I was in desperate need of a plumber a day before my son was to arrive at Thanksgiving. My guest shower hot water was not reliable. People said I was crazy because it was the only place in the house I had hot water issues. My regular plumber wasn't responding and I called 2 others I had used in the past...no lucky! My time was running out quick until I was referred to Henry. I texted him and he immediately called me back. Before coming out to check out the issue, he suggested we replace the old dual shower head if we could. IT WORKED. We have been good every since. Even though Henry didn't physically do any work for us, he saved us much stress and possibly a boatload of money others might have charged me. Had an issue with wiring up my thermostat, gave them a call and they were able to send someone out  a few hours later to come and take a look at it. They were able to fix the issue promptly, even wore booties so they won't bring bring all the rain/mud into the house. Would definitely recommend to use them for any HVAC services that you need in your home. I plan to use them in the future if anything else comes up.

I had another plumber come by to fix the plumbing problem at my house, he worked on it and eventually recommended I have a clean out installed and quoted me somewhere around $4500. I called John to get an estimate for a clean out and discussed what the prior plumber recommended. John recommended he try to unclog it first before installing a clean out. So they did and clog gone!! Apparently the previous plumber didnt do a good enough job at removing the clog (wet wipes). Needless to say I saved a bunch of $$! Thank you for your honesty John!

I called Michael at AAA Plumbing to clear a kitchen drain stoppage. He explained he had another call but could be at my home by 10:30 am. He was there by 10. He was friendly, professional, done in a timely manner, and cleaned up after himself. He went the extra mile in giving me a tip to maintain my drains.
I would call him again without hesitation.

Alex was easy to communicated with, via call and texts. We needed a bathtub valve replacement that included doing work in the walls.
He very cleanly cut the drywall, that made it super easy for me to patch it back up.

Had a main line Blow Out  recently.  Juan and his men had it dug up very quickly, and repaired it in no time.  Covered it up and re-cemented the driveway.  We also had a area drain that had become useless over the years, so we had Juan cut the driveway and install a completely new drain system. This was a Big Job, and they had it done in only one day.  Outstanding Job !!!

This is the second time that I have used A1 plumbing. The first time was a complete repipe and new sewer lines along with a special detail for a water softener. The job was completed ontime and a very clean and neat job. I was completely satisfied with the job and the price. They cleaned up everything that needed to be picked up.
The second job was at my new home. I had lived their for 2-1/2 years and all my back of the house plumbing backed up and made terrible rumbling noises. After arriving on the job he pulled out his high dollar camera and proceeded to check the main line. He found a broken section of line in the kitchen and along with a broken new pvc line attached to the old cast iron line. The previous owner attached this new pvc line to an old worn out cast iron line that had broken away form the main line. He showed me the areas that were bad and the whole bottom of the main line was rotted out. This was a total main line replacement that A1 plumbing had to do on a slab floor. Not only was this bad timing but at the Christmas holiday to boot. I had to leave for 4 days while they ripped up the floor in 2 bedrooms, 2 in the kitchen, 1 in the front bathroom and 2 holes in my front yard. They taped off all the adjoining areas to keep dust out and covered all the floors. They actually got the job done a day early with all the clean up. Yes there was some dust in the house but I was really quite surprised on how they only pulled up the tile they needed without damaging any other tiles.
They did a superb job on cleaning and replacing all the dirt and grass in the front yard.
This was no means a small job. Only a professional that has experience can do something like this.
I highly recommend A1 for all your plumbing needs and would if needed use them again. Scott was one of the nicest guys that you could meet and his crew was just as nice.

After a landlord that's been too busy to fix our garbage disposal for the past 2 weeks that, for some reason was always breaking anyways, I found this guy. He answered his own phone and I got an instant response. Came the very next day at 8am sharp - very prompt and professional. He looked at our garbage disposal, let us know it was rusty on the inside and that YES it's ok to grind lemon seeds if they go down accidentally, contrary to what our landlord has said. Found out that it actually WASN'T the lemon seeds causing the breakage, but the thing itself. Polansky replaced it and was in and out in 30 minutes. Also showed us how to manually grind stuff if it ever stops again and that there is actually a rest button at the bottom to press when such a thing happens. An exceptional guy. Would HIGHLY recommend.

My garbage disposal was leaking they responded quickly and replaced it efficiently and at a good price. I had beef quoted a price more than double what I was charged
