I was thoroughly satisfied and impressed with Rishon Plumbing's immediate response to my frantic need to replace my water heater.  I had o hot water and they came out first thing in the morning to attend to my problem. They were so polite, informative, and efficient wirh their removal and installation of my new water heater, a 50 gallon Bradford White. Another important fact, is that their price was by far the most reasonable!!! I highly recommend Rishon Plumbing!!

Real Plumbers went above and beyond to solve our plumbing issue.  They turned a worn out pipe and pressure regulator valve into a work of art at a fair price!  It's good to know we found a plumber that we can trust.   Thank you!

What can I say accept that Warren is the man!  I found him through YELP and had to give him a shot with all the great reviews he's received over the months.  

Problem: I needed to have a clean-out installed in the front of my house and have the line cleaned-out of nasty roots.  Uuuuugh!  

Next steps:
1. I called My Plumbing Doctor and someone actually answered.  What a plus!  I must have called 5 other folks and received the machine.
2.  He gave me a reasonable bid over the phone and held to it.
3.  Warren came out the next day and was on-time as promised.
4.  The entire job was completed by Warren himself in record time.

Bottom line - My Plumbing rocks!!  Give them a try and I think you'll be impressed.

I own an old English Tudor whose plumbing, badly installed when the house was built, has always caused me problems. Our guest toilet clogs often and always needs a rooter to unclog.
Happened again last week but my usual rooter guy was on a large job, my backup guy was also unavailable. I called A-1 and Max answered. He listened and showed up a few hours later when He said he would.   He arrive with plunger in hand.  I told him he'd need the rooter but he laughed and said he understood uncooperative toilets, especially older ones. He started plunging while explaining how the newer design dynamics were more efficient but he welcomed the challenge. When I was sure he was about to give up he changed the plunging angle and voila! A loud gurggle sounded and he stepped back with a smile and the toilet flushed perfectly!!! MAX THE MAGICIAN WAS IN THE HOUSE!  With new faith I told him of a few reoccuring problem I had and he quoted a price and promised to return the next day.  He did and as on his previous visit, left everything in perfect order!  AND...charfged me twenty dollars less then he'd quoted because he said he'd found the old style parts easier than he thought he would.  Does this sound like a fairy tale?  CALL MAX AND FIND OUT!!!

This is by far the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. Scheduling is easy and their technicians are on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have had them out to my house several times for a myriad of issues, and they have always provided excellent and professional service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of a great plumbing service. They are also a family  company, so if you're into supporting local businesses you are in luck.

This service came out to my house today I had just called them yesterday. He was prompt, knowledgeable and kind. Charlie snaked my shower drain quickly and offered me his awesome Yelp deal without me even knowing it existed.

Excellent customer service! Alberto asked all the right questions to identify the problem. Skylar came came out to install our shower valve and trim. Amazing job! Skylar was very honest and professional. I find it challenging finding plumbers that are genuine and detailed as Saucedo. I will be using Saucedo for now on.

Amazing 5-star service! Darcy schedules for Warren and was responsive and super kind! Warren is kind, reliable, and goes above and beyond! I was having new floors installed and needed a plumber with short notice due to my installer. Darcy was so kind when we emailed about an estimate and about availability. Warren was on time and even greeted and pet my dog! You know someone is a good person if your dog likes them! He went above and beyond with removing the toilets and then coming back a few hours later to re-install! 100% recommend Ace Plumbing and will be giving them a call for future projects!

I chose Rockstar Plumbing first because the name is awesome and second because of their five star reviews.  Well they didn't disappoint and Arnold was as described a total rockstar and really took care of me.  Totally friendly and took the time and care to do the job perfectly. I really felt like I was taken care of.  I can't recommend enough!

Miguel is great and is my new go to plumber. Helped us in a pinch and came out right away. He is extremely responsive and reliable and does very good work!

Water heater was causing a leak, so I called around for a plumber on a Thursday night. While most other plumbers were charging a ton + unavailable till the following week, Victor was able to give a diagnosis over the phone (via photo by text message) and show up Friday afternoon.

He arrived within the time he confirmed, observed the leak, and explained a few possibilities for what could be causing the problem. Wanting an immediate fix, we continued with the original solution he mentioned over the phone.

I asked many questions about avoiding our issue in the future and he was very knowledgable.

We had our kitchen sink clogged and Chris came to fix it.  He was really good about keeping me updated on when he would get to our house, especially since LA traffic is so unpredictable.  He was super friendly and got the job done!  He also fixed our guest bathroom toilet which was making a funny noise.  My only issue was cost.  We used another company in Culver City and it was 1/2 the cost to do the same thing.  Brian was really great and called the next day to follow up.

Really happy we found these guys. They have come by twice and both times they were honest and helpful. I appreciate their excellent customer service and won't hesitate to call them in the future!

I highly recommend Z&H! My water heater was over 20 years old and it was a mess to take out. The outside shed was broken and they fixed it for me so it would last a little longer. The service was fast, professional and that's something to be happy about. Add in that it was raining and I can honestly say that I couldn't have asked for a better experience. And the price was right as well!  Thanks again!

Chris and Anthony are the best! They arrived on time, wearing masks, put on booties before entering, and fixed my toilet with record speed. SAME DAY! Very good price, excellent service, I HIGHLY recommend Flood Brothers. Honest and very sweet!

Had another plumbing issue and I called sals plumbing. They came the next day, crawled through the attic and found a small needle hole in a pipe. They fixed it the same day! Thank you for the fast and realiable service.

Vic and his partner showed up on time to look at a kitchen sink stoppage issue in one of my rentals. After checking the drain, they found out that there was no stoppage; It seems the issue had resolved itself. They refused to charge for the service call and gave my tenants some tips on how to prevent this issue from happening again. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues in the future.

Connie is an exceptionally nice person. When you hear her friendly voice, there's a good chance that you'll not only want to hire her; you might also want to invite her over for dinner.

Connie called me back despite being booked solid, gave me the name and number of another plumber she trusts, and let me know exactly what I should say in order to quickly convey what was needed.

When I first called the office, another treat I encountered was the opportunity to talk to a friendly receptionist instead of a voicemail recording. It's a warm and friendly way to do business.

None of the other busy people I called were nice enough to make a recommendation. So while I cannot rate American Drainworks for fixing my plumbing, I can certainly write about the pleasant experience of interacting with Connie and her staff, and the wonderful way in which they do business.
