Absolutely the best plumbers you can find!! We just had two big floods in a row and Jose was here within 30 minutes each time, stopping the leak, fixing the issue and getting disaster clean up on the spot immediately. Even before these issues, they were already our go to plumbers! They did repairs on a new purchase with a lot of issues and worked on some big projects. Everything went smoothly and Jose was very informative, patient and most importantly persistent about fixing anything that needed fixed. He even found a replacement fixture that was very difficult to locate! The crew is amazing!!! If I could post more than one review, I would! These guys are truly REAL PLUMBERS!!!

Our kitchen sink stopped draining over the Thanksgiving weekend.  When I put out a call for estimates, Max responded quickly with a reasonable flat rate estimate, then showed up on time and did an excellent, thorough job of fixing the problem.  He dealt with various inconveniences and glitches (e.g. our hose anti-siphon device soaked him) with good humor, and he helped me out with another small task (extracting a broken fitting from our shower head) while he was here.  100% positive experience, highly recommended.

Can't say enough about Flood Brothers.    Timely, efficient, honest.  I own a local business and I will be switching to Flood Brothers for all of our plumbing needs.  Philip was courteous and extremely helpful.

Update; Charlie and Company just installed a new water heater for us. I found out yesterday at 5:30pm that our water heater would not restart. I immediately texted Charlie and asked for his services based on past experiences. Charlie, John, and a third crew member showed up the next day with a smile, a firm handshake, and a willing-to-please demeanor. They quickly assessed, diagnosed, and concluded that indeed a new unit was required. Then they set to work resolving the issue at hand. Charlie ran out to get a new unit while John began dismantling the old one. And we had hot water running within 2hrs! Special acknowledgement to John who was able to explain the importance of every step he took and is truly a plumbing superstar! This is now the fourth time Charlie's team has come to our rescue (last time was a super Sunday emergency call where I first witnessed John's craft) and each and every time it has been with fantastic service, friendly interactions, and reasonable prices. Thank you Charlie and Company!!

Charlie and his crew are amazing! We needed to replace our main sewer line (made of Orangeburg pipe) to the city and also wanted to replace all horizontal drain lines under our home (2 toilets, shower, tub, 2 bathroom sinks, kitchen sink, and laundry area). Charlie himself came out on a Saturday, as that is my only available day, to provide a free estimate for each job. He was on time, friendly, warm, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He provided me a verbal quote on the spot and followed that up with a written estimate the next day. Not only were Charlie's quotes the lowest of all the estimates we received but he also promised an additional discount if we decided to proceed with both jobs simultaneously. And to my great surprise he said both would be finished in one day whereas other technicians said it could take two to three days, maybe longer. When we decided Charlie was our guy I called him to arrange a date and he was completely flexible to our schedule and needs. We agreed to go ahead with both projects and he reiterated to me it wouldn't take longer than one day. Now here's the kicker... Due to work requirements I wasn't able to be home (though I had a proxy) while they worked and, I'll be honest, that made me extremely nervous as I like to keep an eye on things and surely there is something unexpected that pops up on every job. Charlie assured me it was not an issue and that he would keep in touch via phone. Work day... Charlie and his crew arrived promptly at 7:30 and got right to work. At 8:30 I received my first report from Charlie and unfortunately they had encountered the unexpected pop I feared. Turns out the main drain line connection from the house runs under our back concrete patio and if we proceeded as originally planned they would need to break up the concrete in order to access adding time, labor, and expense. Needless to say I was concerned. Fortunately, Charlie and his crew had already brainstormed a solution that avoided the costly and time consuming removal of concrete. They created a new access point on the side of our home, dug under our foundation, found the connection point, and bypassed the stretch of pipe under the slab. Genius. From that point on it was all systems go. Using their trench-less technology they blew out the old pipe while simultaneously installing the new 4 line. And while this process was taking place Charlie had other members of his crew under our home replacing all the drain lines. It was a well oiled machine. How do I know since I wasn't there you ask? Because Charlie updated me constantly throughout the day with text messages and photo history of the progress. I got home a little after 5pm and they were just cleaning up and testing everything. One day as advertised! Charlie walked me through what had been done and I was thrilled at not only the quality of work provided but also for their efforts in leaving nothing but footprints behind. You could barely tell they had been there. Thanks Charlie! You definitely get the call for all our future plumbing requirements.

