We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and after meeting with James Underwood with Advanced Custom Renovations we gave them the green light. Could not have been happier with our choice.  Their prices are very  reasonable. The entire crew was punctual, professional and very friendly. Our personal project manager Eddie was awesome, checking every day and making sure we were completely satisfied with the project. I  highly recommend them and will use their services again in the future.

I have worked with Fabio on two different jobs. They replaced our countertops in the bathroom and kitchen in a guest house (2017) and then more recently in Nov 2018 which was a total remodel. In this more recent project we had a ton of detail, cuts and mitering that was done. We also purchased our quartz directly with them. These guys are absolutely exceptional to work with. Professional, incredible attention to detail and very nice guys. This is not the norm in this business. They did a water fall edge for us that is just gorgeous. Including photos here of their more recent work. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

We had  substantial pipe damage and had to have our kitchen ripped apart and rebuilt. These guys communicated very well through the entire process and kept scheduled appointments. The work was all done very well and the attention to detail on the little things to make sure we were happy was most important to me.  While we can't expect everything to be perfect every time in life, we were really happy that Gurr Brothers went above and beyond to make sure an item was redone at their expense because it was less than perfect. That was very admirable - a trait you don't see enough in business these days.

I would gladly recommend them for your project. Honestly and integrity are hard to find.

Working with Venny and Alex was great!  Venny's design ideas were amazing and gave us everything we wanted!  They and their team were professional and reliable and we would highly recommend them time and again!

Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

10/10 will be recommending him to our friends and family!

i made an apointment two days before the apointment,i waited for you did not arrive period !!!  you never called me period !!! i called you every 15 minutes till 2pm you never once answered your cell period !!  i called you again the next day 5 times you again never answered your cell period !!   absoutely you are dishonest and not to be trusted period !!  and absoutely no   i would never allow you to bid a job in our home periuod !,   nor do i trust  i simply now know after your lies you are dishonest and the lies are pathectic  do not bother me ever again.as i stated i am thrilled you did not show up,im certain you would of created problems for me,move on .

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. Consider yourself lucky if you get the opportunity to work with Keith and Roger! From minute one you could tell the team was honest and only concerned with helping you achieve your goals. Keith our lead was knowledgable and happy to guide us, he gave me advice along the way that saved us a ton of money!

The bid was beyond reasonable given the current market - we were blown away - hands down best contractor experience I have ever had!

We wanted to remodel our kitchen, with way too many ideas in our heads. Lyra really honed in on what we were talking about and her design was came out better than we could of imagined. Ryan and his crew were prompt and his communication was great.

They replaced our carpet to vinyl and did an excellent job. In just about 5 hours everything was done nicely and they cleaned they finished. We are very happy with the work.

Manny was awesome to work with.  He helped me fixed a nasty leak on my roof and did full drywall work on my Garage ceiling.  VERY FAIR Prices and super honest kinda guy.  Hit him up!

I personally got to interact with Jacquie when she was remodeling/redecorating D'Carlos Restaurant. She is a true professional with great vision. She takes your ideas, wants and makes your dream become a reality. All this is done while respecting your time and budget constraints.  A true professional!

10/10 company. Ray and Tatum are experts with home renovations and have great personable skills. Their company has done several home projects for clients of mine. They can do something as simple as repairs all the way to building you your own custom home. When you think General Contracting.. think Ray Ouellette.

Worker's were not on time and didn't even speak English! They looked at me like I was in a foreign country!

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out to see the project space. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He left me with a very positive impression. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.
