It is with great pleasure that I write this review. I am not related nor have any personal relationships with anyone at Rishon Plumbing. Let's make this simple, highly responsive, fantastic customer service and best value compared to other plumbers I received quotes from. I will be using them for any upcoming plumbing plans. Jose Cabrales/Real Plumbers, Inc. responded within 30 minutes of my call.

He was professional, pleasant, efficient, and accommodating.  He came in and fixed the problem fast.  He also took the time to talk to me about a project that I am lining up that requires the assistance of a plumber.

I would definitely use this company in the future.

Had a slow drain issue with my kitchen sink and set up an appointment through Warren.  Eddie and Ray came by the next day, looked over all the possible issues and ultimately solved the problem in a very efficient and courteous manner.  Eddie even determined the viability of my garbage disposal just my listening to it and he taught me how to maintain it to prevent future problems.

They showed up a little earlier then our appointment, even took their shoes off before coming in and charged me an extremely fair price for the work and time they put in.  On top of everything they gave me a 30 day guarantee.  Needless to say, I definitely recommend these guys.

Max came over on a Sunday when all of my Grandma's toilets were plugged. Called him in the am and he was there within an hour. He figured out what the issue was and cleared it all up. Ended up being two clogs in the main line. Made sure we checked that everything was working before leaving. Seemed like the job was more than he bargained for, but didn't charge anymore than the initial quote he gave over the phone. Super reasonable pricing, would definitely recommend. Very friendly too!

I was very pleased with my experience. Charlie, the owner, takes great pride in his business and explains everything he is doing. We had to escalate my issue, but he tried everything possible before having to go the hydroflush. He was very fair in price, and for the first time in my lifetime I felt I was getting a good deal from a plumber! Charlie is going to be my go to guy from now on. Fair, Honest, and Hard-working and on Time!

Chris from Ace Plumbing and Rooter just left my house after doing two emergency repairs late at night.  He was excellent in every way!

First it did not take him 15 minutes or even 10 minutes to respond to my call but two minutes.  He said he would be here within 15 minutes and he kept his word.  

He fixed clogs both in my toilet and in my kitchen sink and was super friendly and courteous in every way.   Best of all - He ended up charging me even less than the quoted price.

If you have a plumbing problem I would absolutely recommend Ace Plumbing.  Very well done!

Matt is awesome.   Called him after my kitchen sink was clogged.   I tried to plunge and use baking soda and vinegar, nothing worked.  He answered the phone and set up a time the same afternoon.  He called at the agreed time to let me know he as 15 min late due to traffic.

He showed up, knew instantly what the issue was, which was a simple pipe clog.  After 5 min he fixed it.  They then cleaned my sink and told me no charge!  I tried to pay him but he wouldn't take it. He is honest and knows his craft.   Great guy.

These guys are amazing. I wanted a new hose bib installed on the outside of my garage. I reached out to a few plumbers for quotes. Miguel was able to do the install within hours of my inquiry and matched my best price. His work was clean and professional. Looking forward to hiring these guys to do all the plumbing work when we install a unit over our garage.

Hire Victor.  He's the best in the area, with the best equipment, and the best prices.  I spent a whole week calling around and getting estimates for a sewage line clean-out and potential replacement.   I ended up hiring two highly rated plumbers.  The first company snaked the hell out of my line, got some roots, but didn't solve the problem.  Then another company tried to hydrojet it to no avail.  Both companies would start the job and then say, Oh, we uncovered this, the cost is now X. And it kept climbing exponentially.  I was getting crazy quotes and recommendations - We may need to get a permit from the city to block off the entire one way street, dig it up, and replace the entire pipe.  You can imagine how much that would've been...  I was getting ready to sell off my left kidney to have running water again.  

In comes Victor.  He and his team worked tirelessly to resolve our problem, explaining everything thoroughly the entire time.  Their work is clean and efficient.  They use the latest technology and own it outright, which means he doesn't need to go through another company to do more complicated jobs.  To me that meant lower costs and knowing that I wouldn't have to deal with another crew.  We saved thousands (perhaps $20K+) by hiring Victor and ended up replacing our entire sewer line.  He does what's right for the customer, and thus, has a customer for life with me.  Highly, highly recommend!

