Alex is my go to plumber.  He is capable and resourceful, reliably available, and fair and reasonable in terms of the cost of his services.  We have recommended him to friends who have also had good experiences, and use him to support several rental properties.

These guys are great.  They handled a warranty repair of my water heater.  I had no problem getting an appointment, the repairman they sent knew his stuff.  I would definitely use them again.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

A few months back Shawn from Handyman Plumber replaced our old Sloan Master flush unit with a new one and did such a great job.  Shawn was extremely friendly and professional, but more important knowledgeable and skilled in his craft.  Fast forward 3 months, the same toilet Shawn worked on had flooded our bathroom floor.  Uncertain in what went wrong I called Shawn right away to notify him.  On the day he came, he was able to trouble shoot the problem (not the Sloan unit he replaced) which was a broken lever causing the toilet to continually run and over flow.  He called one of his vendors and told us that we can buy the part and fix it ourselves which we did.  Problem solved!  Shawn charged us nothing for his time and took his time to help us out.  What can I say, he went beyond the call of duty and continued to exceed our expectations.   If you want a plumber who's skill is as great as his integrity Shawn is your man!!  Highly recommend!!

Instead of a long soliloquy I'll just note what was awesome.

1) arrives on time-for all appointments he and Matt were very prompt

2) honest-did not try to sell me a false set of problems

3) clean-as soon as he showed up for the initial meeting they put on shoe covers, while not that important it showed how they respect their potential customer's homes.  

4) thorough-unlike all the others who showed up to bid my project and just peeked under my house.  Charles suited up and crawled around under my house for 10 minutes, then told me what he was going to do to fix the issue.  

5) communication-there was never any problem, I knew what he was planning on doing and he updated me along the way with pictures and updates.

Overall, a total 5 star company and one we will be calling in the future for the next big job.

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

A guy named Jim came out to fix my leaky filtered water line and did an outstanding job + a little extra that was not part of the quote.  
He fixed the leak, but then he also tied/tacked up the extra water lines underneath the cabinet which made look very organized instead of a bunch of water line all twisted up -- he didn't have to do this, but he wanted to leave the job looking professionally complete -  I ended up with more space underneath my cabinet - yeah!

We've been looking for a plumber to solve several problems around the house. We found Mark at Triton Plumbing and are so happy! He's friendly and explains what needs to be done. Surprisingly, Mark suggested repairing some of our issues instead of just replacing them. He quickly took care of all of our problems. I heartily recommend him. His prices are reasonable and he's a very honest man.

I called Jose about a small issue that required his help and he came out the next day to take care of it right away, free of charge because of the warranty. Jose and his team were courteous and great to work with. Thank YOU!

My water heater started acting up, suddenly water would come out hot and cold so I wanted to get it checked out right away. I called 5 star plumbing to have them come out to check it out and give me estimate. They were so fast and efficient, right away they knew what the issue was. My water heater was just too old and needed to be changed. I asked if they could do the job the same day and they said yes. Within a couple hours I had a new water heater installed and have had zero issues, I love having nice hot water and not worry about the water heater anymore. Their quick availability, reasonable pricing and professional services are what makes them the only plumbing service I will continue to use in the future I highly recommend them.

Everything was great! Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday night - Eric came out Wednesday morning for a free estimate and completed the install later that day.

I needed to replace my water heater and was referred to this company by a friend, The lady who answered the phone was very nice and friendly and scheduled me for the next available appointment. The technician arrived right on time, very professional and in a clean uniform. His name was Joseph S. He did a full inspection of my water heater and provided me with a few options. He was very knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend this company for quality work and professionalism. In addition the pricing was perfect and the new water heater is working great, very happy client.

I own a condo and my tenants reported a leak in the shower... they live upstairs, and the unit downstairs was starting to see evidence of water instrusion. Mike made me feel so much better after explaining what the problem was and the true extent of the damage - which wasn't nearly as frightening as I had imagined! He came back two days in a row to ensure the problem got fixed and was extremely nice. I was completely confident in his skills. He made me feel completely at ease.

Incredibly responsive, helpful, clever problem solver.  Would use Plumbing Point for all my plumbing needs.

Never call this company! They are a nightmare. I called them for a clogged drain. First of all, they were 1 1/2
hours late and I had to call to see if they were ever coming. The technician came out and was unable to use a snake to clear the drain from the outside. He claimed it was a problem that he would have to solve under my sink. He left for 1 1/2 hours to get a cloth to put under the sink so he wouldn't get anything wet. He then said that he need to change the pipe under the sink. I asked him how much this would cost and he said $287.00 (the original quote to snake the drain had been $77). He proceeded to do his job and I went to work. When I got home from work my husband said he charged us not only the $287 but an additional $405.95. I called to complain. and spoke to the manager. I told him that I had been quoted $287. He finally agreed to refund the $405.95. I have called twice since that initial call and they keep telling me that they are working on the refund. I have yet to receive it.

In addition I had to call and have them come out 3 more times because the pipe that they keep installaing keeps leaking.

I think this company creates problems so that they can charge more money after they come out. Their technicians also are inept and have no idea what they are doiNg.
