Best Bathroom Remodels in United States
I would give 0 if I could. I sincerely wish that we had the positive experiences that other reviewers seem to have had... it is hard to believe they dealt with the same company. I would not recommend Atelier 507 to anyone, for any reason. I am writing this review because I've noticed an increase in Atelier507's advertising, and I think anyone considering this business should be aware of my family's experience.
We signed a six-figure contract with Bobby in December of 2020 for our home remodel. We ultimately paid that entire contract amount, plus about 60% more.
To this day, the work is not complete. Bobby abandoned the project before we were able to pass the City of Phoenix's inspection process. So, we have not been able to close out the permits with the City of Phoenix.
We were initially told that our home would be finished in March of 2021. It still isn't, 18 months latter. Bobby did find another company to complete the work when we informed him of our intent to file a complaint with ROC after he abandoned the project, so I am hopeful that we will be finished with this chapter in our lives soon. It has caused a lot of stress for our family.
The work that was completed required (and still requires) significant repair and touch up work. The work was rushed and not carefully completed. It seemed that Bobby wanted to complete the job as quickly and inexpensively (for him) as possible.
Some examples: The grout and drywall in and around our primary bath shower is severely cracking. The shower tiles themselves have begun to crack. The drywall around the title is cracking. The shluter around the shower niche is sharp and sticks out from the wall. Our child's bathroom tile has similar issues. The shluter around her tub is sharp and sticks out to the point that she recently cut herself while getting into the shower.
He purchased (basic, undoubtedly inexpensive, white) paint for the interior of the home without consulting us about paint color. We were told that was the color our walls would be painted, because the paint had already been purchased. The paint was thinly and sloppily applied.
The kitchen layout was not well planned. We are unable to open one of our refrigerator doors. We purchased our appliances prior to the remodel; still the kitchen design was not compatible with what we'd purchased. The kitchen backsplash was installed quickly and carelessly: the grout is cracking, and the square tiles are noticeably off center above the stove. The under cabinet lighting was screwed into our cabinets so that the sharp end of the screws were poking through the bottom of the cabinets.
Our plans included a pantry/mudroom, which had to be scrapped due to poor planning.
When we finally had no choice but to move in to our home in October 2021 (despite the fact that it was unfinished), we spent my. first few days there cleaning urine, grime, and pubic hair off of our new toilets. We still find cigarette butts in our yard. A custom-built entertainment center was damaged. A box full of our clothing was used as a trashcan (and cigarette receptacle). There is paint splattered on our flagstone patio and pool deck. Our kitchen cabinets were full of trash. The crew left behind their garbage and extra supplies for us to clean up.
We have paid Bobby every cent we owed. And when we were asked to make progress payments early to accommodate Bobby's vacations, we did. Still, when we expressed concerns, we were reminded of the fact that Bobby was trying to run a business, that it wasn't worth it to him to have anyone come to our home to address issues, and that there was a million dollar project that was Bobby's priority. At the beginning, Bobby was professional and accommodating... that did not last.
I hesitated to post a review prior to our home passing a City inspection because I just want the project finished so that our family can move on. It's been a year since we moved into a construction zone, and this process has been a nightmare. I hope that sharing our experience helps others to make an informed choice.

Contacted AJ Home Improvements for tile work in Kitchen backsplash and casita backsplash. Armando and his brother did an amazing job. Very meticulous, and clean job. The tile work was done with lots of thought, as it was not an easy pattern to work with since each tile was different. Before the guys started, they covered everything with paper, then when finished, they wiped down everything and cleaned my stove and range hood, counters, then cleaned the floor. Great guys - worked hard and did an amazing job. Thank you.

If you are reading my review you have found your next contractor!
My family and I were dealing with the stress of moving from California to Arizona and we were scrambling to find a contractor to remodel the new home in under 5 weeks. What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element. Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. The finish product far exceeded what I could imagine. Quentin and his crew takes pride in their craftsmanship. I would 100% recommend Quentin to anyone looking for a home remodel. Quentin if you are reading this, you still owe me a proposal to build out my home office ;-)

We interviewed several companies before finally settling on Regal Bath and Kitchen to remodel our master bathroom and a secondary bathroom. Their price was competitive and the five star reviews on every site we visited were enough to convince us they were right for us. We were not disappointed. They showed up when they said they would, maintained a pristine worksite, and were willing to accomodate us when we made changes to the original plan. Our salesman, Doug, responded to our email inquiries promptly, day or night. The quality of their work is top notch--all of the craftsmen who worked on our project told us how much they love working for Regal. Although there were a number of changes, the final invoice was, surprisingly, quite close to our original estimate--no surprises. We couldn't be happer with the final results and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a licensed contractor for their project.

This is a family owned business. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. Their showroom has lots of tiles and flooring to look through. They did a great draw up of a bathroom remodel for us. They did not pressure us to go outside of our budget. They were honest.

We hired RH Design and Build to build out our office inside of our garage. They did a phenomenal job. We couldn't be happier with the results. The communication was awesome and the pricing was under a few other bids that I had requested. We plan on using them again for a larger project down the line.

I refer rise above remodeling to my customers when they are looking for a bathroom or kitchen remodel. I have yet to hear anything negative back from those customers and have seen the end result in many instances and I have always been impressed!

We are very pleased with the work Rodriguez Remodeling did today repairing drywall damage done by a plumbing repair. The two workers were masked, very polite, showed up on time and did a great job. Thank you...we will refer others to you when we can!

