Jose from Oakland Rooter and Plumbing came to our house the same day we called to run a camera through our sewer lateral system.  He went above and beyond by connecting us directly to the Sewer Lateral Inspector and advising us on the best way to fix our existing system ... despite having only been called for the camera scope.  He's an upstanding, trustworthy guy which goes far in my book!

Julio came out to my house to check out a water leak coming from my ceiling in the kitchen area. He was able to diagnose and repair the leak in the same day and set up my Sheetrock appointment for the next day. Julio was very polite, professional and worked quickly to take care of my issue. It was a messy job, but he cleaned up very well. Highly recommend Golden State!

Vlad was excellent. He arrived early and kept his mask on the entire time he did his work. He was thorough and professional and explained the problem I was having with my water tank. He completed the task and I am happy with the cost. I will use Vlad in the future.

Good guy...prices seem reasonable (as compared to others in the expensive world of plumbing)...quality work done efficiently. He was able to come the next day and he showed up on time. What more can you ask for??

They are very good. Adam is pretty busy so you may not get a hold of him right away but, if you can hold on, he is worth the wait. We had a broken water heater and he was able to come to fix it on the weekend (he was fully booked all week long). He is a good craftsman, works diligently and gave us a reasonable price. Often these qualities are hard to find in a plumber.

While I was visiting my parents in Sunnyvale, we called about their toilet that was flushing slow we were told we probably wouldn't get a visit until the next day, but that they'd try to come the day we called.  Dave showed up in 20 minutes of the call!  He was knowledgeable, courteous and patient with us all.  We tried a home remedy of CLR while we were waiting and Dave checked the toilet for buildup but didn't find much.  Between the Dave and us we seemed to make the problem better.  Time will tell, but I was very impressed by his customer service and timeliness to our call!

Frank's Plumbing installed a Water Softener and a kitchen sink faucet. They were on time and prepared for any eventuality. They had said the Glacier Bay faucet I had purchased about 3 years ago was designed to fail and recommended I buy any other brand. That installation went well. The water softener was another matter. The old device (25+ years had all sorts of crud in its bottom. It was very heavy and awkward to move around. Nonetheless, they were done in a reasonable amount of time and for their efforts, the price was fair.

We had a big job installing new gas lines and a new water heater when we converted our home to natural gas from propane. Awais and his crew did everything including the permit. There were some unavoidable delays along the way due to COVID and other matters, but he kept coming back many times to finish the job. Great work and very pleasant experience.

Would highly recommend Matt plumbing service. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and the service was excellent from start to finish.

Jovan came out to perform a plumbing inspection for us this morning. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. I look forward to working with Jovan and Oak Plumbing in the near future!

I've had Dimitri help me a couple times with fixing my gate & other house repair/issues. He's very reliable and always gets back to you with his availability if he's busy with another job. He is also a great communicator. Most of the work I've been able to coordinate with him over the phone/text. I would definitely recommend Dimitri and his team to anyone who needs handyman help

I used Simm's for some project work on my house a few years ago and they were fantastic! On time, professional and very friendly and knowledgeable. Add reasonable pricing to that list and you have all you could want in a plumbing service company. I had several teams from different companies doing all sorts of work on my house at the same time back then(flooring, painting, roofing, electrical and of course plumbing)and they were adept at maneuvering through all the hustle and bustle with out a single hitch.

Today I had them out again for some other plumbing work I needed done and just as before I was impressed. Veronica was very accommodating with scheduling, and I  immediately felt like my family and I were in good hands. Ada was the gentleman that came out to the house to check a few different problems that were plaguing my aging home.

Ada was great. He was quick but not rushed and he took time while he worked to answer all of my many questions. He offered great suggestions and his solutions to my problems were well explained in a manner that was very easy to understand. He was relaxed and friendly and inspired confidence.

With my past experience with his company I knew I could trust he was giving the best options that really fit my needs.

He swiftly provided the work I had originally called them out for, and for the new stuff I sprang on him he asked if it would be alright to have the office call me to schedule a return trip. It was a very reasonable request, so I agreed.

When I got the call just minutes after he left, Veronica again set up an appointment that was perfect for my needs. I knew if it was a more urgent problem that they would have made that work for me too.

I don't usually go on this much about a company and their service but I made an exception here because they were so exceptional.

When a company obviously hires such great employees and offers such a consistently excellent level of service like this, the choice is clear. For anything related to plumbing and water heaters, I'm going with Simm's.

A.B.E. is the plumber to consider. I had a problem with my kitchen faucet and Tim came over to check and replace the problematic braided hose where the leak was coming from. Tim was so professional and did the job in no time.
In the same token, the owner, Van Tran was so good in following up how the work went. That's the after Sales service that should be extended to every customer. More power A.B.E!

As my plumbing issue occurred in a later part of the day, OC Plumbing was available and great in responding and offered a very quick window of time for a technician to arrive.  Upon arrival, Diego was very nice and professional.  He explained the issue, and completed the replacement work very quickly.  Great job!!  Thank you for the great, quick service!

I'll bet you could pay a plumber less and my experience is that you get less. Bailey plumbing is not likely to be the cheapest - or the most expensive** - but the estimate you get, and the work done will be thorough and complete.

Bailey plumbing was referred by our contractor (Classic Kitchens of Almaden). In keeping with all the skilled trade referrals, Bailey plumbing (especially Joe) was just awesome.  Work was done quickly, carefully and completely in adding new plumbing and a gas line for our kitchen remodel.  Joe is easy to work with, willing to fully explain whatever you ask, and will give you alternatives to consider.

I told Joe that we had had some serious drain problems, and I wanted to find out what the state of our waste lines was. The bad news is that a camera down our line showed that our 60 year old cast iron pipes had issues. The worse news was that the total cost was going to be quite high to replace all the pipes under our house AND the waste line from the house to the city hook up.

Joe brought a legion of guys and got the work done very quickly with minimal disruption to us - including adding a clean-out so that the city tree that is getting nourished by invading the sewer line is now the responsibility of the city, not us!

**For perspective, I had a plumber estimate the cost of replacing the sewer line from our house to the city - NOT including replacing the cast iron under our house - and that plumber gave me a HUGE round number that was greater than the cost of ALL of the work that Joe's crew actually did - and that plumber hadn't even camera'd the line to know where the problem actually might be.

I'd call Bailey plumbing for anything and everything going forward because quality work done neatly, skillfully and timely is something of high value to us.

Kenny did a small commercial installation for us (sinks, floor drains, hot water heater, etc.). Did a top notch professional job. Scheduling between inspections was easy, they really were responsive. I'd use them again anytime.

Drain and water have been a life saver for me. I got an appointment the next day , Axel and crew came over , ran the video line , explained everything to me , did a temporary fix and gave a competitive quote compared to others. After I signed with them , they  exactly stuck to the timeline, took care of permits and inspection and did their work extremely professionally. While I hope I don't run into too many drainage issues  , they will be my go-to guys and highly recommend them.for everyone!

I found out that we had water leak when we got our water bill. I messaged Joseph and he was very quick in replying. He came the next day and was able to find two leaks and fixed them within few hours. Very professional. I've been very happy with all the work that he's done. Highly recommend.

Our plumbing was backing up into our studio and they were able to fix it that day! They were there within two hours and done in one hour. It was great!

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
