MTZ did a great job all around on a full sewer re-pipe of our home.  We had 65 yr old galvanized / iron sewer lines in our home that were starting to corrode, so we called a few plumbers on yelp to come diagnose the issue.  

MTZ responded in minutes and Tim came out for a free inspection within a couple days.  He spent about a hour inspecting our whole plumbing system (the two other plumbers who provided estimates spent about 10 minutes).  After his inspection, he explained everything he found, shared pictures from under the house, provided 3 project proposals at different price points, and explained the benefits of each.  It never felt like he was trying to up-sell anything that was unnecessary, but rather providing information and options.  Tim was also super responsive after he left, answering all of my many follow-up questions and working with me to finalized the plan.

We ended up doing a full sewer-side re-pipe from the drains to the property line.  They worked with us to schedule all the work while we were out of town for a week and coordinating everything through final inspection to be completed before we got back.  They sent photos from under the house showing all the new connections and lines, and also showing that they completely cleaned up our crawlspace of the junk previous contractors had left behind.  There were a couple of very minor issues that needed follow-up when we returned, but Hector came out the next day on a Sunday to fix those last issues.  

Overall, they did a great job and were extremely professional and responsive.  Highly recommend MTZ plumbing and will call them again in the future if needed.

Matt installed a new water-efficient toilet (Toto) in our older home. He helped us understand the options, arrived on time, and installed the toilet carefully and efficiently.  We recommend him to others, and plan to call him again the next time we need plumbing work. (Our next-door neighbors recommended him to us.)

Phil Garrison is a great guy, enjoyable to be around, busy but easy to work with. He has a team of fast, highly capable, and competent plumbers who can do excellent work when excellence is what you require. Personality was never an issue. Garrison Plumbing did extensive work at our property, renovating nearly our entire plumbing system. It took a couple of do-overs to get everything right and up to code, and it cost a few thousand more than we initially expected, but we ended up with an excellent plumbing system at a decent price. Garrison likes to work off of a fixed price contract, and will tailor that contract to cover precisely what you ask for. For remodels of older homes is not always easy, as you often don't know what you have until you open up a wall or floor. The key to a successful outcome with these guys is to know exactly what you want beforehand, and to carefully check the work at the end of each day to make sure you've gotten it. I would suggest that you provide Phil with as detailed a plumbing plan as possible, including the precise locations of all plumbing appliances and roof vents, with the types and sizes of all materials fully specified. If you want things built to code, get a permit. If you want a leak check, specify it in the contract. If you want copper instead of Pex in some locations, specify it. If you want something other than the minimum allowable slope on a sewer lateral, specify it. Otherwise, when the work is done under a fixed price contract, you may get an unpleasant surprise which may be very expensive to change, such as a toilet vent with 90 degree elbows below its spill line or a roof penetration through the flashing of a skylight. These guys typically work in 2's and are very expensive by the hour. When they know exactly what they're doing they're a great value. When they don't, they do it as cheaply as the contract allows. If you know what you're doing and you provide the guidance they need, they'll do a great job for you. I highly recommend them.

Andrew and team were real professionals. Extremely punctual and got the job done within the timeframe.

Unfortunately had to use their services again, but I'm happy that whenever my house's pipes decide to show their age I have reliable plumbers to rescue me.

We tried to DIY and fix a water temperature issue with the shower and replaced a thermostatic mixing valve. While we fixed that part, we created a different problem and started having issues with our hot water pressure. We couldn't figure out how to fix it so called Ace because a low pressure shower is just way too depressing to start a day.

Called for an appointment in the morning and got an appointment the same day in the afternoon! Bonus two was that the service technician, Derrick, showed up on time, and was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our issue, which was not anything to do with an air block as we had concluded from too much YouTube sleuthing (yes, best to leave these things to the actual professionals), and restored our hot water pressure. Yeah! I'd definitely call and use Ace again for any future plumbing needs.

My first review! This is rather meaningful because it has to do with our home.  Was cleaning up my office when I noticed that the baseboard of one wall was soft to the touch and on the other side of that wall was a shower stall!  I was pretty worried at that point.  

We called up Team Contractors and they showed up very quickly.  They figured out the root cause of the problem in less than 15 minute and was able to fix it WITHOUT having to remove the drywall from the office side!  

If you have a plumbing issue, do NOT hesitate to call these guys!  Extremely knowledgeable in their profession and excellent customer service.

