Our water heater started gushing water at 5:00 pm Saturday.  Called Mario's plumbing and they came over quickly and worked until 11:00 pm to make sure we were up and running again (installed new water heater).  Technicians were courteous and mindful of COVID safety.  Mario was courteous and professional.

These guys are absolutely great. They were professional and punctual.  Their rates are more than competitive and even more so given the quality of service.  The leaky toilet was fixed immediately and lines for both the shower and sink were flushed out..  (The sink now drains much more efficiently than it did after the last plumber allegedly worked on it.)And Mr Kan even fixed my kitchen faucet handle free of charge.  Like the other 5 star review I feel like I have finally found my plumber.  I will certainly go back to this business for all my plumbing problems.  He works on sprinkler systems also!

Highly recommended. Great communication, very knowledgeable, on time, very clean, fair pricing. Our toilet was acting up and Chris came the next day to check it out after giving an estimate over the phone. Coordinating a time was easy, he was very communicative. The job was completed professionally and in a timely manner. He answered all questions I had about other plumbing issues. My toilet is now silent and I will definitely be reaching out to him for any other plumbing needs.

Our sewer line was backed up 2 months ago and we called Mr Rooter, they came and opened the clutch,they put a camera and told us lines are offset and recommended changing the entire main sewer line costing us roughly $18,000 if they want to dig in....
After a few estimate from different plumbing companies Ernest from Trench Free company came and spent easy 40 minutes checking whole 93 feet sewer line with his camera.
Ernest Villalobos was very hones, friendly and very knowledgeable,
He didn't charge us for his camera work and suggested we don't need to replace line, he said the only problem is a little root interfering inside pipe which can be fixed very cheap

I had a pretty big job of replacing the entire waste system under the house. Abel showed up and did thorough assessment and explained everything to me patiently and courteously. His price was competitive and his team was ready to go the next day.
I was very satisfied with their work. In fact they even sorted out a few extra odd jobs outside of the original scope of work.

I engaged Bayshore Plumbers for a big residential project. For my home in Los Altos, I had a custom-designed system with stages of cartridge filters, and a water softener. Also various pieces like smart water meter (Phyn), pressure meters, hose bibs for flushing, pressure regulators. Included significant work under the house, and a big wall mounted installation.

Andy quickly came out and gave a quote for the work. He fully understood my intentions, and gave helpful suggestions. The quote was good and I had them start work within days.

The only thing wrong in their quote was the time estimate - if they had fully realized how much work it was going to be they would have charged more. They did however show up every day until it was done to my satisfaction, and during the process kept me in the loop as I wanted. There were many small decisions, like how to fit 9 cartridge filters on the piece of wall I had in mind.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. They took it upon themselves to make sure it was robust and nice. For instance, they installed extra bracing when one piece of the system moved a little too much.

They were very accommodating for any small changes I had. At the very end I was I changed my mind, could you remove this pressure regulator? and they just whipped out the tools and had it done in 10 minutes.

Scheduling wise, their front desk seems to work great. I was able to call and ask about schedules, and I got notifications about visits too.

Overall I am really happy to have found such a good team, and I will definitely use them again.

I have been using Top Hat Plumbing since around 2003 when we had a barn put in with absolute satisfaction.  The prices and service are great and prompt.  Recently, to check things out, we got a quote from another plumber to replace a hot water tank that was leaking, then called in Russ with Top Hat Plumbing.  His price was significantly lower and the quality is exemplary.  Today, he finished another job for me.  This will be the only call I make from now on.

We just moved into a home with a 20-year-old water heater. I called Expert Plumbing and Talal got right back to me. His brother Moe stopped by that afternoon. They had a customer cancel for an install the next day and they scheduled us for installation. Moe explained the options. A 40-gallon conventional tank was the best solution for us. Moe returned the next day, removed the old heater and installed the new one. He arrived right on time and completed the job in 1 1/2 hours. The old water heater was not up to code, e.g. no pan under the heater, as well as some bad connections.

Their customer service, knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. They are a small family-owned business and you can tell they care about their customers. We will certainly use them for future plumbing work.

My kitchen sink got stuck. I called Tony and he came immediately. It's on Sunday! But he did a perfect job with a reasonable price. Besides the perfect service, he also explained a lot of things about pipe and future maintenance to me. Thank you Tony!

I recently called Pro Roto for help with our shower faucet which was no longer engaging and operating properly. Two visits and multiple phone calls with another plumbing company spread over a month via my home warranty program had failed to resolve the problem, so by the time I reached out to Marco, I was beside myself.

Found Letts on Yelp 2 years ago. After 6 years of moving into my place, I had a toilet wax seal leak on one of my toilets and a guy came by to fix. Fast forward 2 years and the seal is leaking again.

I would give them the benefit of the doubt except that the guy sent tried to upsell me on a toilet for my other bathroom. The toilet is new, but the onyl issue is a missing piece in the tank. Yet he was estimating a $250 new toilet + installation (whatever that will cost) + disposal.

It makes me think that the wax seal was sloppily done, perhaps intentionally.

I was extremely disappointed, especially given the high reviews on yelp.

Like a good neighbor, I was helping someone in my court with her tenant. They called the city and she had 5 days to complete the work. I desperately went to Yelp and submitted a quote and Mr. Reliable Plumbing & Heating called me within 15 minutes of requesting the quote. They quickly scheduled Bruce and within an hour he was at the property to inspect the work.

Bruce was honest and told us the leaks were minor and assured us he could complete all the work within 2 days. He regrouted the tub, fixed a broken valve, and repaired a leaky sink. They filed the needed permits if needed with the City. After the repairs were completed the tenant damaged them. Bruce went out again at no cost to ensure the repairs were completed before the City inspection.

They charged us $60 to inspect the repairs but overall they were competitive with the market and quick and efficient. Leaks are stressful, but they don't have to be with the right help.

I need to thank The Plumbing Gallery for referring Tom's Plumbing/Scott's Plumbing. I had a new toilet installed. Cody arrived at the beginning of the scheduled window period and completed the job quickly and cleaned everything very well. Cody was personable and answered all my questions. He was also able to fix another problem with my shower dial. I have found my new go to plumber.

Joksan is a great guy. Will definitely work with him again. He shows up on time as promised and does great work. I would recommend him to anyone.

Barnett Plumbing is top-notch and very dependable.  I've used their services various times and have never been disappointed.  Their plumbers are on-time, courteous, expert and work is done right.  Yesterday, Ron replaced my water heater and it was a tough job due to the location of it.  It took 4 hours but at the end, I have hot water again!!  If I need a plumber, I will call Barnett every time.  Thank you!

BVP came out on a Saturday to replace a leaking water heater and had the job done quickly and very professionally. Great service, great price, and was a pleasure to work with! Was a referral from my mom, so I should have known they were going to be good!
