Mike Daniel is a graduate of The Ohio State University and has been a Certified Remodeler (CR) with the National Association of the Remodeling Industry since 2000. Mike is a General Contractor and has been building and remodeling homes for over 20 years.

Ability has done many jobs for friends of mine, they are alway super please with their experience and product! They are awesome
Contacted them about a home project and was told someone would call me by days end of the next day. That was a week ago! Still haven't heard back from them. I could call them again but I'm not going to go after them and beg them to do my project. It's obvious that they are not interested in my project but they could at least tell me that. This lack of communication is reason enough not to have them work for me, ever. How about you?

I have had the pleasure of building a relationship with Ability over the last several years both personally, having utilized their services on my own home, and professionally, as having been able to work with them as a real estate photographer (and seen many of their projects first-hand). I can't give enough praise to Mike, Phil, Michael, and the entire crew, who work tirelessly to ensure that the job is done to the highest standards. I honestly believe that to fall back onto their exemplary professionalism, communication skills, and the personal relationships that they strive to maintain with each individual client. There is a reason they are highly-regarded in the community as a business and as individuals! I wouldn't recommend any other contractor... even in the rare chance they haven't been able to help me with a project, I give them a call and they always point me in the right direction to trustworthy help. If you're looking for a home contractor, you won't find a better one in Prescott!

Mike and Phil came in to pick up where another ill-hired kitchen remodeler dropped the ball at a time when I thought I would never see a completed kitchen again. The job got done to complete my original vision right down to the drawer pulls I wanted and it continued to roll along week after week after I had grown accustom to no activity for months with the former guy. The whole process went according to a predetermined timeline just as it should. Good guys Mike and Phil and professional.
I contacted Ability about some remodeling and fixes I needed done around the house. They promptly came in, made great suggestions, quickly provided me with an estimate, and shortly after that the job was completed. Great customer service, affordable, quality work...amazing experience! You won't work with anybody else after you work with these five-star guys.

I love this company. They showed up ready to work. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable price and cleaned up after themselves. Now my friends and neighbors are hiring them!
