very rude person that answers their phone with Australian accent!!! i just called to get a quote and i was told it could be anything but to get a quote i have to pay $125 per hour! Funny! but what a rude guy!

Had a clogged kitchen sink/garbage disposal. Julio was the first to respond to my requests for estimates, and said he was able to send someone out immediately. Within 30 minutes Cesar and an assistant came and cleared the clog in about 10 minutes.  They then put a camera through the pipes and showed us where the grease problem had been.  They recommended a thorough hydro cleaning of the pipes to avoid future problems, but didn't pressure us into this service . They were both very courteous and professional. The price quoted, $39, was what they charged, and was the lowest of 3 companies. This was a Tuesday evening about 7pm and they didn't charge extra for a night call.  They also wore masks in light of the covid 19 outbreak. Would definitely use them again!

Robert Rubio and Daniel are awesome.  Installed a tankless water heater.  Very Efficient, professional, and super nice.  Highly recommended.

Danny certainly does fix it! He does it all! I called him to fix a toilet handle. He ended up fixing my front door which wouldn't open from the inside, and a shower head that my brother ripped off. He's friendly, he's professional, he's fast. Would recommend him to anyone!

I needed a kitchen sink unclogged and a garbage disposal replaced.  Spoke to John Paul and he agreed to do the job.  Arrived in the early afternoon and checked the sink and told us that he wouldn't have enough time to finish the job, citing that an emergency that came up.   Also said that he was unaware that we wanted the garbage disposal replaced...even though I have text messages that prove otherwise.  Left and never came back. Didn't call or text with an update.  Very unreliable and would not recommend.

I called vahan he pick up real quick, told him my problem he came and got the job done. Great guy very friendly and communicated perfect about the problem. Amazing guy

So first the business replied to the review and super professionally.  I eventually needed a plumber again and after a few bad experiences gave Ninja Plumbing a chance again.  They sent Armando who not only was super respectful professional and fair he got the job done asap.  Because of this totally deserves the 5 star redo.  After getting the service I got I feel safe calling on Ninja Plumbing to save me again.

I have used Bigg Tree Rooter two times, and both times were quality jobs for a reasonable price.  I can tell Adam is genuinely interested in his customers.  He will do a good job.

Had a broken pipe at 7pm today and Mr.Rooter was the only one who could schedule a repair at reasonable time in the same night. It is now 1030pm and Jaime has finished an amazing job repairing the pipe and reinstalling the sink! Very pleasant, took extra safety precautions by wearing a mask, great attitude and super fast! Thank you!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Gabriel and his guys. If there were 50 stars it wouldn't be enough! I had a leak I couldn't find and a skyrocketing water bill. I could hear the sound of water but couldn't find it. Literally within 5 min, Gabriel and Junior found it and told me not only was it fixable but the job wouldn't be as challenging as I was afraid it would be. Mind you, this is on a SATURDAY morning after just messaging him on Yelp on Friday night around 7:30pm. They came back within a few hours, on a SATURDAY, after finishing another job just so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday morning. WHO DOES THAT?! Gabriel does, and bless him. I mean this guy is honest, punctual, fair and just a good guy. He is a throw back to when people were honest, kind, and took care of each other. He and his crew are a treasure. I have an older house and it needs an over haul. Cosio's has a good load of work coming their way! Thank you Gabriel, Junior, and George!! You guys are the best!

Came to fix my dishwasher drain! Found the problem and fixed it quick! It happens that the Guy who replaced my sink garbage disposal didn't  poke a whole for my dishwasher drain!  He gave me discount too!! Very nice guy!  Hire him!

We have a few properties up on the mountain.  John has been fantastic to work with on everything from whole house repipes to dripping faucets.  He is super organized, prompt, trustworthy and is great at helping out during emergencies.  Works great with other subcontractors on larger projects as well.

I have referred John to many people on the mountain and have heard nothing but the best about him from their jobs as well.

Power Plumbing did a first-rate, totally professional job replacing a stack in my condo building. It was quite an intricate job as it required aligning six different units to co-operate. Victor and his team couldn't have handled the situation with more finesse and technical proficiency. One of the neighbors was particulary difficult in accessing their unit , and Victor and his team were extremely diplomatic and flexible in getting the job done flawlessly.

Edwin Martinez came out to quote an extensive project - adding an outdoor sink with drainage, creating an outdoor spigot for hose and setting up a drip system line.  He was very professional, friendly, and worked hard for two days to get the project done.  His craftsman ship was excellent.  He also noticed two other issues around the water heater and fixed those free of charge as well.  He was generous with his time and expertise and could not say enough good things about him and about West Side Plumbing.  Will always return here.

Called at 2PM. It's now 3:45PM and my shower drain is all clear despite lovely Rafael not being able to remove the grate because the screws were so stripped even for his specialty extractor drill bits. He thought outside the box and pulled up the edge then pulled out the hairball. Awesome! $140 total.

My hot water heater stopped working randomly on a Sunday Morning. I reached out to Art and he not only responded immediately but showed up to asses the system within 10 mins of my initial outreach.  The old system needed to be replaced with a new tankless system which he was able to secure and install by the following day.  The Proview team was professional, timely, and cleaned the entire work area after installation and as done. I HIGHLY recommend using them for any of your plumbing needs.
