Several years ago, I gave Matt a 5 star review. I am sad to see that his service oriented attitude seems to have fallen by the wayside. He has not responded to multiple contact attempts: phone, email, and text message. Even a response saying he was too busy would not have rated a one star. No response at all is not acceptable business practice.

They did a great job on a cracked pipe in my front yard. Their prices were very reasonable and the work excellent. Thanks.

AYEMP came, solved our weird problem and fixed it on less than 20 minutes. They were very professional, friendly and very reasonably priced. We'll call them for sure, if we ever need more work done!

We had a main line sewer backup and used yelp and checkbook to identify plumbers to call.  Smart Plumber was the only plumbing firm to call us back and they came out quickly to give us an estimate and then were able to fix our main line sewer backup. They were professional and timely.  The work was expensive to me, $450 to clean out the sewer line through the toilet and another $1200 to install a main line sewer outlet but the work was done well and we have had no followup issues.  We did ask for an estimate for another job to be done and the plumber refused to give me a written estimate, only gave me a verbal estimate which appeared to be really high.

I used their service to do preventative maintenance in our sewer drain line a couple months ago. It was done thoroughly using their hydrojetting service. The tech ran it both ways. I used their coupon which entitled me for a $225 charge for that service. I was charged $400 after it was done because he stated the coupon was for 1 way only. I didn't recall him stating or asking me if it was known that if he did it once more that there was an extra charge on top of $225. Nonetheless it was done and I didn't want th hassle of a possible 2nd unfortunate visit in a short period of time.

I had a leaky 1.5 inch galvanized pipe that is feeding the water tank in my house.
After agreeing on the estimates based on the picture, Danh, Khoa and the crew showed up
on time to get the job done. Ended up replacing the entire 17 inch long pipeline based on the recommendation, but that was a good decision after seeing what the inside of the pipe looks like (lots of deposits, and threads are rusting).
After all, the crew got the job done in a very professional manner, and in time. They stayed late to check the job was done without any problem, and stopped by the next day to confirm there is no problem. Great and reliable crew!

Julio and the team did partial re-pipe for my home. I am very happy with the work. Julio is polite and honest. He did what he promised. First work day for repiping, and second work day for city inspection and patching. Both the repiping and wall patching passed city inspection without any issue!

George is amazing! I was quoted an exorbitant fee by another plumbing company. Thank goodness I found George.  He explained the problems and quoted me a reasonable price. He came on a Saturday and did quick an thorough work. I highly recommend George for any plumbing issues you might have.

Our washer wasn't draining and they were able to get come to the house and evaluate it in 24 hrs and fixed it the same week. Andres was responsive and helpful (responding via text, I could send pics of the issue) - a really seamless experience. Gave me options with pricing which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

Definitely the best plumber I've ever worked with. Lee Kratzer crawled under our house to find and diagnose a leak under our kitchen that was having gross side effects (drain flies everywhere). He even did the quote on a Saturday so we could schedule the repair ASAP.

He is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with; he answered all of my nitpicky questions and even let me crawl under the house with him to watch the repair in action. In addition, he did the work despite the puddle of water in the way (which another plumber refused to do), and he sprayed the entire area down with a bleach mix I made (he provided the spray bottle) to combat the grossness. He was extremely punctual and very efficient. Highly recommended!

Great service!  Was able to get an appointment quickly and the tech they sent out (Jeremy) was very nice and explained everything to me!  This was the second time we have used Bellows and have not been disappointed!

We had issues with our kitchen sink not draining.  Wilmar was quick to answer our call and made it out the same day.  He was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job.  I would highly recommend him.

The thermostate had died over the weekend, and it was too chilly during the nights for any comfort even when wearing the house robe.

model of thermostate, and how to use it for home comfort with energy savings. I was always getting email notices from PG&E as to saving energy,
and reducing billings.
For the time, effort and arrangements for future needs, the cost was very
reasonable.

I have been using Ser-All company for eighteen years. They just put a new one in for me yesterday and did a fine job. My installer Stevie was wonderful. Did a clean job and was a very nice installer. What a super good company. Thank you Jason for coming over and making sure everything was A OK after Stevie installed the system. Your company rocks!

We've been using Discount Plumbing's services for years and as always, very reliable. Our water heater  needed to be replaced and Connor was very knowledgeable and showed us what needed to be done and why with a smile. Its nice knowing what is happening during the whole process. Highly recommend using their services as we will continue to do so, too.

Sullivan Plumbing was responsive, professional,  and knowledgeable. I noticed a leak in my water heater and they were able to install a replacement (an upgrade) the next day ... and in about 1.5 hours. It was by far the simplest and most efficient experience I've had with a plumber.

Our kitchen sink was clogged, I didn't want to cause any further damage so I contacted Dave's Plumbing Services. They arrived and within minutes they were able to fix the issue and even replaced my kitchen sink pipes. I appreciated them taking the time to walk me through the process and answering any questions we had. They definitely appreciate their clients and discounted me 10% for being a first time client which was a nice bonus, I was very happy with the results and will definitely contact them in the future!

5 stars will not be enough for this company. During COVID-19 pandemic we are all used to seeing poor or below standard customer service and we accept it as our new norm. Well, that doesn't apply to the team from Preferred Plumbing & Drain. From my initial call for help at 6:20pm ( after sitting on my home warranties customer services queue for over an hour) I decided to reach out to other plumbers and see who I can get out to our duplex in Fremont. Our tenants both started experiencing water backing up from their sinks, toilets and shower with very low water flow. After being turned down by a dozen plumbers stating they have nobody available due to the pandemic, I landed my plumbing hero's at this company ( Preferred plumbing & Drain). Brittany took the call and assured me that they will get us the much needed same day service. She listened very carefully, asked a lot of questions and then gave me realistic timelines. She then mentioned that dispatch would contact me with-in 15 minutes to schedule a plumber to come out. To my surprise, in 10 minutes, Alberto contacted me and again another compassionate person ( Alberto) assured me that he will make as many calls to all of his plumbers to see who can go out there and if he had to pull them out of bed he would. By now it was almost 7:00pm, at 8:00pm walks in the hero Marcos! He immediately diagnosed the issue as a mainline back-up and rolled up his sleeves a d went to work and by 8:45pm he was unrolling his sleeves and leaving my property with his warm greetings after making sure all was resolved. Throughout the entire process Alberto kept in contact and provided me with constant updates and world class professionalism. Even after sitting on the home warranty companies phone queue for 3 hours, just to get a person on the other line telling me that I was transferred to the wrong department and nobody could help me until the next day. Just imagine if I hadn't called Preferred Plumbing & Drain, I would have been left abandoned by my home warranty company who I've paid nearly $700 a year to be there for me during these times. Oh did I mention their service fees was simply incredible and less then half the price of other plumbers who quoted me. Do yourself a huge favor and add this company to your contacts on all your devices. Tell your family, friends, CO-workers that this company and team REALLY care about your emergencies. Realtors, add this company to your list for your clients, they will make you shine! My husband and I are Realtors and they are now our ONLY company of choice. Both our tenants and us as owners couldn't be more appreciative of such exceptional service by this company.
