My door hinges broke off due to weather. Door was completely opened and I tried fixing it but it was not shutting. Extremely shitting situation due to weather!! I reached out and Anar came over at 9:30PM! He was able to complete this job within 30 minutes in this weather! Amazing service and extremely friendly. Also offered additional help fix  my front door! Definitely recommend using Anar! For someone to come and help me in the middle of the night I can't thank him enough! Will be using him for other jobs as well!

I called Matt to clear a clogged toilet. Matt quoted $125 to clear the line between the toilet and the septic tank. I chose Matt because the other plumbers I called quoted $200, $250 and $338 to do the same job. Matt provided quality work and left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. He charged exactly what he quoted. He is professional, honest and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely call Matt for my next plumbing job.

I saw the reviews, so called Phil. He is very old school and a straight shooter; refreshing. Good to work with. Job well done; technicians were dedicated to doing things right. There was an issue during installation not due to his team or product. All was completed satisfactorily. All in all, he will be the first I will call if I need plumbing services again.

I sent out a Yelp quote request for a thermostat replacement, and Andrew responded within minutes. Both Andrew and Charlis were very flexible with their schedules and showed up in a couple of days. They were very courteous, polite, on time, and attentive to details. They did a great job with the electrical rewiring needed for my Google Nest installation. Would recommend these guys anytime.

We had old main water supply line between the water meter to outside of garage repiped in June this year.  Among the contractors we talked to, we picked All Pro Repipe.

The work was done in one day, using L-type copper pipe.  The water was shut off for about 3 - 4 hours.

All Pro Repipe team is easy to work with; and they did a great job.  It has been roughly three months since, and there has been no issues.  We really enjoy the improved water flow.

OMG! What a find! Honest, personable, knowledgeable, reliable and quick to respond. After a sewer backup we were told by another reputable company we needed all lines replaced to the tune of 20k!! They seemed so pushy we felt we needed to get a second opinion and so thankful we did! After lengthy inspection, climbing on the roof  and thorough camera inspection , George concluded it was just a simple clog that had needed to be cleaned. George explained every step and what we were seeing on the camera. Wow! Being an old house there will always be a need for a good plumber and so grateful we found this wonderful tradesman. Don't use anyone else...he is the best!

This is likely one of the best plumbing solutions I've ever worked with.  Monday morning, President's Day, water gushing from the curb, no water pressure inside.  2 hours later, Mark is onsite.  He diagnoses, prognoses, and a very reasonable $ quote is made.  We get Mark and Landlord on the phone.  We agree.  Mark starts work immediately.  

Mark does EXACTLY what he says he's going to do.  He finds the leak and fixes the problem.  We're talking MAJOR work.  Like, digging a 20' trench in the heat (yeah, ok, we have heat in Oakland today!!!.  Pulling old corrugated pipe (literally, rusted 80 year old pieces of it). and pushing a new copper pipe.

Mark is my hero.

Then. the owner, Joel shows up.  I think he's Quality Assurance but he certainly capped off the whole experience.

Lee Kratzer is the best plumber we have ever found.  My wife called him tonight at 6:00 p.m. when we discovered a leaking pipe spraying water above our water heater.  He was at our home within an hour and promptly fixed the problem.  This is the second time Lee has come to our home.   His fees are reasonable and he really takes the time to explain the issue with you.  Lee is the only plumber we will call in the future.  We found him on Yelp and he lives up to the wonderful reviews he has received.

Brad provided excellent customer service today. He initially came out to look at our plumbing issue, which was a leaky faucet in our bathroom. As renters our pipes and faucets are not exactly new. Previous work has been done on them prior to us living here and what appears to be shotty work. Brad was on time, efficient, and he took the time to explain what he needed to repair and fix. When a pipe broke unexpectedly his job went from about an hour to 3 1/2 hours. The work he did looks so nice and everything works the way it should have all along. I would highly recommend Brad for your next plumbing job. Plus he is very friendly.

While we didn't go with Wilmar plumbing this time, they were super responsive in coming out to give an estimate, followed Covid-19 protocols and quickly turned around a quote for acceptance.  The quote was comparable the other 4 quotes we received for installation of faucet, garbage disposal, new plumbing for a new sink and gas hookup for a new range top.  We had a few options and went with the plumber who could come out and do our install sooner.

If you're looking for a reliable company to fix your AC unit, this company will be the last company you should consider, period.
(1) The initial diagnosis fee is Not cheap, more then the other company.
(2) The technician didn't give you the estimate until you got the bill. $5 fuse, he'll charge you $179.
(3) After 4 days, system broke down, technician didn't know what to do, proposed more Expensive solutions...the system never got fixed...I have to hire the other five stars company & fixed it.

I called Serv-All after ditching another company that we had been renting a water softener from for many years.  Jason came promptly and spent time with us discussing options and prices.  We selected a unit that was a good value and promised to save us both water and salt.  It took less than a week to get the new unit installed and they did not charge us for uninstalling the old unit.  We are delighted with our new water softener.  It regenerates a LOT less frequently than did the old unit, delivering on the promises of reduced water and salt use.  And the water is softer than ever.

I highly recommend Discount Plumbing! I called for an appointment for an emergency and was able to get a plumber within an hour! Angel was knowledgeable and very reasonable with price. He also followed Covid guidelines.  I will definitely use this company again!

For the past 3 years that we've been in our home, we always default to the local plumber who does a fine job.  However, on a recent issue with the new Toto toilet, I received a quote for $600 to fix it.  This just didn't seem right.

My husband suggested we try the plubmer he uses for his business in Gilroy.  At first, I was hesistant to have someone come all the way from San Martin to help us on what I believed to be a basic fix but upon speaking with Brian, he was more than happy to help and do the drive to see what he could do.

(1) First off, Brian was PUNCTUAL - something that normally isn't a virtue with the contractors and plumbers we've used.  Having an infant at home, this was so appreciated and just plain respectful of our time - thank you!

(2) Brian quickly UNDERSTOOD the issue, had the correct parts to fix it in less than an hour.

(3) Brian was RESPECTFUL of our home, making sure to keep clean the area he worked in.

(4) Finally, he charged us a very FAIR PRICE, especially considering his commute - just $200 to complete the work!

In addition, a left over issue from a past job by our former plubmer to fix the kitchen sink still acts up from time to time.  Brian had a look and quickly understood the issue and is going to come again to fix it.

What I appreciate so much is that the team at Sullivan isn't green to plumbing issues.  Clearly, Brian has grown up around the trade and can quickly and effectively address the issues without wasting time and our money.

Our kitchen sink was clogged, I didn't want to cause any further damage so I contacted Dave's Plumbing Services. They arrived and within minutes they were able to fix the issue and even replaced my kitchen sink pipes. I appreciated them taking the time to walk me through the process and answering any questions we had. They definitely appreciate their clients and discounted me 10% for being a first time client which was a nice bonus, I was very happy with the results and will definitely contact them in the future!

Professional and courteous. They did a really good job in replacing our old water heater. I feel the service was quick and not as expensive as I had thought it was going to be. The leak was becoming a problem which is what resulted in the call. To sum things up I feel they were quick, not to expensive and got the job done. Hopefully I don't need them again, but if I do I know who to call.
