My new favorite, go-to plumber! Hector came out on a Sunday night for an urgent issue and he got us back in business in no time. He answered all my questions, explained everything he wanted to do, and got it fixed quickly. Bonus that he is a friendly, professional, polite dude who really cares about providing great customer service. Highly recommended.

I called Amar and Ali and was expecting to hit their voice mail since no one picks up their phone directly nowadays.

Amar picked up my phone and I told him about the issues I'm having with my doors -- five of them. Amar came to my house right no time, he called me in advance to be ready. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and fixed everything in a couple of hours.

These are very honest and hard-working guys, and I would make them my permanent handy guys.

We had an exceptional experience with Phil and Jose. We wanted to install a simple outdoor shower in our backyard, and the hook-up to the hot/cold water was not exactly simple. Phil found the access to get underneath our house so the shower could land where we wanted it to. He texted with me to review options on which outdoor shower kit to buy, and then installed it the next week, on-budget and in less than a day. Both he and Jose were top notch guys to work with. So glad to have them as a resource.

AYEMP came, solved our weird problem and fixed it on less than 20 minutes. They were very professional, friendly and very reasonably priced. We'll call them for sure, if we ever need more work done!

We used Smart Plumbers & Rooters to install a new water heater. Their service was fast, professional and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

James was awesome.  I can tell he loves what he does and is passionate about his job.  Here's why I think James is awesome.

He was courteous, honest, knows his field well, and most importantly, patient and willing to explain the problem.

Our water heater stopped churning out hot water on Friday night.  We were able to call someone in on Saturday, but those assholes (from discount plumbing in San Bruno. Avoid at all cost) were simply the worst.  Think price gouging, disrespectful, trying to rip people off with wrong parts and overpriced labor.  They were quoting me $575 to replace the whole pilot assembly a task that takes ~1hr.  Which we will get to later.  They even try to haggle it down to $400.

Luckily I told them to f off and found James.  Without telling James what happened, he checked the water heater. hypothesized the problem and explained his thinking process.  He indicated the thermal couple is probably worn out because the pilot light is still turning on.  He suggested that if it's something else, he'll refund the thermal couple that he put in.

Without telling him my previous experience, he quoted me $155 for the whole thing, parts and labor.  He was done in 30mins, checked everything worked and also gave me some tips about water heater maintenance.  

I know I can trust James and his team on my plumbing needs.  Model business right here.

Would highly recommend. Excellent work. So professional- goes above and beyond expectations. Very knowledgeable. Shows up on time for job. Completes all agreed upon work neatly and efficiently. Also very reasonably price- bids always came out lower than others but for superior work quality. Save yourself the headache of searching for other companies.

Julio was fast, reliable, and kind. His crew performed the job extremely fast, efficiently and professionally.  They cleaned up their work and patched up all the drywall they needed to cut. Their prices were also significantly lower than all the larger plumbing companies we got quotes from, and stayed competitive against smaller plumbers' prices. We're very happy we went with them.

We had a minor emergency at our house and I had reached out to multiple plumbing companies to get there quotes on what to do.
Plumbing solutions responded in less than an hour to schedule an appointment right away.
I was super nervous because we
had the same issue repaired a few years ago so was hesitant that someone was going to rip us off or give us wrong information.
Jacob showed up before our scheduled time and was just amazing to work with. He was friendly and humorous, but was also informative and knowledgeable. He let us know step-by-step what was going on while he was working on the house. I feel like he gave us an honest description and play-by-play of what was going on as he was trying to fix our leak.
I would highly recommend this company especially Jacob if we were to ever to have another issue again... Although I pray that we don't!

Great job! The pipe for the drainage from our washer was clogged and caused backup of water. I called Lee based on all the great Yelp reviews and I am so glad I did. He was on time, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Most importantly I think he is honest and trustworthy. Not only did he solve our main drainage problem and a few other slow sinks, he also explained to us how to avoid some of the problems in the future, or how to deal with it ourselves if the problem is minor, so we don't have to spend the X dollars to call a plumber. Highly recommended.

Had issues with our tub filler and bathroom faucet. Had another quote from another company and they recommended we replace it all... cut a hole in our drywall and then sent us a proposal for over $2500....

Rafael came out and looked closely at everything - he was able to fix it on the spot. No new faucets needed.

Super unreliable,  and his price cost and arm and a leg. This company screwed shower head in a such a way that it's impossible to unscrew. I have to call another plumber. Do not waste your time

The thermostate had died over the weekend, and it was too chilly during the nights for any comfort even when wearing the house robe.
 
I called the company on Monday for an appointment, made for Tuesday  between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Got a phone call at 7:30 AM on Tuesday that left a message that the man is on his way, and a few minutes before 8 he is knocking at my door.

Jeff was the man of the hour!  He explained everything that he was doing, and whatever he would do as he went along.  I was provided with the latest
model of thermostate, and how to use it for home comfort with energy savings. I was always getting email notices from PG&E as to saving energy,
and reducing billings.
For the time, effort and arrangements for future needs, the cost was very
reasonable.

After looking around with many companies we finally settled with serv-all. They get the job done and the price is fair. Jason has also been friendly and patient with our questions. Overall good company so we recommend it.

Brian and his father are an amazing team! They installed a water heater the same day that I called! They are fast, efficient and they get the job done! I will def be back for other services in the future!

Our kitchen sink was clogged, I didn't want to cause any further damage so I contacted Dave's Plumbing Services. They arrived and within minutes they were able to fix the issue and even replaced my kitchen sink pipes. I appreciated them taking the time to walk me through the process and answering any questions we had. They definitely appreciate their clients and discounted me 10% for being a first time client which was a nice bonus, I was very happy with the results and will definitely contact them in the future!

We had a plumbing emergency, and called three plumbers. Preferred Plumbing was the only one available to arrive within an hour. The technician, Robert actually arrived about 35 minutes after my call. Robert gave us a reasonable estimate, based on the expected fix. He got right to work, and kept us informed at each step of the process. Robert was a consummate professional. Unfortunately, what he attempted did not clear the sewer line, but he stayed almost an extra hour to speak with the city plumber to resolve the issue. I will be happy to recommend Preferred Plumbing based upon their quick response time and fantastic customer service!
