I would not consider hiring this company again. My clogged bathroom sink was snaked a few weeks ago. I was assured that the problem was corrected. Few days later my bathroom AND kitchen were backed up. I was given numerous excuses as to why this may have occurred. To my surprise my drain seemed to have cleared within a couple of days although puzzled as to occurrence.  My kitchen sink is AGAIN clogged. Cannot determine if related to corrected sink problem as I have not received a return  call. Can only wonder if related or caused by previous job as all occurred within few weeks of each other Was also promised 12% discount. Never made good on his word. Very disappointing experience with Davila Plumbing as lacking response and integrity.

Over the phone Aaron was able to diagnose my sewer backup and tell me to call the city instead. You can be sure I'd call him first next time if it's not a city job.

Came within two hours to assess and provide quote.  Returned next day to make repairs.  Knowledgeable and friendly.  Fast, fair, efficient.

Needed a faucet replaced. Todd (phone), Bruce (diagnosis) and Justin (repairman) were all friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. It's great to find a reliable, small, local plumbing company to have on speed dial in case of future problems.

I was having a water pressure issue and was able to be seen the very next day.  I was given a two-hour window but in the morning I asked if I could get a more narrow arrival time and was told within minutes exactly when to expect Dmitri.  Dmitri arrived exactly when he said he would and within minutes found the issue and spent the next several minutes educating me about the issue and the next steps.  He was courteous, professional, efficient, and effective.

Wally is quick in response and arrived 30 min after contact. Very professional. Highly recommended.

I was receiving emails from the water district that I had a continuous leak detected that needed to be fixed or face heavy fines.  I didn't have any leaks inside.  I called Rene and he came out within 45 minutes to see where the leak was coming from.  He discovered that the leak was coming from the main water line at the side of the house underneath the concrete walk-way.  He gave me a fair estimate and started the work right away.  He broke through the concrete and found a pretty significant leak from the pipes.  He replaced the pipings and re-cemented the area.  In addition, I had him install a seismic valve on the main gas line.  All the work was done that day with the re-cementing the next morning.  Rene is the owner and did all the work himself, was very professional, and did a great job!!!

Excellent response time and very reasonable price. Highly recommend this business. Michael came over to install my Tesla wall connector and got it done with expertise and minimal fuss.

Leak detection is a specialized industry that requires the right skills, right tools, and great integrity with its business practices. They also have a very fast turn around time. I've found the owner to be honest, skilled, punctual and knowledgeable in the field. Rich is great to work with. He's responsive and knows what he's doing. The Coastside has lots of creative plumbing and I get the impression that Rich has seen some things in his career...  For our creatively-plumbed house, he has always clearly laid out our options, whether it's to fix what's there or to replace it.

I have used San Jose Plumbing for years - they have always done a good job for me.  I have recommended them to many of my friends and neighbors - they've also been pleased with their work.
I had an issue with one of the toilets in my house.  Diana was able to schedule someone to come out right away - she always helps me!  All of the plumbers have been great.  This time Kevin came to my house.  He was outstanding!  He has years of experience and his expertise was evident as he showed me what needed to be done and immediately went to work. You can tell he cares about his customers - he takes pride in his work and makes sure the job is done right.  He even checked the other bathrooms in my house and made sure they were working properly!  
I didn't realize that Kevin is the owner of San Jose Plumbing until I read one of the other 5 star reviews.  He never mentioned it......so he's humble as well as having expert skills....a perfect combination!
I will continue to rely on and recommend San Jose Plumbing - and next time will request Kevin!

I recently had two interactions with Miramar plumbing that did not go well. The first interaction was for a leak in my kitchen that was also bubbling my walls downstairs. I had thought it was the dishwasher that had leaked, but this was coincidental. Nonetheless, George looked no further and missed that the actual leak was behind the refrigerator. Of course this allowed additional damage and created more issues.

I thought I would give a local business one more chance. But on this occasion we called twice over 24 hours, once stating it was urgent, and then had to call a third time. Only to be told they did not have the tools needed to do the job.

When it comes to plumbing issues thoroughness and responsiveness are paramount. Unfortunately neither of those were satisfied in my interactions.

I started my Saturday morning off with the dreaded glug,glug sound coming from the toilet as the washing machine drained, indicating that the old main line was plugged up again. I called Plumbing 911 hoping that it wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg to have them help me on the weekend.

They did a FANTASTIC job. They arrived early and cleared the line, all at a very reasonable fee (with no weekend surcharges, etc.). I recommend them highly!

I've unfortunately needed a plumber twice recently, once for a pinhole leak in a pipe and another for leaking water heater. I used warranted plumbing both times. The person answering the phones was helpful and friendly. The techs who came out to both my calls were professional and quick in their work. I needed a new water heater and felt like I got a decent price considering delivery, installation, and removal and disposal of the old one. I was amazed at how quickly it was done. I would use them again for sure.

I just bought a new home and, in the process of getting it ready to move in, I had the opportunity to meet Steve Davis.  While the home was new for me, it itself wasn't brand new.  So, there were several items that needed attention.  The home inspection reports detailed some of these.  But, in the process of reviewing the home myself, I found several more issues.

Steve worked with me to address the items originally detailed in the inspections.  But, as I found new issues, he came out and addressed each of the new items, too.

There were plumbing as well as grouting and caulking issues that needed to be addressed.  Steve made everything he worked on look brand new.  I'm very pleased with all of his work.  In fact, I'm glad I now know someone whom I can turn to when an inevitable plumbing problem arises.

Luis is an honest man, he keeps his words. He is very responsive and patient. His team did an excellent job to repipe my house. He also followed up a few times after that. I would call him in the future for any plumbing issues.

A week ago I noticed a fairly good leak coming from the pipes in my basement. This is not ok! My photo albums and old Halloween costumes are down there!

Anyway, I call this place up because the name of the business to be honest, and get ahold of Sam, he owner. He is able to come out in an hour, Which is just terrific. He fixed it no problem and the pricing was very reasonable.

Sam is a terrific and trustworthy fellow. If you need any plumbing work or repairs done look no further, he will square you away.

Ramiro and his crew did a complete re-pipe and installed an instant hot water system in our three bath 2,800 SF home. Their pricing was fair and the work was done on the schedule agreed. Patching of the walls and clean up met expectations. After the painting (handled on our own) it is not possible to tell where the many holes were cut. The crew doing the work were efficient and returned one bathroom to use before leaving on the first day. Inspections were done quickly and passed immediately. I would definitely use Advanced Repipe again.
