It was really a good job I choose those guys for relating my toilette,
I own a restaurant in Venice and I can't close the restrooms,so I asked the company to come early on same day and they did for me,
We drove together to Home Depot and they even helped me to buys the right one for the restaurant,
I think they are the best plumbers I had so far in the building and I am going to use them from now on.

Responsive, reasonable and professional. Jose showed up on time, answered all my questions about all things plumbing and got to work right away on installing an above ground brass water spigot in the backyard. He had advice on some larger plans I was considering for the backyard and couldn't have been nicer. I have finally found my go to plumber in Santa Monica. Call him.

Max came down on a short notice this new year's eve as I had a bad clog upstairs in two bathrooms.  He had given me a reasonable quote and he stuck to his word when he was finished with the job.  He was reasonable being that it's new year's eve.  Max was reliable, efficient, and down to earth.  We had placed other calls and it made us feel that we would be in for a real surprise for a typical clog job.  Good thing we decided on Max!

I recently called the company for an estimate on a garbage disposal in my home which was not working. I received a prompt response via Yelp from the  company. I then placed a call into the company soon after and they were able to schedule an appointment within a few days of the call.

Tommy was assigned to my job and had called me ahead of the appointment to let me know of his eta. Upon arrival, Tommy was very professional and came masked and wore booties on his shoes. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about products and was able to understand and fix the issue within a short time. He answered any questions I may have had about the issue, products and any other potential upgrades I could make.

I would definitely use the company for future plumbing work at my home and would highly recommend them and Tommy to my friends and family.

Our dishwasher and sprinkler were not working at the same time. It turned out that the dishwasher had appliance issue and not be able to fix--We need to call an appliance repairing. But the sprinkler's issue was an easy fix (just reprogramming) and he didn't even charge us! He also pointed out the water pressure issue that we'll have in the future and gave us an estimate. You saved our day! Thank you.

So happy I found this plumbing gem! I had a couple of bidet seats that I needed help installing, as well as a few shower issues. I reached out to Alberto thru Yelp, explained what I needed done, and he gave me a great quote and scheduled time the following day. On the day of, he gave me a call, let me know that he could actually stop by a little early, and arrived right on time. He and his partner were super professional. When they stepped into my house they already had shoe covers in hand! They immediately got to work, with a mat to cover the ground, and then carefully wipe down everything they finished working on.

Plumber came so quickly to help with a drain emergency! They resolved the issue quickly- prompt and had all around great customer service. I hope we do not need their services too much in the future but it's a relief to know that if/when we need a plumber in the future that we can depend on Ace.

I had been having a screeching pipe on the side of my house for the past 3 weeks and worried it was an issue with our underground plumbing/water heater.  I called Rockstar Plumbing early on a Friday morning and they scheduled an inspection with Dejon first thing the following day.

Dejon texted that he was on his was and showed up right on time. I walked him to the source of the screech and he quickly diagnosed that it was not a water heater issue but a pressure regulator issue. After a few minutes he had fixed the screech and explained everything to me about the next steps. I appreciated his thorough advice and honesty. The next steps were clean and concise.

Rockstar plumbing will be my go-to plumber as long as I live in this area.

Miguel came within 30 minutes & had our clogged drain snaked & clear within another 30 minutes! He is such a nice guy, & he even put shoe covers on to not track things in our house. We also thought the price he quoted was very reasonable. Could not be happier! Will definitely call Miguel again the next time we need plumbing help.

My son recommended Victor's Rooter and Plumbing, and I can't thank him enough!  He is the nicest owner/operator.  In my son's case, while other companies recommended expensive drainage work when he moved into his new home, Victor's told him that it was not necessary and did an excellent job taking care of the issue for considerably less.  I called Victor's because of a backup that seems to have resolved itself before he got here, and while he spent considerable time investigating the issue, he didn't charge me because there was ultimately no problem.  Honesty leads to good word of mouth in the case of Victor's Rooter and Plumbing.

Mike was so kind and efficient. Called in a frantic and he was so quick to respond. Came over and unclogged the toilet in under 5 min.  Highly recommend and will be using him again for my residence and business.  Thanks again mike !!!

I called Mandel for a couple of issues. He responded promptly and helped me out more than I ever could know. He sent out one of his employees and they finished the job with perfection and left the area clean. Very friendly and kind group of plumbers. Always willing to help and answer all questions. Martin and the other technician (didn't get his name) were amazing! Not only were they professional and knowledgeable (they came by today and fixed the issue instantly) but they were also great people (didn't try to rip us off and even wore booties inside). So glad I have found a respectable plumber I can trust. We just moved to LA and ill use them for everything in the future.

When my garbage disposal broke, 911 sent Art out the same day.  He was replaced it quickly and managed to preserve the pipes it was attached to sparing me additional costs.  I highly recommend 911 Plumbing.
