Long story below. Short story is that their plumber failed to properly install a toilet. We now have close to $10k in damages and these plumbers will not admit fault or help with damages. Unethical and incompetent.

A plumber failed to install a toilet. The flush water had been leaking above my kitchen ceiling for months. We noticed water damage and the same plumber came over to take a look. He blamed the manufacturer of the toilet. We replaced the tank but not the bowl. It leaked for several more months. The ceiling caved in and fecal and urine water splashed all over kitchen. There was extensive mold. Remediation experts ran dehumidifiers and air filters to dry it all out and used chemicals to disinfect. Contractors redid the sheetrock, insulation, cabinets, lighting, paint, etc. 2.5 months later we are close to $10k in costs not including having to eat out and the electricity costs of running industrial equipment 24/7 for weeks. Maybe they have done good work for others but this is an disastrous failure.

On Mother's Day we were smelling gas between the house and the garage -not good.  Soon after PG&E came out and confirmed we had a leak and turned our gas off which needless to say is a bummer.  All I could envision was cold showers for who knows how long finding someone to fix this mess with a grad party here the end of May.  Through a referral I called The Plumbing Guys Monday morning, left a voicemail, received a call back shortly thereafter from Aaron.  He had two techs out within an hour to take a look and provide a free quote.  Besides being professional the two techs David and Juan were friendly and knowledgeable with answers to our questions.  We had not heard back from the other plumber and decided to go with TPG.  Fast forward to Wednesday Juan and David showed up on time, got right to it, did an EXCELLENT job removing and installing the new gas line. They worked around our landscape being careful as possible to minimize damage to plants and in the end put everything neatly back.  We could not be more pleased.  PGE came over, did their own test and everything checked out.  We are cooking with gas again Wednesday eve.  Seriously it could not have gone better.  I will be calling them back for any future needs. Thank you for a job well done.

Ruben and his team were awesome and I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing help. They did an entire repipe of my house this week and it went so smoothly! Ruben was friendly and professional. They cleaned up so well every evening I could barely tell they were here and they went above and beyond in their service. He was very responsive and continues to patiently answer any of the plumbing questions I continue to ask him.

These guys are awesome! They snaked my shower drain, and gave me a heads up about a potential issue with the plumbing under the house.

Very knowledgeable, polite and professional, I was totally comfortable having them in my home.

I need some plumbing work for a pipe in the front of the house with a pinhole leak and the hose bib was also broken off.  I also needed my garbage disposal to be replaced.  I have been reading Yelp reviews to find a reputable plumber and came upon Plumbing Care, Inc that has perfect ratings.  

However, they are based in the East Bay and I'm located in Foster City, might be too far for them to do this job.  I contacted them and spoke with this nice lady named Rupa, she said no problem and would send someone to my house.  She was very patient with me and explained to me the exact cost for each job and that I would get a 1 year warranty.  

On the day of the job, Bobby the plumber came early and he was very nice.  He proceeded to do the work and was very professional.  After the jobs were done, he demonstrated what he did and tested the system with me.  

I usually do not write reviews on Yelp but I felt like I had to due to the awesome experience I had with Pluming Care, Inc.  Two thumbs up.

This post is WAY long over due! We were having an issue with our toilet. It backed up and a pipe was clogged which affected all the sinks and bathtub in our house. We literally couldn't even turn on the water without the toilet overflowing. We had called rotor rooter and they wanted to
Charge us a CRAZY amount of money JUST to remove the toilet to see if they could even fix it! I got on the phone, called Save Plumbing after reading the reviews and everyone was RIGHT!! They came exactly when they said they would THE SAME DAY! Mind you, we had been living without running water or a toilet at this point for almost 24 hours with 2 adults and 2
Children in the house. We waited SO long for rotor rooter to come out for nothing and I was so worried we'd have to wait another day to get a repair. Luckily Wally is a man of his word! He came out with one of his crew, was totally conscious of COVID wearing a mask and keeping a distance and fixed our plumbing under 2 hours....just about 1 1/2 hours!!

I HIGHLY recommend Wally! Please use them and don't bother looking for another plumbing service! You want Save Plumbing! They were TOTALLY REASONABLY priced, and extremely knowledgeable with what they were doing. Wally will now be our go to for any other issues that come up for sure!! Thank you Wally!!

Very pleased with this company.  Spoke to Rene he had someone out the next day for a non urgent issue replacing the gas pipe in our fireplace.  Gentlemen who arrived seemed confident and quickly removed the pipe was here about 5 minutes went back to his shop to cut and re thread the pipe and was back in less than an hour.  3 minute job once he was back to screw it in.  Was glad it was done quickly deducting one star for the $185 price tag seemed a little excessive for the simple job but I will call them again if needed.

