This is now my go to plumber! I first contacted them when my ten year old kitchen faucet died (it was leaking constantly). I called 4 different companies and they were they only ones who actually answered on the first try. Everyone is always very professional and polite, which I appreciate. The first replacement faucet I bought was a dud, so I had to buy *another* one and have them come back to do another install. Although I had to pay for 2 installs (which I thought very fair since they spent a lot of time installing and then uninstalling again), they were very upfront the whole time about prices and costs of various options and took the time to walk me through everything. They even helped me choose a better faucet.

That faucet randomly stopped working a month later, they came next morning, got it to work in 5 min and didn't charge me. An hour later my water heater stopped working! I called and they came back, same day!

They got the water heater working but talked me through my options in case we want to replace, since it's ten years old. No charge for the assessment.

I have found them to be super fair, patient, and nice in all my interactions. And especially, very responsive!! Plumbing can get expensive but if you need to deal with it, these are the team you want to do the work!

Did a great job fixing several issues in the bathroom including the toilet and a loose tile on the wall, as well as the ceiling in the kitchen. Very knowledgable and professional.  I definitely would call them again for future handyman needs!

This is the 2nd time I've used Matt, and it was another great experience. I can't recommend him enough.

We had a leaky pipe in our crawlspace that needed to be replace. Within 1 hour (that was fast!) he had the pipe fixed, and the water back on.

Over the years I've needed a handyman plumber for various projects, and he's definitely the best plumber that I've ever had to our house. He's efficient, proactive, and thoughtful.

Excellent job! Fast, quick, in time! I have pelican water filter to install my house. They told me how to soak the filter before they came. And they did an excellent job to install, they also gave me instructions how to maintain afterwards!!!

Responsive, quality work and we'll priced. The follow up to ensure all is well has been second to none. Customer satisfaction has been a high priority.

Most recently, I had a broken bathroom sink drain stopper and two dripping sink faucets.  Richard came out on time and fixed everything quickly -- and with no problems.  He was courteous and explained everything he was doing.   I have used Smart Plumbers on numerous other occasions -- to fix a broken shower faucet and a broken garbage disposal and to replace old sink faucets -- and they have never disappointed.  I highly recommend Smart Plumbers.

Great service! Messaged them on Friday night and they were able to come out Saturday morning. They arrived exactly on time. They presented the price before staring the work and when the plan to fix this issue changed, they confirmed the new price before starting that. They gave us the choice on how we wanted to proceed and worked to find the best solution. They clearly explained the warrantee. They did not try to add in any extras that were not necessary and gave their opinion on what would be the best/most value based way. The price was fair as we had reached out to other contractors for quotes and they were about the same if not a little less than the others. Finally, they made sure that the work they had done was complete and fixed to a standard that we were happy with. We will definitely use Team Contractors again for our next plumbing job.

All Pro Repipe repiped my pre-1904 earthquake apartment house on California Street in San Francisco, both hot and cold lines.  Originally an historic Victorian mansion, now a fully occupied 17 unit apartment building, it was in need of major plumbing updating.  All Pro Repipe completed the job quickly, efficiently and with minimal inconvenience to the tenants.  New piping areas were patched and new faucets, showerheads and toilets were installed to code.  

This was not an easy task.  We contacted seventeen plumbing and repiping companies, interviewed four plumbing companies and four repipers, and received only three bids.  We are more than happy with our decision to use All Pro Repipe.   J.C.

I have just moved into a new house and there was a leak disclosed that I knew I had to get fixed.  I tried four times to contact the plumber who had done the estimate for the previous owners and they didn't bother to return a single one of my calls - having now seen their reviews on Yelp (terrible), I'm now glad they didn't and I was forced to look elsewhere, especially as they had lied about the extent of the work required!
Mark came round to assess the situation and spent half an hour under the house figuring out what was going on.  He then came back today as arranged to fix it, was super efficient and explained everything to me, even taking before and after pictures so I could see what was going on.   He must have spent two hours in the crawlspace and just took it all in his stride - still smiling when he came out!  
These guys go above and beyond - as I've been in the house less than a week he also took me outside to make sure I knew exactly where and how to turn off the water and gas in an emergency, very thoughtful.

