I had a sewer backfill with a leaky toilet at 8pm.  The bathroom has flooded to the baseboard.  Called my home warranty company and multiple other companies and no one could come at this time.  I was super relieved to find MTZ Plumbing who was able to sent someone out within the hour.

After the call, the communication was superb. I received text message update on when the the contractor will be out, and Hector called me to give a more accurate ETA of 20 minutes.  

Like many other reviewers, I can't say enough good things about Hector from MTZ.  He's super nice and professional.  Explained everything he did in a friendly and educational way.  He was also very skilled, and resolved all of my issues efficiently;  I had a sewer main backup, offset leaky toilet, and stuck kitchen drain.  He unblocked the mainline and showed me the root intrusion via camera, and recommended me to call the city.  Then he reset the leaking toilet which wasn't installed properly.  Lastly, he unblocked the kitchen sink drain and made sure all the pipe is clean, and double checked there's no leakage.  

Hector even went out of the way to check all three bath room toilets and sinks, and gave recommendations about maintenance and leak prevention. I learned a lot about residential plumbing, city practices, in one night.

I'll definitely be using MTZ plumbing again and recommending them to all my friends.

Anar and his team came over on a short notice and remodeled my bathroom tub to shower. He was really professional in his quote and the work he  did.  His  team came on time and worked late hours to  do the job in time.

There were other issues at my place besides the remodel of my bathroom, Anar gave a nice quote for that and fixed the smaller issues.

After Anar's team left as well, there were a few issues I saw in what was done in  the remodel. I called up Anar and he came back to fix  all the issues.

I will recommend Anar and his team for any remodel task.

Always great service and work. We have multiple properties and when plumbing issues arise, they are quick to respond and schedule. Glad to have a locally owned company helping us we can trust!

Several switches around our house went out at the same time, and we weren't sure what the issue was. Thankfully, Andrew and his partner were responsive and had very fair price compared to others on Yelp. AY EMP diagnosed the problem very quickly, went to get necessary parts, and fixed our electrical problem under two hours. They were efficient, and pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend and call them for any future issues.

Federico Reyes repaired a toilet fill valve, and a leaking kitchen sink pipe.  The kitchen sink problem required quite a bit of trouble-shooting to find the cause.  Federico stuck with it until it was repaired properly. Really great service.  I've used Smart Plumbers many times in the past, and have always been completely satisfied with their work.  They give 2 hour appt windows, a text/call when they are on their way, and are always prompt.  Their pricing is reasonable, given before any work is done, and the quality is excellent.

My wife doesn't do social media, which likely makes her a better person. From time to time, however, she tells me to post a review here on her behalf.

We had Rafael come up for toilet issues. A water inspector said we needed repairs in two bathrooms. Rafael was on time, fast, tidy, and a nice guy as well.

So my wife told me: you have to give them five stars. Consider it done.

I am so happy to have found Khoa and Team Contractors. I scoured Yelp before deciding on them - they had great reviews, they're kind enough to respond to reviewers, and they actually answered their phone!!!  You often have to leave a message with contractors and hope someone gets back to you in a timely manner. (Of the other 2 plumbers I called, I had to leave messages, and one never called back.)  

Khoa was extremely nice, professional, polite, and clean. Snaked my kitchen drain and charged a fair price. He also came back right away when I noticed that there was now a bit of water underneath my sink. Turned out that the last time pipe was worked on, it wasn't tightened properly, and with all the water being flushed through from the visit, some leaked out. He tightened it for me (no charge) and was very sweet about doing it.

I have programmed their number into my phone and will be happy to refer everyone I know to them who needs fast, friendly, and outstanding work done.

