We had a water issue in our home on Thursday morning.  I called a plumber who we had used in the past and paid the $80 service fee only to be told they couldn't fix the issue that day (they basically didn't have any tools or equipment on them - and they gave me a $900 quote for what they thought needed to be done).

I ended up calling GoodGuys plumbing that same evening and Robert the owner had someone there the next day to check out our issue.  
Ernie the plumber showed up and literally pinpointed the issue and fixed it in less than an hour.  The issue was completely different than what the first company told me and it was half the price.  
I will definitely use GoodGuys again!

We had a complete sewer system failure with guests at our house. Rick and his team came out, got a temporary fix working and was able to install a complete system within 48 hours. They walked us through every step and treated us very well.

Henry is the best. He's reliable and always does great  work. His prices are honest and fair. We always add tip bc we feel it should be more! He's helped up out with so many emergencies! And just a good guy!

V.J.'s Plumbing Inc. is fabulous. I'm staying at a friend's house in Santa Monica for five days. I closed the drain to wash a swimsuit and couldn't get it open again. The lever didn't work, a butter knife didn't work. I was at wit's end. I was lucky to call V.J.'s. Kesh, the owner's son, answered the phone at 8:10 a.m. on the first ring and called me back when reception was rough. He got here before 9 a.m. from another job and fixed the problem in a matter of literally seconds. Then, he refused to charge me. The service call was free. He cleaned the plug of scum and hair, replaced it, and left with a cheery goodbye. His dad waved from the car. I am very touched by this incredible display of good will. Please pay it forward. Eddy P did our semi-annual service for our cooling system this past week.  He is efficient and friendly and took good care of us.  Over the weekend our cooling stopped working so Eddy came back again to check out the problem.  He checked everything out on the unit itself and found no issues.  The search for the problem continued until he had eliminated most of the possibilities.  To our surprise the culprit was our thermostat!  Eddy P installed a new one and made sure the wifi and app were working properly before he left.  Cool air again!  Thanks Eddy P.  We appreciate your diligence in giving us great service.

Love Barcena Plumbing!!! Steve did a great job getting my new water heater installed quick and for a fair price. I recently sold my home and the buyer's inspector was hung up on the way it was installed. Long story short, Barcena Plumbing could have argued it was installed correctly 6 months prior, but instead, they made sure to prioritize coming back out to my house to make sure it was installed to the inspector's liking free of charge! Teresa was a champion making sure this time-sensitive issue was taken care of immediately and she was pro-active in calling me back after I had reached out to her explaining the situation. Amazing customer service - LOVE this company!!!

Worst plumber I have ever dealt with. He works with our management company and he constantly has to come back to fix the same issue over and over again in almost every case. I've heard the same complaint from many of our neighbors and our manager knows about it as well.

Our building had a major problem with the pipes being backed up. My neighbors bathtub was full of water and wouldn't go down. This plumber removed the cover from a pipe on the side of the building and sewage spilled all over the driveway. He had his kid get a hose and put it into the bushes on the side to hide it.

Don't do business with this guy. Not sure if he's just a terrible plumber or is a scammer that wants to get paid over and over again.

The guys came by and fixed a leaking toilet no problem! They give you a time range for arrive and they were there within that window. I had the toilet resealed, bolted, and the pump changed out in about an hour. Super nice people!

We were replacing our toilet and it turned out whoever installed it previously seriously screwed up the closet flange. Warren White was our plumber, he showed up same day, right on time, and managed to fix the flange with some clever plumbing and install my toilet while he was at it. Even gave me a quote before coming unlike most plumbers.

These guys showed up same-day and did a good job. They were polite and clean. I have one beef that made me knock off a star or two: they quoted one price but charged a higher price when the job was done. At the beginning of the service appointment they looked at the issue (clog in the main line of the bathroom) and told me that it would  be $150, but $225 if they had to remove the toilet to work the snake from that opening. I said OK. At the end of the job they told me that it was $250 because they pulled the toilet, plus another $25 for a new wax ring for the toilet (they are usually $10 or less at the store), for a total of $275. I don't have a problem with the final bill - two guys worked here for about two hours, and they were working hard. But I have a problem with being told one price and paying another. I thought that we had an honest, handshake arrangement, but I should have gotten a written work order.

If you ever need a plumbing service this is the company to call. My personal experience with them was above and beyond the best I have  ever experienced. First they arrived at short notice on time! 2nd They located the leak behind a wall underneath our stairs just by hearing it! 3rd they repaired a slow leaking perforated copper pipe and fixed in with in minutes of arriving to our home! They were so polite and efficient with totally reasonable cost. If I ever have a plumbing problem again I know exactly who to call and if I was you I recommend you use them also before anyone else!

I have been using Tony's plumbing for the past three years for pinhole leaks, snaking drains,and faucet replacements. I am usually
able to schedule service in a  prompt and convenient time frame. I appreciate the honest service and fair prices, which was not evident when I have had work done with other plumbers in the area.

Amazing. They came the day after I called for a non-emergency sink drain repair and fixed it in a flash. A literal flash-5 minutes flat. Best service around.
