I never write Yelp reviews... but I was exceptionally pleased with this experience. They quoted me a super affordable rate to help us out with cleaning out yard, we haven't been able to do it for a handful of months due to crazy work schedules. They did the work and a little more than I expected and I was very pleased with the results. I would definitely re-hire them for maintenance and in the future, as well as future yard projects... and recommend them to the neighbors (and to you)!

I dont have the best before pics because it was a little worse than the picture, but here's what I have as comparison.

Patio pros landscaped my backyard. I had received 2 quotes from other companies, and found patio pros on Craigslist. They came out the same week, worked with my schedule, and gave me a detailed estimate for exactly what I wanted done. They took my design and made it come to life. Their speed and quality of work far exceeded my expectations. They did a wonderful job and it only took 1 week to complete. Their estimate was $1,000 cheaper than the highest bid I received, and their work couldn't be any better.

Borders and Beyond did good work on our hardscape-  rocks and concrete.  However, the softscape, plants and trees along with drip system installation, was not well done at all.  Hire a separate softscape company that has proven expertise in planting trees and shrubs at the proper depth and choosing the correct plants for the expected sun exposure.  Burying the drip system deep enough to where parts of it would not surface after a few rains would have been nice.

I asked for help with our yard through Yelp & Desert Cleanup Services was the first company to reach back out to me. I spoke with Marcus & he helped me through all of my questions & concerns. Within the week they were at my house & did AMAZING work. They went above & beyond to say the least. We had a pile of branches sitting on the side of the house & Marcus & his team took the branches with them on their way out even though it wasn't included in my estimate. Will definitely be going through them for any & all future service(s) needed!

Called Jake, sent some pictures, and he gave me a reasonable quote. He was able to accommodate us the same day and did a great job! He was even able to accommodate the fact that we were not home when he got here. The front and backyard were overrun by weeds and they look so much better now. We will definitely have him come back in a few weeks.

I quoted out numerous places for re-landscaping our yard with new plants.  Marcos was upfront with all aspects of the project.  The pricing was reasonable, not the lowest of everyone but definitely better than others, and they did great work.  Would highly recommend.

Valley Vista Landscaping redesigned our backyard this last month. They came to the house talked to us about our ideas and gave their professional input on what would work and what might need to be tweaked. They gave us an estimate in a timely manner along with suggestions to keep the cost down by using different materials where possible. They set a day the work would start and gave us an idea when they thought the work should be finished. Valley Vista Landscaping was honest, prompt, friendly, cleaned up after them selves and professional. We will use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

Outstanding job! We hired SVH to do a fall cleanup and trim. They were promp and thorough. Prices are reasonable. We definitely recommend using them.

Agustin was awesome! He made the trip quickly and assessed the work fairly. He got to work and completed the work right on time! I have more work to have done and I'll be going with A & S!

New edition to my review: he planted a sissoo next to a pool. 5 years later, every subsequent trade (paver repair, pool guy, other landscapers) have commented that it was a horrible choice to plant a tree like that near pool with the root issues these trees create. Now I'll have to spend to rip the tree out, treat the roots that will continually sprout, and fix my pavers. Hoping it doesn't screw up my pool plumbing. Roughly 800-1700 to rip up a sissoo for any that's curious. Wonder if landscape guy would be willing to come remedy his mistake.

From the initial message until the job was completed, he was professional and responsive and worked with me to determine the way to make my yard look best before our home sale. They reached out to me after a request for lawn service after my mower was in the shop. First off communication was top notch from both the business owner and his wife/business manager...

Was told right away that they were running 20-30 mins behind and they were spot on.

Nowadays it's hard to find somebody that takes pride in their work, I'm grateful I was able to find them.  They've done a great job keeping my yard looking clean and have the best customer service.

I will definitely be recommending Extreme Borders and Curbs to friends.  They didn't jerk me around on pricing. Scheduling was easy.  They showed up when they said they would and completed the job quickly. The product is so beautiful and clean that I'm looking for other areas I can add curbing.

I want it to be clear that my bad review was primarily due to a particular person with this company handling this pool project.  I chose this company among several bids because this company did a great job on a pool resurface  (on another property) for me in 2015 and I was completely happy with the quality and professionalism at that project.  I chose them again for this project but was fall short due to the person in charge this time and a fault in their communication system.  They promised this will not happened again.  If I can do this over again, I will still go with this company and specifically request for David to manage the project.   Just make sure David is the project manager  !!  4 stars for the job they did in 2015 for me.
