Home warranty company denied handling a water heater malfunction, stating it just needed cleaning. Called flood brothers to go out of pocket for the cleaning. David arrived on time and professionally reviewed the water heater in detail. He opened up the panel and found the broken part and said it should be covered under warranty and the unit possibly replaced - it wasn't in need of cleaning. He took pictures and gave me a detailed description of the issue to relay to the home warranty company. The home warranty company has already agreed to reassess and address thanks to David. While he was here, I on the spot requested estimates for other work and he was right on it. Punctual, forthright and knowledgeable. Thanks!

Ramon showed up, clean and efficient and unclogged a piece of plastic that was stuck in the toilet. Quick and easy. Made the call at 10am and was told Ramon would be at my house within 2-3 hours and he was. Great service.

Alberto is a real pro. He found the right part and fixed an issue two previous plumbers couldn't. Very responsive to calls/texts. Very reasonable price.

30 days after Chris answered to my emergency call last time, I brought him back to remove the osmosis water system and dishwasher in my kitchen. There were always unexpected issues with the old worn pipes in my unit, Chris got enough tricks to deal with them, including soldering an extension tube which connects the stop valve. Thanks to his work, the flooding risk in my kitchen is minimized as much as possible.

Rockstar Plumbing provided excellent and friendly service! Joe was so helpful and kind and took a lot of time explaining each problem area we had. He was so thorough with his work. I would highly recommend using them for you plumbing needs.

Miguel was contacted again for a large pipe replacement and installation, a waste and drainage pipe from the main ceiling located in the garage of my condo in Marina Del Rey. I was thoroughly and totally satisfied with the work, the time invested, the overall fee for this work, and the after clean up that was involved in this particular project.

I am perplexed by a negative response on this review site as I cannot imagine any challenges in working with Miguel, his team and with New Pro Plumbing.  There is not only excellent communication and accountability in that you know he will do what he says he will do (and do it right and well) but there is an overall courtesy that one does not often find within the Plumbing industry at large.  I am definitely referring Miguel to anyone in my local area in Marina Del Rey because I feel the sincerity, honesty, and the results that I have seen from two major calls that he handled well & in a timely manner, are major reasons  to promote his services.

One other important information to note.  Miguel can be reached after hours which is totally comforting and does not put extra $$'s involved on calls to diagnose after normal working hours problems.  Lastly, Miguel can be reached quickly.  In the past, I have left so many messages with Plumbers and there was no return call within a timely manner.  There is a prompt courtesy here that one does not find often within this industry but there is a trust that he will respond and you can know from me that he is competent.

I needed a plumber immediately. I had leaking pipes and a backed up sewer. I didn't know any plumbers, so I went on line and searched for one based on reviews. Victor had all these incredible reviews. If they were accurate, Victor was the plumber I wanted and needed. I found out every review was right. Victor cares about you and is concerned about your problem, plus, he knows how to do the work. He's honest and fair in price. The work is done correctly the first time. I can't imagine anyone being better. Victor came as a plumber, and by the time he finished, he was a friend too. I recommend him knowing you'll be in good hands.

I called Mandell around  8:30pm and he rreturned my call as soon as I was hAnging up. Telling him my issues over the phone about a busted main water line, his guys were backed up with jobs and couldn't get to me  right away BUT he gave me a lot of knowledge over the phone about which direction or avenues on how I should try to handle it until he could get to uS if need be. Because it was an HOAA issuue it made more since you go with them. I will definitely keep his info for the future.

I was in a terrible state this Thanksgiving.  Our toilet went down and The kitchen sink.  Rocket Plumbing was the ONLY plumber to respond and they responded quickly and did a great job!  I was desperate and they were heroic.

My kitchen sink was leaking, I called a few plumbers and no one was available. I called new generation, Martin and his buddy came in 20 minutes, they didn't even charge for an on site estimate, while others charge $90 just to show up. I used them for a few times and they always come fast and fix it perfectly. Their work is efficient and reliable. I definitely recommend them.

11/10 5/5 100% Z&H will be able to help you solve your plumbing concerns.  I was able to get a virtual quote from pictures sent to the owner Zohrab immediately upon contacting Z&H through their Yelp page.  The next day, the Z&H team showed up on time and completed the job in the time requested. They brought their own floor protection and were very respectful of my home.  I highly recommend Z&H.

On the job quickly, any size job done well and on time. You can trust what they tell you needs doing and haven't charged for diagnostic work giving several different levels of possible fixes and prices.

Thomas was wonderful and so quick to respond when our kitchen sink was backed up late Saturday afternoon -- just two days before we had to move! I want to write another review because these guys definitely deserve it. Their service is amazing! Came at midnight on a Saturday and fixed whatever needed to be done. He got up on the roof even though there was no access and got the job done. Their price, service, and staff is the best!

We were in dire straits, roots in our pipes, a full house back-up and breakdown of all basic plumbing needs during the time of Covid is no small amount of stress.  Not to mention that our home owners warranty, naturally, has an exclusion to doing anything related to roots.  So here we were:  stuck, a son just home from dental surgery and no way to run water in our house because we had no way to drain water.  We are a one bathroom house and we had already waited over 24 hours for our warranty people to show up only to be told they couldn't do anything for us.  The need was real that we have capacity to have a functioning home.   We had been told by several plumbers that they were incredibly busy at this time of quarantine and we were looking at getting even just estimates in several days with the potential of not starting on a job for several more days.  Reminder:  one-bathroom house!  Stress!  After talking with a lot of recommendations from friends, Connie at American Drain Works and Plumbing took the most active interest in helping us solve our problem and immediately got to work on assessing our needs.  They were at our house the next morning at 8am.  Her team and this dynamo of a lady boss herself were under our house, giving us options, working with us on all levels to do what needed to be done.  Her trusty artist with drains, Lalo and his team, worked all day and half of the next.  We learned so much not only about the job, our contract, a true plumbing work ethic but also the follow-through from a dedicated team who cared about the quality of their work, and the quality of their relationships with their clients.  We got excellent service, customer care, & attention to detail, working with us while we got the financials in order,  from this outstanding Westside Woman owned/Lady Boss Team.  I cannot say it loudly enough.  Connie, Lalo, Joan and your whole team, we are sold on you and how you love helping people and problem-solving and solution-building to make the world a little bit nicer.  These are challenging times and this was a challenging week for us.  We recommend American Drain Works and Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs.  They are based in Culver City and I highly, highly recommend them to my peeps in their service area!  It was a stroke of luck that I got them on the phone and I'm so grateful to them.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!
