I have a tankless water heater that needed servicing. I contacted the Rinnai, the manufacturer, and they gave me a list of plumbers in my area that are certified to work on tankless water heaters. I called two of them but only spoke to one. The plumber that I spoke to told me that they would call me back to schedule a time for them to come out. They never called me back. The other plumber did not call me back after I left two voice mails.

I called MTZ Plumbing and I was immediately connected with a live person. We scheduled an appointment for the following day. Hector was extremely helpful and walked me through everything he did. He also looked through the manual to make sure everything was covered. We thought that we had to order a part so Hector told me he would call me later in the week to schedule time.

Hector called me a few days later and told me that the manufacturer suggested a few more steps to fix the issue. he came by shortly thereafter and fix the issue.

I highly recommend working with MTZ Plumbing. They are smart, helpful, honest and they follow up with customers. I will be using them moving forward for any and all plumbing challenges I have in the future.

Had an exchange of photos and one phone conversation. The call was very confusing and have heard nothing since. I can't rate this business well as I don't even understand what transpired. Some days later, Mr Fix called to follow up just now and have decided to go with someone different. I'm glad he did follow up.

Great service. Able to come on short notice and get the work done quickly. Installed an on-demand hot water heater and it looks and works great.

Our kitchen faucet started with a drip which over time stopped working altogether. We had no water coming out of the faucet. We sent out a Yelp request pretty late on Sunday night, and got a response from Andrew within minutes. He came over the next day, checked the problem and told us we need a new faucet and gave us a quote for the job. He came the next day and got the new faucet installed with no hassle. Will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.

Min, the manager, came out today to respond to my service call.   He provided me with guidance as to how to deal with the main issue I was having and also went through the house to verify that everything else was in good working order.  He was very professional, polite and a wealth of knowledge.  You won't go wrong if you call them.

We used Dan and his team to install a lateral cleanout on our property. We recently had a bad sewage clog and used another service to get it unclogged. The other service recommended us to replace our whole sewage pipe (which would have cost upward of ~$6-$7k.

I found Dan on Yelp and in our initial call, he was patient and detailed in explaining to me why replacing a sewage pipe shouldn't be the first action item (rather, it should be the last resort). We then scheduled for him to come to our property to see the extent of the work that needed to be done.

We decided to go with Dan because he was very thorough with his work and provides great advice and information. We called around for other bids but other plumbers weren't as thorough as Dan and seemed more interested in getting more money out of us than helping us.

Dan and his team finished the job in 2 days (lateral cleanout installation, power wash and camera inspection), and provided us with video footage of our sewage pipe condition. We were very happy with his work and would recommend him. Thanks, Dan!

Awesome company. They came in with a tightly organized team day one got right to work and were done and cleaned up by 4:00. They next day the wall patch duo repeated the excellent work.

We called Plumbing Solutions with a leaky spigot and they were able to send someone out really quickly that same day.
  We met with Brian who was super friendly and helpful and offered us quotes and pricing up front and was then able to quickly complete the job in the same visit.

I've had Bellows out to do several jobs at mine and my Mom's house.  They have always showed up when they said they would, quoted a fair price, and I've been pleased with the work.  Once they even came out and worked for quite some time on my old furnace before telling me it wasn't worth it to fix, and didn't charge me anything.  They are always very polite too.  I would highly recommend them.

Wilmar and his team have always been so responsive and timely. They have come through for us in a pinch quite a few times. I would 100% recommend this company. They are respectful and knowledgeable. Again, quality business!

We were pretty unsatisfied with this install. We booked a new HVAC through Costco but were pretty disappointed in the execution. It's been two months since the day they started, and we are still having them come fix things before we can get the inspection. We were without heat for days during a heat wave, because they didn't have parts they needed. (Why didn't they know what they needed before they started?) Then they needed more parts and we had to wait another month. They cut the wiring to our drip irrigation/landscaping and put it back together wrong, which we didn't figure out until half of our garden died from not getting watered. They put the metal pieces on our artificial turf while they were installing which burned parts of the grass which now looks awful. They've taken no responsibility for any of these errors, and claimed they couldn't have been responsible for the burned grass even though it wasn't there the day before the install and then it was. They put the thermostat in a new and very odd place without calling me at work to discuss it first (in between a picture frame and a door jam in a very visible area) and said they'd move it but of course it would damage the wall.. Ugh. Just overall very not slick, not responsive, not responsible for their screw-ups, and not competent.
I'm not sure why Costco uses them. :(

Their price was a bit high @ $175, but the soft water was returned to service by this firm for the second time in 6 months. It appears my attempts to fix the conditioner did not work.

Not really impressed. I had a straightforward job and when I asked for a ballpark figure, couldn't get even an order of magnitude.

The work appeared to be done well but...

The plumber was 40 minutes late and disappeared for a 45 minute part run. So, he spent three hours in my house working and the bill was 1400 dollars.

If you're considering a career in law or medicine, save yourself about 8 years of education. You can command comparably ridiculous rates as a plumber.

It's hard to competitively shop with plumbing needs and I think they know it. Buyer beware.

Ditto on the last 5-star review!  Dan and Brian are the best!!!!  We own 3 properties in Morgan Hill, and I would never consider using anyone other than Sullivan.  More honest than my own family members!  Thx, Dan and Brian. . .

Effective, not to expensive. Had them redo my garbage disposal. Didn't know the first thing when it came to stuff like this. They did a great job. Took no more than two hours. Quick, clean, efficient
