I called Davila back in early January because my toilet and tub were suddenly backing up, and I had two pre-existing clog issues with the kitchen and bathroom sinks that I finally wanted to get rid of. Luis is a real nice guy, he's a calm rockabilly dude who listens and explains things in detail and offers various scenarios. First, a guy named Josh (I think that was his name, sorry Josh!) came in the afternoon, and tried snaking the drains, but it wouldn't budge. The next day, Josh came back with Pickle (lol, his little brother), and Luis and ran the cam as far as they could. They found a few trouble spots, which in the end we agreed to fix as minimal as possible (for now), including digging up pipe and replacing a damaged section. Oh, and they installed a riser with a plastic cap also. They ran water for a good while to check for any more stoppages or leaks, and then ran the cam again and it looked good! Got a DVR movie of my sewer line with Luis's remarks on it, as they go down. I still have an issue that needs to be addressed, but could be put off for awhile. I'll be giving them a call once I am ready to have it fixed! Thank you guys! :)

Standing water in the kitchen sink, trap is clogged, but that's not the half of it, as I discovered today. Aaron responded to my request for an estimate in under an hour and less than 24 hours later, a Plumbing Guy was here. He took a look at the situation, gave me an estimate (which I thought was low), and went right to work. He not only cleared out two separate clogs, he cleaned up under the sink (where a previous handyman plumbing attempt had left a steady leak), and even cleaned out most of the gunk *in* the sink, as well. He was courteous, kind, and efficient, and charged exactly what he said he would. I can't say enough good things about The Plumbing Guys! Call them with confidence.

My husband and I have known Ruben and Alert Plumbing for about 7 years.  We first used them for a septic to sewer conversion in 2004 on one of our rentals.  The job went well, the tenants were able to stay in the house while the work was being done.  We found Alert to be professional, prompt and courteous.  Subsequent to our rental two other houses on the block used Alert Plumbing for their septic to sewer conversion  

I would highly recommend Alert Plumbing to all property owners and property management companies.  We all know that plumbing repairs can be a costly nightmare.  In the past, I know other plumbing companies have overcharged me.  I found Ruben to be honest and fair in his pricing.

Most recently we did a bathroom remodel to our own house.  We took our bathroom down to the framing.  The end result was beyond my expectations.  I have a beautiful new bath and am so happy.  Ruben and his crew did a fabulous and custom job in a timely, professional manner.

From the beginning Aptos Plumbing was so responsive. We contacted many companies for quotes to fix our flow issues. The other companies were slow to respond and seemed shady in their quotes. Aptos plumbing came and gave us a fair quote with multiple options for us to choose from. In the end it made sense to re-pipe the whole house. They gave us a great deal and the before and after water pressure is incredible. They also got it all done in a day which is great as not to disrupt the house water supply too long. I highly recommend working with them if you need some plumbing done.

Everything about this transaction was an argument. When I'm paying money as a customer I don't intend to argue disgusting is one thing but arguing is another.

This is a follow-up to my prior review. After posting my original review, the owner of the company contacted me and beg me 2 revise my review saying that it wasn't fair even though she knew none of the facts of what happened. I tried to explain dad her guy originally tried charging me $1,400 and then after me stating that I got other quotes 4 to 3 hours of work that was needed to be done at my property for only $425, she became enraged. Her response to me was, I'm not giving you any money back and I stated that she reached out to me not me reaching out to her so why would she assume I want money back. This company is a pure bait and switch type operation in which they called you one price when they get there and then when they returned they quote you I totally higher price and expect you to do it because they're they are on site and you don't have a choice or at least in their mind you don't. As of today I will be taking action with the California State Licensing Board as well as the Better Business Bureau to report scrupulous operations. A company like this should not be in business and I'm sure after people reading this review they probably won't be for long. I guess there's people out there that feel that due to the covid-19 situation they can get away with these kind of practices and go undetected. This is my way of informing them that government organizations such as the California State Licensing Board are are and have always been in full operation and protecting the rights of the consumer. Please don't be fooled inotorious companies such as this one. I made a big mistake by originally given them three stars and if I could give them less than zero Stars I would.

