Loved that they played reggae music the entire time! It shows that they are true to their marketing and what they offer! Jacob was very educational and made sure that we knew what was going on. He also made sure that he left the place where he found it. He dug up a patch of grass and when he was filling the hole, he made sure that the grass blended with the ground! He was also very thorough with cleaning when he was done! Would recommend.

I hate plumbing!  It's almost like dealing with a used car dealer.  The anticipation of a big job, haggling and just the general inconvenience of it all.  But a non functioning toilet is more of an inconvenience, yes?!  I contacted five plumbing companies (including my apartment mgmt) only to get no answers or voice mails. Ugh!  I gave Avant Rooter a call, got someone that answered and took down my info. She called me back in less than 5 minutes to tell me that someone would be here between 12 and 2.  Kyle was here at 11:59!  Took a look around and gave the assessment and price. And that was that, no add-ons or upsell, no fine Corinthian leather.  He was thorough and did his best not to make too big of a mess (toilet and shower drainage). He was polite and professional.  
I have an account on Yelp but I don't leave many reviews, but the service was outstanding. I've been a renter and homeowner and have used many plumbers in my day, and most only once...Avant is the premier choice and I will call them in the future.

Jesse showed up within the hour. Mask on, courteous, diagnose the issue, got to work right away and finished the job. The price is extremely reasonable. I will definitely recommend ASP and use them again in the future.

James is amazing! I was looking for a handyman because my closet railing was falling apart and also my floating sink vanity was sinking a bit. He gave me a reasonable quote and was able to come take a look at it the next day. He fixed both issues quickly and I asked him to take a look at a few more things, which he happily looked at and was able to fix for me.

One of those things was a stubborn sliding door that was not sliding correctly. He even went out to buy materials and came back to re-install the mount. It was still not sliding correctly, so he came back the next morning to shave down the bottom of the door and re-mount it again. In the end, it was fixed and I am a happy customer!

Beware!  Olson will fleece you if you're not careful!  I was charged $1000 for $150 worth of parts and 1 hour of labor.  I had to replace two hose bibs and a water pressure regulator.  I was charged $200 per hose bib ($10 each at home depot) and $600 for the water pressure regulator.  Olson took advantage of my trust as an inexperienced homeowner.

Macias Plumbing is the best. I had a broken shower fixture and no one was available on a Sunday morning except for Macias. He gave up one of his employee to come and fix my shower. Technician came out on time and was very professional. I got my shower fix and the water was turned back on the same day. Thank you Macias Plumbing!!

I have used Hotline Plumbing several times since moving into my house and they have been fabulous! They have great communication, are very knowledgeable, do great work, and have fair prices. Mauricio is wonderful and most recently I met William who is great as well. I highly recommend Hotline Plumbing.

What a professional, excellent plumber!  The pilot light went out on the
water heater in a triplex I own in Burbank. Needless to say the tenants weren't  happy and neither was I.
The gas company said that the water heater was leaking and so I called and got estimates.  Mike from Right Price Rooter and Plumbing answered the call and came quickly to the property and assessed the problem.  He found that a pipe had been installed incorrectly when the original water heater was installed and it was leaking under the house.  He flushed the heater of accumulated minerals and put in fresh water. He reconfigured the pipe so it wouldn't leak under the house. The water heater was 12 years old and he suggested I might need a new one.  But a little strapped for cash it seemed monumental for me to buy a new one. Mike kept his eye on the situation and checked back  to see how it was doing.  The tenants reported that the old water heater was working - they were able to get hot water but it too quickly became cold.  I knew I had to get a new heater eventually so I bit the bullet and called home depot. I figured it was now or never and  I knew who was the right  person to install it,  Mike at right rooter!  Mike helped me every step of the way with professionalism, good pricing and care.  I have never had any experience with such a considerate and helpful plumber - and I've been around for a while.  Many accolades to him! He also assessed some other problems I might have in the future.  I heartily recommend him for Any plumbing job!

Had a problem with drainage in one of our bathrooms I already knew the problem and got estimates around. Harry came in with reasonable price and knew what I wanted done. He was friendly and professional. Him and his crew came in and knocked out the job pretty quick and I checked their work afterwards. They did excellent job replacing the pipe under our house and made a clean out easier and accessible for us for future snaking or cleaning. I highly recommend them for your plumbing issue or projects. Other competitors came double or were too busy to come. Also Harry gave double number of years on warranty than the other competitor did. Also, his reviews speaks for itself. I will call him again if we have future issues.

Armando's Plumbing did a great job!  We have a rental property in Lawndale, CA and were having issues with the sink leaking and our shower that was clogged.  I called him on a Sunday, reached his voicemail, and he called me back a few minutes later.  We set up an appointment for the next day and he came right on time, performed the work, and explained the work that was done.  With out a doubt I'll be using Armando for all our future plumbing needs.

Jay was very nice, professional and fast. He was there within an hour of my first call and fixed my broken toilet in 15 minutes, for less than all the other quotes. Definitely would use him again.

Alex was able to come over the same day for power outage in our house today after a long day work. He quickly identified the problem was above the panel and suggested us to call LADWP right away so the issue can be fixed ASAP. LADWP came over soon and fixed the issue in about an hour. Alex is responsive, professional and trustworthy. He explained the possible issues very clearly. I'd definitely give him a call if we have any electrical needs.

I am writing a review for work that Optimum Electrical completed in the fall of 2019. We had a great experience with them and want to follow through and share this with others. I simply had to open an account on Yelp and write my first review, because Optimum Electrical did such a great job.
We needed to move our old electrical panel and upgrade it to a new, larger panel. We chose Optimum Electrical after researching reviews online and interviewing several electricians. We chose Optimum because they were knowledgeable, focused, and the estimate they provided us for the work we needed was very reasonable. They have a very transparent way of pricing that was easy for us to understand.
A father and son team, with a third electrician, they did a fantastic job and completed the project within budget and on time. Sean patiently answered all our questions. Sometimes, he would discuss the best way to approach a problem with his father. Together, they helped us plan how to approach a future expansion we have in mind for a different part of the house.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and kind not only to us, but to each another, they were easy to work with. We were touched when we saw them congratulate each other and shake each others' hands (this was pre-Covid..) after completing the job. This showed us they took pride in a job well done. It was fun to witness this expression of mutual respect and shared camaraderie.
We are glad we have found Sean and his dad (and his coworker). We now know who to call for all our future projects. We have found our electricians.

I can't speak highly enough about Roman and his counterpart who came to our apartment and mounted two TVs on the wall and installed two ceiling fans. They were extremely professional, very skilled, and super nice guys. We would have them back for absolutely anything we need again.

I had a broken fan and wonky outlet in my apartment. Tedi and Art from Zenith came and fixed both! They were super fast, friendly, and great. Would absolutely recommend Zenith, and especially Tedi and Art.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