I called Fuse and was really grateful for the extraordinary service.  Max worked for quite some time to jerry-rigged the broken part until the other one ordered came in.  When he came back he also had to spend quite some time as the new part wasn't quite the same as the old one.  Very, very competent and great service.  I highly recommend Fuse.

Marcos was superb on a very challenging job.
We had some water damage and hired multiple plumbers and remediation contractors to come out to find the source of the leak.  Nobody was able to find it, much to our disappointment.  However, Marcos succeeded, with his dedicated effort and good intuition.
Furthermore, Marcos is great with his communication and promptness.  We are very pleased to have found him.

Mike and his crew are incredible. After moving in, I was in search for a reliable plumber to help tackle a number of projects in our new home. His team has installed a water softener, filtration, worked on a bathroom remodel in our primary bathroom (shower, sinks, and new toilet)...but the biggest and most impressive work was the pipe and drain work in my home bar, The Lost Grotto.

The goal was to have a fully working sink, ice machine with drainage, and a bar rail drain with glass rinsing station. Mike's team worked with my desired layout, and the result is beautiful copper pipe and drain work under the bar.

The Redwood Pipe and Drain team is fast, efficient, and delivers high quality work at a reasonable price. They are experts, and the work reflects it! Definitely my go-to, and highly recommended for your pipe and drain needs.

You can't do better than Rich Briscoe for a plumber.  He responds quickly, appraises your needs thoroughly and accurately, explains exactly what he's going to do and why, and answers any questions expertly and honestly.  His prices are very fair as are what he charges for parts.  If he's got a spare of what you need he may not charge for it at all.  He's also very personable and while fixing or installing whatever it is in a jiffy he's never in a hurry and is very pleasant to talk with.

Very bad. First they did not show up for the appointment I made (blaming that I never made the appointment in the first place). Then the next day someone came and told me: I do not speak English and we cant communicate just because I asked him to explain to me what he meant by his question:How often does the toilet plunge? because I did not understand what he meant by that and could not answer the question.
Outrages!  I wish there is a zero star option. Wow!

I recently had two interactions with Miramar plumbing that did not go well. The first interaction was for a leak in my kitchen that was also bubbling my walls downstairs. I had thought it was the dishwasher that had leaked, but this was coincidental. Nonetheless, George looked no further and missed that the actual leak was behind the refrigerator. Of course this allowed additional damage and created more issues.

I thought I would give a local business one more chance. But on this occasion we called twice over 24 hours, once stating it was urgent, and then had to call a third time. Only to be told they did not have the tools needed to do the job.

When it comes to plumbing issues thoroughness and responsiveness are paramount. Unfortunately neither of those were satisfied in my interactions.

Had a seemingly impossible plug in my main sewer and got some quotes that were outrageous and incorrect diagnostics which cost me a load of unnecessary $$$...called plumbing 911 and Nick saved us. Don't go with anyone but Nick. Very professional and had it worked out within an hour. This was a 2 day nightmare until I called em.

Edwin is great! Fast, clean, and did a nice job fixing my ptrap leak and installing a new kitchen faucet.

Hire this guy! He beautifully fixed our 37+ year old shower/tub fixtures so they now work and don't leak. This included the handle (to turn on/off/temperature adjust), and the spout with lever (to direct water flow to shower head or bathtub). And he didn't have to break into any walls or tile! He also did some clearing of the drain. And he fixed a separate sink drain so the pipes don't rattle and bang throughout the house when you turn on the cold water! And he made everything clean and neat before he left:)

Had a clogged toilet after a party and needed to have it unclogged. I called around various plumbers and they had a very competitive quote, and what's even better in this case is that they were able to stop by within 20 minutes of me calling them, fixed the issue promptly, and I was very happy with the price.

I have a Rheem water heater at home. One day it stopped working and the indicator light suggests flammable vapor sensor lockout. I called Rheem customer support to get the part number and ordered a replacement sensor on Amazon. I installed the sensor but still no luck, no hot water in the house. Then I turned to Yelp for a good plumbing service in my area and called Commando Plumbing. They returned my call shortly after I called and gave me a price estimate over the phone. Not only that, I talked with an expert on the phone about the problem I had. He was very knowledgable and experienced, and very honest about what needs to be done to solve the problem. He gave me many tips how to resolve the issue over the phone, and how much it would cost him to come over and fix it for me. I have always been very curious about fixing things myself, so gave it another try based on his tips. And it worked!!! This is by far the most honest and helpful plumbing company. Next time I have something broken in the house, I would definitely hire Commando to do the job for me.

Completed a repipe of my moms 66 year old house and happy with the results.  Ramiro quickly answered a request for a estimate and was able to complete the job within 2 weeks (including inspection and wall repair) once the decision was made.  Overall his team did a great job and the price was better than other contractors.  Would highly recommend them and should have completed this years ago.
