MTZ Plumbing sent a uniformed plumber very quickly free of charge to detect the leak. He arrived on-time. Other plumbers came and didn't find any leak. With a puddle of water on the ground and the drywall damp, there was obviously a leak... MTZ Plumbing was not afraid by the challenge and finally found the leak: I saw myself the water pouring when they were able to replicate the problem. They proposed a few options, one for $200 and another for $1,200. I picked the cheaper one and got an appointment scheduled for the fix. The day after, another uniformed plumber showed up on-time and fixed the issue. No leak anymore. The insurance sent an expert a few days later to assess the damages. The expert confirmed the drywall were dried.

Con's: no competitor was able to issue an estimate since they were not able to detect the leak, I cannot compare.

Anar and his team came over on a short notice and remodeled my bathroom tub to shower. He was really professional in his quote and the work he  did.  His  team came on time and worked late hours to  do the job in time.

There were other issues at my place besides the remodel of my bathroom, Anar gave a nice quote for that and fixed the smaller issues.

After Anar's team left as well, there were a few issues I saw in what was done in  the remodel. I called up Anar and he came back to fix  all the issues.

I will recommend Anar and his team for any remodel task.

I did my tankless unit research after considering Noritz, Rinnai and Navien brands for a tankless water heater. Based on 98% efficiency, primary and secondary heat exchangers being all stainless steel, internal recirculation pump to reduce cold water sandwich effect and Navien being based in Irvine, CA (overnight parts) vs being located on east coast if I ever needed a part under warranty, selected them as the tankless supplier

Then began the licensed plumber research and arduous quote process, after evaluating a number of plumbers who came out but some never quoted: Payless Water Heaters, BG Plumbing, Freitas Plumbing, Counsil Plumbing, Cool's Custom, On Demand Water Heaters (never quoted after viewing project), Just Tankless (never quoted or responded after viewing project), and many others selected Henthorn Plumbing.

Most plumbers for tankless install will aim to bill you for the job for worst case scenario which equates to $300 per hour if you do the math (for two day install) this is to protect them just in case problems arise so you will see quotes vary largely from $3.8K-5K-10K.  I specifically wanted a plumber that would charge time + materials and stay on target vs charge for the worse case and Matt Henthorn was the plumber that could do exactly what I wanted and he stayed on target with install in 2 days as estimated.

Project was to run a dedicated 35ft x 1 galvanized steel gas line from meter mounted to strut, strapped every 7' with sediment trap, pressure tested prior to connection to Navien NPE-210A tankless water heater installed over plywood (brace sheet rock) meeting manufacturer clearance requirements, 2 schedule 40 PVC intake and exhaust vents separated 12, removed old washer stand-pipe, installed new PVC standpipe, sanitary tee, cleanout, new laundry box with water hammer suppressors, condensate neutralizer and scale inhibitor along with service valves, new gas dryer hookup and flex, install new brass hose bib.  Also installed a new figure 5, sanitary tee to support both new future laundry vanity sink and existing bathroom sink. I patched the sheetrock myself so he could finish the install.

Matt completed full install in 2 days, everything worked as it should, now have endless hot water, I will call him back to finish vanity sink hookup once I have it and countertop installed. His time and labor quote was very competitive and no corners were cut from project scope that I drafted.

Matt demonstrated journeyman qualities of integrity, honesty, cool head - nothing seem to phase him if complications arose, he is CA C36 licensed, bonded with workers compensation (he had one helper to help with gas line cutting and bracing) and does all work according to city code. He is also personable, positive attitude involves you in the decision making process and options.

I am wholeheartedly recommending him for your tankless water heater, gas line, water hookup, drain and any other plumbing needs. 5 stars

We've been working with Phil at Garrison Plumbing for many years.  In addition to service and remodel plumbing they do new Septic Construction.  Phil has engineers that he works with that can handle everything from the design, permitting and final construction of the Septic system.  They also do the new gray water and sophisticated high level filtering systems.  Unfortunately, they don't do Septic tank pumping.
 I highly recommend you call Phil.  He does a professional job at a fair price and stands behind his work.

Reasonably priced, pleasant, polite. Andrew called ahead as promised, arrive on time and was through in evaluating and resolving our plumbing problem.

We have used Smart Plumbers and Rooters several times and have always been happy.  This last time was no exception.  We needed a toilet replacement quickly with no time to go shopping, guests about to descend, etc.  Patrick really helped us, advising us on a few different toilets and which one would best serve our needs.  The time save for us was huge.  The install was great and the toilet has been too!

They re-piped my house back in 2017 at a good reasonable price.   Very good response time and friendly.  I've had them come back a couple times to repair a banging pipe and leak near my hose (not sure if either repair was related to the re-piping), but they did it both times free of charge.  Very happy with the continued service over the years.

George is one-of-a-kind. I ran into a snag trying to replace a garbage disposal. George picked up right away. I want to thank you for the 5-star service I received.  This was a big job. They replaced the sewage line for me with absolutely great service and great price.

    Some of the companies would not come out to give us a free estimate - they wanted to charge $200 upfront to use a camera. Bellows did not charge anything. Customer service and satisfaction came first and they sold us on the job.

        John is very personal, professional, and competent. He obviously loves his profession and working for his company. He was more than happy to patiently and thoroughly explain everything that was being done. He is great.

     Also, the Santa Cruz Public Works department was very helpful and gave me very good advice. I really appreciate that.

    Yesterday, we used this company again to repair a bathroom shower faucet at another property. The first company that did the job failed. Nick came from Santa Cruz to Sunnyvale. He was also thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable. He had no problem fixing the problem. I asked him why everyone was so nice and he said that the owner of Bellows treated the employees with respect. This attitude was passed down to the customers.

While we didn't go with Wilmar plumbing this time, they were super responsive in coming out to give an estimate, followed Covid-19 protocols and quickly turned around a quote for acceptance.  The quote was comparable the other 4 quotes we received for installation of faucet, garbage disposal, new plumbing for a new sink and gas hookup for a new range top.  We had a few options and went with the plumber who could come out and do our install sooner.

Michael fixed our AC problem! Finally called Bellows after the guy who installed for us could not get things fully working on our mini split. Michael worked quickly and got it figured out. Thank you!

I have used this company for 40 yrs. and have never been disappointed.  I left for the holidays and arriving home, found that my water softener was continually running.   I called and within 30 min. Jason was out and repaired it.   Also,  advised me that I really needed a new one as this one was over 20 yrs. old and out of date.  I did order a new one.  He arrived on time,  installed it and cleaned up on the scheduled date.   He was very professional and answered all questions.   I definitely reccommend this company.

Our kitchen sink was clogged, I didn't want to cause any further damage so I contacted Dave's Plumbing Services. They arrived and within minutes they were able to fix the issue and even replaced my kitchen sink pipes. I appreciated them taking the time to walk me through the process and answering any questions we had.
