So happy I found this plumbing gem! I had a couple of bidet seats that I needed help installing, as well as a few shower issues. I reached out to Alberto thru Yelp, explained what I needed done, and he gave me a great quote and scheduled time the following day. On the day of, he gave me a call, let me know that he could actually stop by a little early, and arrived right on time. He and his partner were super professional. When they stepped into my house they already had shoe covers in hand! They immediately got to work, with a mat to cover the ground, and then carefully wipe down everything they finished working on.

I can truly say that it was so refreshing to find honest and committed people that have VERY fair pricing but also are honest and will get the job done. I had a backed up toilet and bathtub and it was a complicated job... Chris really cared about getting the job done right!!! They took their time until everything was done... they left the bathroom like new!! I already forwarded their info to my friends...They truly seem to care about what they do and also about their clients!!! Thank you!

Victor is awesome, our super old house has all modern plumbing, except for that run of original almost 100-year old clay sewer pipe. After years of annual snaking and occasional backups, Victor gave us a competitive bid to do a trenchless liner from our existing cleanout all the way to the city and did it in even less time than expected. All around it was a fantastic experience dealing with Victor and we'd recommend him to anyone. It's nice to find experienced, fair, and honest specialists in what sometimes feels like a sea of turds.

I called several plumbing places and Hermes gave the best price. Even though its the holiday season they were the only ones that could squeeze us in to instal a new water heater. Also, although they didn't have any specials or coupons mentioned, as soon as I brought up 911 Plumbings offer they matched them immediately. Overall great impression the guy we spoke to , Mike I think, was very courteous and knowledgable. Im going to have a new water heater  before the holidays and at a great price! Thanks Mike

I found Rapid Action Rooter on Yelp and so glad that I did.  Being a family owned business means a great deal to me, that & the outstanding reviews by other happy customers.  Mandel (owner) was very responsive and communicative as we worked out the soonest possible date.  We had to work around the Christmas holiday so there was a little delay, but that was entirely on me, he was more than willing to work.
Dec 26th he arrived exactly on time, we discussed all of the problems and he got right to work without delay.  I am very impressed with his work ethic, knowledge & experience.  He also has a wonderful disposition & attitude.
During the job he discovered some serious problems coming my way that I didn't know about.  So we talked about future needs, he gave an estimate and but there was no pressure, he was just relaying the bad news.  
I am very happy with Mandel's services and will be a returning customer for sure.

When a company steps up to the plate, I believe it's only fair to recognize them.  That's what Rocket Plumbing did.  On 2/19, I wrote an unfavorable review after having issues with their responses.  To their credit, Brian, the owner, contacted me directly to find out what went south this time. He then apologized and asked if they could have a chance to rectify the situation.  I appreciate that kind of company, who cares about their clients and their reputation.  Long story short, they came back, replaced all three faucets and the needed angle-stops, and were willing to negotiate the cost.  We are well satisfied.  Thank you, Brian, Chris and Jose, for stepping up to the plate.

I called New Generation Plumbing because I had excess water in my backyard that seemed to be due to a broken pipe. They were here within 30 minutes as promised. Jimmy was kind & explained the plan in great detail. He & his partner worked hard to try & figure out the problem & how to resolve it. Would highly recommend this company.

What I can say is that still a piece of Sani guy this guy was pumped he came in on time he called before coming by sure the address was correct I had made a mistake with the address on my part I apologize but the job was done in a timely manner mostly he wanted to know where the problem is and then he left me alone and let me work for my business while he was taking care of his standup guy definitely recommend it

Greg came to my home and stayed until 10 at night on a Saturday. He even helped me set up the other companies I needed to book. What would have been an extremely stressful process turned out to be almost painless. He finished the job and kept me up to date on all progress throughout. I am going to recco them/him to everyone I know without a doubt. A good and trustworthy plumber is hard to find in this town. Holding on to this one for sure.
