I contacted Real Plumbers after the first plumber I scheduled an appointment with flaked last minute.  Jose promptly picked up the phone, gathered as many details about the job that needed to be completed and arrived ahead of schedule the next day.  A true professional, Jose arrived with the replacement part and after assessing the issue, explained that there was a small possibility that more extensive work may need to be completed.  He provided me with a quote in the event of the worst-case scenario, and I felt confident that the issue was going to be resolved properly.  Rather than blindly removing equipment and trying to complete the job in haste, Jose really took the time to asses the drain, pipes and had the exact replacement on hand. Thankfully, no walls had to be opened to fix the pipes as we had anticipated.  Jose is a true professional offering impeccable customer service and his expertise made it possible for the job to be completed in a timely manner. Our kitchen sink got clogged, like SUPER clogged such that there's not enough Drano in the world to help. My husband is pretty handy and he snaked the drain, etc, it was gross and didn't help. He called Plumber 2 The Rescue and was told someone could come by the next morning. Cool. THEN, later that afternoon, we got a call that George was in the area and finished a job early and could come over in about half an hour. George came over, was super professional (we are a no shoes household and he even politely asked about taking his shoes off), then he fixed the problem in like five minutes, even taking care not to kill my Sugar Snap Peas, which were growing in a box right under the clean out drain thing. Thanks George!!

I reached out to A-1 for an estimate to upgrade my water heater. After some minor phone tag, I finally was able to connect with Max. He was informative, helpful, and very professional. I ended up not doing the upgrade, but would definitely recommend reaching out to Max if you are considering a water heater upgrade.

These guys are honest and fast. Our shower became suddenly and intractably clogged yesterday. Another company came and said the main line was blocked and needed over $1000 in repairs with no short-term relief offered. I called Charlie's for a second opinion this morning, and within 20 minutes had everything fixed for $50 with a recommendation for follow-up maintenance at way way less than the other company had demanded. I would definitely hire them again, and will use for the bigger jobs too since I know they are honest and professional.

So my plumbing was clogged one fine Sunday and the usual remedies weren't working including snaking the cartoon drain with my consumer level tool. I reached out to the Yelplisted businesses and Saucedo plumbing messaged me back in 5 minutes with advice and asking to call him to discuss the problem.

After talking for a few minutes we basically decided that the main was clogged and the line needed to be cleaned out. A quote was made and I was even told a way to alleviate the problem and offered to wait for Monday for a cheaper service visit.  I was surprised that this was even offered but my boss told me to get it fixed and I jumped! Lol.

Alberto came out and cleaned out the drain of some roots as discussed future options including periodic services versus a more permanent option including costs.

I have to say that this company exceeded my expectations for honestly, promptness and service. Will definitely be using them in the near future for my plumbing needs!

Chris and Randy did a great job snaking our bathtub which had a grip of standing water stuck in it. They showed up on time, we're super communicative and even tidied up our bathtub afterwards.

We had this company come to our house to quote a few plumbing issues.  My guess is they do not have many customers who verify the price of what they charge with another plumber and verify if the work they say needs to be done really is necessary.  Chris, the technician who came to our house quoted $650 to replace a 1' pressure regulator valve (part cost roughly $150) and $325 to change out a Moen shower faucet capsule (part cost $45) and $75 to auger a toilet.  The cost would have been roughly 1k for the whole job.  I declined to have the work done.  It seemed a little bit too much and I have a regular plumber I use who does a great job, but couldn't make it over the same day, hence the call to Rockstar.  It turns out the pressure in my house was not in need of repair.  It was at 70 PSI when tested and if it needed to be done should have cost $400 or so.  In addition, the shower capsule job should cost $150 or so.  In summary,  the prices they quoted were extremely high and the work they prescribed did not need to be done.  They get 2 stars as they were on time and fixed a washer on a sink free of charge.

Miguel did an incredible job at repairing two of our toilets in a quick and efficient manner. He even came back today to help repair an additional part of the toilet that required the purchase of two pieces. We are so grateful for his expertise and professionalism. Miguel wore a mask, gloves and booties to protect our home during this crazy time of COVID-19.  Thank you, Miguel!

Victor was very kind and professional, and solved the plumbing issue that we had in our crawl space quickly and affordably.  We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an excellent plumber.

Excellent service and very professional. They came and fix the clog in less than 5 minutes. Will call them again if I need too. 5 stars!!

Showed up on time but that's where the positives ended. He had an apprentice with him named Kevin who was learning the tricks of the trade which is fine. Charged me extra for removing my laundry sink to get to the clean out access but in the process of removing the sink noted that the drain for the sink was shoddy. He said he would fix the drain on reinstall as part of the fee he was charging but he never did. At the end said he didn't have the part in his van and was not willing to go purchase the part. Told me to go to Home Depot and buy the part myself, it's 5-10 bucks only he said. When his assistant went to reinstall the water connections to the sink he cross threaded the pipe and ruined the faucet. Mandel (owner) complained that the faucet is cheap and it was bound to happen. He told me to go to Home Depot and buy a better faucet for 60-80 bucks. When I asked him can he replace the part himself he said he didn't have a faucet in his can. So in summary, he charged me to removed the sink to snake a drained clean out access but proceeded to damage the faucet on reinstall. You know something is wrong when you hire a plumber to do the work and he tells you to go to Home Depot to buy the parts and clean up after him. That's poor workmanship. At the conclusion of the job, he left the floor super dirty and untidy. Overall, very unimpressed with his cleanliness and tidiness. Lastly, when it came time to pay him, I gave him my credit card but he said he had to charge me 5 percent transaction fee if I used a CC. This fee was never discussed at the beginning when he accepted the job. If I were to call a plumber again, I wouldn't recommend Mandel. He was a nice guy but not a great plumber.

Great service. I called for clogged sink rescue and the person on the phone was great. Got an appointment on the day that I requested. Chris arrived on time and he immediately identified and fixed the problem. Price was also reasonable.

Martin and Carlos are fantastic plumbers. They are super professional and knowledgeable. They came right on time and took a look at minor leaks in two toilets and were able to immediately assess and mitigate the issues. I would definitely work with them again

After a disastrous experience with another provider (who, in my defense, was foisted on me by my terrible home warranty company) I contacted this company on Yelp and the experience was like night and day. Zorro, the owner followed up with me promptly, courteously, got all the information he needed via text and then arrived on-time to our scheduled appointment. He replaced our water heater so competently and efficiently that it looks exactly the same (except you can't miss the shiny, brand new water heater). This company really sets the bar high for in-home services. And while I hope I don't have any other plumbing issues for a while, I'll definitely reach out when I do.

Phillip was nothing short of spectacular. Called me morning of appointment with arrival time update, thus  narrowing my 4-hr window to 15 minutes!  Professional, amiable, and clean, job was done quickly and brilliantly.  I couldn't be more satisfied!

They were prompt and courteous. They could not help me with my heating system issue but there was no charge and the tech did help point me in the right direction. Will definitely use them in the future.

Got a call from a tenant on a Saturday saying their shower wasn't draining and water was coming up in their tub. My usual guy was not available. Got these guys on my neighborhood social page. Called them and told them the situation and asked if they could go out next week. (I didn't want to pay extra for the weekend!). Greg told me that they would go out in a few hours! I asked him the price and he said $125, same as during the week. (NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE WEEKEND!) Awesome. They went out fixed the problem and even snaked out the clean-out on the side of the building with no extra charge. Called Greg back and scheduled them for Tuesday for 2 other apartments at a different location. They are now my NEW USUAL guy! Thank you!
