After trying to deal with the warranty people on my Rheem hot water heater, and them telling me that since I couldn't produce my receipt and because the manufacture date was June 2021, the warranty was now just covered  parts which they could send out in a few weeks.  

I went to Yelp to find a plumber.  With a 5 star review on Yelp, I chose Mario's Plumbing and Drains.  That was this morning.  They came when they said they would, the work was done and it isn't even 5 yet.   I will definitely use them again in the future.

This is the service you should call first!  I called them because, after another plumber had been here just a few months prior, we had a leak in the upstairs shower - it was bad!  Khan arrived very promptly with his assistant, took a look, and then offered to fix it right there and then.  Wouldn't you know it?  There were other issues.  He took a look and told me up-front why the last repair was no good.  This time, It got done right.  It was major work, and it took hours, but I've now got something I didn't have with regards to this issue - peace of mind!  If I had called this service months ago, I would have saved a ton of time, money and hassles.

Chris was great to work with and super responsive. He was able to help us update our old plumbing in the garage and figure out the best solution to work around issues of an old house. He takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to make sure we're happy with the results. I'm looking forward to working with Chris again the next time I have any plumbing issues.

I've hired these guys twice. They are great. As some of the other reviewers mentioned, they don't seem very stressed by situations that other people think are difficult. They show up, they write an estimate, they do the work, they stick to their estimate, and they make it look easy. I had two disasters, both on old properties with old clay pipes in difficult settings. They didn't blink at either one.  There's not much worse than having sewage bubbling up in the yard. They make it all better. What more could you possibly want?

The owner responded to our request for a quote within minutes and was straight to the point,  a price and length of warranty - I appreciate that. They were available the next day, and I contacted them at around 4pm, so the turnaround is amazing.

The day of the installation came, they came on time, was polite, professional, and fast. The toiled was installed well, gave us a quick rundown of the toilet and off they went.

I'll go again to them for other projects for sure.

Was in a bind and needed some plumbing done to hook up my kitchen island sink, osmosis, garbage disposal and plumbing to our fridge. I contacted Michael at Pure Plumbing around 9pm one evening and he got back to me within minutes to confirm he could take on the job the next day. He spent about 2 hours onsite and connected everything. All works great. Very timely and efficient.

I give them 5 Stars, because this is the max. If I could I would give them 100. They are fast, responsive, their techs are friendly and very cordial. Great work, keep it up!

Russ has become our go-to guy for plumbing. He's local, considerate and trustworthy. He works to get things right, and in our situation, came back to fix something at no additional cost. He's extremely reasonable, sticks to his estaimate, and works quickly and cleanly. Go to Top Hat.

I contacted Expert Plumbing to repair a leaking water heater.  They were able to come out the same morning to provide a quote, and came back and finished the job the same day.  The work was done well, and communication was excellent.  Work site was cleaner than they found it, and the workmanship looks very good.  Highly recommended for your plumbing needs.

We had Kitchen sink problem around 10am on saturday even we will have a party from 3pm.  He came to my house within 30 minutes and solved problem immediately.  He was very professional, friendly, and job was very clean.  I highly recommend him for drain work.

Kept me up to date throughout the whole process, dug WITHOUT a permit, got the permit simultaneously, within a day, gave me a cash discount and cleaned and disinfected my house cleaning up after both 24/7 Plumbing AND WorksPlumbing.  I will never call another plumber. Same price quoted by Works, and it was a $20K job altogether, all of the sewer line had to be replaced. Added a Y, and replaced all the pipes under all the sinks due to the STENCH left by prior plumbers, no charge.

Happy Rooter, was responsive and professional and cleared my sewer backup in a timely manner. I recommend them without reservation.

Amazing, they actually follow-up and do what they say.  Mary called me back promptly, gave me good advice, and scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me.  Tim called prior to the scheduled appointment to say that he was on his way, and he arrived promptly at the scheduled time.  Tim was pleasant, clean, respectful and efficient, thorough and cleaned up after himself.

driving my hollister  5/18/22 around 11am we are merging onto one lane while a young Hispanic looking kid got off to the side of the road to cut us off. I have my freaking 4 year old in the car hauling a camper! He could have totally caused a Accident! That was completely uncalled for and not okay!  I wouldn't care as much if it was adults but my child was in the car, if anything happend this company would be 100% reliable. Check who you hire.

Wonderful, friendly service! We have been using Scott's Plumbing for years and have never been disappointed. They have been especially good at diagnosing mysterious leaks and finding the sources of the problems. They are also leave the workplace clean. We have no reservations of any sort about this company.

We had used Barnett before to replace our water heater- about 8 years ago, maybe more- and then this weekend it started thumping and leaking.  It was pretty terrifying so we shut it down and had nothing but cold water (brrrr).  I left a message on Sunday, and figured I'd need to call them when they opened on Tuesday (Monday being a holiday) and they called me before I called them first thing on Tuesday!  A very nice person came out, gave us an estimate and did the work that day!  I am so happy.  Everyone in my family is so happy.  It wasn't cheap but it was great service.

Fantastic service, had a problem installing a new kitchen faucet. The owner Mark came to my home late Friday before a holiday weekend and installed a new shut off valve also ordered a new part because the new faucet was broken and said he will come back to install the part once I received it. The part came after the holiday and he came back to install the broken part as promise. All this was done at a very very reasonable cost. Will call him again for my plumbing needs.

My furnace would not turn on. William from IRBIS inspected and gave recommendations. The estimate was very reasonable. I decided to have the furnace replaced. As scheduled two technicians, Jonathan and Edwardo came on time. Both of them know what they are doing, are very efficient, respectful, answered all my questions nicely. I would definitely recommend  IRBIS for HVAC service, duct cleaning.