Great Responsiveness, Competent Plumber, Expensive

We retained BPH&A to replace our tank water heater, which was completed the same day requested (straight 'A' there).  Replacement tank was a standard 50 gallon White Rogers variety, decent water heater per online reviews.  Charges were as follows: $1,700 for the tank (very high), $450 parts and labor - including $149 charge for an 'extra man'.  With the $50 discount from online coupon totaled $2,100.  Tank was professionally installed and works well.

The technician did overstate the warranty period, which is actually 6 years on the tank and 2 years parts and labor.

So, if you are in a hurry and need a reliable but pricey local plumbing service to replace a water heater and quickly - this is a good option.  If you are intent on achieving value, maybe look elsewhere.

Wilmar and his team have always been so responsive and timely. They have come through for us in a pinch quite a few times. I would 100% recommend this company. They are respectful and knowledgeable. Again, quality business!

Had a good experience with Bellows when we had a sewer project in the Santa Cruz area. Called them for another project in the South Bay where we had sewer water overflowing in the front yard. Was able to get an appointment for inspection/evaluation in a matter of a couple of days. However, even before showing up for the in-person appointment, the Tech called ahead to clarify what we were experiencing and told me that it might be an issue covered by the city and I should consult them first before having a paid service call by Bellows -- as it was likely a lateral drain/sewer line blockage covered by the city. Sure enough, the city Sanitary District Dept came out to take a look and said it was in fact their job to clear the blockage close to the main. Thanks Bellows for the excellent customer service!

I recently had a new soft water conditioner installed at my house. I called  Serv - All  because I have been a client of theirs for many years. They installed my previous conditioner approximately 16 years ago. My new unit was installed promptly and very professionally. No mess everything cleaned up nicely. I'm very pleased with the work and install. The technicians for Service - All and Water Quality are very professional, knowledgable and courteous. I would recommend Serv - All to anyone in this area.

For the past 3 years that we've been in our home, we always default to the local plumber who does a fine job.  However, on a recent issue with the new Toto toilet, I received a quote for $600 to fix it.  This just didn't seem right.

My husband suggested we try the plubmer he uses for his business in Gilroy.  At first, I was hesistant to have someone come all the way from San Martin to help us on what I believed to be a basic fix but upon speaking with Brian, he was more than happy to help and do the drive to see what he could do.

(1) First off, Brian was PUNCTUAL - something that normally isn't a virtue with the contractors and plumbers we've used.  Having an infant at home, this was so appreciated and just plain respectful of our time - thank you!

(2) Brian quickly UNDERSTOOD the issue, had the correct parts to fix it in less than an hour.

(3) Brian was RESPECTFUL of our home, making sure to keep clean the area he worked in.

(4) Finally, he charged us a very FAIR PRICE, especially considering his commute - just $200 to complete the work!

In addition, a left over issue from a past job by our former plubmer to fix the kitchen sink still acts up from time to time.  Brian had a look and quickly understood the issue and is going to come again to fix it.

What I appreciate so much is that the team at Sullivan isn't green to plumbing issues.  Clearly, Brian has grown up around the trade and can quickly and effectively address the issues without wasting time and our money.

Called Dave's Specialized Rooter & plumbing . For a leaking water heater, made and appointment he came same day to take care my old water heater . He was on time , he recommended for a new installation , I was happy to have my hot water back I will recommend  Dave's to all my friends and relatives he was clean and professional all the way to complete the work and going the extra mile to finish in the same day.

I had a plumbing emergency.  Preferred plumbing was able to get someone out right away to accommodate my needs.
The technician they sent was Adolfo. He was COVID ready which was a concern of mine during this pandemic. However he was tremendously knowledgeable. I had so many questions throughout the time he was here at my home. He never once got irritated it annoyed.  He was so friendly and answered all my questions.  He definitely put me at ease!
I would definitely recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.  I will surely only reach out to them in the future.
