I got a great deal and they came quite quickly. put in a request at 11 at night, they called by 6:30am and were here by 9:45 which was awesome! they fixed the slow drain and my toilet (which was disgusting) and charged me a really really really reasonable price!

VERY PLEASED with Charlie's Rooter.  They answered the phone right away and scheduled an appointment for the next morning.  As promised, Luis called on his way over.  He was very thoughtful and professional - our kitchen drains and sewer lines were almost completely clogged with years of grease and gunk, and the lateral line to the city sewer was blocked by thick roots.  He jetted and snaked the lines, removed the mess and roots, got our drainage flowing nicely again, and cleaned everything up quickly.  I've hired other plumbers & rooting services for different properties, and I can say that I was very happy with the service and cost from Charlie's Rooter.

We called Ace after a different plumber (who gave a cheaper initial quote) did a half-ass job installing our new toto toilet and bathroom faucet. After the install, The new toilet rocked back and forth when we sat on it, breaking the caulking below, and clearly wasn't attached to the floor right. We didn't trust the original plumber to come back and fix it properly. He was either ignorant or lazy. The ACE office manager Darcy was so kind on the phone and even suggested the 1st company might be able to fix it for us free of charge, but we really wanted fresh professional eyes rather than risk damage or waste more time. The ACE business owner Chris came by that day to check it out for us and easily identified the problems. The first plumber had only used 2 of the required 6 screws mounting the toilet and just hoped we wouldn't notice (screws hidden under the skirt)!  Chris also voluntarily fixed another issue the other plumber had ignored on the installation of our new bathroom faucet, to be nice. Chris was efficient and didn't over-charge even though he easily could have.  Chris and Darcy at ACE have won us over for life, and we will tell our friends. Don't buy nice new fixtures and cheap out on the installation. You'll regret it. Sometimes, plumbing included, you really get what you pay for.

After a brief misunderstanding Salvador corrected everything for me immediately. Salvador is excellent to work with.

Miguel came in and replaced our disposal within 24 hours. Great service and quality work. Highly recommended.

We called Rapid Action Rooter on a Saturday with a semi emergency and Mandel came over right after he finished his other job. He was fantastic and fixed our blocked disposal in our kitchen sink that was backing up. He wore his mask and was super professional. Sam the technician is a knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and smelled better than any plumber i have ever dealt with before.  My fathers house in Beverly Hills had some real plumbing issues which are to be expected from a house almost 100 years old.  After trying to snake the main myself with a commercial grade snake i started to do some investigating under the house thru the dungeon known as the basement, and found i had a small lake under the house and of course found the old cast iron pipe that had just toooo many years of water in it and had broke,  Sam quoted me a price and was there the next day to fix it and even added a few more feet than originally anticipated at NO EXTRA CHARGE,  The only thing i had to do was approve Sam making the crawl Hole opening  just a little bigger as his muscular body would not fit thru the hole.  After that was done he was on his way to places under the house that i could not even see him but heard his grinder.  Few hours later he emerged and problem solved.

Reached out to the company and got a response back in less than 10 min. Natalia spoke with me over the phone and got all my info. Assured me they would have a team member at my house within the next hour.

Fernando showed up on time and was super friendly! He asked me questions about my bathroom to determine the potential problem. Within a minute, he was able to determine the possible thing causing the problem. He advised me to wait a week to see if anything changes and if not, to give them a call back.

Overall, friendly and reliable company! I especially appreciate Fernando's honesty and willingness to help. Instead of urging me to spend unnecessary money on services, Fernando advised me to try out this solution first. Definitely would recommend.

Was lucky to meet the owner Zorro whom helped us change our old broken 50 gallon water heater into the 75 gallon new one at less than $3000.

I used this company three times and their crew blew me away each time. First for a camera inspection prior to buying a house. Second for installment of new faucet. Third was for a general house call to tighten and seal up some loose, leaky pipes. I didn't catch the names of the two awesome guys who came out the first time. Brendan and Giulio came to my house the second and third times. Their customer service, professional demeanor and their quality of work were outstanding. These guys are champs and totally trustworthy. You absolutely can't go wrong choosing them. You would have to try very hard to dislike these pros. Their price was very reasonable and they gave good recommendations to avoid unnecessary cost! Thanks again guys and best wishes to your continued success. I'll continue to recommend you to everyone I know just as I have been doing for the last two years!

I highly recommend this company! I had an emergency the other night with a copper pipe leak and they answered the phone call immediately. Thomas came in less than 30 minutes and replaced the copper pipe with a better-quality pipe. He is extremely professional. If you ever have any emergency, don't look for any other company because Sal's plumbing is the one! Don't forget to ask for Thomas, I promise that he is the plumber that you are looking for. Connie is a true LIFESAVER. If I could give her ten stars I would. My toilet at my office had some serious issues, and she was there within just a few hours of me calling. I had to close my business because we didn't have a toilet, and she just out the gate understood my situation and got to it in record speed. She vetted the situation, then had her team there in no time and got the whole issue resolved. Her knowledge and professionalism and timely manner was truly next level. Not only was she there in a jiff, she charged us fairly. It's sometimes very intimidating when you have an issue that is completely out of your wheelhouse, and it made me feel so relieved that she was so transparent and cool about it all.
