Excellent service! Replied to my husband promptly when he called because our water heater completely died. Two other companies that my husband called never called him back but this company was all over it and we had a new water heater within a few hours for a very competitive price! He even took the time to show my husband the problem and why our old water heater needed  replaced instead of repaired. If we ever need service again, they will be our first call, no hesitation. Reliable and honest!

They were friendly on the phone but they wanted 700 dollars to replace a 25 dollar part.
The technician named Freddy looked as he didn't know what it was or how to go about repairing it he was here for 2 minutes and charged 89 bucks for nothing!
The 2 stars review is because the person on the phone was friendly and sounded like he wanted to help unfortunately it didn't.

I am sad to have to write this, but if you expect your plumber to stand behind his work, this company is not a good choice.  I bought a water heater from Warren White/Plumber to the Rescue in Culver City on Aug. 23.2013. Warren recommended the Rheem water heater, and I spent extra money ($1050) to get one with a 10 year warranty. I knew I was paying a premium price for it, but thought he would stand behind it if there was a problem.

The day it was installed, it started blasting out air with the hot water. I thought it was due to the work, and would go away, but the air blast got worse--to the point where it's dangerous. Warren installed some new Anode rods from the manufacturer. This did not fix the problem. He now says it was a lemon from the beginning, but the labor warranty has run out and it's not his water heater. I have had no hot water now for 3 weeks, and he actually made an appointment to come and replace it on Oct. 2nd, but forgot about it, and now says the company won't do anything for him. I've called the company also, and they insist that the problem is not the water heater.

I expected Warren to stand behind work he said was warranteed for 10 years. I also had purchased the same water heater from Warren a year earlier for the back apt. of my duplex. It's fine.  Obviously, I've been a good customer.  However, Plumber to the Rescue isn't interested in rescuing me and it looks like I'm on my own.

A-1 Rooter & Plumbing are the best! We just had Max and his team replace our main water line as we had a hole in the old pipe. His team did an excellent job, the quality of their work is top notch. Max is great with his communication, his team is very friendly and they were always on time with the project timelines. We have worked with several plumbers and none were this good, I'd highly recommend A-1 Rooter to anyone.

We had a bad odor coming from the bathroom. We thought it was a sewer gas leak because we were starting to experience lightheadedness, fatigue, and nausea.  We called 5 different plumbing companies and Flood Brothers Plumbing offered the most thorough inspection process. Our Technician (Brandon) was great. He inspected everything in the bathroom and went under our apartment crawl space to look at all piping. He confirmed there was no plumbing issue and that the smell is likely coming from mold and that we should have a professional mold inspection done. He did not charge for the service because there ended up being no plumbing issue ( I would gladly have paid for the inspection).

They are great! Luis was so nice and did a great job. It's hard to find a plumber you can trust and I trust them. I will use them again and again. Nice, fast, and very reasonable! Highly recommend

I had a last minute emergency that needed to be taken care of just a couple of hours before a new tenant was moving into an apartment.  Alberto was great.  He worked quickly, was super pleasant to deal with, and didn't try to gauge me because I was in a tight spot.  Thanks Alberto!

I've had my first plumbing issue in my new condo (I'm a new homeowner), and was super stressed out. I didn't know what to do ~ especially because it affected my downstairs neighbor.  Darcy was SO nice and talked me through the process and made me feel better. She even recommended a handyman for the job after the plumbing that I will need. What an angel!

Then Chris and his son came out and fixed the problem in no time at all. He was thorough, quick, gave me economical options and trustworthy. I will recommend him to my friends and family. I feel so lucky to have come across them! Don't hesitate and call them.

Whenever I have any plumbing projects, big or small, I have leaned on Rockstar Plumbing. In the beginning, I did a lot of research to figure out who to use and I tested out Rockstar Plumbing to take care of an issue with my water line which was a big job. After that experience, I knew I had my go-to people for my new home. So after a successful installation of a whole-house water filtration system, I had them come about again to get some help with a sediment filter. They came right on time, taught me some things about my system, and even reinforced the support for my filtration system as a bonus since there were already here. They did an amazing job. Hermes is literally the BEST!! I lost a very valuable family ring down my sink drain, and called them in a panic in the middle of the night. They picked up immediately and told me not to lose hope. They were able to come the following afternoon and they rescued my ring!! I am endlessly thankful and they are very very efficient and kind. Thank you guys again!

I highly recommend Rapid Action for your plumbing needs. Mandel answered my phone call and was at my house in just a few hours. This was very convenient for me, a working mom who doesn't have time to deal with a lot of back and forth with messages. He fixed my clogged sink in a jiffy and its draining perfectly. On a personal note, Mandel conducted himself in a professional manner and has a kind and friendly personality.  I plan to call back again for any future plumbing needs.

The work was done competently and efficiently but most importantly, they showed up when they said they would come and the estimate was fair and accurate.  Hard to find a contractor/vendor in LA that is reliable so kudos to Rocket for standing out.

Great work. They gave me the fairest quote out of 5 companies. The first company I called had quoted me literally double what these guys did in less than an hour. I can guarantee you, they'll be my first choice if I ever need anything plumbing related.

Guys came in to fix a broken toilet at the exact time I requested.    We were nervous about people in the house with Covid 19 but they had masks and gloves and were in and out quickly.  Thank you!!!!!

Wonderful experience from the initial call, where the receptionist was very knowledgeable and talked me through what I needed for an inspection.
The day of, I was contacted prior to my appointment window with a more narrow timeframe, then again 30 minutes in advance which I so appreciated.
On arrival, Brendan was very professional and courteous, and both he and his counterpart wore masks and put on shoe covers as they entered my home.
They had moisture meters, which most plumbers I contacted did not, and were able to ascertain information about a leak within the ceiling without doing demolition.
I very much appreciated their demeanor and recommendations and will contacting them again for any plumbing needs. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

I'm a new home owner, and I've had to go through a lot of first-time experiences. When it comes to plumbing, Connie at American Drain Works is my new go-to. From scheduling my appointment to getting the job done, Connie did the job in a professional, reliable, and friendly fashion. I texted her on the weekend and since she was so responsive, I decided to just call her right off the bat to schedule an appointment. Since my issue was a toilet clog, she squeezed me in as soon as possible (Monday around noon), and the most important thing was that she even texted me to let me know when she was coming in the window the day of. Needless to say, she was very clear and open in terms of communication.

The other thing that caught my attention was she was very open about suggestions for my bath tub and sink - she gave me the really skinny so to speak. Ultimately, the vibe I received was that Connie was more concerned about teaching me the best practices so I could handle things myself, and then if need be, I could contact the professionals - in this case, my go-to will always be American Drain Works.