Julio and his team did a fantastic job! They repiped the main water line, replaced our old pipes with PEX, replaced our old water heater with a tankless water heater and installed a dedicated gas line. Came in the morning, left in the evening and the job was done. As an added bonus they left the house as tidy as they entered it! Julio took great care of the quote, the job, the permits, and the inspections. On top of that he responds promptly to any question you may have. To sum it up: I was dreading to repipe the house, I expected it to be a headache. Didn't have to worry, Julio did a great job - with an awesome price tag! Highly recommended!

I would give them 100 stars if I could. Lee and son are phenomenal. The selfish side of me doesn't want to write a positive review as I don't want them to get too busy. However, Kratzer Plumbing is truly exceptional and deserves every possible positive recommendation. I have now used him for three projects and he goes above and beyond at a VERY reasonable price.
     (He was also a track star (so I hear) back in the day.)

Awesome & prompt customer service!  My furnace stopped working and I tried calling PG&E who said to contact my propane company. My propane company couldn't come look until th next week. I called around to a dozen HVAC companies but mostly just got voicemail. Apparently they're all swamped.

I called Bellows (Wed March 23rd) and they sent a very nice guy Sal out within the hour. He did some diagnostics and just the 1 part would be $400. It's a 30 year old furnace.   I weighed my options and decided to replace it rather than keep putting band-aids on an old one. They scheduled me for the following Tuesday and he waived that day's call out fee. The next day I got a call that they moved up my install to Monday. Awesome!  

Sal showed up right on time this morning (actually called to say he'd be a few minutes early).  He installed my new furnace and insulated everything and even checked the ducts in my attic, re-enforcing some that were not quite sealed.  

So here I am just days after calling them with a toasty, shiny, new heater.  I would recommend Bellows in a heartbeat.  Thanks Sal!

Wilmar was scheduled to come to do a free estimate between 1:00 & 3:00 and never showed up. I called him and he said he would text me, but never did. This plumbing company started off on the wrong foot. If you can't even show up for the estimate how can someone rely on your work!!

I contacted Bellows Soquel to replace my aging Lennox Pulse and Lennox air conditioner, as well as the ducting in my crawlspace and attic. Everyone from Carl the initial salesman to Russel the project manager to the office staff was friendly, professional and willing to answer the many questions I had. Mikey, the install manager was an outstanding leader of his crew, including Brian, Jamie, Alvie and Rudy.  All of them were efficient and hard working professionals.  My new Lennox system is up and running.  I'm amazed at how they were able to tackle a complicated job and perform at such a high level.  They left my garage and home looking like they'd never been here. Everything is carefully and precisely installed. I'd give each of them ten stars if I could.  All of my questions were thoughtfully and thoroughly explained.  Bellows is a top notch company and you won't go wrong by choosing them.  One happy customer here.

After looking around with many companies we finally settled with serv-all. They get the job done and the price is fair. Jason has also been friendly and patient with our questions. Overall good company so we recommend it.

Hard to reach. Rude service and poor workmanship.

For the past 3 years that we've been in our home, we always default to the local plumber who does a fine job.  However, on a recent issue with the new Toto toilet, I received a quote for $600 to fix it.  This just didn't seem right.

My husband suggested we try the plubmer he uses for his business in Gilroy.  At first, I was hesistant to have someone come all the way from San Martin to help us on what I believed to be a basic fix but upon speaking with Brian, he was more than happy to help and do the drive to see what he could do.

(1) First off, Brian was PUNCTUAL - something that normally isn't a virtue with the contractors and plumbers we've used.  Having an infant at home, this was so appreciated and just plain respectful of our time - thank you!

(2) Brian quickly UNDERSTOOD the issue, had the correct parts to fix it in less than an hour.

(3) Brian was RESPECTFUL of our home, making sure to keep clean the area he worked in.

(4) Finally, he charged us a very FAIR PRICE, especially considering his commute - just $200 to complete the work!

In addition, a left over issue from a past job by our former plubmer to fix the kitchen sink still acts up from time to time.  Brian had a look and quickly understood the issue and is going to come again to fix it.

What I appreciate so much is that the team at Sullivan isn't green to plumbing issues.  Clearly, Brian has grown up around the trade and can quickly and effectively address the issues without wasting time and our money.

Derrick came over today to unclog a bathroom drain. I couldn't be anymore happier with the service. I called these guys about an hour ago and they just left. They came out pretty quick and were able to get the job done really fast. The guy that came out seemed super friendly, knowledgeable and did a good job. Professional and didn't destroy or mess anything up. Would recommend
