Had a emergency water leak in the kitchen..  Super plumber responded quickly , fixed it immediately.  Before coming, he quoted one of the reasonable prices compared to other folks in the area.

Our Navien NR-240A Tankless Water Heater unit broke down and left us shower with cold water for about a week. SPS Plumbing crew did a fantastic job to procure and install a new Rinnai RSC199iN unit in our garage. Yay... we now have hot water for shower again, and it has been working flawlessly so far. I am very happy with the service from SPS Plumbing and the total bill is very reasonable.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

I had a 2nd floor clogged toilet that leaked and I woke up one morning to discover the water had leaked through to the first floor. I called a couple of plumbers but it was early so had to leave a message. Triton Plumbing called me back within a few minutes and said their plumber was out on a job but would try to get to my place in the afternoon. 10 minutes later she called me back to say he finished up the other job sooner than expected and could come within an hour.

Mark was a godsend: showed up in the timeframe promised, unclogged it in record time, discovered why the toilet was leaking and fixed it in half an hour (had to rebuild the mechanism). Rate was pretty reasonable, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell. I appreciated the prompt and great service.

Not only were they very quick in responding, but they were here for hours until the problem was resolved after trying multiple ways to fix my double vanity clog. Felipe and Victor were the most professional workers as well not leaving a trace. I highly recommend as they were also reasonably priced.

Everything was great! Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday night - Eric came out Wednesday morning for a free estimate and completed the install later that day.

I had previously used him for resetting a leaking toilet in one of my bathrooms so was hoping for this next project to go as seamless. I messaged a picture and measurements requesting an estimate for a 7x7 resin shed I needed assembled. His rate was higher than several others, but I figured if I wanted it done correctly I wouldn't go with the cheaper companies. He also mentioned that he has done several of these assemblies. After mentioning I was a repeat customer, he ended up taking $50 off his quoted range so final price was $400. I scheduled with him for his next available appointment the following weekend.

He arrives one hour late (original eta 9-10a but arrived at 11a). At 9:13a he hadn't arrived so I reached out to him, he replied saying he was at another Client's walk through and was running late. I found it odd that he didn't even bother to let me know. This is where the lack of communication started.

He arrives and seems surprised that the shed is a big one. I show him the existing concrete pad where the shed is to be assembled and placed. I let him get to work. Again, I found it odd that he appeared surprised when I had provided all detail and sizes during the estimate request from the beginning. He also mentions later on it's a two man job which leaves me wondering why he said he has done these before. Certainly he would know then.

3.5 hrs later he was done. I went to check out the shed and tested the doors. Immediately I heard the door scrapping on the concrete and saw the doors were offset and did not align properly. I started to inspect the doors to try and figure out what the issue was. I also started checking the locks and handles. Next issue I noticed is there was a lug nut wrench adapter stuck to the back of the door handle. He then tells me passively that he can't get his tool off, it's stuck. At this point I go back to the door issue and he tells me that because it's larger than the concrete pad, the surrounding pavers would need to be leveled in order to level the shed to resolve the door alignment issue. I was shocked that he wouldn't mention the issue BEFORE proceeding with the assembly. No communication at all. If this issue would have been brought to my attention I could have then made a decision to fix and level the pad out before the shed was placed there. During this time he keeps assuring me it has nothing to do with his workmanship. I tell him I'll contact the manufacturer and if there's an issue I'll reach out to him. I assumed he would say sure, if there's any issues I can take a look. No, he just confirmed again that it has nothing to do with his workmanship. I immediately got the tail light warranty vibe which is never a good sign. I then go back to the stuck tool issue. I politely told him I would prefer to not have him leave his tool handing off the back of the handle and if he needed a wrench I could see if I hand one he could use (he showed up in a small sedan not a work truck so I thought maybe he was limited with tools). Before I could finish my sentence he sighs UGGGGHHHHHHH and he huffed and puffed walking away back to his car. At this point it I was not happy. I was paying him over $100/hour and he was being super rude and did a shoddily job. He then returns with a can of lubricant spray and a tool. He sprayed it and slipped his adapter off within 15 seconds. I wasn't surprised, he lacked any type communication or effort to do the job correctly.

If he would have communicated properly from the beginning and warned me of the leveling issues I would have been more than happy to pay him an additional rate to add some pea gravel or sand under the pavers or to even return another day. Now I have to pay someone else to move the shed and level the area out. Hopefully that fixes the door alignment and gap issues as I would not want to contact him again. Customer service, communication and common courtesy are non-existent.

No tip or no further work from me. I just hope I don't have any further issues down the road ( leaks).

Ricardo was responsive and reliable in handling the leaky faucet in our bathroom. He arrived within the time as promised and finished the job without fuzz. His fee is fair and we'll put his number in our future reference.

These guys are awesome.   I had a botched project from a previous general contractor and so I gave these guys a call and they came out on quite short notice.  They were very prompt and professional.   They evaluated the work and redid the project.    It both looks tremendously better and there is no longer dangerous tension on the plumbing lines.   They were accurate and upfront with their estimate and they even came in slightly below the estimate.     They very clean during the project and they cleaned up after themselves quite well.   Would definitely use these guys again in the future.

Nathan and his brother are friendly and very responsive to our call and texts. I hate to work with grumpy contractors.  They always response within hours and show up next day to do the work.  Being using them for the last 6 months for plumbing and gas line work.  Works are done professionally and even corrected a leaky dishwasher connection for free after it was installed by someone else.   They are my go to plumbers from now on.

These guys are awesome. We had an appointment yesterday with Elite Rooter right-we waited all day and through our scheduled window and they never showed up or called. So yesterday after Elite never showed we started dialing. Immediately after talking to a lady on the phone at Rooter Hero we were informed that someone would show up within the hour. Luis was here early. Not only that he was wearing those little bootie things on his shoes and he went straight to work. Dude snaked out 75' with the quickness. Nothing but professionalism, manners and respect from this guy. Unfortunately our kitchen pipe is failing or in the process of doing so and it backed up again. It's important to mention that I had to reconnect my pipes because that was our arrangement-I only paid for rooter service-and so after he had wrapped up I reattached everything and it took a while for the pipe to fill up again. Anyways Luis didn't skip a beat man. He contacted the plumbing specialist, troubleshot the problem, inspected the grounds for any underlying issues and then came back out this morning and re-worked the pipe which successfully removed enough of the failed pipes accumulated debris and bought us some time. This didn't cost us any more money due to their guarantee. If you want hardworking folks who see a problem through until it is successfully completed then call this company. Thanks again Luis and Rooter Hero......you really were our hero today and I couldn't imagine going another day without our kitchen sink and dishwasher.
