We can't rave enough about George and John.  They took the time to explain what was needed and got right to work on it.  We had received estimates from several highly praised plumbing companies, but were incredibly impressed with George's myriad of well-deserved 5 star reviews on Yelp.  We found George's prices to be competitive with the other top companies, but what set George and John apart was seeing how much they cared about going above and beyond to do the job correctly.  They truly do care about the customer being completely happy with the outcome before they head out.  My wife and I were so pleased with George and John resolving our plumbing issues that we immediately booked them to come back and take care of a kitchen sink problem we had been putting off.  We appreciate their honesty and willingness to work with us on resolving all our plumbing needs.  We'll definitely be calling on them for their stellar services again!

We cannot say enough about what a great job Real Plumbers did on our renovation project.  Amazing value for our money  considering the professionalism, punctuality and above all excellent workmanship.  They presented us with multiple options and helped guide us in an honest and responsible way.  Their recommendations helped save us thousands of dollars that other contractors were trying to charge us for extra work that our small house did not require. 

We contracted them to replace the old and outdated plumbing, they re-routed all drains, vents, water and gas lines to accommodate our specific design in the kitchen and laundry room.  We could not be happier with the end results.  In the kitchen, they installed our sink fixtures, drain, garbage disposal, and set up a recessed waterline for our refrigerator.  They also roughed in a water line for a pot filler to be installed when we finish tiling the backsplash.  In the laundry room, they recommended and installed the appropriate tankless water heater and water softener for the size of our house, set up the recessed laundry hook ups and installed our utility sink fixtures and drain.

So glad that we found Max. He is the first plumber that I feel comfortable with to work on our plumbing issues. He is very friendly, confident, capable and honest. Before starting on a project, Max explains what he is about to do, digs right into fixing the problems, then gives you the details of what he has done. He also will tell you of possible future issues, especially when invasive tree roots are present. His prices are reasonable. We now consider Max as our go to plumber.

chris did a great job today. the kitchen sink garbage disposal wasn't working when he arrived and now it's working perfectly.  chris was thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. He got the job done and we appreciate the great service we always get when we call Flood Brothers!

Contacted thru Yelp, needed a main clean out rootered. Charlie was here in about 30 minutes, was very nice and professional. He cleaned up the mess from the main drain and left things nicer than it was before he arrived. Absolutely will call Charlie again!

Alberto was very professional over the phone.  He was able to come out the same day that I called to assess the problem that I was having.  The guy that he eventually sent out was super knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that I had made a good choice by calling him.

A nightmare clog on New Years Eve. Called Victors and someone came out within 2 hours - on a holiday!!!  Friendly prompt and took care of it. And No emergency fees tacked on despite weekend and holiday. Highly highly recommend.

Excellent, Excellent service.  My irrigation system was leaking (very bad).  Contacted Hermès plumbing via Yelp.  Was contacted within 10 minutes....they came out and took care of leaky system.  I highly recommend their service.  Pricing was excellent and the work was top notch!

The kitchen double sink backed up with ominous dark water. Called Rapid after DIY efforts failed. This is a great business and my plumbers from now on. Professional, skilled, honest. I would wait if they are busy rather than going with someone else if you can.

These guys were amazing!  They fixed our wiring that got crossed in our kitchen and now we can finally use our dishwasher without the disposal turning on, ha!

Jake is an amazing plumber with excellent attitude and customer services. I had a toilet replacement job in one of my rental apartment units. My tenant called in with this emergency situation since their toilet came lose and fell off. Jake came for the rescue within 12 hours.

When he arrived, my tenant has managed to re-secure the toilet back in place and made it functional again without any water leaking. Jake inspected it and could not find anything to repair. However, Jake inspected my sewer with his camera since we complained about seeing roots in the drainage pipe. He took his time to clear that rooter dranage concern while he was there.

I asked him how much I owe him later on. He surprisingly said nothing. He said that this is always part of his customer services to quote and inspect. No money is necessary if the need to repair is not discovered and no repair is done. Wow not even gas money!!! That's why I said that Jake is amazing!!!

I have searched and communicated with a dozen of plumbers before hiring New Generation. So glad that I chose Jake. He is not just honest but prices are very reasonable too.

Z is really professional and great at what he does. No BS either. Installed Water filter, Insta-hot water dispenser, 2 shower handles/Trim kits and replaced a pipe under our sink. Fast, efficient, clean, and was respectable with his pricing. I will definitely be retaining his services for future jobs. Highly recommended.

Our toilet was backed up (so pleasant) and I called Sal's right away. They came in no time and did a quick and thorough job clearing the clog. I will definitely be using them in the future!

I work in West Hollywood out of my Bosses Home.  I've had to get different services for him here- Cable, Plumbing, Contractors, Electricians, Air Conditioning Tech's... all sorts.  

My boss has hardwood floors, so we don't wear shoes inside.  These guys were not even asked- they got to the door and from their pockets took out shoe covers- AWESOME!  

I called and was able to have their team out the same day in a few hours.  Their price was extremely reasonable- we expected to pay a lot more.  They unclogged the restroom sink, fixed the clogged garbage disposal and dishwasher and adjusted the kitchen faucet.

I reached out to this company after hearing about their service from a friend. After speaking to Connie about the need to install seismic gas shut off valves due to the installation of our new roof (per Santa Monica City Code), I was so incredibly impressed with her service, level of expertise and willingness to help. Not only did she help educate me on what I needed, but actually called different vendors with me on the phone to help find other resources and quotes that might be cheaper than hers.
