Incredible service!  George and John are super efficient, fair, and friendly.  I had a water heater replaced, and they were so professional, honest, and focused.  I plan on using them again for all my plumbing needs including getting new faucets installed!  What a pleasure utilizing their services.  Highly recommend!

I needed a shower valve replaced, and Jose was fantastic to work with from the get go. He came out quickly to take a look, gave me my options, and was easy to schedule and communicate with. On the day of, he and Alberto even had time to help a neighbour with their issue on short notice. Friendly, a pleasure to work with, and my shower's never been better.

Gave them a call to get an estimate to replace three toilets in our townhouse. I spoke with Warren, the owner, and we were able to negotiate a very fair and good price. It was probably about the same price as Home Depot was charging, but Warren and his guys gave top notch service. To this day with all the in-home repairs we've received, no one has ever provided the same level of service.

To start off, Greg was sent to install the toilets. He was running just a few minutes late, so we received a call from their office to give us a heads up. When he arrived, he noticed he was stepping into an Asian household so without hesitation, removed his shoes out of consideration! Fast forwarding into the installation. I asked him if I could take a look at his work since I had considered doing the install myself. No problem! He was even happy to show me step by step and some of the parts that he recommended to use! Boy, was I happy we hired a professional to do the work because I probably would've caused all sorts of plumbing problems had I done the installation!

The full install took about a day and a half because Greg couldn't carry two of the toilets by himself from our upstairs bathrooms without an additional hand. However, it wasn't too much of a hassle because he really tried to work around our schedule since he didn't anticipate on the first day that he'd be unable to handle the entire job by himself.

I would definitely recommend My Plumbing Doctor to anyone having any sort of plumbing problem. The level of service they provide is unmatchable and the prices are very fair. If you can, ask for Greg. He's a really cool guy with great skills.

Alberto wasted no time getting to work on my kitchen faucet and drain and bathroom sink drain and faucets. After completing the work he cleaned up. I have had plumbers leave a mess bigger than when they arrived...NOT ALBERTO!

Alberto cares about his work and ot shows. He would not leave until he fully snaked one of my drains! That extra care tells me it is more than money, he protects his reputation!

We had Ace Plumbing help us replace a toilet and faucet. From start to finish it  was great service. Darcy was super responsive via phone and email. I don't know about you, but we  many service providers, it's hard to get them to even call you  back half the time!

Chris came by to look at the situation  and provide an estimate. They do charge a fee for this, which goes toward the service. That's reasonable for me, since you are taking up their time. The day of, they gave us a two hour window and showed up in the middle of it. Worked through the day and finished early afternoon. When they were finished, Chris gave me a call  to confirm what they had done along with any issues they might have come across. Again great communication all around. I came home, and confirmed they also had cleaned up after themselves and also moved our belongings out of the way to make sure it didn't get dirty.

Their work was great, and everything was done very professionally. Hopefully we won't run into any issues with our plumbing, but if we do, we are happy we have a reliable service provider. Thanks Ace!

Sal gave us incredible service. He was able to explain everything to us and let us know how to shut off our water so that our coffee machine would stop leaking. He even checked our water pressure after noticing it seemed a little low. We will be calling Sal for all of our plumbing needs in the future for sure!

Response time was promptly and courteous. New Pro Plumbing replaced our 14-year-old heather and did a great job.    Replace all necessary pipes and adjusted and/or fixed other minor observations.   Miguel was kind enough in pointing out correction that needed to be made and corrected them.  I would highly recommend New Pro Plumbing

My sink wouldn't drain. Now it does.  Bathroom looks cleaner then it did before Victor fixed it. Plus 30 day warranty.

Hermes Plumbing came to save the day again.  I used my Fidelity Home Warranty and always ask for them. They never make me feel bad I went through the warranty service. Mike took my call so early, before 8 am, and came out within just a few hours to unclog my master bathroom toilet plus sink. They've done our first floor bathroom, including improving the set up for a better flush, kitchen sink, and garbage disposal. They are so nice, respectful, experienced, and efficient. They are truly my heroes. Thank you!!!

I had a great experience with Rocket Plumbing.  My kitchen sink was backed up big time.   Sam came out and worked his butt off until he was able to unclog the pipe.  Then, he graciously helped me clean the kitchen, which had become quite a mess.  

Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would highly recommend Rocket Plumbing.

Writing an overdue review as New Generation Plumbing assisted me in a huge way a few months back.

I am the facilities supervisor at my company and we hold many events at our office. One day during a memorial service event, we had a pipe issue with our bathrooms. Waste was coming up form the drains in our bathrooms.

I gave New Gen plumbing a call and they responded as fast as they could, within an hour of the issue.

It ended up being a big job that required replacement of pipes and running a fiberglass liner through the rest of the system. They gave us a more than fair price for the amount of work being completed.

Martin was my primary contact and he was attentive, honest, and diligent in solving all of our issues. I will be using New Generation for our plumbing issues moving forward. I definitely recommend them.

Called these guys after reading such great Yelp reviews.  Did not disappoint.  Zoro returned my initial call promptly and gave me a free estimate.  He came out to fix my water heater's pilot assembly early in the morning so we would have hot showers before work!  Very friendly and professional.  Will use again in the future (though hopefully not anytime soon, lol.)

They were eager and responsive to schedule fixing my drain. I rearranged a ton of my plans and then they just never showed up. I called when no one showed up and they said they couldn't send someone over during the time frame they promised. Great thanks for letting me know (only after I called) after they missed the appointment time. Very frustrating and unprofessional and so I can't recommend them.

Made an appointment and the person did not show up on time. As with many, weekday appointments require coordination with in-office work schedule. Incredibly disrespectful of a customer's time. Would give a 0 star if possible.

My home warranty sent a guy from 911 Plumbing Services named George. He was prompt, professional, friendly, considerate (wore shoe covers), and accommodating. He fixed my leaking toilet, faulty kitchen faucet, and water temperature quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company!

Just had Connie come out with Lalo for hydrojetting and replacing a broken garbage disposal. They were great. Very professional and Connie is a great teacher. I'm looking forward to attending some of her basic plumbing classes. Prices were reasonable for such good quality work. Really happy to have found such a great plumber!
