My house in Spring Lakes  (Scotts Valley, CA ) was not able to pass the PG&E gas pressure test so the gas company turned off my gas service.  Phillip set up an appointment to send out Byron and Enrique.  They were able to quickly find the sources of the gas leaks and give me an estimate to correct the problems.  They had the problem fixed in about 4 hours and restored my gas service and hot water.  They showed up on time and wore shoe covers when ever they needed to enter the house.  The price was very fair for the amount of work that they needed to do.  I would recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors!

In 2004 I bought a condo and it needed a lot of remodeling in the kitchen and bathroom.  I found ACE Plumbing and Rooter through very positive recommendations.  My bathroom plumbing was quite complicated but Sean did it.  He also let me know when other contractors were screwing up the bathroom and saved me a lot of time and money.  My building's engineer wants to make Sean the official plumber for the building and he constantly refers Sean to other people in the building.  Whenever I need something fixed, I don't have to worry and can let Sean come and go without me having to be home.  If you just want someone competent, honest and fair to take care of installing or fixing your plumbing, call ACE and ask for Sean.

We've used Dan and Khoa for three jobs now, and planning to use them again for any of our plumbing needs. They've consistently been the most informed, transparent, and timely plumber, and they charge very reasonable rates. They encountered problems in each task, but continued to persevere until the job is done at the same price as originally quoted, even when it meant an extra trip to Home Depot or repairing a cabinet (not a typical plumber's job). They also had a high-tech camera that could look into our sewer lines and displayed the image on their iPad. They did not recommend unnecessary repairs, so I definitely trust their judgement and recommendations.

I can't speak highly enough of Christopher and his crew. Cristopher was a professional who kept constant communication with us throughout the process and addressed all of our questions and requests thoroughly. On the day of the job, Christopher and the rest of his crew were able to complete the job in a single day, even though it took them till 8 pm to truly finish. Second time calling Lee for plumbing problem. Had contractor remodeled 3 bathrooms about 6 months ago. The master bathroom shower  seems not enough pressure for a soothing shower. Contractor try multiple times to increase the pressure but still not satisfactory.
Finally decided to call Lee and have him look at the problem. Lee ask to message him with a photo of the shower and he diagnosed the problem from the photo. He told us to call Delta and explain the problem and said they probable will send us the new part no charge. That is exactly what Delta did when we told them the problem with the shower. About 5 days later, the new Delta part arrived and Lee came by for the installation. Done in about an hour and a half. Now, we can all take a relaxing and soothing shower whenever. Great job Lee!

We reached out to Bellow's for a couple things, including diagnosis of a broken furnace. Everyone we interacted with from Bellow's was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them for any HVAC/furnace/heat pump needs!

Our bathroom sink was clogging up for a good 3 months. Andres and Frankie did a great job fixing it. They were courteous and friendly, wearing shoe covers. Andres also took the time to explain why green gobbler didn't work on our sink and what we can do in the future to troubleshoot. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

If you're looking for a reliable company to fix your AC unit, this company will be the last company you should consider, period.
(1) The initial diagnosis fee is Not cheap, more then the other company.
(2) The technician didn't give you the estimate until you got the bill. $5 fuse, he'll charge you $179.
(3) After 4 days, system broke down, technician didn't know what to do, proposed more Expensive solutions...the system never got fixed...I have to hire the other five stars company & fixed it.

I have used this company for 40 yrs. and have never been disappointed.  I left for the holidays and arriving home, found that my water softener was continually running.   I called and within 30 min. Jason was out and repaired it.   Also,  advised me that I really needed a new one as this one was over 20 yrs. old and out of date.  I did order a new one.  He arrived on time,  installed it and cleaned up on the scheduled date.   He was very professional and answered all questions.   I definitely reccommend this company.

Connor came over to our place and was immediately able to diagnose the issue with the clog in the kitchen sink that we were struggling with for almost a week! He was very communicative and explained to us what went wrong and what options we have in the case that the same issue happened again.
