Wasn't 100% confident in DIY-ing a toilet shut off valve replacement so reached out to find some professionals to do the work. George was super responsive and finished the work in record time. Will definitely be reaching out to him in the future for any plumbing work.

I contacted Real Plumbers after the first plumber I scheduled an appointment with flaked last minute.  Jose promptly picked up the phone, gathered as many details about the job that needed to be completed and arrived ahead of schedule the next day.  A true professional, Jose arrived with the replacement part and after assessing the issue, explained that there was a small possibility that more extensive work may need to be completed.  He provided me with a quote in the event of the worst-case scenario, and I felt confident that the issue was going to be resolved properly.  Rather than blindly removing equipment and trying to complete the job in haste, Jose really took the time to asses the drain, pipes and had the exact replacement on hand. Thankfully, no walls had to be opened to fix the pipes as we had anticipated.  Jose is a true professional offering impeccable customer service and his expertise made it possible for the job to be completed in a timely manner. I feel confident that this job was done properly.  I will definitely contact Jose again  Thank you, Real Plumbers!

First off, I wanted to say it takes a lot to motivate me to go online to write a review on any business, but based on the situation I felt it fair to voice my opinion. Even though I did not complete any services with this business because I live in a condo complex and apparently they have their own contracted plumber for main line issues, I will say that Warren the man who not only took my call but also came to my home to trouble shoot my issue is extremely professional, kind, and gracious. He arrived timely, was polite and helpful. I will be keeping his information should I need a plumber in the future.

Quick, courteous, and reasonably priced. Max was so helpful and expedient. I had a leak and had to turn my hot water off to prevent flooding my side yard. He squeezed me in at the end of a long day to make sure I had water ASAP. At a reasonable hourly rate, he was able to take care of swapping out a kitchen faucet, toilet fill valve and flapper, and cap off an old corroded recirculation pump that was no longer in use (the source of the leak) in under an hour. After just one experience with Max, I realize how inept and inconvenient my previous plumbers have been. I wish I'd met Max years ago for all my plumbing needs. Finally, a plumber I can whole heartedly recommend to my real estate clients and friends for plumbing repairs.

I had an issue with a constantly running toilet. I called Flood Brothers and I had a plumber at my door in less than an hour. Woo Hoo.
My tech was super professional, put on the clean booties to protect my floors, treated me with the utmost respect, answered all my questions, fixed my running toilet in 2 seconds. I had him check all the other toilets and showers in my home. Everything looked good. I asked how much I owed him and he said NO CHARGE.  WHAAAAT???? He wouldn't take anything from me since there was really no work to be done. He still took his time to come out, check things out and yet no charge. I'm impressed.
That's a class act. These guys will be my plumbers for all my plumbing jobs going forward.  It's rare to find a company that you can trust anymore. I believe I have found it here. Great job!

I do not write reviews but my experience with Charlie's Rooter Service was exceptional so I wanted to share.

Had a tech come out to fix a slow draining sink.  Due to complications with my double sinks, he was only able to get some of it unclogged, but not 100%.  We had one last option, to try and snake through the air vent, but he didn't have a ladder large enough to get on the roof. We scheduled a new appointment for the following day.  He left and...  didn't charge me a penny for his attempts to fix the issue.  Said, I get paid, when my job is completed.
Charlie came out the following day.  Prompt arrival, 11:!5 for an 11-1p window.  We wound up needing to install a clean-out because the remodel job done prior to move in did not do anything correctly.  There were some complications, so the job took longer than anticipated. Payment remained the same price. Pricing is by the job, not by the hour (which I've had with other plumbers).
Overall amazing service, answered any questions I had, just an amazing experience.

Salvador and his team did a great job at fixing my sewer line.  There were roots growing into it and causing tons of issues. He worked his butt off to show me the issue and fix it. Very professional.

We needed a last minute repair and Miguel was knowledgeable, kind, and on time (harder to find around than it should be). Will definitely use them in the future.

Yes. All the reviews are true. Victor and his crews are very professional and efficient. I had roots problem in my drain and he fixed and repaired for me on a holiday. He is very courteous and you will be glad that you call him if you have a drain problem.

These guys were sent by our home warranty company and were at our house within the hour. They were polite, knowledgeable and fixed our issue right away. They also fixed our loose faucet (which was not requested). I would definitely recommend these guys and am keeping their number handy in case I am again in need of a great plumbing company!!!

Mandel was prompt and professional!  We had a busted shower cartridge that he fixed fast. He also made some great recommendations to prevent further issues in the future, and even got the kitchen sink faucet back in order.  Thanks again!

These guys were responsive and super professional. They fixed my problem the same day and were reasonably priced. My issue turned out to be nothing too big so they didn't over charge me and I felt like they were straight forward with me. I will definitely use them again if I need a plumber in the future.

Carlos and Martin came to my rescue. They are professional, courteous, clean job from start to finish and they take my misery away which is to install a new valve on my leaky hot water line to my kitchen faucet. I cannot believe it that they didn't even charge me even when I insist to pay. They are just flat out outstanding plumbers. It is rare to find people like Carlos and Martin and I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber and will recommend to all my friends. From the bottom of my heart thanks so much guys! Awesome job!!!

AOK.  Top of my list!  Excellent work, extremely accommodating, went to the store for me and gave me a great deal when I needed it the most!  They replaced copper risers, cleaned out the water heater, replaced one shower's stems, seats, and fittings, and another shower's head, and fixed my sink drain.  Super nice, great personalities, clean and professional!

I would definitely use you again. You are now my go to plumber!

Had an excellent experience with this plumbing group. Called them to fix my garbage disposal, they scheduled an appointment for the next day. The plumber was very proficient, fixed the issue within half an hour. Thank you!

Our toilet was backed up (so pleasant) and I called Sal's right away. They came in no time and did a quick and thorough job clearing the clog. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Mike and Able came by within an hour of putting in a request for service. They were polite and friendly, and they didn't even charge me for the visit. Turns out the garbage disposal I had called about being fixed just needed to be reset. I figured they'd hit me with a $50 fee for their time, which would have been fair, but they didn't. Instead, they showed me how to reset the garbage disposal should I need to do it again, and simply asked that I think of them should I be in need of a plumber again. Another great experience with Connie & Lalo. My tenant in Santa Monica had the master tub,shower & sink backing up. Connie was contacted the day after Xmas & stopped by late that afternoon to check it out. First thing this morning they were able to replace a 75 year old cast iron pipe with 3 elbows in it. They did not rush the job but got it done right.  She  even sent a picture of the clogged pipe. I will ONLY call Connie. Great response, very reasonable even though she had so many calls over the holidays. She is a gem!
