Amazing service! Eddie came back twice to make sure I was happy and even took the time to purchase a drain stopper for me from the hardware store. The scheduling is so easy and responsive. Eddie wore a mask and shoe covers. Thanks for being a great business!

Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

This is a first for me.  I was interested in replacing a drain pipe that my husband had put in years ago from the garage sink to the outside.  It is not clogged or leaking.  I just thought it should be replaced.  Vlad was the first plumber to contact me.  I explained my situation and he said that it sounded like there was no need to replace the drain pipe!  He was so refreshingly honest.  My husband passed away a few years ago and I could hear him saying the same thing as Vlad.  I truly appreciate an honest repair person and I won't forget this when I really need a plumbing job done.

From day one when I first called Richard he was very responsive to my need to stop a shower faucet leak that had caused mold in the carpet in the adjacent room.  He analyzed what was needed and, rather than do an expensive retrofit because the faucet part was discontinued, he engaged his plumbing supply contacts to search for the part.  He found it in Canada & had it shipped here.  Unfortunately, the part was different from the original, but that didn't deter him.  He used an O-ring off the new part to fix the diverter valve and stop the leak!  Even though he could have elected to tell me my only option was to retrofit another current model faucet system into my shower, at a cost of over $700, he went the extra yard to search for that spare part & ended up fixing the leak for a fraction of that cost.  Now THAT'S service beyond the call of duty as far as I'm concerned!
He is one of those rare persons that you find in the service business that actually cares about doing a quality job at a very fair price and will not quit until the jobs done right.
P.S.   He's a fellow cyclist which gained him some extra points :-)

5/19/14 - Follow up work done today now that mold remediation has been completed.  My wife & I opted for replacement (retrofit) of all the old shower hardware since it failed once & caused the mold situation.  Richard bought high quality Moen shower fixtures to install, removed all the old stuff, & installed the new within a few hours. This involved agile cutting of our tile, welding of new connections, and installation of beautiful new, non-leaking, fixtures.  It's a great feeling to be leak free and have brand new hardware.  
It was a pleasure doing business with Richard, a very personable guy with a working confidence that can only come from years in the profession.

Adam did an amazing job! We have had contractors out for things over the years and there was always something that could be better. Adam did better then we could have expected. He replaced a valve in the shower and did it so there was no hole cut in the wall. The attention to detail was outstanding! Good Guys will be our plumber from here on out.

They stand behind their work.  If yo ever have questions or concerns, they explain everything in great detail. I never have to worry if something goes wrong now that I found these guys.  We have had them for many things but today was their biggest job to date for us, which was a water heater. I felt confident they were going to do a great job, and I was right. Everything was done perfectly. This business also is neat and clean, and removes all traces that work was ever done. I will be using them long into the future when I have a touch of gray.

We had a water mainline leak at the side of our house and Jim showed up 30 minutes after our call to assess and repair the issue.  Jim was quick to respond to our call, was courteous, respectful, and his pricing was fair and reasonable.  We were very pleased with his Franks Plumbing and would not hesitate to use their services again. Responded within minutes late at night provided a reasonable quote immediately and scheduled an appointment for early the next day. When I was running late they were flexible and friendly. We couldn't fix the problem immediately so they worked until late in the night to get it done. Fast, friendly, affordable, easy to work with and they got the job done right!

Our kitchen sink was totally cloge so I send a quote from Yelp.Matt responsed immidiately and gave me a very accaptible price to fix it.

Dmitruy was courteous and professional. Assessed the leaky toilet issue, got the parts he needed and fixed it! After a week I can still report he must fixed the correct part. No leaky toilet.

I used Simm's for some project work on my house a few years ago and they were fantastic! On time, professional and very friendly and knowledgeable. Add reasonable pricing to that list and you have all you could want in a plumbing service company. I had several teams from different companies doing all sorts of work on my house at the same time back then(flooring, painting, roofing, electrical and of course plumbing)and they were adept at maneuvering through all the hustle and bustle with out a single hitch.

Today I had them out again for some other plumbing work I needed done and just as before I was impressed. Veronica was very accommodating with scheduling, and I  immediately felt like my family and I were in good hands. Ada was the gentleman that came out to the house to check a few different problems that were plaguing my aging home.

Ada was great. He was quick but not rushed and he took time while he worked to answer all of my many questions. He offered great suggestions and his solutions to my problems were well explained in a manner that was very easy to understand. He was relaxed and friendly and inspired confidence.

With my past experience with his company I knew I could trust he was giving the best options that really fit my needs.

He swiftly provided the work I had originally called them out for, and for the new stuff I sprang on him he asked if it would be alright to have the office call me to schedule a return trip. It was a very reasonable request, so I agreed.

When I got the call just minutes after he left, Veronica again set up an appointment that was perfect for my needs. I knew if it was a more urgent problem that they would have made that work for me too.

I don't usually go on this much about a company and their service but I made an exception here because they were so exceptional.

When a company obviously hires such great employees and offers such a consistently excellent level of service like this, the choice is clear. For anything related to plumbing and water heaters, I'm going with Simm's.

ABE did a great job helping me replace a leaking kitchen faucet hose. They are very responsive and delivery high quality work.

We asked them for estimate for a project at our Homeowners Association.  They charge $75 to give an estimate. Can't judge their work as we won't be able to hire them, we have a policy of not paying for estimates.  So they lost the opportunity to get our business.  They were responsive within the Yelp chat system.

Called Bailey over based on a recommendation from a neighbor. The technician they sent out was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After the initial issue wasn't resolved, they determined we had multiple issues under the house that were not expected.

After being given multiple different options, we decided on the best one based on our budget and timeline. The work comes with a warranty, and was well done.

Only concern was the price. I didn't multiple quotes, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but boy plumbing work is expensive!

Thank you Kenny Rogers Plumbing! We recieved the BEST service from them. When our sink becamed clogged and would not drain, I called several plumbers who could not be at my house until a later time. I had to be somewhere and was in a hurry but needed the problem fixed. After calling Kenny Rogers Plumbing, he showed up in a short time and fixed the problem.  Not only was he fast and reliable, but also polite and genuinely happy to help me. I was able to be on time to my apt. I strongly recommend his services.

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

Joseph & Team from Royal Plumbing has finished the plumbing work, for new Washer & Dryer hookup in garage, perfectly.   He made several visits to plan the work and provided the estimate (free !!!).  Cost is reasonable.   Quality of work is excellent.  They are very friendly and suggested best & cost effective way to meet the requirements.  In-spite of personnel issue, he arranged alternative resource to complete the work very quickly !!! I will use them again.

My past experience with miracle plumbers was amazing .
They were very well kept, well mannered guys that explained the entire process and price breakdown to me before the job.
When they were done in my bathroom I went in there to clean up any residual mess that might've been left behind and to my amazement it was spotless! They 100% cleaned up after themselves and you couldn't even tell that there was any work done!
Plumbing is a dirty and difficult job and I'm glad I called professionals to do it for me.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
