Hector came out right away on Saturday in rainy weather to help with an issue with our water heater. Not only did he find the issue but gave us suggestions on further steps for complete repair. He is very friendly and professional.
Very highly recommended and would definitely use them again.

Showed up on time and completed the task we called them in to fix i.e. fix broken tiles around the fireplace. We were satisfied with the quality of the work done too.

We first called Matt about sewer problems. We had first called Roto-Rooter who installed a cleanup in the middle of our front lawn. When that failed, we called Matt. He determined that the problem was with the city. He helped me contact the city and arrange for a free repair.

Today I called Matt with three problems, a water heater that was turning off, and repairs to two toilets. All of these he fixed quickly.

Phil Garrison is a great guy, enjoyable to be around, busy but easy to work with. He has a team of fast, highly capable, and competent plumbers who can do excellent work when excellence is what you require. Personality was never an issue. Garrison Plumbing did extensive work at our property, renovating nearly our entire plumbing system. It took a couple of do-overs to get everything right and up to code, and it cost a few thousand more than we initially expected, but we ended up with an excellent plumbing system at a decent price. Garrison likes to work off of a fixed price contract, and will tailor that contract to cover precisely what you ask for. For remodels of older homes is not always easy, as you often don't know what you have until you open up a wall or floor. The key to a successful outcome with these guys is to know exactly what you want beforehand, and to carefully check the work at the end of each day to make sure you've gotten it. I would suggest that you provide Phil with as detailed a plumbing plan as possible, including the precise locations of all plumbing appliances and roof vents, with the types and sizes of all materials fully specified. If you want things built to code, get a permit. If you want a leak check, specify it in the contract. If you want copper instead of Pex in some locations, specify it. If you want something other than the minimum allowable slope on a sewer lateral, specify it. Otherwise, when the work is done under a fixed price contract, you may get an unpleasant surprise which may be very expensive to change, such as a toilet vent with 90 degree elbows below its spill line or a roof penetration through the flashing of a skylight. These guys typically work in 2's and are very expensive by the hour. When they know exactly what they're doing they're a great value. When they don't, they do it as cheaply as the contract allows. If you know what you're doing and you provide the guidance they need, they'll do a great job for you. I highly recommend them.

A promising beginning, with a same day, prompt, house-call to check out the problem on a fritzy water-heater.  Supposed to return a coupla days later to install.  Half an hour after the appointed time, I called and the friendly operator said that they'd been trying to call to say they would be late but the number they had for me wasn't working.  Sure 'nuff, they'd transcribed it wrongly.  Ok, everyone can make a mistake.  They said they'd show up  within half an hour.  No show. No call.  After an hour and a half, I had to leave.  Had a very polite message waiting for me saying the guy was outside my door but I wasn't there.  Would I like to call to reschedule.

I don't think so.

Postscript:  I added one star because the owner contacted me via yelp and said that he was sorry and that they usually don't work like this.  He promised a full investigation.  That's gotta be worth something.

I had a leaky 1.5 inch galvanized pipe that is feeding the water tank in my house.
After agreeing on the estimates based on the picture, Danh, Khoa and the crew showed up
on time to get the job done. Ended up replacing the entire 17 inch long pipeline based on the recommendation, but that was a good decision after seeing what the inside of the pipe looks like (lots of deposits, and threads are rusting).
After all, the crew got the job done in a very professional manner, and in time. They stayed late to check the job was done without any problem, and stopped by the next day to confirm there is no problem. Great and reliable crew!

We just finished a complete copper repipe of our home and the installation of a new water heater by All Pro Repipe.  They did an outstanding job and even the City Inspector commented they did a thorough job.  They honored all my requests down to the last detail and we could not be more satisfied with the professionalism of Christopher, their work, and the price.  We highly recommend them.

Called this morning and they were able to get a technician out to me same day. Mike was super friendly and knowledgable.  He unclogged the kitchen drain and explained to me why it clogged, how the garbage disposal wasn't installed correctly by last owners, etc.  He even took the time to show me how to put ice down it once a month so it would help it not clog.  Cleaned up after himself. Even though I was his last stop on a Friday afternoon, he didn't rush through the job or make me feel like he had more important places to be.  What a refreshing change from many other service-oriented businesses - I will definitely be using these guys as my go-to plumbing company!

Kratzer is reliable and honest. We live in a tear down that we are passing off as a fixer upper, so I have plumbers on speed dial. I have used many, but Kratzer is my number one pick. He has established himself as the go to guy in Los Altos and the Hills. Everyone loves him.

I just had one of my top customer service experiences. Marcos came out to check on our sewer line, then called in his manager Mike to assist. They were both very caring, wanted to help, and handled the situation. A+ from me, would recommend anytime.

We had issues with our kitchen sink not draining.  Wilmar was quick to answer our call and made it out the same day.  He was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job.  I would highly recommend him.

Our furnace was out and after a number of calls to HVAC service providers in the area we made a call to Bellows.  

Not only did Bellows show up the same day (now that's great service!) but the technician, John Costales, was professional, courteous, and knew his stuff.  

John was able to diagnose the problem and suggest how to most economically repair our system.  

Would certainly recommend if you need HVAC service. We are a Bellows customer now.

After looking around with many companies we finally settled with serv-all. They get the job done and the price is fair. Jason has also been friendly and patient with our questions. Overall good company so we recommend it.

Connor came over to our place and was immediately able to diagnose the issue with the clog in the kitchen sink that we were struggling with for almost a week! He was very communicative and explained to us what went wrong and what options we have in the case that the same issue happened again. This was the second company I called, wish it was the first!! When I called this company they were able to come out within the hour. The first company I called mere showed! I had them come out I install a new water heater I had bought from Home Depot. I didn't know the first thing to do when it came to this sort of stuff.
