I have a tankless water heater that needed servicing. I contacted the Rinnai, the manufacturer, and they gave me a list of plumbers in my area that are certified to work on tankless water heaters. I called two of them but only spoke to one. The plumber that I spoke to told me that they would call me back to schedule a time for them to come out. They never called me back. The other plumber did not call me back after I left two voice mails.

I called MTZ Plumbing and I was immediately connected with a live person. We scheduled an appointment for the following day. Hector was extremely helpful and walked me through everything he did. He also looked through the manual to make sure everything was covered. We thought that we had to order a part so Hector told me he would call me later in the week to schedule time.

Hector called me a few days later and told me that the manufacturer suggested a few more steps to fix the issue. he came by shortly thereafter and fix the issue.

I highly recommend working with MTZ Plumbing. They are smart, helpful, honest and they follow up with customers. I will be using them moving forward for any and all plumbing challenges I have in the future.

Great service, very flexible and time efficient. They work with your schedule, even after hours. If I need help with anything at home, they will be the first to call. They helped me mount my TV, hang a big mirror and wall clock. They are very mindful of your house cleanness, and wore masks the entire time. Highly recommended!!

I messed up my shower valve pretty good on a Sunday.  Garrison picked up the phone and told me how to temporarily fix the problem so I could turn the water back on to the house.  Then his crew came by the following week to straighten it all out. Super.

AYEMP came, solved our weird problem and fixed it on less than 20 minutes. They were very professional, friendly and very reasonably priced. We'll call them for sure, if we ever need more work done!

One of their technicians showed up for an old dead water heater at my 95 yr old mother in laws house. Speaking with my wife at the beginning, the manager told us he was sending one of his senior techs to do the job.  We live 3 hrs away. They were instructed to correspond with us at every decision making point and not just my dementia suffering mother in law. I spoke to the tech, who drained it and proposed a solution not to replace it for over 2K. That was the first red flag I should not have ignored.  I asked him how much to replace it and he said $1800.  I asked him what brand water heater he'd put in and he said top of the line AO Smith. He told me he needed to replace the shut off valve as well.  I asked him if that was included in the quote and he said yes.  I told him to send me the estimate. When I received an estimate from him as requested it was for $2350...really?  I told him no way and he said he'd do it for $1800 as originally quoted.  After he completed the job I requested a picture sent. He had installed a Bradford-White water heater and did not change the shut off valve. Then when confronted he told me a Bradford-White was made by AO Smith....utter nonsense.  I told him he lied to me and he said sorry.  Later he told me if he installed an AO Smith, he'd have to charge me an additional $250 and he didn't want to replace the valve after all because the job can be a delicate operation. I was done talking to the installer so I spoke to his manager who said he'd talk to the owner and get back to me.  The tech left the house.  After waiting and never receiving a call from the manager that day or the next, a different tech showed up at my mother in laws home and tried to get her to pay for the unwanted, newly installed water heater. My wife happened to be on the phone with her mom when he arrived, and we were able to stop her mother from paying for the unauthorized water heater installation.  Unbeknownst to us, they had reduced the bill by $200.  This all transpired while my wife and I were still waiting to hear back from a manager to agree on the next step we were going to take.  They evidently thought strong arming a 95 year old woman who can't think straight was the best way to solve the mess created by the installing technician.  I had to insist he leave and have his manager call me.

The way this company handled their original tech's deception is despicable.  I could not believe anything they told me after what had transpired, discovering lie after lie from beginning to end.  They are like used car salesmen in my opinion.  They caused the entire family an enormous amount of emotional stress, when only a water heater needed to be replaced.

We were still willing to try and work out a solution with them but never got a call from their manager again.  My wife's family finally decided they did not want to do business with Smart Plumbers at all, and a tech came back the next day and removed the water heater after I spoke with someone at the main office to inform them we were going to have nothing more to do with their company.

I've done a lot of serious plumbing in my life and they ran into someone they could not BS. Home Depot is charging $1300 plus tax to put in a high end Rheem water heater today.  What a relief.

Comment on Comment:  We were waiting for your response, even into the next day when the different plumber showed up to my mother-in-law's house without any agreement before hand to bother her.  I'm not saying  anything negative regarding the second plumber or the dispatcher.  I'm sorry they had to get in the middle of the mess.  I specifically did not mention anyone's name.  Offering a free water heater 15 minutes after I post an honest review here cannot make up for what happened.  Why would we sell out or take the chance for more mess?  Again we were still willing to work things out if you had followed up as promised.  Not hearing  from you changed my wife's family's desire to have anything to do with your company.  They'd rather pay for a new installation from another company.

