George is a very nice guy, and work with great efficiency. If u want quick and nice work, I would recommend him.

I was having trouble with my dishwasher not draining, and Jose and Alberto were super helpful in checking it out and getting it to drain, even though it ended up being an issue with the appliance itself and not the plumbing. Further, I had a question about the handle in my shower and Jose showed me the piece I needed to buy to fix it and explained how to install it. All of that and he didn't want me to pay! I had been putting off calling anyone for a very long time, and Jose and Alberto made me feel so grateful and relieved with their great communication, honest answers, and patience. I could not recommend them more highly.

I found PTTR via Yelp and was very satisfied that they sent someone over in 2-3 hours and the repair was done fast for the minimum hour charge. I recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

I hired Max at A-1 to replace faucets throughout my condo.  He did a great job and was able to complete the the job in one day which was appreciated.  He was responsive on Yelp and gave me a quote quickly.  Taking a star off because he was late a few times to our appointments as other reviewers had mentioned but it was 30 mins to an hour, not a deal breaker.  All in all happy with the work I had done by Max and would recommend hiring him.

Our plumber Giulio was amazing! He was so considerate about our home he even put shoe covers on before entering and when he was done he cleaned up after himself as if he was never even there! Such a friendly guy and he unclogged our toilet in less than 5 min! Would totally recommend!!!!!

My shower drain was clogged. Ramon came out within an hour and fixed the problem. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and fixed the problem right the first time. The lady that answered the phone was also very nice. You can't go wrong with choosing this company for plumbing issues.

Chris was extremely helpful. On time and saved the day! I called the day off the issue- a clogged kitchen sick, and he was able to be over within two hours to root the pipes. Chris was informative and was willing to check the drainage on the other sinks I'd had- very thorough gentleman!

Mike and his brother came to our house the very same day we called them, thx guys!  They fixed our clogged sinks, explained everything to us so clearly without the usual plumber speak and the cost for their services was very competitive.  We have used Mike and his brother several times before and each time they have exceeded our expectations!

I was in need of a garbage disposal replacement and Matthew and his colleague provided excellent service! They were prompt and efficient, and also answered all my questions regarding the issues I was having. Matthew even took some extra time to look at a different problem I was having in my house. I hired this company to install a $250 water filtration system. They sent two guys out to install it and I was charged $395. They installed the small faucet lopsided and the unit made a sound like a motor car. They sent two guys a week later to fix the problem. But the loud, spontaneous motor-like noise continued. They indicated that there was nothing they could do. I end up hiring water filtration company and a whole new unit. If this company cannot install a simple water filtration system, I'm not sure they could be trusted with a bigger plumbing job. I would not use them again for any plumbing problem.

Came home one day to find my water heater leaking. Bad times. I called a lot of places and got a lot of estimates. In the end, the total cost of the replacement from Z&H was the among the very lowest. Better yet, I felt pretty confident that there wouldn't be any surprises when they arrived. They asked me to text a few photos and came back with a quote immediately. Based upon the very high reviews on Yelp I told them to come by.

George and John were there within 3 hours, and I had running hot water less than 90 minutes later. The job was done well, and they left the place clean. I highly recommend them, and will use them for my plumbing needs in the future.

Connie and her team are the best -- reliable, professional, knowledgeable, responsive. Connie answers her phone on the first ring, calls back promptly; gets there when she says she will (or if late due to traffic, etc., texts to keep you posted), assesses the problem quickly and explains in detail what you need and what your options are, is reasonably priced,and is kind and respectful. I could not recommend her more highly especially for complicated drain and sewage problems.