I had my kitchen remodeled, along with leveling my living room floor to match rest of the house, new tile throughout the house and a wall removed. From beginning to end, the process was easier than I experienced with previous contractors. Everyone was on time, polite, and the house was clean at the end of the day. Mike was responsive to answering my questions which I appreciated. Everything was on time, except for one day delay which did not put the overall process behind schedule. I love the end project and would not have been able to design the floor plan, pick out the tile, countertops or cabinets without the help of Kristin. It was well worth the cost! I highly recommend Mike and staff to complete any remodel.

Behrmann Home Basics has a lot to offer both residential and commercial property owners. As an local Architect in Gilbert, I've had the pleasure of working with Ken Behrmann and his team remodeling many projects in the Phoenix Metro Area. Ken is a true construction professional. He has a vast knowledge of field construction, process improvement, and value engineering. He is also very effective in assembling various disciplines needed to solve complex problems. Ken is personable, knowledgeable and truly listens to the goals of his customers. His skill and ability to exceed a customer's expectations has not been matched by any other general contractor I have worked with. I highly recommend Ken both professionally and personally. Ken is a man of his word, and is dedicated to providing great service through creativity, integrity, and personability.
Top qualities: Good listener, Quality Results, High Integrity, Personable.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.
They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

Jeff, JDR CONTRACTING, has did several remodels for our home in the past. This time he did a Ledger Stone wall with bookcases, and to say it is beautiful. Is not saying enough! He quoted us a time and $ amount and he came in right on schedule Great job. Jeff!

Chris and his team were amazing. They tore down the wall that divided the kitchen and living room. We were told by a different contractor that we couldn't take the wall out since the plumbing was in a post tension slab. But Chris had his guys come x-ray the floor and they moved everything over. Definitely recommend AZ Dynamic Builders!

They didn't seem to want to do business with me. Had them come out for an estimate to remodel my condo's small-ish bathroom.
- They wouldn't give an estimate (not even a range) on the spot claiming to need more info on the building from property management and association docs first. The designer noted they charge somewhat of a premium for their professionalism and the seamlessness of all work done by Re-Bath employees.
- I followed up with the designer 10 days later asking for the status of the estimate and also selecting final fixtures to include in the price
- 3 days later, the designer said he was waiting on information from production to provide the estimate. I replied thank you for the update.
- 3 days later, I checked in for a further update, with a reply received back that they were waiting on a list of requirements they needed to receive from my property manager in order to provide the estimate. They asked if I could push the property manager to get back to Re-Bath.
- Not knowing if Re-Bath had just sent that info request, I waited a few days, heard nothing, so asked the designer to provide me the name of the person and date Re-Bath contacted them so I could try to follow up.
- Still radio silence 15 days later.
I probably could have justified paying some premium for their supposed professionalism and seamlessness, but it does not exist. Total waste of a month and a half, and back to square one for my project.

The new owner Ryan Brunell, remodeled most of my home last year and I would not deal with anyone else to now completely remodel my master bath. He listened to my vision and guided me as close to that as possible. As a result, I now have my wonderfully efficient, modern new bathroom. Extra care was taken to protect my white bedroom carpet so it survived unscathed! The time line was pushed out a bit d/t the hiccups in the supply chain but otherwise all went smoothly. Thanks for the great job once again Ryan!

Wow what a horrible company! We met with salesman Adam Jones in October and agreed to a master bath remodel to be done starting Jan 4th 2022 and would be completed in 5 days. Gray and white were the colors we chose as I had already converted my tub to a large walk-in shower with those colors. The wood sample colors for cabinets and framed mirrors was the gray color we agreed on. I was told the team would arrive 9am Jan 4 and be done in 5 days. 1 guy arrived and said they were short staffed so it would be him doing the project. He did demo on day 1 and day 2. Day 3 Corey had someone else come to help carry new cabinet upstairs to mater bath. When we saw that the cabinets and framed mirrors were brown and not gray we contacted project manager Chad Toth. He said stains can appear different colors on wood. We asked him to come out to see how different it looked from colors agreed with salesman. Chad brought the original sample and then agreed it was way different and he would need to reorder cabinet. Corey continued to complete the white and gray tile. Then trim work finally availed by 4th day so he was able to complete that by 5th and 6th day and set the new counter top (gray requested color). I requested that water be reconnected even though they were now telling me it might be February or early March before they got new cabinets in correct color. I made numerous calls and text and finally 2 weeks later they came back to connect the water so I could at least wash my hands in sink. After they left I noticed that the new faucets were set too far back and water stream is right up against back of sinks instead of in the middle so you can use sink without hitting back of sink.
I waited for project manager to advise how and when this would all be corrected but no calls came. I contacted salesman Adam who advised me to go to their showroom on 75th Ave in Glendale. He told me to look at 3 sample colors with specific names like loft, graphite and lighthouse. We went to the showroom and spoke to Comfort the appoint-setter who was the only employee at the store but seemed new. We explained our situation and looked at the colors they had which didn't match our needs or the color choices Adam Jones had given us to look for. Comfort said she would list all of our concerns and questions and that someone from headquarters would call us with 2-3 days. That was a week ago and we have NOT received any calls or instructions from anyone since then.
We had paid 1/2 down $7000 and were to pay the other half at the completion of the project on day 5. To this date we still haven't heard new dates or if they can even obtain the correct colors or if they will correct the counter top with faucet holes drilled too far back.
Communication and customer service is really bad and doesn't seem to be something this company understands or makes a priority. I originally went to Home Depot and they setup the appointment as Home Depot and Lowes both use Re-Bath & Kitchens! I think they hurt their own reputation by referring to Re-Bath as service and follow thru are terrible.
If they complete it in a month I will update this review. Re-Bath is supposedly known for jobs taking 5 days or less and they falsely still make that promise!
