These guys are great! They were able to fit me the next day and replaced my garbage disposal quickly. Very grateful! Would definitely use them again.

Once again Jose and his team to the rescue! Can't believe we needed them twice in just the first few months living in our new place, but they were just as fantastic with our shower issue as they were our toilet problem! Definitely our go-to helpers!

Robert came out and replaced our water heater at our house in Los Angeles a few weeks ago. Super knowledgeable and professional, was able to advise on a number of other issues also. The water heater itself was a bit difficult to remove but Robert worked late into the night to get the job done and was super tidy. He was with us all day and didn't finish until after 10pm, but still charged us only regular rate. Highly recommended.

Max was the best. I called with a clogged sink and a corroded pipe and he was here in forty-five minutes! Friendly, fast, and professional. Definitely just became my go-to plumber.

Joe Flores did a fantastic job and was wonderful to deal with.  First appointment quickly assessed the work to be done.  Second appointment was scheduled for a handful of days later, due to both of our schedules.  Unfortunately for Joe, the recent heat storm had by now knocked out my air conditioner so he had to do the work in a very hot environment (ie it was cooler now outside!) and he completed it well with a positive attitude and good humor.

I have used quite a few plumbing companies and I have found that Charlie's rooter is by far the best plumbing company. When I called for service they were here within an hour, they found what the issue was, he pointed out where the problem was and chalked it out for my husband to see when he got home, I was able  to video what he did with his camera to explain everything to my husband, he guarantees his work for 90 days he explained every detail that he did I couldn't be happier.

I paid them $300 to fix a leaking toilet two times in 3 months.  After the toilet started leaking a third time, they quoted me over $800 with a discount to redo the drain pipe.  I ended up paying someone else under $400 to do the same job.  They are very responsive to your calls.

Their service was top notch, extraordinary and stellar!!! I was highly impressed with their receptionist, and coordinator, Darcy, who answers all the phones. She also does the scheduling, and who knows, but obviously more behind this small family owned business- by Chris and Warren, a Father & son dynamic duo!!

Their service was quick, prompt, honest, professional and efficient!!!! They do quality work that you can trust and rely!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ESPECIALLY if you don't know anything about plumbing. They will take you for a ride through Disney World, and we all know how expensive that can get.

I called New Pro to come do a job at my house, a job that I know how to do, a job I've done before twice in my other two bathrooms. It was a simple job that I knew I could do in two hours. I just didn't have the time to do it, because it was during the holiday season and I was trying to get my house ready for my family to visit.

They sent a plumber named Miguel. Miguel the crook. Miguel the liar. Whatever you want to call him, just don't call him for plumbing service. He forged the work order estimate, he lied to my face numerous times, and he kept trying to add money to the total bill.

MY FIRST MISTAKE, was that I opened my mouth and told Miguel I had family coming the next night. I will never make that mistake again, to anyone performing a service, to tell them I have somewhere to be or people to impress. He tried to hold me hostage over this. For some reason, he also thought I was a totally idiot, because he tried to run the biggest scam on me I've ever seen.

ESTIMATE:
First of all, he told me he was going to need to open up the wall in the bathroom, so that he could install pipe. I damn near fell out of my shoes when I heard that! It was the most ridiculous thing I'd ever heard. There was absolutely NO REASON for him to touch my drywall. All we was doing, was replacing the pipe that connects the sink to the drain pipe. I had all the parts. The job should have taken no more than 30-45 minutes. He LIED to my face, and told me that he couldn't fix it without doing that. I had to sit there and argue with him for 5 minutes, show him the other two sinks I installed, before he relented. Okay maybe he's really that stupid he believed that nonsense, either way, no excuse.

MY SECOND MISTAKE, was agreeing for him to do the work after he tried that scam. Honestly, the price he quoted me to do the work was fair, $125 to switch two faucet handles, and then replace some pipes under the sink. Like I said I had family coming so I signed the work order.

JOB:
After an hour and a half. He told me he was done. I checked, and the pipes under the sink were properly connected. However, HE INSTALLED THE HANDLES ON MY SINK BACKWARDS. He tried to play dumb, and tell me that's what I said I wanted, and that in order for him to fix it, it was going to be another hour and a half and that I would have to pay another $100.

I couldn't believe it. His mistake and he wants to charge me for it. BUT WAIT, IT GETS BETTER!!!

SHADY CONTRACT:
I asked to see the contract. He showed it to me, and he added $20 to the work estimate I had signed. He added it after the fact, and crossed out the total and wrote in a new total, as if that's what we had agreed upon. He told me he needed to add $20 because it took longer than normal.

