We've used Good Guy Plumbing on projects ranging in size from a few hundred to thousands of dollars and have been extremely happy with their work.

The crews show up on time and are very professional and friendly at the same time.  They always take time to explain what needs to be done to fix the problem.

Rates are reasonable.  We'll continue to use them.

I had a moderately urgent need for fixing a toilet that was a little above my beginner expertise (it involved taking apart the tank). APM were quick to confirm an early opening in their schedule to inspect the situation.

APM sent Mike to take a look. He gave a fair quote and did a standard repair on my toilet issue in less than an hour. He also noted some related toilet issues to be aware of in the future.

A few days later, I had trouble with the same toilet again. I did not know whether the issue was related to the previous repair, but I did not want to mess with it in fear that I might make things worse.

APM arranged an appointment the next day. Mike and another guy arrived and took a look. They told me it was an average clog that I could do myself. So saving myself money, I did. They gave me some helpful knowledge and tips as to why my toilet had these particular issues. Having no troubles, they quickly went on their way to their next job.

These guys stand out from everyone i've ever worked with in plumbing. They have helped me on lots and lots of repairs now and always fix the problem the right way the first time. I've never had to call them back about fixing something we've already fixed. It means so much to have literally complete confidence in the people you choose to work with. I clogged my garbage disposal and had an under sink leak. I called at 2:45 and Daryl was at my house at 4:30. Theresa was wonderful helping me schedule this and I felt comfortable with Daryl in my home. Fixed it quickly and the price was great. Highly recommend.

My old toilet began leaking between the tank and bowl so I called SJ since they're local.  After finding out that the parts were special order since the toilet was discontinued, I decided to purchase a new toilet and have SJ install it.  John kept me posted with the schedule and Daniel was polite and efficient.  The best part is that he hauled away the old toilet and the box the new one came in.

Excellent work. I hired Teo to repair some stucco problems outside our house where moisture had made the stucco loose or it had fallen off the wall.

He came a little late due to another job and after a text message telling me he'd be late went awry (I saw it later), but he eventually arrived and got to work. Check your text messages and your phone on the day work is scheduled as you never know.

He was able to remove all the damaged stucco and replaced it, then painted his work with a gallon of matching paint I had. It now looks great. I'm very pleased with his work ethic and his skills. He was very easy to work with, and he cleaned everything up including the removed plaster pieces as well as all the other detritus that happens when work is done. And the price wasn't too bad, either, though hard work is never cheap.

I certainly recommend him for painting, wall repairs, and other things. I think he also does plumbing and electrical repair (but not gutters, he told me!).

Worst plumber I have ever dealt with. He works with our management company and he constantly has to come back to fix the same issue over and over again in almost every case. I've heard the same complaint from many of our neighbors and our manager knows about it as well.

Our building had a major problem with the pipes being backed up. My neighbors bathtub was full of water and wouldn't go down. This plumber removed the cover from a pipe on the side of the building and sewage spilled all over the driveway. He had his kid get a hose and put it into the bushes on the side to hide it.

Don't do business with this guy. Not sure if he's just a terrible plumber or is a scammer that wants to get paid over and over again.

The absolute best plumbers I have ever dealt with. Very reliable and always arrive on time and get the job done. I manage several properties and have been searching for a reliable plumber for a very long time. I'm glad to have found you Alex! Keep up the good work!

I have been using Rave Plumbing for a couple of years now.. and I had to just chime in and give Juan a review and recommend him to anyone out there looking for plumbing assistance.

I used one of the big name Roto Rooter type companies in the past.. until I realized I was getting completely ripped off.  I was paying 2-3 times the price of a local plumber.

I then gave up on my previous plumber when I actually had to help him with the installs!

Finally, gave Rave a try.. and could not be happier with the work.  Always available, shows up fast, and finishes the job quick!

They jumped to help me on a last minute notice due to Sal's Plumbing dropping the ball on me after already setting up an appointment and they took care of the small plumbing problem I had and replaced the leaking angle stop.
Showed up a bit sooner than expected which was awesome in my case and was a headache free operation.
I'm very happy and thankful for their great service.

Cody was recommended thru Culver mom's group on Facebook and had him come check on a leak in our bathroom. He was detailed in his explanation of work and super nice. He rushed to Home Depot to get the required parts and finished the job in 1hr. Very reasonable pricing as well. He will be my go-to-plumber from now on!!!

Terrible experience. I heard wonderful things about LRS and called them to come out to fix a broken water line. After the technician came out and assessed the issue (Maserati was on time, respectful, and knowledgeable), he said that his manager would be in touch because the damage was significant. I met with Leonard (owner) and a rep from a water mitigation company he worked with. They recommended that I file an insurance claim because of the damage and assured me that they would take care of everything.

Over the next four months, while I fought with my homeowner's insurance, they moved me out of my home, tore up most of the floors in the house, opened several walls and ultimately cut into my subfloor to fix the pipe. Despite multiple setbacks with insurance, Leonard and his subcontractor dismissed and ignored my multiple requests for a detailed accounting of expenses and cost estimates of work that needed to be done. Once it was clear that insurance wasn't going to pay their outrageous demands, the subcontractor disappeared and I was left with the bills for the overpriced vendors that Leonard used without running the cost by me, including his own temporary housing company. But hey, at least I'll have the memory of paying other vendors to fix the damage they caused and hauling away an enormous pile of trash that they left in my side yard to remember them by.
