Unfortunately, I would not recommend this gentleman's services.  I own a few rental houses in HB and was looking for another plumber who I could have on my rolodex.  He was very prompt in returning my call and also went out the very next day early to diagnose the problem.  However, when he called me to discuss the probable issue, to say he was condescending and rude would be a HUGE understatement. From the beginning of the call, each question I asked was answered with a very snotty short answer- to the point that after a minute speaking with him I felt very uncomfortable with this person.  After telling me the pee trap by the bathtub was probably causing the issue, he stated he'd need to cut into the house's outside stucco to see for sure.  When I asked if he is the one to repair the stucco when he is done, he stated, I'm not a general contractor.  Regardless, he said he would not be able to fix whatever issue it may be until the next day (which I had no problem with).  When I stated that I needed a few minutes to think about this before giving him the go ahead, he hung up on me.  Now I understand time is money but if you are going to be a Plumber and want people to literally make major decisions like cutting into the stucco on your house, on the fly, you are unreasonable.  I was not saying I'd call back in an hour or two, I was saying I needed 5 to 10 minutes to try and process what I should do.  Unfortunately, this gentleman did not even hear that as he had already hung up on me.  I have no idea if his plumbing skills are good or bad, but I do know his bed side manner and client interaction is absolutely horrible and to me that is as important as the actual work.

Evan was a big help. He was friendly, straight forward, and also transparent. He gave me an estimate and then went to look for the parts just to let me know if the estimate would change based on what he found. He also explained what my options were in case we decided not to use him or wanted to use him for a portion of the job.  After he finished the job (fairly fast) he also gave me a tip on what to do just in case something like that happens again, and we need to turn off our water to the home.

I have a rental property in Santa Ana in Orange County that once again had a clogged main sewer line that was backing up into the home. My usual plumber said he would be there in between 10 and 2, then he said between 2 and 6, my tenants were getting worried that they would be left with no functioning restroom and so was I. As the early evening hours had arrived I looked on Yelp for a local plumber in the area. As I spoke with Mike I knew that there was hope for a  plumber to pull through for me in our time of need. He was able to clear the drain blockage that night so my tenants could use the facilities take hot showers etc. He provided me with options as far as long term solutions to my drain issue's. I chose to repair the main sewer line using the Trenchless sewer repair system that he had as a option. He knew exactly what to do and the job went super smooth, Mike event sent me pictures and a short video to keep me updated on the job witch was above and beyond what I expected. I confirmed an appointment to repair a small section of my ceiling 2 weeks prior through Yelp, so I would be able to take some time off work.

The appointment was for 8a-10a on Yelp, so I messaged James at 7:50am to make sure he can find parking in my condo and alerted the doormen to save him a parking spot in the guest lot.

At 8:15a, he messages me back that his truck is not functioning and will message in an hour to confirm if he can or cannot fix the ceiling. 2 hours later he messages that he might be able to come back next week to fix it, but he is still unsure.

I understand that cars break down, but messaging 15 minutes after an appointment and having to be prompted to respond to a message is very inconvenient. Pretty unreliable overall.

I was impressed with Olson Superior Plumbing today, and I am not writing this to get a discount.  
I called because our kitchen sink was clogged and needed to be snaked. When I called, on a Saturday, the phone was answered promptly.  I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a call back.  I was told Charlie could be by that same day between 6-8, and I'd get a call 30 minutes before arrival.  I was given a quote as well.
Charlie called 25 minutes before arrival, arrived a little after 6.  He was pleasant, positive, professional, and knowledgeable.  We also asked him to fix a sink fixture, which he said, no problem. He performed all of the tasks efficiently, gave some pointers to improve the drainage better, and charged us the quoted amount.  
We will use Olson in the future.

Exceptional service! If you need plumbing work, call Ros and his team at Macias Plumbing & Rooter. We needed emergency service and their response time was immediate. Ros and team are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were able to replace/repair the main water pipe and install shutoff valves, all in a day. Ros went above and beyond.
He noticed the housing unit to the water heater was broken, so he took the time to fix that, too!

We've been searching for a good plumber for a while, and we are glad we found Hotline Plumbing. They have done several things for us now, and we've been happy with the service we've gotten. Geovanni, Ben, and Geraldo are great. Good customer service and work all around. Would highly recommend!

Mick went out there personally to take care of my plumbing issue.  He might lose a few bucks by charging less than his competitors, but he gains a huge amount of loyal customers.

This was my first time using him and because of his great customer service and lower prices you can guarantee I'll only be using him going forward.

If you're a landlord he's great for tenants as he does not talk about prices or other issues with the tenants.  He is always on the landlord side and because of this I plan on using him for all my properties.

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

Last night our backyard drains got clogged and the water collected to the point where it started making its way into the house. Tried everything including a sump pump and couldn't get the water to drain fast enough. Called Harry at 11pm and he promised to come out and help us clear the drains. He arrived an hour later and hydro-jetted the drains from every which way and finally got it to drain and saved us! Thank you so much Harry and Andy for coming out so late and helping us save our house from flooding. We can't thank you enough. Best service!

Armando is a top-notch professional.  I was worried when the gas company told me there was a gas leak at one of my apartment units.   The Gas Co, shut off the gas, as they should, but left my tenant without hot water and no gas for the stove.  I called APS at 10p.m., and Armando called me back within 5 minutes, we set up an appointment to show up the next morning.  Armando showed up on time, he was wearing a mask, was in a uniform, a total professional.  He quickly diagnosed the problem, he explained everything in detail to me so I could understand.  He quoted me a price before making the repairs.   I agreed to the reasonable price, and before I knew it, my serious problem was fixed.  He performed several tests to ensure everything was safe.  After the work was done he and his brother cleaned up.  I rarely take the time to write a review but Armando really did a fantastic job, he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was safe with the gas, that all the appliances were functioning properly.  I saved his contact number in my phone, and will call him the next time I have any plumbing issues at any of my properties.  Thank you Armando for your professionalism I greatly appreciate your honest, fair, hard work.

He was great. Very polite and did a wonderful job on the toilet and somehow getting new rubber wheels on the shower door!

Jay and his dad came to my rental home on time and did a great job on roto rootering the main line . He is honest ,professional , friendly and gets the job done.

He could have tried to up sell as most plumbers will do but he  did not .

I recommend Jay without reservation and I will use him in the future . I already recommended him to my  best friend .

He called this morning to check  and make sure everything is working well .

I have a tub that filled up with laundry water whenever I run the washer. Had two plumbers came in but neither could fix - don't want to name them here and don't want to give bad review but some of them are amateurs. Then I called Diaz plumbing and he found the problem after digging around and running his snake. They came again on another day and fixed it! Now they know my plumbing system well so I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

I will highly recommend Alex and Alex Electrical.
I hired them again.
They installed a Tesla mount wall and  I'm happy with their job quality.

I cannot say enough good things about Optimum Electrical.  I called Vahe today and he was able to come to my house immediately and solved the issue!  I have never had such wonderful customer service.  Amazing experience and will recommend to everyone I know.

Just want to say how amazing Arvin and Dany were today fixing all the electrical issues in my place. They were so nice and professional. They really took their time to make sure everything was done right. I'm very impressed. They even fixed my ceiling fan that never worked in 16 years. Nobody else was able to fix it. I will never contact any other electricians going forward. These guys are the best. And they didn't charge me to come to my place to give me a free estimate. Thank you so much! Very happy customer :)

Ultimately drain cleared so going to write this off to initial frustration

Owner has been highly professional

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
