Jacob helped me out when my sawcutting contractor broke the hosebib at my tenant improvement project. He responded within an hour of my call and had the repair done and water back on in the unit in less than 30 minutes. All class and very reasonably priced. Honest service with consideration for my needs. Anything in the HB area, I'm definitely calling him back.

I didn't know plumbing was such a craft until Avant Rooter entered my life. They approach plumbing with the same savvy, skill, and grit an NFL linebacker approaches football. I live in an old house (100 years old) back in a time where houses didn't have their plumbing. This is a big issue, because you can't fix your problems when the pipes run other people's properties. These guys figured it all out. They got some magic powered wand to find out where the pipes when underground (I had no idea), were able to organize the neighbors and explain what had to happen. And most importantly, they fixed a 50 year problem (replacing shared pipes that run under numerous people's properties isnt a reality) at a great price, and in a 3 day turn around.

Plumbing ain't easy and it ain't pretty, but these guys are the best in town.

I called them around 10 in the morning.  They said a plumber would be at my house between 12-2pm. They were not only late without the consideration of calling Once the gentleman got here he looked around for literally three minutes and said, there is nothing I can do. You should call your other plummer. My equipment won't fit. I had previously explained the problem and did not understand why he wouldn't bring more than one tool...I was polite and said thank you. I figured he was behind and just wanted to shove me aside because I was an emergency call. I felt unimportant.

Plumber #1 said it was too difficult of a job.
Plumber #2 didn't follow up on calls and emails.
Then came James, who I found through Yelp.  Thank you
to everyone who wrote a review.  

Shame on me because I did the whole 'cart before the horse' and bought a sink I loved before properly measuring.  It looked good on paper in terms of measurement.  No, it did not fit.  

James made it happen.  A little more sweat than expected but he made it work and I am happy!!!

More importantly, James is on time, reliable and hard working.  I sincerely appreciate someone who makes it happen.

Very honest and provided correct diagnosis which saves 10x cost where other guys were asking to replace the entire unit with wrong diagnosis.

When hiring this type of service, I generally consider two factors :  Honesty and reliability. Hotline Plumbing has both.  I have used their services on Various projects in my home and they are my go-to plumbing company. People want good plumbing with honestly pricing, this is the company to go with. I can honestly say, as a personal preference Based on past experiences, that I hope the only company I ever use for plumbing services is Hotline plumbing.

I selected Right Price Rooter and Plumbing Service based on the Yelp reviews that I read. I am so grateful to those of you who took time to write a review. My experience with this company was excellent. I had several plumbing issues that were related in part to the age of the originally installed equipment in my condo. Mick made a visit to my condo to assess the work that needed to be done. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated that fact that he made suggestions and explained why he was making certain recommendations. He sent me a price quote, and then we established the date that the work would be done. Juan was the team member that actually did the work. Juan, too, was very professional and friendly. He was punctual and did an excellent job. Juan is certainly an asset to the company. I highly recommend this plumbing company. Mick and his team provide A+ service.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

Harry took my call on a Sunday for a clogged toilet, got out to my place in less than an hour. He fixed it so fast that he didn't even charge me for the visit. I'll definitely use Sewerman in the future.

Armando picked up my call, and initially said he could come assess my work the next day at 7am, after I explained my dire situation to him since another plumber had dug up my bathroom, taken out drywall, he asked for the address and promised to stop by at the completion of the job he was doing. Armando showed up about an hour later to my surprise ( I was expecting he would show up late evening). He explained the situation and gave me options, I instantly knew he's very genuine. Armando and his team showed up early the next day, tackled the job with dexterity and completed the job same day, the other plumber told me it might take 3 more days if they could find the source of the slab foundation leak, and they had already been searching for the leak for 3 days prior!  Armando is genuine, professional, prompt, and his team left my home clean. We called Teddy in the morning with an urgent request that needed to be done before the day was over.  From the beginning he was responsive and offered a fair price to come out.  Once he arrived he was friendly and efficient.  He got on our roof to reposition a tarp that had blown over and also installed an exterior light fixture.  

He's both capable and reliable which is not always the case with some handymen.  We really appreciated him and will definitely consider him for future projects.  Thanks Teddy!

Jay is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Another company gave me a recommendation to fix an issue that felt like too much. Jay identified the issue and provided a more straight forward way to fix. Appreciated his timely responses too.

I called Diaz Plumbing with a very last minute request--I suspected we had a leak somewhere and wanted to try to pinpoint what was going on right away. They came over within an hour and were so helpful. They figured out where the leak was (approximately) and turned off the water to the area so I could decide what to do next. They gave me very realistic idea of what different repairs might cost, and didn't pressure me into making a decision right away. I will definitely call them again when we decide what to do next!

We found this business via Yelp as we had a circuit breaker trip yet we could do nothing to get our power back. Alex & Alex came by promptly even though it was later in the day and took a look. We actually did get the breaker working but the tech checked to make sure everything was OK and wasn't going to charge us. I gave him some coffee money and made sure the next time I have electrical problems I'm going to remember this business.

I was having a power outage at my property and as soon as Sean arrived he quickly inspected my electrical panel and found out half my power was out. It was my main breaker and surely he had it in his van and before I knew it my power was back on. I will use Optimum Electrical for all my electrical needs and I highly suggest everyone to use them as well. Thank you Sean

Gosh it was a great experience working with this company.  Their response time is amazing.  My outlets stopped working and he came within an hr and got everything working again. Price seemed fair

Teddy and Danny came by today and installed a Tesla wall charger outside. Our house's electrical system might be older than Benjamin Franklin himself and our breaker box that is so old it might have to be carbon dated, so they didn't have the easiest of tasks. They handled all of the unexpected speed bumps politely, efficiently, and effectively. They did a fantastic job. The result is not only functional, but they also took into consideration the aesthetic and appearance of the house, and all for a very reasonable cost. A+++ will be using them again if we ever need another electrician!

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
