Kevin and the team were a delight to work with- extremely professional, on time, and did amazing work. We had two very old water heaters (one was dead, one was about to go). Kevin made time for us immediately in the schedule and got the work done in a matter of hours. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the equipment installed and the work performed. This was all done at a very competitive price. The team even fixed our laundry room sink that was broken for three years as an added bonus for no additional charge. I highly recommend Mario's Plumbing & Drains for any plumbing needs.

Khan is seriously the nicest plumber out there. When I called him about a wax ring replacement, he was incredibly helpful and courteous, plus he gave the lowest quote around. He arrive on time for our scheduled appointment and promptly replaced the wax ring underneath the toilet. Well, a very simple job turned complicated. Now that our toilet was properly sealed, we discovered that our toilet water was flowing into the wrong places because the contractor that had worked on our place had improperly installed our pipe and drainage.  

To make the long story short, Khan helped us fix everything even though he had a busy day. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. AND he ended up only charging us 1/10 of what it usually cost for the unexpected ordeal. For that, I'm super thankful.

I'm so glad it was Khan that came to our rescue and I'll be recommending to everyone I know.

I called 3 companies to get estimates, and decided to go with Trenchfree.  They showed up the same day we called and installed a temporary water main.  We were able to keep our irrigation going while on vacation for the following week.  When we returned, they showed up promptly on the day we had agreed upon.  Their crew was friendly and did quality work.  By the end of the day they finished, and left our yard all cleaned up.  They even replanted some of the plants that they had to dig up.  Great service all around.

Abel is the most honest one out there. Explained what we needed to do so he doesnt have to come back when out shower clogged. Also, he could've charged us all these extra fees like so many others wouldve but he didn't.

Also, hes willing to squeeze in a home visit on short notice if he can. he will work with you to make sure that you get the help you need as soon as possible.

I just did a main shut off replacement with water pressure regulator. The process was pretty smooth. Communication and the cleanup after the installation. I tested the water pressure afterwards and the long lasting water hammering is gone. So happy with it. If you are on the market for plumbing works. Definitely recommend to call Mike first.

Had a great experience with Top Hat Plumbing today!  Russ arrived and assessed my long list of miscellaneous repairs that needed attention. My list included such things as a clog, installing faucets and a sink, fixing leaking outdoor faucets and water heater, and taking care of a problem toilet and shower (I am not known for taking care of things right away :)).  He gave me a fair price ahead of time and knocked it all out in an efficient manner.  Thanks Top Hat!!

Jacob and Alex were awesome!   We had a plumber from Roto Rooter who completely botched the job.   J&A were able to correct the problem, do things the right way, and were very efficient, clean and professional.  They clearly had the correct expertise and were also quite pleasant to deal with.  The estimate process was very fast and accurate as well.

I had a backed up main drain, they came out within two hours. I found out I didn't have a way to get to the main drain on our old house, so it turned into a bigger job. Tony was great and set up an appointment for the next day. They showed up on time and even finished faster than estimated. Great to work with, would highly recommend. I will definitely call them for any plumbing issues we have in the future!

We had a leaking bathtub faucet and I called Pro Roto at 6:30 pm.  Marco answered my call live and told me he would call me back with which of his technicians could help me.  None were available, so he came himself and was at my house by 7 pm.  He examined the problem and informed us that it needed a new part and that he would return the next morning at 9:00 am.  He returned the next morning on the dot.  It was quickly fixed.
Marco was super-very professional, reasonable, and I would not hesitate to use Pro Roto again.

On Sunday night I found a lot of water under my kitchen sink.  It seems like water were licking from everywhere...  The pipes under the sink, and the garbage disposal were as old as the house so we knew it was time to find a plumber.  I called Victor at Happy Rooter and he answered the phone pretty early on Monday morning.  He said that he will send me someone to look at it between 10am and 11am.  A guy name Richard came at 10am sharp.  What a nice guy!  We could not be any more pleased by the work he did.  Everything looks good now with no licks.  He was very good at explaining everything he needed to do.  It all made sense.  We are truly impressed with the job they did and how friendly and professional they are.  I am so glad I found them!!

I thought I had a water leak in my crawlspace after the pest control company spotted some water but Sheldon took a look at my pipes and he said they were not leaking

Oddly enough, it was due to a lawn sprinkler hitting the crawlspace vents

That was a definitely a big relief before the cold season

I would recommend this plumbing  company to everyone that needs plumbing work done from the smallest job to the largest job. They were quick to respond to me and Tony the plumber was cordial and informed me step by step on everything that he was doing. Great job Tony!

Phillip gave us perfect service. He knew more about my shower valve system than Google, or the local specialty hardware store. Best of all, he left the site exactly like he found it. Definitely calling Tom's & Scott's again.

I had a constant water running problem that I discovered in the afternoon.   Joksan came out that same evening at 6:30 pm.   He crawled under the house to look for any water leaks and found everything was dry.   Then he checked all the house toilets and found one fill valve that was constantly running.   He promptly repaired and provided a receipt and warranty.   He was very clean and wore a mask during his entire service in my home.   Joksan was fast, efficient and clear in his diagnosis and repair.  The repair bill was very reasonable.   I would definitely use him again!

Wanted to replace our gas water heater with a new heat pump water heater.  They provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision, and they were the lowest price and took care of all the rebates.  Within a few days, they had scheduled a technician (Alex C.) to come over for the installation.  It was estimated to be a two day job, but Alex worked late to get it done in one day!

Tim contacted me personally and schedule a free HVAC heater maintenance, the technician, Kenneth, explained of the maintenance service thoroughly on-site. He tested the temperature of the of the airflow from the fans to ensure that the heater works in good condition after the maintenance. If you are looking for annually heater maintenance, Irbis is the right place to go with. They are willing to provide you with the annual Subscription fee.

The HVAC draining problem was fixed by the other independent guy I found from other website.

Overall, I am happy with their customer service. However, it could be better if Irbis help me with the HVAC draining issue promptly.

Not sure why They sent out a guy who could not fix the problem but was able to assess the situation and then report back. Does it make sense to anyone??

To me, it wastes my time and money ($115). They sent out someone who took a few pictures without offering any treatment options other than replacing the AC unit that cost thousands of dollars. The on-site technicians did not explain to me anything clearly other than the pan is made of metal so he could not do anything about the rust other than replace the entire unit (it costs thousands of dollars).

I requested the assessment document after two days, and they did not get back to me until a week. Then it indicated a drainage issue after I discussed the possibility of drainage problems on the assessment/document.

I am sorry but could you send someone who knows how to fix it as soon as the problem is identified??? It is like I paid a consulting fee and got nothing fixed right away.
