I have a tankless water heater that needed servicing. I contacted the Rinnai, the manufacturer, and they gave me a list of plumbers in my area that are certified to work on tankless water heaters. I called two of them but only spoke to one. The plumber that I spoke to told me that they would call me back to schedule a time for them to come out. They never called me back. The other plumber did not call me back after I left two voice mails.

I called MTZ Plumbing and I was immediately connected with a live person. We scheduled an appointment for the following day. Hector was extremely helpful and walked me through everything he did. He also looked through the manual to make sure everything was covered. We thought that we had to order a part so Hector told me he would call me later in the week to schedule time.

Hector called me a few days later and told me that the manufacturer suggested a few more steps to fix the issue. he came by shortly thereafter and fix the issue.

I highly recommend working with MTZ Plumbing. They are smart, helpful, honest and they follow up with customers. I will be using them moving forward for any and all plumbing challenges I have in the future.

Anar responded quickly via Yelp, and he came the same afternoon.  I had a leaking garbage disposal, so he helped install a new one. Very courteous, and wore a mask the whole time. Timely communication through text before he came, and very reasonable pricing which he quoted beforehand. I'll call Mr Fix next time for sure.

This is a raving review for Matt.  I will admit I was surprised to see how young Matt was since the reviews all suggest someone that has been in the business for many years.  Remember that old adage, don't judge a book by its cover...  

My problem was simply a plugged up line from my island sink.  He arrived early and finished in 20 minutes; however, the sign of excellent customer service is respect, clear communications and proper actions.  He told me exactly what he was planning to do, asked politely how best to bring equipment into my backyard, and took it upon himself to clear my main line so that I wouldn't need a follow up call.  He was the consummate professional in an industry full of seedy people and practices.  

I was actually referred to another plumbing company to do the work, but I looked them up and they seemed questionable based on the Yelp reviews.  I decided to go with Matt at Henthorn Plumbing based only on the 5 star Yelp reviews.  As a final stamp of my approval, his phone number is now permanently added to my contact list.

Excellent job! Fast, quick, in time! I have pelican water filter to install my house. They told me how to soak the filter before they came. And they did an excellent job to install, they also gave me instructions how to maintain afterwards!!!

I had an old AC unit, and it finally died.  I had several quotes done, and AY EMP was the quickest to respond, was thorough in discovery, gave the best quote, and surprised me by upgrading my original quoted unit at no additional charge.  The team was polite and you almost barely knew they were here.  I am so pleased with Andrew and the team, and they let me know they perform a wide variety of services.  This was such a good experience, I plan to work with them on future projects.

Called Smart Plumbers with an extremely difficult plumbing situation which 3 other plumbing companies could not fix. They arrived right on time, knew exactly what to look for, and gave me the best options for fixing my problem. Within that day, everything was fixed, and was also a lot less than expected. They did a great job and cleaned everything before they left. I will be recommending Smart Plumbers, they are a  knowledgeable and trustworthy company.

I always want them to show up in superheroes costumes.  They should.  They have been working on my 130 year old victorian since fate smiled on me and introduced me to them 3 years ago.  

So, at the time - I needed to put a trench drain across the base of my WAAAAY steep driveway to divert some of the water that rolled through my garage. They were the best quote.  They also really seemed to know what could be done.  They were creative and reasonable.  And in the process of working on it, they also discovered a way to do it more efficiently, and they passed me the savings.  WOW!  Also, in the process, they dealt with my very involved neighbors - who can sometimes be a little aggressive. They were great on that too.

Want to know the best part?  However reasonable they are when you first get them - the more you are a customer of theirs, the better the service and the more reasonable the prices.  They rescued an earring that my sink ate.  Very reasonable!  They came for a late night emergency call when PG&E work left me without heat.  VERY reasonable.  They came when I wanted to explore why I  - in general - have low water pressure.  Even more reasonable.  They surprise me with how great they are every time.

So now you - too - have had fate smile and introduce you to THE ONES.   Please treat them well.

Dan & Khoa responded to my inquiry within 30 minutes and Khoa was at my residence less than an hour from first contact to give me a quote.  Could not ask for a more timely and helpful response.  Everyone with Team Contractors was completely professional and did a top notch job.  Once on site, we even had a couple additional questions and ideas that they took in stride and added to the scope of work without hesitation.  So helpful to get everything done and we would definitely recommend them.

Just can't say enough about All Pro Re-Pipes.  Professional, experience and can get the job done in one day.   Talk about man power, a crew of seven showed up in the morning, on time and was able to re-pipe a 3-unit property in one day including replacing 100 gallon water heater.  I was really impressed, the tenants had water by end of the day.   After it passed inspection, they were able to patch the wall in one day.  They took care of all the permit and inspection.  

The pricing was very competitive.  I was able to get an estimate on the same day.  You can go with PEX which is cheaper or copper.  I went with PEX and was impressed with the quality of work.  They do things the right way.  

