Excellent service and repairs.  Repaired a leaking toilet, the ceiling drywall below, electrical outlet, and electrical switch.  Very responsive and kind.  Left my house spotless.  Had another problem the next day that was not related.  They came within hour at 7 pm and fixed this issue.  Anaz coordinated the projects with other team members.  He is exceptional.  Thank you.

Matt came out no more than two hours after I called. He snaked a clogged drain via the roof and in no time he was done and gone. Great service.

We had an exceptional experience with Phil and Jose. We wanted to install a simple outdoor shower in our backyard, and the hook-up to the hot/cold water was not exactly simple. Phil found the access to get underneath our house so the shower could land where we wanted it to. He texted with me to review options on which outdoor shower kit to buy, and then installed it the next week, on-budget and in less than a day. Both he and Jose were top notch guys to work with. So glad to have them as a resource.

Accidentally broke the water going to the toilet.  Had to turn off the water main right away since it was leaking water from the value.  So I start the search for a plumber.  AY EMP.  They came over looked at the problem and was able to fix it right away.  Great Work.  Very Clean Workers.  Very Knowledgeable.  Would hire them again.

Smart Plumber is my choice for all plumbing solution. I have been using Smart Plumber for many years now. Their responses were quick and reasonable. My latest was a faulty kitchen faucet, and Joel with his help fixed it in reasonable time!

I had a toilet that leaked and ran constantly, and had tried fixing it myself a few times, and was told by the place that sold it to me that the brand was discontinued and the replacement parts werent available.  I contacted Ace, and even though this was a small, non-urgent job, Marc contacted me immediately, took the relevant info., and called me back with an estimate and appointment the same day. They were able to repair it within a couple days, and were clean, efficient, professional, and on time. Marc called ahead to confirm that the workman was on his way, and checked in afterwards to see if I was satisfied--which I was, completely!

We recently purchased a home and knew that we needed gas pipes redone to code. After talking to multiple plumbers we chose Team contractors, after talking to Dan.  Dan is a very honest and straight talking guy. He explained in detail the work that was needed and provided with a fair quote.

Dan and and his partner Khoa redid all the gas plumbing, installed a Navien tankless water heater and made sure we passed the city inspections.

Soon after moving in, we started having issues with sewage backup. After getting the rooter services a couple of times which was temporarily fixing the issue, we decided to call Team Contractors to find the underlying problem. Dan & Khoa were prompt to come in over the same weekend and found the issue (sewer line gradient under the house was not enough causing the backups). They scheduled the fix within the same week and they fixed the issue.

And a third time, when we again faced sewage backup, Dan and Khoa came out on a Friday night to help us out. They used camera line to pinpoint the cause for the backup (turned out to be a piece of corroded cast iron piece which collapsed into the joint between the house and the city line). They had to cut out and replace a piece of this old pipe, which was under the Japanese maple in front of the house. They took great care not to destroy the tree, even though it meant more work for them. Once they were done, they put everything back together as if it were never dug-up.

They are very knowledgeable, highly professional, always keep their timelines and do a thorough job including setup and cleanup at the end. I would highly recommend team contractors.

All pro just re piped our home in Hayward. Their bid was the lowest and they installed a new water heater and shower and tub fixtures that we provided at no additional charge. They came on time and did a great job. The 5 man crew was done in about 7 hours including running a new line to the street. It was raining on and off but they had put down drop cloths so when they left you could hardly tell they had been here. We would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

These guys were great, called me back on a Saturday after 5 pm to set up an appointment,  they showed up on time for their appointment, and had two leaking showers and two leaking toilets fixed in no time.

Lee Kratzer owns his own plumbing company, and he's the one who comes to your rescue with a smile and a truck load full of knowledge and expertise.  I have had him do everything from replacing a kitchen faucet, installing a new toilet and putting in a sewer clean out trap.  His work is superb, in addition to him being neat and clean.  Forget the other guys, give Lee a call, 650-5715580.

Called bellows on Sunday morning for a high-pitched whine/hum coming from my furnace. Of course the sound stopped just before the technician arrived. But Jeff was able to sign me up for the annual maintenance plan instead of charging for the weekend visit itself, which saved me $50 and will get me some needed maintenance for no additional charge. And he inspected the furnace and explained the safety features. I was quite happy with the service.

Wilmar and his team have always been so responsive and timely. They have come through for us in a pinch quite a few times. I would 100% recommend this company. They are respectful and knowledgeable. Again, quality business!

Had a good experience with Bellows when we had a sewer project in the Santa Cruz area. Called them for another project in the South Bay where we had sewer water overflowing in the front yard. Was able to get an appointment for inspection/evaluation in a matter of a couple of days. However, even before showing up for the in-person appointment, the Tech called ahead to clarify what we were experiencing and told me that it might be an issue covered by the city and I should consult them first before having a paid service call by Bellows -- as it was likely a lateral drain/sewer line blockage covered by the city. Sure enough, the city Sanitary District Dept came out to take a look and said it was in fact their job to clear the blockage close to the main. Thanks Bellows for the excellent customer service!

I recently had a new soft water conditioner installed at my house. I called  Serv - All  because I have been a client of theirs for many years. They installed my previous conditioner approximately 16 years ago. My new unit was installed promptly and very professionally. No mess everything cleaned up nicely. I'm very pleased with the work and install. The technicians for Service - All and Water Quality are very professional, knowledgable and courteous. I would recommend Serv - All to anyone in this area.

Fred was fast, friendly and fastidious! I called at 1:30pm on a Saturday with an overflowing kitchen sink and by 4, Fred was onsite and fixing the problem. He even put on booties before coming in, which I didn't realize I would appreciate. 30min later my evening and weekend are saved.

For the past 3 years that we've been in our home, we always default to the local plumber who does a fine job.  However, on a recent issue with the new Toto toilet, I received a quote for $600 to fix it.  This just didn't seem right.

My husband suggested we try the plubmer he uses for his business in Gilroy.  At first, I was hesistant to have someone come all the way from San Martin to help us on what I believed to be a basic fix but upon speaking with Brian, he was more than happy to help and do the drive to see what he could do.

(1) First off, Brian was PUNCTUAL - something that normally isn't a virtue with the contractors and plumbers we've used.  Having an infant at home, this was so appreciated and just plain respectful of our time - thank you!

(2) Brian quickly UNDERSTOOD the issue, had the correct parts to fix it in less than an hour.

(3) Brian was RESPECTFUL of our home, making sure to keep clean the area he worked in.

(4) Finally, he charged us a very FAIR PRICE, especially considering his commute - just $200 to complete the work!

In addition, a left over issue from a past job by our former plubmer to fix the kitchen sink still acts up from time to time.  Brian had a look and quickly understood the issue and is going to come again to fix it.

What I appreciate so much is that the team at Sullivan isn't green to plumbing issues.  Clearly, Brian has grown up around the trade and can quickly and effectively address the issues without wasting time and our money.

Called Dave's Specialized Rooter & plumbing . For a leaking water heater, made and appointment he came same day to take care my old water heater . He was on time , he recommended for a new installation , I was happy to have my hot water back I will recommend  Dave's to all my friends and relatives he was clean and professional all the way to complete the work and going the extra mile to finish in the same day.

our toilet flooded on  monday night.. these guys were able to come in at short notice on tuesday and fix the problem at a reasonable price. Much appreciate the help!
