George and his crew replaced my water heater. They were incredibly professional and had excellent communication throughout, letting me know how much it would cost, how long it would take to install, etc. They arrived promptly, did a clean and professional job, wore masks throughout, etc. Replacing a heater is not cheap, and I probably could have found someone cheaper, but I absolutely belief you get what you pay for, and I was very happy with the service. Would definitely use again (though hopefully I won't have to for a while, lol).

He was professional, pleasant, efficient, and accommodating.  He came in and fixed the problem fast.  He also took the time to talk to me about a project that I am lining up that requires the assistance of a plumber.

I would definitely use this company in the future.

Woohoo! LOOK NO FURTHER.  I am an old lady with many years of disappointing experiences, but these guys are TRULY ROCK STARS of their profession.  I rarely post reviews because I am rarely truly satisfied and do not like to judge people unfairly, so if I am the least bit in doubt whether or not I am too picky, I just don't post ...... BUT there is absolutely NO DOUBT about these guys ....

Starting with Brittany, she answers the phone, then Edwin who called to let me know who is coming, then the actual plumber, forgot his name, but I ABSOLUTELY LOVED HIM.  He drove up and he looked sooooo young, that I got scared and called Brittany because he looked like he was about 12 years old .... let me tell you, this guy went right to work, explained everything, and took care of the problem in no time at all.  PLUS icing on the cake is that he was soooo professional, had a wonderful smile, and cleaned up behind himself .... he even dealt with my VERY difficult tenant like a pro. Brittany gave me the pricing right up front and told me that the plumber would let me know if it would be more than quoted BEFORE doing any work. I didn't like the pricing, but I know for sure that it was fair pricing because this was almost end of day on a Saturday and nobody wanted to come on weekends and if they did, they probably would have charged me much more than PLUMBER 2 THE RESCUE, so I was happy and understood that it was a fair price.

IN ADDITION, like a well oiled machine, Brittany sent me a text when they assigned my plumber, with his name, along with ETA and also emailed me; then she text me when he arrived, text me when the job was completed, and emailed my receipt...... VERY PROFESSIONAL -- LOVE THESE GUYS.  My regular plumber was not available due to a wedding, so these guys were my back-up, but now I feel like I have TWO WONDERFUL CHOICES and would have a hard time choosing next time I need a plumber..... I HIGHLY recommend this company, which I believe is also a family business, which is why they work so well with each other.

Max was super responsive for a bathroom emergency we had over a holiday weekend. He helped resolve the issue and figure out what was going on. Would highly recommend!

Flood Brothers is THE BEST! The office is very courteous and responsive as was Mike. They were flexible and able to prioritize an urgent situation as well as responsible enough to follow up and confirm that the problem was fixed. I would recommend them without hesitation and wish I could find vendors in every area that were this solid, professional, and pleasant.

wow what an amazing service! between calling to schedule an appt to showing up and fixing my clogged shower was all under 4 hours. yesterday I had someone else out here that took 3 hours and lots of fancy tools and told me it would cost 2k and the entire day to fix a clogged shower. thank God I called Luis, he was super professional and friendly and fixed my clogged shower within 5 min for a fraction of the price I was quoted by the other guys.

I've used Saucedo plumbing twice now to unclogged one my house. Both times as I paced with worry about there being a bigger problem that the owner did everything to fix the issues quickly and efficiently. Prices are more than reasonable and he even gave me food tips to look out for during my bathroom remodel.

Amazing 5-star service! Darcy schedules for Warren and was responsive and super kind! Warren is kind, reliable, and goes above and beyond! I was having new floors installed and needed a plumber with short notice due to my installer. Darcy was so kind when we emailed about an estimate and about availability. Warren was on time and even greeted and pet my dog! You know someone is a good person if your dog likes them! He went above and beyond with removing the toilets and then coming back a few hours later to re-install! 100% recommend Ace Plumbing and will be giving them a call for future projects!

I'm beyond relieved after Hugo & Greg came to service my issue. They were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable &  explained in entirety the issue, which many companies make you feel dumb or silly. Highly recommend using them and glad I have found my new plumber for future issues! Thanks, guys!!

Miguel was contacted again for a large pipe replacement and installation, a waste and drainage pipe from the main ceiling located in the garage of my condo in Marina Del Rey. I was thoroughly and totally satisfied with the work, the time invested, the overall fee for this work, and the after clean up that was involved in this particular project.

