Referred by a neighbor who had his EV charging station installed. I called and left Dave a message, was called back within 15 minutes. Dave had me send him some pictures of the electrical panel and location I wanted charging station installed to start a quote. After reviewing he felt it was best to come out to verify the scope of the job. Contacted him on a Wednesday and he came out the next morning.

We reviewed what I was trying to do and he made recommendations. In the end he recommended  installing dedicated 240 plug, which was the least expensive option.

Installed on Monday. EV is now on a level 2 charge wife is super happy going from 12 hours to 3 hours for a full charge.

Communications is great and timely showing up for appointments.
Would not hesitate to use Dave again.

David is very accommodating on when we need to have the job done. I just sent out a msg to him yesterday and today they came in before the call time, but my mom is here so no problem. I've used them before for outlet installation and that is easy breezy. As you can see, light fixture came out pretty awesome.

We had Chris out to install a pet door at our house.  He was very responsive and quoted a very good price.  He was very professional, personal and did an excellent job for us.  I will definitely use Handi-Guy again and will recommend him to anyone looking for very capable help!

AP electrical was hired to wire a  220V subpanel and new GFCI circuit for a spa.  Anthony  provided a very detailed written estimate, showed up when he said he would, and performed extremely nice work for exactly the amount his written estimate said it would cost. Bottom line... very professional, honest, straightforward,  and a pleasure doing business with.  I wished all my subcontractors worked out as well.

Had a problem with one of our toilets. The plumber came in on short notice, gave a reasonable quote and got the problem fixed. All in all, the process took 45 mins.

Extremely responsive (which is rare for plumbing), did the job quickly and cleaned up after he was done. Great Job! These guys seem to do no wrong and I can see why.

EJ Plumbing to the rescue! My kitchen sink backed up, and so did my laundry sink. Clearly needed some help! I called EJ Plumbing and Chris F arrived within 30 minutes. He snaked out the line and cleared out several years worth of sludge and all is draining fine now. This reminded me that I should do this process more proactively! Chris wore shoe booties, an N95 mask, gloves and kept good distance. He was friendly, informative and also cleaned up the area after the snaking was done. He also gave me some good advice about how to keep the drains clearer in the future. Thank you Chris!

I hired Affordable because of the number of good ratings on Yelp.  I was not disappointed as Michael came and took care of the water leak in my rental quickly and professionally.  I will for sure call on him again in the future.

Khoa was responsive and honest from the get go. I called Khoa for a second opinion because another plumber I had called to clear out a clog recommended i replace my drain pipes to permanently remove an object that was causing an 80% clog... which was going to cost several thousands of dollars (the pipes are old and probably have a few years left in them). When Khoa came out to check out the issue he said he could replace the section of the drain pipe that had the clog which costed only a fraction and was able to complete the job the next day. It was very refreshing to find an honest person who won't just try to take your money. I would 100% recommend Khoa and his team and they will be the first people I call if I have any future plumbing needs.

I just want to write this review for Local Rooter & Plumbing because of their professional service. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area that needs service even though my water heater is not even fixed.

My hot water heater broke out of nowhere (and only one and half years new). I called Local Rooter and they were able to come in the same day to give an analysis. Even though the parts took awhile to come in, Paul came in yesterday (Sunday) and try to fix it. Even though it is not fixed, Paul said he would come out the next day on Monday and get the engineers of my water heater manufacturer on the phone to go through it with him.

Even when this did not work out, he recommended another plumbing company who is more professional in the brand that I have (Rinnai, please do not ever get this brand of water heater, it is really bad. I had no choice as my builder put it in with the house) with no charges. I also asked him to give me recommendation of new water heaters, and Paul went to the plumbing stores and send me what they have available.

Even though I still have no hot water right now, I was very happy with this company's service. They are not here just for your money. They are here to help you even if it means to recommend another company on what they can't accomplish. I think that is as high of professionalism as you can do. I very much appreciate it.

Now I need to decide if I should just get a new water heater instead of continue to deal with this crap brand.

Professional and courteous.  Our new go to plumbers!  My washing machine was back flowing into the garage. I called just to have my pipe snaked. Hong asked to check kitchen and did trouble shooting to see what was the real issue.  Turns out my pipe was not clogged, so he told me I did not need his service.  Just needed to adjust the washer pipe.  5 stars for honesty and integrity. Hire them! You won't regret it.

We found a leak in our water main a few days ago. I called Marco at Handy Plumbing Man as well as a few others. Only Marco said he could be there quickly to help. 20 minutes later, sure enough, he was on-site and looking at the problem. He worked on the repair all day and in the end he did really nice work to fix the problem, and he charged me a reasonable enough price, given his quick turnaround and the amount of time the job took.

I'll definitely call Marco first if I have any plumbing problems again. Thank you Marco (and Alejandro)!

My sink was plugged in and needed a fix quickly. They responded immediately to my call and were able to fit in a visit within two hours. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote. The work was done efficiently and the site clean up. I would recommend based on this experience.

Got quote from another Plumbing company to replace valves stem on tub faucet. Other company said was too old and had to replace valve and whole unit after having to break tile. Estimate was $2500. Called Integrity and they gave estimate of $250 plus parts. I asked Marlon to replace both valve stems and diverter as a precaution. They replaced all three stems and  charged $100 more to replace the additional cold valve and diverter. So for parts and labor came to $520 far better than $2500 and still having to repair tiles. Best to get several estimates because some businesses want to make the larger payments with maybe less work. Thanks Integrity you do have Integrity and I will use you again.

Dima D showed up on time to fix a leaking pedestal sink. He replaced the pop-up drain and the old drain covers, and hoses. The final cost was the same as the estimate. Nice, efficient, and clean work.

Daniel came out in the rain the next morning, removed the rusted part, and helped advise me on a replacement part. Works great, very satisfied. Will use them again

I needed a plumber on a rather urgent service. I called Local Local Plumbing and explained my situation. Steve said he could help me and arrived rather quickly.
He was very nice and informative about the situation. He resolved the issue quickly and I highly recommend him to anyone for his services.
