JJJ performs the weekly service on my acre lot in Arcadia, and I canot say enough good things about Jaime and the JJJ crew.  Fantastic attention to detail, prompt reliable service, and a price that is not likely to be the lowest of your bids, but it will be in the mix, and very fair for the quality of work they do.  JJJ is the first service I have had that actually understands that a landscaper's job is not to mow, blow, and trim.  Their job is to make your property look nice.  I am a raving fan.

Luis and his crew were amazing! They worked quickly and now as a result we have a beautiful yard. We went from having a dusty barren landscape to a luscious green yard in no time. I waited to write this review because Lopez Landscaping seemed too good to be true. It's been over 4 months since they installed our backyard and I have no doubt they are the real deal! Tony has been fabulous--start to finish. He listened to my ideas and offered suggestions when I asked for his professional expertise. I loved his design and his patience. There was a tree delivered that wasn't exactly to my liking (it wasn't bad, just wasn't as big as I was hoping) and he went out and replaced it with one to my liking. He absolutely exceeded my expectations with performance and customer service. Everyone on his team consistently worked hard, were highly-skilled, professional, courteous, and always kept a clean job site. We are so pleased with the way they transformed our backyard. Not only that, but I have called Tony with follow-up questions quite a few times since the installation (Does this tree look healthy? Is the grass getting enough water? Etc.) and he has been INCREDIBLY patient with me. He has not stopped working for us and has made time to stop by our house to address our concerns. I will absolutely not hesitate to call Tony and Lopez Landscaping when it comes time to landscape our front yard. For the quality of work and product we received, I feel like Tony's bid was extremely competitive. Easily a five-star company.

My call was answered immediately.  This was after calling 3 other companies where I was directed to leave a voice mail.  Neil told me that he was in the area and would come by after he completed a job.  He texted me to tell me he was coming and showed up on time if not a little early.  He provided a reasonable price on my front yard clean up and said that he would be able to get it done immediately.  I was very impressed with his customer service and the job he did regarding the front yard.

They are very professional, communicative and friendly, they did a great job for a very reasonable price, I'm very happy with the result, definitely will use their service again in future if I need to.

The recent storms caused my ocotillo to uproot and it fell on the house. It was urgent that I had this removed as I was afraid it would break the front window.

I reached out to Mo yesterday, and he came by today to remove it for me. Friendly, communicative, efficient and fast!

Had some pavers put in with demo,  whole job was completed quick. The crew was polite and professional and the pricing reasonable.  100% highly recommend

We hired Ramos Concrete to do front door concrete steps for an in-law suite addition. It was very easy to work with Augustine. Very timely, professional and communicative. I was appreciative that he squeezed us in to his busy schedule. Many of the other contractors I tried calling simply ignored my calls or didn't show up. Glad I found them and the steps look great! I highly recommend.

Left two voicemails and two different call-back numbers; have not heard back, so moving on.

If someone is booked out, they can still let you know rather than just not follow up. I realize landscapers are very busy at this time; still, there is time to extend that courtesy.

Obviously they saw my initial review and still couldn't be bothered to call; just left a sorry for the inconvenience comment, which tells me all I need to know about this company.

Prospective customers beware.

scheduled two different times and never showed up.  I Have been trying to get in touch with him via yelp and through his cell phone. After a few calls and texts after missing our last appointment  he doesn't reply . Super weird for a legit business. Guess it's all apart of not being licensed. You can  treat your business unprofessionally.

He seemed like he would be a better priced option which is why we really wanted to get in touch with him and have him do some work for us but my husband and I talked and decided if a guy doesn't have the character to show up TWO DIFFERENT TIMES he scheduled to come out and then won't answer texts or phone calls then he would probably flake on the job or do half way decent work.

Just want everyone to know our experience so you can find a guy who will have good character and do a good affordable job elsewhere.

armani was a great communicator, on time, and detail oriented. armani went above and beyond to educate us & prepare the ground for our sod. our yard is now BEAUTIFUL because of armani!!!