I called to this company for my garbage disposal replacement they answered the phone and started well communication to resolve the problem without any need replacement finally we got to know it's leaking from the bottom so it was time to replace it. They were very professional and knowledgeable they replaced it in a hour with reasonable prices . I recommend to all

Just had Rene fix my backed up sewer and replace a rusted out supply line. I called him the night before and he showed up the next morning promptly. He does very good work and I highly recommend using his services. As a plus, he is open on weekends! Hard worker.

I called FUSE Service when my refrigerator broke down over a weekend. They did not have any appointments for a couple of days. The person who picked my call was kind to give me a call back a little later to find out if I was able to find any other technicians in the area who could come and repair on a short notice. He even offer few tips on how to save food that may otherwise get spoilt.

The technician Damon, diagnosed the compressor problem quickly. When I requested him to replace it as soon as possible he came back the very next day with parts and all the equipment to fix it outside his regular work hours!

FUSE Service and Damon went above and beyond my expectations of a quality service/pro. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

This review is an amazing job performed by The Leak Detection Company.
I received a notification of excessive water use and potential leak via email and text. Checked and observed for a few days and, sure enough, the amount of water used was triple the average we normally see. After checking the house and ruling out the sprinkler system, I suspected an underground leak in the pool plumbing.
Contacted the folks at The Leak Detection Company and from the first interaction on the phone I was impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism exhibited by this company.
After setting the appointment, they showed up right on time, brought some sophisticated equipment and took the time to explain everything they intended to do and how this equipment detects leaks. After performing their magic, they located the problem area and offered several solutions. I took them on the offer to fix the leak, which they did, demonstrating excellent knowledge of their trait.
More importantly, these are really nice people that take pride in what they do. They are very reasonably priced and truly care, which is something we do not see very often these days. If I ever need such services in the future, The Leak Detection Company will be my Go To company.
Highly recommended.

Well my old water heater decided to take a poop on me in the middle of a shower so I called around a few places and everyone either didn't answer or was booked out a week. When I called Redwood Pipe Britney answered the phone (super nice!) she said that Mike the owner could come out that day and see what needed to be done. Mike arrived 2 hours later and waisted no time  looking over the old water heater. As I expected it was installed by the previous home owner incorrectly and that was part to blame of why it failed. Mike gave me a few options on what i could do and ultimately I went with his recommendation on getting an on demand heater. They scheduled me for the next day and I had hot water by that evening!! It's been 3 months now and I've noticed a reduction in my electric bill and the heater works like a champ. Thanks Mike and team for doing such a solid job! Come back for coffee anytime :)

Great job done quickly and professionally.  Pricing was good!  Had dishwasher and disposal replaced. Rich took the time to explain how the new ones worked.  Very happy and will definitely use again!!

We use SJP for all our plumbing needs at our firm.  Raul, Luis, Diana, (can't remember everyone's names ;) but they are all great and helpful!  They are honest and have never taken advantage, like I have been from another company...

These guys were great! I had a huge emergency at my ice cream shop and they were in and out promptly so I could get my hectic day back on track! :D I will be defiantly be calling them back!

I hired Warranted Plumbing services to install a new water line for a fridge I just purchased. Since the project had a quick turnaround, Luis and team came by about 20mins earlier than the scheduled appointment to take a look at what needed to be done. They were very professional and explained all of our options. They worked quickly and even made sure to keep the work area clean and things were put back correctly. Thank you again!

Steve has done a number of plumbing projects for us updating our older home.  Recently I returned home to find a toilet leaking water all over our new hardwood floors.  I called Steve, who appeared within a couple of hours, stopped the leak immediately, and quickly repaired the plumbing.  Steve had the parts and the tools he needed in his well-stocked plumber's truck and the knowledge needed to do the job quickly.  Steve's quick work saved us a small fortune in hardwood floor repairs. Thanks Steve.  No wonder you are called the Master Plumbologist!

They came gave a very reasonable estimate and performed the gas valve replacement, property patching drywall and everything.

Victor replied quick and quoted on Yelp as soon as I told him this and that.  He came on time and texted and replied.   Reliable!

Ramiro takes your concerns seriously. He repiped our 70+ year old home in one day. During the inspection phase, he found some very serious breaks in our iron sewer pipes. The following week they replaced those as well.
