I used Rishon to repair a water heater. George was responsive and super professional, took care of things really quickly. I'll use them again in the future and definitely recommend.

Jose showed up on time, answered all my questions about all things plumbing and got to work right away on installing an above ground brass water spigot in the backyard. He had advice on some larger plans I was considering for the backyard and couldn't have been nicer. I have finally found my go to plumber in Santa Monica. Call him.

We used Plumber 2 The Rescue several times through the years.  They replaced our pipes with copper.  Yesterday, George came and replaced the tube that connects to the drinking water/ice maker in our refrigerator, and he also replaced our sink faucet.  He was very nice and polite.

Chris from Ace Plumbing and Rooter just left my house after doing two emergency repairs late at night.  He was excellent in every way!

First it did not take him 15 minutes or even 10 minutes to respond to my call but two minutes.  He said he would be here within 15 minutes and he kept his word.  

He fixed clogs both in my toilet and in my kitchen sink and was super friendly and courteous in every way.   Best of all - He ended up charging me even less than the quoted price.

My water heater recently sprung a leak and had to be replaced. I reached out to Hermès plumbing in order to have my water heater replaced. They were able to come over immediately and assess the issue. They were able to get me up and running with a brand new 40 gallon water heater within just a few hours. The two technicians that completed the job were brothers. They were both very professional and respectful of my home. Both of them wore a mask and used paper shoe covers when walking through my home. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need if you're looking for fast, friendly and expert service. I'll definitely use them again if any other issues arise.

Great customer service! We had an issue with our garbage disposal and Mandel was able to fit us in same day to replace it. Gave great advice to ensure we did not spend extra than needed to replace our system. Highly recommend and we will use their services again for future plumbing needs!

I pray that we never have another plumbing problem, but if we do, I'm calling Rocket Plumbing. Chris came out quickly on an emergency sewage backup in the guest bathroom in April. He did a thorough and efficient job, explained what the issues were, and advised that our landlords should get the carpet steam cleaned.

7 months later, we had another backup from the washing machine drain. The landlord called, and Brian must have been concerned given how upset the landlord was, and pulled Chris off another job to come out and fix the situation immediately.

Chris cleared the blockage, used booties to avoid getting the carpet dirty, and was sympathetic to the fact that our landlord first tries to blame us (the tenants) for when stuff breaks at their unit, even though the place is over 12 years old and hasn't had plumbing maintenance done once. (We have the place cleaned weekly and also are careful to collect hair, Kleenex and compost material to throw out in the garbage instead of down sinks or toilets... I mean, we've lived in houses built in the 1920s in the Northeast, where pipes are riddled with tree roots, so we KNOW not to throw things down drains/toilets!)

I give Chris a ton of credit because I think he may have an injury or physical handicap, but he was easily able to maneuver the washer/dryer units and get his heavy snake equipment up and down the stairs. (I have very little upper body strength, so am pretty much worthless when it comes to lifting heavy equipment.)

This is a 5-star operation.

I will be recommending them to anyone who has a plumbing problem. As a former homeowner, I've worked with plenty of contractors before, but these guys tell it like it is, give you a fair quote, show up on time, and get the work done. If I could put 6 stars I would!
I had a leak in a very tight and difficult area to access and it was a on shared pipe with a neighbor. In other words, It was a nightmare.
I called other plumbers to give me a quote and most of them told me that either they couldn't because of the difficulty of access or that it would cost me a limb.
Thank god I contacted Z&H. When I met Arsen and Arsen, their customer services, demeanor and honesty gave me comfort. I knew I could trust them. They gave me a fair price (under the other quotes) and told me with certainty and professionalism how they will fix the issue.
When they came to my place, they covered their shoes, wore masks and were very respectful of my belongings. In order to fix the issue they had to open the walls, and they made sure to open any area only if it was necessary. By doing that they also save me money as they limited the damages. I can go on and on how I am please with them.
They are my plumbers for life!

I had a minor plumbing issue I needed fixed quickly and my usual plumber was not available. I took a chance on these guys today and am SO happy I did. They answered on the first ring, were professional, helpful and courteous & had someone at my door within a couple of hours. They called, as they said they would with an ETA, and were right on time. They completed my repair very quickly, were tidy and once again totally professional. The price was very reasonable & now I am just making a list of all the things I'll be having them back for. Look no further, give these folks a try, a good plumber is a rarity but an honest one is even harder to find. You'll get both here, so what are you waiting for?
