I have used Sal for several years. He is efficient and pays attention to detail.  He has done a wide variety of tasks for me:  painted bedrooms, bathroom, installed fans and light fixtures, hung mirrors, tiled vanities and tub surround, switched out bathroom fixtures,  painted a block wall, installed a microwave, repaired a roof leak and God knows what else. He is dependable and although he sometimes  has to  work around another job. I know that he will get the work done and do it well. He is a very responsible person.  His pricing is fair, he is versatile and a great problem solver which makes him an excellent Handyman. I recommend Sal without hesitation.

I called Thor last Thursday to schedule a dog door installation. They came out on Monday morning.

Job well done! The guys came in, installed the dog door and out in about an hour and a half! Job looks great! Price was right!

Returned service request call quickly.  Billy showed up on time and ready to work (important to note since some contractors don't).
Very quickly fixed all the little fixes we had originally called about with time to spare so asked him to look at an electrical issue and found and fixed the problem for us.
Could not recommend more.

Terry and his team are the best! We needed some help with a cabin we bought and Terry was definitely the right person to call. They put up drywall, fixed the drywall, mudded, sanded, painted, and installed a window for us. These guys are very personable. The first time I called them it was with a simple electrical job. They fit me into their schedule the same day. Ultimately, they were not able to fix the problem, but rather than make matters worse, they simply stated that they couldn't figure it out and that I should call and electrician, which I did. The electrician fixed the problem in 5 minutes.  That said, I've got an appointment scheduled for another job. This time I couldn't get on their schedule for two weeks. The price they quoted me for this job was a fraction of what other contractors were charging.

We called My Neighborhood Handyman because we needed some stereo surround sound speakers removed from two bedrooms and an outdoor patio, as well as three new smoke detectors installed.  This job would require electrical work and drywall repair.  Brandon Hughes came to our home to provide an estimate.  His response to our call was quick and thorough in providing us with a very reasonable price for the work to be done.  The workmen, (Jesse for electrical) and (Brandon for drywall repair)  showed up as scheduled on time, worked diligently all day, did a fabulous job and cleaned up afterwards.  Brandon Hughes returned to our home after the work was done and inspected it thoroughly.   We are very pleased with the result, the service and the communication provided by Brandon Hughes.   We strongly recommend My Neighborhood Handyman Brandon Hughes and his workers, Jesse and Brandon!
