I recently used Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters for a plumbing issue at my home and was extremely impressed with their service. The plumber arrived promptly and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He explained the problem and provided a range of possible solutions, outlining the pros and cons of each option. Once we agreed on a course of action, the plumber got to work and completed the job in a timely and professional manner.

The quality of the work was excellent and the plumber left the work area clean and tidy. The price was also very reasonable, and I felt that I received great value for my money. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink and called them for a quote. Jose came the next day and fixed everything up while I was in a work meeting. Excellent job, service. Totally satisfied and will be calling them if any other plumbing needs arise. Thanks Jose!

First off, I'm a real homeowner and idiot when it comes to plumbing.

I came home one night after work and found a stream of water flowing down my garage. I called 5 other places that claimed to be 24 hours, but only Max (my new plumber for forever) answered. He came out to my place at 11:00pm and diagnosed the problem. He probably would have fixed it that night as well, but to repair the problem he would have to go through my neighbors house (I live in a townhouse and we share a wall).

Max came back, crawled under my neighbor's house, replaced a pipe, and only charged me a VERY reasonable amount of money. Heck, he even gave me a discount! Max could not have been a better plumber, both from a technician stand point AND his customer service. Can not recommend him enough.

My mom had a pipe burst and major flooding in herbmaster bathroom on Sunday night  . They were fast, kept me in the loop the entire time,  Brenden arrived, he was quick to diagnose and treat the broken pipe. He was very professional, courteous and empathetic to our situation and my mom age.

My regular plumber was unavailable over this past weekend.  I contacted Charlie's Rooter last Sat & Danny came over on Sun AM.  He was on time & professional.  He cleared my 2 clogged drains & cleared my main sewer line.  He left all areas clean after he was finished.

He was very responsive to my inquiry. He was on time and did a great job at a reasonable price. I found my new plumber.

I had a great experience with them. I asked for a free estimate on some plumbing issues and they came out the exact same day and quoted such a reasonable price I agreed to have my repairs done that day. The plumber they sent out, Sal, was knowledgeable, polite, and very skilled at plumbing.  He made the repairs in a short amount of time, gave me some great plumbing tips

You know the sayin I got a guy? Well I'm happy to say that Victor is now our got a guy! He was a total professional with us. Punctual, hard working, and most importantly honest! He took his time explaining the job he was going to do and I never felt dumb asking him a question.
He did a sewer lining for us. Ours had a slip from the main house. He also did all our pipes below my home. 100% hire this guy. We went through about 5 different companies that definitely were trying to milk us for every nickel and dime. So, we are stoked to find someone that we wanted to work with. Thanks Victor!

Hermes sent Mike and his brother out to address our broken kitchen line to the drain. They showed up on time, identified and fixed the problem in short order. They were courteous and professional. I am pleased to be able to recommend these tradesmen.

5 stars all the way! Mandel really knows his stuff. This man and his business gives plumbers and the plumbing profession a  good name. He came in took charge and got the job done after another plumbing company botched the job and kept trying to up the price on my family.  He is knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy.  He is definitely now on our list of trusted professionals and the one we will call first from now on...

Would like to say this was a good experience but it wasn't.  I read several reviews of Rocket Plumbing on YELP and decided to hire them to flush my water heater.  I spoke to someone on Saturday and he told me that they were available on Monday between 2 and 4.  I texted my home address to him. I took time off work to be here for the appointment. It is now 4:40 pm on Monday afternoon.  No one from Rocket has shown up or called me.  I called their office and Chris answered the phone. I told him I didn't want to see them and if they showed up I would not answer the door. No stars is appropriate but YELP won't allow that.

Henry did an amazing job on replacing my old all jammed up toilet lid! He is really fast and clean. Highly recommended!

Zorro was quick to respond to my call via text.  Using pictures I texted him, he was able to provide a quote for replacement of an old water heater with an outside gas water heater.  He clearly explained differences between our options and scheduled installation for the next business day.  

The job required running a new gas line from the meter under the house to the very back of the house.  It involved reconfiguring the previous pipes we had to fit the new water heater.  We didn't get any other quotes because I'd heard he had great pricing and I believed he would do a good job.  He did a great job!  

His work was neat and tidy. Our inspector commented on several things that he did which were not required by code but excellent.  It was something to do with how he grounded it and the angle of the pipes as they left the heater.

He was professional, kind and respectful.  He arrived promptly when he said he would for all 3 visits: for the install, to prepare for inspection, and following inspection.  My husband asked him to move the control box to a different location after the install so it was accessible inside and he gladly did so.

I purchased my first deal through Angie's List a couple of weeks ago. We had a problem with a nasty smelling bathroom, which no other company was able to fix.  Giovanni from Flood Brothers worked his magic and the smell was completely gone!   Two weeks later...still odor free!

I had a water leak in the wall and I thought the worst. But, Thomas assured me he could take care of it!  He was very thorough and explained the work he had to do and I appreciated that. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

Courteous, effective, and quick.  Greg showed up an hour after the first call and got our leak closed off about an hour after that.  Even though he couldn't visually see the leak, he identified the line that was causing it and capped it off, allowing us to have running water through the rest of the house so that we could have time to figure out how to resolve the leak.  Also, he only made the necessary cuts to the dry wall, and didn't cut giant chunks of wall out, which is helpful for our repairs.

In the last week, I've had several plumbing problems in a row and I've been thrilled with the kind of response and as well the professional work that was done by Chris and his guys.  It really is rare to find a company that does this kind of work with no hassle.
