I am so happy that Mario really took the time to thoroughly investigate my issue. I have one room in the house that smells musty no mater what we do - air it out, dehumidify...
I've had leak specialists, contractors and roofers out to look up in the attic and down in the crawl space and no one finds any problem. Then they say it doesn't smell that bad. But my house mate sure notices the smell every day.
Mario narrowed the problem down to a couple of possibilities then did a pressure test to rule out one issue and ran a camera into the pipes to rule out the other issue. So basically - it's not a plumbing issue at all. But that doesn't mean I didn't get an answer.  His colleague Bart crawled under the house to double check for leaks and he found an old vent that wasn't removed or closed off. It is allowing the dank air from under the house to come up exactly where we notice the smell.
I'm so happy to have an answer that I can do something about!

I needed a toilet replacement, and Chris's estimate was fast, and one of the best. He didn't mind all my messages about the new toilet's shipping progress, and scheduling the replacement. After the first replacement toilet arrived damaged, Chris removed the old one and disposed of it, and agreed to come back to install a new toilet.

More back-and-forth about shipping progress then he installed the new one, and it took as long as he estimated. He said to give the grout 8 hours to dry. Based on his experience, he warned that the flush lever might break, but he would come back to repair it.

I appreciated Chris's patience, and desire to finish the job, and he did an excellent installation.

Said the problem was worse than it actually was so my estimate was over $15k to replace a 30ft sewage line to the city. Got an assessment and quote from another company and ended up only needing spot treatment totaling $3k.

Abel and his associates at Best Bay Plumbing did a fantastic job! Affordable pricing close to their quoted cost of the repair and even offered a special discount! Abel thoroughly explained the job that needed to be done and even included before and after pictures. He and his associates were respectful and wore all correct PPE to protect my household members and his associates. Overall great customer service by the company with a quick turn around time. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend them! My handyman was having trouble with installing a newer tub faucet/shower trim on a ~20 year old jacuzzi and shower valve, as it kept leaking. Mike squeezed us into his busy schedule on short notice (same day). He provided a solution that fixed the problem and saved us hundreds on unnecessary repairs. Thank you Mike and team!

Eddie came promptly as scheduled, was warm and friendly and confirmed what he needed to do . His efficiency accomplished in 20 minutes what I had been working to correct for hours. After he completed the job; he explained what he had done. He asked if I wanted any left over parts ( example of the attention to detail he had).   He wore a face mask as well as shoe covers.He was the very first person inside our home since the pandemic began and it was refreshing to know there are workers such as he is.

Russ was awesome he's a wonderful plumber!! He fixed our water heater which no one knew how to do.  He was very responsible and came out right away to help us with our problem.  He really knows what he is doing.  I highly recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of plumbing cause he really knows what he's doing!!

Talal was great.  He installed a hot water recirc system into our tankless hot water as well as some trouble shooting on other issues.  He was cost competitive, timely, great communicator, and spent the time researching and working with the manufacturer to solve the problems.  Would definitely use him again and recommend him.

Amazing! Steve clearly knows what he's doing. Came to my house within an hour of calling, understood why my drain was clogged, fixed it, and was on his way. He's friendly, efficient, and gets the job done. Couldn't be happier!

These guys are great. I called them because my toilet was leaking, and they were all booked up with an emergency project with PG&E. I talked with the owner, Marco, and because he was busy, he referred me to another local plumbing company. He gave me the name of the owner and the receptionist at this other company, and told me to call him back right away if they couldn't fit me in that day. Talk about taking care of customers!

I eventually did hire ProRoto to install a new toilet for us. These guys actually went to Home Depot, picked up the toilet for me, delivered it, and installed it, all with no fuss, no drama, and a predictable (equitable for this area) price point.

I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I had requested this company to finish the plumbing for a bathroom. I was refused because the company works with a contractor only, not directly with the owner, they need a contractor to tell them what to do, not the owner

We've had Tom and Scott work on a variety of items including a tankless water heater and a storm pimp. Different Oliver's each time but great responsive service each time.

joksan is a very knowledgable plumber and he is very polite , corteous and professional. i had a backed up sink and the garbage disposal wasnt working. he was very upfront with what had to be done and the charges that would be applied. i had done some price checking with other companies and his pricing seemed to be the most reasonable. it ended up being a celery stalk stuck in the waste arm which he was able to take out eventually. he was quick effecient and  i felt like i got the best deal in town with the nicest and most honest plumber. ill defenitley call creative plumbing and ask for joksan again . thank you joksan !!

Our kitchen faucet broke and we were able to schedule with Barnett to come out the next day and fix it. Our technician Matt was great! He was friendly and professional and was more than eager to help us decide on the right faucet. Matt was in and out but very thorough.

This morning I had Blossom Valley Plumbing out to the house to repipe gas valve. Mike was our serviceman, he showed up on time was very courteous and friendly. We discussed what he was going to do and then he got right to work. He finished the job in a very timely manner and
charged a very reasonable price. He cleaned up after he was through. I will call Blossom valley
back the next time a need a plumbing job.

IRBIS responded in a very timely manner when I requested a quote on Yelp for my AC repair.  When at first I didn't respond, they even reached back out to see if I still needed assistance. Indeed I did! They were able to make a next day appointment. The day of my appointment I  received a text letting me know that technician Hugo E. was on his way. Technician Hugo was professional, tidy and had excellent customer service and communication skills. He was able to explain to me what the problem was and the different options/packages I could purchase. This felt very respectful of my autonomy to choose the best option that works for us at this time. His work was efficient and he was very knowledgable about AC units. I highly recommend the services of IRBIS.
