Rick was great to work with!  He was accommodating with scheduling, has very fair pricing and does great work & cleanup!  I would definitely recommend him!

While searching for a landscape  and design company for our backyard project, I came across Patio Pros and was impressed with the photos I saw and all the positive reviews so my husband contacted them for an appointment for a consultation. He was asked to send contact info and a little bit about our project.  He was informed they were short handed so he would be texted back. He received a response asking what our budget range would be starting at $5000.00 and above. We have a small project and he was told their minimum is $5000.00 without even looking at our backyard! Needless to say we were disappointed and would not recommend this company if your on a lower budget.

Working with Eric and his crew was such a pleasure.  We love, love, love our yard now. Eric came up with a great design and the follow thru was perfect.  The one small problem of  one of the lights not working was addressed right away.  Couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend this company.

I would definitely recommend them anytime. Marcus came to the house first time and was extremely courteous and friendly. No pressure at all. I got my whole backyard renovated. Put all new plants. A lot of Turf was laid on the ground. Where it used to be just plain rock. Almost 1300 feet of turf was put in. New retaining wall. Also a little bit of concrete work was done as well. No job was too hard for Marcus and his crew. They also refinished my whole deck portion as well.

He did a good job cleaning up but he never came back to spray weed killer. He said he was and never showed back up. He would reschedule multiple times. They need to get better at communicating because I won't get a message back for days. I asked him to come back to spray and he never came back after saying he was going to.

Shrub it off did amazing irrigation work in my front and backyards.  They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.  They went over and above to get the irrigation installed correctly.   I would highly recommend.

Valley Vista Landscaping redesigned our backyard this last month. They came to the house talked to us about our ideas and gave their professional input on what would work and what might need to be tweaked. They gave us an estimate in a timely manner along with suggestions to keep the cost down by using different materials where possible. They set a day the work would start and gave us an idea when they thought the work should be finished. Valley Vista Landscaping was honest, prompt, friendly, cleaned up after them selves and professional. We will use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

They were coming to my home every 2 months to do landscaping on my backyard but I fell victim today to the dreaded no-show without notifying that seems to be an epidemic among Phoenix landscapers.  I had been trying for 2 weeks to contact them to schedule a date with either no response or a half response like a day but then no time set up.  Finally, we were able to set for today at 7am and then...no show. If they're too busy or are unable I rather a company be honest with me and tell me up front so I can start looking elsewhere as soon as possible rather than waste my time for the past 2 weeks waiting. But I waited for them because I figured they were really busy and I liked the job they did the 3 other times they came and did my yard.  It's too bad they don't take that same consideration with their customers.

Agustin was awesome! He made the trip quickly and assessed the work fairly. He got to work and completed the work right on time! I have more work to have done and I'll be going with A & S!

His crew did a great job installing two queen palms in my front yard and ridding my yard of weeds.  On time and competitively priced!

Jarrod was the first contractor to respond to my request for a quote and, out of five quotes, provided the very best value. He made our project a priority and completed the work within two days of me offering him the job. It was a big job involving the removal of three large trees and two very large shrubs, taking more than 7 hours to complete. What impressed me about Jarrod was his professionalism and the quality of his work.  He ground down all of the stumps, ensured all debris was cleaned up, and put all furniture back in place.  Although his business is relatively new, he definitely knows how to provide top notch service and exceptional value to customers.  I highly recommend!

Got several quotes for yard cleanup and these guys were the only ones that offered to come out in person. Came next day exactly when promised. Quoted us the lowest price and was able to do the work only 2 days later. They showed up right on time and worked incredibly hard to get both our front and back yards cleaned up and weeded. Very thorough job. Would absolutely use them again.

Nowadays it's hard to find somebody that takes pride in their work, I'm grateful I was able to find them.  They've done a great job keeping my yard looking clean and have the best customer service.

Very rude young lady by the name Maria. I have called this company twice to request an estimate. Once last fall and now again in the spring. Both times she told me she was only available mornings. I explained that I am having medical appointments in the mornings so I really needed afternoons. She suggested I call someone else.
