Alex to the rescue again, our hot water heater was leaking. Within a day, he managed to come by and replace it with a brand-new Bradford White.

As always, Alex arrived on time, completed all work within 2 hours and cleaned-up. Quality job!

I have used SPS twice in the last few years. They helped me get a tankless water heater replaced that went bad after 2 years. I ended up getting a cool discount from A/O smith with their help. They just installed a water filtration unit for me. This is a small shop that takes care of business. I went through a few of their Yelp reviews. Some people like to use Yelp to get even or to be a pain in the ass. When I read a Yelp review its to determine if the company is good at what they do. Its to find out what kind of service they provide. I could care less if SPS has a sucky answering service!!! SPS took care of us on two separate occasions and their work was spot on....Thanks guys.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Excellent experience,,,!!!  Our water heater wouldn't fire up so I called Shawn to schedule an appointment on a Monday morning. He asked me a couple of questions over the phone to get an idea what was going on and he even quoted me an estimate right then.  Luckily he was able to come out that same day and quoted a time frame when he would probably be arriving.  He called when he left the prior job and when he arrived he went right to work.  He had it up and running in no time and the job came to exactly what he had quoted.  It's good to deal with a knowledgeable professional who does what he says.  He's now my 'go-to' plumber.  Thanks Shawn

Charley is fantastic! We had a power surge which blew the motherboard in our tankless water heater. He responded within five minutes through Yelp and was so willing to work with me to find a reasonable solution. He even came out on a Saturday and drove to Santa Cruz to service the unit. Since it was a holiday weekend, the company was closed but he was on it and had numbers for me to replace by 8:30 the following business day. My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

James and his crew are very knowledgeable, professional & organised. The office assistants are methodical in scheduling everything - work, inspection & followup. They finish the Sheetrock afterwards and cleanup after themselves. Jose, Carlos & crew are punctual and word hard to give complete satisfactory job.

We had drainage problem in our bathrooms and called Mark (Triton Plumbing) after finding him here on YELP.  He returned our call and came out right away. He solved our problem very quickly and was personable as well as highly professional.  

Mark is more concerned with providing quality work than over charging.  I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We have been having clogged sewer line issues for a while due to 60+ years old pipe system with roots growing into every single joints from our big front tree.
We had a couple of company check it out and give us a quote for replacing the whole pipe from our house to the property line thru pipe bursting.
Jose was very friendly and seemed very professional. The price was also fair so we decided to go with them.

They were able to come 3 days later, had worked out the permit with the city, and replaced the pipe in one day. They got some issues with their machine and worked until 9pm to finish the job to make sure we had sewer access that day. This was very professional.
A week later the inspector from the city came and there were no issues. They came the following day to put back the dirt and cleanup everything.

Everything was handled professionally, in a timely manner and the whole team was friendly. We would highly recommend them.

My water heater started acting up, suddenly water would come out hot and cold so I wanted to get it checked out right away. I called 5 star plumbing to have them come out to check it out and give me estimate. They were so fast and efficient, right away they knew what the issue was. My water heater was just too old and needed to be changed. I asked if they could do the job the same day and they said yes. Within a couple hours I had a new water heater installed and have had zero issues, I love having nice hot water and not worry about the water heater anymore. Their quick availability, reasonable pricing and professional services are what makes them the only plumbing service I will continue to use in the future I highly recommend them.

David came with his apprentice, Lau, within 2 hours of calling and promptly diagnosed the cause of a problem that had stumped several plumbers and handymen that I had consulted since the problem first appeared about 15 years ago! AND he fixed the current main problem that I was calling him for (no hot water in the shower). His rates were comparable to other plumbers, he was very professional and helpful and NEAT, and accommodated my tight schedule perfectly-completing the job in 1.5 hours! Will definitely call them again.
