Albi and Ernie did a quality job for the right price. Communication with Rob the owner is very good, which is important to me.

I've used American Plumb Method twice this year.  Once to install a new kitchen sink and once to fix a clogged kitchen drain.  They are professional, experienced and conscientious.  I appreciate the booties worn over the shoes and masks, of course.  Pricing was good.  I got a quote from another company on the sink install that was much higher.  I'm on the 3rd floor of a condo building which is challenging and I noticed a bunch of companies do not work on apartment or condo buildings, so it's great that American Plumb Method does.  I would recommend them.

I was in desperate need of a plumber a day before my son was to arrive at Thanksgiving. My guest shower hot water was not reliable. People said I was crazy because it was the only place in the house I had hot water issues. My regular plumber wasn't responding and I called 2 others I had used in the past...no lucky! My time was running out quick until I was referred to Henry. I texted him and he immediately called me back. Before coming out to check out the issue, he suggested we replace the old dual shower head if we could. IT WORKED. We have been good every since. Even though Henry didn't physically do any work for us, he saved us much stress and possibly a boatload of money others might have charged me. These gentleman came out this morning to fix a leaking spigot and hose bib at my home. They were on time and had the job completed in about 15 minutes. They are very friendly and professional.

The garage sink was old metal pipes and he modified to pvc much easier to unclog from now on.

The first job was for a completely clogged shower drain. he was able to come out the same day within an hour of going on Angieslist.com and he cleared the drain completely. He even went under the house and checked the pipe for corrosion or any other issues that could cause the pipe to clog again. Michael went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer and for a reasonable rate too!

The second job was the removal and replacement of two long time leaking stems for the faucets in the shower. I thought it was an issue with one that the screw had broken off of, but after Michael investigated, he called me in to let me know both stems on the hot and cold handles were corroded from years of leaking. He said he could salvage the hot water stem, but I elected to just replace it instead to make sure I don't have to worry about corrosion for a long while. He replaced both quickly and efficiently. He also replaced all of the clear plastic handles with beautiful chrome handle that actually look like they were the original handles in the shower, simply beautiful.

Michael is simply an honest and hard working plumber who does not price gouge, or come up with needless work to do for you. He is incredibly responsive, customer focused, and professional. I will call Michael at AAA Preferred Plumbing Inc. again and again for all my plumbing needs.

Alex and his associate arrived on time with clear communication and took care of our units! He rootered (snaked) four tubs quickly and efficiently and was courteous to all the tenants. I'm thankful to have Alex, and I'll certainly call upon him again.

Warren is great and really came through in the clutch for me. Ended up calling him when my hot water heater stopped working, he answers his phone not some receptionist trying to direct your call or have someone call you back. He was very helpful on the phone, took the time to explain possible issues as well as repair vs replacement scenarios. After deciding to replace the old one w/ a new tankless system, Warren was quick to get all the parts and get out to do the install. The work was done quickly and the new water heater works like a charm, I couldn't be happier! I wouldn't hesitate to call again for any future plumbing needs.

I think this is a two man show with only one of them having some type of real experience. Their prices are as high as it will be for any plumbing company and they might be okay with it. Seems like they want to target affluent homes:clients. Will never call them back.

I don't know how to thank the guys at A-1 (Eric and Juan). They responded to what I thought was going to be a complicated leaky shower at my rental property in La Mirada. They took one look and realized that it was a quick fix. They didn't even charge me. Thank you so much! These guys will be the permanent go to plumbers for all of my rental properties.

Overall i was satisfied with their services. Kevin was very professional, and knowledgeable. Karen and angie offered excellent customer service. Good communication, courteous, and prompt. I hightly recommend this company.

I texted Cody a picture of my garden bib faucet and he came over with a replacement in about 90 minutes even though he was super busy. He was happy to answer a couple of questions I had - real nice guy and I like his work.

I didn't really check out other companies because I wanted to use a BOC. Was charged a little over $250 in labor to install a $100 garbage disposal which is pretty steep- but its not like I was going to send them away.

My only annoyance was that the tech didn't give me a quote prior to doing the work, and it was way more than I would have thought.

Upon doing some research I could have gotten this job for almost half price but that's my bad- frankly it's for my office so it's no skin off my nose. I'm glad to be able to give 'em my boss' money but if it was MY money... I would have done more leg work.