These guys were really great.  Water heater broke, after getting my replacement parts from the manufacturer, these guys were able to come out quick and repair it in about 30 minutes.

One of the most important lessons I've learned as a homeowner is knowing when to call the professionals to handle a repair. My experience with Rapid Action Rooter fortified this lesson, and introduced us to our new forever plumber, Mandel Bishop.

We had a slow drain in the shower and tried the usual DIY methods to clear the drain to no avail. After reviewing several vendors on Yelp as we usually do before selecting one, I read and was intrigued by all of the solid and very positive reviews for Rapid Action Rooter and decided to give Mandel a call on a Sunday instead of waiting the following day, and I'm sure glad that I did.

Just as you've read in other reviews, Mandel picked up the phone right away and he gave me a brief phone consultation and a diagnosis of what he suspected based on my account might be the issue. He was at another job at the time and he gave me a reasonable estimate for when he'd be able to get to us. As it turned out, the job Mandel was at before ours ended up being a bigger issue than anticipated and I was very impressed at Mandel keeping me updated on his timeline as it shifted ever so slightly.

When Mandel arrived on site, he was very professional, very courteous, and took exceptional care to carefully assess our plumbing and the issues we were experiencing. Mandel also utilized a camera to not only diagnose the issue but to also show us what was going on underneath the house. Just as Mandel had suspected on the phone we were facing a slightly larger plumbing matter than a simple clogged shower drain.

Mandel made sure we understood what was happening with our home, what our options were, and best of all his recommendations on how best to handle the work. I can't stress enough that Mandel is great at communicating what's going on with your plumbing at all phases of the job. He's never bothered by clarifying questions and is always happy to make sure you're clear on what's going on at all times.

The very next day, Mandel and his crew arrived on site to carry out the relining of our main sewer line with minimal interruption of our water use (less than 20 minutes) while also taking time to show us each step of the process so we not only had peace of mind about the repair, but we also came away more educated about plumbing and about our home.

Mandel's whole crew was polite, professional, and always busy with something related to the job. Mandel is also always on-site to supervise the work being carried out, which hasn't always been our experience with tradespeople and it definitely makes a difference. When all was said and done, the job site was meticulously cleaned and they got the whole job done in one day!

Rapid Action Rooter is the plumber you're looking for. Mandel is all about doing the job correctly the first time, and he's the last plumber you'll ever need.

