Hard to find a honest Plumber.. Lucky for you Jacob is one of them.  I had some shotty work done on a water heater which i wanted to be reviewed.  Jacob was the only one to offer to check it out for free.  He was able to point out some key problems for free and even offered to fix those problems at a very reasonable rate.  I highly recommend him.

I hate plumbing!  It's almost like dealing with a used car dealer.  The anticipation of a big job, haggling and just the general inconvenience of it all.  But a non functioning toilet is more of an inconvenience, yes?!  I contacted five plumbing companies (including my apartment mgmt) only to get no answers or voice mails. Ugh!  I gave Avant Rooter a call, got someone that answered and took down my info. She called me back in less than 5 minutes to tell me that someone would be here between 12 and 2.  Kyle was here at 11:59!  Took a look around and gave the assessment and price. And that was that, no add-ons or upsell, no fine Corinthian leather.  He was thorough and did his best not to make too big of a mess (toilet and shower drainage). He was polite and professional.  
I have an account on Yelp but I don't leave many reviews, but the service was outstanding. I've been a renter and homeowner and have used many plumbers in my day, and most only once...Avant is the premier choice and I will call them in the future.

Very fast and efficient service. The plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and what they would do to fix it. I'm happy my problem is was fixed in no time and I would definitely call them again.

We finally found the handyman our dreams!  Ever since we moved out of the area six years ago and have been renting our condo out, it's been a struggle to find someone we can trust and rely on to make the necessary  home repairs, until hiring James the Canadian Handyman.   James takes great pride in the work he does and it shows.  The first job James did for us involved him solving and fixing a major bathroom sink and pipe problem that others, including plumbers, could not figure out. He is upfront and honest, not afraid to consult with other professionals as needed, familiar with building codes etc., professional/personable, which ultimately has provided us with the best quality service/repair for our condo,  we have found on Yelp.  We continue to use Jame's services as needed.

Tried another plumber awhile ago and after a second callback the problem persisted.

Olson's was a different experience from the first call...Annie answered the phone in a friendly knowledgeable manner, immediately gathered the information I requested, and scheduled my appointment on the specific day I requested, followed by Daryl's stellar work (just as Annie assured) I have found my new plumber! Highly recommend Olson Superior Plumbing!

Daryl did a fantastic job installing two toilets and replacing the gas valve behind my stove. He was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and accomplished the work quickly. His attention to detail was noted and greatly appreciated. Definitely a five star technician!

I called this company. They were quick about coming out, they did not mention anything about a service charge. Memo which is his name went under my Mobile home to find the leak they were under there for 45 minutes running my water could not find the  problem. Finally he came to my door and said that I had a small leak. Then he said you should fix your all you pipes, all the time not mentioning to fix only why I called in the first place the leak, and then he said the owner will get back with you with a price. I could not understand why he could not just fix the one pipe, never even mentioned it. I said okay let the owner call or text me and give me a price. He then proceeded to ask for a service fee which was never mentioned by Memo or the owner. And all the owner text me was oh we usually charge a service fee. I text him back about not mentioning it and then he text me best regards. I have never been treated so poorly. Long story short had another plumber come out next day and replaced a10 foot Pipe it was no problem. I have never been so disappointed in a company like macias plumbing. One thing though I do have to say when I first called, owner is very friendly, that is why I had them come out.  Maybe he just needs a new technician that is friendly and explains things before he does anything.

I am a return customer to Hotline plumbing. I am so satisfied each time I use the service! They are not only kind, friendly, and on time, but also very knowledgeable. Most importantly it is affordable too for this excellent service! Today, special thanks to Mr. Mauricio and William (met them before). They are a great team and did a great job once again! Highly highly recommend them if have big or small, any plumbing related projects.

We discovered tree roots in our old cast iron pipes buried below our foundation. We were petrified that this would cost us an arm and a leg. We interviewed 6 different plumbers for the job and Mick from RPR quoted us the best price out of them all. Not only that, but Mick's approach was by far the most labor intensive of the different solutions that were offered by other plumbers but by far the best since we ended up with brand new pipes.

Mick and his crew went above and beyond, offering to surprise us by throwing in a couple extras that we had not initially negotiated on and finished the work in a timely manner. They definitely knew what they were doing and we would not hesitate to work with them again.

Can't say enough good things about these guys and would highly recommend.

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

Last night our backyard drains got clogged and the water collected to the point where it started making its way into the house. Tried everything including a sump pump and couldn't get the water to drain fast enough. Called Harry at 11pm and he promised to come out and help us clear the drains. He arrived an hour later and hydro-jetted the drains from every which way and finally got it to drain and saved us! Thank you so much Harry and Andy for coming out so late and helping us save our house from flooding. We can't thank you enough. Best service!

I used their service to repair two things. Bathtub faucet leak & Kitchen sink drain leaks. Miguel and his partner were both on-time, professional , and got work done very quickly. They double-checked with me the finish results for both, and I was very pleased with it. I Loved that the service comes with a full year warranty. That's just an extra relief in case anything happens. Thanks guys, will call again if I need to!

He was great. Very polite and did a wonderful job on the toilet and somehow getting new rubber wheels on the shower door!

I was changing out a stacking washer-dryer in a condo and discovered that the shutoff valves behind the unit were rotted through. I called Jay, who came out the same day. He pulled out the old washer-dryer (no easy task), replaced the faulty valves (which involved discovering which lines in the garage provided the supplies), and also rerouted a drain line for AC condensation, which had been positioned above the shutoff valves, thereby exacerbating the rust. It was a messy job but he, along with his helper (possibly a relative) got it done quickly and efficiently. Jay and his company are fast, reliable, and reasonable. They are my go-to plumbers from now on.

Adrian and his team at Diaz Plumbing have been great. I've had them over to my house on numerous occasions and they've always been punctual, professional and done the job right the first time. The last time they were here, they were honest enough to lower their price when it turned out less work needed to be done when they just as easily could have kept their mouths shut and charged me for a repair that I had already agreed to. Highly recommended

Needed to switch out an old doorbell with a new one. I contacted Alex & Alex and Alex was out of town and said he'd be back in a week and give me a call then. I thought to my self Oh well, I'll never hear back. As promised, Alex contacted me when he was back in town. He arrived when he said he would and went to work.

What we thought would be a quick job turned out to be more complicated and time consuming then initially imagined through no fault of Alex. He stuck with the job and went far beyond what I would expect, and at a very reasonable price.

I was very satisfied with their work. I called them to install a ceiling light fixture and they told me that my electrical panel was a fire hazard. They replaced it and gave me a reasonable price. I will call them again and I recommend them very highly. Sean and Mike were very nice.

I needed someone to fix the socket on a very expensive modern chandelier that hangs in a double height 20 foot ceiling. Roman was amazing from my initial call. He requested some photos so he could give me a proper quote. His reply was within 15 minutes and the quote was very reasonable. He arrived as scheduled and knew exactly what he was doing. He is quick but very professional and thorough. My chandelier is now good as new and I have an electrician I can now call on for future jobs.

Azad and Vano just finished installing recessed lights in our living room and hallway. They came on time and are very professional and polite. They did an excellent job! Before they start, they covered our furnitures and floors. My husband and I love our new recessed lights. Beautifully done for a very reasonable price and they cleaned up very well. We are very pleased and satisfied customers. I highly recommend them. We would use Zenith Electric again in a heartbeat.

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
