I am generally skeptical when I see very high ratings for a business on Yelp (surely must be a bunch of friends and family posting ridiculously positive reviews).   But having worked with George at Rishon Plumbing, I honestly now understand why so many customers would feel compelled to go out of their way and take the time to rave about them on Yelp.  At least as of this moment, I don't think I've worked with a company (be it a plumber, electrician, handyman, etc.) that has provided this level of service - genuine, patient, highly knowledgeable and really cared about fixing our issue.  All the positive things that others are saying about them are true.  I've had a number of negative experiences with different service providers recently so was almost surprised when George would call back precisely when he said he will, was not irritated regardless of how many questions i asked, was accommodating to my schedule even when I know their schedule was very busy, etc.  These guys really raise the bar for everyone else.

I have been using Jose for 20 years and he has always done a fantastic job.  From water heater replacement, leaking gravity heater, clogged drains and faucet replacement.  Our house is 100 yrs old and Jose is able to take care of all our issues.  He is very responsive and most importantly, trustworthy.  We had to leave town and needed work.  We gave him our code and key and came home to the work done and cleaned up.  I will never use another plumber.  Jose can do anything and do it well.

Very professional, flexible with times, and reasonably priced considering they fixed my issue on a Sunday.  The plumber took off his shoes before entering my home (nice touch!), quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it just as quickly.  Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again!

We had a backed up sink and shower drain, and after calling Max this morning, he showed up this afternoon to fix the issue. He was prompt, professional, and fairly priced-- and we would 100% recommend him to anyone in West LA looking for a reliable plumber.

I needed a leaking angle stop repaired under my kitchen sink on short notice in order to install a new dishwasher. I called countless plumbers and didn't hear back from many of them. Chris called me back within 30 minutes on a Saturday. He said he was booked for the weekend, but could come out first thing Monday morning. Chris was on time, nice, quick, professional, and knowledgeable. I was happy with the service and would definitely use this company again. Darcy was great with scheduling and communication as well! Highly recommend!

A GREAT company!!! I had called as we needed help replacing our whole house filter and installing a UV light.  They tried to book us for the same day, but were not able to  and apologized (I was not even expecting that).  William came in only a few days and did an EXCELLENT job!! He was not happy with one of the parts provided by the manufacturer, so (after going to Home Depot x2), he had that particular part ordered in a specialty store and came back to install it.  Highly, highly recommend this company.  We will certainly use them again.  Thank you!

Miguel was prompt and quick in his response. The toilet was unclogged within minutes. He was quick on his feet and also gave some solid suggestions. I am extremely satisfied with the overall service.

Our toilets backed up into the showers and within 4 hours David and his team where here to help into the night.  They were so response, kind and helpful.  I had 2 other plumbers tell me they couldn't do anything and David saved the day!  I would never use another plumber again.  They are the best and professional.

Excellent service! Mandel came out on short notice and was very prompt and professional, and resolved our drainage issue very quick. Very genuine, sincere and caring individual and I felt that he really cares about his customers and wants to provide the best customer experience, and he definitely delivered! We will be using him for all of our plumbing issues in the future.

My tankless water heater was having issues igniting (pilot problem, gas flow). I called, got a call back from Chris, who tried to identify the problem over the phone. After I provided some pictures, he called me back promptly to troubleshoot the issue and my hot water was back on in no time. I easily saved a couple hundred bucks so this is the least I could do! If the problem arises again, I'll be sure to call Rocket again.

The owner and staff were all super responsive to our request and was able to complete the job in a few days. Also, the price was much more reasonable that a previous quote we got from another company!

i was having such a hard time getting a water heater from home depot and amazon. First,I ordered one from home depot, it had a 2 week delivery time, and when it got here it was the wrong hook up and i had to return it. Then, I ordered another from Home Depot which had a 2 week delivery time and after one week, i got an email from Home Depot saying that they are out of stock....!? , Then, i ordered one from Amazon, with a two week delivery time, and after 2 weeks i got an email saying that my money will be refunded because the water heater is not accepted by california law....!? I was very afraid that my 6 year old leaking water heater would give up and the family would be without hot water during this cold spell..... Then, i went on line and found the plumbing company with the best reviews Z and H.....i called friday afternoon, the next day they came with a new water heater at 9:00am , and installed it.!!!!!!! They are now my Plumbers for life!! I spoke to Zorro, who is extremely thorough and professional. He asked for pictures of my old one, pictures of the stairway, and measurements of the doorway ,in order to make sure there would be no mistake in size..... I totally trust their work ethic and, that they won't sell me something i do not need...Their advice was intelligent and relaxing to my frazzled nerves from all the delays....

Personnel were helpful and available to schedule an appointmwnt right away.. Tracey arrived on time and was wearing a mask and gloves for COVID precautions.. He was very quick in assessing the problem and fixing the issue. While on site he went above and beyond to identify some potential future problems to be aware of and offered to provide quotes for future work. We would definitely recommend them and use them again

Again, I had to leave a good review for this company. After switching between so many different plumbing companies, it is so nice to have a company that is professional, communicative, and friendly. Often palmers make you feel like they are ripping you off, here you get what you pay for, they are quick friendly and get the job done ASAP

We had to go through many plumbers before we got our problem fixed--and it was George at 911 Plumbing that did it. He was knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. He not only did the job, but looked at other aspects of my system and made easy-fix recommendations. The job wasn't cheap, but at the same time, when the problem ended up being a little less involved than we thought, he did agree to adjust the price accordingly. I appreciate that level of honesty and consideration.

Honestly, I would have never written this review if Connie didn't email me with the accusation that I hung up on her and wanted to take advantage of your business. I was actually ready to pull the trigger and complete the service until I heard the receiver on your end hang up. If it was an accident, fine. But don't make accusations. I'm updating this to 3 stars as I'm sure my case is just an anomaly.
