Our water heater leaked causing a leak in the kitchen soffit and ceiling. Hector checked all possible sources of the leak. The following day I managed to get the key to the water heater closet and sure enough there was the problem. While I did not end up using MTZ for the water heater replacement  -I need to say this: they are on time and sends a message they are on their way. This system is much appreciated. Anar was fantastic!!!  I guess you never know how important a working garbage disposal is until it goes out with a bunch a food left inside.  I requested a quote on Yelp Tuesday night (received a response in under 15 minutes) and Anar was able to make it out by Wednesday afternoon.  He showed up at our scheduled time, was very courteous, did not try to upsell me, and was in and out in under 40 minutes.  He even did a great job cleaning everything up after the fact.  I now have my go to handy man would gladly recommend Mr Fix Bay Area and Anar to all my friends!

Matt is a gem.  We've used him for many years an he's always come through in a pinch.  He's fixed everything from a rotted out garbage disposal unit, to under sink pipes that were incorrectly installed by our landlord, to the typical clogged sinks and blocked sewer lines.  Matt is able to quickly identify what the problem is, and remedy the situation just as swiftly.  And he does it with a smile on his face!  He's a perfectionist, and it shows in his work. Simply put, grade A+++ customer service.  I'm thrilled to have found a go to guy for any plumbing problems we have.

Great response time.  I needed help on a Sunday with hot water line break.  Garrison and Team found the break and repaired the copper piping very quickly.  Saved my Sunday!

Update. I was contacted by the company and was told they did check before leaving, but I feel like they should still have turned back after getting my call. So they apologized and offered a discount for future services.

Fast, excellent service and very courteous staff. Min went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction, including explaining what he was doing during various stages of the job. Arrived when promised and finished the work in a timely manner.

I asked Ace to do an estimate of a drain in the concrete subfloor of my outdoor patio. When they arrived they half listened to what I was asking for then suggested a much more involved way of doing it. This was fine, and to be expected, but I already knew what I wanted based on my finances.They then forgot to send the estimate so I called, which is also okay, things happen. But when the estimate arrived, the employees had completely ignored my request, saying on the estimate that Customer asked me to just install a pipe but we can't do what is not right, quoting an almost $4000 job, instead of the $700 or so work I was asking for. Ace's response felt not just slimy, but also patently disrespectful. I can only surmise that these employees thought that an older woman didn't know what she was talking about.  Rest assured, I knew my options: two other plumbers and a carpenter had all discussed the drainage situation with me. I'm not someone who is easily offended or bothered but this angered me. I was very disappointed in Ace since it has otherwise received good reviews on Yelp.

They did a good job replacing two toilets, a kitchen faucet and a water filter faucet. The service was detailed, clean, punctual and friendly. Also very responsive on Yelp. Will use them again for future plumbing needs.

Best contractors ever! We needed to have our homes pipes replaced as our water was coming out orange and the pipes were very old. We had multiple company's come out to provide quotes. Julio and his team were sent out by Repipe Specialists to replace our homes pipes. They showed up on time the day of the scheduled job, Julio reviewed all of the work that would be done and answered all of my questions. He even added an additional shut of valve to an area of pipes I wanted to keep in our back yard in case they ever break (I use them for watering the garden). They went above and beyond to lay plastic and floor coverings to keep my home clean as possible during the work. They replaced all of the pipes in one day and were very respectful of our home. The following day again they showed up on time, waited for the inspector and patched up all of the areas that had to be opened for the re piping. They did an amazing job with all of the patchwork and again we're extremely respectful of our home. They cleaned up any messes they made and locked up behind themselves. It's like they were never here! It's extremely difficult to find a team this good. I highly recommend All Pro Pipes and am thankful for the work they did.

It's hard to get excited about a plumber, but so help me, I did. I called Plumbing Solutions about a clogged tub after numerous DIY solutions failed: my husband tried to snake the drain, I used eco-friendly drain cleaner and poured baking soda and vinegar down the drain, as my internet research had instructed me to do. All only seemed to make the problem worse. After reading all of the five star reviews on Yelp, I called Plumbing Solutions. They quoted me a reasonable price over the phone, and offered to come in about two hours. I wasn't going to be home, so we scheduled an appointment for between nine and ten the next morning.

Just after nine, the truck rolled up. Joel put on some sanitary booties, listened to the problem, took one look at my long hair and told me that it was likely a hair clog. Not only did he manage to open the drain and extract a hank of hair that was around two feet long and as thick as a horse's tail, but he taught me how to do it myself, and walked me through the process of opening up my finicky drain plug, showing me with a flashlight just how it fastened.

He was in and out of my house in less than a half hour, was polite and nice and got the job done. Five stars!

My water heater died and I called around to get a few estimates. After reading the Yelp reviews I decided to give Kratzer's a try. They came out on time, gave me a bid that was well below the competition, and finished the job within a few hours of providing the estimate. Overall a very good experience.

Well, it looks like we're starting 2022 with this whole ordeal behind us.  The morning after I posted my angry review, Bellows did send a crew to pump out the water from the trench, pull out the remaining debris that was left, and complete the backfill.  I spoke to Stephanie and to Mike, who handles operations, and Mike ended up coming out the morning of the 31st to double check that the job had been completed and gave us a video of how it now looks under the house.
For the most part they apologized and took responsibility; there was a little bit of blame shifting because the County had signed off on a permit that I guess they shouldn't have until the job was finished, but ultimately I think they agree the buck stops with them.
I added one star because we had originally used Bellows for a re-pipe that went fine (some communications hiccups but we were out of town so that was partly on us).  Unfortunately this job was the polar opposite of that experience so I can no longer use them or recommend them to someone else.

Super unreliable,  and his price cost and arm and a leg. This company screwed shower head in a such a way that it's impossible to unscrew. I have to call another plumber. Do not waste your time

If you're looking for a reliable company to fix your AC unit, this company will be the last company you should consider, period.
(1) The initial diagnosis fee is Not cheap, more then the other company.
(2) The technician didn't give you the estimate until you got the bill. $5 fuse, he'll charge you $179.
(3) After 4 days, system broke down, technician didn't know what to do, proposed more Expensive solutions...the system never got fixed...I have to hire the other five stars company & fixed it.

I have been using Ser-All company for eighteen years. They just put a new one in for me yesterday and did a fine job. My installer Stevie was wonderful. Did a clean job and was a very nice installer. What a super good company. Thank you Jason for coming over and making sure everything was A OK after Stevie installed the system. Your company rocks!

Brian came out today to replace a broken gate valve on our main line.  He replaced it with a new ball valve which should not break as easily as the previous gate valve.  He was on time, quick, and very nice.  Price was reasonable too.

Our kitchen sink was clogged, I didn't want to cause any further damage so I contacted Dave's Plumbing Services. They arrived and within minutes they were able to fix the issue and even replaced my kitchen sink pipes. I appreciated them taking the time to walk me through the process and answering any questions we had. They definitely appreciate their clients and discounted me 10% for being a first time client which was a nice bonus, I was very happy with the results and will definitely contact them in the future!

Lies lies lies. I called them yesterday afternoon per my home warranty service. A lady  said they could send somebody out later that afternoon and she would call me back. Well 2 hours later I called them back. So she said she would call me back in fifteen minutes and set me up with an appointment. No one called back so an hour later I called them back and they said I am scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday or next day because they could not fit me in Friday night after all. I'm waiting Saturday morning till 11 no call no show. I called them and they said they can't find my appointment for this morning but said I'm scheduled for Monday at 10 a.m. WHAT ! NO!!!!!. I wasted my time with them when I could have called another plumber. Be honest  people!!!!
