Anar was fantastic!!!  I guess you never know how important a working garbage disposal is until it goes out with a bunch a food left inside.  I requested a quote on Yelp Tuesday night (received a response in under 15 minutes) and Anar was able to make it out by Wednesday afternoon.  He showed up at our scheduled time, was very courteous, did not try to upsell me, and was in and out in under 40 minutes.  He even did a great job cleaning everything up after the fact.  I now have my go to handy man would gladly recommend Mr Fix Bay Area and Anar to all my friends!

Found Matt on yelp when my water heater broke. He was prompt to respond on phone and offered troubleshooting steps selflessly. He even suggested calling pg&e to help out with pilot lighting. When nobody's availability worked out, Matt was very quick to come by in 30 minutes and fix the water heater within minutes. He also showed me how to perform troubleshooting steps in case the water heater broke in future.
Was very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend him to all my friends.

I wanted to give a review even though we haven't had a chance to work with Garrison Plumbing. Today, a Sunday, I asked for a quote for a water heater replacement. Even though they were closed, I got email and texts asking for info to prepare a quote. I was really surprised! Later this evening I got a text back asking for our location to get someone out asap Monday for a quote. We had already found a plumber so unfortunately this time we will miss out on working with Garrison Plumbing, but I am so impressed with the professionalism and for getting back to us on their day off that I had to give them a 5 star review. That's service!

We had a few things installed for our new home - new Toto toilets, shower valve, bathtub faucet, kitchen faucet. They came in person for an estimate. Communication was very prompt and courteous. All items were professionally installed and even went beyond expectation. Date of completion were a bit delayed but were due to the missing part problems and were solved soon after we got the replacement parts. Overall very pleased with the service done and will definitely recommend.

We have used Smart Plumber several times to fix our plumbing problems. Chris arrived on time and fixed our slow drain with ease. He was professional and knowledgeable. Smart Plumbers is our go to plumber. Highly recommended. They know what they're doing and they do it well.

Buyer beware!!!  Be sure to get multiple quotes from different plumbers.  I had Ace come out to look at a broken tankless water heater.  The technician came out and said the unit was shot and I needed to replace the whole unit for $4k.  Additional said the we needed to install a bigger gas line for another $1k.  So $5k total.  Got a second quote from another plumber that said it just needed some basic repair and maintenance.  Gas line was fine.  All in $1,200.  He says the problem with plumbers like Ace is that they only know how to install and not repair tankless water heaters.  They are most inclined to sell you a new one to boost their profitability instead of trying to do what is best for the customer. Bad long term business strategy if Ace wants to foster customer loyalty.. They lost any future business from me!

In addition to coming over to assess the reason you called, he will determine any other water leaks or disturbances there are and let you know what they are.
Honest, trustworthy, generous, kind, AND EXPERIENCED!  Grab him while you can for any plumbing problem that appears.

It was time to replace our water heater as it was getting up there in years and it was having trouble maintaining hot water. Called plumbing solutions and someone was at my home in less then 30 min. Ed assessed the job and gave me a quote I felt was very fair. He answered all my questions and was able to do the job the same day. He was quick and kept the areas he walked and worked in as clean as possible. I had a great experience with ed and plumbing solutions and would recommend this company for any future plumbing needs.

wish i'd have known about Lee years ago.  he's now the go-to guy for any plumbing or snake requirements.  and he has experience with eichlers.

i'm not sure if he works odd hours, so a saturday midnight backup may still require a call to roto rooter.  but Lee will be the first call anytime in the future.

Quote to replace hot water heater was over $5k. Hired someone else and they replaced with a better unit for $2k. They did promise next day service however, two stars for that. My advice, if you have time, get quotes from multiple companies. Also, google the hot water heater you're buying and check the retail cost. Plumbing companies get the items for less than retail and even the toughest job shouldn't take more than 5 hours with a lunch break. One thousand dollars over the cost of the unit should be more than fair. The plumber we hired is licensed, bonded, insured, on Yelp and very professional. He's a one man shop and extremely trustworthy. Nothing shady about the price comparisons. I'm just writing this review to say if you have time, do your homework....

Our bathroom sink was clogging up for a good 3 months. Andres and Frankie did a great job fixing it. They were courteous and friendly, wearing shoe covers. Andres also took the time to explain why green gobbler didn't work on our sink and what we can do in the future to troubleshoot. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

Owner responds very quickly on Yelp when I requested quotes.

Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.

Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?

It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.

I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received.  I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.

Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.

Their price was a bit high @ $175, but the soft water was returned to service by this firm for the second time in 6 months. It appears my attempts to fix the conditioner did not work.

I had an Excellent experience with Discount Plumbing.   It all started with the nicest receptionist who was so polite and friendly. The plumber was on time and very professional .  We had a problem under our sink and he pulled everything out and fixed the leak . He made sure to clean under the cabinet before he put everything back.  He was very Polite.  I would recommend this company to everyone.

Sullivan Plumbing was responsive, professional,  and knowledgeable. I noticed a leak in my water heater and they were able to install a replacement (an upgrade) the next day ... and in about 1.5 hours. It was by far the simplest and most efficient experience I've had with a plumber.

Our kitchen sink was clogged, I didn't want to cause any further damage so I contacted Dave's Plumbing Services. They arrived and within minutes they were able to fix the issue and even replaced my kitchen sink pipes. I appreciated them taking the time to walk me through the process and answering any questions we had. They definitely appreciate their clients and discounted me 10% for being a first time client which was a nice bonus, I was very happy with the results and will definitely contact them in the future!

I had overflowing issues in my kitchen sink for a few days. Irwin Salas ( tech number 7 )came to the rescue. He was professional, very polite, and nice gentle man. He kindly tolerated my pets that were all over him,also even checked out all of my neighbors' sinks since the pipes are connected. I did not expect that much for one plumber to do all that. He made sure everything worked and cleaned up everything after the job is done. I am very impressed with the great job done here. I highly recommend Preferred Plumbing and Drain and Mr. Irwin Salas who is skilled and a very nice and polite individual!
