Had a leak in the recirculating hot water line. Mario's crew came _quickly_, were courteous, saw not only the problem for which I had called but also another nearby location that would leak sooner than later, repaired everything nicely, and were tidy, careful, and efficient. Excellent service!

I called when our water heater stopped working on a Saturday morning.
1. A service person answered the phone(!), took my info and said they could come check out the situation within 2 hours.
2. I quickly got a follow up call from Khan to go over the details. He told me the age of our WH likely meant we would need a new one. He promised to be at our house in 1/2 hour.
3. The crew showed up on time as promised, all very professional and courteous.
4. The quote was below the 2 other outfits I contacted, and included everything, new WH, labor, disposal of old WH, etc, plus a $25 discount for mentioning Yelp.
5. Job complete and and site cleaned up within 4 hours of my call!!

We knew our main water line was deteriorating, so we searched for a company that would install the new, plastic ones that are flexible in case of earthquakes, without the mess or damage of digging. They dug three small holes, one at the beginning, one at a connecting point, and one at the end of the line, and drilled the path for the water line. The dirt that was dug out was put on large plywood boards, so it would not mess up anything. Our beautiful garden and all our concrete (steps and path, there is a lot) was untouched. When the job was done, you could hardly see that someone had dug. Everything was cleaned up properly and put back into place. There were some little corrections to be made which they took care of immediately and professionally. When they left, everything was working perfectly. One of the first contractors without!! any issues! Their price was, after the 10 percent off Yelp, comparable to all other offers we got. Another good thing: They are member of BBB.

Abel and his crew did a great job of installing a water softener, fixing leaks in the toilet and drain replacement in the crawl space. They were professional, thorough and very responsive.

Had a great experience with Top Hat Plumbing today!  Russ arrived and assessed my long list of miscellaneous repairs that needed attention. My list included such things as a clog, installing faucets and a sink, fixing leaking outdoor faucets and water heater, and taking care of a problem toilet and shower (I am not known for taking care of things right away :)).  He gave me a fair price ahead of time and knocked it all out in an efficient manner.  Thanks Top Hat!!

We just scheduled another service with Expert Plumbing, and once again it was a great experience. Fast, professional, and affordable - everything you'd want from a plumbing service.

I was very happy with Happy Rooter!  Victor answered the phone quickly & fulfilled his promise to get back to me with an ETA within minutes.  His Technician Richard arrived in 20 minutes, quickly determined the problem under our leaking kitchen sink, gave us a quote, went out to buy the parts & came back and competently fixed the leak.  He also took the initiative to unclog the faucet head & tighten its handle. I thought I had a water leak in my crawlspace after the pest control company spotted some water but Sheldon took a look at my pipes and he said they were not leaking

Oddly enough, it was due to a lawn sprinkler hitting the crawlspace vents

That was a definitely a big relief before the cold season

I don't write reviews often. But Art and his teams' work deserves more good reviews. We planned to switch from an electric stove to a gas stove, and we do not have kitchen ventilation installed. So our project includes a new dedicated gas line and a kitchen ventilation duct installation.

We got four quotes from different companies, Art was the most professional one with a very affordable price range. During the estimation, he was the only one that checked everything to make sure the quote was accurate. The duct was very tricky to install without removing the drywall, but they managed to complete the work perfectly as promised. You can feel they care about the work and your property, and they try hard to get the job done correctly.

We were able to pass the city inspection without any issue. Right now three weeks have passed, and we enjoyed our new gas range very much, as well as our new kitchen range hood.

I would like to thank them for being honest and professional.

Phillip gave us perfect service. He knew more about my shower valve system than Google, or the local specialty hardware store. Best of all, he left the site exactly like he found it. Definitely calling Tom's & Scott's again.

Let me just say... once you call Barnett, don't bother calling anyone else!

The girl on the phone was very efficient and understanding of our horrible situation - toilets, shower, tub, kitchen sink... all backed up!  This is what nightmares are made of.

We received a text confirmation, really cool.  Then, we received another text confirmation with a photo of our Plumber and his background - way cool!

Alberto.... this guy.... AMAZING!!!!  Extremely knowledgeable!!! no B.S.!!! Experienced.   We truly got very lucky.  

Alberto assessed the problem right away, we showed him pictures and he took some on his own.  Found our Clean Out just by CALCULATING where it would be and BOOM! there it was!  (mind you we had two other companies come over the weekend and aside from their astronomical prices, neither of them bothered to try and find the Clean Out and were already talking about ripping up the front yard apart just to find the Pipe)

Alberto cleared our clog, found the clean out, replaced pipe, toilet, and various things, and of course showed us the nightmare that had been building up to this point:  
previous owners had an issue before and didn't even bother to find the clean out so they basically hammered a hole into a random section of the pipe/sewer then sealed it with concrete on an already very old iron rusted pipe, which roots and dirt got into the pipe thru this particular lovely hole... 3 feet underground!  Cause the landscaper they had on their last job completely buried the Clean Out to never be seen again...  Until Alberto!
One of our toilets, they had glued plastic connector to a rusted Iron pipe.. yeah... glue... and you know that wax seal that your toilet sits on? non existent!  All that explained the nasty leak under the house.

All in all, the services provided by Alberto and Barnett as a whole, has been nothing short of spectacular.  Reasonably priced and efficiently completed.

I just found this company from a friend that recommended them to me. I'm so happy I called them and they came to my home and met me there, ( I had to leave work and explained that to them ) and I was back at work by 1 PM. They did the job and cleaned up the mess all within 1 1/2 hours. I will defiantly use this company again.
