My garbage disposal died and I needed it fixed quickly.  They were extremely responsive and professional.  They were able to schedule an appointment within a couple days and they came on time and quickly replaced the disposal.   They were very easy to work with and reasonably priced.  I would definitely use them again.

These guys are great. My kid flushed a toy down the toilet and it over flowed. I couldn't for the life of me get it out.

Real plumbers were the first guys I found on the internet and I called them in a panic. They were able to come out relatively quick. They also didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

I really appreciate you guys not over charging me and coming out so quick. I could usually fix things like this. This time I was having trouble, but Real Plumbers took care of me.

Another company didn't set our toilet correctly and it had a leak. George from Plumbers to the Rescue did a great job and fixed things fast!

Thank you Flood Brothers! Guilio and Mike were fantastic. Guilio unclogged my sink by snaking it with a 50 foot line, fixed my leaky pipe under the sink, and crawled under my house to further examine the line. They recommended that I consider replacing my drains in the near future, since they are all about 70 years old. I plan to do this larger project in the next few months, and I will likely have Flood Brothers doing this as well. All around great company and wonderful customer service.

I called Monday morning and Luis was at the house that afternoon. He was friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. My kitchen drain was clogged and he snaked it 50 feet twice but the build up was too much. (We had it snaked a couple years ago and obviously that had just freed up the drain enough to get us to this point.) He ended up Hydroblasting it all the way down to the sewer and now all the build up is gone setting us up for a free flowing drain for several years if we treat it right. Luis was done with everything in under an hour and left the place clean and orderly. I'd definitely call Charlie's again (though obviously hope I don't have to!)

Alberto was readily available to fix my water heater, and two days later repaired my toilet (no labor charge) for cost of one part only (although I needed additional parts).  He is friendly and affable and works quickly.

Chris at Ace Plumbing provides top notch service.  It can be really difficult to find a good plumber and I finally found Chris at Ace.  He can solve any problem and his prices are very reasonable.  It's nice to be able to call someone and know that you can trust them with your plumbing issues.  

Also, Darcy in the front office provides excellent customer service.  She always works with your schedule to find the best time for service.

We had a leaking main water line under the kitchen sink and I did my best to fix it myself.  After fearing for the worst and possibly causing permanent damage I did a Yelp search and found Rockstar Plumbing.  Their reviews say it all.  Matthew was my technician and was to my home within the hour, true to his word on the phone.  He evaluated the pipes free of charge and diagnosed the problem in seconds.  He even educated me along the way.  In the end the leak was fixed and he was on his way in under 30 minutes.  

It's not often that you meet truly honest and genuine people, and I must say Matthew is exactly that.  His knowledge and kindness are second to none. His number has been rapidly distributed to my friends and family and I will go nowhere else in the future for my plumbing needs.  Do yourself a favor and use Rockstar Plumbing.

Called Mike to fix a broken pump and a tankless heater issue. He came out within a few hours, explained the problem and how to avoid in the future and offered multiple solutions including a low cost fix, and got it all done the same day. Would highly recommend for fair, efficient, and honest work.

We needed help fixing our shower (our water had to keep being shut off because our shower head would not turn off) and they sent someone out ASAP to fix the problem. They were able to fix it in one trip and gave great service. Will definitely use again for next plumbing issue.

My home buying experience has been stressful & new generation did not help the situation. Through a friends referral, I asked my agent to help coordinate a sewer inspection.

The guy came and stated he was unable to locate the clean out pipe which is usually on the side of the house. He said it would cost $750 to dig a hole 6ft x 6ft to search for it. He said he had a packed schedule and left quickly leaving us out in the cold. Now I was super stressed because I had another huge expense to worry about.

Our realtor got another recommendation through a colleague. We spoke to them on the phone, they gave a few alternate solutions which didn't cost $750 or digging a huge hole on a property we didn't own yet.

There other company came out...and found the clean out pipe within minutes on the side of the house which was hiding behind a trash can. I can't believe the guy from New Generation plumbing didn't bother look closely. Note that this is a small 1100 square foot house, not a compound so there are no excuses & they offered only one expensive solution when there were alternate cheaper ones we learned about from another company.

Honestly, plumbing is a huge headache and I would expect top notch service. If these guys aren't careful enough to find a pipe on the side of the house for a sewer inspection, why would you bother with a bigger situation. I do not recommend these guys and I'll definitely have a conversation with the friend who recommended them & make sure they understand my experience. Again, this was just for a simple sewer inspection but I would never contact them for plumbing matters.

5 stars for a reason people....called these guys with a leaking water heater. I called another company before them and fastest they could come was two days away. When I chatted with Zorro to see if he could come sooner he too was busy, BUT told me to turn off the water going to the tank to see if leak would cease until he got there - it did! Why the other company didn't tell me this I have no clue...I canceled their appointment and waited for Zorro. He also gave me a quote over the phone (which he stuck to FYI).

He showed up with a quality replacement and had the whole replacement and old tank out and  disposed within like 2 hours. Not to mention I needed a platform for my new water heater to sit on - he used some scrap wood in my garage and built an awesome platform right there on the spot.

Polite, clean, quick and honest....Z&H is now on my list of preferred vendors for SURE.

Just had Flood Brothers come out to help me with a bad smell coming from my washing machine. They were polite, kind and listened intently to my concerns. After inspection of the unit, they explained to me how to properly clean the washer and the filter to rid it of the smell. They also helped me with an additional concern coming from my sink....All for no charge!

These guys were two of the most honest and kind people who have ever stepped into our home! Will definitely use them in the future!

Mike was awesome, came out to my house within a few hours of calling on a Saturday to help locate a leak. He assessed my problem and told us what he recommended to resolve it. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

I wish I could give more stars to this wonderful team of plumbers.  My washer and dryer spigots had corroded, I needed a new dryer vent installed and my toilet had lost its water pressure.  They came EXACTLY on time, they were polite, accommodating and finished everything quickly and with attention to detail.  I will never use any other plumbers!
