I had a sewer backfill with a leaky toilet at 8pm.  The bathroom has flooded to the baseboard.  Called my home warranty company and multiple other companies and no one could come at this time.  I was super relieved to find MTZ Plumbing who was able to sent someone out within the hour.

After the call, the communication was superb. I received text message update on when the the contractor will be out, and Hector called me to give a more accurate ETA of 20 minutes.  

Like many other reviewers, I can't say enough good things about Hector from MTZ.  He's super nice and professional.  Explained everything he did in a friendly and educational way.  He was also very skilled, and resolved all of my issues efficiently;  I had a sewer main backup, offset leaky toilet, and stuck kitchen drain.  He unblocked the mainline and showed me the root intrusion via camera, and recommended me to call the city.  Then he reset the leaking toilet which wasn't installed properly.  Lastly, he unblocked the kitchen sink drain and made sure all the pipe is clean, and double checked there's no leakage.  

Hector even went out of the way to check all three bath room toilets and sinks, and gave recommendations about maintenance and leak prevention. I learned a lot about residential plumbing, city practices, in one night.

I'll definitely be using MTZ plumbing again and recommending them to all my friends.

Had an exchange of photos and one phone conversation. The call was very confusing and have heard nothing since. I can't rate this business well as I don't even understand what transpired. Some days later, Mr Fix called to follow up just now and have decided to go with someone different. I'm glad he did follow up.

Found Matt on yelp when my water heater broke. He was prompt to respond on phone and offered troubleshooting steps selflessly. He even suggested calling pg&e to help out with pilot lighting. When nobody's availability worked out, Matt was very quick to come by in 30 minutes and fix the water heater within minutes. He also showed me how to perform troubleshooting steps in case the water heater broke in future.
Was very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend him to all my friends.

I sent out a Yelp quote request for a thermostat replacement, and Andrew responded within minutes. Both Andrew and Charlis were very flexible with their schedules and showed up in a couple of days. They were very courteous, polite, on time, and attentive to details. They did a great job with the electrical rewiring needed for my Google Nest installation. Would recommend these guys anytime.

Unfortunately had to use their services again, but I'm happy that whenever my house's pipes decide to show their age I have reliable plumbers to rescue me.

Had to use these guys a few times. The first time I was having an issue with my toilet. I was a little disappointed as the technician was pretty late to our appointment. However, it was a minor issue and due to the inconvenience, he didn't charge me to fix it! So I knew if I ever had an issue in the future, these folks would be the ones I would call.

Fast forward a year and my sink had been filling with water due to a blockage in my building. The water began to flood my apartment every time someone turned on their water. They gave me an after hours emergency appointment and the technician was on time and cleared the blockage. He was professional and showed me how the blockage was due to the building's pipe and not mine. By explaining this I was able to get my HOA to pay for the repair!

Several weeks after he left though, something got knocked around during the repair leading to my dishwasher to leak when I ran it. When the issue arose I gave them a call and he came back out. Only to discover that the initial issue was minor but led us to discover a more serious issue which would have lead my dishwasher to flood my unit. He fixed both issues on the spot and everything's been working great since!

Our new go-to plumbers from Team Contractors Plumbing Services are absolutely amazing! We came home from vacation to leaking supply line, called Team Contractor after a few others couldn't get here soon, and they were here within an hour, identified the problem, offered a temporary fix, then got the part and repaired the very next day (less than 16 hours from the initial call). The Grand total was less than half of other estimates and the service was amazing and prompt. Thank you, Khoa for the great service at an amazing rate, and for being our new go-to plumbers!

After researching repipe companies here and as many places as I could find reviews, I found they and Repipe had been mentioned under the positive reviews from some of the other 'big' companies.

Julio scheduled the estimate inspection promptly and walked me through options, from where I wanted the main, to how or if I planned for Water filter/softener systems, and the pros/cons of different piping options (Copper, PEX, combo, etc).

Chris showed up with the team and they were very careful, very professional and incredible efficient. Our 1200sqft house was repiped (waterlines only) by 2pm. I immediately noticed the water pressure difference (70 year old pipes). Inspections came like clockwork the following day, and the wall repair just 2 days after the pipes were completed. I was very impressed with how unnoticeable it was, that they had opened any walls at all.

