Yesterday I got fed up with our frustratingly slow drain, so i decided to take matters into my own hands, using internet-inspired home-made solutions... Of course, instead of helping, this attempt turned the slow drain into a full-on unmovable clog. Our only shower became completely unusable... We faced a grimy smelly sweaty future, in which we'd slowly lose our humanity, slowly becoming feral, forced to grow dread-locks, giving up on our semblance of civilization...

Luckily i found EnviroPlumbing!! Daniel promptly came to the rescue, clearing up the clog in a breeze, with equal parts kindness and skills. He was knowledgeable and professional, his service timely and effective, and the charge absolutely reasonable. (and they're committed to sustainability!) Daniel is a low-key hero. I will definitely call this company again, should we ever have more plumbing needs.

Finally we can shower and feel human again.

Very happy with the service we received from this company. Initial phone call was pleasant and Cesar was very transparent with the types of cost we were looking at before he came over. After hearing the description he was able to give me a range of what we were looking at as far as cost.

Another positive...we called at the end of day on a Friday and they were able to schedule us in for Saturday morning with a time range of 9-10am. They arrived as scheduled and worked fast to unclog our drains. After looking at the problem they were able to quickly identify the actual coast of what the service would be.

Upon finishing the service they explained why the clog occurred and were able to identify a service that would help us alleviate future problems. They were honest, with all costs and guaranteed our work performed for 30 days. We will definitely be using them in the future.

This review is a little over due but better late then never I always say haha! We had a bit of a toilet emergency after my son decided to throw baby wipes in the toilet :( Fortunately, Robert was able to come over quickly to get the problem fixed for the night because we also ended up finding out the pipe underneath was corroding (guess the wipes incident was a blessing is disguise). He ended up getting it in working condition for the night and the next day came over to replace the damaged pipe and even replaced my toilet! Overall happy with the prompt service and price seemed pretty resonable.

No mater if the task is simple or difficult job Danny approaches both with a professional attitude.  Highly recommend

I'm sorry to write this review because our first service was fantastic with a fair price, however, when we asked for another quote for a different problem, we were quoted a much higher amount than other plumbers we had estimates of. It was actually double the amount and without copper plumbing, like the others have offered. Sadly, I won't be using nor referring them to anyone.

He showed up last minute quickly on a Sunday and did a good job. Seemed reasonable on the price and very honest. Would call him again.

Similar experience to David W's- a review for non-service: called Ninja a few days ago for a leaky faucet. They gave me a t 9-10 window for today. 9:30, they called to stay they were stuck in traffic. At 10, they texted to say they had an emergency and needed to reschedule. Having taken the day off for this issue, I told them I couldn't afford to take off another day, so I said I would look elsewhere. Dispatch offered a discount, but I had to find a different plumber. Regardless, a while later, the owner called to apologize and said if the other service did not work out that they'd appreciate if I gave them another chance. Shit happens and I get it. Just didn't work out. But the follow up shows they care. They are OK by me!

Adam responded to the yelp project request in a very short time and got scheduled for the next available time slot. Adam and his coworker arrived promptly and after inspecting the leaking site he was able to provide a price match to another quote that I received. After agreeing to the job, they got to work immediately. Great work and thank you for you excellent and fast service.

PLUMBER RECOMMENDATION  I recently had my water heater replaced by Jose of J.R. Rooter & Plumbing (818) 233-2255.  I called them the afternoon that I discovered my heater had failed.  We agreed on a price and set up an appointment for the next morning.  Jose and his helper arrived early with everything needed.  You really find out how good a business is when things go wrong.  In my case, the first brand new, never unboxed water heater that Jose installed turned out to be defective.  Jose had to drain and remove that heater and take it back to his supplier for exchange.  Then he had to drive back with the new one and redo the installation.  Fortunately, the second one worked perfectly.  The whole job was far from easy.  My laundry room is tiny and my washing machine had to be disconnected and moved out of the way.  This was a problem too as the 30 year old hot/cold shut-off valves were bad, so the water for the whole house had to be turned off before the washer could be disconnected and moved out of the way.  Jose fought through all these problems with a great attitude and honored his price even though the job wound up taking all day. I highly recommend J.R. Rooter & Plumbing.

I Needed a plumber at my property do to a water pipe that was ruptured. I came across west side plumbing & rooter and spoke to Edwin they walked me through the process and told me where to find water shut off valve to property. Water was shut off & had west side plumbing come out to fix problem. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional. I definitely will be recommending them to fam and friends. I will be calling them again for any future plumbing problems I may have Thank you guys!!

Called, got a miserable quote, was explained to that the tech was new and management fixed the issue.
Was done at a reasonable rate and done within a reasonable time period. They handled the job and corrected the mistake at hand.

Hired Mattucci to replace a main shutoff valve and regulator in front of the house. Staff was very professional, and work was good. Though I wouldn't say the price was a bargain, it was fair. No surprises or additional fees were tacked on to the price quoted at the start. And for the quality of work and quick turnaround for non-emergency work I would be willing to give them a call again if I had a project come up.
