Don't waste your time calling other plumbers. Plumbing by Jacob is the only plumber I will be calling from now on. I have had multiple plumbers come out in the last year and they seem to wanna charge the plumber money but don't really wanna do the plumber work. Jacob came out got straight to the job, didn't try to sell me a story, just a straight up guy. He's super honest and does business the  way it use to be. Highly recommended

We called last minute for a gushing broken pipe in the backyard and they came out within the hour and fixed it. We called many others and Avant was only company who could help us. For that - 5 stars.

Mike showed up about an hour late on a Saturday morning.  But I can live with that.  He replaced my garbage disposal for a price that I felt was a little high, but again I can live with that too.  He took a picture of a tub faucet that needed to be replaced and was supposed to find one that he could order.  A week later, I called him to remind him.  He said he would get back to me that afternoon.  I texted him the next day as another reminder and again a week later.  Finally the day after that, I sent him a text saying forget it, I'll find another plumber.  If he didn't want the job because it was too small or whatever, I wish he would have just said so.  Today I texted him by mistake instead of another plumber.  I was surprised to see that he had the nerve to block my number.  Wow, he really does not want to be bothered by me anymore.  That means he doesn't have any intention of replying to me ever.  That was the last straw and prompted my bad review.

I had a kitchen that needed new cabinets, we were assuming it was going to be expensive. James came by and sanded down our cabinets and made them look like new. We didn't expect them to look as good as they did but he did a fantastic job. Very professional demeanor and he was the most polite handyman I've ever met.

I usually hate dealing with plumbing issues.  But we had a great, positive experience from start to finish with Olson.  Communication with Elliott and Emilie was very smooth and responsive as far as obtaining a quote and setting up the repair appointment.  I contacted 7 companies, and their pricing was the most competitive.  Daryl came out to do the repair work, and he was punctual and very professional.  Daryl took the time to explain what needed to be done.  He was very detailed and thorough in completing the job, including checking the water flow of every toilet and faucet in the house.  Daryl was very personable and easy to work with.  Thank you!

Mauricio and William were so quick and helpful when they came to my apartment to help unclog a drain. I tried unclogging it myself with an instrument I got from the hardware store, but it didn't fix the problem. Mauricio and William swooped in, right on time, and took care of it so quick. I'll definitely be using them again!

Haunted House.  It is October, and Raffi and Carlos were working on my house.  I was at CERT training, while my wife was working on Habitat for Humanity, so no one was home.  They got started and would have gotten done, but the front shower came on.  Yes, no one was home!

They told me that they kept knocking and the shower just kept going.  They finally had to shut off the water from the main shut off on the street to keep from wasting water.  Then, they continued with their work.

After I got home, they turned the water back on, and I shut off the front shower, but no one really knows how and why the shower came on in the first place.

An unsolved mystery for sure, still unsolved.  But, they kept working and got done on time.

Albert is fantastic. Great service. Came out last minute and handled a plumbing issue right away. Highly recommend him for any plumbing issues.

Amazing- I posted a message on yelp and within an hour he came so after the problem and had the garbage disposal working( and on a holiday!) grateful for Sewar Mans professional service.

Armando show up in a timely manner and took care of my clogged drain. He also picked up a part to correct some work a previous handyman performed.

I made a detailed inquiry on yelp to about 10 plumbers regarding my clogged garbage disposal. Everyone that responded immediately said that it would need to be replaced and the cost was 400. Jay was the kinky than said he will come take a look at it. Further, this was on Memorial Day and he came an hour later! Every other plumber tried to charge me a fee because it was a holiday. I have now moved into a new place and jay has served as an expert for all of our plumbing needs.

He is very responsive and available through phone, text, whatever.
He will give you a good/fair/honest price.
He is genuinely a really nice person.

He works very hard and i was lucky to have found him.

Don't mess around with other companies. Save yourself the time and hassle and just go with jay.

By the way, this is real unbiased review from a real repeat customer.

Adrian and his team at Diaz Plumbing have been great. I've had them over to my house on numerous occasions and they've always been punctual, professional and done the job right the first time. The last time they were here, they were honest enough to lower their price when it turned out less work needed to be done when they just as easily could have kept their mouths shut and charged me for a repair that I had already agreed to. Highly recommended

I  will never use an electrician other than Alex!! My tenants had a tricky issue with a chandelier that would not turn off due to some wonky wiring. Not only was Alex super easy to get a hold of, but he initially tried to help me over the phone to make sure it wasn't their installation error, since he could tell I was stressed (read: he is a good guy).

He ended up fitting me in the same day and was extremely professional in front of the tenants. So much so that I would have been comfortable not being there- he was really prompt, professional, knowledgeable, CLEAN, and very respectful of the tenants items.

He was quick, knew exactly what he was doing (he didn't just poke around haphazardly), explained everything to me, and did not even cause a scratch or mess. You can tell he loves what he does and is happy to help. Everyone loved him, including the pets :) I will be calling him next week to install another EV tesla charger. Honestly will never use any one else. Alex is SO good, highly recommend. Also, good pricing compared to others I called. Top notch electrician.

These guys did an amazing job installing two chandeliers. Very responsive in giving a quote and setting up an appointment for installation. They came within a few days, sent pictures of the finished job and were a pleasure to work with. They also gave a really affordable price. Definitely recommend these guys.

Tedi and Art were able to fix and replace my bathroom fan light with an ease. Will highly recommend them to anyone for any electrical issues happening at their home.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
