I requested a quote online for plumbing services and Alex responded promptly. We arranged to meet today. I had to change the time of our appointment and he was very accommodating. He showed up on time and ready to work. He was able to tell me what the problem was with the kitchen sink and fixed it rather quickly. I had another issue with the dishwasher hose and he fixed that as well. Alex was upfront with pricing and made sure he gave me options. Professional and quick. Highly recommended.

Referred to SPS by the distributor who sold the water heater to our installing plumber to advise on an error code on an AO Smith Water Heater.  The code remedied itself and SPS insisted on coming out to check it for safety reasons.  I insisted that if their team was going to do nothing then there was no need to come out and I'd let them know if the issue resurfaced.  There was no discussion of cost or rates.  Sure enough, a 2-man team (for some reason) came out, picked a couple of pieces apart from the water heater, put them back on, and wrapped up in 20-30 minutes and handed me a bill for over $150.  As no discussion of rates occurred and nothing was done I was not pleased with the charge, a week later the company offered to remove the charge in an effort to keep me as a customer.  Fast forward 2-3 months later, I called SPS this time with an actual problem, no return call after 5+ calls.  Mind you we have no hot water.  I placed a call to the distributor who then called SPS who informed me that my number had been blocked and they'd rather not do business.  I will certainly go elsewhere from here forward for my plumbing needs, at least have the decency to call someone back when you're the primary technicians for AO Smith in the area.  Call it karma if you want to, but when your team insists to come out even when a customer doesn't need service and then hand over a hefty bill, I don't see that as good business practice.

Cardinal plumbing was recommended by a friend who has owned a business related to plumbing for over 30 years.  The crew delivered everything as promised and then some on the repiping job.  Courteous, friendly, neat, and professional.  Water was shut off for only 8 hours at most.  End result:  Strong water pressure, clean copper sweating, neat stucco and sheetrock repair.  Thank you Van, Hai and crew.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

I have talked to Shawn twice during the past year regarding 2 different plumbing concerns.  Each time he gave me honest helpful guidance.  He will definitely be my go to handyman plumber.  I haven't met him but I trust him!

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

Estimate: I reached out to Ricardo for an estimate to replace all of our interior doors.  He measured each door and gave me an estimate.  The estimate was very reasonable compared to others I had called.  He was very professional and told me the exact process, what I would need in order to purchase the doors, hinges, door handles, etc.

Installation: Ricardo and Allen came out and started their work immediately.  They were very professional, precise and considerate for our home.  They covered their working area and made sure to clean up before they left for the day.

I purchased solid slab doors that needed to be cut for the hinges and door handles.  They measured twice if not three times before cutting and took their time on each door.  This was something that I greatly appreciated.  They didn't rush to get the job done fast!  

I would definitely call Ricardo for any repairs/installations I may have in the future.  Thank you Ricardo and Allen for your patience and hard work!  It did not go unnoticed.

Had a great experience working with R.P.S. on getting a minor leak fixed.  It was very easy to schedule an appointment.  I was given an exact quote based on a picture I sent in.  They were on time, super friendly, honest, and got the problem fixed very quickly.  Would definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

I had my house re-piped recently by Counsil Plumbing and their work was impressive from many standpoints including price, quality of workmanship and attitude.  The company, owned by Mike and Valerie Counsil, is located at  1127 Somerset Avenue, San Jose 95132.  Their phone number is  408-272- 2272.  (There's a plumbing company with a similar name, so make sure you call the number above.)  

As a senior citizen, I was very impressed by Mike when he gave me the estimate and then said that he'd like to meet a family member just to explain everything that he would be doing.  It was obvious that he is straightforward and wants to make sure that the family is aware of the project and how it will be carried out.  (A neighbor who has done extensive plumbing work sat in on our meeting and was impressed by Mike.)

Several factors made Mike's estimate the most appealing one.  The price was right.  The work would be completed in one day and he has an experienced crew of men who have done many re-piping jobs as a  team. Other estimates for this project specified that the work would be done in 3 to six days which were not very appealing options. One company wanted payment in cash and did not want to get a permit.  Those were warning signs to me.  

The crew arrived on time and each worker had a specific area that he started on immediately.  As promised, they completed the job in one day.  Not only does Mike run an efficient, operation but he and his wife are also very pleasant people to deal with.  I highly recommend Counsil Plumbing.

I chose Plumbing Point to come to my home to diagnose the problem because they would do it for free. Plumbing Point's Natanael explained the cause of the problem clearly to me and recommended that I replace the toilet. So I hired him to replace the toilet and he did it promptly and professionally. Subsequently, I found out that the price quoted by other plumbers are all higher than his price.

I had John Castaneda as the service technician to unclog our kitchen sink.  He is professional and courteous.  He explains the situation and give the estimate to honor the special $77 since we have clean out right under the sink.  He used the snake tool and pushed all the way 75 ft.  I have used other plumbers in the past, but he really stands out from other where some are lazy or stop the snake as soon as clog clear.  
He cleaned up after the work is completed.  I highly recommend him and will only ask for him in the future.
