Matt is a gem.  We've used him for many years an he's always come through in a pinch.  He's fixed everything from a rotted out garbage disposal unit, to under sink pipes that were incorrectly installed by our landlord, to the typical clogged sinks and blocked sewer lines.  Matt is able to quickly identify what the problem is, and remedy the situation just as swiftly.  And he does it with a smile on his face!  He's a perfectionist, and it shows in his work. Simply put, grade A+++ customer service.  I'm thrilled to have found a go to guy for any plumbing problems we have.

We had an emergency situation when the local water department showed up unexpectedly and informed us that we had a leak out at the meter box (our problem, not theirs- isn't that always what they say?). Sure enough, water was pouring out into the street. After turning the water off, we were stuck with trying to find an emergency plumber to fix the mess. Three phone calls later, we found Garrison Plumbing, and Byron and Enrique showed up. They fixed the valve quickly and efficiently, and were totally professional. Would definitely recommend them!

Several switches around our house went out at the same time, and we weren't sure what the issue was. Thankfully, Andrew and his partner were responsive and had very fair price compared to others on Yelp. AY EMP diagnosed the problem very quickly, went to get necessary parts, and fixed our electrical problem under two hours. They were efficient, and pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend and call them for any future issues.

Jin sent Alex out to give me an estimate to re-plumb a new sink after a kitchen remodel. I was stunned when Alex quoted me 1400 plus for the job. But, he said because I was a good customer he would reduce it to 1000!! I called Jin to complain but he never follwed up. I ended up going to Dempster plumbing and had it done for 400. Avoid these folks!

This is my second review for Ace Plumbing. They did such a great job for me last time, I called them immediately when we had to have a camera inspection of our property's sewer that is related to our home rebuilding project.

Anthony arrived ahead of our scheduled time to set up his tools because he knew city inspectors were pretty strict with timing. And even though the inspector himself ran late, Anthony was patient and understanding. He carried out his job well and addressed all questions and concerns.

I am very pleased with his service, timeliness and work ethics. I will definitely use his services again!

I just called Team Contractors this morning because our water heater stopped working. Khoa arrived in less than an hour. He is very knowledgeable and did the job for a super low price. Extremely pleased from start to finish. Could not be happier to have hot water again. Will definitely use Team Contractors again for all my plumbing needs because the service was awesome. I highly recommend All Pro Repipe for your repipe and plumbing work.  I am doing some work in my kitchen and we found out that all the pipes under the house are rusted and ready to burst.  Julio came and did the estimate.  He was honest and very thoroughly with his evaluation.  He found additional issues and gave us options.  When he provides the estimate he stated that if they find any additional issues, they will cover the cost and the estimate was final.  Julio stayed true to his words.  We found additional things and his team took care of it.  Also, in order to move my kitchen forward, Julio made sure he did the work during same week and in one day.  It was a big job but they delivered - they worked late.

The quality of their work was great.  All patching was done.  They replaced my bathroom shower faucet, pipes, etc without touching one single tile.

My contractor saw their work in the kitchen pipes and say they did really good work.  But what I appreciate most their thoroughness in their work and trust that I don't have to worry about my pipes anymore.

Recently Lee and Dakota showed up, wearing virus masks, and took out our old tankless water heater and installed a new commercial one.  They had to work in fairly cramped quarters but never complained and did a very professional installation.  As a former engineer I am a fanatic on high quality parts and labor.  I watched closely as Dakota, the son, did some very intricate soldering and it was perfect.  When they were finished they cleaned up the area completely.  I highly recommend these gentlemen for your plumbing needs.

Bellows always comes through for me every single time. Paul came out to help me with a valve that is needed for my new dishwasher. He was able to see me earlier than the scheduled appointment and was very professional.

Wilmar and his team have always been so responsive and timely. They have come through for us in a pinch quite a few times. I would 100% recommend this company. They are respectful and knowledgeable. Again, quality business!

Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.

Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?

It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.

I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received.  I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.

Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.

After looking around with many companies we finally settled with serv-all. They get the job done and the price is fair. Jason has also been friendly and patient with our questions. Overall good company so we recommend it.

I called several local plumbers and they all wanted to charge me a service call charge of $110-$150 just to come and look at my faucet replacement. Sullivan plumbing said they would swing by to check it out.  They made the fixes and adjustments during that initial visit and didn't charge me for a service call or an outrageous price for my 20 min. fix.  I highly recommend them and I will use them again.

Called Dave's Specialized Rooter & plumbing . For a leaking water heater, made and appointment he came same day to take care my old water heater . He was on time , he recommended for a new installation , I was happy to have my hot water back I will recommend  Dave's to all my friends and relatives he was clean and professional all the way to complete the work and going the extra mile to finish in the same day.

They are responsive and was able to accommodate my schedule.

The person who worked on our bathroom spout performed straight forward estimates and completed the job without problems.
