonable price.

Julio came out to my house to check out a water leak coming from my ceiling in the kitchen area. He was able to diagnose and repair the leak in the same day and set up my Sheetrock appointment for the next day. Julio was very polite, professional and worked quickly to take care of my issue. It was a messy job, but he cleaned up very well. Highly recommend Golden State!

Had some leaky faucets that I was going to change myself when I realized the valves to stop the water were also shot. Called Vlad and he was out the same day, took care of business and also gave me some advice on some other things I could do myself to prevent further issues. Good man, fair price.

I can't say enough good things about the service and response time. My son had called and described the problem to Richard (a plugged toilet) and Richard said he could come the next evening, and that it would be a flat $125 if he could snake it clear (which we'd already tried several times) or $250 if he had to disassemble and reassemble the toilet. He was good to his word, even arriving a little early, and explained everything as he was doing it.  He did end up having to remove the toilet to dislodge the clog ( a flashlight had been dropped into the toilet!), but he was true to his quote of $250 and was happy to take my check (a lot of others required cash). He also cleaned up after himself and gave me some good advice about maintaining the toilet in good condition. You couldn't do better than to call Affordable Plumbing Solutions!

We had had Adam out three separate times now for three separate jobs. He has replaced our hot water heater under and the pipes leading to it when we had a broken pipe situation. He has replaced the valves under both master bathroom sinks, and finally Adam added an additional water shut off valve to make it easier for us to changed the water filleted for the house water filtration system. On all three jobs Adam was exceptional! His work was excellent, he is tidy, as other reviewers have mentioned he will explain as much or little as you want, he is very forthcoming and honest, his prices are very fair and on top of everything he is a super nice guy. We will call him again without hesitation!

I called Mike Fox's A & A Plumbing to fix a leak inside the wall between my garage and utility room in Dec 2009. The service guy, Jesse, did a great job. Jesse gave me an estimate of $850 for the work. He confirmed that it's mostly labor. He spent a total of roughly six hours to finish the job. At some point, his boss, Mike, showed up to help him for a little bit. For the six hour work, I was charged $900, $850 plus $50 for fixing the sheet rock, which I requested. Before I wrote the check to Jesse after he was done, I double-checked with Jesse that the charge is equivalent to about $150/hr. Is that a reasonable going rate in the market? He said yes. I feel it's high but I don't really have a good sense. My point is they did good work. I feel it's expensive at $150/hr but I really don't know.

Talked to Jim and he gave us as much advice as he he could over the phone as to where and how we can solve our problem. Unfortunately, it's going to be a bigger problem than he can handle. He gave us lots of places to start looking though. I would definitely recommend.

The service was great! while working on the original air gap project we had another problem causing our RO to not have water flowing but the technician quickly debugged the problem and fix it for us.

We were having major issues with our newly rented home whereby the master shower would take forever to warm up.  After 1 min it would begin to turn cold and you would have to wait at least 5 min for the water to turn warm again.  This was so frustrating.  My fiancee initially asked Roto Rooter to help and we had them come down 2x to fix it but it only lasted for 1 day and we were back to cold showers!!!  Matt is a godsend! He was the only one who was able to fix it.  He took his time and went above and beyond to inspect the other faucets in the house and overall plumbing. Not only did he take care of the rental that i'm currently living in but he took care of the pluming at my other home.  Matt is personable, professional and takes care of you.  While I hope to never have plumbing issues, if i do i'll be sure to contact him!!

Mike from Oak Plumbing was great! He listened to my issues with my irrigation drainage and questions about my sump pump, and we came up with a plan of action for when the rains come in the winter.  I will use them for all my plumbing issues because I know they won't try to scam me like a lot of the other companies out there.

Dmitri is a highly skilled professional. He is an honest person, and know quite a few different trades, including plumbing, fence, wall, gutter, epoxy, electricals, and many more.

I hired him doing many different jobs after purchasing an old property. He is smart enough to figure out things.

Most importantly, he is a hard worker and trust worthy.

Absolutely phenomenal service! We had a major problem with a toilet and I had just returned from 2 weeks in the hospital. They promptly responded to our call. Sherry (?) was understanding and extremely helpful.

We had an emergency sewer back up and flooding situation on Super Bowl Sunday. Van showed up within hours, communicated his eta well the whole time until  he showed up. He couldn't fix it right away since we were unable to find the drain. Sent his guys over the next day. Meantime, we  had found the drain. His guys fixed within an hour. Would certainly recommend, very professional.

Cannot recommend Joe and his crew enough! Our contractor referred him when I had two other exorbitant quotes from local plumbers. Joe came out the next day to look at the job and was HALF the price. He also suggested option upgrades to bring the project up to code and itemized his quote so we could decide each option. He was able to start the very next day! He was available by text & asked our opinion when it came for esthetics. He & his crew stayed until dark and got the job done in one day because he knew we were on a time schedule.  They had to trench (told you, big job) and you wouldn't have even know they were there!  They cleaned up and put everything back to normal. We have finally found a fabulous local plumber!!  Highly recommend

I have used Kenny for years.  He has done work in our previous house, installing a water heater and garbage disposer.  The house that I now live in had all the plumbing redone by Kenny and his staff.  Kenny even installed a warm water spigot outside for washing our dog.  He has always been very timely with the work that needed to done.  A couple of months ago when I needed a new water heater I gave him a call.  He was over in a couple of hours and checked the heater out and went over the pro's and con's of different types of heaters.  He said he was busy but had a trustworthy plumber that could do it right away.  That guy was great.  Highly recommend Kenny Rogers.

Generally, I never write reviews for businesses on Yelp, but I had such a positive experience with Miracle Plumbing that I felt compelled to use this platform to laud their services.

I had an emergency leak from the angle stop valve and the supply line from my toilet early yesterday morning. The leak was pretty excessive and was flooding my bathroom floors. I quickly googled nearby 24-hour plumbing services, and Miracle Plumbing was one of the companies that came out on top for search hits with stellar ratings. I called them immediately and John picked up. From the get-go, service from the staff was phenomenal, smooth, courteous, and professional. I corresponded with both John and Judy on the phone; they were both reassuring, prompt with responses to my inquiries, and dispatched a technician very swiftly.

My service technician, Phil Marcus, was just the paragon of professionalism and courtesy. He kept me informed of his ETA, explained to me very clearly in layman's term what was wrong with the defective stop angle valve (I know very little about the anatomy of a toilet and how it functions), and most importantly executed the job effectively and quickly. Phil was very personable, and his wealth of knowledge and experience is very self-evident. Highly recommend Phil!

In all honesty, plumbing issues are never fun to deal with and are a great nuisance. However, working with Miracle Plumbing and their staff made it actually a pleasure to work with them.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