Additional notes: The city had a leak in the street and Chris/Julio took care of ensuring the city came out. I noticed an uptick in my water bill - Julio inspected the house, and come to find out, it had nothing to do with their work - I had a bad solenoid on one of my sprinkler lines (stayed on). Yet, I wasn't charged a visit, service fee or anything.  They stand by their work - I am happy to recommend All Pro to my neighbors (already have) and others.

George was responsive, clear, honest, and hard-working. When my dishwasher was leaking he showed up fast, fixed the problem, and talked me through the rest of the water damage. When my sewer pipe was blocked, he responded quickly with a rotor and camera to show me what happened, clear the blockage, and explain what to look out for in the future. I'm working with him on quotes for larger projects. Great to have a reliable plumber.

Our water heater started leaking and Mike came right out to look at it.  He did a great job and replaced our water heater that day.  Very friendly and explained everything that was being replaced and how to operate and maintain the new water heater.   I would definitely recommend Plumbing Solutions!

Lee Kratzer came out to help us make a new line from the house to an outdoor kitchen for gas, hot and cold water. In addition to that, upon hearing that we had been taking 5 minutes for water to run hot, looked at, found, and fixed within minutes a problem that several other plumbers couldn't solve. Now we have virtually instant hot water! His work looks very professional, and I can't think of a nicer person I've met in his line of work. Highly recommended.

Furnace install. Looks great and works great.  They improved a few things that were out of code from the old 20 year old furnace installation.  The installer did more than the minimum required for the job and it is all top notch work.

Our bathroom sink was clogging up for a good 3 months. Andres and Frankie did a great job fixing it. They were courteous and friendly, wearing shoe covers. Andres also took the time to explain why green gobbler didn't work on our sink and what we can do in the future to troubleshoot. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

I contacted Bellows Soquel to replace my aging Lennox Pulse and Lennox air conditioner, as well as the ducting in my crawlspace and attic. Everyone from Carl the initial salesman to Russel the project manager to the office staff was friendly, professional and willing to answer the many questions I had. Mikey, the install manager was an outstanding leader of his crew, including Brian, Jamie, Alvie and Rudy.  All of them were efficient and hard working professionals.  My new Lennox system is up and running.  I'm amazed at how they were able to tackle a complicated job and perform at such a high level.  They left my garage and home looking like they'd never been here. Everything is carefully and precisely installed. I'd give each of them ten stars if I could.  All of my questions were thoughtfully and thoroughly explained.  Bellows is a top notch company and you won't go wrong by choosing them.  One happy customer here.

After looking around with many companies we finally settled with serv-all. They get the job done and the price is fair. Jason has also been friendly and patient with our questions. Overall good company so we recommend it.

Last November of 2021, our home's outside front gutter's drain began to stop draining. We also noticed that the above ground fittings began to leak water. We had no other indoor plumbing issues and thought that the drain needed to be cleared using power pressure. LB from Discount Plumbing tried to give us every kind of discount available to minimize our out-of-pocket costs.  The issue was bigger and required his team to come out the following weekend, dig up our garage cement floor  and a partial part of our driveway cement in order to insert new pipes since the old ones had slipped perhapsdue to past ground moverment. . .our home's almost 98 years old. We also got the drain's underground pipe replaced since it seemed to be totally clogged  with mortar from our last roof replacement. LB had his crew work from early morning till nightfall to make sure the job was completely finished and the drain was working.

I would not hesitate using Discount Plumbing in the future for any plumbing problems.  LB clearly told us how much it would cost and when it would be completed. Job well done! Sorry for the extremely late review but the pandemic's to-do list was long.

It's been a couple of years that I had my disposal replaced I just want to say it's running great and I couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure to do business with Sullivan's trusting, honest and professional.

Robert Richie was a breathe of fresh air! Being a community manager, I've had to call many plumbers just due to the nature of our business. Unfortunately, I haven't had as many quality experiences than I have had poor quality experiences. Robert came in very calm cool and collected, very professionally evaluated the issue and resolved it in one visit. He was up front about what steps he needed to take to complete the job and about the pricing as well. He was very respectful, professional and efficient.
