Excellent service today.  Arrived on time.  Replaced my water heater near Stanford by Noon the day after I called at 10 pm.  Neat, friendly and professional. Market price. Definitely recommend and would use again. I'm very picky and these folks are great.

Khan and team are great, Great communication when they are unexpectedly detained at an emergency job on the day of our appointment. We are able to reschedule the next morning. No big deal, life happens.
When they showed up to fix and replace/fix my sink and shower faucets, they are respectable of the home and keeping safe Covid protocols! They work efficiently, going out of their way to provide me good services and parts.
When the shower faucet cartridge change became a bigger challenge than previous expected, the team think outside the box, and manage to replace the shower cartridge after all without charging extra for the challenge.
I highly recommend the business, and will hire Khan and team again for any future tasks.

My kitchen sink was stopped up but luckily still draining. Pure plumbing was recommend by a friend so I called them. My problem was not an emergency so we scheduled the appointment for the next afternoon. Nathan came over to work on the sink. He got the job done, cleaned up and all was good. I appreciate the good work and fair prices. I recommend Pure Plumbing.

I had an issue with my bathroom faucet that was only putting out hot water but not cold water. 2 folks came out from Bayshore and fixed it in less than 3 minutes. Turns out there was a crick in the pipe that was preventing the flow of cold water. Since it was not a major plumbing fix, they did not charge for it, although I did offer to compensate them for their time and kindness in coming out to see me. I will give them 5 stars for expertise, kindness, and absolute professionalism, and they will certainly be the first I will call next time I have a plumbing issue.

When I discovered that my hot water heater was leaking and flooding the garage, it was a Sunday evening. A bit panicked, I looked for a plumber on Yelp, as I have never needed one before. I noticed Top Hat was local and very highly rated. Fortunately, they were able to come right over, diagnose the problem, and replace the hot water heater in a very timely manner. Also, they went above and beyond by vacuuming up some water and explaining everything they did, as well as how to manage the new hot water heater. I feel completely confident recommending Top Hat to anyone who is in need of a plumber! Thanks Guys!

Well another winner on my  list of contractors,just had my new electric water heater installed.Expert manager  came out and consulted which type was best for our house .The guys came and connected new one,check water temp,pressure and all that stuff.They had to work pretty hard under my half basement.Miguel and Kwin took apart and removed old one ,had to climb up and down my hillside !Im surprised that the company stayed with their bid price; these guys worked their butt off!
Place is cleaned up I have really fast hot water ,now to see about solar next.Btw I'm switching from my old plumbing company who didn't know how to do it.

I had just moved into a new spot and less then 2 weeks in some backed up sewer water started to seep up into my bathtubs. I called Steve and he showed up within an hour and a half and began to diagnose the problem. I live in a condominium so he had to survey the building to figure out the best approach. He was transparent and explained his process and told me what he was looking for. When the time came to take action he told me what the price would be to fix the mainline drain clog (he said $650, the other quote I got was $1500 minimum) and said he wouldn't charge me at all if he couldn't fix it.

He fixed it within 25 mins, wrote up an invoice that I could forward to the property manager and cleaned up after himself.

This guy is gonna be the first one I call if I ever have another plumbing issue.

Marco was exceptionally responsive to our emergency needs and went out of his way to get us the water heater we wanted and install it on a Friday.  His guys were hard working, polite and neat.  We are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!

Victor took my call late in the day and sent his folks to take a look at our drain clog. They were there 1 hr after they got the call promptly.

I'm glad we called these guys.  Their prices were competitive, they are knowledgeable, fast with scheduling and job completion and yes, reliable.  The work was tidy and clean and the new furnace works great.  Communication by email (my preferred method) was super easy and almost immediate. I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC issues.

We were extremely happy with Scott repairing and replacing Kohler shower parts.  He is extremely knowledgeable.  It was very difficult to find a plumber able to repair this stack valve unit in remodeled bathrooms but only 10 yrs old.    We are still amazed that they work so well now!  Will definitely be recommended highly to anyone.  Thank you Plumbing Gallery for recommending.  We are 45 yr residents of W. San Jose.  

Now, buying Kohler again is another story..... never!!!

My kitchen sink is clogged quite deeply after living there for 6 years. Joksan did a great job using a long drain snake to clear the clog, explained to me what happened, thoroughly tested and cleaned up all the grease from the drain snake. Highly recommended.

I wanted to say a special thank you to Seth, Alberto, and Brandon. My fiancé and I checked 4 places to match water heater prices, Barnett Plumbing was very attentive to understand our needs. They were not pushy or salesy either, they were inclined to safety and being completely transparent about what was necessary in our water heater installment.

These guys are fantastic! I was referred to them by a friend. Called this morning, and they immediately fit me in for an afternoon slot. I got an awesome confirmation text with all the information about my appointment and technician. Ryan arrived when he said he would, and he was able to diagnose my issue and resolve. He was great to conversate with, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Will definitely be using them in the future and referring them to friends and family
