I requested quotes for water heater repair/replacement from several plumbing services and George was not only one of the fastest to respond, but showed up within the hour.  Both George the owner and John were courteous, professional, and offered competitive quote.  But what sets Rishon apart is their high quality of operation - clean and efficient.  They hauled the old unit, picked up a new one, and installed it in an hour!  Highly recommend them as we will be calling them for future services as well!

Jose and his team at Real Plumbers are great! I've reached out a couple of times and he's always been very responsive and quick to get the job done. The first time I worked with him, I needed someone to swap out an old garbage disposal and sink faucet with new ones - nothing too complicated but I really appreciated how speedy he was and that he also took covid safety measures seriously (mask, gloves, booties, etc.). Most recently, we had a leak in our water heater and he managed to get his guys over to our place in 15 minutes! They identified the problem, ran to the store to get the necessary replacement parts, and finished the job all within 1 hour. It was such a relief to have that problem fixed so quickly. They will be our go-to plumbers from here on out!

Our kitchen sink was clogged - the right basin was backing up when a lot of water was draining in the left basin. George was our plumber for the appointment and was able to efficiently snake the line and unclog our sink. He was polite and professional, and also willing to wear a mask and take off shoes when inside the house. We are very pleased with the service and will use again for our plumbing needs in the future.

We had our kitchen sink clog, the night before we were suppose to host a party and Charlie's Plumbing saved us! We could not say better things about Charlie, and his company. He got to our house faster than most pizza's do, and it was 10 o'clock at night. I didn't even know that there were plumbers that worked 24 hours a day. Charlie was so friendly, and so helpful. He fixed the problem thoroughly, and answered all of our questions. On top of great service, the price was very reasonable. If i have anymore issues, I am definitely going to go back to Charlie. He was willing to help with any issue, and even looked at our washing machine even though it wasn't the issue. He will travel all over LA. Most importantly, he is someone you can trust!

I found Mr. Saucedo through a friend who had used his services snaking his mainline drain. I had purchased a washing machine but had no one to install it for me. I contacted Alberto & he quoted me a fair price. He arrived with an assistant on time & proceeded to get to work. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Recently we had Chris from ACE Plumbing come over to replace a shower head in the master bathroom. It was a nice experience. Chris was honest, reliable, well experienced and patient. The price was very reasonable too. While Chris was scheduled to arrive in the 12noon-2pm window, I received a call from Darcy shortly after 1 pm to tell that Chris would be at our house close to 2 pm (still very much within the time window!) because the project ahead of ours was a bit more demanding than expected. What a courteous team and professional services!

We were connected with Hermes Plumbing through our home warranty, and they were excellent. Friendly, professional, and very efficient.

My garbage disposal needed to be repaired and I called Rapid Action Rooter. I spoke to Mandel and he gave me a quote and had a technician out the very next morning. My technician Kelly was absolutely wonderful and installed my new disposal perfectly. Mandel called me right after the installation was completed to ensure everything went well. I will absolutely call Rapid Action Rooter again for all of my plumbing needs.

Seriously, don't look any further. Chris responded promptly to my call. He was on time, having put in a courtesy call in advance of the appointment. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Not an easy call but the right step to save us an unnecessary exploratory expense. It was a leak in our living room ceiling we thought was coming from our upstairs bathroom. That according to another plumber who wanted to charge us $5000. Chris said, no -- and was right. Iit was a wall pipe in the ceiling. He cut out two areas of drywall. Removed the cracked pipe and replaced it.  And the rodent droppings.  He was smart, extremely efficient, and very courteous. And his cost was super fair. Best experience ever with a plumber.

Nothing but good things to say for them. Had my water heater go out overnight, searched yelp and got a couple of responses but no one was able to come out next day. New Generation Plumbing contacted me and was able to book me for a next day free estimate appointment to check out what was the issue. Turns out my water heater was older than I thought and parts would not be easy to come by after some research. They quoted me fairly both how much repairs would be if they were able to find the parts, but ultimately recommended I do a full replacement. They were able to do the complete install same day within a few hours. They were even able to replace a broken shut off valve for a bathroom sink near where my water heater was installed.

I appreciate the great work they did, how quickly they responded. They were very kind and answered all my questions I had, didn't push me to do one thing or another. Would definitely be using them for my future plumbing needs. Thanks!

These guys were amazing from beginning to end! Reasonable quote, quick response, owner answered all of my questions...and I had a lot!  Installers were on time. I have wood floors so they put down tarps and did all Covid safety precautions. Installers were very conscientious and cleaned up thoroughly.  They were also very pleasant. These guys are awesome, and super responsive. They have been helping us with plumbing problems since we bought our house 4 years ago. They are always fastidious and quick in their responses. Our condo had a backed up line on a Sunday. We had called adeedo and they didn't pick up. So we tried roto rooter and they said it was going to be $750 to snake the toile!
We called sal and his guys were there in an hour and it costs us $120! These guys are my go to from now on.

I had to install the water pressure regulator for the house. Greg came out the same day and did it in an hour. Greg is uh so good! Welds are clean. Regulator is regulating. And I am impressed. Thank you.

Chris is a great guy and a very knowledgeable plumber. I have been having sewer line issues for about the last 2 years and needed to see what is going on with my line. Chris came out the next day and did a camera inspection for free. Every other person I contacted wanted $250 for the same job. I still need part of my line replaced but Chris recommended Hydro-jetting for at least temporary solution. When I have the money I am going to hire him to dig up the sidewalk and replace the bad section. I highly recommend his company!
