Received a referral from a friend who had a great experience with Good Guy Plumbing and also read the consistently excellent reviews on yelp. I was very impressed by both Robert and Ernie for their customer service and knowledge of our issues. Robert was very courteous, quick to reply, and accommodated our request for an estimate before beginning work. Ernie was very respectful of our home and wore shoe covers to keep our house clean. He efficiently completed 3 jobs in under 3 hours. He also explained to us in detail what was wrong and how he fixed our issues. Was very impressed. Thank you for the great work!

I called on Sunday and spoke to Phil who sent Kyle Bermel the first thing Monday morning as we had a leak and had shut off our water supply. What a nice young man! Our copper pipe was leaking under the house. He crawled under, cut the pipe and soldered a new one with a new spigot for our hose. All in a timely fashion -- even gave us two masks during this Covid19 shut-in. I had Mike come out 6 months ago to clear a bathroom sink. This company was recommended by our NextDoor neighbors and you couldn't ask for better service. Thank you again American Plumb Method for a job well done!

I wanted to highly recommend our plumber Henry Sanchez to everyone. He has done amazing work, he did piping repairs and later installed a new water heater. He is highly skilled, professional, prompt, reliable, trustworthy, and very helpful in explaining the work that will be done. He never pressured us to do extra work or add ons.
As a new homeowner, it was hard to find a trustworthy plumber, but Henry has been the best!

I needed a leak fixed ASAP. After calling 5 or 6 plumbers, this company was the only one that had the availability to come out to me right away. Bruce and Ernesto were sent out and they found the leak fairly quickly, demoed the area, fixed the pipe, and put everything back together in under 3 hours. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company to anyone who needs someone that does good work. I would definitely use them again.

Teodik is the most reliable, trustworthy and honest person I have ever met. He fixed my water filter that was leaking and  replaced the filters. I would highly recommend him!

Michael is awesome. I needed a plumber to do some work on my rental property in LA (replace a corroded faucet and unclog a bathtub drain). After two other plumbers gave me the run-around, Michael came out the next morning at 8 am and did everything he promised and stuck to his estimate. He called me immediately after the work was done and took my credit card over the phone, sent me a receipt electronically, and then emailed me a copy of the invoice. Simple problem, quick solution! My kitchen sink was leaking due to a cracked garbage disposal. After a quick phone call to set up the consult, Alex easily identified the problem and was able to swap out the parts in the first visit since I had a replacement in hand. Also explained what he was doing as he worked, which was very helpful.

We discovered that our 10 year old water heater was leaking at 4am Sunday morning, on Mother's Day. Fortunately, there's a pan that stops overflow underneath, but it's no fun having to empty it out as the water heater just keeps on leaking.

At 9 am, I called Warren, who promptly answered and set up an appointment at 12pm. He arrived right on time with an additional person and was able to replace the water heater, a garbage disposal that was close to the end of its life, and our old shower head by 4pm. The work was done quickly, done well, and we are really happy with everything. He had the garbage disposal on his truck already, he chose a lovely rain shower head, and the water heater is a lovely, quiet Rheem one with a 10 year warranty.

(To Warren's mom: We are REALLY REALLY SORRY that our water heater has terrible timing and that we interrupted your time with your son, but you raised a fantastic person and we are grateful.)

Ozzy and Austin were amazing. Called in the morning. They came out within a couple hours. They were really professional. Fixed a leak from the water heater. Price as very fair and the work was high quality. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issues.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain and I left a message on their answering service.
Bradley called me back in about 10 minutes and came over to unclog it.
I found that Bradley was fair and honest.
Some other rooter services try to sell you additional services that you don't need, but Bradley gave me a quick quote and fixed my problem.

Jorge came out to our residence for a leak behind our washer within 2.5 hours of us calling. He was on time, friendly, flexible and cleaned up after himself after the job was complete. Rates were very fair. We'll definitely be using Tony's again in the future.

I called Cody today with a minor emergency with one of our toilets at our place of business. He said he would be right over and indeed he was!
He fixed the problem quickly and within 15 minutes we were up and running. It was so nice to have such a pleasant experience with a plumber!