Best contractors ever! We needed to have our homes pipes replaced as our water was coming out orange and the pipes were very old. We had multiple company's come out to provide quotes. Julio and his team were sent out by Repipe Specialists to replace our homes pipes. They showed up on time the day of the scheduled job, Julio reviewed all of the work that would be done and answered all of my questions. He even added an additional shut of valve to an area of pipes I wanted to keep in our back yard in case they ever break (I use them for watering the garden). They went above and beyond to lay plastic and floor coverings to keep my home clean as possible during the work. They replaced all of the pipes in one day and were very respectful of our home. The following day again they showed up on time, waited for the inspector and patched up all of the areas that had to be opened for the re piping. They did an amazing job with all of the patchwork and again we're extremely respectful of our home. They cleaned up any messes they made and locked up behind themselves. It's like they were never here! It's extremely difficult to find a team this good. I highly recommend All Pro Pipes and am thankful for the work they did.

OMG! What a find! Honest, personable, knowledgeable, reliable and quick to respond. After a sewer backup we were told by another reputable company we needed all lines replaced to the tune of 20k!! They seemed so pushy we felt we needed to get a second opinion and so thankful we did! After lengthy inspection, climbing on the roof  and thorough camera inspection , George concluded it was just a simple clog that had needed to be cleaned. George explained every step and what we were seeing on the camera. Wow! Being an old house there will always be a need for a good plumber and so grateful we found this wonderful tradesman. Don't use anyone else...he is the best!

Lee came in to rescue our leaky kitchen sink. Not only did he fix it in no time but helped us fix a couple of plumbing issues that lingered around for a long time. Very professional, clean, explains what he is doing and answers all of your questions. My best plumbing experience ever :-)

Highly professional, maybe the best experience I've had working with contractors through a painful process (broken sewer lateral). Lowest of three bids, and when unexpected s*** hit the fan, they cheerfully dealt with it without missing a beat. Just awesome.

Wilmar and his team have always been so responsive and timely. They have come through for us in a pinch quite a few times. I would 100% recommend this company. They are respectful and knowledgeable. Again, quality business!

Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.

Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?

It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.

I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received.  I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.

Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.

I had a new water softener installed, my old softener was not a Serv-All product. However, after Jason came out and spoke to me about a water softener unit there was no question in my mind about having Serv-All install my new unit. Jason answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly and made me feel very confident about using Serv-All. They were prompt in making an appointment for the new installation. The installer showed up on time, did a great job on the install, and was very clean, no mess. They removed the old softener,  and again, answered any questions I had about the new unit and how it works and the programming along with being very courteous and very nice.
I will recommend Serv-All and their product, as I was very pleased from the beginning to the end of the process. Great company and people to work with besides having a great product.

WOW... for the amazing experience today. This is exactly what great service should be. They were highly recommended by appliance techs as being super competent and fair. So I decided to give them a try for a very tricky plumbing issue.
From the first contact, Barbara at the main office handled my call and query with patience and professionalism. Then Sean, the business owner, went out of his way to pre-screen our problem via phone and email before coming out. He was eager to provide free honest and expert advice which was appreciated. Therefore I proceeded with scheduling and sure enough, they showed up right on time, deploying extra care and patience evaluating and handling the issue. The scary plumbing problem was fixed in no time to much of my relief and the fee was even super fair and to the point. This company is a true delight to work with and I will not hesitate to call upon them in the future.

It's been a couple of years that I had my disposal replaced I just want to say it's running great and I couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure to do business with Sullivan's trusting, honest and professional.

Our kitchen sink was clogged, I didn't want to cause any further damage so I contacted Dave's Plumbing Services. They arrived and within minutes they were able to fix the issue and even replaced my kitchen sink pipes. I appreciated them taking the time to walk me through the process and answering any questions we had. They definitely appreciate their clients and discounted me 10% for being a first time client which was a nice bonus, I was very happy with the results and will definitely contact them in the future!

I can not remember the gentlemen's name, but he came around 9:30pm-11pm Friday 3/8/19 from a stonestown location. Much faster then expected considering how late it was.

At our Serramonte location we had to leave at 11pm, which he was able to work super quick and have time to explain what to look out for when it came to our restroom issues.
