For the last five years, we had a person doing monthly service. We leave in the summer so I did not want to fire that person but had to find someone else. Being 1500 miles away, I thought it would be an overwhelming task to find a new person. I contacted Rick through Yelp and he called me a few minutes later. We came up with agreeable pricing and he was hired. Today he provided service at our home and I am beyond pleased. He sent numerous pictures, easy to pay him. I am looking forward to a long term relationship with Rick. He made the entire process so easy. Again, I am very grateful and highly recommend him.

This review is a bit late. Had Patio Pros do some work for me to my backyard. Very responsive and easy to work with. Communication was excellent. I had to remove some rock landscape and grade the area. Put in pavers as well. Overall Im satisfied with the service and will be using them for future landscaping work. The rate was reasonable.

Erik and his team did a fine job.  Work was completed as promised and looks awesome.  Erik was conscious of our time,  and displayed genuine care for our project and us as people.  Don't get the personal element these days.  While I am glad that the landscape is done, I almost wish I had more work for Erik as good contractors are hard to come by.

Amazing service done by JW landscape, Jaki made easy communications with text messages to exactly understand what I wanted to be done. Schedule appointment and his crew arrived on time, which made me happy from the start. They cleaned up afterwards including the street and sidewalk. The bonus part what stood out was that the owner noticed I had a sprinkler value leak. Told me that he can fix that part so water isn't coming out, I asked him about if he works on replacing the whole pipe from ground to wall to have new one installed with complete honesty he told me he doesn't replace that since he's not a licensed on plumbing things and that was truly honest of Jaki. Because I guarantee you some others will tell me yes just to have more work. But he was absolutely upfront with me and that reason alone I will choose him to have more landscape services done. I had two new sprinkler systems installed by Shrub it off a few months ago. 7/27/21 I had a major leakage on one of the valves in the front lawn system and water were everywhere. I shut off the water and then the following day I contacted Marcos and asked him to come by and help taking a look and see if anything was wrong with the system. One day has gone by and I did not get a response and then I called and left a message and still no response. Definitely disappointed because I selected them based on the reviews on Yelp. They should change their name to Shrug it off if this is how they are going to operate. So, I am leaving a 1 star review because of that.

Valley Vista Landscaping redesigned our backyard this last month. They came to the house talked to us about our ideas and gave their professional input on what would work and what might need to be tweaked. They gave us an estimate in a timely manner along with suggestions to keep the cost down by using different materials where possible. They set a day the work would start and gave us an idea when they thought the work should be finished. Valley Vista Landscaping was honest, prompt, friendly, cleaned up after them selves and professional. We will use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

Outstanding job! We hired SVH to do a fall cleanup and trim. They were promp and thorough. Prices are reasonable. We definitely recommend using them.

New edition to my review: he planted a sissoo next to a pool. 5 years later, every subsequent trade (paver repair, pool guy, other landscapers) have commented that it was a horrible choice to plant a tree like that near pool with the root issues these trees create. Now I'll have to spend to rip the tree out, treat the roots that will continually sprout, and fix my pavers. Hoping it doesn't screw up my pool plumbing. Roughly 800-1700 to rip up a sissoo for any that's curious. Wonder if landscape guy would be willing to come remedy his mistake.

Jarrod was amazing. Showed up on time, did a fantastic job removing the stumps. He was very fast and clean. I highly recommend him and will call on him again.

Got several quotes for yard cleanup and these guys were the only ones that offered to come out in person. Came next day exactly when promised. Quoted us the lowest price and was able to do the work only 2 days later. They showed up right on time and worked incredibly hard to get both our front and back yards cleaned up and weeded. Very thorough job. Would absolutely use them again.

Nowadays it's hard to find somebody that takes pride in their work, I'm grateful I was able to find them.  They've done a great job keeping my yard looking clean and have the best customer service.

Least expensive curb in the valley. Excellent crew, service and product. Would use Brian and his crew again and again. Definitely recommend. Brian was extremely easy to communicate with and I'm very pleased with the job they did.

We recently used Innovative for our backyard project. I primarily worked with Marty who was awesome. He provided great suggestions and was very friendly throughout the entire process. I also worked with Joseph and Nalanie a bit - like Marty they were awesome too. It was great working with their team. Everyone involved went above and beyond our expectations. We are so pleased with how the yard turned out and the level of craftsmanship they provided.

Here's something small that made a major impression - we have a double gate and there is a bracket that goes into the ground so the gate won't swing on its own. Understandably this small piece went missing due to all of the trucks and foot traffic. I reached out to Marty to see if anyone knew where it went. At most, it was probably a $5 easy fix that I could have gone to Lowes to replace. Marty insisted that they take care of it so they can provide a perfect experience. I let him know that wasn't necessary as it wasn't a big deal, but they came out the next day anyway. These are the small details that go a long way as a customer. It was an extremely minor detail, and the team at Innovative went out of their way to create a flawless experience. If you hire this company, I'm confident you will receive that incredible level of service.

We had grading, pavers, turf, and concrete installed so far and everyone has done a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier to have found Innovative Pool Systems to complete our yard. We are just waiting on materials to arrive for our Pergola and then I will post a final picture if possible.
