I have had the pleasure of building a relationship with Ability over the last several years both personally, having utilized their services on my own home, and professionally, as having been able to work with them as a real estate photographer (and seen many of their projects first-hand). I can't give enough praise to Mike, Phil, Michael, and the entire crew, who work tirelessly to ensure that the job is done to the highest standards. I honestly believe that to fall back onto their exemplary professionalism, communication skills, and the personal relationships that they strive to maintain with each individual client. There is a reason they are highly-regarded in the community as a business and as individuals! I wouldn't recommend any other contractor... even in the rare chance they haven't been able to help me with a project, I give them a call and they always point me in the right direction to trustworthy help. This company was working on a job a couple of houses down from me. I asked my neighbor what he thought of the company so far, and he had a pretty good experience so I gave them a call. They ended up negotiating my claim with my insurance company and replaced my entire roof and both of my AC units at no cost to me. My insurance company was originally only repairing small sections of my roof after we had a massive hail storm in Glendale.I got to pick a new tile and new color, good bye green roof!! I am so thrilled with the service I received from this company that I decided to take a couple minutes to let you all know. If you have any damage to your home, I would seriously recomend this company.

We needed some interior drywall repair work done and also utilized Arise Construction to help us finish installing our laminate flooring in our master bedroom.  THEY WERE FANTASTIC!  Marcos and all of the gentlemen we worked with at Arise Construction were amazing.  Communication was prompt and all phases of each portion of the job were completed in a timely manner at a fair price.  We are very pleased with the service provided.  We are looking forward to working with them again.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

I feel so lucky to have found Derek and his team three years ago. I was an out of state landlord struggling to do things myself with a crazy work schedule, and after an expensive and drawn out eviction, Derek came in and totally changed the experience. I know they're not doing as much property management anymore but he made it effortless for me, always having solutions in mind for any issues that came up.

Most recently he and his team did a big remodel on my condo to get it ready to go on the market. It's obvious he knows the market and its trends, and has solid connections with sub contractors and real estate agents who filled out the rest of the team. He was responsive, consistent, super knowledgeable, friendly, and a great leader. The sell of this condo will bring in a nice profit and Derek played a huge roll in it with the timing, strategizing, beautiful remodel, and assembling the team. He really knocked it out of the park the past few years. It's bittersweet to have everything wrapping up but I know he will continue to do great work for other people.

Clay's work, expertise, and responsiveness are unparalleled! He assisted me with the on-site building of custom oak floor-to-ceiling book cases as part of a complete living room re-design.  He advised on the best structure, and did some of the most precise building and assembly work I've ever seen.  The units were later stained by a carpenter, but even before they were finished, the raw install looked so beautiful it was as if it was already done.  Clay was on time, worked efficiently, and was respectful of my home.  His pricing is fair and there are no surprises.  Beyond that, he threw in for free fixing a nuisance entry door that needed to be trimmed down and a new threshold installed, and he is helping me scope out the cost for a few more renovation projects I hope to accomplish down the road.  I would unreservedly recommend Gusto Construction and Clay to anyone - you'd be lucky to have him work on your project.

This company was supposed to send men out Thursday. No one showed up. Then they said Friday and Saturday. Guess what?! No one showed up!! Then I get a call that the team was delayed, but we will come put a tarp today in case of the rain tomorrow so there is no further damage to your home. NO ONE SHOWED UP. This company is a complete joke. Never ever use them for your house repairs!

David Dickinson owns this business as well as Demo Done Right. I had my old kitchen torn out. Cabinets were replaced by C & F Cabinets (good company other than referring me to David Dickinson). He refused to fill in some of the holes in the wall caused during the demo. The patching of the ceiling drywall was not matched to my old pattern. Was told that if I painted it enough, the paint would cause it to smooth out (seriously?). He oversaw the countertops through another company. When the company told me they did not need a template to cut the countertops, and I insisted that they did, David told me they didn't, and now the countertop was not cut properly as we had discussed and looks unprofessional (~$4000 job). I'm still left with drywall spots all over the floor and walls. I was told it would wash up easily, so why didn't they wash it up? I  accidentally found out that David charged me $65 each for 3 LED lights that I found at Home Depot for ~$8 each (a 7x markup). This makes me wonder how much he might have marked up other parts of the job. When confronted, he said I insulted his integrity and refunded me almost half of the LED costs. Would not recommend either of his companies.
