My building has been using Daniel and Enviro Plumbing for many years. They can handle the most basic plumbing issue as well as major projects such as water heater replacement. When I first purchased and renovated my condo, one of the 40+ year old pipes in the bathroom burst and caused some damage to my new kitchen. I called Enviro as I was told by long time owners that they were the preferred vendor, and know I understand why. They are professional, responsive, and you can trust their work. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Julio came out to save us on a Saturday afternoon when nobody else could send us help.  It was a minor leak and he handled it quickly and got us able to use the sinks again before dinner.  

On a different day, he came out to replace the old water valve from the street to our home, which was leaking after 35 years of use.  He replaced the leaking valve and helped us by putting in a pressure regulator to handle the overpressure which caused the leak to start.

We're thankful for Julio and his team and intend to use them again when we need a plumber!

I'm sorry to write this review because our first service was fantastic with a fair price, however, when we asked for another quote for a different problem, we were quoted a much higher amount than other plumbers we had estimates of. It was actually double the amount and without copper plumbing, like the others have offered. Sadly, I won't be using nor referring them to anyone.

Our water heater stopped working at 5pm, so we called Vahan, who came after 6pm the same day with his coworker and together they replaced the old water heater and installed the new one in less than three hours. Thank you for responding right away.

Did not actually end up using their services but company was professional via telephone and available to come out same day.

Had Mr. Rooter come out for cloaked main line on 1/1/2017. Dealt with Joseph again who helped me out 3 years ago. Very professional service and he explained every step of process to me and showed me video of my line. Still have their magnet from 3 years and will call first every time. High recommended!

JOB DETAILS: I bought a new washing machine, but they're so bulky these days that it wouldn't fit into the existing space, so I needed to move the drain pipe over a few inches. Also, the new washing machine was giving me a water pressure error message, so I wanted to have a plumber check it out, especially since the washing machine was sharing the same water line as the sink, toilet, and shower.

Cosio's was able to reposition the drain pipe with no problem. They checked the water pressure, and it was coming out nice and strong, but I was considering upgrading the pipes anyway to give the washer its own line.

Later that day, the store where I bought the washer confirmed that it was not a water pressure issue, but a defective washing machine.  As a result, Cosio's advised me that I didn't need to upgrade the pipes, so I just had them replace the hot/cold faucets, which were corroded and leaking.

I appreciated how Cosio's didn't try to sell me on an upgrade that I didn't need, so I would trust them on future jobs as well.

PLUMBER RECOMMENDATION  I recently had my water heater replaced by Jose of J.R. Rooter & Plumbing (818) 233-2255.  I called them the afternoon that I discovered my heater had failed.  We agreed on a price and set up an appointment for the next morning.  Jose and his helper arrived early with everything needed.  You really find out how good a business is when things go wrong.  In my case, the first brand new, never unboxed water heater that Jose installed turned out to be defective.  Jose had to drain and remove that heater and take it back to his supplier for exchange.  Then he had to drive back with the new one and redo the installation.  Fortunately, the second one worked perfectly.  The whole job was far from easy.  My laundry room is tiny and my washing machine had to be disconnected and moved out of the way.  This was a problem too as the 30 year old hot/cold shut-off valves were bad, so the water for the whole house had to be turned off before the washer could be disconnected and moved out of the way.  Jose fought through all these problems with a great attitude and honored his price even though the job wound up taking all day. I highly recommend J.R. Rooter & Plumbing.

Met John at my house today and he was prompt, honest and seemed like an all around great guy. I work with a lot of contractors being a Real Estate Broker and John would definitely be someone I could recommend. He was honest enough to tell me he could not do the job since he was short staffed. I appreciated his honesty but will refer him business when I can.

They came and fixed BUT it was a super shady experience. The tech who came was nice and honest but his 2 bosses back at the office were pressing him to REBUILD my whole toilet. They wanted to charge me $600 for no reason. I said no and just paid their $100 fee when they just fixed a simple flapper. I would be wary of sending these people to others. They seem to want to be shady and just do extra work people dont need. They didnt even want to explain why i need a whole new toilet. Safe to say ill never use them again

I found this guy on yelp.  he had good reviews; called him.  he was able to get back to me right away and came out the same day.  He was great.  no fuss.  no muss.  did the regular service on my tankless water heater.  cleaned out the build up of muck and deposits.  reasonable price.    covid 19 careful.  just all around a nice, easy, positive experience.  I recommend him highly.  a good guy.

My hot water heater stopped working randomly on a Sunday Morning. I reached out to Art and he not only responded immediately but showed up to asses the system within 10 mins of my initial outreach.  The old system needed to be replaced with a new tankless system which he was able to secure and install by the following day.  The Proview team was professional, timely, and cleaned the entire work area after installation and as done.
