I had 3 or more different vendor estimates for our backyard. Due to the low maintenance & low budget backyard I had in mind, those vendors were quick to dismiss the job and inquiries. I was lucky to get in touch with Cory at Patio Pros. He quickly responded to my backyard inquiry. He was professional, honest, and patient with the HOA approval process.

After a recommendation from a neighbor in 2016 I decided to call Erik. He promptly answered the phone and recommended I fill out a form on his website with what we wanted. Erik scheduled a no cost estimate and came by and walked the yard and made suggestions that were within our budget. We wanted plants, trees, artificial grass, and built in BBQ/eating area and fire pit. We had other estimates but we felt comfortable dealing with Erik. We agreed on everything and he sent us a design and estimate in writing via email. We didn't have to pay the full amount up front either. We paid installments depending on work completed! The job was completed in a timely fashion. His workers were polite, hard working and cleaned up after they finished. Erik doesn't SUB out his work. It's him and his own guys on the job. His masonry guys do top notch work! We had one tree die due to the Arizona heat and Erik promptly replaced it no questions asked! This work was all done 3 years ago! Fast forward to 2019 we needed more masonry and landscape work done. We called Erik. He's really busy and is booking 9-10 weeks out! We agreed to that! Erik showed up this past Monday with his crew promptly at 7am! It was the same crew that did our yard 3 years ago! It's obvious that Erik is s great boss and takes care of his workers! It's nice to see the same guys do great work again! The yard looks amazing! Thank you again Erik! We will use you again for the other ideas we have!

Valley Vista Landscaping redesigned our backyard this last month. They came to the house talked to us about our ideas and gave their professional input on what would work and what might need to be tweaked. They gave us an estimate in a timely manner along with suggestions to keep the cost down by using different materials where possible. They set a day the work would start and gave us an idea when they thought the work should be finished. Valley Vista Landscaping was honest, prompt, friendly, cleaned up after them selves and professional. We will use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

I had Saul come out to give me a quote to repair a drip system, lay some pavers/gravel, trim a large mesquite tree, remove some dead plants, do some replanting, and general yard clean up. He gave me a great price, finished the job on schedule, and everything looked perfect.

Agustin was awesome! He made the trip quickly and assessed the work fairly. He got to work and completed the work right on time! I have more work to have done and I'll be going with A & S!

Ivan and his crew (Justin and Jose) did a great job installing landscaping, lighting, and a new pool deck and coping in our backyard!  They were respectful of our space and time.  Jose's attention to detail was amazing!  I wish Justin could have had as much care, but he was quick to come out and fix any problems that came up.  It would have been better if they had spotted them instead of waiting for us to find them.

From the initial message until the job was completed, he was professional and responsive and worked with me to determine the way to make my yard look best before our home sale. Our yard had been completely taken over by grass and weeds after all the rain this winter. I reached out to Moises on Yelp and he got back to me immediately, came out the next day and gave me a very reasonable quote and came back two days later to do the job. The work was done quickly and efficiently and these guys are hard workers. I would definitely use Moises again in the future.

Nowadays it's hard to find somebody that takes pride in their work, I'm grateful I was able to find them.  They've done a great job keeping my yard looking clean and have the best customer service.

We recently used Innovative for our backyard project. I primarily worked with Marty who was awesome. He provided great suggestions and was very friendly throughout the entire process. I also worked with Joseph and Nalanie a bit - like Marty they were awesome too. It was great working with their team. Everyone involved went above and beyond our expectations. We are so pleased with how the yard turned out and the level of craftsmanship they provided.

Here's something small that made a major impression - we have a double gate and there is a bracket that goes into the ground so the gate won't swing on its own. Understandably this small piece went missing due to all of the trucks and foot traffic. I reached out to Marty to see if anyone knew where it went. At most, it was probably a $5 easy fix that I could have gone to Lowes to replace. Marty insisted that they take care of it so they can provide a perfect experience. I let him know that wasn't necessary as it wasn't a big deal, but they came out the next day anyway. These are the small details that go a long way as a customer. It was an extremely minor detail, and the team at Innovative went out of their way to create a flawless experience. If you hire this company, I'm confident you will receive that incredible level of service.

We had grading, pavers, turf, and concrete installed so far and everyone has done a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier to have found Innovative Pool Systems to complete our yard. We are just waiting on materials to arrive for our Pergola and then I will post a final picture if possible.
