Best Bathroom Remodels in United States
I would give 0 if I could. I sincerely wish that we had the positive experiences that other reviewers seem to have had... it is hard to believe they dealt with the same company. I would not recommend Atelier 507 to anyone, for any reason. I am writing this review because I've noticed an increase in Atelier507's advertising, and I think anyone considering this business should be aware of my family's experience.
We signed a six-figure contract with Bobby in December of 2020 for our home remodel. We ultimately paid that entire contract amount, plus about 60% more.
To this day, the work is not complete. Bobby abandoned the project before we were able to pass the City of Phoenix's inspection process. So, we have not been able to close out the permits with the City of Phoenix.
We were initially told that our home would be finished in March of 2021. It still isn't, 18 months latter. Bobby did find another company to complete the work when we informed him of our intent to file a complaint with ROC after he abandoned the project, so I am hopeful that we will be finished with this chapter in our lives soon. It has caused a lot of stress for our family.
The work that was completed required (and still requires) significant repair and touch up work. The work was rushed and not carefully completed. It seemed that Bobby wanted to complete the job as quickly and inexpensively (for him) as possible.
Some examples: The grout and drywall in and around our primary bath shower is severely cracking. The shower tiles themselves have begun to crack. The drywall around the title is cracking. The shluter around the shower niche is sharp and sticks out from the wall. Our child's bathroom tile has similar issues. The shluter around her tub is sharp and sticks out to the point that she recently cut herself while getting into the shower.
He purchased (basic, undoubtedly inexpensive, white) paint for the interior of the home without consulting us about paint color. We were told that was the color our walls would be painted, because the paint had already been purchased. The paint was thinly and sloppily applied.
The kitchen layout was not well planned. We are unable to open one of our refrigerator doors. We purchased our appliances prior to the remodel; still the kitchen design was not compatible with what we'd purchased. The kitchen backsplash was installed quickly and carelessly: the grout is cracking, and the square tiles are noticeably off center above the stove. The under cabinet lighting was screwed into our cabinets so that the sharp end of the screws were poking through the bottom of the cabinets.
Our plans included a pantry/mudroom, which had to be scrapped due to poor planning.
When we finally had no choice but to move in to our home in October 2021 (despite the fact that it was unfinished), we spent my. first few days there cleaning urine, grime, and pubic hair off of our new toilets. We still find cigarette butts in our yard. A custom-built entertainment center was damaged. A box full of our clothing was used as a trashcan (and cigarette receptacle). There is paint splattered on our flagstone patio and pool deck. Our kitchen cabinets were full of trash. The crew left behind their garbage and extra supplies for us to clean up.
We have paid Bobby every cent we owed. And when we were asked to make progress payments early to accommodate Bobby's vacations, we did. Still, when we expressed concerns, we were reminded of the fact that Bobby was trying to run a business, that it wasn't worth it to him to have anyone come to our home to address issues, and that there was a million dollar project that was Bobby's priority. At the beginning, Bobby was professional and accommodating... that did not last.
I hesitated to post a review prior to our home passing a City inspection because I just want the project finished so that our family can move on. It's been a year since we moved into a construction zone, and this process has been a nightmare. I hope that sharing our experience helps others to make an informed choice.

