Hector is great. Hector helped with my clogged kitchen drain on a weekend. Outstanding work and communication that far exceeded my expectations.

Anar and his team came over on a short notice and remodeled my bathroom tub to shower. He was really professional in his quote and the work he  did.  His  team came on time and worked late hours to  do the job in time.

There were other issues at my place besides the remodel of my bathroom, Anar gave a nice quote for that and fixed the smaller issues.

After Anar's team left as well, there were a few issues I saw in what was done in  the remodel. I called up Anar and he came back to fix  all the issues.

I will recommend Anar and his team for any remodel task.

We had Patrick from Smart Plumbers come out to repair the p-trap on our urinal on February 18th, 2022. We are located in Santa Clara.

It was not draining properly and Patrick said the p-trap was calcified and needed replacing.

I was not onsite to approve the job but our onsite manager did approve it. She was unaware she was being hosed.

Look at the picture attached for the work performed. They replaced the PVC p-trap.

$375 service charge.
$100 parts charge. (PVC p-trap)
$18 credit card fee.
$493 Total.

I called Smart Plumbers  and asked to have the charges explained to me as I thought the price for the work performed must have been in error. I was told they would have Patrick, the plumber who preformed the work call me back that afternoon. No call. I called two more time and was assured he would call me back. No call. Finally March 1st, a full 10 days later,  Patrick calls me back.  

He very angrily proceeds to tell me the charges are what they are and we approved them. I told him he took advantage of us and although our onsite manager did approve the repair estimate, I would be letting the public know, through Yelp and Diamond Certified, that they are unethical and buyer beware of the price gouging.

Very unprofessional. Over priced.

Fantastic business! I definitely recommend them. They even came back when I thought the problem had returned but it turns out it was a new problem. Someone had dropped something into the toilet! They fixed the problem AND DIDNT CHARGE ME!! Not even for the visit. They are awesome.

Timely, professional, and did great work with no leaks. Price was lower than other plumbers for a Sunday.

They re-piped my house back in 2017 at a good reasonable price.   Very good response time and friendly.  I've had them come back a couple times to repair a banging pipe and leak near my hose (not sure if either repair was related to the re-piping), but they did it both times free of charge.  Very happy with the continued service over the years.

George is one-of-a-kind. I ran into a snag trying to replace a garbage disposal. George picked up right away. He knew right away what the issue was, happened to be in the area, and was at my door within 15 minutes and solved it in minutes. The other guys I called still haven't even called back. I'll definitely be coming back to George for my plumbing needs.

Quick, responsive, and educational. The team took care of us immediately and also explained why we are potentially having our shower backup. Our house being older design has a smaller 1.5in drain compared to the more modern 2 drainage pipes. Something for us to keep in mind for future renovations.

This is a fantastic father-son team! I loved the way they worked-- professionally, quickly, skillfully. We are sooooo pleased with they way they changed the master bath faucets and drains; they had all the correct tools to modify the faucet openings. They offered very good advice for future work and use. We will use them again to work on the other bathroom. Communication by text only was fantastic!!! No waiting for info and answers to all questions.

Bellows is simply the best.  Refreshingly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous.  I called Bellows to service my systems and repair a problem with my dehumidifier.  Miguel arrived on time and got right to work.  However, before starting, he went over what he was going to do and explained why he was doing it.  When he found some minor problems, he showed them to me and explained so I fully understood.  It was a pleasure having him service my systems.  Moreover, Miguel explained Bellows' SERVICE CLUB to me.  It was a no-brainer.  For significantly less than I had been quoted, I could join their SERVICE CLUB and get two additional services per year, as well as some other perks, for significantly less money that the current service would have cost (and the current service was included in the SERVICE CLUB price).  Yes, with Bellows, it is truly as good as it gets.  I cannot give a higher recommendation.  This company has the old fashioned view of what customer service should be, and it is wonderfully refreshing.  We need more companies like Bellows.

Wilmar and his team have always been so responsive and timely. They have come through for us in a pinch quite a few times. I would 100% recommend this company. They are respectful and knowledgeable. Again, quality business!

I contacted Bellows for a quote on air conditioning in my new house.  They are very responsive and professional.  Gave me different options without being pushy.  I chose Bellows to do the work and they responded quickly.  They took precautions to protect floors and carpets while accessing the attic.  Workers were polite and hard working.  Best of all, they followed COVID 19 precautions while doing their work.  Everything was finished on budget and under time!  I selected Bellows for our annual preventive maintenance on air conditioning, heater, and tankless water heater.  I'm sure they will deliver!  Strongest recommendation!

I called Serv-All after ditching another company that we had been renting a water softener from for many years.  Jason came promptly and spent time with us discussing options and prices.  We selected a unit that was a good value and promised to save us both water and salt.  It took less than a week to get the new unit installed and they did not charge us for uninstalling the old unit.  We are delighted with our new water softener.  It regenerates a LOT less frequently than did the old unit, delivering on the promises of reduced water and salt use.  And the water is softer than ever.