Awesome guys.. I had a plumbing emergency with bathroom faucet at night and  water was gushing. They responded really quickly and stopped the draft and fixed up the faucet quickly.

Dan is a true professional. He was quick to diagnose our plumbing issue and was upfront about the potential cost. Given the quality of his work, I believe his rates are more than reasonable. I will definitely use his services if we ever need more plumbing work.

Julio and the team did partial re-pipe for my home. I am very happy with the work. Julio is polite and honest. He did what he promised. First work day for repiping, and second work day for city inspection and patching. Both the repiping and wall patching passed city inspection without any issue!

George is one-of-a-kind. I ran into a snag trying to replace a garbage disposal. George picked up right away. He knew right away what the issue was, happened to be in the area, and was at my door within 15 minutes and solved it in minutes. The other guys I called still haven't even called back. I'll definitely be coming back to George for my plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with plumbing solution. We needed a sewer line clean out, and they were available the same day. They were very knowledgeable and took their time to answer our questions. Would definitely recommend

Lee gave us the best price per hour of work and was able to give an estimate in hours of work it takes to fix the leaking toilet and shower. He was able to stay pretty close to his quote even though he discovered and had to take care of an additional problem with a leaking shower pipe inside the wall. Lee is also one of the most professional plumbers that I had a pleasure to invite into my house, has tons of experience, is very knowledgeable about what he is doing, and communicates and explains things very clearly. He fixed the problem, and I still had to pay $120 less than any other estimate which I was given by other plumbers, even with an additional hour of work! The shoe covers are a really nice touch, too, since we are always walking barefoot inside the house during the summer.

We had issues with our kitchen sink not draining.  Wilmar was quick to answer our call and made it out the same day.  He was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job.  I would highly recommend him.

The thermostate had died over the weekend, and it was too chilly during the nights for any comfort even when wearing the house robe.
 
I called the company on Monday for an appointment, made for Tuesday  between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Got a phone call at 7:30 AM on Tuesday that left a message that the man is on his way, and a few minutes before 8 he is knocking at my door.

Jeff was the man of the hour!  He explained everything that he was doing, and whatever he would do as he went along.  I was provided with the latest
model of thermostate, and how to use it for home comfort with energy savings. I was always getting email notices from PG&E as to saving energy,
and reducing billings.
For the time, effort and arrangements for future needs, the cost was very
reasonable.

After looking around with many companies we finally settled with serv-all. They get the job done and the price is fair. Jason has also been friendly and patient with our questions. Overall good company so we recommend it.

Last November of 2021, our home's outside front gutter's drain began to stop draining. We also noticed that the above ground fittings began to leak water. We had no other indoor plumbing issues and thought that the drain needed to be cleared using power pressure. LB from Discount Plumbing tried to give us every kind of discount available to minimize our out-of-pocket costs.  The issue was bigger and required his team to come out the following weekend, dig up our garage cement floor  and a partial part of our driveway cement in order to insert new pipes since the old ones had slipped perhapsdue to past ground moverment. . .our home's almost 98 years old. We also got the drain's underground pipe replaced since it seemed to be totally clogged  with mortar from our last roof replacement. LB had his crew work from early morning till nightfall to make sure the job was completely finished and the drain was working.

I would not hesitate using Discount Plumbing in the future for any plumbing problems.  LB clearly told us how much it would cost and when it would be completed. Job well done! Sorry for the extremely late review but the pandemic's to-do list was long.

I've used these guys for 3 separate jobs since moving to Morgan Hill. I cant recommend them highly enough, they are second to none. This is a family business, and they are straight shooters. They are good at what they do, and charge based upon time actually worked, not try to gauge you when you are in a bind, as I have seen others in skilled trades attempt to do. Dan and Brian are the only people you ever need to call for your plumbing needs.

Called Dave's Specialized Rooter & plumbing . For a leaking water heater, made and appointment he came same day to take care my old water heater . He was on time , he recommended for a new installation , I was happy to have my hot water back I will recommend  Dave's to all my friends and relatives he was clean and professional all the way to complete the work and going the extra mile to finish in the same day.

We had a broken shower that didn't turn off at 10 am. Call a bunch of plumbing services and no one was available until late afternoon or the next day.
