Great company to deal with.  Have toilet stopped up last year in July 2019.  Well known national plumbing company came out 3 times to clear the toilet within one week.  I suspected sewer line was broken.  

March 2020 toilet was backed up gain.  Called another local plumber and made appointment to call me for estimate and they forgot to call.  Using Yelp I contacted Ygnacio B, the owner of Oakland Rooter and got a response immediately.

Jose was out in a couple of hours and found the broken sewer line. Gave us a quote on Sunday and completed the job Thursday (rain delay one day).  Trenchless sewer line was installed. Jose was very professional, very respectful, and very accommodating.  Ygnacio was great too. Very responsive and accommodating.  Price was very reasonable too.

Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

I had Just Plumbing come check out our fireplace which stopped working.  It had turned out that the company that did swimming pool removal earlier this year capped the gas line to the fireplace inadvertently.  Vlad was super professional and courteous.  He brought in a new jumpsuit and a separate pair of shoes to wear to access the crawl space.  He explained exactly what needed to be done and the price he offered was very reasonable.  He showed me the result of the pressure testing to confirm and proceeded to install the piping parts.  Excited to be able to fire up my fireplace again!

I will definitely call Just Plumbing again should a need arises in the future.   Highly recommended!

I'm still a fan of APS.  We have a Flushmate (self-contained) system in our toilet. So after working for about a week, it's (excuse the pun) crapped out again! (not flushing) However, Richard had already told me the work wouldn't be under warranty, and informed me that those types of toilets are a LOT of trouble (which I knew) and quoted me a price to replace the toilet for a new one (parts & labor).  However, do we spend the $ on a toilet that will continue to fail, and have to keep calling someone to fix, or just install a new one? $ is *TIGHT* so we'll probably not use it until it can be replaced. (sigh) However, I'm still a fan and will call APS when we can.

P.S. DON'T buy a Flushmate! or any other self contained system. You don't need it! they're great for commercial use (restaurants, bars, stadiums) but if you need a powerful system (which is very costly) I would recommend you see a urologist first.

Very professional and extremely responsive!  I had a number of smaller jobs I needed done throughout my home and everything was taken care of perfectly and reasonably!  Because of the fast response time and care I used Good Guys again for a bathroom faucet and sink install.  
Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs someone they can trust and be thorough!

I have used A & A Plumbing several times and each time they have gone above and beyond to get the job done.  Jesse came over to a friend of mine to look at a leak she was having under her mobile home.  This mobile home is very low to the ground and the leak was behind one of  main brace bars so one, difficult to see and two, not enough room for a toddler to get into.  Jesse wiggled his way under the mobile home to find and fix the leak.  Kudo's to him for not just walking away and saying NO WAY can I get in there.  The leak is fixed and he did a great job.  I would recommend this company to anyone needed a really good plumber.

Awais took up the job on a saturday evening and completed the small job of installing a shutter valve to my refrigerator hook up in a professional manner. Above all, he was courteous and earnest.

Abdul and his team saved the day! We had been having problems with our drains backing up almost every month for the past 2 months. We've worked with one local plumbing company for many years, but lately, they have not been consistent in their work. This past weekend, our drains were clogged and we needed someone dependable to come out and take a closer look. We asked our neighbors who they trusted and Abdul was highly recommended.

Despite having a packed schedule, he was able to fit us in for a quick visit. I My wife met him and he immediately asked her all kinds of very important questions, something no other plumber had ever asked. He then immediately went down into the crawl space and spent a lot of time looking at all of our pipes. After his review, he shared his findings and gave us a quote right away. He also said that he could move some things around so that we could have our entire sewage pipes replaced a few days later, all in one day.

As promised, he showed up with his crew this morning and they got to work right away. They pulled out all of our almost 70-year-old pipes and replaced them with new, high-quality pipes. They dug out a trench and replaced some old pipes with a new cleanout to help prevent and address any problems we may have in the future. Abdul was here the entire time, and doing a lot of the work. You don't see that kind of dedication too often, where the owner continues to lead by example and is right there every step of the way.

While he thought he could finish by 4 p.m., they found additional problems that were not found initially. He and his team worked on our home for close to 10 hours and got it all done and cleaned up.

We are super happy that we chose Abdul to come and help us with our plumbing problems. He is dedicated, hard-working, smart, and communicates everything with us, so we know what's going on every step of the way. That kind of service is rare.

Basically, you can't go wrong by choosing Abdul and the Matt's Plumbing team. They are the best of the best!

Our experience with Oak Plumbing has just been terrible, and in no way should you even consider them for even the most rudimentary work. If anything goes sideways, their back of house will drag their feet and you will be in the same position as us. It has been virtually impossible to get them to be accountable for messing up the standalone tub in our home.

I work in tech, and if we have an employee inflicted issue with one of our customers it is all hands on deck to resolve the issue as fast as possible. This has not been the case, and I would be ashamed of the performance and the consideration for customer satisfaction of my team if I was the owner of this company.

