They did a great job! Very fast and reliable and glad I called them. I had a leak under the sink and thought it might be a much larger issue, but it turned out that it was just a valve replace, with the water only turned off for about 10 minutes.

I contacted Real Plumbers after the first plumber I scheduled an appointment with flaked last minute.  Jose promptly picked up the phone, gathered as many details about the job that needed to be completed and arrived ahead of schedule the next day.  A true professional, Jose arrived with the replacement part and after assessing the issue, explained that there was a small possibility that more extensive work may need to be completed.  He provided me with a quote in the event of the worst-case scenario, and I felt confident that the issue was going to be resolved properly.  Rather than blindly removing equipment and trying to complete the job in haste, Jose really took the time to asses the drain, pipes and had the exact replacement on hand. Thankfully, no walls had to be opened to fix the pipes as we had anticipated.  Jose is a true professional offering impeccable customer service and his expertise made it possible for the job to be completed in a timely manner. Called on a Saturday with a broken water heater.  Eddie came out did a diagnosis, and then helped me get the manufacturer to honor its warranty on the phone.  The new part was picked up first thing Monday morning (as promised) and the repair was complete by a little after 12.   I thought the price was fair, and found both Eddie and Warren (who also came out on Monday) to be courteous, professional and efficient.  And the price was fair.  I will always use these guys when I run into plumbing problems.

Refused to repair the kitchen sink clog in the house we own because it's part of HOA with no explanation.

Needed to change the valve on my washing machine. James came to do the assessment, let me know how much everything will cost, and was able to fix everything in a short amount of time. James was awesome! Great service, great attitude. He was clear on what needed to be done and how much everything would cost. He was efficient and no issues. Definitely would recommend James for any plumbing needs!

Luis came on September 7, 2018 to fix my bathroom tub draining very slow.  It's been over a month when Luis fix the drain issue in my bathroom tub.  Luis is friendly and great in his field.  Highly recommend.

Saucedo plumbing helped us out of many a jam. When our water tank burst abruptly and flooded the kitchen- they showed up the next morning to fix it on the fly. They have changed our faucets, unclogged our drains and repaired our toilet. Overall, they were competent and reliable.

Found Ace Plumbing and Rooter on Yelp and decided to use them. They were a local business. For all of the work done, we felt the cost of their services were fair.

This was my parent's home and they didn't replace anything unless it broke or was leaking. Now we are living in this home with various plumbing issues.

There were ALLOT of plumbing and fixtures to be replaced. Bathroom faucets that were about 27 yrs old, two toilet tanks which had inner mechanism rusted and corroded. The kitchen had a very slow drainage (almost plugged up) and the garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Then the kitchen faucet fixture was so-o-o old, it rusted onto the tile.

We purchased all of the new faucets and garbage disposal ahead of time for installation. We wanted a particular style for the faucets and it was a saving to get these things ahead of time.

Chris and Randy came to do all of the work. Chris pointed out some valves that were corroded and frozen. (I was already concerned about them ahead of time & when Chris pointed them out, it validated my concerns) We had these valves replaced. We also ended replacing both of the toilets because they were extremely old. Placed an order for the toilets at Home Depot in the morning and Chris and Randy went to pick them up that afternoon. While there, they & the Home Depot clerk double checked the toilets to make sure they were the ones ordered. Also to make sure there were no cracks or damages on the toilets before taking them.

It took several days for Chris and Randy to do all of the work but it was worth it. Each time they finished a work or replacement, they would checked and rechecked several times to make sure there were no leakage. They checked everything again when all of the work were done and before leaving.   Before leaving, Chris mentioned that their work is guaranteed for one year. If there is any leakage to give them a call.

Very pleased with the caliber of work and the quality of the material used. They really know their trade.

I highly recommend Rockstar Plumbing. The owner, Matthew, went above and beyond what he had to do, and I was impressed with his professionalism. He's a great person and plumber, and we will definitely use them again in the future.

I own TreeCareLA. We had a situation where some work on tree roots required an emergency plumbing repair. We called a other plumber who came out, tried for 2 hours and couldn't fix it!

