Jacob is awesome! He helped us fix a leak that we had in the garage and he traced the leak back to the master bedroom... We thought it was going to cost us over $500 to get it fixed but he charged us a very reasonable price. He even went out of his way to help us setup an appointment to get our drywall fixed that was damaged from the water leak and we also had to get the vanity pulled out and put back in for the pipe fix, how great is that? That being said, he is a hard worker, on time, and we would definitely recommend him to our friends and family for repairs. He's the best at what he does, thanks again Jacob!

Evan is the man! He takes the stress out of needing a plumber. Super cool, friendly guy. I really appreciated his wealth of knowledge and expertise, which was helpful in deciding how to move forward with some repairs in our home and made us feel extra comfortable knowing we're in good hands.

I am a real estate agent and had a problem that was called out during the home inspection. I called and asked if they could look at the issue and correct it. Ros was super friendly and honest.  Took his time and explained
the whole process and possible fixes so as to prevent future problems.
He was extremely reasonable as well.  
Ros was extremely patient with the unblocking of our drain that has been clogged from tree roots.  Took longer than I expected since he took his time
to sever the roots at 120 plus feet downstream and I was seeing dollar $$$ signs add up, but he was true to his word and kept the original quote.
Will be calling him for any future needs and referring him to others.

We had a clog in our toilet recently and I was scrambling to find a plumber after my attempts with the plunger and toilet snake failed.  I called the first company and they called me 2 hours after they were supposed to show up to let me know that they could not make it.  The 2nd company came out but without really doing anything, quoted me a price that was pretty high.  I was frustrated and looked some more and found my review of Hotline over 4 years ago and called Hotline and they were very nice and came out.  Ben was very professional and you can tell from talking to him that is a really nice guy.  He tried to snake it himself but realized that he had to remove the toilet and go in deeper.  After 40 minutes, the problem was resolved and he made sure to check during and after to make sure that it was fully cleaned out.  It was my bad for not keeping their name on my phone (as I said I would on my first review) and they are in my phone now.  The price was very reasonable and I have the absolute confidence that the job was done right.  In an industry where some company's take advantage of their customers, I can really say with no doubt that Hotline is a company with good people who does exactly what is expected at a very fair and reasonable price.  Thank you Ben (and Geovanni)!!!

I cannot say enough about how amazing this company is. Not only are they fair with how much it would cost, but they are beyond professional and meticulous with their work. Mick is so nice and made sure we were comfortable about what was going to happen and kept me updated throughout the entire process. It was a huge job and they made sure that it was done perfectly. They also made sure that all of our beautiful plants outside were protected during the excavation. They  had to dig down around 6 feet! Anyway I will always use them in the future and I will tell everyone else to use them as well. Thank you so much! My husband and I are so happy no more rising water in the tub during the showers!

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

Not only did Harry fix the cowboy job that was done by Miracle Plumbing, but Harry from Sewerman Rooter secured the water boiler correctly to prevent it from falling during an earthquake.

Awesome service and professionalism from these guys. Wayyy better than my previous plumber that damaged my floor, judging and trying to up-sell me (V....R.....z Plumbing). Armando's expertise helped me understand the structure and problems of my house's plumbing situation and also fixed the clog I was having for years. Jay picked up right away when I called and was able to come by to snake our drain within a few hours. He called to confirm the time before showing up and charged within the range he quoted me over the phone, a little less in fact if I remember correctly.

He worked quickly and neatly and all in all it was a good experience! Hope I don't have to call a plumber again any time soon, but if I do he's the one I'll turn to.

We called Diaz Plumbing after reading all these great reviews and we were not disappointed! Adrian and his dad showed up on time, did the work that was requested, cleaned up and charged us what we agreed on (which was substantially less than other plumbers). Seems rare to find people who are honest, hard working, timely and not messy!

I called Alex & Alex on a Saturday morning. I had a dead garbage disposal and was blaming the outlet. Alex spent a good ten or fifteen minutes with me on the phone troubleshooting the problem and ruling out a few possibilities. When the problem wasn't solved, he said he would come out and told me how much it would cost.

He showed up around noon that same day. He checked the wiring and the problem turned out to be the garbage disposal so there was nothing for him to do. I replaced the disposal the next day and all was well.

Communication and effort were both excellent. I'll recommend Alex & Alex to my friends.

Working with this company was effortless. He was very responsive and did a great job! Very reasonable pricing as well. I plan to use them again  and again.

Okay, so the most challenging thing is to find great people who care about their work and who value transparency in cost and craftsmanship.  I called and emailed with quite a few companies for a request to help us.  Like most of you reading this, you have had your experiences good and not so good with other electricians.  This company and specifically a gentleman named Roman is the best I have experienced.  He was super nice, super punctual and yes, super skilled.  I cannot say enough about how thoughtful he was.  Patient.  Really meticulous.  Focused.  And it feels as though it is someone you have known for years who grew up to be a top flight electrician.  

My only regret is that by giving such a stellar review, I wonder if the company will be so busy that they will make me wait next time.  In this time of coronavirus, the people you let into your home and work space must be the best.  Truly, Roman is the best.  I want to say that I am an experienced award winning filmmaker.  I have worked with some amazing people on sets over the past twenty five years.

Watching the level of care by Roman, it is clear that he is a very experienced and special professional.  Ask for him.  I get nothing out of this company working on your electrical needs except for the satisfaction that someone truly special and decent gets to help people in our community.

I reached out to Zenith to replace about 50 outlets and light switches in my house. They sent Vians and Mik out to give me a quote the same day (within in hours). Vians and Mik gave me a reasonable estimate and were able to complete the work the same day! These guys were super nice and professional and they worked their butts off. They were also so considerate, trying to keep he noise down because we had a three week old sleeping in various areas of the house. The work was done very well and they gave good recommendations for us to cut costs.

We will definitely use them again!

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
