I called Real Plumers at 8am this morning begging for a same-day appointment and Jose was able to squeeze me in to his schedule to take a look at a leak in my kitchen sink. He and his team were on time, extremely sweet, honest, and super knowledgeable. My entire garbage disposal needed to be replaced due to a crack and they got the part and fixed it within the hour.

I called there office and was told that replacing a faucet was charged at $160/hour and snaking a sink was charged at $130/hour. I booked the job and when it was completed, the plumber asked for $290. He had spent half an hour on the sink ($80) and less than 15 minutes snaking the sink ($32.5). So as quoted, the cost should have been $122.50. I expressed my displeasure to the women in the office and she took off $40. I called the owner because I was still not satisfied, and he told me what they meant to say is that they charge per task, at a minimum rate of one hour per task. I don't see why I should pay for them giving me the wrong information, but if you think these guys are worth $290 for 45 minutes work, then suit yourself. By the way, I did some checking around and found out that the typical range for this job would be in the $100 - $150 range.

I would have needed to call Max out today, except he fixed the problem last November! I no longer need regular rootings on my pipes.
I don't know why no other plumber wanted to come out and do a several thousand dollar job. Max came out, did it, was good at it, and fixed my roots-growing into the really old iron pipes problem.
I asked him to scope out and determine what the cause of the toilets backing up into the shower (gross) was. It was a blockage in my main (not sure about this) drain caused by roots. He would rooter it out, but they would keep growing back (six months turned into three, three into two, one into... weeks, you get the point). Finally, he ran a camera through there and showed me the various issues I was having. He replaced the pipe with ABS, which involved digging up my yard and creating a pipe-sized hole through the lower foundation wall of my house.
He did a great job and nobody can tell that he's here. The price was fair although I had nothing to compare it to because nobody wanted to come out for a competing estimate. The work was started quick and took about a week. By the time he was done, you could tell he was never here.
He gave me lots of great plumbing advice and seems to know local rules and regulations really well, even about plants/trees growing into pipes and stuff like that.
On a side note, Max reminds me of some of my friends and seems like he would be a cool guy to hang out with. He's funny and I remember one of his quotes about fitting under the house, he said (kind of like a cat), if the head fits... and dove under my house.
When I finally get my kitchen redone, I'm going to give him a call and coordinate so that he can finally rid my house of old iron pipes and be done with it. When he was last here to do the main drain (I think) replacement, he also did a clean (blow) out of my kitchen drain and said that he'd probably have to do it every 3-5 years (until replaced with ABS), if I recall correctly.

I can not say enough good things about this lovely family business. I had water backing up in the bathtub. I called the office and Mike called me back in a half hour and him and his brother Giovani showed up within an hour. They let me know what the problem was. Giovani was very good at explaining what was happening and what needed to be done. They showed me photo's and video. Always answered when i called, they gave me 3 different ways on how i could handle the problem. They even offered to come back late at night/or FaceTime to help me explain to my husband.
I choose to replace all of the plumbing from the main line to the sewer so i would not have to deal with this ever again. The crew was great and every one was neat and tidy. They also do gas lines for outdoor heater/grills:)
It was such a great pleasure working with Mike + Giovani and i feel very lucky to have found them.

I called Alberto about some plumbing issues. He came promptly, arrived on time, and gave me a reasonable estimate. The next day he fixed the problem, again arriving on time, and did a great job. I had a small issue with a fitting that needed to be turned 90 degrees and he came by and fixed it the next day. I gotta give him two thumbs up. He came out, fixed the issue and was a great communicator. Did exactly what he promised. Would highly recommend and will use again if I have a plumbing issue

Plumber came so quickly to help with a drain emergency! They resolved the issue quickly- prompt and had all around great customer service. I hope we do not need their services too much in the future but it's a relief to know that if/when we need a plumber in the future that we can depend on Ace.

Rockstar Plumbing is the best!! Scheduling was easy. Chris arrived promptly, listened to the problem, and explained each step of troubleshooting our clogged kitchen sink, clearly stating the cost of the service. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. Chris also laid out future options should the problem recur, as is likely given the age and condition of our plumbing.
We are completely satisfied with our experience with Rockstar Plumbing and definitely plan to look to Rockstar for our future needs.

