Just had a terrible experience with Enviro and since we relied on the references on Nextdoor, I thought I should post here as well.   We had an appointment made on Saturday, March 9, 2019 - at 1:30 to address a leak that we have.  My wife and I organized our day around this appointment.  So 1:30 comes around and goes and we call around 1:50 and get the receptionist/scheduler (Andrea).  Apparently the technician is running late - they took on a last minute job and are running late - now 2:30.  We told them that seems like a pretty lousy business practice to confirm an appointment (and take a $125 credit card fee) and then take another job as well.  We call back about 10 minutes later and we are told that the technician now won't be able to come at all.  Just a great way to run a business.  So beware.  If you value your time at all, just avoid.  There are plenty of plumbers out there.  And last thing we need is for the receptionist to hang up on us as well.

My shower drain was clogged and all this nasty black water started coming up out of it. The water from the bathroom sink was coming up into the shower too. I got onto Yelp to search for a plumber and read great reviews about Rubio's so I decided to try them out. I called Rubio's Plumbing and left a voicemail and I got a call back within a few minutes. I spoke to Robert- he was really nice, asked about the problem and gave me an eta as to how early he could get here. It was the same day so it was perfect for me. Fernando showed up and was also super polite and kind, just like Robert. He got to work right away and fixed my shower drain. I felt the price was fair and the customer service was right on. I will definitely use Rubio's again and I will also recommend them to my friends and family. Oh, and Fernando was really clean, he didn't leave a mess or anything. That's always appreciated.

Danny is awesome! I needed 3 small fixes in my new place. Danny worked quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price! He was also personable, making polite conversation. He cleaned up after himself and cleaned up after me! I added him to my speed dial list. I will happily use his services again!!

Four years ago I left a review about Dan's Plumbing (MIKE).  He installed a faucet.  A month ago he immediately came over when I had a flood emergency, a pipe burst, in my garage.  He fixed the problem and also installed a new shut off valve, which was broken.  Today he fixed a very clogged drain in my kitchen sink.  A major snake job was needed, in two separate places.  A big and tiresome job. No complaints, neat, polite, orderly, etc.  What more do you want.  Call Mike when you need a GOOD plumber and a good guy.  I'm in El Sereno.

Vahan came right away and replaced my old bathroom faucet from 1981 with a brand-new one I had picked out.  The result is nothing short of amazing and I am so thankful.  I highly recommend Vahan for your plumbing needs!

We have a strange sound in our toilet tank. I called Mor the owner and he sent someone over to our office within the hour and change the value. It was fixed before it was a real problem. They truly saved the day.

I had an issue on Christmas Day with my outdoor plumbing. Big tree rooter and plumbing were very prompt to answer and super nice about helping out. Adam called within 20 minutes to check on my issue. I discovered the source of the issue myself and it was some thing I could fix myself. But the speed of their response, their transparency  and general helpfulness was great and I would work with them the next time I have an issue.

I had an appointment with them set, and they call me 15 minutes prior saying their technician can't make it.  Why would there only be 1 person that can come and take a look and give an estimate?  The girl that answers the phone.. Vivian, she seems nice but she sounds like she's lost and like she doesn't know what she's doing

Junior and Santiago installed 2 faucets for us with a touch feature. They kept us informed as they arrived and were responsive to all our questions. So happy to have found this plumbing service for all our future needs. Best wishes to Cosio's Plumbing services. I

Came to fix my dishwasher drain! Found the problem and fixed it quick! It happens that the Guy who replaced my sink garbage disposal didn't  poke a whole for my dishwasher drain!  He gave me discount too!! Very nice guy!  Hire him!

These guys just made a customer for life! They could not have been more professional or courteous. They explained the job that needed to be done and got it all done at a very reasonable price. There is not a doubt in my mind that these guys would provide the same type of service to anyone else on this mountain. Thanks again, guys!

I recommend this company, based on my personal experience with technician by name Alex. Very  knowledgeable, very friendly, very tactful. He was involved in the water leak problem with 3 different condos. Very calm and fast. He determined the leak source in a matter of minutes; for other plumbers it may take hours and days. The repair took no more then 30 min. The company is good organized. Dispatcher April and owner Ed  make unpleasant emergency situation looks  like regular routine problem, what is very important, especially for older people. Highly recommend this company. Alex Gold.

Great customer service very professional they worked in the kitchen plumbing and main line reasonable prices.They were here within 20 minutes from the time I called and went straight to work. What can I say? The reviews speak for themselves. These guys are outstanding. Had a shower drain blockage and shopped around various plumbers. Everyone had a week waiting time, but Mr. Speedy plumbing saw me within 24 hours. Speaking with Frank on the phone, he was courteous and very helpful, really putting me at ease. But i reserve special praise for my technician Gavik. He was right on time as promised and took care of the problem in an efficient manner. His friendly demeanour and service were amazing! Bottom line, can't recommend these guys enough for price, service, and response time!
