We hired Bobby to design our backyard make over and some small projects in the interior of the home.  From the first time we met him until he finished the project, he was attentive to our needs, was in constant contact with us as the project progressed and was transparent about the cost and the process.  As with any project, there were always things that unexpectedly came up and Bobby always found a way to resolve the issues, keep us informed, and prioritize our concerns.  We have already consulted him with a carport redesign, which will also include an additional of a new room and storage area.  We are confident he will do a fantastic job and would recommend him and his team to any project.  He has great ideas, great taste and listens to what the customer's needs and desires are.  Highly recommend him!

I contacted AJ a few weeks ago about a bathroom remodel (mainly bathtub to shower conversion).  A meeting was setup for a couple of days later.  Meeting went well and I was told I should expect an estimate soon.  Being new to the process, I figured I'd get an estimate within a week or so.  Never received a response.  I even contacted and left a message for them a little over a week had past.  No response.  I figured they weren't interested in the job for some reason but I would have preferred them to just say so instead of no response at all.  If they needed longer for the estimate, that would have been fine also.  However, no response. No worries though.  I'm just going in a different direction.  Just unexpected from all the reviews I've read and the work I've seen in the pictures.

My family and I were dealing with the stress of moving from California to Arizona and we were scrambling to find a contractor to remodel the new home in under 5 weeks. What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element.  Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. The finish product far exceeded what I could imagine. Quentin and his crew takes pride in their craftsmanship. I would 100% recommend Quentin to anyone looking for a home remodel. Quentin if you are reading this, you still owe me a proposal to build out my home office ;-)

This is our first time through any remodeling process.  Jim and his team at Regal made it very easy.  Prices were fair.  Work was completed as promised.  We love the work and the results are beautiful. For me, it was most important that I felt comfortable with all of the workers that were in my home.  They did such a good job on our master bath, we had them back to replace all of our flooring and another bathroom remodel.  Jim is flexible - in many cases we bought our own materials in order to find the best bargains - and he was always open when receiving my what if texts even when work was in process.  I will definitely use them again and will refer them to friends.

This is a family owned business. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. Their showroom has lots of tiles and flooring to look through. They did a great draw up of a bathroom remodel for us. They did not pressure us to go outside of our budget. They were honest.

We hired RH Design and Build to build out our office inside of our garage. They did a phenomenal job. We couldn't be happier with the results. The communication was awesome and the pricing was under a few other bids that I had requested. We plan on using them again for a larger project down the line.

I came to Mark with a handful of ideas and a dream to make my place my sanctuary. He and his team delivered so much more. He was so amazing to work with and went above and beyond through the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to upgrade their home. He answered all of questions, was always available and kept me up to date on the progress of my project every step of the way. He found ways to cut costs when needed while still giving me exactly what I wanted. I can't thank them enough!

Update:

The owner Brett Buckner told me on the phone he would personally come out to get to the bottom of the miscommunication by his designer Colton and put me on the phone w/ a girl to make an appointment. Not only did he fail to show up, he failed to even make the professional courtesy to call and let us know. He failed to respond to multiple calls that we were told would be returned. Now we are even 4 more weeds behind schedule and have to move in to an uncompleted home. Not even the courage to call or the decency to explain. Very disappointing and huge waste of time and resources.

We are very pleased with the work Rodriguez Remodeling did today repairing drywall damage done by a plumbing repair. The two workers were masked, very polite, showed up on time and did a great job. Thank you...we will refer others to you when we can!

From the moment I received a response till after our job was completed we were very happy with White Builder.  We needed our kitchen island to no longer include overhang. We needed it to be about a foot less than it was when house was built.

Not only did White Builder take care of this is short period of time they also found exact match of granite. They arrived on time, completed the island change, and made sure to clean up.  Later the same day the plumber came and installed new faucet. We are so glad we chose White Builder and will reach out if we have other work.

Total remodel of two story home (which included removing and laying new tile and hardwood stairs on both floors, added additional lighting throughout house, removed and added new doors throughout house, removed old wall paper and repainted every room (including ceilings), extended patio deck and handled all permitting through the city, installed new ceiling fans, prewired electrical for new TV's and bar area.

Most important, this was a very honest and trustworthy family to work with, which was our primary criteria for selecting them in the beginning, they were outstanding!

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

Jeff, JDR CONTRACTING, has did several remodels for our home in the past. This time he did a Ledger Stone wall with bookcases, and to say it is beautiful. Is not saying enough! He quoted us a time and $ amount and he came in right on schedule Great job. Jeff!

Great and quick quote after the inspection

They didn't seem to want to do business with me. Had them come out for an estimate to remodel my condo's small-ish bathroom.

- They wouldn't give an estimate (not even a range) on the spot claiming to need more info on the building from property management and association docs first. The designer noted they charge somewhat of a premium for their professionalism and the seamlessness of all work done by Re-Bath employees.

- I followed up with the designer 10 days later asking for the status of the estimate and also selecting final fixtures to include in the price

- 3 days later, the designer said he was waiting on information from production to provide the estimate. I replied thank you for the update.

- 3 days later, I checked in for a further update, with a reply received back that they were waiting on a list of requirements they needed to receive from my property manager in order to provide the estimate. They asked if I could push the property manager to get back to Re-Bath.

- Not knowing if Re-Bath had just sent that info request, I waited a few days, heard nothing, so asked the designer to provide me the name of the person and date Re-Bath contacted them so I could try to follow up.

- Still radio silence 15 days later.

I probably could have justified paying some premium for their supposed professionalism and seamlessness, but it does not exist. Total waste of a month and a half, and back to square one for my project.

Eric and his team followed up with us within a few hours and came to our house within a two days to see what we needed done. We wanted out upstairs bathroom done and they were able to start in a timely manner. Gabriel and Robert worked on our new bathroom tirelessly and also gave daily updates back to Eric. What an amazing outcome. I recommend them because they do what they say they will do and they always return calls. Communication is key for me. And the results were amazing! Will use them again.

We used Rebath to remodel our master bathroom and were very happy with the overall experience. Our designer was responsive, and our installer, Kevin, was respectful of our time, highly skilled and protected our space while working and cleaned up each night. He kept us updated every step of the way, and informed us immediately of any issues. Not only did he do all the demo and haul away by himself, he completed all the work with the exception of the counters and the shower glass. We appreciated the fact that there was not an army of people in and out everyday. While we had a couple of problems along the way, they were resolved in a reasonable amount of time to our satisfaction. This was our first remodeling experience and it was very positive.