I had a great experience working with Victor to get our sewer line repaired! I was able to get an appointment soon after I called and he came out to do an assessment of what needed to be done. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain my options (annual hydro jetting vs installing pipe bursting and replacing parts of the pipe) and was very patient in answering my questions and getting a break-down on costs. It put me at ease and I knew I wanted to move forward with the repairs he recommended. He said the work would take two days and he was able to fit me in the following week. Victor and his team came promptly on both days and worked hard to get the job done. We're thrilled that our sewer lines are in great shape and covered by Victor's warranty - thank you for the peace of mind! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Victor and his team for your sewer repair needs.

Hermes Plumbing was the plumber assigned to our repair through a home warranty plan. Haik called me quickly after receiving the work order and was easy to schedule. He and his brother came out within 24 hrs and replaced two faucets for us. They wore masks and shoe covers and were very professional. They also cleaned up around the work sites when they were finished. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Mandel and Kevin came to our house on 2 days notice to replace a leaky valve behind our washer. I took some pictures beforehand and he brought the parts and the tools and was in and out in 1.5 hours. It was exactly as he said. Both Mandel and Kevin came in wearing masks and booties before entering our house. They were professional the entire time and cleaned everything up before they left. I definitely found a reliable plumber that I can go to for all my plumbing needs. Good stuff.

There is this loud hammer noise in my bathroom wall every time the sink in the kitchen was turned on. I tried installing water hammer arrestors but they didn't help. I finally decided to call a plumber for an estimate to see what needs to be done and hopefully the cost won't be too much. I scheduled multiple appointments but New Generation Plumbing was the quickest one to offer assistance. From start to finish I couldn't be happier with the service. The owner Jake was really responsive and I was able to schedule a free estimate same day. I was lucky that someone was nearby and was able to come within 30 mins. Jesse and Carlos came out within half an hour from the time I scheduled the appointment. They were very professional and neat. They figured out what the problem was and was able to do a quick fix at no charge since it was an estimate. They didn't try to upsell me and explained how the water hammer arrestors I installed were not necessary. I very much appreciated their honesty. I would recommend this company and will call them for future service. Thank you Jesse and Carlos!

Great company. They replaced my water heater that was located on the third floor. Very professional. Very tidy! The old water heater had to be brought through the house due to it's location and they did not leave any debris behind at all. Also in times of covid they remained distant and wore mask the whole time. And after calling around several companies they gave me the best and most straight forward price. I would definitely recommend them.

Connie stands out from every contractor and service person we've ever worked with, and not just because she's a woman. Her responsiveness is outstanding and she really takes the time to explain everything she and her team are doing. As an HOA board member and homeowner, I've come across dozens of contractors, plumbers, electricians, HVAC repair teams and more, and no one has ever provided the level of customer service Connie has.
The first time I called her office, she texted AND called me back within the hour. I called one afternoon to schedule an estimate for some work and she said she'd come right over that evening, which I did not expect. She showed up after 5p with her drain camera in tow and got right down to business despite it being the end of the day. And this was just for the estimate. She outlined the work that was needed and sent over a written estimate within the day. It helps that Connie has a great team in the office and in the field. Lalo and Abundio are her crew and they are fantastic. They also take the time to explain what they're doing and unlike other vendors I've worked with, are not condescending.
The first time we used American Drain Works was for a clothes washer that kept backing up. A previous contractor had replaced the drain line behind the washer and the valves, but it didn't resolve the issue. Turned out the drain pipe below the house was too narrow for the flow and had to be replaced, which the other contractor missed because they didn't bother to look under the house. Connie's team dug under our house to upgrade the old line to handle the increased flow. Lalo and Abundio arrived when they said they would and completed the job as scheduled. Throughout, Connie was in constant contact with us via phone, text and email.
We were so impressed with the work we hired them again to redo our sewer line. We had about 80 feet of cast iron that was well past its expiration date. When we bought the house the inspector told us it was just a matter of time before it gave out, and camera footage showed deep ruts in the metal where it had corroded. We decided to replace it before we ended up with raw sewage in our backyard and asked Connie for an estimate. She outlined the scope and again, provided a detailed written estimate (with diagrams) of everything her team would do. As tends to happen, once you open up the job you find someone else's shoddy work, and ours was no exception. A prior homeowner had put in a branch line to the sewer line and encased it in four feet of concrete. Why we'll never know, but Connie told us right away, sent pictures and explained how much more work it would involve. Her guys took a jackhammer to the concrete, which was awful work since the block was many feet underground, and continued with the job. Despite the horrible extra work, they still got everything done in a timely manner and delivered everything they promised.
I hope not to have plumbing issues in the future, but if I do, the silver lining is that we have a terrific plumber we trust: Connie and American Drain Works. Things would be much easier if other vendors were as communicative, honest, responsive and reliable as Connie and her team.
