We used ACR for our master bathroom renovation and had them do the flooring on the staircase and second level as well. We have not had great experiences in the past with renovations, but this was different. James came out and listened to what we wanted done. He helped us decide what would look best in the space we had and was responsive over the next few weeks to answer questions and get the design figured out. The quote was reasonable as well. Keith was great at communicating during the entire project so I knew when and who was going to be working each day. He made sure everything was done how we wanted and didn't cut corners as we had run into in the past with other companies.  Fred did our plumbing and also communicated well with a couple changes that were needed and involved me in decisions. Dan did an amazing job with the tile for the floor and shower. He was very detail oriented. Our flooring crew worked fast and hard long days to complete it quickly. The flooring and trim turned out very nice. I would definitely use them again.

I have worked with Fabio on two different jobs. They replaced our countertops in the bathroom and kitchen in a guest house (2017) and then more recently in Nov 2018 which was a total remodel. In this more recent project we had a ton of detail, cuts and mitering that was done. We also purchased our quartz directly with them. These guys are absolutely exceptional to work with. Professional, incredible attention to detail and very nice guys. This is not the norm in this business. They did a water fall edge for us that is just gorgeous. Including photos here of their more recent work. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Needed complete restoration/remodel of entire first floor after burst pipe flooded everything.  Had tile flooring, cabinetry and drywall done, as well as redoing a leaky roof.  Every person who came to work on my house polite, professional and did absolutely beautiful work.  They exceeded my expectations.

This place is absolutely amazing. I had a terrible experience with Lowe's and Home Depot when looking to renovate my kitchen. I did some shopping around at other local countertop places but Veny was simply the best. Veny helped us out the entire way and was there for EVERY STEP of the process, sharing his expertise but never pressuring a sale. He shows up on the job site to make sure things are running smoothly and his employees are top notch people. We even asked if he could install a backsplash and new flooring for our kitchen as well even though we had already bought the materials and he graciously agreed. If you're looking for ANY COUNTERTOP or home remodeling needs, do yourself a favor and come here FIRST, these guys are the Real Deal.

Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

10/10 will be recommending him to our friends and family!

Derren and his talented crew delivered on our expectations of a quality master bath remodel. From start to finish, communication was outstanding, work was of high quality, promised made were delivered on. Resulting in a beautiful bathroom we could not be happier with.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

We have used PHX Floors & More (Victor and Mario) for two home renovations. My in-laws have also used them for their current house and for their old house that they sold for over ask. My parents are using them now for their house. They are great guys, very accommodating, respectful and timely. We recently used them again for a pocket door install and the gentleman who put it in was so kind and professional.

Manny was awesome to work with.  He helped me fixed a nasty leak on my roof and did full drywall work on my Garage ceiling.  VERY FAIR Prices and super honest kinda guy.  Hit him up!

We needed an oven installed and Tatum was beyond superior. I was timid to request this service, seeing that they do new construction. But I took the chance and asked. They were more than happy to help us. I HIGHLY recommend!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

Worker's were not on time and didn't even speak English! They looked at me like I was in a foreign country!

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out to see the project space. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He left me with a very positive impression. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.
