Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!

James is very personable & professional.  He does great work in a timely manner.

When we were looking for 2 slabs of granite this summer for our outdoor  patio island redesign, we went to The Yard...and did find lovely slabs at reasonable prices.   However, the names of the fabricators we got were not helpful.   Guess they are so busy we couldn't even get them to come all the way to Surprise for a look see at our project.    So thankfully after going to a couple of others Granite stores who just show us small samples....we went to Tintas Granite... where they also have a large  selection as you stroll through their property and pick out the slabs you like.   The sales rep, Fernando, we worked with was very patient, no pressure, okay to comeback when it was cooler, etc.   he also would point out how slabs with designs should be able to match up from end to end.  Our redesign only needed 1.5 slabs, which is okay to buy from them, the guy who came out to create the pattern was fabulous.   The owner took us on a tour of their fabrication area to show us the quality machinery they use and how they take a pattern and turn it into our island!    We cannot say enough good things about Tintas... and they are local... and we love supporting our local businesses when they are this good!

Lisa and Bill at Built By Grace have done an excellent job for me on many occasions.  I am a Project Manager with a facilities maintenance company and they are my go to Handyman for the Chandler/Scottsdale area.  I love these guys and will continue to do use them.

Bob is a true craftsman and takes pride in his work. His tiling work was of great quality, with a quick turnaround, and a reasonable price. His knowledge and experience easily surpassed the others we considered. Call Bob, you won't be disappointed.

KC krew is amazing, Karla and Crystal are very friendly and come to me on the same day when I needed. They are very professional, and efficient people. I would hire them again in my future projects.

Exceptional response time, he came out right away and did an on site review. His pricing is really fair and there isn't any hidden fees. This company is very honest and works fast to get things done. Very happy with my barbecue grill, very up to date with modern styles!

We hired Jerry to redo our guest shower, fireplace and master shower and tub. After he did our master shower and tub we decided to go with a different company for our fireplace and guest bath. A job that should take 2 weeks top took him over 1 month to complete. Even still there are touch up items he didn't even finish. He was full of excuses through our the entire job. He had 2 months between hiring him and starting the job and when he started he didn't have any supplies for the job. I would have thought he would have been prepared. Instead he demoed our bathroom left it for a week and after a week came back and started doing some of the job.  We were disappointed he did not work on our job everyday. Everything he ordered was wrong or wasn't even ordered. We were delayed because he never ordered the tile for our shower. He blamed the tile shop saying they never processed the order. He blamed all the wrong ordered items on the company he ordered from...build.com. If build.com sent the wrong items on 3 separate orders I wouldn't be using build.com anymore and if it is a pattern for build.com to send the wrong items I'm sure they wouldn't be in business anymore. He also ordered the wrong size glass for the shower...again blamed the glass company. All of his mistakes delayed the job usually by a week. Our final product was nice but not great. We hired a different company for our guest bath and fireplace and wow their tile job was better, they were timely and I was thankful they fixed a few tile pieces and finish work from Jerry's guys. Jerry is a nice guy but I would not recommend him to do any construction work for you.

Said it would take 2 or 3 days. It took almost three months. These are not the people you want if a licensed contractor is your desire, I found no license. They wanted to be paid early when work was still incomplete. Countless repairs of punch list items did occur but over a long time. This is two guys and their dad...not as pro as website looks. Work was just ok and some aspects were just unprofessional. The shower door was warped and did not close properly. They flipped it around to make it work with the warped door still in place until I wanted it replaced. Professional corner cutters.

The craftsmen were fantastic, such beautiful work and very pleasant to work with. But the fact that it took 3 months to get two small bathrooms done(vanity and tile showers) was rediculous! Communication with the management was poor. But I must say the finished project is beautiful .

ABA just completed two bathrooms in my home. The workmanship was quality but it took a long time to get some products. All workers that came to our home were pleasant and accommodating to our wishes. We recommend this company.

The consultant started out very nice and then became very pushy with propaganda videos and would not give us a itemized breakdown of the renovations. When the quote did present it was over double our budget (which she didn't even ask about) and she immediately started pushing for a down payment and credit checks. When we asked for some time to go over numbers she became very nasty and dismissive with us and packed her stuff so quickly it was uncomfortable. There is no way it should cost over $20,000 for a fiberglass tub, vanity, and vinyl flooring.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
