Hector is great. My kitchen sink was clogged. I scheduled appointment with MTZ Plumbing at the midnight and I received response at 5am on last Sunday. And Hector gave me available time between10am-12am, which I accpeted. He showed up on time, started work quickly. The problem was not as simple as I expected. It was not the p-trap but somewhere deep in the pipe collapsed (under the concrete slab). Hector tried small snake and bigger snake, and later used a sewer camera to show me the problem.
In the whole process, Hector is professional, polite and super helpful! I would highly recommend Hector and MTZ Plumbing.

Mr Fix Bay Area showed up right after the contact even after 7 pm. Everything is done perfect. Saved our Friday night. Also gave me 5 extra screws. Thank you!!!

Franco is awesome. He fixed a tricky problem with my water heater exhaust piping, upgraded my leak shutoff valve, installed 6 leak sensors in hard to reach spots, and fixed my kitchen sink water pressure. He did this all in under one day of total work time and the job was priced very reasonably. In fact, it was ~4x cheaper than the outrageous quote given by my previous plumber. And he communicated clearly and transparently through the process. I would highly recommend Franco for any job big or small.

We cannot say enough good things about Dan at Team Contractors. We had a clogged toilet that our usual plumber could not fix. After paying them $155.00 to be told they couldn't do the job, I headed to Yelp to find someone that could. That is when I found Dan! I saw that he had great views but it was talking to him on the phone that convinced me. He was honest, very informative and he definitely seem to know what he was talking about. I called him at 11:30 and he was at our home in less than an hour.

Dan and his partner were so thorough. They checked all the toilets, went under the house to see how the pipes ran. He even took a video and showed it to us and explained everything in detail how he would fix our issue. They used a hydro jetting method and cleared the line from the roof. They warranty their work. The even discussed an additional clean out at some point.

I would highly recommend Dan. I think you will be so happy with his honest and educational approach. We will happily refer to anyone.

Strongly recommend Julio and his team at All Pro Repipe for value and professional service. I hired them for a copper repipe of my townhouse, both inside the house as well as to the meter. As it was a 2 floor home with no crawlspace, all pipes were behind walls and so it included more than average opening up of sheetrock and so that repair was also a big component. After taking quotes from 6 firms (4 repipe specialists including All Pro, and 2 general plumbers), I decided to go with All Pro cause they were not just comparable to the lowest bids, but they took ownership for the sheet rock repair too. While most others would tell me I have to hire someone else for that portion, Julio gave me an all in price by sub-contracting someone who also did a great job. Juliio was extremely courteous throughout the project, and was flexible to address things such as installing a new faucet I provided, or installing a grounding rod to satisfy the inspector (I suspect most other firms would have said that I would have to pay extra for it). The repiping work was scheduled for 2 days (install new pipes, repair sheetrock) with an inspection after each work. Yes, due to inspection scheduling challenges, and the repair effort taking slightly longer than estimated, there was some extended inconvenience, but when everything else is considered it was not material. It has been 6 months since the job was completed and not a single issue. Hiring All Pro Repipe has been the best decision I have taken for any home repairs ... the five starts dont do justice to recommend them strong enough!

P.S: You might notice that there are not as many yelp reviews as some other Repipe specialists have, but this is cause the firm is relatively newer. I had slight hesitation originally due to this context, but it was inadvertently addressed by one of their top competitors. When one of the larger repipe specialists who has 4 times the reviews and also highly rated, came by to provide me a quote, he saw Julio leaving at that time. He knew his quote would be much higher than Julio's so to rationalize it he said while Julio was a great repipe professional while working for them for many years Julio's firm and team is newer. So, I bet on a professional who decided to start his own firm after gaining years of experience at a top firm in this space, and it paid off.

George is amazing! I was quoted an exorbitant fee by another plumbing company. Thank goodness I found George.  He explained the problems and quoted me a reasonable price. He came on a Saturday and did quick an thorough work. I highly recommend George for any plumbing issues you might have.

Lee is great.  They've fixed a broken water heater, dripping hose bibs connected to the washer and a malfunctioning instant hot water line.  Each time I've called they have returned my call in a timely fashion - either same day or on Monday morning early if the call was on a weekend.  Lee is super professional and very knowledgeable.  Everyone else told me I would need to install a pump to get the instant hot line to start working again - to the tune of $800 - $1000.  Lee fixed it with a check valve.  Elegantly simple solution.  Cost to me?  $140.

I've never had a favorite plumbing/heating company until I called this one.  Quick service and always surprised with the reasonable prices.  They will also take the time to talk through options if any are available for what you need done.  They've gone the extra mile when providing service.

I had a bathroom sink with a minor leak, and called Wilmar to take a look. 2 plumbers came, they speak english, but didn't seem to speak fluently. but could communicate well enough. Did they fix the leak? Yes. They replaced the pop up assembly and applied silicone to the faucet. However, my sink is Venetian bronze and the replacement pop up assembly is chrome; they don't match and it looks ugly. The silicone applied is something you cannot see from afar, but notice if you inspect the faucet and countertop surface, and it's kinda ugly. I would hire a different plumber if I had a problem in the future.

I have used this company for 40 yrs. and have never been disappointed.  I left for the holidays and arriving home, found that my water softener was continually running.   I called and within 30 min. Jason was out and repaired it.   Also,  advised me that I really needed a new one as this one was over 20 yrs. old and out of date.  I did order a new one.  He arrived on time,  installed it and cleaned up on the scheduled date.   He was very professional and answered all questions.   I definitely reccommend this company.

I called several local plumbers and they all wanted to charge me a service call charge of $110-$150 just to come and look at my faucet replacement. Sullivan plumbing said they would swing by to check it out.  They made the fixes and adjustments during that initial visit and didn't charge me for a service call or an outrageous price for my 20 min. fix.  I highly recommend them and I will use them again.

I definitely recommend Dave's. I called on a Saturday and they answered right away, and were able to quickly come and give an estimate. Reasonable prices! Very happy

Scheduling disaster...

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate last Thur for this Monday... Then got a call from them late Friday with a suggestion that a Sat time slot is available. I accepted. On Sat they started calling at 7am  (and a few times after) to confirm the appointment again, because they were not sure if it's correct (looks like they still kept Monday appt record). I didn't have my phone around to respond, so they cancelled it..

Then there was an attempt to move during Sat, they couldn't make it. Then they scheduled for Sun morning. Nobody showed up, no calls.

And now they're calling me on Monday morning to confirm if i still need my old appointment..

I appreciate proactive calls, but if you're not keeping your records properly and if one person in your call center has no idea what another just did, it doesn't make things better.

If it's so bad just to do an estimate, i would rather go with another company.
