Alex did a great job cleaning my drain and replacing my sewage pipe. Fast and friendly!

They have an answering service who will take down your information, but they cannot make appointments.  You need to wait up to 24 hours to hear back if they can show up!  This is not a great business model when you're dealing with plumbing emergencies!

Hai is great.  Have used him for several projects now and he has been nothing but conscientious, honest and professional!  My new plumber of choice.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

I recently bought a new home and a new gas range to go with it.  Although I paid the appliance company to deliver and install the unit they would not install the unit because they say it needed a new valve.  I called The Handyman Plumber and Shawn answered right away.  He said he could be by that afternoon to come look at it.  Not only did he replace the valve, but he finished hooking up my range and showed me how to use it.  In addition, he replaced a shower faucet diverter and tightened up a loose kitchen faucet as well.  

Shawn was very professional, explained everything that he was going to do, and even gave me other pointers about how to fix some other minor issues with my house.  I would definitely call Shawn back if I ever needed plumbing help again!

I would highly recommend Charley's Plumbing. My Dad had a  faucet leak situation and  desperately needed a plumber. Charley answered phone promptly and was able to give me a price quote... not only was he the most reasonable of the 10 quotes I got, his follow through was excellent. He was able to get out and fix it within hours! Very personable and highly skilled. Very satisfied with the job and his attention to detail like cleanup and wearing booties to keep my floors clean! Call him.

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

This review is solely for Yuri and Jose. Out of 9 years of  being a property manager I have not seen this type of focus, dedication, communication and quality that I have seen with Yuri and his team. I was in desperate need of a plumbing solution due to brown water in my 6 unit building. For months I have gone over this project with many plumbers and no one gave me clear understanding or direction on how to move forward until I spoke with Yuri. We spoke for an hour about the job, how it works and he answered all my repeated questions to understand the work needed. He was so patient and kind. We met on-site and walked the property and planned out the scope of work. On the day of work the team came in and finished within 2 days and another 2 days for dry wall and patching. Jose ran his repipe team with ease and again, any questions where clearly answered and communicated. As a manager I take on the responsibility of handling residents and project scope but this duo really stepped in and took over everything to a point that I can relax and handle other work I had. All resident questions were answered by the team on site. The work itself was done seamlessly and flawlessly. This was all done while the building was fully occupied and there were no complaints. Thank you guys so much for an incredible job! I will be using Yuri and his team for my next plumbing project coming up.

Everything was great! Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday night - Eric came out Wednesday morning for a free estimate and completed the install later that day.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Paul is highly UNPROFESSIONAL. He rescheduled multiple times and would come really late in the day for 30 minutes which made the work extend for several more days than it needed to.
Was extremely rude and disrespectful - I was told things like I'm not your personal shopper I can choose what I want to work on.
The eventual work quality was SLOPPY. He left in a huff, did not clean up after himself and left debris all over the kitchen floor. Terrible experience - do not hire Paul. I am expecting Paul to rudely respond to this Yelp review, as he has done so repeatedly to his previous customers (scroll below on yelp). So be it, but it's time to grow up and behave in a professional manner if you want business from this community.

Ricardo came out on the same day to repair a tub faucet that was not able to shut off water.  Water kept flowing out of our faucet and we had to shut off main water.  As this was some what if an emergency, Ricardo was able to come within the hour.   He took the Moen cartridge out and I went to Home Depot to get the part while he waited.  I wasn't sure how much extra it would have costed if he went out to get it, but I opted to get it myself and he graciously waited.  It was probably 30mins before I got back.  He charged me the same price as he quoted it would cost for this repair.  It was the best quote I got compared to 5 other plumbers I called.  I asked him to install a hand shower and it costed another $25 which was fair.  He completed the job in about 15mins.  Ricardo also does other handy work too.  I would for sure happily recommend Ricardo to anyone that needs reliable handyman work done.

We had someone from RPS come out to fix a drain. The actual work was fine; the person who came a good job identifying the source of the leak and coming up with an innovative way to repair it that prevented us from having to take on a much larger project. My one star review is because we have been trying for the the last three weeks to get a copy of the invoice, which we need for tax purposes, and the office manager has not responded to multiple phone calls. At this point we're still waiting to hear back; if we can get a copy of the invoice/receipt mailed to us, then we'd be able to provide a review just on the quality of the work done

Had our old cast iron sewer pipes replaced after 60+ years.  Great service,  on time, friendly. Reasonable price, beat the competition. Cleaned up each night and had us reconnected with little down time.  Explained fully what the issues were and how to resolve. Russell, Dom and rest of team were fantastic. Would definitely use them again.

I had my house re-piped recently by Counsil Plumbing and their work was impressive from many standpoints including price, quality of workmanship and attitude.  The company, owned by Mike and Valerie Counsil, is located at  1127 Somerset Avenue, San Jose 95132.  Their phone number is  408-272- 2272.  (There's a plumbing company with a similar name, so make sure you call the number above.)  

As a senior citizen, I was very impressed by Mike when he gave me the estimate and then said that he'd like to meet a family member just to explain everything that he would be doing.  It was obvious that he is straightforward and wants to make sure that the family is aware of the project and how it will be carried out.  (A neighbor who has done extensive plumbing work sat in on our meeting and was impressed by Mike.)

Several factors made Mike's estimate the most appealing one.  The price was right.  The work would be completed in one day and he has an experienced crew of men who have done many re-piping jobs as a  team. Other estimates for this project specified that the work would be done in 3 to six days which were not very appealing options. One company wanted payment in cash and did not want to get a permit.  Those were warning signs to me.  

The crew arrived on time and each worker had a specific area that he started on immediately.  As promised, they completed the job in one day.  Not only does Mike run an efficient, operation but he and his wife are also very pleasant people to deal with.  I highly recommend Counsil Plumbing.

If I could give them 10 stars I could! They responded right away to my inquiry and they were able to get out to my house in just a couple of hours. Other plumbers said they couldnt' see me for a few days and another quoted me a price that was more than double what Plumbing Point charged me.  This was also on a holiday (NY eve) in the middle of a huge rainstorm. The project was more complicated then he originally expected (it was a backed up sink and then they ended up having to use the clean out) but he still honored my original quote so I added in a little extra to m payment.  They saved the day! I recommend Plumbing Point to all.

Started out positive. They showed up at 11 pm. I was grateful. They were unable to fix the issue and around 1am said it was a broken line under the house. $375 and they left saying they would call back Tuesday. If you're reading this Rooter Hero's, don't bother!
My regular plumber came today, 20 minutes it was fixed. Just needed to be snaked. My plumber said if Rooter is in the name they work on commission. Hope this is helpful and best of luck with plumbers.