We called New Pro at about 9pm on a Friday night. He got on site in about 45 minutes. There was some sticker shock at the price and I was already pissed that the other company wasted so much of my time.

I watched every move Miguel made and I could tell he was the real deal. He was basically working in mud, but kept the pipes and tools squeaky clean while he did the repair in pitch dark.

After seeing how involved the repair was and having a previous plumber to compare him to, I was totally happy with the price and the quality of the work. He got it right the first time.

I spoke to Victor and he asked me to send him pictures of the problems and he would come and help. After sending to him and following up, I never heard from him.  I called and texted and just ignored me.  Finally after a day I sent him another text he responded saying he doesn't service my area.  Never told me that or even asked what area I was in.  I counted on him and now my basement is flooded even more.  Surprised this guy has decent ratings, he doesn't desert 1/2 a star in my book.  DO NOT USE in my humble opinion...

Excellent service!  We had a problem with our recirculating pump which was covered under our home warranty.  The home warranty company connected us with Hermes.  Mike contacted us promptly, made an appointment, and showed up on time.  They immediately diagnosed the problem, sourced a new pump, and replaced it.  We also needed to have our Noritz insta-hot water heater de-scaled which they completed during the same trip.  They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.  These guys are the best!

We had a frustrating day when a dryer was delivered for installment. Found out a gas valve was missing and they couldn't finish the installment. We called around and thankfully Kelly from Rapid Action Rooter was able to come out quickly and help us out. He was kind, patient, and even funny which we needed after a long day.

Rocket Plumbing is simply the best! I called them in the middle of week for a Saturday appointment and they were able to accommodate our schedule. Sam came out to take a look at my tenant's kitchen sink and took care of the problem quickly. What more can I say? He was courteous and was very professional. Will definitely use these guys again! UPDATE: Had another issue earlier today. I called Rocket back and they penciled me in on a Friday afternoon with no problem. Chris kept in touch with me through the whole process, was professional, courteous and took care of the bathroom sink without any issues. Thanks Chris, and thanks again Rocket Plumbing.

Martin and the other technician (didn't get his name) were amazing! Not only were they professional and knowledgeable (they came by today and fixed the issue instantly) but they were also great people (didn't try to rip us off and even wore booties inside). So glad I have found a respectable plumber I can trust. We just moved to LA and ill use them for everything in the future.

I came across Z&H through Yelp.  I was actually trying to get an online quote from a competitor, but Yelp suggested a number of other plumbers (including Z&H) to get quotes from as well.  Good thing I did.  Z&H responded to my request for a quote within a few minutes.  We set an appointment for them to come and take a look the following evening.  They showed up ON TIME without any reminder for me.  Having dealt with a number of other professionals, I cannot explain how much I appreciated that.  

Z&H's pricing was very competitive.  I found a bid to complete my work that was about $50 less, but I was so impressed that Z&H took the time to come out (without charging me) and showed up on time that I went with Z&H.  I'm glad I did, because they showed up on time to actually fix the problem, and finished it faster than originally estimated.  Great job!

Very happy with the service. I called yesterday evening and they came out the next day during the time frame I requested. Giulio and Brenden were the ones that handled the work and were very professional and clear with costs before any work started. I also like that it was two people as sometimes the problem is not apparently

Thomas came out Easter Sunday and cleared the shower line.  Was prompt and did a great job as always.

Greg is an angel! 911 has not even come to my apartment yet but I already love them. I called last night around 11pm with no hot water(for about 24 hours at this point) and they were completely booked up. Greg said he would call me back in an hour regardless if he could make it work. True to his word, he called me back an hour later and had no availability for another 40 minutes. At this point, it was midnight, I had exhausted all other options and was extremely frustrated. I declined the service so I did not have to pay the overnight fee. I have to say Greg was incredibly understanding and assured me everything would be okay. He did not have to sit on the phone with me and calm me down, but he did! I called back this morning and booked an appointment for tomorrow morning. Im sure the their plumbing skills match up to their customer service. Thank you, Greg!

Connie and Lalo were friendly, expedient, and communicative throughout the appointment. She gave my family an easy fix for a toilet problem that has been reoccurring for over a year now. We definitely recommend her and will be going to her for any future problems.