Asked them to come out and rebuild a toilet and take a look at why our hot water takes forever to reach our bathroom.

Installed a $1600 hot water re-circulation pump that to this day has made virtually no difference in the speed at which we receive hot water.

Prior to leaving the plumber they sent out (who told us they work on commission, after trying to sell us additional shit) snaked our freestanding tub (which my uncle who is not even a plumber said should not have happened) causing a massive leak into our garage, rendering the tub unusable.

The plumber that did the work prior came back out the next day to reassess the issue, stating he would come back Saturday to get it taken care of. Nobody showed up on Saturday, and we were introduced to Ariel who told us Saturdays were reserved for urgent work. He mentioned we could get our money back, but we would need to pay for the tub repair as they weren't sure if the damage was caused by Oak Plumbing (lol). We opted to leave the money where it was until this was figured out, and have heard nothing about this refund since.

They dragged their feet sending people out, making us wait days/weeks for people who had no idea what they were working with to show up, only to reschedule again.

Ariel and the original plumber came out, and for whatever reason Ariel left leaving the original plumber alone who then could not move the tub by himself, wasting another visit to our house.

They finally send out someone who knows what the hell they are doing, and need to order a part from the manufacturer, a thin membrane drain pipe that (surprise) should not have been snaked.

Ariel told my wife the replacement part was unable to be ordered or was delayed after weeks of us waiting.

My wife called the manufacturer, who then read her the email to Ariel with a link to order the part, saying that he has been able to order the part the entire time and simply had not followed through.

On October 22 they showed up to finish fixing the tub, and did an absolutely terrible job sealing it. This is the quality of work you can expect from a company that fucked up your stuff, then took a month to half ass making it right. It is STILL not sealed properly.

I legitimately have no idea how any self respecting business could execute the basics of their job this poorly.

Update: the tub still doesn't drain properly. We have filed a complaint against Oak Plumbing with the Better Business Bureau.

Dmitruy was courteous and professional. Assessed the leaky toilet issue, got the parts he needed and fixed it! After a week I can still report he must fixed the correct part. No leaky toilet.

Our 13 year old hot water heater broke down on Sunday.  I called Simm's at 8 a.m.   They asked me to take a photo of our heater and email it.  I was called back in 5 minutes by Shelly.  She said a repair man was coming out this morning.  Mike arrived by 9:30 a.m. and finished the work by 11 a.m. installing our new hot water heater.  He was friendly, courteous, and professional showing me how to relight the heater if necessary.  I really appreciate Simm's quick response and work.  We will get our bill in the mail.  Great to see this kind of service on the coastside.

Saw some good review about Van. Called at dinner for tomorrow Service.  Left message with answering service.  Van called me around  9m Said he can see me at 1-2 pm the next day. Told him I only needed to change the leaky shut off valve and supply line to the toilet tank. Possibly 1/2 hour at the most but understand may be an one hour minimum charge. Van said he does not charge by time but by the job. He wanted $170 which is normally a $80-100 job. Van had attitude and told me to look for someone else.

We had an emergency in our kitchen so I called OC plumbing due to their great reviews. I was not disappointed. They were super prompt. Fixed our problem in no time and charged a very fair price. I highly recommend this company.

Needed help with a sump pump under the house that had stopped working. Called at 1030 & was able to get someone out the same day by noon.  Elijah was extremely polite & professional. After getting a brief explanation of the problem he geared up & went under the house.

After a short time Elijah was able determine the pump was still functioning, but the circuit had tripped (I had been looking in the wrong spot.  I know I know....major doofus move).

Elijah was straight forward & prompt with his service.  I'll be using Bailey Plumbing in the future for other plumbing services.

Mario showed on-time and brought protective blankets to protect our floors.  He was very pleasant and easy to communicate with and not only did an excellent job but cleaned above and beyond what was necessary.
I only with that they did bath remodels because the entire customer service experience was brilliant.

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

Joseph and Fred came to fix a backed up sink.
Had to crawl under the house (thanks to the rain it was very muddy). Cut the drain line in 2 places and hydro blasted the line to be sure it was clear. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient and as if that wasn't enough, they were also very reasonable. I highly recommend Royal Plumbing and will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

My husband and I woke up this morning and found our 18-year old water heater leaking.  We freaked out because we had never had this problem in the past.  We located Miracle Plumbing in San Jose, CA through web searches and great reviews.  Our initial call for help was met with a very congenial and sympathetic receptionist.  She assured us that help would arrive soon and it did.  Today, a technician named Chris spent effective time with my wife and I, explaining the issues and risks at hand.  We were provided with a variety of fix-it options, benefits, associated costs, and qualifying discounts.  We did not feel rushed or pushed in the whole process.  To expedite the repair process, Chris' manager provided assistance so that we could complete everything by today.  They both worked diligently, effectively and in a professional manner.  Our kudos to Miracle Plumbing in San Jose for MAKING OUR DAY TODAY!!!

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
