They gave me a quick, fair quote, didn't charge me extra for connection to the underside of the sink, and did the job in a fair and expert manner connecting my sink handles and pipes, and very nice manner as well. Good plumber!

Anar responded to my quote request fast with a very reasonable price. The team came to my place on time with all their masks on to install RO filter system and window curtains and got everything sorted. There was a tiny configuration issue which we didn't spot after the installation but Anar came to correct that at the very next day! Will definitely call them again if we need anything.

This is a long overdue review.  I needed a plumber to relocate a vent going from the kitchen sink drain, because the vent was in the way of a new window that was being installed.  My contractor referred me to Matt. I found him easy to work with, very skilled and quick, and not one to try and rip you off just because it's boom time for remodeling work in Silicon Valley.

What more can I say that other people haven't said except that Matt is a gem of a plumber.

We've been working with Phil at Garrison Plumbing for many years.  In addition to service and remodel plumbing they do new Septic Construction.  Phil has engineers that he works with that can handle everything from the design, permitting and final construction of the Septic system.  They also do the new gray water and sophisticated high level filtering systems.  Unfortunately, they don't do Septic tank pumping.
 I highly recommend you call Phil.  He does a professional job at a fair price and stands behind his work.

Had a broken sewer connection located very deep underground.  Tree roots were the culprit.   Joel was able to fix the sewer connection and replace the original clean out that was buried 5 feet deep with a new clean out that is now accessible to help in case of future clogs which we shouldn't have now that issue has been addressed.  Very happy with Joel's timely updates of the work done and coordinating with city inspector.

Derrick came to my apt today to water leaking problem under my kitchen sink.  He was amazing and very professional.  Water stopped leaking after inspection immediately.  I highly recommend his excellent service.  Give a 5 stars.

Khoa Nguyen and his team are awesome! I had a difficult job for a plumber in which I needed new valves inside my wall between two bathrooms to be replaced as well as new tile and fixtures. Several plumbers refused to do the job because it was too hard or just did not take my calls when I tried to follow up on them being late for an estimate. Khoa was able to come the next day to do an estimate and told me exactly what needed to be done and gave me a reasonable price. He came the next day with his team and fixed everything beautifully He had to re-tile the big hole they had to make to fix the valves and it looks fabulous. Definitely going to call him for any future plumbing needs!

Just can't say enough about All Pro Re-Pipes.  Professional, experience and can get the job done in one day.   Talk about man power, a crew of seven showed up in the morning, on time and was able to re-pipe a 3-unit property in one day including replacing 100 gallon water heater.  I was really impressed, the tenants had water by end of the day.   After it passed inspection, they were able to patch the wall in one day.  They took care of all the permit and inspection.  

The pricing was very competitive.  I was able to get an estimate on the same day.  You can go with PEX which is cheaper or copper.  I went with PEX and was impressed with the quality of work.  They do things the right way.  

It can be nerve racking trying to find a good contractor.  After talking to All Pro Re-Pipes, I felt calm and knew they were the one.  They were able  answer all my questions and explain the whole process.

Wow! George is one of the best Plumbers that I've had the pleasure to hire! He made quick work of replacing a corroded copper pipe in my garage, along with suggesting a better way to run my water recirculation device to save energy and $$. While he was at it, he also checked the salt level in my water softener and filled it for me. George provided me with an explanation of his work beforehand, his estimate and was very neat and tidy with his work. And to top it all off he is a polite and positive person who loves his work! My water heater had expired. It was leaking from the top. A large puddle of water had formed on the floor. I immediately consulted Yelp to help me locate a great plumbing company. I came to Plumbing Solutions. They sounded like a good fit. I called them up. A rep answered on the third ring, a very good start. Upon hearing the situation he scheduled a technician to arrive at my home that day. Jacob Newens was very prompt. He inspected the tank thoroughly. He explained clearly to me the cause of the leak and the solution. The tank was 15 plus years old. He recommended replacing it. Made lots of sense. Jacob presented me with a very reasonable quote. He was back that day and installed a new Bradford White 50 gallon unit. I'm so happy with it. Jacob performed an excellent job. He was very friendly and was very efficient. The install went without a hitch. Jacob represented Plumbing Solutions so well. I was very impressed. I highly recommend Plumbing Solutions. It's so comforting to find a company that I can trust!

I had some plumbing work done by Bellows and the work was satisfactory. Here is the problem- I signed up for their  'Exclusive Home Service' for $120 that we would receive 3 annual tune-ups per year.

I was told it would be a one time cost and they would come out and inspect our home and would get a 10% discount on any work that may need doing. I called today to set up an appointment but was told my 'service' was only good for a year and had expired.

I went onto explain we were not told that there was an expiration and that I would not have signed up for this if I had been told that. In addition, the paperwork they provided doesn't mention an expiration date which to me means it is ongoing.

Be aware that their 'Exclusive Home Service' is only good for one year......

Our bathroom sink was clogging up for a good 3 months. Andres and Frankie did a great job fixing it. They were courteous and friendly, wearing shoe covers. Andres also took the time to explain why green gobbler didn't work on our sink and what we can do in the future to troubleshoot. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

Our furnace was out and after a number of calls to HVAC service providers in the area we made a call to Bellows.  

Not only did Bellows show up the same day (now that's great service!) but the technician, John Costales, was professional, courteous, and knew his stuff.  

John was able to diagnose the problem and suggest how to most economically repair our system.  

Would certainly recommend if you need HVAC service. We are a Bellows customer now.

After looking around with many companies we finally settled with serv-all. They get the job done and the price is fair. Jason has also been friendly and patient with our questions. Overall good company so we recommend it.

WOW... for the amazing experience today. This is exactly what great service should be. They were highly recommended by appliance techs as being super competent and fair. So I decided to give them a try for a very tricky plumbing issue.
From the first contact, Barbara at the main office handled my call and query with patience and professionalism. Then Sean, the business owner, went out of his way to pre-screen our problem via phone and email before coming out. He was eager to provide free honest and expert advice which was appreciated. Therefore I proceeded with scheduling and sure enough, they showed up right on time, deploying extra care and patience evaluating and handling the issue. The scary plumbing problem was fixed in no time to much of my relief and the fee was even super fair and to the point. This company is a true delight to work with and I will not hesitate to call upon them in the future.

This review is for James who worked at my fixing my flusher at Loro Piana. James was well mannered and precise. He explained to me in lay mans terms why my flusher was not working and even drew an image of the backside of the flusher so that he can explain better what was happening. I apologize for a late review however he is a wonderful employee, efficient and communicative. He is well worth the service.
