I had a sewer backfill with a leaky toilet at 8pm.  The bathroom has flooded to the baseboard.  Called my home warranty company and multiple other companies and no one could come at this time.  I was super relieved to find MTZ Plumbing who was able to sent someone out within the hour.

After the call, the communication was superb. I received text message update on when the the contractor will be out, and Hector called me to give a more accurate ETA of 20 minutes.  

Like many other reviewers, I can't say enough good things about Hector from MTZ.  He's super nice and professional.  Explained everything he did in a friendly and educational way.  He was also very skilled, and resolved all of my issues efficiently;  I had a sewer main backup, offset leaky toilet, and stuck kitchen drain.  He unblocked the mainline and showed me the root intrusion via camera, and recommended me to call the city.  Then he reset the leaking toilet which wasn't installed properly.  Lastly, he unblocked the kitchen sink drain and made sure all the pipe is clean, and double checked there's no leakage.  

Hector even went out of the way to check all three bath room toilets and sinks, and gave recommendations about maintenance and leak prevention. I learned a lot about residential plumbing, city practices, in one night.

I'll definitely be using MTZ plumbing again and recommending them to all my friends.

I had 4 small projects that had to be done to prepare a rental property for the next tenant. They involved some painting, a plumbing repair, a minor electrical fix and a little carpentry (making a new access door to an attic).  Anar and his helper did all 4 projects in a couple of hours and I'm very pleased with the result in all cases.  His work was neat and the work areas were left clean afterwards.  I would be happy to call on him again for other projects (even larger ones than these)!

I called Matt to clear a clogged toilet. Matt quoted $125 to clear the line between the toilet and the septic tank. I chose Matt because the other plumbers I called quoted $200, $250 and $338 to do the same job. Matt provided quality work and left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. He charged exactly what he quoted. He is professional, honest and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely call Matt for my next plumbing job.

I just want to say how happy I am with the great service Garrison Plumbing has done. Byron and Enrique came out to put fixtures in my bathroom and did such a great job. The came out in short notice and both gentlemen were very professional and couldn't be happier with the outcome! I look forward in future work with this company! I appreciate their hard work! Our water heater sprung a leak on a sunday afternoon, and we called SPR. Alex was dispatched out to arrive in one hour and he arrived within thirty minutes. We showed him the problem, he diagnosed it, gave us an estimate (which was wonderful for a sunday emergency issue), and fixed the problem up right away. We highly recommend this company and Alex  was very knowledgeable and honest. He also was very aware of the water issue we had-he kept the job area nice and clean and after he left it was better than new.We also received a call from Alex's manager asking how the  job went..A+ ..thanks alex!!

I have used Ace Plumbing & Rooter before on numerous jobs.  Franco is always very professional and gets the job done! What started as a new floor drain in the garage and a newly added trench drain turned into 30 feet of cast iron sewer line replacement, additional  exterior cleanout, backup valve, new Driveway and 9 sidewalk concrete squares replaced.  Of course permits pulled.  So relieved this is all done and it turned out beautiful.  I will not hesitate to call Franco and his crew for future work.  And props to Chelsea at the office that is always so friendly an an essential part of this operation.

After researching repipe companies here and as many places as I could find reviews, I found they and Repipe had been mentioned under the positive reviews from some of the other 'big' companies.

Julio scheduled the estimate inspection promptly and walked me through options, from where I wanted the main, to how or if I planned for Water filter/softener systems, and the pros/cons of different piping options (Copper, PEX, combo, etc).

Chris showed up with the team and they were very careful, very professional and incredible efficient. Our 1200sqft house was repiped (waterlines only) by 2pm. I immediately noticed the water pressure difference (70 year old pipes). Inspections came like clockwork the following day, and the wall repair just 2 days after the pipes were completed. I was very impressed with how unnoticeable it was, that they had opened any walls at all.

Additional notes: The city had a leak in the street and Chris/Julio took care of ensuring the city came out. I noticed an uptick in my water bill - Julio inspected the house, and come to find out, it had nothing to do with their work - I had a bad solenoid on one of my sprinkler lines (stayed on). Yet, I wasn't charged a visit, service fee or anything.  They stand by their work - I am happy to recommend All Pro to my neighbors (already have) and others.

