I had a leaking value on my tankless water heater and the Rishon team did a great job getting it fixed.  I got a quote after texting some pictures that was very competitive; made an appointment which they were on time for; and when they arrived they did the job in about 20 minutes. They were also happy to discuss some other plumbing questions I had while they worked.  Great experience overall and I'd use them again.

I found Real Plumbers via Yelp and they did not disappoint! Jose is very professional and was able to execute on the project I had on a very tight timeline. He is reliable, kind and great at what he does. Will definitely use them again!

He came out the next day and diagnosed that the rubber washer had deteriorated so he replaced the stem. Fast, efficient, reliable, and a fair price. The ceiling in my garage was pouring out water on a Sunday afternoon. I called A-1 Rooter and Max answered. Based on what I could tell him he tried to see if we could figure out the cause over the phone.  We couldn't and he was out within an hour. He figured out the location of the broken pipe within the wall very quickly and was able to repair it within 2 hours. He not only knew what he was doing but he was honest and authentic - explaining the situation very clearly. He even let me know it is likely the repairs are covered by my homeowner's policy.  To say he made a bad situation better is an understatement.  I highly recommend him if you need a plumber.

The best plumbing company I have ever used. Saw the reviews on flood brothers and decided to give them a try . Man was l not disappointed these guys have there thing together over there. Had them to check why a sewer smell was coming from plumbing and crawl space under house . They found issues with broken piping in both bathroom and kitchen area. Repair were done in a few hours including cleanup. From here on the only plumbing company am calling for my needs.

Fantastic.  Charlie came on a Saturday, unclogged bathtub in 20min and gave us a great low price.  I walked out to his van to get his card (old school), and it looked like it was prepared for any plumbing problem you could imagine--top notch.  Charlie looks, acts, and is professional.
May I recommend that those who can consider a tip.  I think it might help to keep prices as low as they are which helps everyone else.

I rarely ever take the time to write reviews but I was so pleased and impressed with Alberto's service, that I just had to write one!  If you are looking for an honest guy who isn't trying to nickel and dime you, Alberto is your guy. He is highly professional and it is very clear that he cares about his work.

We had an emergency and ended up calling the first person we could get ahold of and that guy told us we had tree roots penetrating our pipes. He told us he couldn't snake out the roots and that we had to replace our sewer line and quoted me $15,000! Thank god we called Alberto and got a second opinion.

Alberto arrived on time, was respectful, quoted us a reasonable price and took the time to properly explain what was going on. He then proceeded to inspect our sewer lines with a camera, showing us all 4 blockages on the monitor. Not only was he patiently answering all of our questions but he also provided us with the camera footage! He then snaked out all of the roots and pulled them out to show us, something the other guy claimed was not possible. Alberto did not at any point force unnecessary work and for that we are extremely grateful.

There aren't many honest people in this business; we are lucky to have found Alberto. I highly recommend him and his company for any emergency situations or plumbing needs you may encounter!

Ace is my go-to for plumbing issues.  Christopher just replaced my leaky kitchen faucet and two frozen angle stops, and now everything is functioning perfectly.  The staff is incredibly organized, friendly, professional, on-time, informative, skillful, quick, and affordable.  Highly recommend this business!!!

I came back from work to find a clogged bathroom sink.  Even though it was after 7 p.m., Miguel came out and worked tirelessly for several hours late into the night using first one snake and then a larger snake to attempt to clear my drain.  Throughout the ordeal, he was very polite, kept up a friendly conversation, wore booties, and was careful to not disturb my very cluttered apartment.  Due to multiple elbow pipes in my plumbing, he needed to return the next day to gain access from a lower unit.  He came back the next day to continue working for several hours until he was able to unclog the drain.  He also fixed my toilet, which he noticed was running.  He did a great job for a reasonable price.  He was also very professional, and made sure to get my approval of each quote before beginning work- no hidden surprises.  I highly recommend him!  Thank you, Miguel!

Once again Vicktor showed up a couple of weeks ago to take care of one of our rentals and cleared a grip of roots out of the main line. We will keep him close in our contacts, this is one you don't want to loose. Great guy!

These guys were really great.  Water heater broke, after getting my replacement parts from the manufacturer, these guys were able to come out quick and repair it in about 30 minutes.

Mandel and his crew were outstanding. We first reached out to them to help us with an emergency (water backing up simultaneously into kitchen sink, tub/shower in bathroom, and toilet). They took care to properly diagnose what the issue was, show us the problem on the camera, and get it taken care of in the short term. Then we had them come back out a few weeks later to perform the long-term, permanent fix, which was digging out several feet of old, corroded cast iron pipe from underneath our house and replacing it with ABS, as well as fixing the tie-in that was incorrectly installed before we purchased the house (hence the reason for water backing up into both the kitchen and the bathroom at the same time). Throughout all of it, Mandel and the team were excellent communicators, were on time and finished jobs ahead of schedule, and quoted us at reasonable prices without constantly upselling us or adding on new hidden charges. All said, we were really happy we found them here on Yelp, and we'll gladly work with them again for any more plumbing work we need.

Had a broken pipe in bathroom sink. I called on Monday and Sam came out on Wednesday.  Diagnosed problem quickly and said there were two possible fixes, a less expensive and a more expensive one. I had another company out on Monday, and they only mentioned the more expensive fix, which was 276% the price of Sam's low quote and 193% the price of his high quote. Sam completed the job quickly and effectively and I am happy. I recommend!

I contacted New Generation Plumbing, and not only were they accommodating to my schedule but prompt and professional. They sent out Martin and Jose, who promptly replaced a leaky faucet in my kitchen.
I appreciated the top-notch work, clean-up after, and attention to following COVID-19 protocols.
They were also mindful of making sure my cats did not escape when they went out the door to get supplies. I respect the type of care individuals show when they enter my home.
It's no wonder that when my bathroom faucet started acting up, I quickly contacted New Generation again, who again promptly fixed the issue.

Water heater gave up the ghost last weekend on Saturday.  Placed a few calls on Sunday and got a return call from Zorro within 20 minutes.  Zorro asked a few questions, I sent over a couple of iPhone photos, told him a bit about the history of the water heater, its location in the basement.  He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone.  Next day (Monday) John and George (no Ringo or Paul) showed up on time.  Very courteous, they looked over the situation to confirm and then quickly got to work.  They came up with a couple of ideas to improve the installation.  No surprises on having to pump out the old water heater because its in a basement-they came prepared!  Ninety minutes later, we had hot water!  No fuss, no haggling, no you got this problem or you get that problem.  This is the way service ought to be delivered by all repair companies.  Way to go Z& H!

We have been using Jerry and Giovani from Flood Brothers for many years now. We bought a house and found out that our sink pipe was broken and needed it repaired ASAP. Thomas was able to come out late Friday night and fix it Saturday morning. They were responsive  and reliable and did a great job.

My boss has hardwood floors, so we don't wear shoes inside.  These guys were not even asked- they got to the door and from their pockets took out shoe covers- AWESOME!  

I called and was able to have their team out the same day in a few hours.  Their price was extremely reasonable- we expected to pay a lot more.  They unclogged the restroom sink, fixed the clogged garbage disposal and dishwasher and adjusted the kitchen faucet.
