We had scheduled Alex to unclog a main septic drain pipe with a day and time agreed by him. Day and time arrived but no Alex. Waited 30 minutes (I realize that other jobs can take unexpected time). No return call!   Then texted him after 1 1/2 hours still no contact from Alex.

My recommendation to you is to call ANY OTHEr drain cleaning company you can but DO NOT use Super Plumber Rooter Service. We ended up using another company that answered their phone, scheduled the service and then performed the work.

When our tankless went out after just 6 months, it was a challenge to find anyone who assisted with our home remodel to come and take a look at it. So we went to Yelp and requested assistance from multiple sources. SPS came through for us both in speed of communication and honesty in their work. In the end, they were able to identify and resolve the issue as well as worked with us to have our unit correctly updated in the manufacturer's database so that the work was covered by their warranty! They went way beyond what we were hoping for, and are now listed as our primary contact for any of our plumbing needs.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

I hired Gladiator Plumbing when I ran into some plumbing issues doing a remodel in my condo. I needed a shower valve cartridge replaced, a couple new angle stops installed, and a new garbage disposal put in. I was pleasantly surprised when Joe Bailey, one of the owners of the company, came out to perform the work himself. This is the kind of hands on ownership I like to see when I hire a local company to do work for me. I was not disappointed. Joe showed up on time, performed the work well beyond my expectations, and completed the job quickly and on budget. When he left, it was like he was never there. The job site was clean and his work was terrific! Most impressive was his knowledge of local building codes and the right way to plumb. The work looked great and I am confident that it will be trouble free for many, many years to come. If you are looking for a plumber and you want the job done right, this is the company to call.

We've had Mark from Triton out to the house several times for small and very large issues. He is very professional, reasonably priced, and works in a timely manner. He is always our first call when we need service.

I called Pipe-Thru Trenchless to do the job that Crown Plumbing couldn't.

Had low water pressure in the house and an apparent burst main pipe in my front yard (water bubbling up out of the ground). Crown Plumbing came out, looked at the water coming out of the ground, did some half ass poking around, concluded that they couldn't locate the leak, and told me to call a leak detection company. They charged me $300 for doing absolutely nothing.

Pipe-Thru Trenchless arrived, located the burst pipe within 10 minutes, and repaired it within the same day. It was a huge relief to have the water in our house up and running again.

I am happy to have finally found my go-to plumber.

Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for coming to the rescue when my shower got clogged! As a woman with long hair, it's inevitable for the drain to clog from time to time. I was having visitors come over and needed to have this situation fixed ASAP! I called 5 Star Plumbing and they gave me a reasonable quote and were able to come super fast! They did a great job and offered tips on how to prevent future clogs. Thanks for the fast service and well trained staff!

Paul did great work, quick to respond, and very reasonably priced. I had a leaky faucet that got progressively worse over the last few month. I wanted to get it repaired, but turns out it's better to just replace the whole faucet for future reliability and roughly the same cost. Paul also found the valves to have rusted significantly, and recommended replacement for those. He only charged for the additional labor, and provided itemized receipt for all the supplies used for this project. Very satisfied with Paul's work and would use him again for fixes around the house.

Great speedy service from Ricardo! He was professional throughout our text communication, arrived right on time with his partner, identified the issue with my kitchen faucet very quickly, and replaced the faucet in about an hour! I highly recommend Ricardo for handyman work!

Jordan was great!  He kept me advised as to timing and did a great job installing a several toilets in our house.  I would definitely call R.P.S. for service in the future.

Working with Russell and his team was an absolute pleasure through an incredibly stressful situation. As someone who does not know about plumbing, he took the time to ensure I understood everything. He gave me a thorough explanation of what it would take to fix it and a competitive quote that beat others I received. They were honest, knowledgeable, communicative, timely, and professional. Overall, it was excellent service, and I will be using them for any future plumbing needs!

While their work may be good, their prices are astronomical. Originally called in for a leak at the water meter, the finished product cost a whopping $29K. They replaced all the sewer lines under the house. What do those lines have to do with a water meter leak? I was able to stop them from gouging my widowed mother any further. Their explanation was they are obligated to do a full inspection and recommend any repairs they feel are necessary. Would my widowed mother argue with the reputable plumber when she is told by this professional that something needed repair or replacement? She obviously has NO training or experience in plumbing. They said she always was consulted before work was done. Of course she was. But how is she to know what REALLY needed to be fixed or replaced? The last straw was when they wanted to replace the hose bibs for the washing machine for $300. A $5 part and a ten minute job. Why would a reputable plumber who was called out to fix a leak at the water meter end up at the deep sink in the garage. They explained that they were more expensive because they provided a guarantee of their work. There are plenty of plumbers who can do that as well. Don't help them maintain their fleet of shiny chrome wheeled trucks. Call someone who wants to do a good job at a reasonable price and is ethical. Go elsewhere.

First ones to get back to me after posting to yelp. Called and they came out within the hour. Fixed my clogged drain and my leaking pipes. They wore booties in the house which was nice. They gave me a quote and that was the final charge when they were finished. I was very happy with their service and most importantly their price!  I will definitely be using them in the future when plumbing issues arise.

Adrian arrived promptly and identified our plumbing issue. We needed a new toilet. He installed the toilet without any  major issues and we will certainly call back for our plumbing needs in the future. Quality workmanship at a fair price.
