When I called Oakland Rooter a week ago and talked to Ignacio, he gave me a very fair estimate to replace the water heater in my house.  Fernando took care of the work efficiently, promptly, a few days later,  and to my complete satisfaction.

Then the day after the heater was installed,  when there was no hot or cold running water from the bathroom sink, Fernando, came over, diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue.  He did not charge me anything, since he had just replaced my old heater and I am very grateful to him and Ignacio for their timely and expert service. I strongly recommend this company and will continue to use them for any plumbing issues.  Thank you, Ignacio and Fernando. :)

I just had the privilege of working with Julio from Golden State Plumber (he just left about 10 minutes ago). I am getting my house ready to rent and the water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be upgraded. Julio was fast, friendly and professional. He even left the space under the sink cleaner than he found it! He is returning to update the gas line for the stove. After the nightmare I had with the last contractor ( repeated call backs to fix mistakes which led me to firing them); It is nice to have someone who does it right the first time. Below are some before and after pictures of his work.

Quick response, quality work, got the job done and done right. It was a small solder joint leak on the recirculating line, but to get it done right, the pipe had to be cut, removed, replaced, aligned, prepped, and soldered back in. No skipping step or shortcut to it. And it was perfect and working properly again!

I finally found a plumbing service I can believe in.  Affordable plumbing is honest, competent and reliable. Richard was able to solve a clogging problem by reworking poorly placed pipes and charged me less than other plumbers have charged just for snaking the lines. He also resolved several other plumbing issues at a fair price.

I am beyond picky and have very high expectations when I call someone to help with any kind of work on my home. We've used Good Guys twice now and both times I've been beyond impressed. The last job we had, I was out of town and we needed an emergency water heater replacement. Adam is the only person I could imagine calling to do a job like that and know without a doubt the work will be right, thorough, and better than I could have imagined. I have 100% confidence in calling him for any plumbing needs knowing he will go above and beyond in the quality of work and attention to detail.

They stand behind their work.  If yo ever have questions or concerns, they explain everything in great detail. I never have to worry if something goes wrong now that I found these guys.  We have had them for many things but today was their biggest job to date for us, which was a water heater. I felt confident they were going to do a great job, and I was right. Everything was done perfectly. This business also is neat and clean, and removes all traces that work was ever done. I will be using them long into the future when I have a touch of gray.

We had the lateral sewer line to the main plug up...effecting 5 commercial business's.  They were able to squeeze us in....all of 12 previous plumbers we called could not make it today. They came out , snaked the line and were gone in less than an hour.  I will use them again.

Awais and Mohammed were great. I knew what to expect with regard to cost. He communicated regarding arrival time and arrived within the expected window.  Happy with the service they provided in replacing a 39 year old water heater.

He also allievated my worry about my drinking water and let me know I don't really need an RO.. he could have totally pushed an unnecessary service.

I'll definitely use these guys again for my plumbing needs.

We were having major issues with our newly rented home whereby the master shower would take forever to warm up.  After 1 min it would begin to turn cold and you would have to wait at least 5 min for the water to turn warm again.  This was so frustrating.  My fiancee initially asked Roto Rooter to help and we had them come down 2x to fix it but it only lasted for 1 day and we were back to cold showers!!!  Matt is a godsend! He was the only one who was able to fix it.  He took his time and went above and beyond to inspect the other faucets in the house and overall plumbing. Not only did he take care of the rental that i'm currently living in but he took care of the pluming at my other home.  Matt is personable, professional and takes care of you.  While I hope to never have plumbing issues, if i do i'll be sure to contact him!!

5 stars for many reasons. Travis was my technician who serviced my plumbing issues. He was respectful, listened, knowledgeable and truly went beyond. He noticed that my plumbing with galvanized and copper pipe mix, could be a potential issue, as well as suggested to look into my water pressure as well. I'm a new home owner and I really appreciated the extra feedback.
He also wrote a report up, so that I may pursue potential repairs now with my insurance company to avoid bigger issues in the future.

Stanislov and Dmitri came to check the washing machine inlet valves after Best Buy reported that they were leaking and they wouldn't install the washing machine. It turns out there was nothing wrong with the valves. It was just water pressure pushing water out after tap is closed. They helped install the washing machine as well. Now I need to get my refund from Best Buy.

We experienced a leaky water heater emergency over the weekend flooding our garage.  Plumbing companies advertise 24 hour emergency service, only Simm's Plumbing responded quickly & efficiently.  They even offered service when we had committed to another company.
 
All Valley Plumbing claims 24 hour service, no response after 6 calls. We were even willing to pay additional fees for weekend or quicker service. All Valley Plumbing scheduled our installation appointment for 5 days later.  We had already been out of hot water for 2 days. Consequently, no hot water for 7 days caused us to cancel. Steer away and don't waste your time with All Valley Plumbing. They misrepresent and are outrageously unresponsive.
 
Steve Simm's saved the day! He came out to verify our installation that morning and Mike professionally installed the new water heater that afternoon.  So many plumbing companies taught 24 service we only found one that delivered.

We have had both the owner Van Tran and his excellent  technician Tim Knollmiller work on plumbing issues in our home. Someone always arrives within hours, which is so appreciated. Property line sewer access point passed the 3x city/sanitation inspections first time, he always arrived on time, ~10% less $$ than two other plumbers, had the tools and the knowledge... and pretty much dug to the center of the earth to address the problem

I am so impressed with Miracle plumbing! They did an awesome job and their plumbers are amazing. Unfortunately when they were installing the water softener filtration system the main pipe from the city to our home broke with water everywhere. They gave us a fair quote and were so awesome to repair it that day going into the evening. Thank you Ryan for being so good to us caring about our needs! No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