It can be nerve racking trying to find a good contractor.  After talking to All Pro Re-Pipes, I felt calm and knew they were the one.  They were able  answer all my questions and explain the whole process.

First of all, want to give Mark, Joel and Plumbing Solutions a BIG 5 stars !!!!   Here's how the story goes.   So, my wife waits me up and says the back room is wet from a leaky water heater.  I quickly get up and assess, yes, it's leaking and getting worse.  No plumber in mind to call so contact my nephew who says he's used an outfit called Ernie's Plumbing in Martinez. Contact them and they say 2-4 hours before they can come out and I ask about cost on a water heater replacement and they say $HIGH costs.  I tell them way too much and I'll take my chances and get a second opinion.  First thought, go to Yelp and see whose local, good, affordable and efficient.  First one I see is Plumbing Solutions in Concord.  

I contact them, speak with Joel,  explain to him the situation and says that they can make it within the hour and I ask about costs and he says $VERY AFFORDABLE. (BTW... Much less than the earlier $HIGH quote mentioned above...)  Joel states that Mark will be here shortly.  Mark shows up within the hour, checks out what the problem is and says it can cost this much $ or I can upgrade replacement to code for just $X amount more.....still $Very Affordable.  I say, lets go for it and about 3 hours later, I had a new and improved water heater, with a better warranty, and upgraded with additional items that I really needed as it would not have leaked in our back room having them.    Mark was a pleasure to work with, very professional, thorough and clean.

Highly recommend them and have already put them in my phone address book.  Won't hesitate to use them on any job, big or small, moving forward.   Kudos and I can see why they've gotten nothing but a 5 star rating !!!

Lee did a great job with our clogged drains and replacing a corroded faucet. Reasonably priced, responsive and very friendly. Would definitely use them again!

As others have indicated, working with the Bellows team of technicians is incredible in the best way possible.  Let me explain.

We first met Miguel, who helped us do preventive maintenance on our HVAC system and make also some suggestions of potential fixes/checks.  The amazing thing was that they not only do a great job, but he walked us through every step and procedure he was doing, to also teach us and give us some empowerment to keep our HVAC system in good health ourselves by doing minor but useful maintenance.

Then we got Paul for doing preventive maintenance on the house's plumbing and at the same time, see if we could rescue our water heater that was producing popping sounds due to sediment buildup in the bottom.  Paul also walked us through every check he was doing and recommending potential fixes to the plumbing of the house.  To top it off, he did an awesome job on the water heater and the popping sound are no longer there.

I don't think we could ask for more than the level of service and quality they have demonstrated.  They have a club membership that also provides a good preventive maintenance plan throughout the year and seems like a good value to us.  Definitely want to recommend them.

Our kitchen drain was plugged,   We called on Sun they came on Mon am.   Fixed it and charged a reasonable few.  I highly recommend Wilmar Plumbing.

If you're looking for a reliable company to fix your AC unit, this company will be the last company you should consider, period.
(1) The initial diagnosis fee is Not cheap, more then the other company.
(2) The technician didn't give you the estimate until you got the bill. $5 fuse, he'll charge you $179.
(3) After 4 days, system broke down, technician didn't know what to do, proposed more Expensive solutions...the system never got fixed...I have to hire the other five stars company & fixed it.

I called Serv-All after ditching another company that we had been renting a water softener from for many years.  Jason came promptly and spent time with us discussing options and prices.  We selected a unit that was a good value and promised to save us both water and salt.  It took less than a week to get the new unit installed and they did not charge us for uninstalling the old unit.  We are delighted with our new water softener.  It regenerates a LOT less frequently than did the old unit, delivering on the promises of reduced water and salt use.  And the water is softer than ever.

Highly recommend.  They are friendly, responsive, professional, and care about their work.  I'm fast becoming a loyal customer.

This is my second time working with Discount Plumbing, and they'll be my first call when I need a plumber again.  At 8am this morning I started calling plumbers for an urgent problem.  The scheduling/logistics team had LB headed to my place within an hour of my call. LB arrived, we did a quick walk-through and he listened when I described the issue.  He did a great job identifying and solving the immediate issue, and explained to me the conditions which created it.  He provided estimates for the larger issue, but I didn't feel pressured to make a big purchase today.  Painless, affordable, and I'm now well informed.

We had very slight false smell in our bathroom. I found this company through Yelp. I had very good experience with the company. First of all, the company was very responsive and suggested free estimation. Secondly, the plumber came on time and also he investigated attic and crawl space quickly. He provided some possible causes on our toilet and he addressed the issues on the same day. He replaced old pieces after buying them. Also, he addressed the additional request we asked randomly. He took care of all the work including the random request with reasonable cost. After all, the slight false smell is gone now. Thank you for all the nice work.
