I have had the pleasure of building a relationship with Ability over the last several years both personally, having utilized their services on my own home, and professionally, as having been able to work with them as a real estate photographer (and seen many of their projects first-hand). I can't give enough praise to Mike, Phil, Michael, and the entire crew, who work tirelessly to ensure that the job is done to the highest standards. I honestly believe that to fall back onto their exemplary professionalism, communication skills, and the personal relationships that they strive to maintain with each individual client. There is a reason they are highly-regarded in the community as a business and as individuals! I wouldn't recommend any other contractor... even in the rare chance they haven't been able to help me with a project, I give them a call and they always point me in the right direction to trustworthy help. Desert Valley Concepts performed 3 remodels for us - media wall, guest bath, and master bath.  They performed is a very professional manner.  Their work and design efforts were really good.  We would highly recommend them.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

Having been in the Real Estate industry for over 35 years I feel that I know a good thing when I see it. And DeVan Management is a GOOD THING. All of my dealings with DeVan have had a positive out come. I have worked with Derek (owner) on at least 10 different properties. I find him to be prompt, knowledgeable and truly interested in my concerns.  What ever the situation/problem is, Derek addresses it and it is completed in a professional and timely manner.

Never responded to multiple requests. Don't even bother asking for one. I had other contractors respond that my project was not in their scope of work. Easy peasy. These guys don't respond which is what probably would happen after you have them money

Called this company based on a referral, and I guess he is too busy to make time for a new client.    No courtesy calls, nothing.  I know I don't treat my customers this way, if not interested, just say so.  Too bad this company has good reviews, I only experienced no no call backs.

This company was supposed to send men out Thursday. No one showed up. Then they said Friday and Saturday. Guess what?! No one showed up!! Then I get a call that the team was delayed, but we will come put a tarp today in case of the rain tomorrow so there is no further damage to your home. NO ONE SHOWED UP. This company is a complete joke. Never ever use them for your house repairs!

David Dickinson owns this business as well as Demo Done Right. I had my old kitchen torn out. Cabinets were replaced by C & F Cabinets (good company other than referring me to David Dickinson). He refused to fill in some of the holes in the wall caused during the demo. The patching of the ceiling drywall was not matched to my old pattern. Was told that if I painted it enough, the paint would cause it to smooth out (seriously?). He oversaw the countertops through another company. When the company told me they did not need a template to cut the countertops, and I insisted that they did, David told me they didn't, and now the countertop was not cut properly as we had discussed and looks unprofessional (~$4000 job). I'm still left with drywall spots all over the floor and walls. I was told it would wash up easily, so why didn't they wash it up? I  accidentally found out that David charged me $65 each for 3 LED lights that I found at Home Depot for ~$8 each (a 7x markup). This makes me wonder how much he might have marked up other parts of the job. When confronted, he said I insulted his integrity and refunded me almost half of the LED costs. Would not recommend either of his companies.
