Rishon Plumbing was great!

I messaged the company and George responded within 5'. I explained to him the issue with my water heater and we corresponded through phone and text. I sent him some pictures of my water heater and control panel and he was able to quickly provide the likely culprit of my pilot light no longer working.

He provided a very competitive offer and was very friendly and non-pressuring. He even encouraged me to speak with other companies (which I did consult a few other plumbers in the area).

Based on his strong reviews on Yelp along with his friendly and professional advice and service, I reached out to him and he was able to move things around to meet me the next day. He gave me a heads-up when he was 20' away and quickly went to work (with his assistant John).

I will follow-up to this review if there are any updates to share but I have the utmost confidence I will be able to take hot showers once again! :)

My initial review wasn't too positive.  The owner saw the review, contacted me, and wanted to make things right.  We made an appointment.  The owner, Jose,  actually came and was on time, and fixed the problems. He was sincere, genuine,  very nice, and concerned everything was working the way it was supposed to work.  To me, choosing a repair company is a crapshoot.  I read the reviews, and hope I'll be as happy as most of the glowing reviews are.  Now I know I can rely on this company for future plumbing work. It's nice to know there are still people who are honest, professional, and do the right thing.  My rating for them just leaped to 5 stars.  Thank you, Jose.

I attempted a DIY repair on my Bradford White water heater but once I realized it was a larger issue, I called in a professional. Another company gave me a 4 hour window, still showed up late, and couldn't fix the problem because they didn't have the parts. Called Plumber to the Rescue instead. Alex promptly returned my call and said he could send someone out the very next day. He gave me a 1 hour and 15 minute window that the plumber would show up and he actually showed up in that timeframe. Not only that, but Eddie had the parts in-hand and was in and out in less than an hour. Eddie is a professional, honest guy who is good at his job.

If you're looking for a plumber, save yourself a headache and call these guys.

This was the most straightforward and amazing experience. Max was able to give me a fair quote and responded so quickly to my needed job. He has such a knowledgeable and positive energy and the entire time it was clear I was in capable hands. A-1 made my fussy and annoying job less so and that really made my day.

I had a huge issue with my main sewer line clogged up with roots (January 11, 2019). I hired a company to hydrojet it, and they said that they could not clear it out and that the best solution would be to spend $4,000 to dig through the concrete and replace the pipe.

I contacted Flood Brothers and Mike came out (January 15) to double check the line for me and see our options. He was able to see the issue clearly (and emailed me a video), he helped me understand the situation, and reassured me that I did not have to do that huge job. I appreciated his help and told him that I would try to get the previous company back out to finish the job. He seems like a good, honest plumber, and I will definitely call him up again if I need assistance.

Super fast and effective in clearing a bad clog in my shower. Friendly too. Would highly recommend!

Called Saucedo Plumbing And Rooter LLC due to a note that was left at my doorstep from Golden State Water Company earlier in the day. It said that I needed to check my property/appliances for any water leaks. Apparently they noticed a abnormal reading from my water usage. I called Saucedo Plumbing and Alberto (owner)  spoke to about this note that was left. He came to my house in just a few hours and was able to crawl underneath the house and find exactly what it was. He came back out to explain to me what he found and what it would cost. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and put me at ease. He makes you feel comfortable about the repair and does a quick job. Would recommend to everyone!!!!!

We had a clogged toilet that was fixed quickly!! Very professional, punctual and efficient. Will definitely be calling them for service again!

I downgraded my evaluation of Rockstar because of what transpired Friday, March 5.  We awoke to hearing dripping in the attic above our bathroom, which we knew had to be a leak in the re-circulation system piping and shut-off the house water.  My preferred plumber was on a big job and could not come over for sometime. I contacted Rockstar to try them again based on the response I received from Matt to my previous review.  Marco showed up promptly; saw what was needed, then quoted the exorbitant amount of $668.  I questioned the price for the work and was told it's the lump sum amount for all customer work (BS). He deducted 10% and I agreed to pay $600 as I felt I had no choice as the house water was off and did not know how long until I could get another plumber. Marco made the repair in short order and left.  I do not complain on how the repair was made; only what I was charged by Rockstar Plumbing.  I made the check out to Rockstar Construction as requested by Marco; a new owner with a high pricing policy?

I hired Miguel to fix the mess that another plumber made when trying to install and connect a gas line for a fire pit. He was quick to respond and was very professional throughout the project. He showed up on time and took the time after he project to explain what he did. I will definitely use him again. He really cares about his work and does a wonderful job. Thank you Miguel!

Victor and his team are very professional, courteous and are really passionate about their plumbing work. Victor recently did the copper re-piping of my entire house. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He provided  me with a number of options and explained to me the pros and cons. After my decision to go for copper repipe, he and his team did a fantastic job! Now everyone in our house is enjoying our great showers and clean water. Just recently, I called him back to fix my clogged sewer which is unrelated to his previous repipe work. He and his team immediately responded and did a hydrojet to remedy the issue.  I couldn't be more satisfied as a customer than to see Victor and his team complete the job with so much passion and dedication.

We called Rapid Action Rooter on a Saturday with a semi emergency and Mandel came over right after he finished his other job. He was fantastic and fixed our blocked disposal in our kitchen sink that was backing up. He wore his mask and was super professional. He is a really great plumber and a genuinely a great guy who is passionate about his job. Great guy, great family owned business, you can't go wrong calling Rapid Action Rooter. I needed a new water heater replaced so I called new generation plumbing and they took care of everything same day.

Service: fast, thorough, everything was well explained, very knowledgeable and friendly. They got the boiler and did it all in less than 2 hours. I was impressed. They did some extra fixes for me as well which was awesome.

Price: very reasonable. I got other quotes and they were lower but not too low. Prices too low concern me and they were right in the middle.

I would have them come back for our sewer line when it's time. Great service

Texted at 0710 the morning the water was running cold and we saw our leaking 21 year old water heater, by 1400 the next day my water heater was replaced! We just moved into a condo in Heather Village, Culver City, that had multiple plumbing problems in the kitchen and two bathrooms. Connie performed the work better than I have ever seen. I know she takes great pride in her work as well she should. She did have a huge smile on her face after she finished. I don't have a photo but the problem she found under the master bedroom sink was a huge mess of tape, prior poor plumbing work, and corroded pipes. Her finished product is masterful. Anyway, we not only like her work but thoroughly enjoyed meeting her. She is in our permanent contact list and I don't mind telling everyone about her service and competency. Call her for great service and a fair price.