This wasn't my choice of plumber. My tenants unfortunately called these plumbers to relight a water heater. The tenants were forced to pay CASH on the spot. What kind of reputable business demands cash? If you call this company:caveat emptor. They have post office boxes with street addresses throughout Southern California to legitimize their service. Their Venice business & Santa Monica business addresses are both residential addresses.The plumber who came out wrote on the invoice 15 year old water heater from 2003. This was completely incorrect. The water heater was manufactured in 2007 & purchased & installed new in 2010 from a large home improvement chain store. So here's what happened: Chris came out & relit the pilot for a $120 service fee thinking in his mind that my water heater was 15 yrs old. Two days later the pilot went out. I left multiple messages with their answering service without a reply. Finally my son got in contact with the plumber Chris. He told him we needed a new water heater for $1400. Later the same day, I spoke with Chris. I have a COMPLETE TRANSCRIPT of that call. He absolutely refused to come out again to look at my water heater. He was rude, intimidating, demeaning & unprofessional. Later I got ahold of the owner Brian who I believe isn't the actual owner, but merely a customer service representative-- a sort of middle- man for the actual owners who are very ORGANIZED. He promised he would have another plumber Jose come on a Monday ( it was a Friday) when I spoke to Brian. I didn't hear back the whole next week. Finally the next Friday Jose( second plumber) came out. He backed up.his co-worker's story that my water heater needed replacing. He even feigned trying to relight the pilot. Fast forward to a few days later: I got another plumber to come out. I had arranged to install a new water heater per Rocket Plumbing's advice. New plumber told me I don't need a new unit-- there was no rust or leaking. He was able to fix the unit with a part he had & gave me a warranty. Here's the bottom line: I have requested a refund of the $120 because the plumber did not do his job. He aged up my water heater on the receipt in a ploy to pressure me, an absentee owner, into purchasing a new unit. Brian ( the owner?) refused & told me I was wasting his time & money & that I just wanted to get something for free. Brian tried to get me to give him the phone number of the new plumber I got to.fix the water heater. I sent him the invoice, but not the #. I'm assuming he was planning on intimidating the other plumber. This is how they operate. They assume that most customers have little knowledge about plumbing ( which is a great assumption if you are calling this company.) Chris actually yelled at me: ARE YOU A PLUMBER?  I'm expecting Brian to reply to this review with a boilerplate I tried everything to satisfy this customer but believe me he didn't. I deserve a refund. I'll be protesting in front of their phony street address/mail box store soon.  Update : re: Brian's response: The water heater is perfectly fine the new plumber had a part & fixed it. He didn't just relit the pilot. He gave me a One year warranty. You even admit that your plumber made an error on the receipt about the date of the heater. The tenant who.paid cash told me that he would not recommend you as plumbers. You are the intimidating ones. Let me know if you would like a full transcript of my conversation with your plumber Chris. I waited a whole week for the other plumber Jose to come out- then when I contacted you- you acted like it was a big chore to send him out after it had been promised. You are listed on a website as the customer relations person. Why should I pay $ 120 for someone to light the pilot & then it goes out two days later-- did Chris tell the tenants he thought the water heater was failing? Please move back to Chicago, and God Bless. It's not my problem if you lost money because your plumber screwed up the original job. You owe me the money & you have made the decision to not do.the honorable thing. Shame on you. What kind of customer would be pleased with paying $120 to relight a pilot & get a receipt with the wrong manufacturing date? I will pray for you.

I've been using New Gen for about a year for different plumbing needs in my new home. They've inspected my sewer line, fixed leaking pipes from a tub, serviced my tankless water heater, and more.

I always find the people who come out to my home to be honest and helpful. They're one of my favorite contractors to work with because they come out quickly and tell it like it is.

FYI, they did recently start charging 3% for credit cards, which they didn't do in the past. I understand it's probably necessary as a small business. I prefer to pay with card for consumer protections and now it's a little less convenient with the extra 3%, especially on a bigger home repair. No worries. Just something for you to keep in mind if you use them.

No wonder these guys are #1 on Yelp. I could not ask for a better experience. And this was a big job; Major pipe replacement under the house. Brenden came by on a Monday. Started on Tuesday. And the job was done, correct and on time my Friday. These company should teach other service professionals how it's done: email and text updates, clear commination, lots of discussion about my different options (but no pressure to make any decisions). They will always be my first call for any pluming related issues.

Mike came for a free consultation and was very helpful in explaining what would need to be done. He was up front about the cost and what my best options were. I would call him again if I ran into other issues.

911 was the third plumber I called to fix a toilet with a weak flush. The first plumber said try getting a new flapper, which I did. This didn't fix the problem. The second plumber put in a new flange and snaked part of the line but couldn't figure out the problem so recommended hydrojetting. Vic and Abel from 911 Plumbing Services came and used a wire-type tool to scrape out calcium deposits from the hole that comes out of the bowl. The toilet flushed fine after that. Took less than 10 minutes. Very satisfied customer!

Chris is a great guy and a very knowledgeable plumber. I have been having sewer line issues for about the last 2 years and needed to see what is going on with my line. Chris came out the next day and did a camera inspection for free. Every other person I contacted wanted $250 for the same job. I still need part of my line replaced but Chris recommended Hydro-jetting for at least temporary solution. When I have the money I am going to hire him to dig up the sidewalk and replace the bad section. I highly recommend his company!