I mean can you imagine this. This stranger comes into your house, a week before christmas, and then proceeds to try and completely screw you. I was so absolutely irate.

TRIED TO KICK HIM OUT:
I told him not to finish the job and leave. He continued to argue with me, and then kept trying to lower the price of his final bill. Which BTW, had ballooned over 95% more than the original estimate, totaling $245.

CALLED HIS BOSS:
I threatened with calling the cops, but decided against it. As soon as I pulled out my phone to look up the number, Miguel ran and got his cellphone. I dialed and while the phone was ringing, Miguel called, and his boss picked up HIS line. Then he walked out the front door talking to him, his boss ignored my call.

I left a message, and then tried calling his boss back to no avail. Miguel came back into the house, and said he would do the job for the original price he quoted me. I really wanted him out of the house, but he seemed remorseful and I thought maybe his boss set him straight.

FELT THREATENED!!!
He acted like the biggest prick of life, kept muttering under his breath. I was so nervous the whole time he was in my house, I really thought he was going to try and do something malicious.

FINALLY
He finished the job, which should have taken less than an hour and a half, it took almost FOUR HOURS!!! Because of all the back and forth, and his mistakes/lies. I was so pissed, I had so much stuff to do that afternoon. I tried calling his boss back again that evening, no answer. Two days later his boss left a voice mail message, but I was so mad still I couldn't even talk to him.

Victor is great!  He is always professional and provides great options to get any problem fixed as quickly as possible!  He is my go-to guy for sewer inspections and I can always trust him to give me an honest assessment.  I highly recommend Victor!

I highly recommend Hermes Plumbing. I contacted a few businesses to install a small bathroom vanity. Mike responded immediately. He was on a job but promised to contact me to set up an appointment when he was finished.  He later texted to let me know that he was still working and assure me that he would call soon. Great communication. Mike and his partner came out a few days later and did an excellent and professional job installing our bathroom vanity and connecting the pipes and faucet. They cut the baseboard so the vanity would be flush against the wall, secured the vanity to the wall, siliconed the counter and backsplash to the walls. It looks great! Believe all the positive reviews. They are the real deal.

I don't write many reviews but wanted to comment on genuinely great service and a sincerely good human. I recently called Rapid Action and spoke to Mandell and told him of my shower drain clog. I explained that I tried all the quick remedies but needed the drain to be snaked. He immediately said no problem when can I come by to take a look. We booked an appointment but somewhere in my communication the day of service was misinterpreted. Mandell called me on Friday to let me know he was en route to the house, I had to tell him I thought I had booked for Saturday and again he said no problem. He then explained that he and his family were on baby watch and that Saturday may not happen.  I said I definitely understand. Saturday morning I received a call from Mandell saying he maybe able to come by in the afternoon if everything with new baby goes as planned :). Needless to say at roughly 3pm Saturday afternoon, this gentleman shows up at my door. He then apologized for making me wait. Seriously, his wife just had a baby and he apologized to me?!  He came in, was able to clear the drain in the shower and then asked for cleaning supplies to clean the shower.  I immediately said get out of here and go spend time with your new baby!  Very few people have this kind of work ethic and commitment to customer service in today's society. Thank you for fixing the shower and restoring a little hope in humanity.

Matt came out, super friendly & informed. I've had other plumbers out here trying to fix this drain, and still charge me w/o fixing it. Matt fixed it in short order.

The owner and staff were all super responsive to our request and was able to complete the job in a few days. Also, the price was much more reasonable that a previous quote we got from another company!

Called Z & H Plumbing and left a massage, Zorro called me back in less then 10 min.
I had a problem with my water heater and I thought I need the new one.
Zorro send a plumbers in scheduled 2 hour window and keep me informed with txt massage when they will arrive.
After checking the problem they fixed the water heater bad saved me some money.
Thanks to guys for honest and professional service, next time I have plumbing problem I know who to call.

We needed to have 2 bathroom faucets installed and after reading reviews we chose Flood Brothers. I phoned and received great service  setting an appointment. We were sent a confirmation right away and a plumber contacted us letting us know when he was on his way, Tracy arrived in time and he got right to work! Installed the faucets, cleaned the drain and cleaned up!!! We felt very well taken care of. I forgot to mention that before he began the work he gave us a firm quote if the cost. Everything works and looks great. We will definitely use them in the future. It is so comforting to find a company that we can rely on for great service!!!