When our old garbage disposal unit broke down, we knew we needed to install a new one immediately.  Alberto came to our home on very short notice and installed a new unit promptly and affordably.  We appreciate the kindness, honesty, and courtesy Alberto exhibited to us, and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a fantastic plumber.

Chris and Darcy are a great team and our go-to plumbing service provider. Darcy is always highly responsive in booking appointments. Chris is very trustworthy and does high quality work for a great price. They've helped us over the years with toilets, trash compactors, water pipe issues, etc. I highly recommend giving them a call when you have plumbing needs.

This is the company you want to use for anything plumbing. I used to be with another company that I had to keep paying over and over for effectively the same job. I was tired of having the same sink issue so I decided to try Matt's company Rockstar that I heard about through a mutual friend. He came and handled our broken sink fairly quickly and its been three months of finally being problem free. The other company kept blaming whoever constructed our piping system when our house was built and that it was wrong/etc but Matt came in and replaced the parts and charged me less in labor then they did. Its nice to know there are service people out there who are honest and hold their skill and craft at the same level as their integrity. I will only use Rockstar now because they are trustworthy, handle the job, and have competitive rates. Thanks again Matt.

I don't have many complaints about the service, work, or experience I had with New Pro. Miguel was very friendly, was able to come out and help same day, and was respectful while in our space.

The reason I am giving a 3 star rating is because the prices were significantly inflated. I believe he raised prices knowing that a company was paying for it and that I, a 25 year old woman, wouldn't question his prices. Because of the situation we were in I just approved the price because I needed the leak fixed asap in order to not leave our tenants stuck with no kitchen use.

I then had him do a sink replacement (I bought the sink already) and he charged me $599 just to install it. I paid begrudgingly since I already awarded him the job. Then I had him quote a bidet hose switch out and he wanted to charge me $1549!! At this point I was angry at the audacity. I had another plumber bid the job and told him what New Pro was charging and his mouth dropped and he laughed... hard! He said he understands raising prices a bit to make money off of the job but said he does not even see how someone can get away with what they were. He bought the parts for me, and replaced 2 of the hoses for $550 total.

Sewer line backed up. Victor was at the property literally 2 hours later. Took care of the problem really quick and charged a fair amount. Will definitely call him again!

Mike and his brother were both very professional, pleasant to work with, and very nice people. They are the type of people you'd want to give business to.

Mike was able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment. Not only were they thorough in their inspection, they fixed the clogged laundry pipes quickly, double tested it after and wiped the area down, they even helped me push the laundry and dryer back in place. Prior to leaving they provided me some great tips and advice, and they offered me a discount for the next appointment.

Excellent service! Mandel came out on short notice and was very prompt and professional, and resolved our drainage issue very quick. Very genuine, sincere and caring individual and I felt that he really cares about his customers and wants to provide the best customer experience, and he definitely delivered! We will be using him for all of our plumbing issues in the future.

Just had a really nice FREE quote today about how to take of all my things at home that way I won't have any problems in future! Also will be hiring this company to do some work on site of lounge! I was recommended by friends and the prices are reasonable!

The plumber came to see the problem, we had a leak. The plumber who showed up quoted me $400 for the job. I agreed. After taking everything apart the price went from $400 to $650. In other words, dishonest plumbers. They will give you a reasonable price so that you'll hire them for the job, but then expect a great hike in the price. This is the second time they did that to us.
I will never call them again.

I have a shower that leaks through the glass encloser and called these guys to come and get an estimate.  Mike showed up and right away was honest and let me know that it was better handled by a shower enclosure specialist.  He did not charge me for the visit.  I appreciate the honesty vs them throwing something together for a quick buck.  I will definitely be calling them with any other plumbing issues I have in the future.  Honest men in the service industry is a rare trait.

Thomas came to the rescue on a Sunday when our garbage disposal / kitchen sink clogged up in our old townhome. Not only was he punctual and professional- he quickly fixed the problem and took extra measure to ensure our pipes were clear! Thank you so much Sal's & Thomas!!!

Highly recommend.

I had two other companies come out to look at a thing, and the quotes they gave just didn't seem right. Connie came out, looked, and took out only what drywall was necessary to diagnose the problem. She then showed me exactly what was wrong, explained why it happened, and what they were going to do to fix it. I said, ok, and then they fixed it... at a lower cost and less time than the other two companies. 10 / 10!