Bellows came out for a leak inspection due to a notice I received from the water district about continuous water running at my house.  I have dealt with water damage in a previous home, so this is always a stressful notice to receive.  They discovered the leak coming from a water line outside. I received a detailed quote and set up an appointment for the work to be done after parts were ordered.
Jacob came to my house right on time and was extremely professional,  confident, kind, and took the time to explain everything that was going on and would need to be done. In a stressful situation,  Jacob made me feel confident that I had the right company to do the job. I would highly recommend Bellows!

Our bathroom sink was clogging up for a good 3 months. Andres and Frankie did a great job fixing it. They were courteous and friendly, wearing shoe covers. Andres also took the time to explain why green gobbler didn't work on our sink and what we can do in the future to troubleshoot. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

I wanted to wait until our permit was approved before leaving a review and it happened today.

I met Bellows through the Costco Services program when I requested a quote to replace our 30+ year old furnace and to add a/c.  Carl came around about two weeks later and spent a good amount of time looking over our house and then explaining our options.  I felt he was very knowledgeable and trusted his suggestions.  Normally, I always get at least three quotes, but by the end of his presentation, I was comfortable enough to sign the agreement.  Due to their backlog, I was warned that our installation wouldn't happen for another six weeks, but we were okay with that.
 
About a week after the consultation, Russell, the project manager, came to our house to check out the logistics as we were moving the furnace from a closet to the attic.  He answered all of my husband's questions to the point that my husband also felt Bellows knew what they were talking about.
 
When the installation date arrived, a team of four worked three and a half days to complete the work.  Each day, they arrived promptly and left the house super clean at the end of the day.  Bellows arranged for another company to do the HERS test which is required for the permit and we passed with no issues.

Today, the city inspector came and Bellows sent a technician to answer any questions he may have and our permit was approved!

Bellows has been very responsive and supportive every step of the way and now that we've used both our new furnace and a/c without issues, we can vouch for their knowledge and skills.

I have already recommended Bellows to two friends and would not hesitate recommending them to you!

I have been using Ser-All company for eighteen years. They just put a new one in for me yesterday and did a fine job. My installer Stevie was wonderful. Did a clean job and was a very nice installer. What a super good company. Thank you Jason for coming over and making sure everything was A OK after Stevie installed the system. Your company rocks!

Last November of 2021, our home's outside front gutter's drain began to stop draining. We also noticed that the above ground fittings began to leak water. We had no other indoor plumbing issues and thought that the drain needed to be cleared using power pressure. LB from Discount Plumbing tried to give us every kind of discount available to minimize our out-of-pocket costs.  The issue was bigger and required his team to come out the following weekend, dig up our garage cement floor  and a partial part of our driveway cement in order to insert new pipes since the old ones had slipped perhapsdue to past ground moverment. . .our home's almost 98 years old. We also got the drain's underground pipe replaced since it seemed to be totally clogged  with mortar from our last roof replacement. LB had his crew work from early morning till nightfall to make sure the job was completely finished and the drain was working.

I would not hesitate using Discount Plumbing in the future for any plumbing problems.  LB clearly told us how much it would cost and when it would be completed. Job well done! Sorry for the extremely late review but the pandemic's to-do list was long.

They (Brian and a colleague) came out today to fix a few random bathroom faucet and tub  issues around my house. They were friendly, worked fast and did a great job. They divided the work up between the two of them and got it done really fast. I'm very happy! Also very reasonably priced. I'll totally trust these guys in the future.

Called Dave's Specialized Rooter & plumbing . For a leaking water heater, made and appointment he came same day to take care my old water heater . He was on time , he recommended for a new installation , I was happy to have my hot water back I will recommend  Dave's to all my friends and relatives he was clean and professional all the way to complete the work and going the extra mile to finish in the same day.

Benjamin Williams came out to my place of work after our breakroom restroom broke down. He fixed our problem in no time! Great service! Thanks again man!
