Great response time when I asked for a quote. I got the problem taken care of before ordering any services. But I am impressed by Jacob's communication, and that means a lot. There will certainly be more opportunities in the future.

I am deciding to write a long feedback. I don't write often and when I choose to read it's because I am needing to make a decision that has an impact.
This is for those who really want to understand why I will still choose to go with this company. So if you choose to read on.. hopefully you can see my experience and help you understand what you can expect

This is the second time I reached out to Eric Olson for service due to the first time, Eric helped me with my water heater and I had a good experience. This time my rental home experienced an unknown leak that's showing water mark on the ceiling down stairs . I was very worried because I have heard horrible stories about leaking can affect to the point that causes replacement in thousands of $$$.
It was reported on Friday around 5:30pm. I spoke with the dispatcher and made an appointment for Sat ( 12-2pm). The dispatcher was helpful but on sat as I did not get any call around 1:30pm then I found out after contacting that my appointment is not showing scheduled.  I must admit that I felt a bit disappointing but since Eric immediately Responded and got an technician out there within 40mins. Regained my trust.
The technician first found the water puddle by using their infrared detection tool. yes everyone will tell you it's a free visual inspection as I talked with 2 other plumbing company to do a comparison, but Eric Olson's team was more transparent about they need to use the tool, otherwise how can you visually see through the ceiling? So yes of course there is a charge of $279 on the leak inspection that is a standard charge.

But further work was needed to track down the leak so after cutting three holes and about ~4 hours later. It seemed the erosion process by Irvine's harsh water did the damage to the copper pipes so replacement is needed for two areas. One good thing is they will send you the quote and also explain over the phone on the findings so you can approve next step along the way. I felt like I was in really good hands.

The technician did NOT want to replace the part with what was sold at Home Depot because the quality was not good. So scheduled another appointment on Sunday to complete the work.
Sunday , another technician came out and his name is Anthony. Also very professional and polite.

I appreciated that Anthony approached the issue a bit differently by trying to replicate the leak to make sure if what was being fixed is in deed the issue. Because he found a different issue was with the drain under the sink missing the gasket. And suggested the next step is to wait and monitor for a week. If the issue does not appear again then we can close out.
He said if there are additional issues, they will send out the master plumber continue to troubleshoot and I should not have to pay again.

At this point I am very grateful of their service and every technician being extremely honest with their diagnostics. I will wait for a week and close out with my final feedback.

Macias plumbing was fantastic! Our water heater pilot went out and we couldn't get it to stay lit. He fixed it in less than 20 minutes for a super reasonable price. In addition to that he even helped us move our old couch out of the house. He is definitely our go to plumber now! Thank you so much!

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

My sewer line was backing up about once a year and it seems to decided to back up only at night when every plumber has clocked out for the day. So usually I'd call and have to wait til the next day for someone to come out to snake the sewer lines. That means no one gets to brush their teeth or shower unless we want poop water to start flowing back into the bathtubs. GROSS!! I decided to call Sewerman this time and Harry came out right away at 10 pm. He took care of the clog and when I mentioned my sewer problem, he said he could come back the next morning to run a camera down the pipe to see what was going on. It turns out that there were holes in the sewer lines causing build ups. He gave me a couple of options to fix the issue and explained the pros and cons of each. Once I decided what I wanted to do, Harry was back the next morning and took care of the problem once and for all. The icing on the cake? Since I had service line coverage on my insurance policy, Harry took the time to work with my adjuster to get the work covered. An awesome plumber and all around nice guy. He has a customer for life!

Jay, Sorry for writing review late but you are the great and amazing plumber. My 10 years old Noritz tankless broke down and need to replace to Takagi tankless heater. You did an excellent job back in Aug 2019. It's still doing well. Thank you so much for your hard work.

Fast, on time, honest quote.   I already had to cancel a different plumber who gave me an original three hour window and didn't make it.....I'm a renter so couldn't authorize all of the work and they are communicative and worked with what I could authorize to get my sink working again.  Would absolutely recommend

Highly recommend this business! Vaheh and his partner showed up EARLY for our appointment (!) and fixed my problem in literally MINUTES. Because he didn't have to actually do anything (was just a loose connection), he didn't charge me one cent, not even a service fee. Amazing. Will definitely be using Optimum again in the future and recommending to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you Optimum!

Roman was on time and did a great job installing ceiling fan and took out the old one as well. Highly recommended

Artin came out and replaced our Tesla Wall Charger. My husband said it was very easy to schedule the appointment. Artin was punctual, efficient, and did a great job. He had me plug my car in to be certain that the charger was functioning properly when he finished. He was polite and very professional. He was also fantastic with my two big dogs, which was a bonus. :)

Artin noticed that my panel had a 100 amp breaker when it was supposed to be a 60 amp breaker. He said he forgot to check at the start, so he just changed it for me and refused to let me pay him any extra.

I would absolutely use this company again and definitely recommend them. Thanks for great service and I am so relieved that I can easily charge my car again. :)

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
