We recently had a major whole house repiping project in our home.  MTZ Plumbing was recommended by a friend of ours who was very pleased with their work.  Alex and Jose were the main plumbers.  They were both professional, personable and trustworthy.  They always kept us informed of the progress and their arrival time each day.  They were clearly knowledgeable, and their experience was self evident.  We were impressed that they had the most up to date tools and used quality materials.  Overall, we were very pleased with their work which was excellent and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

If there is only one handyman I can recommend in SF Bay Area, it would be Mr Fix Bay Area. Recently, my wood floor was damaged by dishwasher leaking. After the service master dried my floor, there is a gap between my countertop and the marble on the wall caused by their work. I thought it is a very tough job, but Anar and his team solved the issue perfectly.
Overall, I strongly recommend Mr Fix Bay Area and Anar's team for three reasons:
1. Prompt response
2. They can fix everything including impossible missions
3. Very reasonable price

This summer we remodeled the main bath in our home, with the goal of creating more room within the existing space.  Key to accomplishing this were a wall-mounted toilet with in-wall tank and a floating cabinet with the faucets coming out of the wall.  This plan required that all the plumbing be moved inside a 2x4 stud wall.  And, since we'd designed it ourselves, there were no blueprints to go by.  We chose Matt for two reasons:  We'd met him before, and really liked him; he had experience installing this type toilet.  We were not disappointed.  He was great to work with, and accomplished the job beautifully.  I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing an experienced, thoughtful, reliable and professional plumber.

I really appreciate the quick response time. They were able to come out on the same day that I called. Shay/Shane (sorry if that name is a little off, I may have misheard) was very nice, professional, and did an awesome job fixing my problem (I screwed up my water heater thermocouple when I was trying to drain and flush the heater). The rate was perfectly reasonable. I will definitely call these guys again when I need a plumber. Thank you!

Reasonably priced, pleasant, polite. Andrew called ahead as promised, arrive on time and was through in evaluating and resolving our plumbing problem.

I called them today for a clogged pipe. Min and his helper arrived on time, they were very efficient and professional and they cleaned everything afterwards. The price was higher than I expected but there is a 90 day warranty. I will definitely call them again.

My water heater broken and started leaking. I contact few contractors and asked for quotation. one was fully booked and cannot coming at the same day. One willing to do but don't want to do permit, even you pay him and he just don't want to do it.

He asked me sent the picture and gave me a quote. Fixed rate. I agreed. He showing up early and took me with him to Lowes to shop the materials we need for this project.

He is very nice and patient. answering any questions I have and explain why he want to this. like why some materials looks new but he don't want to re-use.

He finished the job at around 7pm and tell me this job required the permit. He told me I can go online to apply the permit, he is very confident everything is up to code.

I went online to apply the permit and schedule it. the inspector said he did a excellent  job and pass the inspection without any problem.

George came out to fix a stoppage on Saturday night. He finished the work in a very professional manner. I also had him install a water filter which was done well. Overall, had a great experience and would hire him again.

I needed a re-pipe due to a water line break.  Plumbing Solutions provided horrible quality when they did the re-pipe.  They damaged walls much worse than standard re-pipe companies according to the contractors who bid the repair: the workers left debris throughout the house, the workers stood on my  microwave and broke it; the workers threw out 3 bathing suits on the laundry rack in the room with the most damage and the manager kept saying none of this was covered.  If you need a re-pipe, get a professional company!

Recently Lee and Dakota showed up, wearing virus masks, and took out our old tankless water heater and installed a new commercial one.  They had to work in fairly cramped quarters but never complained and did a very professional installation.  As a former engineer I am a fanatic on high quality parts and labor.  I watched closely as Dakota, the son, did some very intricate soldering and it was perfect.  When they were finished they cleaned up the area completely.  I highly recommend these gentlemen for your plumbing needs.

We had issues with our kitchen sink not draining.  Wilmar was quick to answer our call and made it out the same day.  He was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job.  I would highly recommend him.

Michael fixed our AC problem! Finally called Bellows after the guy who installed for us could not get things fully working on our mini split. Michael worked quickly and got it figured out. Thank you!

I have used this company for 40 yrs. and have never been disappointed.  I left for the holidays and arriving home, found that my water softener was continually running.   I called and within 30 min. Jason was out and repaired it.   Also,  advised me that I really needed a new one as this one was over 20 yrs. old and out of date.  I did order a new one.  He arrived on time,  installed it and cleaned up on the scheduled date.   He was very professional and answered all questions.   I definitely reccommend this company.

I had excellent experience with discount plumbing. They tried to unclog my sink, even in the end they couldn't fix the complicated problem, they didn't charge me. I personally recommend this honest company.

Called Dave's Specialized Rooter & plumbing . For a leaking water heater, made and appointment he came same day to take care my old water heater . He was on time , he recommended for a new installation , I was happy to have my hot water back I will recommend  Dave's to all my friends and relatives he was clean and professional all the way to complete the work and going the extra mile to finish in the same day.

Came home early this morning from an ER trip to our water heater leaking out from the top. :( Just great. Another first world battle during COVID! I remembered my cousin referred me to Preferred Plumbing & Drain so I called the first number I found on Yelp. Britney was friendly, took all my information & told me to get some rest and someone would be on their way soon enough. Took a couple hours nap, woke up thinking it was all a dream but then I received a call from Darren saying Seth & Ronnie were on their way. 15 minutes later, they arrived & found that our 18 year old heater had an internal leak & was done for. They gave me some options of which kind of water heater I could replace it with and I decided to go with the same brand, no questions asked. They left and about an hour later, came back, uninstalled our old water heater & installed the new one with new parts & lines. Darren went ahead & finished the transaction over the phone and now we have running hot water again! Yay! Thank you Preferred Plumbing, Britney, Darren, Seth & Ronnie. We really appreciate you guys during these unprecedented times.