I am perplexed by a negative response on this review site as I cannot imagine any challenges in working with Miguel, his team and with New Pro Plumbing.  There is not only excellent communication and accountability in that you know he will do what he says he will do (and do it right and well) but there is an overall courtesy that one does not often find within the Plumbing industry at large.  I am definitely referring Miguel to anyone in my local area in Marina Del Rey because I feel the sincerity, honesty, and the results that I have seen from two major calls that he handled well & in a timely manner, are major reasons  to promote his services.

One other important information to note.  Miguel can be reached after hours which is totally comforting and does not put extra $$'s involved on calls to diagnose after normal working hours problems.  Lastly, Miguel can be reached quickly.  In the past, I have left so many messages with Plumbers and there was no return call within a timely manner.  There is a prompt courtesy here that one does not find often within this industry but there is a trust that he will respond and you can know from me that he is competent.

Sorry to say I have to give them 1 star. I set up an appointment a few days in advance for 6pm. I waited until 730 and gave up. I never received a call or even text from them saying they could not make it. It has been a few days now and still nothing.

Let's just say I will never be calling them again. Hope other people have better luck then I did.

Mike and his brother came to our house the very same day we called them, thx guys!  They fixed our clogged sinks, explained everything to us so clearly without the usual plumber speak and the cost for their services was very competitive.  We have used Mike and his brother several times before and each time they have exceeded our expectations!

I have two cats. I noticed a wet spot on the arm of my living room couch. Thought maybe my cats peed on my couch. Very upset but didn't yell at them. They are too cute. Went in to investigate the wet spot with a sniff test. Bang! Got nailed on the top of my head with a drop of water! Looked up and discovered a leak in my living room ceiling! Ugh!

I called Rapid Action Rooter and they showed up quickly. Very professional. Wearing masks and gloves. They had taken detailed info from me over the phone and already had a good idea of the cause before they showed up. They were very courteous and respectful and patient with me. They explained the issue and were able to fix the leak quickly. Fair pricing. Really nice guys and felt that they treated me fairly. Will definitely call them again! Happy customer! Thank you!

Love Chris at Rocket Plumbing!  He has worked on two of my properties.  Rocket may cost a little more than the others but service is prompt, on time, clean, organized and knowledgeable.   I would recommend them.

Josue Donate changed a new toilet for me which works great now. He also resolved my water pipe issue.  I was glad Josue came to my repair. He was very helpful in any way to make it convenient for the customer. And spending a lot more time arranging the logistics to ensure the customer is well taken care of. I liked working with Josue.

Zorro is the man.  I can't recommend his operation highly enough.  Excellent quality work, done on time, at a fair price.  Friendly, efficient communication: made first contact on Super Bowl Sunday, work completed by noon Tuesday.  New water heater installed, and major underground leak repaired.  Zorro even gave me guidance on how to apply to LADWP for a bill adjustment (for the huge water bill caused by the leak).  As the owner of an old house with its many little problems, it feels good knowing that I've found a plumber whom I can count on for my future plumbing needs!

Giovanni definitely understands the business of customer service.  He is quick to respond which is great and really cares what the issue at hand is.  Although our problem did not need his services, he was truly honest and open on what further actions we should take to mitigate any risk.  He came for a free consultation and discussed what options we could take and how much it would cost.  I am definitely going to keep his business card in hand for any needs and recommend him to friends and family.  Thank you!

Had a shower handle that wasn't working and another plumber replace the trim and cartridge, only to have the unit leak. Said I needed a new valve and quoted me over $2k.   Called Sal's plumbing for a second opinion and Geno came out next day.  Looked at the unit, saw the new cartridge was missing a clip and within 30 minutes fixed the whole problem.  Saved me two grand and a headache!

Bear Plumbing had fixed the kitchen faucet twice in a week, including yesterday. Today, the dishwasher connected to the same faucet, flooded the kitchen and basement because the fix broke. So I had no water to the house because I had to shut off the main to stop the flooding.

American Home Shield, the insurance company, was very good. They told me to go ahead and find someone who could fix the problem on this Friday afternoon of the Christmas holiday weekend.

Kathy, the dispatcher, said she'd call right back. They did a terrific job.

Today, Art and Tony came to replace my broken kitchen sink faucet. They discovered that the cold water valve under the sink also leaked. They turned off the water to the house, replaced everything, tightened both water filter faucets and made it all better than ever.

This is THE best plumbing company I have ever used. They have been here multiple times for various jobs, always professional, always neat, always pleasant. Bear Plumbing had been dispatched by American Home Shield two months ago. They hustled me, never fixed the problem. I do not trust them.

Connie is very helpful and professional. She takes the time to explain everything and responds quickly. Truest a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
