Kevin did a great job helping me with a sump pump issue I had.  He was very informative and helpful!

This team turned around a new water heater for us in less than 24 hours.  One team member gave us a quote the same day we called and the next day we had a new water heater installed in less than two hours!  They were great and very easy to work with.  I would definitely call them again!

First time posting a review on Yelp. I wanted to leave a review for Chris, who did an amazing job installing a new garbage disposal. I got a quote from Chris who provided a fair price. Chris was very responsive and easy setting up an appointment. We had scheduled a 4pm appointment since he had a previous job lined up the next day. He finished early from his previous job and told me, he was available to come early. Chris showed up with a face mask and shoe booties. He completed the job pretty fast. I would definitely recommend Chris. He was very reliable and did an awesome.

We have a circa 1960s house, and the iron drainwork was clearly starting to go. We experienced frequent backups, and drain water was starting to seep from underground.

Not having tens of thousands of dollars to fix it, we looked toward TrenchFree. When I called them, Juan was very friendly, and ran a complimentary camera inspection of the kitchen and laundry drain, and found the likely cause. Their quote was very reasonable, and using their method, it would only take one to two days with minimal disruption to the landscape.

After really worrying about jackhammering my kitchen for several weeks, we finally decided to do it. The guys showed up on time, and delivered as promised. They prepped the site and protected the rest of the house against dust as best they could, and were able to excavate a pit in our kitchen and the sink drain without removing any countertops. They used the machine to push a steel rod right under the side of our house, and into the kitchen, then used it to pull a new drainpipe as a single piece back out to the main in the front yard, through a dining room window. They spent a second day jackhammering to the sink drain (our concrete slab foundation is thick!) and connecting the sink and the laundry.

They backfilled, and reset the concrete floor, including embedding rebar. They were very professional and even stayed overtime (~8pm) to ensure everything was set for the weekend. They cleaned and even mopped our floors as they left. Couldn't be happier with the work. Thank you TrenchFree! 10/5 stars if I could.

Our garbage disposal began leaking and within a days notice Abel was able to come out and assess the situation. Within less than 24 hrs we had it replaced and a functioning sink again. He understood the importance of the turnaround and helped get us back up and running. Great communication and quick, through work. Much appreciated and would recommend to others looking for honest help.

Our house is over 100yrs old. Plumbing is a great challenge, but Mike and his company were up for the job. Working to find and fix the problem. As they were all finished and ready to leave they found a pipe that was completely plugged and going above and beyond they stayed to fix it also. The cleanup was great, no mess left behind. In addition, they cleaned the floor where dirt was tracked in. Amazing job done; by an amazing hard working group. So if your house is old or new trust Pure Plumbing Solutions.

I had a main line break with standing water under my house. This was an extremely difficult  and dirty job. I was lucky enough to get Joe assigned to my repair. He did a great job and even took time to work with my insurance company.   I will be using Bayshore in the future.

Russ provided an accurate assessment and quote for the replacement of part of our main water line, a main shut off valve and the required city mandated flow valve.

Russ was on time, courteous, professional, and proficient, completing a task of removing very old units, resulting in a very complete, near, new system at a reasonable price.

We had a emergency due to the main sewer line getting backed up at our home on Saturday night.  We called 24hr Drain Pro and they showed up in about an hour.  Tony was very knowledgeable and friendly.  Based on the situation he determined that the main line was clogged.  He was able to clear the line fairly quickly.  Our old house does not have a clean out.  So clearing the line was a little more difficult.  We plan on using them to add a clean out.  Highly recommend.  Great work and a nice guy.  Thanks Tony!

Leo was extremely professional and patient trying to figure out what what causing a sewage small every time we ran our washer.  He came twice, but fortunately the smell didn't appear again.  He did not charge us anything. He is definitely very knowledgeable and polite.  Will be calling him again if the problem comes back.

Called Victor this morning at 7:30 and he was able to get to the house and finish the job by 9:30!

