Our leasing co. hired Davila to fix a kitchen leak that caused a soggy mess! I was so impressed by the clear communication Davila's owner (and onsite plumber Joshua) provided.  Receiving updates and realistic expectations as we worked through red tape associated with the homeowner, leasing co. and HOA made a world of difference!

Throughout the project, Joshua worked hard and completed the job in a timely manner.  He was very personable and left our kitchen clean.

Job Done: Replacing all old (old, old, old) galvanized pipes with copper in two bathrooms (showers/toilets/sinks), kitchen (sink, dishwasher, refridge water), washing machine, water heater & outside faucets.
We were referred to Alert Plumbing by a good friend.  Ruben was very responsive to our initial call.  He gave us a thorough evaluation of what he thought needed to be done, quoted a reasonable price and didn't try to upsell.  Brian and all the workers were very friendly, and disruption of our home routine was kept to a minimum. They were VERY detail-oriented, from tear out, installation, clean up, and finishing touches.  They even threw in some nice extras.  We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Our condo water heater was leaking and we contact Aptos Plumbing they were able to go out the same day and make an evaluation, send me a bid.  The next day they installed our new water heater.. Very friendly fast... Need a plumber call Aptos Plumbing.

Martin and George are best plumbing service company you can hope to find.   They are very knowledgable, professional, honest, and the price is very competitive.    I called Martin when my water heater started leaking,  George came out the next morning and installed a new 75 gallon water heater, the quality of the installation workmanship was great.  I also asked George if he could find the cause of a loud vibration noise in my pipes when the water was running.   George knew right away that it was a bad water meter, I had the water meter changed by the water utility company and the noise is gone.   Call Plumbing Care for your plumbing needs, you will not go wrong with this company.

My electrical cooktop broke and I desperately needed it repaired or replaced as soon as possible. I've asked for a quote and received a response from Adam, the owner, within minutes. He said they can come anytime, which was very convenient since we both, me and my husband are at work until late afternoon.
Technician Max came right in time, quickly identified the problem and fixed it within half-an-hour. Fortunately, the problem was not very serious. He charged very reasonably too.

Marcos was superb on a very challenging job.
We had some water damage and hired multiple plumbers and remediation contractors to come out to find the source of the leak.  Nobody was able to find it, much to our disappointment.  However, Marcos succeeded, with his dedicated effort and good intuition.
Furthermore, Marcos is great with his communication and promptness.  We are very pleased to have found him.

Rich Briscoe is, without a doubt, the finest plumber we have ever worked with in the last 40 years that we have owned our home. We had a bad experience with a local plumber years ago who did not complete the job as we requested and so, in our search for someone more reliable, we found Briscoe Plumbing. Not only is Rich professional, he is ingenious, thorough, and warm-hearted. He quickly responds to calls and goes over and above what he's being asked to do. A perfect example is the fact that we called him to do a bathroom job and he got it done correctly and left. 15 minutes after he left, we remembered we had a problem with a refrigerator grate that we were told by a Bosch refrigerator man was impossible to fix. Rich took on the job and fixed  it for us. Also, the handle of the refrigerator's freezer was broken and the same Bosch repairman charged us $150 to tell us it couldn't be fixed. Rich took the door off and with tenacity fixed it perfectly and we were so grateful to him and so happy. Moreover, Rich is reasonably priced, fair, and knowledgeable not just about plumbing, but about helping the homeowner get the care they need.

I can't speak to the quality of the work; they stood me up --- twice!

I had them come out to quote for a sink vent. Jose seemed knowledgeable, gave me a quote and we set a date/time for the next week. Half an hour into the designated date/time, no Jose. I called, the office said they had no record of the appointment. I made another appointment for two weeks out. So far so good, annoyed but, hey, we all make mistakes.

In the meantime, my main backed up. I called, they said the soonest they could come was the next day 3-5pm. I wasn't going to be home, so a neighbor came to the house during the time. At 5, she texted and said, no plumbers. I called them, no answer. I called the next morning. They didn't apologize, they just said, Oh, let me find out what happened and let you know when we can come. I said no thanks and to please cancel my appointment for the sink vent.

About a week later, the day before the sink vent appointment was to have been, they called and said they needed to reschedule the appointment. I said, Um, I already canceled it.

Their office staff is utterly unorganized or incompetent or both. I can't tell. Again, I have no idea if they do good work or not, but good luck getting them to come out.

George is wonderful, careful, precise and does things right.

We had a leak in a pipe joint behind the drywall in our bathroom.  One of the best contractors in the area said we should call George to fix it.  We did and could not be happier.

Since then we have used George for all our plumbing  problems.  
He returns calls to his cell phone within an hour or two (650-303-6965).
He makes time to fix urgent problems.
He works carefully and fixes the problems.

Steve is excellent. He always promptly returns my call and schedules an appointment. He quickly addresses the problem without any mess. Steve patiently explains to me what I need to know so that I might be able to fix it myself in the future. Most recently, he left me the tool I would need and didn't charge me. Steve is efficient and trustworthy. If I was unable to be home while he works, it would not be a problem

Great service. Called news years eve, they showed up in 15mins, had a leak from the water heater overflow which turned out to be a minor fix and only paid a nominal fee for their time. Thank you Eddy!

Our business had a massive plumbing plover the weekend and we were desperate for a plumber to come out on a Sunday morning before we reopened on Monday. Victor replied to me late Saturday night and came in on Sunday morning and saved the day! Highly recommended and his price was very reasonable! From the beginning to the end of the job, Advanced Repipe Specialist were outstanding in every way! I own a home in San Lorenzo that is 70 years old and so was the plumbing. We had lived with water flow that was a trickle at best. I called Advance Repipe specialist (NOT Repipe Specialist of the Bay Area). Romero came out and was a great help in estimating the job and explaining everything that needed to be done including bringing everything up to code. Veronica, also was a great help and an important asset in scheduling the work, getting the Required Permits and explaining the payments for the job.The crew that came out were amazing! They were professional, courteous, efficient and amazing in all aspects. They completed the Repiping job in 1 day which included replacing an old water heater and had the water back on by the afternoon. The water flow after they were finished was as good as a brand new home. Everything was up to code and ready for final inspection. Oscar, their patch man was great! He did outstanding work and was also very professional and efficient! I can't say enough about Advanced Repipe Specialist! Do not get them confused with that other company! Advanced Repipe Specialist has their own employees that are professional and work for the company. Unlike that other company with a similar name!
