used rishon a couple years back to repair my ancient water heater. when it finally died yesterday, it took them less than 12 hours to come out and replace my water heater. friendly, fast, and efficient.

I found Real Plumbers via Yelp and they did not disappoint! Jose is very professional and was able to execute on the project I had on a very tight timeline. He is reliable, kind and great at what he does. Will definitely use them again!

Aptly named--My Plumbing Doctor has a great bedside manner.  Woke up on Sunday morning of a Labor Day Weekend with hot water pouring out from under my master bathroom sink--shut off valves have no effect.  No one around to tell me where the main shut off valve is for my unit or my building.  Dr. Eddie showed up in the time promised slowed the leak to a manageable trickle, immediately diagnosed the problem, removed and replaced the broken supply line with surgical swiftness and precision, leak stopped before the entire unit flooded.

Max responded to my quote request quickly and was able to come and unclog our kitchen sink on the same day. I also requested him to fix the stopper for a bathroom sink. When showing him the problem with the sink, he heard our running toilet and took a look at too. He came back the next day with parts to fix both problems. Now my toilet is working better than before and I have a working stopper for my sink.

I called flood brothers In hopes that they would have the knowledge to fix a on  going issue with my drains they sent out a tech his name is Giulio and he fixed the problem I am stoked no one can do it and Giulio did and was a super nice guy I would recommend  this company for the outstanding customer service and knowledge.

We had a backed up kitchen sink and an intermittent foul smell coming out of our laundry room during rinse cycles. We called Charlie's Sewer and Luis came out as promised. He was very professional and good about managing my expectations. We ended up hydrojetting to delay future build up in the pipes and to see if that could help with the smell. He also poured some bleach to sit in the drains for a few hours. So far it's much better.

Alberto is AMAZING.  I had another plumber quote on the same project -- relatively minor, fix bathroom leak (and ultimately replace bathroom faucet.)  The other plumber quoted double what Alberto did.  

Small projects like this are good ways to get a sense for how good the plumber is at estimating their work and if they are pricing things fairly.  This is a straightforward project so I had a basic idea how much this type of project should cost and it was about what this ended up costing.  Now, I completely trust him with other and bigger projects.

He gave me a fair price and his communications are excellent -- he told me exactly what was wrong with the facuet and how much to repair/replace and the actual amount did not exceed his quote.

He finished a job near my rental property and asked if he could come early.  My tenants were thrilled.

He is for sure my go to plumber.

They are fast and quick, we have started requesting any plumbing jobs in our managing properties around Santa monica and Hollywood area. We appreciate their promptness and way they schedule visits with tenants.

Victor was amazing. We had two plumbers look at our shower. It wasn't hot enough or strong enough. Victor was the only one who seemed to be able to fix it. I trusted him the minute i saw him get to work. Seriously don't waste time looking for plumbers this is your guy. Im calling him again for something else.

I called today to request someone to check out this gross odor in my bathroom. Anna Av responded quickly to my msg and mentioned they would arrive after 3pm.
Av arrived at 5:30pm and I told him the situation and he quickly proceeded to help me with the musty smell in my sink. Aside from that, Av was very polite and was not rushing to do the job.

Mandel ended up fixing our clogged kitchen sink on NYE of all days. It was not the NYE we expected but we were pleasantly surprised that we found him and how communicative he was during the holiday. We were even more impressed with his professionalism and knowledge as you never know how honest people can be. You can tell that he's a pro and this is his craft as he's been doing this for 20 years and comes from a family of plumbers. Overall, he was very informative and friendly at the same time and we highly recommend him to anyone!

These guys are great! I had some shower handle problems and it didn't seem like too easy of a fix for me. I contacted some plumbers through Yelp and luckily one of by them was New Generation Plumbing! They got me an appointment the next day and arrived within the 2 hr window. I had just gotten another plumber come and look at the problem but he seemed to quote me a pretty high price plus the other plumber wasn't as courteous as these guys. They introduced themselves as Henry and Hector then instead of just walking right into your house they put in their shoe covers first. Of course they are already masked up. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a fair quote, much lower than the other plumber. I felt at ease with these guys already especially Henry. He was always very calm and had the knowledge to explain everything. It was obvious he was trying to up-sell me on anything. They told me they needed an hour to get some materials and they were back within the hour and got the job done pretty quick. Where they really took the extra step was when they noticed another problem after and instead of leaving they offered to look at it and gave me some info on what i should do. Again, they didn't try to tell me it's going to be another xx$ to fix it. They told me what needed to be done. Really nice and professional! Would highly recommend

Great service. Really quick and inexpensive. I contacted the owner to snake the bathroom sink in my apartment. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Everything worked out perfectly!

The bathtub out of nowhere wouldn't drain for 2 days and the sink stopped up briefly. The appointment window was pretty broad but every time I called they answered and would provide updates on ETA. The plumber Junior was an hour away and kept us updated as he waited in traffic. He arrived and had a mask and put on booties to protect the floor. He was able to fix the bathtub and sink within 20 minutes and was really professional. Haven't needed a plumber in years but would recommend him for sure.

They were prompt and courteous. They could not help me with my heating system issue but there was no charge and the tech did help point me in the right direction. Will definitely use them in the future.

I needed a simple drain unclogging and send an e-mail asking for a quote.  The person I e-mailed said to call the owner Colleen on her phone.  Colleen seemed confused and annoyed and said she would have to come over to give an estimate.  On Father's Day I got a text confirming the appointment.  I left work early and came home to meet the plumber at 3:00pm and received a text at 3:03 saying that they would not be coming.  In short, I put in a lot of effort and received no service.
