We have used Rishon Plumbing twice now and have been very happy with their service. They replaced the hot/cold water valves for our washer & dryer. And, this latest time, they fixed a water heater and enclosure that was sloppily installed by a contractor. What I appreciate about George is that he is very responsive and honest. He will explain what needs to be done, he sticks to what is necessary, and never looks for other things to charge you for. He has a great team; they show up on time and do quality work. I highly recommend Rishon Plumbing.

Horrible service. We had an appointment between 10-12. The van parked outside our house for about ten minutes and then drove away. They claimed they called and yelled to get our attention (front door was open), but neither me nor my wife ever received a call or heard them. I noticed the van as it drove away, and I tried to wave down and yell to the driver, but he just ignored me. I then called shortly thereafter, and the plumber said it wasn't going to work out. When my wife called him a few minutes later, he claimed he had waited outside the house for 90 minutes, which is false and contradicted what he had told me just a few minutes earlier, that he had been parked outside for ten minutes. I don't normally bother leaving bad reviews, but this plumber was extremely rude and unprofessional.

To respond to the comments below, all it would have taken for both parties to win in this instance would have been to (i) call one of us to let us know you had arrived; (ii) ask one of the workers present in our home to let us know you had arrived; (iii) not ignore me when I tried to wave you down as you drove away; (iv) not be extremely rude and untruthful when my wife and I called to ask why you drove away; or (v) agree to come back at a later time, at your convenience, rather than refusing to provide service entirely merely because you were impatient and failed to try any of the options above. Any of these would have resulted in a win.

Called for a same day appointment and man did they deliver. George, the technician was awesome and super knowledgeable. He snaked our bathtub and unclogged it in no time! Would 100% recommend Plumber 2 the Rescue and George as the technician! Pleased customer

I discovered Charlie's Rooter Service through Yelp. Yesterday, I had a $2,800 quote from a big chain rooter service company to change the corroded and leaking pipes underneath my house. Charlie was my second quote of the day. After I read all the reviews, I felt confident to call him, and he was at my house within the hour to give me his price for the exact same job: $1,300. He came back this morning at 8:00 am sharp (we live in Sherman Oaks,) and finished the job by 10:00 am. I could not be happier with his efficiency and friendly attitude, and could not recommend him enough. From now on, I will never call a big chain rooter service again, as Charlie has undoubtedly become my 'go to plumber.'

Chris is the best plumber I've ever dealt with (and I dealt with a lot).  Extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite, efficient and very fair in terms of pricing.  I also talked with Darcy on the phone and she was very pleasant and efficient. I am fortunate to have found this plumbing company.

Rockstar Plumbing was not only honest,  but they were nice, courteous, and DID NOT try to upsale us on anything. Two simple issues taken care of in 30 minutes (toilet valve, and sink water valve). Our previous go to plumber ALWAYS tried to upsale everything (once even trying to get us to replace a toilet when a $75 repair was all it took). I would definitely recommend using them.

I don't have many complaints about the service, work, or experience I had with New Pro. Miguel was very friendly, was able to come out and help same day, and was respectful while in our space.

The reason I am giving a 3 star rating is because the prices were significantly inflated. I believe he raised prices knowing that a company was paying for it and that I, a 25 year old woman, wouldn't question his prices. Because of the situation we were in I just approved the price because I needed the leak fixed asap in order to not leave our tenants stuck with no kitchen use.

I then had him do a sink replacement (I bought the sink already) and he charged me $599 just to install it. I paid begrudgingly since I already awarded him the job. Then I had him quote a bidet hose switch out and he wanted to charge me $1549!! At this point I was angry at the audacity. I had another plumber bid the job and told him what New Pro was charging and his mouth dropped and he laughed... hard! He said he understands raising prices a bit to make money off of the job but said he does not even see how someone can get away with what they were. He bought the parts for me, and replaced 2 of the hoses for $550 total.

We had always had issues with our pipes and had annual rooter service which caused the pipes to crack under the house and leading up to the city line.  Victor was punctual and professional especially when dealing with the city which can sometimes be a difficult task.  He handled it with ease which made it easy for us too.  It is difficult to find an honest plumber and I've had so many experiences where the quote is based on how urgent the need is.  He has helped look at other quotes I've received and given an honest appraisal with no pressure to use him.  I can't recommend him and his crew enough.

Mike was so kind and efficient. Called in a frantic and he was so quick to respond. Came over and unclogged the toilet in under 5 min.  Highly recommend and will be using him again for my residence and business.  Thanks again mike !!!

I was referred to a few other places but Brian called me back even though he was out of town to make sure I got someone to help me within hours of my call. Nice guy over the phone and in person when he came to evaluate the problem with my shower, but I had to reach out to them after a couple days had passed since the consultation without any response.  They were having trouble finding the parts needed (understandably because my smitty plate was different than what came with the installed hardware), but I was then notified that he was leaving town for several days.  Another guy was supposed to contact me and pick up where he left off, but that never happened.  So I waited until a few days after he was supposed to be back in town, only to find out that they still had no answers for what parts were needed to fix my issue.  Pretty frustrating, and a waste of time considering someone else could've had this fixed by now.

Arrived on time and making the appointment was super easy. They did the cleaning of the water heater from hard water buildup. Finished the job quickly and helped with another plumbing issue. Will be working with them again. No issues.

Had some simultaneous pipe and disposal problems and found Flood Brothers on Yelp.  They were able to squeeze me in shortly after I called.  The whole experience was so pleasant, I might be slightly in shock.  Jerry  explained the problems well and gave me several options for dealing with them.  I'll definitely be giving him a call next time I need a plumber!

These guys are great. They got me up and running on a new property I had purchased with all new plumbing and a water heater. I want to thank Connie and her able assistant for responding to my call about a slow draining sink. She was terrific and explained that we really didn't need anything done at this time. This was after she had her assistant put a camera in our main drain system out to the street. She also explained how the drains in my old house were closing up with rust and at some point I would need to re-pipe. After she was done I went to pay her and she wouldn't take anything for her time. She was so upfront and honest about how she worked that I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely call her in the future.
