We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

I was very concerned about the prospect of improving our 16 year old kitchen with new counter tops and a redesign of our island. I was worried about all of the things most people are: mess, coordination, something goes wrong, being completely unraveled at our home for weeks on end. I worried for no reason in hindsight all because of Optimum. The team was exceptionally easy to work with and made our plans come to life without any stress at all. I was so pleased with the care and attention as well as the encouragement to make the best choices with their guidance as professionals. All contractors were organized and completed work without impacting our day to day life and got our kitchen finished with quick turn around once begun.  My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend this business and how they work.  We are considering tackling 2 bathrooms soon and wouldn't dream of contacting another to help us further beautify our home.

Alex and his crew did 2 bathrooms for us.  Main and Master.  Both turned out just beautiful (IMHO).  Alex communicated with me promptly throughout the entire process.  He showed up when he said he was going to and worked hard to get the job completed as promised.  I would recommend him and his crew to anyone!

Doug's awesome! As an out of state property owner, it's often difficult to find and trust people to complete home repairs. We contacted Doug and he showed up (huge props for that in itself!), assessed the issue with the garbage disposal and had it fixed in no time. Thank you Doug! Peace of mind is invaluable.

M2 did a great job for us.  Mark responded very quickly and got his team on the job very fast.  The team wasted no time, did an outstanding job,worked very quickly with minimal disruption, and cleaned up the site as if they had never been here.

My name is Ivy Singletary, and I'm a patron of Canterra Construction. I needed to have a 10x12 'do-it-yourself' outdoor shed built, and I took to Yelp to find a company to fulfill the need.

Katherine, one of the owners, wrote me back immediately, we conversed, and she offered a free consultation for an estimate. She arrived with her staff in tow at the appointed time, fully prepared to address every concern I had previously discussed with her on the phone.

From the onset, I knew I was in competent hands. Canterra Construction was diligent throughout the entire process. Even when the shed arrived earlier than expected, I shot Katherine an email, and she was quick to accommodate the schedule change with an immediate start date. Throughout the process, Katherine was available to meet any need, inquiry, or concern and maintained exemplary response time with her calm, pleasant demeanor.

On the installation days, her team was on time, polite, accommodating, professional, communicative, focused, and meticulous in their work efforts. During the three-day job, her crew left the premises tidy each day upon completion. Words can't capture my appreciation for their professional partnership in completing this endeavor.

We did extensive research relevant to refacing our kitchen cabinets - paint, stain, cover with wood simulated contact tape, and 3/16 inch real wood refacing material.   We contacted at least a dozen contractors in the Phoenix area - big box, kitchen remodelers, general contractors, and franchised kitchen and bathroom remodelers.   It was a nightmare with these companies relative to their exhorbitant prices, material selections, warranties or lack of, and minimal or no creativity etc.

Fortunately at the end of our search we found Keith Wolfram and Arizona Kitchens and Refacing.   We clicked with Keith right at the onset of our first meeting.  Keith is exactly what a homeowner wants in kitchen remodeler -  open minded, a good listener, cooperative, flexible, and adept in providing excellent design suggestions.  

Keith is very hands on.  He personally took all of the detailed measurements, ordered the materials, delivered them to our home and worked with his installers to assure the work was done right the first time.

He even provided to us a portable multi shelf rack for us to use in storing all the cans, dishes and other kitchen items during the remodeling process.    His team are just like Keith in their attention to detail.   They even took our dog out for walk while we we were away from home one day.

It should be noted that Keith was not the least expensive quote we received.  Keith will provide a quote that is firm and he will not negotiate.    The slight premium that we paid was WELL WORTH IT.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

THE. BEST. Don't look any further! Hire them! We were looking for a design/build company we could trust. They delivered and with high quality! They do it all from design, flooring, cabinets, countertops, drywall, paint, electrical, plumbing, backsplash, etc!

We've done 3 different projects with them now. A few years ago they did our kitchen. We get compliments on it all the time. They spent tireless hours searching for the perfect sink we picked out and couldn't find in stock! Sorry the picture is a little dark, but the island has open shelves on this side of the picture. The kitchen also includes a microwave drawer, trash can drawer, specialty drawers, pull out drawers in some of the cabinets, soft close, etc.

We have now recently hired them again to do our bathroom after severe water damage. They fit us in and gave us a better than ever bathroom in a reasonable time. They also gave us all the documentation we needed for our insurance company.

We also had them recently do a custom craft room. It's also amazing! They made my dream come true and figured out exactly how to lay it out so everything would be setup perfectly in reach for all my different projects!

The designers are great at listening to what you want and providing suggestions to make sure everything looks great. They have a great eye for colors and styles. Additionally all the workers are very professional and do high quality work. They show up on time and make sure every little detail is perfect. You can trust them to do the best from design to build!

I had the walls painted and new carpet put down. Sean was great and very easy to work with. Will definitely use his company again.

Kyle was extremely professional to work with. He was honest about the bid and gave us suggestions on design that we hadn't thought of. He was available throughout the entire project. John and Matt did the work and were also extremely professional and honest through the entire process. When we had ideas which they didn't think were a good idea? Kyle and John always gave us their reasoning and let us make the decision. We highly recommend Capital Mark Interiors to anyone that needs contract work completed.

I've had the pleasure of working with this team extensively through and office and clubroom renovation in 2019. They've been exceedingly responsive, honest and transparent. Vladimir brings a cool, collected and calm energy to the projects he's managing. I'm a very type A client and he handled my questions concerns and ideas with tact, poise and professionalism. We highly recommend Jason Kiel for any home remodeling project and give him a 10 star rating! He just completed a large entire house remodel project for us and we are extremely happy with the results. From the beginning he was very responsive to our request for a bid and was very logical and organized in the way he presented it electronically through email to us. His pricing was fair, everything was clearly laid out in his proposal and he was very willing to make the changes we requested to keep our costs in budget. During the entire project we were very pleased with his professionalism, skill, knowledge, efficientcy and ability to keep everything on schedule. He always kept the worksite clean and well organized, was always friendly and easy to talk to and kept us informed of the status with pictures every step of the way since we were out of state at the time.  He identified and corrected several serious plumbing and electrical issues for us that were caused by other contractors used by the homes prior owners. He is a perfectionist and delivered the highest quality in craftsmanship with everything including new cabinets and custom shelving units. The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

I recently had my master bath remodeled and sought several quotes from various contractors. From the beginning, Troy was exceptionally detailed and upfront with everything that had to be done and what the cost would be. I was impressed with the quality of materials used and the surprisingly low cost compared to the competition. I am soooo happy with how easy the process was and the outcome. I can't wait to have my smaller bathrooms done!

This company is like an fire truck chasing scam. They changed my door locks without my permission and are trying to charge me for work that I did not contract for or consent to. Kick this company out of any projects you have. They, to me, are just a bunch of bottom feeders scrounging for work at any ones expense.
Nice response.  All your company did was trash my locks replace them without giving me access to my own property.  Then charge me $800 plus and try to bribe me to use your company. What kind of back room deals to you have with the fire dept? Send your bill to sun city fire dept they called you not me. How do you justify charging $800 plus for changing locks. No board up was done. I told your company to remove your lock so i could have access to my own property and they did not. I had your locks removed at cost that you should pay for. Your is nothing more that what was stated before
