My water heater conked out, and these guys gave me great quotes right away, explained the likely cause, gave me lots of options. They came by the very next day, determined that the tankless would probably not work with my set up, and immediately replaced my tank water heater for a very good price. Very professional and trustworthy. I would use them again.

He called me at 12:30 asking if he could come at 3:30 - 4:30 instead as he was stuck on a job. Fine. I thought how nice of him to let me know. I waited. And waited. 3:30 came and went. 4:30 came and went. Not even a phone call.

I called this morning and was thankfully able to get a same-day appointment a few hours later for a clogged kitchen sink and a main line preventative clean-out. Edwin came on time, and was competent, professional, friendly, efficeint, and respectful of our house. I appreciate that the company uses modern technology to email invoices, text appointment times, etc. Their rates are fair and I will definitely be using Plumber 2 The Rescue again!

A-1 Rooter & Plumbing are the best! We just had Max and his team replace our main water line as we had a hole in the old pipe. His team did an excellent job, the quality of their work is top notch. Max is great with his communication, his team is very friendly and they were always on time with the project timelines. We have worked with several plumbers and none were this good, I'd highly recommend A-1 Rooter to anyone.

I was having issues with rain water backing up and not draining to the street. Louis came to the house on time and very helpful. Within 5 minutes he found a 3 foot root clogging one of the drains and removed it. The system works great now, just in time for more rain.

Wow!  What a great experience.  They gave me a quote and stuck to it.  Arrived same day and took care of my leak AND ran a rooter just for good measure.  Didn't try to up charge me with any surprises either.  Chris did a great job and was very pleasant and professional.  I definitely recommend them.

I called Miguel at evening for a clog in our kitchen sink. He stopped by 2 hours later and fixed the problem quickly. He was knowledgable and professional, and I am happy with his work.

Should be called Houdini's Rooter and Plumbing. Victor did show up to check out the job, a simple pool deck drain clean out. He scheduled to return to do the job, but never showed up. I texted him after waiting for 1/2 the day. His excuse was a family emergency...that was over 10 days ago. I've never heard from him again to reschedule. Hope his family is OK, but IMO a professional would have reached out to explain or reschedule.

Our tankless water heater was going out intermittently. Mike and his partner diagnosed the problem quickly and informed me that the unit would have to be replaced. I thought it would be a huge hassle and that they'd have to come back the next day to complete the work, but they were thorough and efficient, replaced the unit and we were back up and running in just a couple of hours. Will definitely call them for any of our future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them.

We needed to replace a leaking hose spigot, they were able to send out two technicians very quickly, and fixed it in a short time at a fair price, even though they had to come back separately to be able to turn off the water.

Very reliable, easy to communicate, great service and great prices. Zorro is the person to call when you need plumbing, gas and water heater work. He doesn't waste your time and does quality work. We had him replace our water heater, as well as do some capping work. Don't bother calling around and try to get Zorro do your work.

Have used Flood Brothers a few times. Today I had a leak suddenly in my ceiling that I couldn't figure out.  Brandon came by quickly even though it was late on Sunday and found the problem right away.  He had to knock out some drywall but he was careful to collect the debris and also wore a mask the whole time.  Will call them again the next time we have an issue!

Made an appointment and the person did not show up on time. As with many, weekday appointments require coordination with in-office work schedule. Incredibly disrespectful of a customer's time. Would give a 0 star if possible.

Tonight after most plumbing companies had closed, we had a pipe burst and our bathroom was flooding with water. We turned off the water main, but the water still wouldn't stop. After frantically calling several other 24-hour plumbing companies and getting either voice mail or no answer at all, I called 911 Plumbing Services and was absolutely shocked when a real person answered the phone. She told me she could have someone out there in a few hours between 9:00 - 11:00 pm.  She called again at 9:00 and said they would be there in 45 minutes.

It took Mike (plumber extraordinare) less than 45 minutes to arrive. He quickly stopped the water, assessed the problem, and formulated a solution. Within an hour he had cut into the wall and replaced the part of the pipe that had broken. Best of all,  the price was extremely reasonable considering the nature of the problem and the time of night that it occurred.

I truly can't say enough good things about Mike. He was kind, respectful, professional, and he did an awesome job.  He's an awesome representative for 911 Plumbing Services, and I'll never hesitate to call them again.

Connie and her team have been to our house three times in the recent past.  The first time they came on a Sunday and fixed a broken sewer pipe.  It was a dirty, icky, messy job, but they never complained and did an excellent job.  She even made some suggestions to improve the situation in the future.  A couple of weeks ago, they came back to replace a leak in the bathroom.  They had to crawl under the foundation and ultimately, had to put a hole in the wall to replace the pipe.  The whole thing was very tight quarters - but again they had smiles on their faces.  On that trip they also had to install a kitchen faucet.
Today we noticed a leak in the kitchen faucet and they were here within 30 minutes.  Plus the issue was fixed in 5 minutes and they didn't charge me for the service call!  The best plumber I have ever used bar none.  They will be my first call ALWAYS when I need plumbing services.