Jorge and Armando did an excellent job building a new closet in our den. They had the best price out of three vendors. I choose them based on the good reviews on Yelp. My wife was very pleased and she's not the easiest to impress. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Regal Bath and Kitchens did a beautiful job remodeling our master bathroom. We wanted to get rid of the bathtub, the tiny shower, and the 90's style lower vanity with the massive mirror. We didn't even think there was room to do all that we wanted but their end result made the room look larger than it was . Best of all, this was at a price we could afford.
Rich helped us get things started by meeting at the showroom to see styles on display and to pick out tiles for the floor and walls. We could see the samples for the vanity, the sinks and the fixtures. It made it easier to coordinate things when we could see how everything looked together, and we were able to select exactly what we wanted in each area. We did have to choose a second tile by going to Floor and Décor later on because our wall tile was out of stock, but the replacement one was beautiful and the sales lady there also helped us coordinate things.
The remodel included removing a wall and some other decorative arches in the bathroom. They had to move the water pipes for the shower. The shower included so many nice features - a bench, a toe pick near the shower heads, two shower heads - a rain style one and a hand held one - a switch to use one or both heads at the same time, a niche for toiletries, and the controls to turn the water on near the entrance to the shower so it was warm by the time we got into the shower. They also agreed to install new light fixtures, towel racks and mirrors which we purchased elsewhere. They suggested that we hire others to paint the walls for us.
They did an exception job with the plumbing. The slope of the floor in the shower is just right so that all the water runs into the drain and the drain is big enough that it has never gotten clogged.
Whenever, we had a problem or concern, Rich was reassuring saying that he would take care of everything we wanted. The crew was proud of the work they did and were always cheerful to have working in our home. John was especially careful of keeping the dust off our rugs and in the master bathroom area. Every day he carefully covered the beds with plastic so they could be used at night. Jesus worked exceptionally hard getting the tiles on the bottom of the shower installed.
The end result has received a Wow from everyone who sees it. We would hire them again to remodeled our hall bath.

This is a family owned business. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. Their showroom has lots of tiles and flooring to look through. They did a great draw up of a bathroom remodel for us. They did not pressure us to go outside of our budget. They were honest.

Our house was completely destroyed on the inside due to a pipe burst over 4th of July weekend. We are a young family and have never had to deal with anything like this. I was calling EVERYWHERE and was not getting a call back. In fact, people were turning us away. I went to the Better Business Bureau and I found Mark Steven Construction. I called and left a message, and Mark himself contacted me back straight away. Off the bat he was extremely communicative and honest. Aside from insurance related repairs (which was truly gutting the whole interior) he also helped us with some upgrades we decided to do at the same time.
I found it invaluable that never at any point did we feel taken advantage of during a very hard time. In fact, Mark gave us great advice on how to save and reassured me through the whole process. He took our ideas, and often made them better. If there was something structurally that couldn't be done without a high ticket price, he offered reasonable alternatives.
From putting in a doggy door to going out of his way to find us a fabricator to get our granite in on time (during a pandemic!) he was great. I'm sure he has my name in his phone as lady who texts a lot and not once did he every get bothered by my questions.
While he does not exclusively work on insurance claims, it's worth noting he has tons of knowledge on them as well and helped us understand that process.
His team members were extremely polite and always greeted me with a smile and an update if I popped into the house. I trusted them all completely with our space.
We are so happy that we found Mark Steven Construction, and without hesitation will tell others to use his business as well!

We engaged Rise Above to remodel our master and guest bathrooms. We solicited several bids. We selected Rise Above because we were impressed with the honesty and integrity of Bret, Skyler, and their team. Bret was very helpful in suggesting a variety of design options. He patiently worked with us through many iterations until we settled on a design and price that was suitable for us. All things considered, the project was executed well--on time, within budget, and meeting our expectations on design and visual appeal. Bret, Skyler, and their team were very professional and responsive. Follow-up items on the punch list were handled expertly by Skyler. Based on my experience, I recommend Rise Above Remodeling without any hesitation.

I highly recommend Rodriguez Remodeling! Jesus and Gabriel arrived early and fixed the entrance to my attic that was damaged from an air conditioner install. They were professional and respectful and did a wonderful job. They deserve 10 stars for their amazing customer service!

Highly recommend them and we'll be using them again in the future - amazing!

Had them install a Sollid Cabinetry pantry. Throughout the process, communication was great, cost was very competitive (based on several estimates) and the installer was very professional. Was very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them based on our experience.

Outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. Ethical, personable and genuinely interested in our satisfaction. True professionals with good hearts.
They rebuilt our flood damaged home and performed many remodeling upgrades at the same time. They offered sensible solutions and worked around our busy schedules. Calls were returned promptly and questions answered always.
All of their subcontractors were people they had worked with for many years and were clean-cut, articulate craftsmen. They cleaned up after every days work and kept us up to date on progress. When we made changes along the way, they took it in stride and offered options to best achieve our goals.
Our home was built in 1959 and had unique lath and plaster drywall. The materials are no longer available, but in order to retain the original quality of the home, they found a method that was similar enough to look the same and have the same sound when I did the knock test.
They did many extras, like painting the front sidewalk-it just didn't look right all chipped up and made a new side gate as well- at no added charge- because it was the right thing to do. They understood what we were trying to do- bring the house back to original quality and remodel it for sale.
To give you an idea of what kind of guys thy are, on the weekends, they volunteer at Habitat for Humanity and use their skills to built homes for the disadvantaged in the Valley. Good souls.
Jeff navigated us through a maze of options to get our electric upgraded without kicking us into a higher permit level that would have resulted in us having to lower windows for egress- at an estimated $26k. Instead, they offered legal, ethical alternatives that got the goals achieved within our budget. They know the ins and outs of the business and use it to YOUR advantage. True professionals.
I'm an engineer, so I'm a detail person by nature, and BHB left no details missed. Their quality is top notch as well, and they came in below our insurance estimate.
I highly recommend them for jobs big and small. Good people.

Gilbert did excellent work. He repaired both our porches and the workmanship was done with quality.
He quoted me a price and did not go over it. I would have him do more work for us.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.
They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

Jeff, JDR CONTRACTING, has did several remodels for our home in the past. This time he did a Ledger Stone wall with bookcases, and to say it is beautiful. Is not saying enough! He quoted us a time and $ amount and he came in right on schedule Great job. Jeff!

Chris and his team were amazing. They tore down the wall that divided the kitchen and living room. We were told by a different contractor that we couldn't take the wall out since the plumbing was in a post tension slab. But Chris had his guys come x-ray the floor and they moved everything over. Definitely recommend AZ Dynamic Builders!

The one star is solely for the installer Adrian Ruiz Flores. He did a great job and was thorough and professional. The sales person I worked with was rude and unprofessional. The high pressure sales person refused to leave my house at consultation until I gave him the business. I was uncomfortable and unsure and wanted to think it over but he keep on and on about what does he have to do to earn my business TODAY! Finally agreed to get him out of my house. I was never contacted by phone or email to schedule the install, I called to schedule. No one called or emailed that the installer was going to be 5 hours late, I had to reach out. I emailed my frustration and the response was they are busy and basically I should understand. I reached out to the President regarding all of the issues and am still waiting for her response 8 days later. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else that will treat you with respect.

Run Fast, this company changes names to hide bad reviews. Horrible experience with Trinity. Prices kept changing, would not provide itemized list of charges, wants all money up front, even installation and never comes to check in install is correct. Wrong cabinet ordered and Anthony wanted to overcharge us to get correct cabinet even though he ordered it. He adds small drawers to increase costs without letting you know(BE CAREFUL). My husband had to finish all the trim. I agree with James review, worst business transaction I have ever had. Dont recommend at all.

This review is about the quote and Free Estimate we received today.
As a heads up, it took them about 2.5 weeks to come to our house.
First, they won't tell you this until the end of the salespersons visit, the quote is not free. They ask for a $250 deposit to give you a quote and do measurements.
A salesperson named Mark came by today. I had to walk him through what an extended island for a dinner table was...and blind cabinets...and he never spoke about granite. He kept trying to remodel the whole kitchen and change the layout even though I specifically told him that we did not want to do that.
We didn't see any samples didn't get a ballpark estimate, and the salesman didn't seem that knowledgeable.
Ugh, he just kept making everything difficult.
Then he asked what our other kitchen remodel quotes were and asked if the company was better than they were!
Basically it wasn't a very good use of our time and I really wanted to sleep in today.