April 2018- AJ Bono Plumbing (AJ Bono) FAILED and Letts Plumbing (Letts) came to the RESCUE.  We had a blockage which resulted in a leak in the kitchen and the garage as our washing machine is in the garage.  We called our home warranty and they sent out AJ Bono (mind you they were out in Feb 2018 to clear a blockage).  Apparently, they didn't clear the blockage properly because we had a huge mess to deal with in April.  The home warranty company sent AJ Bono to our house on 4/26 (much to our dismay). AJ Bono said they cannot access the blockage and would require additional authorization to create an access point into the current plumbing pipes; they left without clearing anything.  None of this sounded right, so I called Letts the next morning for a second opinion--Fred from Letts cleared the blockage in an hour--NO additional pipe access required- Fred was great! He knew what he was doing and was very professional. I called AJ Bono and the home warranty company and told them I had a REAL plumber come out and they fixed the problem.  Thanks FRED!!!  Bottom line AJ Bono was trying to charge unnecessary fees to the home warranty company at our expense.

This company has been professional, reasonable, and knowledgeable.  They fixed the plumbing on our tub, tore out the old tub and replaced the tub and surrounding.  They did some maintenance on our OLD HVAC and installed new ducts. Also, they repaired some damage repairs under a sink and installed a new sink and faucet.

This local plumber is a great find as they are very reasonably priced, professional and very service oriented. I originally scheduled them for a more expensive repair service but they fixed my problem without having to use the expensive option. They are about helping you out without taking your money which is hard to find these days. Since then, I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and have never been disappointed with any work.

I want to thank Joskan very much for his professional, efficient and dilligent work!! He helped me to identified a root cause of roof leaking, which is even out of his usual scope and get this fix done just within hours. This leaking has been annoying me for almost a year! So basically, just hours to save me from a disaster for over years!  Really a life saver, I'd highly recommend!

I'm so sorry to say after 14 years of great service I have gone to another plumber (in Livermore, also with 5 stars) due to 1) the much higher prices (most recently Barnett Plumbing was $155 more than competitor and phone person would not adhere by price we were given by Barnett technician who had been out very recently - he stated could not give me the reason for the price increase, which was still $100 more than quotes I got elsewhere) ? 2) Also, a few months ago we had called regarding an issue and it was scheduled a week and a half out. (?) Then, we received multiple calls in the meantime that a tech was available...

They didn't used to make people wait a week and half, and then call in between seemingly more important customers, which makes a customer (such as myself). feel lesser than on the customer totem pole.

In summery, feeling like our family and 14 years of business just don't seem to matter with a (possibly) new phone person the last 2 times we called over a 5 month period. Issues both times, although he was a very pleasant fellow, it was not customer service first.

I will say the Barnett Plumbing crews and the owner himself have always been wonderful so I am certainly gonna miss them. I did trust them to do the work and be in my home. In these challenging financial times I will have to go with the substantially lower priced but also 5 star review company and also like that they booked me in less than a week and a half. It's as if my plumbing issue mattered to the other company and was a sense of urgency. Makes a customer feel cared for and not just a number. Did not feel like just a number for the first 14 years with Barnett, just the last 6 months with new phone person and set up.

I sincerely wish Barnett Plumbing the best and if they can drop their much-higher prices to match (or at least come close) to other local plumbers prices (who also have fantastic reviews) I would consider coming back + so would my neighbors.

This morning I had Blossom Valley Plumbing out to the house to repipe gas valve. Mike was our serviceman, he showed up on time was very courteous and friendly. We discussed what he was going to do and then he got right to work. He finished the job in a very timely manner and
charged a very reasonable price. He cleaned up after he was through. I will call Blossom valley
back the next time a need a plumbing job.

AC works.  The guys worked hard and were  courteous and cleaned up after themselves.  Most I'll give this place, from my experience, is 3 stars.  Hope everyone else has a better experience.  Won't repeat
